Hiding Crime in Colorado: Keeping Tina Peters in jail keeps the bad guys from getting in trouble

The Tina Peters case represents one of the most egregious examples of government overreach and suppression of whistleblowers in modern American politics. As someone who has followed and discussed this story extensively on my platforms—including the Overmanwarrior podcast, my blog, many other places—I view Tina Peters not as a criminal, but as a dedicated public servant who uncovered serious vulnerabilities in electronic voting systems, only to be punished severely for shining a light on potential election manipulation. Her nine-year prison sentence is disproportionate and politically motivated, designed to silence dissent and protect entrenched interests in election administration, particularly those tied to companies like Dominion Voting Systems.

This report draws from my perspective, informed by ongoing discussions of election integrity, corporate influence in politics, and parallels to other cases of suppression I’ve encountered locally and nationally. It represents my own analysis of the facts as they have unfolded.

Timeline of the Tina Peters Case

To understand the gravity of this situation, a clear chronological overview is essential:

•  2018: Tina Peters is elected as Mesa County Clerk and Recorder in Colorado, a Republican stronghold.

•  November 2020: The presidential election occurs, with widespread claims of irregularities in electronic voting systems, including those from Dominion Voting Systems used in Mesa County and elsewhere.

•  Early 2021: Peters, concerned about potential vulnerabilities and following reports of issues in the 2020 election, begins investigating her county’s systems.

•  May 2021: During a scheduled software update to Dominion equipment, Peters allegedly facilitates access for an unauthorized individual (associated with election integrity researchers) to copy hard drive data. Prosecutors claim this involved identity misrepresentation and turning off security cameras. Images and passwords from the system later appear online, linked to conspiracy theorists.

•  August 2021: Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold launches an investigation, calling it a “serious breach.” Peters is temporarily suspended from overseeing elections.

•  2022: Peters runs for Colorado Secretary of State but loses in the Republican primary. Indictments follow on charges, including attempting to influence a public servant, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, official misconduct, and more.

•  August 2024: After a trial in Mesa County, a jury convicts Peters on seven counts (four felonies, three misdemeanors), acquitting her on others. The judge bars references to her as a “whistleblower” during proceedings.

•  October 2024: Peters is sentenced to nine years in prison by Judge Matthew Barrett, who cites her “lack of remorse,” defiance, and damage to election trust. She begins serving time at La Vista Correctional Facility in Pueblo.

•  2025: Multiple appeals and efforts for release ensue, including a federal habeas petition (denied) and symbolic actions like a presidential pardon from Donald Trump (ineffective for state crimes). The U.S. Department of Justice reviews the case amid political pressure.

•  December 2025: Trump announces a “pardon,” but Colorado officials reject it as inapplicable. Threats of federal retaliation against the state follow.

•  January 2026: Oral arguments in the Colorado Court of Appeals. Judges question the sentence’s severity and a procedural issue in one felony charge, but appear skeptical of overturning convictions entirely. Peters remains incarcerated, with potential parole eligibility around 2028 (earlier with good behavior credits).

This timeline illustrates a pattern: initial concerns about system integrity escalate into criminal charges, a conviction in a conservative county, and ongoing appeals amid national attention.

The Charges, Conviction, and Sentence: Technical and Legal Details

Peters was convicted under Colorado law for actions during the 2021 breach. Key charges included:

•  Three felony counts of attempting to influence a public servant.

•  One felony count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation.

•  Misdemeanors for official misconduct, violation of duty in elections, and failure to comply with the Secretary of State.

Prosecutors argued Peters allowed unauthorized access to Dominion machines, copied proprietary software and data, and compromised security—potentially creating risks for future elections. The defense maintained that she acted to preserve records during a software update, fulfilling her duty as a clerk.

At sentencing, Judge Barrett emphasized “immeasurable damage” to trust in elections and Peters’ continued promotion of fraud claims. He imposed a nine-year sentence, far exceeding typical sentences for similar nonviolent offenses. In my view, this reflects bias: punishing speech and skepticism about electronic systems rather than solely the breach.

Appeals focus on First Amendment issues (punishment for political views), procedural errors, and sentence excessiveness. As of early 2026, no final resolution has overturned the conviction, but appellate judges have probed the fairness of using Peters’ election fraud statements against her.

Vulnerabilities in Electronic Voting Machines:

Electronic voting machines, like those from Dominion used in Colorado, raise legitimate concerns about transparency and auditability. These systems often lack full paper-trail verification in real time, rely on proprietary software, and are susceptible to insider access or errors. Peters’ actions—copying hard drives—exposed passwords and configurations, highlighting how “air-gapped” claims may not hold if physical access occurs.

In my experience discussing this, such vulnerabilities enable manipulation without detection, similar to concerns in the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors, where profit motives intersect with policy. Companies sell these machines to governments, creating incentives to downplay flaws. Colorado’s certification process and lack of mandatory independent audits exacerbate risks. Peters flagged these issues; instead of investigation, she faced prosecution.

Parallels exist elsewhere: Arizona’s 2022 gubernatorial race claims, Georgia’s issues. In Ohio, where I live, paper receipts provide some verification, but reliance on digital systems persists. Without robust audits, discrepancies go unnoticed—exactly what Peters sought to prevent.

Broader Implications: Whistleblower Suppression and Power Structures

This case exemplifies how governments silence whistleblowers. Peters, an elected official doing her job, uncovered potential flaws in the systems that certify elections. Rather than transparency, authorities prioritized containment.

Governor Jared Polis and Secretary Griswold have resisted efforts to release, even amid pressure. In my view, this protects implicated parties. Similar tactics appear locally: my friend Darbi Boddy’s removal from the Lakota school board via contrived legal maneuvers shows how technicalities remove opposition.

Nationally, ties to Big Pharma (legal immunity deals) and corporate lobbying mirror the influence of voting machine companies. Politicians benefit from manipulable systems, staying in power like in authoritarian regimes.

We cannot tolerate jailing those who expose flaws, especially during the pre-2024/2026 elections—Peters’ imprisonment chills free speech on election integrity.

Conclusion: A Call for Justice and Reform

Tina Peters’ case is a crime against transparency. She deserves freedom, exoneration, and recognition as a whistleblower. Those prosecuting her—knowingly certifying flawed systems—bear responsibility.

We need paper ballots, hand counts where possible, full audits, and bans on proprietary opaque machines. President Trump’s attention helps, but state issues require local pressure.

The wheels are coming off the control mechanisms.  This injustice must end. Tina Peters should not rot in prison for doing the right thing.

If You Aren’t a Good Person, Linkedln Can’t Hide It: The Affair of Andy Byron

I think I have a little more hope for humanity after the very public reaction to Andy Byron getting caught at a Coldplay concert in Boston cheating on his wife with Kristin Cabot, the head of his human resources department.  It was the now-famous Kisscam embrace where the stadium was watching the jumbotron, and the camera panned to Andy, who promptly ducked out of sight.  Nothing says I love you like fleeing the public eye.  I mean, if you are going to have an affair, maybe he should have been more proud of it.  What kind of man did the boss of human resources think she was getting from a guy who would knowingly cheat on his wife with her, and even deny it in public when caught?  The whole incident was a multitude of bad that points to a multitude of worse.  However, a lot of good did come of it, as Byron was the CEO of Astronomer, an AI tech company with many billions of dollars.  After the public’s anger circulated the world, Astronomer dropped him as their CEO, which is undoubtedly a step in the right direction.  I mean, how can you make deals with people if they can’t trust you to at least be honorable to a person closest to you, as a wife?  What does it say about anybody if they can’t make one basic relationship at home work?  How are they supposed to create a culture among many employees if they can’t do it successfully?  I tend to be very skeptical of most people and the way they maintain their marriages.  I think people are too easily lax with the rules, and it shows a lot about their character when they do cheat.  I can’t imagine why a grown man with adult children would want to attend a musical concert.  But the public reaction to the affair was a pleasant surprise. 

