Dr. Fauci and the Lost Giants of Ohio: Government science is not real science–its cover-up

Giants of Ohio

Yeah, we’ve seen this trick pony do its one-act before.  That is precisely what Dr. Fauci meant when he said that “he represented science” on Face the Nation.  Science is not the allocation of government money to distribute to various researchers so that they’ll say what you want them to.  For instance, several glaciers are retreating in the Grand Tetons, which I recently returned from. Because it’s such a popular area, it gets people’s attention with short attention spans.  The scientific evidence shows that the advancement of glaciers and their retreat is a continuous cycle over thousands of years.  Glaciers were retreating before there were people to cause the action.  When state science gets involved in giving people money to say that glaciers retreating have been caused by man-made climate change to fulfill a communist political agenda, that is not science.  Like hydroxychloroquine from people trying to manage Covid, a government-made virus in a Chinese lab intended to drive the Great Reset of the United Nations, hiding therapeutics is not science.  Gathering evidence and learning what that evidence means is what science is, and the definitions over time can change with future discoveries. What’s true today may not be true tomorrow with more evidence.  But governments want to use science to gain control, which was one of the main topics in the great American novel Atlas Shrugged.  What Dr. Fauci is talking about regarding science is the State Science Institute in that book, and that is what we see in our governments.  Hijacked science manipulated to fulfill a political agenda.  Today it’s Covid-19, yesterday it was the exploitation of Indians by suppressing information about the real indigenous people of America, the Giants of Ohio.

Now for evidence of what I’m about to tell you, you can visit the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia to see the 7′, 6″ skeleton of a giant of the mound-building era.  That particular skeleton was purchased from Northern Kentucky and is on display to avoid controversy; they use it to explain the effects of pituitary gigantism.  It just so happens that I first learned about a giant race of prominent people in North America while I attended the Mothman Festival in West Virginia several years ago.  One of my most popular articles out of all the many thousands that I have written was my Giants of Ohio article that still gets a lot of attention.  Since I wrote that article around 2010, many other people have joined the questioning process of science with further evidence.  The skeleton in Philadelphia is just one.  As it turns out, before the progressive era of state science came along to develop a narrative they wanted to use to argue the creation of America in the first place, the science of discovery was finding these giant bones all over America and the world.  There were plenty of hunters and gathers running around during the Archaic period that fills our books on archaeology today.  But there were massive empires of these very advanced people who were also very large that would have filled that book of Genisis in those early chapters, perhaps the Book of Enoch, for instance.  There is a lot of information from that period that did not make it into the early Roman versions of the Bible.  Yet, the bones were discovered and kept in private and public collections in abundance.  Yet, the study into those people has been turned off from academic circles just as hydroxychloroquine has been discouraged through modern censors because, for governments, it’s about an exploitation narrative that justifies their change state.  And for all others involved, it’s about money.  If you want government money to study these giants, you won’t get it.  If you want money to learn the mating rituals of a lizard, you could get that money if you could show that they were going extinct due to housing developments.  But you would not get money to excavate an Ohio mound to discover more about these giant people who predated the Indians in North America.

So it was on a map of the paranormal that I bought at that Mothman Festival, I first learned about giant sitings in Ohio specifically.  And there were many in Northern Kentucky where that one from the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia came from.  They call them on that map the Augusta Giants.  There was another collection up by Cleveland.  Since that map was published, we have found through private investigations many more.  It used to be so well known that President Abraham Lincoln talked about them at Niagara Falls when people could still speak freely about their observations on reality.  It’s been something I’ve been interested in for much of my life.

Still, people thought it was a kooky thing to think about because the science funded by academics associated with a liberalized government made sure that new evidence of our ancient past stayed concealed so that a new order of government-driven takeovers could occur unchallenged.  Modern progressives intend to erase America from history using slavery and the ruin of what they call “Native Americans” as the public narrative.  To learn that the Native Americans were just another failed society of the Vico Cycle does not help their cause, but it looks to be the case.  When Christopher Columbus arrived in 1492, the Vikings had already been to North America.  It seems like the culture that built Stonehenge had as well, and many of these giant people came explicitly from them.  It also looks like Egypt and Phonecia came to America before there was a Roman Empire to mine copper.  The Chinese were coming in their giant ships that sailed the world to show their intent for global domination.  Some things never change.  When we thought natives lived in harmony with nature rubbing sticks together to make fire, there was a complex society obsessed with astronomy. They existed coast to coast before even the Mayas of the Yucatan came on the scene.  America was just another attempt at civilization as others had tried and failed in history, leaving behind what we call the Indians of today, failed cultures barely getting by, not thriving in harmony with nature as state-funded science would have us all believe.

Governments want people like Dr. Fauci to rewrite history; I’ve been screaming about it for years at the top of my lungs.  If not for the Trump presidency, where all these deep state types have had to come out of the shadows to conceal their work, we might never have seen some of this.  Even the book I showed that I was reading from some of the most recent investigations into this matter by Hugh Newman and Jim Vieira in their excellent book, Giants on Record, is just scratching the surface of what is known.  Science is all about discovering evidence then figuring out what that evidence means.  As you get new evidence, you get new meanings, so to get to the truth of a matter, you always have to gather evidence and take it to where the truth is.  Government science contains the fact that the funded science can justify the state’s power distribution.  That is precisely what’s going on with Covid-19.

Treatments have been concealed so that the virus can advance and change the nature of society with the government in charge of the result.  The evidence of these giant bones changes what we think about indigenous people and the politics that has been exploited with the concept of the American Indian.  The modern governments of the progressive era want to erase America in favor of a new global government run by the United Nations.  Convincing people to give up their country to new bosses in the United Nations is easier if they feel guilty about the slavery that Europe and the Democrats had brought to the south.  Or in the eradication of the Indian through Westward Expansion.  So it is for that reason, the new evidence of these Giants of North America and the world really is concealed.  It’s not science that we are discussing regarding government interference in the evidence that would obviously change what we know and how we know it.  It’s called a conspiracy, and that is what the science of Dr. Fauci is in all its glory.  And for proof, just as you can visit the Mutter Museum in Philly to see one of these giants, the evidence of this cover-up scandal is with Dr. Fauci every time he goes on television to say one thing when the reality is something completely different, based on the evidence.

They Teach You To Be Dumb So You Don’t See Their Crimes: Thoughts from the Ohio State/Michigan football game

Government Schools are designed to Make You Dumb

If you do a root cause analysis on corruption, you will conclude that laziness is the primary driver.  And when you look at the most common trait of a government employee of any kind, on average, you will find that they tend to seek that type of work because they are lazy.  Therefore, it’s nearly a promise in every circumstance that you will get corruption out of government employees that will need to be heavily monitored.  Yet what do you get when you hire government employees protected by a socialist labor union to educate your society?  Well, you get the results of laziness and corruption on a mass scale.  And to look at it another way, what is the root cause of criminal behavior?  Well, it’s laziness again.  People would instead steal something than earn something because they think it is the easier path to a personal objective.  So guess what happens when you have criminals running your government, and they are also in charge of educating your society?  Well, you get the results of what I saw while watching the Ohio State, Michigan game.  The audience of over 100,000 people there in Ann Arbor all caught looking at the curtain in the Wizard of Oz, the illusions, the smoke, the mirrors, the bellowing projection of fear seeking the blue pill distraction of an exciting football game.  But not dealing with the root cause of much of what is wrong with society, a poor education not because we didn’t fund it correctly, but that we allowed people to learn all the wrong things.

