I always say that the rules are made by the losers, just like in the NFL. Great teams from the previous year are penalized the following year with draft picks and schedule strength so that weaker teams can have a chance to win too. There is a lot of socialism in American football, precisely the corporation that is the NFL. Rules generally exist to help make things equal for those who aren’t so good in life. And that is essentially the case for everything that government sticks its nose in; they use rules to associate themselves as regulators to economic creation so that they can loot off the productive efforts. To mask the true nature of productivity, the government creates the roads through confiscated wealth in taxation. They regulate the power grid to manage its distribution and many other things to associate themselves with a concept of teamwork whenever something is created. When they say teamwork and consensus-building, they mean they want to rob you of your effort and redistribute your success to those not so successful. When they say fairness, what they mean to do is penalize you for success so that others might also bask in the glory. And they do so with the false premise of justice in retaliation for how things work in the world.

This has been on my mind since I watched the various activities of the G20 Summit, which was essentially a bunch of losers in the world looking for justification for their crippling socialism. They have a friend in the Biden administration who is willing to play along with their game of effort redistribution. They want American effort to drive their globalist desires. Still, now that Trump is gone, they want America to stand at the end of the group photo so that they can now take credit for the efforts of the G20 gathering. Leaders in the center of the picture look all stoic and essential when they do nothing to contribute to the success of the venture. They like Biden because he allows them to steal from the efforts of America, which makes them look much more courageous and essential in the world. It’s similar to the classroom of people who are asked a question and only one or two hands go up. Once a few people break the ice, more hands go up because they are followers. They knew the answer when asked, but they didn’t feel comfortable holding up their hand until others did before them. That is the way it is in the world. There are very few people who lead, there are lots of followers, but when things are done, it is never the groups of followers who start the effort; it’s those few people who are confident enough to stick up their hand when nobody else has.

When the socialist Obama said during his American presidency, and still whispers into the ear of Joe Biden, that “you didn’t build that, you had to have help,” its because his kind of government has always stuck themselves into the middle of a process so that they would have something to do while the real risk-takers did all the heavy lifting. I was recently at a zoning meeting where a community resident wanted to build a barn for his various recreation equipment and was promptly lectured about how it wasn’t the community’s job to accommodate all the property owner’s toys. The hatred toward the successful property owner couldn’t be more precise. Here were some zoning officials who wanted to use their government power to force the property owner to beg like a dog for the right to do what he wished on his property and enjoy his success in life by playing with toys he had acquired. But because of the zoning rules, the bureaucrats of the community were able to be associated with the property owner’s success. So instead of the property owner just building the barn, he had to ask for help to allow the community to enable him to build the structure. The same rules apply to roads, infrastructure, and even economies.

Back in the Gilded Age, which has more and more value for as I study history, if Thomas Edison wanted to light up a city with his new light bulbs, he would also create his own infrastructure to do it. Railroads did the same; the government needed them; they didn’t need the government. The government back then had not yet figured out the value of all these mass inventions created during this exciting period, so they didn’t know to stick their noses into the business of the entrepreneurial efforts. But like the United Nations of today, all government has learned to hide their own timidity by looting off the bold and courageous efforts so that their type can appear to be part of the effort. The politicians might even show up to a ribbon-cutting ceremony to get a picture taken of their support for a project even though the owner did all the work, worried all those sleepless nights to make it happen, and ultimately have to run everything. Meanwhile, the politicians go to lunch and forget about it. They have their picture that they can use for campaigning and quickly move on to something else.

So when it is said that someone didn’t build something and that they had to have help, it’s not true. The reality is that all groups of people do get in the way. Their purpose is to rob off successful efforts, like what the United Nations is doing presently, and the Biden administration is set to accommodate. In truth, if you don’t build that, or some individual is the first to stick their hand up to initiate a process, then nothing happens. Nothing gets built. Progress, all progress is started by the few. The fewer people involved, the more successful something is. When you have to drag a bunch of looting personalities along, things slow down and become much less by the time everything is done. Group consensus is a limit, not an asset.

The United Nations are the last people in the class to hold up their hands to answer a question, but they want the world to think of them as “leaders.” They want to lead by title, not by all the efforts that make things happen, like leadership, embracing risk, and putting forth tireless effort. The miracle is that even with all the government’s limits on people, anything happens at all. But imagine what kind of world we could have if people were left alone to build and create without the looting efforts of the governments of the world? Imagine the innovation and advancements to civilization? But to mask their intrusion on success, they have stuck themselves to everything and tried to create the illusion that you need them to do anything when in reality, they need you for everything. Always remember, if you don’t do something, it likely will never get done. Much of what everyone would like to see, those who sit around waiting for someone else to do something, never happens. You don’t need help to build something; what is really needed is for the losers to get out of the way.

I’m sure the plan by the characters of globalism articulated in the Quigley book Tragedy & Hope thought they had all the bases covered for a communist takeover of the world during the 2020 election season. They had Dr. Fauci on board, a sponsor, Bill Gates, and many other billionaire types committed to the cause of complete insurrection of sovereignty into global compliance. They worked with China to hatch the coronavirus in the Wuhan lab to ruin the world’s economies and use election fraud created by the chaos to destroy the Trump presidency. The plan was to usher in the Great Reset that the Davos crowd was heavily invested in. They had control of the corporate media, they had most of the corporate culture on board with wokeism, and they certainly had complete censorship by the Big Tech companies to control the message. They were all in on the worst military attack known to the human race in 2020 when Covid-19 was created by people in a lab and allowed to leave China to start a chain reaction of destruction that we are still suffering from. But one thing they didn’t count on was that the plan would get out despite their tight media controls. Books from Trump administration officials like Peter Navarro would get out and be unleashed to the public. For instance, Molly Hemmingway’s book Rigged was recently released, articulating how election fraud occurred in the 2020 election. But the behind-the-scenes decisions about how everything transpired were eloquently told with great bravado in Peter’s book, In Trump Time, just released. And what an injection of truth and fortune it was demanding action toward the criminal conviction of Dr. Fauci himself.

By the end of the book, I arrived at two main conclusions, which any sane reader would also reach, the election of 2020 was rigged at many levels, not just at the presidential level, but all the down-ticket races as well. By all practical accounts, the Democrats do not have actual majorities in the House or Senate. The American people support nothing they are doing presently, and many Democrats feel that pressure. What occurred in the election was a party coup, and the Trump administration knew it. But they were up against the clock and didn’t know how to get the information out as fast as it needed to because they needed time to assemble all the pieces. I understood that and reported as much along the way. I knew it would take years to prove the election fraud, so it was challenging and frustrating for people like President Trump and Peter Navarro. They knew from the inside out that there was fraud, but the system was built against them. The Davos crowd bet on the clock to run out on the legal issues and planned for everyone just to shut up and comply halfway into the Biden administration, so they could have cared less what Trump or any of his supporters thought about it. But they didn’t account for a free press of alternative media such as books and new social sights like Gettr to bypass their controls on Twitter, Facebook, and Google.

I remember how it was, so it was nice to hear how the insiders at the Trump White House were dealing with it. I had said early in the process, March 16^th, 2020, that Covid-19 was like a terrorist attack, more like 9/11 or Pearl Harbor than an accidental viral outbreak. The globalists, the Davos people, the characters of Quigley telegraphed all their movements with Event 201 in New York just months before, so nothing about Covid surprised me. But what I did learn from Navarro’s book was how right I had been from the start, even before Rush Limbaugh had caught up to where I was. At that time, I think I was the only one to figure out what was happening. Other commentators like Candice Owens came to things faster than Rush did, but at the time, most everyone thought Dr. Fauci was some saint from the NIH who was a god to the CDC, and our lives were all linked to every decision he made without question. I knew from the very first day that Fauci was a fraud. I said it here. I said it everywhere. And Peter Navarro knew it too as early as January 28^th, 2020, when they had a meeting at the White House to discuss travel bans from China to contain the effects of the virus.