Of course, kisscams all across the world started to make fun of the incident, as most people saw the way Andy Byron handled the whole situation as inherently evil.  It’s not a good idea to cheat on your wife.  But now you’re a billionaire and a successful person, maybe thinking of starting a new relationship to outpace the mistakes of a previous one.  That might appear to be a justifiable reason.  But with your head of human resources at your company?  Aren’t there other girls to cheat with if you are thinking of doing it?  And it looked like there were other people there from the office who knew of this affair because they were embarrassed too, once they were caught.  What does that say about everyone involved?  If you have to duck away from cameras, you are probably up to no good, and what’s worse is when someone does something anyway.  It reveals a lack of good judgment, which raises questions about why he was ever appointed as a CEO in the first place.  I know people go to a lot of trouble to look good on paper with their resumes and LinkedIn professional profiles, but they often fail to meet the expectations of reality, which is very common these days, especially in CEO positions.  Anybody who would go to a music concert as a middle-aged person with their head of human resources and openly flaunt an affair to the world, but acts like a coward when caught, is showing terrible judgment that fancy interviews and speeches can’t hide.  People are aware of this, and it highlights a deeper issue with individuals who run companies, as Andy Bryon did. 

When you are a compromised person, and let’s face it, we have a system that has been put in place in our employment culture where we put weak people in positions of power on purpose so that they fall very easily to every little woke rule, or letter from Larry Fink.  And CEOs like Andy Byron lecture the rest of the world toward progressive causes.  Much of what they do as leaders is cosmetic to cover up their lack of personal integrity.  They use their jobs to cover for their low moral conduct.  And nobody knows a person better than their family.  If things aren’t great in the bedroom and with your kids, we have a culture that has given the illusion that a job can replace those valiant efforts with a personal title of social respect.  And if you are cheating on your wife and kids with some other woman, especially one who is supposed to enforce a standard at the workplace against such actions, a level of hypocrisy has been revealed that clearly shows people have strong opinions about the matter.  And if people are outraged, that’s a good thing.  We often don’t get to see people like Andy Byron beyond news clips.  But behavior tells us far more about people, and that takes all the fancy talk you see on resumes and makes them much more real.  Nothing says I love you more than ducking for cover when trouble comes.  And nothing shows leadership more than violating all your company rules and showing everyone that you can’t even maintain a marriage.  So how can you lead a company, or even a department?  If you have such bad judgment on little things, then how can you guide billions of dollars of value to the proper place?  The answer is you can’t.

When Byron and his lover Kristin Cabot were caught, it was a classic male-to-female embrace from behind.  When a woman surrenders herself in such a passive way, it’s undoubtedly a mating response to further advancement, leading to sexual intercourse.  It’s an affirmation of safety, that the embrace of a man will make her feel secure with his arms around her, and she holding elements of his arms to show a willingness to be in the passive sexual role.  If the woman were doing the same to the man, it would be weird.  A larger male embracing a smaller female for sexual union by asserting safety and security to the recipient of sex is a classic signal that everyone understands.  But to affirm that it was all phony in an instant, that all the personal contact and pillow talk were as flimsy as Andy Byron himself, was something everyone also understood the moment he dodged the camera once he realized he was caught.  And she did too.  It was a fun affair as long as nobody knew about it.  Or that everyone at the office knew, but that they thought they could all conspire to keep it a secret from the world.  People don’t like that kind of behavior, and they let everyone know it in the aftermath.  And people were not understanding of Andy Byron.  They looked down on him, and that is a good thing.  That means people aren’t all out there cheating on each other at every turn.  That there are still a lot of people who think that their relationship to their families is still the most important one in their lives, and that if they aren’t successful there, they can’t be successful in other things.  Progressive, Democrat society would like to believe that job titles give people power that personal behavior can’t.  And no matter how we construct our culture to think that flawed people can be CEOs of big companies, the public has other opinions.  And if a man doesn’t dare to stand tall under fire, even when it’s just a camera pointed at him, how can he lead others in anything?  The answer is, he can’t.  Nobody can.  Flawed individuals create flawed companies and societies.  And people do expect leaders to be more than average and to stand tall under fire.  And to do the right things, even when it’s hard.

Beat the Hell Out of Them: Crushing the socialist protestors at the Roebling Bridge in Cincinnati

As I said, the ICE agents who had rocks thrown at them in California, detaining illegal aliens from that pot farm, should have shot them.  They had every right to do so.  So I was thrilled to see that the Covington, Kentucky police physically bloodied a bunch of stringy-haired protestors as they tried to close the Roebling Suspension Bridge over a protest of Ayman Soliman, the former Cincinnati Children’s Hospital chaplain, detained by ICE on July 9th, 2025.  For some ridiculous reason, someone has told these loser socialists that shutting down highways and bridges was a thing they could do to express free speech.  It is not.  And certainly not in my town. I use that bridge all the time, and it should not be closed down by a bunch of protestors cheering on illegal activity.  I have no tolerance for it.  We hire law enforcement to enforce laws.  And when the protestors dug in and started getting pushy, the Covington Police beat the hell out of those protestors and arrested them like the scrappy losers that they are.  It’s one thing to see these things happening in some far away place like California, where their politics has fallen off the edge of the earth with liberalism.  It’s quite another to see something like that happen in the heartland city of Cincinnati, not in my town.  I want to see our highways, bridges, and sidewalks open at all costs, despite the impediments of protestors.  They do not have the right to shut down anything in protest, and it’s about time they are taught a lesson about impeding traffic.  When it comes to using violence to maintain law and order, I’m 100% for it.  As the videos of this violence at the bridge went viral, I was very proud of the Covington, Kentucky, police department. 

The protestors crossed the line when they tried to stop a black SUV driven by an out-of-town tourist, as the insurgents were banging on the hood and vandalizing the vehicle as it attempted to push through the crowd.  Police issued warnings and tried to be as kind as possible, but they ended up arresting 15 of the 100 or so protesters at the site, including two CityBeat journalists, Madeline Fening and Lucas Griffith.  The charges include felony rioting, unlawful assembly, failure to disperse, obstructing a highway, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.  The Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America claimed that the police “violently broke up” the protest, alleging some of the arrestees were beaten and required medical treatment.  An attorney for the miscreants, Benjamin Pugh, argued that the police escalated the situation and did not give sufficient time to disperse.  So that is the cast of characters involved, and I have no sympathy for the CityBeat journalists.  As I have said about them for many decades, they exist to breed these kinds of losers in our youth culture, so they are as guilty of why those protestors thought they could get away with this kind of thing in the first place, as anybody.  There’s plenty of bad to go around, and it’s good that the Covington Police did not allow these individuals to embarrass our city of Greater Cincinnati in front of the nation.  The message we want to send to all these socialist and communist sympathizers is zero tolerance for their view of the world.  That’s where we are these days, as I have been saying for a long time.  These aren’t just Democrats with differing political views.  These are people who want to overthrow our society, which is why they are upset at the ICE deportations, because all those illegal immigrants are part of their strategy to destroy our law and order society.

