Steve Hilton For Governor of California: With Trump, state competition is the key to Making America Great Again

It’s not just Vivek Ramaswamy, or Byron Donalds who are Trump endorsed candidates running for governor of their respective states in 2026, but I learned at Vivek’s West Chester event from Vivek himself that the Fox News personality Steve Hilton was also planning to run for governor of California once Gavin Newsom terms out after this current term.  Steve Hilton is best known for his show, The Next Generation, which he had on the 9 PM time slot on Sunday nights and was popular; it ran from 2017 to 2023.  But I hadn’t heard what Steve was doing since then, other than showing up here and there as a guest on various shows.  He’s a very positive person and is part of the next generation of political commentators that I have been talking about lately, and that is certainly the case here.  Once Vivek arrived at CTL Aerospace to speak about his announcement to run for governor, I learned that Steve Hilton was flying out from California to speak for two minutes to give Vivek Ramaswamy a warm announcement.   I realized that a very positive pattern was emerging, leading straight out of the Trump White House.  Trump was building a brand in politics that would carry others to succeed him, and once he put his name on that person, the Trump machine would get behind that person and take them to victory.  Steve Hilton has become good friends with Vivek Ramaswamy, and now that Vivek has put his hat in the ring, Steve told us all at that West Chester event that he was planning to do the same in California, which provoked a long conversation with me backstage after he concluded his speech for Vivek.

If you haven’t noticed Fox News lately, even they can’t ignore the world trend that eluded them for the previous decade as they wanted to turn more to the center and not be known as a right-winged network once Roger Ailes died.  The Rupert Murdoch kids are not conservative at all, and the wives of the boys wanted to take the station toward New York high society politics rather than conservative populism that was put forth by personalities like Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly, and Tucker Carlson, and it hurt them.  Then, their position against President Trump was outrageously radicalized.  Again, when discussing left/right politics, the “left” represents Karl Marx’s ideas.  The “right” represents capitalism.  So, being called one or the other is a more profound indication on the political scale of right and wrong, and Fox News was trying to move to the “left” while Roger Ailes had built the network toward the right.  It was not something Rupert Murdoch was politically inclined to, but it was popular, so he went with it as long as the channel made money.  But the kids don’t care so much about making money; they were more concerned with social status, so they made a bad business decision, parted ways with top talent at Fox News, and drove a wedge with Trump himself that they thought they could survive.  They falsely believed that they were the news, not that they reflected their audience, a common mistake everyone is learning from now that Trump is back in the White House.  Woke is out, and common sense is back in.  Even in NFL football, my favorite team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, have reinstated their old coach, Jon Gruden, back into their Ring of Honor.  They took him down after a fake scandal was invented to drive him out of football over leaked emails Gruden had written.  The whole premise was that Gruden could be kicked out of the NFL just for thinking and saying something, and that trend has gone the other way, leaving the Buccaneers under this Trump administration to get with the program and to reinstate Gruden to their Ring of Honor.

That’s kind of what has happened with Fox News, many of the people who were frequently on Fox News are now in Trump’s cabinet and are doing very well, and it has been good for Fox as a business and they are having to make decisions to step away from their commitment to left winged politics.  The Trump family was pushed away from the network before the election, but now they can’t get enough of Trump, leaving Lara Trump to have her own show on the weekends like Steve Hilton did.  So Steve, always an upbeat personality, talked to me about all this as Vivek was speaking in West Chester, and we talked about this trend, the kind of people Trump was building to extend his government beyond the reach of any critics and to destroy conventional politics on its face.  And specifically with California, everyone thought that Arnold Schwarzenegger was going to be a good Republican governor, but he turned out to be a RINO loser who could never stand up to the unions and ended up disgraced.  And at that point, California turned radical left and is currently miserable.  A prime time for someone like Steve Hilton to run and win the state and bring the fifth largest economy in the world back to sensibility.  Trump had a plan to make America Great Again, and that started by decentralizing the presidency and moving things back to the states where his hand-picked people would be running those states two years into this current administration, and through state competition, Trump was going to change the political landscape forever.

Remember when NBC tried to replace Trump on The Apprentice with Schwarzenegger because they thought the whole success of that show was a tough guy telling people they were fired?  Well, Schwarzenegger bombed, just as he did as governor because he was an actor, not a leader.  Trump is a battle-hardened leader who learned how to be successful in show business.  And these picks for governor positions are similar; they were privately successful but have learned to master the media to convey authentic leadership.  And Steve Hilton could do what Schwarzenegger or Gavin Newsom could never do in California.  Those personalities knew how to manipulate an audience behind the camera but were paralyzed regarding real-world activities.  And Democrats don’t have any other personality that can step forward and explain the massive failures that the people of California have suffered under Gavin Newsom.  So, another endorsement of Steve Hilton by Trump could easily carry him into a win there, too.  The world is changing for the better, and as I told Steve, you can see a pattern emerging that he is undoubtedly a part of.  And he would be great in California.  Like Vivek Ramaswamy, Steve Hilton is an excellent public speaker who can convey a message.  But more than that, he understands how to identify problems, which he always did on his Fox show.  And like many of the successful personalities on Fox, they need a chance to show their stuff on a political stage.  So, California won’t be left behind in all the fun regarding governor races in 2026.  I think it’s excellent, and the radical political left of Karl Marx won’t have a way to deal with it.  Trump endorsements are a new brand in politics that Democrats have no plan for, especially in states they have ruined, like California.  Once he announces, Steve Hilton is poised to win there in a big way.

I’m Proud of Sheriff Jones: Its time to put an end of the drug cartels

I am proud of Sheriff Jones; I had a nice chance to talk to him at the Nancy Nix fundraiser as he had just returned from Washington, D.C., with a mission straight from Tom Homan, the border czar himself.  The Sheriff was told to make room in his jails because they would fill up quickly during March.  The Trump administration was done with Mexican drug cartels that were hiding in plain sight behind illegal immigration, and they were about to do what had been promised by Trump on the campaign trail.  They were going to be at least arrested and deported with what should be called, mass law enforcement.  The media will call them raids, and crackdowns.  But whatever anybody calls them, the illegal aliens, especially those hosting a criminal element, are toast.  And Sheriff Jones is more than ready to do his part in Butler County, Ohio.  He has been waiting his entire life for just this opportunity and a president willing to do what the law states: we must protect our borders from hostile people not committed to the American cause.  The only way to describe the previous immigration policy was a purposeful attack on our nation and the concept of a free people, with the hostilities of a criminal element seeking to overrun our legal system.  It wasn’t amicable, so the remedy must be more resilient.  Sheriff Jones warned us that the days to come would have a lot of stories of rounding up these villains and that people needed some context for the voluminous incidents that would be reported in the news during March, which was good news to my ears.  It couldn’t come soon enough.  One of the promises Trump had made during the campaign was the death penalty for cartel drug traffickers, which, to my mind, is too good for any of them.

