The Empire of Ultraterrestrials: Enemies from a Parallel Universe

When the observation is made and the question is asked, “Why are people so stupid,” I can look at the history of the human being and speculate as to why they behave the way they do, and I can present evidence as to what is happening. The question of “why” does not get answered completely when only the factors of the known world are considered. So trying to explain the conditions of our observable world and all the foolishness witnessed with factors that can be seen and so far catalogued has fallen short of a proper explanation. This is how I became interested in studies of Fortean observations, cryptozoology, and paranormal science and to me; John Keel has done some of the best work in these fields as a journalist that I have run in to. Keel just recently passed away and left behind a body of work that is quite interesting in regard to those studies. Like a lot of people who spend a considerable, and imbalanced amount of time on the strange and paranormal, Keel’s later work reflects a bit of eccentricity that was not present in what I think is the best book ever written on these topics called The Mothman Prophecies, which was made into the popular Richard Gere film. You can see John Keel here in an early interview with David Letterman discussing his field of study.

A college professor who was trying to bring a film version of my novel The Symposium of Justice to reality put me on to Keel about 6 years ago. “You’d love Keel. Your book reminds me of his work.” So I started reading Keel and my family began some paranormal investigations of our own, going into the deep dark places of known haunted locations to examine for ourselves the mysteries behind paranormal activity. You can see some of those adventures in this short collection my oldest daughter put together back then.

In all our adventures I have never seen anything obvious to say that it was a ghost that we saw while we were looking for them. We did see a UFO which we chased down with our car only to have it disappear within seconds. It wasn’t just an illusion, since 5 of us were in the car with me driving like a madman to catch up to it. We did see and experience a “shadow man,” we experienced the battery loss associated with paranormal presence in our flashlights and cameras, but never saw anything conclusive that we could get on film. We captured a few obscure things, but nothing that was definitive, which seems to be the case with most paranormal studies. Seldom is any evidence conclusive. Most of our adventures were to specifically hunt down some of the “bigfoot” phenomena that are common to eastern Ohio, or even a Mothman. We never saw directly the thing we were seeking in all our investigations.

Keel had an interesting explanation for this case.He said in his writing that what was happening was a species of undocumented humanoid called ultraterrestrials, a competing race within the human race who acted as tricksters and could present images to the human mind that the mind was prepared to see, were hard at work on a mysterious task. If a person went hunting for a big foot, they’d see a big foot. If a person wanted to see an angel, they might see a mothman, or the Virgin Mary. If a person wants to see green men from another planet, then they may be visited by those green men. And the reason I never saw anything directly, except for small little ripples of disturbances over time and space is because I’m too analytical to buy what those ultraterrestrials are trying to sell me.

Keel’s explanation of ultraterrestials in The Mothman Prophecies offered a whole host of explanations that are scientific in nature toward the true nature of “demons” voodoo magic and even good luck angels. During Keel’s investigations chronicled with great diligence in The Mothman Prophecies it appears the government is very much aware of these ultraterrestrials and actually has a relationship with them. This relationship has been articulated in fun films like The Men in Black and in Point Pleasant, West Virginia every September during the Mothman Festival, where the whole town gets together to celebrate the mysterious occurrences that terrorized that town in the late 1960’s. But the actual relationship is quite serious if examined at face value. After all, we think we are dealing with a reality that contains all the elements of our known visual spectrum, but in our studies of quantum mechanics, we are learning that there is a great deal that we can’t see, and it appears that we share our space with many influences in our present reality.

The best scientific explanation I have heard to explain the existence of Keel’s ultraterrestrials is in the theory of parallel universes, as shown in this History Channel Universe documentary. It would appear that these ultraterrestrials are inhabitants of a Type 3 Parallel Universe and they have figured out how to tap into our reality to use our resources for the benefit of their cultures in their universe’s reality.

If those ultraterrestrials are exact copies of us in another reality, it is entirely conceivable that those copies of ourselves living in that reality are purposely taking advantage of our blindness to an aim we can only hypothesize about. My daughter and I speculated about this from a hilltop campsite close to a haunted hot spot in eastern Ohio under a full moon a few years back. I suggested that maybe the logic of ultraterrestrials interference with our world has an equal and opposite type of outcome, where a negative in our universe equals a positive in their universe, and if these ultraterrestrials are copies of ourselves then don’t we in some way benefit from our own misery if considered from a multi-verse perspective where all copies of our personalities are united in a collective body serving the mysteries of that unification? We may suffer in the here-and-now, but our ultraterrestrial copies are having wondrous success.

This might also account for “LUCK” in our present world, when mysteriously good things happen to us when by all calculations peril should occur. This might be because without understanding how, we bring bad fortune to our ultraterrestrial counterparts in the Type Three Parallel Universe, so their misery equates to our benefit.

As crazy as much of this may sound, the reason for my quest into these strange worlds was for an answer to why the nature of our current existence is so insanely foolish. For instance, why is it considered fashionable to be a fool, or to become drunk, or less than average in some way? Why do we celebrate the weak and chastise the strong if not to appease some ultraterrestrial gods in another dimension? When I speak to young people none of them take pride in how much they know, but it’s in what they don’t know, or how drunk they became on a Friday night. Women are put on a pedestal for making themselves slaves to sexual fulfillment and bringing children into the world without fathers to help create strong family foundations. It almost feels as though the foolish addiction to altruism and socialism is so that the beings in another parallel universe can live with capitalism and strong individual value.

I told my daughters on some of those haunted adventures that I am not willing to sacrifice my life one bit even to a copy of myself in a parallel universe. I encouraged them to do the same, to live for themselves and if there are ultraterestrials creating around us these strange events where Bigfoots, and Lockness monsters jump in and out of our reality from these other universe’s that intersect with our own reality and that strange whisper in our ears that come when sleep is about to come on is not some demon from hell, but a tempter of ourselves from an ultraterrestrial being that seeks to profit from our misery, and they should not listen. Because no other conclusion can be made when drunkenness is praised, and stupidity is rewarded, but to accept that enemies of our existence reside outside of our present reality to build an empire within their universe by consuming the resources of our own to do it.

Does our government have a deal with these beings to occasionally throw us a bone of good luck with a sacrifice on their end? Perhaps. This may be the origin of the sacrifice rituals that have permeated our planting cultures all during recorded history and has been replaced in the modern age with religious communion rituals and altruism surrounding the “green movement.” There is no way to know for sure with the lack of evidence we currently have, but speculation as to why people like Jerry Sandusky from Penn State have been allowed to exist and the massive amounts of sex trading that goes on in the world must have some logical conclusion, because no God that I learned about in Sunday School would allow evil to thrive so openly unless somewhere with someone, there was a benefit. And that someone seems to be in this species of ultraterrestrials who live outside our reality. That leads to my next question which I will get to the bottom of eventually, who are these Men in Black, and how are they connected to our current government? Time will tell, and along the way we will have marvelous adventures in discovering these facts, but I am not willing to sacrifice any of myself so that someone else can benefit in another city, another state, another country or another universe. I expect competition to prove the victor and it starts by recognizing the fact that there is more to this puppet show of living than we are seeing even in the most extreme versions of our conspiracy theories. Because the truth does not exist in our visual spectrum, but outside of it, at a quantum level hidden in the mysteries of the 11 dimensions, and we have enemies who reside there to bring us misery with whispers in the wind and at the nightmares that come with sleep. And sometimes we go to them willingly by pursuing those demons at the bottom of a wine glass, or that overdose of a drug to gain that so-called moment of elation that comes from intoxication, but leaves our minds open and vulnerable to the empires of invisibility.

The “INCEPTION” of Herman Cain: The dream within a dream within a dream

This piece of music from one of my favorite composers, Hans Zimmer written for the film Inception brings to mind much about the sexual harassment charges against Herman Cain who is running for president. In that film ushered in by that storming musical score, reality at the primary level is often influenced by realities within that reality where they sometime fold over on themselves. This reminds me of Herman Cain because the same media that controls much of what we see and hear creates our understanding of that primary reality at the most fundamental subconscious level. There are many smaller realities that play out within our recognized reality which largely goes about undetected until something happens that is so fundamentally wrong that it does not fit in with the perceived timeline. Such an event occurred with Sharon Bialek.

I don’t know what happened in the car between Ms. Bialek and Herman Cain. I also don’t know what happened between Herman Cain and the other women who have come out and accused Cain of improper behavior. Frankly I don’t care.

