Eating Ice Cream and Defending Lawsuits: Lakota should have never tried to use the China model of social communism to drive a narrative

I was vacationing on Mackinac Island in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, having a nice ice cream with my grandchildren as a horse and buggy strolled by, the scene looking like a Norman Rockwell painting from a century ago when my peeps from my home district of Lakota were ringing up my phone with new information on the superintendent problems we were having there. The report was that I was going to be sued by that very progressive public employee and that I had big legal trouble on my hands. A group stoking the flames was “Rinos for Lakota,” who were throwing my name around as a blowhard who had it all coming. They hoped the superintendent would sue me into oblivion, destroying me once and for all. The people telling me all this were obviously people who cared for me and wanted to give me a heads-up. At the same time, my granddaughter wanted to show me a cool picture of a horse she had just drawn on the ice cream store napkin. I noted the information and quickly resumed enjoying my family and the island itself. It was a world away, and I was enjoying it. I pushed down my anger for that moment and would deal with the trouble when I returned home. And as is always my practice, I never forgive a transgression. Even if it takes decades, when someone shows ill will toward me, I make it my mission in life to make a footstool off their metaphorical carcass. But I also never let those ill intentions ruin my life. At this point, I’ve heard all this before; I am very used to ill intentions. But like most things in life, intentions and execution are different things, and a lesson that should be learned by now, especially at Lakota, is that ill intent pushed in my direction doesn’t go well for them. And that would undoubtedly be the case with this very political situation in 2022.

When I returned, I had good memories of that ice cream with my grandchildren and was in a good mood. Then, of course, history tells the rest of the story and for all those people who wished bad intentions on me, to see me destroyed in court and have my life turned upside down because they decided to move into my neighborhood, then bring with them all these dumb, liberal ideas from all the garbage dumps they moved from, and expected to change me. Well, life has dealt them some much-deserved blows. I don’t get upset about those kinds of legal threats or the postings of a bunch of RINOs because we have this little thing called the Constitution that I know holds up very well in court. And so long as you follow the Constitution, you will win your court cases. People who don’t understand the Constitution, the Bill of Rights specifically, make dumb statements like those in the Rinos (Conservatives) for Lakota had been making regarding the devastating situation that Matt Miller had put himself in as a public figure, paid for with taxpayer money to perform a very public role. We have a First Amendment to provide a check on power and the abuses that often happen. It’s critical to the maintenance of good government, and clearly, Lakota had bet everything on a public relations-controlled show that was not rooted in sound legal merits, which is why they get sued a lot themselves, and they lose or settle those cases. They assume that the rest of the world is as legally ignorant as they are, so they think that threats like what was made to me might have some impact. For me, I didn’t even pause in eating my ice cream. The news was as worthless as the ice cream I was eating, as it would soon be melted and at the bottom of my stomach. The only good thing to come from the ice cream was in the joy of me eating it. And as it would turn out, because of their ill intentions toward me, all the bad news that has happened to Lakota and continues to happen is a joy for me, just as consuming that ice cream was.

My kids are grown, and my grandkids are being homeschooled. The only reason I care about Lakota is because they are an institution of liberalism that is paid for with my property taxes. It disgusts me that I have to give one dollar to them. I would just as soon give that dollar to a homeless person shooting up drugs on a street corner. I don’t see anything good coming out of public schools, especially Lakota. I warned them years ago about the Chinese exchange program they had by sending teachers and administrators to China to “learn” from a communist country. They didn’t listen, of course, because they thought they knew better. And here we are in 2023 with the entire government school and all their ignorant supporters assuming that the media can be controlled just as they do in China. And they hate that a pesky blogger is reporting on the bad things they do, and that I likely know more about the law than most of the lawyers they could hire. But all of them have forgotten that “they” are not in charge. They never were in charge. And they owe the public openness so we can see what they are wasting our hard-earned money on. And what exactly they are teaching these kids in our community, and why. What they are learning now, too late, is that the courts support such positions. Just because the government schools and their loser supporters assume a reality to be something, it doesn’t mean that it is.

This is not China, America will never be China, free speech will continue to be protected, and all the methods that the government school of Lakota has used to attempt to intimidate people into submission were illegal, just as they are going to learn in the coming months as they try to use public forum debates as a way to limit opposition opinion and shape for public relations a fake community dialogue. When they hire bad employees who bring bad values to our community and intend to teach bad things to our young people, that’s on them. Then to hope that some kind of social peer pressure by very stupid people will alter the course of public life in the district is an assumption built on ignorance. It might work in communist China but not in freedom-loving Liberty Township.   And I was in Liberty Township before anybody was in this debate. And I think knowing all that is more attractive to new residents than a deterrent. The Rinos of Lakota can all pack up and leave and take all their Latte Sipping Prostitutes with Asses the Size of Car Tires and Diamond Rings to Match with them, and Liberty Township will still sell its half-a-million-dollar homes to people fleeing broken, liberal areas seeking refuge. The truth of the matter, a lesson they are learning now, is that they are a small minority. This upcoming election will show them the truth, just as it did when Darby Boddy was voted in. They may have won over Isaac, which made them think everyone lacked resolve equally. But all it’s done is strengthen the opposition’s determination, which wasn’t a very smart idea on their behalf.  They brought all this on themselves.

Yes, I love “My Darlings”: The Rise of Kristi Ertel and the benefits of being a “Crazy Cowboy”

Suppose you listen carefully to the pro-Matt Miller faction of Lakota schools. In that case, you’ll hear from their diatribes of insanity a proclamation of no accountability, which is the cornerstone of liberalism and the most destructive element of any public school. After all, that is at the heart of the case with the former Lakota Superintendent who threw the Lakota school board under the bus, who had been defending him as he resigned from the public school under tremendous pressure as of this writing, the 31st of January 2023. Even with all that has been revealed about his bizarre personal lifestyle, he was recently at the Kona Grill at Liberty Center parading around his new girlfriend even as he was in charge of her compensation and benefits, daring school board members who were there to say something about it. On his way out the door, he was clearly setting up a lawsuit to extract more money from the district in the hope of a settlement since the school board always tends to settle cases rather than fight them in court. It would be smart in this case for them to fight this one because there is a lot that would be in their favor; as one of my good friends in all of this effort said in a few good interviews on radio and podcasts recently, Kristi Ertel, attached here for your convenience. For instance, the housekeeper story would be something that would not hold up well in an actual courtroom. Kristi was also one of the speakers at a very contentious school board meeting that took place on 1.23.23, just a week before. At that meeting, things were getting out of control as the pro-union, pro-Matt Miller faction came ready to openly harass the community for passing any kind of judgment on their lives or that of their leader, the outgoing superintendent.

