The “Wind” is Taking the NO LAKOTA Levy Signs: A sin known but left alone is still a sin!

Since Sandy Wheatley of the Move Forward Lakota push used references to the bible in the debate we had toward the end of September, I’m sure she could appreciate an event of BIBLICAL proportions since she also said recently that the reason the No Lakota Levy signs were missing was because the “wind” was blowing them away. You can see that reference and debate here:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/09/03/the-circus-of-lakota-my-debate-with-the-pro-levy-people-its-the-wookie-defense/

Well……as you can see, one of our very large signs located on Hamilton-Mason went missing over the weekend and it appears that the loss was biblical in nature. You see, when the owner of the sign went out to discover where his sign had gone, he saw that the “wind” had torn away all the straps that held the sign in place, cutting them completely in half. The sign mysteriously disappeared into the heavens leaving only the frame of the sign behind.

Also, as you can see, these “good” Christian soldiers of the Move Forward campaign are running such a clean campaign that they are putting their signs in front of our signs in a childish attempt to cover our message. Isn’t that very………………Christian of them.

Oh, I’m sure God is on their side.

Well, I wouldn’t bring God into this if I didn’t know that being good and kind was an important attribute to some of the people working on the Move Forward campaign. If they knew there was vandalism going on surely they wouldn’t endorse it with ignorance. Or surely they wouldn’t participate by offering encouragement.

No, I wouldn’t think so. Surely not. Nobody is that much of a lowlife, are they?

Well, I heard from a Levy supporter, one of those kind people who were at the school picking up signs and other material to support the levy. For those people I have a message here:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/11/06/dont-be-stupid-vote-all-school-levies-down-and-vote-yes-on-issue-2/

The email from the levy supporter is wonderful in showing the quality of the mind of their supporters. Read the email for yourself:

This is from a guy named Carter,

> I hope all of you are will to take the same pay cuts you want the teachers to take,
> remember that schools are a service industry and payroll will be the largest part of the budget. I am sure none of you have every been to a band competition or a football game or an art show. The impact has also already started. I am sure you could not tell me who the band director is at East and how the band did this year and the last 10 years. You would like our students to just be average and not prepared for college. If you put signs near the school where kids walk by and expect nothing to happen, this is why you think only of yourself.

___________________________________________________________________

What do you say to a person like that? They live in an education bubble and clearly need a basic education to even have a foundation discussion. Yes, I know who the band director was, Mr. William Thomas. I wrote about him at the link below. I actually like that guy.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/11/01/macrocosm-and-the-microcosm-its-a-math-problem-displayed-in-art/

Hey Carter, or the Levy Supporters working the campaign. Where were you when one of your treasured teachers seduced the mother of one of our community families using the child to do it? Oh….yes……where were you when that crime was being committed against the child’s family? You can read about that situation here.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/31/sex-at-lakota-schools-i-just-want-to-see-justice-said-the-husband/

Oh, maybe adultery isn’t a crime anymore. After all, it’s only sex………….right. The problem with this story is I know that everybody on the inside of the Lakota Levy knows about the case I’m talking about, yet they chose to turn their eyes away from it. I think they actually believe that God is on their side, because I also know some of them are very active in their churches. So when I hear comments like, “The wind is blowing down the signs of the No Lakota Levy People,” coming from the Move Forward Campaign I have to assume that the same blind eye is being turned toward the knowledge of vandalism of the No Lakota Levy signs, and the knowledge that some of the employees that are employed at Lakota are actually quite bad, such as the teacher who attempted to break up this family. Don’t tell me you don’t know……………….it’s all the rage?

But maybe it wasn’t God or the Wind at all who took our signs at the home on Hamilton-Mason Rd. Maybe it was something else; some sinister force conjured up by the true nature of a black heart hiding behind a veil of goodness………………………..perhaps. But as we inspected the fasteners of the lost sign I can tell you one thing……………………….IT WASN’T THE DAMN WIND!!!!!!!!!!!

Just remember Move Forward Lakota people, a sin known but left alone is still a sin, even if you turn your eyes away and pretend you know nothing.

The Black Holes of Public Education: Lakota, Cincinnati Public and Lebanon all have them!

Yes…………………a BLACK HOLE! That is what is threatening to suck the life out of every community in Ohio who has a public school in it. Forces of massive gravity that not even light can escape! They suck up the money of communities with a ferocity unmatched in the UNIVERSE!!!!! The Black Hole swirls around in the blackness of space and consumes everything that it comes across in a never-ending thirst to annihilate. Lakota has one, Lebanon has one, Fairfield has one, Cincinnati Public has a BIG ONE, Mt Healthy, West Clermont and many others have Black Holes in their districts which are consuming the wealth of those districts in a never-ending quest for funding that will never end.

Harsh? Not enough I’m afraid, for the fiscal discipline of public schools in Ohio is currently a joke that nobody is laughing at. In Cincinnati 11 districts are looking for money to sustain a system that is 50 years out of date, not even close to being the best in the world, and seems to only serve the “Education Class,” a breed of pretentious human beings who look to Europe for guidance in a quest for safety and compliance. The “Education Class” like the “Political Class” is a group of fellow human beings dedicated to THE BLACK HOLE. They worship it like a God and will sacrifice all who come before them to the hunger of that perpetual starvation. Doc Thompson of 700 WLW and I discuss public schools, especially the sinister situation at Lakota along with Issue 2, a proposed fix to the Black Holes of our public education system.

One of the most daunting revelations that were unveiled when the finance reports came out prior to the 2011 elections was that the Lakota School System had spent over $12K on consulting firms. I learned that Lebanon and several other districts also spent similar money on some of these same consultants which prompted my mind into an investigation, which can be seen at this link. Now, as Doc and I discussed, the schools themselves do not take money out of their treasury to pay for this behavior. But the network that the taxpayers do provide serves to furnish the funding ran by the “education class” to raise the money for these consultants.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/11/04/lakota-spent-26180-50-to-purchase-votes-paul-bunyan-is-still-swingging-the-axe/

A friend of mine who used to be a school board member…….at Lakota…..explained to me how the game works, which you dear reader might find interesting. One of the groups the Pro Levy Lakota people hired to provide consultation was Effron and Associates. It should be noted that the new superintendent of Lakota, Karen Mantia retired from the Sycamore School District.

“Effron and Associates is owned by a former teacher from the Sycamore School District. When Bill Sears left Lebanon he was quoted in the paper saying that he would be joining Effron and Associates as a consultant. Bill Sears used to work with Roger Effron at Sycamore. Bill’s wife is/was a teacher at Lakota, his son was bumped up to principal in the Mason School District. A principal from Mason was sent to Lebanon, Ian Frank. See how they all take care of each other.

Bill Sears was also given a nice fat position at Little Miami. He was also named as a consultant to Voorhis and Assoc. in Mason. Coincidentally they did the architectural arrangements for the new Lebanon schools. Voorhis did contribute to levy campaigns in Lebanon. I found it interesting that Mr. Sears was such an expert and yet left Lebanon with the district’s books in a mess. $5 million misappropriated etc etc. That is another story.

This is how the school business operates. You really don’t have to be accountable. You don’t really have to be good at your job. You just have to know the right people and move on when things get a little too ‘hot.’”

To confirm what we already know if you read this site often, this “moving on” when things get too “HOT” is exactly what Lakota did to a teacher recently when he was caught using one of his students to have sex with the parent of that child. He was simply moved from one high school to the other at Lakota. You can see more of that story here, in case you missed it:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/31/sex-at-lakota-schools-i-just-want-to-see-justice-said-the-husband/

This activity certainly isn’t limited to this cast of characters. It’s actually widespread, and anyone who gives this “Education Class” more money to perpetuate this type of behavior is endorsing it openly. And the value of the money you spend on them is the same as tossing it into a Black Hole in the vast reaches of space only to be crushed beyond recognition within the intense gravity of a singularity.

Left unchecked the black hole of public schools will devour everything given to them. EVERYTHING! They do manage to appear colorful and inviting from a distance, but once you get too close, time, perspective, logic and all value are warped into an abyss from which there is no escape.

Well, escape may actually be a relative term when it comes to school funding. Because after all, we know that if matter exists that it can’t just disappear into nothing. So what happens when we toss matter into a black hole, where does it go? Well, the rationalization can really only be explained in quantum mechanics and the theory of the multi-verse. Based on what I have seen of the education funding consumed by the “education class” I believe they don’t actually live in the same world as the rest of us, but instead reside in the 11th dimension.

In the 11th dimension they in the “education class” are living by completely different rules, so logic cannot even be remotely applied to their actions. They exist for themselves and they require the massive destruction of all our terrestrial resources to fuel their existence in a dimension that is so compressed into an infinite smallness that we cannot even detect their presence, except for the black holes which sustain them.

Relative to us however, the black holes of public education are parasites of destruction that will consume the entire universe if allowed without any guilt of its expenditure. So we would be wise to avoid those black holes and starve them out of existence for our own protection. Because in sustaining them all we really do is endorse their own personal version of hell of which our loved ones are captive, and the futures of our children are shackled like slaves to the demons of tyranny while the madness that governs the “education class” attempts to consume us all!

Like Doc Thompson pointed out, the multiple levy attempts, the public education black holes do have a purpose. They do fuel the economy. The consulting firms they hire in their network of thieves spend money on movies, restaurants, alcohol, and other consumables, and that does have value. The difficulty is that while doing so they stop at nothing on an endless desire to consume, and consume, and consume until there is nothing else left for us to give, until we are pulled into the hole ourselves only to be crushed and consumed as their fodder.

Vote NO on all school levies in Ohio. Starve the “education class” out of the 11th dimension and force them into our world so we can deal with them squarely, with equitable benefit. For our own survival we must make them come to us, because if we go to them as we have in the past, we only have a crushing destruction awaiting us at the singularity of the black hole. That crushing singularity is called DEBT!

Before we part ways here on these pages of justice the question must be answered, who are these perpetrators of the “education class,” the vile beings themselves who are simply legalized looters who are embedded into these black holes and reside at the singularities with their mouths open. Meet them here:

Join in the fight against these sinister BLACK HOLES which threaten to consume our schools and communities with them!  Check out these websites and friends of this site to find out how:

Sex at Lakota Schools: “I just want to see justice,” said the husband

As the leaves fell from a tree outside my kitchen window revealing the intent of an autumn afternoon I could see through the piles of salacious emails, official complaints, correspondence with Columbus that I was looking into the eyes of a man whose spirit had seen it’s autumn months ago. He had exhausted every means necessary to find a resolution and had been told by the Ohio Department of Education that there was nothing they could do, so they sent him back to the Lakota School Board which was a dead-end. The general opinion of everyone involved from the top to the bottom was, “You’re wife had sex with a teacher at Lakota. It’s sex among consenting adults.” (See for yourself the document sent to the man on the very day that we spoke. What follows is an abridged version of his story as he told it. In this article the names will be hidden to protect the little girl involved, because it’s not so much the names, but the behavior that I find insidious.)