However, here is a statement for attorneys like Mr. Pugh, who involved himself in this case: the public’s right to free egress exceeds the right of one individual to express their free speech.  People can say and hold whatever opinion they want about anything.  But they don’t have the right to force someone else to have that opinion.  And stopping traffic is an expression of a free speech opinion by force.  The protesters are saying, ‘Join me in my opinion; otherwise, I’m not going to let you use this bridge or travel down this highway.’  Time is an essential thing, and people in a free society cannot have others impose restrictions on their movement to coerce their opinions politically.  The protesters could have written an article, or spoken on YouTube or TikTok about the deportation of the Egyptian Ayman Soliman.  However, they did not have the right to block traffic to get attention or put their hands on the car of someone trying to cross the bridge.  This Marxist notion of damaging private property to communicate political opinions just isn’t going to fly.  We are a private property country.  A mob of losers does not get to override every principle of personal freedom that we have in our society, and one of the fundamental rights that we have is the right to egress.  The right to move around unimpeded and the freedom to enjoy our lives.  That’s why the bridge exists, so that people can travel from one place to another.  That’s why the roads exist.  A protester does not have the right to take that freedom away from people to force their opinions on an issue, due to having no other option but violence to get their point across. 

Once the protestors made a move to close the road, the Convington Police had a right and obligation to remove them and restore that freedom of egress.  There is no group sentiment, such as the Ignite Peace Cincy group, that has the right to close down any roads or even make someone walk around them on a sidewalk.  Any imposition on the personal freedoms of anybody warrants a violent removal of that impediment.  There is no right to Free Speech, which means people who don’t share those opinions have to be inconvenienced by any method.  People ultimately have a choice, and if that choice is removed from them, including the option to listen to socialist protestors or not, or to read that socialist social magazine, CityBeat, or not, the frustrated advocates of a political position don’t get to threaten free people and their private property in any way at all.  Especially trying to stop them from crossing a bridge and vandalizing their property, as if the group mob decided what was valuable socially, or what was acceptable.  And in this case, Ayman Soliman might have been a nice guy who fled persecution in his homeland in 2014 for his work as a freelance journalist covering the Arab Spring.  He was granted asylum in 2018, but that was revoked in June of 2025, leading to his arrest by ICE on July 9th.  He was a Muslim chaplain at Cincinnati Children’s and a board member at the Clifton Mosque, so a lot is happening with him that aligns with the profile of the Democrat Party and the way they want to shape our country politically.  But when people don’t want to hear what they have to say, they don’t get to take away choice from people, so that they do.  Any attempt to do that warrants violence against the protestors attempting it.   And no compassion for individual circumstances justifies anything done at the Roebling bridge, other than the police shutting it down and arresting with violence the perpetrators.  And I would have fully supported much more violence.  Because when I want to use that bridge, which happens often, I don’t want stringy-haired hippie socialists blocking the way.   Get them off the road, by any means necessary.

In Florida, You Can Run Protestors Over: Fighting communists rioting against ICE deportations

You did notice that there are no mass protests in Florida, where communists trained in our colleges take to the streets in one of these anti-ICE deportation mobs to block traffic with their bodies.  In Florida, if people throw their bodies in front of your car to stop you, you are allowed to run them over.  There are some technical and legal gymnastics involved, but in essence, protesters are not allowed to block traffic in Florida.  Because drivers won’t be prosecuted for driving over their scummy, dirty, communist bodies, and that’s how it should be in every American state.  It’s nice to have Free Speech, but that speech cannot impose itself on other people and cause them discomfort or even harm.  And blocked traffic is reprehensibly disruptive.  But there’s more to it than that, even.  We are not obligated in America to tolerate enemies of our nation.  And to hide hostile, treasonous intent behind any form of Free Speech.  And this is what the social Marxists, communists, and open socialists want to do by working against the values of America while using the values of Free Speech to attempt to undercut the foundations of society itself.  We must recognize what is truly happening with these individuals. Suppose they show up to a rally outside of Sheriff Jones’ jail in Butler County, for instance, as they have been doing, wearing a t-shirt indicating membership in a socialist organization. In that case, they are openly declaring war against the United States and the self-governed people of that nation.  And actions worse than legal prosecutions are more than justified.  Those people are declaring war on our way of life, and we need to treat them that way.  We have no obligation to be accommodating to people who are trying to overthrow our country, and these protestors against the ICE deportations are with their stated intent.

There is a lot to unpack behind the supporters of these protestors who have blocked traffic in Los Angeles and made themselves into a menace to society.  Having different opinions on a matter and expressing them openly in the marketplace of ideas is one thing.  Impeding people’s lives with those opinions, with the explicit intention of using force and inconvenience to convey their point, is not acceptable.  And for the people who are financing these protests, there is a lot of action that we must take against them.  Everyone needs to stop thinking of the government as something separate from themselves, done by some mysterious people in power.  Self-government means we elect people into positions that need to be filled, and they work on our behalf to accomplish the tasks assigned to them.  So we must protect that government from attack when it does happen.  In this case, Trump was elected to do our work.  And we must preserve his ability to do that work on our behalf.  That work cannot be stopped by a bunch of lifetime appointed judges with both feet into Marxist causes as they have been lured into that political philosophy during their Friday night wine tasting social gatherings, and they have learned to drink the brew with their pinky out to disguise from their spouses detrimental elements of porn addiction and diabolical life choices they want to hide behind collectivist living.  The people who are attacking our country are attacking us, and they use these mindless, dumb kids right out of college, and the old hippies of the Flower Child generation who are still alive to provoke them into antagonisms against all things American.  Even in some of these protests, the American flag was burned while the Mexican flag was hoisted with reverence as if domination over occupation were a forgone conclusion. 

Most of the wars that Americans have fought over the last century were against socialist, Marxist, and communist forces and their attempts to overthrow our capitalist system of economics.  We have gone to war, for instance, to prevent Korea from being overrun by communism.  We did the same in Vietnam.  What’s left of the Soviet Union, which Vladimir Putin is trying to unite Ukraine back under the home country from its fall from communist power, is at the heart of the modern conflict.  China is a communist nation that is exporting communism all around the world, including providing financial backing for many of the ICE protests.  The conflicts in Central America have been over the spread of communism.  Communism took over and ruined Cuba, creating a lot of trouble for the United States.  And the military action of choice by these communist groups has been to change their tactics from open aggression to legal challenges.  For instance, rather than go to war again with the United States in Korea recently, the communists just penetrated society to the point where they rigged elections so they could steal the government as they just did in South Korea, and took over the country without firing a shot.  They have tried to do the same thing in America.  The Joe Biden presidency was a good example of that very intention.  A presidency was stolen and given to a communist supporter, which Joe Biden was.  They did the same thing in Brazil with Bolsonaro.  They used election fraud to remove him from office, then lawfare to strangle him in court.  This is how the communists, who are the enemies of humanity, work in the world.  They have changed their approach, and in America, they attempt to conceal themselves behind free speech, expecting not to be identified as hostile agents of the American way of life.  And when they show up to a protest wearing socialist membership t-shirts, they are making it easy to identify who they are and what needs to be done to them.