But to drive home the point, I saw lots of feedback in the aftermath from what critics call “my darlings” as the pro-Matt Miller faction revealed their innermost thoughts for analysis. A few of those “darlings,” who don’t mind the title in the least, were Justin and Vanessa Wells, who were drug into this story from the start and are the community members Kristi Ertel mentioned during her interviews, especially on 55 KRC with Brian Thomas. I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I’ve seen every bit of the ugly from the pro-union, pro-big government schools for several decades. But under pressure, they are revealing their weaknesses more blatantly than ever before, which is the feature of a Facebook posting by one of them who showed a lot regarding their mentality of panic at a government education world that is falling apart in front of their faces, an expectation of no accountability for any administrators and staff, and ultimately what they hope kids learn which masks all the bad decisions they’ve made in their own lives. It’s quite a fascinating thing to witness. Vanessa has been the flytrap that has been the soundboard for much of the worst because the assumption has been that if not for Justin and Vanessa, that Matt Miller would still be the superintendent of Lakota schools. There would be no Darbi on the school board, there would be no Tea Party, and they would still have their shield in the superintendent position, hiding so much that is wrong behavior-wise among the employee staff; that is obviously only the tip of the iceberg.

I can understand why the writer of the Facebook post was so upset with Justin and why he referred to me as a “crazy cowboy.” He also indicated that I was “little Richie,” and he said similar things about Justin. In private meetings, the Facebook guy would find out that we’re not so little, but it’s not what he said that reflects reality, but the mind of the liberal in general that is so interesting. Sure, these radicals are upset that there is a vast network of supporters at Lakota schools that runs all up and down the hierarchy of society, and they are supporting Darbi Boddy as there have been organized efforts to remove her from the school board. They are not used to anybody fighting back against them and are upset about it. And how they express that frustration is like some drunken loser at a football game who thinks they could play better as an armchair quarterback as they stuff beer and hot dogs down their throats trying to shape reality to their limited sentiment. The attempt to paint their enemies as “little” is to help them build up the courage to say anything at all because the position they are defending is indefensible. And to fit it into their minds, they must diminish the concept of opposition into something they believe they can manage until reality confirms otherwise. So long as it’s just a Facebook posting, they can easily believe they have a fighting chance. But also with such rantings is fear of the opposition’s significance. Yes, I have a lot of “darlings” in the Butler County community, especially on Lakota issues. And I am proud of them all. I’ve been laying out the game plan for beating these antagonizers in public schools for years, and it has really taken until recently for people to start listening and fighting back.   And now that people have seen what Darbi Boddy is doing on the school board, they are seeing how to do the right things as a school board member. If people like these Matt Miller supporters are upset, that’s great because it means that the real need in public schools is getting addressed.

As Kristi Ertel indicated in her great interviews, the reason for all this is to protect kids. I think of these government schools as dangerous and expensive. But they produce way too many employees within their system like Matt Miller, and it is under pressure like we have seen over the release of his divorce records that reveal just how bad it is. And the anger at “my darlings” tells us so much about what those real dangers are. The position among the left-leaning supporters of public education, to begin with, is to fight for no accountability, no judgment, and no consequences for bad behavior. What the supporters of Matt Miller are advocating for, and are frustrated with, is that the public, the Darbi Boddy supporters, the team behind the website Protect Lakota Kids.com, and even vast political support that has taken a stand in ways nobody is used to, have come together at the joint opportunity to protect kids from the dangers of adults who want no consequence lives, then expect to teach that to our children. Then there is the fear of expectation that their jobs may not be so secure after all and that personal choices might make them unemployable. Because if you really dig behind the façade of all the tough talk, you see a group of people who know they are in the extreme minority who puff themselves up like peacocks to look much more extensive than they really are, which are why they fantasize that their enemies are so much smaller than they are in real life, to fit their world view, who worry that everything they ever believed about employment and social safety nets might be wrong, and irrelevant. And to maintain that fantasy, Matt Miller had to resign, as all those followers will have to follow to maintain the same illusion. And they are mad that there are people out there judging them. But of course, they will because after all the smoke clears, a parent’s fundamental task is to provide children with the best opportunities for a decent future. And they won’t get that opportunity if what they learn in public schools, which is a reality we can’t ignore, to live life with no accountability, then we have destroyed those poor kids before they ever get a chance at life. And that would be the worst crime of all.

What’s Most Wrong in Politics: Consensus building and “getting along”

It was a national embarrassment to have Joe Biden come to Cincinnati and give a speech on bipartisan support to waste 1.4 billion dollars building a new bridge for the vital I-75/71 corridor, bringing with him a whole parade of RINOs and Democrats. That bridge should have been built long ago for a lot less money. The speech by the illegally elected Joe Biden was too late and about all the wrong subjects. I happen to know several of the characters who were with Biden that day in January 2023, well, so I have some perspective on what “bipartisanship” means when Biden says it. Essentially, Biden is in trouble politically. His son is a disaster. The Chinese who have put him in place through election fraud are struggling to put behind them the scam of Covid which they manufactured, distributed, and perpetuated to gain power in the world far more effectively than any military would have, and of course, there’s a new Congress controlled by Republicans who are going to have a chance to conduct many new investigations into Biden’s criminal family and all the sins of the past now that a “Trump Standard” has been set, which no Democrat will be able to live up to. Biden has no other choice but to show up in Ohio with a bunch of boot lickers and try to take the edge off things by showing something that needed to be done, finally getting done. And it was not impressive. To do it, Biden had to sign another 550-billion-dollar infrastructure bill with all kinds of progressive garbage in it. This project is projected to cost another 3.6 billion dollars in the end, likely more, as union cost overruns take a toll and the bureaucrats realize how much they left out of their projections. Instead of being something positive, it was a gross display of everything that was wrong in government. And everyone there looked just pathetic.

I couldn’t help but think of the irony, and I’ve spoken about Rob Portman quite a lot this year, especially concerning the campaign of J.D. Vance who was just elected to be his replacement. I’ve been hard on Mike DeWine, who was there and I have said the only thing good about him is his wife’s cookies, who, upon meeting them earlier in 2022, she is hard to dislike. And Mitch McConnell from Kentucky has been shown to be a RINO anti-Trumper from the beginning. Sherrod Brown, the other senator from Ohio, is a joke, and another cover-up from the media regarding his messy divorce, which I became involved with while campaigning for Jim Renacci. I had a chance to meet Brown during that story at Miami University, which the media helped him get through, much like they have covered up so many stories with Joe Biden. And then there is Andy Beshear, governor of Kentucky, his election was so close that what we know about election fraud and the methods of his election was very similar to what happened in Arizona this year with Kari Lake. The Democrat Machine cheated to get him elected; only an eternity ago, in this very real war, we didn’t ask those kinds of questions because we didn’t know we needed to. Biden put up on that stage a collection of political misfits on the Ohio River banks across from Longworth Hall, where the popular bridge edges past, and it brought back distinct memories of my life with Rob Portman as he was starting his political career, just how far people fall in life. And knowing all the dreams of Portman from his beginnings, the only thing I could see standing with Biden were political failures using massive amounts of money to save a government that had grown too corrupt to trust.

