Impeach President Obama: DOMESTIC ENEMIES MUST BE DEALT WITH

“Emperor Obama expands government anyway!” That’s what the guy in the video below says about how Obama appointed Richard Corday to a new consumer watchdog position in the government. To term this activist president in such a way is completely accurate. Obama is an arrogant power grabber who truly believes he’s a dictator. He has very little respect for the United States Constitution, where he’s stated in the past that he believes the document is old, and requires constant revision over time………………..spoken like the true looting lawyer that he is.

Obama used a loophole in the recess rules to appoint Corday and he’s not the first president to do so. Both Bush’s used this practice, Reagan did, Teddy Roosevelt did, but Obama has taken it to a new level with this “bending” of the interpretation of the Constitution terminology with an activism that is shockingly disrespectful.

This is why I’m writing to my congressman, Speaker Boehner shown in the letter below, and recommending that he take immediate action to censure and or impeach President Obama from the office of the President of the United States for the simple reason that it’s the right thing to do. You can read the exact letter that I hand delivered to my congressman today for further context.

Subject: Appointment of Richard Cordray for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

Dear Mr. Boehner:

It is certainly not against Mr. Cordray that I address this to you, nor is it the involvement of presidential politics in an election year. It is simply a matter of the current President of the United States, Barack Obama taking steps, most notably the recent appointment of Richard Cordray for a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, to abuse his power as president by-passing congressional approval for initiatives he desires to set in motion.

The law means nothing if it is ignored, or manipulated out of convenience, and the President has openly participated in “high crimes and misdemeanors” as defined by Article 2 section 4 of The Constitution with his willingness to abuse his power to bypass the checks and balance system put in place with a congressional body. I understand fully that such an act by a Congress led by you is difficult and would go in the opposite direction of your attempts to work in a bi-partisan way with the president and his political party.

I sympathize that any act of impeachment or censure that would be mandated by a majority vote of Congress most likely does not have the two-thirds vote in the Senate to pursue such a measure to its end. But that does not eliminate the necessity for action by the branch of government that you represent on my behalf. I am troubled to consider what inaction by this Congress will mean in the future, if this abuse of power is not checked against the balances of protection the Constitution creates to prevent extreme activism on behalf of this President and future Presidents who will point at this time and the case-law that follows to maneuver and erode away the United States Constitution even more.

The acts of aggression were not done by you or your Congress, and I would hope that you would do as you swore to and protect our Constitution with your office and not feel you must shoulder the blame on yourself or your political party. But feel free to declare it was me, your constituent who demanded action in the pursuit of justice, because it must be done, or worse will befall us in the years to come.

The strategy of Emperor Obama is the classic Cloward and Pivan tactic of overwhelming a system with so much information that nobody can fixate on any one issue. In this last year, the Obama administration has launched the Attack Watch website connected to his campaign page asking Americans to inform against other Americans who disagree with the President, he pushed for aggressive language in the NDAA Act and signed it on New Year’s Eve, this after ramming health care down our throats in the first year of his presidency which is on its way to the Supreme Court where Obama is counting on the commerce clause to create case-law against the Constitution severely weakening it further, he has used his Justice Department as a personal weapon to try to advance tougher gun regulations with the failed “Fast and Furious” scandal that makes President Reagan’s Iran Contra Affair look like a child’s game. As 2011 was ushered in as a New Year one year ago, it was Net Neutrality that grabbed for more power through the FCC, and now we have aggressive legislation being supported by Obama to regulate the internet.

Obama works fast, he pours on so many issues that the media who eats out of his hand cannot keep up with the stories fast enough. With a smile the President waves off all prying eyes with the skill of a magician, and when the eyes pry anyway he declares racism, or plays class warfare between the rich and some made up middle class who seek to trade away their freedom for the feed which comes out of governments hand like cattle to the feed wagon. History will show that Obama is a bad, corrupt man, who his deeply troubled like many Roman Emperors who became tyrants. Nero comes to mind. Nero was rumored to have played a fiddle as Rome burned, and Obama seems to be attempting the same thing in America. Obama is proof that every family needs a good strong father in it; because the lack of one in Obama’s life seems to have destroyed his ability to tell right from wrong and left holes in his life that only power can fill.

Thinking back on how Obama ran for office in 2008 swearing to close down Guantanamo Bay and criticizing the water boarding of terror suspects, he has now signed into the law of the land the NDAA Act that allows the water boarding of Americans. Where are his concerns over human rights and peace now? Do any of the fools who voted for him still think he’s honest, and well-intentioned? He has shown the pattern over the last four years of being incredibly aggressive, power-hungry, manipulative, and out-right brutal. He counts on the masses to be too stupid to call him on it, and he trusts that his skin color will prevent any body of justice from coming after him, because he has armies of collations that will shout down his attackers as “racists,” if they do. By the way dear reader, do you know what water boarding is? Do you know what the NDAA professes to do to you if you fall on the wrong side of government opinion? Have a look.

In relation to everything mentioned above, Obama right after signing the NDAA Act came to my state of Ohio, which is a battleground state for him, and picked a Ohioan in Corday to expand government to his liking, and then blamed Congress for his “need” to violate the checks and balances of the Constitution for the sake of the country, as if he were the declared savior of it. In fact, he has recently declared himself as a “Warrior of the Middle Class,” and virtually everything he is doing, he’s doing for the selfish notion of getting re-elected, since he is so drunk on power, he knows his life will be meaningless without it. President Obama is the classic con man, and we’d expect to see his type as the sleazy car salesman at a junk dealer, or that pervert who picks up drunk women fresh off the rebound close to the time a bar closes. Typically lowlife characters like Obama do not make it to such a high office, but within the United States there are forces who wish to see American destroyed, so Obama has over a billion dollars in contributions to fight with in his war chest, so even an inept, power-hungry oaf like him can appear to be a brilliant strategist.

This is why Congress must act against the president to not only defend itself from a very aggressive president, but to defend our Constitution from an enemy who resides in our White House. When public servants take the oath of office they swear to protect the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic. Well, we have a domestic enemy to the Constitution in the current President, and he needs to feel the justice of those who seek to protect it from people like him.

I encourage you dear reader and do as I have done, copy and paste the letter I wrote and fill in your own information if you’d like. But do write a similar letter to your congressman urging them to act on your behalf to bring justice against the abuse of power that President Obama has taken against our Constitution, and a willingness to slap each American in the face in a mad quest for power that is as insane as the most feared, and tyrannical of the Roman Emperors.

“Rich Hoffman is an Idiot”:LOOTERS OF THE FOREST HILLS SCHOOL LEVY

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW is right, it is difficult to be the focal point when one acts as a beacon of truth in a world gone mad. And that is how he started his Saturday show of January 14, 2012 revealing that his home school district of Forest Hills is attempting to pass a new tax levy using the superintendent to build consensus with the residents of Darryl’s neighborhood. Darryl was furious that his district is attempting to raise taxes, insulted is more like it. In reaction to the schools aggressive move he posted on his blog the salaries and benefits of the employees of Forest Hills Schools so that voters can see what is dictating the necessity of a new tax levy. Darryl put out the call for support since he has helped with so many other levies throughout the city of Cincinnati over the years, and now he needs to know that he has friends and allies in his fight against tyranny from money grabbing public workers who use our children as hostages to obtain yet more money from the value of our properties. The best description of such an endeavor is that of legalized theft. That’s where the difficulties come in at being the lone voice of a particular region pointing out the hypocrisy of the big business of education that operates more like a crime syndicate or a Vegas casino as opposed to a palace of learning for the bright minds of our youth. So I called in to Darryl and let him know that I will stand with him in his fight against this oppression known as the Forest Hills School Levy of 2012. You can hear that discussion at the 16 minute mark of the recording below which became very interesting when a teacher from Lakota, where I have fought many such levies myself, called in and proclaimed that I was an idiot. The woman’s name was Kari, and as you could hear she came out with her guns blazing with the typical rhetoric she had heard about me from her friends and other teachers around the district. She didn’t know it, but I was laughing when I heard what her problems were with me, because the things she accused me of doing I never participated in. She professed that I attended meetings where I shouted down people who were speaking, which I never do. I always let other people speak, and I treat them with respect–100% of the time. So I knew right away that many of her statements were not based on firsthand knowledge but the kind of dialogue that goes on around water coolers. Kari also declared that my facts were wrong, which is another common tactic that the Lakota School system attempted to utilize in order to discredit me, trying to keep people from looking at the data I was presenting. So I pressed Kari to name one instance where the many facts I’ve stated publicly were wrong. I invited her to declare which of the facts I’ve presented at this website weren’t factual, and there are MANY facts here. Yet as usual she couldn’t do it and they never can. Because what the schools do, all schools because they are not run by local administration dedicated to their communities, but by centrally located education organizations who teach the Delphi Technique for a political agenda that has nothing to do with educating children, but in obtaining more and more funds from communities to prop up labor union goals and teachers like Kari are used as pawns in that game.  (TO GET AN IDEA OF THAT GAME WATCH THE VIDEOS BELOW.  THEY ALL GET THEIR SOLICITATION STRATEGY FROM THE OSBA AND THE LABOR UNIONS OF THEIR STATE.  THE GAME IS THE SAME FROM SEATTLE, WASHINGTON TO MASON, OHIO)