The rationalization that this story is just about sex among consenting adults is not quite so simple. Such an explanation is easy to explain away if the goal is to shove it under a rug. A Lakota teacher recently divorced and looking for love, even though his girlfriend is a Lakota teacher at the time also sees that the mother of one of his students is “hot,” so he befriends the little girl’s mother in this simulation which is greatly compressed for this purpose:

“You look tired,” Mr. Predator says to a little girl in his high school class.

“Yes, my mom and dad are……….having trouble,” says the little girl.

“Oh, that can be so hard on the kids. I’m sorry to hear about that.”

The little girl looks up at Mr. Predator. “Thanks.”

Mr. Predator puts his hands on the shoulder of the little girl. “Any time you need Mr. Predator, just let me know.”

Mr. Predator then proceeds to find reasons to deal exclusively with the little girl and manages to use her to arrange conferences with her mother.

“I can see that you are having difficulty in class. Will you give your mother my email address here at the school and tell her I’d like to speak with her about getting you some help?”

The little girl looks up at Mr. Predator bright-eyed and grateful. “Yes, thank you for all your help.”

The little girl goes home and gives her mother the email address to Mr. Predator.

Soon the mother contacts Mr. Predator and they are exchanging frequent emails. The mother angry at her husband over marital difficulties finds the divorcee Mr. Predator’s flirtatious advances inviting and soon Mr. Predator is sending emails to the mother such as, “You are a hot little cougar.”

The two eventually get together and engage in a sexual encounter. Soon thereafter, the relationship regresses and the mother tells her husband what has happened.

Mr. Predator goes up to the little girl, “You look tired.”

“Mommy and Daddy were fighting. It was awful.”

“Oh,” says Mr. Predator. “I’m so sorry to hear such a thing. That’s really hard on the kids. What were they fighting about?”

The little girl looks up at her teacher. “They were fighting about you, Mr. Predator.”

Mr. Predator pretends to be shocked. But the little girl isn’t done. “Mr. Predator, why did you write in my planner that it was your birthday, and for me to get you an expensive present? I don’t have any money. My daddy thinks you wrote that for mommy to see.”

The couple resolved their differences and came to terms with the marital difficulties they had been experiencing, and once the smoke cleared they assessed with a fresh perspective the folly of their circumstances.

“How did you meet him?” asks the father.

“Through our daughter, it’s Mr. Predator. He is her teacher. He said she needed ‘extra’ help.”

“So he was using our kid to actually get to you,” the father says bluntly.

“Yes, I suppose so,” says the mother.

So the father goes to the school and demands to speak with the principal, who is Mr. Predator’s boss. This guy’s name is Mr. Future Superintendent. Principal Future Superintendent is very uncomfortable with this knowledge so he seeks to put a lid on this story quickly. After all, he doesn’t need a scandal to break out in his school that would make him look bad. Sex with students is bad enough. But sex with student’s parents is getting into dicey water that can get really complicated, especially when it looks as if one of his teachers purposely used one of his students to create a relationship with the woman. The angry father has a stack of email correspondence sent from a Lakota school computer and demands to know why a teacher was allowed to use a student from his class as a platform to seduce his wife!

This isn’t the first time this has happened and it won’t be the last. There are 18,000 students and almost twice that in parents. And Lakota employees over 2000 people, all adults, so there is bound to be some mixing and meshing going on between consenting adults. So there isn’t much sympathy given to the father. Mr. Future Superintendent tells the father that the teacher Mr. Predator is being put on administrative leave as an investigation is initiated. Temporarily satisfied the father leaves the situation to the Principal to deal with. So Mr. Future Superintendent calls in the mother along with a witness and they let the mother know that if the mother and father wish to pursue this case that it will be very embarrassing to their family. The mother, being a respected member of the community will have it known to all the contents of her emails to the teacher and will have to live up to that embarrassment. After the mother leaves, a file is sent to the Board of Education which will haunt the case later. The mother, not wanting to be embarrassed by the case at that time allowed herself to be out maneuvered by the principal who is in serious protection mode at this point and looking to shut down this case to protect the image of the school.

When the father learns that the teacher Mr. Predator has simply been moved to a different school he goes to the school board for help where Joan Powell takes an interest and reveals that there have been other problems at this particular school and that there wasn’t much she could do about it. This shocked the father. “Doesn’t the school board have any power to help with this?”

“No.”

So the father turned to Ron Spurlock, who genuinely tried to help with the situation. Being the assistant superintendent, his hands were tied also. So when the new superintendent was hired in Mrs. Mantia, the father tried to get a straight answer out of her. “Again, there isn’t anything we can do. It’s consenting adults.”

“Don’t you people have control over your employees?” the father pleaded.

“Do I need legal counsel?”

“I’m not talking about legal counsel,” the father said. “I just want someone to take responsibility for something.”

Below you can see the letter the man wrote to the school board asking that those questions about his situation be answered by the board. They ignored him. The answers were never answered. Instead the rationalization was, “Your wife participated and is equally culpable.”

So let’s put things in perspective, because this isn’t the only issue of this kind of thing that has went on, and the behavior patterns are eerily similar to the Stacy Schuler incident over in Mason where many parents and students complained about the behavior of that particular teacher, and administrators before anything was done about it. The first reaction from the administrations in both cases is to go into protection mode, to seek legal counsel and discover if they are in fact wrong by law. At Lakota when Ryan Fahrenkemp from Endeavor Elementary during the spring of 2010 was caught engaging in child porn with students it took a FBI investigation to break the story open. Administrators only acted on the story when a parent had text message evidence and the story could not be shoved under the rug by then. The rug seems to always be the first option in these public schools. Some of the child porn pictures dated back to 2008. Fahrenkemp was finally caught in 2010 two years later, and he was caught by a parent.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/01/04/lakota-teacher-busted-for-child-porn-made-over-65k-per-year/

The reason this father came to me was because socially, the world doesn’t seem to understand what the crime is. Progressive politics have eroded our value system so much, that the people in charge don’t seem to understand the nature of reality any longer. Public school in particular tends to over-react on all the wrong things and under-react on all the important things. And if schools exist to teach the children aspects of life, then what are we teaching them, because let me tell you, the kids know what’s going on. The kids know who’s having sex with whom even among the teachers. They know when a principal covers up a story. They are watching, and depending on the behavior of the adults around them they will pick up that behavior as part of their essential characters.

Public schools are too concerned with legalisms when they should be concerned about community values. I have watched and seen many people like this father get isolated as a “trouble-maker” by administration officials and turned into a radical in the courts of legal perception. “Mr. Father, you don’t have a case. Your wife engaged in a relationship with our teacher.”

“But the teacher used our child to start the relationship, at school. My wife was vulnerable and because of my child being in Mr. Predator’s class, he learned about that vulnerability. He sent home messages to contact my wife and lure her into his arms. He seduced her and he used my child to do it!”

Blank stares from the administration. “Mr. Father, we are very sorry but there is nothing we can do.”
The father is frustrated that all any of the administrators are concerned with is covering their asses. “Are you happy knowing you have an employee who has these behavioral tendencies still on your payroll?”

More blank looks……………………………………………………….crickets…………………….

Behavioral tendencies are those nasty little things that indicate a person is prone to trouble. In this case once Mr. Predator had been suspended for the investigation he was simply moved to another high school. Without clamping down on the behavior, the teacher was simply told, “watch out, keep things on the down low. This father is out to get you.”

As I listened to this man tell his story I wondered how many families in West Chester and Liberty Twp are in a similar situation as this couple. They are both business professionals who must travel frequently, which puts stress on any marriage. They often have children in the district, which is a stress onto itself. So many young professional married couples do have rocky roads in their lives. In fact, I would say any marriage is prone to seductions by parties outside the marriage. Those seductions need to be guarded against by the couple themselves. They need to look out for each other and remind their spouses what the dangers are based on the other people who populate their social lives outside the family.

This is why wives should not typically go to night clubs with their girlfriends, because going to such places are an advertisement that you are on the market and looking. Men should not do the same, because in so doing, they are inviting opportunities for sexual relations outside of the sanctity of their marriage. The same holds true for a man taking a female friend to a social event, or out for lunch. Most of the time, probably 80% of the time, the man is searching for an opportunity to have some sort of sexual relationship with a woman using such activities as the introductory platform. The married couple must navigate those activities carefully and among themselves without social interference.

A married couple, especially a professional couple must listen to each other discuss their work because in the workplace there are bound to be sexual rivals. The man must listen to what types of people are in his wife’s life and he must guard himself against their intentions with her by tending to her needs based on what she says. The woman must ask what kind of women are in her husband’s business life, because they are all potential threats to a marriage in the form of sexual competition, if the man feels he’s not getting from his wife what he needs. Biology does not care about the moral obligations of the mind and heart. Biology simply wants to do its thing, so maintenance of these conditions are part of a marriage and I would say well over half of all the adult population within the Lakota School District are prone to such things.

But teachers in our culture are accepted, and sold as neutral characters. Most of us view teachers as sages of wisdom and we want to let our guard down around them. The schools are in our communities, and we view them as safe havens. This is why we typically throw a lot of money at these institutions, because we want them to remain safe, and neutral, and we wish to purchase that assurance with our money. We want to be able to go to a band concert for our child and watch them without being on our guard from that newly divorced teacher standing over in the corner who wants to sleep with our spouse. We don’t want to see our husbands run off with the new 25-year-old woman right out of college because she taught our child to read! And in the parent/teacher conferences we don’t need to learn too late that something sparkled in the young teacher between your husband and her love of your child, for such thoughts do cross the minds of women,I could be a better mother for that child than you. I have come to love that child and I could have her if only I took away your husband.” The young teacher may think such things, but she has a moral obligation to uphold that higher moral order, even if she has the power of sexuality to use as a weapon at her disposal.

Oh, don’t even attempt it administrators who are reading this…….such laws are not in your handbook, they are simply implied. You are supposed to know these things upon entering adulthood. Your lawyers will not be able to counsel you on such things, so don’t even try. You either know it or you don’t. The legal world frowns on these types of assertions, because they did not write those laws. Those ethical laws come from 10,000 years of social order of what works and doesn’t work in social interaction. You’re silly laws do not apply to these types of violations and are your total focus. Lawsuits, pandering and politics are your way. We’re talking about something here of which you are not qualified to speak! So surrender to your ignorance.
And the teacher who seduced this man’s wife knew what he was doing, and he crossed the line knowing he would get away with it. It’s an arrogance that we see all too common in this “education class,” who live in a bubble we call public education. Stacy Schuler acted with arrogance toward reckless behavior because of that culture. Her boss George Coates did the same. In fact administrators in Mason allegedly made a habit of collecting cell phones from students and locking themselves in their offices with their pants down around their ankles looking for pictures of their students “sexting” to their boyfriends and girlfriends hoping to see what some of those girls walking down the hall looked like topless. Apparently George was one of these guys and it gave him the idea to send Ms. Schuler pictures of his “junk” when he learned she was hot to trot and ready for some action. That was his reaction when he found out Stacy was having trouble. Did he try to help her? No. He sought to take advantage of the situation for his own selfish gain, and to me the behavior is no different from the Lakota teacher looking for love in all the wrong places, among his student’s parents.

