Philosophy, Politics, and Religion: The U.S. Government thinks you are a fool

The two things that we are told not to speak of are politics and religion. Yet it is those two topics that affect virtually every endeavor of human thought. If you want to know who the villains are in our society look at those who tell us not to speak of these things, and you will see your enemy. Those who advocate not speaking of politics and religion are those who are attempting to maintain a monopoly on thought, and seek to be the rulers of your life. For myself, I question everything, and am in love with nothing but the idea of being left to my own devices. So the social mechanisms of the human race are all up for revision. Nothing is sacred if it is not producing the very exceptional at the maximum capacity capable by the human mind.

The current philosophy of America, the one that has been infected with socialism, does not work for the majority of the population. It is an unmitigated failure virtually beyond measure. In fact, the examination of the ineptitude that our current American philosophy is pursuing is so grand that most people just tune it out and leave the matter of adjustment to the very thieves who have perpetuated the candor to the lowest in our society—the politician. To understand just how serious these politicians have infected American society with a philosophy of looting which serves nobody but themselves watch carefully this video which will spell out the situation wonderfully for your inquisitive mind.

At this site there are many radio recordings and videos which show that a majority of the public servants currently serving the United States citizens at Capital Hill have enriched themselves greatly by insider trading. In my opinion these are simple thieves who using a wage provided by the American citizen to do the work of the country have squandered that task away because they function from a looter philosophy that they inherited from this infection of socialism they were raised on in our public schools, and media culture. These con artists ran for office under the premise and promise to uphold the United States Constitution, but once there show the weakness of their inner philosophies, and quickly become common looters of the public treasury. It is because of these types of people of poor quality that communism will never work and the socialism that leads to total communism slowly erodes away the philosophy of every nation with the plague of altruism. Because the human being from even the first moments of life is concerned with its own survival, and an economy that is built upon self-interest will thus be stronger because it was built by people who care for themselves. Those who attempt to pretend that their life has value because of self-sacrifice are fools who lack real life experience as to the motives of mankind.

Beware of the altruistic prophet, the looter of luxury who pretends that they are there to help. They only care to take from you to gain what they lack the ability to make for themselves. A good example of this is Michelle Obama, the current first lady. She is one of those altruistic prophets who says one thing, but does another. A poor quality mind is always easy to spot in such people who believe they are better than they are because the value they apply is derived from what they have managed to loot from public money.

For some insight into this let’s have a look at the first lady’s behavior in the White House, of which we all fund with our taxes. Michelle Obama has more personal staff than any first lady in history. She currently has 22 personal staff to care for her every need and fantasy. The looters of our American philosophy wish to strip away our religion and replace it with one of their own design so that they can control us, so that we are easy to steal from. They strip away our philosophy so that they can replace it with their own altruistic example so that we will give up our money to their cause and not cast our eyes in their direction and discard those politicians as useless. As long as they convince us to think in fashions of sacrifice, we will give our wealth to them so they can spend $447.39 on luxurious foods at a New York hotel for an afternoon snack. The looters do this because they are thieves who have no value for the funds they stole, because stealing it is easy. They provide no service that couldn’t be done by you dear reader. But they have stolen your philosophy from you in public education, so you cannot reason for yourself the folly of your ways. They have stolen from you a religion, so that you look to politicians who will spend $150 on Iranian Osetra Caviar as the provider of both religion and philosophy. They will sell to you their image as the prophets for the prices of the taxes that come out of your hard-earned check.

Looters do not have your interest in mind. They simply wish to give you a job to keep you happy and voting in their direction. They wish to hit that magic number of 50% by using your greed against you for their gain. You see, they do not believe in altruism themselves. Not in the least. They wish you to believe it so that they can control you. So you will take your government job, make twice what is made in the market controlled private sector, and you will trade away your freedom for comfort and a vote for their politicians so they can maintain their power base as prophets when in reality they are simply clowns. Want more proof? Look at these connections of nepotism among the political elite centering on the new green initiative. This is just a fraction of what is really going on.

• The Tonopah Solar Company in Harry Reid’s Nevada is getting a $737 million loan from Obama’s DOE.
• The project will produce a 110 megawatt power system and employ 45 permanent workers.
• That costs U.S. Taxpayers just $16 million per job.
• One of the investment partners in this endeavor is Pacific Corporate Group (PCG).
• The PCG executive director is Ron Pelosi who is the brother to Nancy’s husband.

Yes, they think you’re stupid because they stole from you the ability to think. They did this by pilfering American philosophy which can be found in the work of The Federalist Papers and authors John Locke and Ayn Rand. The real criminals are not these politician looters; it is those who do not take advantage of the book store down the road, the television on the History Channel, C-Span, and Discovery Channels. It is those who forgo talk radio in favor of the sweet melody of social propaganda. (Listen to Lady Ga Ga and gawk at her outrageous outfits. She is selling you a philosophy and you accept it with your ears and the glitter of her fashion. She is designed to control your philosophy by album producers who wish to make a profit. The producers and agents of her songs are driven by self-interest, not gay rights, or political splendor. They are driven by self-interest disguised as altruism.)

Working philosophies and religions are out there for your use dear reader, and when you allow the looters to not only rob you of your wealth but of your mind too, you have committed a sin against your legacy.

When death finds you, and you lay in your casket and the small gathering of your family and friends show up to say a few nice words on your behalf, without a strong philosophy they will only have to say that you were a good person who did what people told you to do. You held a government job, paid your bills, and voted for altruistic political candidates who brought joy to the world. But your departed soul and a few wise men and women will know the truth, that you perpetuated tyranny by assisting the looters of America into a crime against mankind that made kings of the weak and victims of the strong.

The death I’m speaking of is not you dear reader, for you are only a cell in the greater body that is sick. The body I speak of that resides in the mentioned casket is America. A country that let it’s philosophy be stripped away from it so that it could become sick and die from within. For anyone who studies sickness knows that for a virus to kill a life, it must destroy first the body’s immune system, and for a country, that immune system is its religion and its philosophy. That’s why both must be discussed often, so that the body can fight off the diseases of looters which seek to plague it. And fear not, philosophy does not need to be laborious and out of your reach. I have went to considerable effort to make philosophy obtainable for a public that are current victims of a looter ruling class, so that those villains might find themselves shortly extinct.

Barack Obama: Charts tell the whole story behind PIPA/SOPHA

Special note to the Secret Service, and Homeland Security employees reading this right now, make yourself and the money we are paying you useful by reading the whole thing.  Maybe you’ll learn something. 

It is for postings like this one that the government has initiated PIPA when the Senate returns from the holiday recess, and SOPA by sponsor Rep. Lamar Smith [R, TX-21], who held a marathon, 15+ hour mark-up session on the bill which attempts to shut down websites that are critical of the government.  The government in all branches know they have overstepped their boundaries and are now attempting to gain control of the free flow of information.  As shown clearly on this article, it is these very people who have acted against the United States, and now they wish to hide that information from voters. 

Obama came to Ohio this week and appointed Attorney General Richard Cordray for the presidents newly created Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (Government just grew a little bit bigger) The problem is Obama used a loophole in the Constitution to fill the appointment to overcome a GOP filibuster of the appointment. The Constitution says a president can appoint officials “with the advice and consent of the Senate.” It continues to say that the president “shall have the power to fill up vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate.” This is the trouble when your president is a Constitutional attorney and former teacher who has a radical socialist political philosophy, he will trust his ability to question the wording of the Constitution in the Supreme Court and create case law that will set a terrible precedent that could allow any future president to completely cut the Senate out of the confirmation process.

The president went on the attack the day he appointed Cordray and blamed the GOP for virtually everything wrong with the economy. Obama as it looks to me is functioning from a completely failed political philosophy and is quite dangerous in his radicalism. He has shown great skill at deceiving mass amounts of naive people to his true intentions which can be seen in his actions. His anger at the House and Senate for stalling all his appointments and ideas are part of the checks and balances system the Constitution created to protect American society from such power grabbing, radical presidents. It is proven that America is far better off when politicians are in a stalemate and can do nothing as opposed radical presidents like Obama is now, or Bush, Clinton, LBJ, Kennedy, FDR, Woodrow Wilson, and Teddy Roosevelt were in the past who took great liberties against the Constitution to advance their personal agendas. It is not the role of the president to make for themselves a legacy as a ruler, to have their face put up on a mountainside for their activism. It is their job as president of the United States to protect the Constitution, do their 4 years, and then get the hell out of office and return to civilian life as a productive citizen.