Education to me is a lifelong experience.  I think everyone should read a book or two per week, during their entire lives.  Graduating from college at age 22 isn’t enough to become an “educated person.” I deal with many people who have master’s degrees and doctorates, and I don’t consider these people educated.  It may give them a good start in a field of endeavor, but education is a daily adventure, not a final destination.  In the times we are in now, there are so many opportunities to be educated; we have access to more books and information than at any point in the history of the world.  And being well-read is a responsibility of all people.  If you want a great society, you need an educated society.  But as it stands, and what was evident at that college football game, all college sports, and even professional sports, is that the criminals of our society have deliberately dumbed down our people through the education process so that they can get away with committing crimes on a massive scale.

One example of this deliberate ignorance was the expectation of the Biden administration into lying to our face about gas prices.  The Biden radicals shut off oil production in America.  Gas prices went up.  Then we were told that a global cabal runs the oil market and that America was powerless to do anything about it, when in fact, we just had a president in Trump who had the oil price issue under control.  But what is really driving up the costs of deliberately sabotaging the oil market is the Biden administration’s commitment to the United Nations climate change agenda.  Those same officials stood in front of the media and lied to everyone about the cause of the rising prices, and they expected their answers to stick.  They also expect the media to report the information as propaganda out of sheer laziness and the crippled mind of ignorance the public education system had given them.  The best way to hide a crime, or many crimes, in this case, is to teach people not to see it.  That is the result of our public education system and our colleges.  They are mass failures, and they were made that way on purpose by lazy, criminal-minded government employees who would rather live by a life of crime than by the ethics of hard work.  For proof, review the contents of the Biden laptop, and everything will become very clear.

Those poor people at that football game are most upset about the high gas prices. Still, they do not want to shake up any controversy with their friends and family over politics and election fraud instead of turning their energies to a football game.  They spend fortunes at those two prominent colleges, and they want to see something positive for it.  Is their education valuable? Did it teach them anything really useful in life?  No.  If anything, it has crippled them intellectually.  But if Michigan could only beat Ohio State, well, then there’s something to cheer for.  Suddenly, a six-figure education is worth the money if Michigan could beat Ohio State only one day a year.  Or, as usually happens, Ohio State wins and justifies all the wasted effort in those educations with a rallying cry all the students and their parents can enjoy. This dominating sports program serves as the face of the school.  Meanwhile, all the bad work is done behind the scenes; all the wrong things are taught for reasons that only serve a criminal enterprise in public service.

It’s just something I noticed as the students rushed the field at the end of the game, where Michigan won the game.  The pent-up energy was more than a victory; it was a justification for their belief in a system that has let them down.  The results of the football game at least gave them some lipstick for the pig.  But it had emptied their bank accounts on another kind of theft, the looting of minds that might otherwise function from intelligence.  But it’s not all bad.  Education is the most important thing we do, but its responsibility cannot come from the criminal class, the public servants who do those jobs because they are too lazy for anything else in life.  No, the education for things in life must come from you.  You must not look to others to educate you; you must do it yourself.  And it doesn’t end with a college degree, a $400,000 house, and 2.5 kids in a flat marriage to someone stuck in the same rut.  No, education is every Saturday morning from 5 AM to noon, or every morning from 4:30 AM to about 7 AM, reading books, voluminous amounts of books, the great classics, popular fiction, modern commentary, speculative sciences, sciences, the religions of the world.  Everything that’s going on, I can see it all very clearly, but then I function every day in the manner I commented.  I get up early every morning, and I read.  And on weekends, I usually read for 6 or 7 hours per day before everyone else gets up and does things.

You do that kind of thing all your life, no matter how young you are or how old you get.  You educate yourself by feeding your mind good things.  You can still watch the Ohio State, Michigan games.  It comes on at noon.  You can still do your weekly chores.  You can still run the kids around town and drop them off where they want to go.  But while you’re waiting on things, you read a book instead of wasting time on Facebook updating your profile picture to people who really could care less about it.  They only give you a vote because they want the same from you.  Instead of wasting your time, feed your mind, make yourself truly smart, and only then will the blatant antics of these modern government crimes become apparent because the criminals count on everyone not to see what they are doing.  And the dumber you allow yourself to be, the more you trust the education they gave you, the more crime we will see in our society.  And they’ll do it until we stop it, and the results of the Michigan game won’t prevent it.

Dr. Fauci Has the Right to Remain Silent: After reading Kennedy’s book, he should

The Omicron is Here!

Well, the answer to Dr. Fauci’s statement to Ted Cruz about what happened on January 6th, 2021, when the senator advocated for the prosecution of the coronavirus government bureaucrat, is that nothing happened.  On January 6th, people were upset at the election fraud certification by lazy politicians who didn’t want to rattle the cage when the cage certainly needed to be rattled.  And if I were you, Dr. Fauci, I would advise that you have the right to remain silent, and you should do so because everything you say can and will be used against you.  After reading several books about Dr. Fauci’s career, especially this latest book by Robert F Kennedy Jr., I wouldn’t be poking anybody through the fence that he thinks protects him in the swamp.  The election fraud that happened was caused by his work with the Wuhan lab in China which made the virus, and he has a lot of explaining to do.  He probably shouldn’t be talking.  In fact, for lying to Congress, he should be in jail.  Not conducting interviews on progressive television news shows seeking to shield him from justice with new talk about some ridiculous Omicron variant of the Covid-19 virus that has been so damaging to the world.

The book I’m talking about, The Real Dr. Fauci by Kennedy, is hard to get, it’s selling like hotcakes, and it has the goods.  It talks extensively with significant research into the antics of Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates in creating Covid-19, to begin with, and it is the defining book on the matter.  Fauci shouldn’t even have a taxpayer-funded job after what was revealed in that book.  Was it all on purpose? I don’t think so.  Not at the level of Dr. Fauci.  It looks like China knew what it was doing when it released the virus, likely to knock Trump out of the White House.  They were losing the trade war, and China wanted to strike out at the West and take down the president.  Without question.  Fauci was working with China, but his role was more on the bioweapons side, as usual in his deeply involved pentagon work.  In working on bioweapons, Fauci could command funding wherever he wanted, which was his motivation.  It was a chance for such a little man to be the big man on campus, which is why such an old man is still working in that government job.  He would never get so much respect in the private sector.  It’s not about money for Fauci; it’s all about respect.  He was and is still high on power which his unelected office gives him.  Fauci got caught playing with fire with the Covid virus funding gain of function research, then letting it get out of hand and becoming a bioweapon for his partners, the Chinese.  As bad as all that is, what’s worse is the cover-up.  Fauci sees this Omicron variant the way the rest of the guilty see it as a much-needed cover for their massive crimes now that books are coming out like Kennedy’s.  Public opinion has been turning against all these characters, and they need some way to deflect attention away from what we are all learning.