Well, now we know that on that very same day, January 28th, Fauci received an email letting him know in writing that Covid-19 was created in a lab and was unleashed out of China. So, he knew that a travel ban would have been wise in the meeting with Navarro and Trump. But he wanted the virus to get out of China. And he continued to withhold that information for many months after, lying to the American people, to the president, perjuring himself before Congress, Fauci committed many crimes. Because of it, many people died and suffered trillions of dollars of losses in the process. Those who didn’t die were ruined in other ways. Dr. Fauci, the highest-paid government employee who just received a raise and was promoted within the Biden administration for a job well done, is the perpetrator of the worst crime of death and misery ever conducted upon the human race. And he must be held accountable. That is what is most apparent about Peter Navarro’s book, In Trump Time.

I often call Covid-19 a scamdemic. Or a “plandemic.” It’s obvious who the villains were; Google was in on it, much of our government was, many other nations recently at the G20 Summit were. Anyone attached to the United Nations idea of a “Great Reset” was part of it. Anybody who talks about “Build Back Better” was in on it. It’s not like it was a secret. The apparent giveaway was that they didn’t want to talk about treatments to Covid, like hydroxychloroquine. All they wanted was to use the virus to alter election law and to sell vaccinations, or the concept of centralized government control of viral outbreaks, which in this case, they created so they’d have a reason to advance the crises. It was a fake crisis, but the virus was real. I still have not recovered my sense of taste after two years of likely having Covid several times. I have never thought of Covid as anything more than a cold, but some people have experienced severe reactions because it was not meant for humans. It was meant for a bat. They engineered it using gain of function funding from our own NIH to attack humans and create this crisis, which we are still dealing with. The damage that followed in the wake is not just economically, which is a massive number, but in millions of people’s health and well-being. And ostentatiously criminal. Many people need to be punished for what they did, and Peter’s book only provides more proof to my previous opinions. What is different with this book is that it comes from someone on the front line of the crises, and now he gets to tell his story. And it’s a story that was not part of the plan for the Great Reset. Thank goodness we still have a free market press, where there are publishers who will give people like Navarro a chance to tell such a story that demands justice before we do anything in the future. We must deal with Dr. Fauci and his criminal class of bureaucrats and global cutthroats for what they did to all of us.

Guns Don’t Kill People, Alec Baldwin Does: Make no mistake about it, we hate these anti-American activists

I support entirely Donald Trump Jr’s statement about Alec Baldwin on the new shirt sold on his website, stating, “guns don’t kill people, Alec Baldwin does.” I tend to like Christian people; I grew up with lots of families with a religious background. But I’m a vengeful person, and I think it’s consistent with the laws of nature. I don’t forgive and forget. I think it’s stupid to turn the other cheek, and when you get a chance at revenge for things that people have done to you, you take every opportunity to enjoy it. They deserve what they have coming, those who inflict evil on you. They deserve to feel all the pain and misery of the ramifications of their deeds. That certainly is the way I think about those who pushed President Trump out of office, have signed America up for all these terrible United Nations climate change policies, and all those anti-gun liberals like Baldwin. They have done so much evil over the years toward my position. If Donald Trump Jr. hadn’t made up a shirt like that, I would have. Now my wife is one of those forgiving types, and her reaction is likely similar to many people out there. She stated that everyone is worthy of forgiveness. Well, no, they aren’t. When people are as bad as Alec Baldwin is, they deserve all the misery of whatever pain they feel, and they are not worthy of forgiveness in any way. I feel sorry for the cinematographer who was killed on the movie set of the western, Rust, who was killed by a gun Alec Baldwin was using as what they thought was a “prop gun.” That killing should never have happened. But I don’t buy that Alec Baldwin feels terrible about it the way he is showing. He’s a phony, an actor. He is a liberal loser and an anti-gunner, and ultimately, he is responsible for the death that occurred on that movie set and nobody else. He killed an innocent person with a gun, and he can live with that forever in misery, and I hope it rots his soul from the inside out.

The first problem with Alec Baldwin is that he has sold himself to Hollywood and the political world as an anti-gun activist. Yet he was the producer of the film Rust, a western where guns are always the subject of a story. Baldwin has made a good living in his life, such as in his gangster films, using guns to tell his stories and make his money; they turn around and talk about how evil they are. He’s a two-faced tyrant at best and a hothead who has personally attacked many conservatives over the years as an outright bully. I love westerns, but I would not have watched Rust because Alec Baldwin was in it. What he did on Saturday Night Live to the Trump family and to the president I elected and loved was war. He insulted all the MAGA movement notoriously and without guilt or thought to any damage it might cause. Before his Saturday Night Live skits against Donald Trump, I might have just thought Baldwin was a hothead actor. I might watch a movie with him in it and shake my head at how stupid he was. But I learned to hate him over the Trump years as he proved himself to be an enemy of America, a progressive buffoon who made money off guns then turned around and sought ways to destroy America by attacking an America First president. Again, I’ve heard it all before; we aren’t supposed to carry hate in our hearts. As good “Christian” people, we are not supposed to feed hate or give it a harbor within our minds. Well, I think that’s a stupid idea, and I have felt that way since my many years of Sunday school until I was beyond the 8^th grade. Not having hate in a heart is like operating in a world without eyes. Hate is the result of how you feel about what people do to you, and it’s a natural emotion generated from the way people live life. And the way Alec Baldwin has lived his life and sought to change the way I live mine, I hate him. I would say I hate every cell in his body and the air he breathes.

I’ve worked on movie sets, I’ve spent my life around guns. I work with guns every day of my life, and I would have known that there was a bullet in that gun as soon as someone handed it to me. I would have been able to tell by the weight of a single live round. I’ve worked with blanks, many kinds of bullets, and guns that fire lasers for sight alignment. As the person holding the gun, it was Alec Baldwin’s responsibility to know if the weapon he was pointing downrange was loaded or not. It’s not the armorer or the assistant director. They can tell you if the gun is hot or cold. You still must check it yourself before doing anything with it. These are gun skills that every young person in America should know before they leave grade school. Millions of families handle lots of guns every year and don’t have accidents as Alec Baldwin did. Baldwin, as a liberal, trusted as all liberals do the system of responsibility that kills all liberals in every argument. They are never at fault for anything because it’s always a system’s failure if something goes wrong. This is precisely what the media attempted to do with this shooting on the set of Rust. They try to say that the gun was used in target practice earlier that day, and a round was left in it. The system failed, not the shooter. They try to say that the prop master was inexperienced, that there were union disputes on the set. They said many things, but ultimately, everyone who handles a gun under any circumstances knows; the person holding the gun is always responsible. Guns don’t kill people; they don’t go off on their own. People kill people. Don Jr. is not wrong in what his t-shirt says.

