NO MEANS NO: The ghost of my friend Henry David Thoreau

One of the most disgusting sentiments of the weak parasitic big government types is how they have not only made legalized robbery fashionable in their never ending quest for more and more taxes to feed their incessant bellies, but they have taken segments of great classic literature and distorted them to suit their purposes, much like they have done with everything else. This is one of the most obvious evils that they have done with my favorite transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau and his very short work Civil Disobedience.

Civil Disobedience is only about 30 to 40 pages long. It’s really not much more than an essay and in its opening line comes the famous phase, “That government is best which governs least.” Just a few sentences later Thoreau states, “That government is best which governs not at all.” Yet, civil rights leaders and union socialists have used Thoreau as a kind of hand book to protests and how to engage in them. It was the 60’s hippies who have used the words of Thoreau to lie down in the street and fill the jails of their location with their body’s protest, in order to overwhelm the police and their human cages. The big government progressives seem to only have read the words in Civil Disobedience that pertain to slavery, and war with Mexico, which were the hot button issues in 1849, and they missed the true point of the book!

After the rash of school levy defeats in Southern Ohio after this past election I went back and read Civil Disobedience on the morning after to reign in my thoughts on the matter. The work that Thoreau intended was an anti-tax protest. Thoreau says in his short work, that to pay taxes to an unjust system is a weak acceptance of that system. And that if a citizen does not like what his government is doing, then do not pay the tax. Civil Rights activists point to Civil Disobedience and say this is where they got the idea to allow activists to be placed in jail as a kind of badge of honor. But the fools that many of them are missed the point entirely. Thoreau was put in jail himself for not paying his taxes, and he belittled the entire concept of jail as something that was beneath him in his book. It wasn’t the act of going to jail that was the aim of Civil Disobedience, but in cutting money off from an unjust, oppressive state. He wasn’t even protesting the United States; he was protesting control of the state over his individual sovereignty, and then proclaiming that a state of cowards who refused to acknowledge the individual rights of all men, including slaves, deserved not to have their coffers refilled by the tax collectors. Civil Disobedience is actually a much shorter version of the same thing explored in Atlas Shrugged, that the way to defeat a tyrannical government is to simply not endorse its existence with more resources. By giving it money, you endorse the behavior, even if it’s through your taxes.

That seems fair enough to me and makes sense. Generally, if I don’t like a restaurant, I don’t spend my money on it. If I don’t like a movie, I don’t go to the theater to pay money to see it. If I don’t like a particular brand of car I don’t buy it. And in government, if I don’t like the service or what they spend my money on, it only makes sense that I not be forced to spend money on it. Well, there is a lot in government that I’m not happy with. I do like the roads and highways, but I pay for those with my gasoline tax. I like the post office so long as a stamp can cover the costs. I like the military. I like NASA. There are probably a few other things I like………………but the rest, I don’t support. I don’t support a dictator type president. I do not support a looting congress and senate. I don’t even support a bunch of Supreme Court Justices who look at the Constitution and proclaim that within it there’s a Supremacy Clause. For my money they are a bunch of moochers and looters who do almost nothing productive. And the biggest looters of all are the education system.

I’ve made it no secret that I think our education system is pathetically under equipped to handle the problems of the modern day. The entire structure of the education beast seems motivated to social cause’s not actual individual education. I have noticed that public education from the top to the bottom is a complete failure. The kids in high school are missing all the important lessons, case in point I first heard about Thoreau in high school English and it took me nearly a decade to get the bad taste out of my mouth so I could revisit the material properly. I had the same experience with Shakespeare; teachers absolutely butchered the material so it was unattractive to an inquisitive mind. And kids seem even more out-of-touch now than they were back when I was in school. There are so many tools available to students, yet Departments of Education, school boards, labor unions and finally the teachers themselves are hanging on to an old expensive model that simply doesn’t work. Yet we are forced to continue to pay for this failure with tax levies imposed on the property owners every 6 months.

Lebanon was a local Southern Ohio district that had defeated their levy in May of 2011, but yet was passed 6 months later with less than 200 votes in the November election. The Little Miami School District finally passed their tax levy after the 9th attempt by only 70 votes out of thousands. Lakota, my district failed for the third time in 18 months, and Mt. Healthy failed for the second time in 6 months. In fact at Mt. Healthy the school put the issue on back on the ballot the very next day after the previous vote! In the election of November 2011 there were 611 public school districts in Ohio and out of those 180 had a levy on the ballot this past November. Of those 180 levies, only 87 were successful. Of the 87 that were successful, only 27 were for new funding, the rest were for renewals of existing funding. So what do these numbers tell us?

Those numbers indicate that tax payers are tired of the game, that they’ve spent all the money they care to on education, and that the government needs to loosen its control over education, and privatize it. When 10K per kid is not enough money to provide an education something is wrong and that something is that government education is more about being a big business than teaching children. Those numbers tell us that people are tired of the game, and they want something else.

Those numbers do not indicate however that the voters who said no mean to be disrespected, blown off as though there were children. Yet that is what each of those schools who failed their levies intends to do, all 103 of them. When the voters said NO at the polls they did so for the same reason that Thoreau said no to his taxes, because he didn’t like the product and he wanted a change. No means NO! But an intrusive government run institution such as public education does not take no for an answer. Instead they put the issue back on the ballot again, and again, and again until voters say yes and they do so because they, the government, believe that your money is theirs to loot and plunder for all it’s worth, and they will do so until you either run out, or die trying to keep up with the increases in taxes. Those who ask for more and more taxes to run government care not a bit about individual lives, about whether or not the tax payers suffer. They only care about the survival of the institutions they serve. They are mindless soldiers taking orders from an omnipresent greed driven government of socialist tyranny!

When I said no to further taxation I did not mean to come back to my door for more! I pay enough tax and the services I get for those taxes are not of quality, and I don’t wish to pay more to an entity that does not value individual rights, and for the same reasons as my good friend Henry David Thoreau, I view paying more taxes to be the same as committing an evil act because it feeds institutionalism that is breaking the soul of America.

The evidence comes from the academics themselves, that their system is an utter failure. They read the same book as I, yet they took from it collectively, thousands upon thousands of those academic idiots one meaning, and that is that Thoreau told them to go to jail to protest an injustice. But the jail was the byproduct of not paying taxes, which was the original message those pretentious cowards ignored. And if they missed that one very important point in one book that is only 30 pages long, who on earth are they to be expected to get anything more complicated correct! This is why I do not trust the Department of Education to instruct our children to brush their teeth, let alone guide them on a life quest that will take them through the adventure of existence. No more taxes means just that, and for every one of those 103 schools that come back again to the public for yet more taxes, they are nothing but robbers with the weapon of force, with the political machine at their backs to empower them to take and take and take until the money is taken out of your pocket and placed into theirs with a smile on your face. And you will smile and like it because they will tell you to. Oh, if you are good and kiss their ostentatious asses enough they may smile and shake your hand at a football game on Friday night! Of course you are too stupid if you believe such things to see that they are using your children as a gladiator to the same effect as Rome did, to help sell the evils of their politics with patriotic uniforms and cheering masses. And the games also sell a few soft drinks and pop corn as well as a bit of admission to help the slush funds.

It is for this reason and a host of many others that I believe that education funding is among the most evil endeavors currently entertained by government, and it needs to be eradicated in its current state and reborn as something else that actually works. And it needs to happen while there are still people capable of individual thought who can make it so. Because without action, eternal, blind compliance is the next step into an abyss America will never recover.

You are a Slave: Learning who “THEY” are

Who are “THEY?” When you say in a sentence, “they say this isn’t fashionable,” or “they say that’s unhealthy for you to eat,” who are “THEY?” Well, “they” are our subconscious acknowledgment of a shocking realization exhibited in the video below, where we are all slaves to the masters of our static patterns. It’s a condition that the human mind seems prone to submit to, and has always been so even though there are periods of our history where human beings have rebelled against the tendency of compliance. The undercurrent to any rebellion has always returned to compliance for a general culture once safety is made the priority over freedom. This is especially true in our American culture where our Declaration of Independence and Constitution was an attempt at freedom from the “they’s” who seek to rule us.

Many of the clips below come from popular culture reference but toward the end much of the footage comes from George Orwell’s 1984 film adaption where William Hurt played the lead character. If you have not seen that film, or have seen it but not in quite some time, it’s easy to find on Netfex. You should remedy that problem quickly, since Orwell was writing about a trend of which we find ourselves on currently.

Nobody wants to consider that they are being “farmed” toward an aim that is not of their making. But think about it. Our society works at jobs they can’t stand, and they spend their first quarter of a century preparing for that condition. Then in the next quarter we marry someone, have children which involves complete self-sacrifice, so the first 50 years of our lives are already committed to everything but our own individual needs. By the time we get our lives back our bodies are broken and our minds are mush. Our aim is to overeat and to lose consciousness through alcoholic endeavor. Or to take a trip to Vegas where all the rules of society are suspended somewhat and anything can happen. So we find ourselves “farmed” toward social goals that are not of our own making.

But who are these farmers? Well, the recent declaration from the Occupy Movement is that the farmers are this mysterious 1% while the rest of the world is the 99%. That is a start in the right direction, but that 1% is not the bankers, and the super rich as our public educations have prepared our minds to lash out against with the principles of socialism cleverly tucked into the curriculum. If it was so easy to identify who the true “farmers” of our society were, we’d be able to identify them quickly. No, the “farmers” remain more elusive than the obvious wealthy among us. The clip below from George Carlin shows that many people are aware that there are “owners” out there beyond the pens that hold us and who rule our lives in subtle obscure ways. But George makes the mistake many people make, even in their critical analysis, they are being steered away from the “farmers” and their anger is directed at the “rich,” quite on purpose.