What Bill Gates did is actually worse than all that because, without his funding, nobody is listening to anybody on vaccines and pandemics.  Gates created this Covid-19 pandemic, and the world followed his funded plan revealed at Event 201 for how the world should react as they role-played the whole thing out in New York during October of 2019.  Everyone wanted a little of Bill Gates’ money, so they played along doing whatever he wanted to do.  Yet, for Gates, he treated people management worldwide the way he did with Microsoft programs.  Through vaccines, he intended to put everyone on an equal playing field to control mass populations to fulfill his desire for a zero-emission world.  Gates has been behaving as a Bond villain for a long time and was the power player behind Covid’s worldwide domination.  With all the costs of the lockdowns, Gates has responsibility for them all over the world.  He funded it, and he owns it.  Clearly, his goal was to tamper with the entire human race for what he thought was a good cause.  But that was the justification Hitler had when he went to war with the world to advance the cause of Germany.  All this and a lot more are in Kennedy’s book, and the number of references there leaves the guilt of Gates beyond dispute.  Gates is a bad guy who got caught tampering with the world, and you can understand why he is hoping for a sequel in the Omicron variant.  If he could deflect attention away from himself with a new pandemic, nothing could be better for him.

Then there is the Great Reset by the United Nations.  They wanted to shut down the economies of the world, and how else were they going to get control of all of them?  Well, they were going to use the coronavirus as the excuse, of course.  This was particularly well planned in advance; Bill Gates was on board and funding it.  Amy Acton in Ohio, the abortion supporting health director who worked for Governor Mike DeWine and was quoting Joseph Campbell while she shut down Ohio, then all the other states that followed, indicating it was all for the greater good.  Dr. Fauci loved the attention, and as a lifelong Democrat, big government, centralized planning supporter, he was all on board.  This all gave him a chance to be a hero and to be more powerful than an elected president like Trump was.  That is why we caught him snickering behind Trump’s back on stage a few times.  Because he knew a lot about the big plans that Trump had no clue about, they stuck Trump on stage to be the fall guy for his undoing.  Yes, they all thought it was funny.  But they had to punish Trump for pulling out of the Paris Climate Accord.  They could not allow an America First policy to rule the world.  That was their job, so they were going to do anything to unleash the virus to cause chaos and havoc wherever it could, no matter what it cost.

There are a lot of bad guys in this story; we could go on for days.  But at the center of it is Dr. Fauci because, without him, there wouldn’t have been a virus that jumped from a bat to humans without his NIH tampering with the process as a developing bioweapon.  We can see all the bad people who then used it for malice now as far as the eye can see deep over the horizon.  But it all started with Fauci.  And now that he’s in trouble and people are calling for his head, he hides behind the Omicron.  He and Bill Gates need a diversion.  Nobody is distracted by the Bill Gates divorce anymore or his connections to Jeffery Epstein even as James Comey’s daughter runs the trial that remains from that scandal, obviously to protect all those criminal scumbags who have always been involved.  They think they know something we don’t, so they commit these mass crimes thinking they are doing it for the greater good.  Yet the truth is that they are feeble people who have abused the resources they have in life, whether its money, political power, or just commercial influence; they all have it wrong in their own little ways, and to hide it from the public, they have given us the Omicron!

The Legality of Fake Vaccination Cards: People want freedom from any administrative state

Freedom from an Administrative State

When people say they want “freedom,” this next story represents the reason.  Freedom is more than a cliché; it’s a desire not to be limited to the restrictions of an administrative state that, through history, has shown time and time again to be corrosive to innovation, joy, and advancing society.  The less of any administrative state you have, the better a society and its people.  An administrative state only benefits the people running it, who are always in the extreme minority. It forces people to live within the limits of the weakest links in such a society.  So when people say they want freedom, they mean they don’t want an administrative state of losers running their life.  And that was never more obvious than in a story about Antonio Brown, a wide receiver for my favorite football team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Over the last week or so, one of his private cooks and a girlfriend of some kind leaked information that the fully vaccinated NFL football player was using a fake card to prove it and that he had bought it for $500.  Since that accusation, Brown and the Buccaneer staff had stood by his vaccination status; when Brown got the shot, a team member was with him to witness it.  The Buccaneers had complied by reviewing the vaccine cards to the NFL, which was doing the bidding of the Biden administration like nice little servents.  So there weren’t many teeth to the story to go anywhere, but it does bring up a whole host of problems that I had been thinking about myself.  Even if Antonio Brown did provide a fake card proving his vaccine status, so what?  What law did he break?  And why was it such a big deal causing the media to attempt to shame him into compliance with quite a lot of news generated?

I have personally witnessed hundreds of people getting the shot and the card at this point, so I’ve had some of these questions from the beginning of the process.  First, I have watched many people get the shot who immediately had terrible side effects from it.  They tell you when you get the shot to stay near the administrator for 10 minutes in case you pass out.  So getting this shot, even under forced government coercion, is the grounds for many, many lawsuits.  Watching the process over these many months, I would say it’s one of the cruelest things I’ve ever seen a government attempt to do to its people.  It’s terrible stuff because the government knows the vaccine is dangerous.  When they gave Joe Biden the shot on television, I do not believe that they really gave him the shot because it would have knocked him out for days, perhaps even killed him at his age.  I would not blame a professional athlete one bit for not wanting to get a vaccine shot and looking to get a fake vaccine card to prove it, to avoid the painful aftereffects of the vaccines that might ruin the season for them.  Professional athletes cannot afford to have their bodies shut down the way this vaccine does to people.  So my first thought about Antonia Brown’s actions for me was, “so what.” While the media made it sound like he had just murdered people with his “dishonesty.”

Then again, watching all those people get the shots, then have some administrator pick up a card off a tall stack of little cardboard vaccine cards and scribble some dates, and the site of the administration as the proof of the event was shaky from day one.  That tiny, unextraordinary card was what the big deal was?  The first thought I had was that massive amounts of counterfeit cards would be shown as proof that they received the vaccine.  There was no traceability to the cards, and given the stakes, where it meant that some people wouldn’t be able to have their jobs if they didn’t have a card showing they had a vaccine, well, of course, they were going to cheat with a fake card filled out with some chicken scratch.  The Buccaneers as an organization said precisely what I had been thinking for months when they were pressed on the matter.  They reviewed Antonio Brown’s card and didn’t see any errors in it.  What were they supposed to check, a proper signature, the correct dates?  It wasn’t the Buccaneers responsibility to check the validity of the cards themselves, just that people had them.  So the government, in all its administrative wisdom, issued this massive mandate with considerable costs to people in their health and livelihoods. Yet, they had no way to know if people had received vaccines or not, based on a stupid, standard piece of cardboard that a child could copy and fill out as proof.  Yet, that was precisely the case.