Alec Baldwin should never be let off the hook for all those reasons and many, many more. This shooting should ruin his life in every way. And we should allow ourselves to smile at the justice of it. It’s terrible that someone had to die because Alec Baldwin was so stupid. But it was his fault and only his fault. Being a nasty liberal and anti-gun activist, he had no business even making a western with guns in it. The only people who operate guns on a film set should know guns in everyday life and have the skills to work with them. Putting guns in the hands of many Hollywood liberals who are ignorant about the little things regarding gun safety is an open invitation for stuff like this to go wrong. But liberals like to talk out of both sides of their mouth; they want to make money with guns, then speak against them like the activist that Alec Baldwin always has been. And Alec Baldwin should suffer, as should everyone who works against an American First agenda. These people are not our life partners; they are not our friends. They are domestic enemies, and they need to be punished when they do something wrong. And when someone dies because of what they do, forgiveness is not an option. Hatred is the right emotion, and to never forgive it is the correct thing to do. Some people are just bad in life, and Alec Baldwin is a bad person.

Dr. Fauci is the Most Dangerous Criminal in the World: Yet, our corrupt government wants you to believe its Steve Bannon

The rules haven’t changed; the release of the Covid-19 virus and its creation in a Wuhan lab is the biggest story in the entire world and its role in election fraud in the United States. There was nothing more criminal than that story, which, if you believe the Covid death counts used to panic everyone into giving up their freedoms and bending the knee to the virus, actually killed a lot of people. That makes Dr. Fauci’s lying to congress about the NIH funding of gain of function the most important story of this century. What role did Dr. Fauci play in creating a bat coronavirus into something excessively transmissible to humans so that a pandemic could be inspired from it? Who knew what, and when did they know it? Without question, this is the biggest cover-up involving the most government employees that we have ever had to deal with. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine asked for emergency powers a year before coronavirus was released from China, so people knew what was coming. Who was there? What role did they play? And who paid for it all? There aren’t more critical questions than those in the entire world, and really, nothing else should happen until those questions are answered. Yet on the same day that the NIH revealed that Dr. Fauci had perjured himself to congress on this Covid issue, the same congress that impeached President Trump twice over made-up charges voted to hold Steve Bannon, the former aide to Trump, in contempt of congress for not appearing for testimony on their bogus January 6^th commission. While Dr. Fauci is running around free, Steve Bannon is now a fugitive of the law under the mercy of the Biden administration Department of Justice. What world do we live in where discrepancies of the law happen like this, which are so obvious, yet accepted as reality?

I can certainly understand the Bannon situation. He has one of the top podcasts globally that has better ratings than much of the mainstream media daily, and he keeps talking about the election fraud that occurred in the 2020 election. Congress wants desperately to shut him up. Their role in that election fraud is a subject they want to bury, and Steve won’t let them. At this point, the Great Reset was supposed to be well underway, and people were not supposed to be thinking about President Trump. Biden’s America was already supposed to be full socialist, and the demise of our country was well down the path of no return. People like Steve Bannon were not supposed to have power and influence still, so congress has come up with this phony January 6^th commission to try and put everyone’s attention onto the protests of Trump supporters instead of the election fraud they were angered by. The guilt that much of congress played in accepting election fraud in the 2020 election because it favored them is an issue that must be dealt with. But that question falls behind the importance of the origins of coronavirus because it had an impact on all people everywhere and assaulted our global economy in ways nobody previously thought possible. Not only do we have significant casualties from the created pandemic, but many lives have been ruined physically and financially. How many people out there still can’t taste their food because our bodies never were meant to host a coronavirus that was only transmissible to bats before they altered that trait in a Wuhan lab under NIH funding?

Just for lying to congress, Dr. Fauci should be in jail. And that is before we understand the role he played in the gain of function research with the bat virus and his relationship with China in launching it into the world. It may have been an accident. China may have stolen NIH work and used it to make a bioweapon to destroy the Trump economy to get rid of him at the voting booth. But then again, can we trust anything Fauci has said. He has been caught lying many times. And to get to the straight story, it will have to start with him. What role did he play in the creation and unleashing of Covid-19? And what preplanning occurred before its creation? Did he participate with Bill Gates and many others to apply climate change politics to creating the virus to turn health administrators into political dictators? Such as why was the gain of function research started once again in 2017 after Trump was inaugurated as President when during the Obama years it was stopped? Hmmmmm? Questions, questions, questions.

Instead, we are supposed to think of Steve Bannon as the number one fugitive in America. Steve Bannon, the private citizen who supported the President and has a successful podcast. What role could he have had to inspire an insurrection on January 6^th, 2021? The question is, was January 6^th even an insurrection? Or was it a protest to the attempted insurrection of changing our entire way of life with Covid-19? Who created an insurrection, the government who tampered with a bat virus to terrorize people into accepting United Nations climate change policies and wreck the lives of millions of people around the world? Or Trump supporters who were hoping that the election results would be questioned properly on January 6th, but the government again didn’t listen to them and rubber-stamped the fraud anyway. The big criminals, Facebook, Twitter, Google, and others, openly coordinated with the government to censor Covid information that might have treated people with hydroxychloroquine and other medicines that could have contained the virus. Instead, we found out that the Big Tech companies wanted to use the virus to change the nature of the global economy. And they also funded the election fraud of the American 2020 election as outlined so very well in the Molly Hemingway book, Rigged. We have evidence of all this activity by big tech and government. People saw for themselves what was going on. It wasn’t Steve Bannon who made anybody do anything. It was anger at what they saw from their government that caused the protest of January 6^th. Steve Bannon was just another observer using the First Amendment to express his opinion. So was Trump, for that matter. The crime was in the lap of Dr. Fauci, who was at the head of the entire mess, including what the Big Tech attackers were doing.

Yes, this is the crime of the century. It happened in China working with our government. But worse than the crime is the cover-up, which this Congress and DOJ are actively still participating in. And who could blame them? They will deny, deny, and deny until they can’t any longer. Getting to the bottom of it will take citizen journalism to get there because the mainstreamers are in on the whole thing. They are compromised. Notice that you don’t hear much about Molly Hemmingway’s new book, which should be the biggest seller of the year because of its content. No, this is a significant crime, and it will take the people of America to retake their government starting with the obvious questions, who, what, why, when, and where.

We know Dr. Fauci was the who. We know coronavirus was the what. We know it happened right after Event 201 in New York, where the whole Covid-19 plan was role-played in front of many people, sponsored by the Gates Foundation. And we know where it was at the Wuhan lab in China. What we don’t know is the “why.” Why did they do it, and why are they working so hard to cover it up. If it were indeed an accident, somebody likely would have apologized by now. That would mean that the intention was malicious, like many of us suspect. And the answer to that question has to come from Dr. Fauci himself, perhaps by torture facing harsh prison sentencing. He’s an older man, so life in jail won’t mean much to him. We’ll have to get the truth out of him by some other method. But then again, the people who are supposed to uphold justice were in on it. So we have some work to do. Dr. Fauci is the most dangerous criminal in the world. Steve Bannon is just a guy asking questions that always should be answered. And that they think Bannon is the dangerous one tells you everything you need to know. When the truth is dangerous, you know what kind of world you are living in.