During the early 90s, I was very active in Ross Perot’s Reform Party, and Rob Portman was campaigning for a suddenly open congressional seat that had come up in Cincinnati. He was a little older than me at the time, but we got along well and I wanted to help him, so I set up a Sunday night debate on 700 WLW with Portman and a bunch of other candidates for people to hear, which Portman clearly won.  During that campaign, I spent a lot of time with Rob Portman talking about all the reasons he wanted to get into politics and how he wanted to emulate Ross Perot in the Republican Party. Many of our meetings and events occurred across the river from where Biden spoke at Longworth Hall. I could tell many stories about those days involving a reformed Penthouse model married to a wealthy developer and a rag-tag group of political activists who would eventually become the Tea Party 15-16 years later. Along with some of my friends, there are still people who talk about the giant American flag that we hung from the top of Longworth Hall to all who could see it traveling southbound across the Brent Spence Bridge that hung all the way to the ground from the top. Rob Portman was a part of that group of reformers, so I have had high hopes for him over the years. But to see him broken and beaten over the years was sad and pathetic. For him to end his political career essentially sucking air for Joe Biden tells you everything wrong with politics.

And what is wrong with politics? Well, it’s consensus-building. Once people like Rob Portman accept that getting along with bad people like Joe Biden, Sharrod Brown, Andy Breshear, and China Mitch, rather than actually standing for things, is the start toward expensive political destruction. And Joe Biden, on that day, was actually supporting that flawed premise by showing off all the losers who had been politically beaten and were “working together” in wasting money that should have gone to a project twenty years earlier. The only reason they were all there on that day was that a major political storm was brewing. With all their attempts to get rid of Trump, people still loved and supported Trump, just as people loved Ross Perot many years earlier. And back then, Rob Portman at least said he understood. But once he got to congress for a few terms and then ran for the Senate, the values of Washington D.C. clearly changed Portman. He went from that bright-eyed political reformer who would hang around my rag-tag friends on many political adventures to this washed-out husk of the flesh who propped himself up to an illegal president, showing support for him because the institution of the Senate was more significant than the value of any of them, and that’s where things always go wrong. And it starts with the value of consensus building, with concessions of value where people of good value and bad value compromise with each other, and what people end up with is watered-down, expensive garbage that comes too late and not often enough. All that was on display regarding the bridge announcement in Cincinnati is how corrupt, and costly everything is that a government of criminals can provide only when people are about to throw them all out of power with pitchforks. Ironically, it all started for Rob Portman across the river from where he ended it. And in the end, he was a shell of the person he once had been, and it was very sad but revealing to see it up close, as I had.

Illegal Immigration is Election Fraud: Why Democrats want to get rid of the electrical college

There has been a push from Democrats now that they’ve seen the election results from 2022 to recognize more in presidential elections the popular vote. As has been the issue for many presidential cycles, the popular vote has gone to Democrats. In contrast, the electoral vote has gone to Republicans, revealing something of a long-established plan. And now that they are in trouble in more ways than one, they are trying to cash in on it while they still can. And this is yet another reason illegal immigration should be viewed as another form of election fraud because that’s ultimately what it is. In states like California and New York, where voting rules are very loose, they have it so illegal immigrants can vote. The Democrats believe that illegal immigrants will vote for the political party that doesn’t plan to export them once here. Hence, the entire mechanism is another form of election fraud that intends to commit the crime from the outset but is disguised as “compassion.” And that is precisely how California and other progressive states have managed to get more voters for their causes by allowing voters without voter ID and other controls to stuff ballots toward Democrats, especially in presidential elections. Then, of course, they expect people to accept those ridiculously high voter totals because they have been counting people illegally in America who never had a right to vote and to accept those results as reality.

Of course, if such a method of election fraud is part of the plan of Democrats, they’ll want to use them to stay in power. And now that their other forms of election fraud, such as ballot stuffing through Covid rules, and early voting tampering, are now more exposed than they have been in past elections, the writing is on the wall for Democrats. Future elections will be harder to steal the way they have been doing, and they’ll need some method of safety to keep the results tilted in their favor. Their best investment is the method they have committed to, election fraud through illegal immigration, and to hope that if they could lobby to get rid of the electoral college, then progressive states could then rob conservative states of their impact in federal elections, which is why they are putting more of an emphasis on the popular vote and rejecting the electoral college. However, the electoral college was created to frustrate just these very kinds of efforts. The vote counts of California and New York have become a joke that Republicans automatically write off as a presidential possibility because of their specific recruiting of illegal immigrants to boost Democrats for voter turnout. Because of the electoral college, Republicans have been too quick to concede the problem and, to avoid conflict, have simply not argued the fact. This isn’t how we should deal with an election fraud issue, but because of the electoral college, Republicans figure they can win without arguing about it. But as a last resort after so much investment, Democrats can see that it will get a lot harder in future elections if they don’t start counting the popular vote with more seriousness.

It continues to be a running joke that Joe Biden beat President Trump in an obviously rigged the election in 2020. Nobody believes that Joe Biden had over 80 million voters and won the popular votes as he had run his entire campaign in his basement, much the way Katie Hobbs in Arizona had. They knew at the time their messaging was bad, and Americans didn’t like them, but they controlled the cheating mechanisms and believed that society was at a lazy place where nobody would want to question the results of whatever election occurred. So now we see this new kind of arrogance from politicians and their campaigns that know they have advanced cheating mechanisms in place and don’t have to campaign traditionally to earn votes because they can manufacture them on the spot at will. That lack of respect for the voting process is new, and it started to show itself with the Biden election. So confident were they in their election cheating methods that they no longer felt they needed to earn votes to win. Just as they have done with illegal immigrants, allow them into the country and paint Republicans as the big meanies who want to deport them. Let those people vote in their own self-interest to stay in the country with illegally cast ballots. But for that to work as effectively as they planned, Democrats have to get rid of the electoral college, and once they do that, states like California could steal elections away from states like Ohio. Or Florida, which manages its elections very effectively, would be washed away by progressive states like New York. The point Democrats have in getting rid of the electoral college is that they can get rid of voting accountability, thus opening up the possibilities for cheating even more in the process.

