Men With Small Penises Sign the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve: The final act of a fool

“The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” he said in Hawaii, where he is spending his vacation. “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

Oh dear reader, you didn’t hear about this while you prepared for your New Years Eve festivities? You didn’t notice it while the various football bowl games played on your television. The quote above is from Barack Obama as he signed the very controversial NDAA Act that was delivered to him in Hawaii where he is on vacation. His statement above is a looters disclaimer for all posterity to witness, that Obama is feigning concern while it was his office that actually asked for the harsher language which now enables the President of the United States to detain American citizens at any time and place and torture them based on his or a future presidents suspicions. Done under the guise of “safety” and under the premise of support for the military, the NDAA Act is a travesty against personal sovereignty and a subtle declaration of war against not countries like Iran, but the American people who pay for all this tyranny with their tax money.

What seems to escape most people traveling about in their daily lives especially on New Year’s Eve is that DUI check points as they are currently used are against the law and have been for quite some time. They were started as a way to appease the mothers of MADD in their quests to bring about tough drunk driving legislation and pay tribute to their loved ones who died in traffic accidents. You can see in this clip that DUI check points have actually become security parameters that are just a few levels below the security check points in corrupt countries like Mexico. If you’ve ever traveled around the interior of Mexico, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

These check points were of course started with the best of intentions, and the officers who man them are just doing their jobs………..but they do not question the merit of their job. If their job is to enforce the law, then what is the value of their job if the people who make the law are crooked, manipulative power-hungry, mentally challenged fools? Because I would argue that the value of many laws created by law makers are as foolish as the men and women who make them, and do little for the betterment of the human race. Who are legislators who fight to stay in office and make more laws every single day just so they can become wealthy off the tax payer revenue, to dictate that they have a right to alter an American life in any way?

And as bad as many of these checkpoint laws are using DUI’s as an excuse to set up a police barricade they are NOTHING compared to what was just signed into law by the President of the United States in the removed paradise of Hawaii. The NDAA will give much more power to these police officers shown above. And for jobs that are perceived too big for the local police, the military can now be used to openly arrest and detain any critic of the government under the definition of terrorism. Because terrorism could be defined by a law maker, and not the American Traditionalist who is holding up their copy of the Constitution and demanding adherence to the laws of that founding document. A terrorist could be anyone who supports the Tea Party, anyone who supports the political party opposite the current president. It could be a filmmaker in Hollywood who makes a controversial film that is critical of the government. It could be an author who writes political thrillers, or it could be someone who simply refuses to play ball as the governments grabs for power. (a message to my Hollywood left friends, see, they used you. I told you they would. You took their money to green light your projects, made their propaganda films, and now you will be potential targets if you don’t play ball. Enjoy your swim in your pool while you still can.)

The NDAA Act is a tyrannical law that is either proving all the conspiracy theorists correct, that a global conspiracy is seeking to completely dismantle America and kill it’s people so that the rest of the world can be equal as a world power by taking away the high bar that America sets for the rest of the world—or the politicians who wrote the law and signed it are foolish, short-sighted, naive, idiots that history will laugh at in context. If you know history, this has been done many times before. The NDAA Act is not a new concept, dictators, tyrants, kings, and many solitary rulers have used the rule of law to climb into power. And in America, what has always made the United States different was the checks and balances of power that exist between the House, the Senate, and the Executive Branch. Now, at the President’s discretion “terrorists” can be identified and eliminated just the tyrant Saddam Hussein did in this clip where he purged his government of dissidents. Notice how these men when called out just stood up nicely and walked away to their deaths. That was the cost of compliance…………….their lives. What you see below was done most recently not only in Iraq, but Cuba, Russia, Germany, Somalia, China, North Korea, virtually everywhere on earth where one ruler has risen to make themselves a living god. Too much power can never be given to one person……………….EVER. Or one government, the United Nations is too unintelligent collectively to spot a tyrant, so as a solitary world government; they will be unsuccessful in eliminating evil from the earth, which they fancy as a possibility. Their fantasy is not based on history, but on academic theory.

It is difficult for most American’s to understand why anyone would want so much power, because American’s are traditionally free of such concerns. But we can all point to a boss somewhere in our lives that was a power hungry son-of-a-bitch and caused us to scratch our heads in wonder about such characters. The Constitution gives us the right to brush off such foes for the most part, so the American mind does not grasp that tyrants have a real lust for power, and they are a very real threat to our lives. But the tyrants are not in some far away land; they are not the Saddam Hussein’s (created by the CIA to combat Iran, or the Osama bin Laden’s also created by the U.S. Government to combat Russia through war with Afghanistan). The tyrants are currently the ignorance of elected officials with poor quality minds who fantasize that they have the ability to protect American citizens from ourselves by eliminating threats to our safety, even if it is the controversial among our population. And the dictator may not be the small-minded community organizer Barack Obama, or the drug addict, alcoholic, born-again-Christian George W. Bush, but might be some comb-over politician squawking in the corner someplace upset that the girl he was with last night wouldn’t suck his small penis, so he seeks to rectify the situation and impress her with a climb for power in the United States, and he might even run for president and become elected like other fools have, Clinton comes to mind (remember the Vince Foster death) or Lyndon Banes Johnston. And when they realize they can use the NDAA Act to overcome their small penis size, they will become just another tyrant on the face of the earth that must be dealt with.

Well Federal Government. Whether you intended to or not, you just declared war on the American people. Your folly cannot be ignored any longer, and it won’t be. With the passage and signing of this NDAA Act each member who has signed it has proven they are not equipped to be a representative in this republic of America, and have squandered away the Constitution as cheaply as a dollar placed into the G-string of a stripper. You have failed Federal Government, and although it will take time to clean you all up from office and undo the travesties you have done to our American way of life, 2012 will see the start of that clean-up. And you have nobody to blame but yourselves. You started this.

Want proof of their guilt? Just look at their actions and ask the important questions. Why was the NDAA Act signed on New Year’s Eve, on a Saturday? Why not Friday, or Thursday? The answer is because they wanted to bury the news story away from the minds of the American public. Suddenly the football scores from yesterday’s games don’t seem so important, do they?

Oh, and about the penis size issue, penises and their lack of ability to work without the aid of drugs have done more evil in the world than most people care to realize.  Men who cannot bring a woman to orgasim properly usually take to politics to compensate for their deficiencis and create something else in their lives which makes them appear potent……because physcially they aren’t cutting the mustard.

Old Dan Tucker: A New Year promise to progressive parasites and victims of Stockholm’s Syndrome

My wife was getting some items for our family New Year’s Eve Party, as she proudly showed me a bottle of bourbon called Old Dan Tucker distilled in Kentucky. She told me she had gotten it because it reminded her of Mr. Edwards from her favorite television show, Little House on the Prairie when she was a little girl. That brought to my mind the thought of Mr. Edwards in that old show about westward expansion and remembered that Mr. Edwards used to sing the song Old Dan Tucker whenever he was happy:

Old Dan Tucker was a fine old man
He washed his face in the frying pan
He combed his hair with a wagon wheel
And died of the toothache in his heel

My wife showed me the bottle and read off the list of menu items she planned to prepare then went delightfully back into the kitchen to begin cooking. She had a pop to her step that was fun to watch and I realized that it was part of her personal culture from her childhood that had put her in such a good mood.
Thinking of Old Dan Tucker requires me to explain a bit further what I alluded to yesterday in my declaration of the difference between a producer of wealth and a simple whore. Not that Old Dan Tucker was either one, but rather it’s that spirit behind such characters that can either create a person of self-reliance or a social parasite. The video below best exemplifies what I have been saying for quite some time regarding the real solution to most problems that exist all around us right here, right now, and that most of the peril the human race faces is self-induced and rather silly. The video you are about to see puts in perspective just how much a hundred million dollars is and how it can dramatically improve the life of one individual person. It should be noted that the video is a campaign video from a fan of Ron Paul and is advocating the political beliefs of the person running for Paul’s congressional seat. And like or hate Ron Paul’s foreign policy views, Paul is certainly the only politician on Capitol Hill, besides his son, who grasps the concepts uttered in the classic book Atlas Shrugged. And like the plot line of that great book, much of the money supply that America and the rest of the world is fighting for is being held up not by the rich, and not by an over burdened middle-class, or even consumed by the welfare class. Money and people’s access to it are being controlled by the “political class” simply to keep class warfare intact, war perpetuated so that the citizens of the earth are distracted enough to look for a leader to guide them through the turmoil. But before we can examine why and how, the understanding of how much money one hundred million dollars is must be comprehended.

