The Impairment Playbook: One of the biggest threats to American infrastructure

One of my many roles is Vice President of Manufacturing, Facilities, and Program Management at CTL Aerospace. At Senator George Lang’s fundraiser on November 1st, 2025, everyone I spoke with was primarily interested in an update on the Chapter 11 filing for the company.  After all, it wasn’t that long ago when Vivek Ramaswamy came to CTL to announce his run for Governor, so there were lots of people cheering that the company would find a way through to the other side of a challenging financial situation.  And to make matters worse, our case was not one of not having customers or income, but rather part of a widespread suppression campaign by our bank that many privately owned Tier 2 suppliers have experienced over the last decade.  Only in the case of CTL Aerospace, the ownership has shown a very rigorous desire to hold ownership rather than to be pushed aside, essentially by pirates who just wanted to raid our ship and steal all the plunder for a quick flip on the market, as a turn and burn, as they like to say.  The context and legal positioning regarding CTL Aerospace’s Chapter 11 proceedings, specifically the compelling basis for equitable subordination under 11 U.S.C. §510(c). The facts of our case, supported by documented creditor misconduct and predatory financial behavior, are now a very public matter, so the personalities involved are in the public record. 

CTL Aerospace—a 79-year-old aerospace manufacturer—has faced targeted financial suppression during a period of global supply chain instability. The aggressor in this case refused to extend forbearance, coupled with abrupt covenant enforcement and term manipulation, directly impaired our ability to procure raw materials and maintain operational continuity, resulting in massive damages for which everyone in the crowd I was speaking with was very interested. These actions were timed to coincide with industry-wide distress and reflect a pattern of bad faith and strategic impairment.  And the target against us was the “goodwill” of our business, the brand that we had built over a long period of time, the intangibles that are often overlooked in modern business because nobody prosecutes those kinds of cases anymore.  Even though they certainly should and would otherwise if the costs weren’t so prohibitively high.  Once you get into something like this, you see a real menace to the infrastructure of America that is determined to erode our manufacturing base by international banks, who, just like pirates, are seeking short-term plunder and quick sales on the hedge fund market.  When you attack a company’s “goodwill” through purposeful suppression techniques, which a bank can do since it is the mechanism through which all cash for a company flows, if it breaches that fiduciary trust, it can really wreck a business.  And as I found out during this process, it’s not just CTL Aerospace going through this kind of thing, but it’s common in the nation right now, as many private owners we know closely have had to step out of the game and get into the name change cycle every few years, which has caused all kinds of supply chain instability.  Again, much of this is now public record, and people have been following the case. They wanted me to provide an undercover perspective, as this is a very political problem, a matter of national security, which is undoubtedly the case at CTL Aerospace.

Case law supports our position, which is to fight back and seek damages for the massive financial impact on our company’s goodwill. In Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd. v. Committee of Creditors Holding Unsecured Claims (In re Papercraft Corp.), 211 B.R. 813 (W.D. Pa. 1997), the court subordinated a creditor’s claim due to inequitable conduct that harmed other creditors and the debtor’s reorganization prospects. Similarly, In re Fabricators, Inc., 926 F.2d 1458 (5th Cir. 1991), emphasized that insider status and control over the debtor’s financial decisions can trigger subordination when used to the detriment of the estate.  And that was certainly the case at CTL Aerospace in really extraordinary ways.  But often, such defenses are never applied because by the time you go through the Chapter 11 process, a company doesn’t have the money to fight, which means you essentially have to hire $3000 per hour lawyers to run the case.  Because the banks certainly have those types on their side. In this case, the conduct—potentially documented in internal communications and covenant enforcement timelines—suggests a deliberate strategy to induce distress and position itself for asset acquisition or impairment accounting. We are actively pursuing discovery to uncover these records and may seek engagement with the DOJ or OCC for a lender liability review.  And based on the evidence we have and the timeline, which many have told us from an insider perspective is a classic case of “The Playbook,” would be an easy case to prosecute.  And likely a large settlement.  But that’s not where my mind is, or some of the people involved in this with me.  We want to see much deeper punishment for the entire financial industry, because this hasn’t just happened to us.  It’s a significant impediment to the economic backbone of the entire American manufacturing industry.  It’s not enough for us to survive, which we look poised to do.  However, to illustrate what was done. 

I explained it like this to many people at the fundraiser, and it was good to chat with Senator Bernie Moreno, who is doing a great job in D.C., and Congressman Warren Davidson who has been fantastic over the role of the Fed in government and is very cerebral in problem resolution, imagine you are a big deer with a full rack of antlers, a 10 pointer.  You have lived a long time, and it shows in the development of your antlers.  But one unfortunate day, you try to cross a road and you get hit by a car, breaking your hip or leg.  The driver keeps going.  You are lying there helpless.  Then a cringy pick-up truck comes along with a very loathsome character getting out, who sees an opportunity for a free mount on his cabin wall to brag about.  He sees the big deer with the whole rack and thinks it’s an excellent opportunity to kill the deer and hang the head on his wall for bragging rights.  He didn’t do the work of hunting the deer, but nobody will ever know.  Typically, in a business cycle, the deer would find a way to crawl away into the woods to heal and restore itself to life after such an accident.  In CTL’s business, a global supply chain issue put us under significant stress.  However, rather than helping CTL, the bank adopted a suppression strategy, essentially running the deer over with a car so they could hang the easy kill on their portfolio management wall for bragging rights and a path to easy money.  And from my perspective, based on the evidence, there is a prominent political position in all this, too, a hatred for the Trump administration and this notion of Making America Great Again.  Patriotic companies like CTL Aerospace, which are privately owned and conduct a significant amount of defense work, are prime targets.  They are the 10-point bucks that would look great on a very progressive trophy wall for financial institutions.  However, the facts of the case are sufficient.  It was a sloppy case on the opposition’s part; they made numerous mistakes that they thought they could hide behind expensive lawyers.  But the case law certainly doesn’t favor them. 

When everyone asked me what needs to happen in this case, I gave my point of view, which is prosecution on equitable subordination under 11 U.S.C. §510(c).  The attacker is demoted from a secured creditor, and their impairment play is wrapped up in a case law lesson.  However, the issue would have to be taken out of their control, as they currently hold a monopoly status in the courts and the financial mechanism.  At the very least, this is a case of predatory accounting that should serve as a cautionary lesson for similar cases.  And as long as it’s going on, it violates any notion that Ohio, or America, can sustain new business activity when these practices are hindering the behavior.  It’s a significant threat to our economy and national security.  Over the course of the last year, we spoke to a lot of people to get involved, and once they realized that CTL was in the squeeze play, they didn’t want to get wrapped up in the whole effort for fear of being sucked in themselves.  Like the deer example, they felt sorry for the deer but didn’t dare to help, fearing they would be poached themselves. 