But that’s not what we’re getting. Instead, we get people like Obama who want to rule, not manage the affairs of American society. The media is so impressed with the GOP nomination process and Lady Ga Ga’s outfit on New Year’s Eve and that they are completely unequipped to handle all the events that are coming at them to cover. This is why blog spots like this one have become so popular, because the media isn’t doing their job. In less than 5 days Obama went from signing the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve right in the middle of many American festivities while nobody was paying attention, which violates the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments. Then on Thursday Obama challenges the Constitution again with his appointment of Cordray which is nothing short of an extraordinary and entirely unprecedented power grab that could have a devastating effect on the checks and balances system provided by the Constitution.

Obama then went on to blame everyone but himself for the stagnate American economy as if he had nothing to do with the issue, even though he’s been president for over 3 years now and before he was president it was the congress of his party under Nancy Pelosi who lead congress against a weak Republican president to crash the economy. When we have a president who will openly lie and believes he can lawyer himself out of any trouble he might find himself in, then the facts must be presented in the same manner that they would in court. In the future dear reader, you should caution yourself from electing any future lawyers as president, because they do not respect the law as it’s written. They simply manipulate it to suit their liking, which is exactly what president Obama and his entourage of thieves are doing in Washington D.C.

The charts show that at that start of the Obama presidency future generations of taxpayers will be on the hook for even more debt. It’s currently at $31,871 per American. By the year 2032 it will be $103,827 if the spending continues at the current rate.

It is clear looking back all the way to World War II that Obama’s budget has the publicly held debt as a percentage of the economy at 40.3 percent. This is set to increase to 87.4 percent by 2021. That is not a GOP initiative. It’s all Barack Obama, nobody but the very activist socialist himself.

Federal spending has grown even more than ten times faster than median income. From 1979 to the current, median income has only increased by 27 percent while federal spending has increased 299 percent! That cannot continue!!!

Now of course Obama knows there are problems, which is why he’s going after the rich for more taxes because Federal spending has grown much faster than Federal Revenue. Since 1965 spending has increased constantly while revenue has dropped, most recently due to the economic recession. This is why Obama and his society of looters want tax increases because they believe it will cover the gap. They believe this because they are living by a socialist philosophy. They are not capable of understanding capitalism because to them it’s the enemy. The trouble is America was built on capitalism and all the success these looters are enjoying from tax revenue to play these political games was created by the industry of capitalism. The tighter Obama and his administration have clamped down on business, the worse they’ve made the recession. Hey, the charts don’t lie.

The national debt is skyrocketing as the folly of presidents like FDR, LBJ and was expanded by presidents like Obama have runaway spending on Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and other entitlement programs to occupy 344% of the nations GDP. The out-of-control pace began the moment Obama took office. He can’t hide that. He can attempt to lawyer the opinions of the masses with good feeling testimony but it can’t change the facts which is all over these charts. As a manager of America, Obama will be remembered as a complete buffoon and he knows it. His only hope as a politician is that he will be heralded as an international hero by the United Nations for his work at helping create a global government, but as an American, Obama will be hated for centuries.

If you’ve ever been to court and watched a lawyer work, you know they take the language of a law and present it in a way to manipulate a judge or jury to interpret the law favorable to them. This is what Obama is doing to the American public and a distracted press. He knows he is defending an administration that is being tried in the minds of public opinion for the murder of the American way of life. So like Johnnie Cochran, President Obama is looking for ways to manipulate the law so he can acquit himself of the slaughter. Simpson for the murder of his former wife Nicole Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.[2]
Cochran also represented Sean Combs (during his trial on gun and bribery charges), Michael Jackson, rapper Tupac Shakur, actor Todd Bridges,[3] football player Jim Brown, rapper Snoop Dogg, former heavyweight Champion Riddick Bowe,[4] 1992 Los Angeles riot beating victim Reginald Oliver Denny,[2] and Geronimo Pratt.
He also represented athlete Marion Jones when she faced charges of doping during her high school track career.[5] Cochran was known for his skill in the courtroom and his prominence as an early advocate for victims of police brutality.[1]

Most of us call look at Cochran’s list of clients and remember those cases. Through public opinion we knew that his clients were probably guilty, this is why they hired Johnnie, so they could be freed from punishment for their illegal acts. Most American’s understand this at an innate level, and we know that this is what Obama is doing to America. But many are powerless, just as juries are powerless to stand against the charm of Johnnie Cochran in a court of law over a murder trial and deny the man his arguments, because he’s so good at his job, and so persuasive. Just like Obama is on a stage.

The Founding Fathers because they were good men, I doubt have ever dreamed that there would be people like Barack Obama and Johnnie Cochran who would manipulate the law to the levels we are seeing in modern America. In the times of the Founding Fathers, even the most disgusting tyrants of Europe at least had a code of honor that they lived by. So being soulless parasites was difficult for the founders to imagine, yet in our own time this is what we are faced with. They never fathomed that there would be manipulators of the law like Barack Obama who would attempt to destroy the American Constitution with the parasitic skills of a lawyer to save his own folly by pushing America to over $15 trillion in debt with all the indicators shown in these charts taking America to third world status within the next century.
The United Nations will herald Barack Obama as a hero for uniting the world. They may even build a statue of him and erect it in Geneva higher than the Statue of Liberty. But in America, generations for centuries to come will justifiably despise the President who attempted to make himself king, and used his power to destroy the system that might prosecute him so that he could go free in the end and save himself from the guilt of his crimes. His grabs for power are to hide the guilt we all know about, but are paralyzed by his charm to act.

Obama will be remembered as a con man, as a thief, and as a man who could twist the straight words of the law into a pretzel of his own design. And he will be honored by looters, and hated by the honest. He may have statues and victories under his belt and a legacy of destruction behind him, but when he looks in the mirror it will be Ganghis Kahn and Mussolini that will look back.

It is not because Obama is a bad man, or even an intentionally misleading person. It is because he is a morally challenged human being that has had to cover his failings with extensive work in law to bring the world down to his level that he will be remembered as such a failure. Instead of reaching to be better than he was to become an American, he has sought to dismantle it to fill the voids in his life still percolating from his childhood. He can’t be faulted for the terrible trouble with his parents, his broken childhood which opened many painful fissures in his mind. This led him to cover those faults in his psyche with marijuana and cocaine abuse until he discovered redemption in his law degrees and instead of using the hard drugs to hide from his past he used the law to lower the expectations that the world had for him. And such travesties are the path of many dictatorships throughout the history of the human race. He is the president for the weak, the downtrodden drug abusers, the victims of broken families, which due to lawyers like him are all too common. To the freedom lover, the constitutional purists, he is the dictator. In the end, it will be his attempt to surround himself with the misery that loves so much company that will be the final weapon used to murder America. This murder began with the single quest of Barry Obama to save his own life from his tragic past and allowed himself to be used by the socialist reformers who manipulated the pain of the young man of compromised moral character to transform the world into a tyrannical state.

Obama’s problems were his problems until he drug us all into it with him, and for that he deserves all the criticism he has coming to him.  Obama, his Department of Justice and both Houses on Capital Hill hope to avoid that pain by controlling the internet through their new bills, PIPA in the Senate and SOPHA in the House which is very similar to what they currently have in China.

Constitutional Terrorists Anesthetize America: The result of having too many attorneys in government

Have you ever had an operation where a doctor numbed you or put you to sleep prior to the procedure? If you have, you know why they do it, the trauma of opening up your body and taking things out is often too great to consciously realize. So the doctor anesthetizes you to make the pain less so they can perform the operation. This is similar to what has happened in American culture by producing too many attorneys from our education culture, all of them seeking employment, and through manipulative legal language they anesthetize us while they needlessly operate on our legal system founded by the United States Constitution. It is correctly perceived that lawyers are parasitic occupations that thrive like cockroaches off the garbage of our society. A quick look at our government positions will find that most office holders also hold a degree in law, so when it is discovered that our American culture has spun out-of-control and is no longer what we thought it was, we must examine the BAR Association and the graduates of those law degrees to understand what taught them that it was OK to undermine the American Constitution.

