Old Men Wondering What Happened: The Payday of The Great Society

Even though I am still angry over the coverage by the two guys in the video below, and their involvement in repealing Issue 2 in Ohio, I couldn’t help but be a bit touched by these two men who are both in their 60’s and are wondering now in 2012 what happened to America. What happened to the Great Society of Lynden B. Johnston and the dreams of John F. Kennedy? What happened to the America of the late 50’s and 60’s when Bill Cunningham of 700 WLW and Sheriff Jones of Butler County where just starting out in their adulthoods? Where are the promises? Where are the benefits? What happened to America? Listen to their very heartfelt discussion here.

Millions upon millions of college graduates are discovering that they were lied to. In the early 1990’s when Ross Perot was declaring that there would be a “giant sucking sound” when NFTA was signed is the America we are currently in. Taxes and regulations have pushed businesses to other countries. America has been positioned by several globalists’ presidents starting with George Bush Sr., then Bill Clinton, then George Bush Jr., and now Obama to pull America into a world ruled by the U.N., and that has taken away the paper factories in Hamilton, that Sheriff Jones was talking about. The unions killed the automotive industry too, which also used to be in Hamilton. In fact, most of the technical jobs that America used to be good at are gone, now overseas while the foolish government schools encouraged an entire generation represented by Cunningham and Jones to become doctors, lawyers, and politicians.

And America shows what a country made up of lawyers looks like as litigation is at an all time high. There are so many doctors that they’ve had to invent diseases to convince people to use their services. And politics is a travesty upon the American philosophy and for all practical purposes is a complete joke that has no respect of the people the politicians represent. Greedy professors at universities have demanded higher and higher wages, many of them making over six figures and for doing what? Then to pay for these dangerous, ideological academics, public colleges have had to increase their tuition rates to extraordinary amounts breaking the back of the parents who just want to send their kids to the colleges to get a decent education. But that’s not what’s happening. All the creation jobs are moving overseas, America only has service jobs to offer these students coming out of high school and college, and those service jobs do not pay what the kids were promised when they racked up a $100K tuition bill.

The Great Society of the LBJ’s and FDR’s were an incomprehensible failure and the results are pouring in. Only one generation of that Great Society did well with the inventions against the Constitution that those Presidents engaged in to deliver our society to the circumstance it is currently in. The jobs are gone because the looters and lawyers drove them away. The high expectations of all the college graduates who want their own office in a plush environment, and end up in a cubical working for yet another financial firm selling 401 K plans that are virtually worthless in a market controlled by socialist tendencies, have proven irrefutably catastrophic. There are not enough skilled workers now who know how to weld, how to turn a wrench, or to tap a bolt. America let The Great Society and the liberal teachers of government education to teach our young to not change their own oil in their cars, to not put roofs on their homes, or even fix a dishwasher. We have an entire generation of young people who don’t even know what to do with a hand tool. In fact, it’s considered fashionable to not know how to handle a hammer, or drive home a nail. We have social engineering in public education to thank for that. Young people are more interested in their sexual orientation rather than being concerned about developing an actual skill they can use.

I was working with group of engineers the other day, young people right out of college and we were pulling a threaded bushing out of a tooled surface. The thing had wedged in place and could not be removed with any idea passed around the group. I approached and wondered what the holdup was and they told me of their dilemma. I pulled out my Leatherman tool off my belt and grabbed hold of the bushing after tapping it a few times with a brass hammer, and twisted in increments with a technique I learned years ago in a machine shop. The bushing came loose and the young engineers were looking at the Leatherman like I held some thunderbolt from the heavens. They were utterly perplexed at how easy it was to remove the bushing.

That is why America is failing. Kids have learned all the wrong things. Their values are wrong. Their intentions are wrong. And their ability to adapt is severally handicapped with an education given to them by the same greenie weenies who wish for America to become just another state in the United Nations. America has been robbed of its wealth in money, technology and business. But it has also been robbed of its common sense, and has trained its youth to be service oriented instead of skilled. Sadly those things happened to America on the watch of the two guys speaking above. Their conversation is like the many thousands of similar conversations going on all over the country right now among the same demographic age group, they are asking, “What went wrong. Why didn’t we see this coming?”

The generation of The Great Society didn’t see it coming for the same reasons that we go to a magic show and try and figure out the illusions. The Great Society was intended to deceive and so it did. But the cost of the illusion was not a simple ticket to a show. It was our country, our economy, and our very souls. We have been lied to, and now it hurts to realize it.

I look angrily at this group of people who voted for and supported this Great Society, because they left my generation with a mess to clean up. We have to be the bad guys who must point out all the faults of those foolish presidents who gave away what wasn’t theirs and made promises they weren’t equipped to keep. And people will suffer as a result. Young people will not have the jobs they expected. Going to school will not guarantee a good and stable life where everything that breaks can be hired out to a specialist. Tomorrow’s American will have to be more like the American’s who built the country. They’ll fix their own cars and dishwashers. They’ll grow their own food. They may even make their own cloths. Because the lie of the Great Society that promised a utopia for all the unskilled to gain through academics a respect that would carry them through life has come up for payment, and the debt will prove painful.

America can and will be good again, but not until the young engineers, the grocery store clerk, the banker, and the waitress can learn to use a Leatherman tool to fix a simple problem. It is not in the education and transformation into an academic that makes America strong. It was, and will always be, the ability of the American mind to figure out the solution to problems that leave the overly educated academic reeling for weeks, because their minds were destroyed by the illusions of The Great Society. In the meantime, the old men will ponder what changed in the years gone by, and will feign astonishment at the circumstances of modern America. But the solutions will not be in more of The Great Society, but much less of it, so that individualism can return to the theater of American ingenuity and the skilled hands that manipulate a Leatherman.

A CURE FOR CANCER: So why does the FDA want to kill us?

I do not go to the doctor except when I have tissue repair that is beyond the ability of superglue, or there are internal structural problems. I never go to the doctor for a sickness; I require my body to heal on its own, to work out the puzzle and rally to defend it from diseases. I do not take drugs. I consider pharmaceuticals to be welfare for the body. It makes the body weak and dependent on assistance just as it does for whole groups of people. Drugs make the body a slave just as welfare makes people slaves to government. My love of freedom does not just exist as a political philosophy, but is dominate in my personal philosophy as well. I do not trust medicine, or doctors for the same reasons I don’t trust politicians, and educators subscribing to a greenie weenie philosophy. And I do not trust the government divisions like the FDA, the EPA, the Department of Education, et cetera because they are simply monopolies who control the free exchange of ideas to protect the empires they build. Anyone who knows anything about lobbies in Washington knows that the pharmaceutical lobby is one of the most powerful lobbies on Capital Hill.

The Food and Drug Administration was created obviously with good intentions, as all ideas are, but the trouble is like the EPA, they are a monopoly with too much power, and this makes them corrupt since lobby power bypasses the checks and balances of our Republic and causes those government agencies to act against the American people instead of protecting it, as they were intended. As it stands now the FDA is a corrupt organization that is standing in the way of free enterprise, which can bring to the world new developments in science to greatly improve the health of all people, but instead serve to advance a political agenda that is set by lobbyists. At the FDA, it is controlled completely by the pharmaceutical lobby which desires for people to become sick just enough to become addicted to the drugs they manufacture. Pharmaceutical companies desire for people to become sick, so they can profit off of a prolonged death. They stand very much against any medical techniques that sponsor regenerative growth, reversed aging, and elimination of cancer, because those pharmaceutical companies are using the FDA as their personal arm of authority to crush competition before they ever get off the ground. To get a taste of just how bad the situation is, have a look at this video.

To the reader who thinks this proclamation is too far into the realm of conspiracy, I bring to your mind the situation of Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski who has developed a cancer fighting method called Antineoplastons which has successfully treated cancer patients of some of the most incurable forms of terminal cancer without chemotherapy or destructive surgeries. His methods have shielded his patients from becoming addicted to drugs for the remainder of their lives. That’s a wonderful discovery—right? Well, if you’re the FDA and you want to maintain the monopoly that pharmaceuticals have over society, then Dr. Burzynski is your enemy. That is why even though Dr. Burzynski saved many lives and cured them of their terminal cancers, the FDA attacked him with 4 Federal Grand Jury trials over a decade attempting to indict Dr. Burzynski to stop his practice of healing patients using Antineoplastons.

