There is No Court Case Involving the 14th Amendment: Trump was the official government at the time, he couldn’t have an insurrection against himself

I’m happy to provide the ultimate reason that the 14th Amendment cannot be used against President Trump to keep him off the ballot for the 2024 election.  There has been a lot of legal opinion on this new strategy from the Marxist left because they’ve seen the internals and know that Trump is winning much more than what is being reported in the media.  That’s why they are panicking.  There was no alternative plan when the actual insurrection occurred in 2020, and Trump was removed from the White House by a government-sponsored coup.  And which one you might ask?  Pick one of the many, from the FBI actions of insurrection to the many provable occurrences of outright election fraud.  To the Russiagate manipulations.  There was plenty of very illegal activity that has yet to be prosecuted.  But they all are violations of the 14th Amendment that the political left and some RINOs from the right are trying to pin on Trump now to keep him from being able to run in 2024.  The real issue is that Trump was the established government at the time, so how could he have an insurrection against himself?  All Trump did was question the actions of an official insurrection that the opposing political party was coordinating.  And those types of coups were happening in other parts of the world where communism and socialism were trying to seize power.  So, out of desperation in America, and with the help of a complicit media that wanted Marxism in America, they tried the same thing.  Only it didn’t work quite the same way.  And this ultimately will result from all the cases established against Trump and his direct reports in the White House, such as Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon.  The assumption of all the charges filed as they have been assumes that Trump was the insurgent when it was the other way around. 

The desperation for turning to the 14th Amendment is quite telling, actually, and shows just how flimsy even the most astute legal minds have had to dig into attempting to give the Marxist radicals who want to continue to use the power of government for their global strategic plans, any leg to stand on.  My essential formula for solving most modern problems is straightforward: Guns, The Bible, The Constitution, and Trump.  Those four things will make America Great Again, again if used as intended.  And the desperation of using the Constitution to keep Trump from running in 2024 is ironic.  The people who are trying to overthrow all power in America are turning toward the rule of law as their weapon.  But that’s not what it says in the 14th Amendment Section 3.  The references to a political officeholder inspiring an insurrection have no place with Trump, as Trump was the government.  He was the one with his hands on the reigns of power.  The grand illusion being used against all Trump defendants is their attempt to ignore that Trump was ever in office and had government power under his complete control.  From January 2017 to January 2021, Trump was the third branch of government, the Executive Branch, popularly elected by the people of America, despite the many rigged elections that were clearly established to prevent him or anybody else from beating Hillary Clinton.  The actual insurrection was that the government forces who lost power when Trump was elected staged a coup which ultimately, with direct involvement from the intelligence community, tried to prevent the people’s will from being known.  They underestimated that enthusiasm the first time, in 2016.  And in 2020, they wouldn’t.

Under the cover of COVID-19, they changed the election laws that would allow them to cheat massively, and many tens of thousands of people were involved, knowingly.  And they openly plotted and schemed against the established government the entire time that Trump was in office.  They didn’t just say, “auh shucks, we’ll try next time.”  No, they worked to commit actual insurrection against Trump’s government to remove him from power the way we have seen occur worldwide with various communist takeovers, precisely the same way.  And with all of them, the assumption was that they would not recognize the Trump presidency as valid, nor any trace of executive privilege, because to do that, the Trump administration would have to be identified as the official government at the time.  And to pretend that it never happened.  That is the essential legal premise of all these cases against Trump.  And it can’t be that way because once you compromise for one point, all cases fall apart.  Which the communist insurgents who want to take over the American government might think is appealing until the same gets applied to them.  This is why the Constitution is such a powerful document.  What they say it says is not what it says.  They only hope that people are too stupid to read it for themselves, but to hold up in court, the case falls apart fast, which is good because it shows how weak all their attempts against Trump are going into 2024.  This is all they have everyone, a year away from the election, which isn’t good for them.  What is concerning is that so many people are letting them attempt such a thing, which means the hair in the drain of the swamp that Trump represents draining is much thicker and involves many more Republican RINOs than many of us are comfortable admitting. 

For all those legal people out there, you’re welcome.  I’m always happy to help.  The case’s merit is not whether Trump inspired an insurrection with his words to the public after the opposing government showed signs of a rigged election.  It was clear to many what happened, especially during that year with Covid driving the behavior and the still very uncomfortable evidence about the purposeful release of the virus as a bioweapon to commit election fraud and give more global power to the efforts of the Great Reset at the World Economic Forum, hiding behind the façade of the United Nations.  We were dealing with a worldwide insurrection, and Trump was in the way.  But regarding the official government of the United States, Trump was that figure when an “insurrection” occurred.  So, he couldn’t have had an insurrection against himself.  It came from those who opposed him, who are now the same people trying to prevent the people’s voices from being heard in another election.  They knew how to seize power in 2020 because the numbers were not with them.  And without COVID to hide behind this time, they are trying to take Trump away as an option to even vote for because that’s how desperate they are.  Their entire strategy is to ignore that Trump was ever the representative of the government and hope that they can perverse the wording of the 14th Amendment if only they threaten to firebomb the homes of Supreme Court members and intimidate them into seeing the law from the perspective of radical Marxists.  That is their entire game plan.  And it’s as flimsy as it sounds, even though media members don’t have enough confidence in their reading ability to understand the Constitution themselves.  There is nothing to the 14th Amendment case against Trump, and ironically, it opens up the Trump people to be able to pursue the insurgents who were the real problem.  Their legal counsel would serve them better if they started to look at things from that perspective instead of reacting off the back of their heels.  These are easy cases that are only puffed-up bluster from the actual government insurgents, who have seized power and now have the White House and are desperate to do anything to keep that power, which is what this entire case is all about.