I remember how hard it was to get a fake ID when I was younger, showing that people were over 21 when they were only 18 or 19.  Back then, it was perfectly justified to make a fake ID because all the hot girls were looking for older guys who could take them to places 21 and over.  So as a guy, you had to have a fake ID to play the game; the government didn’t know what it was doing when it changed the drinking age from 18 to 21 as I was coming to those ages, so people had to survive like every culture where there is an overly administrative state, a black-market forms.  China has a big one, as do all totalitarian governments, because people want the freedom to do what they need to do in life and when governments come up with too many rules based on their own personal limitations, law-breaking will become a dominant recreational activity.  I knew some sharp cookies who made fake IDs, and they made good livings providing them.  These vaccine cards were not even close to being as challenging to make.  Anybody could make a proof of vaccine card, so given the political climate, there was no question to my mind that there was going to be massive fraud in providing the cards.

Yet even worse, the government obviously hadn’t thought about any of that as they clamped down on people with Executive Orders and tried to scare everyone into compliance.  Nothing about the vaccine mandates was constitutional, the government got caught breaking the law themselves by implementing such a thing, and the Buccaneers knew it as an organization.   They played along with the made-up rules, but it wasn’t their job to investigate whether Antonio Brown got the shot as the card showed he did on the dates they showed he received them.  It was their job to collect the cards and demonstrate compliance to an out-of-control government and the woke NFL that wanted to bend the knee to an administrative state so they could stay in business.  There were so many things wrong with the whole process that the path of least resistance always has the answer, come up with a fake card and shut everyone up.  There was no legal authority. The government could not enforce any breaking of the rules because they made up the rules like some playground kid making them up as the game was being played, and that’s what the government gets for its gross overreach.  When they force people to comply with their dumb rules, people will find a way to break those rules so they can live life.  And that is the kind of freedom that we all talk about in these kinds of circumstances.  People want to be free of being bothered by this kind of administrative state overreach.  The more rules people have to live under, the more rules they will have to break to live life, and that is the reality that the administrative state of any kind has never admitted to itself.

‘Looking Backward’: Where the liberal snipers have been hiding

Finding the Snipers by Looking Backward

I talk about it all the time, but if you are new to all this and have been getting your news from more mainstream sources, well, maybe you didn’t know about the successive tyrants of the world, the World Economic Forum who recently announced their Great Narrative from Dubai.  That is, of course, the same group behind the Great Reset, which Covid was created to implement across the world to shut down all the world’s economies simultaneously.  Then to have a managed restart under the United Nations using climate change fake science to drive the need.  I was catching up on all the latest climate crises, United Nations propaganda, and Davos Great Narrative updates while playing the new Call of Duty: Vanguard.  I was on a specific mission where you had to cross a vast field with broken-up buildings off in the distance full of snipers.  You had to work with a teammate to draw out the sniper fire, determine which windows the snipers were in, and quickly shoot them to advance.  I couldn’t help but see the parallels to what I was listening to.  The political left has kept themselves concealed in darkness for a long time, forcing us to focus on their specific positions.  As we put our sniper scopes on them, they’d shoot us from a different place.  When we changed our priorities, they’d shoot us yet from somewhere else.  But I like to look at the whole battlefield and pay attention to all the muzzle flashes from the various snipers to see them as one big story.  And that’s what the Great Narrative revealed to me; it was essentially a word-for-word utopian update of the old Edward Bellamy book Looking Backward.  This time, climate change was the driver toward global socialism and communism, taking over government over private enterprise so that the state could justify the power grab.  Since people resisted the first attempt, which took over 100 years to try, the political left has now turned to climate change to drive the justification, and it is evident to anybody who had a mind to look at the big picture.

Looking Backward was essentially a short evolutionary novel meant to soft-sell Karl Marx to America and was in 1888 the third most popular book behind Ben Hur.  There was a massive following for the socialist utopia that the book describes when the hero wakes up 130 years in the future after being put to sleep with hypnosis only to suffer an accident in the process.  When he finally wakes up, the world has evolved into a socialist utopia, complete with the state taking over ultimately the means of production. There is no crime, everyone is equal, and the government maintains that fairness at the expense of all else. It’s a fluffy sort of fiction that, looking forward, was every bit like science fiction as Star Wars. Still, the premise was intentionally real, and a considerable following erupted from 1888 to 1900.  It only ended because Bellamy had died, and the movement took on a new shape.  But it’s a period of history that hides behind other things like the Civil War, the invention of the airplane, the electric bulb. The Model T. It’s a socialist movement that completely infected our education system at all levels, starting with John Dewey, who designed our public education system around the premise of Bellamy’s book.  So this wasn’t some fringe movement, it was the evolution of Karl Marx right in front of our faces, and it happened at the turn of the century.  What evolved after it became the stuff of nightmares, the creation of the Federal Reserve, the centralized control of money, progressive taxation, the big government politics that would lead to the New Deal.  The attempts at creating the League of Nations, then finally the United Nations.  It all started with that little book that replaced the gunfighters of western expansion and the liberalized easterner’ desire to assimilate the new nation’s success.

People called these strange new socialist lovers “elite” because, at the time, they were the ones who were in our education system and teaching us.  They were the education system, the professors of our colleges, and they were our intellectual guides in a time when many people still couldn’t read.  Because many who founded America as a new country were suffering from an inferiority complex with Europe, these socialist lovers had the ear of many people we trusted to teach us things we didn’t know due to our lack of culture and history.  We didn’t know that much of what they were teaching were things we didn’t want or need to know.  We just knew they knew something we didn’t, so our society listened to them.  This went on for several decades, getting worse and worse over time.  As communism took over in the Soviet Union in 1917, then socialism moved into the collapsed German government with Hitler in the 1930s. China with a total communist takeover in 1949, Cuba in the 1950s, then Iran in the 1970s, the long march of global domination of communism has been moving along at a predictable pace.  Liberals in America’s own government were always sympathetic. They sought to teach Americans the ways of socialism and communism in our public schools and colleges the entire time, so there is a bit of socialism in just about everyone these days.  And always, the turn toward communism was through financial pressure and forcible military conquest.  That is certainly the case in Germany, where their financial system completely collapsed after World War I, and China after fighting in World War II.   The same playbook was at work on America now in 2020, and if you know how to sniff out the snipers to see where they are shooting from, you can see what’s been happening quickly.  I read the book that they are still following almost verbatim.