There has been considerable debate about the role of communism in a free society.  For a long time, people on the left assumed they had an equal right to express their opinions in that free society.  But Democrats, socialists, and communists of Marxist thought are a political party that is hostile to American values.  When we discuss the political right and the political left, we are referring to support for Adam Smith’s economics on the right and Karl Marx’s on the left.  One is hostile to the other, and they can’t all coexist in the world, which is the moral of the story behind all the conflicts we have had up to this point and the blood that has been spilled, defining those parameters.  And that is what they are protesting with the immigration issues, open supporters of overthrowing America are trying to import communist ideas into the nation to change the voting standards of a free country, so that they can topple the nation with the pressure of the policies.  So, illegal immigration is an invasion of our country by hostile agents trying to hide their radicalism behind loopholes in the law, which think only countries can declare war on our nation, and that we can’t fight them if a nation hasn’t openly declared war.  But Mexico has come pretty close to it by supporting illegal immigration into America and all the violence and chaos it brings.  But to the protestors themselves, who were taught in our public education system and colleges to become agents of Marxism, we have been too friendly and accommodating to them.  We should be openly hostile and even violent when they show up in our communities with t-shirts showing an affiliation with socialism, communism, and Marxism.  And if they block our road with their communist bodies uttering Marxist values and expect to stop our progress from point A to point B, we should run them over and not look back for a second at their broken bodies and hippie rantings.  It is more valuable to acquire our gallon of milk from the store than to consider for a moment the fractured lives of those hostile protestors and their ill intent toward our great nation.  Their destruction would be an improvement to the quality of our country, and we should defend it accordingly.  We aren’t required to put up with communists in our society under the guise of free speech.  When we see them and they identify themselves as such, we should always be at war with the basic premise of their diabolical existence.

The Evil of Parkinson’s Law: At the heart of all inefficiency is the human tendency to procrastinate

If you want to destroy a culture, teach them all the wrong things, such as Parkinson’s Law, that the time to perform a task will fill with the work to be applied.  It’s because of Parkinson’s Law that we have timers in sports; otherwise, the game would be boring because the pressure to perform would be nonexistent.  But the human desire to procrastinate is ever-present, so when you leave it to them to come up with what they think they can do, or what they want to do, they will tend to take up all the time that is available to do it.  So when we talk about the efficiency of something, the biggest villain in the world is probably Parkinson’s Law.  When we talk about government efficiency, we are talking about schedules and fulfilling the needed work to complete them on time, or ahead of schedule.  If left to their own devices, however, people will pad their part of a schedule to the point where, by the time everyone does it that’s involved, suddenly you have grotesquely long lead times and a horrendously inefficient processing.  It has always been bad, and the basic task of any management system is to push people out of their comfort zone and achieve things faster than they would otherwise do.  That’s why there are 2-minute drills in football: to get the most done possible in a short amount of time.  Without that pressure, the game wouldn’t be very exciting.  If we asked players how much time they needed for something to get done, they would ask for weeks to achieve a touchdown.  However, the pressure of time and its management are what make the game exciting.  Without it, things get boring really fast.  And that is the biggest problem we have in the world right now, Parkinson’s Law. 

If you have dealt with the government, no matter what city you’re in, you’ll know that parking garages are very busy from 8 am to 9 am.  It’s hard to park in a parking garage in any downtown area during that busy time of the day.  But by noon, the parking garages are nearly empty, and by 3 pm, most everyone is gone home for the day.  Government workers seldom do much of anything before 8 am; by 3 pm, they are almost non-existent.  This came up recently when some people in government were trying to explain to me the lead time to approve a submission to them, and they indicated that they needed another 27 days to perform the task.  The pressure to perform on time was not even remotely present in their lives, and they resented the question even being asked.  Their attitude is that you’ll get it when you get it and be happy about it.  It’s the kind of thing that I complain about regarding BMV stations all the time.  Government workers have been taught that functioning under timed pressure is something not required of them and that it is actually a work benefit not to feel that pressure.  So, no wonder it takes so long for the government to do anything.  And because we use the government to teach our people, the government has taught our society the same dumb stuff, and now our entire civilization uses Parkinson’s Law to avoid the stress of performance in every industry.  We still enjoy timed performance in our sports.  But for our professional lives, we use it to full effect as a passive aggressive hatred for doing jobs that we’d rather not do, and because we are forced to make a living by performing work, we have used Parkinson’s Law to remove the demands and stress of having to do too much work and buy ourselves more leisure time because bored people in the world are miserable specimens of existence and want to shove that misery onto other people because they resent having jobs in the first place.  And that lack of passion has killed most of our industries, from drive-thrus to hospital visits.  Everyone these days involved in schedule making is using Parkinson’s Law to avoid doing hard work, and it has virtually killed most industries.

Behind Parkinson’s Law is the communist labor movement that is anti-management because they are anti-time.  They have sought to remove management from all processes by selling the idea that the workers own all work and that management and ownership are greedy capitalists and must be removed from the process at every level because management imposes time standards that compress schedules.  In a typically slow place of business, you will find unionized labor at the heart of the problem, you would be hard pressed to find any that perform efficiently.  They encourage companies to hire too many workers to overstaff themselves because the time of opportunity to utilize a workforce entirely is limited by rules like an 8-hour work day, only 5 days a week.  Weekend work is almost unheard of, and the unions want to take credit for being less productive.  Some tricks can be used to shake them off this foundation, such as Lean Manufacturing, which Toyota has used to significant effect.  But most of that is because the Japanese people’s work ethic and management systems do not yield to Parkinson’s Law, and their culture avoids it like the plague.  But generally, Parkinson’s Law is not just a disease of the mind, as most people think.  It’s a disease of society.  You cannot talk about making a process efficient if you do not deal with Parkinson’s Law.

One of the truly great innovations of our modern society has been the Chick-fil-A drive-thru, which is among the best out there, at least in my experience in the Cincinnati area.  During their lunch rush, they quickly produce and deliver an enormous amount of food with a double lane drive-thru.  People go to Chick-fil-A because of the excellent service they get there.  The chicken is good, but it’s the service that rules at that popular fast-food restaurant.  The staff is always happy to serve and doesn’t waste your time.  And people feel they get a better product at Chick-fil-A because their time is respected.  They don’t make you wait; if you do have to wait, they are all over themselves with apologies.  Chick-fil-A’s success in the marketplace is because they have created management systems that remove Parkinson’s Law from their interactions with the public.  And the result has made them the best in the industry at drive-thru service.  All the other fast-food restaurants have allowed themselves to be eroded with increased regulation that imposes Parkinson’s Law into their Labor Department processing, and it shows in the rate at which food hits the window on a drive-thru.  If you’ve ever been to Europe, you will see that this need for speed is something they resent a lot.  And too many Americans have been convinced they should follow the Europeans.  But hidden in the background of that belief is the poison of slowness that comes with raw global Marxism.  And behind those efforts is Parkinson’s Law, which panders to the worst of human behavior, which shows in their work.  Which then deprives the culture of performance and merit.  And it all starts with Parkinson’s Law.  It’s been around for a long time; it’s not a new invention.  But it’s gotten worse over time, not better, and after twenty years of Obama and his types in government getting their point across, Parkinson’s Law has migrated into just about every field of endeavor.  Even amusement parks have bought into this trait by selling fast passes.  They purposely make you wait in long lines to force you to buy their fast passes, for an admission ticket that is already expensive.  They use the burden of time to force people to pay more for an expedited experience.  FedEx and all the carriers do the same thing.  If you want it fast, you’ll pay more.  You’ll hire too many.  The truth is that people should want to do better.  Managers should show them the way and the workers should listen rather than allow procrastination to rule over the work that needs to be performed.