Biden’s Economic Policies Are Made for the Lazy, and Stupid: Welcome to Bernie Sanders’ European Socialism

Socialists are Lazy and now they Feel they have Power

As long as Democrats adopted progressivism to hide their racism losses from the Civil War, there has always been a craving jealousy toward European socialism. Liberals love how Europe is, they love the long history of aristocracy and religious tyranny, and they love the mask of laziness that comes with that culture. The dirty little secret is that Democrats are lazy. Their political affiliation toward Europe hides that from the world and uses government as the mask to society. To make their laziness a political and religious right, not a stigma from the hard-working Americans who might otherwise look down their noses at them. During the week of October 18^th, 2021, supply chains were coming to a slowing stop all over America because of White House policies that directly influenced the flow of commerce throughout the nation. This was similar to the current progressive arguments by teacher union complaints I have heard over many years. I’ve argued for a long time that teachers in these public schools are not these great bastions of wonder that we made them out to be. During the Covid shutdowns, we learned what they were teaching our kids in government schools. Whoever thought that the government, the same government trying to steal power wherever they can get it, should be in charge of teaching our kids anything? That was a stupid idea from the outset. But these teachers, mostly progressive in their political leanings, loving European-style socialism where the workday is short, and the pay is ridiculously high, have been projecting this attitude for decades. And now, under the Biden administration, their ostentatious meanderings of lazy behavior have swept over all of America’s economic activity, and people don’t like it.

You could hear the frustration in Peppermint Patty’s voice when she mocked during a White House briefing the shame it would be if people couldn’t get their “treadmill” in time. Socialists everywhere you can find are lazy and don’t want the pressure of expectation driven by market need. They want to control that market need with artificial rules and regulations that slow the world down to their lazy banter. Teachers’ unions have been doing this for many decades, and the results are apparent. Now, with the Biden administration fully embracing European-style socialism and speaking well of Chinese communism, the socialists in America have felt where the wind is coming from, and they have shown their cards perhaps too fast. And when pressed, people like Jen Psaki have to show their frustration that Americans expect results in their activity; laziness will not be tolerated. You can see the socialist Biden economy everywhere; the lines at the drive-thru at McDonald’s are much longer. Fast food isn’t so fast these days. If you break down on the side of the road and call for help to change a tire or a battery in your car, the wait time is no longer 30 minutes. It’s an hour and a half. You call a supplier for that special something that only they make and suddenly their lead time is six weeks instead of 3 days. Why? Because they are short-staffed. The Biden administration has empowered socialists in America trained that way by our public education system to sit around smoking pot all day hoping for a “universal wage” living off the federal dime. They don’t want to work, so nobody is there to work when we need something.

And in answer to these criticisms, progressives like Jen Psaki can only tell us to lower our expectations. Don’t expect so much. Well, I’ve heard that before in public schools with the teachers. And now we listen to it everywhere. Now we can all see what was really behind Covid and the supposed “Great Reset.” We were supposed to surrender our expectations of performance, of fast food, fast hardware stores, plentiful groceries where everything you can think to need would always be there fresh and ready. And that for the sake of safety and government security, we were supposed to get used to waiting in gas lines, for food, and virtually everything else. If you’ve ever traveled in Europe, you will recognize quickly what is happening in America. A European will tell you to relax, to take your time. They’ll say, “what’s the hurry?” You don’t get quick service in European restaurants. You don’t tip there, so the workers seldom do anything extra to earn more money, so service is generally poor everywhere. But with the social safety nets of European countries, there isn’t much inspiration for getting a job and working your way to the top because they cut off the top. Most people can never hope to have more than an apartment flat and a rinky-dink stupid little car that looks like everyone else. With that being all they ever get to have by socialist governments, they have no desire to work as we see in America. In America, the hope is to have a cool car or a big house and a family to go in it. But under socialism, they want to destroy the family, destroy the expectation of labor, and convince everyone to take their breadcrumbs and live happily ever after in the virtual world of online gaming.

Of course, that’s not how they sold their administration to people, what they would be getting with Joe Biden. Americans wouldn’t have accepted it, even many Democrats. But this isn’t Joe Biden who started all this; he was just the insert to dance to the strings of progressives to make it happen. Instead, it was the Bernie Sanders wing of the Democrat party, which is now in power, who have been selling this European socialism approach for a long time, and it is here now as advertised. People don’t like it, but it’s not as if they didn’t tell us what they wanted to do. Many people didn’t listen. Yet now everyone can see the trend and what the expectations are. Socialists have always been lazy; Karl Marx was lazy. Those who adopt socialism and communism are lazy and power-hungry, which usually don’t go together. But they want the power to hide their laziness from the judgments of the world, and that is the essence of their gig. They don’t like to work. They don’t want to work. And they want to bend the world around their tendencies toward laziness and remove the stigma they might otherwise suffer under the expectations of Americans. They hope to have power and a lack of expectation to do much in their lives by instilling government-sanctioned laziness. And within just a few months, we can see the effect of this attitude in everything, including the delivery of treadmills. As shipping containers stack up and lines at McDonald’s get longer, we know who to blame for it. Democrats tampered with our free market system by screwing around with pay incentives, regulatory burdens, and work goals as an incentive to do more each day than has been set by the low bar of government, and the results have arrived. This is the America that Democrats have always wanted but have hidden from the public behind the unasked questions. Yet, here it is. Do you like it?

The Legal Liability of the Government on E.O. 14042: When our quality of business life decreases, the Biden administration is directly to blame

The Government is Liable for Business Losses Due to their Bad Decisions

Not many people, including most lawyers, have had time to break down Joe Biden’s ridiculously unconstitutional Executive Order 14042, which my nickname for it is 4^th down and 1. It’s about as serious as a football team that is on 4^th down, and they only need 1 yard for a conversion, so they perform a hard count hoping to draw the other team offsides and get a five-yard penalty. They have no intention to throw the ball or run a play, and they hope that in such a way, they can trick their opposition into giving them some free yards on the down and distance because the government has no right even to issue Executive Order 14042. It is all a bluff to see how much the government can trick people into getting vaccinated off a virus that global conspirators created in a Wuhan lab to remove an American president from office. Also, there is further trouble from the Biden administration. As it looks now, based on the early auditing process, the Biden presidency was illegal and will have to be undone. Biden can’t issue tissue paper because it was the media that called the election for him. States not ever having to face a challenge in the certification process didn’t know what to do. Mike Pence called Dan Quayle of all people for legal advice on what to do on January 6^th. Looking back, the states should have taken care of certifying their election because massive voter fraud under cover of covid is what put Biden in the White House. He was not elected by the people but by laziness, deception, and trickery. So there are lots and lots of problems with Biden’s E.O. 14042. Lots and lots and more lots, legally, ethically, and historically.

But what’s fascinating about the whole thing is just how stupid the government is as an institutional entity under the Biden administration and its waves of progressive administrators. Most of the focus of the Biden vaccine mandate has been spent on the clause forcing any company with more than 100 employees to comply. Yet, the biggest and most challenging hit came to federal employees in some way or another and all their sub-tier contractors. If you even smell the work for which the federal government touches, the vaccine mandate is a real threat. There is no short-term legal answer to presenting terrible problems for most employers in the United States. Recently the FAR flow downs have been passed down the supply chains, and we now have some idea what the federal government was thinking and what they signed up for. There is a very reckless clause in the FAR that instructs employers what the method of compliance will be, which puts the burden of massive failure squarely on the federal government’s back, which is worth a logical discussion.

Nestled a few paragraphs down from the FAR I saw from NASA is a section that states, “These safeguards will decrease the spread of Covid-19, which will, in turn, decrease worker absences, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Federal Government.” So there it is, and there is a lot wrong in those few little sentences that set up the federal government for a load of lawsuits. First of all, there are declarative statements about Covid as a whole. Colin Powell just died the other day of Covid, or so they say. Yet, he was vaccinated. Getting a vaccination is not a protection from Covid 19, so the government lied in their reasoning. As of the time of the writing, they would have known they were lying as well. So that’s a problem. But worse than that, the government states that the purpose of the vaccination mandate is to keep schedules to the Federal Government. By reducing people from getting sick from Covid, they will help improve attendance.

