Jonathan West the Nameplate God: Be thankful for Virgin Galactic!

A young man the other day was complaining to me that he thought we’d have flying cars by now. He reminded me that in the film Back to the Future 2, flying cars were in fact a reality in the year 2015. I told him not to fear, that a flying car did in fact exist right now. All he had to do to see it was visit www.mollar.com  SEE MY ARTICLE ON FLYING CARS HERE:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/01/22/fly-a-skycar-today-the-future-of-transportation/

“Well, why don’t we have them yet?” he asked. “Why can’t I buy one now?”

I told him, “Because of government regulation.”

As I made that statement I was thinking of a friend of mine who is trying to build a Frisch’s in Liberty Twp by Lakota East, which all logic would dictate should be a slam dunk. Everyone likes Frisch’s. It is the perfect community meeting place and there is almost no downside to that type of commercial business. It’s another taxable revenue source, its family friendly and attractive to potential home buyers. It’s a win, win, win all the way across the board. But the Director of Zoning in Liberty Twp, Jonathan West is holding up the project because he has a rule that buildings such as restaurants cannot have statues in front of them, and anyone who knows anything about Frisch’s knows that they always have a statue of the Big Boy in front of the restaurant, always.

I can only speculate on why Jonathan West is holding up this development over a simple statue, but by experience in dealing with hundreds of people similar to him, it’s all in the nameplate. TO LEARN WHAT THE NAME PLATE GODS ARE, CLICK THIS HOT LINK. There isn’t any real logic to such a statue provision, yet it’s there and holding up something as obviously good as a Frisch’s Restaurant in a clearly commercial area. So for more complicated creations such as Flying Cars, medical improvements, and virtually all inventions that improve on an existing job sector, it is nearly impossible to get anything approved through the “Nameplate Gods.” It is in their infantile little minds that they cling to the past where they control the information. They are in fact the characters in Plato’s Republic who control the shadows on the wall. I wrote an entire article about this complex. You can read that here:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/02/13/the-end-of-america-an-interview-of-porter-standsberry-and-why-s-b-5-is-so-important/

If you want to see more of what we are missing in medicine, which Nameplate Gods in the pharmaceutical industry are holding back in the same way that Jonathan West is holding back a Frisch’s in my local community I have an article about that too at the next link. Chances are you have a John West in your community, and there are thousands upon thousands of them in the state and federal government, and they keep all of us from having the technology I show in this article: (DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND WATCH ALL THOSE VIDEOS COMPLETELY. IT’S REAL)

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/02/08/the-future-of-medicine/

I told the young man who in just twenty years, aging could be a thing of the past. This nonsense of driving a car everywhere will be grossly outdated. You’ll simply get into your SKYCAR and punch in your destination the same way you operate MAPQUEST and the car will take you there while you sleep. For instance, if you wanted to fly down to Disney World for the weekend but you want to stay up with your friends the night before you could do both. You could go to your SKYCAR dead tired and ready for bed, punch in your destination and wake up in Florida 5 to 6 hours later. The Sky Lanes set up by NASA and the GPS system would speak to your SKYCAR and fly you up to a ceiling of 30,000 feet and a speed of 300 MPH while you slept. It will be as common to your life of tomorrow as an IPhone is to you now.

The young man looked at me,“are you serious?”

“YESSSSSSSSSSS” I said jumping up and down. “We allow politicians to hold us down, but the human mind is pressing forward anyway. It’s going on ahead and busting from the shackles of ignorance.”

He looked at me puzzled. So I answered the question I knew he wanted to ask. “Why do you think I hate unions? Why do you think I want to see education expand and become innovative? It’s not that I hate teachers, but they are protecting themselves and a static order to the old world. This new world is there for us to grab, and we must seize it!!!!! NOW!!!!!!! We cannot allow the Nameplate Gods to hold back our civilization!”

I was excited more than usual during this conversation because of the new Spaceport built in New Mexico which cost the taxpayers $209 million and centers around the new spacecraft built for Virgin Galactic which will take passengers into space for the first time in human history. See the source article of my excitement here:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2050328/Spaceport-America-Richard-Branson-opens-209m-space-terminal-New-Mexico.html

I was in Florida over the summer at Cape Canaveral and there was a gloom over the area from the budget cuts by small-minded politicians like what President Obama had implemented for NASA. I told my friends in the Aerospace community that getting government out of space travel was a great thing. Yes NASA is one of the few government organizations that actually work. (CLICK THIS HOTLINK TO SEE HOW). I wrote this next article to rest their minds and let them see where the world was going. At the end of it I mentioned Virgin Galactic as a ray of hope.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/03/11/the-space-race-is-just-beginning-as-the-space-shuttles-end/

Richard Branson is one of my favorite people on this planet and I think it’s wonderful that he has 200 customers on his Virgin Galactic list to spend $200,000 a ticket to fly into space, and return back to earth. That will generate $40 million dollars minus expenses and that’s only the beginning. If Branson can get Virgin Galactic to where it’s producing billions of dollars per year, then that investment will far outpace the kind of spending that NASA has been regulated to, and mankind will finally leap into space for good after being a prisoner to earth for all of human history.

Rather than speak about Branson and Virgin Galactic, I’ll let the videos and links speak on that. Instead, let me give you my dear reader a preview into what’s in store. Now that Virgin Galactic has built a practical craft that does not consume massive amounts of fuel to propel a craft into space past escape velocity with a ballistic missile, we can finally take people affordably into space routinely. This means that just as cruise ships now are vacation destinations, there will be hotels in space soon. Look for a new Hilton to be built as a space station in the foreseeable future. Vacations in space are within reach. From there manufacturing will move into orbit. Imagine what could be built in a zero g environment. What about agriculture, where a space platform could always face the sun? 24 hours a day there would be light. Think how large plants could grow without having to fight gravity? Where does the water come from? Why mining on the moon of course. The gravity is less there and much more obtainable. That’s also where materials for manufacturing would come from. What about garbage and waste on earth? We will now be able to fly it off planet and dump it into space to be consumed into some atmosphere 100,000 light years away. Now that’s GREEN TECHNOLOGY! Manufacture in SPACE!

The options suddenly become limitless, and when you consider all the agendas of the progressive party, those green tech Nameplate Gods, they are stuck in the 70’s with electric cars that only go 100 miles between charges and solar energy that is fixed to the top of a house. The future is not in their small minds, it’s out there! Look up at it to what you cannot see, because it’s there!!!!!!!

So while the small people in this world argue over why Frisch’s cannot build a new restaurant because of a statue, people like Richard Branson, and Paul Mollar are inventing the world of tomorrow.

The world is just now coming to grips the genius of Steve Jobs. They still don’t understand the genius of people like Walt Disney, who didn’t even graduate high school. They continue to be baffled by my personal favorite in George Lucas who is so forward thinking many people can’t even see his caboose. CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS. I HAVE A CHART WHICH EXPLAINS IT.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/08/21/what-is-an-overmanwarrior-and-the-train-metaphor/

The sin of the modern age is the same as it was for Christopher Columbus who tried to convince people who the earth was round, as the Vikings had already discovered. Many people who didn’t want the change in perception insisted that the earth was flat, yet there were those who knew better. Today we have labor unions and government bureaucrats who make a living off seeing the world as a flat plain, and they scoff and belittle those who say otherwise. Thank goodness there are people like Richard Branson and his Virgin Galactic. And thank goodness there are companies like Frisch’s. But the reason we often can’t have the benefits of vision, and investment is because of people like Jonathan West, who use the Nameplate of their position to fulfill everything they could never be on their own merit. They are the types who proclaim that the world is flat, that space travel for civilians is science fiction, and that you can’t have a Big Boy statue in front of a Frisch’s Restaurant, because once we discover otherwise, we will learn that such people are irrelevant to us, and unnecessarily hold back the entire civilization of the human race, and are tyrants as ruthless as the most despicable despot because their motives are the same; to control those who have money, to control those who innovate, because the Nameplate Gods lack the ability in themselves to do the same. They hold society back to their level of comfort. They are why we don’t have Flying Cars.

I look forward to the day where I can go to a Frisch’s on Cincinnati Dayton road before heading to a local Spaceport on vacation to earth’s orbit with my wife to relax a bit in zero G’s. Although that may seem like a long way off, it takes about that long to get things approved through bureaucrats like Jonathan West. Let’s just hope that West’s next job doesn’t end up on the board of Orbital Building Code Administrators, where he will have to approve the building the first Orbital Hotel, because he might get upset if they want to build it with a statue facing earth and hold up the construction for decades.