The facts the school systems don’t want the public to focus on are why they end up in financial trouble to begin with when the communities of Southern Ohio have been quite generous with their approval of tax money to support their schools, but it never seems to be enough. So people like Darryl and I have went to the trouble to say no to additional tax levies, and demand a fix to the funding structure in Ohio by denying additional funds to our local schools so that we can starve this beast of public education that never seems to get enough, has too high of impression of what it does socially, acts politically against our communities and our families, and is not producing the best of its kind in the world. NO, EDUCTION IS NOT WORTH INFINATE AMOUNTS OF MONEY! It has a value, and we are declaring what that value is when we turn down a levy.

At Lakota the property tax rate is $1,140 per $100,000. That is what residents approved so that is the budget at Lakota. If the state cuts money or the federal government cuts money that does not mean the local tax payers will pick up the difference. It means that when a voter says no at the ballot box that the superintendent must then work within the budget, which means you either have a layoff, or you ask the employees to take a pay cut.

The reason Darryl and I post the wages that these school employees make, is to illustrate to the community why the schools are in trouble, because the school boards and superintendents have allowed the wages to climb too high. At Lakota it’s over $63,000 per year on average out of 2000 employees, which is too high. You can see from Darryl’s list that Forest Hills has a similar situation. So by posting that information, these fighters of these tax increases hope to illuminate to the school itself how to fix the problem, by getting control of their budgets. If you do not wish your yard to look terrible, you cut the grass. If you want to control your budget, you cut your expenditures. You don’t keep building your house higher because the grass keeps growing. As administration management, it is the schools obligation to the community to control their costs, not react to them like a yard out-of-control.

As angry as Kari was at me at the start of the debate, when she was able to settle down and speak rationally, I asked her on 50,000 Watts of flame throwing power over 38 states and parts of Canada, “Would you have been willing to take a 5% cut to save some jobs,” and Kari responded without a second thought, “YES.” This confirms what I have long suspected, that many teachers, especially those making over $65K per year would be willing to take a 5% pay cut to save their brothers and sisters in the union from losing their jobs to a layoff. Yet at Lakota nearly 3 months after a third defeated levy attempt, the superintendent at Lakota hasn’t even went to the union and asked the question that I asked Kari on WLW.

The reason superintendents threaten layoffs, and cut programs at schools are not to balance their budgets but to manipulate the public with extortion. They use The Delphi Technique to play the extortion game with a smile on everyone’s face, but the game is still just as sinister. Because the looted money comes from a trusted school official as opposed to a robber on a New York street doesn’t change the fact that taxpayers are being openly and legally robbed, and that makes me very angry. And it makes Darryl angry, and as long as there is life in people like us, we will fight that kind of tyranny with everything we have in us. WHY?

Well, it’s not to hurt people like Kari. My aim is to hurt the system used to turn Kari against me with the distorted facts she had at her water cooler discussions. The other employees of her school who use the Delphi Technique to manipulate the school employees into a collective brainwashing symphony that targets those of us who stand in the way of the open looting, are the perpetrators. Lakota as an organization had all those teachers convinced that what I have been saying is a lie, that my facts are distortions of reality, that I hate education. But based on what? The hearsay of a government employee who is protecting their right to double dip and make six figures when they clearly aren’t worth the money, an employee such as a superintendent, a principle, or a school counselor who has nothing else productive to do but whisper propaganda into the ears of employees and students are the advocates of misinformation, not me. It’s those same whispers from irresponsible senior administrators who coax our children to roam our community streets at night and vandalize the property of any tax opposition.

That is what Darryl and I are fighting against. While superintendents all across Ohio pretend to be CEO’s running massive organizations, we have revealed that they are just public relations personnel designed by the education system to always secure more funding to feed their big business machine with looted public money. They use the same tactics as presidents of the United States in lying openly to the public because they do not respect our intelligence. This is why the superintendent at Forest Hills Schools is having a “community” meeting where the good Doctor will share a coffee with the community and allow them to feel they are a part of the decision-making process. But the contracts are already signed folks, the money is already spent, and the superintendent of Forest Hills Schools knows it. All he’s doing now is using The Delphi Technique to win voter approval of the money he and his district have already committed to. And if you turn down this levy, he’ll ask again and again and again till you pass it. Because he’s not a manager, this superintendent of Forest Hills Schools, he’s a public relations salesman playing his part in the syndicate of big business education.

The smart thing to do in these confusing times is listen to Darryl Parks on 700 WLW and myself, and a handful of others who hold the torch up proudly and declare NO MORE………………HELL NO on more TAX INCREASES! Hell NO on more looted money from the values of our homes! HELL NO on this mafia like behavior that is public education. We are calling it what it is! To the employees like Kari they are just employees of the syndicate and their wages are high to keep their minds small, and their gossip focused around the water coolers. That’s why they think Rich Hoffman is an idiot, because they didn’t do the research themselves, but just listened to the rumors started by school officials using the Delphi Technique to manipulate them, which they are happy to do as long as the money is good, and the work days are short.

So when we fight teachers, it is not personal against you, but like soldiers on a battlefield you place yourselves between the objective and our current position, so if you become harmed in the crossfire and it is your own fault. You picked the wrong side to fight for so don’t be surprised when you become a casualty. If you do any level of research or thinking on your own, you will discover that you will be on the side of Darryl and I, and that you should be helping him defeat his latest fight against the villains of his own district, who have sabotaged his school with an ominous presence from a syndicate that doesn’t loot with a gun, but with kindness and handshakes. This is not a line of gray that will allow you to be half in or half out. Teachers like Kari are as numerous as stars in the sky, and once we get passed the animosity of our positions, we discover they are good people, like most people are. But it’s the system they service that is the villain, and makes them all accessories to tyranny as long as they blindly serve an institution they know full well is committing crimes against the innocent at many levels in trade for a healthy pay check.

That’s why Darryl and I post how much these employees make, so that the public can know how their money is spent, and you the teacher and administrator can know what your purchase prices is to turn your head away from the crime, and go gleefully on vacation. Ignorance is bliss after all………………..

And to the looters, liars, and manipulators who think The Delphi Technique will continue to hide your thievery………….sorry about the facts. They are pesky, but not going away.

Battle Hymn of the Republic: The Glory of U.S. Citizenship

“To promise to protect enemies both foreign and domestic.” Those words jumped out at me while attending a naturalization ceremony my son-in-law was participating in to complete his long road to becoming a United States Citizen. The event featured representatives of over 50 countries, each one standing proudly to proclaim the new United States Citizenship. It was refreshing to see people from all over the globe seeking so proudly membership into the very valuable club of citizenship that many who were so fortunate to have been born in the America take for granted. Because many of those countries represented at this ceremony are living under the oppressive rule of tyrants in one form or another and it takes courage to just apply for citizenship, let alone go through the long process of actually obtaining it. For my son-in-law, it was an 8 year journey that culminated into a packed room at St. Dominic School in Delhi. In that room there wasn’t any discussion of political persuasion, racism, gender equality, there was just unification that people of many backgrounds were gathered, from every conceivable place to seek admission to a banner of freedom protected by The United States Constitution.
A choir of young people from that school came in and sung a number of patriotic songs including my favorite, the Battle Hymn of the Republic, a song that has been my favorite since I was 3 years old and they sung it in my church. I play the song often from my garage sound system while I shoot basketball in my driveway on hot summer days. It is the song of America and was quite fitting for this epic event.