How to Make a Good Team in Sports and Politics: The point of everything is to give voters options

It will continue to be one of the universe’s great mysteries why people can look at sports teams and have opinions about what they should be doing, but they can’t apply those same methods to their lives.  This is a prominent issue every year in pre-season football with the mini camps as teams figure out which players they will cut and which will make their final roster.  Good teams figure out the right players and get them all pointed in the right direction for the success or failure of a season.  If the players are allowed to pick their fellow players, teams tend not to do so well.  It takes good leadership to figure it out and put people together who likely wouldn’t figure it out for themselves.  Good teams tend to have players playing together who wouldn’t otherwise be friends.  One of the mysterious qualities of leadership is to see things of value beyond the choice of friendships, and when it comes to sports, most people get it.  They understand what makes success and have many opinions about it.  But they can’t do it when it comes time to utilize those same skills in their lives.  That is certainly the situation in business.  And it is undoubtedly the case in politics.  The goal of all these endeavors is to figure out what success looks like, whether it be winning a Super Bowl, having a great business quarter, or providing a great political party to the voting public; once success is understood, then leadership needs to do what it must to give that result.  It’s not complicated.  Yet, it remains one of the least utilized factors in human interaction. 

There is only one correct measure to winning in politics; it is in a political party providing the voting public with good people they can vote for.  Any other action is missing the point.  If a political party is not focused on those attributes, then they aren’t trying to be a good political party.  I would say this is a problem all over America, in every aspect of county politics, no matter where we talk about it.  And that is certainly the case with the Butler County Republican Party in Ohio, where I live.  I can say that I know many people at that party, and I personally liked them all in some way or another.  If you sit down and talk to people, I can usually find something I like about just about anybody.  But the problem is, do they make an excellent political party just because you want them?  And in most cases, that is not the reality.  Politics should only aim to provide voters and taxpayers with good people to represent them best.  When political parties lose sight of that strategy, things go wrong.  And that is how RINOs in the Republican Party come to be.  Most people get into politics for ideological reasons.  However, the concessions they make to get along with other people become detrimental to their representation of the voter base, which is the value of the party brand.  If people have good representation in politics, then the brand of the party could be said to be good.  If voters don’t, they start to lose faith in the system, voter engagement lowers, and the direction of victory in politics changes dramatically.  When voters feel that the people they elect don’t represent them, we could say that politics has failed.

It’s just like the comparison with the sports team that desires to put a winning team on the field so people come to the games and feel good about the chances for a victory, so they buy beer and overpriced hot dogs at the concessions, which is really how the team makes their money, how they measure their value to the customer base.  If the team isn’t winning, there are fewer fans to buy hot dogs, to put it simply.  The same holds in politics.  I know many people who want to run for office within the Butler County Republican Party.  But, they do not feel they can remain people of integrity because of the restrictions of party politics.  So, we end up with the wrong people running for office while much better candidates that the public would love to have representing them are sitting on the sidelines.  This is a case where the players on the field pick people they like and are comfortable with, not the leadership of the voting public deciding how that team would shape out.  Too often, and this year of 2023 is undoubtedly a good example, many good people are not participating in the political process because they have learned that they aren’t in the cool kids club and will never be invited.  Because the party is picking the members, not the voters.  And instead of letting the voters shape the party, the players are forming the team; then they wonder why many fans are not supporting their losing effort.

Not everyone gets into politics for the same reasons.  I understand that some feel that getting into politics protects their business interests from a corrosive government and provides a barrier to their efforts to keep their businesses healthy.  These are not ideological people but practical ones who see government as dangerous to their interests in business, so they get involved in politics to protect their efforts.  And those people are trying to play nice in the sandbox with ideologically based people who enter politics for reasons of genuine philosophy.  And those kinds of people are scary to those looking for political stability.  I get it.  Just like a wide receiver on a football team being upset that a new tight end is playing the slot receiver role, the wide receiver might feel like the coaching staff is trampling on their turf.  But so what? Maybe that is the best way to become a winning team.  That doesn’t mean that the tight end should be run off the team to make the wide receiver feel like they have job security and aren’t threatened by challengers.  Challenges make the team better.  But then better for whom?  For the players or the fans?  That is what must be decided, and what I have seen from the GOP in general, especially since Trump has been out of office, is a party for the players, not for the voters.  It’s the players making the teams they want to play with.  They are not trying to give the voting public the best representatives they can get.  And if a political party isn’t doing that, they aren’t trying to be the best they can be for their communities.  While such a concept may not be complicated, it remains the biggest stumbling block to any successful venture within human endeavor.   And that is certainly the case in politics.  Some great people want to participate, but they have been told in so many words or less that politics is about maintaining friendships and that everyone needs to stay in their lane and behave.  But that is not what voters want, and until political parties listen, the public will continue to be let down by the result.

History Will Remember How ‘Truth Social’ Saved Free Speech: The Home of President Trump

There was quite a stir when President Trump posted for the first time on X, or whatever Twitter is called these days. Trump put his mug shot on there, and the numbers exploded upon seeing it. I thought it was a great move, but I don’t think it says anything about Trump returning to Twitter as much as it indicates what he will do to win back the White House. Essentially, Trump is all in; he will do anything, and I mean anything, to beat these Marxist losers and kick out the crooked Biden crime family from the White House. I did not see it as abandoning his personal social media site, Truth Social. Later, President Trump assured everyone that Truth Social was his home and that he would stay with it. That doesn’t mean he can’t post what he wants on other social media outlets. Only that Truth Social remained true to his heart, and it should. I think when the smoke clears from this period of history, there will be one common thing that everyone will point to and say, “That saved America.” And I think that thing will be the creation of Truth Social. It was a very dark day; I remember it well. It was the closest thing we have ever seen to a hostile regime change in America, involving thousands of people hostile to Trump and his supporters. After January 20th, 2021, Trump left the White House for the last time, and essentially, he was openly banned from all social media, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google search engines; the writing was on the wall. We didn’t just have an election that was in dispute; we had a government assassination much the way we did with Kennedy and Nixon. And it happened right before our faces in a way nobody expected. Well, very few people did expect it. I expected it. But the results were shocking to a lot of people.