The hold up of this wealth is what triggers massive conspiracies like the Bilderberg Group and the Illuminati and pawns like Communist Party USA leader Jarvis Tyner to play right into the hands of these speculative conspiracies by executing their designed role. Tyner stated over the recent Christmas break that he draws a clear right/left battle line and the communist’s commitment to Party ‘friend’ President Barack Obama and to the Democratic Party cause by saying:

“2012 is a big election year and as we know the stakes are very high. The right-wing Republican opposition unashamedly defends the wealth and privilege of the 1% over the 99% that includes tens of millions who are struggling to survive. These self-proclaimed patriots are willing to wreck our country in order to defeat Barack Obama in 2012 elections. Our party and youth league are an active part of the great democratic mass that is standing”

So what’s the solution to all this…….chaos instigated by the few to spread disparity across all social classes? What creates social classes to begin with? How can a political class execute these restrictions without weapons or force? Well—it’s rather easy, and if you have ever spent time studying world cultures like I have, you defeat your enemies by eliminating their culture. If you do that, you take away their will to fight, and their entire perspective to what their living role is in life. If you take away a society’s culture you will leave its people in a rudderless existence looking for someone to lead them.

So when it is said that the so-called “middle class,” the “working class,” the “welfare class,” the “One percent,” all these designations are at war with each other, they are at war for one reason, to keep the political class in power. And the political class stays in power by keeping the world fighting in needless skirmishes so that they have something to do. That is really all there is to it. This is why Ron Paul comes under such scrutiny over foreign policy when he states that America should take care of itself as a sovereign nation. What happens to most of the world’s wealth can be understood by the microcosm of African aid where millions upon millions of dollars are sent to the poor countries of Africa only to be consumed by the tyrannical dictators of those countries who purposely keep the people poor and under their control. The donors all over the world feel good about themselves for sending something, but they unknowingly perpetuate the evil by not ensuring that the intended victims get the rations, instead of the thugs who rule countries like Ethiopia. By sending money and food they actually feed the tyrants who confiscate the resources so as to keep people hungry, and educationally deficient so they are easy to control.

This sort of control isn’t isolated to small countries in Africa, but are easily seen in places like North Korea as the death of Kim Jong Il spawned worldwide concern over what kind of “leader” the son would be, who is not yet 30 years of age.

What makes people stand along those snow packed roads mourning the loss of a man who controlled every aspect of their lives? What keeps them in line while just a few soldiers guard the funeral procession? What prevents the people from overrunning the government from the communist elite and taking their freedoms back? The answer is the static pattern of culture. The people you have seen in Ethipoia and the people of North Korea are a beaten people because their culture was taken from them and is controlled by their rulers.

This is what we see happening slowly in the United States. Because America and it’s revolution from England set off a blaze of attempts throughout the world and to this very day remains the only beacon of freedom available to the hopeful who might one day come here, it is the United States Constitution that provides that freedom and is being attacked slowly through education, occupation, and propaganda so to remove that tool and bring America closer to the ruling parties of the rest of the world. Notice how Obama here says that America is a “democracy” which it isn’t. But in saying such things, he plays his part in eroding away the American culture just a bit at a time so that American’s can be much more compliant and less freedom loving in the future. Is Obama aware that he plays this role? I’d bet not. Barack Obama just does what he’s taught and told, and his static pattern is that of a socialist, so he doesn’t understand anything else. And as for the quality of person that he is, I doubt he could even manage a gas station. He’s simply a figure-head that reads what his speech writers prepare for him. And the speech writers construct their documents to appease the administrations financial contributors. That’s how the process begins. Obama is not a ruler or a leader of any kind. America doesn’t have rulers, even though we are told constantly that we do. American has public servants and that is what Obama is. His actual importance is that of a servant. Would you let the maid of your home tell you how to live your life, of course not? So why do you let a president?

The method that all these rulers and would-be leaders use to implement their aims is called The Stockholm Syndrome by modern science. It is what allows the very few to rule the masses and they do so through depravity. When governments use regulation to prevent freedom, they are using The Stockholm Syndrome to covert in people’s minds that it is government who provides, not the people themselves, and therefore government must be treated with respect. This is why politicians and thugs insert themselves between the people and the wealth that occurs through personal initiative. This is why we are not wealthy by the majority, because if government got out-of-the-way, we all could be, easily—as shown in the first video above. You see, governments of any country do not want personal initiative, and they certainly do not want people to understand that they are free. Those highest in government got there because they are a looter in some way or another and willing to climb those ladders of power and are no different from simple whores who will do anything for money. But once there, these same whores find they can use The Stockholm Syndrome to not only stay in power, but to gain more. This is why American culture is under attack. And this is why my mind is on Old Dan Tucker and my wife’s delight over her childhood memories of Little House on the Prairie, a show that was all about American culture. While that show played on prime time TV, every Saturday night another show called Hee Haw played and my grandparents used to watch it religiously, and since I was around them often, I had no choice but to watch also and in the back of my mind I remembered that Grandpa Jones had a rendition of that song that was popular back then.

In my own youth I would shoot guns and practice with my bullwhips while my grandfather played a banjo on his back porch and my grandma would cut the head off a chicken and cook it for dinner. During dinner we’d watch Hee Haw so I understood my wife’s nostalgia for that song and as I went back and found the video you just watched it became evident that our American culture has been under severe attack by progressives for nearly two straight decades now. That video would never be on prime time television these days, television executives wouldn’t stand for it. Progressivism (this tendency toward The Stockholm Syndrome) has actually been going on for 100 years, but it wasn’t until fairly recently that they gained majority power at networks and newspapers to begin to implement their long-term strategy which is to rob America of its independence by making us all “interdependent” to the nations of the world, many of whom are ruled by whores like Kim Jong Il, even if to lesser degrees, it is The Stockholm Syndrome that is intended.

Want to see The Stockholm Syndrome at work right now? Go to Washington D.C. and visit K-Street. The prostitutes there, many are victims of human trafficking and it is The Stockholm Syndrome that keeps them attached to their pimps. Think about it, after a night of sex, what keeps one of those women from taking her $500 to $1000 and leaving town to work somewhere far away as a waitress or factory worker? Fear. So at the end of a night letting men spew all their goo all over and inside them, they bring their money to their pimps out of blind obedience. And what about the customers, the lobbyists and politicians who roam up and down K-Street till 4 and 5 AM picking up these prostitutes, cheating on their wives back home in their districts, what possesses them to do such a thing? Their low quality nature, their destroyed cultural perspective, their enslavement to progressivism, to The Stockholm Syndrome of party rule, pick one side or the other and play by the rules. If they step out of line they get their noogies cut off…….fear, just like the K-Street prostitute.

Culture is the key to success or failure of a nation. Without a firm understanding of what it is, people are easy to conquer and manipulate. So on this eve of a new year I can declare one thing, which is in evidence here…..I will not let American culture die. And I’m not alone in that declaration, but I have decided over this past year of 2011 to make a career change and I’m in the middle of it now. My goal of 2012 is to help resurrect the America that I remember from my own youth where banjo pickin’ was common in the country and rock and roll roared in the suburbs. The music and culture of America is about rebellion from any form of tyranny and the government is intended to be minimal as established by The Constitution. So my new career is to provide the young people of American culture something to slap their knee to and give them the willingness to fire a gun and keep in their minds fresh a culture that is the best opportunity for the entire world to be wealthy, healthy and wise, and free of government parasites whose small meager minds can only be lofty at the expense of the human race.

And as to Old Man Tucker—oh he’s alive as Bruce Springsteen will show you here from a 2007 concert in Italy. Listen to the audience, they know the song……and I think it’s about time America stop apologizing for being good and focus on playing Old Man Tucker to the people of Ethiopia, North Korea, and the girls on K-Street and hang the tyrants of communism, progressivism, and the political class atop a flag pole by their pant legs.

Happy American New Year! Save the world by destroying progressivism! But not before I eat some of this good food I smell coming from the kitchen.