Butler County has a very good police department.  This past year, I have been able to work with them a lot.  I served several weeks on a grand jury in 2024, where I met many of them and toured around the jail Sheriff Jones oversees, so I acquired an appreciation for what good law enforcement is and what it isn’t.  And I again was able to get to know some really good members of the Sheriff’s department at an event I was a part of organizing for Vivek Ramaswamy where they served as security.  Good guys, all of them.  They are excellent guys.  And tough guys too.  Which is what you want.  But when I saw Sheriff Jones, and we spent a little time catching up, I told him, and I meant it, that if he wants to deputize me to help round up all these punks, losers, despots, and crime-addicted lunatics hiding in illegal immigration, give me a call.  I would be more than happy to help.  I know the Butler County Sheriff’s Department has it all covered.  But I would enjoy the work and do it at the drop of a hat because let me explain something.  I hate drug dealers.  I hate drug use.  And I hate the drug cartels.  I hate them so much that I don’t think hate is a strong enough word.  Drug dealing, to me, is the deliberate poisoning of a person’s mind, which I consider one of the worst crimes.  What makes rape so terrible is it displays an intent to take away from a person their consent to sex and to display complete dominion over them, robbing them of the decision-making process.  Drugs do all that and more through a subterfuge of the intellectual process of thought. And for me, it all falls under the same category.  I feel so strongly about it that I don’t even like drinking at sports bars and social events.  If you aren’t protecting a mind, you are proposing that animal acts rule in society, non-thinking application of life energy.

As usual, Sheriff Jones is always a good talk. I’m all for him taking on the cartels with Trump

And as I said all that and more to Sheriff Jones, I was proud of him.  I like knowing that my local sheriff was called to Washington, D.C., to be a part of cleaning up national drug cartel violence.  I’ve known Sheriff Jones for years, and he doesn’t tell the stories of all the death hits on his life that the drug cartels have called for against him.  But there have been many.  More than many, and all of them, should be considered an act of war declared against any American citizen.  Remember when President Trump talked about the way he was going to apply to all law enforcement like Tom Homan and sheriffs like Jones, the need to punish these criminals.  And now they would be conducting that task over the next several weeks.  When drug cartels announce that they want to kill you, that’s not something to be taken lightly.  The thug mentality that was proposed should be considered hostile and purposeful.  They started it, and it’s our task to correct the behavior.  For too long, these horrible people in the drug cartels, neck tattoos and all, have been insisting that they exploit human weakness with drug use, knowing that their product was poison and that the result would be catastrophic to America as a nation.  They purposefully engaged in the destruction of innocence with a deliberate intent to destroy America as a country, and socialists around the world cheered the effort on with great enthusiasm.  Never forget that.

Jones was giving me a hard time because I didn’t have my hat this time.

Not to kiss and tell, which I don’t like to do, but I think in the case of Sheriff Jones, it is needed for context regarding what is about to happen.  The Sheriff and I were sitting together about 15 years ago at a political event.  I remember it well; it was in the barn for a Tea Party event that was going on at the Niederman Farm, and we were showing off a video I had done with Sheriff Jones talking about the problem of illegal immigration.  That was the same year many of us, myself included, were purposefully attacked through the IRS by Lois Lerner, and I was named as one of the targets along with my personal friend Justin Binik-Thomas.  Jones and I were trying to decide whether or not to use pictures of headless people who were decapitated along the border by the drug cartels.  Sheriff Jones encouraged me to use them because he thought it might wake people up.  They were nasty pictures that showed many innocent people killed in horrible ways.  Women were raped and had their bones ripped away from their bodies afterward, and they were awful to look at.  I was going to use them for my media platforms, and ultimately, I decided not to use them because I figured they’d be banned for their graphic content.  But we looked at hundreds of these pictures together while everyone else enjoyed a nice party atmosphere of hamburgers and hot dogs on a beautiful summer evening.  My wife and I had just returned from Mexico with a video from some rough, drug cartel-controlled areas, so I knew firsthand how bad the situation was.  And I know what Sheriff Jones wanted to do about it then, but Obama was in office, and his administration was encouraging drug cartel growth and not looking to punish it in any way.  So this isn’t a new thing.  But finally, I think we are going to see justice applied to the drug cartels.  And they have it coming, all they will receive and then some.  And Sheriff Jones is ready.  And if he needs help, I am more than willing.  I have hated the cartels for a long time and would be happy to see their destruction for good.  For our purposes, it’s the month of March that is only the beginning.

Trump is Back: When they can’t kill you, everyone wants to be your friend

It’s a statement I always make and live by: if people aren’t trying to kill you, you aren’t doing a good enough job.  The goal in life isn’t to make friends with everyone; they should want rather to kill you instead, and when they fail, as we are seeing with Trump, then they’ll want to be your friend.  And when everyone is wondering where the resistance is to Trump this time, in 2025 as opposed to 2017 at this same time of year, at the Inauguration for another four years as president, my old gunfighter analysis of the bar and the room certainly applies.  And I know that Trump doesn’t want to send the wrong signal and let the bad guys out there know he had to take measures to protect himself.  Even as risky as I am, I would never advise someone like Trump to give a speech from the steps of the Capitol, where for miles around there are thousands of places within a mile or so that could take a shot at him out in the open or for a drone to lock on his position and do its menace.  It’s always a good idea to move locations and schedule times when you have a lot of bad guys out there who want to kill you; it is just as good practice.

Just because they want to do something doesn’t mean you let them do it.  After the last eight years, they have thrown everything they could at the President, and Trump is still doing what I have wanted to see for many years now: return to the White House.  His enemies were reduced to a whimper, certainly not a roar like last time.  This time was very different, and Trump played it all right.  When you conquer your enemies, keep them close and let them serve you, as was the obvious case with Jeff Bezos, Snoop Dogg, and Mark Zuckerberg, along with many others who made sure they were making friends with this new power, rather than fighting against it, as they had in the past.

But even with all that said, moving the Inauguration into the Capitol Rotunda was brilliant because of the bitter cold.  As if Trump needed a reason to say it, the cold weather was setting up a no-win situation for the crowd that traveled all over the country to share in the Inauguration experience.  Having a million people in the mall would look great for the cameras, but there are always people who would freeze, even if the percentage was less than 1%.  Once everyone starts using porta potties outside in temperatures below zero, you will have big problems, and it was better to avoid all those for obvious reasons.  The crowd would either be huge, but you would lose some people in the cold, or it would be smaller than usual because of the cold, and Trump would be criticized for a smaller crowd.  When you take all that and consider that there are people from all over the world who do want to kill Trump so he doesn’t change things in a way they can’t deal with, it was best just to move everything inside.  All that matters is that Trump gets sworn in, and we start to fix the mess that a lot of flawed characters put forward to destroy our country.  Trump’s swearing-in makes everything official and corrects a course that should have never been disrupted in the first place.