As that song played and I listened to all the petitioners declare their American allegiance I wondered who the domestic enemies were by definition that these people were swearing to protect. The first thought to my mind was Barack Obama himself, who behaves as an enemy of America in his constant attacks against the U.S. Constitution specifically the signing of the NDAA Act on New Year’s Day and his constant desire to bypass congress with executive orders. American citizenship doesn’t seem to mean much to the president, probably because he lost his citizenship, not by his doing but his mothers when she left with Barack Obama’s stepfather back to Indonesia while the boy was still very young and not able to fend for himself. Obama applied to American colleges under foreign status and it looks as though Obama has attempted to lawyer himself to cover up that fact that he is an illegal president according to the provisions of the Constitution. Obama is proof that once the rules are bent once, as he has done to justify his presidential eligibility, then the rules will be bent again and again. For the Barack Obama types who function in our government, they are domestic enemies because they do not respect the Constitution as shown in their actions, because they seek to manipulate the obvious in favor of the gray areas. There is no question that Barack has managed to walk the gray area enough to prove he was a citizen born in Hawaii, but he doesn’t do such a good job of explaining his foreign status when returning to the United States to study. So he became a lawyer like the many other looters and thieves in public service and sought to manipulate the law to suit his personal agenda, which is that of a radical community organizer who seeks to uproot all the foundations America stands upon.

But he’s not the only one. I would extend the domestic enemy umbrella to include virtually all lawyers and lobbyists who seek to make a living off the tax payer instead of contributing to the ideals of the Republic. At this ceremony I found it disturbing that Senator Rob Portman and Sherrod Brown sent letters to the applicants as though their office carried some kind of weight in authority. The letters read as though both senators were noble kings of some province in Ohio instead of workers of the people’s business, just mere representatives in a Republic known as America. Brown is a constitutional revisionist himself who seeks to expand government at alarming rates, which is a very un-American idea. Virtually every petitioner for citizenship present was fleeing countries riddled with such ideas, so bringing those failed concepts to America could easily be viewed as an enemy to the American way of life. And Rob Portman, whom I liked quite a bit until he signed the recent NDAA Act without any justification wrote a letter that on the surface appeared patriotic, but the lawyer in him could not hide the contempt that is apparent in his profession. I have known Rob for a long time. He may have forgotten by now but I was the guy who videotaped the great debate at WLW when Portman ran for his seat in a special election to capture the Republican seat back in 1993. I also hung out with Portman at Longworth Hall when he was currying favor for the Ross Perot crowd in what was being called The Reform Party back then, where I spoke. Rob helped me and a friend get onto the roof of Longworth Hall and drape a huge American flag from the top that nearly hit the bottom of that tall building and brought traffic on I-75 to a near standstill as motorists slowed down to see. Portman sent me the first order for a t-shirt I designed called “Take an Axe to our Tax” in 1996, which made me feel there, was hope that after three years in government, Rob was still on the right side of things. Rob Portman is a guy I liked a lot, so you can imagine how it pains me to declare him a domestic enemy, because he voted in favor of the NDAA Act. The most dangerous enemies are those we like, those who draw our smiles, and leave us thinking they are good people, while behind our backs, they plot against us. Those are the worst domestic enemies.

For my son-in-law I know the domestic enemies he will be fighting are those of ideas. Recently, he anticipated that many family and friends from his home country of England would join him in the states, but they have all but bailed on him. After trying life in America under green cards, they are seeking the socialism of England over the freedom of America. It’s hard, especially among the youth to explain why they can’t have 6 weeks of vacations while working at a McDonald’s, and why they must learn to drive a car when they are used to riding a train. Socialism under the Labour Party in England appeared to be a benefit to all, but it has made an entire generation weak, and barely able to lift a fork to their mouths to feed themselves. When young people don’t even have the ambition to drive a car, they certainly won’t have the ambition to self-govern, which is the plan of those big government advocates, to make people addicted to their drug of socialism. My son-in-law has lost many loved ones because of socialism, in his quest for freedom. That socialism in England is the same socialism that Obama and his clan of education thugs and union lackeys are trying to bring to the United States. That’s why Cincinnati has a street car, and why the Obama administration wants fuel to be over $4 per gallon, and want smart meters on our homes to regulate our power output to support green initiatives. It’s why the government is pushing electric cars onto the Detroit Auto Show even though nobody wants them, and why the media is covering up the serious fire risk of the Chevy Volt, as those cars are catching fire due to battery cool down problems.

All those manipulators of a free lifestyle are domestic enemies, and are certainly under the classification spoke about at this ceremony as people to watch out for and fight if need be. A domestic enemy is not necessarily the terrorist who is trying to gather bomb making material to blow something up, or the would-be-assassin who is trying to obtain a gun to make a kill.Equally dangerous is the lifestyle reformer who professes to rob America of its Constitution through legal manipulation, who seeks to make gay marriage a priority over a balanced budget, who seeks to put so many people on the government feed nipple that they will always have the vote of the weak in a society mind numb and lax under socialism instead of thriving under capitalism that only is limited in the work one wishes to put forth.

I saw in that room a collected group of people who were happy to become citizens for all the right reasons and political motivations. To my mind they are more American five minutes into obtaining their certificates, than the politician who thieves off the tax dollar with the aim of a Florida condo and a yearly cruise from work they’ve provided of no value but a gradual erosion of The Constitution.
After the ceremony my family took my son-in-law to the Hofbrauhaus in Newport which is his favorite restaurant in the city of Cincinnati. There we drank the giant liter steins of Dunkel beer made behind the bar and ate a lot of food. I read the Constitution that was given to him along with the letters from the senators mentioned. As I looked it over I noted that Senator Bill Sietz was there, my nemesis on the Issue 2 referendum mentioned frequently here as one of those turn coats who chose big labor over the principles of small government. Sietz was one of those politicians who cried for change under Governor Strickland then when change came under Governor Kasich he left the governor hanging on a vine. After all Sietz was a labor lawyer and unions are a lot of his income. So he chose his livelihood over the preservation of Ohio and his network in labor.

The event in itself was a grand one. It was truly refreshing to see such joy on the faces of new American citizens. The relief these people must feel immediately after is something long-term citizens can’t fathom. As my son-in-law said, “I can travel now without my green card.” That one small notion made the beer taste just a bit better for him and the hundreds of others present that day. But for the politicians who hung themselves to the process like the looters they are, they gave the event a feeling of a married couple who truly despise each other but maintain an image of the happy family. The husband and wife put on a good face when they appear in public. But out of the public eye, they have an open marriage—the wife has many lovers all over town and out-of-town, and the husband does too spending most of his free time not reading about philosophy and history, but of new sexual partners on Craig’s List who might meet him somewhere for some new sexual adventure. That is our government, Obama, Sietz, Brown, lobbyists, attorneys, prostitutes, power addicts, officials of degraded character who have sold out the value of the Constitution for the ability to have value they do not maintain because they are lazy and weak of mind.

I would replace them all in government with the people who just obtained their citizenship on Friday the 13th 2012 in less than a second if given the opportunity, and the Republic of the United States would fare far better than its present course because it is this group of people who worked hard to get a citizenship that is coveted all over the world as excessively valuable, who appreciate it. Because it is this United States Citizenship that gives an individual the right to their own property, and the right to pursue freedom without being ordained by any political party, religious idea, or tyrant of heredity. America is all about the Battle Hymn of the Republic because the fight will march on, and domestic enemies to the Constitution will be met, and at the same time threats from foreign enemies will be confronted to preserve the value of a citizenship sworn to at St. Dominic School in Delhi under the idea and pursuit of freedom.

NDAA is Why We Have the 2nd Amendment: Cut taxes and save future lives

The NDAA Act passed by the president on New Year’s Eve is one of the most despicable acts done against the American people by their own government that I can think of in the 20th and 21st centuries, and speaks of the wisdom that those Anti-Federalists from the 1780’s foresaw in the tendencies of government. It is because of laws like the National Defense Authorization Act that the founders of The United States insisted on having a Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights added to the American Constitution. Whether it’s part of a massive conspiracy to bring all the nations of the world under United Nations control, or just short-sighted ignorance on the part of naive politicians, government has crossed the line in their inept war on terror.