What’s the Difference between a Whore and a Regular Job: Not Much, they have the same goals

I have no doubt that several lawyers, public relations people, school officials, law enforcement personalities and general busy bodies are at this very moment wondering what on earth they are to do about Rich Hoffman. I received more than a handful of phone calls yesterday from friends, family and enemies wanting to know why I cared so much about the situation at Lakota Public Schools where it is now clear that the administration desired very much to rid themselves of their PR director and they spent a lot of money to do it. Much of these conversations centered around a presumption that I gave a rat’s ass what people thought of me and that somehow public relations spin would work with me, which I found insulting. So I patiently listened to the nearly dozen pleas for reprieve, some of them were actually well-intentioned and useful, but most were obvious attempts to steer me in a direction, away from the path that I know is correct.

But how do I know what’s correct where others do not? That is always the question, isn’t it? How could I know something that “they” don’t? After all, weren’t they educated to know things, and trained to sell that knowledge back to society as a kind of exchange for their time and trouble? And if I did not follow along the path of their orthodox, then how was I qualified to cast an opinion?

Well, this particular quandary requires some basic education. I sympathize that much of what I say and do will require a fresh perspective from the typical reader and listener of my points of view. And to qualify the thoughts of these people, I would refer them to the classic Clint Eastwood film, The Gauntlet.

In that movie Clint Eastwood plays a cop who has to transport a Las Vegas prostitute to a murder trial of which she was a witness. Unfortunately for Eastwood, the police force has set him up because they deemed him too stupid and naive to see that organized crime wanted to kill the prostitute and the police chief knew that to provide cover for the murder, a cop would have to die also. So the police chief picked Eastwood to escort the girl in for the trail so both could be killed without any real trouble.

During the journey Eastwood learns that many of the people in the system he knew and trusted over the years are actually far more dirty and corrupt than the Vegas prostitute, and compared to her, most of the people in his life were actually much bigger whores. This postulates my position over politics in general and what I’ve learned about the role of public education in our communities and can be seen vividly in that document request exhibited in that essay mentioned. Most people conduct their lives like whores; they sell their time away often too cheaply and are surprised that people don’t respect them when they flaunt how much money they have. In fact I watch with some levels of fascination at the topics of conversation among families over holiday breaks and company fiestas just how important respect is to so many people, and they are surprised when people don’t respect them when it’s obvious that money is all they care about. Just like the whore who takes off her clothes, lets some man or woman ravage her body for personal pleasure, the whore gets paid, takes a shower then does the whole thing again for the next paying job; how is this any different from what a lot of people do every day?

Is a paying job not whoring because it involves a school with children in it, because both occupations take personal liberties with their conscience to make money? I do not believe that the PR director who charges the tax payers such large sums of money as shown in those billing statements for listening to the radio, or answering emails, or advising the superintendent on what to say to the press has any more social value than a Nevada prostitute.

It’s not just the education profession, but rather I’d say it’s virtually any hourly job where nothing tangible is produced which equates to prostitution in my mind. For example, if you are a lawyer and charge by the hour to listen to a client, you are no different from a whore. The only real difference is you leave your cloths on to perform your job. In fact, you get paid to dress up, not dress down, and to not maintain a fantasy of sexual release but the fantasy of power given to you by politicians, your peers who wrote laws at the state and local level to give you business. All your meetings with a judge, all your depositions, all your court appearances are simply role-playing to maintain the fantasy of law and order. If you are a doctor, in most cases you are charging by the visit to write notes so clients can get off work and perhaps fill a drug prescription you know your patients don’t need. You know most of your patients don’t need the drugs you prescribe but you do it anyway so that the pharmacy down the road can have the business. You don’t want to believe you do this; instead you persuade yourself your patient’s need you, and you must convince them of the same to keep them coming back for more.

Pharmacists even with all their education and knowledge are merely being paid to keep people addicted to pharmaceutical products. Once the body’s natural systems become addicted to the products of pharmacy, physical dependency is created and pharmacists know it, yet they continue day in and day out to keep their mouths shut because they don’t get paid to think, they get paid to administer drugs. Think of the teacher who sells their 7.5 hours a day away and their dreams of helping young children to learn halfway through their 20’s that they are but pawns to the labor union and the political power those unions play in politics. The teachers keep their mouth shut because where else can they make so much money and only work 227 days a year, 7.5 hours a day……A Nevada whorehouse?

Even reporters who thought they’d change the world with their reporting and find once they get their big break for a respected organization like Time Magazine, CNN, or even a local newspaper find out that their editors put caps on their reporting and learn too late that they are simply PR tools who are paid to provide the slant of the company and to like it or quit, just like a prostitute. Or the PTA moms who are on their second marriage and currently having an affair with their coworker while their husbands are out-of-town. These busybodies have a voracious appetite for some bottomless pit of fulfillment who move to a great school district hoping that the school will cover all their personal faults and give their child a shot at being better than they are. So they beg for more tax money when the school administrators demand it and those PTA moms end up sounding just like whores competing for work. (How is this any different from a typical levy campaign?)

I could go on and on, but for simplicity the rule of thumb is, does the job you do make something that can be sold to someone else? Or is what you are making just air spoken from one mouth to the ear of another. If it is the later, you are no better than a prostitute to my way of thinking. That doesn’t mean you don’t have value, after all I would not say that prostitutes are bad people. They are somebody’s children and inside every one of their minds are the hopes and dreams of every human being. But what they do for money not only says a lot about their personal philosophy, but their own sense of worth. The people I admire are those who make things. It might just be a factory worker who makes pencils for $9 per hour, or it might be a developer who creates shopping centers and restaurants. It might be the inventor who creates DNA technology that eliminates the entire pharmaceutical industry. I put the value of that one person over the collective value of every single employee because the inventor made something real. The employees simply showed up to collect money, and wherever there is money, there are always whores on money just like there are always flies on shit. The more money, the more whores looking to take some of it. The pharmacy companies are making pills which are equivalent to the condom manufacturer who supplies a whore house. The values are equitable.

So I am not impressed with any of the characters in the documents seen in the referenced article. None of the PR work impresses me, none of the legal work, none of the administrative work, none of the financial strategy; it all reeks of a whore house to me. I know that this information is a shattering revelation for many who have invested their entire lives into these professions, and that is what drove all the messages I received about my article. But a whore is a whore, and if you are selling yourself for only money, you are doing the same thing that the sex whores are doing, only you don’t take your clothes off to do it. The social value of your endeavor is no different, and getting mad at me won’t change that. Only you can.

If you want to know who are the whores and who are those of value in society it is very easy, the whore performs a task then asks for money.  The people of value make money then purchase what they want!  The money can be spent and the people of value can always make more whereas the whore cannot.  The whore must clean themselves up and sell their time again, and again.  They are dependent on the desire of a creator to provide their livilihoods, and will always be at the mercy of lust, hunger, or pity from those who actually make money.   And by that measure the grill cook at your local fast food restaurant has more value than the President of the United States because at least the grill cook made a hamburger where all the president did was whore themselves to the highest paid clients.   It doesn’t matter if it’s the cat house or The White House, it’s all the same in value. 

So I do not care what a group of whores think of me, because their opinion is of no real value, only perceived value which isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

Document Request from Lakota: The bill for P.R. during the levy and YES you will be angry

In reading the article on Christmas Day about Lakota cutting its music program in the upcoming year to meet its budget needs, take special note of everything that you will see below, which might seem overwhelming, but if you care about your child and the school they attend, you’ll pay close attention.  You can read that article written for Christmas Day about Lakota here:

The only reason Lakota would cut its music program is to extort from the voters support for another levy.  But in fact, the residents of Liberty Twp and West Chester are more than adequately funding Lakota for a great education for the children, sports, busing, and everything we expect.  It is the administration and the union interest that is playing this game of financial extortion with valued programs and if you will take the time to read this, you will see the proof for yourself.  What you will see throughout this article are the actual billing sheets that Lakota spent on public relations after the release of their PR director in September.  The waste will amaze you.   Pay particular attention to the length of the discussions and think of the money flying right out of the window. 