At Lakota I heard the same thing from this father. The school went into protection mode, sought out ways to make the wife appear as a slut so they could embarrass her to the community to protect their own interests. And they have attempted to paint the father as a radical nut job because he’s upset he let his guard down at his child’s school. Of all places he didn’t consider a threat to his marriage coming from their child’s school. It’s a similar betrayal one might feel if their wife or child became sexually involved with a priest at church. The teacher and the priest are supposed to be functioning above that animalistic behavior. And when they do stoop so low, we feel betrayed.

I don’t expect such things however. I have learned that all these institutional authority figures are simply employees, and I view them as such. I put no merit into the unsaid attributes of position worship. All I care about is whether or not Lakota is Excellent with Distinction, and if the current employees can’t get the job done. If not I’d be prepared to terminate them all and replace them with people who can. If they want to be well paid, they better earn it. The teacher who seduced this man’s wife is on my list of the top 625. He’s actually toward the bottom of that list, while the principal who was involved is near the top. I personally expect much higher behavior from these employees for what we pay them.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/04/06/pay-rate-for-the-top-625-teachers-at-lakota-schools-yes-the-number-grew-much-larger/

And that’s the real issue. When it comes to professionals there is a code of conduct that goes unsaid with increased pay scales. People who make more money know how to manage their lives properly. They may engage in extramarital affairs, but even those are managed. When you artificially prop up low quality people with collective bargaining, what you get is behavior like this, reckless, unappreciative, salacious conduct by people who create artificial protective classes for themselves. They believe the rules of society do not apply to them because they are a protected class.

So here’s the deal Lakota. Yes, you are expected to be an Excellent with Distinction district. You are not allowed to go backwards. But in regard to your role in the community, you do not live in a bubble. Those of us on the outside world do not feed you millions of dollars of money to isolate yourselves into an “Education Class.” And in that “Education Class,” you do not have a right to our women, our men and especially our children in a sexual context. If you want to meet members of the community for sex, do it at the appropriate places to meet such people, but the classroom is off-limits. And if you don’t understand that basic concept you don’t need to be employed at Lakota.

As I was looking at a Move Forward Lakota Levy sign at a traffic light where the people who placed it stuck it directly in front of one of our No Lakota Levy signs so people couldn’t see our sign, I had to laugh at the behavior. It was symbolic of many of the problems discussed here, were parents put on blinders to the behavior of a school in a belief that they will get an excellent product if they simply toss money at it. But Lakota seems to have an administrative tendency whether it is the story of this father upset that a Lakota teacher seduced his wife through his child within his classroom, or Ryan Fahrenkemp taking pictures of the kids in his classroom on a field trip in states of undress, or even the golfer who committed suicide. The alarm flags were up but nobody acted. The tendency of the administration at Lakota is to MOVE FORWARD, there is nothing to see here.

See the golfer story here:
http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20101112/NEWS01/11130329/Teen-golfer-troubled-before-fatal-wreck

See the Fahrenkemp story here where he pleads guilty of child porn:
http://www.pulsejournal.com/news/crime/ex-lakota-teacher-pleads-guilty-to-child-pornography-1243985.html

Oh, was that a low blow. No, it wasn’t. Public schools sell themselves as valuable assets to the community, and Lakota just over the three stories mentioned above has not had a good record. They will say, “Hey, we have a lot of students, bad things happen when lots of employees and lots of students interact.” But that is no different from the airline pilot saying, “I just crashed one time in 300 flights. I only lost 150 people out of the tens of thousands I’ve flown.” When you sell a service, you are expected to live up to those expectations and not go into protection mode and participate in legalisms at the first sign of trouble. If Lakota did that, they might actually solve problems before they escalate out of control and not have to rely on a campaign slogan of “Move Forward,” give us money today so we can be good tomorrow.

It’s wonderful that even with all these errors Lakota is still such a highly respected school but it could also be said that the other schools are just worse in varying degrees. But that’s not enough. As a community we expect you to behave at a higher ethical standard and at the very least, to keep your teachers from seducing our spouses in parent/teacher conferences. And when it happens, get rid of the teacher and don’t demonize the poor parents. It’s tough enough to put a marriage back together again after an incident like that, but have a little respect for the institution of a family. And certainly don’t make him feel like his only outlet for justice is to go to the Ohio Board of Education. For God sakes, if you can’t handle a simple little problem that is as cut and dry as improper behavior between a teacher and the parents of the students, then it will be impossible to expect a school to deal with any real problems. And drop the Move Forward Lakota idea. It’s tasteless as a campaign slogan. Deal with the problems you have. Don’t attempt to spend more money to MOVE FORWARD and forget about all the mistakes made in the past, even if that past is only inches deep. Learn from those mistakes and get even better, and do it by spending less money.

For those who read this and are angered by it, too bad.  I expect more out of the employees of this district, and I don’t like hearing these kinds of stories. I don’t like it when it happens in other school systems, but it’s not acceptable in my community.  Such things are more embarrassing to public perception than a failed school levy.  Because these types of actions show what you are really about, not just the glitter that money buys you.

Playing in the Mud on Issue 2: Why is so much TAX needed?

A controversy erupted over a new ad regarding Issue 2. The grandmother of a young girl named Zoey did a repeal ad for Issue 2 asking people to vote No so there will be firefighters available to save future Zoey’s. The pro group who wants a YES VOTE on ISSUE 2 took the contents of the ad and used it in a different cut to explain why keeping Senate Bill 5, by voting YES on ISSUE 2 will also help future Zoey’s. Well, the grandmother didn’t like having her words used out of context. She was giving an interview in the ad which precisely articulated the bullet points of the repeal campaign of the pro union movement, so the Better Ohio marketing people felt that ad was fair game to turn against the repeal attempt.

Doc Thompson did a segment about this controversy and I came on toward the end of it to provide some background about how S.B.5 was born and why all public workers were placed under the umbrella of Issue 2, which Doc felt was causing much of the problems that are starting to emerge. Both sides are getting furious and undermining each other with dirty tricks.

I explained that part of me understood why the people who want to keep ISSUE 2 by voting YES enjoyed punching back at the union rhetoric for a change. After all, the repeal campaign was attempting to exploit the older woman and the catastrophe of her granddaughter. The unions have a long history of distorting facts to play off the emotion of the public in order to negotiate for themselves results to their liking. But I also explained that this wasn’t needed, since the ISSUE 2 YES people of which I represent don’t need to stoop to the level of the unions, since the facts work in our favor. So I thought the ad was unnecessary. You can see the original ad at the link below.

Obviously, the repeal attempt is attempting to manipulate the public, and they haven’t even thought about what will happen if Issue 2 gets repealed. The overwhelming amount of selfishness exhibited by the Repeal People is even bewildering to me. Collective bargaining has never been a “right” yet the government employee culture has come to expect disproportionate benefits from the tax payer and they have shown they will do anything to get them, even if the benefits come at the expense of their co-workers who are under them in seniority. Without Issue 2 there will be no legal way to balance our budgets, and massive layoffs will occur, and we will lose teachers, firefighters and police. So the YES ISSUE 2 people put together the ad you see below which turns the first ad back around on that same group with truth, which caused the controversy.

To make matters even worse the issue is very confusing as it’s worded on the ballot. I spoke to many people who think they are quite intelligent who thought they were supposed to vote NO to implement the collective-bargaining reform, and I spoke to people who thought they were supposed to vote YES to get rid of it. So who knows what will happen on Election Day.

At the core of this problem the union leadership knows that most people don’t care very much about anything to truly understand any situation. People are lazy, let’s face it, and politicians and unions have taken advantage of lazy people for years.

What many people don’t realize is that if their taxes were less, they’d be quite wealthy. Because the taxes come out of their checks without their knowledge, they don’t see how much they actually spend. They of course lose money each week in their pay checks, but they also pay tax every time they buy something. They pay tax on their properties if they own them, and they pay tax when they die. For virtually every movement they make, they are taxed, and they never take the time to contemplate the merit of the taxes. Is the money actually needed, or could the organizations that consume our tax money do more with less? Why should we do with less, so others can have?

A few days ago I spelled out my thoughts on taxes, and you can read them at the link below. I use almost nothing in government service, and would be happy if government stayed out of my life. I don’t want what the bureaucrat creates.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/16/911-panic-calls-rule-by-the-weak-bill-cunningham-stuck-on-his-roof/

I was at a GameStop the other day buying a new video game and a woman about my age was at the counter talking to the staff member who was trying to explain to the woman who if she used a special promotional offer that GameStop was offering, the woman could save $15 dollars on the game she was buying for her son. To my shock the woman said, “Do I look like I need to save money!” I took note of her large diamond rings, her very nice attire, her manicured hands, her hair, and her ear rings. I had heard her say earlier that she lived in Blue Ash so it was important to her that people saw that she made a lot of money. I have heard the same thing from parents who want me to support the school levies. “Can’t you afford $40 more a month? What’s wrong with you?” It is the same mentality.

I see such a thought process as a disease. Insecure people who use their income as a way to prove their worth to the world have helped create the terrible problem we are currently facing, because it is those people who these union ads target, and traditionally, people like that woman voted YES for everything over many years as far as tax increases. The motive was to prove how much money she made, and people like her have been taken advantage of.

I have asked many people, why does you wife have to work? Why do you work such long hours? Why do you work two jobs? Why do you give up a night on the town with your wife or husband? Most of the time, the answer is, “I can’t afford it.” But these same people feel they must approve another tax levy so they don’t have to admit that money is short. I’ve actually seen people take on extra jobs just to pay their taxes.

But with the economy being what it is, the easy money is gone, so there are far fewer people than that woman these days, and the taxes have finally caught up to all of us. We are all working far too hard to pay taxes that we can see with our own eyes are wasted. The money is consumed like logs on a raging fire and we are continuously asked to make more logs to burn.

The much better ad about Issue 2 can be seen below. To my experience, this is what I see to be the state of our situation regarding public employee finance, and there is a real risk of those services being dilapidated because those at the top of the public pay scale will destroy it for those at the bottom.

In my own life, I have always watched where every dime goes. That’s why paying taxes to me is a painful experience, because I watch where the money is spent and how much comes out, and don’t numb my mind with senseless television shows and pop music to make me forget. I actually enjoy asking the hard questions. I enjoy being awake. And it is frustrating to me to see so many people asleep, willingly asleep. I don’t wish to run on a tread mill like some gerbil on a wheel of taxation, for the amusement of government. I do not wish to put my wife to work in order to pay our taxes; rather I’d have her shop at Victoria Secret at the Kenwood Mall to buy something to greet me at the door with. And that’s our business, not the affairs of anyone in government. I do not consider it a badge of honor to “afford” my taxes because that is the position of a fool. As of now I can do both, but if at some point the looters of government continue to take, and take and take my money and the money of my neighbors and friends, then such an option may not be possible in the future.