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW is the kind of man who is not a conspiracy theorists. He is not a man of rhetoric. He is a successful executive in a network of radio stations who has had to defend his companies in court, he associates with very talented lawyers daily, and he has the age and wisdom to have seen many presidential elections and their administrations from the perspective of the media. If he tells you that you should be concerned, you should be. He’s not trying to sell books, or videos. He only hosts a radio program on Saturday mornings because he likes to stay in touch with the craft, so he can make better decisions as an executive. He is about as normal, and sane of a human being that one could care to meet. That is why everyone should listen to him when he says that the NDAA Act is the most tragic, and dangerous piece of legislation on record to come out of the Federal Government. Listen to his broadcast after the president signed the controversial bill so that you can learn all you need to know. If you do nothing else today, you should listen to this entire transmission.

It is for reasons such as the NDAA Act that during the foundation of America we have a Bill of Rights that has a Second Amendment on it, because at some point in time, the people of our country may have to go to war with their own government. That is not a statement of rhetoric that is designed to reflect some radical right-winged position. That statement is a viewpoint of political philosophy observed in over 2000 years of human history, and the reality that power corrupts and must be hauled in when things get out-of-control.

Now to the average person, going to war against the federal government is a nutty idea. It’s something that many people wouldn’t even entertain as an option. After all, we are seeing over 40 years of indoctrination from government schools that say kids can’t even make a fake gun with their hands while playing on the playground at recess. We have witnessed teachers confiscating water pistols and fake guns from kids all in the name of safety as every gun incident was over exaggerated by the political machines in an attempt to grab the guns of the American people and demonize the need for them in civilized society. Gun grabbing laws were implemented by the Brady Bill, the Columbine Shootings and a variety of other high-profile acts of public violence in a media attempt to turn the average American against the gun, so America could be disarmed. The teachers are simply playing their role in advancing a society that is ruled by a political elite, and disarming the American people is part of that plan. When the president signed the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve, he along with every single person who voted in favor of that act took an act of aggression against the people of America. They voted for the NDAA Act on purpose or by accident because they were easily manipulated and not sophisticated enough to see the big picture. They declared war on the people of America, and that dictates action on our part.

It would be my suggestion that in this war the American people defeat their enemy the government peacefully, by cutting the money that fuels their enterprise. Just stop voting for increases in taxes—all taxes. By doing this you will take away the power they are using to control your life. Do this now and you will save lives later. Because I do not believe that the NDAA Act will be a problem for the American people over the next 5 years. It won’t be until the last half of this decade that American’s will be swept up and thrown away to rot due to their political beliefs or perceived threats to the governments existence. So I do not suggest taking your guns to Washington D.C. at this time. But do not approve another police levy, because it will be the police who come to your house to arrest dissidents. And do not send your sons and daughters to the military. The military must be dramatically reduced so they cannot be used against us under the NDAA Act.

Do not pass more tax levies for your school. Support School Choice and force schools to have competition and diminish the labor union influence, because it is through the unions that the advancement of the 45 items from the Naked Communist are being implemented. With competition in public school you will decentralize the way teachers teach and their natural talents can then be left to educate your children in a real education that will actually teach them something.

A good rule of thumb is, if what you spend your tax money on goes to a government agency, which it almost always does, then you need to restrict the taxes you spend to such a degree that you will starve and destroy the government entities that rely on that money to exist. Such an action is far more humane than the next option which involves the Second Amendment. The employees of government will cry, they will whine, they will declare doom and gloom for the American economy. America might even have an unemployment rate of over 30%. But at least those government employees will still have the ability to get a job in the private sector and start their lives over again. If there is a war where the Second Amendment needs to be utilized to restore the power of the Constitution, then living another day to get a job in the private sector may not be an option. So by cutting the size of government and forcing those employees into the private sector, you may just save their lives.

This is not an exaggeration. How long does anyone think it will take for the police to act on their authority of beating a victim for refusing a breathalyzer by declaring that they suspected the victim of being a terror suspect? There were warnings in the mid 90’s of America becoming a police state when police began using cameras at traffic lights and sending people tickets in the mail for being caught on camera running a stop light or speeding on a rural road. Heck, Google Earth can now show a speeder from space, so the police certainly can. The tracking of every single person on earth is now possible with their cell phones. And remember when the Department of Homeland Security was created under a panicky Bush Administration? This NDAA Act is a direct connection to that War on Terror initiative. One year ago the talk about the TSA patting down individuals and violating their Civil Rights was all the discussion. One year later, people have become used to it, and are becoming complacent again and allowing the violation of their bodies to go unchecked.

The government is betting that this NDAA Act will go the same way. The government has predicted that the complacent public will just buckle under the new law and take it because they have everything else in this gradual climb for power that has been going on for half a century. They will continue to take away our Constitutional Rights until we assert ourselves and so far things have happened so fast, that our public educated minds haven’t been able to take them all in as fast as they’ve happened.

Sorry to interfere with your life dear reader, and give you this daunting news. Most American’s aren’t bad by default, but they simply follow the orders of their superiors. What I’m saying is that if those orders involve imposing on the American life a loss of any freedoms at the cost of safety, then it is time to turn the danger back on those who wish to rob us of both at the expense of the one because they are incompetent. As an American I do not want a large central government and I certainly don’t want to fund a large government. So I’m advising you as an American Tax Payer to vote down every single tax and to gradually diminish the size of government by cutting the money that feeds it. Employing this strategy will not only help with the inevitable national debt that is already over 15 trillion dollars, but might actually save the lives of the people who might be tasked under the NDAA Act to confiscate people like me and you in a bloodbath that will naturally follow. Because that’s what will happen if they come to my house. I no longer trust the courts, or any member of the government to do the right thing, so being detained by those people would be a death sentence. It has throughout history, and there’s no reason to believe things would be different in the future. That’s why we have the Second Amendment. It’s not for hunting deer, or turkey. It’s for defending our property, which is one of the highest honors of the American Citizen, and the primary enemy of the communist philosophy.

Agenda: Grinding America Down–and The Naked Communist list of 45 goals from 1958

When I came home yesterday a Christmas gift was left on the front porch from one of my readers here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom. It was a large tin can filled with a multitude of presents which was a pleasant surprise after a rather difficult day topped off with a cold ride in the rain on my motorcycle. I had gotten caught without my rain suit and it was raining hard just days before Christmas, so my cloths were soaked to the bone. So as typical on such days I undress on the front porch so my wet cloths don’t ruin my wife’s carpet and hardwood floors inside the house, and that’s when my wife showed me the present.

Inside were a number of wonderful presents and cards for both my wife and I, but one of the gifts jumped out at me in particular. It was a DVD of the documentary film Agenda: Grinding America Down by Curtis Browers which won Best Film at the Jubilee Film Festival in 2010. It surprised me that I hadn’t heard about this film because it covers much of the content I’ve written about here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, which is the history of the communist movement in the United States and how many factions instigated by the Soviet Union KGB in the 1950’s and 1960’s sought to dismantle American culture from within. I immediately watched Agenda and found it compelling and consistent with my own observations. I realized long ago that the sudden rise in the divorce rate, the ignorance of our youth, the rise in the welfare culture, the focus on sexuality, race relations, and feminism were suspiciously coordinated, and I have resisted, analyzed, and come to virtually the same conclusions as Bowers did in his very good film which you can see a preview of below:

One of the most potent aspects of that film was the revelation of the 45 communist goals outlined in the book The Naked Communist that Bowers learned about in a Communist USA meeting he attended at Berkley University in 1992. A lot of people don’t know that there is a very strong communist party in the United States and they have been around for much of the 20th century. But people don’t see communism in America because it is not part of their static patterns. Culturally, America sees itself as the opposite of any communist country, but that is partly by design. I have studied social cultures my entire life, so much so that I intended fully to become an archeologist or anthropologist in my life profession, and in 1992 while I learned that communism and smaller degrees of socialism was quite alive and well in modern America at many meetings that I like Bowers attended, I decided to dedicate my time and energy to not studying why cultures from the past failed, but I would apply my studies to preserving the American culture that I saw being destroyed in front of my eyes while it was still alive. The communist party in the United States was set up by the KGB during the Cold War had a two pronged plan to defeat America in that war. They planned to spend America into oblivion with the nuclear arms and space race, but while we were following rockets to the stars and sending men to the moon to beat the Soviet Union, KGB agents and sleeper cells were being established within the United States to destroy American culture from within. This is difficult for many people to see who only look at their own lives and the small part they play in American existence. But if you look at American culture with the big eyes of an archeologist outside the static patterns of normalcy it is easy to see how Communist USA has slowly over time accomplished many of the goals they set out to do way back in 1958. The list that Bowers addressed in the film Agenda is shown below for your convenience. As you look over the list consider what roll you have played in helping to make it possible and don’t lie to yourself and believe that the below information is a part of some radical conspiracy theory. Every one of these items is listed in the book The Naked Communist and has been routinely discussion in communist groups within the United States since the 50’s.
The following is the list of Communist goals contained in The Naked Communist 1958:[3]

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums.
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture—education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity, masturbation and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.