There has been a lot of speculation about the $90,000 payout to the former PR director at Lakota. The reason is that in the wake of all the discussion Lakota as a district has uttered about not having enough money to deal with which necessitates a new tax levy, then when it is learned that $90,000 was paid to a former employee who didn’t directly contribute to any educational activities, but simply held a PR position that was paid $79,000 per year, questions come to mind about the way Lakota spends it’s money and must be examined.  And much of the reason that the former PR director left her job is revealed in the information below and is just another example of an administration starting with the school board that is inept in its dealings with employees by attempting to strong-arm people both within the school system and outside into doing what they what they politically desire.  When such actions are taken and  mistakes are made because a line was crossed, then payoffs that total $90,000 must be made to correct the error.   That’s why the school system has been reluctant to report what happened between Joan Powell and Laura Kursman and  why it cost the district so much money.  The exact content of the dispute is still a mystery but involves allegations of illegal requests from the district to Laura Kursman in handling the media.  Keep reading!

To put things in perspective consider that with the current tax assessment on community properties at $1,140 per $100,000 evaluation, and for ease of calculation let’s assume that the entire amount of that property tax went toward Lakota Schools, (which it doesn’t) it would take 78.9 homes valued at only $100,000 each to cover the cost of that payout to the former PR director. For homes valued at $200,000 each which is more appropriate for home values in the Lakota District, it will take 39.4 homes to cover the cost of the $90,000 payout. That’s a lot of homes.

The problem with the district and public education in general is that they function with a collective philosophy while most of the rest of society does not. Public schools since they are government employees do not think from a self-reliance standpoint, and they are not teaching our children self-reliance. Public schools, as shown through the actions of the Lakota School System lean on consultants and advisors at every possible instance. For example, Lakota spent approximately $40,000 to the recruiting firm of Lovett and Lovett to find Jenni Logan the new treasurer at Lakota which was a good hire, but should it have cost $40K to find her? The same type of money was spent to find the new superintendent Karen Mantia who was working 70 miles up the road but $43K was spent on the firm Hudepohl and Associates to find her. All that occurred during the fiscal year of 2011 and if you add them all up including the recent payout to the PR director, it comes out to $173,000 dollars spent on absolutely nothing of any value toward education. The fees for hiring those employees should have been located using Monster.com or some other service instead of spending tens of thousands of dollars on consultants. The task of finding applicants falls on the human resources department at Lakota, not to be outsourced to these headhunting firms. To pay for just those three mistakes it cost in property taxes approximately 75 homes valued at $200,000 each to pay for just those fees.

This brings us to the crux of the problem; government employees do not value money because they don’t work to get it. They simply make a request and the money shows up and this is why so many of them are panicking now that state and federal money is drying up. This is why the United States has a national debt of 15 trillion dollars! It’s this out-of-touch behavior among all government employees, especially public schools. And to exhibit just how bad it is I have included on this page the documents obtained in the records request involving the Kursman separation agreement from Lakota. The documents show the billing results both above and below of the PR firm of Ashire Communications that Lakota used in the absence of Laura Kursman during the levy campaign in the fall of 2011. This firm charges $90 per hour and just in October of 2011 Lakota racked up a bill of more than $10,000 in consulting fees which equates out to 4 homes valued at $200,000 each to pay for in property taxes. But the most sickening aspect of the whole deal is in studying the kind of things Lakota needed consultation on.  Read closely!

For most of us, we wouldn’t even consider paying a consultant $90 an hour to tell us things we already know like you will see in these next documents. And it’s not that Mantia and Joan Powell don’t know things of common sense. I think they do. But when you use a consultant or an employee to share the responsibility with, paying a consultant a fee takes the responsibility of potential failure away from high-profile politicians like Joan Powell and Superintendent Mantia. And yes, Joan is a high-profile politician. When she calls up powerful local politicians and threaten their electability if they do not support a school levy, then she makes herself a community “player” of a high-profile nature. Not to mention she is at the center of trying to make West Chester into a city of which she is hoping for a seat on the first city council………”allegedly.” By hiring consultants, these public figures purchase deniability in case something goes wrong.

This means that there is no telling how much money is wasted on lawyer fees each year, and other employee blunders like what happened with Laura Kursman. We only noticed Laura’s situation because of the amount of money involved. With nearly 2000 employees at Lakota there are bound to be several hundred issues with employees in the system that amount to lesser financial impacts, but could collectively cost many tens to hundreds of thousands in legal fees, consulting sessions and employee searches. A quick look at the documents shown here will display how involved and how much money could potentially be spent on just one employee.  Imagine what could be spent on many employees.  And because money is short Lakota wants to eliminate their band program?  Looking at all this, why does anyone think money is short at Lakota.  Who thinks it costs more to operate the band than paying just one business quarter of this PR firms salary? 

And when it comes to levy failure, the need to obtain new money to allow these public employees to spend money at this level, tempers will fly. This appears to be what happened through the levy campaigns where Laura was asked to engage in “potentially unlawful activities in which she was requested but refused to engage.” Of course the Lakota attorney Bill Deters proclaimed that he “found no evidence to substantiate the allegations.” The reason for that is nobody left behind a paper trail, because nobody is responsible, everything is hired out. And things said from one person to another in a closed office become hearsay in a court of law, and school administrators would never dream of taking action that would leave a paper trail, so of course Deters wouldn’t find anything to substantiate the allegations made by Kursman.

But there’s something to what Kursman is saying, otherwise Lakota would never pay $90,000 to make the problem go away when Kursman stated she was, “unwittingly instructed to falsify information to the press.” If Kursman refused to do these things it gives me respect for her in standing up to the pressure, because as stated, the primary reason that Lakota wanted to hire a PR director is to have political deniability in case something went wrong, which after three failed levies, the PR director would be the natural scapegoat.

Where Lakota goes wrong repeatedly is that they are on the wrong side of the game of right and wrong, and they seek to use vast sums of money to cover up their deficiencies. If they just played things straight they could reduce the amount of administrators they employee because they wouldn’t be looking for someone to blame when things went wrong. And money would be saved because consultants and attorney fees wouldn’t be needed at every turn. Lakota is dealing with the public education sickness of organized labor who believes that the jobs at the school exist for the employees and not the children we send there. This leaves public school administrators to be lured into the profession because of the extremely lucrative compensation, but to avoid any real responsibility by delegating tasks off to subordinates to keep the hot potato out of their hands when something goes wrong. And when the subordinates refuse to take the fall when something like school levies fail, and the money to continue the behavior shown above runs short, which forces honesty to the surface, punishment will be issued.

And this is what happened with the $90,000 payout. Laura didn’t want to be caught in a crossfire between her personal ethics and the politics of the district. And the school needed someone else who would play that role, so they set unrealistic deadlines and expectations hoping to force Kursman to leave so they could hire someone who would help them pass a levy.

The evidence is in the documents above and below speaks volumes of the trouble in public education. And before school funding is ever discussed for upcoming levy requests, the culture of delegation that costs so much money and is shown in these documents must be eliminated. Communities are trying to send their kids to school to get an education. They don’t want PR directors to spin public opinions, they don’t want lawyers to hide facts and protect public employees, and they don’t want political games around their children. They just want their kids to learn how to read, write, and do some math and be ready for life when they grow up. Everything else is the result of frail human thinking, and the politics of neurosis.

Why do Public Schools Need a PR director: THEY SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

Why does any school system need a Public Relations Director? That was the question Doc Thompson and I discussed on 700 WLW December 27, 2011 on the heels of a mysterious payout from the Lakota School District to their public relations director Laura Kursman of $90,000. Since the announcement of this payout Lakota has been mysteriously quiet about the situation even as they are trying to show fiscal responsibility after their third levy defeat. This has led to an enormous amount of speculation and I have personally received several emails explaining to  me the details of the payout, which are unofficial, but are all the public has to go on since neither Kursman nor Lakota Schools have offered any clarification on the matter. The answer to the question as to why a school system would need a PR director was summed up nicely by that last caller. There isn’t any reason other than to secure more tax money from the public. That is the ONLY reason and the caller was absolutely right that forcing tax payers to fund a 69K to 90K per year PR position that is designed to work against the public should be illegal. Funding a school is all about teaching children, not securing funds for labor contracts, which is what is happening. The PR director has the task of cleaning up any messes that the employees of the district find themselves in so the target message of “schools are for the kids,” can be maintained. A public relations position at a school is a 100% non result staffing occupancy. It does nothing to help a child learn anything since creating a public image for a school is not part of the education process. It only serves the union controlled aspects of the district. It does not serve the community that funds the school.