I don’t care because I witnessed some of the worst behavior I could ever dare witness in the Bill Clinton presidency. I watched in the 90’s as parades of women similar to Ms. Bialek were brought forward to accuse the president of improper behavior, much worse than putting a woman’s head in a lap. I also witnessed the reality of Clinton getting blow jobs in the Oval Office during a government shut-down, and this same media told us it was only sex.

Oh yes……………don’t you remember dear reader? Don’t tell me that you have forgotten. Well, in case you have, I put all the documentaries about Bill Clinton at the below link for your convenience. Perhaps you need a refresher course in the president who shattered the standards to the lowest possible level for the rest of America’s history. It was Clinton who allowed a baseball team owner in Bush to become president, and paved the way for a radical community activist in Obama to actually look credible. Go ahead, review how that line of prestige was shattered and America was made a mockery to the world.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/09/23/the-arm-of-the-god-shiva-the-bill-clinton-global-initiative-dont-forget-about-slick-willie/

So you did forget………………..shame on you. You were probably one of those people who recently watched Bill Clinton being serenaded to by Lady Gaga and thought, “what a cool ex-president.” And our secretary of state Hillary Clinton who put all her husband’s sexual indiscretions aside is there dancing to Lady Gaga music by her loving husband. And their daughter Chelsea who had to grow up around the political machine of her father constantly putting out fires set by Paula Jones, Jennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinsky, Linda Trip and many, many others as death, corruption, and impeachment plagued her father’s presidency stands on his other side. She dances to Lady Gaga just as any young college girl would, her thoughts of those long ago days erased by the media in a mind wipe reminiscent to the film Inception. Yes, you can see that clip here:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/11/11/watching-fisherman-from-the-mountaintop-weak-politics-are-the-result-of-weak-philosophy/

You see, for those of us who see beyond the imagery of our current reality, the image that the media creates for us to lull us to sleep with gossip and sexy images, it wouldn’t matter any longer if Herman Cain had made a pornographic film with his accusers and was seen by millions of people, because of Bill Clinton and the standard set by the media, sexual indiscretion no longer matters.

But wait………………..suddenly it does! Suddenly, as in the case of Clarence Thomas many years ago, now Herman Cain is expected to be a saint. It’s ironic, because even Martin Luther King was known to have mistresses, and Jessie Jackson, the current civil rights hero of the left, has had marital infidelities. And as stated, Bill Clinton was notorious, and the left’s favorite presidents John F. Kennedy was quite open about his sexually promiscuous lifestyle, and Lyndon B. Johnston was a serial womanizer yet none of this is discussed…….why?

Rush Limbaugh is right. The only reason the media is coming after Herman Cain is because Cain scares the crap out of the progressive left. Progressives are fighting for their life to keep a black Republican such as Alan Keys in the 90’s and now Herman Cain out of legitimate political office. Cain, who is very popular and is coming out as a presidential front-runner and is a serious threat to become president, is a threat to the bloc voting of progressive politics. That means it’s time for an “INCEPTION.”

Talk radio, which exists outside of the images of television can most of the time be counted on to display what is going on at all the levels of reality we are experiencing and can get down to the fundamental INCEPTION of things. This is because talk radio speaks straight to the mind itself and doesn’t rely on visual image to help sell the dialogue. And Rush Limbaugh nailed the issue surrounding Herman Cain, so if you brushed by that video, you may want to review it now.

It’s not just Limbaugh who is seeing this whole Cain situation for what it is. Glenn Beck has also done some great work on this issue. Listen to Beck talk about the media hypocrisy focusing on Herman Cain and the Occupy Wall Street Movement and his utter befuddlement over the whole issue at Penn State.
https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/11/12/institutional-failure-sex-cover-ups-and-penn-state/

The media doesn’t like Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh either in case you didn’t already know it, because from their talk radio positions they act as beacons of truth which permeates through the INCEPTION of multiple dreamlike realities we experience in our modern culture. While the masses are supposed to overlook the tragedy at Penn State so that football can go on, we are also supposed to be outraged at Herman Cain because he supposedly put a woman’s head in his lap and touched her genitals.

Watch Beck and his radio crew have some fun with the ridiculousness of this whole Cain case, because once it’s understood that we are being manipulated, all you can really do is laugh at the effort, at what sleepy fools progressives believe the rest of us really are.

The progressive left is so scared of a Herman Cain presidency that even black people are jumping on the media smear band-wagon. Listen as Herman Cain addresses comments that the Tea Party is racist even when it is clearly understood that the Tea Party has embraced a Cain presidency without anything ever being mentioned about skin color.

In this next clip Cain addresses the accusations introduced by Sharon Bialek directly. It should be a surprise to learn that the media is combing through Cain’s family looking for any dirt they can find there when our current president has a mother who is an ex-hippie and a radical revolutionary father who left her when Obama was very young.   But it’s not a surprise.  Obama was raised in another country under a different father in Indonesia where he lost his US citizenship so he could attend school, and Obama used his foreign status to get into college back in the United States, which would later haunt him over his citizenship status which he lost making him an illegal president according to the Constitution. Of course the media told us none of this was an issue. But instead they say to look at Herman Cain, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, the Koch Brothers, the evil John Kasich, Scott Walker and those crazy right-winged radicals and call them names, and hunt down their families. Pay no attention to the mind tricks we are employing on you in our INCEPTION!

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/04/11/obama-is-an-illegal-president-hes-spent-over-10-million-hiding-his-birth-certificate/

So as you hear the constant diatribes over Herman Cain and the shocking silence of all the other issues percolating in the American psyche understand that like the movie Inception, you are being manipulated, toyed with, and constructed at a level beyond your conscious understanding. That fleeting thought of dishonor you had when you watched the latest news story on Herman Cain was a piece of your mind that was wiped away by the mind-tricks of the media, the slight-of-hand that they all learned in college when they were students of Walter Lippmann. The reality you see is a constructed reality built by progressive politics, and virtually nothing you see, think, or hear is true. The only trace of truth I trust these days ride on the waves of talk radio, where the theater of the mind has only a voice to ascertain the validity of information as it’s presented. Virtually all other forms of media are corrupted by a subconscious push to induce an Inception upon our minds where up is down, left is right, blue is red, and nothing is what you think it is.

In that world we have to pick a new president, and it is my recommendation that you pick the one that the Inception is trying to steer you away from, because unless you break free, you may find that when you wake up from this dream of living that we are all sharing, you may find shackles upon your necks and a grim fate of realization that you had in fact never walked the paths of dream in a reality we call life but are in fact prisoner in a progressive nightmare.

Right-to-Work Announcement in Ohio: This is Rich Hoffman Speaking

“On Tuesday, Senate Bill 5 was rejected throughout Ohio as draconian overreach. Now they are trying to reach into the private sector,” said Chris Redfern, chairman of Ohio Democratic Party. “They’re inviting a challenge.”

Source article: http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20111110/NEWS0108/111110327/Ohio-group-pushes-right-work-amendment

This comment came on the announcement that a group not associated with Governor Kasich, not associated with the Koch Brothers, not even associated with the Republican Party is seeking to place on the ballot the ability for Ohio to become a right-to-work state. See the press conference for yourself here.

Now, I know those guys pretty well, and they are a group of fair and balanced guys. They truly desire to give to the state of Ohio a level of freedom that has been uttered from the silent parties within these unions for quite a long time. These union members who are tired of having their union dues translated into funding for the Democratic Party want out of their imprisonment, which is but one of the issues addressed in Issue 2. When opponents of Issue 2 said that the law was too “far reaching” people like Chris and Mike listened. So they are seeking just one small little measure that was in Issue 2, originally designated for the public union employee. The proposed constitutional amendment does not go after employee wages, does not ask them to pay more for their health care, and does not affect seniority or any of the union concerns debated in Issue 2. All the right-to-work amendment proposes to do in the above press conference is give people the option to be in a union or not to. It’s that simple.

But wait……………………..the unions are already upset? I thought they said they could “compromise” and be reasonable. Listen to Melissa Fazekas, spokeswoman for We Are Ohio.

“Just two days ago, Ohioans spoke with one clear and emphatic voice, and voted by an overwhelming margin to support our everyday heroes and their right to collectively bargain. Yet, today their voices are already being ignored, even after Gov. (John R.) Kasich and legislative leaders have promised to listen and reflect on Tuesday’s vote.”

Well, this statement requires comment since it is obvious that the opponents of Issue 2 seem confused as to what is happening in the world around them. And that comment will not come from the good people who are proposing this constitutional amendment, or any other group. They are a fair-minded assemblage who truly wants what is fair and good for the majority in Ohio. Instead the comments made below are exclusively mine and they are addressed specifically to the public and private sector unions. This is Rich Hoffman Speaking.