In 1995 a fifth relentless Grand Jury attempt by the FDA finally indicted Dr. Burzynski resulting in two federal trials with two sets of jurors pursuing a maximum sentence of 290 years in prison and $18.5 million dollars in fines. Both sets of jurors in the end found Burzynski not guilty of any wrongdoing. Burzynski has prevailed and has now completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and is beginning the final phase testing. To help cover the $300 million dollar cost of funding the final phase of qualification Burzynski put out a film called Burzynski, The Movie. It covers the 14 year journey of Dr. Burzynski and his patients to bring to the market of free enterprise a cancer fighting technique that will save millions, upon millions of lives. But anyone can see how difficult the FDA made if for a Dr. in the medical field who had a slam dunk method of solving much of the worlds major health concerns, to not only prevent Antineoplastons from becoming a legitimate medical option, but to put Burzynski in jail for the rest of his life so the good doctor would not be a threat to the pharmaceutical lobby who wanted to protect their empire.

To understand how evil the FDA is behaving in the Burzynski situation, or the deliberate restriction of energy methods used by the EPA, or the ATF, or the Department of Education, the labor unions, virtually every government organization who seeks to protect their jobs with constant harassment of new ideas I can report a lunch conversation I had just the other day with a group of people who work for the defense industry, and are hoping for a war with Iran. These men I had lunch with weren’t bad men. In fact, I’d call some of them distant friends. However, the desire to inject into their lives a secure government contract was the dominate thought on their minds. They like everyone else worry about bringing home money to their families and having a good life. So they wish for war with Iran to keep money pouring into the defense of the United States. This is why the super secrete Skull and Bones society at Yale has WAR as it’s mantra, and why many of the wealthy friends of these people invest their money in defense oriented businesses. War gives governments reasons to make new laws, and spend money on government employees and technology. War is good for the defense economy. And just the same, sick people are good for pharmaceutical business. People who have cancer are good for the millions of nurses, doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, grocery stores who sell drugs, the countless American employees who work in the industry of maintaining a gradual slow death of American citizens. They do it because they wish to stay employed, not for the ultimate goal of restoring life.

Human beings because they are essentially selfish creatures do not think of the mangled bodies war causes. They only want a pay check so they can live. And the people who work in the business of pharmaceutical companies do not consider that their drugs are slowly killing millions. They simply want to make a living, and the FDA is there to protect those jobs from threats like “INNOVATION.”

Oh yes dear reader. You do not have to die. You do not have to be sick. You do not have to drive a car down the road at a pathetic 70 M.P.H. You do not have to attend a government school to become intelligent. You do not have to worry about Green Technology and limited power on earth. You do not have to worry about running out of money. All the problems above are issues created by government with the sole intention of maintaining their monopolies. Free enterprise has all solutions to every problem with infinite wealth building possibilities. The only reason we do not have them is because of the world’s push for socialism, which is just a way to maintain their monopolies of control. Just like the FDA going after Burzynski because the Doctor had a better method of curing cancer, the FDA and the larger congressional and presidential administrations behind those government divisions were concerned about the jobs lost if the pharmaceutical companies lost their monopoly on sickness. Because lost jobs mean lost votes, the thieves of government want the ability to continue to loot from the tax payer, so they will do anything to maintain that easy revenue, even if it means stopping the solutions to cancer to do it.

This is why I do not go to the doctor. I do not seek guidance from inferior minds who serve monopolies of death. I look to myself to solve problems and when I discover them I’m inclined to share, because I believe the world is full of infinite ideas. In fact, I write here everyday not out of fear that someone will take my words. I do not write here to make money. I can always come up with new ideas because I’m an idea factory. I do not understand the term “writers block,” I do not understand sickness. I do not understand regulation of power, because to me, everything can be solved. I do understand Dr. Burzynski, Paul Moller, (referred to in the linked article) and many like these men who have the ability to think outside the box and bring society a never-ending supply of whatever it desires. And when we run out of room on earth for all the people, we can take our act into space, to the moon, to Mars and maybe even Keplar 22. The only reason your loved one must die is to fulfill the prophecy of the looters in government who are so short-sighted that they cannot see the forest for the trees. Death, war, sickness, and scientific limitations will always permeate our lives with darkness and evil, so long as the restricted minds of thought and imagination rule as thieves in government.

Men like Dr. Burzynski are the men of the overman, and should be the ones who set the pace for all that humanity requires without the restriction of the looter to waste their time and energy with the troubles of the mediocre. It is those like Burzynski who carry atlas on their backs as the government looters of the FDA, EPA, DOE, DOT, Congress, The Senate, The White House and all others clamor on to be carried about by the sheer strength of the overman, yet offer nothing to help but the burden of their weight.

The difference between the two modes of thinking, the looter and the overman, are simply ones of philosophy. The looter looks for collective salvation even if death is the cost. They see themselves as but a cell on the planet earth. The overman sees no problem that does not have a solution, and the universe is their playground. The earth is just one planet out of millions, and to restrict the mind to one small planet in the scheme of the universe is a foolish notion that is a quantum neglect, just as is cancer and the sicknesses that kill for no reason but the maintenance of a feeble empire.

A more extensive examination of the behavior shown by the FDA against Dr. Burzynski I believe has a greater revelation behind simple short-sightedness displayed in the microcosm of reality. Because in the macrocosm, I believe the many thousands of employees and lobbyists who act as cells in the arm of government known as the FDA attached to the body of government called America are more out of jealously than anything, for they identify at a primal level with the correct assumption that the FDA are very much like the cancer cell who lives by killing the health of a good cell. This is what comes to my mind as Obama rejects the Keystone Pipeline in spite of the wealth it would bring to North America by way of energy. The goal of the cancer cell is to kill, to destroy everything in its way till the body dies. And the FDA knows that they are a cancer cell to the medical industry and the wealth of the nation, and they sought to combat Dr. Burzynski in defense of their own in the cancer cells that would be killed in the treatment of Burzynski’s cancer fighting cures. The FDA sought to kill off the good Doctor before the Doctor killed off their friends.

Lucky for us they failed………………

A Window without Glass: Jean Schmidt and lobbying on K-Street

WARNING–WARNING…………..I need a few hours of your time. Be sure to read this through, then watch every video completely. I know it’s a lot………..but it’s for your own good.

The House Ethics Committee in Congress is a scrub organization designed to white wash the sins committed by members of congress for the goal of keeping corruption flowing in full force. The corruption comes from lobbyists on K-Street which everyone in Washington know about, and seek to protect their access to the tree of fraud that has been made out of our body of government in all three branches. When we speak of members of political influence we often term things in the political right and left categories. But to me, many politicians even on the perceived political right are way far to the left of me, and such people are those like Jean Schmidt, who is a Republican, but is reported to be one of the 14 most corrupt members of congress there is, which is quite a statement. When I hear the list of wrongdoing Finney named off involving Congresswoman Schmidt I can’t help but think about how broken the entire system is, because Schmidt is labeled a political conservative, she frequently attends Tea Party events, and puts on a pleasant face in public appearances most of the time, yet she is wrapped up in lobby scandals. She reminds me often of the school teacher, or superintendent who begs for more tax money, and has a face that you want to trust. Most of the time when we think of corruption we have an idea of a man with a mustache and a comb over sporting a pot belly hiding in an airport bathroom with his pants down around his ankles looking for some sexual solicitation with another man while publicly pretending to support family first initiatives. And while much of the time our instincts are correct about these types, all too often, the looter, the deceiver of your hard-earned money and seeker of your trust looks like the everyday person.

Some of the worst looters that there ever where are those who can deceive while pretending friendship, yet at the same time working toward the intentions of scandal. And our government is filled with these people like Jean Schmidt and worse who we pay good money to do our business, but they sell out too quickly for large amounts of money to be made as a political insider.

There is no question that the power-brokers, the politicians on the right and the left who are both way to the left of me will say that Rich Hoffman is a radical right-winger. “He’s crazy,” they might say. And the minions who eat from the power-brokers hands in the media are worse, they are so broken as a society of people they aren’t even worth the breath that comes from their bodies. I consider the exhaust spewing from a car in 15 degree weather to have more value than the apologist who utters socialism from their mouths about the middle class. I am tired of those who proclaim that racism is alive and well at the expense of freedom and that girls should be in the Boy Scouts and boys should be in the Girls Scouts. I am tired of the feminist who declares that she doesn’t need a man and can raise a family without one. And the two men who think they can raise a well-balanced child without a mother. I’m tired of open borders which is designed to cheapen the value of American Citizenship. I’m tired of hearing about slavery when slavery is going on right now at K-Street. I’m tired of everyone letting a dictator rise to power because he’s black while the blacks I supported for office are attacked and smashed to oblivion because they are too politically to the right. I’m tired of gun grabbing looters who wish to disarm us so they don’t have to worry about being shot while they try to steal from us. I’m tired of a public education system that started with the intention of spreading socialism conceived from the mind of Horace Mann with the best of intentions, but proving a dismal failure, and then building our entire society on the foundations of the broken blocks without question.