But let’s answer the question that everyone who was an enemy is now asking: where is the resistance to Trump?  Well, I said all this initially, the first time around in January of 2021, when Trump won clearly and decisively, and we witnessed a coup in America, but a lot of evil people who stole the election, sent Trump packing, then inserted Joe Biden into the office.  And they never let him make the decisions. Instead, the White House was run by a globalist committee, and a lot of bad stuff was started, like canceling the Keystone Pipeline, undoing all the patriotic events Trump had planned, disgracing our offices with transgender radicals, Marxist kingpins, and an energy policy that robbed money right out of our wallets.

I understand Melania. And yes, she has great taste in fashion. She gets it.

It was a war against us all by a few very manipulative soothsayers who were committed to globalism and a China-first policy.  And it was raw and malicious.  They never dreamed there would be a day that Trump would return to the White House with the full support of a country that came together for the effort.  But here we are.  I said it all along and am very proud to see it all come together exactly as I said.  Yes, I was invited to several VIP events in Washington, D.C.  I did other events but decided not to go to Washington because I didn’t think I’d get close to Trump this time.  It’s much more complicated than it used to be.  And I’m not the second fiddle type.  So, knowing it was going to be so cold, I stayed regional so I could enjoy all the festivities from relative comfort because I had been waiting for this for a long time.  I never just liked to be a face in the crowd; that is essentially what traveling to Washington, D.C., would have been like.

I have several friends who did go, and they had a good time.  But when it comes to something like this, which is truly historic, I like to see everything, and watching it on television was the best way to see the details.  And I couldn’t get enough of it.  I watched the coverage all weekend, especially on Monday, without taking my eyes away, except to shake hands with people I barely recognized because I enjoyed the Inauguration so much, every incredible detail.  After Biden was put in place in 2021 with COVID lockdowns imposed everywhere, I was so angry that I packed up my wife and my RV, and we headed out into the desert to write a book and get my mind right.  I stayed out there for weeks and returned with a fresh perspective on how to fight this battle.  And what happened at the inauguration was a dream come true.  And it was gratifying to see all of Trump’s enemies licking his shoes.  That’s what real power is, the kind of power that makes people want to kill you.  And when they fail, and only when they fail, do they want to be your friend.  But Trump isn’t a sucker.  He knows this game, and the bad guys won’t sucker him.  Instead, we will see what we deserve for sticking with Trump through tough times.  We earned the good things that are coming because we had the guts to vote for it.  But this time, we didn’t let them steal it from us as we had done in the previous election.  And the world should be concerned.  They know what they did, and now they are caught, and the shoe is on the other foot.  And justice is coming as it always should have.

Worth a celebration!

Put All The Drug Dealers and Terrorists to Death: Why Mexico needs a lot more guns

Watching how the system defends itself as an issue of much greater levity than the H-1B visa issue emerging in Mexico is interesting.  As we saw an obvious coordinated attack by terrorists in both Las Vegas and New Orleans on New Year’s Day 2025 there is a common theme behind it all. These are the anti-civilization people of global crime syndicates who hide behind a created weaponized religion from 600 AD to stifle the world under the tyranny of fear. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves and stay focused here. One of the biggest stories that nobody is talking about is how Mexico, ahead of Trump returning to the White House, is trying to sue American gun manufacturers, specifically Smith & Wesson, for the border violence that their country is causing.  Essentially, they are saying that the gun violence that their out-of-control drug cartels are utilizing would not be possible if not for American guns.  It was an astonishing segment on 60 Minutes during the Holiday season of 2024, where the proposal to go after American gun manufacturers was presented as a proactive measure by the country that is most causing trouble, as Mexico doesn’t have an effective government.  They are run by organized crime from the drug cartels, which is precisely why we have to finish the wall and essentially go to war with those criminal syndicates.  It’s the typical leftist approach, which, of course, the official government of Mexico are hard-left socialists and has been for several years now, so they are a real problem.  For a lot of people, Mexico is a vacation destination where you can do things you can’t do in other places in the world, such as seeing women topless on the beach in some areas.  There aren’t as many social rules for vacationers, but some people find the lack of rules in Mexico fun.  But I’ve pointed out that there is a lot of crime just behind the veil, such as Cancun.  For years, on the way to and from the airport, there is a sex mall where you can get anything and everything, and the cartels run it.  And it’s all very evil and horrible and will continue as long as the drug cartels run the country.

President Trump has made it quite clear that he is going to make drug dealing a capital offense and that tolerance for the drug cartels is over.  That American troops would be used to enforce justice among the drug cartels that have run wild for way too long.  And ahead of the mass deportations of the illegal immigrants that have occurred under Biden and Obama, the radical leftists of the world are trying to defend themselves from the change that is coming, and 60 Minutes came oddly enough to the defense of the drug cartels.  Instead, they found a different way to package their desire for gun control legislation.  To destroy the gun companies rather than to destroy the drug cartels because, after all, the drug dealers get their guns from America.  Mexico only has one gun store in the whole country, according to 60 Minutes, so they couldn’t be the problem in supporting the supply chain of gun violence.  It was pretty astonishing that they, as a representative of legacy media, could propose something like that with a straight face, given what we all know about the truth of the matter.  In reality, the real reason that Mexico has trouble with drug cartels is for that very reason: they don’t have enough guns.  If people had more guns, the drug cartels wouldn’t be the only ones who have them.  But in the world of micromanaging lefties, they think that if guns were eliminated, gun violence would stop. Instead, the reality of the matter is that vicious personalities, as people who choose to be in a drug cartel are, will always use violence to impose themselves on others, whether the object of violence is a brick, a rock, a knife, a stick, whatever they can get their hands on, they’ll use it.  And Mexico has made it hard to get guns for their legal population, and because of that, drug cartels don’t fear that anybody can fight back against them—even the Mexican government.  So, the 60 Minutes position favors the continued power and abuse of the drug cartels.

Personally, and my local sheriff knows it, if he wants help busting these scum bags in Butler County, Ohio, he can call me any time of day or night.  I hate drug dealers; I hate drug use.  I hate people who do drugs, even soft drugs.  And drug dealers knowingly try to harm people when they sell drugs that are no good to anybody.  So, I fully support President Trump’s policy to give the death penalty to drug dealers.  And to invade Mexican drug cartels where they live with the American military and destroy them from the nest they reside in.  Taking guns away will never solve the problem.  Giving the Mexican people more guns is the direction everyone needs to go.  Ultimately, I think that the real solution to the Mexican problem is to make it a 51st state.  I have no problem making places like Mexico and Canada new states for the United States.  It would be optional of course, they could vote on it, but I think everyone would benefit from the relationship.  But before that, we have to have mass deportations to ship back the illegals and to build a wall to keep the values of the two countries separate.  Mexico is a dangerous place, and it’s run by a bunch of crazy communists and socialists that hide in the background, and they use the drug cartels as their version of a kind of brownshirt army.  Mexico is a mess, and we can’t have an open border with such a hostile country toward American ideas.