My current favorite show on television is Sons of Guns on the Discovery Channel. The show is about a Gunsmith named Will who operates a gun shop in Louisiana with his daughter and a handful of apprentices who do a lot of custom gun repairs and modifications. I find the show refreshing because it reminds me of my youth where my grandfather gave me my first gun when I was 16. Shooting was a tremendous part of my youth. My first initiation into manhood was with my uncle, grandfather and male cousins when we went on a gun shooting trip to my grandpa’s boyhood home and visited the old moonshine stills he and his father worked in his youth on a property he still owned deep into the Kentucky coal country near the Virginia border. We shot over a $1000 of ammunition that day from my grandpa’s .38 special and his 30/30 deep into the evening. I came back from that trip more of a man than I left at the tender age of 14 and it set me on a course that would last a lifetime.

It’s now my turn to do that for the many young men who look to me for leadership. My son-in-law is now a gun collector even though he comes from the gun grabbing country of England and one of my nephews packs a Glock pistol everywhere he goes as he openly carries it in a holster on his hip. My father-in-law and several other male family members are all very avid gun supporters who shoot regularly as it is generally accepted that practicing in gun related activities is an all-American ritual that is almost as important as pancakes in the mountain town of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Now my family is not a group of trailer park living ex-moonshiners, but is made up of very successful businessmen who are certainly on the upper middle-class pay scale. They drive Mercedes, BMW’s, and large Ford pick-up trucks and their homes are generally valued in the higher price ranges.

And for those who know me, I am involved in the Western Arts and many of my best friends are trick shooters, quick drawl artists, knife throwers and bull whip specialists. So guns are very important to me. I keep one with me most everywhere I go and I keep one near me within easy reach while I watch television, read and write. Why, because I have a lot of enemies and people have tried to come after me and my family before, and they will do it again, and when that happens, it’s my fault if I’m not ready for them. I don’t go looking for trouble, but it does come looking for me.

This progressive notion that the global, greenie, weenies envision of peace on earth is a half-backed philosophy that has been given to them by the political left and has it’s roots in the European gun grabbing culture that still craves to have kings, queens, and nobles in a hierarchy type of society disarmed and easy to rule. And yes, I have several friends in Europe as well, direct friends of our family, and they do not think like Americans. They honor their queens and princes and do what they are told without question. It’s part of their culture. It is through the education culture that we have seen citizens become prone to the static patterns of socialism within those institutions even if the philosophy isn’t called out by name, the functions are the same. And it is from these pretentious, overly educated, mind numb citizens that this idea that guns are bad was initiated.

As shown in the 45 points from the book The Naked Communist published in 1958 America has been under siege from foreign enemies’ employing a new tactic, subtle cultural manipulation instead of open warfare, and it is through the university system that they have sought to attack, by insisting on an economy that required a college degree and forcing a majority of society to attend these institutions; the communists only had to convert the professors of these colleges to teach socialism to the rest of American society. And in the law schools the trend has been to dismantle the Constitution of the United States through case-law by attorneys, with the aim to destroy American society and using its own people to perform the task.

Consider how important the First Amendment is to American society. To the press it is the paramount portion of the Constitution. It is what allows for the Black Panthers to harass voters at their precincts. It’s what allows for the gay rights community to run around half-naked in parades. The First Amendment is protected because it allows the enemies of America to attack aspects of American culture with impunity. However, the same care is not given to the Second Amendment by the same lawyers who protect the First. The Second Amendment is the right to bear arms. This amendment is attacked as ludicrous by many political attorneys who are serving their role of disarming America with the aim of creating an all-powerful political class, made up almost exclusively of attorneys and former college professors. These attorneys to me are simply constitutional terrorists who have used fear to erode away the rights of the Second Amendment.

This is what the Constitutional Terrorists have done when they recently signed the NDAA Act which as been discussed extensively here. This act is a direct violation of the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments of the Constitution. The bill was signed with the premise of fear from terrorists penetrating American society which shouldn’t be a problem if the FBI, and the CIA had done their jobs properly to begin with. So the Department of Homeland Security was created because of government ineptness and the gradual slide into a police state is nearly complete as a result. The attorneys in government read the Constitution and found ways to manipulate the language to justify their domestic terrorism. And these attorneys learned that terrorism was appropriate in law school, where their ideological principles of serving society was shattered with the muddy world of political manipulation where they behave as terrorists of the Constitution.

I know many attorneys personally, and I like them one on one. But I think their profession is that of a looter. They provide virtually no productive contribution to American GDP. The real criminals are out there and work between the cracks of the legal gray areas. The court system makes a lot of commotion over high-profile murder cases and domestic violence situations because it’s low hanging fruit that gives the illusion that the lawyers and judges are doing something, but in reality it’s just a show to keep public support from looking too closely at what a failure the entire system truly is.

These attorneys learned in law school, subtly, many of them don’t even realize it, to turn the gray areas of the law into any color they want, and that’s what has happened to our Constitution. For proof all anyone needs to look at are the epic abuses of the 10th Amendment, in how the so-called Commerce Clause has been used against that Amendment. The system under the rule of academics and attorneys is irrevocably broken, which is why all the case-law established by the inferior minds of attorneys and judges over the last 150 years must be thrown out and we need to reset everything back to the basic language of the Constitution. This must be done for the primary reason shown in the so-called Supremacy Clause, where attorneys have colored so much gray area of the law with brushes dipped in pink that America might as well be Sweden.

Attorneys, like doctors have learned to anesthetize American society while they operate on the American Constitution taking away piece by piece until there is almost nothing left of our original body. While we are asleep and under their spell we are vulnerable to them, for we might wake up and find they have removed our arms and legs leaving us completely vulnerable to the care of others, which I believe they learned in their law schools. It was always the intention to weaken American society through our teachers, our attorneys and our politicians by the real enemies of our culture to use these professions as inauspicious soldiers to their cause.

That is why it is a relief to my mind to see shows like Sons with Guns doing so well and being enjoyed by so many people. Such shows are wonderful ways to re-teach American culture what the attorneys and politicians have attempted to vanquish from our society through the gray area of the law, which is a manipulation of The Second Amendment in an effort to disarm American society, which isn’t going to happen. My take on the Second Amendment is not one established in the case-law of these Constitutional Terrorists who have attempted to anesthetize American culture through destroying our original law and smudging it with their corrupt fingerprints so that we can no longer read it.

That’s why I tune in to Sons of Guns every Wednesday night on the Discovery Channel! Will, the owner of the gun shop Red Jacket is what America is really about, before the lawyers and politicians screwed up everything. And when the politicians and lawyers stand on their looted yachts in the Caribbean patting themselves on the back for ruining America, it will take those of us with the guns to put everything back together again.

NDAA is Why We Have the 2nd Amendment: Cut taxes and save future lives

The NDAA Act passed by the president on New Year’s Eve is one of the most despicable acts done against the American people by their own government that I can think of in the 20th and 21st centuries, and speaks of the wisdom that those Anti-Federalists from the 1780’s foresaw in the tendencies of government. It is because of laws like the National Defense Authorization Act that the founders of The United States insisted on having a Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights added to the American Constitution. Whether it’s part of a massive conspiracy to bring all the nations of the world under United Nations control, or just short-sighted ignorance on the part of naive politicians, government has crossed the line in their inept war on terror.

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW is the kind of man who is not a conspiracy theorists. He is not a man of rhetoric. He is a successful executive in a network of radio stations who has had to defend his companies in court, he associates with very talented lawyers daily, and he has the age and wisdom to have seen many presidential elections and their administrations from the perspective of the media. If he tells you that you should be concerned, you should be. He’s not trying to sell books, or videos. He only hosts a radio program on Saturday mornings because he likes to stay in touch with the craft, so he can make better decisions as an executive. He is about as normal, and sane of a human being that one could care to meet. That is why everyone should listen to him when he says that the NDAA Act is the most tragic, and dangerous piece of legislation on record to come out of the Federal Government. It is for reasons such as the NDAA Act that during the foundation of America we have a Bill of Rights that has a Second Amendment on it, because at some point in time, the people of our country may have to go to war with their own government. That is not a statement of rhetoric that is designed to reflect some radical right-winged position. That statement is a viewpoint of political philosophy observed in over 2000 years of human history, and the reality that power corrupts and must be hauled in when things get out-of-control.

Now to the average person, going to war against the federal government is a nutty idea. It’s something that many people wouldn’t even entertain as an option. After all, we are seeing over 40 years of indoctrination from government schools that say kids can’t even make a fake gun with their hands while playing on the playground at recess. We have witnessed teachers confiscating water pistols and fake guns from kids all in the name of safety as every gun incident was over exaggerated by the political machines in an attempt to grab the guns of the American people and demonize the need for them in civilized society. Gun grabbing laws were implemented by the Brady Bill, the Columbine Shootings and a variety of other high-profile acts of public violence in a media attempt to turn the average American against the gun, so America could be disarmed. The teachers are simply playing their role in advancing a society that is ruled by a political elite, and disarming the American people is part of that plan. When the president signed the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve, he along with every single person who voted in favor of that act took an act of aggression against the people of America. They voted for the NDAA Act on purpose or by accident because they were easily manipulated and not sophisticated enough to see the big picture. They declared war on the people of America, and that dictates action on our part.