Well, there are two kinds of rich. There are the rich who invent a way out of the pens the “farmers” put up to control us and they become rich by making our life in the pen better. Then there are the rich who become wealthy by stealing the profits of our labor. That is not the corporation who employs a person in the pen; the real thief is the same type of person who has always looked to the social casts of European nobility, or the feudalism of Japan, or virtually any culture that has a very involved “class” system. The real thief of our labor, of our very souls is members of the political class. They are the true farmers, the ones who build the pens we live in. And those pens are put around us through regulations, and the people who create those regulations are the real farmers of our lives, supported by the education class, the pretentious “farmers” of our current civilization. They are the academic minded progressives which Teddy Roosevelt philosophically brought back to America after his trip to Africa following his presidency. The European hero Roosevelt showing his disregard of the United States Constitution on many occasions during his presidency both justified and unjustified was all the rage among European nobility and before returning to the states took a grand tour through Europe where he met every king, queen, prince, princess and being of noble blood in an ass kissing ceremony that went on for nearly a year. At the end of it, Roosevelt had become the leader of the first Progressive Party which paved the way for the pompous Woodrow Wilson to become president, and Walter Lippmann who would become the media example of how to control public sentiment. Early on, learning from such presidents as Roosevelt and Wilson, Lippmann said the heard of citizens must be governed by “a specialized class whose interests reach beyond the locality. This class is composed of experts, specialists and bureaucrats. The experts, who often are referred to as ‘elites,’ were to be a machinery of knowledge that circumvents the primary defect of democracy, the impossible ideal of the “omnicompetent citizen.”

Reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Lippmann

It is in these types of people who became our farmers. They are the ones who have set up our pens and heard us about as “they” desire. “They” set up our jobs through regulation. They take our profits from our work, and the profits of the businessman who falsely believes they are earning their freedom by becoming a business owner. The corporation only succeeds if they make an alliance with the “farmers” of the “elite ruling” class. Most business people are every bit if not more encumbered by the chains of the “farmers” than the workers simply because the farmers need the businessman to provide the options to the citizens, so the businesspeople do get a bit more food to enjoy. But they are not in control of their own freedoms–far from it.

We are all being herded around by the pretentious class of academics who run our legal system, run our education system, and command our political structure. They are our farmers. They set up through regulation the pens of our behavior. They decide how fast you will drive down a highway and how long it takes you to get from point A to point B. They decide if you will wear a seat belt, buy insurance, etc. You are given the illusion of free choice, you can stop by a McDonald’s along your journey if you feel hungry, or you may decide to go shopping, but to the “ruling class,” the “farmers” of our existence, it’s no different from allowing a cow in the pasture to graze where the grass is fullest, because all the options are still controlled by the farmers. We are given “sin” zones were we are allowed to partake in guilty pleasures, such as in Vegas or other places of gaming like casinos where we are offered a chance to run out of the pin and become free. We buy our lottery tickets and play slot machines hoping that we may hit a jackpot and win our freedom from “The System” but even those activities are controlled. We are encouraged to drink too much, to numb our wits, and spend our winnings on sex, so that we will always be hungry for more and stay somewhat content in our confines within the pens of regulation.

But we are not allowed to break free, even by accident. If something happens which allows us to break loose from our “farmer” masters, regulation is there to hunt us down. This is what recently happened to Carlos Rafael, the fisherman from Massachusetts who caught the 881 pound Blue Fin Tuna but lost it to federal regulators who confiscated the fish when Carlos landed at port. The fish was worth over $400,000 dollars if allowed to sell on the open market. The reduced value of $5000 is the direct worth of the meat since the confiscation required butchery as the only option for the meat.

To understand how important catching a Blue Fin Tuna is check out this video.

When Carlos Rafael lost his giant blue tuna fish, he lost his ability to climb out of the pen from which he has been placed. As a fisherman, and businessman, Rafael has for a long time challenged the long arm of government regulation. Rafael is the type of man who the “farmers” are wary of. They watch him continuously pushing against the regulations set up to control him, and “they” don’t like that he questions them. So when they had the opportunity to punish him, they did so, by taking his fish. If a member of the “ruling class,” (the farmers) had captured the fish it would have been sold to a wealthy European collector who would stuff it and place it upon their palace wall. The ruling class fisherman would have collected the total amount tax-free, and the fisherman and all his friends would have taken a trip to Vegas and gambled it away on games and women. And the whole system would have been happy. But when Rafael caught the fish, it was taken from him, because people like Carlos Rafael are not allowed to have tools which might help them escape from the pins that regulation holds them in. Carlos like many of us is allowed to do as we please as long as Carlos catches fish for local restaurants, provides jobs to area citizens and behaves reasonably. But he is not allowed by the “farmers” to leave the control of regulation, and catching such a large fish might have done that for Rafael. Carlos might have sold the fish and taken his money to the Caribbean to build a house and retire, and that is not allowed. So he was robbed with regulation and kept in the pen.

None of this is new. We are all aware of it even if it is too painful to look at. And we have been pitted against each other by the true ruling class so that we fight each other in a chaotic battle that occupies our thoughts so we don’t plot and scheme for a way out of our pens. Whites fight blacks, women fight men, young fight the old, the poor fight the rich, it is all designed by the political elites to herd us about to harvest for the means “they” deem necessary.

But what happens when our farmers screw up, and they do a poor job of farming? Well, the first to feel the pain is the animals themselves, “us.” When the farmer cannot feed their animals in the pen, or they cannot afford any longer to keep such elaborate pens to contain us, we are the first to feel the pain of their folly. And when we feel the pain, and begin to realize that we are in a pen, we start to push back.

The truth of the matter is that we don’t have to be in a pen of any kind. During the American Revolution we fought against this very “farmer” like existence. If you want to understand why the revolution of 1776 took place at all look around. It was because of a pretentious bureaucracy in England who wanted to loot off our backs so they could feel they had a right to rule us. Well, nobody has a right to rule you! If they do, it is because you surrendered away your rights for the comfort of the pen. You have given the meek, ostentatious ruling class the ability to control you with your desire for escape into alcohol, and safety for your terrestrial lives. It is you who hoped to gain an advantage at life through the collectivism of social justice which created this class of farmers who have built the pens of regulation that we all live in, and we learn to live in those pens before our lives ever get started in grade school.

I can tell you this dear reader, I will never be happy in a pen. There isn’t an intellect on this planet, not even in this universe that can plot a way to contain me within their boundaries. I will NOT endure their stupidity in my life. I never have, and I never will. My love of freedom began the moment I left the womb of my mother. If you don’t believe me, ask her! There has never been a moment in my life where I have ever considered trading my security for freedom. NEVER! The moment I could first remember my thoughts, I saw the farmers for what they were. I could see what they were doing clearly out beyond the pens. I watched their comings and goings and I have tried to warn my fellows stuck in the pen, but they didn’t listen. They instead looked for ways to impress the farmers so that they would get better treatment, and more food. While they did that, I looked for ways to dig under the pens that held us.

Dear reader, I have been on the other side of the pens. I have been in the farmer’s house! I have sat at their table and taken their food while it was still warm! I have done so right under their noses! I have walked from their table across their barn yard without fear of being caught and back to the pens to warn my fellows and show them the hole I dug under the fence, but I was unable to convince anyone but a few to venture out of the pen into the open.

I have been able to do these things because I have looked those farmers in the eye and stared into their souls and what looked back was fear. Fear that I realized they had no real power, no real control. They were in fact nothing but pens and pastures and that if those beings within the pens come to realize they could leave those pens forever, that the farmers would have no power to stop it from happening. And the farmers would suddenly go from being the most powerful personalities in the world to nothing within moments.

So I tell you now, freedom is within your reach. You do not have to go hungry. You do not have to suffer. You do not have to live the life of an imprisoned animal maintained by a foolish farmer. All you have to do is climb under the fence where I show you, and you can have everything and more, because the world outside the pen is much, much better than what the farmer is feeding you. It is “they” who should fear you, not the other way around.

Think about it, and get back with me!

Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy the slop the farmer gives you in the trough.

New Ideas From No Lakota Levy: The Pretentious Education Empire

I made a major announcement on the Doc Thompson show just before Thanksgiving where the No Lakota Levy group is making plans to work with a local foundation to help kids in the Lakota School District with their pay-for-play fees, brought on by the school because they cannot balance their budget and is using the same old extortion methods to wring money from the residence and business owners of Liberty and West Chester Twp. The reason we are getting involved in this business of helping the students is we want to help take the edge off the kids who are being used as a tool of combat by the school system to drive up the enormous labor costs brought on by a radical union element while the school levy battles look to continue well into 2012. Listen to that announcement here:

The final straw with many of the business owners who have associated with No Lakota Levy were the threatening letters and nasty emails we received after the third levy defeat. After the election, as they did last time, radical employees of the school system who we employ to perform a community task show what they are really about. Below is one such letter from what appears to be the husband of Lindsey Schmidt the Lakota West English teacher. The man wrote the letter by signing it, and he addressed all the teachers of Lakota, so he is obviously invested and is seeking to provoke the teachers into a radical froth of anger. I show his letter the way he sent it so that you can see for yourself dear reader, what these employees are really all about and how they think.

_________________________________________________________

To the teachers of Lakota,

It is obvious that, with the continued rejection of school levies in
Lakota, schools will need to make further cuts to streamline
operations. I believe it is incumbent on the teachers of this district
to be sure that the next round of cuts be initiated by the labor force.
It is time for teachers to stop giving their labor away for free.
Make gone the days of 50-70 hour work weeks. Work only to the hours
stipulated by your contract. Take the hours you used to devote to
grading papers, offering extra help, and improving your presentations
and put them toward the attention of your families. To make up for the
loss of step increases, use the extra time you have previously given to
your district for free to seek out a second job. Contract out any
remedial help to struggling students. To take pride in your work, you
must realize that your labor is valuable. Stop giving it away for free
when clearly the times of public support have changed. When the public
can no longer afford the system of the past, it is the public, not the
labor force, that will have to decide how to counterbalance the
shortfall.

William Schmidt

It is because of people like this, that more and more people are deciding that they don’t want to give money to prop up the wages and benefits of this very protected class of pretentious education employees. Members of the community want to help the kids, because that’s why we send them to school in the first place, but more and more people are sick and tired of throwing money at people like the man who wrote the above letter. People like that are standing in the way real education improvement.