As you read that list dear reader you are probably asking yourself, “how did I not see this?” Well, there were a lot of other exciting things happening that took up our attention. Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier in the Bell X1 in 1947, 11 years before the book The Naked Communist was released. Most people think of war in terms of bullets and violence, but that is not the case. Sun Tzu author of The Art of War says distinctly that “it is best to defeat those who are already defeated.” And the Soviet Union played this game with the long view of culture in mind. While America fought the Soviet Union with rockets, military, and Ronald Reagan bravado, the Soviet Union fought America with the feint of keeping up with the United States with all those topics, but knew they would lose in the end, so they sought to destroy American culture itself.

Enemies of America have done to the United States culture what scientists have done to a frog in experiments involving hot water. If a scientist puts a frog into scalding hot water, the frog will of course struggle and attempt to jump out. But if the frog is put into water at room temperature and the heat is gradually turned up slowly, the frog will stay in the water comfortably for a long time, until of course it’s too late. The gradual heat of the water will slowly rob the life of the frog till its muscles no longer work and it cannot escape. Defeating a culture is the same kind of thing and the Soviet Union knew this. They knew Americans would always fight and would beat them in a head on fight, so slowly over time communists have sought to dismantle what American Culture is so that the defeat of America will come not from China, Russia, Cuba or any other place of rampant communism, but it will come from college professors, school teachers, politicians, and media producers educated at the institutions the communists controlled as established in The Naked Communist.

But fret not dear reader, America is not gone yet, and the ideas that made it great will live on. It takes people like Curtis Bowers to make films like Agenda to teach how we arrived at this point in time. And I can speak for myself, I write here everyday so that American culture can be preserved and all those of you who are reading this that have forgotten what being an American is, can relearn. That’s why I write articles like this one:

I write here everyday to restore America and to counter the efforts of the pretentious communist academics of which our current president is a proud member. But it’s not just him; there are thousands upon thousands of these communist sympathizers functioning right out in the open these days. So the game is not up for America. We are learning that we have been scammed, and the wrath of that realization will be one of great anger. Right now it’s embarrassment, but as the truth comes out, it will evolve into anger and America will overcome this enemy from within. Hopefully this will be peaceful in a battle of ideas. But if the communist types with all their various names continue to stomp all over the United States Constitution I will promise that violence will be assured for their kind. Because our future under communist philosophy will look something like this–remember the frog.

So take head my dear American reader. Yes, communist have infiltrated our culture and has successfully destroyed much. But there are a lot of people who are waking up, and fans of this website, Glenn Beck, Alex Jones, and filmmakers like Curtis Bowers are starting to turn the strategy of the communists against them. After all, it worked for them against us, so the same can be used against them to destroy the communist culture. The difference between American traditional culture and communist culture is that their culture is built upon lies, and ours is built on history and in the game of culture building, America will always beat the lie of communism. It might take a little time, but the healing process is already beginning, which is evident in the very good film, Agenda: Grinding America Down.

You can do your part in fixing America by watching that very good film and taking some notes. I recommend it highly.

Eric Holder Should Be Impeached: Playing the Wookie Defense to hide incompetence

Eric Holder, you silly boy—you got caught in a scam to increase gun regulations that cost the life of a border patrol agent, and to divert the attention away from your incompetence when conservatives called for your resignation you used the Wookie Defense to protect your public image. That’s cute.

You specifically said after the intense House Judiciary Committee questioning of your horrid job performance as head of the Justice Department that the reason so many people were upset with you was because, ‘This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him, both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.” Well, Eric–Mr. Mustache man who took away the red, white and blue of the Justice Department website in favor of a more Socialist International color scheme, it’s not because of your skin color that so many people despise you. In fact, until you brought it up, I didn’t know you were a black man. You are lighter in skin color than John Boehner so I just thought you had a “vacation tan.” And I’m glad that you brought up the president in this, because you have clearly been his little minion in a radical leftist quest to ruin America’s traditions and rebuild it under a socialist mentality. That is why you are disliked by those in our nation who like America for what it was, not what you and the president wants it to be. In fact on this holiday season the video below shows wonderfully why you are not liked, because even though this video is directed at Obama it is you who are the wind beneath his wings and allowed him to bring about all the problems Americans see in their country during the Christmas of 2011.

No, it’s not because you’re a black man, but you did earn a lot of criticism when you failed to prosecute the Black Panthers for voter harassment, which you seemed to endorse. Remember that? You are despised because you refuse to defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act, and that you are suing the state of Arizona over exercising its right to check the legality of the people living in the state. You are despised because you are advancing America into the ways of socialism directly to a path of communism, and you are doing it openly and you do not care what people think because you are the highest law of the land and obviously believe that you are above the law, and can rewrite laws to justify your actions. You obviously don’t care at all about the Constitution of the United States. Eric, you and your good buddy Barack, who is not even a constitutionally valid president, not because he wasn’t born in Hawaii, but because he gave up his citizenship when his step father took him out of the country to study in Indonesia, have openly schemed against the Constitution at every turn, and there are people who hate you for it. You swore to uphold the Constitution yet you have been at war with it. So what did you expect people to think? You’ll take actions against the town of Kinston, North Carolina, where your office blocked an election where voters overwhelmingly decided to abolish political party labels for candidates running in future elections. The reasoning from the Obama administration, as Rep. King recalled, was because without party labels, blacks wouldn’t get elected. You’ll micromanage those types of actions but you will do nothing about your own boss who used a foreign student status to go to college in the United States because he gave up his citizenship. After all, those are only rules…..right. And when you control the rules, you can make them up as you go.

Eric, you are disliked because you have lied, manipulated, diffused and participated in open warfare with the Constitution of the United States. That is why you should be impeached. Before your bungling of Fast and Furious, you had already committed enough crimes against the United States that will embarrass our history for centuries, and that’s in just 3 years. I will say this much to you Eric Holder head of the Department of Justice and minion to the President Obama, I do not recognize your authority. You are a joke compared to my loyalty to the United States Constitution. You are not upholding that law and that is the law I live by, so your office, your authority, your entire existence means absolutely nothing to me. You are acting illegally, criminally, and you are attempting to destroy the nation that I live in and love, and that makes you the enemy.

At a bare minimum, you should be impeached! Not because of your skin color, your sex, your politics, or even your mustache, you should be impeached because you suck at your job in relation to upholding the Constitution, and are an embarrassment to the money I have contributed in taxes. I expect more value from the money I spend in taxes and you are not a government employee of any quality. You should be impeached as a message to future employees that they cannot behave the way you have in a federal office. You can hide your actions from yourself in the mirror behind that hair under your nose, but the rest of the world sees it clearly, and the gig is up as they say in Chicago. Of course you’d know all about that wouldn’t you!

Remember the Ruby Ridge Massacre: ATF OPENLY PLOTS AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION

In the clip below Alex Jones speaks with Floyd Mori about how history does repeat itself when it was recently discovered that FEMA camps have already been built to arrest American citizens in conjunction with the bill passed by the house and senate known as NDAA. Floyd discusses how the Japanese were taken during World War II under a similar premise so perspective can be given to just how devastating the NDAA Bill is for American freedom. An update from that linked article about that NDAA Act where it was believed that The White House was threatening to veto the Act, arguing that “the authorities granted by the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Terrorists, including the detention authority, are essential to our ability to protect the American people…because the authorities codified in this section already exist, the Administration does not believe codification is necessary and poses some risk.”

On December 11th, 2011 it was learned that it was President Obama who required the NDAA bill have the language of ‘U.S. CItizens being held without rights’ included in the bill.  The bill will pass if it goes in front of the President for his signature, which will be a catastrophe of epic tyranny and will lead to everything you will see below.  So make sure to take your time and watch all these videos.  It’s very important.  This is no conspiracy theory.  What you will read and see are facts that require EXTENSIVE explanations by our government in every branch and both political parties. 