I told the same story over and over, but it has a lot of details, so I wrote it down here, as most of the attendees are very interested in the topics I discuss.  This financial behavior is actually part of a larger collapse of political and social order that is occurring in most industries. This lack of respect for goodwill, for instance, is precisely why the Disney Company is struggling these days, as it owns intangibles such as movie rights, brand names, and amusement parks.  But they have, through woke corporate practices, destroyed the “goodwill” of the company that Uncle Walt built, and people wanted to be associated with.  Hedge fund people think in terms of tangibles, such as the head of a 10-point buck on their wall to brag about.  However, what truly adds value to the marketplace is the intangible of “goodwill.”  And that’s what the fight at CTL Aerospace is really about, and why so many people were interested in an update.  Most of these tier 2 companies don’t put up much of a fight.  Once wounded, they sell off to make the pain end as quickly as possible.  And that is what the opposition thought was going to happen here.  Only it didn’t, and the stand and fight part was not something they were quite ready for.  And that’s where the case is as of now. Significant reforms to the finance industry are needed, as this is certainly not the only example.  And suppose we really want to make America Great Again. In that case, we need to punish these predatory practices of fiduciary terrorism through “goodwill” destruction because it’s a real problem for virtually everyone whose lives are touched in terrifying ways by it.

Trump’s Big Beautiful Ballroom: Leading the world starting with real bathrooms

Of course, it’s been a suppression effort from the start, but that’s all behind us now.  Trump has torn down the East Wing of the White House and is building his Big Beautiful Ballroom, and Democrats are having a major meltdown over it.  But of course, the opposition isn’t about money, which the whole effort is being funded privately by Trump and his supporters; the goal is a continuation of what we have seen from Democrats going all the way back to the Clintons in the White House.  Remember when they would put sex toys on Christmas Trees when they were in the White House, and the scandal of them selling access to the Lincoln bedroom?  I’ve pointed it out here many times: the deliberate effort not to give speeches in the Oval Office and, as much as possible, to dethrone the role of the White House on the world stage, in their efforts to erase America and usher in the age of the global citizen.  Barack Obama was really obvious about taking as much of the Office of the White House —the role of the President of the United States — and diminishing it in the world, rather than propping it up.  And when we would point it out, it was called a conspiracy theory, a wild right-winged illusion!  But the truth has come out in the actions of Democrat presidents based on their behavior and their hatred of this Trump ballroom says it all, because it defies the logic of someone who wanted to be proud of their country.  It is conducive to someone who wants to see it destroyed.  And I say all this because my wife and I recently visited the White House, and I can report that the place is a lot different than when Biden was there. 

Remember when Biden would give speeches at that little film studio they did to replace the White House?  That was on purpose, to diminish the White House’s role in the world.  And they’ll tell you that much at the museum and visitors’ center for the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue, just to the east.  The White House was deliberately built small to avoid poking Europe in the eye.  We had built a nation that was throwing off the kingly role of government leadership, and the point was to downplay aristocracy as much as possible.  But we all knew what Trump was before we elected him.  Trump has always been about gold and showing off his winnings in the competitions of life.  And that’s one of the reasons we wanted him in the White House.  America was the world’s leading economy and offered the best opportunities for a good life to anyone who dared work for it.  And we wanted to inspire the world, not bend the knee to it, as Barack Obama had been doing.  When the White House was built, it was meant to send a message that Americans weren’t going to try to mimic the palaces of Europe, that America was planning to mind its own business, do the basic work of government, and retire to the countryside once the Executive jobs were done in the People’s House.  But that was a time when America was a new country trying to find its way.  What emerged defines the role of the White House, and it has needed something like a ballroom for a very long time.  Visiting the White House, nobody should be using a porta-potty for an important event. 

The new ballroom is over 90,000 square feet and costs around $300 million, with $200 million from private donors, including Trump himself.  Trump did get a legal settlement from YouTube for $22 million, which has gone toward the construction budget, so it’s a grand affair, being funded privately.  Certainly not by the taxpayers.  The goal is to have the ballroom finished by the end of Trump’s term in 2029.  The buzz out there says that only 25% of the public supports it, according to the Democrat suppression polls that are out there, which still hope to keep America in a state of depression.  That game is why Biden would speak at that weird little studio set rather than in and around the Oval Office.  They only used those traditional backgrounds when they had to.  But now everyone knows the game of suppression, that’s why Biden had people on his staff who would film themselves having sex in important buildings, a gay rights protestor was its spokesperson, the autopen became the real president that anybody could sign.  The decentralization of the White House was well at play during Biden’s term, which most reasonable people understand now was an overthrow of Trump’s first term.  And the point was to put him and the idea of a glorified and proud America out of the public eye.  And now, Trump is back and building a ballroom that would rival his private estate of Mar-a-Lago in Florida.  And it will be around for a long time.  It’s time that America stopped apologizing for being good and an inspiration to the downtrodden.  And start showing the world what adopting capitalism is all about, and why they should do it.  The ballroom should be their experience when visiting the White House, and when they leave, they should remember it for the rest of their lives. 

I recently sat down with a good friend of mine, Senator George Lang, and we talked about our years together fighting all kinds of issues.  His latest battle is one with stage 4 cancer, which many people consider a death sentence.  He doesn’t, and neither do I.  I think we have cures for cancer right now.  What we have is an oppressive healthcare system that wants people to die to rid the earth of their breathing presence.  And that same hatred is reflected in the attitude toward the White House.  Democrats want people sick and dependent.  And they want them to use the bathroom in a tent on the White House lawn when they visit.  But the senator and I agreed that we would celebrate him being cancer-free when we visited the White House together when the new ballroom opens, which tells you what he thinks about his chances of survival.  But by then, a lot will have changed for the better, and the White House improvements are just the cosmetic aspect of it.  America is learning to be what the world needs out of it.  And the bad guys who have been standing in the way are now getting run over.  So why appease them even slightly?  Why not build a grand ballroom with working bathrooms where people from around the world can come to the White House and be inspired to take capitalism home with them?  And George’s optimism about his own future isn’t rooted in blind sentiment and delusional hope, but in the facts of the matter.  Democrats have wanted American culture dead, and they certainly wanted to downplay the White House and its global significance.  We elected Trump to elevate the office because we didn’t like what Democrats had been doing to it during the Clinton years, during Obama’s time, and indeed when Joe Biden was inserted in as a stage puppet and his entire administration was run by consultants and public relations firms through the autopen.  As a country, we are turning away from all that, and the Trump Big Beautiful Ballroom is the result of that effort, which will usher in a whole new age for the world with America as the example of goodness, which is how it’s supposed to be.

The Lakota Levy of 2025 is Just the First Step: Until there are conservatives on the school board, public schools will seek tax increases

I’m really proud of the interview I did with Senator George Lang just ahead of the election of 2025.  George, first and foremost, is a friend of mine, so I tend not to drag him into things I’m involved in, and when it comes to politics, he and I agree on most everything.  The only significant difference is that he tends to be more considerate of people than I am.  He gives the other side more of a voice than I think they deserve, because he’s a nice guy.  During our interview, when he said that he thinks of Lakota school board members Julie Shaffer and Kelly Casper as friendly people, I disagreed with him.  I think between the two of them at a drunken school board meeting out of town, you couldn’t find enough clothes to half-dress one mannequin in the back of a Dillard’s.  Lakota’s school board is very liberal, and those two individuals lead it, which is embarrassing.  And expensive.  But George is good to everyone.  He has his opinions, but he gives everyone a fair shake, and I often don’t get to show that to people.  Neither does he, as the Majority Whip of Ohio’s Senate, a significant position with considerable influence.  He knows that around me, he can be himself and that I won’t run off and talk about anything that we discuss privately.  It was pretty unique that I got to put him on camera and talk for an hour about everything, from the upcoming Lakota levy to his battles with stage 4 cancer.  However, to clear up some misconceptions people had about George and a donation he was shown giving for the pro-Lakota levy efforts, we conducted an interview together that I think was better than he could have achieved anywhere, by any modern media method, news outlet, or podcaster. 