I’m tired of the practice of giving political criminals called politicians justification with a silent endorsement. And for congresswomen like Jean Schmidt it does not matter if she is a Republican, or that she attends Tea Party events. I am tired of public servants making a living off public office and using it as a platform to gain wealth!

I do not care what a thief thinks of me. I do not care what the con man, the sexual pervert, the manipulator, the schemer, and the political pundits of political correctness who wrote the book with all the rules, think. I don’t like rules and I’m not following them. I don’t like the direction these low-life types are taking our society and I’m certainly not going to follow.

Jean Schmidt is not to be worshipped as honorable, and neither is John Boehnor. If I saw John at the local Ace Hardware store I doubt I’d even say hi. And Barack Obama, I don’t even think I’d look twice at the guy. The only place I’d like to meet Barack Obama is on a basketball court one on one, full court so I could stomp his skinny ass to pulp with a score of 70 to 2.

I do not care or understand these things because I chose not to. I am happy with my thoughts which are elevated beyond the reach of these simpletons. I like my books and watching the trees blow in the setting sun through my front window as I read. I like the unique foods my wife makes and the way it smells coming out of the kitchen. And I like it when my family is all in the same place at the same time. But I like most to be left alone by the congested minds of the looters and their tangled thoughts. I like to be free of their comings and goings, of their lack of courage toward their weak perversions. I like to be free of the power climbers and their quests of self-importance, for something meaningful to be placed on their tomb stones. I like to be free of those who are preparing for death with each step they take in life, because they get in the way of me trying to live my life with each step.

I like to be free of the fear mongering, because I’m not afraid of anything, so all their chatter is only noise to my ears. They use their chatter to confuse the weak and make livings for themselves by looting the fearful, the fat assed panic driven mother, the man who is still addicted to his mother, the man who never overcame the power of his father with strength of his own. Those types are the tyrants of this earth and they prop up criminals in congress to be their princesses and princes because they seek those who are just as pathetic as they are for office. Even those nobles of thievery seek their king. Jean Schmidt with all her talk about Barack Obama was seen getting the autograph of the President at a joint session of Congress which says everything anyone needs to know about Mrs. Schmidt.

We can be angry at Obama but he’s just one of the looters. It is people like Jean Schmidt who function without any ethics, but simply speak whatever sounds good to the camera, and believes nothing, that give Obama his power. Why should Obama fear the people’s Congress when people like Jean Schmidt is one of its guardians? The biggest failure of public education is that it has produced such low quality people. It has made people who cannot figure out who to vote for because they are so stupid they don’t know right from wrong. They are stupid not because of their brains, but their education made them passive and foolish who worship some godly figure at the front of a class room. This has left their minds susceptible to the looters of politics like Barack Obama and Jean Schmidt who write laws for the rest of society they believe they are exempt of. And this is why a House Ethics Committee in Congress that covers up crimes of congress and hires PR directors to control how the public perceives the looting that goes on right in front of their faces exists, to put on a good face to the public while actually assisting corrupt congressional members to commit crimes at the tax payer expense.

Yeah, if I’m too far to the right for all those punks, goons, freaks and losers on the left, then fine. I can live with that and not lose one minute of sleep. And the more that these looters attempt to intrude on my life with their desire to rob me and my friends and neighbors, the more you’re just going to piss me off, because I cannot become so stupid to endorse their tactics with my complacency. If I dumped out of my mind every conceivable thought it has in it, I would still feel like a genius next to those buffoons in government and their insect like behavior that is driven off only primal instincts and blank initiatives.

If you doubt any of what I have said here, go back and listen to that recording between Doc and Chris again, and determine the extent of the accusations against Jean Schmidt and the system she represents. And decide how much merit the words printed on the paper these fools create in new laws and regulation really has in the scheme of things.

Not very much. Go ahead Congress, Senate and the President; pass your NDAA, the EEA and the appointment of more government positions so these lax minded buffoons can pretend they can create things. Their schemes are as flimsy as their morality, and as shown, is about as thin as a window without any glass. There’s nothing there but words on a page, which means nothing.

Oh, what is that dear reader–you want more? Well, before we part, let me tell you just a bit more to this story. Here’s a quick look into the three former Fannie Mae executives who created quite a lot of trouble on Wall Street.

Franklin Raines was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae.

Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae’s accounting activities. Raines left with a “golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear.

Tim Howard- was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard “was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a “stable pattern of earnings” at Fannie. Investigations by federal regulators and the company’s board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard’s Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!

Jim Johnson- A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. Investigators found that Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson’s 1998 compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million.” Johnson is currently under investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie Mae.
Johnson’s Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.

These are crooks that we’ve given the ability to write laws against American citizens. Keep this in mind when you go to vote, and remember, it is because most people reading this did not vote that allowed these looters to become elected in the first place. So educate yourself and vote intelligently. And don’t fall for the manipulations and smiles of those you think are your friends. Judge politicians on what they do, not what they say.

Fighting a School Levy: Real value vs. percieved value

For whatever reason in the middle of January 11, 2012 my broadcast with Doc Thompson on 700 WLW garnered a lot of email requests from tax fighting groups all over Ohio wanting help in fighting their school levy situations which mirror the troubles I’ve had at Lakota for most of the last decade. I am happy to help any and all people who wish to mount similar campaigns against their school districts for the simple reason that I think public education has been performing an ominous task, holding the children we send to public school hostage to fulfill the aims of organized labor which has political motivations. This has not only led to extraordinary per pupil costs, but has worked hand in hand to drive up the cost of college education as well. So I encourage all of you reading this to listen to that interview I had with Doc Thompson again, but at the conclusion listen to the next guest who speaks with Doc about the troubles of college education which ties directly to the perceptions established in public education.

The absolutely infuriating aspect of the Ben Dibble move into the presidency of the Lakota School Board and advancing Julie Schafer to the VP spot, who is a person who has been my adversary in these tax fights, I take it as an assault to my cause, instead of the district listening to the points we’ve tried to make in helping them balance their budget, they’ve sought to dig in for a more vicious fight in 2012. It’s nothing against Ben or Julie, but the strategy that Lakota has employed coming out of the holiday break reveals their intentions.

I see the same arrogance in our current president. I see the same lack of will in our congress and senate dealing with the United States $15 trillion-dollar deficit. The behavior at the federal level is no different from that of my local school board. It’s a lack of desire to face reality. It’s a desire on their part to follow a failed economic model created in Europe and they are in denial as to the effectiveness. The public schools in Ohio and all across the nation are arrogant in their belief of the product they produce, which is not the best in the world, is so valuable that it is beyond question or financial restriction. They are arrogant in what they believe their role is in our children’s lives as opposed to what our role as parents are. And they believe we should spend infinite amounts of money to maintain their empires. They believe this because all these types of employees from the President to the school board member to the teacher in the classroom are government employees. Is it any surprise that the president props up teachers? Because he was one, and he wishes the public to believe he has an inflated value, so by propping up the teaching profession, he assigns value to his own life that may not be real.

Shortly after my discussion with Doc Thompson I looked at the payroll I’m responsible for in my professional life. I tried for a moment to see the world the way Ben Dibble, Julie Schafer and Barack Obama see the world and apply that thinking to the management of those wages. Looking at over 150 employees, I may think every one of them is worth $30 an hour. But in reality the market value for their tasks may range from $10 per hour to $21 per hour. So if I paid them all $30 dollars an hour because I like them and think they are doing a good job that is a decision that I made that is not based on market value, but personal value. To pay all 150 employees at $30 per hour will cost me $4,500 per hour in employment costs. It will cost me $180,000 per week in payroll that must be supported by sales.

However, sales are driven by market forces and I can only generate $130,000 a week in sales, because in my business, that is the reality created by competitive forces, (hypothetical situation for the purpose of explanation) So as a member of management it is my task to make sure my payroll does not exceed my sales, so I must make sure that if I have some employees who make close to the $30 per hour mark, I need a relative number who make at the $10 an hour mark depending on what they do as determined by their skill level.