As we know, as a direct result of the Covid vaccine, employers have had to take on the burden of government office instead of focusing on their core competencies and have turned their human resource departments into compliance centers for enforcement. The government pushed companies to do what they had no legal right to do, which is why I said that this is a bluff similar to football on a 4^th and 1. In reaction, instead of people jumping offsides as the government hoped, people have dug in, and some, enough to cause significant problems, have taken themselves out of the employment game. This has been most noticeable in the news over seaport supply chains and Southwest Airlines. Employees are just refusing to be told to get the shot. Not all employees, but anywhere around 7 to 10% is enough to screw up companies’ business models and slow them down to a crawl, which has clogged up supply chains everywhere. The government has once again cost millions of dollars in damage to companies with their interference and activism. And those losses should be recoverable as damages by the government because of how the FAR was written. The intention of the federal government was just the opposite, the way they sold it. It was supposed to reduce lost time action by employees and help stabilize the supply chain due to Covid call-offs. Oops.

Even if all this Covid stuff is just a cover story for hiding election fraud, or the results of a completely incompetent administration trying to implement United Nations Marxism into America through change state strategy, the responsibility for the failure still falls on the federal government. The people, employers, and employees did nothing to deserve this disaster; it’s all the federal government. Biden got himself in trouble with poll numbers; he wanted to be a tough guy with this Covid vaccine mandate and hope to draw companies offsides. Many of them were hungry to comply, but the workers refused to play along, and now the combination of efforts has torpedoed the American economy. I can’t wait for that jobs report in October and November; Joe Biden should enjoy those. But he only has himself to blame. Yet when people wonder why things are getting so bad out there and why they are much worse under the Biden administration as opposed to Trump, they forget about politics, look at the results between the two presidents, and everything becomes obvious.

The Biden Marxism and authoritarian approach have killed any recovery that was possible coming out of Covid lockdowns, which of course, has never been adequately admitted to. The real question is, why did we have Covid in the first place? Why was the NIH funding it, and why isn’t Dr. Fauci in jail? But the mistakes that have cascaded off Covid have been disastrous. The Trump administration did a good job even under detrimental conditions. The Biden people, they can’t get out of their own way. The Biden vaccine mandate for them was all about testing to see if they could get away with a massive overreach of the American constitution. But now, they have crippled their own recovery. It hurts us all, but the blame is squarely on the Biden government. Some of this has, of course, been on purpose. But the results of E.O. 14042 have been historically disastrous. History will never forget the intent that was shown by the government and the reaction by the public. Americans are not compliant Chinese. We weren’t going to jump offsides and give the government a free first down. And because we didn’t, the government is left holding all the losses, and we will pin it on them, forever.

The Progressive Labor Union, LEA endorses Trent Emeneker: Hoping to slide a liberal under the door for West Chester Trustee

The LEA Endorses Trent Emeneker

At this point, it’s pretty well known that the challenger for the West Chester trustee seat in Butler County, Ohio, Trent Emeneker, is not a conservative. He has stated that he’s a registered Republican. Still, much of what he talks about, like wanting to turn West Chester into a big bureaucratic city full of city council positions and other nonsense, is excessively liberal. It didn’t help that he did a meet and greet at Liberty Center’s AC Hotel hosted by an activist Democrat. So Trent has loads of problems even before a single-yard sign was ever put into the ground. But as if all that were not enough, the LEA (Lakota Education Association) has endorsed Trent, which is essentially the kiss of death in Butler County. The LEA, of course, is the ultra-progressive labor union that runs the Lakota school system. They work under the umbrella of the Ohio Education Association, and ultimately the National Education Association, which everyone knows by now are essentially PAC groups for Democrats and the advancement of progressive causes. Those not sure what progressive causes are responsible for should know that they are encouraging sex education in early grade school and transsexual bathrooms. I would go as far as to say that it is an evil organization of radical politics intent on the destruction of the United States. But judge for yourself. What matters is that they have endorsed Trent Emeneker and hope to squeak him under the door in an off-year race that typically has low voter turnout.

There is nothing good that comes out of the LEA. They essentially protect bad teachers from being fired and lobby to pay them too much money to do it. They are wholly committed to the destruction of America as we know it. They collect money from their union dues and apply it directly to Democrats nationwide. If you can think of something terrible about government schools, and I can think of a lot, the root cause of the trouble goes back to teacher unions, especially the NEA. So long as they exist and have a footprint of any kind in our schools with our children, there is no hope of making those schools better. People understand that more now than they did even a few years ago. At Lakota, there is an opportunity to vote for new school board members to replace the current ones, which might stand against these teacher unions better than we’ve had in the past. Usually, there is no defense on the school board. The LEA essentially runs everything, including putting their candidates on the board as they are trying again this year with Kelley Casper, Michael Pearl, and Doug Horton. There are finally options this year with actual Republican endorsed candidates. Many people are running, so voter turnout will have to be high to defeat the incumbent’s LEA has also endorsed. So we’ll see if voters take advantage of this opportunity with great voter turnout on election day, November 2^nd.

The LEA endorses Trent Emeneker for West Chester Trustee

It is just that kind of low voter turnout that the LEA hopes push the liberal Trent Emeneker into a West Chester Trustee seat. They usually have their activists who always show up to vote and preserve their intent to destroy America. So Republican voters will have to show up and defend themselves to keep that from happening. But as to Trent’s intent, there is no doubt about it now that the LEA has endorsed him on their web page. When you have the LEA behind you, you know that a vast evil is not far behind. Everything the LEA does is rooted in some destruction for the American way of life and the families that make the country great. Behind all teacher union activities are actions intended to attack family and its institution to a progressive need. Suppose there are members of the LEA who call themselves Republicans and just go along for the great six-figure paycheck at Lakota. In that case, they are doing like all RINOs do, help evil get a foothold into our lives with the death whisper of compliance which is silently killing our country as we speak. Those teachers in the LEA are just as bad as the purple-headed progressives advocating gay rights, critical race theory, and globalism by saying nothing and letting evil have its way in the world.

Trent has tried to sell himself as an old military guy hoping that blind allegiance to service might make people ignore his obvious liberalism. His biggest complaint about the current West Chester trustees is spending a few million dollars on landscaping for the new Union Center exchange. He considers that fiscal irresponsibility. Yet West Chester is operating in the black, which is how it should be, and considering the amount of GDP produced at that highway exit, the landscaping costs are easily justified. Oddly enough, at a recent debate where Trent tried to make an issue of this cost, it was Lee Wong who best slapped him down for it. Now everyone knows I’m not a huge Lee Wong fan, one of the current trustees. But next to Trent Emeneker, Lee sounds like Donald Trump. Lee explained well the need for the landscaping in a very Trump-like way. Union Center in West Chester is one of the premier spots in the entire country for economic activity. I would put the GDP moving through that exit among the top in the country. There is nothing wrong with having some nice flowers there to greet the mass commerce that occurs. Of course, nobody talks about that the LEA is against all capitalist activity as they are socialists and communists in their origins. They are “the vote red for ed” types. The red is the red flag of communism, so for Trent to attack a few flowers when Lakota is bleeding hundreds of millions of dollars into these LEA employees advocating against family values, small government ideas, and the promotion of the religion of climate change, Trent proves he’s just a stooge for the LEA liberalism and not interested in fiscal responsibility. If he indeed were, the LEA would never endorse him because all they want is a run-away wallet with no limit on the credit card.