People who are not in a union do not take their marching orders from politicians like you in the unions do. John Kasich is not our commander as Richard Trumka and Barack Obama are yours. We do not bow down to an authority figure that takes money from us and gives it to progressive politics. We are a people who desire freedom, even if we are in the minority.

My take on the Issue 2 debate is that only 39% were able to comprehend the contents of that very good bill, the rest were simply too stupid to wrap their little minds around the idea. I would say the same if it was only 1% who voted, because I read the bill and thought it was fair, and believe it or not, I did so completely on my own. No union steward told me to read it. I did it on my own. That’s called self-responsibility. I witnessed the union machine, which I am forced to help fund, scare Ohioans into voting the union way. I watched money pour in from out-of-state and saw the influence all the way up to the White House taking part in being a gear for that machine. And even with all your efforts 39% still voted against you.

I said all along that the Yes vote would need 2 million voters to win at the polls and only 1,321,494 showed up. During a presidential election 5 million voters usually turn out, so a lot of people stayed home and watched TV, so by no means the 2 million who voted to repeal Issue 2 represent Ohio’s wishes. It represented the 350,000 public workers their moms and dads and wives, girlfriends and children, grandmas and grandpa’s, and the rest are people scared of their own shadows. This landslide is not what you think it is. All it means is that Issue 2 was too hard to understand, so those who might have voted against you stayed home and ordered pizza.

I have watched school levy after school levy get voted down on Tuesday, and go right back on the ballot on Wednesday. That is the union way, if you don’t get what you want the first time through, then push it through again and again until it passes, till the opposition is so worn out they no longer have the will to fight. Why then should not the same tactic be applied to the unions? Did you think that those of us who want to be free of you would just go away? Why would people like me not wish to drive the measure back down your throats, once, twice, or twenty-five more times? It would be my hope that instead of Issue 2 being passed in one large bill as it was that it will be passed as 15 separate bills and that the unions will spend themselves into oblivion defending each and every one of them. Did you think that this would all just go away on the day after the election? No, welcome to our world where taxes are constantly proposed to fuel your tyranny! Those of us who have defeated our tax levies know the fight will never end till the unions are out of the business of government. You did it to yourselves. I do not hate you because of your two legs, two arms and one head; I hate you because you are an instrument of tyranny and your higher taxes are an imposition to my freedom. You ask more of me so that you my live and I demand of you to do for yourself and to leave me alone.

Your nature is revealed in your opposition to becoming a right-to-work state. You wish simply to hold the paychecks of your member’s hostage so they will turn out and vote your way. You want the membership numbers for reasons of extortion, and force. You care not that some of your members seek freedom from your clutches. You only care that they send you a check! THAT IS YOUR NATURE! You are parasites who consume the world around you. You will do anything to win no different from a sleazy thief picking pockets in a Las Vegas casino. I watched you hide behind the firefighters to gain support among the mushy minded masses. Do you think you will be so successful if the firefighters and police were not involved? You should be thankful that the Republicans at least attempted to be honest and fair from their stand point. Me………I would have attacked each union separately, starting with the teachers and severed the flow of money from the NEA into our state politics. Then I would have reformed the FOP and their connection to the AFL-CIO, then maybe the firefighters and their connection to the Trumka gang. I would have also have done so with 20 different bills and forced those groups to fight on every front! Spend 30 million dollars fighting the ability to strike. Spend 30 million dollars fighting the right to collectively bargain. Spend 30 million fighting the insurance premiums. Spend 30 million fighting the right-to-work. Spend 30 million fighting the issue of step increases. Yes unions, you were right, Issue 2 was too sweeping for one swallow. Only 39% of the voters were able to swallow, and the rest sat on their hands in indecision. My plan would have emptied the 1 billion dollars that Obama is sitting on in his election bid and forced him to save his union brothers and sisters in an attempt to win Ohio leaving him with no money to win any other state. You should be thankful that John Kasich and his Republican friends did not attempt to be so malicious. I would have.

Fair? I heard that term over and over during the campaign. Is it fair that one dollar of my money goes to support an organization that I consider detrimental to America? I don’t want my money sent to my local school to pay a teacher to then be converted by union dues and used by the teachers union to fund candidates who are progressive and out to rob my country of its freedom loving nature. Look at the child with a helmet on his bicycle riding 5 MPH as his frightened mother looks on afraid that her little one will splat his brains all over the sidewalk. This is the result of your unions and their attempts to justify their existence by overreaching their authority in the class-room and among the police authority. Look at the fat-fingered politician who creates legislation due to the union lobby in trade for campaign contributions that find themselves in the G-strings of a local stripper, the politician and his comb-over slicked over with French fry oil is using campaign money so his wife doesn’t find out about it. Look at the cops on a Saturday night setting up DUI checkpoints to “rid” society of drunk drivers. What they are really doing is showing that they are overstaffed and need something for those officers to do. The MAD mothers who created much of that “drinking” legislation played right into the hands of the union lobby, and gave them an excuse to mandate insurance, which gave cops something to do, mandate drunk driving laws, which gave cops something to do, and revenue to generate, and gave police the right to pull people over even if they were only on their way to the video store, to take away freedoms of the citizens using safety as the guise. Is it fair that your existence is eroding away my freedoms?

Is it fair that my quality of life is diminished because your mind is like a rock; it absorbs nothing, gradually becomes smaller over time with erosion, and sinks to the bottom of anything it’s tossed in to. Is my life to be attached to yours out of some altruistic fantasy? Am I chained to your lack of ambition for life? Is that what you think?

If I were to bring a company to Ohio, I would not want some parasite union attempting to corrupt my workforce with socialism. I would locate in Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina and other right-to-work states. In those places, if someone wants to organize a union, they can. But the members aren’t forced to join. Unions are a form of cronyism that involves fathers employing their sons, and uncles employing their nephews. It does not guarantee the best employee for the job and performance on that occupation. I have traveled extensively, and I have toured many manufacturing plants, and common to the union facilities are employees who watch TV during their shift. Cross-training is nearly extinct, and there is always a fear that the whole workforce will walk off the job if they become unhappy. Why would Boeing want to locate to South Carolina? TO AVOID LABOR STOPPAGES THAT AFFECTS THEIR ORDERS!

I have never met an enemy of the American system that is as clueless as the typical union worker. And I want no part of them. I will gladly support workers who are not part of a union. If there is a right-to-work option I could see who I can trust and who I can’t. I should have that option! And so should the employee! The only reason a union would be against an employee right-to-work option is to force them into a marriage they can control. What happens to the man who attempts to control his wife by forcing her into a marriage with intimidation and control? The woman may play along for the benefit of her family, but secretly she is scheming against the husband. Secretly she is looking for lovers. Secretly she plays the husband’s friends against him. Secretly she spits in his food when she prepares it, and she denies him sex except when he forces himself on her in a drunken splendor. That is what your employees who want out of the union are doing to you behind your back. Believe me, I know, I hear from them! They are praying that someone come and help them, to break the chains which shackle them to tyranny so that they may spring free!

Unions, you are not as strong as you think you are. Yes, you have many members who are selfish activists to suit your cause. You have built a system constructed on extortion and your members are addicted to the income you’ve stolen on their behalf. But people are waking up. You spent over $30 million dollars and could only get 2 million voters to the ballot box. That is not a task I’d be slapping any back about. It is hardly a mandate to your existence. You could have obtained 2 million votes with only one dollar spent, because it was your internal network that showed up. Not one person more!

So I think it is more than fair to put an amendment to the Ohio Constitution that allows every employee the option to decide if they want to join a union or not. The option should be there for them to make, which is a form of transparency that is much-needed. For all the reason above and many, many more Ohio is a state in need of options. And I personally want to be free of the radicalism of the unions, and I want to support employees who elect to also be free of those tyrannical organizations.

Making Ohio a right-to-work state is a long, long way from what I want, but it is a reasonable concession for the other 99.9% of the state who might not feel as strongly as I do. I would think that all parties involved, unions and non-union would at least honor the right to American freedom, unless I am right about the union intentions, which is to be a dictatorship of socialism that is anti-capitalist in their nature. Because that would be the only reason they’d stand against Ohio becoming a right-to-work state.