Very, Very True

Mexico is friendly to American tourists as long as everyone stays within the tourist zones.  But if you travel extensively around the country, it’s not uncommon to be pulled over for a shakedown where you have to pay a bribe, be arrested, or even killed.  It happens all the time.  The Mexican government is deeply corrupt, and the drug cartels are even worse.  You can’t travel freely in Mexico like in America, and people should be able to.  The problem in Mexico is a lack of trust in their authority figures to protect people daily.  And it happens often, especially in Cancun; violence happens when rival gangs get into a turf war.  Mexico needs a lot of things that would make a lot of people better if they just became an American state under American law.  The people of Mexico wouldn’t be trying so hard to flee their Marxist governments for the freedom of America at significant cost to themselves.  Mexico could use American law to make their people safer.  And they could use a lot more guns in Mexico to fight back against the drug cartels and their corrupt government.  Between those two oppressive forces, the Mexican people don’t have a chance.  And it’s all been allowed to fester because the global Marxists wanted to overwhelm America with illegal immigration to bring socialism into America through an open border.  So, it’s not just the massive amount of drugs and violence that we are talking about coming from Mexico.  But the most dangerous element of all is political poison to destroy America from within.  So yeah, attacking American gun manufacturers is not the way to go, and 60 Minutes should be ashamed of themselves for even advocating for such a thing when the real problem is the violence that is allowed to happen in Mexico for all kinds of political reasons and the innocent lives that are destroyed in the process.  The best thing for everyone is that Trump gets back in office and gets tough on the drug cartels in ways they have never seen before.  And putting drug dealers to death is a good start.  But more than that, Mexico needs more guns for its private people so they can fight back the way that Americans can.  Private gun ownership and many more guns in Mexico are part of the solution.  And it can’t happen fast enough.

Why Women Run Off With Bad Men: How evil comes into the world

Probably because it’s the Holiday season, and it’s on people’s minds, Bible references have come up a lot, and some of the conversations I’ve been in have been interesting, especially on the topic of evil and how it comes into the world and why so many people would like to be good but act in such an evil fashion.  It often rocks us off our center when we have to confront it because we don’t understand how it arrived there in the first place.  So this provoked a rather detailed conversation with me that ended up being one of my long, hour-long utterances about some interesting topics, one of which was why women are the vehicles for evil in the world and what we can do about it.  Now, keep in mind that this is a psychological conversation, not one built out of woke politics and leftist social sentiment.  The needs of human beings are not aligned with political power plays, social construction, or reconstruction.  To that point, I would argue that feminism was never created to free women of a slave relationship with men but to destroy the very foundation of family building because governments in the world have radical beliefs about how many humans should be on earth, and they want through abortion, contraceptives, and family planning to discourage as many births as possible, for all kinds of reasons, most of them not sane.  So, just because there are rules that came up with what we can discuss regarding feminine roles in the world, it doesn’t mean that those rules were ever justified or constructive.  And that there is a good point to the original sin and the long history in the Bible of women who turned to evil and gave it a foundation to destroy the world.

There is a reason that most women are unhappy with their nice husbands, and I would say that it’s not their fault.  God made them that way, and God shows throughout the Bible that he’s very mad, perhaps even at himself, for making human beings the way they are.  Women are being taken from Adam’s rib to serve him as a companion.  She is physically of weaker sex to fulfill her roles in the procreation of new human beings.  If she’s too masculine like Adam, the motivations for procreation aren’t as robust.  So, there is a balancing act genetically that is the problem behind all sexual interplay.  What makes people want to have sex with each other is not the same thing that might make them want to form and run a country.  So, in the Garden of Eden, the young couple of Adam and Eve are told not to eat fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.  But of course, Eve does so because the snake seduces her, and all humanity is thrown into a tailspin of perpetuating evil for which Jesus Christ has to come along to wash away the original sin through his sacrifice.  But why did Eve eat the apple from the forbidden tree?  Well, for the same reason that most people do evil things, out of a sense of personal security.  Rather than fight evil, people, men, and women seek to appease it out of self-preservation.  When a woman has a man she does not think can fight evil off, out of their sense of security, they seek to appease it.  So, in the original sin, Eve listened to the snake because it was a strange force of evil that she wasn’t sure Adam could protect her from.

This is undoubtedly the case of one of the great villains of the Bible, Jezebel, who was known for turning the people of her kingdom to Baal worship at the expense of Yahweh.  God, all through the Bible, was constantly upset that his people, the Israelites, would turn to the temptations of other gods, specifically Baal, and Jezebel was one of the worst, who ended up being tossed out of a window and into the mouths of dogs below who ripped her to shreds, which we are supposed to applaud in reaction as the audience reading from the text.  But what made her so vile? Why didn’t she honor her husband, King Ahab?  Well, because he didn’t make her feel safe.  Women often seek the shelter of a monster to protect them from other monsters because they think they can control the beast with sex.  It’s the classic Beauty and the Beast scenario.  When a woman doesn’t think the man in her life can protect her from the many monsters of the world, she will, most of the time, pick a monster she believes she can control for her own self-preservation.  Her man might be fine with making children, cooking, cleaning, and talking to them.  But if he can’t protect her from monsters, out of her need for security, she will seek out her own monster to protect her from other monsters.  This is why Jezebel was so evil; she tossed away the protection of her husband and of God himself to seek refuge in the ultimate monster, Baal, a rival of God in the pantheon of the Divine Counsel.  This is the ”bad boy” complex that many women go through.  They might marry the nice guy who can hold a good job and raise good kids, but they seek to run off with the bad boy covered in tattoos, smokes, drinks and is a social wreck because she thinks having one of those monsters of her own will protect her from a world of other monsters.

When we look at a beautiful woman and she is with a disgusting man, we wonder why, after all, she could have anybody in the world that she could want.  Why that guy?  It’s because she doesn’t feel safe in a world full of monsters, and she thinks she can use sex to control her own kind of monster.  So, she seeks to appease one for her own protection.  And this was the problem King Solomon had.  He was married to a lot of women from all over the world, and God became very mad at him because he built temples for them to appease their gods, as they rejected Yahway.  Solomon had all the power and treasure on earth then, but it wasn’t enough for his women to honor and worship him as their husband.  So he found himself chasing after their attention to make them feel safe and secure.  He could at least build a temple to their gods.  This is the same kind of problem Mary Magdeline had with her seven demons until she found a good guy in Jesus to give her some temporary relief.  Jesus was a rebel that the authority figures wanted to kill, and he was removed from her life before she could abandon him for being too nice of a guy.  And through death, he gave her a purpose that would last well into history.  Most women aren’t so lucky.  They attach themselves to a good man either by accident or default and fall out of love with them because they aren’t beastlike enough.  But when the world’s beasts kill off their version of the beast, there is at least a crusade to pursue, and Christianity was born, which has been great for the human race.  But you don’t find that a good woman marries a good man and they live happily ever after anywhere in history.  Certainly not in the Bible.  There is always evil coming into the world, and it comes through the front door that women let in because of the need for safety and security that women have as the weaker sex.  And God, even though he created the universe and everything in it, is perpetually frustrated by the notion.  He tries over and over again to solve the problem through apocalypse after apocalypse.  But evil is never appeased, and the world is often overrun by the beasts of the world who take women for themselves without any level of respect and destroy the world through their bad conduct because other men never quite figure out that the best way to keep a woman is to be a bit of a beast themselves.  And to walk that fine line between being a good guy and a bad guy is a very fine line.  And the only way to make everything work out properly.  Which many never figure out in their lifetimes.