What does that tell you about Democrats? To build an entire political party on election fraud is precisely what they have done, and to hide that fact, they need to convince society to measure elections by popular vote, as a democracy rather than the republic that it is, and to empower states to represent themselves individually, instead of a collective mass. It is far easier to focus illegal efforts of voting in a few states than to run an election fraud scam in 50 states. There are far more opportunities to get caught. As is increasingly part of the Democrat plan, because they do not have the heart of Americans, and they know it, they have lost the union vote to Trump, they have lost the women, and they are losing the minorities. They need illegal immigrants who don’t yet know how destructive Democrats are to vote for them illegally, and that will only work in states that do not require voter ID. That will then frustrate efforts in states with good election laws from being adequately represented in elections because their vote counts would mean less if widespread vote totals were utilized rather than the quality of the vote. This pattern persists at all election levels; Democrats don’t want a voting day; they want a voting quarter because Democrat voters tend to be lazy and have serious engagement problems. So they need a month to vote. And they can’t even be trusted to show up to vote, so Democrat votes have to be taken from their voters’ homes. Then to deal with all those problems, Democrats need fresh meat who do not yet know what scam artists they are as a political party, so they need illegal immigrants. This is why we have so many millions of new immigrants crossed into America illegally by Democrat policies to hide their real intentions of election fraud. Anybody supporting illegal immigration is also someone who is supporting the Democrat playbook to commit election fraud because that is really the only purpose for it. The intent to commit a crime is to stay in power as the voting base has rejected Democrat ideas. And it is for that reason that suddenly there is a push to get rid of the electoral college because only by making a push for a popular vote count can so many illegal votes be counted and used to hold power for Democrats.

The Truth Behind the Low Gas Prices: Government knows the real election results, and it terrifies them

Yes, gas prices have been low going into the 2023 year during Christmas of 2022, but it’s not because of the Joe Biden administration. It’s because of the last election. It’s not some miracle that suddenly, gas prices were driven down to under the three-dollar range during the Holiday Season. As I have been saying for a long time, the Biden economy is in a depression, technically. It is only propped up by the same phony public relations tricks that have hidden election fraud over the last couple of years and have attempted to paint the war in Ukraine as in America’s interests. Half a year ago, America was in a recession which the Biden administration denied because it would make them look bad during an election year. They wanted very much to curve off the impact of a massive red wave where they’d lose the Senate too, not just the House. So, they hid the realities of the economy from the public, and the media was, of course, complicit in that deceit. They are all wired as liberals, and that’s how they get away with it. They just didn’t cover the nasty news, much like they were complicit in the FTX meltdown, where even days before it was discovered that Sam Bankman-Fried had pulled off the most significant financial heist of wealth ever known, which his cryptocurrency scam that essentially contributed massively to the election of political Democrats. The money that was spent on Democrats was fake money from this scam, yet nobody will be able to take it back now. The media was complicit in building the kid up, and many people were scammed as a result, yet nobody found out about the fraud until after the election.

I would propose that an even bigger scam has taken place than what occurred with the Fed, and that is the unholy relationship with Larry Fink at BlackRock that they had to print fake money and distribute it among the money managers of Wall Street to allow them to buy up boards of directors around the world, especially in America and highjack the biggest corporations politically. Vivek Ramaswamy has done some of the best work in exposing this, but I would recommend the book The Lords of Easy Money as well. Everything was exposed between those two books, and that crisis will prove to be much more significant as an intentional fraud of the American people over time. And the news is complicit there as well. So everyone knows by now that most of 2022 were a year of multiple quarters of the recession currently in depression territory. And the last thing Washington’s political machines can afford is a bad Christmas season where the numbers are bad on consumer goods. That would really put a dagger into things, so the gas prices are artificially lowered, well below the market value, which is exacerbating the market volatility. They want people to have the extra money to overcome the out-of-control inflation so that the cash flow numbers don’t look so bad in January. Because the year of 2023 is going to be very eye-opening for a lot of people who aren’t very political. And things are going to get nasty, as they should.

But the most significant part of the entire scam is the revelation to the political insiders about the election results. They know who really won the election, precinct by precinct. I’ve seen election maps of the entire country before in war room type of situations; believe me, political parties know exactly how many votes were obtained where and by how much. There is nothing that isn’t known. And where election fraud occurred, it’s always obvious because the spikes in the precincts where it occurred are always statistically above the average in trends where it wasn’t performed to the same extent. Democrats know that they lost the House by a lot more than was actually reported, and they realize they lost the Senate and several governor seats. The only way Democrats held power in the Senate and in governor races in places like Nevada and Arizona was because they cheated. They rigged the election, and the FBI and other intelligence agencies have been caught in their cheat strategies from the 2020 election with the revelations of their influence over Twitter, so there is no question that election fraud did happen. And in 2022, even though that same complicit media hid the election fraud as part of the operation, the Democrats know the real story from those precinct maps. They know there was really a massive red wave that did sweep the country in the last election. They tried to keep the House with election fraud, but the momentum was too great. That is why gas prices are down. People will vote with their wallets every single time, and dying on a hill over gas prices will for the Desecrators of Davos types destroy everything they have been working to do, so they are relenting just enough to close out the last quarter by flooding the retail markets with cash not wasted on high gas prices. That’s the real story. Not that gas prices are low, but as to why. They should have been low all year, but the desire to price people out of their current cars and jump into the EV market has been a plan for a long time. But the real election results show the cost of such a move, so to retain power, they are trying to throw a bone at the public just to get through the Christmas season.

What they won’t tell you on the news is that the election of 2022 scared everyone in politics who want to hold on to their old order of globalism first and perpetuation of the Administrative State as they have been doing for most of the last couple of centuries. Before, when the United Nations showed an interest in global government, we giggled it off as ridiculous even though they clearly showed their cards ahead of time. But now we know what conspiracy theorists have been saying for years, and we voted accordingly. Even though the results have not been Trump Republicans taking over all government branches, people did vote that way. The intelligence agencies that have been stealing elections for decades now know how people voted, and it terrifies them. Even if the results don’t show in actual people in those seats, Democrats know that their policies are being rejected; it’s getting harder to cheat, as the lawsuit in Arizona clearly shows, and if big Democrat donors like FTX aren’t there for them in the future, what is going to happen to them. To kick the can down the road as most politicians do, they did the only thing they could do: artificially lower gas prices, hoping that everyone would just go back to sleep. They want to give everyone a Merry Christmas so that early into 2023, the news stories aren’t that we are technically in a Joe Biden-led recession that would translate into serious voting problems in 2024. With Trump announcing that he’s running again, they know they don’t have the cheat mechanisms in place to stop it the way they have been because there is now visibility on the matter, and they are in a panic. This is the best Christmas present of all for the rest of us.