If I pay my employees the way I want to, and I go over my sales revenue, then I am a bad manager. If I went to my customers and said to them “I am raising the prices of my product to cover my costs, so you will have to pay more.” Of course their reaction will be to take a hike, they’ll find another supplier, because I have priced my goods out of market value and it wouldn’t be worth it to them to pay the increase. That leaves me with the dilemma of having to either lay off workers, which would hinder my ability to perform the task of making my product, or asking my workers to take a cut in pay to meet the sales revenue.

This is what government is doing at the federal level when they say they must tax the rich, because behind the scenes they know that it is only in the rich that there is more money to be obtained, and they must obtain more revenue to cover the promises they’ve made but didn’t reason how to pay for them. And this is why your local school has no other plan but to seek additional revenue in the form of taxes. At Lakota, the new Superintendent who we pay over $250K per year for in overall compensation has one primary job—to obtain passed tax levies. Lakota spends many hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on public relations for one reason—to pass school levies. In fact, The Pulse Journal just released the latest story on the Laura Kursman incident where Lakota paid the former Public Relations director $90K a year to go away. You can read that article here:

Of course there’s more to the story. It appears that Laura found herself in a squabble with the school board over one of the sex cases the district had to clean up, specifically a child molestation case, and it bothered her to have to defend the behavior. By the time the levy attempt came around, Laura was questioning things. So the public image focused on her neck injury. The deeper issue that cost $90K in tax payer money involved the realization that Laura would not as PR director do anything to maintain the image of Lakota, so the board paid her off to conclude a separation of the contract, so the district could hire a PR director who would do anything to protect the image of the school to pass a new levy.

The exclusive desire of the distinct of Lakota is in maintaining their image so the public will grant them higher taxes. The problem is the district doesn’t have the money even if they wanted to. Butler County is suffering from lack of real money in value. It is the worst county in all of Ohio in home foreclosures. The county had 3,330 foreclosure filings against properties in 2011, only three filings less than were made in 2010. That’s a flat change with no major improvement from 2010, but down from more than 4,000 filings in 2009, according to Irvine-Calif.-based website RealtyTrac, which monitors default notices, bank repossessions and scheduled auctions across the nation.

The foreclosures are caused by two things, one the housing bubble burst, which was in part propped up by federal loans qualifying people who didn’t actually have the personal value to obtain the homes, and two the tax rates have proven too high and are soaking up residents expendable incomes. The homeowners foreclosed upon treaded water for a while, just like the federal government does and continue to shop and participate in the economy by racking up credit card debt. But eventually, they are overtaken with the weight of the debt and they lose their homes.

The fight against tax increases, particularly at Lakota, is not to hurt kids who go to the school. And it’s not to get revenge on the school and its employees. The fight is to help those who live in our district who are suffering because of the housing bubble collapse and don’t have the incomes to cover the cost of their personal debt. Lakota, as well as virtually every public school dominated by a labor union, have run their labor costs above what the market can support, and it is their task to cover the gap between perceived value and real value. At Lakota it’s easy; all they have to do is reduce their labor costs by 5%. That’s not very much if distributed among the 2000 employees. Other districts might be a bit more, or a bit less. But it is not the task of the public to pay more for a service they are already barely able to afford. And it’s not a good use of public money for a school like Lakota to manipulate the tax payers with PR directors and school board games of pretending to cut costs or implement programs of cost reduction when it is clear the intention is to go for another tax increase in 2012. After all, Ben and Julie have made that proclamation abundantly clear. They believe if the public perceives the board is good, and united, then the public will grant Lakota a tax increase.

It was the teacher’s union in 2008 that drove up the labor costs with their strike attempt and it was the school board who caved under the pressure and signed the contract. That is mismanagement of the community resources and not the problem of the home owners and business owners who have managed to balance their budgets to stay in business and maintain their homes in a tight economy. They are successful, which is why they live in Liberty Twp and West Chester. But if the school district loots more money away from the community to cover their own fallacy, then it is not acceptable. They failed to balance their budget which was given to them by the public at the ballot box.

For every school system who proposes a tax increase, you will be fought diligently. You will be fought because you are a proven parasite that doesn’t understand what a burden you are on the community and it is not the task of producers to compensate for your failures. We live in the age of litigation culture, which is failing our society, and has established a false value toward assets with the legal aim of direct theft. Value obtained in this litigation culture is based on theft, not produced value, and this is how modern education has taught our children and why they expect looted money from the value of property to fuel their tyranny. The modern public education establishment has the task of learning its true value and not attempting to prop it up with image specialists, so that they can loot the wealth of a community. Even if the community is itself wealthy, as West Chester and Liberty Twp is, that does not entitle the school system’s labor unions to loot that wealth because they work in the district. The fight at hand is to place among the responsible parties the burden of adjusting themselves to their real social value. It may be painful, but at least those employees will still have a job, and a good one that is valuable. But not at the expense of putting one resident out of their house that has real value because they can’t afford the taxes, or driving away the potential business who locates their establishment in another community because the taxes are cheaper. The business has value because it produces materials that bring happiness, or assets directly exchanged with currency. The fight against tax levies is a fight for a quality of life that is purely American. The fight to pass a tax levy is a defense of socialism. And that is a battle for the soul of America and it is happening in your own back yards, and you must win there before you can win against the federal government.

First win the fight in your back yard. Then win the fight in Washington D.C.

Men With Small Penises Sign the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve: The final act of a fool

“The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” he said in Hawaii, where he is spending his vacation. “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

Oh dear reader, you didn’t hear about this while you prepared for your New Years Eve festivities? You didn’t notice it while the various football bowl games played on your television. The quote above is from Barack Obama as he signed the very controversial NDAA Act that was delivered to him in Hawaii where he is on vacation. His statement above is a looters disclaimer for all posterity to witness, that Obama is feigning concern while it was his office that actually asked for the harsher language which now enables the President of the United States to detain American citizens at any time and place and torture them based on his or a future presidents suspicions. Done under the guise of “safety” and under the premise of support for the military, the NDAA Act is a travesty against personal sovereignty and a subtle declaration of war against not countries like Iran, but the American people who pay for all this tyranny with their tax money.

What seems to escape most people traveling about in their daily lives especially on New Year’s Eve is that DUI check points as they are currently used are against the law and have been for quite some time. They were started as a way to appease the mothers of MADD in their quests to bring about tough drunk driving legislation and pay tribute to their loved ones who died in traffic accidents. You can see in this clip that DUI check points have actually become security parameters that are just a few levels below the security check points in corrupt countries like Mexico. If you’ve ever traveled around the interior of Mexico, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

These check points were of course started with the best of intentions, and the officers who man them are just doing their jobs………..but they do not question the merit of their job. If their job is to enforce the law, then what is the value of their job if the people who make the law are crooked, manipulative power-hungry, mentally challenged fools? Because I would argue that the value of many laws created by law makers are as foolish as the men and women who make them, and do little for the betterment of the human race. Who are legislators who fight to stay in office and make more laws every single day just so they can become wealthy off the tax payer revenue, to dictate that they have a right to alter an American life in any way?

And as bad as many of these checkpoint laws are using DUI’s as an excuse to set up a police barricade they are NOTHING compared to what was just signed into law by the President of the United States in the removed paradise of Hawaii. The NDAA will give much more power to these police officers shown above. And for jobs that are perceived too big for the local police, the military can now be used to openly arrest and detain any critic of the government under the definition of terrorism. Because terrorism could be defined by a law maker, and not the American Traditionalist who is holding up their copy of the Constitution and demanding adherence to the laws of that founding document. A terrorist could be anyone who supports the Tea Party, anyone who supports the political party opposite the current president. It could be a filmmaker in Hollywood who makes a controversial film that is critical of the government. It could be an author who writes political thrillers, or it could be someone who simply refuses to play ball as the governments grabs for power. (a message to my Hollywood left friends, see, they used you. I told you they would. You took their money to green light your projects, made their propaganda films, and now you will be potential targets if you don’t play ball. Enjoy your swim in your pool while you still can.)