The only people who do the level of interview at the level of what George and I did were someone like Tucker Carlson or Joe Rogan, and I don’t think either of them could have done a better job.  George and I have known each other for several decades, but we had never sat down and just talked in front of the camera like that. What was captured was very useful to many people who wonder about various things.  I even asked George before the interview, “What’s off limits?  Is there anything you don’t want to talk about?”  He said quickly, “No, nothing, anything, and everything is on the table.”  So, we just talked like a couple of people and let others in to observe, and I was able to show them why I like George so much, even though he has evolved into a powerful politician and a prominent figure in Butler County politics.   And over the course of that interview, which was mainly about the upcoming Lakota levy, the most significant tax increase in the history of Ohio, I think he said a mouthful, which I completely agree with.  We all believe that the Lakota levy is going to crash and burn.  But don’t assume that this wasn’t their plan all along: to give the public a considerable blowout number and lose badly in an election.  Then, to say in the spring or summer that they listened to the public and came back with a reduced number.  Just because we defeated this levy in the 2025 election, it doesn’t mean it won’t come back in some form or another.  These public schools are only known for one thing: wasting tax money and asking the public for more, often on the back of property tax increases, to fund an overly progressive society. 

As George said, he thinks that the Lakota school board and its satellites, which include the treasurer and superintendent, are smart people.  I think what he calls “smart” is very maliciously manipulative, even evil.  But Genghis Khan was considered intelligent too, and so were most of the mass murderers of the world.  People thought that Jeffrey Dahmer was smart, even as he dismembered people in his kitchen and stored their remains in his refrigerator.  I would say that the Lakota school board members are very manipulative, which they have to be, given their liberal leanings.  Because people on the left often have to figure out how to get others to do things for them that they can’t do for themselves, they become pretty skilled at it over time.  However, as George and I reflected, this levy attempt is merely them dipping their toe in the water to see how the public reacts.  The details of that kind of election scope are why I think that interview is better than any other outlet could have pulled off, because we covered a lot of ground that most people would blank out after 15 minutes.  However, what we covered was essential to nearly every living, breathing human being, especially those residing in Butler County, Ohio.  It’s encouraging that in Butler County, an effective resistance to the Lakota tax increases has emerged in the No More Taxes group, which is fighting the Lakota levy.  And there are some really good people involved, and they have raised money not just for this levy, but for several upcoming ones as well.  However, for voters who have to show up and vote, they really need context on the scope of the problem.

So, how do we prevent more tax increases from being imposed in the future?  Well, don’t put liberals on the school board, and right now, there are four solid Democrats.  They call themselves other things to avoid the stigma of not being conservative in Butler County, but they are hard leftists on most policies.  And lefties love to waste money.  So, to stop wasting money, which Lakota already has a quarter of a billion dollar budget for a school, which I argue is just a dressed-up babysitting service, elect conservative school board members.  For this election, Ben Nguyen is the guy.  But in future elections, we need more people like Ben.  You need at least a three-vote majority, which we had for a while at Lakota.  And as soon as we didn’t, Lakota went for a tax increase.  That’s all they know to do—because they are liberals, and because liberals are never smart with money.  They might be manipulative, deceitful, scandalous, or monstrously unprincipled.  But they are spendthrifts who want to live off the efforts of others, starting with the real estate of Butler County.  Once Vivek Ramaswamy is the governor of Ohio next year, and Trump continues to dismantle the Department of Education and unleash the power of School Choice, all the public schools will have to change and do a lot more with less.  Their cost structure is significantly inflated due to their collective bargaining agreements, which stem from their union membership. We are all aware that unions often disrupt cost structures wherever they emerge, as they allow the mediocre to receive disproportionately high incomes.  And that is certainly the case at Lakota schools.  So, yes, the levy will likely fail in a big way on election day, provided people don’t sit on their hands and watch Netflix instead of voting.  People need to go out and vote.  But this is only step one.  People are going to have to dig in and fight to keep our taxes reasonably low until there is a new school board with conservatives on it.  Because, as sure as you are reading this, Lakota is planning the next levy, once the smoke clears from this one, because they have spent themselves into oblivion.  And only higher taxes can satisfy their never-ending hunger for more money to waste.

George Lang Donated A Lot of Money to No More Taxes at Lakota: Fighting and beating stage 4 cancer

I’ve known George Lang for a long time, and I would say I know a fighting side of him that a lot of people don’t know about.  And we talked about all those fights as he gave an update on his stage 4 cancer treatment. And to let you know how well it’s going, after we concluded our interview, we made a promise to each other to attend the White House together once the new ballroom opens.  So he’s not planning to die, he expects to beat the cancer thoroughly, and he gave details on just how and what comes next during our discussion.  But speaking of cancers, there was a lot of controversy when his name appeared on a donation list for the pro-levy campaign for Lakota schools, for $2000.  When I first heard about that, I was skeptical, yet his name was there.  I happen to know that George gave at least $2000 to the No More Taxes group opposing Lakota.  So what was going on?  George explained that, too, as best he could.  In the end, he gave $4000 to the No Tax Levy Lakota group and asked the Pro Lakota Levy people for his money back, which they were in the process of doing as we spoke.  I’ve known George for well over two decades, and we’ve talked about that long history and the many fights we’ve both been in over the years.  So I thought it was weird that he would suddenly be for any tax increases.  As it turned out, he very much wanted me to know that it was an accident and that he wasn’t all of a sudden a supporter of higher taxes.  Tax rates are killers of communities, and for his entire life, George has fought high taxes.

No More Taxes!

So the next question everyone has is: how could his $2000 have been an accident?  Wouldn’t he notice a missing $2000?  Well, when I saw it, I thought George was trying to be supportive of Lakota schools because he works with them a lot as a legislator.  One thing in politics is that making enemies isn’t a great way to bring people together.  And as a politician, you are supposed to represent all people, not just your own point of view.  But then again, people vote for you based on your point of view, and they expect you to be authentic.  So right out of the gate, no matter what you do, someone is going to be mad at you.  George has told me for years that I have a lot of talent for politics and has tried to nudge me into several offices, but I have been very resistant, because I reserve the right to throw rocks.  In political theater, there needs to be lots of personalities to test the market of ideas, and we need rock throwers.  But we also need bridgebuilders.  George has always been a bridgebuilder, and I respect him for that.  I have always been a rock thrower.  And he respects me for that.  And we both like a good fight, which is what we have in common.  I figured that if he was donating money to the Lakota levy, there must be a strategic reason, and that he would explain it to me.  I couldn’t imagine what that good reason would be.  But I would be at least open to his explanation.  But as it turned out, he blamed it on his wife, Debbie.  And they get involved in several hundred thousand dollars a year in political donations, and in the amount of that, George didn’t notice the charge on his credit card, because there were so many transactions. 

She voted for the largest tax increase in Ohio’s history!