Trump and the Constitution: The way lawyers have made it possible for politicians to cheat in elections, through “controlled” speech

Orwell said it long ago, control the language, control the world. And it is by that means that these latest intruders, progressives, seek to ravage the earth as just the latest power grab of the human race. And that was never clearer than when the RINO GOP and Democrats tried to paint Trump as an anti-Constitution insurgent who sits down with racists and neo-Nazis for dinner. In reference to Trump’s interaction with people like Kanye West and white nationals Nick Fuentes, Trump’s political enemies sought to use their definitions of language and terminology to hold the President to some invisible world they control through such mechanisms. And Trump was wise to brush it off and not react to it much. One of the first primary strategies for dealing with people like that is never to let your enemy define you. You can never let them decide the ground for strategic engagement. In Trump’s case, he’s a businessperson, and for him, everyone is a potential friend. That’s how he sat down with Kim Jong-un from North Korea where all other presidents had previously failed. In truth, all the other presidents failed in North Korea because they allowed “others” to decide what language they could use and couldn’t and what the definitions of a hostile actor on the world stage were. It’s the precise strategy being used by the Biden administration against Russia. Russia having a small economy is easy to pick on, so they have been a convenient catch-all for all the crimes of the Democrat party, the gain of function labs, the money laundering in Ukraine, and the push of the World Economic Forum to advance a Great Reset of the world’s economy to their whims and wishes. Trump didn’t play by any of those rules, and they are still trying to catch him on it with their definitions of who is off-limits to talk to and who isn’t.

But the most concerning ruse is that of election fraud, which took place in 2022 in Arizona and was most obviously noticed in 2020 when the election was stolen from Trump and given on a silver platter to Joe Biden, essentially by the Chinese and their masters at the World Economic Forum who control through finance much of the world. The crime of election fraud was being played by a typical lawyer trick of reading the words of the Constitution and using some loopholes of terminology to commit the crime. When the Constitution was written, both federal and state constitutions, there was always an assumption in honesty that society would have some basic ground rules of understanding they would be working with. Lawyers who now advise political figures who want to stay in power that the most important part of an election is the certification date, not the quality of the count. So with that being known, the priority in all elections was the peaceful transfer of power, not necessarily the will of the voters. And in that way, in 2020, and then much more obviously in 2022, so long as a state certified its election by the deadline, everything was considered correct and accurate. So when Trump indicated upon learning the vast amount of election fraud committed by Katie Hobbs in Arizona to steal the election away from MAGA challengers with reckless counting, and obviously dragging their feet to run out the clock on disputes of the election results before the certification deadlines hit, the President suggested that there be some kind of cooling off period to get the results corrected before certification. And that caused quite an outrage by the same people who knew full well what they were doing, a strategy of running out the clock of election fraud by prioritizing an election’s ongoing certification, no matter what people thought of the method of concluding. All that mattered to the cheating mechanism was a determination made by a Secretary of State, even if they certified the results themselves.

Right after the 2020 election, when I started my Rumble video channel, I told the viewers then that part of the election fraud mechanism was that no matter what methods of counting occurred, the cheating was outpacing a resolution with the courts. The courts run much slower than the election process, and so long as a peaceful transfer of power was set as the priority in elections, then all mechanisms of fraud would continue to be a problem. And that was Trump’s point after the apparent voter irregularities in 2022. It has taken two years for courts to make decisions on things that happened in 2020 finally; in many ways, we are just now learning some of them. But because the criminals got away with election fraud in 2020, they were much less careful about hiding it, with the world watching closely this time in 2022. They got caught committing fraud, but they didn’t care. Because legally, they knew that by the time the courts caught up to the process, years from now, that office holders would be well into their term, and the lawyers have advised their clients that nobody would have the stomach to undermine an election once an office holder was well into their term. Their lack of fear of that happening is why the election fraud occurred in the first place. And Trump is supposed to understand those rules established by those already in power, and those rules exist to keep people in power.

And it was those same rules that were used against Trump to get him out of power and to keep him out of power. We learned about our elections over the last several years and that the rules are designed to keep people in office, despite what voters might think of them. And to fight off any challengers who may rise up to remove them through an honest vote. There is nothing honest about our election system when the priority is on keeping the timeline of the certification process rather than the quality of the voting itself. As is expected, the certification process is just a rubber stamp, not an opportunity to question the results and then to seek an honest resolution. Instead, the lawyers, in this case, have advised politics in general that there is no recourse for questioning election results. There is within the constitutions, of course, but not defined by the way popular culture has allowed for the definitions of words. And that is where the real cheat has occurred, in the control of speech, what people can or cannot say, who they can meet with, and how the political game is played in general. What Trump has been found guilty of over this constitution issue and his dinner guests is not playing by the rules of those who desire to stay in charge through controlled speech and the definitions they have set for the world. Yet, that is precisely where the crimes were committed and where the election fraud occurred most noticeably. It’s why nobody cares if they get caught committing election fraud because, as most lawyers will say, what is any court going to do about it once an officeholder is sworn in? Nothing.

China’s Control Over American Elections and Plan for World Domination: Covid was their weapon of choice, and they intend to use it again

I say it all the time, and I’ll repeat it, China is a creation of the Desecrators of Davos, the world’s radical political billionaires who are looking at every opportunity to destroy the sovereignty of the United States. And the China Model is their weapon of war, and part of that weapon is the ability to control the elections. The way China has spent so much money buying up media opinions and politicians, it’s not a question of how much China has had over American elections. But the guilt runs right to the door of the Desecrators of Davos, who have worked so hard to prop up China and give them that ability. Without the Desecrators of Davos from the World Economic Forum, China would just be another third-world country selling rice to the west. It’s only through the actions of economic warfare that China gained the power to do in the world what they have been doing to show complete domination. Giving China money was like providing a mass murderer a gun to kill with. And they have used it to attempt to destroy America at every opportunity, most specifically by showing control over our elections. The protests from Arizona over the certification of the phony election there reveal the many plots that flow out of China to control who they have to deal with as opponents. Of course, China wants to deal with soft politicians that they can easily manipulate with stolen money. And if there was ever doubt about the 2020 election fraud, those doubts disappeared during 2022 when the theft was performed right out in the open, and Katie Hobbs and her crew could care less what anybody thought about it. They have no respect for American law and order because they all believe that China is the new model for the world and that the new rules apply to keep them in power, despite what voters think.