I don’t talk about a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff.  I put out my social media, and lots of people see it.  But there is a lot of shadow banning going on, and with me, that has been the case since social media started.  In many ways, I may be one of the most shadow-banned people on planet Earth.  I noticed it on YouTube years ago, well before President Trump joined politics.  You can look at videos I did 15 years ago and see that some have less than 100 views.  Some people put videos of hamsters drinking water, which get millions of hits, so for videos that old, what in the world was going on?  Well, it’s the same on my Twitter account and even my blog.  There are many ways that the people who control those social media platforms, apparently low-level people, can suppress the algorithm to your material for search engines, which many people know about.  But they can also tamper with social media counting, such as viewing results, followers, subscribers, and how your overall reach reaches.  To get a little sample of what I’m talking about, look at the views on my Rumble account videos compared to my YouTube account, and you will see what I’m talking about.  I see one set of numbers on my blog on my administrative page.  But on the display page, it’s a much-suppressed number.  Occasionally, when the software that the social media companies are updating and their algorithm scanning software is on pause, I get an accurate picture of how many people visit my sites.  That’s when I usually take a photo to validate the results.  But to put it mildly, the bad guys control the internet, let people see what they decide, and manage the transaction.  That is the purpose of the internet: more power, not more freedom.  And that game plan was never more evident than on January 20th, 2021, when the world of media, on all fronts, tried to make President Trump, the guy who just spent four years in the White House leading the free world, a “nonperson,” as Rupert Murdoch at Fox News clearly stated.  They were in control, and anybody they wanted to target they felt they could paint out of existence. 

The payback will be harsh, as it should be

In reaction to it, I was looking over my shoulder a lot.  There were a lot of shadowy characters popping into my life, and I was prepared to have a shootout with those hostile forces at any moment.  The crackdown was in full effect, and I was indeed a target.  My wife and I hooked up our RV and headed for the deserts of New Mexico to get things straight.  It was probably one of the best decisions in life that I have ever made.  There, I finished my book The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business and figured out what to do next.  And in the following months, the resistance movement against these tyrannical, election-stealing terrorists in the White House was taking shape.  Trump wouldn’t allow some third party to control his next campaign or the freedom movement in general.  As many others did, we would create our own social media companies and turn the tables on the bad guys.   And it would be painful for them.

I still watch and listen to everyone, even the bad guys on cable news, like MSNBC and corporate-run talk radio, just to understand what those idiots think. Most of my information comes from the live streams on Gettr. And once President Trump started Truth Social, I was among the first accepted accounts. And there is quite a lot to that story, too. I have had a lot of trouble with Truth Social, but it is not their fault. But there has been a lot of tampering that has locked my account many times. But, the social media element has undoubtedly forced the entire industry to change. Under Elon Musk, I have given Twitter a bit of a chance. It’s better. My account shows few social media impressions because it is so heavily shadow-banned. But I routinely get many tens of thousands of views when I comment on an account that isn’t so heavily shadow-banned, which is very effective. Social media, like their communist partners in China and the World Economic Forum, will let a few controlled people present the appearance of free speech. But the hostile anti-free speech people try to suppress them in every way possible. Truth Social was the first to break that wall down brick by brick, and it was brilliant of President Trump to utilize. Ultimately, it will likely be what won the war because it took the clamps off free speech and forced the alternatives to adjust their approach. And it broke the model of tyranny behind the creation of the Internet. As a result, the message of Trump and the rest of us can get out to others, and the government and the hostile agents that control our government now cannot stop people from hearing other opinions. And the planned communism that was always part of the Internet plan is falling apart. Truth Social opened the door to Free Speech on the Internet because it was the home of the most famous person on earth. And that pressure may save the world yet.

The Law of Fallow Ground in America: Corporations and Communist Governments are not in charge and never will be

One of the reasons I enjoy my time around Fast Draw Shooters, as a sport, is that most of them have reverence for old westerns and the values of the gunfighter instilling justice against bad guys as typically defined by a social dedication to the Ten Commandments.  I was at an event in Cleveland this past weekend, and we had a friendly little discussion going on about the moral erosion that is obvious to everyone.  Now these events are fun because everyone is armed with guns, and we wear our gun belts all day, and nobody thinks anything of it. It is productive because it puts me in the right frame of mind to discuss these things.  And I reminded people that the world isn’t as different as it always has been.  I reminded them of my report from traveling around the world that most countries, including England and Japan, love American Westerns, especially old ones.  If you turn on the tv in those places, you will constantly find a lot of old American Westerns playing.  Hollywood changed along the lines of the BlackRock view of radicalism that has caused much of the modern trouble.  But people are still people, and they always will be.  And I told these old gunfighters what I’m about to say to you, dear reader.  Never forget the Law of Fallow Ground, which, if you are a farmer or know farmers, is the deliberate rotation or avoidance of planting crops into the soil to allow it to replenish its nourishment.  If you keep growing the same crops in the same parcel of land over and over again, the product that comes out of the ground becomes compromised and much less efficient. 

I told those old gunfighters that America was going through just such a period.  For many years we planted good things in the ground of capitalism, and the return to society was fantastic, and the world clamored to be a part of it.  Our old westerns were reflective of that culture.  People always did love them, and they always will.  The decision not to make those Westerns by a radicalized leftist culture of communist sympathizers run by financial tyrants is a kind of Law of Fallow Ground in the greater scheme of things.  This is a period in America where we are letting the soil rest.  For too long, Americans got used to everything coming out of America being good.  It will be again, of course, the yearnings of the Trump administration and his supporters represent that hunger.  But the world needed a break from what America produced because they didn’t appreciate it when they had it.  People are seeing how good those crops were and having conversations like the one I was having with those gunfighters, talking about how messed up the world is now, they are getting hungry for the good stuff.  They should have appreciated America when America was producing good crops.  They are not happy with this Fallow Ground period.  And when America is great again, maybe they won’t take things for granted as they have been.