The Joan Powell School Board Scandal: A lesson of what not to do at Lakota

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW had my friends and me on to discuss many of the local school tax levies in order to compete on which school will get the full fury of the 50,000 Watt Flame Thrower known as The Big One in Cincinnati. That Flame Thrower of a radio station reaches 38 states and part of Canada so the prize is obvious. If you want to get out your message of a school system which needs to defeat its school levy, you want The Big One to broadcast your message. Listen to that broadcast here, which contains many very good points from school districts all over Southern Ohio.

At Lakota while this broadcast was roaming across the Eastern United States, mailmen were putting the letter you see below into the mail boxes of “select” supporters of Joan Powell, the school board president. Have a look at that letter for yourself.  The first thing that should send an alarm up your spine is that Joan chose to put pictures of her grandchildren on the letter, that always means there is something hidden underneath the surface of the message.

I get a lot of material from “school insiders.” In this business of digging for the truth you need such people to give you new information. Last year we had a few such people and they provided very valuable information such as the letter at the link contained here, which came from a principal at one of the schools after the levy was defeated.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/11/10/lakota-principal-openly-complains-the-words-of-michael-holbrook/

It is always interesting to see what people who work for the district think when they believe that nobody is looking. Anyway, the “insiders” are a growing number of people who see that the situation they are employed under is wrong and they’d like out of the straight jacket they are forced to work under. Many of them do not want to be in a union and if Issue 2 holds up this repeal attempt, they can opt out of the union to be free to be employed without membership. But until that day arrives, they will achieve a level of rebellion against a system they disagree with by sending me information. This year there are more than a handful of such people. In fact, I have so many that I can hardly keep up with the material they send me.

And that’s how I got Joan’s letter, which went to selected members and staff who Joan thinks are her friends. The letter taken alone is not bad or illegal. But what it does show is that Joan is blaming many of the problems at Lakota on the school board “not getting along” and “divisiveness.” The letter is an endorsement letter for two members running for seats. Joan wants to see Julie Shaffer who has worked on the Pro Levy Campaigns in recent years including this latest one, and Jamie Green who actually used to be on the board and served as its president during the years of 2005-2009. (wait a minute…….isn’t that the period of time where the unions walked all over the school board during the labor dispute which caused this current financial crises?)…….YES!

I find this letter a very bad decision on behalf of Joan. As president she should understand that she is responsible for developing a “team” and playing games by eliminating other board members in favor of her “hand-picked” candidates is bound to cause trouble. As president of the board, it’s her job to build that unification, not blame members on their divisiveness. That’s called management. You may not like the people you are working with, but as president, it’s the job of leadership to pull everyone together. Not blast them apart. Chances are the new school board members will be Mark Etterling and Lynda O’Conner. I personally like Luke Hall in that mix if not this time, then for one of the next three seats that are coming available, Joan’s included. My question is what does Joan think will happen when Lynda gets re-elected and has to sit at the table with her, knowing that Joan attempted to get her booted off the board? Does Joan think that Jamie Green won’t become power-hungry for the presidency again, and won’t challenge Joan for leadership? What about Julie, who is quite smart, but is a tax and spend candidate? Joan knows where the problems are yet she picks two candidates who are pro levy candidates. She wants to go backwards. Does Lakota need more school board candidates to eat out of the hand of the union? Isn’t that what caused the whole budget crises? YES!!!!!!!!! It is!!!!!!! When $165 million dollars, (which is unofficially $250 million dollars) is not enough money and we have a school board president that says that’s not enough, and is openly campaigning for candidates who think just like her, I’d say the source of the problem is clear.

At a recent “meet the candidates” event I gave a review of who I’d like to see for school board, and Jamie and Julie are at the bottom of the list. They are not business friendly and believe that more taxes are the fix for problems they are tasked to manage, which isn’t managing at all. Anyone can balance a check book if the answer is to always inject more money, because what’s there to balance? You ask for more money till you meet your expenses. That’s their thinking, when it should really be to reduce expenses until the books are balanced, and that must come from the uncomfortable task of reducing the average salary at Lakota that is over $63K to the mid $50’s. That is hard, and it is obvious that Joan and her “pick of the litter” don’t have the mind to do it. (See my review here)

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/09/04/who-are-the-candidates-for-the-lakota-school-board-meet-them-before-the-2011-election/

Worst of all though from Joan is that short-sighted politicking she is engaging in for a job that pays little money, just pocket change for each meeting the school board has. Why? Are these people so desperate for attention that the title of school board president actually means something to them? Is it the power to control a multi-million dollar budget, probably? But I would have hoped that after all that has been discussed over these last two levy attempts that somebody would have learned something, and instead Joan is clinging to the failed model of the past which delivered us to this time and place. And that’s why not only her two picks need to be defeated, but Joan herself when her seat comes up in 2013. Only by electing good school board members who aren’t power hungry for the presidency and political games, can Lakota get its arms around the budget problems. The last thing we should do is tax ourselves more to put into the lap more money for these people to squabble over. The real answer is in systematically replacing these chatter boxes with legitimate, and caring people who will put the entire district into focus with good management, and not treat the school board like a girls club of levy supporters.

VOTE NO on the LAKOTA SCHOOL LEVY. Vote for any candidates except for Jamie Green and Julie Shaffer. And VOTE YES on Issue 2 so this school board can actually manage its costs in the future and not keep asking us to pass school levies while people like Joan toss that money into a bottomless pit called the Teachers Union.

And to back up these assertions, prepare to tune in to 700 WLW over the next three weeks, because the FLAME THROWER is coming in your direction at Lakota!

The NEA has it’s Finger on Senator Bill Seitz: How attorneys stand in the way of reform

There was a lot of dispute about the removal of Senator Bill Seitz from a key committee during the final days of the vote on Senate Bill 5 which would become Issue 2. See an interview from Seitz with Channel 9 who is from the Cincinnati area.

I didn’t know it at the time, and I think many people still don’t know it, but Bill Seitz is a labor attorney and has represented many police, firefighters and teachers and was not able to put his personal feelings aside for the passage of Senate Bill 5.

I’ve known a lot of attorneys, and one of the common tactics they use when they have a weak case is to drag their feet and extend out a case. And Seitz obviously blindly loyal to labor interests even though he sells himself as a conservative was not able to see Senate Bill 5 for what it was, a good healthy culture change for public sector employment. Seitz, the labor attorney, listed as one of the best in America, as you can see at the link below, looks to have sabotaged and watered down the impact of Issue 2 from the very beginning by loading it down with unnecessary politics, which went against the kind of reform Kasich and many in the house and senate were looking for.

http://www.taftlaw.com/attorneys/78-william-j-seitz-iii

To hear the real Bill Seitz, not the one that Bill Cunningham, a fellow attorney in brotherhood propped up as a champion in such high esteem, Brian Thomas asked far more probing questions. You can hear Bill Cunningham’s pandering interview with Seitz at this hot link. Just click on it. To listen to the Brian Thomas interview, click the video below. This video is just over an hour and right after the Seitz interview there is about a 30 second pause. Don’t worry about it; just let the video play, because the calls that follow are worth listening to. What was revealed later in the discussion was that in order to get Seitz booked for this Brian Thomas interview the NEA out of New Jersey had to be contacted to set it up. If that doesn’t send up the alarm flags, I don’t know what would? Seitz is heavily involved in unions and supports them completely. In the strategy of war, I’d refer to Seitz as a Trojan Horse.

When we talk among each other in plan talk around the water cooler, or around the grill, we refer to people who employ double talk as clowns because those entertainers clearly wear a mask to entertain, but when they aren’t in a circus, they take off their makeup to reveal who they truly are. Clowns are intended to be a derogatory term to imply that someone we are supposed to trust speaks out of both sides of their mouth. This isn’t a new concept. Betrayal of this kind is as old as human society.

In my opinion one of the greatest threats to our modern society has been the extraordinary quantity of attorneys our universities have produced. Those young attorneys encouraged into those fields by parents who wanted better for their children breed a society of legal professions with little to do but attempt to advance the divorce rate, which has destroyed the American family, create endless litigation from law suites which has driven up production costs, and created mountains and mountains of legal provisions of which only the attorneys can translate in government. They have destroyed “common sense.” Since many attorneys move into politics for stable income and networking opportunities, we have seen an endless stream of complicated laws created to provide future opportunities for professionals in the legal profession to serve as council in future court cases. It is the attorneys who have virtually destroyed America with paperwork and compliance.

It is the attorneys who are most against tax reform, because it was they who created all the deductions in the voluminous compliance code currently controlled by the Internal Revenue Service. The complicated tax code is on purpose. It is so that tax attorneys can sell their services to large companies to lower their tax rates by knowing what the dedications are. Having the tax code so large and complicated is to make it so only the attorneys can understand it. Attorneys hold the keys and must be hired to unlock the secrets.