It would be my suggestion that in this war the American people defeat their enemy the government peacefully, by cutting the money that fuels their enterprise. Just stop voting for increases in taxes—all taxes. By doing this you will take away the power they are using to control your life. Do this now and you will save lives later. Because I do not believe that the NDAA Act will be a problem for the American people over the next 5 years. It won’t be until the last half of this decade that American’s will be swept up and thrown away to rot due to their political beliefs or perceived threats to the governments existence. So I do not suggest taking your guns to Washington D.C. at this time. But do not approve another police levy, because it will be the police who come to your house to arrest dissidents. And do not send your sons and daughters to the military. The military must be dramatically reduced so they cannot be used against us under the NDAA Act.

Do not pass more tax levies for your school. Support School Choice and force schools to have competition and diminish the labor union influence, because it is through the unions that the advancement of the 45 items from the Naked Communist are being implemented. With competition in public school you will decentralize the way teachers teach and their natural talents can then be left to educate your children in a real education that will actually teach them something.

A good rule of thumb is, if what you spend your tax money on goes to a government agency, which it almost always does, then you need to restrict the taxes you spend to such a degree that you will starve and destroy the government entities that rely on that money to exist. Such an action is far more humane than the next option which involves the Second Amendment. The employees of government will cry, they will whine, they will declare doom and gloom for the American economy. America might even have an unemployment rate of over 30%. But at least those government employees will still have the ability to get a job in the private sector and start their lives over again. If there is a war where the Second Amendment needs to be utilized to restore the power of the Constitution, then living another day to get a job in the private sector may not be an option. So by cutting the size of government and forcing those employees into the private sector, you may just save their lives.

This is not an exaggeration. How long does anyone think it will take for the police to act on their authority of beating a victim for refusing a breathalyzer by declaring that they suspected the victim of being a terror suspect? There were warnings in the mid 90’s of America becoming a police state when police began using cameras at traffic lights and sending people tickets in the mail for being caught on camera running a stop light or speeding on a rural road. Heck, Google Earth can now show a speeder from space, so the police certainly can. The tracking of every single person on earth is now possible with their cell phones. And remember when the Department of Homeland Security was created under a panicky Bush Administration? This NDAA Act is a direct connection to that War on Terror initiative. One year ago the talk about the TSA patting down individuals and violating their Civil Rights was all the discussion. One year later, people have become used to it, and are becoming complacent again and allowing the violation of their bodies to go unchecked.

The government is betting that this NDAA Act will go the same way. The government has predicted that the complacent public will just buckle under the new law and take it because they have everything else in this gradual climb for power that has been going on for half a century. They will continue to take away our Constitutional Rights until we assert ourselves and so far things have happened so fast, that our public educated minds haven’t been able to take them all in as fast as they’ve happened.

Sorry to interfere with your life dear reader, and give you this daunting news. Most American’s aren’t bad by default, but they simply follow the orders of their superiors. What I’m saying is that if those orders involve imposing on the American life a loss of any freedoms at the cost of safety, then it is time to turn the danger back on those who wish to rob us of both at the expense of the one because they are incompetent. As an American I do not want a large central government and I certainly don’t want to fund a large government. So I’m advising you as an American Tax Payer to vote down every single tax and to gradually diminish the size of government by cutting the money that feeds it. Employing this strategy will not only help with the inevitable national debt that is already over 15 trillion dollars, but might actually save the lives of the people who might be tasked under the NDAA Act to confiscate people like me and you in a bloodbath that will naturally follow. Because that’s what will happen if they come to my house. I no longer trust the courts, or any member of the government to do the right thing, so being detained by those people would be a death sentence. It has throughout history, and there’s no reason to believe things would be different in the future. That’s why we have the Second Amendment. It’s not for hunting deer, or turkey. It’s for defending our property, which is one of the highest honors of the American Citizen, and the primary enemy of the communist philosophy.

Men With Small Penises Sign the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve: The final act of a fool

“The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” he said in Hawaii, where he is spending his vacation. “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

Oh dear reader, you didn’t hear about this while you prepared for your New Years Eve festivities? You didn’t notice it while the various football bowl games played on your television. The quote above is from Barack Obama as he signed the very controversial NDAA Act that was delivered to him in Hawaii where he is on vacation. His statement above is a looters disclaimer for all posterity to witness, that Obama is feigning concern while it was his office that actually asked for the harsher language which now enables the President of the United States to detain American citizens at any time and place and torture them based on his or a future presidents suspicions. Done under the guise of “safety” and under the premise of support for the military, the NDAA Act is a travesty against personal sovereignty and a subtle declaration of war against not countries like Iran, but the American people who pay for all this tyranny with their tax money.

What seems to escape most people traveling about in their daily lives especially on New Year’s Eve is that DUI check points as they are currently used are against the law and have been for quite some time. They were started as a way to appease the mothers of MADD in their quests to bring about tough drunk driving legislation and pay tribute to their loved ones who died in traffic accidents. You can see in this clip that DUI check points have actually become security parameters that are just a few levels below the security check points in corrupt countries like Mexico. If you’ve ever traveled around the interior of Mexico, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

These check points were of course started with the best of intentions, and the officers who man them are just doing their jobs………..but they do not question the merit of their job. If their job is to enforce the law, then what is the value of their job if the people who make the law are crooked, manipulative power-hungry, mentally challenged fools? Because I would argue that the value of many laws created by law makers are as foolish as the men and women who make them, and do little for the betterment of the human race. Who are legislators who fight to stay in office and make more laws every single day just so they can become wealthy off the tax payer revenue, to dictate that they have a right to alter an American life in any way?

And as bad as many of these checkpoint laws are using DUI’s as an excuse to set up a police barricade they are NOTHING compared to what was just signed into law by the President of the United States in the removed paradise of Hawaii. The NDAA will give much more power to these police officers shown above. And for jobs that are perceived too big for the local police, the military can now be used to openly arrest and detain any critic of the government under the definition of terrorism. Because terrorism could be defined by a law maker, and not the American Traditionalist who is holding up their copy of the Constitution and demanding adherence to the laws of that founding document. A terrorist could be anyone who supports the Tea Party, anyone who supports the political party opposite the current president. It could be a filmmaker in Hollywood who makes a controversial film that is critical of the government. It could be an author who writes political thrillers, or it could be someone who simply refuses to play ball as the governments grabs for power. (a message to my Hollywood left friends, see, they used you. I told you they would. You took their money to green light your projects, made their propaganda films, and now you will be potential targets if you don’t play ball. Enjoy your swim in your pool while you still can.)

The NDAA Act is a tyrannical law that is either proving all the conspiracy theorists correct, that a global conspiracy is seeking to completely dismantle America and kill it’s people so that the rest of the world can be equal as a world power by taking away the high bar that America sets for the rest of the world—or the politicians who wrote the law and signed it are foolish, short-sighted, naive, idiots that history will laugh at in context. If you know history, this has been done many times before. The NDAA Act is not a new concept, dictators, tyrants, kings, and many solitary rulers have used the rule of law to climb into power. And in America, what has always made the United States different was the checks and balances of power that exist between the House, the Senate, and the Executive Branch. Now, at the President’s discretion “terrorists” can be identified and eliminated just the tyrant Saddam Hussein did in this clip where he purged his government of dissidents. Notice how these men when called out just stood up nicely and walked away to their deaths. That was the cost of compliance…………….their lives. What you see below was done most recently not only in Iraq, but Cuba, Russia, Germany, Somalia, China, North Korea, virtually everywhere on earth where one ruler has risen to make themselves a living god. Too much power can never be given to one person……………….EVER. Or one government, the United Nations is too unintelligent collectively to spot a tyrant, so as a solitary world government; they will be unsuccessful in eliminating evil from the earth, which they fancy as a possibility. Their fantasy is not based on history, but on academic theory.