I’ve known Debbie for a long time too, and I know where her mind is.  She and George give everyone the benefit of the doubt.  I hold grudges forever, and most of the time when people do me wrong, I never forget it.  But Debbie is a loving person.  I could see her playing nice with the Lakota school board.  She and George want to work with the board to make things work well.  Lakota Schools is the largest employer in Butler County, so they aren’t the kind of people to draw lines that they can’t walk out of if they need to.  Knowing both of them, I can’t imagine a scenario in which they accidently voted for a tax increase.  But they give a lot of things, and when it involves that much money, it is possible to get the wires crossed.  George and Debbie have worked very hard for a very long time, and they are very successful.  They didn’t get that way because of politics.  But they have carried their business success into their interest in politics and their desire to make the world a little better through their political involvement.  A lot of us on this Lakota issue see the public school as a vile enemy, teaching children all kinds of terrible things, and wasting a lot of money while doing it.  I am in that camp.  But Debbie’s always hopeful and uses her vibrant personality to build relationships wherever possible.  The important thing to me is that, once they realized where the donation had gone, they worked to correct it, put their money where it counts, and donated against the Lakota levy of 2025. 

A lot of people can’t imagine writing a $2000 check once in their life, let alone writing so many of them that you don’t even notice it on a credit card statement.  And to make sure everyone is clear on the subject, to turn around and give $2000 more to the No Tax Lakota group, in addition to the previous amount.  I say it all the time, politics is a blood sport.  Sometimes you have to be brutal.  Sometimes you want to be nice.  Sometimes you have to be a combination of all kinds of approaches; no one thing works every time for everything.  But when you have been successful for a long time, and survived a lot of battles over the years, which stage 4 cancer is just the latest, resource management can give you all kinds of options.  And what matters is how those resources are managed.  And as soon as he could, George called me and wanted to set the record straight, because he cares about these things.  We spoke for over an hour, about a lot of topics.  And for everything anyone would want to know, the interview with George was great, full of fascinating details.  But even through the fog of politics, which can get hazy at times, I have seen George fight through some really tough moments with his wife, and they are a good team.  They certainly aren’t phonies, which I think makes them very unique, given that they have achieved a lot of success by anybody’s measure with a level of authenticity that many would think wouldn’t be possible.  But I know it’s true.  And we talked about it all.  And I am looking forward to George beating the cancer, to the Lakota levy going down in spectacular flames, and to Trump building that new ballroom.  I think by then we will all have earned a nice night out on the town to see it for the first time.  The White House is a special place, but only because there are special people who have fought in the trenches to make it so.  And George and Debbie Lang are among those who have.  And with their donation to the No More Tax group of Lakota, they are supporting the next generation of fighters, who have a lot of good work ahead of them.  And by the time the smoke clears, we’ll all be proud of the roles we played in that magnificent contest.

The Michael Ryan Solution: Why its great that he is running for Butler County Commissioner

Out of my most recent articles, the one that has received the most attention is the one I did on sky taxis, specifically the products that Joby Aviation, right up the road in Dayton, Ohio, has ready to go straight from the concept of the Jetsons to practical applications now in 2025.  There are places in the world right now, within a few months of this writing, that will take delivery of these sky cars and make them part of their expanding economy as a new transportation option.  This is not science fiction, but indeed the next generation in personal transportation, and I have proposed that it should be Butler County, Ohio, the home of perhaps two future presidents very shortly, that should be leading the way on this exciting new technology, because honestly, someone in the United States is going to do it, and do it soon leaving everyone else to catch up later.  It is much better to be a leader in something new than to be a come-lately, especially in the way that Butler County, Ohio, is evolving as one of the tremendous technical centers of the world.  I talked to Vivek Ramaswamy recently about his plans as governor, and these eVTOL aircraft concepts will be a natural extension of what he wants to do in the state.  New economies form around new technology, and probably there is nothing newer than these air taxis.  Soon, they will be everywhere; most people will use them just as commonly as people use cell phones, and the world will be much more interesting and faster.  At the State of the State speech from Governor Mike DeWine this year, 2025, even he mentioned what Joby Aviation was doing in Dayton, so this is very much a technical reality waiting for some bold people to be the first, and I have been trying to encourage people in Butler County to be those first bold people.

While I was at a recent fundraiser for Nancy Nix, I was carrying around a plate of food, looking for somewhere to sit down.  I had been talking too much and didn’t have a place to sit as Nancy was trying to prepare everyone for some entertainment she had for the evening.  My wife couldn’t attend that event, so I was alone and didn’t consider taking a seat.  So I was in a pickle now that everyone was sitting down.  So there I was with my plate full of food, needing a seat when Vice Mayor of Hamilton Michael Ryan and his very nice wife Amanda encouraged me to sit with them.  So, I did, and for dinner conversation, we had an excellent talk where I learned that he was planning to run for commissioner of Butler County, which is good because recently, Cindy Carpenter had been caught campaigning for Democrats in Middletown, leaving many people very angry.  So, for the upcoming Republican primary ahead of the 2026 election cycle, people were looking for alternatives, and it sounded like Michael Ryan could be it.  I have come to know him somewhat well; we pass each other at many events, and he has enjoyed my social media over the years. I have seen him stand tough in the pocket on more than one occasion, even for a pretty young person, young to my eyes.  He’s over 40 now, but I have a habit of referring to people in his age group as young, which I do to many people I deal with who are his exact age.  But when it comes to some of these new political positions, I would love to see someone with a good 20 years of work history in front of them, with lots of fresh ideas and ambition to do them.  So it didn’t take me long to get interested in his statement about running for county commissioner.

But he wanted me to sit with them mainly because he was interested in my articles on new transportation methods like Elon Musk’s Hyperloop system, which I proposed should be built in Monroe, Ohio.  Then, this Joby Aviation alliance I was talking about for West Chester, Ohio.  While Michael has been on the Hamilton City Council and has been doing a great job there, which has plenty of challenges, running for commissioner of one of the three seats requires a much larger vision for a community like Butler County, which comes with some lofty expectations.  We have had pretty good commissioners, and I had been thinking for a while that there is great potential if only we could get T.C. Rogers a second vote.  T.C. is a free market advocate, thinks right about many things, and could use a good partner as a commissioner.  Don Dixon has been pretty good, too.  They know how to make the spaghetti in the kitchen but could benefit from a fresh, youthful vibrancy.  Cindy Carpenter is listed as a Republican with the other two, but she behaves like a Democrat and has for a long time, leaving people hungry for an option.  So, Michael Ryan came across to me during this discussion as someone who might fit perfectly into the needs of Butler County.  So, given all the elements, it seemed like an opportunity to talk about some of the exciting things that could be possible if we put someone like Michael Ryan onto the seat of Butler County commissioner.