And many people are already at that point. My wife and I were dining at Chili’s recently and I studied the people at the bar while we ate. Many of the couples there were watching the baseball playoff games being shown and were drinking large quantities of alcohol. I knew a few of them, and knew that they were putting the bill on their credit cards and that their wives secretly resented their own jobs and wished they had the ability to stay home as my wife does. But those couples came to Chili’s to meet with other friends and keep up appearances because it’s important to them to be able to say they dined out and did some socializing. I’ve told those same men that you are working too hard to pay too much tax that if you paid less tax, you could enjoy coming to Chili’s and have the money to pay for it without worry.

“But I have plenty of money. I’ll pay of the American Express in full when it comes. No problem.”

Meanwhile the large government advocates, progressives, and unions seek to feed off this tendency with misleading ads like the Zoey clip. The entire ad contains virtually no truth, but does appeal to the greed in everyone, the greed in taking too much, and the greed in those who want the world to believe they can afford anything. That leaves the rest of us who actually pay attention to shake our heads. Yes, we want to lash-out when we have the chance, and our side should have taken the high ground and not stooped to that level of the union advocates, because we don’t need to. But, for a moment in time, it felt good to give back to those thieves and tax moochers a bit of their own medicine, even if it was the wrong thing to do. However, as we go forward, I suggest sticking to the facts and not wallowing in the defecation from which such corrosive minds preside. Keep the argument on the high plains of truth instead, because that’s where we are trying to lead people anyway. Getting in the mud with them doesn’t accomplish that.

The way I see it, for every tax increase, the quality of life for all people, except a government worker, goes down just a little bit each time. Because decisions must be made to either make more money to pay the tax, or to give up things you enjoy to pay the tax, and such a decision should not even be considered. And those who expect us to consider it are simply selfish, and are out for their own lifestyle increase and don’t care one bit what it costs us. It has nothing to do with safety, children, or future security, but has everything to do with losses in quality of life. Without a YES VOTE on ISSUE 2 we will have to make the hard decision to see those public services decline, because we won’t have the opportunity to legally keep them and afford them at the same time. Issue 2 gives us the ability to do both, which is what this whole fight comes down to in the end.

The “Education Bubble”: The enemy gathers outside of it

For those who believe that all is right in the world, the video below is something you should see. I recently had a debate on 700 WLW with Julie Shaffer over school levies and how much she believes people outside the “education bubble” make as a wage, which far off the true mark and goes far to explain why educators are out-of-touch in asking the public to increase taxes to maintain their lifestyles even when the CPI index says those same teachers are extremely overpaid. It is that same “education bubble” of academia where they view the world with rose-colored lenses darkened even more with tenure that they cannot, or will not see that in their typically leftist viewpoint of global unity and focus on “world peace” that our enemies stir. (CLICK THIS HOTLINK TO HEAR MY DEBATE WITH JULIE)

While the teachers inside this bubble teach our youth pacifism, our youth are becoming less inclined to identify evil for what it is. In fact, many of our adults have the same difficulty, as we have all been educated in the same places. It is not the fault of public education so much as it is the fault of those within the “education bubble” to allow themselves to be seduced by the messages of peace that were created by socialist sympathizers early in American history, and should be viewed no differently than when the farmer takes his flock of cattle to the slaughter-house, petting his animals as he leads them to their deaths. The farmer will drive away from the slaughter-house with money in his pocket, but his cows will leave in pieces, their necks slit and drained of the life. Those in the “education bubble” are like the farmer. They don’t intend harm to their flocks, but they do crave that safety from within academia where they chose to reside, and will at great effort labor to stay there and turn their eyes away from what goes on outside that bubble, even if it means selling away their cattle for money.

I would place the blame on why Americans do not seem able to identify this Middle-Eastern threat on the shoulders of academia, because in their methods of self-preservation, they have allowed the arrogance of an enemy to grow to dangerous proportions. They have lulled society to sleep with empty promises and a pursuit of material wealth accompanied by a healthy dose of altruism, all designed to dissect sectors of modern society from their strongholds of belief.

The academic will scoff at my utterances and those of Glenn Beck because they don’t want to believe in those threats. They do not want to consider that the foundations of their beliefs are but blinders to a menace so magnificent that it threatens to erase any progress mankind has made and cast it back to tents in a desert valley, erasing from the minds of all any trace of skyscrapers, Wall Street trading, or even automobiles. For the rage that dwells within the predators of man care for nothing of invention, peace, love, charity, or reaching for the stars. Their hungry eyes are on the fresh meat within that education bubble which they would consume without reverence or mercy.

And they plot like sinister manipulators, walking among us like the wolf in sheep’s clothing, climbing under the fence to get behind that bubble to eat. Meanwhile the academic looks at the predator and says, “look there at the poor, the downtrodden, the oppressed and offer them your hand, your help, your charity! I say to you my young students to beckon your wealth in their direction, to assist them for they are our brothers and sisters of this world, and deem our respect and understanding.” In this way the teacher leads the students straight into the mouth of the predator to be consumed uneventfully.

The media personality is another type of academic within the “education bubble” who looks everywhere but at the predator in hopes to maintain their fantasy of peace. As they prepare their news stories to met the most recent deadline, and news of a predator in their midst proves unmistakable they utter to themselves, “If only I could take such violent minds to the streets of France to dine within sight of the Eiffel Tower and later that night make love on a veranda overlooking the city at night, then these predators would not want to cut the head off the innocent. If only I could save them from themselves then I would be a type of hero who offered myself to save their lives.” Shortly thereafter, the disillusioned media personality will bury their faces into their hands when they realize too late that it was they who left the gate open to the predators to slaughter their friends behind the “education bubble.”

The enemy is now everywhere and our eyes are no longer trained to see them, because the “education bubble” has failed us. They are in our government, they wear suits, and look like everyone else, and they study everything we do. The enemy is so diverse these days that the enemy doesn’t even know it’s the enemy. They believe they are social servants. Thus, the training provided from within the “education bubble.”

As teachers and other public servants chant at the statehouses all over the nation to protect their “collective bargaining” rights, and their view of the world that was built within the “education bubble” they do not see that the fight they are engaged in is one of manipulation. They were taught to provide a military type distraction in two ways, first to bankrupt our financial structure and deplete our manufacturing base; second they are to draw attention away from the real predators as they maneuver into position to attack. Within the “education bubble” we are taught to think in terms of quarters and semesters. The enemy is taught to think in decades and generations.

So as the teachers and sympathizers of the “education bubble” continue to beat a drum of distraction to preserve their right to shop at Nordstrom’s, an enemy gathers outside of their vision. And as people like me point and say, “there is your end,” they gallantly shrug off the warning.

“Oh, that Mr. Hoffman just hates teachers and so anti-education. You can’t believe anything he says, because he chooses not to join us in the “education bubble.”

And they wonder why I wish to pop that bubble so that they can finally see………………………………

ISSUE 2 IS WONDERFUL: The gap is closing as good people come to their senses

The gap is closing on the controversial Issue 2 law which brings much-needed reform to the collective bargaining process in Ohio. Issue 2 was central to almost every conversation I had with the media on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 which was heavier than usual as the school levy campaigns have begun to take off.

The Cincinnati Enquirer did a tremendous piece on the front page of its paper which explored the reason behind the rash of tax resistant school board candidates running for positions all over Cincinnati. Michael Clark had interviewed me for that article weeks ago and had put a lot of work into gathering the scope of personalities in the article. You can read that article here for reference: CLICK THE LINK.

http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20110926/NEWS0102/109270305/Schools-face-anti-tax-candidates

Doc Thompson and I had one of our all-encompassing education discussions on 700 WLW the day The Enquirer article came out and much of the conversation centered on the new Quinnipiac University poll done with registered Ohio voters which also came out that very morning as a separate news story. It revealed that the people who favored repealing Issue 2 still had the majority at 51%, but showed that 38% strongly favored keeping it, leaving 13% of the voters still up in the air. In July, the numbers were 56% wanting repeal and only 32% wanting to keep it. This corresponds with what many of us who know what Issue 2 is all about and that’s when people learn how good Issue 2 is, they will want it. Issue 2 was forged out of frustration from the many failed school levies in pursuit of a long-term solution. Those tax resistance advocates of which I’m a part helped our elected representatives understand what we wanted them to do in order to solve the problems with school districts having virtually no influence over their budgets, because of the collective bargaining agreements that involve federal mediators and a very powerful union lobby, works aggressively against the taxpayers.

I have known all along that once the good people of Ohio understood that Issue 2 was greatly to their advantage, they’d begin to change their mind, which is what’s happening. Listen to the discussion with Doc and me by clicking the video below.

The public unions are losing ground because they have nothing new to say. They have no solutions to the problems they created, and virtually everything they gained over a 30 year period, they gained with violence, protests, and strikes. They collectively bullied their way into a situation where they now have wages and benefits that are 43.4% higher than the rest of us who pay their salaries in the private sector. CLICK THIS HOT LINK FOR MORE DETAIL. Over the next month, the unions will lose much more ground, because the facts in their behalf are not pretty. They are caught in their own misleading statistics. People have not forgotten what they’ve done even now that the public unions are pretending to be treated unfairly. It is the police and firefighters unions who have put themselves in front of the much more guilty teachers unions to attempt once again to push the emotional hot button hoping to keep support for repeal above 50%. But even the police unions are guilty of their share of violent intimidation of public officials, which over time has created great wages, overtime pay without any management control, and incredible abuses and double-dipping of the wages provided. Case in point is this outburst by the President of the Cincinnati FOP lashing out at Cincinnati City Council over just a PowerPoint presentation. The intent of this outbreak is to intimidate city council by preventing any discussion of cost management. This broadcast was done in December of 2010 a whole month before John Kasich took office. It is because of situations like this that many of us in the anti-tax groups all over Southern Ohio sat down with Shannon Jones, Bill Coley, Pete Beck, and Senator Cates to give us tools to help manage our costs. For me personally, after just defeating the recent Lakota Levy and needing a long-term fix to the situation it was this broadcast that convinced me something like Issue 2 was essential to a long-term fix on these public sector costs which were spiraling out-of-control. (GO AHEAD……LISTEN)

Shortly after my talk with Doc Thompson I met with Tiffany Teasley of Fox 19 for an interview about the new Lakota Levy. The Yes Lakota people were launching the first of their MOVE FORWARD seminars later that night and Tiffany wanted to know what I thought about it. You can see that interview at the link below.

http://www.fox19.com/story/15564133/campaigns-for-and-against-lakota-levy-gear-up

I told Tiffany exactly what the Yes Lakota people would say hours before she even had the opportunity to interview them. “They’ll say that they need this levy passed so Lakota can move FORWARD. Without the money they’ll fall backwards. Yet they can’t explain to anybody why. They just ask for money to be tossed into a bottomless pit as if by burning the money, education will move forward.” I knew what would be said because it’s the same tired public union rhetoric that has been used and proven false for decades. The assumption by public unions is that taxes can always be increased to fund excessively high expectations.