It is difficult for most American’s to understand why anyone would want so much power, because American’s are traditionally free of such concerns. But we can all point to a boss somewhere in our lives that was a power hungry son-of-a-bitch and caused us to scratch our heads in wonder about such characters. The Constitution gives us the right to brush off such foes for the most part, so the American mind does not grasp that tyrants have a real lust for power, and they are a very real threat to our lives. But the tyrants are not in some far away land; they are not the Saddam Hussein’s (created by the CIA to combat Iran, or the Osama bin Laden’s also created by the U.S. Government to combat Russia through war with Afghanistan). The tyrants are currently the ignorance of elected officials with poor quality minds who fantasize that they have the ability to protect American citizens from ourselves by eliminating threats to our safety, even if it is the controversial among our population. And the dictator may not be the small-minded community organizer Barack Obama, or the drug addict, alcoholic, born-again-Christian George W. Bush, but might be some comb-over politician squawking in the corner someplace upset that the girl he was with last night wouldn’t suck his small penis, so he seeks to rectify the situation and impress her with a climb for power in the United States, and he might even run for president and become elected like other fools have, Clinton comes to mind (remember the Vince Foster death) or Lyndon Banes Johnston. And when they realize they can use the NDAA Act to overcome their small penis size, they will become just another tyrant on the face of the earth that must be dealt with.

Well Federal Government. Whether you intended to or not, you just declared war on the American people. Your folly cannot be ignored any longer, and it won’t be. With the passage and signing of this NDAA Act each member who has signed it has proven they are not equipped to be a representative in this republic of America, and have squandered away the Constitution as cheaply as a dollar placed into the G-string of a stripper. You have failed Federal Government, and although it will take time to clean you all up from office and undo the travesties you have done to our American way of life, 2012 will see the start of that clean-up. And you have nobody to blame but yourselves. You started this.

Want proof of their guilt? Just look at their actions and ask the important questions. Why was the NDAA Act signed on New Year’s Eve, on a Saturday? Why not Friday, or Thursday? The answer is because they wanted to bury the news story away from the minds of the American public. Suddenly the football scores from yesterday’s games don’t seem so important, do they?

Oh, and about the penis size issue, penises and their lack of ability to work without the aid of drugs have done more evil in the world than most people care to realize.  Men who cannot bring a woman to orgasim properly usually take to politics to compensate for their deficiencis and create something else in their lives which makes them appear potent……because physcially they aren’t cutting the mustard.

Why do Public Schools Need a PR director: THEY SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

Why does any school system need a Public Relations Director? That was the question Doc Thompson and I discussed on 700 WLW December 27, 2011 on the heels of a mysterious payout from the Lakota School District to their public relations director Laura Kursman of $90,000. Since the announcement of this payout Lakota has been mysteriously quiet about the situation even as they are trying to show fiscal responsibility after their third levy defeat. This has led to an enormous amount of speculation and I have personally received several emails explaining to  me the details of the payout, which are unofficial, but are all the public has to go on since neither Kursman nor Lakota Schools have offered any clarification on the matter. The answer to the question as to why a school system would need a PR director was summed up nicely by that last caller. There isn’t any reason other than to secure more tax money from the public. That is the ONLY reason and the caller was absolutely right that forcing tax payers to fund a 69K to 90K per year PR position that is designed to work against the public should be illegal. Funding a school is all about teaching children, not securing funds for labor contracts, which is what is happening. The PR director has the task of cleaning up any messes that the employees of the district find themselves in so the target message of “schools are for the kids,” can be maintained. A public relations position at a school is a 100% non result staffing occupancy. It does nothing to help a child learn anything since creating a public image for a school is not part of the education process. It only serves the union controlled aspects of the district. It does not serve the community that funds the school.

Prior to her work at Lakota Laura worked for the Massachusetts Governor’s Office and the Department of Environmental Protection.   Now I understand that the Governor was Mitt Romney, but I consider him a liberal just to put things in perspective.  Her work as a representative to the 1998 Middle East Peace Process through a Quebec Labrador Foundation Environmental Education and Communication Fellowship are activities that are too far to the left for my liking.

This prompted a FBI investigation that occurred in August of 2011, but by November of 2011 the situation was almost completely forgotten. That is the work of Public Relations directors, who spin facts around to the schools advantage. Fairfield passed their recent levy attempt by a very slight margin of less than 1%.   Jeff specifically addresses building bridges between unions and parent groups as one of his specific talents. So that’s what a PR director does for a school and personally, I’m not impressed at all. Most of what they’ve listed is work I’ve done and I consider the work so irrelevant that I wouldn’t even put those tasks on a resume. And anyone who reads here knows that I can perform the tasks of a PR director more than adequately because I’ve done it for No Lakota Levy with great success. I can’t imagine charging people money to perform these tasks because the tasks are so easy, but the Kursman’s are making a very healthy living doing exactly that! They aren’t just receiving very healthy sums of money from Lakota, but several other sources as well, for doing nothing but convincing the public that things aren’t as bad as they seem, and that things are better than they are. In relation to their other incomes, Laura’s $90,000 pay out is just one source of income for providing a service that in my opinion does nothing to help society move forward, does nothing to solve any problems, creates nothing new. All a PR director does is manipulate facts. That’s all. I could never perform a job like that, where I was paid a lot of money to perform a nothing task.

My last interaction with Laura was in the lobby of the administration building at Lakota where the new levy attempt for the fall campaign was just announced. Channel 9 wanted me to provide comments from the No Lakota Levy standpoint out in the lobby so I left the meeting and went out to perform the interview.  As all the media of Cincinnati knows, when they put me on camera, they better be ready to hold the camera for a while, because my average interview time is a half hour. I can literally talk forever, so when the reporter asked me the lead question, I proceeded to speak for the next 20 minutes rattling off facts and figures without any pause.  I spoke until the reporter told me they had plenty of coverage for the 30 second spot they were looking for. I then proceeded to do the same thing for Channel 19, which went almost 30 additional minutes of interview time. When I arrived home later that night I gave comments to the Enquirer and the Pulse Journal and the next day I did live work on 700 WLW radio. Actually, I’ve done work like that on several occasions and in some cases I was even busier than that day in August.  So knowing what it takes to do the job of a Public Relations director, I can’t imagine charging someone for it, and I performed all those tasks without even breaking a sweat and prepared for my regular jobs that I actually do get paid for which are product driven. The PR work I’ve done on many occasions I never fathomed would pay such large quantities of money. It seems utterly insane to consider such a thing that PR work has any value, let alone the kind of salary these positions are commanding in schools, and the amount of payoff she received in tax money is unfathomable to me. Nothing about it makes any sense.

So there you have it. You have now seen what a high-profile PR director actually does, and you get a sense of how much money they make and how extensively they are used. And you now understand what their role is in a school district and you have some perspective in how difficult the job really is. So that begs the question again, why does Lakota or any other school district need a PR director of any kind? They don’t. PR directors are only needed to run point for the labor movement and their extensive contracts. The PR director is hired not to give a child a better education, but to protect the employees from their own foolish behavior. The labor contract protects those employees from the publicly elected school boards, but it is the PR director who turns bad behavior into good behavior through the spin machine of a PR director in how they present the material to a gullible public. The whole system is rigged against the tax payers and our children are used as pawns in a very large political game of sucking all the wealth of property owners in an open scam that has become public education.

Video Games are Superior to Public Education: So why do we spend so much money?

It is disturbing to hear from advocates of the OSBA, the Ohio School Board Association, that because of declining funding, schools may have to give up well-known extracurriculars such as music and art in the future. Well, this is just preposterous. The funding for public school is not the problem; it’s the financial expectations of the schools themselves that’s the problem. And when it comes to the OSBA, when 1/3 of all of Ohio schools were looking for money in the last November election, and none of those schools have a long-term plan for balancing their budget in the future, it is the fault of the OSBA for not helping their school boards adjust to the changing times. This is because the OSBA is simply an extension of the organized labor position and exists purely to keep that branch of the education institution intact. So rather than adjust to the changing conditions in education, they are advising school boards everywhere to hang on to the expensive past.

If teachers and administrators weren’t trying to make 65K to 100K a year for essentially a part-time job, there’d be plenty of money for all these electives. There’s no reason to give up art teachers or music in public school. But in addition to that, it could be argued that those parts of public education have virtually no impact on a child’s life and are not even worth the discussion.

 

 

I know people who actually work as artists and are excellent painters or sketch illustrators, and not a single one of them will testify that it was a public school teacher who inspired them. Most of the time it is a father or a mother who bought them their first pencils and inspired them to get started, and they learned by doing. And when it comes to music it is the parents who buy the instruments for their children, and the teachers just assign projects so that the child can practice. But these days that’s all changing.