To provide facts validating the truth of those statements lets examine Laura Kursman a little more deeply, since she is the PR director who spawned this examination. What you will see below are her credentials that are taken directly off her website. This is how she, and ironically her husband have marketed themselves to the school district and why she was hired. The next section is the bio of Laura herself. Nothing against the woman, but she is entirely too liberal for my liking. Prior to her work at Lakota Laura worked for the Massachusetts Governor’s Office and the Department of Environmental Protection.   Now I understand that the Governor was Mitt Romney, but I consider him a liberal just to put things in perspective.  Her work as a representative to the 1998 Middle East Peace Process through a Quebec Labrador Foundation Environmental Education and Communication Fellowship are activities that are too far to the left for my liking.

Now, here is her husband Jeff and he is relevant because he has done work for Fairfield City Schools, the direct neighbor of Lakota.  Not since 2005, but he did and apparently Fairfield became frustrated that he didn’t push levies more than he did, so he left.  You might remember that Fairfield just recently dodged a major bullet where their school board members were taking payoffs from a private contributor to stack the school board in his favor. This prompted a FBI investigation that occurred in August of 2011, but by November of 2011 the situation was almost completely forgotten. That is the work of Public Relations directors, who spin facts around to the schools advantage. Fairfield passed their recent levy attempt by a very slight margin of less than 1%.   Jeff specifically addresses building bridges between unions and parent groups as one of his specific talents. So that’s what a PR director does for a school and personally, I’m not impressed at all. Most of what they’ve listed is work I’ve done and I consider the work so irrelevant that I wouldn’t even put those tasks on a resume. And anyone who reads here knows that I can perform the tasks of a PR director more than adequately because I’ve done it for No Lakota Levy with great success. I can’t imagine charging people money to perform these tasks because the tasks are so easy, but the Kursman’s are making a very healthy living doing exactly that! They aren’t just receiving very healthy sums of money from Lakota, but several other sources as well, for doing nothing but convincing the public that things aren’t as bad as they seem, and that things are better than they are. In relation to their other incomes, Laura’s $90,000 pay out is just one source of income for providing a service that in my opinion does nothing to help society move forward, does nothing to solve any problems, creates nothing new. All a PR director does is manipulate facts. That’s all. I could never perform a job like that, where I was paid a lot of money to perform a nothing task.

My last interaction with Laura was in the lobby of the administration building at Lakota where the new levy attempt for the fall campaign was just announced. Channel 9 wanted me to provide comments from the No Lakota Levy standpoint out in the lobby so I left the meeting and went out to perform the interview.  As all the media of Cincinnati knows, when they put me on camera, they better be ready to hold the camera for a while, because my average interview time is a half hour. I can literally talk forever, so when the reporter asked me the lead question, I proceeded to speak for the next 20 minutes rattling off facts and figures without any pause.  I spoke until the reporter told me they had plenty of coverage for the 30 second spot they were looking for. I then proceeded to do the same thing for Channel 19, which went almost 30 additional minutes of interview time. When I arrived home later that night I gave comments to the Enquirer and the Pulse Journal and the next day I did live work on 700 WLW radio. Actually, I’ve done work like that on several occasions and in some cases I was even busier than that day in August.  So knowing what it takes to do the job of a Public Relations director, I can’t imagine charging someone for it, and I performed all those tasks without even breaking a sweat and prepared for my regular jobs that I actually do get paid for which are product driven. The PR work I’ve done on many occasions I never fathomed would pay such large quantities of money. It seems utterly insane to consider such a thing that PR work has any value, let alone the kind of salary these positions are commanding in schools, and the amount of payoff she received in tax money is unfathomable to me. Nothing about it makes any sense.

So there you have it. You have now seen what a high-profile PR director actually does, and you get a sense of how much money they make and how extensively they are used. And you now understand what their role is in a school district and you have some perspective in how difficult the job really is. So that begs the question again, why does Lakota or any other school district need a PR director of any kind? They don’t. PR directors are only needed to run point for the labor movement and their extensive contracts. The PR director is hired not to give a child a better education, but to protect the employees from their own foolish behavior. The labor contract protects those employees from the publicly elected school boards, but it is the PR director who turns bad behavior into good behavior through the spin machine of a PR director in how they present the material to a gullible public. The whole system is rigged against the tax payers and our children are used as pawns in a very large political game of sucking all the wealth of property owners in an open scam that has become public education.

The Immortal Quest: Caractacus Pott lives in us all with my Dragon Update

To a lot of people the name Ian Fleming will always be the author who created James Bond. But to me Ian Fleming is the literary giant who filled my childhood with pleasant memories and a hope for the future. The book and the film that followed of the classic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is archetypal Ian Fleming where the inventor Caractacus Pott buys an old car and restores it before finding himself on a series of wild adventures. In the film a clip can be seen here in all the glory of the 1968 classic featuring two of my favorite songs. The first song is the signature song of the film, the second is dedicated to the female lead in the story Ms. Truly Scrumptious, (I love Ian Fleming female characters)

The desire to restore an old car and give it new birth is a common theme for most of the male population that I know of. In our lives, we cannot do the same for our own bodies, but we can certainly give an old car new birth and allow it to live on for decades to come even after years of decline. This is even stronger today than it was in Ian Fleming’s time where beloved cars are routinely brought back from the dead to live again in their former glory.

As a youth my favorite car, which I still have, was a 77 Firebird because growing up it was the movie Smokey and the Bandit that ignited my love of driving for a lifetime. You can see my car in the picture to the right. Like Caractacus Potts from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, the old Firebird Trans Am’s hold a special place for millions of people and some have rescued these old Firebirds from the scrap yard to be restored out of their love for not only the cars but a tribute to the movie Smokey and the Bandit. Every year hundreds and hundreds of car enthusiasts take part in the Year One Bandit Run which is an opportunity for many of these restored Firebird Trans Am’s to make the same run done in the film from Texarkana, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia. In that famous movie the plot was to smuggle Coors Beer from west of the Mississippi River to a party in Atlanta, because Coors Beer couldn’t be sold so far from the brewery and reselling beer across state lines where taxes couldn’t be collected properly was considered bootlegging.

Well, I’m finishing up the final touches on my new book called Tail of the Dragon. I am on the second edit with the publisher and things are coming along nicely, and these two influences of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Smokey and the Bandit keep coming to my mind as I read through the manuscript. In my story however, the heat gets turned up considerably. In Tail of the Dragon the old Firebird that you can see in these pictures is certainly restored in the classic tradition that Year One promotes, but in this story, the engine is far from classic restoration, but reflects the most modern achievements of technical triumph.

In Tail of the Dragon there is a run similar to what the plot of Smokey and the Bandit consisted of, but it differs in that the restored Firebird is covered under its body panels with composite armor capable of deflecting .50 caliber machine gun fire, the windows are of course replaced with impact resistant glass and there are a number of gadgets and gizmos that would make Ian Fleming smile. Because the car must run on vegetable oil, due to the lack of fuel available, the Firebird needs a diesel engine so that it can run on an alternative fuel source. The trouble is, diesel engines are not known to be built for high performance speed racing…………….that is until recently.

The restoration of the Firebird in Tail of the Dragon is traditional on the outside, but inside it utilizes the technology seen in the video below. Meet the Peugeot 908 RC, the production car of the very successful Le Mans racing engine.

The engine seen in that video is a 700 Hp V12 HDi diesel engine that just won first and second place in the 24 hour Le Mans Cup endurance race in October of 2011. Franck Montagny placed 1st with a Peugeot 908 and Nicolas Lapierre placed second with a Peugeot 908 out of 53 other racers and automotive manufactures. Peugeot is way out in front of this type of diesel technology and in constructing the story of Tail of the Dragon the Peugeot 908 is the obvious choice for the needs of the car in that story.