Institutional Failure: Sex, Cover-ups and Penn State

To begin to wrap your mind around the Penn State scandal involving Jerry Sandusky the defensive coordinator of Penn State and the cover-up participated in by the university, I’d refer you to the article link below for a foundation understanding to the sex trade industry that is a global problem and is participated in by a majority of our population. It is so wide-spread that you dear readers are also probably guilty to some extent.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/03/20/sex-trade-in-rio-the-world-and-motivations-behind-eyes-wide-shut/

It should come as no shock that Jerry Sandusky was engaging in such behavior out in the open and using some of the children of the Second Mile Foundation for his own sexual pleasure and prostituting them out to rich donors of the university. If you understand that such things are happening right out in the open, yet do nothing to change it, you are one of the millions who “chose” not to see and are guilty of serious crimes that cannot be forgiven in church on Sunday’s. The pain of this action is that when we are finally forced to look at something that is very painful, the result can be tragically life shattering. In the Penn State case, the university relies so intensely on the football program to recruit new students to their university that they put a blind eye to the conduct of its officials. This happened at Ohio State as well. See my article on that unfortunate situation here, where I use clips from a movie to explain the problem of university politics and public perception.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/03/10/jim-tressel-john-kasich-speak-from-the-fires-of-columbus/

Specific to the Penn State Program, and just how sinister the situation truly is, listen to Scott Sloan and Tracy Jones of 700 WLW talk about the “time line” of the scandal, and who knew what and when they knew it. Also listen to one of the students who participated in the riots at Penn State when it was announced that the iconic Joe Paterno was fired from his long coveted position.

You can see here the kind of rioting that was going on at Penn State, which that student from the broadcast played a part. Scientifically speaking, it is interesting to examine the tribal nature of these students in their acts of violence, triggered by the announcement that Paterno had in fact been terminated.

It is amazing that these students had such a reaction, and seem to care nothing for the children who were raped and abused by the long arm of cover-up perpetrated by the very popular football program’s pedophile assistant coach and his co-workers.

But this is not specific to Penn State, although it’s one of the worst we’ve come along in quite some time. This is a case of institutional failure precipitated by a focus on sacrificing the individual identity of the participants for the sum of the collective life of the institution.

As mentioned, Ohio State just went though this, although at a lower level of offense. Public schools too are prone to such scandals. Within 15 miles of my home over three very large public school districts had similar scandals that were successfully covered-up to protect the integrity of the institution. The Mason School System had a cover-up in regard to the Stacy Schuler case.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/02/06/who-is-stacy-schuler-reading-between-the-lines/

Lakota just had a similar string of scandals that were completely suppressed by the institution.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/31/sex-at-lakota-schools-i-just-want-to-see-justice-said-the-husband/

And Fairfield City Schools had to be investigated by the FBI involving their school board and a private businessman, which is summed up in this article wrapping all three scandals into one abridgment.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/29/the-tragedy-of-stacy-schuler-the-real-crime-is-still-under-the-rug/

So why do these crimes go unchecked? Why are these things allowed to happen? Well, it’s because our society has been taught, and encouraged to embrace collectivism as an ultimate salvation when in our hearts we desire freedom. This creates a duality in our natures that is always seeking to balance itself. We may use charity to satisfy our collective desire for acceptance, then to pay homage to our individuality we may cater to the dirty sex of our inner desires to bring balance to our lives. The trouble is that our individual natures are applied toward the wrong outlets, and this creates these scandals.

The individual will always seek to obtain what it desires. But due to our collective attempts in social respects we push our deepest darkest desires into the murky corners of our reality. We cheat on our spouses, we embark on pornographic journeys, and even the worst of us do what Sandusky and Schuler engaged in. The more embedded the individual is into a system where the individual is suppressed, the worse these crimes are.

So it is the fault of the institutions themselves. It is the false perception that the individual exists for the institution when in fact the institution exists for the individual. If the institution does not serve the needs of individuality and freedom, then it can be said to be corrupt.

Institutions like Penn State, or Ohio State or even Lakota and Mason use football and other sports to unite the collective minds of their benefactors, and once intimate with the institutional system, individuals have shown that they are prone to ignore overwhelming evidence of impropriety so that their collective identities associated with the institution can be preserved. It is not uncommon for a normal American male to know the sports statistics of their favorite sports player, even if the player is only a high school or college football player, than to know the specific qualities of their own children, because the clueless father is in service to the institution instead of himself. And in order to rectify his loss in individual needs, he seeks it in sexual depravity. This is an endemic problem and is most of the reason why cover-ups continue in large programs like Penn State, because many people know they too are guilty of similar acts not just in action, but in thought, and they are therefore not in a position to cast judgment. They are slaves to the institutions which control them, even if passively with their alma mater sweatshirt. (By the way, do you know what alma mater means? (Latin: “nourishing mother”),

I view such people simply as slaves. I would not trade one second of my independence with them for financial security which is the reason many of them trade their freedom away in the first place. I would actively seek to bring down and destroy any institution that assists in covering up such impropriety as seen at Penn State, and I’d do it without sorrow. If the institution does not serve the individual needs of the participants, then it is bad and should be dismantled. Because always, if you lift up the rug, you will find the kind of activity engaged in at Penn State. Such crimes are endemic to all institutions, every single one. It doesn’t matter if it’s a college, a labor union, a government, or even military activity, if the individual is crushed to serve the institution, then the institution is evil. There is no mediation in such a statement. See this article for more evidence:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/tag/right-to-work/

The results of a crushed spirit is sexual deprivation and broken individuals who aren’t fit to lead their own families, which then breed a society of lost children who will sign up to attend the college of their fathers and mothers to pay homage to the Gods of college football like Joe Paterno, and when that God falls, those individuals will be lost and will seek to destroy the threats to their collective society, because they have lost their ability to think within their assimilation into institutional control, and riots will follow as the only measure to redeem themselves from the lost identity they discover upon learning that the institution has failed them.

Finally, for more evidence of this tragedy in various degrees view these articles for yourself, and examine the contents carefully, than consider where in the scheme of things your mind falls. Because in the end, only you can save yourself from the forces that seek to corrupt your minds.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/08/13/secret-of-malden-island-why-public-education-is-hiding-history/

If you know something is wrong and you fail to act, you are at fault also, and the people at Penn State are all just a little bit guilty of putting on the blinders for the thrill of a victory in the games of Saturday and an alliance to the institutions of collectivism.

The Next Day Part 2: LAKOTA LEVY DEFEATED by 18,788 VOTERS!

(To see The Next Day Part 1 from last year click here):Doc Thompson of 700 WLW and I talked about the election results as the smoke cleared on the “Day After” the Election of 2011.

Many of the reporters I spoke with on Election Day wanted to know what I was going to do to “celebrate” on that very contentious night. “I’m going to play Wii Golf with my wife,” I told them, which garnered some strange looks.

While we did just that I did watch the numbers come in off The Butler County Board of Elections web site, so my mind was on other matters. Issue 2 failing demonstrates how the public unions have managed to garner 43.4% higher wages than the rest of us. They are an organization of deep radicalism that is prepared to yell, march, and even mislead to protect their hive just like a swarm of insects. I’ll have much more on that later, because my focus as the smoke is clearing upon the rising sun of Wednesday, November 09, 2011 was on the school levies.

Issue 2 was the fix to the school levy problem, and I saw that as the results came in, that the same “machine” of the public unions that we saw in the Issue 2 debate had taken its toll on the school levies. Little Miami on the ninth time passed its levy and Lebanon did also, both by margins of less than 200 votes. Both of those schools are on their second attempt within the same calendar year, and show clearly how school systems controlled by radical union elements seek to beat down the tax payer until the taxpayer just says yes.

http://www.wlwt.com/video/28804024/detail.html

I was also dismayed to hear that Fairfield passed their levy. Fairfield like Lebanon has the very unfortunate situation where they have many apartment dwellers that do not pay taxes, but can vote. So they are prone to vote for school levies because by the time their landlord raises their rent, they’ll most likely move on to a new residence. But out of all the public schools in Southern Ohio, it was Lakota that was the focus and it was the third time that the No Lakota Levy group had organized to shoot that levy down. As the evening closed and I was on the 15th hole our Wii Golf game, it was apparent that Lakota’s Levy wasn’t just going down to defeat, but was going down soundly 54 to 46 percent. That means from the last levy attempt to this one, even after the district cut busing, cut electives, made sports pay-to-play, and even lowered the levy amount that the defeat margin actually gained 1% to spread the margin of victory from 6% one year ago to 7% now. Even with all the dirty tricks that get played, especially the massive sign theft and vandalism that went on during this campaign, voters saw through it. You can listen to Doc Thompson and me discussing this very issue right after I returned home from voting on Election Day.