So remember as you vote that the LEA endorsed Trent Emeneker. I don’t think it will change anything. The same several thousand people who will vote to keep the current big spenders on the Lakota school board will vote for Trent as a trustee. But there are a lot more Republicans in Butler County than Democrats. It will all come down to voter turnout. If you don’t want to see more LEA liberalism contaminating our community, then be sure to get out on election night and vote. Don’t just show up and vote for Trump or the mid-terms. Vote now and for the same reasons, defend your turf from these radical progressives and their plans of doom for our children. And know when you vote that Trent Emeneker is one of them. The LEA does not endorse Republicans, not real ones. They are out to destroy conservative politics so they would never put their name next to anybody who won’t help them do just that. Trent is a big government guy, which is why they want him. But, if you show up to vote, you can stop their plans. So, could you not take it for granted? The time for action is coming up; make sure you are part of the solution.

I Still Support Jon Gruden: Don’t play the “woke” game by the rainbow Marxists

I Still Support Jon Gruden

I have a lot of great memories of Jon Gruden from when he was the coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and those memories will not be erased just because a bunch of globalist wokesters decided that some emails they dug upon him from 11 years ago broke some invisible modern rules. If you haven’t figured it out yet, wokeness is an attack strategy, not the utilization of fairness, and there was nothing I heard of from Jon Gruden in his emails or any other source over the years that gave me pause to support him. The rules of fairness and equality that have been pressed upon us run counter to the way humans think and are meant to control us as a species, and they should be rejected. Climbing into private lives and thoughts is likely to bring up things many don’t want to hear. Turning personal thoughts and actions even in an email into a public debate would reveal uncomfortable opinions. But from those who want to attack our culture, such as progressives, that’s how they want it. They are playing for blood and targeting what we enjoy as a culture and should treat them that way. For me, I’ll disregard their stupid modern rules of behavior. They have no impact on me or my life, and if they do carry over in such a way, then I’ll deal with them as the enemies that they are. But they are playing along on the bandwagon of woke religion, as many have. Jon Gruden is too good of a person; he doesn’t deserve that.

Within hours of this story going public early this past week, the Tampa Bay Buccanneers, where Gruden coached and won a Super Bowl, removed the old coach from their Ring of Honor, which I thought was despicable. I love the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and have going way back to the Vinny Testaverde days for many years. I’ve seen a lot of bad seasons and some good ones. It’s fun to finally have a Tom Brady team to root for because they win a lot more. I love the family of the Glazers, especially the deceased father of the group. The kids are a lot more progressive, apparently even Biden supporters. I used to think they were all really smart, but if they supported Biden, maybe not. So I found it disturbing that they so quickly distanced themselves from Jon Gruden over this woke controversy. After a press conference with Bruce Arians, the new coach, I thought what a wimp he was for wearing a rainbow-colored Buc hat, which was an obvious tip to the gay community. Bruce thought it was appropriate to promote anal sex to young people with that stupid hat? But Gruden couldn’t send an email with topless cheerleaders to his old partner at the Washington Redskins for some guy fun? No, I’m not playing that game.

Gay rights are sodomy, and it’s dirty. I’ll take the girls any day and not feel guilty about it one bit. When Bruce wears a hat like that, he attempts to appeal to these dark forces of progressivism who want to ruin our culture and destroy our families. Ultimately, the NFL product is a family sport that many people can share over several generations. That is the ultimate attack progressives have against the NFL. Wearing a gay hat won’t stop them from attacking. It might just appease them for a while, which is the game that Tampa Bay is playing. “Hey, we’re woke, don’t hurt us. Look, we got rid of any reference to Jon Gruden. We don’t have a spine.”

The NFL has been attacked for years, and you can see the game Roger Goodell is playing with these attacks. I said last year that he’s doing a good job keeping the product going. He managed during the previous year to get an entire season in even while Covid was shutting everything down. That’s because of how woke the NFL has become. The progressives thought that the messaging by the players union and the protests against the American flag might be worth letting them play. So, Roger has been caught accepting a few evils here and there to play the NFL games on the field. People can say what they want about compliance and what they would and wouldn’t do but look at all our companies caving to the vaccine mandates from an illegally inserted President Biden. Lawyers and human resource departments have been rushing to get in line to be the next Judas to the Constitution, acting like desperate dogs looking for a table scrap from some obese human patting the dog on the head for doing silly tricks for a morsel of food. Most everyone has caved under the Biden executive order, including most of our tough talking politicians. Nobody has stood up for Constitutional rights, so they are no better than Roger Goodell. And going back to Bruce Arians and the Glazer family behind the Buccaneers, they know the game. If you have things of value, like a sports franchise, or a big paying job, you are a target for these progressive insurgents, so you appease them by giving them what they want and hope they go away. But all that does is feed them for the next time.

It’s nice to know there are people like Jon Gruden out there. I’m still a fan of him, and if he loses all connection to the NFL, which we will assume he will, then whatever he does in the future, I’ll be a fan of. Hopefully, he’ll start a podcast. He doesn’t need the NFL or ESPN. He could probably do better as a podcaster the way things are these days. Traditional media is in a transition. The woke attackers have penetrated our institutions, but that’s not where the action is, as usual. It will always be people like Jon Gruden who make the world go around, no matter what language they use to convey it. I’ve been at this point for a while, it is not just because of this Jon Gruden story, but I’m not playing this game.

The woke rules, as far as I’m concerned, mean nothing. I’m not building my life around them or appeasing them in any way. I’m not worried about anybody digging up any emails on me or secretly recording what I say. I’m not a football guy. I hear things like what Jon Gruden said every day and in a lot more explosive detail. People are still people. We’re not going to change people to the snowflakes of existence. In my life, I use a lot of three-syllable words, even in my most private settings. I doubt these woke losers taught in government schools even know what I’m saying half the time, so good luck. But molding our life to these woke rules, no, I’m not going to be doing that. Progressives are a threat to American life, and it’s time we start to treat them that way. We need to be less inclusive and a lot more judgmental. What they did to Jon Gruden was simply a warning shot to the rest of us. He was a big target because he had a big contract in a game most of us love a lot. Progressives don’t like that we are back to somewhat normal with Covid, and they took a shot at Gruden to remind us that they are still there. And to me, that’s not acceptable. I love Jon Gruden and always will. I will still proudly show his Super Bowl pictures on my walls, even if the Buccaneers wimped out and caved to the rainbow Marxists and gutter rats of anti-American sentiment.

The Case for Voting Todd Minniear to Liberty Township Trustee: Where real leadership has been needed as opposed to rubber stamping comprehensive plans

The trustee race in Liberty Township, Ohio, is interesting because it allows for an advanced discussion of politics that hasn’t been available to us. On the one hand, there is an incumbent who is a decent Republican, Tom Farrell. He’s offering the status quo rubber stamp on the comprehensive plan so that investors won’t have to worry about unnecessary changes in government to ruin their forecasts. I understand those problems and can see why stability there would be much desired by many people. Then there is Buck Rumpke, a hard-working guy from zoning who wants to work with Farrell to continue implementing the Liberty Township comprehensive plan essentially. I would argue that such a goal is filled with peril because those comprehensive plans are usually written by liberals hired to write them. They essentially reflect the exact phrasing of what the United Nations 2030 plans sound like and are filled with many green energy code words, which, if you peel that back, lead to global communism. Tom and Buck certainly aren’t communists, but they aren’t exactly the kind of people who are intellectually curious about significant, international matters either. They know what they know and stay in their lane, which is excellent if you want followers. But in providing leadership, not so much.