Of course, there are flaws to this plan that these losers have never worked out.  They don’t understand where socialism went wrong from its beginning plans, which Bellamy never figured out.  The failure of these so-called elites is that they assumed that if the world’s governments could unite and issue fairness, they could take over all industries and never miss a beat.  But that’s not what’s happening. Instead, all the flaws from the beginning all the socialist academics were in love with were never resolved.  The Bellamy novel was fiction at best when it first was shown to the public.  Because it appealed to the below-the-line people out in the world, they ignored that socialism defied the essence of human need.  It was a fantasy written by the mind of a child, and it had migrated into a governing force that still insists on trying it over and over again, even though it never worked.  These educated elite have shown themselves not to be very smart.  We gave them the benefit of the doubt looking forward, but looking backward, as the book suggests, they had it wrong from the beginning, and they never had a chance ever to get it right.  Yet that is the very premise of the Davos crowd of the World Economic Forum people.  They are as lost as they ever were, and they, in their most profound thoughts, want to rule the world as all tyrants have over the many centuries of warfare.  And they expect America to fall like all the other places in the world have, especially since they’ve spent over a century building the momentum.  But I would argue that we see where they are shooting from now, we know where their snipers are, and we can win this game now that they are exposed.  They may have hidden that book, Looking Backward, from history, but they can’t hide the result.  It’s time to pay, and the evidence points to a bad day for all of them.

What a Tyrant Is: Why freedom is more important than order

What a Tyrant Is

Clearly, the United Nations is making their long-planned move to pull the United States under their umbrella, to satisfy the ultimate strategy of progressives over the last century. That is a one-world government that they control.  And in America, the Democrat Party is fully committed to making that happen, so much so that Joe Biden and the John Kerry types are pushing forward a radical progressive agenda despite what voters in the United States might think of it.  They are already functioning from the change state point of view where the world will be operating from one government brought together through rules of climate change, which they made up entirely to fulfill their cause.  Covid was created in a Chinese lab to crush the world’s economies and create a “Build Back Better” socialist plan that would lead to the Great Reset.  None of that is speculative fiction; in fact, it’s the truth of 2021 as we move into 2022.  Given what these people have shown they are willing to do, can you see now why they committed massive election fraud in 2020 to get rid of Trump?  Trump and the MAGA supporters were in the way, and they couldn’t have that.  So they got rid of him for this new globalist agenda, and they didn’t care what rules they had to break.

This, of course, has shocked many people, leaving them to declare statements about how unconstitutional it all is, how unfair, how tyrannical.  Biden has responded by mocking our cries for freedom because the plan was always to use safety over freedom to drive people like herds of cattle toward the cesspools of globalism.  To crush the American economy and redistribute the wealth elsewhere.  That is, after all, how all our jobs over the years ended up in China.  But few know what freedom means or even what a tyrant is. How can we say that a school board is a tyrannical organization or a presidential administration?  How could those puffy Pillsbury Dough Boy socialists in the United Nations be “tyrants.” They look like Santa Clause in most cases who want to help people.  Without a proper definition and value of what freedom means, our arguments against this wave of globalism against our American sovereignty come out flat and uninspiring.  So let’s set some definition parameters for the use of argument.

To define a tyrant, I always think, as I said in the video above, of a parent who sends their kid to gymnastic practice hoping that they’ll become so good that they might someday make the Olympic team and be national heroes on the cover of a cereal box.  That is ultimately the kind of neurosis that the people in the United Nations think of their billionaire sponsors and us.  That if we would only listen to them, they’d have our lives all figured out, and we’d thank them later.  This parent-child relationship is prevalent in our society.  Lots of parents move to schools or send their kids to schools that have healthy sports programs hoping that a college recruiter will notice their child and that a path for success will be established for them just by being in the right place at the right time. It’s the dream of many parents to see their kids achieve the success they were never able to accomplish in life.  But, the problem is, when parents act in such a way, they are taking away the child’s free will and forever harming their future development.  The parent might justify that it’s for the child’s own good; what can a child know that a grown adult has seen for themselves.  So the child should just shut up and listen.  This is what a tyrant is.

A tyrant is a person or an entity of any kind that lives through the lives of other people.  And people who declare they want “freedom” essentially say they don’t want to be connected to such people.  When we say we want “freedom,” we say we don’t want our lives directed by other people.  Yet the Democrat Party and their partners in the United Nations, the globalists as we like to call them, insist that we all connect and that they must live through us the way a parent lives through a child who is enrolling their child in sports programs, not for the health of the child, but the ego of the parents.  The parent wants the neighbors to be in awe of their sports star child; they want respect from the child’s antics by their peer groups.

In the same way, the tyrant of every kind must live off the life of others so that they can associate themselves with success.  They are natural parasites to the order of the universe, and what’s worse, they think they are doing good.  They justify their actions because it is in their nature to be parasites.  So when we say we want freedom, we aren’t talking about the Revolutionary War in 1776 against the English.  We aren’t talking about Republicans starting a Civil War with Democrats in the American South to free the slaves.  When we say freedom, those are expressions of freedom, but we genuinely want not to be chained to those who demand that we live our lives through other people.  We want to be free to live our own lives in our own way.  Not at the expense of others but under our own accord.

When Biden mocks the American notion of freedom, it is because he has already signed America up to serve the masters of the United Nations, the socialists of France and Portugal. They live vicariously through their histories, sipping wine in art museums.   Not only do these people live through other people, but they loot off their histories, claiming them as their own, even though the wars and conquests of the past were not even closely associated with the modern day.  They use such justifications to treat America like a child that has gone astray and now must be spanked in front of the world and be told what to do from now on.  Yes, we want “freedom” from that kind of idiotic behavior.  We want to be free of people who think like that.  We don’t want to live our lives preplanned in the halls of Europe by stuffy old losers who are too timid to live their own lives and make their own histories.  They are looking for cover, and they need us to do it.  That is why Joe Biden mocks us.  He is an old man who has lived his whole life through other people, so it’s too late for him.  And he knows it.  The way he hides such a thing from his own mind is to bring the whole world into a similar condition.  In that way, he would never be remembered for being such a loser.  Yet, that is just how it will be for him and all those in the United Nations who have plotted against America and all of us with such elaborate plans.  Just as the parent who finds their 16-year-old daughter suddenly screaming rebellion once they are old enough to make their own decisions.  The little girl who went to gymnastics since they were five years old suddenly wants to be their own person, and the parents, of course, will be devastated, but that is the nature of freedom, and what every living thing on planet earth craves, whether or not they know how to express it.

Government Schools are Like Dirty Public Toilets: If you gotta go, you go

Public Schools are like Public Toilets

I often say about public education that it’s like using a Porta-Potty at an outdoor concert full of drunks after waiting for an hour in a long line in the hot summer sun as opposed to a nice private bathroom in your master bedroom.  I mean, if you gotta go, you use the damn thing.  But optimally, you want the nice one off your bedroom.  Public education is garbage and has been really since its inception.  I try to help make the public school in my district better by electing good people into office. Still, so long as the progressive labor unions run the government schools and a corrupt communist-oriented Department of Education sets the policy, there isn’t much hope for public schools.  And that’s the real point from the government and why the governor race in Virginia is competitive.  Parents after Covid have heard the quiet stuff out loud, and it has scared them.  Your children are not your children, they are possessions of the state, and with that simple revelation, Terry McAuliffe uttered that which was never meant to be said in public.  The true intentions of the entire progressive movement, the micromanagement of every aspect of our lives, and the theft of our children to turn them into communist insurgents.  Thankfully this year, and this 2021 election, we have options.  But the damage is decades old and is nothing new to me.