When it comes to union reforms, which are greatly needed, it is now obvious that labor attorneys are more than willing to put their own self-interests above any reforms. In Seitz case, he openly agrees that there is a need for reform, but his underlining motive is to drag the situation out so he can play at reforming, but all the while continue to do his legal work for public employees. By reforming collective bargaining, it gives professional attorneys like Seitz less to do, and threatens their livelihood.

This is where the clown idea comes to play. While dressed as a clown, I cannot see the face behind the masks a politician wears and neither can most people. And it is not beyond comprehension that a liberal minded person may play at being a Republican in most facets of their life in order to secure a living for themselves. But you can see what the true motive of a person is by studying their behavior and in Bill Seitz situation, he is an attorney for labor, and is not about to go against his client base with Senate Bill 5. So Seitz needing to maintain the illusion of his act spoke in public that he supported 85% of Senate Bill 5, but he disagreed with 15%. But in actuality, he sought to lawyer the issue into years and years of discussion, gradually wearing down the initial reform until what ended up as a law that was a labor friendly bill and satisfied the objectives of his clients. The senate realizing this is what Seitz was doing removed him from the panel, so the bill could proceed.
At a recent debate over Issue 2, which you can see for yourself by CLICKING ON THIS HOTLINK, the firefighters brought up Seitz as a rally cry for their cause of repeal. They did this because Seitz is the “Republican” representative in the Senate. Seitz in the greater game of politics allowed conservative police and firefighters to also believe in the socialist tendencies of big labor, so they choose to fixate on his treatment during the passage of Senate Bill 5 as an unfair tendency of the collective-bargaining reform. But in reality Seitz planned to drag out the bill till his retirement, since as an attorney he doesn’t wish for any true reform since his first alliance is to that brotherhood of attorneys who represent public unions.

And this explains the behavior of Bill Cunningham on 700 WLW as well. In the brotherhood of attorneys, it is the mask of conservatism that they use for their act, but in reality when the make-up is taken off to who the individual truly is, the union of attorney brotherhood speaks of the true actions and now that Issue 2 for the first time in my adult life attempts REAL reform, it scares the people who have built their lives around the chaos of litigation.

This makes the modern attorney just as much an opposition to smaller government and any reform as any obvious threat like labor unions and other progressive organizations. In reality Issue 2 is summed up nicely in the below video.

Such a reform seems too good to be true, yet it is there, on the ballot. To have it all we have to do is to VOTE YES and finally some type of reform will be granted to us. For the people who signed their name to Senate Bill 5 which is Issue 2 on Ohio ballots, they did the first courageous act I can recall by any politician. Issue 2 is a way to cut out those who create a mess out of our public positions so they can skim money off the system. Of course those who have built their livings off that system will be angry, and those are the people who are against the bill and want to repeal it. But to keep Issue 2 all you have to do is vote YES, and see for yourselves that the world the attorneys would have you believe will not end, but will in fact be born again with better accountability and fairness for all, not just public worker unions and their attorneys.

Quandary of Collectivism: But you need my job to make you safe!

Below is a message I received from a teacher who is attempting to play a little game that is now all too familiar. In the debate I had recently with the Pro Lakota Levy group, you could hear the same type of fear based placement of a core argument, resembling the message below.(CLICK HERE TO LISTEN TO THAT DEBATE)

_______________________________________________________

Mr. Hoffman,

I’m voting NO on issue 2. Issue 2 is unfair, unsafe and hurts us all. It takes away the voice of workers in the workplace and they will be unable to negotiate on important issues such as working conditions. Issue 2 will cost the state of Ohio a POWERFUL PRICE. When the good teachers leave for states where they are given a voice in the workplace, who will replace them? Teachers who are less able who can’t get jobs anywhere else.

_______________________________________________

What is easy to see in this small exchange is a kind of lobby attempt that can be seen in its exact duplication of tone on a larger scale over national issues. That is, those who work in government have strived to make themselves appear much more valuable than they truly are in a natural attempt at self-preservation. The tendency of that lobby is to attack the presumption that the world would be better off without the government workers creating needless bureaucracy, and they use examples like the teacher above citing that somehow all the good teachers will leave the state of Ohio if Issue 2 survives, or as in the below example, the world would be like Somalia if libertarians had their way. The government lobby message is the same everywhere……………….”You need my job to make you safe.”

It is in that keyword “safety” that the panicky young mother tunes her ear to the television. “I want my baby to be safe, so I should listen to them,” she says to herself. Or the grown man whose father ran off with another woman when he was a child, leaving he and his mom to fend for themselves, he thinks, “My mom needed the help of government. I’m glad government was there for her.” Or the old man facing his own terminal life who votes or the latest fire levy.  “It could be me they call to save my life.”  A thousand perplexed souls contemplate the same quandaries daily and it is these government types who capitalize on those primal fears to propel the security of their livelihoods in an unrealistic attainment of financial gain. But each time those government lobbyist open their mouth, the rhetoric is the same. The words are changed to fit the circumstances, but the intent is always to plant doubt in the minds of the tax payers that every government job created is needed. So when it is asked why does government seem to always expand, why is it so corrupt? Why is government so imposing? The source of the problem is in the desire of government to provide a job. In this way it grows like a virus unchecked by an immune system and destroys everything in its path in order to maintain the Static Patterns established by society in its pursuit of eternal safety.

The example of Somalia is a preposterous one. It is obvious that the creators of that little (anti-libertarian) film does not understand the greater aspects of social relationships. The real trouble in Somalia is due exclusively to their tendency toward collectivism as can be seen in this short documentary. It was on the back of collectivism that socialism was brought to that country, then when that fell, as it always does it paved the way for the clan Civil War that is currently taking place. Somalia is the direct result of government meddling at many levels, not the other way around, as the video obviously produced by some New Age Leftists, only able to see a small part of the overall picture interpreted.

The trouble with these documentaries is that they are often older than the minds of the modern socialist, whom was educated by a teacher similar to the one who wrote the opening statement of this article. Taken independently, I’m sure that teacher is a wonderful person. I’m sure there is a child who calls them a parent. I’m sure they are someone’s sibling, and is someone else’s child. I’m sure they shop at the same stores as the rest of us and it is their money that helps move wealth through our economic system, and that has intrinsic value. But the destruction comes from a belief in collectivism, a hope that government, and its expansion will bring justice and prosperity to everyone if only they worked for a big collective entity.

Collectivism is a naive concept conjured up over puffs of marijuana smoke in the college dormitories of America and it is in that naivety that people like Barry Obama formulated his belief system that teachers and public education are the salvation of the world, that would break down the barriers to everyone and reach into the villages of faraway places like Somalia and help the starving. Collectivists like Obama and the billionaire George Soros believe they can correct the part of themselves which they deem broken to be redeemed in social salvation. They are no different than Said Barre, the Somalia dictator. Even with all the evils of Barre, there are plenty of people who believe he’s a hero. Collectivists are ultimately the most selfish group on planet Earth, because they are typically flawed people who seek to redeem their own personal imperfections through philanthropy, and social reform, as if they can out-pace their internal demons with acts of charity.  (SEE MY ARTICLE ON JIM JONES)

It is collectivism that is the villain, and rhetoric is the mask that attempts to elude notice as it sneaks into American culture. The teacher who wrote me the letter was using rhetoric to mask the truth, that they can be replaced rather easily and they hope to scare me into believing otherwise, and the producers of the “Libertarian Paradise” film hope that the masses have just as shallow of historical knowledge as they do. And Barry Obama hopes that people will forget what he truly intended for America, a breakdown of the walls we had to the world, so that the world can share in our prosperity. After all, Obama has roots that come from a region of the world that thinks much like Somalia. Kenya is right next door. They all have in common the terrible disease of collectivism, which limits their minds and thinking to barriers in reduced social understanding. And that is why they fail time and time again.

I have been involved in the employment of people for quite some time, and I can personally verify that much of what people will tell you are laced with self-interest. Even in the most collective society, self-interest is the key ingredient. If a person believes they will be better off individually through collectivism, then they will seek to obtain in mass the fruits of that plunder, thus the labor movement. When the teacher says they must stand against Issue 2 to collectively bargain they are saying they want to dominate the process through collectivism so that they can en mass achieve the same results as the clans are performing in Somalia, individual gains reaped from brute force. And when those methods are questioned by the public, they already have the infrastructure in place to bring hardship to their employers in the form of a strike. Its military maneuvers at this point, not negotiation over tax money for the paying of government employees. And the mask is always one that says, “You need me. Only I can perform this task, so you must give me overtime to do it. Only I can do this job so you must put up with me and not hire a replacement.” Sometimes, you believe them, sometimes you don’t, but I have learned over time that after terminating dozens and dozens of employees and losing employees to disputes when you call their bluff, I have always been able to recover the achievement you hired the labor for in the first place, and the doomed promises predicted by the radical rhetoric never comes true. Because the rhetoric is only a mask and behind it is a soul with no real teeth who hopes that the public doesn’t catch on to their scam and pull the plug. Because in the world of collectivism, that world is financed by the tax dollar, and if tax payers stopped giving collectivists so much money, suddenly they are in real trouble. If government stops expanding, they suddenly lose the security blanket they built their collective lives around. So they will lie, cheat, mislead and conjure up any string of facts to justify their existence.