The protests that have erupted across China, specifically Shanghai, over Covid lockdowns show just to what extent the communist country is willing to go to hide its own complicity. In the United States, several important books are coming out in January of 2023 that will tell the real story of Covid. One is from Bobby Kennedy Jr., as a sequel to his first one, The Real Anthony Fauci, that will tell the story of how the virus was created in a Wuhan lab in China, and who knew what and went about unleashing the virus to the world. It is no longer speculation China worked with various American officials and members of the World Economic Forum to unleash a deadly disease to tamper with the American election of President Trump essentially, but even more sinister than that, to implement the China Model of complete control over the human race as the “new normal” that has been at the center of propping China up from the beginning. China was always intended to be the bad guy on the world stage that the rest of the world would fear. And they would determine the rules of conduct going into the future. They had enough compromised politicians, like the Biden crime family, even weak Republicans like Mitch McConnell, to allow China to manipulate America from behind the scenes maliciously. Even to control who gets into office and who doesn’t. The China-created Covid virus allowed so many states to implement lax voting laws that would allow for early voting by unverified mail, opening the door for massive cheating. It has been proven abundantly that digital machines, if not monitored carefully, could be hacked by a third party and that China has been doing just that in close races in the United States. So yes, there has been massive amounts of election fraud in America, and China has been the manipulator. Ultimately all the strings run to the Desecrators of Davos, but the hostile agent has been China.

What has been revealed by Twitter is clearly the China Model of complete censorship of speech by authoritarian liberals, assuming, as Katie Hobbs did in Arizona, that the world will become China. All the rules of the American Constitution were going to go away anyway. With its threat of world domination, China has given this illusion to manipulators in the United States, such as our intelligence agencies, who have become seduced by the power of centralized government. And that collaboration with “big tech” was shown to work in China, and that model was then duplicated at Google, YouTube, Facebook, and of course, Twitter. These were never free speech platforms but devices of communist rule over the minds of the many, and they learned to behave in such despicable ways because of the example China showed the world. The belief that everyone in the world needed to bend their knee to this new communist power is the justification for law-breaking that has allowed for election fraud to occur massively. The pressure exerted by China forced the rest of the world, especially the American courts, to adopt changes to traditional thinking out of their own need to preserve themselves. That is part of the election fraud machine, to convince good people to do nothing while the malicious attack our system of government with the intent to destroy it from the inside out.

Yet the protests from the people in China are what we could become if we allow this system to spiral out of control, as clearly has happened in the communist country. China has had to remove those protests from their state-controlled media with force, and the people there have no chance to stand up to the dictatorship of the corporate alliances that have propped China up to be such a threat to the world on purpose. The poor people there are being crushed while the world’s board of directors watches gleefully. The corporate and government alliances are just the latest attempt in the world to suppress the people that governments are supposed to work for. And in China, it has gotten away from them. They have no choice but to submit to mock Covid lockdowns meant to sell the latest coronavirus as a threat to the world to hide all the malicious deeds conducted by the global takeover of the entire economy. Only, in the United States, it’s not too late. It’s not easy to tell people what they are seeing; they aren’t seeing. Or to send tanks into a neighborhood to root out the rebels. In America, people are ultimately still in control. The media isn’t trusted, and neither is the government. And even when the elections are stolen, people do not just automatically submit to authority. Capturing authority figures alone doesn’t work in America; people are always looking for a choice. They don’t accept limits. That is not the American way, which is where we find ourselves now, feeling sorry for the poor people of China controlled by a ruthless government in league with the Desecrators of Davos and their plans for world domination. In America, people still intend to fight back, even when their elections are stolen. Because people don’t worship power for power’s sake, they expect results and do judge the good from the bad, which is why the election fraud isn’t sticking in Arizona or elsewhere. The China Model is failing, and unlike what they are doing to suppress the information in China, those methods won’t work in the United States.

Microsoft’s Role in Slowing Down Election Results: Using incompetency to hide malicious intent

I knew what they were up to before the sun came up on election day; Microsoft sent me, on one of their multiple pop-up windows, a message indicating that elections take time and that likely we wouldn’t know the votes totals by the end of the day.  The message warned me to “be patient.” So we are seeing the “operation slow walk” in some of these election races, where results are coming at us in a trickle rather than knowing results on election night as we have for all of our lives.  This strategy is part of the Desecrators of Davos influence over corporations who are in their World Economic Forum to take control of the world’s governments through bureaucratic procedures and changed expectations about efficiency.  And Microsoft is one of their biggest corporations, committed to implementing Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset by the target date of 2030.  Part of the strategy in doing that is to dumb down the world’s populations so that it is easier to fool them and lower their expectations, especially in capital markets, as to what can be productively accomplished.  The reason for that is an obvious Marxist model they are following where exceptional results need to be evened out with lackluster effort so that a new normal can be utilized as a part of that Great Reset which is easy for an Administrative State to manage as a central government from the perspective of the United Nations, which most of the world’s billionaires are betting their money on, will be the bank they can rely on for the future.  A stable government where crazy populist trends won’t affect their investment.  An empowered China to help enforce that global stability through a communist government run essentially by one central person.  And Microsoft’s job in the whole business is that they are connected to everyone in the world through some means or another and can therefore send messages directly to them instructing them how to think, how to behave, and what to expect.

Of course, the goal of the slow walk of the election day results, which was a pre-planned event by the minds behind Microsoft, just as the release of the Covid virus was, and for many of the same reasons, was to tame the effect of the Red Wave that has been building in America for quite a number of years.  Populism and Republican forms of government are Holy Water to the intentions of the Desecrators of Davos globalists, so anywhere they can, they mean to slow things down and lower the expectations that people in America have about their time and what can be done in it.  You might have noticed that the emphasis on drive-thru windows at fast food restaurants has changed from very fast to much more mediocre.  The only one that still lives up to American expectations is Chick-fil-A, which commits to fast and high-quality service.  But the rest of them have turned to dumbing down all their operations to essentially lower those expectations to the goals set for globalist control of corporate environments, making it much easier to instill the Great Reset for which Microsoft is one of the biggest cheerleaders.  Microsoft used to be committed to the computer world, making things faster and easier for people to be more productive.  But the company has changed a lot since the 1990s and is much more interested in directing people’s behavior in subtle ways, whether it is to push the stay-at-home office worker holding meetings through Teams or editing the use of words in their spell check.  How could Microsoft know before the American election that it would take time to count all the votes?  Because they were part of the plan to slow walk the results to minimize the effects of the Red Wave.  And control the media narrative on the populist movement in America into something that wouldn’t give people in other countries any big ideas.