The targets of the next sweep of Americans will of course be people like Alex Jones, myself, and virtually anybody who stands in the way of the governments intended strategy. I can report honestly that there will never be a FEMA officer who will come to my front door and arrest me and take my whole family away to be thrown into a camp. I remember well what happy to Randy Weaver at Ruby Ridge so I am aware of what the government will do when they decide to act, and I will not be naive in thinking that I will be reunited with my family if I go peacefully to a FEMA camp. More on this in a bit, but for now, make sure to watch this video.

And what is this mindset that we have to fear from the government? Well, Glenn Beck shows it in great abundance as he picks apart a recent speech by President Obama. Yes, Glenn Beck is certainly one of the first targets that will be arrested, so while he still can, he is speaking more freely than ever on what is wrong with our current government and why they should in no way be given ANY power over our individual lives and liberties. Government simply is not qualified to make decisions about our lives.

Obama says things in this next clip that surprise even me. It is very evident that now the government of both republicans and democrats is aware that most of the American population is sufficiently distracted by numerous elements and do not care, or do not have the intellectual capacity to understand what is happening. But Obama shows what his vision for America truly is by declaring that all jobs should be unionized more or less, and that technology should not be allowed to destroy jobs. The America that Obama wants is a frozen technological existence where job creation and preservation take utmost priority. The belief system of this president is utterly preposterous.

You can easily see by that speech Obama would have no problem arresting anyone who stands in the way of his political aims which are to move America to open socialism. That is why the NDAA is such a dangerous proposal, and is considered to be open warfare upon the entire idea of what an American is.

When my wife and I were first married I ran a gunsmithing shop in a small shed behind my house. I had a Federal Firearms License and was starting what I thought might be a long career as a gunsmith. I envisioned for myself and family a life similar to what is shown on the TV show Sons of Guns where I’d have the ability to build and fire a whole multitude of firearms. And business was good there was a lot of money to be made. I saw quite a demand for gunsmithing and I took a two your course where I graduated from Modern Schools of America out of Arizona with a degree in gunsmithing. But one thing greatly disturbed me about that business, and it was the paperwork I had to keep up with and submit for every transaction with the ATF, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Because of my beliefs in small government I anticipated trouble on the horizon if my name was all over documents always going to the government, George Bush Senior was president at the time right on the heels of Ronald Reagan and guns were not such stigma as they are today, so I had no reason to worry. But there was something sinister in the reach of authority that the ATF had that made being a gunsmith unattractive, even tyrannical to me. So I quit because I honestly didn’t feel like keeping up with all the ATF regulations and I was worried that an informant of some type might try to set me up by not knowing if I was violating one of the many regulations. About a year later, George Bush was defeated by Bill Clinton, a progressive gun grabbing globalists and the tragedy of Ruby Ridge occurred. As I watched that trial I realized that Randy Weaver had been a victim to the very scam I was worried that I might become victim to. He performed a gunsmithing task by sawing off the barrel of a shotgun, which was against the law. The FBI used that violation as an attempt to extort Weaver into becoming an informant to the Aryan Nation compound which Weaver refused. The results of that refusal of extortion were the Ruby Ridge Massacre. Watch this next video in its entirety. You might have forgotten the Ruby Ridge Massacre but before we move any further you need to remember it.

I learned watching the Ruby Ridge Trial, then the Waco tragedy, how the Walter Lippmann college trained media focused on certain aspects of these cases and how the whole scam worked, which has been covered in great detail at this site. I will not put myself, or my family in a position where the same will happen to me as what happened to Randy. I have been armed everywhere I go now since I was 14 years old and for good reason. There are enemies who wish to control us, they wish to own us, and they wish to make us their slaves. They will use the rules “THEY” create to justify their tyranny. If you watched that video you can see how the FBI attempted to use Randy as an informant. In my experience 99 out of 100 would have taken the job. Randy was the 1 who said no. So how much of this kind of thing is going on today?

Well, it’s more alive today than ever. The recent passage of NDAA is just the tip of the iceberg that the government has utilized to move toward a life that Obama outlined clearly in the Beck video. Obama wishes for a nice, compliant middle-class that does what they are told to do and will accept as their rulers those in the political class to oversee their needs.

And they are coming after our guns, and they are willing to kill to do it. After all, if the government plans to go around arresting dissidents in the future, like we know they plan to otherwise they wouldn’t have passed the NDAA Act and started building FEMA camps to hold all those new prisoners, they certainly learned their lesson in the case of the Randy Weaver incident. They need to disarm our population so such arrests won’t be so risky in the future. To attack further the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution ATF agents constructed an elaborate plan to use its Fast and Furious gun-running operation to facilitate violence by Mexican drug lords in the interest of pursuing the Obama administration gun-control agenda.

This wasn’t reported by Alex Jones, Glenn Beck or any of the “radical” government types. This was reported by CBS reporter Sharyl Atkisson. The story is so complicated that it does require some explanation, which Alex Jones again did a great job of amplification.


I know that many of you just returned from shopping at Macy’s, or JC Penny or some other wonderful economic paradise, and these types of subjects are disturbing, and not much fun to ponder. But they are a fact, and they happen because the population has been trained in public education to follow direction, not to think.

For those who need to be brought up to speed with the things some of us have been thinking about and watching for decades, movies are a great way to start opening your mind to the difficult realities we are finding necessary to come to grips with. And one such film that I would highly recommend which will sum up everything you have seen and heard here today and provide a foundation of understanding to build upon is the great Terry Gilliam film called Brazil.

Brazil is the modern remake of the classic motion picture and book 1984, and it is a fabulous film. However, Terry Giliam is known as one of the Monty Python guys so the movie is a bit obscure in its abstractness at times. It’s a serious film that has many moments of humor in it, which is difficult for some people to accept at the same time, but such filmmaking is Gilliam’s style. Essentially the movie is about a society that is socialist in political affiliation. The State uses television to keep society occupied and trained while anti-terrorism efforts are at such a level that all suspects are detained quickly and efficiently.

I have below the first 8 minutes of that film which sets up the premise for the entire story. A fly falls mistakenly into a printer that is sent out to the anti-terror team whose job it is to detain terror suspects. When the fly falls into the printer, a mistake is made and the government apprehends the wrong person, an innocent man sitting quietly in his home with his family waiting for Christmas to arrive. When the anti-terrorist team comes for the arrest they make the wife sign away her husband and she gets a receipt for him in exchange. Notice how she signs the paper even though her entire existence has just been turned upside down.

What would you do if such a thing happened? Would you sign the paper like she did? Would you revert back to the mean teacher in the third grade who yelled at you for not standing quietly in the cafeteria lunch line, or waiting in line to get a drink of water, or marching down the hall in line to go to recess? Didn’t it ever occur to you that there is a lot of standing in line going on in public school, a lot of learning how to do what you are told, even if your instinct says otherwise.

To your public education trained mind does Randy Weaver sound like a crazy person? How about his daughter? What about Glenn Beck? Or Alex Jones? Or me? Do you think we’re all crazy and that we are simply the minority who are seeing conspiracies instead of a government who seeks to care for its people so they can go Christmas shopping in peace? Oh, wait a minute; we can’t call it Christmas shopping anymore because the same groups that Obama wants to feed with more members, the unions, and other progressive organizations want you to call Christmas shopping, “HOLIDAY” shopping.

It’s all part of the government openly attempting to reprogram the American people and what the Randy Weaver’s of decades ago were warning about and is absolutely true to this day. Laws against The Constitution are being passed right out in the open because the government no longer fears the people they wish to rule. They have the power and we gave it to them with a smile on our faces because we allowed ourselves to be swindled. It happened while you were shopping ladies, and men, it happened while you were watching the sports. It happened during primetime television shows like Two and a Half Men and a host of other shows directing your mind to sex, while secretly the members of our government have made their moves against you in every way possible.

It is no longer fictional disillusion the conspiracy theories of the radical right-wing. The reality is true, truer than even the worst nightmares feared. And now that we are waking up from that nightmare we must decide what to do about it.