Trump’s ‘Save America’: Quite simply, one of the most important books ever produced in the history of the world

To say Trump’s new book ‘Save America’ is one of the best books ever produced might seem unfair, but I can’t think of another time in the world when such a thing was ever made, which will be so significant in memory.  It’s not that the book is scholarly in what it says, but what it shows that matters.  The books the Trump family calls “coffee table books” have been riveting.  This latest one, Save America, is the third in a series that photographically chronicles the Trump presidency and is very optimistic in its approach, which reflects Trump’s outlook on life shaped by The Power of Positive Thinking.  Winning the Presidency was one of the most important and fulfilling things that President Trump has ever done, and he shows in these books what the office means to him.  I wanted to get my hands on Save America, which came out on September 3rd from Winning Teams Publishing, which Don Jr. is behind, and like all the books they produce, this one has just a few extra steps in quality that you expect from anything coming from the Trump Organization.  So it’s a bit more than just a book, it’s a statement about an optimistic vision for its contents.  Trump golf courses are not just golf courses but experiences beyond the game.  In everything he does, Trump always puts a bit of class into his work, and that is certainly what he did with the Presidency of the United States of America.  Trump wasn’t just president; he made the role of the Executive Branch an experience and took it into what Americans expect from the office while it’s now quite clear that the world has been cheerleading its demise.  So, a photographic journey of that experience says a lot more than words can.

What is stunning about this book is the context.  It was obviously in production to be a final statement of what Trump was offering to the public before the November election.  But during that production, a lot happened in the world that would be talked about for thousands of years in the future.  And when you consider that Google has been trying to erase the image of President Trump being shot in an assassination attempt from the internet, publishing this book with it displayed vividly on the cover was going to ensure that such a thing would never be possible.  Because of its quality and what it shows, this book Save America will have incredible relevance thousands of years from now as historians try to grasp what happened in the world around 2024.  Many things are going to happen because of this year, and many bad characters have been rooted out into the open.  The scope of all of this is captured wonderfully in Trump’s new book.  He is showing himself with most of the world leaders who are essential at this moment, which puts the presidency on a massive scale and shows it far superior to the United Nations.  In contrast, many of the Marxist schemes of the world seem small in comparison.   Trump has done something remarkable with this book, defining the American presidency as the leader of the world, and key to the future.  What might have started as a political contribution to the election season has become a statement against tyranny in response to the most ostentatious display of overt authoritarianism ever witnessed on a mass scale.

The book opens ironically with the famous mug shot of Trump being arrested in Georgia over questioning what we now know is the most outstanding example of election fraud ever attempted.  And the authority figures of our time have used lawfare to prosecute a former sitting president and to throw him in jail for essentially capturing an office they thought they controlled.  And their anger at him was for interrupting their destruction of the American idea.   And for that, by arresting him, they were imposing upon all of us what they intended to do as authority figures on the heels of the COVID-19 virus, which we also know was created in a lab in China for the purposeful destruction of the human race as we know it.  That mug shot picture means so much, and Trump has put his arm around it and made it part of him in a positive way, which is something perhaps only he could have done.  Then, the book ends quite literally with the assassination attempt of his life after being shot in the head and with blood running down his face, which took place literally just a few weeks ago.  Historically speaking, it is a stunning chronology of world events captured in one book, which is why it will have a lasting impact well into the future.  It would be fantastic if historical figures who have endured a lot in their lives captured that power so visually.  But that’s what we have here where essentially the world, even Democrats like Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy, have united behind Trump to propel his vision for what Making America Great Again means and what it means to the world.  Between those two events, Trump shows his optimistic vision and interaction daily through his presidency, the post-presidency, and then up to the campaign and election in November through the Republican Convention, making J.D. Vance his Vice President.

I quite literally read hundreds of books per year.  I finish a new one about every two or three days.  So, I have quite a collection over the years and have seen a lot of production going into how books should be put together, from the binding to the quality of the paper.  If I could be said to have a particular love, which is a running joke in my family, it is for the smell of freshly printed pages and the quality of a binding.  Of all the books in the world, I especially like those produced by the English publishers Thames and Hudson, who do a lot of books for Stone Henge, the English Heritage site, and The British Museum.  They are heavy, meaty books that are designed to last for many hundreds of years.  Those are the types of books that Winning Teams Publishing produces and of the quality of Save America.  The little bits intend to last and make a bold proclamation to do so.  The joke in my family is that my grandchildren laugh when I say that I love the smell of books so much that I want Grandma to have a perfume that smells like a book.  And the joke is that I’m not kidding.  And that’s what is great about Trump’s book, Save America.  It has the substance of everything such a book would want to be.  But, it also has that quality that proclaims its importance in a personal library for many centuries to come and is a statement to the tides of tyranny that have loomed in the background since the beginning of time.  Only now, in this age of 2024, with the promise of a second Trump term in the American Executive Office, is there a chance that such optimism overcoming so much devastating tragedy would ever have an opportunity to grow.  Yet it is captured as such in this new book, and I can’t recommend it enough to anybody thinking about it.

How Everyone on Earth Could Get Rich: A Space Economy with 16 Psyche’s 700 quadrillion dollars of Value–what a Trump/Ramaswamy Administration Could Start

The other day, I was talking to some very smart, rich, and well-credentialed people, that I thought was the kind of conversation that a lot of other people would benefit from.  The subject was Vivek Ramaswamy, why he should be the V.P. for Trump, and how he has a definite economic plan that will carry over well into 2028.  In the short run, it’s all about BlackRock’s destruction and strengthening the dollar from this global banking cartel of destroying it in favor of globalism, and for America to be great again, we needed to produce around 57 trillion dollars of value to pay off our national debt, and the lingering costs, and then some.  And where on earth were we going to get that kind of wealth?  That’s where things went sideways because I started talking about space.  Now, some of these people are very rich; some were PhDs and had several Master’s Degrees in various fields, from law to engineering, and they didn’t see a way out.  Their wealth had been built off the traditional model of real estate, where three generations watched the value of a property increase proportionally until everything flamed out and people couldn’t afford the new pricing structure.  Then, the economy collapses, and a new country takes over as the key destination.  Globalism has tried to set that scenario up to be China, and corporate communism has bet everything on that eventuality.  But I told them that space was where it was at.  I said we needed a divorce from globalism.  They said we need each other with interdependence; otherwise, everything would fall apart.  I told them that Vivek had an excellent economic plan to undo the work that BlackRock has done to the world and that while that was going on, SpaceX was going to refine its Starship craft so that in a few years, there would be two or three built every week, and they would be launching into space just as fast.  That left them all looking at me and asking why.