Off camera, Tiffany asked me, “So how do you view your role in this levy, this time around? I remember last time they (Pro Levy Lakota) accused the No Lakota People of just saying “no,” and not offering any solutions,” Tiffany asked.

“Issue 2 is the kind of solution I had in mind, and once the election was over, I started talking to elected representatives about creating legislation that would fix the problem. That was the start of Senate Bill 5, which would become Issue 2.  I was not alone in this as many others did the same thing contacting their representatives and demanding something be done. It was not created by some evil Republican conspiracy in some oppressive mountain of doom, where busting unions was the goal. It was started by people like me who asked our elected officials to provide relief from the incessant tax requests by cost overruns in the public sector. Kasich is simply doing what people like me asked him to. Shannon Jones wrote the bill listening to her constituents, who are simply sick of politics as usual and want an end to it. I know it because I know most of the people who were giving her an earful of complaints about this constant barrage of school levies year after year after year, and no matter how much money we give them, they find a way to spend a nickel more. That has to stop and Shannon listened to her constituents, at least the ones who bothered to let her know.”

Most of the people supporting a repeal of Issue 2 are people who profit from the squandering that has been going on. As I came back to my office after speaking with Tiffany, Bill Cunningham was stating that he would support a repeal of Issue 2 and that he stood with public workers. Cunningham like many of the cops and firefighters he’s defending have lived well off the government, so he really has no choice but to take a position against Issue 2. Through his legal work, and his wife who is a current Judge in Cincinnati, he has been a benefactor of public service, and cannot take a hard stand against it now, so he is part of that 50% who still support repealing Issue 2. But as the facts of the matter continue to come out, and it is realized that the public union position against Issue 2 is simply airless rhetoric, as credible as the Move Forward Campaign at Lakota, and dozens upon dozens of other schools all across Ohio, people are waking up.

None of those schools asking for another levy can justify more tax money with any facts, or figures. They cannot discuss how they have mismanaged their union contracts to arrive at the abuse that has wrecked community budgets everywhere. All they can do is ask for more money. That’s the extent of their entire plan. Tax somebody in order to feed them and when the money runs out they’ll still ask for more from someone else………TAX THE RICH!!!! THEY OWE ME SOMETHING!!

Over the next month some of those 50% will either convert their vote to a Yes for Issue 2 out of the guilt they feel deep inside, or they won’t show up to vote, unable to vote against themselves. Because good people will emerge in the final hours of Issue 2 and do the right thing. As more facts reveal the true extent of the public sector union abuse, the good among them will do the right thing and that gap will narrow even closer as the election looms near. The days where public unions rule our community budgets is over, because like I told Tiffany on the delightful autumn breeze that carried my voice during our interview, “It used to be that the school levies would just keep coming and coming and coming until they finally pass them. After all, that’s what’s happening here in Cincinnati. Well, I can say for myself, that if Issue 2 does not pass, then the public unions will see it come back again, and again and again, until it does pass, because we will not take no for an answer. Reforms of public service will occur now, or in the future, but reforms will occur.”

Is it arrogant to say such a thing? Absolutely not, I learned this attitude from the public sector unions themselves, and understand that this is the only way to deal with them. I was watching football over the weekend and thinking about how the public unions were behaving now that they’ve been caught. They looked like a lot of the players who hit a quarterback too late, or too hard, or committed a flagrant penalty which drew a flag. The caught player often becomes animated and acts as though they are innocent of any wrong doing, as if they hope to erase the crime from the minds of the referees. And that’s what I see happening with the public unions now that Issue 2 is that flag, a penalty they have to contend with. They are pretending they did nothing to deserve attention. They pretend that they have made sacrifices, but they conveniently leave out that anything they gave back to the community came out of the portion of their benefits that is already 43.4% over the rest of society, so to call it a sacrifice is insulting. Just as a football player tries to erase a 15 yard penalty so they don’t have to feel the wrath of their teammates from playing too aggressive. The public unions are guilty……….guilty as a collective whole by taking too much from the tax payer, and participating in aggressive extortion when they want more. Even the employees who sat quietly and let their union leaders do their bidding on their behalf are guilty because they knew all along that the money wasn’t free, and somebody had to sacrifice much so they could have a very comfortable job with excellent pay.

But if any doubt in your mind lingers even knowing what we know about Diana Frey, or any of the other public union debacles that we have seen in 2011, just go back and listen to that audio clip from the President of the Cincinnati FOP to hear how business was conducted by public unions before Issue 2 was even written. It is because of meetings like that when people like me said enough is enough. I’m personally done with public unions and I no longer recognize their authority. Issue 2 isn’t worded nearly hard enough for what I asked for and I am angry that Shannon Jones and John Kasich compromised as much as they did. They actually wanted to be fair to the public workers where I was ready to cut them all out to sea.

The public unions are lucky I didn’t write the bill. They should be happy that other people, with cooler tempers were a part of the process, because at least they really don’t lose anything with Issue 2. It just gives management control to elected officials in the future and takes away the ability to stop work from a public worker, which should have been done long ago. And that is a small price to pay for the terrible penalty that the public unions have committed. And it’s only a matter of time before they realize that and join those of us in favor of Issue 2.

For more information about ISSUE 2 here are additional articles that I have written about it. Feel free to read them to understand more clearly what Issue 2 will do for you and understand what is at stake, and how we arrived at this precipice in time.  (THIS IS A SMALL SAMPLE I HAVE OVER 400 ARTICLES ON THIS SITE JUST LIKE THIS ONE……………….If you take the time to read these articles and watch these videos, you will know more than 90% of all the politicians and media people anywhere…….so what’s stopping you?)

Why Cincinnati is Failing: My Personal Experience with the CBC

With the recent news that Chiquita is considering a move from Cincinnati to Charlotte, North Carolina, it has left Cincinnati in a state of panic as to why Chiquita or any other business would desire to do such a thing. Doc Thompson covers this issue with Cincinnati Magazine Executive Editor Linda Vaccariello in an illuminating broadcast about what Cincinnati has to offer, then considers why Cincinnati has a problem attracting and keeping business in the city.

Well, I have a bit of experience with doing business in Cincinnati that I’ve touched on before, but this topic lends itself to a bit more detail. Well before there was ever a Paul Brown Stadium or even a Great American Ball Park I was with a group who was trying to win the design for the riverfront development project. In fact, the guy I was with presented a wonderful plan to the city council of Cincinnati of which Dwight Tillery seemed to like, (Dwight was the mayor at the time). The plan included paving over completely the various roads that connect the highway system downtown, and put them underground to connect Cincinnati’s downtown with the riverfront. On that paved-over section would be a grassy park, various restaurants, movie theaters, shopping centers, new stadiums, and a plan for including Longworth Hall as a Historic District connected to everything else which would wrap around to join with Union Terminal. The plan received a rousing applause from the people attending this meeting. I thought at the conclusion that the group I was with would undoubtedly be the lead design team which would head the development of the riverfront development.

After the meeting found it odd that none of the city council members, or the media wanted to speak to anyone from our group, after all, we just had the best presentation without question, but we also didn’t have “formal” relationships with any members of city council. By formal that means “friendly” in the world of politics. I knew every member of council through my work at city hall where a friend of mine and I were at that monstrosity every day trying to get the Cincinnati Building Commission to approve plans for a development we were working on which required a simple change of use on an existing building.

What should have been a simple job, relatively speaking had turned out to be a political nightmare. The CBC seemed more interested in creating work for their friends, who are architects, engineers (to design fire escapes and such) HAVAC installers and all those types of related businesses, then in helping a business get their feet on the ground in the city of Cincinnati.

Getting information out of any member of the CBC was like pulling teeth from a 4-year-old kid. I can’t even begin to illustrate without writing an entire book on the matter of how many engineers we fired for not moving at the speed we demanded, which was the speed of business. In fact I remember vividly a conversation I had with our architect and investor at the time. This guy had liked our business plan so much he put some of his own money into the project. Then one day he gave us a call and said, “I heard you guys were down at City Hall yelling at the guys in the CBC for dragging their feet. I want you to know that I have a good standing with those guys, and I find it offensive that you’d chose to do business this way.”

Our response was, “Hey, you’re our architect, you work for us. You don’t work for the CBC. If you are friends with them, that’s not our problem.”

The architect then said, “But you guys are trying to cut too many corners. They are telling you what you need to do and you are bucking them at every issue. They told you the type of HAVAC unit you had to install. They told you what the structural improvements were going to be. They told you how many restrooms you were going to have to install and on and on, and you guys seem to want to argue every fact!”
“Buddy, you are supposed to be working on our behalf. You are supposed to do this arguing for us. We’re not supposed to even be involved in this kind of thing. We’re doing it because you aren’t. Anyone can just say ‘spend more money,’ which is what you are saying, and it’s what they are saying. They want a larger fee for the cost of the project. That is all they are after. They are deliberately driving up the cost to receive the larger fee, why can’t you see that?”

“It’s the cost of doing business and you guys don’t want to pay it. It’s cheap and classless. I’m embarrassed to be associated with you guys. I’ve known those people for years and I don’t know what to tell them when you won’t follow their guidance.”

“Who are they but a bunch of pencil-pushing government workers? If we did what you and the CBC are suggesting you guys would add a million dollars to the cost of this project, and that’s just not in the budget.”

“So put it in the budget!” Said the architect. “Just go raise more money. Isn’t that easier than all this?”

My friend and I looked at each other and realized what was going on. It is the same “looter” mentality that we see in all government, especially in schools driven by radical unions. And here it was in the CBC who had an alliance between them and their friends in the building field. And we were being told to “pay up” or get out of town.

“You’re fired,” was what my friend told the architect.

There was silence for a moment on the other end of the phone. “You can’t do that. I’m an investor.”

“Consider it done.”

My friend and I finished the job by doing all the architectural work ourselves, and we found amendments in the building code that allowed us to by-pass all the additional costs that were just ridiculous excuses to make work for members of the building fraternity which centered on the CBC. The architect went from a friend to an extreme foe, but that’s ok, because he was on the wrong side and chose to put himself there. The situation took years to unravel and was extremely disappointing. My experience in working with Cincinnati is that they have made it entirely too expensive to do business within the city because just like a union, the many political factors have attached additional costs to projects just to take care of their friends in the field.

That’s why nobody would speak to us after the riverfront development meeting. We were in that class as, “radicals” who didn’t want to pay off their friends around the city. The result of course was that we took our business across the river to Covington. My meeting with their building division went something like this.

“You guys want to do what? Well, Ok. Sure, no problem.”