Well, I can speak for myself. Mommas don’t let your babies grow up to be soldiers, because if the government sends them to my house to arrest me for pointing out what a bunch of scum bags the members of our current government are, they won’t be coming home for Christmas. The smart thing would be to let them become dishwashers, labors, computer programmers, or construction workers, to not take on any debts and they’ll grow up wealthy…..and alive. Hey, it’s a fair warning. If the government isn’t going to respect the law of The Constitution, then I do not recognize that government’s authority and consider them a domestic enemy the same as a thief who might attempt to break into my home or rob me in a back alley. The America I know is a republic built upon The United States Constitution. The mob of democracy or majority rule does not impress me, and does not warrant the loss of my freedoms. Just because the government used public education to make a majority of the American population stupid does not mean I am going along for the ride, and it sure doesn’t mean that I will consent to an arrest. And before we part this time dear reader I’d like to share with you an email I received recommending a new preamble to the Constitution put forth by State Representative Mitchell Kaye from GA.  I think it says a lot as to how a lot of people still feel, and how they intend to act in the trying times that are before us.

 

“We the  sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get  along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more riots, keep our  nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of  debt-free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren,  hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense  guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, and other  liberal bed-wetters. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that a  whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim  they require a Bill of NON-Rights.”

ARTICLE I:  You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form  of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one  is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE  II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is  based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone — not just you!  You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion,  etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will  be.

ARTICLE  III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a  screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the  tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently  wealthy.

ARTICLE  IV: You do not  have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most  charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but  we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation  of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the  creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes . (This one  is my pet peeve…get an education and go to work….don’t expect  everyone else to take care of you!)

ARTICLE V:  You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but  from the looks of public housing, we’re just not interested in public  health care.

ARTICLE  VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you  kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don’t be surprised if  the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric  chair.

ARTICLE  VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob,  cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don’t be  surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place  where you still won’t have the right to a big screen color TV or a life  of leisure.

ARTICLE  VIII: You do not have the right to a job.. All of us sure want you to  have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect  you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational  training laid before you to make yourself useful.  (AMEN!)

ARTICLE  IX: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that  you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot  easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws  created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of  Rights.

ARTICLE  X: This is an  English-speaking country. We don’t care where you are from, English is  our language. Learn it or go back to wherever you came from!  (Lastly….)

ARTICLE  XI: You do not have the right to change our country’s history or  heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one true God. And  yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or  no faith at all; with no fear of persecution.
 
The phrase IN GOD WE  TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable  with it, TOUGH!

The Super Committee isn’t so Super: Complete failure across the political spectrum

On Monday November 21, 2011 the Super Committee of the United States Congress declared that it wasn’t quite so “super” when it acknowledged that they could not, or would not come to any decision on where cuts to the federal budget could be implemented as the total deficit climbed over $15 trillion. To understand exactly what all this deficit talk means, and to translate the decision of the Super Committee to proclaim it’s stalemate just before the Thanksgiving Holiday, Doc Thompson of 700 WLW had on Nathan Bachrach to put it in perspective. It doesn’t surprise me at all that the Super Committee was unable to do ANYTHING productive in the two months they have been meeting. Consider for a moment how much a congressman in the capital makes, which is $174,000 a year for rank and file members plus other benefits that can be seen in more detail at the below link:

Imagine the dysfunction of politicians making six figure incomes, which is a healthy sum for anybody, sitting around doing nothing but making noise. The Super Committee worked for two months on a task of reducing the national debt and made no ground at all, and to my mind that means they should all lose their jobs for their epic failure. But how can we expect things to work at the federal level when it doesn’t work at the local level? As this news was breaking about the Super Committee the Lakota School District like virtually all school districts in Ohio are trying to figure out how to balance their budgets to the same results.

Lakota is looking for $12 million dollars to cover their deficit spending that we’ve demonstrated is caused by their very inflated wages which average over $63K per year for over 2000 employees. And with all that supposed talent hired for managing our education dollars, not a single one of them is capable of making any kind of hard decisions on how much to cut from the budget or where to cut it. Why?

Well, the answer is because the entire governmental system from the local schools all the way up to the federal government is built around a looter mentality where the participants have rigged the system to extort legalized plunder from the tax payer for spectral services that actually amount to nothing. For perspective, what government is doing for us is similar to what bottled water companies are doing. They are collecting water, putting it in a plastic container, and selling it to us like they are doing us a favor. But in reality we can get our own water easily, and don’t need a bottling company at all. The bottling companies have created the “perception” that their water is better than water that falls from the sky. Government is doing the same thing with education; they are teaching our kids in an old archaic fashion that is grossly too expensive when a computer could do a much better job for most of the topics. Homeschooled kids outperform public educated kids in virtually every category, so if the goal was to improve the actual education of children, schools would explore the answer as to why. But that is not what is desired, because government education is a “make work” program that is similar to the bottled water company. Government does the same thing with housing, with social security, with medicine, with transportation, with food production, they have their hand in everything and in reality they are simply making it seem that they are working on your behalf when all they are really doing is just selling a service you could get easily on your own. They only exist to “create” jobs, not results.

The weakness in government skill level however is exposed when they are actually required to “manage” costs, instead of simply asking for more money. During the discussed Lakota school board meeting, my family and I spoke about if I should go or to continue with our plans to take my son-in-law out to dinner for his birthday. I decided to take him out for his birthday because my time is worth more than sitting with a bunch of dysfunctional, unskilled, malcontents for an hour and a half and listen to the administrators bungle around the hard decisions in a comical display of ill-equipped politicians who are attempting to cover up the fact that they have no courage, no fortitude, and no idea how to make a proper decision. Because they know that they are part of a system designed to loot from the public treasury, and they’ve benefited from that system so are not equipped to point out the flaws. Your local school board knows it. Your local superintendent knows it. And your local congressman knows it. Every member of the Super Committee knows it. It is a sad state that we have so many government employees who are not paid based on performance but just to sit in a chair and wear a suit. We have allowed them to cruise along making excessive amounts of money for doing virtually nothing. They are exposed when they are required to actually do something, and the problem is epidemic, it’s across the entire political spectrum from top to bottom.

It is in these losers that we place our trust to eliminate a 15 trillion-dollar deficit, to educate our children, to care for our elderly. If the lack of effort on their behalf does not spell out for you the magnitude of our country’s severe failure in virtually every category, nothing will.

America is due for a complete, philosophic identity calibration. It is time for our nation to figure out once and for all what it is. Are we going to continue to be the home of the free, and land of the brave…….or are we just simply a society of looters, which our politicians reflect regarding our general society?

The answer to that question will determine the fate of the United States of America, and that decision will happen on your watch dear reader. You and you alone will decide what is to become of our country. So you better chose correctly.

The Black Holes of Public Education: Lakota, Cincinnati Public and Lebanon all have them!

Yes…………………a BLACK HOLE! That is what is threatening to suck the life out of every community in Ohio who has a public school in it. Forces of massive gravity that not even light can escape! They suck up the money of communities with a ferocity unmatched in the UNIVERSE!!!!! The Black Hole swirls around in the blackness of space and consumes everything that it comes across in a never-ending thirst to annihilate. Lakota has one, Lebanon has one, Fairfield has one, Cincinnati Public has a BIG ONE, Mt Healthy, West Clermont and many others have Black Holes in their districts which are consuming the wealth of those districts in a never-ending quest for funding that will never end.

Harsh? Not enough I’m afraid, for the fiscal discipline of public schools in Ohio is currently a joke that nobody is laughing at. In Cincinnati 11 districts are looking for money to sustain a system that is 50 years out of date, not even close to being the best in the world, and seems to only serve the “Education Class,” a breed of pretentious human beings who look to Europe for guidance in a quest for safety and compliance. The “Education Class” like the “Political Class” is a group of fellow human beings dedicated to THE BLACK HOLE. They worship it like a God and will sacrifice all who come before them to the hunger of that perpetual starvation. Doc Thompson of 700 WLW and I discuss public schools, especially the sinister situation at Lakota along with Issue 2, a proposed fix to the Black Holes of our public education system.

One of the most daunting revelations that were unveiled when the finance reports came out prior to the 2011 elections was that the Lakota School System had spent over $12K on consulting firms. I learned that Lebanon and several other districts also spent similar money on some of these same consultants which prompted my mind into an investigation, which can be seen at this link. Now, as Doc and I discussed, the schools themselves do not take money out of their treasury to pay for this behavior. But the network that the taxpayers do provide serves to furnish the funding ran by the “education class” to raise the money for these consultants.

A friend of mine who used to be a school board member…….at Lakota…..explained to me how the game works, which you dear reader might find interesting. One of the groups the Pro Levy Lakota people hired to provide consultation was Effron and Associates. It should be noted that the new superintendent of Lakota, Karen Mantia retired from the Sycamore School District.