The No Lakota Levy group is going to help provide that bridge for those who want to help the kids without giving the money to the school itself in what is becoming known as a black hole of investment. No Lakota Levy as a group has also tried to help the administration balance their budget by telling them how to do it. The situation is simple. The superintendent should instruct the teachers union, (the LEA) that it needs to lower their labor costs by 5%. What that means is that the average salary which is currently $63K per year would need to be $59,800 per year. For teachers who make $85,000 per year would have to take a wage cut of $4,250 making their yearly wage $80,750 per year, hardly a severe hardship. If the LEA would agree to this, Lakota would balance its budget for the next 5 years. It’s pretty simple. If some of the teachers don’t want to agree to the reduction, they are free to shop themselves around the open market, but any school district they might go to will be going through the same cost adjustments that Lakota is going through so it’s a move at their own risk. They might be out of a job in those districts in a few years anyway if they refuse to bend on their pricing.

That would take care of the financial problems at Lakota and if the LEA cared one bit about the community they work in, they’d come up with the idea on their own. After all, even at $80K as opposed to $85K, they are still WAY over the average income of the tax payers who pay for the teacher salaries. But the LEA won’t make such a move, and the superintendent won’t even ask. The school board won’t even put the idea on the table, because they are all part of the same money-making system and are made up of the kind of people like William Schmidt. Mr. Schmidt is actually encouraging the teachers to do less, because the community is not willing to throw more money at them. In my opinion the cuts should be 30%. No teacher should make $80K per year and only work 9 months a year. They aren’t doing any service that is all that incredibly valuable. They are simply doing the work that lazy parents don’t want to, and they are charging a killing to do it.

Those problems are not the greater problem of the community. The public schools are part of the community, but they are not the hub of the wheel that everything else revolves. They are according to them however. The pretentious school employees behave like some only child from a wealthy family, who has no perspective on life but to scream like a baby and have the parents shut them up by giving them things to appease them temporarily. Well, finally the community is learning to stick up for itself and not allow themselves to be pushed around by these spoiled brats. And the No Lakota Levy announcement of working with the foundation is in the spirit of the community taking back control of the education system little by little from these radical union types.

Taking control of our schools again from these pretentious academics is probably the most important thing we can do during the year of 2012. Little by little, if the community begins to inject itself upon the empire of public education, the dictators who rule those scholastic hallways will retreat back into the abysses from which their minds belong. But it starts with honestly answering the questions, “Is this the best we can do in public education?” “Are we happy with an ‘excellence with distinction’ rating that means virtually nothing to the outside world except those who sell real-estate, because the kids are coming out of the meat grinder of public education far from being self-reliant, but instead seem destined to be forever dependent on government in some fashion or another, deeming the education received to be a perilous failure?” Well my answer is that I’m not happy with it. It’s too expensive, too liberal, and too pretentious. Take those elements away and the education system could operate with half the cost, and produce much higher results. Don’t believe me……..give it a try. You’ll never know unless you try.

The Super Committee isn’t so Super: Complete failure across the political spectrum

On Monday November 21, 2011 the Super Committee of the United States Congress declared that it wasn’t quite so “super” when it acknowledged that they could not, or would not come to any decision on where cuts to the federal budget could be implemented as the total deficit climbed over $15 trillion. To understand exactly what all this deficit talk means, and to translate the decision of the Super Committee to proclaim it’s stalemate just before the Thanksgiving Holiday, Doc Thompson of 700 WLW had on Nathan Bachrach to put it in perspective. You can hear that discussion at the video below.

It doesn’t surprise me at all that the Super Committee was unable to do ANYTHING productive in the two months they have been meeting. Consider for a moment how much a congressman in the capital makes, which is $174,000 a year for rank and file members plus other benefits that can be seen in more detail at the below link:

http://usgovinfo.about.com/od/uscongress/a/congresspay.htm

Imagine the dysfunction of politicians making six figure incomes, which is a healthy sum for anybody, sitting around doing nothing but making noise. The Super Committee worked for two months on a task of reducing the national debt and made no ground at all, and to my mind that means they should all lose their jobs for their epic failure. But how can we expect things to work at the federal level when it doesn’t work at the local level? As this news was breaking about the Super Committee the Lakota School District like virtually all school districts in Ohio are trying to figure out how to balance their budgets to the same results.

Lakota is looking for $12 million dollars to cover their deficit spending that we’ve demonstrated is caused by their very inflated wages which average over $63K per year for over 2000 employees. And with all that supposed talent hired for managing our education dollars, not a single one of them is capable of making any kind of hard decisions on how much to cut from the budget or where to cut it. Why?

Well, the answer is because the entire governmental system from the local schools all the way up to the federal government is built around a looter mentality where the participants have rigged the system to extort legalized plunder from the tax payer for spectral services that actually amount to nothing. For perspective, what government is doing for us is similar to what bottled water companies are doing. They are collecting water, putting it in a plastic container, and selling it to us like they are doing us a favor. But in reality we can get our own water easily, and don’t need a bottling company at all. The bottling companies have created the “perception” that their water is better than water that falls from the sky. Government is doing the same thing with education; they are teaching our kids in an old archaic fashion that is grossly too expensive when a computer could do a much better job for most of the topics. Homeschooled kids outperform public educated kids in virtually every category, so if the goal was to improve the actual education of children, schools would explore the answer as to why. But that is not what is desired, because government education is a “make work” program that is similar to the bottled water company. Government does the same thing with housing, with social security, with medicine, with transportation, with food production, they have their hand in everything and in reality they are simply making it seem that they are working on your behalf when all they are really doing is just selling a service you could get easily on your own. They only exist to “create” jobs, not results.

The weakness in government skill level however is exposed when they are actually required to “manage” costs, instead of simply asking for more money. During the discussed Lakota school board meeting, my family and I spoke about if I should go or to continue with our plans to take my son-in-law out to dinner for his birthday. I decided to take him out for his birthday because my time is worth more than sitting with a bunch of dysfunctional, unskilled, malcontents for an hour and a half and listen to the administrators bungle around the hard decisions in a comical display of ill-equipped politicians who are attempting to cover up the fact that they have no courage, no fortitude, and no idea how to make a proper decision. Because they know that they are part of a system designed to loot from the public treasury, and they’ve benefited from that system so are not equipped to point out the flaws. Your local school board knows it. Your local superintendent knows it. And your local congressman knows it. Every member of the Super Committee knows it. It’s all a scam designed to loot money from the public. For more information and video on how this works, check out this article:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/11/21/legalized-plunder-you-have-been-scammed-at-every-level/

It is a sad state that we have so many government employees who are not paid based on performance but just to sit in a chair and wear a suit. We have allowed them to cruise along making excessive amounts of money for doing virtually nothing. They are exposed when they are required to actually do something, and the problem is epidemic, it’s across the entire political spectrum from top to bottom.

It is in these losers that we place our trust to eliminate a 15 trillion-dollar deficit, to educate our children, to care for our elderly. If the lack of effort on their behalf does not spell out for you the magnitude of our country’s severe failure in virtually every category, nothing will.

America is due for a complete, philosophic identity calibration. It is time for our nation to figure out once and for all what it is. Are we going to continue to be the home of the free, and land of the brave…….or are we just simply a society of looters, which our politicians reflect regarding our general society?

The answer to that question will determine the fate of the United States of America, and that decision will happen on your watch dear reader. You and you alone will decide what is to become of our country. So you better chose correctly.

Legalized Plunder: You have been SCAMMED at every level!

The letter seen here was sent to one of the supporters of the No Lakota Levy effort in the fall of 2011. The names and email addresses have been removed to protect those involved. However, it is the intent of the letter that is actually quite sinister and can be seen quite clearly if read analytically. This is a boycott threat from a pro tax levy advocate to the owner of a business who supported No Lakota Levy in the recent fight over higher taxes in a local public school. For those who don’t know it, No Lakota Levy has been on the front lines of forcing the local school system to reduce dramatically their cost to the public instead of just raising taxes to feed the public schools inflated budgets.

Notice the pretentious nature of the letter, the assumption that this business owner has an obligation to pay higher taxes just because they are doing business in the community or might employee a student who happens to attend the local high school. This is a fine example of LEGAL PLUNDER from a local public education establishment who uses many extortive measures to soak the public for everything they can in order to gain for themselves vast sums of wealth.

In speaking about situations like this business owner and their support of No Lakota Levy, the taxes paid are already extraordinarily high, and if the levy had passed, this same place of business would have had to pay at least two employees worth of yearly salary in additional taxes, so even if this radical protestor threatening a boycott and all her friends and family refused to dine at this place of business, the taxes from a levy passage would have still been more than the loss of business from the boycotters, and that is a reality the pretentious protestor does not fathom. Yet the local school, like most in government believes they are “entitled” to legally plunder the wealth of the community for their use at will.

To understand what Legalized Plunder is, have a look at this short, but very good video.

Many people forget that public school is an arm of government and functions from the same arrogant disregard for the public as the federal government does. As I write this, the leaders of the above mentioned school instead of approaching their unionized workers about providing a discount in service are instead trying very hard to find someone who can combat me in a campaign, so they can at some point win a tax increase at the ballot box. The school district is functioning like all government does, they are never satisfied with what they get, they simply loot, pillage, and plunder all the resources around them so that they can have what we have, who are the actual producers of the community. They employ every method mentioned in the video, particularly “The Magic of Legislation.”

A sample of such legislative magic is the ability of a school system’s board of education to take away transportation from school districts residents so to inconvenience them if a school levy should fail. This is simply a form of legalized extortion and it’s taught by the OSBA in Columbus Ohio at a class called Levy University (all this is paid for by the tax payers, directly and indirectly). Many parents will simply vote in the next election for an increase in taxes so they can get their school buses back, which is less than 5% of the total education budget to begin with, but that’s irrelevant. The goal is not legitimized budget concerns and cost reduction. The goal is extortion to satisfy radical teacher union contracts. The same strategy is done by cutting school electives, sports and other items of passion as a way to torture the community into seeing things in the schools way, just like an organized crime element. Wages and benefits of the school employees are never considered, even though they are over 70% of the cost most of the time, and often make 30 to 40% more than the rest of the community who must disperse the taxes to pay these plunderers. It is in legislation that the thieves write laws to make this plunder possible and it’s so embedded as a reality that none of the thieves want to change.