A space economy is a new frontier, and people do not yet see the benefits of it.  And I know that SpaceX isn’t just thinking of a space economy that will make America wealthy again.  Under a Trump/Ramaswamy administration, returning to an oil-based economy will solve most of our problems, quickly.  But what about after that?  They didn’t see why we would even go to space because there was nothing there.  Why would Elon Musk want to colonize Mars, the moon, or any place else?  Again, these are all brilliant, rich, and influential people.  And what I was talking about was science fiction to them.  At least until I told them about the asteroid between Mars and Jupiter called 16 Psyche, which has on its 150-mile surface over 700 quadrillion dollars in gold and precious metals.  And that’s just on one asteroid.  The next great gold rush will be in mining companies who can go to these asteroids, which Starship will make the whole experience very easy, and our entire national debt will be gone with a new value economy that the world is not prepared for.  America would be prosperous; and would forever take humanity deep into space with the wealth gained.  Legend has it that the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter used to be the planet Tiamat.  It was abundant in gold, and once it was destroyed, its occupants left and formed colonies on other planets, like Earth.  That is why all Earth cultures worship gold the way they do as a precious metal: because it is the subconscious reaction to the grief we all feel from our lost homeworld.  And that stories of Atlantis, Eden, and the foundations of all Earth cultures spawned from this lost knowledge.  This is about when everyone stopped eating and wondering if what I was saying was the next great thing or the utterances of insanity from someone who has read too many science fiction books.

But what wasn’t in question was that 16 Psyche was a massive opportunity from a mining perspective.  We need precious metals on Earth for many reasons, not just direct monetary value, and going into space didn’t hurt anybody.  There were no indigenous people to exploit, as is the excuse of the first few gold rushes on Earth, such as the one where Spain raided Central and South America.  Then, in the western expansion, Americans found gold in California and ran through the Indians to get to it.  On 16 Psyche, there are no Indians or Aztecs.  It’s just a destroyed collection of rocks floating around in space.  You must land on them and pick up enough gold and platinum to fuel Earth’s economies for centuries with a few full payloads.  It’s relatively easy, and given the trajectory of SpaceX and their massive Boca Chica plant in Texas, they will have done their part within ten years.  Starship will be like a trucking line, always in space doing something.  To pay for those things, we know right now that there is plenty of gold and other metals of value to cover the costs.  But first, on earth, we have to put down all these Marxist plots meant to rule the world from the perspective of centralized banking and governments of communism to suppress any competition from limited resources.  The plan I was talking about would completely obliterate all those previous assumptions.  So I spoke about a very different future than they had feared, and they were at least listening.

The key is to have a friendly administration in the White House and that all these fights between political ideologies have it out and destroy those who are holding back the human race.  There are way too many opportunities for the future to get hung up on anything.  And people like Vivek Ramaswamy get it.  He’s the future face of America, and under this next Trump administration, he’ll be able to shape economic policy with the kinds of opportunities in mind that I was talking about, with a space economy.  And many of the miseries we are experiencing today will be long gone tomorrow if we are smart and play our cards right.  The best thing we could all do is use Trump’s celebrity status to put people like Vivek Ramaswamy in a position to free the lost talent deeply suppressed in the global marketplace and expand the human intellect of the planet and into new horizons for good.  And what I was saying was not science fiction, but are the opportunities for tomorrow, today.  The future is not way out there anymore.  We are living it now, and all it will take to uncover it are some bold personality types to unleash the best that human beings can bring to thought.  We see that unleashed at the SpaceX facility in Texas in many ways.  What they are doing and an excellent economic platform for the next Trump administration are opportunities for infinite enthusiasm.  And we will quickly outpace the communist detriments of globalism driven by aristocrats and not dollars and sense.  Their power is wholly based on limited resources to stay in control.  I mentioned to this group that there was so much wealth that every human being on planet Earth could be very wealthy.  And our future would be out there, not right here.  And while that might rattle previous assumptions, it’s right in front of our faces to grab onto.  If only we dare to do so.

The Eclipse of 2024 in Ohio: When immortality is observed in all its magnificance

I’ve seen eclipses before, but this one in 2024 was different, especially since it was close to where I live in Liberty Township, Ohio.  The totality band was going to be very nearby, so once we received a decent weather report and had the exact path agreed upon by analysis, we found a good RV campsite in Rossburg, Ohio, to set up a base and make a real thing of it.  My crew is very interested in those things, and it certainly made a difference that all three of my grandchildren are inclined toward intelligent things. Even at age seven, one of them is showing a Thomas Edison level of genius, so we wanted to make this a unique experience for them.  Plus, getting out the campers after a hard winter was a chance to stretch our legs a bit.  For an eclipse, the event was scheduled to occur between 1 and 5 PM on April 8th, with the totality of darkness happening around 3:07 PM.  So rather than wait in some parking lot for that specific event, we took our homes on the road and were very relaxed.  So relaxed that we stayed at that campsite for a good part of the week.  It was also my birthday on the 9th so we made quite a thing of it.  We got up on the morning of the 8th, ready for a front-row seat of a great celestial anomaly.  We didn’t have to get up and go anywhere to observe it, so already that was a good thing.  We had a nice breakfast at our campsite, the kids played fervently, and the adults had some raw downtime to talk in ways there was never time for, so we had a very nice experience.

It was worth it; by the time the moon had blocked the sun 100%, there was a nice halo ring around the celestial bodies that blocked out most of the light from the sun, and the stars came out.  On all horizons, it looked like a sunset for about 50 miles in every direction.  But directly over our heads, it was essentially night.  I put a video up with speed advanced to see that narrow 4-minute period where day became night, and we had two sunsets on the same day.  That particular part of the world is indeed in God’s country. Our campsite was in a flat open area with no trees close, and our campers were essentially pointed in the direction of the whole event as if it were a giant IMAX screen put there for our entertainment.  For a last-minute campsite, the one in Rossburg was fantastic.  It had a couple of lakes with fish and a beach for the kids to play in, which was quite nice.  And for four minutes of totality, everyone could geek out on science and optimally enjoy the eclipse.  All my kids would be lucky to ever see an eclipse like that again in their lives, and we were happy to have the chance to share it together.  Life has so many moving pieces, and getting so many people together to do something like this is hard.  And the celestial show did not let us down.  Even I found the whole thing to be a bit of a miracle and a sensational opportunity to study science in the field and contemplate larger concepts.  The little kids, my grandchildren, were overwhelmed with the spectacle, which is what we wanted for them, and it was obvious that interests were sparked in them at that moment that would last a lifetime.