Gaining a whole percentage point said a lot from a community who had seen all the dirty tricks in the OEA/NEA handbook, the same dirty tricks that are being applied to all the other schools, especially Little Miami. The goal is to wear down the opposition gradually by attempting levy after levy after levy until the people standing up against the measure just give up. That is the way the unions operate, and is exactly why Issue 2 should go right back through the legislature, for a relentless pursuit to jam it down their throats till they run out of money and energy. That’s what the unions have done to the public after all. Make the unions defend against it next spring and summer, like we have to defend against tax levies every 6 months, and let’s see how long they last. They taught us this game! But in the case of Lakota, with a new superintendent, nearly $30,000 spent to shove another tax initiative down the community throats, Lakota lost ground. $12K of that $30K was spent just on consultants who advised Lakota how to garner positive public reaction to their message, which even as the closing minutes of the election ticked down, Sandy Wheatley pictured here laying on the ground at a party for the Move Forward Campaign was having to celebrate their efforts…………?????????????……….stated, “We said all along this was the community’s choice and it appears that the community said it is not ready to move forward.”

That wasn’t the worst comment. Here’s another, “I just don’t think people, who don’t have children in school, think about what the ramifications really are. They just don’t want to pay more money. Trust me, I don’t want to pay more money, but I have to make a commitment to the community I live in,” said Felice Fishman parent of two children in the Lakota school district.

“It is very frustrating,” said Chiqui Aull, who is a parent of two in the Lakota school district. “It doesn’t make sense to vote against it because everyone who owns property in West Chester just had their property go down.

“It is sad because people moved to West Chester for Lakota because of the school system and they could end up choosing Mason or Fairfield, who just passed a levy.”

Source: http://westchesterbuzz.com/2011/11/08/lakota-levy-fails-for-third-time-since-2005/

I find it absolutely amazing that all those statements from people who seem intelligent are all taken straight out of the union playbook of prepared emotional statements intended to manipulate the public, just like the unions did with Issue 2. As my wife and I finished up our golf game I wondered if those people even knew that they were “programmed” to believe such things. Probably not, their static patterns are so intrinsic to their state of consciousness that they utter things from their mouths which are not their own, which they’ve simply heard from someone else. They are unknowing foot soldiers to tyranny, a system that uses our kids, and our community in service of a larger system, an organism onto itself called unionized labor.

By gaining the extra point this time it disrupts this union plan created by the OEA and maintained by the OSBA in Columbus, with smiles of course, which uses incremental cuts to services in order to extort more tax money from property owners, and the residents of Lakota stood up for themselves, and that is good to see. To the parents who are in fact the selfish ones in this matter because they allow union radicalism to cloud their thinking, and have their entire focus on their little child within the bubble of public education, they fail to see the bigger picture. They forget that there are other elements to a community that make it great, with Lakota just being one element.

To paint the picture let me direct your attention to the spread sheet shown here which will give you some idea what a good friend of mine who owns nine local businesses ranging in value from $1 million each to $1.5 million pays in taxes. On Election Day he is already paying a substantial amount of money in taxes not only for his personal residence, but for his business properties listed in the spreadsheet. If the Lakota Levy had passed, he would owe roughly an additional $72,413.79 in taxes because commercial property is assessed at the same amount as residential property. Many of the parents, teachers and administrators who have large sums of money dumped in their lap because they work in the public sector and are accustomed to making 43.4% more than the rest of us, simply don’t fathom what that means, because they live in a bubble of their own reality. They would be inclined to say that my friend is wealthy, so he should “pay his fair share.” I can tell you what my friend says, “Why should I locate a business in Butler County if they are just going steal my money.” Short-sighted parents who only care for their little children don’t understand that it is the excellent commercial development along with the residential development that makes a community great, and the Lakota District is a reflection of that balance, not the creation of it.

People move to Lakota for the schools as one factor, but other factors include highway proximity, job creation, entertainment options, and tax rates. When tax rates are high, commercial property moves elsewhere and parents who have their kids raised sell their homes and leave to avoid the high taxes. That is the essence of the problem that all those people pictured in that party picture simply don’t comprehend. Those Move Forward supporters don’t see it because they are in an education bubble that we fund, and have lost touch with reality.

That is why the No Lakota Levy says that before there is ever another levy attempt that the administration at Lakota should sit down with the teachers union (LEA) and require them to bring their compensation costs into the range of the approved budget. That’s what the election was all about, what is the “approved budget.” This community is not in the mood for the silly union games of extortion, of inconvenience in order to force higher taxes. It is the responsibility of the employees of the Lakota School District to maintain the high level of service we expect. And we expect our management to control the costs. Not for the costs to control management! If there are members of the LEA who don’t want to comply with this fact, then look for a job in a different district and see if they are willing to pay for the bloated salaries. Those employees could be replaced easily with more affordable and eager young professionals.

So Lakota drop the union radicalism and play ball, or we will do this again, and if you think this effort was more aggressive than last time, I’m sitting on information that will make the next time even worse. So be smart, understand your role in the community, and don’t be ridiculous in your compensation. What you do next will determine much.

Some Public Employees………SUCK: That’s why we need ISSUE 2, VOTE YES!

It’s impossible to tell at this moment what will happen with Issue 2. But one thing is clear, just as it is with the local school levies, that voters will get what they deserve depending on voter turnout. Doc Thompson of 700 WLW and I joined Matt Clark of WAAM in Ann Arbor to discuss Issue 2 and the tragic results when voters make decisions to “Keep kittens from dying.”

The poll numbers for Issue 2 had been showing a decline, but that never seemed accurate to me. Phone polling on an issue like this calling 1000 potential voters seems like an inaccurate way to gather information where so many variables are present. From some of the people who have been working the phones, they report that the issue is closer to 50/50 and this is based on up to 5000 calls. There is so much smoke that is it impossible to tell right now. Needless to say, based on what I know right now, I would be surprised if we wake up on Wednesday morning to see that we’ve lost Issue 2. Here’s why.
Late Saturday night I had an interesting exchange from a man deeply involved with the campaign. He reported that the polling going into the weekend was dead even. I asked if that was a result of wishful thinking, a way to keep the troop morale up, and he assured me that it wasn’t. Instead, he said the gaps had been closing all week and there was a new report, which approximately 30% of the union vote might turn against their position and VOTE YES.

Well, now that was an interesting turn. The reason was that the union members on the bottom of the seniority ladder are starting to realize that their jobs are in jeopardy and come February they may lose their jobs to layoffs. If Issue 2 stays intact, by the merit system they may stay employed, and it might be that senior guy who is just milking the system who loses his job. But one thing is for certain, budgets all over Ohio are about to hit a brick wall. We will lose employees in the public sector. If Issue 2 holds, we will be able to keep the good ones and let go of the bad ones. So this news about some low seniority union people breaking ranks is a new element. And it makes sense to me. If I were in their position, I would do the same.

The union empire is crumbling. Unions would have us believe that all their employees are “top notch” people, but realistically, this is far from the truth. Just in the little microcosm of the Lakota School District I know of several bad apples that I would terminate in less than a second. The only reason they are employed is due to their union contracts which protect them. When you learn that you have bad employees, you want to act. In my case I don’t want any of my money to go to a bad employee. Not giving them my hard-earned money is the cleanest form of protest I can engage in.

About 8 years ago my wife and I went through the drive-thru of McDonald’s and had a bad experience with the girl in the window handing out food. She got the order wrong and gave my wife a quarter-pounder when she wanted a fish sandwich. When we told her this she gave us a smart answer that we didn’t like so we cancelled the whole thing and went to Wendy’s instead. The girl in the window had the attitude that she was doing “US” a favor by working that day, and she was clearly off base. My wife and I did not go to a McDonald’s restaurant for the next 6 and a half years. That situation made my wife so angry that she refused to give McDonald’s any money. Such things are the measure of capitalism. If you don’t like the product, you don’t give it money. That forces the company to keep their quality ratings high if they want to survive. It’s that simple. While some may think that my wife’s reaction might be extreme, she was doing the “American” thing and that was voting with her feet. We knew that all the McDonald’s restaurants in the country didn’t deserve to pay for the actions of that one employee on that one day, but as the consumer, we didn’t deserve to be taken for granted. There are other options and we used them.