In the levy problem of my local school district, the leader of the last pro levy effort threatened through media reports that the school superintendent whom we just hired at over quarter million dollars in yearly compensation and benefits will take an active role in the next levy attempt. You see, instead of acting like a company CEO, which we are all told is the reason superintendents are paid so much money, more in fact than the governor of Ohio, and actually cutting costs, renegotiating union contracts and other real measures that any CEO would engage in, the superintendent at this school is at least a double dipper, maybe even a triple dipper, meaning she’s retired from other school districts and is receiving retirement income from all those schools also while working for the school in my district. This makes her very wealthy purely on tax payer money. In reality she in no way engages in any management of the real costs. In the end, the district hired her to pass a school levy, like a hired gun in a Wild West town to gun down opposition to the tax increases the public school plans to implement (LOOT). And when she and I meet in the next campaign she’ll get paid over $250,000 a year to do what I do in the media during my spare time for free. This whole scam of superintendents being bought and paid for by the unions with this double-dipping retirement ability, and internal hiring practices etc. were created in the Ohio legislature by union lobbyists, so they would also know they have a friend on the other side of the negotiating table. (CLICK HERE TO READ MORE ABOUT THIS. WATCH THE VIDEOS AND LISTEN TO THE BROADCASTS. IT MAY BE ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS YOU EVER COME TO REALIZE. It is a direct example of LEGALIZED PLUNDER

I use this local school issue as an example of how this occurs on the microcosm, because most everyone has a public school in their neighborhood who is engaging in this type of plunder openly, for all to see. That’s why the arrow on the wheel in the video silently stopped on the Public Education section. Because public education is disguised as a tremendous community benefit, but in reality is quite an elaborate scam designed by some of the most prolific looters in the business. But this isn’t just happening in our schools. NO! The schools are an easy target because they sell themselves one way, and in reality are something else. Since they are in our communities, it’s easy for anyone with eyes to see. But when it comes to congress, either at the state level, or the federal, the looters, thieves, and legal plunderers are making an absolute killing on our tax money and they could care less how much the actual public suffers, so long as they get their loot.

Glenn Beck had on Peter Schweitzer to discuss the new book Throw Them All Out, which created the controversial 60 Minutes investigation that has ignited the nation into examining this situation for all it’s worth. For the record, my good buddy Darryl Parks of 700 WLW covered this story in great detail during this past August, well ahead of this recent revelation exposed in Schweitzer’s new book. Check these links out too. You’ll be glad you did!

Who profits and how much:
https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/08/01/looters-and-thieves-of-american-government-the-list-from-government-gone-wild/

If you have any doubt, any question, any concern what-so-ever about what you heard Beck talk about, or Darryl Parks, or me then meet some of those government looters for yourself below. The same people who are calling for higher taxes, the type of people who expose the neurosis of the PTA moms to lobby business owners for HIGHER taxes, listen to them here when questioned if they would desire to pay higher taxes into a direct account when the reporter provides an iPad for direct payment.

It is no surprise when the looters are confronted directly that they’d behave in the fashion shown, because they are exposed for what they are, Legalized Plunderers who think they are entitled to the wealth we have worked for. They believe they OWN what you make with your hands, or with your mind. They believe they are privy to your property and are fully intent to continue this behavior for as long as they can get away with it. From your local school to the highest level of our government we have in place simple looters who care not one authentic thought as to the outcome of your existence so long as they get your money in their pocket.

And if you doubt it at all, even one iota go listen to the Darryl Parks broadcast at the link provided above. He breaks it down in very specific detail at the various levels.

You Dear Reader have been scammed in the worst way possible, and for every mad lunatic PTA mom out there who write letters of extortion on behalf of their slave masters, they are as bad as the looters they work for. The system is irrefutably broken well beyond repair, and reform will never be possible so long as there is money to plunder from the masses.

The only way to stop it, to expose the thieves and looters of our society in their legalized plunder scams is to cut off the money supply to these scallywags and let them dry up exposed to the light of day, because as long as you give them money, they will continue to find new ways to plunder it from you using the law as their weapon.

Topless Wall Street Protestors: WE ARE AT WAR! And public eduction built the soldiers

There were only two occupations I ever considered worth while when I was growing up, first was a film director, the second was an archeologist. Both required extensive study of the human condition to be successful and I was fully on the course to be very good at either one. However, starting a family early made the first option nearly impossible because of the networking required, and the lack of income made the second unaffordable, not in obtaining a degree, but in the field work involved and level of income provided overall. But along the way I have learned a lot. At 14 years old I was reading college text books on Pre-Columbian Archeology in North America and this type of reading regiment continued to the present.

So what I am about to present to you dear reader is a conclusion that you will not enjoy. This is my assessment of the condition of our culture and the factors which add up to the present. In studying any society, as archeologists and anthropologists do, the conditions which add up to a social collapse are considered, and usually conclusions are fairly straight forward. A culture might fail because they over grazed, their water supply dried up, they lost in a war with a competing culture, or collapsed under their own apathy. In America, our culture is on the verge of collapse, and I don’t say that in a frivolous way, or in a way to insight fear toward any political system of beliefs. A culture simply cannot continue under any system of government if a majority of the people making up that culture believes as this poor 20-year-old girl does. The videos which follow are designed to complement the text, so be sure to watch them. The nudity you will see is not designed to stimulate you in any sexual sense, but to bring the journalistic integrity required to view our cultural conditions which is revealed in this young lady who I use here as the unknowing spokesperson for her generation.

As a twenty year old, she seems to think she has reached a level of maturity and wisdom needed to make assertions of spiritual value. The heartbreaking reality this poor young lady is clueless to is that even though she believes that she is functioning from an authentic standpoint, she is in fact created by the radical movements of the last couple generations. What I am about to declare hereafter may require some understanding of what Charlotte Iserbyt has been warning for years. Charlotte was second in command at the Department of Education during the Reagan years, so she is hardly a nutcase. She is simply a woman who woke up in the middle of a nightmare and has been trying to warn the rest of us ever since. I encourage you to thoroughly examine the videos done with her at this link for context:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/06/07/charlotte-iserbyt-do-you-have-the-guts-to-listen-to-her-or-would-you-rather-go-back-to-sleep/

The most alarming aspect of the Occupy Wall Street protestors is their ability to be turned on with little provocation, and the young girl in the video above is uttering the same idealistic nonsense that has been explored since the hippie movement of the 60’s. She has been taught not by her parents to think such things. She has not been taught by her grandparents to contemplate the social issues she pontificated upon. She was taught these ideas by government-run public education, an institution millions upon millions of blind, foolish people bet their entire lives upon, which has turned out to be a major oversight in culture building judgment.

The people in this next video represent the failures of the hippie movement alive and well in 2011. These young people are programmed “sheeple” to serve the idealism which we have never vanquished from the American idea. Our American culture never dealt with the socialist temptations of the 60’s and we have allowed those radical elements to run our public schools, and our colleges and we wanted to believe it was OK, because the football games were fun, and we wanted to believe that we could buy our kids a good life. What we are learning is that it was a trap, sprung on us by old communist foes.

It is astonishing how quickly these young people were called to action by the radical unions, but when it is considered that virtually every public school in America is run by a union and the unions were brought to America by socialist sympathizers, then it should not come as a surprise. Like a Trojan Horse we have allowed socialists to instruct our children. Heck, we have even allowed them to instruct us! This isn’t new! We just got caught taking it for granted.

When my little girls who are now older than the 20-year-old in that first video were in the 4th grade they brought home a permission slip to be instructed in sex education. My wife of course being a room-mom within the Mason School System, one of the best schools in our region, went to the school and spoke to the teachers, all of whom she had an excellent relationship with. The teachers were very sweet and everyone got along marvelously, until we said no to the permission slip. The teachers were told by the state that they were to provide sex education to 4th grade students and for the girls this involved putting a condom on a fake penis, so the little girls would know how to do it. My wife and I discussed it and my kids weren’t even close to being sexually interested at this time. It wasn’t even something they wanted to think about and I didn’t want their minds clouded with that kind of garbage until their minds were ready for it, under the normal course of things. So we said no. Suddenly, the nice teachers weren’t so nice, and the administration began to treat my wife differently. Needless to say, our good relationship with the school went downhill very quickly over just the decision to not allow our children to learn how to apply a condom to a fake penis.

A social agenda had been established by minds from far away, in the Department of Education just as Charlotte had said, and this trickled down through the state of Ohio under many unquestioning politicians and parents who simply accepted the decisions of a higher authority, and the sex education was implemented quietly, with only a few protests from parents like us who suddenly found ourselves on the outside looking in. So given that knowledge, where young girls are taught to be sexual very early, and young boys are taught to lower their standards to a raw primitive energy in a surrender to their urges by the 5th grade that these young people in this next video are so willing to take off their cloths to protest the kind of political aims that are important to their teachers?

We have cast our children into a vat of socialist stew and the teachers are the cooks. Individually, the teachers do not see that they are a problem. They don’t see it because they are living their lives completely absorbed in these ideas. There are a few that don’t think with a socialist mindset, but the education system as a whole is a cease pool of socialism. My wife and I became very angry at the school system and when the teachers started to treat our kids badly, because we wouldn’t let them take the sex education class, we took them out of school and home-schooled them for one year while we moved to a different school district to start over fresh. My wife and I were shocked once we had the kids home every day how much social programming had come from their mouths almost like an exorcism. Removing our kids from that daily regimen of standing in line, taking orders from a leader of the class, social classes in the lunch room, the hallways, etc, that a light came back on in our kids eyes that we had noticed was slowly diminishing.

Oh, my wife and I caught 100 kinds of hell from our extended family members for what we had done. Nobody understood why we were home-schooling our children and why over time I was beginning to hate public education more and more, even more than I did when I went to school. My mother and father were always disappointed in my severe independence which got me into a lot of trouble in my own school days, starting in kindergarten. I had a teacher that I later learned had been committed to a psyche ward eventually, who fought with me over and over again.  I was only 5 years old at the time. I refused to do what she asked because then, as now, I was unwilling to take orders from anybody. So I spent most of my childhood standing in corners, being placed next to the teacher in the front of the class, being sent to the principal’s office, having my parents called for fighting in school, not following instructions. I was paddled every year by some teacher or principal in a way of beating acceptance to a higher authority into my brain. It was nothing short of legitimized torture. I can’t think of any other word for it and with each one, I got angrier and angrier and carried less and less fear until they could no longer control me in any way. I had detentions routinely, in short and this is not exaggeration, every single day of my public education existence was miserable. Why, because God bless my mother, she gave me a hook into independence before I ever stepped into a classroom, and I wasn’t about to surrender it. Even though my mother regretted it later when I had such a contemptuous relationship with public education and society was telling her that I’d be a failure at life, the foundation had been set in me early on, and I wasn’t going to allow that to happen to my own children. So my wife and I pulled them out of school to make sure the lights didn’t go out in their eyes forever.