The NDAA Act is a tyrannical law that is either proving all the conspiracy theorists correct, that a global conspiracy is seeking to completely dismantle America and kill it’s people so that the rest of the world can be equal as a world power by taking away the high bar that America sets for the rest of the world—or the politicians who wrote the law and signed it are foolish, short-sighted, naive, idiots that history will laugh at in context. If you know history, this has been done many times before. The NDAA Act is not a new concept, dictators, tyrants, kings, and many solitary rulers have used the rule of law to climb into power. And in America, what has always made the United States different was the checks and balances of power that exist between the House, the Senate, and the Executive Branch. Now, at the President’s discretion “terrorists” can be identified and eliminated just the tyrant Saddam Hussein did in this clip where he purged his government of dissidents. Notice how these men when called out just stood up nicely and walked away to their deaths. That was the cost of compliance…………….their lives. What you see below was done most recently not only in Iraq, but Cuba, Russia, Germany, Somalia, China, North Korea, virtually everywhere on earth where one ruler has risen to make themselves a living god. Too much power can never be given to one person……………….EVER. Or one government, the United Nations is too unintelligent collectively to spot a tyrant, so as a solitary world government; they will be unsuccessful in eliminating evil from the earth, which they fancy as a possibility. Their fantasy is not based on history, but on academic theory.

It is difficult for most American’s to understand why anyone would want so much power, because American’s are traditionally free of such concerns. But we can all point to a boss somewhere in our lives that was a power hungry son-of-a-bitch and caused us to scratch our heads in wonder about such characters. The Constitution gives us the right to brush off such foes for the most part, so the American mind does not grasp that tyrants have a real lust for power, and they are a very real threat to our lives. But the tyrants are not in some far away land; they are not the Saddam Hussein’s (created by the CIA to combat Iran, or the Osama bin Laden’s also created by the U.S. Government to combat Russia through war with Afghanistan). The tyrants are currently the ignorance of elected officials with poor quality minds who fantasize that they have the ability to protect American citizens from ourselves by eliminating threats to our safety, even if it is the controversial among our population. And the dictator may not be the small-minded community organizer Barack Obama, or the drug addict, alcoholic, born-again-Christian George W. Bush, but might be some comb-over politician squawking in the corner someplace upset that the girl he was with last night wouldn’t suck his small penis, so he seeks to rectify the situation and impress her with a climb for power in the United States, and he might even run for president and become elected like other fools have, Clinton comes to mind (remember the Vince Foster death) or Lyndon Banes Johnston. And when they realize they can use the NDAA Act to overcome their small penis size, they will become just another tyrant on the face of the earth that must be dealt with.

Well Federal Government. Whether you intended to or not, you just declared war on the American people. Your folly cannot be ignored any longer, and it won’t be. With the passage and signing of this NDAA Act each member who has signed it has proven they are not equipped to be a representative in this republic of America, and have squandered away the Constitution as cheaply as a dollar placed into the G-string of a stripper. You have failed Federal Government, and although it will take time to clean you all up from office and undo the travesties you have done to our American way of life, 2012 will see the start of that clean-up. And you have nobody to blame but yourselves. You started this.

Want proof of their guilt? Just look at their actions and ask the important questions. Why was the NDAA Act signed on New Year’s Eve, on a Saturday? Why not Friday, or Thursday? The answer is because they wanted to bury the news story away from the minds of the American public. Suddenly the football scores from yesterday’s games don’t seem so important, do they?

Oh, and about the penis size issue, penises and their lack of ability to work without the aid of drugs have done more evil in the world than most people care to realize. Men who cannot bring a woman to orgasim properly usually take to politics to compensate for their deficiencis and create something else in their lives which makes them appear potent……because physcially they aren’t cutting the mustard.

What’s the Difference between a Whore and a Regular Job: Not Much, they have the same goals

I have no doubt that several lawyers, public relations people, school officials, law enforcement personalities and general busy bodies are at this very moment wondering what on earth they are to do about Rich Hoffman. I received more than a handful of phone calls yesterday from friends, family and enemies wanting to know why I cared so much about the situation at Lakota Public Schools where it is now clear that the administration desired very much to rid themselves of their PR director and they spent a lot of money to do it. Much of these conversations centered around a presumption that I gave a rat’s ass what people thought of me and that somehow public relations spin would work with me, which I found insulting. So I patiently listened to the nearly dozen pleas for reprieve, some of them were actually well-intentioned and useful, but most were obvious attempts to steer me in a direction, away from the path that I know is correct.

But how do I know what’s correct where others do not? That is always the question, isn’t it? How could I know something that “they” don’t? After all, weren’t they educated to know things, and trained to sell that knowledge back to society as a kind of exchange for their time and trouble? And if I did not follow along the path of their orthodox, then how was I qualified to cast an opinion?

Well, this particular quandary requires some basic education. I sympathize that much of what I say and do will require a fresh perspective from the typical reader and listener of my points of view. And to qualify the thoughts of these people, I would refer them to the classic Clint Eastwood film, The Gauntlet.

In that movie Clint Eastwood plays a cop who has to transport a Las Vegas prostitute to a murder trial of which she was a witness. Unfortunately for Eastwood, the police force has set him up because they deemed him too stupid and naive to see that organized crime wanted to kill the prostitute and the police chief knew that to provide cover for the murder, a cop would have to die also. So the police chief picked Eastwood to escort the girl in for the trail so both could be killed without any real trouble.

During the journey Eastwood learns that many of the people in the system he knew and trusted over the years are actually far more dirty and corrupt than the Vegas prostitute, and compared to her, most of the people in his life were actually much bigger whores. This postulates my position over politics in general and what I’ve learned about the role of public education in our communities and can be seen vividly in that document request exhibited in that essay mentioned. Most people conduct their lives like whores; they sell their time away often too cheaply and are surprised that people don’t respect them when they flaunt how much money they have. In fact I watch with some levels of fascination at the topics of conversation among families over holiday breaks and company fiestas just how important respect is to so many people, and they are surprised when people don’t respect them when it’s obvious that money is all they care about. Just like the whore who takes off her clothes, lets some man or woman ravage her body for personal pleasure, the whore gets paid, takes a shower then does the whole thing again for the next paying job; how is this any different from what a lot of people do every day?

Is a paying job not whoring because it involves a school with children in it, because both occupations take personal liberties with their conscience to make money? I do not believe that the PR director who charges the tax payers such large sums of money as shown in those billing statements for listening to the radio, or answering emails, or advising the superintendent on what to say to the press has any more social value than a Nevada prostitute.

It’s not just the education profession, but rather I’d say it’s virtually any hourly job where nothing tangible is produced which equates to prostitution in my mind. For example, if you are a lawyer and charge by the hour to listen to a client, you are no different from a whore. The only real difference is you leave your cloths on to perform your job. In fact, you get paid to dress up, not dress down, and to not maintain a fantasy of sexual release but the fantasy of power given to you by politicians, your peers who wrote laws at the state and local level to give you business. All your meetings with a judge, all your depositions, all your court appearances are simply role-playing to maintain the fantasy of law and order. If you are a doctor, in most cases you are charging by the visit to write notes so clients can get off work and perhaps fill a drug prescription you know your patients don’t need. You know most of your patients don’t need the drugs you prescribe but you do it anyway so that the pharmacy down the road can have the business. You don’t want to believe you do this; instead you persuade yourself your patient’s need you, and you must convince them of the same to keep them coming back for more.

Pharmacists even with all their education and knowledge are merely being paid to keep people addicted to pharmaceutical products. Once the body’s natural systems become addicted to the products of pharmacy, physical dependency is created and pharmacists know it, yet they continue day in and day out to keep their mouths shut because they don’t get paid to think, they get paid to administer drugs. Think of the teacher who sells their 7.5 hours a day away and their dreams of helping young children to learn halfway through their 20’s that they are but pawns to the labor union and the political power those unions play in politics. The teachers keep their mouth shut because where else can they make so much money and only work 227 days a year, 7.5 hours a day……A Nevada whorehouse?

Even reporters who thought they’d change the world with their reporting and find once they get their big break for a respected organization like Time Magazine, CNN, or even a local newspaper find out that their editors put caps on their reporting and learn too late that they are simply PR tools who are paid to provide the slant of the company and to like it or quit, just like a prostitute. Or the PTA moms who are on their second marriage and currently having an affair with their coworker while their husbands are out-of-town. These busybodies have a voracious appetite for some bottomless pit of fulfillment who move to a great school district hoping that the school will cover all their personal faults and give their child a shot at being better than they are. So they beg for more tax money when the school administrators demand it and those PTA moms end up sounding just like whores competing for work. (How is this any different from a typical levy campaign?)