I started this blog site over a decade ago to cover the stories our local newspapers wouldn’t cover about gross sexual acts teachers routinely committed against the students of my home district of Lakota.  This latest terror in Loudoun County, Virginia, where a guy dressed up as a girl raped two girls brutally in a bathroom, is not unusual in public education. What’s unique about this one is that it involved the trans bathroom controversy, which is going on in most public schools.  The issue is hot in Lakota, which is in northern Cincinnati.  A majority of the current school board members supported it, which is why there are so many candidates seeking to knock them out during this election.  But this has been going on all over the United States because it comes from the Department of Education essentially and the talking points of the teacher’s unions who are entirely in support of all the Democrat Party platforms.  The trans condition is a new wrinkle to the old problem of school boards covering up this bad behavior from the parents to keep all this bad behavior undercover.  Newspapers and local television will cover the football games and all the feel-good stories but ignore all the vile sex abuse in just about every corner.  A quick search of my blog site will list hundreds of stories that I have covered, and those are just the tip of the iceberg. There’s a lot more that goes on that nobody will ever find out about.

I ran into a lot of trouble with Lakota when I covered a grade school teacher taking naked pictures and sexually abusing students in the classroom.  This was ten years ago, and the school board very much wanted to cover up the whole case.  They thought that I was hurting real estate values in our community by slamming the school by me covering it.  They worried that people wouldn’t move to the neighborhood because everyone knew that schools were the only reason people bought homes.  Most adults in my community didn’t want to hear about the sexual molestation of children by school employees because it might hurt property values.  So the coverups continued.  Ten years later, one of the people running for this year’s school board is Vanessa Wells, who had her daughter threatened with murder in Lakota.  Of course, the school board tried to cover it up and attempted to suppress the story, which was a considerable court case.  Vanessa became tired of being a victim, so she put her name in the ring to become a school board member.  Truthfully, the way to solve the problem is to elect good school board members. Still, until recently, until some of these stories started being talked about because parents realized during Covid shutdowns what was going on in the schools, nobody wanted to discuss it.  Parents were happy to get the free babysitting service, and they didn’t want to know the bad stuff.  People voted for big progressive school board people, and the unions ran all over them.  In that way, government schools became like that public toilet that nobody cleaned, and people pissed all over, then expected good results.

I’m happy to hear that more and more parents are homeschooling their children.  My kids are homeschooling their kids, and the resources I see there are amazing for them.  When my kids were young, my wife and I homeschooled them at various times.  One issue was when the school demanded we give our kids sex education in the 4th grade.  We had to pull our kids out of school because the political pressure was so great that it became impossible to send them to school.  My kids both spent their senior years of high school in Europe, where they were learning about life in real-time, not just reading about it in some art class where their classmates were plotting all the ways they would get drunk on a Friday night at a football game.  I learned firsthand that public schools were a waste of time and were evil in their social intentions, so I’m not surprised at all at the news stories now. I’m happy that so many people have finally caught on to what I’ve been saying for three decades.  The straw that finally broke the back of public education was the overstep of progressive politics, first with Covid, then by driving the transexual issues of unisex bathrooms.

I am encouraged by each election, as they are all opportunities for positive changes back to tradition.  But the brand of government schools is forever damaged.  A few years ago, if I had said that public schools were equivalent to a dirty public toilet, many people would come to their defense.  But not today.  Now, most people are just saying, “yeah, you’re right.” Public schools and their government overlords and labor unions have done it to themselves.  But none more than Terry McAuliffe letting the cat out of the bag at a debate with his challenger in Virginia for the governor race.  It’s true; public schools have always sought to steal our children, to use them, to abuse them, to turn them into Anti-American activists. It’s the system itself that is at fault.  It was broken from the start, and the school board’s job was not to manage the district and the money but to lay cover for all the crimes because the value of the school to the community was much more important than the kids themselves.  So great evils were perpetuated, and the expectation was to always cover it up from the parents so they’d keep paying for the higher taxes and keep running on the treadmill to fuel the whole enterprise, never questioning anything.  But times have changed, and I think it’s for the better, as ugly as it is.  It’s about time that everyone admits what the problem has always been.  Public schools are dirty and messy, and if you love your child, you would never send them there.  Ever.

Guns Don’t Kill People, Alec Baldwin Does: Make no mistake about it, we hate these anti-American activists

Alec Baldwin is Guilty of Killing

I support entirely Donald Trump Jr’s statement about Alec Baldwin on the new shirt sold on his website, stating, “guns don’t kill people, Alec Baldwin does.” I tend to like Christian people; I grew up with lots of families with a religious background.  But I’m a vengeful person, and I think it’s consistent with the laws of nature.  I don’t forgive and forget.  I think it’s stupid to turn the other cheek, and when you get a chance at revenge for things that people have done to you, you take every opportunity to enjoy it.  They deserve what they have coming, those who inflict evil on you.  They deserve to feel all the pain and misery of the ramifications of their deeds.  That certainly is the way I think about those who pushed President Trump out of office, have signed America up for all these terrible United Nations climate change policies, and all those anti-gun liberals like Baldwin. They have done so much evil over the years toward my position.  If Donald Trump Jr. hadn’t made up a shirt like that, I would have.  Now my wife is one of those forgiving types, and her reaction is likely similar to many people out there.  She stated that everyone is worthy of forgiveness.  Well, no, they aren’t.  When people are as bad as Alec Baldwin is, they deserve all the misery of whatever pain they feel, and they are not worthy of forgiveness in any way.  I feel sorry for the cinematographer who was killed on the movie set of the western, Rust, who was killed by a gun Alec Baldwin was using as what they thought was a “prop gun.” That killing should never have happened.  But I don’t buy that Alec Baldwin feels terrible about it the way he is showing. He’s a phony, an actor.  He is a liberal loser and an anti-gunner, and ultimately, he is responsible for the death that occurred on that movie set and nobody else.  He killed an innocent person with a gun, and he can live with that forever in misery, and I hope it rots his soul from the inside out.

The first problem with Alec Baldwin is that he has sold himself to Hollywood and the political world as an anti-gun activist.  Yet he was the producer of the film Rust, a western where guns are always the subject of a story.  Baldwin has made a good living in his life, such as in his gangster films, using guns to tell his stories and make his money; they turn around and talk about how evil they are. He’s a two-faced tyrant at best and a hothead who has personally attacked many conservatives over the years as an outright bully.  I love westerns, but I would not have watched Rust because Alec Baldwin was in it.  What he did on Saturday Night Live to the Trump family and to the president I elected and loved was war.  He insulted all the MAGA movement notoriously and without guilt or thought to any damage it might cause.  Before his Saturday Night Live skits against Donald Trump, I might have just thought Baldwin was a hothead actor.  I might watch a movie with him in it and shake my head at how stupid he was.  But I learned to hate him over the Trump years as he proved himself to be an enemy of America, a progressive buffoon who made money off guns then turned around and sought ways to destroy America by attacking an America First president.  Again, I’ve heard it all before; we aren’t supposed to carry hate in our hearts.  As good “Christian” people, we are not supposed to feed hate or give it a harbor within our minds.  Well, I think that’s a stupid idea, and I have felt that way since my many years of Sunday school until I was beyond the 8th grade.  Not having hate in a heart is like operating in a world without eyes.  Hate is the result of how you feel about what people do to you, and it’s a natural emotion generated from the way people live life.  And the way Alec Baldwin has lived his life and sought to change the way I live mine, I hate him.  I would say I hate every cell in his body and the air he breathes.