Now, most people who read what I just said will declare, “Well, you made it hard on yourself not doing what you were told.” My reply is that learning to do what you are told is NOT a good trait to have. Learning to do as you are told is BAD. Not being a free-thinker is a terrible imprisonment and I regret NOTHING from my past even with all the violence. My relentless grip on my own individuality has benefited me greatly, and my family as well. And it has given me clear perspective into the failures of our modern institutions because I’m not in love with them and willing to overlook their short-comings to justify my memories. Since I have no love for them, I can look at them with the objectivity of science. Besides people like Charlotte and a few others, Glenn Beck as seen below almost duplicates my opinions verbatim on this whole education matter and the Wall Street protestor situation.

One of the things I’ve always fought against is the tendency to not question the merit of an order because to my mind unless the instructor is superior to me, they have no right to command me. There isn’t any circumstance where I could be a private in the military where a commander orders me to my death. I could handle being the commander, but certainly not the soldier. And this was even worse in public school. I can’t think of a single teacher who surpassed me in intellect, even when I was a kid, and I never trusted that what they told me was true. I’ve felt this way for as long as I’ve had a conscious thought. When the structure of things is not questioned, and people just learn to take orders, as our society is currently structured, the soldiers don’t see where the real orders come from. Well, since I’m not committed to any system of thought, let me show you how it goes down, and how your public education system has been corrupted by socialism even if the individual parts of that system cannot see it, because they were taught not to question orders from a superior.

Every teacher who is in a union gets a monthly newsletter full of socialist oriented subject matter, and is part of a network that is run by the more radical elements of that group. The teachers put up with it because the pay is good, and they get summers off, so for the ones who aren’t radical left winged socialist fruitcakes, they shrug off the propaganda and don’t realize that subtly they help do their part in promoting the effort through their union dues. But many teachers, especially the ones who love life within the world of academia openly embrace the socialist leanings of their college professors, and this makes them willing conduits of socialist communication from their superiors in the union to their students.

This system has been built for decades. It prevents adults from understanding the connection between the Wall Street Protestors and the real force behind them which is socialist radicals embedded in the labor movement. They don’t see it because they are taught from their pubic education days not to question authority figures, so they don’t. Meanwhile, the unions such as SEIU reveals just how embedded they are in this movement. Meet Mary Kay Henry, current president of SEIU.

Mary and her fellow socialists have used their union network to call upon the unquestioned submission to authority of foot soldiers they have built over three decades to create a modern 60’s revolution movement. The design is to create distractions from a seriously flawed president in Obama, who Mary, Richard Trumka and many other labor leaders hell-bent on a severe progressive political platform needs to keep money flowing in their directions, so they need Obama re-elected. Using these student mobs to attack the President’s “Fat Cats” the 1%, they hope to effectively divide up the nation into political affiliations that will help the unions grow as a socialist organization, not just in America, but worldwide, and to hide the flaws of the Obama presidency behind the noise.

These mobs were called upon by people like Van Jones, endorsed by former President Clinton, and openly pleaded for by Francis Fox Piven. They are the strategy of the 60’s by the same socialist sympathizers who made up the unions back then. Now it is the hippie radical from the 60’s who are embedded into all levels of public education that have been instructing our current kids their values. So is it any surprise that these young people are so confused, aimless, yet ready to inflict violence when called upon by their superiors.

The media of course has been involved in attempting to legitimize these protests into the mainstream. The common factor in all this is all these participants were heavily instructed in the university system which also instructed the current radical teachers. Reporters have been all too willing to collect their short sound bites and to fall into line based on their editorial commands.

Mysteriously, Anne Hathaway found herself heavily photographed when she joined the protestors which was a move the naive little Anne Hathaway most likely embarked on from the advice of her agent. No question having Anne being caught supporting the protesters helps her in the progressive Hollywood community as it drives up her market value, but it also bridges a credibility gap between the public and the radical protestors. Hathaway made over $50 million last year, so she is not one of the 1%, but Anne doesn’t know she’s being played by her bosses for public image.

I wrote extensively about Anne’s latest films after the recent Academy Awards where progressive politics is using her image to advance their cause.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/04/27/the-black-swan-take-of-your-cloths-and-win-an-award/

I think Anne is just another clueless actress who is doing what those around her tell her to do, and those people get their orders from the radical literature that circulates around the SAG (Screen Actors Guild) information they get every month, same as the NEA newsletters the teachers get. What they all have in common is radical union influence. Again, most actors who are in the guild, or writers who are in the WGA or any of the other unions, are fairly well paid, so they put on the rose-colored glasses just like the teachers do, and overlook the obvious socialism in favor of their independent wealth. After all, it’s a system they benefit from, and they see no reason why the rest of the world couldn’t benefit like they have. People like Anne are sweet people in person, but they don’t understand how the dots connect. Anne would love it if everyone in the world made as much money as she did, and I think she really thinks that’s possible. She’s also the same actress who got VERY naked in her last couple of films so she could be considered for an Academy Award.  I think it’s a shame she has allowed herself to be steered into these directions.  She had a very promising career that would have stood the test of time.  Now she has been cheapened, and quite on purpose.

Have a look here at all the actresses who have had to get nude in a film to win Best Actress from the Academy, which is a VERY progressive organization with an agenda.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/12/13/the-lie-of-feminism-a-mountain-of-work-that-has-to-be-undone/

If you have any doubt about the role universities and public education has played in the radicalism of our modern time, and serves as an agent for global programming toward socialism have a look at this short video which shows universities all over the world acting in this same radical fashion.

The trouble with college is society has accepted that the university system is essential to career development, and this is the same mistake Anne Hathaway is making who ignores the agents behind the message and thinks she can bring more wealth to everyone if she participates in the protest. Many are guilty of just supporting their universities because they had a good party experience while attending, or because they enjoy the sports programs. This is how monsters of a different sort are created such as in the Sandusky case at Penn State. This system is so embedded in our social static patterns that their authenticity is often beyond question.

When all the levels of this whole system are looked at in their entirety it is clear what is going on. However, since we are trained not to question authority figures, socially, we have allowed ourselves to become programmed. A perfect example of this is this poor woman, standing topless and stripped of everything she could have ever dreamed about as a young girl, uttering exactly the same dialogue which came from the president of the SEIU. This woman displays how the information trickles down to the common people through the various media networks to find itself part of her personal, collective identity given to her by her public education, probably her college experience, and her experience with media, I’m sure she’s seen a few Anne Hathaway movies.

To sum up all these influences and where they come from here is Glenn Beck who has figured out what the poster that many of these Wall Street Protestors are rallying behind means and he connects the dots between what is happening in America with what is going on globally. By the way, remember what I’ve said about Bill Clinton and his attempt to become President of the United Nations. Keep in mind that America cannot qualify to nominate a president to the UN so long as it’s one of the superpowers. To qualify the United States would have to lose its superpower ranking.  To see what I’ve said about Bill Clinton click this article for more detail before you jump into Beck’s video.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/09/23/the-arm-of-the-god-shiva-the-bill-clinton-global-initiative-dont-forget-about-slick-willie/

Beck sums up N17 Day and the whole movement.

So what are you supposed to do with this knowledge? Because if you have read this and watched these videos, you know that action on your part is surely necessary. Well, first you have to look in the mirror and wonder how corrupted you have become yourself by your own education, and you have to be willing to unlearn what you were taught.

The next thing you need to do is stop that behavior from hurting your current children. The current batch of children that are currently protesting can’t be saved. They will learn the hard way, and hopefully they will find strength in your newfound wisdom, because you cannot save them from the pain that is coming, for we are currently at war, and we have allowed public education to train our children as soldiers to use against our way of life. We allowed this to happen by sleeping, by trusting, by being good little servants who did what we were told to do.

I have spent my whole life going against the current, fighting for the right to do as I please, and not taking orders from ANYONE, not even my family members. Yes, I have been a real pain in the ass for a great many people, but my intentions were never malicious, or even pompous. I just want my life to be my own. From that vantage point of freedom, it is very clear to me, probably not so clear to you dear reader, that social failure on an epic scale is imminent. I’m sure realizing that everything you ever believed in is actually a sinister socialist dream of which you are simply a pawn is a difficult realization, but whether you discover it now or on your death-bed, the reality is no different.

I suppose this leaves you with a decision to make. I can tell you that I seek to rid my community of any union influence. Perhaps you should do the same. I don’t want a union in my schools teaching the next generation. I don’t mind public education as long as it’s productive, but I don’t want to pay for a socialist army to march in my country’s city streets demanding socialism to the beat of a union drum. So I don’t plan to give those unions any of my money to produce children like these protestors. If you want to put a stop to it, you have to cut off their supply of money.

But you can’t just sit back and do nothing. If nothing is your plan then give the unions no money. Armies like this who are trying to take over our country need money to do it, and like a bunch of fools, we’ve been giving it to them. We give the colleges massive sums of money to program our children into the ways of socialism, so if you want to change the behavior, take away their money. We do the same in public education. If you want to change the behavior, take away their money. Don’t give it to them! Do you like the product it’s producing!!!!!!!

Look at the videos above and tell me that our public education system is producing good quality adults ready to tackle the world. No, all it’s producing are topless derelicts holding out their hand waiting for someone to drop money in their laps. I would say public education is a dismal failure if it produces one such person as the topless protestor in the park. But we have seen MANY such people. The social decay is at an epic low and one of our ex presidents who is endorsing this behavior is the same guy who allowed Monica Lewinsky to give him oral sex in the Oval Office, then lie about it! And nobody thought it was a big deal.