Why Trump’s Tariffs are Great: China was built completely off stolen money, and that is coming to an end

It is stunning how stupid so many people are, especially regarding Trump’s tariffs.  People need economic lessons.  I majored in economics in college, which I hated.  I thought it was boring, that the professors were stupid, and that the students were even worse.  I probably read too many books before I ever stepped into a college classroom for my good because I couldn’t get into the going through the motions thing to endure so much stupidity.  But I knew, even thirty years ago, that they were teaching Marxism in all the economic schools, which was surprising, given that Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations should have been the entry textbook.  Nobody in America should be studying economics without understanding Adam Smith and putting their arms entirely around capitalism.  We aren’t a communist, socialist, or Marxist nation with a parasitic economic system, and all those traders on Wall Street have fallen into the schools of Marxism as their reference point, and that’s on them.  I’ve known about the influence Marxism has had in our political and economic fields for a long time, but this stupidity even shocks me.  People should know better what Trump is doing.  And thank goodness he is doing it.  Our trade imbalances were put in place for one reason: to redistribute America’s wealth to other nations, to loot the only real capitalist country in the world and feed it to all the crazy lunatic communist and socialist countries of the far east and Europe.  Yes, China, to those who don’t know, which appears to be most people working in the finance industry, is a communist country that has made all of its money off stealing it from the United States.  China did not create wealth and become the powerhouse it is today because it did something better in the world than everyone else.  They did it because they were built off stolen money, and Trump’s trade tariffs are designed to take that money back, as it should have been all along.

Go ahead and mark it on your calendars, these renegotiated trade deals from Trump will immediately infuse the American economy with trillions of dollars of new revenue, which has been part of our exporting portfolio.  The price of oil is coming down.  We will soon be shipping energy all over the world again, which will be worth trillions more.  And on the frontier of DOGE, we are going to address many of the assumptions about the size and cost of government that will pave the way for the future, where running our economy in the black will become the norm.  This is how you get there, and everyone should understand that.  They should have known this all along.  This should be taught in our colleges.  It’s basic economics from the perspective of Adam Smith’s capitalism.  I have several copies of Smith’s Wealth of Nations that I have read through so many times that the pages are nearly falling out of all the copies.  I have one in my office that I recently purchased because it comes up so often that people want to see it, and those older copies weren’t in a condition to be looked through without falling apart in their hands.  So, why isn’t that the case with everyone? Because it should be, otherwise we can’t even have a foundation discussion on economics unless that essential reference point is understood.  All these traders who focused on stock value should have seen the signs; it’s not like we didn’t tell you what was happening.  What they have been dealing with was fake value.  What they will be dealing with is actual value, reset by these tariffs, which puts the power position back into the United States, where it should always have been.

I want to mention a couple of things as a reminder of how we arrived at this point.  They are conspiratorial, but certainly not untrue.  Not convenient for people who would rather not know.  But Covid was a bioweapon created and released in China, which was accelerated to the world stage to knock Trump out of office during an election year.  COVID-19 was released shortly after Trump implemented the tariffs against China in the first months of 2020.  The free money was coming to an end for them, and they conspired with a lot of forces, especially at the World Economic Forum, to release a pandemic in the world to allow for the desired Great Reset of the global economy into a fully micromanaged Marxist perspective where China would rule the world from that position.  If you don’t understand that, go back and review all the evidence, and you will see that it was clearly what happened.  The other thing that happened was the conspiracy of the Federal Reserve to prop up radical leftist losers like Larry Fink at BlackRock to essentially use him to artificially prop up the stock market with a balloon that was always going to burst.  But they thought that by the time it did, the dollar would be gone and we’d be on a digital currency, and they’d never get caught for what they’d done.  The Fed and Wall Street conspired to print phony money with no gold backing, using it to inflate the market with cash that would be laundered through the stock exchanges, thereby creating entirely fictitious value. 

That’s what we do in real estate all the time, where we built a house for $ 50,000 30 years ago.  The house is the best house it was ever going to be when it started.  As it ages, it starts to fall apart and requires frequent renovation.  But our expectation of that value increases.  Today, that house is worth 200K or 300K, that same house, because we expect a Ponzi scheme where the future will pay for the profits of the past, until, of course, you hit the brick wall of diminishing marginal returns, which is where a lot of young people are today.  They can’t afford to pay $300,000 for a house that is still only worth $50,000 in absolute value. That’s what the Fed and BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard did to the world’s money supply, and they thought they would get away with it because the world would switch to a digital currency before the balloon burst.  However, instead, we elected Trump, and he was intent on correcting this mess because he understood it from the inside out. He promised voters that he would do precisely what he is doing now: bring the value of the world’s economy home, which is what is happening now.  All those jobs shipped all over the globe because of horrendous economic policies will come home for their survival.  Prices in America will decrease due to increased competition.  And our economy will be awash in cash, lots of it.  And quickly.  The only people who will suffer are those who were betting on the demise of America, which includes many traders on Wall Street.  That is on them.  They were warned, and they placed their bets against America anyway; so, no amount of crying about it now will put the genie back in the bottle.  I am very proud of Trump.  But what he’s doing isn’t strange or unusual.  I’m just happy he had the guts to do it, and now everyone will see for themselves what they should have learned in school – how the economy works.  And Karl Marx was a slack-jawed loser that nobody should have listened to, ever.  And for all those colleges who taught all these young kids who are now grown adults Marxism, they should be giving back what those educations cost, because they crippled people, they didn’t help them, and now they are too stupid to function in the world.

Getting Back to Mars: Why the CIA is leaking that giant people built pyramids on that remote world

The evidence is underwater on Earth

We are far enough along to make some general statements of a reasonably large magnitude.  We have enough evidence to understand why the CIA is leaking some of their regression hypnosis experiments, which include a species of large people who built pyramids on Mars.  And that the proof that they migrated here to Earth many years ago, likely well before the last ice age, is abundant everywhere.  It’s just not where people have been looking.  It’s like looking for your lost car keys under a parking lot light when you left them in the restaurant.  But the restaurant is closed and dark and you can only see under the light.  So that’s where you look for your lost keys.  Since I have seen some of the unusual stonework in Ishi-no-Hoden, Japan, and started thinking about just how ancient the Silk Road was from the Near East to Japan, it is evident that the world’s prime real state property from that period is underwater.  So the evidence of what came likely from Mars, and even more likely, many other places in the galaxy, forces us to completely re-think our previous assumptions on the evolution of humanity.  We did not evolve linearly, migrating from one invention to another, but we have witnessed many tens of thousands of years, perhaps even millions, of rising and falling cultures creating significant stone monuments all over the earth, much of it buried under the water along coastal regions now, were the result of a lost technology that is waiting to be rediscovered and were the result of a race of people who could and did make the journey from Mars to Earth for some needed reason.  This culture was global and abundant worldwide, as we are discovering with LiDAR readings revealing massive amounts of civilization thousands of years ago that were trading with each other culturally over vast spaces. 