I’ve worked on movie sets, I’ve spent my life around guns.  I work with guns every day of my life, and I would have known that there was a bullet in that gun as soon as someone handed it to me.  I would have been able to tell by the weight of a single live round. I’ve worked with blanks, many kinds of bullets, and guns that fire lasers for sight alignment.  As the person holding the gun, it was Alec Baldwin’s responsibility to know if the weapon he was pointing downrange was loaded or not.  It’s not the armorer or the assistant director.  They can tell you if the gun is hot or cold.  You still must check it yourself before doing anything with it.  These are gun skills that every young person in America should know before they leave grade school.  Millions of families handle lots of guns every year and don’t have accidents as Alec Baldwin did.  Baldwin, as a liberal, trusted as all liberals do the system of responsibility that kills all liberals in every argument.  They are never at fault for anything because it’s always a system’s failure if something goes wrong.  This is precisely what the media attempted to do with this shooting on the set of Rust.  They try to say that the gun was used in target practice earlier that day, and a round was left in it.  The system failed, not the shooter.  They try to say that the prop master was inexperienced, that there were union disputes on the set.  They said many things, but ultimately, everyone who handles a gun under any circumstances knows; the person holding the gun is always responsible.  Guns don’t kill people; they don’t go off on their own.  People kill people. Don Jr. is not wrong in what his t-shirt says.

Alec Baldwin should never be let off the hook for all those reasons and many, many more.  This shooting should ruin his life in every way.  And we should allow ourselves to smile at the justice of it.  It’s terrible that someone had to die because Alec Baldwin was so stupid.  But it was his fault and only his fault.  Being a nasty liberal and anti-gun activist, he had no business even making a western with guns in it.  The only people who operate guns on a film set should know guns in everyday life and have the skills to work with them.  Putting guns in the hands of many Hollywood liberals who are ignorant about the little things regarding gun safety is an open invitation for stuff like this to go wrong.  But liberals like to talk out of both sides of their mouth; they want to make money with guns, then speak against them like the activist that Alec Baldwin always has been.  And Alec Baldwin should suffer, as should everyone who works against an American First agenda.  These people are not our life partners; they are not our friends.  They are domestic enemies, and they need to be punished when they do something wrong.  And when someone dies because of what they do, forgiveness is not an option.  Hatred is the right emotion, and to never forgive it is the correct thing to do. Some people are just bad in life, and Alec Baldwin is a bad person.

The Legal Liability of the Government on E.O. 14042: When our quality of business life decreases, the Biden administration is directly to blame

The Government is Liable for Business Losses Due to their Bad Decisions

Not many people, including most lawyers, have had time to break down Joe Biden’s ridiculously unconstitutional Executive Order 14042, which my nickname for it is 4th down and 1.  It’s about as serious as a football team that is on 4th down, and they only need 1 yard for a conversion, so they perform a hard count hoping to draw the other team offsides and get a five-yard penalty.  They have no intention to throw the ball or run a play, and they hope that in such a way, they can trick their opposition into giving them some free yards on the down and distance because the government has no right even to issue Executive Order 14042.  It is all a bluff to see how much the government can trick people into getting vaccinated off a virus that global conspirators created in a Wuhan lab to remove an American president from office.  Also, there is further trouble from the Biden administration. As it looks now, based on the early auditing process, the Biden presidency was illegal and will have to be undone.  Biden can’t issue tissue paper because it was the media that called the election for him.  States not ever having to face a challenge in the certification process didn’t know what to do.  Mike Pence called Dan Quayle of all people for legal advice on what to do on January 6th.  Looking back, the states should have taken care of certifying their election because massive voter fraud under cover of covid is what put Biden in the White House.  He was not elected by the people but by laziness, deception, and trickery.   So there are lots and lots of problems with Biden’s E.O. 14042.  Lots and lots and more lots, legally, ethically, and historically.

But what’s fascinating about the whole thing is just how stupid the government is as an institutional entity under the Biden administration and its waves of progressive administrators.  Most of the focus of the Biden vaccine mandate has been spent on the clause forcing any company with more than 100 employees to comply.  Yet, the biggest and most challenging hit came to federal employees in some way or another and all their sub-tier contractors.  If you even smell the work for which the federal government touches, the vaccine mandate is a real threat. There is no short-term legal answer to presenting terrible problems for most employers in the United States.  Recently the FAR flow downs have been passed down the supply chains, and we now have some idea what the federal government was thinking and what they signed up for.  There is a very reckless clause in the FAR that instructs employers what the method of compliance will be, which puts the burden of massive failure squarely on the federal government’s back, which is worth a logical discussion.

Nestled a few paragraphs down from the FAR I saw from NASA is a section that states, “These safeguards will decrease the spread of Covid-19, which will, in turn, decrease worker absences, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Federal Government.” So there it is, and there is a lot wrong in those few little sentences that set up the federal government for a load of lawsuits.  First of all, there are declarative statements about Covid as a whole.  Colin Powell just died the other day of Covid, or so they say.  Yet, he was vaccinated.  Getting a vaccination is not a protection from Covid 19, so the government lied in their reasoning.  As of the time of the writing, they would have known they were lying as well.  So that’s a problem.  But worse than that, the government states that the purpose of the vaccination mandate is to keep schedules to the Federal Government. By reducing people from getting sick from Covid, they will help improve attendance.

As we know, as a direct result of the Covid vaccine, employers have had to take on the burden of government office instead of focusing on their core competencies and have turned their human resource departments into compliance centers for enforcement.  The government pushed companies to do what they had no legal right to do, which is why I said that this is a bluff similar to football on a 4th and 1.  In reaction, instead of people jumping offsides as the government hoped, people have dug in, and some, enough to cause significant problems, have taken themselves out of the employment game.  This has been most noticeable in the news over seaport supply chains and Southwest Airlines.  Employees are just refusing to be told to get the shot.  Not all employees, but anywhere around 7 to 10% is enough to screw up companies’ business models and slow them down to a crawl, which has clogged up supply chains everywhere.  The government has once again cost millions of dollars in damage to companies with their interference and activism.  And those losses should be recoverable as damages by the government because of how the FAR was written.  The intention of the federal government was just the opposite, the way they sold it.  It was supposed to reduce lost time action by employees and help stabilize the supply chain due to Covid call-offs.  Oops.