My friend and I looked at each other. “But don’t you want to contest HAVAC units, fire escapes, access ramps, structural improvements and fire easements.”

The man laughed, “Hell no, it’s your business. We want you guys over here. Give me a call when you’re ready to move on this project.”

To this day you can see clearly all the development that has moved in along I-275 by the airport and up in Erlanger and Florence, Kentucky. And in Newport along with Covington where both cities had a very friendly attitude toward business, surprisingly “looter” free. Covington built the Covington Landing and all the nice development around the Convention Center and Newport built Newport on the Levee which turned out to be hugely thriving business. In the process Newport gave new birth to Monmouth Street which used to be a hell-hole of prostitution, gambling, and organized crime racketeering, and turned it into a place that families could take their kids to at night. Meanwhile across the river Cincinnati built two stadiums which went drastically over budget (I wonder why) and to this day threaten to bankrupt the city with the excessive tax burdens they exclusively occupy. And Cincinnati nearly 20 years later still doesn’t have any development on the riverfront. They are just now getting around to that type of development.

That is why Cincinnati fails. And that is why Chiquita wants to move to a dust bowl of a town in Charlotte, North Carolina. Because when times get tough, for a business to survive taking care of the “looters” of a town is not their responsibility. This is the reason so many of those “looters” seek government work, because that is the most secure way to care for their network without having to deal with people like me and my friend who refuse to be “looted.”

This is why Cincinnati is in a state of decline, because it has been overrun by these types and all the people with bright ideas and money will take it someplace else, for all the same reasons that companies don’t want to be limited with unionized labor or to deal with companies who are driven by unionized labor. It’s not because they want to hurt a worker’s rights. Most companies don’t want to worry about that kind of thing, that’s why they hire human resource managers, so they can advise the company how to take care of the employees. Because the men and women of this world with ideas and the money to spend on them do not want to be tied down to the speed of complacency and network friendships. They want to move at the speed of business, which is what drives communities and countries to greatness, and is what the looters of the world simply slow down.

Thank a Feminist: What is Lingerie Football and why Playboy is involved?

Doc Thompson talks to Lisa Richards from Women Fighting Sexism on 700 WLW in what turned out to be a very revealing discussion that I think spills over into many other aspects of society. Ms. Richards represents a portion of the human population that has “other” problems and seeks to fix them through activism. It is evident by listening to her in this broadcast that she has a real dislike for men, who unfortunately for her make up half of the population.

My thoughts are that women like this are suffering, and I think they need help. I covered this syndrome in another article so repeating it here would be redundant. Have a look to review:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/10/04/how-to-fix-a-neurotic-woman/

I personally think that feminism has been very destructive to women. I wrote an entire article on that topic as well which can be seen here:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/12/13/the-lie-of-feminism-a-mountain-of-work-that-has-to-be-undone/

Lisa Richards is not alone, and I frequently see the footprint of her type in the radical dialogues of organized labor, particularly teachers unions and that’s where the opinion of these lost souls becomes costly. It’s not against the law to have a flawed opinion, but when you follow the origin to destructive human behavior which costs money to fix, which we find in the education profession, it is people like Richards who brought about the unintended consequences from which many suffer.

For instance, let’s look at Lisa Richards’s militant hatred of men, and her desire to prove that women can be every bit superior to men. That is the platform of her position, and has been the foundation of the women’s movement for 100 years of progressive politics. What has it given women?

I’d say women have now become every bit as disgusting and sexually driven as men. They are just as aggressive and selfish too, so from that aspect, feminists have achieved their objective which can be seen in the new football league called Lingerie Football, which airs on the progressive television network MTV. (What this has to do with music is nothing. MTV is simply the ‘progressive’ channel, designed to prepare the minds of the young in all manners of progressive politics.)

In male football, the men are well-built, they show their assets anytime they can, and they behave the same way. Football is meant to be attractive to the opposite sex. With women, they are attracted to small waists with narrow butts of men, as I pointed out in my article on sign stimuli:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/08/29/supernormal-sign-stimuli-what-is-it-an-how-it-runs-your-life/

Women like large shoulders and narrow hips because in the role of sex, these are the parts of the mating ritual that will hold a woman down and allow the man to enter without difficulty. A man with large hips just doesn’t fit so well, and makes sex less desirable for the woman. So women like these things, the shoulder pads and uniform of men are designed to be appealing to women as much as ad protection in the game play. That’s one of the reasons the NFL is successful, it appeals to men’s aggression, and the sign stimuli of women, so men and women can share the game together.

The Lingerie Football League must do the same if it wishes to elevate women to the same level of game play and public approval as the men in the NFL. So the LFL has learned what the WNBA never learned, and that there must be some sexual attraction to the players for people to accept the sport, because sports are a primal activity rooted in sex. At a subconscious level, sports is a way of determining who wins, and that determines the best genes which indicates who is suitable to reproduce with, so without those elements, sports loses much of its appeal. For a sport to be successful, it must appeal to both men and women to have market value. So feminists have achieved equality, because men in the NFL market their game exactly the same way.

Women are hitting each other just as hard as men do, but yes they must wear less clothing because if they are to appeal to men’s sign stimuli, which they must to be successful, the women can’t cover up their sign stimuli. So the breasts must be exposed as well as the entry points for the penis in the woman’s pelvic region. For the women, the feminists the get the satisfaction of knowing they are just as fast, just as strong as men, that they can hit hard and be respected just as men are. But for men to stay interested the costume designers for the LFL knew what they were doing and applied scientific reason to the process.

That’s how the men do it. In fact if these women didn’t look like women, I think I might even forget that they are women, but just gladiator warriors in the arena of battle. That means they have achieved social equality. The LFL is smartly marketing itself with this in mind and in just two short years it is taking on the qualities of legitimacy from its origins as a publicity stunt.

The LFL game looks like football and the pace is the same. Without the big hits, the LFL would never get away with “equality.” Flag football attempted for years to achieve what the LFL has achieved, because women can’t respect themselves as equal unless they are willing to take or give a big hit, or even fight brutally, the way men do.

So to women like Lisa Richards, you have achieved your success, you have brought women down to the same level of men, instead of goddesses to be aspired to, you and the feminist movement have made them equal to men, and your march to exceeding that mark is well on its way.

You can hear the same feminist wrangling in the labor movement, and there can be no question that much of the perceived value, and cost along with the budget breaking pay increases that society has thrown at feminists for years to help them feel “equal” in society have not placated them. They just keep asking for more.

These are the results of the feminist equality as launched by progressive politics. Like many progressive policies, there are unintended consequences. I’m sure Lisa Richards and her kind despises the LFL Football games, but it is they who made the LFL possible. And the whole process of “man hating” which launched the feminist movement and has brought women down to the level of men, and actually wrecked budgets because financial decisions are made collectively toward women as a whole, and not as individual performers. I’ve seen these feminist types littered with abundance in the Pro School Levy advocates I’ve had to deal with in many political fights. They fully expect that because they are women, that logic should not apply to them. Most of them sound just as off their rockers as Lisa Richards did. It is their psychological problems at that point that they become social pariahs, because logical discussions are no longer within reach with these broken women.

People are often shocked when they learn that my wife and I have been married for over 20 years. While most of the time it wasn’t easy, much of the trouble we have had in our marriage was due to the fact that when we were married, we made a decision to reject progressive politics, and that meant everything related to feminism. My wife has never had to work, she raised our children and when I came home each day my dinner was waiting on me. We share our household obligations in the traditional sense completely, because it is my observation that feminism doesn’t work, and deep down inside, most women don’t want it to work either. Most of any trouble my wife and I have had in our marriage were a result of family members attempting to impose upon our marriage the progressivism of the age, which I rejected as destructive very early in my life, and I would not budge, and at times those expectations from family members was very overwhelming. They did not see as I did, what the whole movement added up to, and that’s creations like the LFL. So when I raised my two daughters, I taught them the same thing, don’t listen to progressive politics even if it comes out of the mouths of treasured family members. Just look at them as sick, or senile concoctions of regressing social evolution, it will lead you down an unhappy life of unfilled expectations. I told my daughters that one of the reasons so many men are selecting women from other countries to marry and not America is because women from other countries, especially economically impoverished countries, are that foreign women tend to still believe in traditional marriage responsibilities.

I explained to my daughters that men want a partner in their life, not some radical short-haired vigilante. Men want to be pampered; they like to be cooked for. And they like a woman who stays interested in sex, and not some social “equality” thing. Once equality takes place among the sexes, a man would just as soon have sex with another man because if the whole activity of sex for them is simply ejaculation, they can do that with a man the same as a woman. But it is the woman who is the traditional “goddess” figure in culture, who thinks of the things men don’t and encourage the man to be a better human being, that challenges a man to always improve that drives society. The feminist movement has turned that whole social structure upside down and ruined it in America. That’s why men are looking for wives in other countries, where those women still believe in a traditional family structure.

So I’d say the same thing to Lisa Richards and almost every woman who chants for “equal” rights in the labor movement, what I told my own daughters, that men don’t want the kind of woman the feminists want to be. And guess what, because of this new globalism, you will have to compete with “other” women from other cultures who still believe in traditional values. In fact my oldest daughter had to go to England to find a man who still thought the way I do about family, valor and being an honorable man, because the United States isn’t making them anymore.

Ultimately, that is the anger you hear in Ms. Richards voice, that her beliefs have led her down a path of loneliness, and her life will always have a lack of fulfillment in it. Her only real option will be to find companionship in another woman, which will always lack real sexual fulfillment because even with sex toys and other techniques, the experience just isn’t the same. And she will never find a man of any real passion because men who have passion are either already taken by another woman, or a man will simply grab a plane and fly to another country to get a nice looking woman who doesn’t have a bunch of stupid hang-ups.

Meanwhile, as America finally achieves “equality” in the 100 year war of feminism, men who just want to have sex with other women, it’s never been easier, so they are happy. They can now watch football and see plenty of the fine attributes of a woman without even having to do any work to see it. And this cheapens the whole ritual of sex for men, which makes them lazy, and less of a man. I would never advocate an age where men were free to beat on a woman with impunity like what happens in the Muslim culture, which these same feminists are advocating mysteriously due to their beliefs in progressive politics. There was a time where men in American culture played straight into the feminist hands with binge drinking and treating their wives badly, which is a crime in and of itself. But the baby in this case was thrown out with the bath water. Feminism has been terrible for American culture and the people who advocate feminism are extremely expensive as public servants because they expect to use money to fill aspects of their lives where a penis is missing. And that’s a shame, because every woman should have the honor of experiencing the wonder of sex with a man who truly loves her. And every woman should witness the benefit of watching a man work all day and all night just to have the honor of pressing himself and his pheromones upon her, and to know that he had to earn that right and does not take it lightly, which brings added meaning to the entire ritual, and actually elevates the consciousness of the human race in the bliss of an enchanting evening.