The reason nobody thought it was a big deal was because they have been trained in public education to accept such things, so our moral obligations to ourselves are gone. This is why so many progressive soldiers are ready to march, strip off their cloths and partake in violence to bring down the rich, because the goal of the progressive socialist is to eliminate America as a world power. And if you can’t see that, you are already too far gone to help, and are simply part of the problem!

Look at the person who says drugs are OK to take. Look at the person who says sex in public is fine, and with perfect strangers. Look at the person who says that the rich should pay for the poor. Look at the person who is willing to consume those around them so that they can live, and I will say that you are looking at an enemy to the Republic of America. And they should be treated as such!

If this trend is not corrected, than I can promise that future archeologists will look at the events of this time and our lack of ability to recognize the threat from within us and declare that the greatest country in the history of the human race failed because socialism had migrated too far and it was too late to stop before people finally woke up enough to stop the spread of that terrible cancer that hid behind the mask of organized labor, because nothing about the progressive movement adds up to a successful future for America.

Terror of the One-Trick Pony: Thoughts from a frozen roadway

The stars were unusually clear as I left for work on my motorcycle during the predawn hours of November 18, 2011.  With the temperature in the mid twenties, all the moisture in the atmosphere was frozen into solids which had fallen back to earth leaving a clear view of the sky above.  And with such clarity comes thinking of equal visibility.  The movie The Immortals came out last weekend.  That film had a production budget of roughly $75 million and as of November 16th, was just shy of grossing $40 million.  So the film is on its way to at least being considered profitable.  It won’t be a run-a-way success, but it will pay the bills of everyone involved and then some, which is good.  The reason The Immortals was on my mind during this crisp morning ride was because I had a hand in that film.  To see how, watch the fire whip section of the preview below.

People close to the situation wondered if I was upset that the production team of The Immortals used film clips of my work on the Peter Facinelli short called The Delivery produced by Real D 3D in the footage shown at the link for the Daily Motion, instead of bringing me out to Hollywood to do the stand-in work.  Real D 3D was involved in both The Delivery and The Immortals.

(EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN THIS CLIP THAT INVOLVES A BULLWHIP IS ME, EXCEPT WHERE PETER IS JUST HOLDING THE FLAMING WHIP–and you may have to watch a 30 second commercial before the actual video plays.  Also, remember the whole purpose was to shoot the short with Real D 3D’s new camera system to show what it could do as a sample of 3D for studio investment)

Peter Facinelli’s The Delivery Movie Trailer by CullensNews

I also wrote about that experience at this link.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/09/25/bullwhip-consultant-on-films/

Facinelli was on my mind because this upcoming weekend the new Twilight film is coming out where Peter plays Dr. Carlisle in that series so the two films share a bit of history together.  It was Peter who brought me out to Hollywood for the Real D 3D project.  Should I be upset that Real D 3D used my clips from that footage shot on The Delivery to allow CGI artists to create the whip effects digitally in The Immortals instead of doing the footage in live action?  Well, the answer is consistent with the rest of my comments stated at this site and just because it pertains to me, or some special little talent that I may have, the rule still applies.  No, it does not bother me if technology can replace my physical work.  In fact, I am happy that my footage was able to be used as reference for the animators to pull off such a feat.

The typical response, especially in Hollywood is to carefully guard their crafts, just as most union oriented occupations are concerned in other fields.  The joke on the set during the making of The Delivery was that Hoffman is the only one guaranteed to get work off that feature.  At that time, before the first Twilight film was released, it was speculated that even Peter may be overlooked when actual casting took place, because in Hollywood, that’s the way it goes.  But the thought was that I was the only guy on the set who could do the whip stunts, and in the country there are only a handful of people to choose from, so I was certain to make a pretty penny off that film when it came out of development and went into production.

But as I told the 6’8” former offensive tackle Mat Willig who was also on the set, “No, even the work I’m doing on this film can be replaced.  They’re getting great reference shots off what I’m doing here.”

The first thing most people ask about such projects are, “How much does it pay?”  While doing work and getting paid is important, many of the best people I have known in life do not do things for money.  Money simply comes as a byproduct of being productive.  I seldom ever consider money, and I have often done work completely for free because it gives some little passion of mine an outlet.  So when people on that set and in other aspects of the entertainment business encouraged me to keep my talents close to the vest, or to fight the production companies in using CGI animators for live action whip work, such a thought is completely foreign to me and I do not participate.  If a production company wishes to not fly me out to a film shoot, pay my fee, my hotel, my travel expenses and all other associated costs, which is the normal expense for such a thing, and would rather hire an animator to sit at a computer and view my material from stock footage and interpret that to a CGI shot, then I’m happy to have provided the footage.  Because if a cost savings is achieved, then maybe more production companies will use more whip work in films, and that might encourage more of the public to take up whip arts as a sport, which is my ultimate desire anyway.  My goal is not to buy a new car, or take a trip to some foreign country with the money made on such a project.  It is to share the art with people who don’t know about it.

“But what if they put you out of business?  What if film companies never need a live stuntman to work a bullwhip in front of a camera ever again?”  Well, so what.  I’ll invent a new talent to use.  I’ll evolve into something else as I’ve done many times over my lifetime.

I’ve heard the same type of comments about this site, Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom.  “You should charge money.  Who’s paying you to do all this?”  Well, people who ask such questions have missed the point. I do not write hundreds of thousands of words at this site to make money.  I do it to help educate my friends, neighbors and enemies.  My hope is that by sharing my knowledge and life experience that people MIGHT COPY IT.  In fact, I hope they do!  I have noticed that people who think like I do tend to charge money for their services, so the cost might be a prohibitive factor in obtaining the knowledge.  If my goal is to make society just a little bit smarter, just like with the whip arts it might be to create awareness to the art itself, I am willing to give away my talent so that others might be inspired to grab on and develop their own versions.

Most of the activities I’ve spent my personal time on lately have been like this.  Companies do hire me to help them cut costs or find a savings.  When a publisher puts out a book I’ve written, like the one that will come out next summer, I will promote it because the book is not just a Rich Hoffman work, it’s the product of a company staffed by the publisher and editors, promotional departments, production divisions, book stores and the rest of the literary industry that are counting on my work to fuel their endeavors.  So I will have to focus on money during those times and I will fight to make money for them because money is needed to make the whole industry go forward.  But when it’s just me, I do not factor in money when I do something.  I do things because I feel a passion for those activities.

I do not understand the union worker who holds back on their production output in order to drive up their wages.  I do not understand teachers who make too much and do too little.  I do not understand labor strikes, of any kind.  I do not understand the concept of stealing content from someone else so that I may profit.  I do not understand the whole back-stabbing behavior that goes on in Hollywood where writers hold every idea close to their vest in fear that someone else might steal it.  My experience is that the thief will screw up the idea anyway, because the quality of the project is a direct result of the quality of the people working on the project, and if a bunch of thieves and losers pour $60 million into a film idea they stole from another writer, while drinking at a bar in the Americana shopping complex outside of Burbank, the movie will still suck if the people who make the film suck.  It’s a very simple formula

My anger at politicians who cut deals with unions over money, or unions who protest over a 2% to 5% yearly increase forever, and any organization who seeks to put the light of attention exclusively on themselves make me absolutely sick.  They behave in this fashion because they have allowed their lives to be one-trick ponies, and they fear being exposed for their lack of adaptability and skill.

If it has been said that I have more talent than I know what to do with, the reason is that I have always adapted to the world around me and constantly learned new skills.  I have never dug my fingers into the side of a talent and attempted to force the world to stop at my feet and embrace my talents.  I have always learned and adjusted and pushed to become better.  I’ve invented, I’ve managed, I’ve politicized, I’ve written, I’ve explored, I’ve fought, I’ve entertained, I’ve loved and I’ve hated.  I had chances to be wealthy for the rest of my life several times, and turned it away to maintain my freedom on a daily basis.  So as the cold of the morning passed through my cloths and the stars shown above which I observed at the many stop lights on my commute I thought about the hundreds of thousands of light years that light traveled to reach me upon the frozen vista of West Chester—-I silently rooted for the film The Immortals to have a strong second weekend while it competes with the new Twilight film, which I also hope has a strong box office showing.  I hope this even though it may mean I never have the opportunity to perform with a fire whip in Hollywood again.

My thoughts simply go to the next project, and the next one after that, because once the mind stops leaning forward, it stops all together.  Life isn’t about retirement accounts and medical plans.  It’s about living, loving and fighting for the next great idea, which never comes when comfort is the focus of the human mind.

Why do you think I ride a motorcycle in the cold and rain where only the stars can see me?  It’s not for my health………………….it’s for the ideas!

The way to avoid being a one-trick pony is to learn more tricks, and that doesn’t just happen on its own.  It takes work and commitment, which is something that socialism does not account for, and is why all who live by that “ISM” is doomed to a frail, sickly, pathetic, life limited by the comfort of their personal illusions.

Cuts, Cuts, and More Cuts: Protesting “Target” for trying to open on Thanksgiving

Doc Thompson on 700 WLW covered a topic which demonstrates the epic clash of ideas in our modern-day. There is a man who is circulating a petition to prevent Target, the department store, from opening on Thanksgiving Day; because he’s concerned that it will interfere with his Thanksgiving dinner, since he will have to head in to work early to prepare for the late night opening. My first thought about the man is that he can choose to work for Target or not to. Those are choices within his control. But he does not have a right to alter the business strategy of Target to suit his Thanksgiving dinner. It is his job to alter his schedule around his employment. For Target to open on Thanksgiving is a market driven need. Target’s existence is not employee driven its market driven. That is the key discrepancy of our modern problems. Listen to that broadcast at the video below:

This discussion about Target’s Thanksgiving plans comes as the smoke cleared from the Middletown City Council 4-3 decision to lay-off nine of their firefighters. The money just isn’t there. So the decision was to cut those jobs. What makes the decision worse and more impactful to the community of Middletown is because of Issue 2 being repealed, city council must lay-off the last hired, who also happens to be the cheapest. If Issue 2 would have held, the fire department could have let go of an employee who is just milking their way to retirement, who has obviously declined in performance over the years who might make 80K per year and must instead let go of two firefighters who only make 40K to attack the budget deficit goal. It’s nothing against the older employee, but they are simply too expensive, and if they are not performing at a 80K a year level, they should be let go so the fire department can keep the two firefighters who only make 40K. So Middletown had to cut 9 firefighters to meet their budget demands.