“Effron and Associates is owned by a former teacher from the Sycamore School District. When Bill Sears left Lebanon he was quoted in the paper saying that he would be joining Effron and Associates as a consultant. Bill Sears used to work with Roger Effron at Sycamore. Bill’s wife is/was a teacher at Lakota, his son was bumped up to principal in the Mason School District. A principal from Mason was sent to Lebanon, Ian Frank. See how they all take care of each other.

Bill Sears was also given a nice fat position at Little Miami. He was also named as a consultant to Voorhis and Assoc. in Mason. Coincidentally they did the architectural arrangements for the new Lebanon schools. Voorhis did contribute to levy campaigns in Lebanon. I found it interesting that Mr. Sears was such an expert and yet left Lebanon with the district’s books in a mess. $5 million misappropriated etc etc. That is another story.

This is how the school business operates. You really don’t have to be accountable. You don’t really have to be good at your job. You just have to know the right people and move on when things get a little too ‘hot.’”


To confirm what we already know if you read this site often, this “moving on” when things get too “HOT” is exactly what Lakota did to a teacher recently when he was caught using one of his students to have sex with the parent of that child. This activity certainly isn’t limited to this cast of characters. It’s actually widespread, and anyone who gives this “Education Class” more money to perpetuate this type of behavior is endorsing it openly. And the value of the money you spend on them is the same as tossing it into a Black Hole in the vast reaches of space only to be crushed beyond recognition within the intense gravity of a singularity.

Left unchecked the black hole of public schools will devour everything given to them. EVERYTHING! They do manage to appear colorful and inviting from a distance, but once you get too close, time, perspective, logic and all value are warped into an abyss from which there is no escape.

Well, escape may actually be a relative term when it comes to school funding. Because after all, we know that if matter exists that it can’t just disappear into nothing. So what happens when we toss matter into a black hole, where does it go? Well, the rationalization can really only be explained in quantum mechanics and the theory of the multi-verse. Based on what I have seen of the education funding consumed by the “education class” I believe they don’t actually live in the same world as the rest of us, but instead reside in the 11th dimension.

In the 11th dimension they in the “education class” are living by completely different rules, so logic cannot even be remotely applied to their actions. They exist for themselves and they require the massive destruction of all our terrestrial resources to fuel their existence in a dimension that is so compressed into an infinite smallness that we cannot even detect their presence, except for the black holes which sustain them.

Relative to us however, the black holes of public education are parasites of destruction that will consume the entire universe if allowed without any guilt of its expenditure. So we would be wise to avoid those black holes and starve them out of existence for our own protection. Because in sustaining them all we really do is endorse their own personal version of hell of which our loved ones are captive, and the futures of our children are shackled like slaves to the demons of tyranny while the madness that governs the “education class” attempts to consume us all!

Like Doc Thompson pointed out, the multiple levy attempts, the public education black holes do have a purpose. They do fuel the economy. The consulting firms they hire in their network of thieves spend money on movies, restaurants, alcohol, and other consumables, and that does have value. The difficulty is that while doing so they stop at nothing on an endless desire to consume, and consume, and consume until there is nothing else left for us to give, until we are pulled into the hole ourselves only to be crushed and consumed as their fodder.

Vote NO on all school levies in Ohio. Starve the “education class” out of the 11th dimension and force them into our world so we can deal with them squarely, with equitable benefit. For our own survival we must make them come to us, because if we go to them as we have in the past, we only have a crushing destruction awaiting us at the singularity of the black hole. That crushing singularity is called DEBT!

Robert the Bruce of Issue 2: Looking for WARRIOR POETS in Ohio

When I hear Bill Cunningham anymore I can’t help but think of Robert the Bruce, the noble who left William Wallace on the battlefield in the film Braveheart. In that film Robert the Bruce made a deal with the political establishment to leave William Wallace in the middle of the battle, an act intended to defeat Wallace. Robert the Bruce, who was a wealthy land owner wasn’t ready to give everything up in an alliance with Wallace, so he took the deal and left Wallace to die. You can see here where Bill Cunningham knows he’s doing the wrong thing turning against his friend John Kasich when he speaks with Ed Schultz. Cunningham, as a wealthy lawyer himself is not ready to speak out against a system he helped build. Pay close attention to the words Cunningham speaks. It’s scripted and you will hear it again later in this post.

While Cunningham and Schultz were talking on MSNBC an epic debate was underway in Ohio between, Sen. Keith Faber and former Ohio Congressman Dennis Eckart over Issue 2. Faber without question won the debate. He answered every question thoroughly, and as completely as possible. Eckart used the position of the unions which is all emotion to answer virtually every question. You can see the complete debate for yourself here. It’s interesting that Eckert used exactly the same metaphor regarding the mother-in-law as Cunningham did. That means that both men are reading the talking points created by the union interests that runs deep in our culture, and is responsible for much of the corruption that goes on in politics. Remove the union influence, and aspects of government that are corrupt would be greatly illustrated. The unions are spending upwards of $60 million dollars on manipulating the citizens of Ohio into a moment of self-doubt, to preserve their empire.

This morning an employee came up to me and said, “You’re for Issue 2, right?”

“Yes,” I said. “I’m a tremendous supporter of Issue 2.”

“Well, I think it’s just terrible. They want to take away our collective bargaining rights.”

I said to them, “Nobody has a right to collective bargaining. What makes you think it’s a right?”


“It’s in the constitution!” They were very angry when they said this.

I took a breath. “No, it’s not in any constitution either federal, or state wide. Collective bargaining for public employees was created by corrupt, progressive politicians to ‘purchase’ voting blocks for themselves. It has nothing to do with actual rights. FDR started this discussion and Kennedy finished it off as a favor to the mobs in 1962 with Executive Order 10988. That’s when public unions were allowed to form and it was a mistake. Unions have NO natural rights to anything I have. They do not have a right to collectively bargain for the tax money I toss in the pot to spend on our government services.”

“But they pay taxes too!” They said.

“Yes, but the difference is for the public employee, they pass the hat around, they all contribute and at the end, they divide up among themselves what they put in, because their wages come out of the hat. I put money in the hat and it never comes back to me. I don’t get money back out of the hat. It goes around, I contribute, and I get back an employee for public service, and I have a limit on what I’m willing to pay for those services. Collective bargaining in my opinion should have been abolished in Issue 2, along with the idea that public employees should be in a union. It doesn’t go far enough in my opinion! I see Issue 2 as a very fair reform that is ESSENTIAL to the future of Ohio.”

Here’s the deal, Governor Kasich did balance his budget which was $8 billion in the hole at the start of 2011. Issue 2 will not affect his budget. But Kasich turned off the bleeding money that came out of Columbus so there isn’t any money to lobby from the State. That means that the money for all school districts and community services will have to come from higher taxes in those regions. Now I support the move by Kasich, because all that state money is also my money, and I like to see that he’s getting his hands around it. And it’s a lot easier for me to help cover costs in my local community away from the union lobby in Columbus, so I have no problem with what Kasich has done. But without Issue 2 as a tool, tax increases will be an epic demand right out of the gate in 2012 and the money isn’t there. So all these people protesting against it, like Cunningham and Eckert political progressives in function, the money isn’t there to satisfy the “fairness” they are looking for.

The unions claim they have “given back” a billion dollars. Well, it wasn’t enough because the budget demands have not went away. So maybe they need to give back another billion dollars in order to balance our community budgets. And if they don’t want to do that, then find another job. It’s a choice. But under their definition of “giveback” it is equivalent to a ship of pirates considering on whether or not to plunder a town. If the value of a town is $1 billion dollars and the pirates decide not to attack the town, this is how the unions define a “give back.”

I can’t think of a single reason to vote no on Issue 2. I wish it was more aggressive, but as it is, I think it’s fair from the perspective of society. It took a lot of courage to vote for Issue 2, the question is, do you have the courage to keep it? The unions are betting that you don’t, because they are spending millions and millions and millions of dollars on making you feel afraid, and to vote with those fears in mind on November 8th 2011. So do you have the courage to keep it, because as of now, you have it Ohio? This is an issue you cannot leave to other people; you must show up and protect it with your vote. Because the unions will all be there to protect the status quo and ability to take our money without regulation. All you have to do to stop that kind of looting is VOTE YES on ISSUE 2, and have a little backbone in the silent isolation of the voting booth.