I was getting a hamburger just north of Columbus, Ohio, at a Hardees, and I caught a conversation with a woman with the cashier complaining about how high the prices were for fast food these days, and she was shocked.  On the store sound system was a station playing 80s greatest hits because music isn’t very relatable these days, just like the westerns that used to be expected on television.  Occasionally something good comes out in entertainment, but most of it is garbage compared to how it used to be.  The people at that Hardees were far from political people, but they missed the excellent ol’ days when fast food was cheap, great music came out every week, and people had a generally optimistic view of things socially.  Human potential was celebrated, and American culture cultivated it in everything from hamburgers to pop music.  This was never more obvious than our plans for a Disney trip with the grandkids we had been planning for a while.  I have personally been very hard on Disney.  When I think of Disney programming, I think of Davy Crocket and the Zorro television show.  As a little secret that I don’t usually talk about, I was deeply inspired as a kid by the Zorro television show, and it’s no accident that my life as an adult reflects those values.  So despite all the woke garbage that Disney puts out now, I want them to see the amusement parks while they are still there.  Yes, I predict they will be gone in the not-so-distant future.  They will not survive this Fallow Ground period because they took people for granted.  People are moving on since Disney no longer represents those classic American values.  I have been shocked by how badly Disney has fallen on vacation planning.  Their brand damage is substantial and unrecoverable.   They haven’t planted anything new for a long time, and their crops are stunted, wilted, and not consumable.  So, they are dying.  Ten years ago, planning a Disney vacation was a much different experience.  They are almost begging people to visit now, which they never used to.  But in many ways, what is happening to Disney will happen to every American corporation.  This plot to collapse capitalism into a communist centrally planned society was destined to fail from the outset. 

Just because people see a barren landscape and that the Law of Fallow Ground was imposed on a culture by a hostile society, such as the levels of Marxism we now see injected into the American economy by radical leftists; the unfortunate answer is that we needed to let this happen so that we could restore greatness to the soil of our economy.  Giving the soil time to rest by allowing other things to grow, mostly garbage has been good because people will appreciate the good stuff when it returns.  And it will return.  Companies like Disney will likely be gone forever, as will many companies that have tried to take advantage of this Fallow Ground period and grow weeds in our gardens.  But once pulled and cleared, many companies won’t be there any longer.  But the values of our culture, shown in all those American Westerns which people worldwide appreciate so much, will return in whatever form they grow into.  And as I told those gunslingers, the values are still desired.  Because communist corporations have tried to plant weeds in our culture, people will tire quickly of their offerings and want a restoration of the good stuff.  So I don’t see all this depletion as permanent.  It’s a trait of the Law of Fallow Ground.  It’s a necessary period that people need to gain an appreciation for what America has produced in the past.  Once our culture makes those things again, people will appreciate it more because now they will have seen the option.  When Zorro was on television for the first time, produced by Disney, people expected a good society that understood why that show was essential and enjoyed.  Now they see the benefits and want more of it in the future.  The lesson is that corporations and communist governments are not in charge.  The market economy is the desires of people and values that most represent them.  And what we see today is just the Law of Fallow Ground, and the good crops from that ground will return.

The Rich Hoffman Definition of Good and Evil: How to Make Heaven on Earth and Defeat the Bad Guys

It’s that time again; over the next year or so, many things will make you question life itself and whether or not all this is even worth it.  The temptations of evil are and will be overwhelming, as they always have been, and many people will fail to arrive intact to their eternal satisfactions.  I talk about good and evil a lot, which I am very interested in discussing.  And I always intend to stay true to do good in the world, no matter the temptations.  Yet to do that, you have to have a perfect definition of what evil is and what it isn’t so that the good work of good can be done.  To that point, the old movie The Never Ending Story, I have always thought, did the best job of talking about the nature of evil.  Because without good definitions for things, it is easy to become lost in chaos, and evil proliferates under those conditions.  So, what is it, and why should we not like evil and fight for good?  What’s the purpose of any of it, especially since it’s so hard.  Well, the eater of everything in the movie Never Ending Story was the “Nothing,” sort of an all-encompassing consumer of everything, like a black hole in the imagination.  Something that “doesn’t exist.”  At all.  And the Bible is nearly entirely dedicated to this examination, the fight for good against the temptations of evil.  The pantheon of gods that Yahweh is fighting and trying to save humanity from is quite a vicious struggle that often gets lost after the opening pages of Genesis.  Why was god so furious with Baal and the gang of Mesopotamian deities who inhabited the land of Canaan explicitly?  An even better question is, why should people care if a public school board turns the other way when pedophilia is on the minds of the administrators and other employees?  Or care about the massive crimes of the Biden administration?  Without a good definition of evil, evil grows and consumes everything, which of course, it wants to do.  The only thing that can stop it is righteousness rooted in a desire to do good.  And the first thing evil does to destroy good is to destroy the definitions of goodness, which is undoubtedly the problem of our modern times.  But to put it simply, evil cannot exist without good to suck off of for its own sustenance.  In the beginning, there was no evil.  Evil only arrives as a byproduct of free will and the decisions of thought to produce or destroy.  Something has to exist first to have any consideration, so evil will always be a parasite of good.  Not an entity onto itself. 

So I’m happy to provide the Rich Hoffman definitions of evil because it works and will do quite a lot to destroy evil in the world, which is a hobby of mine.  I don’t think I enjoy anything more than destroying evil.  I do sincerely love it.  I wouldn’t want to do anything else.  But that is because of my definitions of good and evil and the nature of evil.  So essentially, going back to the Book of Genesis, God said let there be light, so there was, and our story begins.  Something was created, and it was good.  Good, by definition, is a value judgment given to something that is created.  The intentions of the powers of creation in human culture could be said to be good.  Now relative to other people, they may not like the product or have different opinions on its value.  But in essence, creating something with the imagination of human intellect, we could say, is to mimic the acts of God at the beginning of creation, and the universe views the process as “good.”  Evil is committed when something attempts to undo that creation or hinder that creative process.  Evil is all about destruction; it is the anti-creative force.  Something that tries to destroy that which is created. 