Where many communities can’t afford to debate about levels of conservative policymaking, I see in Liberty a unique situation. I like Tom, I like Buck, but in listening to them talk, I’m always looking for more from a leadership standpoint, especially after what we know now after the 2020 election year. Priorities certainly shifted, which is a point I will make for what I think is the best consideration for trustee in Liberty Township in Todd Minniear. I remember well the challenges that Senator George Lang had back when he was a trustee in West Chester when he worked to challenge the comprehensive plan there and the debates about the library that were a big deal then. George handled things well, there were times when deviating from the plan made sense, and the debates were healthy. In Liberty Township, the attitude has pretty much been, follow the plan, and that has made the politics of Liberty Township much less attractive. The problems that we are now facing are even more predictable.

For instance, Todd Minniear talks about it all the time, to encourage more growth in Liberty Township, which is landlocked for the most part, the comprehensive plan advocates for more high-density dwellings, such as apartments like the ones that were approved by zoning to go along with the new Costco development. Now for the record, I love the idea of the Costco development, and I love Liberty Center. There is a lot of good that comes from those developments. Much better than bad. But Todd is not wrong when he says that apartment dwellings are bad for Liberty Township because it cheapens everything. They don’t pay for themselves in value and what you end up with is a bunch of voters who have no real ownership in their properties making decisions for the rest of us. Apartments are a super bad idea in that context. But, apartments are part of that United Nations comprehensive plan that I mentioned, and that is the problem with following those plans without questioning the reasoning. The goal of the greenie crowd is to stack people on top of each other and make the world need less cars. So sidewalks and integrated developments are the wave of the future from the United Nations’ standpoint. Ownership of private property is something they intend to phase out. When Todd speaks out against apartment construction, it’s not because he’s anti-development. But he gets the eventual depletion in value that they create.

Also, what comes up often in such debates is what to do with the great shopping and living development of Liberty Center. It’s a struggling development that started with high hopes. I’m a huge fan of the development, and yes, they are in need of a tax bailout. I am usually a person who is against bailouts of any kind. However, much of the cause of Liberty Center’s troubles came from the government, specifically Governor Mike DeWine. When Liberty Center was built, it was already a challenge for brick and mortar stores to make investments there, given Amazon’s impact and other online stores have provided to the market. But given the wealth of Liberty Township, the risk was worth it, and it turned out to be a significant development. It still is in every respect. However, when Mike DeWine shut down the state’s economy over Covid, it directly hit every kind of brick and mortar store, and Liberty Center was struck at a critical time in its business cycle. Now, to their credit and the credit of Liberty Township shoppers, many businesses at Liberty Center have managed to stick around. The movie theater is still open. The restaurants have survived mainly. There is a lot of good to talk about. But to give an example, my wife wanted to take one of our grandchildren to the playground there the other day, and it was still closed due to liability concerns over Covid. So things have not resumed to normal even after the pandemic, which directly impacts the flow of shoppers to the complex. When you can’t just go and have fun but still must deal with Covid rules, shoppers are more inclined to stay home and shop online. Now, was that part of the United Nations comprehensive plan? Of course not. The developers of Liberty Township followed all the sustainability rules. But, the government changed the rules.

This is where a person like Todd Minniear would shine as a trustee because he is an advocate of the great book The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates, which professes that leadership has an obligation to question the authority of any higher authority. An example would be the Biden executive order on vaccine mandates or Biden’s orders to shut down businesses to Covid rules. Todd, in fact, during Covid challenged the DeWine administration and won in court, so he is the only candidate who has been successful in challenging higher authorities based on Constitutional law. And when it came to helping places like Liberty Center during Covid, they sure could have used Todd Miinniear as a trustee during the Covid shutdowns because it might have helped them not take such a hit for which they now need a bailout. Looking back on how things should have been handled with Governor Mike DeWine, before the legislature eventually took away his authoritarian mandates under emergency protocols, there needed to be many more politicians like Todd Minniear in place to protect businesses and residents from unnecessary pain. Liberty Center is an obvious example, but the actual costs to Ohio are still incalculable. To get an opportunity to get a talented person like Todd onto a board of trustees is unique. It would be a shame to pass it up.

After a recent debate among the Liberty and West Chester Trustees, I listened to Ann Becker debate The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates with Todd. Ann Becker is a trustee in West Chester, and I’ve known her for a long time and respect her. She isn’t a fan of the book, so it was a great talk between her and Todd over the philosophy of a trustee’s role under such conditions. We may not have had that discussion before Covid because nobody would have ever thought a governor like DeWine would ever try to shut down an economy. But now that we’ve seen the teeth of government, especially at the state and federal level, such debates have a lot more validity. I decided Todd Minniear was the absolute best candidate for Liberty Township Trustee after listening to this friendly debate. Ann is a smart cookie, and Todd could answer all her questions quickly and effectively with the actual state revised code he had on hand. He’s such a great mind; it would be a shame not to use it fully since he’s offering it as a public servant. And I am very, very excited to vote for him for all these reasons and more. We live in a time where we need politicians to do more than just rubber stamp pre-written comprehensive plans. Sometimes we need politicians to challenge those plans, but most of all, we need leadership, even when abuses of authority come from higher offices like presidents and governors. Todd Minniear is the only candidate I know who has a proven track record of success in doing this, and for the future of Liberty Township, we will need a lot more of that than what we’ve had in the past.

Like I did for the school board candidates at Lakota for the 2021 election, I have clips of the various candidates to help make decisions. Like the school board candidates, I support some and recommend changing some of the incumbents in Liberty Township. These clips deal with trustee candidates in Liberty Township and West Chester, two of the most affluent and great places to live in the United States. And they are examples of just how great a small government is when you have just three trustees managing things. So, of course, for this next election, the goal is to keep the government small, effective, and accountable. I say all that because we do have some significant government types who are running. Trent Emeneker calls himself a fiscal conservative but had a “meet and greet” at Liberty Center with a known Democrat. You can see by the video clips that he’s not worth a vote so that I won’t waste much time on him. In West Chester, the choice is clear. Mark Welch is a personal friend of mine not because he’s a politician, but because over time, and common ways of looking at things, it just evolved that way. He’s many reasons West Chester has been so successful, and we certainly want to keep things that way. There are two seats open, so the second should be Lee Wong. Lee and I have not gotten along over the years, but in this case, he’s working well with Mark and Ann Becker as a trustee, and we want to keep that going. So the trustee race in West Chester is easy.

However, Liberty Township is more complex; it’s far more complicated. I live in Liberty Township. I have lived in Liberty Township for about 45 years of my life. I spent nearly a decade living in other places worldwide, but my wife and I returned to Liberty Township after the 1990s and loved it very much. Yet, I have paid a lot more attention to West Chester than Liberty for a good reason. In West Chester, I was involved in the Tea Party there; Ann Becker was the president of the Cincinnati Tea Party, a pretty big position. George Lang, a senator now, was a trustee who was getting voted against during every meeting. We worked hard to put Mark Welch in the second spot to help George get the votes he needed, and it worked very well. And we went to work to fill the West Chester trustees with all those Tea Party types of candidates. History will show how smart that was.

Tea Party people are not crazy radicals. They are fiscal conservatives, small government-minded, and rooted in American traditions. So I enjoyed the experiment in a small government that was going on in West Chester that has produced magnificent results. Because of the population density of West Chester, there have been lots of Democrats who have tried to push for a city designation. The latest is Trent Emeneker. They want to be a city because it creates more jobs for the government, which drives up costs, bureaucracy, and the overall feel of the community. Between those three names, George Lang, Mark Welch, and Ann Becker, West Chester has managed to stay lean and sharp, making for a wonderful place to live and work. Better than just about any other place in the country.