I could go on and on, but for simplicity the rule of thumb is, does the job you do make something that can be sold to someone else? Or is what you are making just air spoken from one mouth to the ear of another. If it is the later, you are no better than a prostitute to my way of thinking. That doesn’t mean you don’t have value, after all I would not say that prostitutes are bad people. They are somebody’s children and inside every one of their minds are the hopes and dreams of every human being. But what they do for money not only says a lot about their personal philosophy, but their own sense of worth. The people I admire are those who make things. It might just be a factory worker who makes pencils for $9 per hour, or it might be a developer who creates shopping centers and restaurants. It might be the inventor who creates DNA technology that eliminates the entire pharmaceutical industry. I put the value of that one person over the collective value of every single employee because the inventor made something real. The employees simply showed up to collect money, and wherever there is money, there are always whores on money just like there are always flies on shit. The more money, the more whores looking to take some of it. The pharmacy companies are making pills which are equivalent to the condom manufacturer who supplies a whore house. The values are equitable.

So I am not impressed with any of the characters in the documents seen in the referenced article. None of the PR work impresses me, none of the legal work, none of the administrative work, none of the financial strategy; it all reeks of a whore house to me. I know that this information is a shattering revelation for many who have invested their entire lives into these professions, and that is what drove all the messages I received about my article. But a whore is a whore, and if you are selling yourself for only money, you are doing the same thing that the sex whores are doing, only you don’t take your clothes off to do it. The social value of your endeavor is no different, and getting mad at me won’t change that. Only you can.

If you want to know who are the whores and who are those of value in society it is very easy, the whore performs a task then asks for money. The people of value make money then purchase what they want! The money can be spent and the people of value can always make more whereas the whore cannot. The whore must clean themselves up and sell their time again, and again. They are dependent on the desire of a creator to provide their livilihoods, and will always be at the mercy of lust, hunger, or pity from those who actually make money. And by that measure the grill cook at your local fast food restaurant has more value than the President of the United States because at least the grill cook made a hamburger where all the president did was whore themselves to the highest paid clients. It doesn’t matter if it’s the cat house or The White House, it’s all the same in value.

So I do not care what a group of whores think of me, because their opinion is of no real value, only perceived value which isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

Why do Public Schools Need a PR director: THEY SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

Why does any school system need a Public Relations Director? That was the question Doc Thompson and I discussed on 700 WLW December 27, 2011 on the heels of a mysterious payout from the Lakota School District to their public relations director Laura Kursman of $90,000. Since the announcement of this payout Lakota has been mysteriously quiet about the situation even as they are trying to show fiscal responsibility after their third levy defeat. This has led to an enormous amount of speculation and I have personally received several emails explaining to me the details of the payout, which are unofficial, but are all the public has to go on since neither Kursman nor Lakota Schools have offered any clarification on the matter. The answer to the question as to why a school system would need a PR director was summed up nicely by that last caller. There isn’t any reason other than to secure more tax money from the public. That is the ONLY reason and the caller was absolutely right that forcing tax payers to fund a 69K to 90K per year PR position that is designed to work against the public should be illegal. Funding a school is all about teaching children, not securing funds for labor contracts, which is what is happening. The PR director has the task of cleaning up any messes that the employees of the district find themselves in so the target message of “schools are for the kids,” can be maintained. A public relations position at a school is a 100% non result staffing occupancy. It does nothing to help a child learn anything since creating a public image for a school is not part of the education process. It only serves the union controlled aspects of the district. It does not serve the community that funds the school.

To provide facts validating the truth of those statements lets examine Laura Kursman a little more deeply, since she is the PR director who spawned this examination. Notice their emphasis on “influencing the attitudes and behaviors of voters.” Do you think a school district should hire people like this to influence your community to vote for what they want you to? The next section is the bio of Laura herself. Nothing against the woman, but she is entirely too liberal for my liking. Prior to her work at Lakota Laura worked for the Massachusetts Governor’s Office and the Department of Environmental Protection. Now I understand that the Governor was Mitt Romney, but I consider him a liberal just to put things in perspective. Her work as a representative to the 1998 Middle East Peace Process through a Quebec Labrador Foundation Environmental Education and Communication Fellowship are activities that are too far to the left for my liking.

Not since 2005, but he did and apparently Fairfield became frustrated that he didn’t push levies more than he did, so he left. You might remember that Fairfield just recently dodged a major bullet where their school board members were taking payoffs from a private contributor to stack the school board in his favor. This prompted a FBI investigation that occurred in August of 2011, but by November of 2011 the situation was almost completely forgotten. That is the work of Public Relations directors, who spin facts around to the schools advantage. Fairfield passed their recent levy attempt by a very slight margin of less than 1%. So that’s what a PR director does for a school and personally, I’m not impressed at all. Most of what they’ve listed is work I’ve done and I consider the work so irrelevant that I wouldn’t even put those tasks on a resume. And anyone who reads here knows that I can perform the tasks of a PR director more than adequately because I’ve done it for No Lakota Levy with great success. I can’t imagine charging people money to perform these tasks because the tasks are so easy, but the Kursman’s are making a very healthy living doing exactly that! They aren’t just receiving very healthy sums of money from Lakota, but several other sources as well, for doing nothing but convincing the public that things aren’t as bad as they seem, and that things are better than they are. In relation to their other incomes, Laura’s $90,000 pay out is just one source of income for providing a service that in my opinion does nothing to help society move forward, does nothing to solve any problems, creates nothing new. All a PR director does is manipulate facts. That’s all. I could never perform a job like that, where I was paid a lot of money to perform a nothing task.

My last interaction with Laura was in the lobby of the administration building at Lakota where the new levy attempt for the fall campaign was just announced. Channel 9 wanted me to provide comments from the No Lakota Levy standpoint out in the lobby so I left the meeting and went out to perform the interview. As all the media of Cincinnati knows, when they put me on camera, they better be ready to hold the camera for a while, because my average interview time is a half hour. I can literally talk forever, so when the reporter asked me the lead question, I proceeded to speak for the next 20 minutes rattling off facts and figures without any pause. I spoke until the reporter told me they had plenty of coverage for the 30 second spot they were looking for. I then proceeded to do the same thing for Channel 19, which went almost 30 additional minutes of interview time. When I arrived home later that night I gave comments to the Enquirer and the Pulse Journal and the next day I did live work on 700 WLW radio. Actually, I’ve done work like that on several occasions and in some cases I was even busier than that day in August. So knowing what it takes to do the job of a Public Relations director, I can’t imagine charging someone for it, and I performed all those tasks without even breaking a sweat and prepared for my regular jobs that I actually do get paid for which are product driven. The PR work I’ve done on many occasions I never fathomed would pay such large quantities of money. It seems utterly insane to consider such a thing that PR work has any value, let alone the kind of salary these positions are commanding in schools, and the amount of payoff she received in tax money is unfathomable to me. Nothing about it makes any sense.

So there you have it. You have now seen what a high-profile PR director actually does, and you get a sense of how much money they make and how extensively they are used. And you now understand what their role is in a school district and you have some perspective in how difficult the job really is. So that begs the question again, why does Lakota or any other school district need a PR director of any kind? They don’t. PR directors are only needed to run point for the labor movement and their extensive contracts. The PR director is hired not to give a child a better education, but to protect the employees from their own foolish behavior. The labor contract protects those employees from the publicly elected school boards, but it is the PR director who turns bad behavior into good behavior through the spin machine of a PR director in how they present the material to a gullible public. The whole system is rigged against the tax payers and our children are used as pawns in a very large political game of sucking all the wealth of property owners in an open scam that has become public education.

Agenda: Grinding America Down–and The Naked Communist list of 45 goals from 1958

When I came home yesterday a Christmas gift was left on the front porch from one of my readers here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom. It was a large tin can filled with a multitude of presents which was a pleasant surprise after a rather difficult day topped off with a cold ride in the rain on my motorcycle. I had gotten caught without my rain suit and it was raining hard just days before Christmas, so my cloths were soaked to the bone. So as typical on such days I undress on the front porch so my wet cloths don’t ruin my wife’s carpet and hardwood floors inside the house, and that’s when my wife showed me the present.