Michael and I met at a spot I think is the perfect property for a Joby air taxi service port.  There are lots of places in Butler County for something like this as a hub, where people visiting at CVG downtown could fly straight to Butler County to shop at Ikea for the day or to conduct business and stay at one of the many hotels that are within walking distance to this proposed location.  However, even within Butler County’s 400,000 residents, it is a quick way to get to Miami University, downtown Hamilton, and even Butler Regional and Middletown airports.  An air taxi service would see immediate good business and be economically viable right out of the box.  So Michael Ryan and I talked, and I filmed it so people could listen in and get to know him a bit.  It would take investors with vision to make anything happen.  It would take technical expertise to set it all up.  There are plenty of achievable challenges.  However, the most important thing to me is setting up the political infrastructure to achieve it.  Given where the Trump administration is on these kinds of things, I am confident that there would be lots of encouragement at the federal level.  This economic boon could help Middletown a lot, and J.D. Vance would like to see that happen.  His personal friend, Vivek Ramaswamy, will be the next governor of Ohio, and I know he’s excited about it.  The proposed location of Butler County, Ohio is mainly in Senator George Lang’s district, the current Majority Whip at the Statehouse.  I know a friendly trustee in Mark Welch in West Chester who could get on board with something like this.  What was missing was a county commissioner who could connect all the dots and remove the barriers so the business people could make the investments.  And after the talk Michael Ryan and I had, it should be obvious why I’m endorsing him and why I was so happy that he invited me to sit with him and his wife at the Nancy Nix fundraiser.  We had a great discussion that could grow into something truly special, which is very exciting.

Apoorva Ramasway is a Really Good Person: One of the big reasons to support Vivek Ramaswamy for governor of Ohio

There was never any question about supporting Vivek Ramaswamy for Governor of the State of Ohio.  But after meeting with him at his launch ceremony in West Chester, Ohio, I feel even better about it.  Of course, he is a great talent that can speak the peel off an orange.  But so can a lot of con artists.  The question everyone always wants to know about these kinds of things is how can they know they can trust him?  What makes a person trustworthy, even if they have the gift of gab?  After all, there are a lot of salespeople out there who can sell you just about anything who aren’t worth 2 cents as people.  So what makes Vivek Ramaswamy a good person, good enough to be made Governor of the State of Ohio?  Well, I have a proven tactic that I use to qualify people, especially adult people, that has worked for me over the years: I measure a person’s worth based on what kind of spouse they have.  They can sell pretty words to the public all day, but if they partner with a terrible person as a spouse, you should always question the person’s validity.  As a general rule, good people tend to attract other good people.  And bad, toxic people tend to do the same.  You don’t often find a toxic person choosing to be married to a high-quality person.  They are attached to them for a reason.  So judging a person based on the worth of their spouse is quite good as an accurate measurement, and I am thrilled to say that Vivek Ramaswamy’s wife is top-class and a very good person. Upon meeting Apoorva Ramaswamy, I found that I liked Vivek even more.  They are a nice couple who work well together in ways that are bigger than the jobs they do in life.

I don’t mind saying it, and there are certainly more that I can think of, but at this Vivek Ramaswamy event were some very good friends of mine who were part of setting up everything in the background.  And we are friends for a reason that goes beyond political considerations.  I know a lot of people, but I put more trust in these people for a lot of reasons, most of which start with their spouses.  For instance, when people ask me, “How can you trust George Lang?  He’s a RINO establishment figure.”  I can say to them that I can trust him in ways I wouldn’t trust other people, largely because of what I know him that is different from other people, especially people in a decisive Senate role.  Why George?  He has a wonderful wife in Debbie, who is just as solid as a person can get.  They are a good couple, and they are at an age where they travel a lot, and the fruits of a lot of hard work are emerging, and they are living a good life.  They work well together, and things were not always as good as they are now.  I remember when the political left was trying to throw George in jail just for knowing John Boehner.  Even in the toughest of times, Debbie has always been loyal to George, and as a couple, they are always trying to do the right thing, and I have come to know both of them pretty well over the years in ways that far exceed politics.  If George Lang had never been a senator and never was again, he and his wife would still be friends with me and my wife.  They are good people to know.

And why do I like her so much? People always ask me about Nancy Nix.  Well, what’s not to like?  She is as good as they get.  She comes across as a good person as a politician due to her many sincere desires for the world to be a better place, and I have come to know her over the years as a person with profound convictions toward biblical goodness.  But I’ll say that her husband Bob Leshnak is perfect for her.  Sometimes, it takes a while to find people who can work with them instead of against them.  When you are a person like Nancy who is naturally attractive and has a very outward projecting personality, you can attract a lot of bar flies.  But as a naturally good person from a good family, she knows how to sort through all that to find a great spouse in Bob.  He is good for her and doesn’t work against her, and they just come out as a good couple when you talk to them in any setting.  How can people be expected to manage your government financially or ethically if they can’t manage their own homes?  I could say that I know Fran DeWine a bit, enough to see that she makes the current governor of Ohio a far better person than he would otherwise be.  They are childhood sweethearts, which makes him a person that can at least be brought to reason because he has managed a long marriage to a good person.  I have met Melania Trump on several occasions and always said she is the key to why President Trump has become the kind of good person he is at this stage.  Spouses say a lot about the people we know, publicly. 

At Vivek’s West Chester event, I got to talk to him in great detail, but that wasn’t new.  I could also walk around with his wife and talk to her one-on-one.  And I found it interesting that she had a good relationship with Representative Jennifer Gross, who is too Tea Party for many people.  It says a lot about Apoorva in a good way and about Vivek with the doors closed.  Apoorva was a very classy woman, full of life and spirit, and I kept thinking she would be an ideal First Lady of Ohio.  She comes across well in all the right ways.  But what is most apparent is that she and Vivek are a power couple that feeds off each other.  We’re not talking about a couple of people climbing through social power to achieve a status through won elections.  These people are personally good and want to share that with others in a leadership way.  This is a much different set of standards than the traditional power couple that only share their desire for public power, and once that is not in their lives through a lost election or bad financial times, their relationship breaks apart.  Spouses aren’t helping each other if they plot divorce behind their spouses’ backs and are always jealous of the other people in their lives because they are insecure in the foundations of their relationship.  When you meet people who have people in their lives that they are building families with and who are willing to walk through all the fires of life together, you can know that there are unique qualities you can trust in them as public servants.  And that is undoubtedly the case for Vivek Ramaswamy and his wife, Apoorva.  They will still be a good couple once the days of politics are done, a few decades from now.  They will be defined by what they do together rather than what they convince people to give them in the form of trust and social management.  They are good because they are good, and they work together, which is the best trait of all.

Dave Yost Has No Chance: Calling me a fraud won’t make an unlikable person appealing

I support Vivek Ramaswamy for the Governor of Ohio in any way possible.  I was all in before I had a chance to talk to him the other day, and after spending some time with him, I’m more convinced than ever.  For me, he’s like getting Trump to run Ohio.  But Vivek is great on his own, and he is what I would call the next generation of MAGA political candidates.  I have liked Dave Yost, the current attorney general.  But there are a lot of reservations that put him in the clear RINO category.  In a head-to-head matchup between Yost and Ramaswamy, I see it coming out like it did in 2016 with Trump against Jeb Bush.  And in the end, I think a political fight with Vivek Ramaswamy will destroy the career of Dave Yost, and I didn’t want to see that, at least until they sent me a nasty letter the other day complaining about my support of Vivek through a video I did.  I usually get a lot of hate mail, and I never come close to answering them all, but this one was different due to the content of the political fight to come, and it changed any sympathy I had for Dave Yost into primal aggression and a desire to see him destroyed.  I have been keeping thoughts about Dave Yost and what he did to the former Butler County Auditor Roger Reynolds tucked away, and this whole event resurrected it for me as a primary concern.  I’m not running for office, so I don’t have to be as nice as Vivek wants to be to his political enemies.  And as good as he is, he’s going to win the governor race of Ohio without too much difficulty.  But as I have done in regard to Trump, reporting things in context so people can feel good about voting for Ramaswamy when critics say otherwise is something I will certainly do for the future Governor of Ohio, Vivek Ramaswamy.  