But that existence is coming under fire more and more, as the truth is seeping out from behind the collectivist’s masks of deception. And there is real fear in their eyes of what will become of them if those of us who produce decide to turn off the facet to their livelihoods. We are learning that the teacher asks for too much and does too little. We are learning that the government bureaucrat spends much time and money creating laws that get in our way of doing what we want, and it’s not worth it. And we are learning that community organizers who were forged in the radical sewers of human thought will have appeal to the weak and down-trodden who are willing to turn to collectivism for salvation they couldn’t achieve squarely on their own merit, and elect such a fool as President of a global village tribe, without considering that the tribe will break into an ideological civil war because society cannot be run by the weak collectives and their central planning.

The threats by these collectivists are utterances that aren’t worth the wind which carries the sound wave of discontent. Anyone who believes as collectivists do can be replaced by a superior mind quickly and efficiently, because it is the superior mind who avoids such occupations in order to avoid the fools who are currently employed there. The superior mind doesn’t waste their time on the quandary of collectivism. The apocalypse predicted by those employed by government as that body of collectivism is reduced by the tax dollar are unfounded, completely, the world will still turn tomorrow, kids will still be taught by a teacher, there will still be police and firefighters and many others. The term phrased, “the squeaky wheel gets the grease,” has been true. But my solution to the squeaky wheel is not to just put more grease on it; it is to replace the wheel all together with one that doesn’t make any noise, and might even work better. It is in such thinking that permanent fixes reside.

The Great Debate at Lakota: Julie Shaffer and Rich Hoffman on WLW

Julie Shaffer who is running for a Lakota School Board seat and representing the Pro Lakota movement came on 700 WLW and debated me on Doc Thompson’s show. Julie had some good points from her view-point, and I maintained my usual opinion. It was the public response to this debate that I think is most telling. WLW is widely heard by all demographics in the adult population all across Ohio so the callers who responded to our debate speak volumes of the values our communities currently embody. Click the video below to listen to that very important broadcast. (BE SURE TO LISTEN TO THE WHOLE BROADCAST)

One thing that came up constantly during the debate is the controversy over numbers. Julie interprets them one way, I interpret them another. But the facts are the facts in spite of what one side or the other wish to see. As to my facts, I look at them without attempting to make them speak slander. And the summary of this whole Lakota Levy Debate is this—what is the value of a teacher and how much should we pay them?

It is my opinion that years of radicalism in the teaching profession have distorted the actual value of the service. This leaves us with the difficult position of discovering what the market value is of a teacher, and that is what these levy defeats all over Cincinnati are all about. We are establishing what we as a community are willing to pay for a teacher.

That teacher radicalism can be seen easily in this recent Letter to the Editor published in The Pulse Journal pointing at me for having a lack of respect for teachers.

What many people don’t understand is just how much teachers cost. At Lakota during the school year of 2009-2010 the average pay of a Lakota teacher was $62,331. The following year it was $63,727 and mysteriously went up even with a pay freeze and step increase freeze under a new 3 year contract. Why? Well, it is because of the teachers laid-off that Lakota cut to meet its budget reducing it by $12 million. How many of those new teachers were really good and how many teachers paid top dollar but aren’t so good kept their job? It was the lower paid teachers who were taken out of the equation, which drove up the average salary. Over the span of time shown above approximately 60% of the teachers received “step increases” of around 3%. This is the kind of thing that has driven up the labor costs and made school levies a necessity, because the schools perceive they need the money because they do not recognize a limit to what is available to them. To put this in perspective, the cost of those increases were around $2.1 million. The savings of the busing cuts is $2.8 million. So it could be said that the busing cuts at Lakota were needed to pay for the increases the teachers received over the last school year.

Even though administrators at Lakota have not received an increase of any kind over the last three years, they do average a pay rate of $80,747 a year. At that rate of pay, who would think they’d need a pay increase. Julie and I discussed on the air two versions of what we believe the average pay to be of a person living in West Chester is. I said the average person is making 50K per year, which included professionals of all types with various degrees. Julie thinks it’s over $70K per year which explains why the people on her side don’t understand the problem.  They live in that “Education Bubble” which sees the world through the eyes of academia, which is idealistic in its interpretation of the information they see, and that view is clearly out-of-touch. That can be heard in the callers that followed our debate.

(BY THE WAY, TO SEE THE REAL NUMBERS FOR YOURSELF, HERE IS CNN MONEY MAGAZING’S REVIEW OF WEST CHESTER. THIS SHOWS HOW MUCH PEOPLE AVERAGE IN INCOME.)

http://money.cnn.com/magazines/moneymag/bplive/2010/snapshots/CS3978246.html

It is irresponsible to ask a community that is suffering from record foreclosures, where business owners have to lower their lease rates to keep their business tenets, because the taxes are so unattractive, then you compare that reality to the world of Julie Shaffer and her Pro Levy teachers and one can only wonder how the teachers don’t see it.

In a late night meeting with Superintendent Mantia where she reached out to those of us in the No Lakota Group hoping to earn our trust in her ability to get control of these crazy costs, that we told her flatly, Lakota should pull the levy, it should then ask the teachers to take a reasonable pay cut to bring that average teacher salary into the mid-50’s. Mantia in my assessment understood our point of view, and she understood the conditions outside of that education bubble, but indicated that the levy was already in the process.

One of the No Lakota Members in our group then said,Those Pro Levy People have 30K in money they raised from last time that has been sitting in a bank since last fall, and it’s burning a hole in their pockets, and we think that’s why you guys are going through with this levy.”

Mantia shrugged her shoulders. “I just got here, gentlemen. I’m trying.”

We shook her hand and wished her well into the rainy night knowing that we had more in common than we did in differences. The only difference is she’s in charge of that “education bubble” and we want to pop it. Because the people within that bubble need to share in the world the rest of us live in. Because then and only then can a realistic discussion about the value of a teacher be ascertained.

The Perils of Obedience: Who are the Obama supporters?

I will most certainly cover the speech that President Obama gave in Cincinnati involving the Brent Spence Bridge replacement, but for this event I found the kind of people who follow and listen to the President more fascinating. When I learned that 300 tickets would be given away by the White House for the event, I pondered what type of person would get in line to actually listen to the man speak. Because it is clear to me that this current president is not a manager, he’s simply an actor. He is a mouth piece for special interest himself, in this case organized labor and I can see through him. So who in their right mind would take off work to see a guy fly into downtown Cincinnati to basically put peer pressure on Speaker Boehner and Senator McConnell to pass a Jobs Bill which is basically a “bail out” of organized labor, particularly teachers? Teachers as a group have dug their own graves financially, and here was the President of the United States coming to the battleground state of Ohio to tie the plight of teachers to a much-needed bridge. So this was a very interesting case of group psychology to me.

Who are these people who support the president? Who are these people who can’t see the truth even when it’s right in front of them?

Watching those people speak proudly proclaiming their support of President Obama my mind was directed to the Milgram Experiment conducted in 1961 at Yale University by Stanley Milgram. The Milgram experiment on obedience to authority figures was a series of notable experiments in social psychology experiments conducted by Yale University psychologist Stanley Milgram, measured the willingness of study participants to obey an authority figure who instructed them to perform acts that conflicted with their personal conscience. Milgram first described his research in 1963 in an article published in the Journal of Abnormal and Social Psychology,[1] and later discussed his findings in greater depth in his 1974 book, Obedience to Authority: An Experimental View.[2]

You can learn more about the Milgram Experiment at this link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milgram_experiment

Be sure to watch the following videos which show this experiment in action.

It was clear to me the way that Obama set up his visit so that he was establishing himself as an authority figure otherwise known as “the experimenter” who orders the “teacher” in this case the union representatives at this event (SEIU, AFL-CIO, Teamsters), to inflict upon the “learner,” (meaning the rest of us), whatever level of shock necessary to achieve his agenda. In this case the learner was Speaker Boehner and Mitch McConnell directly. By targeting the bridge both of Obama’s political rivals are joined both metaphorically, and physically, Obama placed himself on the national stage as the “experimenter.”

In Milgram’s first set of experiments, 65 percent (26 of 40)[1] of experiment participants administered the experiment’s final massive 450-volt shock, though many were very uncomfortable doing so; at some point, every participant paused and questioned the experiment, some said they would refund the money they were paid for participating in the experiment.