My wife and I finally went to another McDonald’s after our long hiatus while on a motorcycle run through South Carolina. About 50 miles east of Charleston there wasn’t much around and we were very hungry, sweaty, tired, and in a serious need of a break. McDonald’s and their golden arches were on the horizon and was the only restaurant at the exit. So we decided to give it a chance again, and now we are regular customers, especially when we are on the road.

With public sector employees though, you have no choice but to support them, even if you think they “suck.” And at Lakota, some of the teachers and administrators……..suck. On police forces, some of them……………suck. Some of the firefighters…………………..suck. Some of the nurses and clerical workers protected by the public sector unions like the one Diana Frey headed up and stole money from……………….they suck too. The union game………………………SUCKS. And I don’t want to support it with my money. There isn’t any reason why I shouldn’t have options, and I certainly should not be mandated to support something I don’t believe in.

It’s not my responsibility to “give” anybody a job. And politicians don’t have a right to “give” away jobs with the money I pay in taxes. Unions are against competition and competition is the only protection the consumer has against poor quality. Monopolies on the other hand breed complacency and poor quality and that’s what unions are, especially education unions.

So it is my hope on the eve of the election that enough smart people will vote with their feet, and turn against a tyrannical system. The chance is before Ohio now. We currently have Issue 2 as a law on the books. If Issue 2 holds then the day after the election, we can use it to help us control our costs. And when the layoffs come, we can make sure it’s the bad employee and not the good one that we lose.
In the end the good employee will probably have to break ranks with their unions to protect themselves, and if that does in fact happen, Wednesday will be a better day for everyone except the employees who………………suck.

As I’ve said all along, it took a lot of courage to Vote Yes for Issue 2. The question is do you have the courage to keep it?

We’ll see. All any of us can do is show up and vote, and see what is still standing when the smoke clears.

Letter from a Lakota Father: If you can’t beat the message, steal it!!!!!!!

I have watched in some surprise how the Pro Lakota Levy people either indirectly or directly attempt to shut down the message of the NO LAKOTA LEVY. Police reports have been filed, but nobody really cares that thousands of dollars in investment have been stolen from people’s property. Over the last 48 hours it’s been our big 4’X 5’ signs as seen in the pictures here that have turned up missing. Those signs are too big to put in the back of a car, it would take a truck to steal them. And they were stolen using razor blades to cut loose the ties. And it would also require the police departments who are on duty to look the other way while cars and trucks drive around in the middle of the night stealing property. After all, aren’t all these public employees united in their anger toward Issue 2, and therefore protecting each other?

It is the only logical conclusion, because it would take a lot of time and a lot of car trunks to steal that many signs, especially the big ones.

But is it a surprise………..no. While I was taking calls from all over the community by angry people who have lost their NO LAKOT LEVY signs I received this note from the father I mentioned in a previous, heartbreaking article. You can review that situation at this link.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/31/sex-at-lakota-schools-i-just-want-to-see-justice-said-the-husband/

The reason they have to steal the signs is because they cannot argue the message on the signs. It was reported in the Cincinnati Enquirer just today that even after 12 million dollars cut, Lakota topped every district in Cincinnati in academic achievement, and they did it without a superintendent. They know this levy is about one thing………..CONTRACT COSTS! They are protecting their incomes at our expense, so they seek to shut down the message. That’s what they did to the man who wrote the letter below, which I include here without any editorial measure on my part. I wonder how many just like him are out there in Lakota who are in a similar situation. We’ll never know, because just like the sign theft that is going on, the school pushed this story under the rug as well.

The author of this letter, we’ll call him “FINAO” wanted me to post this to share with others. It is his recommendation of how you should vote for the Lakota Levy and the school board members. When reading the letter and thinking about what kind of pain this guy is talking about consider that bad things go on in big programs, Ohio State comes to mind, and Penn State most recently. When a person comes forward and asks for help, they should get it, and not be shoved under the rug. Bad things happen when the rug gets too full, and I would argue that the rug at Lakota is getting pretty full. Under that rug you’ll find lots of stuff, including our signs.  (THE PICTUES INCLUDED WITH THE LETTER ARE WHAT’S LEFT OF OUR SIGNS SHOWN ABOVE)

____________________________________________________________________

The end of one journey and beginning of another

I have always made it a point after a long journey whether it was business or personal to reflect back on my actions and decisions to simply learn and become a better person.

I soon realized that in order for our story to be felt as real and for all to understand I would have to put a face on it filled with an objective but emotional approach. But it would have to be done in a way to protect the confidentiality and emotions of my family. So here I am today.

The story about individual behaviors and personal agendas shared with you over the past few days in this blog are real and our story will be told again, by someone else, if changes are not made. The emotions of pain, frustration and disappointment were real and were caused while attempting to seek the truth. But there was a satisfaction knowing that my story was kept by me within the confines of the Lakota schools not only to protect its integrity but allowing those responsible to hear my story, justify their decisions and make the changes necessary to do what was right. Do what was right for the Lakota schools, its students, families and ultimately its taxpayers. In most cases I was met with silence, an action I can reassure you was not comforting.

When I reached the end of my resources at Lakota I came to a crossroads. I could move on knowing that I defended my family and feel blessed that I met one good person along the way, Ron Spurlock, who was the only one who ever said” I understand because I am a parent”. Or I could search for that one last person that would allow me to accomplish the only goal I had: Tell my story and help me understand and come to terms with whether decisions made were made in the best interest of my family and the Lakota schools.

To do that I would need to find someone who is committed to their cause. Whether I agreed with their cause was not important as long as they were objective, fair and understanding while I told my story written with facts. I found that person in Rich Hoffman.

Until I met Rich Hoffman I had never spoke with him or even read his blog but if I listened to what people around me were saying we would have never met and that would have been a loss for more than just my family.

But we did and I watched as his skepticism turned into concern and I knew then I found the right person. It is important to note that upon leaving I gave him no expectations and/or demands just simply thanked him for giving me closure on this journey. I said if he believed in my story simply do what was right for all of Lakota as long as he protected my family; because I have been there once before and will never go there again.

For me to name names at this time would be counterproductive because the individuals responsible for our years of pain and frustration know who they are. And if they are able to lay their head on their pillow at night believing they did the right thing for my family and Lakota then so be it. I am proud of my family for facing our issues and making the necessary changes to be stronger then we have ever been. Our daughter is growing emotionally and showing us what we knew she was always capable of doing.

I close with this simple advice:

Before you vote for your board candidates make sure you know who they are, what they represent and more importantly memorize or write down their promises and/or commitments. There may be a time, in your right as a taxpayer, to question them if their decisions fall outside that. Be comfortable that they will make positive changes and uphold the accountability of others along the way.

And finally the levy is not as simple as yes or no. Understand the facts on both sides making sure they were presented in an objective way; the only emotion shown was in their belief of such facts. Be comfortable that those making financial and educational decisions do so with your family in mind along with the students and taxpayers of the Lakota schools.

I learned from one of my life’s mentors that a mistake is not bad unless you refuse to acknowledge it and learn from it for the betterment of those around you. I know from experience our satisfaction and growth will someday be well worth the journey. Thanks for listening and be strong.

The Black Holes of Public Education: Lakota, Cincinnati Public and Lebanon all have them!

Yes…………………a BLACK HOLE! That is what is threatening to suck the life out of every community in Ohio who has a public school in it. Forces of massive gravity that not even light can escape! They suck up the money of communities with a ferocity unmatched in the UNIVERSE!!!!! The Black Hole swirls around in the blackness of space and consumes everything that it comes across in a never-ending thirst to annihilate. Lakota has one, Lebanon has one, Fairfield has one, Cincinnati Public has a BIG ONE, Mt Healthy, West Clermont and many others have Black Holes in their districts which are consuming the wealth of those districts in a never-ending quest for funding that will never end.

Harsh? Not enough I’m afraid, for the fiscal discipline of public schools in Ohio is currently a joke that nobody is laughing at. In Cincinnati 11 districts are looking for money to sustain a system that is 50 years out of date, not even close to being the best in the world, and seems to only serve the “Education Class,” a breed of pretentious human beings who look to Europe for guidance in a quest for safety and compliance. The “Education Class” like the “Political Class” is a group of fellow human beings dedicated to THE BLACK HOLE. They worship it like a God and will sacrifice all who come before them to the hunger of that perpetual starvation. Doc Thompson of 700 WLW and I discuss public schools, especially the sinister situation at Lakota along with Issue 2, a proposed fix to the Black Holes of our public education system.