I’m sure Peugeot will be aghast when they read in Tail of the Dragon that I’ve taken their very fine engine and turned it into a vegetable oil burning beast that can be filled at the refuse dump of a local fast food restaurant. But in the story there are several fuel tanks that heat up the sludge oil and remove contaminates as weight is not a factor in Tail of the Dragon as it is in a Le Mans race. So the Firebird restored on the outside to a classic America muscle car courses with the technology of Le Mans racing and like the great story of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, where the restored car takes our heroes to a far away land and finds themselves captive to a perilous regime, Tail of the Dragon is my modern spin on this classic tale. (I particularly love this song and scene as Dick van Dyke and his girlfriend must escape back to their beloved car)

All across America and the world over are inventors like Caractacus Pott who invent in their garages gadgets of ingenuity that no government can utilize and hold in a bottle. Innovation springs forth from an innate desire to be free, and whether the demon of control is the time on a clock during a Le Mans race against competing auto manufactures, or as in the case of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang the tyrannical child stealing regime of Baron Bomburst who attempts to force the construction of his own version of Caractacus’s magic car through torture. Or—it might just be the desire to drink a beer from a far away brewer and avoid the taxes involved in interstate commerce. (I love these guys)

The quest for immortality lives on in our machines as age claims our living years, it is our cars that capture and maintain our legacies. And it’s our ingenuity as human beings who bring about these rebirths in spite of what governments attempt to shape us in to in the form of regulation. The mind of the inventor embodies every intellect that holds a wrench, and places their hands on a steering wheel and pushes their foot down on an accelerator pedal to push the life they restored to its limits.

There’s a little bit of Caractacus in all of us, and my book Tail of the Dragon is a tribute to the latest installment in that quest of restoration by the inventors of earth who lack fame, but hold genius within their families as they bring back to life the god’s of the highways to breathe life once again. And the push behind that genius is the desire for freedom, as our machines reflect our passions to outrun, out maneuver, and outlast the shackles of time and the subordinates of restriction.

It’s in ingenuity that we find our freedoms. It’s in cutting down the shank of a bolt that doesn’t quite fit, or using a tin can as a shim to a strut that needs more space to balance out a fit. It’s in the teenager who installs their first modified car stereo or the chrome rims they put on their first car. It’s the ingenuity of the human mind to always push technology forward while preserving the past that rests behind the spirit of every tool box in a man’s garage. And that spirit is what Ian Fleming captured so long ago in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. And upon reading one of the last revisions of my new Tail of the Dragon I am happy to report that readers will see my tribute to these great classics with a new story that I hope will inspire a new generation to grab a wrench, head into the garage and stake their claim to immortality by injecting a bit of themselves into a beloved vehicle that will live on indefinitely as their personal quest for freedom.

Lakota’s Laura Kursman the Horse Trainer: The payoff for a “neck injury?”

One of the best things I received for Christmas is some help in bringing to light the expensive faults of public education and the unions that drive that waste. The unions in public education not only control the teachers, but they have also gained control of the publicly elected administrations, because, the unions go a long way to getting those school board members elected not directly, but through the marketing machine of perception, it is the PTA moms, teachers who live in the district, and the outreach of the superintendent that gets people like Julie Shafer elected to school board over people like Mark Etterling. The superintendents in these public schools often behave as though they are CEO’s of a corporation, but in fact are simply union stooges that lay down at the feet of the powerful unions because honestly, it is the unions who make the pay scale of superintendent so lucrative, and most superintendents are former teachers and therefore union members. The money scam that goes on in public schools infuriates thousands and thousands of people, but few people have stepped forward to voice their anger at this open looting of the public treasury, until recently.

Right before Christmas I received a scathing letter from an angry resident who is breaking the silence of why Laura Kursman, the former PR director at the Lakota School District was paid $90,000 to leave her position. That was one Christmas present; the other was from my good friend Darryl Parks of 700 WLW when a West Chester resident named Jerry called in and reported his disgust at the tremendous waste of money going on at Lakota. It was a great pleasure to listen to the broadcast below from Darryl’s show hearing someone else discuss this waste that goes on right out in the open. Click the video below to listen:

Jerry is right regarding the Laura Kursman incident. Fresh on the heels of another failed levy, because people are catching on that there are millions upon millions of dollars wasted in a school like Lakota, the district using our tax money to pay Laura Kursman off with a payout of 90K to be distributed in three payments, and it is that kind of thing that makes people not want to support school levies. The residents of Lakota already pay $1,140 per $100,000 of home evaluation and they don’t feel they should have to pay more than that to support a school. Yet Lakota time and time again just like all forms of government never gets enough. When the school runs into a financial dilemma they simply ask for more taxes. But for those of us who live in the district and actually understand how much money it takes to make things work, the waste is easy to see, $165,000 paid to a double dipping superintendent who refuses to force the union into wage reductions, like a CEO would. A $43,000 fee to find that superintendent over the summer. And just a few months later Lakota is paying their PR director $90,000 to leave. The Lakota School Board tosses tens of thousands of dollars around like its candy, and then they wonder why the public won’t pass another school levy.

Well, my other Christmas present came on Christmas Eve as a matter of fact from a very upset resident of Lakota who had some light to shed on the whole Laura Kursman incident which is bad in either one of two ways. First, Laura was paid such a large sum of money because Lakota did like the results of the failed levies and blamed Laura for them and wanted to hire a new PR director for upcoming tax increase attempts. Or second, which looks to be the case after reading the letter below, Laura had lost her edge, was caught in a rift with the school board over the upcoming school levy attempt and claimed she could not perform her task because of a “neck” injuryand left her job on a leave of absence.

 

  Lakota has an obligation to protect the tax payers from employees who might make such claims as Laura did against it.  If Laura had a legitimate injury sustained at the school that’s one thing, but if I have received statements like what you have read above, wouldn’t those be relevant in a court of law and taken on depositions on behalf of Lakota in defending itself and the tax payers in a court case?    And worse than that Steven Mathews at the Pulse Journal has been doing some really good reporting over this story and has delivered what we know so far about the case, but in over a week of trying to get the story straight Lakota has been dragging its feet with his records requests…………………Why?

It appears that Lakota paid Laura too quickly and if the issue was a neck injury Lakota should have taken her to court to protect the tax money sent to the district instead of jumping at the first sign of trouble from attorneys’ like Freking and Betz LLC, which are standard in any business. It sounds like Laura’s other employer could have provided testimony to dispute Laura’s claim of a debilitating neck injury. So why wasn’t this done? Didn’t Lakota worry that once other employees at the school learned about the payout to Laura that other employees would start having “neck injuries” also looking for some extra money to settle out of court and stuff in their pockets?

Well I hate to bring it up again, but this reflects back to a letter I presented here involving Lakota and this same cast of characters from August of 2011 through October 2011. Right before Laura sustained the alleged “neck injury,” there was a sex case involving a family and a teacher at one of the high schools that the family graciously did not sue over, they simply took their child out of the school after trying repeatedly to get someone at Lakota to take responsibility for the actions of one of its teachers and the principal who helped perpetuate the problem. Sorry Lakota it is obvious that you guys don’t know what you are doing. The more I find out about the inner workings of your daily business, the more irresponsible you seem to be exhibiting. And to your credit, it’s not all your fault. This permeates all public schools that are run by unions where nobody is really in charge and the culture is to always ask for more money to solve problems. But in personal injury lawsuits you can’t just pay out on a settlement because you don’t like the employee or are unhappy with them and hope you can use the payoff as leverage to remove the employee from your payroll. That $90,000 dollars you spent was not your money; it was taken from many properties and businesses in the West Chester and Liberty Twp area to educate students, not to pay off the threat from a law firm. Now you’ve sent a dangerous message to 2000 other employees who may be prone to do the same thing, and there are now hundreds of attorneys’ that know Lakota will cave into pressure before fighting a threat, so you can expect more of these personal injury cases, you can bet on it.

And Lakota, when a newspaper asks for a record request, give it to them. When you drag your feet so you can “control” the story, you just stir up an already outraged public. It is not your job to control the newspapers, and lean on the reporters there because they don’t cover your activities the way you want them to. And in the case of Laura Kursman someone in human resources needs to review their hiring practices because it sounds like Laura had some issues if what I am being sent from people who know her is to be believed. People with such emotional problems and work ethics are the types I have been saying are not worth more than 65K per year and she was being paid $79,517 per year!