The Circus of Lakota: My Debate with the Pro Levy People

The most accurate emotion to articulate when schools ask for more tax money is one of humor and can be seen in the following video.

Before I get into the details of last my recent debate with the Pro Lakota Group remember our buddy Ryan Fahrenkamp, the Lakota teacher busted for child pornography and being a pedophile? See my article that I broke back in January here, the one that all the Pro Levy people accused me of being such a “rush to judgment,” “unfair,” and “inaccurate.” Read what I said……………..way back then.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/01/04/lakota-teacher-busted-for-child-porn-made-over-65k-per-year/

Now read what happened on September 1, 2011 while I was preparing for a small debate with Sandy Wheatley of the Yes Lakota Group at the Lakota West Freshman building.

http://www.pulsejournal.com/news/crime/ex-lakota-teacher-pleads-guilty-to-child-pornography-1243985.html

I will deal with Fahrenkamp in a separate article because the debate with the Pro Levy faction at Lakota deserves an extensive mention here. I only bring up the Fahrenkamp case because Sandy Wheatley chose not to deal with facts and figures in her debate with me, but with bible quotes, taking the high moral ground, as though money spent equaled quality. As she spoke I couldn’t help but wonder why she was placing the entire teaching profession on such high moral ground when one of Lakota’s ex-teachers had just confessed to taking “inappropriate pictures” of a child during an out-of-state trip.

“Ryan Brant Fahrenkamp, 42, of Mason, plead guilty to child pornography charges in U.S. district court, according to court records. Fahrenkamp was arrested at his home by FBI agents and local police in January. Fahrenkamp was a teacher at Lakota Schools for 14 years, most recently teaching at Endeavor Elementary School in West Chester Twp.

Fahrenkamp admitted to keeping child pornography on his school-issued laptop and also to taking inappropriate photos of a former male student during an out-of-state trip, according to court documents.”

I would have thought that Mrs. Wheatley would have taken some sort of position on this activity since she showed her extensive knowledge of bible verses, but instead she focused her whole speech on attempting to use the Bible to disqualify the “facts” she knew I would present. I was extremely disappointed by this approach, because taking the high road and using the Bible for some sort of political advantage seems cheap, but then not attempting to separate the levy campaign from Ryan Fahrenkamp on the day of his admission seemed either naive, assuming she didn’t know the news yet, or manipulative in that she attempted to talk around it. Because when the statement is made that we need to invest in our schools, someone on the Pro Levy side needs to articulate a plan for how to detect and remove people like Fahrenkamp in the future. Because there are others out there, just look at the Stacy Schuler case in Mason, the district next door.

You can see that debate between Mrs. Wheatley and myself here:

Sometimes the only way to see the clowns of society is to go to a circus, and in a lot of ways these kinds of political forums are just that. People often think that they are worthless exchanges, so intelligent people tend to stay away from the circus of politics. But like I’ve said recently to a friend of mine who was questioning the validity of these types of events, you go to the circus to see the clowns, and that’s how you learn what they’re up to. If intelligent people don’t get involved and actually go to the circus sometimes that leaves the clowns free to not even put on a show, so they come up with other schemes to fill their time. The game in the circus act is this, when a politician doesn’t have an answer, they seek to attack the data and inject emotion into the argument, and this can be seen by the efforts of the Pro Levy group. This is precisely why education is so expensive, because many of the decisions are not based on facts, but on emotion. We are asked to suspend all logic and not apply the same rules that we might apply to paying our electric bill or some other serious matter. We are just supposed to pay the increased tax but not question how the money is spent.

My biggest rage of the evening came from Jamie Green one of the school board candidates during the Q&A phase. (I’ll have video up of that soon.) Jamie, a former school board member from back in 2005, attacked my data too. I submitted a question to ask her how, but there wasn’t time to get to it in the forum. “You have to be careful what information you get out there,” she said of my material.

So Jamie officially eliminated herself from my support, in fact I’d say that if Lakota had someone like Jamie Green on the school board that would be the event which what would take Lakota backwards. It’s certainly not my charts.

Why is Jamie Green and Sandy Wheatley upset with my “FACTS,” those elusive numbers that speak some strange language from a far-away land called “reality.” Why did they sit in the audience and huff and puff as I spoke flustering about like fish out of water, well, because those facts show that more money does not make a better school. As shown in this spreadsheet, which came from the presentation shown in the video, money spent does not amount to quality. Here is a list of many school districts in Southern Ohio all with different rates of spending per pupil and of many different ratings.

This next graph is the same date but shown differently, it takes away the names but instead plots their position in relation to the cost spent and the results gained. As shown, there is no behavior which indicates more money is justified. If what Jamie and Sandy are saying is true, then Princeton who spends $15,922 per pupil should easily be an Excellent with Distinction district, because they spend the most money. But they only rank at “Effective.” On the other hand Bethel-Tate Local spends $7,167 per pupil but they have the same ranking as Lakota. Lakota spends $9,806 to get that same rating. By the logic of Jamie Green and Sandy Wheatley all the schools at the top of their per pupil cost should be Excellent with Distinction, yet many aren’t. Look at Winton Woods who is spending $12,636, they are spending a lot of money, near the top of the list, yet they are at the bottom of the category rating.

Instead, Jamie Green and Sandy Wheatley will say,“don’t pay any attention to Mr. Hoffman’s facts. It’s all a matter of ‘interpretation’” and graphs can be made to say anything. Really? What these apologists are doing is hope that they can capture people’s minds with Bible quotes and some kind of former school board “experience” where the typical behavior is to bow to a labor union who behaves like a bottomless pit in funding demands. They are doing the same thing with this levy issue that they did when Ryan Farhenkamp was busted for child pornography. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. When a child pedophile, who worked 14 years in the school system, ironically under Jamie Green’s watch while she was a board member, pleads guilty to the charges, the Pro Levy people say “you can’t assume all teachers are bad because of the actions of one teacher!” Then they turn around and say, “Teachers need to collectively make ‘X’ amount of dollars to qualify your school district to be an ‘Excellent with Distinction’ school. They will then say that all teachers should be taken as a collective unity of quality. So which is it, independent assessment or collective altruism, because they can’t have it both ways?

As Sandy Wheatley basically said in her presentation that anybody can take selected sections of some information and paint it anyway they want to, which is what she was accusing me of doing with my “mysterious” graphs and “technical data.” She picked the story of when “Judas hanged himself,” from Mathew 27 then another quote of the “go and do likewise” portion of the Bible which is from Luke 10:37. She picked totally unrelated parts of the Bible to make her point, but she also sought to use that body of work to claim a moral high ground which is traditionally beyond refute. Well, I’ve read Biblical Archeology Review for over thirty years and I have about 21 volumes of the Biblical Encyclopedia of the Holy Bible, so I know a bit about the Bible myself. I read the actual book about 5 times before I was out of high school, and I have seen this kind of thing done many, many times by politicians, even within the Bible itself, where they think they have a right to use a Holy Book to shield some kind of truth, and that makes me VERY angry. Of course those stories aren’t even related to each other and that was her point. This is great insight into how the Pro Levy people and the school system in general operate. They do just as Sandy Wheatley did, they select the stats they like and ignore all the rest, just like those completely unrelated sections of the Bible, and they assume that I am doing the same thing, which I would consider unspeakable. This is precisely what they did with Ryan Fahrankamp, news that broke the same day they were pleading their case why they needed another tax levy. Instead they gave an emotional appeal that just dealt with the facts they are prepared to deal with. I would think that anyone who wishes to use the Bible in a political position would also take a hard stand against the extreme “sin” of one Ryan Fahrankamp. But in this circus of politics, that’s not what the show is about.

I would say further that it is this very tendency that gets Pro Levy Supporters into trouble with the labor unions and puts the district in a weak position with those labor negotiations. The union does deal with facts and employee mass and they routinely out-maneuver the more emotion Pro Levy types every time and to hide their sins, the Pro Levy people resort to words like “morality” and “good for the community” without ever defining how throwing more money at an obviously broken education system ran by a public union empire can somehow be redeemed through the sacrifice of yet more tax dollars.

The reason is because their foundation arguments are corrupt with the premise that the school itself is the guiding light in a child’s life, instead of just an important social and cultural aspect. If you go back to that chart and see which schools are failing, even with extraordinary amounts of money spent, you will see districts that are statistically high for single parent households, welfare recipients, and other “entitlement culture victims” and the children coming from those communities cannot be saved by the school. That is the real crime and the solitary fact that the Pro Levy people do not wish to answer. Just like they can’t face themselves in a mirror and take responsibility for not detecting that a pedophile was allowed to take a child on an out-of-state school sponsored event which put the child in danger, because the school itself failed to recognize the danger. There was not a value system put in place to assess teachers by merit, so administrators didn’t even bother with the frustrating task of posing the question to the labor union. The mountain is too steep to climb, so everybody avoids it. That’s how someone like Fahrankamp falls through the cracks.

The failure in all of this is not being able to diagnose the problem, because the Pro Levy people have a system of belief which rejects hard data in favor of emotion, because it is emotion which allows them to overlook the hard data that is all around them to detect the Ryan Farhankemp’s of the world before the danger ever happens. For the same reason they won’t look at the data I present, because the reality of what that data tells them is something those people are not emotionally equipped to deal with, so they hide their beliefs in the scattered quotes of a Bible without understanding the meaning of the whole body of work, and they’ll insult the intelligence of those of us who know better by suggesting that nobody look at the man behind the curtain. They want you to stay focused on the image, not the content and that would be fine if this were all just a visit to a movie theater where we are supposed to suspend belief for a couple of hours. But this is millions of dollars, and the lives of many, many people and such seriousness requires detailed analysis and honesty, even when mistakes are made, so that the entire community can move forward without the infantile desires of former school board members to have once again a “name plate” which bears her name in some illusionary honor.

All this amounts to is that you are not supposed to ask any hard questions or even look at the facts. But you’re supposed to sit quietly and watch the clowns in the circus do their silly tricks and not question the motivations of the personalities behind the face paint, or even why so many of them are packed into one car in some comic diatribe. Because what the real show is truly about is money, and protecting that money with some mild entertainment to keep the audiences placated as to the bona fide show that is going on behind the scenes. Such behavior has been the act for decades, so it won’t change overnight, but for me personally, I’m tired of all the clowning around that has been going on, and I’m ready to see the school walk a tight rope instead, and display the ability to balance themselves in a more serious portion of the show that is ultimately a circus.

Ancient Aliens and the Tea Party: Koyannisqatsi (LIFE OUT OF BALANCE)

Do yourself a favor, after you read this spend the time to watch these videos then read this again.  After that, pass it to a friend and let them start a journey they will never forget.  I have included the entire film of Koyannisquatsi at this end of this post, which is one of my favorite films of all time.  Enjoy!