One of the most daunting revelations that were unveiled when the finance reports came out prior to the 2011 elections was that the Lakota School System had spent over $12K on consulting firms. I learned that Lebanon and several other districts also spent similar money on some of these same consultants which prompted my mind into an investigation, which can be seen at this link. Now, as Doc and I discussed, the schools themselves do not take money out of their treasury to pay for this behavior. But the network that the taxpayers do provide serves to furnish the funding ran by the “education class” to raise the money for these consultants.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/11/04/lakota-spent-26180-50-to-purchase-votes-paul-bunyan-is-still-swingging-the-axe/

A friend of mine who used to be a school board member…….at Lakota…..explained to me how the game works, which you dear reader might find interesting. One of the groups the Pro Levy Lakota people hired to provide consultation was Effron and Associates. It should be noted that the new superintendent of Lakota, Karen Mantia retired from the Sycamore School District.

“Effron and Associates is owned by a former teacher from the Sycamore School District. When Bill Sears left Lebanon he was quoted in the paper saying that he would be joining Effron and Associates as a consultant. Bill Sears used to work with Roger Effron at Sycamore. Bill’s wife is/was a teacher at Lakota, his son was bumped up to principal in the Mason School District. A principal from Mason was sent to Lebanon, Ian Frank. See how they all take care of each other.

Bill Sears was also given a nice fat position at Little Miami. He was also named as a consultant to Voorhis and Assoc. in Mason. Coincidentally they did the architectural arrangements for the new Lebanon schools. Voorhis did contribute to levy campaigns in Lebanon. I found it interesting that Mr. Sears was such an expert and yet left Lebanon with the district’s books in a mess. $5 million misappropriated etc etc. That is another story.

This is how the school business operates. You really don’t have to be accountable. You don’t really have to be good at your job. You just have to know the right people and move on when things get a little too ‘hot.’”

To confirm what we already know if you read this site often, this “moving on” when things get too “HOT” is exactly what Lakota did to a teacher recently when he was caught using one of his students to have sex with the parent of that child. He was simply moved from one high school to the other at Lakota. You can see more of that story here, in case you missed it:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/31/sex-at-lakota-schools-i-just-want-to-see-justice-said-the-husband/

This activity certainly isn’t limited to this cast of characters. It’s actually widespread, and anyone who gives this “Education Class” more money to perpetuate this type of behavior is endorsing it openly. And the value of the money you spend on them is the same as tossing it into a Black Hole in the vast reaches of space only to be crushed beyond recognition within the intense gravity of a singularity.

Left unchecked the black hole of public schools will devour everything given to them. EVERYTHING! They do manage to appear colorful and inviting from a distance, but once you get too close, time, perspective, logic and all value are warped into an abyss from which there is no escape.

Well, escape may actually be a relative term when it comes to school funding. Because after all, we know that if matter exists that it can’t just disappear into nothing. So what happens when we toss matter into a black hole, where does it go? Well, the rationalization can really only be explained in quantum mechanics and the theory of the multi-verse. Based on what I have seen of the education funding consumed by the “education class” I believe they don’t actually live in the same world as the rest of us, but instead reside in the 11th dimension.

In the 11th dimension they in the “education class” are living by completely different rules, so logic cannot even be remotely applied to their actions. They exist for themselves and they require the massive destruction of all our terrestrial resources to fuel their existence in a dimension that is so compressed into an infinite smallness that we cannot even detect their presence, except for the black holes which sustain them.

Relative to us however, the black holes of public education are parasites of destruction that will consume the entire universe if allowed without any guilt of its expenditure. So we would be wise to avoid those black holes and starve them out of existence for our own protection. Because in sustaining them all we really do is endorse their own personal version of hell of which our loved ones are captive, and the futures of our children are shackled like slaves to the demons of tyranny while the madness that governs the “education class” attempts to consume us all!

Like Doc Thompson pointed out, the multiple levy attempts, the public education black holes do have a purpose. They do fuel the economy. The consulting firms they hire in their network of thieves spend money on movies, restaurants, alcohol, and other consumables, and that does have value. The difficulty is that while doing so they stop at nothing on an endless desire to consume, and consume, and consume until there is nothing else left for us to give, until we are pulled into the hole ourselves only to be crushed and consumed as their fodder.

Vote NO on all school levies in Ohio. Starve the “education class” out of the 11th dimension and force them into our world so we can deal with them squarely, with equitable benefit. For our own survival we must make them come to us, because if we go to them as we have in the past, we only have a crushing destruction awaiting us at the singularity of the black hole. That crushing singularity is called DEBT!

Before we part ways here on these pages of justice the question must be answered, who are these perpetrators of the “education class,” the vile beings themselves who are simply legalized looters who are embedded into these black holes and reside at the singularities with their mouths open. Meet them here:

Join in the fight against these sinister BLACK HOLES which threaten to consume our schools and communities with them!  Check out these websites and friends of this site to find out how:

Lakota Spent $26,180.50 to Purchase Votes: Paul Bunyan is still swinging the axe!

When I was a kid, which wasn’t that long ago, but by measure of social value seems like an eternity, cartoons like the one below from Walt Disney created for me positive static patterns that even to this day fill my mind with value. The cartoon is part two of Paul Bunyan and the song was so catchy that I still find myself humming it while I work.

The metaphor of Paul Bunyan facing off against progress is a common theme of tradition versus progress. And the mood of the people who idolized Paul at the end of that competition which begins about 3 minutes into the video is also the standard reaction. You would think that the crowd would be happy to see a chain saw beat the efforts of man, but that is not the case. At heart, people appreciate the effort of muscle over the might of the machine any day.

For more about Paul Bunyan here he is on Wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Bunyan

Well, times have changed since then. I can remember cartoons like that came on every Sunday evening at 7 pm. My family would order Chester’s Pizza and I’d watch the Wonderful World of Disney with my family while eating that great tasting pizza. And like Paul Bunyan I see that we are facing a new machine that may seem more useful, but lacks heart. That new machine is the education institution.

Today a company like Disney could never make a feature like Paul Bunyan. After all, it would upset the “greenie winnies,” the hippies, the soft minded progressives to see such massive deforestation. In fact, there would probably be a law suit against the producers of the cartoon itself for promoting such irresponsible global behavior in a cartoon intended for children.

The values shown in Paul Bunyan are the same basic values that America had experienced for most of its young life and are most likely the thoughts of mankind for as long as they drew breath in their lungs. But this new idea of progressivism, of mechanical progress that has infected our society has come to us through our schools, because that is after all, where we all learn some of our most basic static patterns.

For those who wonder why I spend so much time writing and why I’m not attempting to become a politician of some kind it is from this basic idea of Paul Bunyan. I do not like the invention of the chain saw if it destroys the heart of the human race. Even if it’s faster, the cost of that speed is a loss of heart that is critical to the American social fabric. Since that cartoon was made writers like Saul Alinsky have created a culture of lost, mechanical educators. Using The Delphi Technique and other consensus building strategies Alinsky has helped create a civilization of educators, and education supporters who have become extravagance blind. I have decided to spend my effort at undoing that blindness created by the work of Alinsky and many others so that people can once again see light. For me, the way to do that is through art, the door used to give mechanical progressivism to us in the first place from enemies of intuition. If you don’t believe me, look at the publication dates from the NEA’s recommended reading list for educators. You will find that they are a shallow bunch historically speaking, and have long forgotten the merits of Paul Bunyan and his great Blue Ox Babe.

And for a review of The Delphi Technique you can see what it is and how it works here:
https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/12/29/the-delphi-technique-how-it-works/

This new age of educators who are creating the static patterns of our youth seem to have no grip on reality since they have become radicalized by that NEA reading list. Their motto for living is “have money, will spend,” which should have been the logo of the levy attempt at Lakota in the year of 2011. Of the Move Forward levy campaign’s total contributions, it has spent $26,180.50 to help them win a vote toward passage. It currently has a balance on hand of $15,862.40. Included in the expenditures were: Roger Effron and Associates ($2,500; consultant fee); U.S. Postmaster ($2,000; bulk mailing); Patriot Signage ($3,905; yard signs); and Triad Research Group Inc. ($9,750; community attitude survey).
Here are the two Consulting houses the Pro-Levy group spent $12,250.

http://www.effronassociates.com/districts.asp

http://www.triad-research.com/research-examples.asp

When I first saw this I was shocked that Lakota had spent so much money on consultants. I actually find that insulting, because if you have a look at what those consultants do, they exist to pass levy attempts in various degrees. Their primary function is to advise school districts how to take more tax money from the public. To me, they are no different than the chain saw in the Paul Bunyan story. They may be efficient, but they attempt to break down society into groups of “sheeple” (sheep people) so they can be accurately controlled, and that makes them social villains.