So the Yost Campaign insinuated that I’m some fraud for the video I did discussing the announcement of running for governor by Vivek Ramaswamy a day before the event occurred.  They thought that was a misleading tactic because I couldn’t have possibly known that the event would be packed with supporters on the day before the event occurred.  Now, I have a lot of experience with the media, and if I wasn’t good at so many other things, I would probably have carved out a career in media myself.  But to be truthful, and I know this from many friends in the media that I have who were major superstars, the pay isn’t that great.  So I do a lot of other things; media for me is for the good of it.  Not the pay of it.  But it’s common practice to pre-write articles before a deadline and even to shoot a promo video ahead of an event when you want the material to reach audiences near or right after the event you are discussing.  And that was the case here.  In West Chester, Ohio, at CTL Aerospace, we had a big announcement rally for Vivek Ramaswamy that ended around 6:30 PM.  My blog is read daily by many people who want to know my thoughts on the latest topic. It goes up every day at 7 PM.  So I had to have most of it ready to go to beat my deadline.  I could adjust any changes to the reporting beforehand.  But for that article and video, I talked about the things that I knew were going to be true.  And I would know because I was one of the organizers of the event.  

A pretty dumb idea on their part. But it’s a free world.

Before the weekend of Vivek’s announcement on the following Monday, the 24th of February, I knew that there were 1200 RSVPs who had gone online to indicate they were coming and to be put on the list.  I also knew the space we had set up for Vivek was only supposed to hold 500 people.  So, doing the video announcement I did for the event, I knew it would be very crowded.  And as it turned out, it was worse than I said.  There was a line down and around the building and as people were trying to get in I had more than 500 text messages and phone calls between the hour of 4 PM and 5 PM, which I couldn’t take, because I was talking to Vivek Ramaswamy along with a few other people about what was going to happen during his speech.  It took me two days after the rally to answer most of them.  I never got to some because I wasn’t sure who they all were. But the ones I did know, I eventually, at least, answered.  I was at the Dave Yost announcement for Governor when he did it at the Elks Club near my home in Liberty Township, and it was nothing like this.  Dave had difficulty getting more than seven or eight people to stand in line to get a picture with him.  There may have been a few hundred people who came; honestly, I felt sorry for him. To support him, which I planned to do until Vivek came along, I knew that Dave Yost would have a significant enthusiasm problem.  He just wasn’t very exciting.  He acted like an out-of-touch politician who put on a cowboy hat to appeal to the meat-and-potato people, but he had an assumption of doing the time and a pretention of entitlement that he deserved to be Governor and that the Republican party owed it to him.

There is a lot of good stuff to discuss regarding Vivek Ramaswamy, and I certainly will.  I’ve met him several times, and at this event, he had a good memory of some of our history together.  The reason he chose CTL Aerospace is because of a story he shares with me, and Nancy Nix, George Lang and a few others at the start of his decision to get into politics, which I knew before his speech, was why he was coming back to start his run for governor at that location.  So we had a good talk, and I got to know his wife a bit more than in the past, and let me say, she is solid goodness in every way you can imagine.  She is sharp and very friendly.  I like the Ramaswamys as a family and as people, and it is those kind of people, if they want to, who should be in tough jobs like the Governor of Ohio.  Vivek is the kind of political figure I have been looking for in these positions for years, so I’m going to get fully behind his campaign, and that’s why I was one of the event coordinators and venue providers.  I personally liked Vivek before his announcement, in a very personal way.  And I am more supportive after hearing his speech if possible.  And to my way of thinking, Vivek is a lot nicer than I am.  And I would say a lot more forgiving; anybody who gets in the way of him running Ohio must be destroyed.  And if Dave Yost wants to go there, or his not very smart people, then that’s on them.  They can deal with the aftermath. 

Not to get into personal details, I normally don’t talk about things I say in private with people, but this is probably important in regard to Vivek Ramaswamy.  When we were talking, he asked me, “Rich, what do you want from me?”  I said to him, “I want 16 years out of you.  8 years as governor of Ohio.  And 8 years as President of the United States.  And at the end of it, you won’t yet be 60.  That sounds like a pretty good life to me.”  And he said, “Yes it does, let’s see how all this goes.”  And to all that, I will do my part to help see that it all goes well.

Lets Talk About The Future Governor of Ohio: Vivek Ramaswamy announces a great opportunity in West Chester

These opportunities don’t come along too often when people like Vivek Ramaswamy want to run for governor on a political path that will entail a lot of high offices.  But to be governor of Ohio at this particular juncture in history is quite a remarkable idea.  Something that just a few months ago didn’t seem possible.  Yet it is true; I know it is because I am playing a role in sponsoring this announcement by Vivek on February 24th at 5:30 PM in West Chester.  And I am thrilled to be a part of it because I like Vivek Ramaswamy.  I would have thought he would be directly involved in the Trump administration after the President was elected to a second term.  Vivek Ramaswamy was set to partner directly with Elon Musk to run D.O.G.E., which is the hottest thing in the world right now.  So, it would have been a perfect next chapter for Vivek Ramaswamy.  However, in the weeks before Christmas, some very good friends of mine, who are very close to Vivek, told me what was cooking down at Mar-a-Lago with Trump wanting to clear the decks for Vivek to run for Governor of Ohio, and that was exciting news indeed, and I was instantly supportive.  I thought it was a good move for DeWine to appoint Jon Husted to J.D. Vance’s senate seat because now J.D. was in the White House with Trump. Husted had wanted to run for governor, but I supported David Yost instead.  But then, Vivek Ramaswamy didn’t look like he would be available at that Ohio high office.  However, a mission is going on in the background to make Ohio no longer a “rust belt” state but the center of the technological universe, starting with aviation and aerospace, then migrating to computer chips and fuel production.  So it didn’t take me long to grab on to this opportunity, which was a chance of a lifetime to get an excellent MAGA governor in Ohio and to do big things that had not been possible up to now.

I like David Yost, the current attorney general.  I liked the idea of a law and order governor who would be hard on crime and support the Trump administration’s border policies.  Yost is a big guy, the last time I saw him personally, he was wearing a big cowboy hat, and I loved the idea of him being an option for governor.  But for all things Ohio, Vivek also gives us a great law and order presence, and we get all the economic goodies, too.  It’s nothing against David Yost, but everyone has a role that they are good at, and with Vivek, he’ll be able to cheerlead along projects that are unique to him on the tech side of things.  Ramaswamy is a new generation of political figures who are self-made and energetic, working feverishly around the clock to do great things.  David Yost is a more traditional politician.  He’d be much better than the current Mike DeWine, but he wouldn’t be much different from the governors we’ve had.  He’s not Vivek Ramaswamy, who is probably the best orator in the world right now.  And he has a long runway.  I love seeing people in his age bracket, not yet 40, poised to do these big jobs because it’s the juice for a good living cascading off their administrations.  Not that David Yost is a one-trick pony; there is much to say about law and order.  But Vivek Ramaswamy is the whole racehorse, which is a safe bet on a successful race.  Knowing what I do about the great things in the background that are part of Senator Lang’s business first caucus, this opportunity with Vivek Ramaswamy doesn’t come along in too many lifetimes. 