Rocksmith is a new video game that can be played on Xbox or Playstation 3 and directly allows the game counsel to plug straight into an electric guitar. It in essence allows a player of that game to learn how to play a guitar with a computer program, which is much more effective than a personal instructor or a music teacher in public school. As a matter of fact, there are a number of video games on the current market such as Rockstar and Guitar Hero that allow a player to learn what a tempo is and how to hit a note.

While I was watching a group of young people playing this game my first thought was that personal music instructors were going to be going out of business. And public education would no longer be needed to teach the basics of music instruction. There will always be a need for those who wish to take their music to live performances to be a part of a band in public education, but for the kids who just need a basic appreciation of music I would say that Rocksmith, Guitar Hero and Rockstar are far more effective than anything done in public education today. And these days almost every child has access to these devices, even the extreme poor. I know of several families in known poor areas where the children would rather play an Xbox game than eat, and they will spend their money on a new gaming system before they do anything else.

And as to art, programs like Corel Draw, Adobe and Photoshop are making artists out of anyone who cares to learn. The process is so simple these days that the basics of any artistic achievement can be experienced with a computer program. Public school is no longer needed for these basic skills. In fact, they are terribly insufficient by comparison.

So when the OSBA sends out their spokesman to write “letters to the editor” in the local paper proclaiming that public education is suffering because there isn’t enough funding from the public to support public education, they are speaking from a perspective that is similar to those who would rather use a horse and buggy to get to work as opposed to a car. Public education is way behind the curve and they are insisting on a huge organization driven by organized labor to support their jobs, they are not interested in the best and most efficient way to become educated. They are interested only in job maintenance.

There is absolutely no reason that foreign language should still take two years of high school education, because Rosetta Stone Software is much more effective in that category. Most people I know can’t remember any of their foreign language studies they received in public school just a few years after their gradation. But users of Rosetta Stone Software are able to learn a new language in months and can actually use those skills immediately, because the teaching method works better than the way it’s done in public education.

The only reason public education needs to be staffed at the levels they currently are is to give those public employees something to do. It is proven that the effectiveness of public education is seriously failing, and the pubic education model as it’s set up as one of the Ten Planks of Communism by progressives as free education for all, is a failing model that I think should be scrapped completely as insufficient. People don’t appreciate what they don’t pay for as proven by the welfare system, and public education is no different, so there are serious flaws that need to be completely rethought and now is the time to do it. I would say kids would be far better off with less public education and much more personal interaction with their parents and video games. That is how you make a successful child. It’s not some coffee breathed teacher sitting like a monarch in the front of the class teaching art. There are only two reasons to continue on with public education and that is to keep those employees in the system employed, and to provide a baby sitting service for the busy parents who need somewhere for their kids to go while they work in their careers. But as far as actual teaching quality, it’s just not there, and can easily be replaced with video games like Rocksmith, Rosetta Stone, and Photoshop.

The cries for financial help from groups like the OSBA and all the school boards across Ohio are similar to the Amish demanding sports cars. In both cases these groups chose to forgo technology to keep the status quo. Public education is being held down by the labor unions and their satellite organizations like the OSBA and it’s their own fault that they require so much money to operate public education. It’s their failed policies and ineptness which dictates multi million dollar budgets that must be funded on the backs of our property value, and it’s 100% wrong, and a dismal, unmitigated failure.

So let’s be honest and call public education what it is, and stop pretending that it will save the lives of our children, because it hasn’t and it’s not going to. Only a parent can do that, and a family structure behind a mom and a dad like grandparents, aunts and uncles. Public education is a baby sitting service that is wasting the time of millions of children and teaching them that wasting their life away waiting for school to end will not make successful adults, so a continuation of this course will be at society’s peril. So fear not dear reader, public education is a failure due to its own policies, not because you don’t want to send them more money. If you want your kid to learn music, buy them an Xbox and the Rocksmith video game and leave them to it. In a matter of months they will be more proficient than if they had taken music for 5 years in public school. And that is just the way it is, we all know it………….except the public education system and the employees who have dug their fingers into the past with the fear of embracing the future.

The public education cries for financial help are a self-fulfilling prophecy, and should be ignored. The world will not end for your child, so don’t worry about it. Cutting off the money supply is the best way to help those addicts of our tax money, because by giving them more money you are just prolonging the inevitable, and that is not good for anybody.

Eric Holder Should Be Impeached: Playing the Wookie Defense to hide incompetence

Eric Holder, you silly boy—you got caught in a scam to increase gun regulations that cost the life of a border patrol agent, and to divert the attention away from your incompetence when conservatives called for your resignation you used the Wookie Defense to protect your public image. That’s cute.

You specifically said after the intense House Judiciary Committee questioning of your horrid job performance as head of the Justice Department that the reason so many people were upset with you was because, ‘This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him, both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.” Well, Eric–Mr. Mustache man who took away the red, white and blue of the Justice Department website in favor of a more Socialist International color scheme, it’s not because of your skin color that so many people despise you. In fact, until you brought it up, I didn’t know you were a black man. You are lighter in skin color than John Boehner so I just thought you had a “vacation tan.” And I’m glad that you brought up the president in this, because you have clearly been his little minion in a radical leftist quest to ruin America’s traditions and rebuild it under a socialist mentality. That is why you are disliked by those in our nation who like America for what it was, not what you and the president wants it to be. In fact on this holiday season the video below shows wonderfully why you are not liked, because even though this video is directed at Obama it is you who are the wind beneath his wings and allowed him to bring about all the problems Americans see in their country during the Christmas of 2011.

No, it’s not because you’re a black man, but you did earn a lot of criticism when you failed to prosecute the Black Panthers for voter harassment, which you seemed to endorse. Remember that? You are despised because you refuse to defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act, and that you are suing the state of Arizona over exercising its right to check the legality of the people living in the state. You are despised because you are advancing America into the ways of socialism directly to a path of communism, and you are doing it openly and you do not care what people think because you are the highest law of the land and obviously believe that you are above the law, and can rewrite laws to justify your actions. You obviously don’t care at all about the Constitution of the United States. Eric, you and your good buddy Barack, who is not even a constitutionally valid president, not because he wasn’t born in Hawaii, but because he gave up his citizenship when his step father took him out of the country to study in Indonesia, have openly schemed against the Constitution at every turn, and there are people who hate you for it. You swore to uphold the Constitution yet you have been at war with it. So what did you expect people to think? You’ll take actions against the town of Kinston, North Carolina, where your office blocked an election where voters overwhelmingly decided to abolish political party labels for candidates running in future elections. The reasoning from the Obama administration, as Rep. King recalled, was because without party labels, blacks wouldn’t get elected. You’ll micromanage those types of actions but you will do nothing about your own boss who used a foreign student status to go to college in the United States because he gave up his citizenship. After all, those are only rules…..right. And when you control the rules, you can make them up as you go.

Eric, you are disliked because you have lied, manipulated, diffused and participated in open warfare with the Constitution of the United States. That is why you should be impeached. Before your bungling of Fast and Furious, you had already committed enough crimes against the United States that will embarrass our history for centuries, and that’s in just 3 years. The death of an American in Fast and Furious and you and the Presidents willingness to allow American guns to kill countless Mexicans so that you could create more gun control legislation in the United States shows what kind of man hides behind your mustache and why you wear one. I will say this much to you Eric Holder head of the Department of Justice and minion to the President Obama, I do not recognize your authority. You are a joke compared to my loyalty to the United States Constitution. You are not upholding that law and that is the law I live by, so your office, your authority, your entire existence means absolutely nothing to me. You are acting illegally, criminally, and you are attempting to destroy the nation that I live in and love, and that makes you the enemy.

At a bare minimum, you should be impeached! Not because of your skin color, your sex, your politics, or even your mustache, you should be impeached because you suck at your job in relation to upholding the Constitution, and are an embarrassment to the money I have contributed in taxes. I expect more value from the money I spend in taxes and you are not a government employee of any quality. You should be impeached as a message to future employees that they cannot behave the way you have in a federal office. You can hide your actions from yourself in the mirror behind that hair under your nose, but the rest of the world sees it clearly, and the gig is up as they say in Chicago. Of course you’d know all about that wouldn’t you!

The Wookie Defense will not work for you Eric Holder, because no matter which way a neutral observer looks at your actions, socialism and an enemy of America is what they will see. Your guilt is grossly evident.