This global culture was having a crisis and built their entire civilization from a mythology of their homelands.  In the Mediterranean region going down into what we now call northern Africa, among the Khemetians, Malta, and even into Crete, they revered the Dog Star Sirius as if this global stone-working culture yearned for home desperately.  They brought technology and an understanding of advanced mathematics that would have taken tens of thousands of years to develop.  These were not hunter-gatherer groups but very sophisticated people with most of their culture erased, except for the stonework they left behind.  Everything else has decayed into oblivion and was only captured in oral traditions of subsequent cultures, like the Egyptians, Sumerians, and throughout the Indus Valley.  What happens to all cultures, as we are seeing presently in the United States, is that detrimental ideas usually destroy the advancement of civilization.  That is, after all, what we see Democrats attempting to do in the modern age, to climb back into a primitive state where they can rule over the ashes.  And that is the real secret and reason for the massive cover-up: the admission to the sciences that humanity doesn’t progress along a straight line of continuous achievement.  But it can all be wiped away repeatedly by bad decisions and poor government.  And in the case of what we have seen on Earth, it can be wiped out and, in many cases, wholly forgotten.  When I saw Ishi-no-Hoden for myself, after visiting places like Stonehenge and Chichen Itza personally, and touched the rock as opposed to just seeing pictures of it, I am confident that the culture that made these things were far more advanced than we are today about certain kinds of things.  Their roots came from other places besides Earth because their religions and philosophy, captured in passed-down myths, have a crisis of abandonment that always points back to the stars, like Mars and Sirius. 

And many authorities know what we will find once we return to Mars, which is happening rapidly now.  As I said, the CIA has done remote viewing on these subjects, and much of what we know is going to be declassified under the Trump administration; they are trying to leak out long-held secrets because the psychological impact is going to be tough for the entire human race to deal with.  But Elon Musk made it so that humanity can return to the stars, and once we get out there, we will find ourselves in the process of rediscovery.  That’s the primary reason we never returned to the moon.  We will see archaeology everywhere, which is from our previous cultures.  Just as we see all over the earth now, we have not given it much thought because the coastlines have changed significantly since those early times.  The ocean levels were more than 400 feet lower during the Ice Age and off the coast of Japan, the entire area of the Persian Gulf north of Qutar, large spans of territory south of Italy down into Malta, and all across the Atlantic, around Florida, Central America, everywhere, the evidence of this very ancient culture is there and tells the story of migration from Mars to Earth, and they brought with them their advanced culture that had been moving about the galaxy with great activity.  But they were somewhat abandoned on Earth and yearned to return home to the stars.  

As I have said in the case of Deloris Cannon, I believe quantum mechanics can explain remote viewing and is a valid science. What the CIA experimented with revealed startling information that became power over the rest of the branches of government that they tried to justify as national security.  However, it ended up being detrimental to the human race because the psychology of such knowledge could and would be catastrophic.  And that so many institutional powers invested their reputations in a line of dialogue that just has not been accurate but instead was self-centered and empowering.  We came from a creation story so that we didn’t have to admit the truth, that we came from the stars and are now returning.  And that much of what we have been doing for tens of thousands of years is striving to get back to where we came from.  And the secrecy the CIA has been trying to hide from us all is coming undone with that same trajectory.  The jealousy that the institutions tried to guard against this global realization of the evolution of humanity is now falling apart among all known governments; they have lost the ability to contain the truth.  The truth is in places like Ishi-no-Hoden, the assumed age is 14,000 BC.  Or on Malta, building temples to the star of Sirius in 3,600 BC, over 5000 years ago.  Think about Sirius Radio.  The signs are everywhere; humanity knows, even if they don’t consciously have a way to connect that knowledge to their terrestrial realities passed down through institutional sciences that were always wrong.  The human race makes terrible decisions and regresses to acting like Stone Age malcontents, always hunting for food and warmth around a campfire.  That doesn’t mean that society didn’t develop into something lofty that could travel between planets at times in the past or well into the future, as we are doing now.  And if you want the proof, I would say it’s at the bottom of the Persian Gulf.  It is under Mount Moriah, where the Temple of Solomon was built over some of that ancient past.  God wanted Abraham to sacrifice Isaac upon that Foundation Stone there.  There was a vast history at that spot that the world’s religions have been trying to mask.  But we see it in the tunnels under the Holy of Holies where the current Dome of the Rock resides.  History is there for all if only people could look at it.  Or to look for their car keys where they last left them instead of where it was most convenient to look.  The proof is everywhere, especially along the ancient coastlines when the oceans were much lower than today’s.  And what we see there is a culture that we will visit again on the surface of Mars once we start settling there again.  Then we’ll admit the obvious: it wasn’t aliens that came from Mars and the stars to visit us and bring us technology.  It was us all along.

Sheriff Jones is Right about Security at Liberty Center: The Mall needs to hire big, tough guys to bust scum bags and criminal losers

Before we get too far along on this one, just remember the management of the Liberty Center complex in Butler County, Ohio—you had to be told to reopen the playground after COVID.  You didn’t do it alone; you had to be talked to.  There were a lot of moms who wanted to take their kids out to the mall, and there were lots of moms who wanted to talk to other moms and enjoy the benefits of the excellent food court there.  But for almost a year too long, after the rest of the world came back on after all the dumb Covid lockdowns, Liberty Center still had the lights out at the playground and marked it off as closed because of fear of the local health agencies getting angry over it.  So, the management of the Liberty Center Mall complex is not the brightest in the world; they are following the same destructive woke policies as everyone else.  What makes Liberty Center great is its location, and the people who have fled all the blue-run areas in Cincinnati settled in the region around Liberty Center because they don’t want to be impacted by a bloated, intrusive government.  I love Liberty Center; we always go there as a family.  I think it’s a wonderful thing to have in our community.  But it could be vastly improved if management was better.  Just think of how much lost money occurred because they were too slow to open the playground.  I didn’t say anything about it at the time or my role in it because I didn’t want to embarrass them.  However, regarding this recent Sheriff Jones story, there is some history of woke management practices from corporate firms getting their marching orders outside of our community, and that is a problem we need to discuss. 

You might have heard, and I agree with him absolutely on this one, Sheriff Jones is charging Liberty Center for the reward money that ended up capturing a couple of shoplifters who were caught by some excellent police work done at Dick’s Sporting Goods.  Based on the evidence presented, a couple of women look to have taken several thousands of dollars in theft.  And this is a national trend everywhere these days, especially in communities particularly impacted by the rhetoric of Marxism that believes private property should be abolished, and one of their methods of social destruction is to find suckers who will then turn to the streets and rob property owners of their goods and services.  Sheriff Jones has to send a message that Butler County is not open for crime because it isn’t.  I have noticed that there are a lot of gang bangers and criminal thugs who have been flocking from regions around to the glory and sentiment of Butler and Warren Counties due to this same Marxist trend.  These criminal-minded types believe that if affluent people have something, then they have a right to take it.  So, if we don’t crack down on even the most minor infraction, word will get out that Butler County is an excellent place to go and commit crime.  And we can’t have that.  So these women had to be arrested for being caught doing what they did at Dick’s Sporting Goods.  Sheriff Jones needed to make an example of them.  And he knows it because I’ve told him.  It’s not because we don’t have enough police to cover the job.  We do, and then some.  But if he needs help, I have my hand way up.  There was a gun store near my home that was recently hit with a break-in, and I would like to see that kind of behavior discouraged intensely.  Civilian oversight is the ultimate backstop on these kinds of things.  So it’s not just this recent theft at Liberty Center; there is a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes that indicates a larger crime spree brewing by the actions of Democrat policies from everywhere.  And we have to meet it with aggression; otherwise, it will just get worse.