Of course there are more costs associated with these public employees besides just raw wages. At the Lakota School District the No Lakota Levy group figured out that the average employee at Lakota makes over $67 per hour of employment or $130,000 per year by the time all their benefits are factored in, and that is how a savings is made when lay-offs are implemented. The front end salary makes up a huge difference and when that is applied across a workforce of 20 to 200 it adds up to a very large number. Have a look at the math in calculating the public employee costs at Lakota here:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/26/lakota-teacher-overall-compensation-is-130219-per-year-vote-no-the-lakota-school-levy/

Yes the firefighters showed up like all those other crazy public employees usually do and protested the lay-offs, but they forget that they are not management. They do not have a right to manipulate the management structure. They do have a right to find another job if they don’t like the conditions of employment, but they don’t have a right to scream like a bunch of little children to keep their job, just like the protestor at Target does not have a right to dictate when Target opens for business. Of course members of management hate to do it, nobody likes to lay off a worker, and nobody likes to fire employees, but it’s a reality of any management when the budget dictates. I’ve had to do it more times than I can remember and they all hurt. But when the money isn’t there, that is the grim reality. Check out video and the story from Channel 19 here:

http://www.fox19.com/story/16043399/firefighter-layoffs-to-be-discussed-at-middletown-meeting

But Middletown isn’t the only city going through this kind of thing. Monroe City Schools is having public meetings to try to figure out what they can do to close a $2.7 million dollar deficit. Monroe is looking to their southern neighbors in Lakota and Mason and seeing the tremendous tax increase resistance going on in those districts and is trying to avoid that same controversy.

http://www.pulsejournal.com/news/local-news/monroe-schools-face-2-7m-deficit-for-2012monroe-schools-face-2-7m-deficit-for-2012-1285331.html

Of course the clueless public worker who believes that all the jobs in society were created for their convenience will simply propose that taxes be increased to meet the budget deficits. This is the response at Lakota where the superintendent who is supposed to manage the finances of the district simply stated after the third levy defeat, “But the teachers have already taken a pay freeze.” Well………so much for management letting the employees know how hard-nosed the superintendent will be in reducing costs. Instead of exploring possibilities of approaching the teachers union to reduce their employee costs on the district, which are currently ridiculously high the superintendent says the teachers have accepted a “wage freeze,” as if that were enough! I’ve shown you at the link above how much those Lakota employees cost the taxpayers, and the obvious next step would be to reduce those costs to balance the budget approved by the community. That would be the next step if public workers thought the way the rest of the world does. No, instead, they only know how to lay-off workers or ask for more taxes to pay for their distorted view of reality. Management is virtually non-existent in public service and that’s how everything got out-of-control in the first place to deliver us upon this current crises.

But that’s not all; Cincinnati City Council which is now largely liberal because of the protest vote against supporters of Issue 2 will have to solve a much larger budget gap than they did a year ago. Here’s how it went exactly one year ago when the previous city council attempted to solve their budget problems. Council never solved their problems from then till now. Check out this link!

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/12/22/its-the-end-of-the-road-budget-problems-for-everyone/

Postal workers are now protesting the closing down of a sorting station in Cincinnati, because the Postal Service is also broke! They think somehow by their chanting money will magically appear in their budget. They like the Target worker in Doc Thompson’s radio broadcast think that their jobs exist for their livelihoods, not the public they are supposed to serve. It seems beyond their reasoning to conclude that higher taxes to pay for their extraordinary benefits are not an option. Somewhere at some time someone told them that government creates jobs and since they now worked for the government, then they’d be cared for all their lives. Nobody told them that the utopia would collapse on itself when the money ran out and the pension payments were due. The politicians who made those promises are most likely in the Bahamas drinking pina coladas through a straw, living out their lives of looting off the public sector in relative security and comfort. Now all the promises that were made by those thieves are expected to be kept, and that means that some people will have to lose their jobs to fulfill those promises.

I think back to all the commercials that aired during the Issue 2 campaign when it was said that if we wanted to keep our firefighters, our police and our teachers then we needed to repeal Issue 2. People like me declared such statements as an outright lie.

Now, unfortunately people are learning who was telling the truth and who wasn’t, and they’ll come to regret what they’ve done to themselves. Chants, protests, and magic wands will not place money in your pockets and solve the problems. Only good management and strategic thinking will, and those who cling to the old ways will undoubtedly perish in the aftermath.

Things are about to get very, very ugly.

The Empire of Ultraterrestrials: Enemies from a Parallel Universe

When the observation is made and the question is asked, “Why are people so stupid,” I can look at the history of the human being and speculate as to why they behave the way they do, and I can present evidence as to what is happening. The question of “why” does not get answered completely when only the factors of the known world are considered. So trying to explain the conditions of our observable world and all the foolishness witnessed with factors that can be seen and so far catalogued has fallen short of a proper explanation. This is how I became interested in studies of Fortean observations, cryptozoology, and paranormal science and to me; John Keel has done some of the best work in these fields as a journalist that I have run in to. Keel just recently passed away and left behind a body of work that is quite interesting in regard to those studies. Like a lot of people who spend a considerable, and imbalanced amount of time on the strange and paranormal, Keel’s later work reflects a bit of eccentricity that was not present in what I think is the best book ever written on these topics called The Mothman Prophecies, which was made into the popular Richard Gere film. You can see John Keel here in an early interview with David Letterman discussing his field of study.

A college professor who was trying to bring a film version of my novel The Symposium of Justice to reality put me on to Keel about 6 years ago. “You’d love Keel. Your book reminds me of his work.” So I started reading Keel and my family began some paranormal investigations of our own, going into the deep dark places of known haunted locations to examine for ourselves the mysteries behind paranormal activity. You can see some of those adventures in this short collection my oldest daughter put together back then.

In all our adventures I have never seen anything obvious to say that it was a ghost that we saw while we were looking for them. We did see a UFO which we chased down with our car only to have it disappear within seconds. It wasn’t just an illusion, since 5 of us were in the car with me driving like a madman to catch up to it. We did see and experience a “shadow man,” we experienced the battery loss associated with paranormal presence in our flashlights and cameras, but never saw anything conclusive that we could get on film. We captured a few obscure things, but nothing that was definitive, which seems to be the case with most paranormal studies. Seldom is any evidence conclusive. Most of our adventures were to specifically hunt down some of the “bigfoot” phenomena that are common to eastern Ohio, or even a Mothman. We never saw directly the thing we were seeking in all our investigations.

Keel had an interesting explanation for this case.He said in his writing that what was happening was a species of undocumented humanoid called ultraterrestrials, a competing race within the human race who acted as tricksters and could present images to the human mind that the mind was prepared to see, were hard at work on a mysterious task. If a person went hunting for a big foot, they’d see a big foot. If a person wanted to see an angel, they might see a mothman, or the Virgin Mary. If a person wants to see green men from another planet, then they may be visited by those green men. And the reason I never saw anything directly, except for small little ripples of disturbances over time and space is because I’m too analytical to buy what those ultraterrestrials are trying to sell me.

Keel’s explanation of ultraterrestials in The Mothman Prophecies offered a whole host of explanations that are scientific in nature toward the true nature of “demons” voodoo magic and even good luck angels. During Keel’s investigations chronicled with great diligence in The Mothman Prophecies it appears the government is very much aware of these ultraterrestrials and actually has a relationship with them. This relationship has been articulated in fun films like The Men in Black and in Point Pleasant, West Virginia every September during the Mothman Festival, where the whole town gets together to celebrate the mysterious occurrences that terrorized that town in the late 1960’s. But the actual relationship is quite serious if examined at face value. After all, we think we are dealing with a reality that contains all the elements of our known visual spectrum, but in our studies of quantum mechanics, we are learning that there is a great deal that we can’t see, and it appears that we share our space with many influences in our present reality.

The best scientific explanation I have heard to explain the existence of Keel’s ultraterrestrials is in the theory of parallel universes, as shown in this History Channel Universe documentary. It would appear that these ultraterrestrials are inhabitants of a Type 3 Parallel Universe and they have figured out how to tap into our reality to use our resources for the benefit of their cultures in their universe’s reality.

If those ultraterrestrials are exact copies of us in another reality, it is entirely conceivable that those copies of ourselves living in that reality are purposely taking advantage of our blindness to an aim we can only hypothesize about. My daughter and I speculated about this from a hilltop campsite close to a haunted hot spot in eastern Ohio under a full moon a few years back. I suggested that maybe the logic of ultraterrestrials interference with our world has an equal and opposite type of outcome, where a negative in our universe equals a positive in their universe, and if these ultraterrestrials are copies of ourselves then don’t we in some way benefit from our own misery if considered from a multi-verse perspective where all copies of our personalities are united in a collective body serving the mysteries of that unification? We may suffer in the here-and-now, but our ultraterrestrial copies are having wondrous success.

This might also account for “LUCK” in our present world, when mysteriously good things happen to us when by all calculations peril should occur. This might be because without understanding how, we bring bad fortune to our ultraterrestrial counterparts in the Type Three Parallel Universe, so their misery equates to our benefit.

As crazy as much of this may sound, the reason for my quest into these strange worlds was for an answer to why the nature of our current existence is so insanely foolish. For instance, why is it considered fashionable to be a fool, or to become drunk, or less than average in some way? Why do we celebrate the weak and chastise the strong if not to appease some ultraterrestrial gods in another dimension? When I speak to young people none of them take pride in how much they know, but it’s in what they don’t know, or how drunk they became on a Friday night. Women are put on a pedestal for making themselves slaves to sexual fulfillment and bringing children into the world without fathers to help create strong family foundations. It almost feels as though the foolish addiction to altruism and socialism is so that the beings in another parallel universe can live with capitalism and strong individual value.