The ultimate form of evil in the world is laziness.  Someone who doesn’t want to create and desires to destroy the creations of others because they don’t want to live up to a high measure set by the excellent work of others.  To me, it is evil to do bad work or not work at all because they deny the world the acts of creation from the human intellect.  Drug use is wrong because it seeks to blunt the effects of human thought.  Financial scams are bad because they seek productive enterprise rewards without the actual effort of wealth creation.  And AI is wrong because it seeks to think for people who otherwise should be performing the work of a feeling being.  When someone wants to cheat because they are too lazy to do something, under my definition, they are committing evil because they don’t want to do the work of thinking.  And at the most primal stage of existence, the review was the purpose of creating human beings in God’s image.  We were meant to do on earth what was in heaven.  We were told to make heaven in the world and expand God’s kingdom.  The fall in the Garden of Eden was a tragedy more about the nature of free will than what the temptations of a snake could provide through eating the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.  To do so was to be like the Gods, and that was not the point; the various forces that conspired to work against Yahweh in the Divine Council since before the beginning of time itself, which was a creation in and of itself to the excellent work of good in the universe, against the forces of nothingness too lazy to do anything else but consume the world around them for their sustenance.  Adam and Eve were supposed to know better and maintain heaven on earth to continue good.

With that definition in mind, then why am I against public schools?  Isn’t that trying to destroy something made by the government to educate children?  That is the mask of evil in how it tries to contort reality.  Public schools are designed to eliminate the mind of children and make their natural ambitions toward goodness unachievable, and, hinders their creative process making them agents of evil by the time they grow up.  Which I consider reprehensible.  And along that line of thought, why should we care about pedophilia, especially in public schools?  It is a very evil thing to do to a new and growing mind to rob it of its individual will toward goodness, to grow up to be productive and creative, and to expand the fruitful nature of the universe through heavenly output.  A ruined person in the form of an adult who has made many mistakes in their life has no right to rob a young person of their full potential.  Evil has no right to destroy the efforts of creation from the mind of the good. Suitable as a product might be relative to the beholder, but the process itself is good by the needs of an ever-expanding universe and is the point of all existence.  And the lazy way out of a troubled life is to consume from others what they couldn’t do for themselves, either by stealing virtue or innocence before a mind is fully formed and can act on its own accord.  That is why pedophilia is evil, public schools are wrong, drug dealers are horrendously bad, and a lazy employee is detrimental to all existence.  That is why we should all fight for good and destroy evil wherever it presents itself.  Then, of course, the world will be a much better place.

Yes, My Wife and I Have Been Married for more than 35 Years: Danger is the key to happiness

On a lighter note, it has come up almost every day since the Nancy Nix fundraiser on Friday, August 4th.  Yes, it’s true; my wife and I have been married for 35 years.  It was at that event because I was sitting right next to the stage where some excellent comedians were performing next to my wife where I was the set-up for a joke that personal details about my life would be discussed in public.  I knew as I sat in a room full of people that I would be the subject of their comedy acts, but that was part of the fun.  After all, I am shy and like to keep a low profile, which helps me come out of my shell a bit.  So the comedian asked me how long my wife and I had been married, assuming we were much younger than we were.  He was working on a joke that poked fun at our conservative nature.  My wife is attractive, and it’s always an assumption that people make when they meet us in person that there must be some interesting story and that premarital sex would likely be involved.  That’s where the comedian was going with the line of questioning.  He asked how long we had been married.  I told him 35 years.  There was a bit of a gasp from the audience and in his face because it blew his set-up.  People don’t think we are that old, but we are.  And the following line of questioning was that we have kids in their 30s, which is also unusual.  Because his joke required us to have children older than our marriage, and in our case, that just wasn’t possible.  So to recover from this mild disappointment, he asked me if we ever argue, assuming that I would say the typical thing for a long-standing marriage, that we get along great and love each other emphatically.  My response was that we argue daily, which drew a laugh because everyone assumes conflict is destructive for a marriage.  But it’s the only way I can have a relationship with anybody, especially a wife. 

Since that nice fundraiser, I have been asked about the length of our marriage and whether it was true that my wife and I argue daily or if it was all just a joke from many of the people there.  No, it’s true; we have been married for 35 years and argue daily.  People wrongly assume that getting along is how you have a good marriage, and spicy conversation is the key, at least for me.  I like to fight; I will fight about anything, anywhere, about anything.  Peace is boring to me.  I would be mind numb if there was no conflict, so for me, conflict is a heavenly device, and the more conflict there is in my life, the happier I am.  However, arguing with someone doesn’t mean that you don’t love them.  It means you care for them; otherwise, you wouldn’t try to convince them of your opinion.  If you didn’t love or care for them, you likely wouldn’t want to convince them over to your position.  In the case of a marriage, through an argument.  And I can say honestly that my wife and I have argued over something passionately nearly every day of those 35 years and likely will for another 30 years.  The reason is that I am a very volatile personality.  And she is a very cautious person.  She gets what she doesn’t naturally have in me: a constant presence of danger and instability.  In her, I get someone to argue with.  It’s a recipe for a great relationship. 

I could tell stories from now until the end of time on a few examples, but a few that come to mind for context is one recently where we were in the mountains of Idaho driving down into Utah from a very high elevation with our RV in tow.  The wind was gusting so severely that there were cautions about going in it.  So we had our RV blowing behind us like a giant sail that felt like it would drag us right off the mountain.  We had much of our family in the car, four adults and a few children, and a dog, and there were very few guard rails.  A wrong move, and we could have easily been swept over a thousand-foot drop to the river below.  My wife was white-knuckling any handhold she could grab and was terrified with each wind gust.  She wanted me to stop immediately and wait out the wind, which would not happen soon.  We were in the middle of nowhere, and going backward was just as dangerous as going forward.  So I did what I did in most of those situations: I went faster and more aggressively and enjoyed the whole thing immensely.  We had another such incident just a year before, where we were outrunning an incoming snowstorm coming out of Colorado into New Mexico.  And the roads were covered with snow and ice drifting across the desert.  It was the same situation; we were hauling our RV at a high rate of speed, trying to outrun the storm after driving 13 straight hours to Roswell, New Mexico.  She wanted me to stop because we were sliding all over the road, and I had to go fast to outrun the cumulous cloud above us that was gaining steam from the setting sun.  It was night, and the lack of a sun fueled the storm into a monstrosity of more cold air, and it was moving across the desert at over 80 miles per hour.  She was furious with me, and I had a giant smile.  Those are what keep marriages together for 35 years. 