Sheriff Jones is sending the bill for his police work to Liberty Center to pay, and I think that is a good idea, given the situation.  I would advise the Liberty Center management to drop all the woke garbage and get on to the Make America Great Again plan.  That’s where the rest of the world is heading after this next election, and it will be very costly to cling to any form of wokeness very shortly.  I would get rid of the skinny pants mall cops who are allowing too much riff-raff to form there.  The Mall is private property, so they can tell people to leave.  Failure to do that will result in the same fate as Tri-County Mall to the south and Forest Fair Mall to the west along I-275.  People stopped going to those malls because of the thugs and crime that occurred.  Mall management was slow and reluctant to draw the line because they didn’t want to end up in court over profiling issues, which is not something that will hold up to legal scrutiny.  If the security at Liberty Center intends to break up a group of three or more dangerous-looking teenage kids from just looking stupid, they can.  And they should.  If Liberty Center security does not protect the moms who like to go to the mall with their children, then what happened to other malls in the country will occur to Liberty Center, too. 

I would suggest hiring the kind of security guards at the GOP Lincoln Day Dinner a year or so ago when Ron DeSantis came to speak.  To get into the event, they had huge, muscle-bound tough guys between 6’2” to 6’5”.  They were huge and menacing, which I thought was too much for that kind of event.  But they were trying to make a point for a person running for president.  Anthony Munoz from the Cincinnati Bengals was right behind me, and he looked like a baby being patted down by these guys to go through security.  They were too much for that event, but I would hire them to do the same security at Liberty Center.  They may cost more for wages, but they will more than make up their worth in added lease space and dollars generated.  If people don’t feel safe, they won’t go to the mall, and moms set the family schedule.  To avoid criminal scum bags and those looking like they want to be those types, moms will stay home with their kids and order from Amazon.  So mall security must protect those who go on a limb to invest in a brick-and-mortar store.  That is their first and most important function, not in being fair to everyone and not profiling losers and bums but creating an atmosphere that makes moms feel safe.  I would hire serious, tough guys who project confidence and will back it up with action.  And if Liberty Center Mall security punts to the local police departments, then they should pay for the cost of good police work.  I would encourage Sheriff Jones to get rich by doing so because it is worth the money to crack down on crime.  Otherwise, and this is the Marxist political plan by encouraging all these dumb people to commit crimes in the first place, there won’t be any money left to steal.  Petty crimes and significant crimes need to be prosecuted aggressively.  Otherwise, society will fall apart quickly, especially at Liberty Center in Butler County, Ohio.  It’s OK to be mean to scum bags and criminals.  And I’d suggest that Liberty Center listen to Sheriff Jones and do their jobs as required.

Homeland Security Invades Butler County, Ohio: How federal government seeks to undermine local law enforcement for strategic growth of centralized authority

I’m going to cry foul on the raid by Homeland Security into my community where agents from them, and the IRS went door to door on charges of financial crimes and labor exploitation.  Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden’s loser of a Secretary of Homeland Security, looks to be making some election-year posturing, and it was his policies that brought in so many illegal aliens even to make such a raid possible.  The four homes in Liberty Township and other homes up the highway into Dayton are just the tip of the iceberg.  But who let the iceberg into the country?  It was Mayorkas and the lazy and inefficient Homeland Security people who have made America far more dangerous.  As is consistent with many federal agencies, such as the CIA and FBI, they are picking a white-collar crime to get some news splash to look like they are doing something.  Usually, with such theatrics, they have money on their mind as they are looking for Congress to renew their budgets, and dazzling headlines like this raid are their method.  But honestly, it’s too little too late.  Many of the illegals who are being “exploited” were allowed in by the policies of the Biden/Harris White House and the antics of Homeland Security.  From the way it looks, the entire raid from Homeland Security was a pure PR stunt, and they targeted a Dayton company, Fuyao Glass, which happens to be a Chinese outfit, so there is a lot wrong going on here.  However, the problems are mainly under the water, and what Homeland Security did with their exhibition of home-to-home raids, complete with search warrants, is an abuse of authority and a shell game of smoke and mirrors that cannot be tolerated.  Because they caused the problem in the first place, they used their power and authority to disrupt our community even more, using a show of useless force to establish that the federal government has power and that people should hide in their homes and yield to it.

I’ve never endorsed shows of force like this by federal authorities.  They are corrupt at best and detrimental at their core.  However, before my recent experience as the foreman of a grand jury in Butler County, Ohio, the same county where a lot of this Homeland Security business happened, I would have my opinions shaped by skepticism, but not experience.  Now, I have some knowledge, which I very much wanted as I have heard from many prosecutors, police officers, and persons of all kinds about evidence, crimes, and the day-to-day function of law enforcement.  Now, let’s get one thing straight: I love law enforcement, and I love law.  I love our state legislature.  I love our judges in Butler County.  And I think a lot of our Sheriff.  I love our prosecutor.  I love establishing a law-and-order society built on biblical context as a natural extension of our American Constitution and the state-revised code and criminal law that spawns directly from it.  So, I was happy to say yes to an opportunity to be a grand jury foreman.  For me, that’s like giving Ralphie, the kid from the Christmas Story movie his first Red Ryder BB gun.  I would express my time on the grand jury as one of the best things I have done this year because it satisfied an itch I have had for a lifetime.  I have seen all these cases and read all the indictments in the paper prior, and I want to know why and how cases get prosecuted and how the process works from the top down.  And when you are on the grand jury, you get to be the top cop of your community for your term.  And when you understand the 10th Amendment, that makes you the top cop in the land of the free, and I like that, to say it mildly. 

Yet I could walk any cop or prosecutor straight to the home of many drug sellers and abusers.  I could go around my community as a vigilante like Batman and uproot many sex trafficking cases and drug busts to fill many newspapers, so it is very frustrating to me to see all the cases that don’t get busted.  And it’s been a mystery to me.  I have speculated a lot about why things happen the way they do, but now that I have experience as the grand jury’s foreman, I understand very well what’s going on.  Even if the police themselves aren’t allowed to say it, and let me tell everyone, I will put this experience to good use for years.  To say it mildly. 