Remember the Ruby Ridge Massacre: ATF OPENLY PLOTS AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION

In the clip below Alex Jones speaks with Floyd Mori about how history does repeat itself when it was recently discovered that FEMA camps have already been built to arrest American citizens in conjunction with the bill passed by the house and senate known as NDAA. Floyd discusses how the Japanese were taken during World War II under a similar premise so perspective can be given to just how devastating the NDAA Bill is for American freedom. An update from that linked article about that NDAA Act where it was believed that The White House was threatening to veto the Act, arguing that “the authorities granted by the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Terrorists, including the detention authority, are essential to our ability to protect the American people…because the authorities codified in this section already exist, the Administration does not believe codification is necessary and poses some risk.”

On December 11th, 2011 it was learned that it was President Obama who required the NDAA bill have the language of ‘U.S. CItizens being held without rights’ included in the bill.  The bill will pass if it goes in front of the President for his signature, which will be a catastrophe of epic tyranny and will lead to everything you will see below.  So make sure to take your time and watch all these videos.  It’s very important.  This is no conspiracy theory.  What you will read and see are facts that require EXTENSIVE explanations by our government in every branch and both political parties. 

The targets of the next sweep of Americans will of course be people like Alex Jones, myself, and virtually anybody who stands in the way of the governments intended strategy. I can report honestly that there will never be a FEMA officer who will come to my front door and arrest me and take my whole family away to be thrown into a camp. I remember well what happy to Randy Weaver at Ruby Ridge so I am aware of what the government will do when they decide to act, and I will not be naive in thinking that I will be reunited with my family if I go peacefully to a FEMA camp. More on this in a bit, but for now, make sure to watch this video.

And what is this mindset that we have to fear from the government? Well, Glenn Beck shows it in great abundance as he picks apart a recent speech by President Obama. Yes, Glenn Beck is certainly one of the first targets that will be arrested, so while he still can, he is speaking more freely than ever on what is wrong with our current government and why they should in no way be given ANY power over our individual lives and liberties. Government simply is not qualified to make decisions about our lives.

Obama says things in this next clip that surprise even me. It is very evident that now the government of both republicans and democrats is aware that most of the American population is sufficiently distracted by numerous elements and do not care, or do not have the intellectual capacity to understand what is happening. But Obama shows what his vision for America truly is by declaring that all jobs should be unionized more or less, and that technology should not be allowed to destroy jobs. The America that Obama wants is a frozen technological existence where job creation and preservation take utmost priority. The belief system of this president is utterly preposterous.

You can easily see by that speech Obama would have no problem arresting anyone who stands in the way of his political aims which are to move America to open socialism. That is why the NDAA is such a dangerous proposal, and is considered to be open warfare upon the entire idea of what an American is.

When my wife and I were first married I ran a gunsmithing shop in a small shed behind my house. I had a Federal Firearms License and was starting what I thought might be a long career as a gunsmith. I envisioned for myself and family a life similar to what is shown on the TV show Sons of Guns where I’d have the ability to build and fire a whole multitude of firearms. And business was good there was a lot of money to be made. I saw quite a demand for gunsmithing and I took a two your course where I graduated from Modern Schools of America out of Arizona with a degree in gunsmithing. But one thing greatly disturbed me about that business, and it was the paperwork I had to keep up with and submit for every transaction with the ATF, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Because of my beliefs in small government I anticipated trouble on the horizon if my name was all over documents always going to the government, George Bush Senior was president at the time right on the heels of Ronald Reagan and guns were not such stigma as they are today, so I had no reason to worry. But there was something sinister in the reach of authority that the ATF had that made being a gunsmith unattractive, even tyrannical to me. So I quit because I honestly didn’t feel like keeping up with all the ATF regulations and I was worried that an informant of some type might try to set me up by not knowing if I was violating one of the many regulations. About a year later, George Bush was defeated by Bill Clinton, a progressive gun grabbing globalists and the tragedy of Ruby Ridge occurred. As I watched that trial I realized that Randy Weaver had been a victim to the very scam I was worried that I might become victim to. He performed a gunsmithing task by sawing off the barrel of a shotgun, which was against the law. The FBI used that violation as an attempt to extort Weaver into becoming an informant to the Aryan Nation compound which Weaver refused. The results of that refusal of extortion were the Ruby Ridge Massacre. Watch this next video in its entirety. You might have forgotten the Ruby Ridge Massacre but before we move any further you need to remember it.

I learned watching the Ruby Ridge Trial, then the Waco tragedy, how the Walter Lippmann college trained media focused on certain aspects of these cases and how the whole scam worked, which has been covered in great detail at this site. I will not put myself, or my family in a position where the same will happen to me as what happened to Randy. I have been armed everywhere I go now since I was 14 years old and for good reason. There are enemies who wish to control us, they wish to own us, and they wish to make us their slaves. They will use the rules “THEY” create to justify their tyranny. If you watched that video you can see how the FBI attempted to use Randy as an informant. In my experience 99 out of 100 would have taken the job. Randy was the 1 who said no. So how much of this kind of thing is going on today?

Well, it’s more alive today than ever. The recent passage of NDAA is just the tip of the iceberg that the government has utilized to move toward a life that Obama outlined clearly in the Beck video. Obama wishes for a nice, compliant middle-class that does what they are told to do and will accept as their rulers those in the political class to oversee their needs.

And they are coming after our guns, and they are willing to kill to do it. After all, if the government plans to go around arresting dissidents in the future, like we know they plan to otherwise they wouldn’t have passed the NDAA Act and started building FEMA camps to hold all those new prisoners, they certainly learned their lesson in the case of the Randy Weaver incident. They need to disarm our population so such arrests won’t be so risky in the future. To attack further the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution ATF agents constructed an elaborate plan to use its Fast and Furious gun-running operation to facilitate violence by Mexican drug lords in the interest of pursuing the Obama administration gun-control agenda.

This wasn’t reported by Alex Jones, Glenn Beck or any of the “radical” government types. This was reported by CBS reporter Sharyl Atkisson. The story is so complicated that it does require some explanation, which Alex Jones again did a great job of amplification.


I know that many of you just returned from shopping at Macy’s, or JC Penny or some other wonderful economic paradise, and these types of subjects are disturbing, and not much fun to ponder. But they are a fact, and they happen because the population has been trained in public education to follow direction, not to think.

For those who need to be brought up to speed with the things some of us have been thinking about and watching for decades, movies are a great way to start opening your mind to the difficult realities we are finding necessary to come to grips with. And one such film that I would highly recommend which will sum up everything you have seen and heard here today and provide a foundation of understanding to build upon is the great Terry Gilliam film called Brazil.

Brazil is the modern remake of the classic motion picture and book 1984, and it is a fabulous film. However, Terry Giliam is known as one of the Monty Python guys so the movie is a bit obscure in its abstractness at times. It’s a serious film that has many moments of humor in it, which is difficult for some people to accept at the same time, but such filmmaking is Gilliam’s style. Essentially the movie is about a society that is socialist in political affiliation. The State uses television to keep society occupied and trained while anti-terrorism efforts are at such a level that all suspects are detained quickly and efficiently.

I have below the first 8 minutes of that film which sets up the premise for the entire story. A fly falls mistakenly into a printer that is sent out to the anti-terror team whose job it is to detain terror suspects. When the fly falls into the printer, a mistake is made and the government apprehends the wrong person, an innocent man sitting quietly in his home with his family waiting for Christmas to arrive. When the anti-terrorist team comes for the arrest they make the wife sign away her husband and she gets a receipt for him in exchange. Notice how she signs the paper even though her entire existence has just been turned upside down.

What would you do if such a thing happened? Would you sign the paper like she did? Would you revert back to the mean teacher in the third grade who yelled at you for not standing quietly in the cafeteria lunch line, or waiting in line to get a drink of water, or marching down the hall in line to go to recess? Didn’t it ever occur to you that there is a lot of standing in line going on in public school, a lot of learning how to do what you are told, even if your instinct says otherwise.

To your public education trained mind does Randy Weaver sound like a crazy person? How about his daughter? What about Glenn Beck? Or Alex Jones? Or me? Do you think we’re all crazy and that we are simply the minority who are seeing conspiracies instead of a government who seeks to care for its people so they can go Christmas shopping in peace? Oh, wait a minute; we can’t call it Christmas shopping anymore because the same groups that Obama wants to feed with more members, the unions, and other progressive organizations want you to call Christmas shopping, “HOLIDAY” shopping.