I want to see Dave Yost get behind Vivek and do something that he is specifically good at, such as a continuation of law and order enforcement.  There are plenty of good things to do, and I don’t want to see Yost damaged politically in a run against Vivek.  There’s just no reason for that other than ego.  Everyone should find their way in this MAGA movement.  But Yost is crazy if he thinks Trump will endorse him over Vivek Ramaswamy.  There is no reason to have anybody in the MAGA movement embarrassed because there are plenty of jobs for everyone.  There is no scenario where David Yost is on a debate stage with Vivek Ramaswamy, and Yost doesn’t come out on the losing end.  And because I like Yost personally, I don’t want to see that happen to him.  Vivek will win the GOP nomination in Ohio easily, and he will then have to take on from the Democrats the old subject of millions and millions of words that I have written about her, Amy Acton, who has announced that she too is running for Governor.  Which I think is hilarious.  But she’s the best that Democrats have, which is another problem.  She must be tone-deaf not to understand how much people in Ohio hate her after what she did with COVID-19.  The pot-smoking hippie chick persona she has will not play well, as people have tried to forget about her for all her ridiculous Covid lockdowns.  Here she goes, wanting to remind everyone of her role, which is one of the greatest mistakes Ohio has ever experienced.  She cost Ohio billions of dollars and a lot of misery; she’s the opposite of a personality like Vivek Ramaswamy.

Also, I think Amy Acton plays better with sympathetic voters who believe in second chances on a stage with David Yost, who comes across as too stoic than the compassionate Amy Acton.  Many women will undoubtedly choose Amy Acton over David Yost because that’s how emotional voters vote.  It’s probably why Amy Acton thinks that enough time has passed since the Covid disaster, and now, she can get back out and show herself to the world again.  But on a debate stage with Vivek Ramaswamy, there is no way she can win anything.  She has too much baggage, and she’s too slow, and Vivek could decimate her with a smile on his face and still give any supporter of her a reason to vote for him without feeling guilty about it.  It’s hard not to like Vivek, and he can debate anybody about anything without coming across as vicious and combative.  You don’t need to bash people over the head when you are as good as he is.  So Vivek Ramaswamy is in a class all by himself, and if you want to see him in person, just let me know before the 24th.  It’s not just a chance to see the future governor of Ohio, but I think a future President.  Vivek has a lot of runway ahead of him.  There’s room for J.D. Vance and other MAGA personalities, too.  I’d like to see them all tag team those efforts and not fight against each other, as I am suggesting, with David Yost getting behind Vivek’s run so that he can do different things that he’s good at.  The goal is to carry the MAGA movement to as many nationwide offices as far into the future as possible.  And for now, 8 years of Vivek Ramaswamy in Ohio as governor could make our state a bigger economy than the country of Taiwan is now.  Bigger even.  But it takes the right people in the correct positions, and for this opportunity in Ohio, Vivek Ramaswamy is it.  I’m very excited to support him in this fabulous announcement.

A Hyperloop Terminal in Monroe, Ohio: The only thing holding back such an emerging technology is political will

I have been thinking a lot more of it since President Trump won the election.  But once the news started leaking out of Mar-a-Lago from people who would know, my thinking about it grew into genuine excitement.  My ideas about Monroe, Ohio, becoming the focal point of a new hyperloop terminal, grew some serious legs.  Most of the people involved probably don’t know what a hyperloop is, so I put together a pitch video to explain it to them and get some conceptual faculty behind the thought.  After all, why would little ol’ Monroe, Ohio, be such a hot spot for one of the great emerging technologies on Earth?  Once I learned that Jon Husted would be appointed as the Senate seat replacement for J.D. Vance, all the elements started clicking into place.  I like Jon because of a mutual friend we have, and I know he is very pro business.  However, it only got better once I learned that Trump was very concerned about the next governor of Ohio and wanted to clear the decks for a pick he wanted after DeWine was done in a few years.  After a few years of D.O.G.E., Vivek Ramaswamy was planning to be governor, which is pretty much a slam dunk on the election process.  And I know a lot of mutual friends regarding Vivek.  And, of course, his relationship with Elon Musk then became very important.  After all, J.D. Vance will be in the White House, and economic stimulation will be very important to the Trump/Vance White House.  It was likely that Vance would be in the White House for the next 12 years, 4 with Trump, then 8 with his own administration because people won’t want Trump to go away.  And things started to get hot on my idea.

A few days before all this information emerged out of Mar-a-Lago, Musk proposed a 20 billion dollar Hyperloop connection between New York and London.  Hyperloop is something I have supported for a very long time.  I even hired a few engineers from the University of Cincinnati open source program who worked at SpaceX to develop the emerging technology so I could learn all I could about the pitfalls of the technology.  And I realized what I needed to know.  Hyperloop is a very advanced high-speed transportation system that blasts passengers in a train-like pod at 700-1000 mph conceptually through a cushion of air through a tunnel with all the air removed, almost duplicating the vacuum levels of space to remove wind resistance.  Using magnets to pull the craft along, passengers can travel much faster than a commercial airline.  This trip from New York to London would happen in just a few hours instead of much of the day and would travel under the ocean through tunneling technology from one of Elon Musk’s companies, The Boring Company.  To many people, this all sounded like crazy science fiction from Musk.  But he’s serious.  They are already building a hyperloop in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates.  They have also built a preliminary tunneling system in Las Vegas as a kind of test bed.  China is also hard at work as it has stolen the idea from Musk.  So far, nobody has had success, but it’s not because the science is wrong.  It’s because doing such a thing takes enormous political will.  Musk has all the money in the world.  What he doesn’t have is what was forming in Ohio in the Monroe area, the political will to pull it off, from President Trump himself, who wants to do something big during his presidency with a new highway system effort that would rival what we did in America during the 1950s under Eisenhower.  Hyperloop had the opportunity to be bigger than America’s national highway system, and once that was started as a massive infrastructure project, it happened very fast and became normal. 

Monroe makes sense for the first national terminal because if there is a line for 20 billion dollars from New York to London, another 500-mile hyperloop from Monroe to New York could feed the country’s interior to the east coast with a trip that would take about 45 minutes.  And Monroe is only an hour’s drive from Columbus, Indianapolis, Lexington, Louisville and is between Cincinnati and Dayton.  Many people can drive a short distance to Monroe, where they could pick up a few hyperloop lines that would take them to places like Las Angeles, Vegas, and Orlando within a few hours.   And with such a hyperloop hub comes massive economic activity, which would feed the economically deprived hometown of J.D. Vance.  An economic goal that the Trump administration has for many such cities in America, especially along the Rust Belt.  With Governor Ramaswamy in Ohio, many good things can happen with a revitalized Trump economy that could pay down the debt and still generate several hundred billion dollars for something on this scale.  Elon Musk is working with them all to do such a thing, and the technology of The Boring Company makes it all possible.  While there are technical issues to solve, the rate of innovation isn’t the problem.  Political support is, and under the conditions described, Monroe, Ohio, suddenly looks to be the best place in the world for such an effort.  It would revitalize Middletown, Ohio, nearby Hamilton, and, of course, Dayton.  All areas that had been husked out to globalism.  Suddenly, a lot was possible for a relatively small investment. 