Inside were a number of wonderful presents and cards for both my wife and I, but one of the gifts jumped out at me in particular. It was a DVD of the documentary film Agenda: Grinding America Down by Curtis Browers which won Best Film at the Jubilee Film Festival in 2010. It surprised me that I hadn’t heard about this film because it covers much of the content I’ve written about here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, which is the history of the communist movement in the United States and how many factions instigated by the Soviet Union KGB in the 1950’s and 1960’s sought to dismantle American culture from within. I immediately watched Agenda and found it compelling and consistent with my own observations. I realized long ago that the sudden rise in the divorce rate, the ignorance of our youth, the rise in the welfare culture, the focus on sexuality, race relations, and feminism were suspiciously coordinated, and I have resisted, analyzed, and come to virtually the same conclusions as Bowers did in his very good film which you can see a preview of below:

One of the most potent aspects of that film was the revelation of the 45 communist goals outlined in the book The Naked Communist that Bowers learned about in a Communist USA meeting he attended at Berkley University in 1992. A lot of people don’t know that there is a very strong communist party in the United States and they have been around for much of the 20th century. But people don’t see communism in America because it is not part of their static patterns. Culturally, America sees itself as the opposite of any communist country, but that is partly by design. I have studied social cultures my entire life, so much so that I intended fully to become an archeologist or anthropologist in my life profession, and in 1992 while I learned that communism and smaller degrees of socialism was quite alive and well in modern America at many meetings that I like Bowers attended, I decided to dedicate my time and energy to not studying why cultures from the past failed, but I would apply my studies to preserving the American culture that I saw being destroyed in front of my eyes while it was still alive. The communist party in the United States was set up by the KGB during the Cold War had a two pronged plan to defeat America in that war. They planned to spend America into oblivion with the nuclear arms and space race, but while we were following rockets to the stars and sending men to the moon to beat the Soviet Union, KGB agents and sleeper cells were being established within the United States to destroy American culture from within. This is difficult for many people to see who only look at their own lives and the small part they play in American existence. But if you look at American culture with the big eyes of an archeologist outside the static patterns of normalcy it is easy to see how Communist USA has slowly over time accomplished many of the goals they set out to do way back in 1958. The list that Bowers addressed in the film Agenda is shown below for your convenience. As you look over the list consider what roll you have played in helping to make it possible and don’t lie to yourself and believe that the below information is a part of some radical conspiracy theory. Every one of these items is listed in the book The Naked Communist and has been routinely discussion in communist groups within the United States since the 50’s.
The following is the list of Communist goals contained in The Naked Communist 1958:[3]

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums.
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture—education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity, masturbation and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.

As you read that list dear reader you are probably asking yourself, “how did I not see this?” Well, there were a lot of other exciting things happening that took up our attention. Most people think of war in terms of bullets and violence, but that is not the case. Sun Tzu author of The Art of War says distinctly that “it is best to defeat those who are already defeated.” And the Soviet Union played this game with the long view of culture in mind. While America fought the Soviet Union with rockets, military, and Ronald Reagan bravado, the Soviet Union fought America with the feint of keeping up with the United States with all those topics, but knew they would lose in the end, so they sought to destroy American culture itself.

Enemies of America have done to the United States culture what scientists have done to a frog in experiments involving hot water. If a scientist puts a frog into scalding hot water, the frog will of course struggle and attempt to jump out. But if the frog is put into water at room temperature and the heat is gradually turned up slowly, the frog will stay in the water comfortably for a long time, until of course it’s too late. The gradual heat of the water will slowly rob the life of the frog till its muscles no longer work and it cannot escape. Defeating a culture is the same kind of thing and the Soviet Union knew this. They knew Americans would always fight and would beat them in a head on fight, so slowly over time communists have sought to dismantle what American Culture is so that the defeat of America will come not from China, Russia, Cuba or any other place of rampant communism, but it will come from college professors, school teachers, politicians, and media producers educated at the institutions the communists controlled as established in The Naked Communist.

But fret not dear reader, America is not gone yet, and the ideas that made it great will live on. It takes people like Curtis Bowers to make films like Agenda to teach how we arrived at this point in time. And I can speak for myself, I write here everyday so that American culture can be preserved and all those of you who are reading this that have forgotten what being an American is, can relearn. Right now it’s embarrassment, but as the truth comes out, it will evolve into anger and America will overcome this enemy from within. Hopefully this will be peaceful in a battle of ideas. But if the communist types with all their various names continue to stomp all over the United States Constitution I will promise that violence will be assured for their kind. Because our future under communist philosophy will look something like this–remember the frog.

So take head my dear American reader. Yes, communist have infiltrated our culture and has successfully destroyed much. But there are a lot of people who are waking up, and fans of this website, Glenn Beck, Alex Jones, and filmmakers like Curtis Bowers are starting to turn the strategy of the communists against them. After all, it worked for them against us, so the same can be used against them to destroy the communist culture. The difference between American traditional culture and communist culture is that their culture is built upon lies, and ours is built on history and in the game of culture building, America will always beat the lie of communism. It might take a little time, but the healing process is already beginning, which is evident in the very good film, Agenda: Grinding America Down.

Eric Holder Should Be Impeached: Playing the Wookie Defense to hide incompetence

Eric Holder, you silly boy—you got caught in a scam to increase gun regulations that cost the life of a border patrol agent, and to divert the attention away from your incompetence when conservatives called for your resignation you used the Wookie Defense to protect your public image. That’s cute.

You specifically said after the intense House Judiciary Committee questioning of your horrid job performance as head of the Justice Department that the reason so many people were upset with you was because, ‘This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him, both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.” Well, Eric–Mr. Mustache man who took away the red, white and blue of the Justice Department website in favor of a more Socialist International color scheme, it’s not because of your skin color that so many people despise you. In fact, until you brought it up, I didn’t know you were a black man. You are lighter in skin color than John Boehner so I just thought you had a “vacation tan.” And I’m glad that you brought up the president in this, because you have clearly been his little minion in a radical leftist quest to ruin America’s traditions and rebuild it under a socialist mentality. That is why you are disliked by those in our nation who like America for what it was, not what you and the president wants it to be. You are despised because you refuse to defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act, and that you are suing the state of Arizona over exercising its right to check the legality of the people living in the state. You are despised because you are advancing America into the ways of socialism directly to a path of communism, and you are doing it openly and you do not care what people think because you are the highest law of the land and obviously believe that you are above the law, and can rewrite laws to justify your actions. You obviously don’t care at all about the Constitution of the United States. Eric, you and your good buddy Barack, who is not even a constitutionally valid president, not because he wasn’t born in Hawaii, but because he gave up his citizenship when his step father took him out of the country to study in Indonesia, have openly schemed against the Constitution at every turn, and there are people who hate you for it. You swore to uphold the Constitution yet you have been at war with it. So what did you expect people to think? You’ll take actions against the town of Kinston, North Carolina, where your office blocked an election where voters overwhelmingly decided to abolish political party labels for candidates running in future elections. The reasoning from the Obama administration, as Rep. King recalled, was because without party labels, blacks wouldn’t get elected. You’ll micromanage those types of actions but you will do nothing about your own boss who used a foreign student status to go to college in the United States because he gave up his citizenship. After all, those are only rules…..right. And when you control the rules, you can make them up as you go.

Eric, you are disliked because you have lied, manipulated, diffused and participated in open warfare with the Constitution of the United States. That is why you should be impeached. Before your bungling of Fast and Furious, you had already committed enough crimes against the United States that will embarrass our history for centuries, and that’s in just 3 years. The death of an American in Fast and Furious and you and the Presidents willingness to allow American guns to kill countless Mexicans so that you could create more gun control legislation in the United States shows what kind of man hides behind your mustache and why you wear one. Oh, I’m sure you’ll attempt to justify that people like me and thousands of others are just part of a radical minority of conservatives and don’t represent the masses. I will say this much to you Eric Holder head of the Department of Justice and minion to the President Obama, I do not recognize your authority. You are a joke compared to my loyalty to the United States Constitution. You are not upholding that law and that is the law I live by, so your office, your authority, your entire existence means absolutely nothing to me. You are acting illegally, criminally, and you are attempting to destroy the nation that I live in and love, and that makes you the enemy.

At a bare minimum, you should be impeached! Not because of your skin color, your sex, your politics, or even your mustache, you should be impeached because you suck at your job in relation to upholding the Constitution, and are an embarrassment to the money I have contributed in taxes. I expect more value from the money I spend in taxes and you are not a government employee of any quality. You should be impeached as a message to future employees that they cannot behave the way you have in a federal office. You can hide your actions from yourself in the mirror behind that hair under your nose, but the rest of the world sees it clearly, and the gig is up as they say in Chicago. Of course you’d know all about that wouldn’t you!

The Wookie Defense will not work for you Eric Holder, because no matter which way a neutral observer looks at your actions, socialism and an enemy of America is what they will see. Your guilt is grossly evident.