During the totality, I couldn’t help but think of Tecumseh when he famously predicted an eclipse and an earthquake along the New Madrid Faultline by St. Lewis.  I also thought of all the conspiracy theories that had led up to the eclipse as people tried to make sense of such a meaningful event to human minds.  For instance, why were their ten towns named after the Biblical Nineveh along the path of the totality in North America?  Did many of the Masons who organized these towns initially know this eclipse would happen mathematically, and they set fate to play host to some celestial significance rooted in ancient astrological belief systems?  What role did this particular eclipse play in Jewish rituals, and how planned were they for this event in 2024?  And what results were produced by the particle collider at CERN, which was supposed to have gone off at that exact moment of the totality band in America?  All that was playing in my mind as we watched the eclipse unfold.  Yet, for me, it looked purely like a regional thing.  We had gone to that location because at home, even though home wasn’t very far away compared to other places that we’ve gone, the whole experience was a regional one.  Obviously, celestial observers witnessing events discussed in the Bible would only be important to those experiencing even the most dramatic events.  Most people in the world wouldn’t even notice that there was an eclipse at all.  The sun would dim a bit, and if you didn’t have special glasses to look at it, you would not see the moon passing in front of it.  And wouldn’t even know what was happening, if anything at all.

The world did not end, and after that event, I continued to think about how humans bring meaning to natural occurrences to attempt to understand the cosmic significance.  As creatures of nature, we tend to do that, where nature happens, and people may observe it, but the importance may not have any significance other than three celestial bodies interacting with each other, the sun, the moon, and the earth relative to their positions.  Suppose anybody hung around long enough over billions of years. In that case, our Milky Way galaxy will collide with a neighboring galaxy, and there will be all kinds of disruptive, likely destructive, celestial events on a grand, epic scale.  This eclipse was a regional thing that had harmless consequences and reminded all the humans watching it, that there was a lot more to existence that they needed to understand.  And that they attempted to bring meaning to the passage of the moon in front of the sun in very specific places in North America was an interesting observation of relativity, but not much else.  But humans have minds, and they think and observe. So many stories came to their minds saying that they were doing what nature intended them to do, to take nature and make meaningful the occurrences in a way that shapes necessity in interesting ways.  The ability to think was the most miraculous event that day, to see a celestial event and to bring human meaning to it as a greater cosmic significance.  We certainly enjoyed it; we wanted all the kids to have something important to think about and see as gloriously as possible.  And to create memories that would last for years, even longer.  There would be more eclipses, not in that part of the world, but they would happen.  But they would never occur under that collection of circumstances ever again, where meaning was created by the minds observing it.  And what is born of that meaning is better than nature for its own sake and is the stuff that makes immortality such a grand word.

A.I. and Robotics are the Keys to Future Economic Development: They don’t call off, do drugs, and protest for government expansion, which makes them wonderful

I am not afraid of technology in any way; ultimately, A.I. and robotics will end up working with people in much the same way as they did in Star Wars, as actual characters built by humans, but part of the real story of history as it expands.  Being worried about technology taking over the world, in some Terminator way, I think, is giving technology too much credit.  As I have said, the most dangerous thing in the world is a government unchecked to develop bioweapons like COVID-19 to terrorize the world behind the shadows of Davos, Switzerland.  And to let artificial intelligence go off and develop in similar ways such an example is scary.  But that is a current and significant problem, whether or not humans do it or artificial intelligence.  This is a reason we must have an effective government, to protect people from vile threats to the human race, like the World Economic Forum, but limited in what it can do to individual rights, so that government can never become so big that it abuses its authority tremendously, such as we have seen over the last several years, especially since 2020.  I understand the concerns about transhumanism, but I also know its need, which was presented quite well to my wife and I recently when it was late and we were hungry. We hadn’t had any dinner, and we were both exhausted.  So we went to the McDonald’s close to our house for some quick food.  Now, I hesitated going there because since Covid, they have struggled at this location to staff it adequately, and almost every order we have had from them has been horrendous; they miss lots of stuff, get the order completely wrong, and charge the incorrect amounts.  They have been slow because their staffing levels were inexperienced and unmotivated, and they often called off too much from work, making them short-staffed.

A trip I made with some friends to a Cincinnati area robotics manufacturer. There are some excellent options out there.

Many McDonald’s locations are now utilizing at least an A.I. menu board, which takes orders much better than humans do, and it works great, which was our experience at this particular McDonald’s.  It probably shaved 45 seconds off our total interaction time in the drive-thru, which is very important to me.  I often don’t have 45 seconds to give to anybody, so speed and accuracy in a drive-thru exchange are critical to me.  Our experience at McDonald’s was excellent that day, another thing I warned about years ago.  All this talk about pushing the minimum wage has devastated the economy, and I warned everyone what would happen.  Commercial outlets would replace human workers with machines, robots, A.I., or whatever they could handle.  That is certainly the case at Walmart today with self-checkouts and now at fast-food restaurants.  The labor it takes to keep open a fast-food restaurant is relatively high, and wherever you see a collection of them, such as at a highway intersection, there is a lot of labor needed for that area to sustain itself economically.  So, artificially impacting the profit margins of an economic enterprise has been devastating to anybody concerned with hiring labor.  To pay for the extra workers, companies must cut the amount of staffing they have to make for all the numbers to work out.  Socialists and communists think that businesses exist to provide jobs and that by forcing companies to pay an artificially high wage rate, they are doing everyone a favor.  But companies exist for the marketplace, for real economic value, so meeting those needs is their first concern, and when labor is artificially high in value, then all kinds of financial problems emerge when it comes to the amount of work produced.

This a robot that is specifically for inspection. It works really well!

I included an accompanying video of a recent trip I took with some friends to a Cincinnati manufacturer of robotics, for my interest is to see what they could and couldn’t do.  Because it’s a simple math problem.  You don’t want to limit your economic development in a culture by the availability of labor, especially with Ohio legalizing drugs, the government using Covid to try to get everyone to work from home, people dependent on government for subsidiary income, welfare, and putting unmotivated people into the workplace, then having all the same companies trying to hire all the same people to do work.  Suppose there are only 300 million people in the United States available to do work, including the millions of migrants inspired to invade our country by the Biden administration.  There isn’t enough labor to sustain a 19 trillion dollar economy with a yearly GDP.  So if labor is not available, or if that labor has been tainted with destructive politics that has not prepared the marketplace with viable talent, then you have to solve the problem some way, and the most obvious is to do as McDonald’s and Walmart have already been doing, and that is to automate as much as you can and use robots to do the routine work that humans have traditionally done.  If you don’t, there is no way to facilitate the economic expansion that could take an economy like America up over 19 trillion dollars.  Suppose you want to do more work in a culture. In that case, utilizing the workforce properly is the key, and you can’t allow yourself to be limited to the availability of labor if you want an economy to grow.