Milgram summarized the experiment in his 1974 article, “The Perils of Obedience”, writing:
The legal and philosophic aspects of obedience are of enormous importance, but they say very little about how most people behave in concrete situations. I set up a simple experiment at Yale University to test how much pain an ordinary citizen would inflict on another person simply because he was ordered to by an experimental scientist. Stark authority was pitted against the subjects’ [participants’] strongest moral imperatives against hurting others, and, with the subjects’ [participants’] ears ringing with the screams of the victims, authority won more often than not. The extreme willingness of adults to go to almost any lengths on the command of an authority constitutes the chief finding of the study and the fact most urgently demanding explanation.

Ordinary people, simply doing their jobs, and without any particular hostility on their part, can become agents in a terrible destructive process. Moreover, even when the destructive effects of their work become patently clear, and they are asked to carry out actions incompatible with fundamental standards of morality, relatively few people have the resources needed to resist authority.[3]

______________________________________

Ironically, that 65% who were willing to administer the most deadly amount of shock seem to be consistent with my own observations of the people around me, and I saw them in that audience wanting to see the president. They were there chanting when he told them to, repeating the words he did like mindless robots, believing the authority figure that President Obama represents.

When I see the president I see a mindless figurehead, who I wouldn’t trust to coach a little league football team. But then again, I know I’m certainly not one of those 65% who would administer the most deadly amount of shock. I am the type of person who wouldn’t even sit down to ask the first question, and I certainly wouldn’t be coaxed to push a button which administers pain, because I would question the validity of the experiment at its root. So it is clear to me, and many others, but it’s not so clear to people like the citizens who went to see the president speak in downtown Cincinnati on September 22, 2011.

The crimes of humanity have always been perpetrated by that 65%, those mindless followers who are too timid to think for themselves. It is they who prop up the dictator, the authority figure and open the door to tyranny time and time again. They were there to collapse the Roman Empire, to crumble Egyptian Civilization, to cause Japan into Feudal conflict. They followed Genghis Khan into a conquest of the East. They propped up the expansion of Napoleons’ Empire. Those 65% have committed enormous evils upon the face of the Earth because they were too lazy to think, and submitted too easily to authority.

We are all taught to trust authority figures, and to submit to them when told without question. This starts in our elementary education (hence the emphasis by the president on “education”) and for many people they begin digging their own graves toward a free thinking life before they ever get out of kindergarten. So it was no surprise to see the most mindless among our society clamoring to an authority figure represented by President Obama hoping to be told what to do, and what to think.

It must be terrible to have such shallow will, and minds of mush to lazily await the flowery words of an “experimenter” to guide their minds to its next destination of thought. Such a prison isn’t worth any level of financial reward the “experimenter” is paying to play in their little game which is always a climb for power by the “experimenter.” Such beliefs are part of the static patterns of our society, and shamefully so long as they exist will always be the people who hold the door open for the tyrants of the world as those tyrants attempt to be the next ruler of the masses in the history of humanity.

The American Skeleton Key: A review of “THE DAY OF RAGE.”

The Day of Rage that was so aggressively talked about turned out the way I thought it would. Watching the “call to arms” videos such as this one below is an indication of all the same old communist stuff. These young people were simply taught these static patterns of thinking by their teachers in school. Those teachers are the types who look to the grand old “60’s” as their shining moment. None of these people have a clear understanding of what they are doing or why they do it. They were simply taught to think certain things, and they do so without any further inquisition. To understand some of the science behind this foolishness, CLICK ON THIS HOT LINK FOR MORE INFORMATION.

When I look into the face of these young people I see an otherwise blank mind, where their parents did not put a lot of their own recording into the child leaving radical teachers within the public school system to record some haphazard specter from the past in the form of radical, unfounded thoughts planted in the consciousness of America by KGB agents in the 50’s and 60’s. CLICK ON THIS LINK TO LEARN MORE ABOUT “SLEEPER AGENTS.” (YES THEY ARE REAL EVEN IF MTV DIDN’T TELL YOU SO) This leaves people like this kid looking blank and superficial just repeating what he has been told without any real information to counter the assertions.

Lucky for most of America, even though we have all been exposed to these communist philosophies delivered to us through sleeper cells directly from the KGB, most American’s don’t buy into the whole communist mantra, which is why very few people showed up for this “Day of Rage.” It was more like a day for a few sad souls to cry and weep because they lack knowledge.

The KGB wanted to stop the incredible success of the American economy, so they created the rhetoric these sad small-minded people are repeating, “arm our people,” and “tax the rich” and all that other nonsense came directly from Soviet spies to undermine our culture. Sorry, but it’s true. No conspiracy theory. It’s well documented. It’s just hard for people to come to grips with the fact that their beliefs are not rooted in any firmer ground than a glass of water, so they chose to deny those facts at their own peril. The cost of that denial has delivered us to our current state as a nation, as a weakened superpower that has lost its identity.

You see, and I’m talking to all the wanna-be hippies, Zen lovers, peace protesters, pin-heads, you know…………communists loving malcontents, your thoughts are wrong. The premise of your entire existence is incorrect and not of your own making. You are simply a ghost from the “Cold War” and the beliefs you have are part of a strategy of foreign enemies to cripple the United States Economy. That’s why the KGB wished you to target corporations and “the rich,” because those are the foundations of the American machine which no nation on Earth could compete against, so they attacked the fuel of that machine, the labor force through unions, and the young people who would take over those jobs from their parents, by infecting their education.

But America is a deeper culture with a much more intact system of beliefs that are luckily innate due to the fact that there are such a variety of ideas available to our population. So the communist theories have confused our population, but have not destroyed it. I’ve spoke a lot about the book Atlas Shrugged, because it is uniquely American. If Shakespeare is the giant of English literature, or Leo Tolstoy is the same for Russia, then Ayn Rand is that for America. Mark Twain and a long list of many others have also made their mark in American literature as well, but it was Rand who I believe truly captured the essence of what being an American truly was in her epic book called Atlas Shrugged.

A number of years ago I scurried the planet looking for a book called The Skeleton Key to Finnegan’s Wake, by Joseph Campbell, for I had been trying to decipher the book Finnegan’s Wake by James Joyce for years, and since this was the pre-days of Amazon.com, I had no way to get the Skeleton Key, so I never found it in a used book store or even a yard sale. It had become a book lost to time. So I worked out my issues with that very elusive book Finnegan’s Wake on my own, and then moved on to my next literary pursuit. (Someday I’ll return back to that project now that getting such books is easier than ever) I enjoyed Finnegan’s Wake to such an extent that I named my lead character in my own book The Symposium of Justice after Finnegan’s Wake. (to learn more about Finnegan’s Wake check out this link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finnegans_Wake )

It is in that context that I say that Atlas Shrugged is one of the greatest novels on planet Earth from any time period. The reason is that it contains an elusive power to understand the structure behind why America works as a concept. It may not be the greatest work by way of command of the English language the way James Joyce is considered, but it is the power of the characters in the Ayn Rand classic which has captured the true essence of what freedom and the role of government should be in a human culture, and it properly identifies what the balance should be. It is the most important literary work in the history of mankind.

Over the last couple of years, as we have learned together of the types of protestors shown at the start of this article, I have also learned that many people are giving the book Atlas Shrugged to their friends and family as presents, giving this very important book renewed life, and serving as a kind of real Skeleton Key to the human race. In fact, when I first read Atlas Shrugged I proclaimed to my wife, “I have found the Skeleton Key!”

“I thought you were reading Ayn Rand, not James Joyce today.”

“I am, but it’s all the same, in fact it’s more important.” The Finnegan’s Wake Skeleton Key was just to translate a dreamy work of fiction. The Ayn Rand Skeleton Key called Atlas Shrugged was that skeleton key which would show all the lost souls of our spy impoverished nation still reeling from that terrible Cold War of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s ideas given to us through that spy network underground. This Skeleton Key would show people the way back to America, back before even the World Wars, before the terror of Woodrow Wilson, even the divided state of the nation after the Civil War. Ayn Rand had put her finger on it; she had captured that American essence clearly, definitively and written a Skeleton Key for America to rediscover itself.

Last spring the first of three films was released trying to capture the magic of that grand book in a movie to share with the masses. I am proud to have played a small part in bringing that film to Cincinnati, so I am even prouder to see that the film is about to be released on DVD just prior to this election in November. This film gives people who are not the “literary” type an opportunity to be exposed to Atlas Shrugged for the first time from their television screens, and is truly the launch of a new day in America. For the first time in America’s 200 year history, our people are beginning to dust themselves off, and to look inward at what we are all really about, and what our world-wide role is to be.