In Liberty Township, there have always been these Agenda 21 Comprehensive Plans that liberals write and conservative trustees have then followed which has been highly unsatisfying for a guy like me, a long term resident who knows what Liberty Township was like before all the tag-alongs moved in from other places and brought all their big government ideas with them. And now there is the Agenda 2030 plan that the United Nations has put out, and if you read it and also read the 2020 Comprehensive Plan for Liberty Township, you’ll see that the same person might have as well written them. Of course, they weren’t, but the ideas are the same. This is what you get when you hire many kids trained in good, liberal colleges who have been taught that the United Nations would rule the world and that any interpretation of sustainable development must come from those socialists and communists on the world stage. When any trustees commission a plan like the Comprehensive Plan for 2020 or any previous revisions, you essentially get a bunch of liberals who decide what your community will look like. I can say that George Lang had quite a challenge when he pushed back against this trend in West Chester. I know some of the personal stories, and thank goodness George did push back in constructive ways. But in Liberty Township, even though the trustees are usually what everyone considers “rock-ribbed Republicans,” they get pulled into the Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 game of serving the United Nations instead of the real history of Liberty Township and the reasons people moved to the area, to begin with.

Every time I have to navigate one of the many dumb roundabouts in Liberty Township, it reminds me what suckers our local government has been toward this United Nations strategy. I know all of them and have over the years. They consider themselves conservatives and don’t think of the United Nations game. Only people who do some research into the matter would know the strategy of how the United Nations embedded itself into all local zoning to lay the groundwork for a future of sidewalks, roundabouts, electric energy, and an eventual carless society. It was a plan from the United Nations that sought to turn capitalism on its head to implement its objectives. They got away with it because people generally don’t look for the United Nations fingerprints on these kinds of Comprehensive Plans that the trustees follow in their decision-making processes. Because of this adherence to a United Nations comprehensive plan, I have not been interested in Liberty Township politics at the same level as West Chester. The frustration with them is just too much a pain in the ass. They are good people; I like my trustees, two running for November, Tom Ferrall and Buck Rumpke. But they are big government guys who have philosophies that lean towards development and not personal freedom. For instance, many local developers want to know that someone is following some comprehensive plan to understand what property to buy and how to invest in the future. But, to make a good community, there are many more factors to consider, and in Liberty Township, they often don’t come to light.

To make matters worse, one outstanding trustee that Liberty Township had was David Kern, who recently died. He was a Tea Party guy, and an influential Republican before the world fell into a tailspin. But he was old when I was a little kid in Liberty Township, and my brother used to play with their kid at their nursery off Millikan Road. Once David Kern was no longer a trustee, the government of Liberty Township moved much more toward the United Nations than the personal liberty and sovereignty of the United States. David used to like to poke sticks in these kinds of comprehensive plans. He might eventually vote on them, but he at least would argue the matter to see how strong they were. It was a good balance to have someone like David Kern on the Liberty Township Trustees for many years. Yet since his death, a guy like him has been missed.

So when it comes to this election, I was pretty bored with it until I met Todd Minniear at the West Chester Tea Party forum recorded in these videos. I like Buck Rumpke as a candidate and Republican, but he’s coming over from zoning. As I said, most zoning people have been saturated over the years through their educations with this massive United Nations plot to “Make Europe Great Again.” I have written voluminously that one of the great insecurities of America is the lack of history and culture that we have as a young country, compared to Europe. So we assume that Europe, the mother country, is the way to emulate, and many of the Liberty Township residents have evolved into thinking the same way. A wine purchased from Europe has a much higher value than a wine purchased from a vineyard by the Rumpke landfill. They may be just as good, but it’s the stigma that people care about. When I hear Buck talk, it’s evident that he’s been saturated with this global way of thinking. He’s a small-town guy who worked hard all his life at the family garbage business, and he wants to show how cultured he is by adopting all these woke, globalists’ points of view. He’s a super nice guy, but he thinks wrong about the big things. And I would put Tom Ferrall into that same category. Big government guy who wants to show how cultured he is by supporting all these dumb roundabouts and other European features. I’ll end up voting for one or the other, but my first pick will undoubtedly be Todd Minniear in a two-seat race.

So Todd and I have met each other on several occasions. I didn’t know it at the time, but Todd was on the front line protesting against what DeWine was doing during the Covid lockdowns. He’s smart, and he gets it. He’s a Tea Party type which excites me because of the success that we have seen in West Chester. To have a guy like Todd in Liberty Township might help take things in a more successful direction. Todd Minniear challenged the DeWine administration in court and won over the Covid lockdowns, and he is extremely intelligent. Talking to him reminded me of David Kern. What an excellent opportunity to get a great trustee onto the Liberty board. People like Todd Minniear do not come along often. Clearly, by watching the videos included here, you can see my two picks by how well they spoke. Todd was by far the most articulate of the evening, and he’s willing to do that extra work that is often necessary. When we talk about “liberty” in Liberty Township, we are not talking about blind compliance to some United Nations Comprehensive Plan or other dumb rules that hold us back. Sometimes we need people we put into such positions to push back against the rules because the people making the rules may not have our best interests in mind. That is the case with the United Nations. They want Liberty Township to look like Europe, not America, and if you follow their ideas, that’s exactly what we’ll get. Todd has a history of challenging the rules, which is precisely what we need in Liberty Township.

After the forum, I spoke to Todd a bit, along with other very smart people in the room, and had questions for the bright young mind. I noticed that Todd had the great book that I value quite a lot, The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates. That is a book that describes the moral obligation of leadership lower in the pecking order of life to push back against authoritarian rule. The book proposes several instances where it is the moral obligation to lash back at a higher authority for corrupt regulations and edicts. For example, in this case, we should have had more trustees, state reps, and senators who openly fought the unconstitutional vaccine mandate. For Joe Biden to issue an executive order demanding that all federal employees take medicine or lose their jobs, we needed more local officials to reject the premise. Instead, most everyone has caved from lawyers to human resource departments for fear of drawing attention to themselves. When Governor DeWine issued the mask mandates of last year, Butler County’s Sheriff Jones was one of the first in the country to say no, we’re not going to do that. We need many more politicians in prominent positions who will behave this way when pressed, and Buck Rumpke and Tom Farrell are certainly not those guys. They will be the first to put on the mask and follow the rules, like good Republicans who care more about adherence to the law than whether the laws are correct and just. Todd Minniear cares about what’s truly right or wrong, and for me that sets him into a stratosphere all his own. He’s a lot better than the other two guys, and I will be voting for him.

Like most of them, this election season proposes good things for those with the guts to say yes to them. It takes courage to try something different, but sometimes it takes courage to stick to what’s working. In West Chester, it takes guts to keep things solid as they have been. To resist the tide of corruption that wants to open the door to a bigger government, to loot off the efforts of what made West Chester great, to begin with. Yet, in Liberty Township, it would take guts to vote for Todd Minniear and take a great community and make it noticeably better. Liberty Township has enjoyed a cascade effect from West Chester for years. But now, there is an opportunity to make Liberty Township its unique kind of good truly. That won’t happen with Buck Rumpke or Tom Farrell by themselves. It would take a truly smart intellect and a person willing to do the extra work in Todd Minniear to pull it off, which is a fascinating prospect.