On the No Lakota Levy we of course wanted to spend the least amount of money possible, because our goal is to not pay more money than we need to, not in taxes, and not in fighting them. So we kept our campaign spending tight. I couldn’t imagine hiring a consultant to advise us on how to properly manipulate the public. $12,250 on just consultants! That must be where the whole “Move Forward” campaign slogan came from. Most of the people I spoke with thought it was the name of a candidate and wasn’t even attached to Lakota in any way. But then again, maybe we are all like the loggers in Paul Bunyan who are thinking with common sense and this new political machine of the education institution understands how to manipulate the “sheeple” properly, enough to get their votes and extort more taxes from us, and the “Move Forward” slogan is some kind of secret language designed within the static patterns of collectivism to induce a YES vote. They should understand how to manipulate those sectors of the population; after all, they helped create them. These education fanatics don’t sit down with their families and watch The Wonderful World of Disney with their children over pizza. The kids eat in one room and watch Nickelodeon while the parents check their Facebook pages from their computers in another, and the static patterns are largely created by the schools because everyone else is too busy. It’s a different world and the consultants are targeting enough of those people to win.

I have a good idea how Lakota was able to raise so much money. At the link below is the kind of donations Lakota had last year, much of it coming from the teachers union and the PTA groups.
https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/10/28/how-much-has-lakota-spent-on-passing-the-levy/

Without question the consultants instructed Lakota that by lowering the tax amount, cutting busing and changing the message to force the electorate to look into the future, not on any problems of the past, that their key demographic numbers were intact to win the levy. On the backs of such advice Lakota placed this levy on the ballot, and insiders have informed us that if it doesn’t pass then Lakota is talking about a February emergency levy to try again just three months from now. The demographic information provided by these consultants has given Lakota the ammunition it needs to take the money they believe they deserve by simply wearing down their opposition.

Well, unlike Paul Bunyan, I won’t be walking off into the north to hide from the effects of the machine. Eventually the machine will run out of gas, and unlike the human spirit, the machine requires a human being to fill it again. The human being can fill themselves and that is why the human being will always beat a machine in the end. Lakota has placed its trust not in human ingenuity, but in the mechanics of institutional efficiency, and ultimately that is why their eyes are so full of dollar signs, because money fuels their machine. And the goal of that machine is not to create static patterns in our youth to think like Paul Bunyan, but like a herd of sheep to be harvested for the use of that mechanical beast lost to its own humanity. The battle over the Lakota Levy is not just about raising money for a school that has spent its way into a crises due to their lack of management, but a fight between mankind and the machine of institutionalism, between Paul Bunyan and the chain saw. The consultants believe that the No Votes won’t show up and vote, so they have created a mechanical message to charge their base which is lost to the rest of us, because it’s not a message for the entire district. Just for those “sheeple” who are a part of that institutional instruction of which Saul Alinsky is the prophet.

If you want to stop the machine, you better not stay home on election night, because the machine is betting that you will out of frustration due to a perpetual tenacity that is programmed to never quit……………..until it runs out of gas (MONEY).

Standing Against the Raging Water: The current isn’t always right

Halloween of 2011 for me was a day of rebirth instead of mocking death with the typical rituals of that pagan holiday. My sister brought twins into the world so a good part of my day was spent at the hospital. However, over the weekend the No Lakota Levy had lost between 500 to 700 signs and Channel 19 was covering the story where Tiffany was kind enough to see me at the hospital as the twins were born to discuss the missing signs. You can see that report at this link.

http://www.fox19.com/story/15919829/no-lakota-campaign-reports-missing-signs

As I thought about the signs I didn’t want to say on camera that I thought that it was radical elements of the Move Forward Campaign, the PTA groups, the leftist teachers, the students whipped up into anger by their teachers in class, which had stolen the signs or vandalized them into the wrecks seen in the Channel 19 report. What gives me the right to make that assertion………..experience.

I know that there are many things within the Lakota School District that are actually quite sinister. This could be said for any large organization. But just because this is the typical case, it is certainly not an endorsement. A story that came to me on the wings of a little bird that spoke to me on a recent fall day uttered a chirping dialog of severe concern regarding high level administrator’s behavior at Lakota East when parents tried to find alternatives to the funding problems that faced the school last year after the levy defeat. The little bird told me what I had always suspected, that the administration at Lakota is much more concerned with passing school levies, obtaining additional money for their inflated contracts than the actual health of the district.

The little bird said, “Many of us parents were trying to save the band program from severe cuts by having a fund raiser, where we could have covered all the costs for that extracurricular activity. We wanted to pay for it ourselves but were told we weren’t allowed.”

“Why,” I asked.

“Because we were told that the band was an emotional issue that the public enjoyed, and that if the public didn’t pass the levy, it would be taken away until they did pass a levy.”

“Are you serious,” I said.

“Yes. It was a very frustrating situation.”

What that means is that administrators would not allow the help of these parents to save their extracurricular program with efforts of their own because the school wanted to cut those programs as punishment for not passing the levy. For those of you, who have any doubt that the busing was removed as a purely extortive tactic, doubt no longer? Lakota and every other public school even though they do it with a smile on their faces are radical organizations that participate in behavior that we’d find appealing if it came from a thief, or a mugger. But since it comes from a school, we put blinders on to and forget about the behavior.

As I stepped away from the birth of my new niece and nephew to give the Channel 19 interview, a long time family friend that I have known since she was a very little girl stated, “Why is he doing this?” You see, most of my family is not with me on my beliefs of saying no to school levies, and they absolutely do not agree with me on Issue 2 which I am 100% for. The reason is in my family there are teachers, superintendents, professional students, policeman, nurses and city workers who are unionized. I come from a family that started its roots at Fisher Body in Hamilton and my best friend growing up had parents where the mother was a Lakota teacher, and the dad worked at the Norwood GM plant. My family and I haven’t spoke much since all this started and that’s part of the price for taking a position like this. This is why people tend not to take firm positions, because they will often not do the right thing because in doing the right thing it may affect a loved one. So when I stepped out to speak with Tiffany, of leaving my wife in the waiting room to defend me, the obvious question on everyone’s mind was, “Why is he doing this, and can’t it wait till tomorrow? Why is he doing it while the babies are being born? Does he want to tarnish their first hours with this rebellious diatribe of his?”

The long time family friend said to my wife after I left, “I hope the levy passes because I’m tired of having to drive my kids to school. It’s really hard on me.”

“But don’t you see that’s why they are doing it,” My wife said.

But the long time family friend didn’t care. She just became flustered and turned her attention to the rest of my family who agreed with her. After all, a Friends television rerun was coming up later, and that was far more important. The emotions of the moment were supposed to be focused on the children being born exclusively.

When I came back up from my interview, I wasn’t surprised to learn about the transaction. In my world all things have to be done at the same time. The joy of new family arrivals must receive the proper ceremony, but the battles outside in the world do not stop. All tasks must be achieved simultaneously. But it is just such a sentiment that these schools use as extortion against family friends like the one mentioned. She’s a sweet girl, and the only fault she exhibits is a blissful ignorance. If this were the Matrix movie, she metaphorically speaking has taken the “blue pill.” She doesn’t want to see or question the deeper meaning of anything, and people like her will always be victims of extortion by some political power.

I mention all this so that you can know that I have no respect for those of you who say, I will vote for the school levy because my wife is a school teacher. Or because my father is a superintendent, or any other title in public education, and the same holds true for cops and firefighters over Issue 2. Your vote should not be dictated by what some family member does. It should be based on what you know to be right in your heart, even if everyone you know and care about plead with you to do otherwise for their own personal comfort.

Life is not about being comfortable. It’s about actually living and doing your best to do the right thing. The right thing is not to jump off a cliff just because everyone else does. Sometimes, everyone IS wrong and you may be the only voice of reason. And if you don’t let that voice be heard, then you did wrong. They may not listen, but it won’t be because you didn’t try.

So have a little respect for yourself, and don’t let yourself get pushed around, even if your family members tell you that it’s acceptable. IT’S NOT! If they choose to swallow the blue pill, fine. But don’t participate in open extortion and expect to look in the mirror and respect yourself. Sure, you may have the support of your family, but that’s not enough. Because ultimately, you have to feel right about what you do inside and they can’t give that to you. The terms of living must be met by the individual, not a collective sum. Believe me; I am speaking from extensive experience.