While old hippie, academic, pot smoking, malcontents cleave to the “past,” “their past,” a past given to them by KGB spies of which they believe wholly in, that group of people of which Barack Obama is a part, who ironically are characters in Atlas Shrugged and are directly responsible for the unintended consequences of their own ignorance, which brings about the collapse of civilization in the book, the rest of us are looking to a light at the end of the tunnel to the insight given to us in the literary work of Atlas Shrugged. And it gives me great pleasure, more pleasure than the brilliant sunrise peaking above the tree line of color changing vegetation and sharp morning chill that whispers autumn down the goose-bumps of our spines, to hear all these people declare that they are indeed, “JOHN GALT.”

John Galt is that life redeemer, that inventor, that dormant energy of the American consciousness who resided high away from the looters of existence only to emerge when the last of the looters had run the world into the ground. John Galt is the one who will emerge forth from the wreckage and return the world to restoration properly, and for the first time without “looters” being a part of the process. When many people declare that they are John Galt, they are saying that they are ready to emerge and take the reins of America into their hands and out of the hands of the “looters” to bring about that much-needed American Renaissance, which is about to unleash itself upon the American scene in a way that the world has never seen. That renaissance is made possible now because more than enough Americans are becoming aware that the Skeleton Key to their lives are not in some government building, or in any politician, but was, and has always been within them all along. And they are beginning to overcome the shackles which bind them, which were placed there by the modern progressive, which is but a mask behind the sinister presence of life killing communism.

It is a new day in America. People are waking up. They are reading and watching new information to replace the stale, empty mentality of the protestors at the “Day of Rage.” This is why there weren’t more people there, because American’s know better. They are looking for the truth, and lucky for them, the truth is easy to find. All one needs to do is have the courage to use the Skeleton Key to unlock all the possibilities that are available to those with courage to step into that new world and begin again using the book Atlas Shrugged as a blueprint.

Vote NO on the Lakota School Levy 2011: All the reasons why and more

For my national readers, I know that all this Lakota information is distracting, but the situation at my school district is essentially the same trouble you are experiencing in your own districts no matter where in the country you reside. What bothers me at the Lakota School System is that the community is already providing an adequate budget, we are heavily taxed, yet we are told that it’s not enough. So that begs the question, why?

If you look at the Yes Lakota position this time around, you will see how they avoid the hard facts of why they put themselves in financial hardship to begin with. Instead they use community testimony and their Excellence record to somehow justify why they should have more money in the form of higher taxes. (See their website here)

http://www.lakotalevy2011.com/

And that’s the trouble; their entire position is built on emotion, not rational decisions. They are in financial trouble because of union radicalism, most notably the strike attempt of 2008, and as an organization they are seeking to cover up that behavior with pictures of children and emotional testimony declaring that Lakota must move forward instead of going backwards.

Personally, I have fought wrongs of this kind before. I write books about it, and fight against misleading information even within my own family. I have taught my kids not to put up with it either, so when a giant labor organization has embedded itself into my community and tries to play the smoke and mirrors game, I am obliged to confront them which is why I’m even involved in an education issue. The excessive costs associated with education are a result of radicalism from the labor force, and a lack of managements desire to confront that radicalism. Those two things do not dictate that the community bails them out for the trouble they brought themselves.

I would not care so much if the Lakota School System presented the levy request by saying, “We need more money to support a very large obligation that we have to the union labor contract.” That would be honest and I could then vote “NO,” but if the rest of the community voted, “YES” I could live with it. But instead, the YES people tell us that if we want to move forward then we’ll vote ourselves more taxes. That if we love our children, we’ll vote for a levy. That if we want to protect our property values, we’ll vote for the levy. They’ll tell us all that without dealing with the WHY. Well, the WHY is because radical union behavior at all levels of politics, through their lobby power at the state level, and their ability to strike at the local, have driven up the cost of education in many ways, and personally I see that the bed they have made for themselves is a problem based on a failed Keynesian economics model and is not my problem, until they ask me for something. And it’s not the problem of my school district either. It’s the problem of the people who did not educate themselves properly and instead resorted to radical behavior to force through financial ideas that are completely wrong. It is for that reason that Lakota believes that they need more money. It is because of a lack of will to deal with a radical labor force and when the cost per pupil is over $9,000 per student, those costs need to be reduced dramatically, and the only way to do that is to bring reality to the union labor force and let them carry the burden of their failed philosophy, not the rest of the community and certainly not the children we are trying to teach and raise.

So for your benefit, I will put here a link to most of the articles and videos I have written or produced over the 2010 to 2011 school year so you can see for yourself the kind of game that is being played against you. It is my intention to remove the radicals from the process of this whole financial discussion so that truly intelligent minds can solve these problems. And that will not happen by appeasing the radicals (union labor). By giving them more money, you just let them believe that their radical behavior works, and you’ve perpetuated the problem. So please enjoy the links below to articles from the past year, and learn the truth of what has been happening to our district.

I know it’s a lot, but if you really want to know, you will book mark this page and visit it a little bit at a time from now to the election so that you can make the most informed vote possible. Or you can do the easy thing and just “believe” the sweet words that the Pro Levy campaign is feeding you, and you’ll regret the decision years down the road, even if you’re one of those people who will move away from Lakota the minute your children grow up, it will still bounce around in your head for the ensuing decades, because you knew they were misleading you, but you didn’t have the courage to face it squarely.

The answer is always in the WHY. Why won’t the Lakota people admit to WHY they have a financial problem? The answer is because if the public knew, they wouldn’t support the financial requirements of that demand. So they hide their behavior behind your kids hoping that you won’t push the issue too far, and allow them to continue the radical union scam that has embedded itself in public education.

ENJOY!  This isn’t all of them, but a good sample of the last year.

The Circus of Lakota: My Debate with the Pro Levy People

The most accurate emotion to articulate when schools ask for more tax money is one of humor and can be seen in the following video.

Before I get into the details of last my recent debate with the Pro Lakota Group remember our buddy Ryan Fahrenkamp, the Lakota teacher busted for child pornography and being a pedophile? See my article that I broke back in January here, the one that all the Pro Levy people accused me of being such a “rush to judgment,” “unfair,” and “inaccurate.” Read what I said……………..way back then.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/01/04/lakota-teacher-busted-for-child-porn-made-over-65k-per-year/

Now read what happened on September 1, 2011 while I was preparing for a small debate with Sandy Wheatley of the Yes Lakota Group at the Lakota West Freshman building.

http://www.pulsejournal.com/news/crime/ex-lakota-teacher-pleads-guilty-to-child-pornography-1243985.html

I will deal with Fahrenkamp in a separate article because the debate with the Pro Levy faction at Lakota deserves an extensive mention here. I only bring up the Fahrenkamp case because Sandy Wheatley chose not to deal with facts and figures in her debate with me, but with bible quotes, taking the high moral ground, as though money spent equaled quality. As she spoke I couldn’t help but wonder why she was placing the entire teaching profession on such high moral ground when one of Lakota’s ex-teachers had just confessed to taking “inappropriate pictures” of a child during an out-of-state trip.

“Ryan Brant Fahrenkamp, 42, of Mason, plead guilty to child pornography charges in U.S. district court, according to court records. Fahrenkamp was arrested at his home by FBI agents and local police in January. Fahrenkamp was a teacher at Lakota Schools for 14 years, most recently teaching at Endeavor Elementary School in West Chester Twp.

Fahrenkamp admitted to keeping child pornography on his school-issued laptop and also to taking inappropriate photos of a former male student during an out-of-state trip, according to court documents.”

I would have thought that Mrs. Wheatley would have taken some sort of position on this activity since she showed her extensive knowledge of bible verses, but instead she focused her whole speech on attempting to use the Bible to disqualify the “facts” she knew I would present. I was extremely disappointed by this approach, because taking the high road and using the Bible for some sort of political advantage seems cheap, but then not attempting to separate the levy campaign from Ryan Fahrenkamp on the day of his admission seemed either naive, assuming she didn’t know the news yet, or manipulative in that she attempted to talk around it. Because when the statement is made that we need to invest in our schools, someone on the Pro Levy side needs to articulate a plan for how to detect and remove people like Fahrenkamp in the future. Because there are others out there, just look at the Stacy Schuler case in Mason, the district next door.

You can see that debate between Mrs. Wheatley and myself here:

Sometimes the only way to see the clowns of society is to go to a circus, and in a lot of ways these kinds of political forums are just that. People often think that they are worthless exchanges, so intelligent people tend to stay away from the circus of politics. But like I’ve said recently to a friend of mine who was questioning the validity of these types of events, you go to the circus to see the clowns, and that’s how you learn what they’re up to. If intelligent people don’t get involved and actually go to the circus sometimes that leaves the clowns free to not even put on a show, so they come up with other schemes to fill their time. The game in the circus act is this, when a politician doesn’t have an answer, they seek to attack the data and inject emotion into the argument, and this can be seen by the efforts of the Pro Levy group. This is precisely why education is so expensive, because many of the decisions are not based on facts, but on emotion. We are asked to suspend all logic and not apply the same rules that we might apply to paying our electric bill or some other serious matter. We are just supposed to pay the increased tax but not question how the money is spent.