Because of these reasons and many, many more that are less defined by actually hard testimony as shown, the Lakota Administration could do a lot more with less. The tax on our properties should not be $1,140 per $100,000, it should be less! Its payouts, mistakes, bad hires, and paying too much for too many employees that will destroy a multi-million dollar budget. 90K wasted here, 50K wasted there, cover-ups, cloak and dagger reporting, and fuzzy math only make the hole deeper. Education would be a lot cheaper if the school didn’t attempt to cover-up the actions of a lot of really troubled employees, and yes there’s more than just a couple. Oh, and don’t worry about Lakota continuing to be a good school. It is not employees like Laura Kursman, or Superintendent Mantia that make Lakota great, and it’s certainly not the leadership of Joan Powell on the school board. It’s the people themselves who send their kids to the school. Every employee in Lakota could be replaced and Lakota would still succeed. The community is not great because of the school but because of the homeowners and business people who make up the community. And higher taxes are not an option because those people need to continue to be a part of this community. All Lakota needs to do in order to run their school with less, is to stop playing games, and they will learn that the budget will balance out nicely. It is not the task of the community to find ways to pay for all this nonsense going on behind the scenes. It’s Lakota’s task to reflect the community values, and that starts with protecting the money we send to the school through our hard earned taxes as if every dollar meant something.

Agenda: Grinding America Down–and The Naked Communist list of 45 goals from 1958

When I came home yesterday a Christmas gift was left on the front porch from one of my readers here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom. It was a large tin can filled with a multitude of presents which was a pleasant surprise after a rather difficult day topped off with a cold ride in the rain on my motorcycle. I had gotten caught without my rain suit and it was raining hard just days before Christmas, so my cloths were soaked to the bone. So as typical on such days I undress on the front porch so my wet cloths don’t ruin my wife’s carpet and hardwood floors inside the house, and that’s when my wife showed me the present.

Inside were a number of wonderful presents and cards for both my wife and I, but one of the gifts jumped out at me in particular. It was a DVD of the documentary film Agenda: Grinding America Down by Curtis Browers which won Best Film at the Jubilee Film Festival in 2010. It surprised me that I hadn’t heard about this film because it covers much of the content I’ve written about here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, which is the history of the communist movement in the United States and how many factions instigated by the Soviet Union KGB in the 1950’s and 1960’s sought to dismantle American culture from within. I immediately watched Agenda and found it compelling and consistent with my own observations. I realized long ago that the sudden rise in the divorce rate, the ignorance of our youth, the rise in the welfare culture, the focus on sexuality, race relations, and feminism were suspiciously coordinated, and I have resisted, analyzed, and come to virtually the same conclusions as Bowers did in his very good film which you can see a preview of below:

One of the most potent aspects of that film was the revelation of the 45 communist goals outlined in the book The Naked Communist that Bowers learned about in a Communist USA meeting he attended at Berkley University in 1992. A lot of people don’t know that there is a very strong communist party in the United States and they have been around for much of the 20th century. As I have reported here even Ronald Reagan petitioned to be a member of the communist party in his youthful days, till he grew older and wiser. Read that article here:

But people don’t see communism in America because it is not part of their static patterns. Culturally, America sees itself as the opposite of any communist country, but that is partly by design. I have studied social cultures my entire life, so much so that I intended fully to become an archeologist or anthropologist in my life profession, and in 1992 while I learned that communism and smaller degrees of socialism was quite alive and well in modern America at many meetings that I like Bowers attended, I decided to dedicate my time and energy to not studying why cultures from the past failed, but I would apply my studies to preserving the American culture that I saw being destroyed in front of my eyes while it was still alive. The communist party in the United States was set up by the KGB during the Cold War had a two pronged plan to defeat America in that war. They planned to spend America into oblivion with the nuclear arms and space race, but while we were following rockets to the stars and sending men to the moon to beat the Soviet Union, KGB agents and sleeper cells were being established within the United States to destroy American culture from within. This is difficult for many people to see who only look at their own lives and the small part they play in American existence. But if you look at American culture with the big eyes of an archeologist outside the static patterns of normalcy it is easy to see how Communist USA has slowly over time accomplished many of the goals they set out to do way back in 1958. The list that Bowers addressed in the film Agenda is shown below for your convenience. As you look over the list consider what roll you have played in helping to make it possible and don’t lie to yourself and believe that the below information is a part of some radical conspiracy theory. Every one of these items is listed in the book The Naked Communist and has been routinely discussion in communist groups within the United States since the 50’s.
The following is the list of Communist goals contained in The Naked Communist 1958:[3]

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums.
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture—education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity, masturbation and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.

As you read that list dear reader you are probably asking yourself, “how did I not see this?” Well, there were a lot of other exciting things happening that took up our attention. Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier in the Bell X1 in 1947, 11 years before the book The Naked Communist was released. Most people think of war in terms of bullets and violence, but that is not the case. Sun Tzu author of The Art of War says distinctly that “it is best to defeat those who are already defeated.” And the Soviet Union played this game with the long view of culture in mind. While America fought the Soviet Union with rockets, military, and Ronald Reagan bravado, the Soviet Union fought America with the feint of keeping up with the United States with all those topics, but knew they would lose in the end, so they sought to destroy American culture itself.

Enemies of America have done to the United States culture what scientists have done to a frog in experiments involving hot water. If a scientist puts a frog into scalding hot water, the frog will of course struggle and attempt to jump out. But if the frog is put into water at room temperature and the heat is gradually turned up slowly, the frog will stay in the water comfortably for a long time, until of course it’s too late. The gradual heat of the water will slowly rob the life of the frog till its muscles no longer work and it cannot escape. Defeating a culture is the same kind of thing and the Soviet Union knew this. They knew Americans would always fight and would beat them in a head on fight, so slowly over time communists have sought to dismantle what American Culture is so that the defeat of America will come not from China, Russia, Cuba or any other place of rampant communism, but it will come from college professors, school teachers, politicians, and media producers educated at the institutions the communists controlled as established in The Naked Communist.

But fret not dear reader, America is not gone yet, and the ideas that made it great will live on. It takes people like Curtis Bowers to make films like Agenda to teach how we arrived at this point in time. And I can speak for myself, I write here everyday so that American culture can be preserved and all those of you who are reading this that have forgotten what being an American is, can relearn. That’s why I write articles like this one:

I write here everyday to restore America and to counter the efforts of the pretentious communist academics of which our current president is a proud member. But it’s not just him; there are thousands upon thousands of these communist sympathizers functioning right out in the open these days. And I plan to be their worst nightmare in the years to come. Even if through the NDAA Act these communist lovers gain control of websites like this one, I am currently writing books that will compete directly with the propaganda they have inflicted upon our culture like The Naked Communist and Rules for Radicals. So the game is not up for America. We are learning that we have been scammed, and the wrath of that realization will be one of great anger. Right now it’s embarrassment, but as the truth comes out, it will evolve into anger and America will overcome this enemy from within. Hopefully this will be peaceful in a battle of ideas. But if the communist types with all their various names continue to stomp all over the United States Constitution I will promise that violence will be assured for their kind. Because our future under communist philosophy will look something like this–remember the frog.

So take head my dear American reader. Yes, communist have infiltrated our culture and has successfully destroyed much. But there are a lot of people who are waking up, and fans of this website, Glenn Beck, Alex Jones, and filmmakers like Curtis Bowers are starting to turn the strategy of the communists against them. After all, it worked for them against us, so the same can be used against them to destroy the communist culture. The difference between American traditional culture and communist culture is that their culture is built upon lies, and ours is built on history and in the game of culture building, America will always beat the lie of communism. It might take a little time, but the healing process is already beginning, which is evident in the very good film, Agenda: Grinding America Down.

You can do your part in fixing America by watching that very good film and taking some notes. I recommend it highly.

Warnings of the NDAA Act: Visions of the future

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW talks to Gerald Celente of The Trends Journal about his predictions for 2012. The broadcast which aired on December 21, 2011 just before Christmas is an epic diatribe from two men who don’t normally over exaggerate political topics. Gerald brings into focus some of the very real threats to the American way of life in a must listen transmission on the heels of the senate passage of the NDAA act which allows the President of the United States to arrest and incarcerate American citizens indefinitely. The truly tragic aspect of the NDAA act is that it proves even the most ardent conspiracy theories correct. We are seeing a government political class making the kind of manipulative moves that one might find best in a Shakespearian play, a quest for power that is only fit for the small minded. And these power quests come from lawyers, academics, and legal thieves known as lobbyists to use the American people as wealth generation opportunities for their own fragile world perspectives. The situation is so serious that even Racheal Maddow, who is a progressive leaning commentator, sees just how detrimental NDAA is for the American people. I agree with virtually nothing that Maddow utters nightly, but the NDAA is even to the left of her! That is how bad the NDAA Act is.