Even if all this Covid stuff is just a cover story for hiding election fraud, or the results of a completely incompetent administration trying to implement United Nations Marxism into America through change state strategy, the responsibility for the failure still falls on the federal government.  The people, employers, and employees did nothing to deserve this disaster; it’s all the federal government.  Biden got himself in trouble with poll numbers; he wanted to be a tough guy with this Covid vaccine mandate and hope to draw companies offsides.  Many of them were hungry to comply, but the workers refused to play along, and now the combination of efforts has torpedoed the American economy. I can’t wait for that jobs report in October and November; Joe Biden should enjoy those.  But he only has himself to blame.  Yet when people wonder why things are getting so bad out there and why they are much worse under the Biden administration as opposed to Trump, they forget about politics, look at the results between the two presidents, and everything becomes obvious.

The Biden Marxism and authoritarian approach have killed any recovery that was possible coming out of Covid lockdowns, which of course, has never been adequately admitted to.  The real question is, why did we have Covid in the first place?  Why was the NIH funding it, and why isn’t Dr. Fauci in jail?  But the mistakes that have cascaded off Covid have been disastrous.  The Trump administration did a good job even under detrimental conditions.  The Biden people, they can’t get out of their own way.   The Biden vaccine mandate for them was all about testing to see if they could get away with a massive overreach of the American constitution.  But now, they have crippled their own recovery.  It hurts us all, but the blame is squarely on the Biden government.  Some of this has, of course, been on purpose.  But the results of E.O. 14042 have been historically disastrous.  History will never forget the intent that was shown by the government and the reaction by the public.  Americans are not compliant Chinese.  We weren’t going to jump offsides and give the government a free first down.  And because we didn’t, the government is left holding all the losses, and we will pin it on them, forever.

Lori’s Roadhouse in West Chester: Mark Welch, the Superstar of Politics

Government is Best when it Gets out of the Way

As I listened to Mark Welch speak at a special fundraiser preview event at the new honky-tonk in West Chester called Lori’s Roadhouse, I couldn’t help but think that government is good, at least in West Chester.  When I say honky-tonk, I’m not talking about the old days of Gilley’s in Pasadena, Texas, where Urban Cowboy took place.  This place in West Chester is more like the modern Gilley’s in Las Vegas, very nicely put together luxuriously.  There is nothing cheap about it; it’s an ample space to host very large national talent for concerts. It’s something special for the Cincinnati area, and it’s great to see it located in West Chester, Ohio.  It’s not by accident.  The endeavor is a combination of great government that pushed out of the way as much nonsense as possible so that the dream of Greg and Lori Fisher could put all their great efforts into creating such a wonderful venue. I’ve been to places like Lori’s Roadhouse in parts of the country far away from Cincinnati.  But the moment I stepped into Mark’s fundraiser and saw what the owners were up to, I was enchanted.  There wasn’t a better way to show why Mark Welch should be re-elected as trustee of West Chester.  It’s not so much what an elected official can do for a project like Lori’s Roadhouse, but what kind of nonsense Mark can remove from the Fishers to let their creative input do the great work of creating such a wonderful place.

Mark Welch and one of the owners, Lori Fisher herself

I view business as a creative enterprise, and I deeply respect people who go out on a limb and build new things that contribute to an economy.  Something like Lori’s Roadhouse is one of those things that adds to the many other things there are to do in West Chester.  There are so many options, and a lot of the reason is that the government has been small enough not to crush the hopes and dreams of entrepreneurs along the way.  It is hard enough to come up with an idea and then fund it with seed money.  It’s quite another to deal with politicians and other bureaucrats who embed themselves into the system to make a molehill of regulation into mountains for their benefit.  Usually, projects like Lori’s Roadhouse would be crushed before a business plan could ever be conducted because of politics.  I can think of hundreds, if not thousands of places around the country where a place like Lori’s Roadhouse would do well.  But, the politics of those areas would prohibit the dream from becoming a reality.

Mark Welch and his wife Karen
Mark Welch doing what he does, being a celebrity politician

I had a chance to talk to Lori and her husband Greg Fisher quite a lot which was nice.  It was busy at the fundraiser, and I wasn’t sure if I’d get the chance.  As it turned out, Lori is the perfect front lady for such a place. She’s very friendly and optimistic, a fun personality which a place like that needs.  She told me she usually likes to work behind the scenes, but I can see why her name is on the place.  It deserves to have her name on the place.  Then there is her husband Greg, who had just spent months and months working out every little detail of this spectacular venue.  The food was great.  The bar was full.  The bathrooms are designed to still look good after lots and lots of drinking.  There is plenty of space for the men and women to have their dignity and get back to the action of live country music, a sports bar setting in much of the place, but a vast stage and dance hall area complete with VIP booths.  It was all top class, and the acoustics were fabulous as personally supervised by Greg.  As he ran down the list of all the elements of the place, it was apparent, he had a genuine love for the work, and I was happy to see it. That’s where someone like Mark Welch comes into these kinds of things.  Mark had worked in the background ever so subtly to help take away the burden of government from the Fishers so they could focus on the important stuff. Like securing the millions of dollars a place like that would cost and building a reputation that would bring in the big acts from all over the country.  A modern Gilley’s, but I would say better and with more class.  Something specific to West Chester.

Lori and her Husband Greg Fisher, a dream come true in West Chester

TC Rogers was there; he is one of the commissioners of Butler County, where some of the legacy zoning issues made the project hard to get moving.  But at least West Chester didn’t do as other places do and compound the problem.  There were a lot of big-name politicians at Mark’s event, which was a good way to open a good American testament to goodness that Lori’s Roadhouse was offering.  It was undoubtedly a place anybody could enjoy, but country music, big leather boots, and cowboy hats draw a certain kind of political flavor, and it was on full display.  I had just returned from Jackson, Wyoming, where they have a similar high-class flair to their country background.  They have some very classy honky-tonk types of places there, but Lori’s Roadhouse was far better.  It looked and felt like something right out of Music City, Nashville.  It was unapologetically American for sure.  It had the kind of swagger that I had just been bragging about that I saw at a Cody, Wyoming rodeo.  They were similar in their boot-kicking display of Americana and a tip of the cowboy hat to great family tradition.

Mark Welch Gets It! No Income Tax!!!!!

The community will have an option not just for the concerts but for a place to stop by after work, have a few drinks, and talk to people in the community; Lori’s Roadhouse will be a real treasure.  It’s not fair to give Mark so much credit because the Fishers did all the work along with their crews.  But I have to give Mark and the trustees credit for not getting in the way, and Mark specifically for helping where he could make the process of dealing with the government not such a challenging endeavor.  I had to smile a bit to myself as I listened to Greg and Lori talk about their new place because I have heard so many hundreds of stories over the years from people who never get things like this launched into reality.  And they had managed to do it. Usually, what ends up happening is the life gets sucked out of a project like this by all the rules and regulations of government.  It’s not often where a dream comes close to the original vision, and in the case of Lori’s Roadhouse, it’s easy to see the dream of the owners as they intended it to be, and that is the result of good government that knows when to help and when to get out of the way.  Often the skill of politicians is in knowing when not to be part of the problem, but in being part of the solution.  And when they figure that much out, great things like Lori’s Roadhouse happens.  And I am very excited about the results.