I would be bored out of my mind without experiences like that, and truthfully, she loves having those experiences with me.  I can only tell you how happy she was when we arrived in Roswell, New Mexico alive, or Vernal, Utah, with all our family safe after that scary trip on the mountain tops at over 6000 feet.  Surviving those kinds of things make the microwave popcorn taste a lot better when you get to camp and enjoy the luxuries of home in some distant place, in a favorite foldout chair.  And that’s also why we sat right next to the stage at that comedy event.  Being safe is not fun for me.  And if not for me, my wife would not push herself to expand her boundaries of comfort.  She is rarely comfortable with how I do things, but if she didn’t grab on like she does, cursing at me and all, there are a lot of crazy stories she wouldn’t have in life that have made our life together very interesting.  I could tell of one from Paris recently that is very funny, and it involved a bicycle and a few more of my kids as we were trying to catch a train.  We still joke about it at Thanksgiving dinner, which makes for an exciting life.  And while people make assumptions about safety being the root cause of happiness, I can report the opposite as accurate.  Danger is the best thing for a long marriage; to maintain a long one, comfort zones must be pushed to have a healthy relationship.  And zest is undoubtedly the key ingredient to frequent arguments.  Docile compliance would be disastrous.  Arguing is very beneficial in almost all circumstances in all parts of a life, marriages especially.

It’s Not About Unity in the Community or the Power of a Vocal Minority: But entirely a standard of right and wrong

This will be a nice yard sign for Trump supporters who can’t wait for next year to vote for, or against some anti-American political enemy.

Because I, like many people involved, I must at least provide fair warning. Enjoying people is one thing; agreeing with them is an entirely different matter. This was grotesquely obvious while driving by Lakota West in West Chester, Ohio, on August 8th, 2023, where the special election was a significant focus. As far as the eye could see from the road were Vote No signs, a blatant reminder that the progressive government school there is a factory of liberal politics intent to convert confiscated wealth from property owners and to turn it into Democrat activism. And many Republican-leaning people have been suckered into the game, even to support it against conservative, traditional values. Even on issues like Issue 1, which would have made it more difficult to change the Ohio Constitution, Lakota schools are aggressive in favor of change. That’s the purpose of their existence, to change our traditional American culture into some monstrosity of liberalism. And that election day was just a reminder of that sentiment and the genuine catastrophe of the upcoming fall election in November. Lynda O’Conner is up for re-election, and many people close to the matter have been hoping that she wouldn’t run because the opposition against her is on a crusade that has not been seen at Lakota in all the years of its existence. Before things get too messy here, I would call to mind a few monumental memories of the past, such as when the Tea Party had to take a stand against John Kasich after he turned into a progressive after his loss with the state labor unions. They turned him into a progressive pretzel, and many of us worked hard to destroy him because we had to. In a few short years, you don’t see him around anymore. And many of the people who are now pushing for Lynda O’Conner to be re-elected this fall, after all that’s happened, went after Speaker of the House John Boehner and essentially knocked him out of the Republican Party because he was too much of a RINO.

It’s an old game; we all get it. Friendships are made with people who are politically dangerous so that they can be controlled and perhaps worked against their original positions. And that certainly has been the case with the Butler County Republican Party. It’s always tempting to be invited to the cool kids’ table just so they can control you, not because they really like you. I just spoke about an excellent event with Nancy Nix where some of us have had some cantankerous hostilities toward each other. But at that event, we put a lot of that aside and had a nice evening together and enjoyed the comedians who were performing. It was a nice story. But all that is about to go sideways with Lynda O’Conner, which is fine. But the belief that friendships and private meetings would turn the resistance against her into captured assets of compliance with party sentiments was ill-advised and has only stirred up the hornet’s nest. The people involved with this next generation’s fight against the progressive objectives of Lakota schools will not be enamored with the shiny keys of friendship and gaining a seat at the table with the cool kids of power. The people I know standing against Lynda O’Conner for this upcoming election have a moral problem with her. It goes far beyond even calling her a RINO. They are not interested in Unity for the Community or coming together as a Republican party; this is all about right and wrong and standing up to the intrusions of a progressive political machine that works against conservative values in every way possible. And the passion is much greater than in those days of Governor Kasich and John Boehner. Many of the people involved in those old battles are now part of the cool kid’s club, and they like it, and they are supporting Lynda for the upcoming election and have been whispering in her ear and thinking that little secret meetings and emails of consensus building might work as it had on them in the past. I heard about some of these attempts while driving by Lakota West on that August election day, and I feel compelled to warn everyone that this is different, and there will be severe brand damage in the aftermath. This is unlike anything yet experienced in politics, which says a lot. And I don’t think many people understand.

The advice that I have been giving to people is that this is a throw-away election. If a new school board will not work with a three to two majority to eliminate excessive administrators to save runaway cost losses at the government schools, then what’s the point of any of it? Cutting 20 or 30 equity and inclusion administrative hires could save many millions of dollars, which Lakota needs to do. But there are a lot of soft-shelled tacos out there, some in the GOP who would be running as Democrats if it wasn’t Butler County who want to feel good about themselves by supporting a big government school. The trans issue has been a challenge forcing people’s real politics to emerge along those lines. I would say that because of the way everyone has treated Darbi Boddy as a school board member to let them choke on it. Let the rope go and let Lakota destroy itself; let the liberals have their way. Let them do what Biden has done to the country because then and only then will people wake up. The campaign to fight them will become more apparent when people see what they are about and can’t focus their union efforts of progressivism against someone like Darbi. And for the soft-shelled types who want to support Lakota under Lynda’s leadership, the tax levy they have in mind will change their sentiments quickly. And we’ll be back to fighting tax increases instead of legitimately trying to control the costs.