While I can’t talk about specific cases, I can talk about the generalities of the overall experience, and one question I have always had is, if we know there is a drug house selling lots of drugs and poisoning our community, why don’t we storm in and get all the punks and lock them up and throw away the key?  Well, based on many hours of testimony by police who do these kinds of things every day, a clear picture emerges that is part of a larger pattern of concealment for which they are powerless to do anything.  One such hypothetical is a drug enforcement group that knows a drug house is selling, and they are about to make their move for a bust.  They have spent months collecting evidence, getting their warrant, and are about to take action.  But then the Feds come in, such as the FBI, and they beat them to the punch.  In one scenario that I’m thinking of specifically, the Feds kicked in the door, and the local drug enforcement guys lost visibility on the occupants for over 30 minutes, plenty of time to flush all the drugs down the toilet and destroy a lot of evidence ahead of the official investigation.  The Fed then throws their investigation into perpetual bureaucratic hell; the local guys lose their evidence and can only arrest possession of little bits still in the pockets of the perpetrators.  The big picture is never dealt with because Federal investigations often destroy the strings linking them to prosecution, such as what that Homeland Security raid was.  And that’s essentially why prosecutions don’t go further to the drug cartels themselves, and our local agents can only get indictments on the pushers they catch on the street, isolating the big guys from the higher crimes.  The crimes are covered up by purposeful negligence and federal agents trumping local ones with jurisdiction infractions that keep the story of crime from ever being told.  And they count on little raids like this one in Butler County with Homeland Security to hide the significant crimes they are guilty of allowing to happen in the first place.  It’s the same kind of negligence that was seen with the Secret Service that allowed a sniper shooter onto a roof in Pennsylvania to kill President Trump.  It’s a game that federal agencies, very politically motivated, have been playing for a long time.  And it is they who cause most of our troubles.  And our local people in law enforcement are continuously being disrespected by this process.  And I know how and why it’s happening now more than ever because I have seen it up close.  And I’m not happy about it.  So yeah, I’m not keen on what Homeland Security did in my community with their exhibitions of force in raiding homes and taking evidence so that neighbors would see the federal government at work trying to clean up a mess they caused but seeking public adulation for crimes they allowed to happen in the first place, for purely political monstrosities of doom and malice designed to topple our nation from within for enemies both foreign and domestic.  And anything attached to Alejandro Mayorkas should be viewed as a threat to the American way of life, including going door to door to impose federal power on innocent people for a show of force meant to suppress freedom and prosperity among free people just minding their own business.  I would say, based on my experience, those illegal aliens were let into the country to create the opportunity to get a warrant so that the federal government could impose power over local authorities and attempt to diminish local law enforcement in a grab for power and stronger centralized power in government that has as its goal a much more sinister plot unfolding as we speak.

Puff Daddy and the Rap Music Industry of Marxism and Mayhem: They always intended to destroy American culture

Whatever they call him, Puff Daddy, P Diddy, or whatever it is that the famous rap star is in trouble with, it’s not that the music industry is saturated with sex trafficking and child molesters that is the problem.  Everyone knows what Puff Daddy has been up to, and loose sex with lots of crazy women and underage kids is part of their lifestyle. The record industry has made a lot of money over the years, pandering to the worst of the human race, the typical losers who used to worship Baal in the Bible and sacrifice their firstborn children in trade for sex and glory.  If Puff Daddy is in trouble now, it’s likely because he has fallen out of favor and he’s being offered as a sacrifice to the gods of chaos by a corrupt FBI trying to appear like they are doing their job in an election year where they are trying to divert attention from President Biden, the inserted president, not the elected one.  No, the worst thing about this recent story is the origin of rap music to begin with, as a deliberate attack on American culture by Marxists looking to undermine our culture through the inner cities and to make ground troops out of the discontent with a communist revolution.  Don’t ever forget that Black Lives Matter was a Marxist organization that many corporations openly embraced.   But not before the rap music scene came along to pave the way for that nonsense and guilt people into believing they had to embrace that hate music to prove that they weren’t racists left over from the Civil War.  Also, never forget the Republican Party was created to end racism, and it was the Democrats who fought that effort, a mistake that would hurt them until they tried to use the Civil Rights Movement during the communist 60s to rebrand their image. 

People who are not very well educated in history have let pop music define their political parameters, so they have no context.  But the truth is, rap music was introduced to American music to destroy our culture and usher communism into communities of color to rot us from the inside out.  And Puff Daddy and all his other child-molesting rap buddies, like the dope smoker Snoop Dogg and even the whitewash sucker Eminem and the Beastie Boys, were creations of the music industry meant to be weapons of destruction to rot the minds of the youth and turn them against the culture of their parents for the destruction of America as a nation.  It was just one aspect of the globalist plans to attack America without tanks and troops and instead attack the minds of the youth so they wouldn’t be able to defend their culture from those vile enemies beyond our shores, let in by finance who promoted the effort.  What?  Do you think all those great Motown hits disappeared overnight?  Think of all those great songs that came from Detroit record labels.  Are we to believe they all disappeared during the 1990s only to be replaced by these losers, Puff Daddy and the gangster rappers of hate and destruction daring us to call them out for their blatant racism baited through politics to paralyze judgment and promote a drug-induced society of criminals and cop-hating thugs.  Is anybody surprised that Puff Daddy is in trouble or that the law is being selectively enforced?  Or was he allowed to break the law to get the goods on compromised people attending his parties for extortion rackets later? 

The damage is already obvious, I was at Liberty Center, Ohio a very nice shopping complex recently enjoying a nice day with my family.  And while in the food court was a bunch of thugs obviously raised on rap music using horrendous language and treating each other like gangs from the video game Grand Theft Auto.  And they didn’t care who heard them or what anybody thought of their social conduct.  They were obvious Lakota school students and they looked like they belonged in a music video for Puff Daddy.  I’ve warned everyone if you don’t run these losers out of these shopping complexes, then the same fate that happened to Forest Fair Mall, and Tri-County Mall will happen to Liberty Center.  Nice moms and family people don’t want to share space with these gangster rappers and their bad conduct.  They will just stop going to such places.  They don’t want to hear the bad language and witness the sorry attitudes and they will find alternatives.  Everyone has to understand that those kids were taught to be that way by Marxist elements of our culture.  It has nothing to do with racism.  If it did, then the Republican Party would be the refuge for all such discussions.  Instead, the American way of life has been under attack by the music industry to make such kids weapons of their war against America.  And instead of drafting our children into service to defend our country from the communists, the communists have drafted our kids through music to kill the concept of family.  And in so doing, to destroy the foundation of American life, the youth of tomorrow.  Those young Lakota kids have been radicalized to be weaponized terrorists against good people.  And that was the purpose of Puff Daddy and his FBI, CIA friends who empowered him.  They knew what they were doing all along.  They knew about the young girls, and the sex trafficking.  Heck, they helped facilitate the crimes, until it was to their advantage to cash in their investment and throw Puff Daddy under the bus.

If it was just about making money, the music industry would still be making music like they did with Lionel Richie, Michael Jackson, and Prince.  Marxists infiltrated the music industry purposely to weaponize it, and Puff Daddy was one of those weapons.  And they used him until they wanted to close up a loop in their story.  Puff Daddy was a creation of those who hated America, as the entire rap culture was.  It was intended to destroy a whole generation with victimized sentiments and attempt to assign to mainstream America all the sins of the Democrat Party leading up to the Civil War.  And like the mechanisms of evil everywhere, the devil lies to all and twists the words of fate to their advantage to souls entirely too trusting.  And while we accepted this rap culture to erase away sins the Democrats caused, they used that guilt to destroy our nation’s youth with gangster rap that only now people see the proper strategy, entirely too late.  And think of all the poor kids who have had their lives destroyed by Puff Daddy and his friends of malcontents.  Rap music wasn’t created as a free market necessity but as political activism by Marxists looking to steer more losers toward the Democrat Party to keep themselves in power while trying to erase their guilt in the process.  And while kids were distracted by easy sex, drugs, and anti-American culture, the true motives were shaping our political world for the worse.  And Puff Daddy was just one of the losers; the record industry itself was ripe for the corruption it unleashed.  And the weapon of war was guilt; if they could make us feel shame, just like those dumb Lakota kids at Liberty Center, nobody would do anything about it.  And allow them to destroy our culture to prove they weren’t racists.  Meanwhile, massive numbers of underaged kids have had their lives ruined forever by these destructive rap stars and their record producers.  And only now is the whole destruction apparent to see, making it necessary for us to judge once and for all.