My biggest rage of the evening came from Jamie Green one of the school board candidates during the Q&A phase. (I’ll have video up of that soon.) Jamie, a former school board member from back in 2005, attacked my data too. I submitted a question to ask her how, but there wasn’t time to get to it in the forum. “You have to be careful what information you get out there,” she said of my material.

So Jamie officially eliminated herself from my support, in fact I’d say that if Lakota had someone like Jamie Green on the school board that would be the event which what would take Lakota backwards. It’s certainly not my charts.

Why is Jamie Green and Sandy Wheatley upset with my “FACTS,” those elusive numbers that speak some strange language from a far-away land called “reality.” Why did they sit in the audience and huff and puff as I spoke flustering about like fish out of water, well, because those facts show that more money does not make a better school. As shown in this spreadsheet, which came from the presentation shown in the video, money spent does not amount to quality. Here is a list of many school districts in Southern Ohio all with different rates of spending per pupil and of many different ratings.

This next graph is the same date but shown differently, it takes away the names but instead plots their position in relation to the cost spent and the results gained. As shown, there is no behavior which indicates more money is justified. If what Jamie and Sandy are saying is true, then Princeton who spends $15,922 per pupil should easily be an Excellent with Distinction district, because they spend the most money. But they only rank at “Effective.” On the other hand Bethel-Tate Local spends $7,167 per pupil but they have the same ranking as Lakota. Lakota spends $9,806 to get that same rating. By the logic of Jamie Green and Sandy Wheatley all the schools at the top of their per pupil cost should be Excellent with Distinction, yet many aren’t. Look at Winton Woods who is spending $12,636, they are spending a lot of money, near the top of the list, yet they are at the bottom of the category rating.

Instead, Jamie Green and Sandy Wheatley will say,“don’t pay any attention to Mr. Hoffman’s facts. It’s all a matter of ‘interpretation’” and graphs can be made to say anything. Really? What these apologists are doing is hope that they can capture people’s minds with Bible quotes and some kind of former school board “experience” where the typical behavior is to bow to a labor union who behaves like a bottomless pit in funding demands. They are doing the same thing with this levy issue that they did when Ryan Farhenkamp was busted for child pornography. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. When a child pedophile, who worked 14 years in the school system, ironically under Jamie Green’s watch while she was a board member, pleads guilty to the charges, the Pro Levy people say “you can’t assume all teachers are bad because of the actions of one teacher!” Then they turn around and say, “Teachers need to collectively make ‘X’ amount of dollars to qualify your school district to be an ‘Excellent with Distinction’ school. They will then say that all teachers should be taken as a collective unity of quality. So which is it, independent assessment or collective altruism, because they can’t have it both ways?

As Sandy Wheatley basically said in her presentation that anybody can take selected sections of some information and paint it anyway they want to, which is what she was accusing me of doing with my “mysterious” graphs and “technical data.” She picked the story of when “Judas hanged himself,” from Mathew 27 then another quote of the “go and do likewise” portion of the Bible which is from Luke 10:37. She picked totally unrelated parts of the Bible to make her point, but she also sought to use that body of work to claim a moral high ground which is traditionally beyond refute. Well, I’ve read Biblical Archeology Review for over thirty years and I have about 21 volumes of the Biblical Encyclopedia of the Holy Bible, so I know a bit about the Bible myself. I read the actual book about 5 times before I was out of high school, and I have seen this kind of thing done many, many times by politicians, even within the Bible itself, where they think they have a right to use a Holy Book to shield some kind of truth, and that makes me VERY angry. Of course those stories aren’t even related to each other and that was her point. This is great insight into how the Pro Levy people and the school system in general operate. They do just as Sandy Wheatley did, they select the stats they like and ignore all the rest, just like those completely unrelated sections of the Bible, and they assume that I am doing the same thing, which I would consider unspeakable. This is precisely what they did with Ryan Fahrankamp, news that broke the same day they were pleading their case why they needed another tax levy. Instead they gave an emotional appeal that just dealt with the facts they are prepared to deal with. I would think that anyone who wishes to use the Bible in a political position would also take a hard stand against the extreme “sin” of one Ryan Fahrankamp. But in this circus of politics, that’s not what the show is about.

I would say further that it is this very tendency that gets Pro Levy Supporters into trouble with the labor unions and puts the district in a weak position with those labor negotiations. The union does deal with facts and employee mass and they routinely out-maneuver the more emotion Pro Levy types every time and to hide their sins, the Pro Levy people resort to words like “morality” and “good for the community” without ever defining how throwing more money at an obviously broken education system ran by a public union empire can somehow be redeemed through the sacrifice of yet more tax dollars.

The reason is because their foundation arguments are corrupt with the premise that the school itself is the guiding light in a child’s life, instead of just an important social and cultural aspect. If you go back to that chart and see which schools are failing, even with extraordinary amounts of money spent, you will see districts that are statistically high for single parent households, welfare recipients, and other “entitlement culture victims” and the children coming from those communities cannot be saved by the school. That is the real crime and the solitary fact that the Pro Levy people do not wish to answer. Just like they can’t face themselves in a mirror and take responsibility for not detecting that a pedophile was allowed to take a child on an out-of-state school sponsored event which put the child in danger, because the school itself failed to recognize the danger. There was not a value system put in place to assess teachers by merit, so administrators didn’t even bother with the frustrating task of posing the question to the labor union. The mountain is too steep to climb, so everybody avoids it. That’s how someone like Fahrankamp falls through the cracks.

The failure in all of this is not being able to diagnose the problem, because the Pro Levy people have a system of belief which rejects hard data in favor of emotion, because it is emotion which allows them to overlook the hard data that is all around them to detect the Ryan Farhankemp’s of the world before the danger ever happens. For the same reason they won’t look at the data I present, because the reality of what that data tells them is something those people are not emotionally equipped to deal with, so they hide their beliefs in the scattered quotes of a Bible without understanding the meaning of the whole body of work, and they’ll insult the intelligence of those of us who know better by suggesting that nobody look at the man behind the curtain. They want you to stay focused on the image, not the content and that would be fine if this were all just a visit to a movie theater where we are supposed to suspend belief for a couple of hours. But this is millions of dollars, and the lives of many, many people and such seriousness requires detailed analysis and honesty, even when mistakes are made, so that the entire community can move forward without the infantile desires of former school board members to have once again a “name plate” which bears her name in some illusionary honor.

All this amounts to is that you are not supposed to ask any hard questions or even look at the facts. But you’re supposed to sit quietly and watch the clowns in the circus do their silly tricks and not question the motivations of the personalities behind the face paint, or even why so many of them are packed into one car in some comic diatribe. Because what the real show is truly about is money, and protecting that money with some mild entertainment to keep the audiences placated as to the bona fide show that is going on behind the scenes. Such behavior has been the act for decades, so it won’t change overnight, but for me personally, I’m tired of all the clowning around that has been going on, and I’m ready to see the school walk a tight rope instead, and display the ability to balance themselves in a more serious portion of the show that is ultimately a circus.

Dynamic Intellectualism and the Tea Party: The battle between the Spider and the Wasp!

I have spent a lot of time explaining the troubles of finance in education, the disparity of truth propelled by the organized labor elements, and the general failure of progressive politics on this site. Generally society as a whole is happy with general assertions as to those failures because once they understand what they are, they can act correctly in understanding the danger and how to avoid it. I see pointing out the danger of progressivism and all that falls under it, such as public education models, communism as a governing body, and the lack-luster ambition the hippie-generation has propelled upon American society, the same as I might warn a spider that it is the nature of the wasp to stun a spider into paralysis, inject a wasp egg into the spider to live as a parasite using the body of the spider as food for the young wasp before emerging forth from the carcass of the spider to live a wasps life. Looking to nature in understanding the behavior of our current society is an intelligent thing to do, because all living things are following the innate laws of cellular biology. In human society the more intellect applied to creating new rules from which to live, the less of a tendency for human beings to behave in such a raw biological form, such as can be seen in this following video of the spider and the wasp. But when intellectualism fails by picking all the wrong things to think about for all the wrong reasons, and the default for the human mind is to resort to biology, then it is entirely possible to suggest that there are elements in our current society that will inject other elements of our society with an egg, to feed off our collective bodies for sustenance until those host bodies are dead completely giving rise to the parasitic infant which will seek to procreate using the same destructive methods.