Musk knows how to solve this problem, which he needs to do before humans colonize the Moon and Mars.  Living on other planets will require tunnels to protect people from large doses of radiation on planets struggling with their own atmospheres until they are terraformed into habitable planets through science.  Developing a hyperloop on Earth would give The Boreing Company the experience to perform the same on other planets.  So, such an effort has value beyond the convenience of high-speed travel between long-distance destinations on Earth.  As I was talking to my good friend Senator Lang about all this, we shared an intense desire to bring more technology and aerospace imprint along that particular section of the I-75 corridor to make Ohio one of the most business-friendly places in the world.  A hyperloop terminal would go a long way to making that instantly happen.  And suppose there was a President Vance in the White House, a Governor Ramaswamy in the Ohio governor’s mansion, and the wealthiest person in the world who would do anything to get to Mars. In that case, there are a lot of dots that are getting connected if the right people help steer the ship.  So this isn’t a typical article for my usual audience, but for the powerful people I know who read in the background and can help unify everyone behind this effort.  The first thing I thought of as soon as Trump gave his acceptance speech the night of the election was, “Now we have the kind of president who can make the hyperloop possible.”  For many years now, I have considered Monroe, Ohio, the premier place to build such a terminal in the large amounts of land behind the outlet mall.  It would look techy and destination-driven, like Space Mountain from Disney World, only much larger, and impressive.  And suddenly, America would do something that would improve the lives of everyone on earth for centuries.  If only we could align the politics, which is entirely possible based on how things are shaping up.

When George Lang Stood Between a Radical Protestor and Trump: The Left is out of gas

I know it’s scary, and many people are very worried about what they’ll learn after the 2024 election, which is essentially, do we have a government accountable to the people?  Or is it an out-of-control oppressive monstrosity that we’ll have to fight a revolution to bring back to our control?  People have seen too much of the communist machine that has been working in the background for a long time, and they doubt that an election will be enough to take back our country.  And I can understand why they think that way.  But consider a few things about this Democrat machine that is on a trend nobody can ignore.  And it’s growing against them year by year, even to the point where now there are Democrats who are jumping off the ship and voting for MAGA, like Elon Musk.  I’ve enjoyed that guy’s life for a long time, but could only go so far because he was such a left-leaning progressive.  Nowadays, he sees the light and sounds even more conservative than me.  But that comes from reality; when trying to build businesses, that nasty word reality tends to make itself known.  It has also been a challenge with Elon Musk and his attempts to run some of the most successful businesses in the world without partnerships with governments.  For a while, he played along to get along with the World Economic Forum, China, and the Obama and Biden administrations, all oppressive, centralized authority regimes.  But it became apparent in the 2020s that without an open government run by actual people and not Marxist philosophies that didn’t embraced capitalism, the possibility of going to space was just impossible.  Space travel requires massive amounts of capitalism.  Colonies on the moon and Mars would stall away under bureaucratic nonsense, and Musk has been living his own kind of Atlas Shrugged novel. his conversion has been an exciting reality I have covered extensively, more so than anybody else.  So, it hasn’t surprised me, it’s all part of a more significant trend. 

Seems like a long time ago.

I do not doubt that overt election fraud is planned for the 2024 election.  The political left cannot lose; they hold much of the government under their power and are the ones who ultimately count the votes and certify them.  But they played that game in 2020, too, and people are very well aware of it this time, and Democrats are being caught all over the place.  The discussion about Harris being on Saturday Night Live breaking FCC rules to try to slide her under the door with an extensive public relations skit at the last minute without giving Trump equal time caused a major uproar.  People are talking about the poor pet squirrel and raccoon that were confiscated during a home invasion in New York and euthanized for no real reason, and they are outraged.  People are seeing things that have always been there, but they are now allowing themselves to see the gross reality of it.  It’s not just Alex Jones and Hard Right conspiracy theorists anymore.  Since COVID-19 and the four terrible years of Biden, people have been waking up, and believe it or not, the Democrat/Marxist machine has been running out of gas and showing signs of weakness.  For the first time they actually fear being toppled from power.  There isn’t any amount of money in the world that can prop up something that just isn’t working anymore. One obvious thing with the Harris campaign was that their machine was broken and couldn’t win people over to give them a cover story of representative government.  If they do manage to capture the public, it won’t be under the illusion of self-rule.  It will be against the people like every other communist armpit of a country in the world.

So what’s different now compared to four years ago or even eight?  Well, remember all the Trump rallies in 2016 when there were paid provocateurs who would show up and try to make it look like people were against Trump when, in reality, it was quite the opposite.  I know this subject well because I watched it from a front-row seat.  I was part of a Trump rally in 2016 where I was in the VIP section with Senator Lang, and we were talking about what to do if someone broke loose from the audience to try to storm the stage with Trump on it, as had been happening often during that time.  I had a pretty good friend who was caught on film punching some radicals at a Trump rally that same year, and open fights and the harassment of Trump supporters with violence were commonplace.  There was no peace and lots of radicalism during Trump’s first term, where the mechanisms of the left were on full display.  The Rules for Radicals playbook was incredibly audacious and on full utilization.  And while George Lang and I stood there just a few feet from Trump, a provocateur rushed the stage right next to us, and security quickly put him down.  I thought of my friend who had punched some of those same types of leftists in the face, and he was in big legal trouble, so I did not touch the guy.  But let me tell you, George Lang did.  He blocked access to the stage with his body until security grabbed the guy and hauled his worthless body off.  And Trump looked at us for a second but didn’t even break his conversation but to tell the loser to go back to mommy.  I could tell lots of stories like that for people who don’t get to see that side of George, who represents Ohio much better than most people will ever know.

But here’s the thing: the left has been running out of gas now for over 8 years.  And you could see that this year when the fever started to finally break with that ridiculous lawfare case against Trump in Georgia just for questioning the election results that resulted in that now famous mug shot.  Then, a few attempted assassination attempts.  Trump never stopped, or even slowed down, and he has had more public rallies since then and notice what’s missing.  Yeah, it’s the provocateurs.  It’s the harassment of Trump supporters coming and going from rallies that used to be expected.  Now, none at all. The communists are running scared, and they have been exposed, and they don’t know what to do.  They can only rule through fear and control over the election process.  But the decentralized media in America, with forums like this one on one end and the Joe Rogan Experience on the other, and all kinds of stuff in between, they even put Steve Bannon in jail to keep the Warroom off the air during this period, and nothing has worked.  Nothing they have tried has succeeded, and in the process, they have lost support in significant ways, which Elon Musk is a fine example of.  If they lost him, they have also lost millions of others who aren’t so well seen.  So, as I know, everyone is worried about this 2024 election.  Remember, the power is clearly in your hands.  All you have to do is show up and vote to make this election too big to rig.  You don’t yet have to grab firearms to take back your country.  At this point, you can break the machine by overloading the support for Trump beyond their ability to cheat.  And if everyone does that, we can end this nightmare peacefully.  But the yearning of the people won’t be suppressed any longer.  People want what they do, and they are going to have it.  And this Marxist government of the Barack Obama types is a thing of the past, and they know it because they are out of gas.  Their tricks have not worked, and everything they have done has only caused them to lose more power, precisely where they are on election day.