To make matters worse, not only is the labor of this current generation tainted with laziness, drugs, and horrendous work habits, there just aren’t enough of them.  With birth rates down, we don’t have enough labor to meet the economic needs of our commercial demands, so we have created a constraint.  But like the Japanese, who have used their limited labor well with a relationship with robotics and other means of simplifying labor constraints, there are many automated examples of economic expansion without actual human bodies building it.  Then there are the gross inefficiencies of the Chinese government, who have over 1 billion people ready to work, but they still can’t produce more economic output than America because their government is their primary constraint, as a communist, centralized government.  For America to recover from its 35 trillion dollar deficit, massive economic expansion under President Trump that pulls off all the restrictor plates is essential.  And there aren’t enough human bodies to perform the work, even if every illegal immigrant in the many millions was put to the task.  It wouldn’t be enough for the opportunities, economically, that are coming our way with the space race expansion.  So, I’m excited about robots and A.I. and whatever means of production can be utilized to fulfill market needs. Instead, I don’t like to see a lack of labor holding back an economy.  When I want a sandwich from McDonald’s, I don’t desire a bunch of excuses about call-offs and lazy, pot-infested losers holding back the economic exchange.  Robots and A.I. never call off work.  They don’t do drugs, drink, get divorced, and go through complex social hardship spells in life.  They are consistent and do what you program them to do.  And they don’t talk back.  They don’t protest for the government or demand paychecks when they aren’t doing work.  They are always there, and for an economy in need, that is what we all need for labor in the future.  Dependable, fast, and never complaining.

What the 2023 Macy’s Parade Tells us About the Economy: It’s Back to the 80s

I watch the Macy’s Parade from New York on Thanksgiving Day as a measuring device for our public health every year.  I usually comment on the kind of balloons they have on the parade route and what type of music they feature creatively.  And also, what is the tone of the broadcasts, and the commercials?  There is usually a lot going on to report that provides a good indicator of other economic factors that say a lot about us as a culture.  And sure enough, the 2023 Macy’s Day Parade had a lot to say.  If I had to pick a theme that was decidedly a major part of the decision-making process in putting the parade on this year, it was “Remember the 80s.”  Because most of the musical acts and creative selections were attempting to rub off the magic and music of the 80s to bring happiness back to the consumer culture, in the past, it was always common to exhibit very progressive themes, like “gays teaching class,” “drag queens make a cake,” or some similar social intrusion.  But I’m telling you, and Disney is a great example of this; going woke has made a lot of corporations go broke.  And that’s more than a catchy tagline.  You can see in the behavior of most corporations that they are reeling from terrible advice from Larry Fink and the gang at BlackRock and, ultimately, the intruders at the World Economic Forum.  By this point in the global insurrection process, we were supposed to be on another currency controlled by the centralized banks, digitally, China was to have surpassed America as the dominant economy, and President Trump was supposed to be in jail, and have all his political capital removed.  So there is a lot of soul-searching going on that many people who thought they controlled the world are embarking on, and it’s not a pleasant experience for them.  And all that shows in the creative decisions at this year’s Macy’s Day Parade.

I’ll go even further than that, this Taylor Swift lunacy with the NFL and the Kansas City Chiefs is part of the story.  It’s a constructed monstrosity from a corporate brand that needs something to spark interest in the product, and predictably, because Taylor Swift is suddenly at NFL games dating a famous player, women are watching football.  European soccer has been appealing to this younger generation, and the NFL had to do something, so there is nothing better than a romance between the most popular “anti-Trump” pop star on the planet now, where they play her music during NFL games abundantly, and one of the premier players in Travis Kelce.  I noticed that this romance didn’t start until shortly after Taylor Swift played her concert series in Cincinnati, which is a kind of melting pot of heartland sentiment.  It just so happens that Travis used to be a Cincinnati Bearcat football player, so there is something of a connection with Cincinnati that they both have, in some ways, they are wholesome products of one of America’s most wholesome cities.  Some people measure such things as obsessions.  I believe the matchmakers who put these two together, such as Erin Andrews, played a role in understanding corporate politics through such imaging.  “Hey, you guys should date, it would be great for the game and for your careers.”  Taylor Swift and Kelce go on a few dates, talk about how great Cincinnati is, and pretty soon, they are swapping spit in the shower and sharing a towel.  A new corporate romance is born, meant to carry public sentiment positively.

The musical selections at the Macy’s Parade were along the same lines.  They had Cher, references to Back to the Future, and many Broadway plays with people in cowboy hats, as if they were trying to appeal hard to mainstream America but weren’t sure they knew what it was.  What they didn’t talk a lot about was progressive politics, to the point where it was avoided by everyone involved in the presentation.  At the beginning of the parade, a bunch of Palestinian protestors were blocking the route, and they were disposed of quickly so as not to impact the show, which I thought was great.  The show must always go on.  And if you were watching it on television, you never would have known.  It was interesting to watch Cher perform because she is one of the biggest Never Trumpers out there and would generally be one who would throw support to Palestinian supporters, but here was a 70-year-old all dressed up singing sexy songs from the 80s.  Later that day, I might add, Dolly Parton dressed up like a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader in her 70s, trying to show that age and sexiness were not lost during the Thanksgiving Day tradition of the Cowboys playing football during a halftime show.  The NFL could have picked thousands of other people.  Entertainment had millions of different options, but they decided on Cher, Dolly, and the safe music of Taylor Swift to sell their corporate image.  There were no Black Lives Matter references, no bending the knee at the National Anthem.  There was almost a desperate hope that these corporate images might politely be invited into the public trust again by giving audiences everything they sought and more.

As I have been saying for a long time now, the BlackRock stakeholder capitalism idea was never going to work, all that goofy stuff they have been yacking about at Davos was never going to be accepted by the American public, and it is there that world cultures trend.  European rock bands and entertainment must export their art to America to make money.  Not China, as the entertainment industry used to think it was possible to sell to the public.  Not Africa, Russia, or Europe.  If you can’t tap into the greatest economy in the world, the one that every economist everywhere should be studying instead of trying to change into a socialist utopia, then there is no market.  And the ultimate feature of that art is the Mainstreet options seen in features like the Macy’s Day Parade.  This year, it was all about an olive branch to the MAGA voters.  Over the last three years of Biden, it’s evident that the public wasn’t seduced into the World Economic Forum monstrosities cooked up under their economic view.  And people wanted optimism in their art again, in their music, movies, and Broadway plays.  It wasn’t that long ago when Broadway was utterly shut down due to COVID-19.  Well, people moved on to other interests, and getting a ticket to a Broadway play isn’t so hard now, just like Disney Parks, where attendance is low.  People didn’t need the corporations.  They don’t need NFL football; all the progressive activism has hurt their brand.  They are turning to Taylor Swift to help them recapture the magic, but it looks like there is permanent damage to the NFL because of their anti-Trump activism that will never come back.  The Macy’s Parade of 2023 clearly states that significant changes were on the horizon, not the kind they politically support.  Yet that is the world of tomorrow, and they are trying to embrace it today.  Their actions are an admission of good things to come that they aren’t all that happy about, but if they want to be in business, they had better embrace it.