It is clear that there has been an escape plan concocted from the political class for many years to make themselves wealthy through insider trader, creating legislation that favors lobbyists, and out-right public looting of tax revenue with political give-aways to voters and tremendous government employee compensation packages. And for people like Bill Clinton, who has been an American president, has been there and done that, he now has sights on what he considers a higher prize, president of the United Nations, which would require a major downgrade in the American economy to allow an American to become President of that international government body. The below video is poorly rendered, but the audio is clear and is from 2008, when Clinton was asked to dispel the myths that the United States government was building concentration camps to hold political prisoners within America. Clinton did not answer the question, but instead said something even more disturbing.

It is clear now with the passage of the NDAA Act that many members of the government are involved in this plot to decertify the United States as a world power, to incorporate America and its people into equals in an international community, and they are using public schools to spread their message to lower resistance to their power grabs. This has been going on for over twenty years so it’s not specific to one particular person, but is indicative of those who crave power, which is how this type of thing has been advanced slowly over a long period of time without a centralized leader to rally the cause. The society of the small-minded power grabbers are simply like rust on metal, once it breaks out on the surface, the rust oxides and destroys the surrounding structure of a metal slowly, too slowly for the naked eye to detect, but over time it weakens the metal till the structure falls apart do to the corrosion of the structural properties of the metal. Politicians like Obama, Clinton, Kennedy, Johnston, Roosevelt, Bush and many, many others have acted like rust upon the surface of America to weaken it and change the metal of our nation into something else less stable. They do not see the process as corrosion because they are themselves corrosive.

Politicians who are corrosive by nature are like people who have gingivitis and their mouths are loosing their teeth. To people speaking with those who are losing their teeth to this slow degradation the breath of these people stink. With every word comes the reek of bad, rotten breath. But to the person with gingivitis, they are so used to the rot taking place inside their mouth that they cannot taste the rot, or smell the horrid odor in their own mouths. The rotten politician cannot see that they are falling apart, they do not see, smell, or taste the corruption of their own decay. Secretly they are aware of their state, and they attempt to make the world into their condition because that is their state of mind. This is why they cannot be trusted.

These decaying politicians are protecting themselves from the wrath of the American people who do not fall neatly into line with the global plans they are making for America. That is why they wanted the NDAA Act and why they have an infrastructure all over the United States to collect political enemies from being able to organize against them and remove their decay from office, as the United States Constitution grants as a right.

I first learned just how bad the situation was when I put together the below video which I’ve referenced before, but will present it again for review. The government has distorted the language of the Constitution in so many ways and used legal language and manipulation to create case-law that suits their power quests for such a long time that repair through legislation is out of the question, and the power grabbing politicians know it. That is why they are making the decisions they are now, to protect themselves from the American people. They have already so forsaken the United States Constitution that they find they have painted themselves into a corner and can only get out by embracing socialism.

The situation is dire, and if left as it is now, within 5 years from this Christmas it will be routine to see Americans that you know and love disappearing forever into these camps because those in power perceive them as a threat to their political existence. It won’t matter that the politicians who wrote the laws that allowed for these unconstitutional arrests are long retired and out of the scene, because in politics it’s a society of thieves who look out for the next generation with an ever corrosive encroachment of legislative case-law that benefits the lawyers who become politicians and allow them to use the power we temporarily grant them to gain wealth for themselves while enslaving us in the future. And each year it gets worse and worse because the American people have let it continue and have not exercised their Constitutional rights to prevent it.

And the time to fix the situation is quickly running out………………….

Eric Holder Should Be Impeached: Playing the Wookie Defense to hide incompetence

Eric Holder, you silly boy—you got caught in a scam to increase gun regulations that cost the life of a border patrol agent, and to divert the attention away from your incompetence when conservatives called for your resignation you used the Wookie Defense to protect your public image. That’s cute.

You specifically said after the intense House Judiciary Committee questioning of your horrid job performance as head of the Justice Department that the reason so many people were upset with you was because, ‘This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him, both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.” Well, Eric–Mr. Mustache man who took away the red, white and blue of the Justice Department website in favor of a more Socialist International color scheme, it’s not because of your skin color that so many people despise you. In fact, until you brought it up, I didn’t know you were a black man. You are lighter in skin color than John Boehner so I just thought you had a “vacation tan.” And I’m glad that you brought up the president in this, because you have clearly been his little minion in a radical leftist quest to ruin America’s traditions and rebuild it under a socialist mentality. That is why you are disliked by those in our nation who like America for what it was, not what you and the president wants it to be. In fact on this holiday season the video below shows wonderfully why you are not liked, because even though this video is directed at Obama it is you who are the wind beneath his wings and allowed him to bring about all the problems Americans see in their country during the Christmas of 2011.

No, it’s not because you’re a black man, but you did earn a lot of criticism when you failed to prosecute the Black Panthers for voter harassment, which you seemed to endorse. Remember that? You are despised because you refuse to defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act, and that you are suing the state of Arizona over exercising its right to check the legality of the people living in the state. You are despised because you are advancing America into the ways of socialism directly to a path of communism, and you are doing it openly and you do not care what people think because you are the highest law of the land and obviously believe that you are above the law, and can rewrite laws to justify your actions. You obviously don’t care at all about the Constitution of the United States. Eric, you and your good buddy Barack, who is not even a constitutionally valid president, not because he wasn’t born in Hawaii, but because he gave up his citizenship when his step father took him out of the country to study in Indonesia, have openly schemed against the Constitution at every turn, and there are people who hate you for it. You swore to uphold the Constitution yet you have been at war with it. So what did you expect people to think? You’ll take actions against the town of Kinston, North Carolina, where your office blocked an election where voters overwhelmingly decided to abolish political party labels for candidates running in future elections. The reasoning from the Obama administration, as Rep. King recalled, was because without party labels, blacks wouldn’t get elected. You’ll micromanage those types of actions but you will do nothing about your own boss who used a foreign student status to go to college in the United States because he gave up his citizenship. After all, those are only rules…..right. And when you control the rules, you can make them up as you go.

Eric, you are disliked because you have lied, manipulated, diffused and participated in open warfare with the Constitution of the United States. That is why you should be impeached. Before your bungling of Fast and Furious, you had already committed enough crimes against the United States that will embarrass our history for centuries, and that’s in just 3 years. The death of an American in Fast and Furious and you and the Presidents willingness to allow American guns to kill countless Mexicans so that you could create more gun control legislation in the United States shows what kind of man hides behind your mustache and why you wear one. Oh, I’m sure you’ll attempt to justify that people like me and thousands of others are just part of a radical minority of conservatives and don’t represent the masses. Well, you would be kidding yourself. Most people agree with me, they are just too afraid to say so publicly. I will say this much to you Eric Holder head of the Department of Justice and minion to the President Obama, I do not recognize your authority. You are a joke compared to my loyalty to the United States Constitution. You are not upholding that law and that is the law I live by, so your office, your authority, your entire existence means absolutely nothing to me. You are acting illegally, criminally, and you are attempting to destroy the nation that I live in and love, and that makes you the enemy.

At a bare minimum, you should be impeached! Not because of your skin color, your sex, your politics, or even your mustache, you should be impeached because you suck at your job in relation to upholding the Constitution, and are an embarrassment to the money I have contributed in taxes. I expect more value from the money I spend in taxes and you are not a government employee of any quality. You should be impeached as a message to future employees that they cannot behave the way you have in a federal office. You can hide your actions from yourself in the mirror behind that hair under your nose, but the rest of the world sees it clearly, and the gig is up as they say in Chicago. Of course you’d know all about that wouldn’t you!

The Wookie Defense will not work for you Eric Holder, because no matter which way a neutral observer looks at your actions, socialism and an enemy of America is what they will see. Your guilt is grossly evident.