I told my daughters on some of those haunted adventures that I am not willing to sacrifice my life one bit even to a copy of myself in a parallel universe. I encouraged them to do the same, to live for themselves and if there are ultraterestrials creating around us these strange events where Bigfoots, and Lockness monsters jump in and out of our reality from these other universe’s that intersect with our own reality and that strange whisper in our ears that come when sleep is about to come on is not some demon from hell, but a tempter of ourselves from an ultraterrestrial being that seeks to profit from our misery, and they should not listen. Because no other conclusion can be made when drunkenness is praised, and stupidity is rewarded, but to accept that enemies of our existence reside outside of our present reality to build an empire within their universe by consuming the resources of our own to do it.

Does our government have a deal with these beings to occasionally throw us a bone of good luck with a sacrifice on their end? Perhaps. This may be the origin of the sacrifice rituals that have permeated our planting cultures all during recorded history and has been replaced in the modern age with religious communion rituals and altruism surrounding the “green movement.” There is no way to know for sure with the lack of evidence we currently have, but speculation as to why people like Jerry Sandusky from Penn State have been allowed to exist and the massive amounts of sex trading that goes on in the world must have some logical conclusion, because no God that I learned about in Sunday School would allow evil to thrive so openly unless somewhere with someone, there was a benefit. And that someone seems to be in this species of ultraterrestrials who live outside our reality. That leads to my next question which I will get to the bottom of eventually, who are these Men in Black, and how are they connected to our current government? Time will tell, and along the way we will have marvelous adventures in discovering these facts, but I am not willing to sacrifice any of myself so that someone else can benefit in another city, another state, another country or another universe. I expect competition to prove the victor and it starts by recognizing the fact that there is more to this puppet show of living than we are seeing even in the most extreme versions of our conspiracy theories. Because the truth does not exist in our visual spectrum, but outside of it, at a quantum level hidden in the mysteries of the 11 dimensions, and we have enemies who reside there to bring us misery with whispers in the wind and at the nightmares that come with sleep. And sometimes we go to them willingly by pursuing those demons at the bottom of a wine glass, or that overdose of a drug to gain that so-called moment of elation that comes from intoxication, but leaves our minds open and vulnerable to the empires of invisibility.

FreedomWorks is Attacked: Why the media is failing, blame the Beatles

My wife and I recently had ice cream at a popular West Chester hang-out as I watched the people around me with some aloof curiosity. Many of those around me made up the 10,000 who tuned in to Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom over the two days around Election Day to figure out what the issues were and how they should vote. After the election, I noticed that my daily hits had dropped to around 1,500 a day as the people went back to sleep, went shopping, or bought ice cream, like my wife and I were doing. Politics and everything that leads up to it is an unpleasant topic most people work hard to avoid. Yet that battle lines are all around us, and soon, even the people who seek to hide from such a war won’t be able to avoid it, even momentarily while eating ice cream.

What we are seeing here in the United States behind the effort of the Occupiers are the same forces that have pushed Europe to the breaking point. Even though it may be hard to consider, because in doing so it requires an admission that the system we have built our lives around cannot be trusted, the reality is that beyond extreme politics and points of view, socialism has been delivered to our society very carefully. For proof, read these two past articles and pay very careful attention to the videos provided there for your convenience.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/06/07/charlotte-iserbyt-do-you-have-the-guts-to-listen-to-her-or-would-you-rather-go-back-to-sleep/

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/06/17/do-you-believe-in-spies-review-of-the-film-salt-and-how-sleeper-cells-have-corrupted-america/

The college classes we’ve taken were simply socialist indoctrination and a subtle attempt to expand government, because many of the jobs college degrees are yielding back on their investment are government jobs like teaching, and statistical analysts. Most of us went through a liberal phase while attending college, and grew out of it just a bit to become fiscally conservative by the time we started families. Those made up a majority of the people who were eating ice-cream with my wife and me at present. Many young people, (the ice cream eater’s children) are discovering that the system they were sold, in which their parents saved for all their lives to consume $50K per year in tuition, isn’t making good on its promise of providing a good paying job to many of them. In America, the Occupiers are showing their anger in the way that their friends from Europe have been. What they don’t know, is that even their anger is directed by the invisible hands of socialism, since it is groups like MoveOn.Org, labor unions, and other progressive groups who are attempting to continue the mission the Beatles music group never finished, to create a revolution against capitalism into socialism. What was the name of that Beatle song that everyone liked so much, “Back in the USSR?”

Slowly over time through our music, our entertainment, and our education, we began to accept socialism, small little bites at a time. Union members accepted socialism because the pay was good. Typical blue-collar workers were able to buy a decent house and have a bass boat in the driveway. Teachers accepted socialism because they were taught by socialist college professors, (is it any accident that these protests are most of the time erupting on universities?) Police accepted socialism because they already think in a regimented fashion, so applying the same mentality to the rest of society is not a difficult transition. And reporters accepted socialism for the same reason as the teachers, all their college professors used Walter Lippmann as the example of what a journalist was, and this permeated into the culture of journalism.

I know reporters for TV, radio, and newspapers all over town. I know several in other towns as well. When I ask them why they don’t cover some of the hot topics of the day, they all tell me the same thing, “There isn’t time to develop stories. We get 3 to 11 minutes, or 400 words on a printed page to make our point, so anything that requires any depth gets ignored.” This is the result of the journalism propaganda that has gone on in America for more than three decades now right out in the open. This is also the reason why blogs like the one you are reading now have grown in popularity. Since my reporter friends couldn’t or wouldn’t cover many of the stories I was bringing them, I started Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, so that I could spend the time covering stories in the kind of depth required for real understanding. And I’m not the only one doing this. Several people just like me have taken up the task of doing the job of reporting news ourselves since it became evident that the media was largely just a propaganda machine. It’s not any one persons fault; it’s simply the result of The System that is in place, a system built upon the foundations of socialism.

Many of us who are doing this new brand of self-journalism gather at a site called FreedomWorks, where like-minded people like us swap ideas and news stories. Really, blogging and other media reports should not be a big deal in the exchange of ideas. Many of us at FreedomWorks actually got the idea by watching how the political left engaged in their strategy of progressivism, such as is done at the Huffington Post and virtually every union meeting across the country. I don’t think it occurred to anyone I know to protest CNN headquarters or MSNBC for their extreme liberal progressive journalism because we didn’t like them. We certainly don’t gather to attempt to put any of them out of business with protests. Yet look how members of The System, (the socialist movement) behave toward a group who offers a different opinion than theirs. Listen to how threatened they are about just the existence of FreedomWorks.

GBTV created by Glenn Beck is the first of its kind. It’s essentially a private news organization that is run by a guy who is not a college graduate and former student of Walter Lippmann and other media personalities. Beck like many of the bloggers who have risen up to the challenge of pointing out what’s wrong, received our educations not from a hippie college professor but in the books of our curiosity where the most potent revelations often hit us at 2:30 in the morning while the rest of the world sleeps. I have 20 years of this kind of history study and I would say that like Beck, people who learn in such a fashion are much more equipped to deliver news that is pertinent to a hungry public. Glenn Beck has taken his success in this matter and reinvested many millions of dollars into GBTV which does not march to any drummer, not even Glenn Beck’s. It isn’t owned by any political party, does not suck up to celebrities, it does not fight for a spot on the Press Corp in the White House. It does not care if it is recognized by any “NEWS” organization. GBTV simply reports the news, and those who want to censor and control the news HATE Glenn Beck for what he’s done in the same way that those unions hate FreedomWorks.

I can’t blame Beck. He’s about the same age as I am, and I share with him a frustration that the news just doesn’t go far enough. For me, talk radio is very valuable, but unfortunately people don’t have the ability to watch a replay of the information on talk radio easily. So at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom I have solved that little problem by gathering up talk radio broadcasts so that they can be shared with people who may have missed them earlier in the day, or earlier in the month, or earlier in the year. As my reporter friends have told me, “We cannot go so far as to show spreadsheets, videos, audio clips, and long explanations like you can.” Before I had Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, I had to send letters to the editor for my local newspapers, (which I still do) but I was confined to what I could say because the editor created the rules that I had to live by. And that is why the media is failing. The rules established within The System is also a subscriber of the socialism taught in college and those rules keep my reporter friends from getting too deep into any issues. The same rules apply to large network news like Fox News, or CNN, or small local news like 5, 9 and 12 here in Cincinnati. Newspapers, which started out much like the blogs of today, for much of the same reason, are now driven by their need for advertising and once money is desired as a revenue stream, then special interests can manipulate the content.

As I watched the men and women, boys and girls within that popular ice cream hang out blissfully unaware of the world around them, except when they are required to do something, such as vote, I could see that it was the media, the ghost of Walter Lippmann who used the college education institution to create an entire industry that created short little snippets of information and thus kept all of society on the surface of any knowledge.

But, for some of us, this isn’t enough. We want more information, the snippets just won’t suffice. So we are breaking away and doing our own thing. For me, it’s Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, for others it’s Red State, The Drudge Report, The Blaze, and many, many others most of which can be found on the FreedomWorks network. For Glenn Beck he started his own television network so he could break all the conventional rules and bring the news to all who have courage to hear and see it.

But the empires who have built their kingdoms on our ignorance don’t like it, and they can’t argue with these new facts from this new age of reporting because the reporters aren’t doing it for money, fame or even networking opportunities. They do it because they are driven from a passion that will destroy the empires of ignorance in just a matter of a few short years. This is why those fools were protesting at FreedomWorks. This is why I get constant threats. This is why Glenn Beck pays over $2 million a year to provide security for himself and his family. The emperors of ignorance are watching their empire crumple about them as their control over the media, over education, over politics is coming unraveled by this new age media reporting that you are reading before you.

Take a deep breath and savor the feeling……………………………..you feel that? Freedom! Freedom from the controls of editorial shackles, of content scrutiny, of snippets designed to breed consumers into buying the latest product at a store. In this new age a person like me can weave a complex tale about pirates and Excel spreadsheets and the wonders of space into a tapestry of subjects that can shine light on why education is broken, and too expensive.

My wife and I threw away our napkins and remnants of what had been the ice-cream and I saw in some of the eyes in a few of the people about me a flicker of hope, a desire for more. I knew surely that after they had read the newspaper, watched the news and spoke with their neighbors, that some of them hungry for more would indulge themselves in places like this, and would dare to unlearn everything they had learned, and to grow into something the previous establishment fears with every cell in their bodies………….a free thinker!