Needless to say what I refer to throughout this article may require a foundation understanding of the principles of quality discussed with elementary terms in my previous article Why Public Unions Fail: The Science of Stagnation, where I provide some basic foundation concepts that will assist the reader on this next exploration of thought. The following article will explain why our society is failing, and the paralyzing force behind racism as the primary concerns of our age, and why it is necessary to return to a new foundation built from the Constitution and what role the Tea Party plays in this. The goal of this article is not to simply point out what’s wrong but to properly diagnose the trouble much the way one would diagnose the failure of an automobile, so that the car can be fixed. Society cannot be fixed if we do not diagnose it correctly, and that’s what we’re about to do.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/08/23/why-public-labor-unions-fail-the-science-of-stagnation/

Unique to the 20th Century was a human effort to place intellectualism as the foundation principle of our society. Through public education and colleges, this has been the great leap attempted by the human race. Intellectualism was intended to usher in the values of the Victorian Era morality taking individuals above their biological natures in their mere social class natures to function from a grand new intellectualism built upon science. However, as pointed out in my article The Secret of Malden Island, science is far from perfect. It often fails when objective observations alone are its foundations and mode of operations, so the intellectual is already handicapped, right out of the gate. This is why progressivism has failed and will always fail, because intellectuals require a “dynamic” component, which they are missing and often reject.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/08/13/secret-of-malden-island-why-public-education-is-hiding-history/

The joke that intellectuals can only see what’s right in front of their face and nothing else is actually quite serious. Such an observation is completely true. This is why they are reluctant to speak outside their field of study citing that they do not have the authority to speak on a topic for which they are not trained properly. That notion is a distant result of the old Victorian era beliefs which were also flawed. To put it in terms easy to understand the Victorian, who essentially built up New York city into the type of society it is today and left behind the type of culture most easily found on the East Coast of the United States who look to Europe with those homesick eyes function in a similar nature as the spider in the video shown. Their job is to cast a web and hunt other insects to eat. They are clearly the superior species and they considered it best for the rest of the world to make all living things more like them. That is the foundation of their morality. But they are not wired in their brains to defend themselves from the wasp, a more aggressive creature than they are who is able to sting them and plant their eggs within the spider’s bodies to provide growth and sustenance to the larva of the young wasp.

The wasps of our current American culture are those aggressive religions, such as what Glenn Beck was attempting to point out in his Restoring Courage speech in Israel. It is also in allegations of racism where societies built upon their biological natures can poke holes in the intellectual approach that science has not observed, and therefore cannot pass judgment on one cultures belief system or another’s because all cultural beliefs are relative to that culture. So the intellectual scientist will not see, much like the spider will not see, that they are in danger of being stung by a wasp to provide host to its young by devouring the spiders body. The spider is helpless because its cultural conditions do not provide protection from a wasp, so the spider won’t see the danger, and is therefore always vulnerable.

This is what happened in the Hippie Movement of the 1960’s. Intellectualism, built on many poorly conceived premises failed. The intellectuals led at first by Woodrow Wilson then followed by many, many others were not able to stop poverty, they created more of it. They could not end racism, they simply did as the typical scientist does, and they pointed it out, allowing different cultures to take advantage of other social cultures with a kind of paralysis of observation. They tried to imitate communism which has halted America’s competitive advantage. They tried to eliminate the need for a parent, because it was thought that the biology of child rearing could be better achieved with Victorian intellectuals who could provide the young with more perspective than the biological parents. What the intellectuals really achieved was providing the wasps of the world, (the communists, the radical religions, the social reformers) bodies to carry their larva. Of course the consequences were completely unintended.

Intellectuals did not mean to usher in millions of young people into the sting of a wasp. They intended to save those children from the ignorant biological impulses of their parents, but it didn’t work. It failed massively which led to the hippie movement of the sixties, which our American society has never recovered.

Intellectuals fail over and over again because the foundation of everything they believe is built upon static social patterns constructed by objective observation. But as explained, this form of science is just one step in scientific observation. There must be creative thought applied to the process as well. This is why NASA has been successful as a government organization. All the static patterns of traditional science are present. But at NASA they can also dream, brainstorm, and reason out the gaps between what is observed and what they have yet to discover. NASA functions with the needed element of Dynamic Intellectualism.

When I went to college I saw that the intellectual culture there, of which the education institutions were attempting to sell to me as “fact” was flawed because the foundations of their teaching was rooted in static observations and did not readily allow for dynamic adjustments. This is why so many dynamic personalities just drop out of the college experience because there really are only a few choices. You accept at face value the teaching the intellectuals are providing, which is flawed to begin with, or you reject it in favor of your own life experiences, your own dynamic impulses. Most people chose the former, they allow the Static Intellectual to “teach” them, but those people only grow up to be stung and paralyzed by a wasp to carry the egg of a parasite which uses them as a host. Look into the eyes of many parents who look at their children covered in tattoos, living failed lives of two and three marriages, children out-of-wedlock, severe psychological trouble. Those parents realize by age 40 or 50 that they were simply consumed like a spider by the larva of a wasp. Their bodies are used up and wrinkled and death is the next step and all they can cling to is their flawed beliefs that static intellectualism will save those children. So they save up all their money and send their children and grandchildren to more college to get more Static Intellectualism hoping that somehow the results for the next batch of children will be different. All it does is allow those children to become host of a wasp larva much quicker. That’s great if you’re a society of wasps, but not if you are a society of spiders.

As seen in my article on The Most Successful People Who Did Not Go to College,

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/10/27/successful-people-that-didnt-go-to-college/

many of those people became Dynamic Intellectuals at some point in their lives. They either did not go to college at all as in the case of Walt Disney and Henry Ford, or they dropped out, such as in Bill Gates, Steven Spielberg, Richard Branson, the list goes on and on at great length. The Dynamic Intellectual has an education that never stops, they push scientific observation to the limit with creative thought and are always seeking to reach beyond the static patterns of Static Intellectualism without shattering those previous patterns, but bringing new information that will build upon the static patterns. This has worked incredibly well, and makes one wonder why colleges have not picked up on this trend and made adjustments to their educational style. Even worse, why public education has not realized its failure and done the same…………………………well, they can’t. You see, the Static Intellectuals who cling to their static patterns are also some of the more timid of the human species. It is under this new idea of Static Intellectualism created by Victorian Intellectuals that these timid creatures have been revered so highly in our current society, and if America were to return to a society where actual bravery, and valor were the values of that culture, the Static Intellectuals would suddenly be looked upon as frail and meaningless. So the static pattern motivation of the modern intellectual is no different from a typical politician, and that’s to be viewed as meaningful by their peers, to be accepted, which is not an intellectual trait at all, but a biological one of basic human essence. So the ultimate failure of the Static Intellectual is that they are falsely propped up socially, and provided no incentive to be anything larger than their primary biological impulses for social acceptance. This makes them spiders in a cage run by wasps with full intention to use their bodies as a breeding ground.

The way to correct this entire situation is to return to a social static pattern that worked then rebuild society from that static pattern using a combination of Static Intellectualism with Dynamic Intellectualism to allow for expansion of that static pattern. This is what the Tea Party is doing by going back to the Constitutional principles of America’s foundation. The Constitution is a static pattern for the creation of a country, and it worked. So the Tea Party wants to reset the pattern. That is equivalent to teaching a spider how to defend itself from a wasp. Back when the Constitution was written it was designed to protect the spider from a wasp, the New America from the Old Europe. That is good if you are a spider, bad if you are a wasp. Good if you are American, bad if you are from Europe.

To understand who the wasps of our society are, all one has to do is look at the various sectors of our society who are upset with the Tea Party. Those are your wasps, and now you know their intentions. They may not actually want to inject your body with larva. But they do seek to paralyze you in the form of Static Intellectualism so that they can inject your children with ideas that will grow up and serve their purposes. This process is not some grand design of the types of world builders like George Soros and the super wealthy. They are simply the nature of parasites, and the human race is filled with them.

American society used to know how to detect parasites, back in the days when frontiersman had to understand the dangers of the world in order to live, back before the time of the Victorian Static Intellectual. Once those Static Intellectuals came to be, those timid creatures were paralyzed by their own intellect to be easily stung by wasps which gave birth to more parasites which are now ravaging our culture at an alarming rate and a war between spiders and wasps is underway.

The answer is to return to a static pattern that works and in going forward to lean on the insight of the Dynamic Intellectual to grow society properly, not in the manner we currently see. The Static Intellectual has failed on their own, and should have never been given so much power as to determine the fate of our species, for they are not the most dynamic of our society and can only hold us to a static pattern like a spider caught in its own wed, only to be consumed by a wasp.