By the time it’s all said and done, the Red Wave will be quite a statement.  Of course, built into slowing things down is the hope that all the poll watchers will let down their guard and allow vote counters a chance to inject a bunch of mail-in drop-off ballots that will mix with good ballots and tip the scales in favor of Democrats, who are the representative political party in America for the Desecrators of Davos.  By the time all the votes are counted, people will be thinking about Christmas shopping and will have moved on.  The media, which is just as in on the scheme as Microsoft is, will have contained the populist narrative of the 2022 election, and they hope that people will wear away their enthusiasm.   And that’s not hard to do, to get the corporations to back some globalist scheme as they are.  The CEOs all want to be at the cool kid’s table, and the current definition of cool kids is what the Desecrators of Davos have established in the ski resort town of big league meetings.  And, of course, they hire liberal people to run their companies, whether they are mass media or a company like Microsoft that touches everyone in the world through some means.  And employees typically do whatever is asked of them based on the corporate rules that are set.  Whatever they must do for a paycheck is the moral clause defining their actions.  So in that very simple way, a centralized terrorist plot to take over all the world’s economies by controlling the governments that manage them can efficiently be utilized by a few billionaires in a very small club.  And Microsoft was set up by Bill Gates to implement those goals long ago.

When Microsoft posted their message on election day indicating that counting votes takes time, they were lying.  What they mean to say is that all people should lower their expectations about what is possible, and the use of technology which has been planted in our minds as the cutting edge of efficiency and knowledge, is instructing us that the world needs to slow down instead.  And that we should expect less, not more.  It is the message of the Desecrators of Davos and their Brave New World of slowed-down supply chains, less service-oriented compliance, and much longer lines for everything.  They are pushing for a cashless society so they can be the central bankers of the new monetary system.  They want to control transportation, but to do that, people need to slow down in their lives to the limits of their intentions.  And they want to control speech.  If you use Microsoft Word, for example, you might notice that they continuously give suggestions on speech that would be less offensive to potential readers.  It’s all been a well-thought-out plot to slow down life in America so that a takeover of our way of life can be possible by the hostile characters from the Desecrators of Davos.  And Bill Gates has been a long-standing member, and written in the code of just about everything with a Microsoft logo on it is this malicious enterprise of subverting our American government and replacing it with a much slower, much more corrupt, and more globalist-oriented one.  And they conspired to suppress the election results so that they could control the media narrative of it.  And that act alone should tell you what a danger Microsoft is to us all in ways that many people aren’t ready to accept.

What a Dumb Idea Parading Barack Obama Was: As a domestic terrorist, he has only reminded people why they need to vote for Republicans

I knew this day would come eventually; the Chess game had been going on for a long time, and now it was time for the “checkmate.” Democrats are getting ready to get trounced in the 2022 midterms, but this isn’t a “come lately” thing. It’s been going on for a long time, going way back to 2009 with the start of the Tea Party movement. Parading Barack Obama around to try and help Democrats in key states indicates that the professional pinheads have no idea what they are doing or what forces are truly at play politically in the United States. The Democrats have put themselves in a terrible position because they failed to listen to the lessons that went wrong along the way, and now it’s time to pay for those mistakes. Barack Obama, at best, is a used car salesman who used his skin color to attempt to sell socialism to America. But worse than that, he was a creation of domestic terrorists like Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground. I must remind everyone that Barack Obama’s political career started in the living room of Bill Ayers and other Chicago radicals of progressive Saul Alinsky intent. He’s not a miracle; he was an inserted terrorist plot intent to undo America. And yes, his birth certificate had all kinds of problems which Sheriff Joe Arpaio pointed out quite well with a private investigation that showed the document to be made in modern times digitally with layered graphics. Back when Barack Obama would have been born in Hawaii, that kind of technology wasn’t around yet. So they got caught lying about the birth of Barack Obama and just about everything else to insert Obama in place to undo America from within, and this Joe Biden presidency, which was stolen by the same kind of personalities, radicals who have embedded themselves in our Republic form of government, is the third term of Barack Obama.   Obama isn’t a savior; he’s the cause of all the problems.

I remember what it was like in 2009 when the Tea Party movement was starting. We then learned to what extent George Soros was tampering with our election system to overthrow America. He was an early form of today’s Desecrators of Davos, and those success stories of using money as a military weapon to undo the most powerful country in the world started the resistance that led to this precise moment in time. And the attackers were so full of themselves that they didn’t see the writing on the wall from the begging. Before we could stop terrorists like Obama, we had to stop the bleeding from our own political party, the Republicans. From 2009 to 2012, we started to purge the RINOs from the party with the admission that they were more Democrats than Republicans and that they were the controlled opposition that Democrats wanted, which allowed them to make moves to attack the nature of America from the inside and rot it away beyond our control. Politicians like John McCain, Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, and Mitt Romney were what allowed terrorists like Bill Ayers and George Soros to believe they could get away with the greatest crime in the history of the world, the destruction of America and the theft of all its wealth to redistribute to the United Nations and their progressive intentions of doom. Through the Tea Party, we started to challenge members of our own party, which has taken a while, culminating in this 2022 election. But first, we had to change the nature of the party from what it was, a Republican Party made up of rich white guys, and turn it into something much better, a party for women, a party for immigrants, a party for all people of color, and that is precisely what has been done and is reflected in the wonderful candidates we have now in 2022. It took a long time to get there from 2009 and, in many cases, earlier. I’ve been doing this kind of thing since 1992, when I worked very hard for the Ross Perot campaign in the Reform Party. I knew even back in those good ol’ days that changes were needed.

From that critical 2012 election where Mitt Romney just rolled over and died for Barack Obama and played the nice little Republican pushover, we saw the same thing happening to Governor Kasich in Ohio, who misread the tea leaves and became much more Barack Obama-like. Notice you don’t see him around anymore. That was when Trump, from the Ross Perot Reform Party, made a move to be president, and people like me saw a golden opportunity. Over the next decade, Trump would spend billions of dollars of his own money to win the presidency, and that was just the way to defeat the controlled opposition that had been working against us all along. So the Tea Party morphed into the MAGA branch of the Republican Party, and the process of pushing out RINOs accelerated dramatically. Probably the best thing that could have happened was that the election was stolen in 2020 when the global forces desperate to prevent another term of Trump after he won in 2016 made all kinds of mistakes under pressure to reveal the kind of corrupt government the Tea Party had been trying to point out for many years. Before that, conspiracy theory writers like Jim Marrs had been pointing out all the corruption in our government. I would point them out also, in more direct and implacable ways, with millions and millions of words written to send out the signal to an unsuspecting public that needed time to absorb what was happening behind the media circus they were fed through broadcast entertainment. The Trump presidency forced all that to the surface for all to see, and it only strengthened the MAGA movement.