Remember the speech that President Obama gave right after the shooting in Texas where he wanted to give a “shout out” at the Native Americans of the area? That was an awkward moment which showed just how out of touch the President really was in that instant of crises. The President exhibited all the typical signs of an out of touch academic which is what he is. He was simply revealing the Static Intellectualism, of which the Progressive Platform is built around, specifically in this case empathy for the plight of the Native American without really understanding the beliefs of the culture they are empathizing with.

The modern academic however, of which Obama is a part is limited in their understanding of many things, particularly the study of mankind’s past. They are stuck in the Static Intellectual culture patterns of which they helped create, and that is all life emerged in one of two ways, through evolution, or creation. One theory is one of science, which the Static Intellectual controls; the other is controlled by the religious institutions which is another type of Static Intellectual control. To the Static Intellectual who created progressive politics no other options exists, because the cultural patterns they established are the rules they are living by. That leaves out one small problem with their love of the Native American; the foundation beliefs of the Native American Culture most likely came from another planet which is represented in many of the rituals of Native American culture which permeates most societies from the Hopi to the Iroquois of New England. It was the Iroquois Five Nations that greeted William Johnston in his frontier fights against the French during the French and Indian war and those Five Nations were unified by a being that landed on Earth and instructed them not to be a war with one another, and to unite their efforts under one nation, of which the Iroquois did. (See the book Wilderness Empire by Allen Eckert)

The problem with this is that through study of the Native American rituals clues to the origins of mankind can and should be studied, but the Static Intellectualism of our modern culture have built their cultural patterns around the history of Europe which does not study the Native American cultures. Instead they study the known regions of Africa and the Middle East as the cradle of civilization and assume with arrogance that it’s always been that way, which Europe and its imperial roots contained within the Roman Empire gave birth to the world. So the scientific premise regarding the origin of the human race which has been controlled by the Roman Catholic Church, as a direct descendent of the Roman Empire refuses to look at all the new scientific archeological evidence coming in from all over the world. See my article on The Secret of Malden Island.

Progressives led by the Static Intellectualism of the Victorian Era, and their love of the Native American culture because of the terrible exploitation imposed upon them particularly by President Andrew Jackson, who was a frontier fighter, a rugged American, it suited their political purpose to smear Jackson, yet in their study of this political history as intellectuals they completely missed the beliefs of those Native Americans and the foundations behind their tribal mythologies.

Chief Standing Elk seen below shares a friendship with a person I know who is a shaman and lives in St. Louis. This shaman is a dream-walker and a spiritual healer and I find her fascinating because her belief system is so completely different from mine. I enjoy conversations with her, she is to my personal Static Pattern belief system a Dynamic which challenges those beliefs that I find valuable. Anyway, this shaman friend of mine invited me to a spiritual meeting at Serpent Mound a few years ago with this Chief who is an active spiritual leader attempting to carry on the beliefs of the tribes who inhabited America before the immigration of the European. Listen to what the Chief believes.

I became interested in Native American cultures through the film Koyannisqatsi, (SEE THE WHOLE FILM BELOW) which is one of my favorite films, and features a haunting Hopi Indian chant that has never left my mind. The word Koyannisqatisi means in Hopi, “life out of balance, crazy life.” I nurtured that understanding through the work of Joseph Campbell’s comparative mythology studies, so I have a pretty good idea of what they are all about and I’ve always been fascinated by the origin of their beliefs. For instance, my wife and I frequent the Serpent Mound Archeological site a couple of times a year for many years now and have watched the perception of that place change dramatically from one of hard archeology based on the Adena Indian culture to this new age Star Culture idea that Chief Standing Elk believes. One of our visits a few years ago had various Indian tribes and shaman types chanting outside the museum and I told my wife that the science of the place was reverting, not advancing. These primitive beliefs and tribal chants seemed silly to me, until I did some reading of my own.

The big mystery of Serpent Mound is that it not only is a mound structure of a serpent, which is a universal symbol of life renewal, but it is particularly designed to be seen from the air, and all over the world such as the Nazca Lines of Peru and several features all over England, this is a common occurrence where societies seemed to be preoccupied with impressing the gods from the air. But the biggest mystery is the location itself in the middle of a crypto explosion event which occurred during the Permian Period, about 248 to 286 million years ago. Read more about the mound here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serpent_Mound

Check out this clip, right about the 2:30 mark:

The crypto explosion is mysterious because it was a violent occurrence several miles wide and would usually be a result of a meteor impact similar to the site in Arizona just to the east of the Grand Canyon outside of Winslow, but it doesn’t look like that. It appears that at least half of the force occurred under the ground as well, so it’s quite a geological mystery. The haunting thing about this mystery is why the Serpent Mound is located right in the middle of this very unique spot that occurred hundreds of millions of years before any builders of the Serpent Mound came along. How did anyone from the Serpent Mound Culture know that something extremely unusual geologically occurred in that exact spot, out of all the spots on the face of planet Earth, a so-called primitive culture knew that something unusual and astronomically significant occurred right there in the middle of a wooded area in Ohio, with no visual reference on the surface. You have to do some digging to see the results of the crypto explosion.

Well, the shamans are saying that a seed ship landed on Earth and brought visitors who inhabited this new land. Such comments make me think of how the European encountered the Aztec and Mayan cultures of Central America and also the Polynesian cultures of the Pacific Ocean, where they imposed their religion upon the primitive people they encountered. Those cultures were influenced by the goods brought from Europe and changed forever as a result of this interaction and in the case the Native American; their cultures were almost completely destroyed by this exchange with the European. It is this aspect of the exchange that the progressive celebrates out of guilt so they do not look any deeper.

Our current culture is only about 200 years from being able to jump from planet to planet itself, so such space travel isn’t very far-fetched taken scientifically. Modern human culture achieved this ability in just about 10 to 20 thousand years, so it’s possible there could be many cultures out in space that are many thousands of years more advanced than we currently are. It is starting to appear that Earth has been greatly influenced by much more than just simple evolution or even creationism, which certainly have played a part, but there are other influences which gave rise to the sudden explosion of technology upon the human race, and the Native Americans seem to have a better understanding of that process than the Anglo-Saxon.

But the Static Intellectualism of academia who has built their universities upon flimsy theories based on Darwin and the Archeology of the Middle East refuse to see it. They, like President Obama think only of the suffering of the Native American at the hands of the “white man” because if fulfils the mission statement of their political platform. But if they actually took the time to listen to the Native American mythology, passed the obvious concern for conservation which also fills another political platform of “green technology” the study of Native American mythology and their roots don’t seem to be examined at all.

This is why television shows like the History Channel’s Ancient Aliens are so poplar, because the Dynamic Intellectualism of our current culture sees that the Static Intellectualism of our education institutions are missing the point in their interrelationship with the progressive politics of the Victorians in America. We are beginning to question the basic premise of the whole religious and scientific premise of mankind’s origins and that’s a good healthy process. If our education system is wrong, then it needs to correct that wrong with new understanding and not resort to the methods of the Spanish Inquisition, or burning heretics at the stake for being non-believers.

The Static Intellectuals of Progressive politics will insist that any notations of aliens colonizing planet Earth and bringing technology to the Homo sapiens who already lived here are preposterous. This is similar to when the church was upset with Isaac Newton for declaring that the Earth was not the center of the universe, which seems laughable now considering what we have learned about not only our galaxy but the many galaxies that make up the universe. In fact, through our understanding of quantum mechanics we are now beginning to think of the concept of a multi-verse. So the church was wrong, and the Victorians who built the progressive politics of which the current Static Intellectualism is protecting, are also wrong. In fact they are way off, and the evidence is overwhelming.

And this is where the Tea Party comes into this whole thing. Progressives are the political entity that is holding the world to a Static Pattern that is flawed in it perception of virtually everything. As it turns out, they are not so “progressive” but have been caught assuming that they are the “enlightened” ones and that they would be the ones who teach the world everything. They currently hold an imperial like grip on academia, which we can see is wrong, because Dynamic Intellectualism is using its imagination to ask the hard questions, where did we come from? And the answer is not in the Static Intellectual offering, so the pattern is wrong and must be broken down and rebuilt with new data gathered up by Dynamic Intellectualism.

The same is happening in politics, where the Dynamic Intellectuals represented by the Tea Party are shattering the Static Patters of progressive politics, because those politics are turning out to be completely false and ridiculously naive. This is why both mystics who say that the Earth was influenced by alien encounters and those who say that America should return to the principles of the United States Constitution are kooks. Because it is the Static Intellectuals who are threatened by the Dynamic Intellectuals of interrupting the Static Pattern that modern science has been established on.

I don’t know if aliens did or did not visit the Earth and influence our culture in any way. But I do know that archeology and anthropology along with geology and other sciences are in their infancy of understanding our world history, and a lot of discoveries have not been reasonably explained by anything more than some Static Intellectual politically correct assessment. But Static Intellectual ideas have not explained how temples were built all over the Pacific, or the mystery of Easter Island, or the Temple at Baalbek, Stonehenge, the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx, the city of Tiahuanaco which may be as old as 16,000 BC, and many, many, many, many others. Only Dynamic Intellectuals have ventured into this territory of exploring explanations, and like Newton, they are ridiculed.

The Tea Party too knows that the Static Pattern of America is wrong and it needs to be corrected as they are called names by the Static Intellectuals such as “terrorists, assassins, kooks, radicals, uneducated fools,” and the like. The Tea Party is a threat to the Static Patter of the Static Intellectual who is clamoring to their education empire even in the face of overwhelming evidence that they have been completely wrong about most everything they believe. The path of the progressive is a dead-end and they refuse to see their error even when the evidence is right in front of them.

This is what they have done to the Native American. They took only the parts of their culture that they could use for the progressive political platform, but they rejected the aspects that didn’t support their political platform and this is most obvious in the words of Chief Standing Elk, who is a strict conversationalist, represents the thoughts and beliefs of his ancestors, but he also believes that the world co-exists with “star people.” If the Static Intellectual were honest about their assessments they’d call Chief Standing Elk a kook for his beliefs, but they won’t because he is a Native America and part of the progressive political platform. They’ll just ignore the rest of Chief Standing Elk’s beliefs like they do everything else they don’t understand and will remain just as ignorant as those who were in charge during the Dark Ages, because as Static Intellectuals, they are stuck with beliefs that are fixed to the foundations of their existence, and they lack the courage of the Dynamic Intellectual who will go out on a limb with a scientific theory, because the Static Intellectual is simply too timid to venture in unknown regions of the mind. That is why they call people names, and that is why they always fail in the end as history marches on without them.

Too bad there isn’t a word in the English language that sums of the statement, “life out of balance, or crazy life” like the Hopi have. The reason the Hopi have this word is because in their culture they saw a need for such a term. The European had to invent a series of words to mean the same thing, because their culture wasn’t advanced enough to understand the need for some kind of balance between the various forces that exemplify a culture. Most of the time that out-of-balance state is the war between the Static portions of society and the Dynamic portions, and the Hopi understood this and they invented a word to bring all the aspects of their life into focus so they could advance as a culture, and that word was Koyannisqatsi.