The people I have been talking to who are thinking of running and don’t think they have much of a chance, I have told them the same thing I’ve said to Lynda in the past. The union threshold is around 7000 voters. That is a baked-in number. If you want to beat them, you must get over 8000 voters, however possible. Lynda hopes to blend that a bit with GOP support, and enough RINO types are willing to cross that line because they don’t want more of a fight than what we have seen so far with Darbi on the board. Yet Lynda’s role against Darbi has woken up something new in the Lakota school district that goes far beyond typical political disagreements. Something that traditional politics has no way of dealing with. This is a battle over ethics and the essence of right and wrong, and the way Lynda handled the superintendent issue and the protection of children at Lakota is a deeply emotional issue that there is no compromise on. This isn’t like the days when the Tea Party wanted John Boehner out, and a more Tea Party type like Warren Davidson was put in, and everyone shook hands and ate a sandwich together. This is more of a civil war, casualties included. Many Lyin’ Lynda types have been waiting for this opportunity, and it’s only fair to warn everyone involved. Because I generally like everyone involved. But right and wrong are not negotiable. That’s certainly always been my position. If people wanted to be friends, okay, I’ve been willing. But I’ve never been willing to compromise right and wrong as determined by conservative, Republican politics. I’ve never been some dope-smoking libertarian. I’ve always been a traditional Republican party supporter. However, some of this new generation are perfectly willing to abandon any pretense of friendship to defend traditional, conservative values. And they are far more interested in doing what is suitable than compromising with what’s wrong to have unity in the community and an intact Republican party. And I provide that warning with sincerity for the good things in the past that have been done and the good memory of them.

I Had A Vision of the Destruction of the World Economic Forum: The collision of reality and American property ownership

Prizer Point is a great place to see things clearly

It has been one of those unique times where I have been away from home more than I have been home. My wife and I have been traveling extensively throughout the United States, living out of our RV. Some trips have been just she and I, some with immediate family members, and some with extended family. We have been seeing much of the country and interacting with many people. We have not lived in a bubble, and I have not seen any Joe Biden signs. But we have seen a lot of Trump support, even in areas considered otherwise liberal. And it was during one of these trips, I found myself reading Glenn Beck’s new book ‘Dark Future’ for the third time in over two weeks, and it was in the chapter “In the Future, You Will Own Nothing” that I made some important observations about the state of the world. This was ironic because we were at Prizer Point at Land Between the Lakes way down by Paducah, Kentucky, and I was surrounded at our luxury campsite with lots of property ownership. Prizer Point is one of the better marinas I’ve ever seen, and it had some luxurious houseboats docked there within view of our camp. I, of course, was reading my book next to my RV with our outside kitchen next to my mobile reading chair. Next to our site, mostly surrounded by water on a narrow peninsula, was several million dollars in various rig outfits by very committed RVers who had their own golf cars, jet skis, and boats of all kinds. Our kayak was parked next to our car, so I took a picture of where I was for emphasis. Everything about camping in America is about celebrating property ownership, even to the extent that people never really wanted to leave their homes where properties were secure. So, I tried to capture the irony with a photo.

Being off the grid for this type of camping, which is very popular in America, is about something other than roughing it. It’s not about denying yourself of the luxuries of the modern world; it’s about taking those luxuries into nature and enjoying it with all the comforts of home. When you want a shower, you get all cleaned up in your own space. You don’t have to share it with other people. You bring your food. You sleep in your bed. You watch TV when you aren’t listening to all the woodpeckers working on trees in the canopy overhead. You live well, exceptionally well. And it is pretty nice to travel with all your stuff to many different places and still have the same bed, refrigerator, stove, and bathroom. My wife and I have become so in love with this life that we dislike using public restrooms at gas stops. We like to go in our RV and have everything nice and clean. It is the American way of enjoying nature. But when you go to these campsites, one thing is prominent; nature is not in charge; the people are. RV campers love nature, but nature is not in control. Property ownership is, and I found it particularly interesting to be reading the material I was in such an area where property ownership was on full display to such a large extent. Behind my campsite was the boat ramp where people were putting their boats in and out of the lake all day, and it was enjoyable to see all the different kinds of crafts that people had.

Of course, I have been talking about Glenn Beck’s new book a lot. He did a great job with it; it is full of excellent information, which is undoubtedly what most news media needs to cover. ‘Dark Future’ is essentially pulling back the veil of the Klaus Schwab Great Narrative that the World Economic Forum has been planning behind the scenes of the United Nations and the European Union to incorporate the United States into their schemes of full Marxism and China-style communism through a nefarious attack of the global financial institutions. These people have lost touch with reality, but they have convinced enough people who have also lost touch with reality that they are predicting the future and forming the end reality. And that the end was inevitable. Well, I professionally talk to people who think like these World Economic Forum people a lot. There is a reason my wife and I have traveled so much. It’s our way of keeping it real, of not losing touch with reality, by interacting with reality abundantly. Immediately after we spent a week at Prizer’s Point, we traveled over 300 miles up to Darke County, Ohio, for the Annie Oakley competitions. So it was one thing after another for us, never stopping for air but always having the consistency of our mobile life living out of our RV. That kind of life would have helped the World Economic Forum types not lose touch with their liberal reality, which they have done. And most Americans blow them off as irrelevant. But as Beck’s book explains, they are under the assumption that they will rule the world; they will take all our property and force us to rent from them. And they believe that they already possess the power. But they believe it because they don’t know Americans like I do.