In the end, we will end up with 12 years of Trump influence before he rides off into the sunset and a whole new generation of Kari Lake Republican Party members can then manage our government for the next several decades with the Democrat Party utterly destroyed. Given the nature of just how corrupt everything was, returning to how Barack Obama was inserted into the White House behind a mask of racism and guilt meant to keep us from looking at the terrorist roots behind him. Obama’s brother tried to tell us. Reverend Jerimiah Wright told us all we needed to know. But we didn’t listen because Obama was a person of color. And now, with Herschel Walker in Georgia running against another government communist, we see just how phony the racism thing for Democrats always was. They only wanted women and minorities if they were Democrats. If they were Republican, they attacked even more viciously, which forced people to admit to themselves what a rigged game it always was. Now they have seen it for themselves, and the payday is upon us. And parading Barack Obama around, or Oprah Winfrey isn’t going to resurrect their insurgency of America. Their terrorist act of progressive destruction has been revealed to the American people, who now see what they must do, which wasn’t so obvious when the Tea Party first started. Then only a few of us saw what had to happen. But now, more than ever, they see it and are joining the Republican Party for solutions. We have removed many of the old losers who kept the Republican Party from winning, and now it’s a party that can do some real good in the world. And there is nothing Barack Obama, or anybody else, can do about it. Obama was the cause of the problems; he will never be the solution.

Trying to Find Something Nice to Say About Mike DeWine: Are Fran’s cookies enough?

Obviously, I’m not a Mike DeWine fan. He blew it during Covid by leading the nations into the lockdowns and open tyranny that the rest of the blue-state Democrats followed to ruin our lives. I know people who had their lives utterly ruined during the Mike DeWine lockdowns and even died. The social isolation, the separation of family members, and the attempts to shut down social gatherings such as churches over some ridiculous government tampering with the medical industry were reprehensible, and Mike DeWine led the way. My kids absolutely hate Mike DeWine; his dumb behavior set back their lives by likely seven years at least and personally cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars. So it was no small feat when a person I know who is very close to the DeWine administration asked me if I could think of something nice to say about the guy ahead of the Midterm elections on November 8th, 2022. I can usually think of something nice to say about anybody. But on Mike DeWine, he has essentially been a Democrat, and I don’t like anything about Democrats. Just because he put an “R” next to his name doesn’t make him a Republican. As we have seen at many levels of politics, an “R” isn’t enough. Suppose a politician doesn’t act like a Republican. In that case, I think worse of them than if we are just dealing with a Democrat because we are dealing with another level of dishonesty, and DeWine sold himself dishonestly when he proposed that he was a Republican. Yet the person running against Mike DeWine for this 2022 governor race is even worse as a Democrat, so the question is, do you vote for the Democrat who is pretending to be a Republican, or do you deal with the radical socialist who calls herself a Democrat but might as well be the secretary of Karl Marx? These are tough choices and not very good for a world of free and fair elections.

So I have been digging deep, trying to find something I like about Mike DeWine. My friend knows I represent a lot of Republican voters who just will never put their name next to Mike DeWine because of how he behaved during his first term. But a few nice words from me might encourage others who feel the same way to maybe hold their nose and vote for DeWine anyway, for the good of the party. So this has been a tough one for me, and I have had to work hard at it for several weeks now, trying to find anything good about Mike DeWine, and the thing that jumped out most to me was that his wife, Fran, makes good cookies. I had a chance to meet with Mike DeWine a few months ago at an event, and his wife gave me some cookies, and they were really good. Were they good enough to elect him governor again? Well, maybe. Ruin people’s lives, kill them with lockdowns by putting the liberal disaster Amy Acton in charge of Ohio Health Care, but Fran’s cookies…………………… it’s kind of like weighing an Egyptian heart against a feather to see if you can pass into the Duat during death.

But then I had to think of some more things if I could, and I can say with a straight face that during the last two years of Mike DeWine’s term, he has worked well with the Republican Reps and Senate on gun legislation. DeWine has been good on gun control measures and pro-Second Amendment concerns. He even signed H.B. 99, which my local state rep, Thomas Hall, sponsored, which provided standards for teacher training to be armed in public schools to fight back against the risk of school shootings. So, those are a few real things that Mike DeWine has done in his first term that was very positive. Sure, he wouldn’t have done them at all unless he was way underwater with Republican voters because of what he did during Covid. But it’s way better than what we would have had under Nan Whaley. Mike DeWine has signed real law proposed by the Ohio legislature that provided constitutional carry and Stand your Ground law that has undoubtedly made Ohio much better from a Second Amendment perspective. And that’s kind of what politics is, a give and take, and if it took so many people to hate Mike DeWine to make him strong on Second Amendment issues, then maybe that’s a good thing.

Then there is an issue that I care about quite a lot, and that is the election of Sharon Kennedy to be Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. I know Sharon, and she is fantastic. I would love to see her become the Chief Justice, which is very possible. The Supreme Court, for a long time now, has been in a balancing act between liberalism and conservative value. If Sharon wins the Chief Justice position, then her replacement would then be appointed by Mike DeWine. And in that way, like the gun control legislation, DeWine would pick a strong conservative, which would certainly help secure the Supreme Court with much more conservative representation. Ultimately, we must have a conservative Supreme Court. We have a strong presence of conservatives among the State Reps and the Senate, but the Supreme Court has been weak. A lot of people have called themselves “Rs,” but in reality, they have been very liberal by their voting record. DeWine, in other years, might have picked a liberal for the Supreme Court nomination, but he’s not dumb. He sees where things are going in this MAGA Republican Party, so he would be very inclined to appease Republicans with a strong pick.

So there are three things I thought of nice to say about Mike DeWine. See, I can find something nice to say about anybody, even him. He has been good for the last two years on Second Amendment issues. He has a good chance of doing very well on the Supreme Court by picking a conservative replacement for the Chief Justice. Based on what DeWine has done with gun rights, this particular year would likely be a more conservative choice than in other years. Then there are the cookies. Should we vote for Mike DeWine because of his wife’s cookies? Maybe it does all come down to that.

Sometimes you get governors who are so out of touch that you can’t even talk to them when you see them. Fran was always so personable when I was at that event with the DeWines. Mike asked me if I wanted a picture; I, of course, said that I was good. I didn’t want a picture. He didn’t make any strange faces; he just moved on to the next person. But Fran made sure I had some cookies, and they were very good. Even though I think of the DeWine family as a bunch of Democrats, I can at least say that they mean well. That was DeWine’s excuse after Covid; he thought he was doing the right things and just following the orders of the CDC. And that is always the danger of following government; they usually don’t know what’s best. But they have the power to impose their view of reality on people, which makes them dangerous. But Fran DeWine’s cookies were good. All voters will have to make that hard choice on November 8th. Are Fran’s cookies enough?