It’s all part of the government openly attempting to reprogram the American people and what the Randy Weaver’s of decades ago were warning about and is absolutely true to this day. Laws against The Constitution are being passed right out in the open because the government no longer fears the people they wish to rule. They have the power and we gave it to them with a smile on our faces because we allowed ourselves to be swindled. It happened while you were shopping ladies, and men, it happened while you were watching the sports. It happened during primetime television shows like Two and a Half Men and a host of other shows directing your mind to sex, while secretly the members of our government have made their moves against you in every way possible.

It is no longer fictional disillusion the conspiracy theories of the radical right-wing. The reality is true, truer than even the worst nightmares feared. And now that we are waking up from that nightmare we must decide what to do about it.

Well, I can speak for myself. Mommas don’t let your babies grow up to be soldiers, because if the government sends them to my house to arrest me for pointing out what a bunch of scum bags the members of our current government are, they won’t be coming home for Christmas. The smart thing would be to let them become dishwashers, labors, computer programmers, or construction workers, to not take on any debts and they’ll grow up wealthy…..and alive. Hey, it’s a fair warning. If the government isn’t going to respect the law of The Constitution, then I do not recognize that government’s authority and consider them a domestic enemy the same as a thief who might attempt to break into my home or rob me in a back alley. The America I know is a republic built upon The United States Constitution. The mob of democracy or majority rule does not impress me, and does not warrant the loss of my freedoms. Just because the government used public education to make a majority of the American population stupid does not mean I am going along for the ride, and it sure doesn’t mean that I will consent to an arrest. And before we part this time dear reader I’d like to share with you an email I received recommending a new preamble to the Constitution put forth by State Representative Mitchell Kaye from GA.  I think it says a lot as to how a lot of people still feel, and how they intend to act in the trying times that are before us.

 

“We the  sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get  along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more riots, keep our  nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of  debt-free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren,  hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense  guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, and other  liberal bed-wetters. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that a  whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim  they require a Bill of NON-Rights.”

ARTICLE I:  You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form  of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one  is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE  II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is  based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone — not just you!  You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion,  etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will  be.

ARTICLE  III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a  screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the  tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently  wealthy.

ARTICLE  IV: You do not  have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most  charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but  we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation  of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the  creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes . (This one  is my pet peeve…get an education and go to work….don’t expect  everyone else to take care of you!)

ARTICLE V:  You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but  from the looks of public housing, we’re just not interested in public  health care.

ARTICLE  VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you  kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don’t be surprised if  the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric  chair.

ARTICLE  VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob,  cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don’t be  surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place  where you still won’t have the right to a big screen color TV or a life  of leisure.

ARTICLE  VIII: You do not have the right to a job.. All of us sure want you to  have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect  you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational  training laid before you to make yourself useful.  (AMEN!)

ARTICLE  IX: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that  you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot  easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws  created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of  Rights.

ARTICLE  X: This is an  English-speaking country. We don’t care where you are from, English is  our language. Learn it or go back to wherever you came from!  (Lastly….)

ARTICLE  XI: You do not have the right to change our country’s history or  heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one true God. And  yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or  no faith at all; with no fear of persecution.
 
The phrase IN GOD WE  TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable  with it, TOUGH!

Sorry Tony D’Ambrosio but it’s just Starting: Rich Hoffman is vitriolic,condenscending, and disrespectful?

Sorry Tony D’Ambrosio, but your recent Letter to the Editor complaining about me in the wake of the recent levy failure will not keep me off the pages of the newspapers or other media that cover future school levies. I understand that as we speak many people like you who supported the Move Forward Lakota Campaign have realized that in order to force further taxation upon our community that you must neutralize me from the calculation, since facts are not your friend, and charisma is vacant among your lot. Too bad if my vitriolic rhetoric is offensive to you, because if you think you’ve heard the worst of what I can dish out in the past, see how bad it gets if your clan attempt to place another levy on the ballot. Each time I will promise the next campaign will be worse than the previous one, for this was the third time in 18 months that such a thing has been attempted, and the community has told you NO. To ignore the community’s wishes is to spit in their face, and the vitriolic rhetoric is in response to the audacity of the school system, and its radical unions to ignore those past votes and proceed on with future attempts. Such a position is an insult and deserves such language.

For those of you not acquainted with this little tiff between myself and Tony, here is the letter he wrote as it appeared in the Pulse Journal.

I make no apologies about anything stated in that so-called insulting letter. In fact, the reason I said the things I did was to irritate people like D’Ambrosio and their incessant pursuit of imposing on me, my friends in business, and my neighborhood friends more taxes. I consider it an insult that radical teacher unions control our schools and drive up the costs unnecessarily. I consider it insulting to watch our teachers attempt to go on strike as they did in 2008 over higher wages. I consider it rhetoric to disguise an obvious ploy against the taxpayers by using their children as hostages in order to capture further pay raises. When I am lied to and manipulated, it makes me angry, and I do not hold back my anger. So when a reporter asks me what I think, I tell them. When I write, I don’t hold back my thoughts.

Property taxes in the Lakota District are high. It costs approximately $1,140 per $100,000 of property assessment currently. I think that number should be reduced so that we can attract more commercial development to our district. Tax increases are a fools attempt to satisfy their own interests without any knowledge of the bigger picture. Parents who blindly lobby for higher taxes are only thinking about themselves and the children they send to the school. They have no concept of the world outside their neighborhoods. They are what make our communities bad, even though D’Ambrosio attempts to paint me as the extremist.

I’m sure to the pacifist progressive, saying the things I do seem extreme, because they are used to running over all who stand in their path and they use guilt as the weapon. They use the smiling faces of our own children against us in a radical push for ever imposing tax increases. Progressive education has taught us to be “CIVIL” when we are run over, to be kind to those who wish to slap us in the face. When a business owner in our community declares that taxes are hurting them, they are called names, boycotts are initiated, and the guilt of school pride is fully applied to extort more money from them, to silence them into a cold drink at a lonely bar, because they know they are being extorted by an entity in the school that is sold as a friend, but acts like an enemy. That is your CIVILITY! No, I’d say I have not been extreme enough. I have held back much! Believe me!

But one of my readers wanted to come to my defense, so that my temper would not erupt into a boil on epitaphs of fury onto the conduct of Tony D’Ambrosio. So I will place the letter written by one of my frequenters below and allow them to sum up wonderfully what 18,000 others are also feeling, on a movement that is just now gaining its footing. Because it’s no longer just Rich Hoffman that is saying these things, it’s beginning to be others who used to VOTE YES, and have come to learn that the smoke and mirror are hiding a betrayal yet unrealized.

In response to the Pulse Journal Letter about Rich Hoffman:

I read with great interest, the letter from Tony D’Ambrosio, stating that the Lakota community gives too much credence to Rich Hoffman and that the Lakota community deserves better. I wonder if this levy had passed if you would feel the same way. I also have to question why the levy failure in your eyes can only be linked to Rich Hoffman, and not the notion that perhaps thousands of voters voted against it of their own free will and opinion, and I’m certain for many different reasons we can only imagine.

It makes sense that Mr. Hoffman would be quoted often in the Pulse ( just as the pro-levy “move forward” movement was quoted quite often), because these organizations consists of volunteers who take much of their free time to rally to their cause. Mr. D’Ambrosio, if you were opposed to the levy, did you take time out of your schedule and help the move forward people? Voting is a wonderful thing, but it takes more than just a vote to make a concept come alive, and I would say both sides of the issue did a very good job.

You quoted a lot of things from Rich Hoffman’s blog–and agreed, some of them were very insulting and condescending, its part and parcel of his writing style. If you don’t enjoy, I would encourage you not to read it. I find it interesting that you didn’t see fit to quote many of the other items on his blog. Facts such as the average Lakota Teacher overall compensation is $130, 219 per year. The discussion of the very public and unprofessional feuding amongst school board members. The many discussion about needing innovations in education. A very insightful discussion on what the average American makes, another on successful people who did not go to college. Even more shocking and dismaying, actual letters from community members outlining faculty misconduct by both teachers and administrators, merely swept under the rug. (and in one case, the offending teacher switched to another high school in secret–lucky for those parents!)(Threatening letters written to local businesses that do not support the levy. A letter from a teacher’s spouse outlining how now that the levy has failed, how the teachers need to work as little as possible.

I could go on and on. The point is no one person or opinion can make or break a community.
I agree Lakota deserves better……..read between the lines without prejudice and read the facts. If you still want to vote “yes”, it’s your will and it’s your right. That’s the beauty of democracy!!