H.B. 136 in Ohio: The bottle caps of productivity

As I attended the Lakota School Board meeting on Monday December 12, 2011 and listened to the pain that the superintendent and board members uttered in their displeasure over H.B. 136 which looks to go to a vote in Columbus early in 2012, the more I realized that every American citizen in the United States should be required to read the book Atlas Shrugged before graduating high school, so they can have a basic understanding of how things work in the world, and how monopolies not only in business, but in government are detrimental to growth both economic and personal. I genuinely felt sorry for these board members and administrators who must watch as their failed perceptions of reality are coming unraveled right in front of their faces. H.B. 136 is the ambitious new bill proposed in March 1st of 2011 by Majority Floor Leader Matt Huffman which extends the school voucher program to parents whose household income is less than $95,000 a year, and will allow them to receive the money from the state to take to the school of their choice. The reason why this is a big deal is because for the first time, the money intended to educate a child will go straight to the child instead of to the school in their district. This is intended to bring about an environment of competition so that all schools can increase their performance and allow parents to choose where they want to send their children to school without having to move from their homes to a new residence in a different district, which is an extreme hardship and prohibitive expense to parents all over Ohio.

The reason I thought of Atlas Shrugged is because the world has unlimited potential not only in education, but energy, finance, health care development, food supply, virtually every conceivable topic, there is a virtual unlimited ceiling to what can be accomplished, and that’s the basic premise behind the classic novel Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. It is in the empires that humans build that hold back and create the limits that imprison emotionally our entire population, and the reason the Lakota School Board was upset over H.B. 136 is because the part of the education empire that they control is being taken out of their hands. I wish I could explain to them that they need to change their focus onto a much broader intellectual perspective and see that it isn’t the limits of finance, or any other research that is holding back our society. Its people like them, which is exhibited wonderfully in the film THRIVE. You can see a preview of that fantastic film here:

Listening to the details of H.B. 136 in Ohio there isn’t much to be upset about if you are a parent. In short if a family of 4 making up to $100,000 a year they will qualify for $2,313 in voucher funds for their child to send them to the school of their choice. A family of 4 who is making up to $61,000 a year would be eligible for a voucher worth $4,626. Families’ in-between would be awarded amounts equitable on a sliding scale somewhere in between those values. That’s a great option for families across the board in Ohio.

However, the Lakota School Board estimated that if everyone in the district who qualified for a scholarship left Lakota for a different school such as Mason, or Fairfield then Lakota stood to lose up to $12 million dollars per year in potential funding which would wreck their funding projections. The superintendent for Lakota suggested that she was against H.B. 136 for the simple reason that she didn’t want to see the taxpayers of Lakota cover the loss in income that would be caused by the passage of that bill.

WHAT???????

Who says that the taxpayers are going to cover the loss in any income? Because we’re not going to. Lakota isn’t the only school expected to see operating deficits with the implementation of HB 136. Mentor Schools report they could lose $5.1 million, and Cardon Schools report they could lose $475,000 annually. The trouble with this thinking is that public schools in their education empire have become dependent on state money and have negotiated very large and lucrative contracts with the teachers unions that benefited the employees, not the kids who attend the school. As it is currently designed school funding in Ohio is to the benefit of the labor unions, and not the parents who pay the taxes. The sheer ignorance in suggesting that the tax payers would be required to cover the loss in revenue with a tax increase is absolutely preposterous.

At Lakota after the third levy defeat in just 18 months the tax payers approved a budget during the last election. They told the district in voting no for the proposed tax increase of a 4.75 mill levy that the budget as it stands is all the money the school is going to get, which is $1,140 per $100,000 of property value assessment. That means that the superintendent of Lakota is required to go to the employees of the district and give them their budget limit and it’s up to those employees to figure out how to live within those parameters. The tail does not wag the dog, the dog wags the tail, but in government-run monopolies, it is the tail that controls the dog apparently, which is why they fail in everything they do.

H.B. 136 seeks to take control back from these monopolies for the benefit of kids and parents all over Ohio. It is the burden of the schools and education profession in general to figure out how they can adjust to these changes. It is not for the duty of the government monopolies such as education to use a socialist philosophy to benefit the employees. It is the employees job to fulfill the requirements of those who employee them. Not the job of the employer to make sure the employees are comfortable and happy and eternally contented so they can retire in luxury.

Not so long ago I had a real ball busting president of a company that I worked directly for who was very upset with my management style. He was one of those guys who believed that rule through fear was the way to go. If you ever saw the film Bad Bosses, he was every single character in that movie. Needless to say I did my own thing anyway, in spite of his attempt to mold my management style into his way of thinking. My style is to utilize the talents of people and their natural inclinations to always find new innovations so that more production can be produced constantly getting faster and faster until a dimensioning marginal return is reached in increases in quality rejections. This particular president enjoyed my innovations because they made the company a lot of money, but at a certain point when that marginal return was reached, he being a typical politician and a looter at heart sought to take credit for my innovations as though he had thought of them and he needed my endorsement to allow him to do so. Typically, such an endorsement is the quiet compliance of admission that he was my superior, which he wasn’t. He might have out ranked me in the orientation of the company, but he did not equal me in intellectual capacity and strategy, so there was no reason I would yield my ground to a human inferior. But to his way of thinking the issue was a pecking order type of thing that would move me up the ladder if I just played the game, which I had no interest in.

When fear, intimidation, and manipulation had no effect on me with the intention to force me to yield to his position which was purely ornamental and I failed to get into line where he sought to place me, in sheer frustration he demanded of me in his office, “Mr. Hoffman, you think you are so smart, you think you are such a know-it all, you are so smug. But you don’t know a damn thing about management. How do you know you are a good manager?”

I replied to him, “When I’ve eliminated my job. When efficiencies and production requirements no longer require my day-to-day attention, and it’s time to lose my job, that’s when I know I’ve done a good job.”

He gapped at me for a long minute in fury then became genuinely inquisitive. “Then what will you do for a living?”

I replied, “I’ll write another book. I’ll start another business. Maybe I’ll do some work in films. I’ll think of something.”

The meeting ended quickly after that because the president of the company realized that fear would not work with me and that left him with an empty gun. And many politicians use the same tactics, fear in order to create a power structure and pecking order of socialism where if an employee pays their dues, they will find a healthy wage in the second half of their lives and a great retirement. The superintendent of Lakota was essentially doing the same thing that the president of the company I was referring to had done, and that’s use the fear of tax increases to attempt to maneuver parental support of H.B. 136 to the negative. She was planting a seed that she hoped the newspapers would pick up and carry on to the greater community in an attempt to protect the education empire that she is one of the great benefactors and leaders. So she is one of those who would have fallen in line to the kind of man I was talking about as a president so that at some future time she might be in the power position. And the current superintendent is protecting that empire for those under her that are hoping they too will someday have the chance to sit in her seat.

If the goal is not to protect your job however, and to always improve year after year in a never-ending change of careers openly accepting the adventure of living then you will obtain the ability to see clearly that the world is full of possibilities if people would only have the courage to look beyond their personal comforts to how the world could be.

The empire building that goes on in the oil industry, or the education industry, or the health care industry wish with every essence of their beings to maintain the status quo so that they can aim for a retirement at some point in their futures. Their short-sighted vision is damaging to the future of the human race, and those participants are like bottle caps that hold society into a bottle so not to let out the contents to the larger world outside the bottle. If more people had read Atlas Shrugged earlier in their lives, they might have different static patterns not rooted in socialism and institutions built to protect employees, but instead be committed to the type of innovations shown in the film THRIVE, which is in essence what the novel Atlas Shrugged is all about.

H.B. 136 is one of those bills that will bring to the field of education over time new innovations, cheaper per pupil costs, and much higher education results for our children by putting the money in the hands of the parents and not the empires of education. Yes, H.B. 136 will break up the monopolies of education, but that will only be bad for the employees who will have to make the adjustments to the new way of doing things. It doesn’t mean those employees will be cast into the streets jobless. But it means that they will have to make new adjustments to their lives to stay competitive. They will only suffer if they refuse to accept the changes because if the world was allowed to progress in the manner of the film THRIVE or Atlas Shrugged, then jobs would be created for everyone, the value of money would increase and purchasing power would also go up, and the amount of money that citizens would be required to make to have a good standard of living would decrease, which is to everyone’s benefit. It is the government monopolies and financial empires who stand in the way of human existence; it’s not a lack of resources. But before society can have these wonders the general education of our people must increase 100 fold from what it currently is, which is simply a system rooted in an idea of socialism that is over 150 years old. And that is not acceptable.

We can do much, much better than that.