Prizer Point has a nice floating restaurant and general store on the lake connected to our campsite by only a thin little bridge. The staff at the camp was all very nice; it was a very well-managed place. But it felt like being off the grid, away from the world just enough to see everything very clearly. We had been to other nice campsites this year, and the general theme was evident, and I found it very reassuring. People were willing to live and let live so long as nobody messed with them. People were not taking Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates very seriously because they had lots of private property that allowed them to get away from their vile little clutches. But the minute they felt threatened by those kinds of people, that was another story. My wife and I went to the store several times to get ice cream and enjoyed eating it while watching all the boats come and go. And I could see that Klaus and the gang were facing some outraged Americans shortly, far more angry and hostile than they were prepared to deal with. And that was what I was looking for while spending most of the summer of 2023 on vacation. We’re not done with traveling for the year, not by a long shot. We have some vast trips coming up on the horizon with our various RV rigs. But everything became very clear somewhere between Prizer Point, the Darke County fairgrounds, and some wonderful books, especially that Glenn Beck book. I saw in a vision the end of the World Economic Forum crashing and burning under their misguided assumptions. And that made it a wonderful vacation season. Private property in America would be the straw that breaks the back of the World Economic Forum. And it would be a pleasure to watch.

The Deep State Must Be Destroyed: They started the war, elections are the best path to a peaceful resolution

Please make no mistake about it, the World Economic Forum types; the Deep State as it operates in the world is at war with us in the United States.  They have attacked us through controls over finance, and their intentions were just as hostile as any other kind of military attack.  I understand Steve Bannon’s speech at Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point Conference in Florida, where President Trump also spoke.  Supporting Trump is a vote against the Deep State that has attacked our country, and the general enemy is globalism.  And many people, like Steve Bannon and Trump, get it.  We are not having a policy discussion in America.  We are at war.  Now this just didn’t come out of nowhere.  I have quite a few people I associate with who have IQs over 180 who have been trying to recruit me to the Sovereign Citizen Movement for most of my adult life.  The Sovereign Citizen Movement is a controversial group of individuals who believe that they are not subject to the laws and regulations of the government. They often use their beliefs to justify illegal actions, such as refusing to pay taxes or obtaining false identification.  I think some of my friends in this movement are too smart to play the game and they gave up their citizenship years ago and would rationalize to me that America is not America.   There is no Constitution; there is no Bill of Rights.  America is a corporation.  It is not the land of the free, and I was being delusional to believe any of it.  So when it comes to compliance with the Desecrators of Davo’s enemy, who want to control the world through globalism, I know many people in various pockets that will fight hard should the time call for it. 

I can’t say that any of those rebel factions are wrong, but my statement is different, which is why I’m not in their movement. I don’t care what some central bankers think; I don’t worship the Rothchilds or any globalist ruling families. They are all idiots, and their money means nothing to me. And if they want a fight, well, I’m always happy to give it to them because I believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. And that is what I am willing to fight for. It doesn’t make any difference to me whether or not they accept those laws. I always viewed some of those intelligent friends as chickens for not wanting to stand and fight for their country. And I don’t mean signing up for the military, even though that’s how most people think. To me, the army of our government is a branch of globalism. I have very different views on it. But fighting for the Constitution, the First and Second Amendments, the Fourth and Fifth, which are routinely violated by this criminal syndicate Biden administration, is worth fighting for. So far, that fight is in politics. If votes matter, I’d say utilize them as far as possible. But submission to these globalist forces that have infected our institutions, our government at every level. No, that isn’t in the playbook—no submission to anything but American sovereignty. Running and hiding in other countries without American citizenship is not my idea of fighting. It’s running, so I have very different views than the Sovereign Citizens. I understand their argument but disagree with the resolution for correction. The real fight to fight is on the finance front. This isn’t a war of tangible battlegrounds like we’ve seen in the Revolutionary War or the Civil War. This is one at the bank and its connections to international investors who want to destroy our country from the outside in.

But just like attackers on the battlefield in the past, during the Civil War, for instance, railroads were targets for destroying supply chains. The same is happening now, but it is choking off our corporate structure in board rooms. The attack is to starve Americans of their freedoms slowly, to leave the infrastructure intact for a communist takeover that has been planned through globalism for over a hundred years. And now they are cashing their checks, and the moment is upon us. I would say the attackers have a math problem; so long as there are people like Steve Bannon out there and Charlie Kirk, who know how to fight these fights the right way, it is impossible for the Deep State to win, where the Sovereign Citizens believed all along that the whole effort was pointless. I would say it’s far from hopeless, especially if you understand the intentions of the Deep State. For years they have operated in the background, in hiding. But now they are exposed in the light of day and won’t last long like this. So I feel wonderful about America’s chances. What Bannon says about Trump is true. Trump is a peaceful resolution to this conflict. But if the Deep State insists on confrontation and things go sideways, that’s on them. More than enough people are willing to fight to destroy the Deep State.

And that’s what we are talking about here, the Destruction of the Deep State.  They went to war with us; we were minding our own business.  We were living by the rules of the Constitution.  They were the ones who came along in an attempt to destroy our founding documents, and people now understand the implications of that effort.  Today I spent the entire day with some excellent friends who remind me every year at the Annie Oakley Festival, which I have been a part of for over two decades, that many people are more than willing to fight the Deep State.  They are minding their own business and don’t even know what a Deep State is.  But tell them they can’t buy a gun, or vote for Trump, or that they can’t get gas for their truck, and they will be looking for someone to pay for interrupting their lives.  And you can bet I’ll point them in the right direction.  I’ll be happy to.  The Deep State deserves destruction for what they have done to America and is attempting to do presently to the world.  They are the ones who attacked us; they have killed innocent people and have looted trillions of dollars from all of us.  They are bloodthirsty killers hiding behind a fancy façade of polite “European” society.  And they aren’t welcome.  I’d say I interact with a very “diverse” number of people, and I know how many people find the message of the War Room with Steve Bannon a better representation of their political alliances than Fox News, or any of the other mainstream offerings.  So all the strategies of the Deep State are pretty flimsy.  They are ruthless, and they have shown us their teeth.  But failure is in their future, and how painful it is, is really up to them.  It’s what they do; next, that will decide how that future proceeds.  But domination and compliance of American society it’s not in the cards.
