Kimonos in Japan: If America wants to be Great Again, perhaps we should dress for that greatness

You might have heard about Jimmy Kimmel’s recent trip to Japan, a topic of its own.  But he is right about several things: Japan is clean, and crime is low.  He didn’t understand why, which I’ll break down in a separate article.  However, one thing that is quite clear that I admire about the Japanese people quite a lot is their embrace of their traditional culture and their kimono dress.  I, too, was recently in Japan. I’ve been there a few times during this year, so I am very familiar with some of the unique customs that they have there.  However, during this most recent trip, I saw quite a lot of Kyoto on a Thursday afternoon and for an extended period, and I was surprised by how they dressed.  Most of the people I encountered there were walking around the streets, the temples, and the bamboo forest in full kimonos, both men and women.  And there were rental shops everywhere that kimonos could be rented to wear around town.  It wasn’t a samurai cosplay convention, which was what I thought was going on.  This was how people dressed all the time, and it was very refreshing to see.  It reminded me of something I have been saying all the time, that in America, we need to embrace more of our traditions.  While in Japan, I fully expressed American culture, which they appreciated.  In America, I tend to wear a poncho to my gun competitions and other Second Amendment activities, the kind of Western wear that is very traditional to Western expansion and hard, cold nights on the open ranges next to campfires.   I have several of them, and when I wear them, I always get a lot of strange looks.  But I don’t think they should be considered strange at all.  And when I dressed that way to go out to the store in the middle of the night outside my hotel in Kobe, nobody in Japan thought it was strange at all. 

I had a few ponchos in Japan which I like to put on instead of a jacket, especially in inclement weather.  It’s like having a wrap-around blanket without worrying about it falling off your shoulders, so it frees up your arms underneath.  It’s suitable for short-term warmth without messing around with a cumbersome jacket.  And I like that a poncho hides a lot of what you might not want people to see, such as the many knives and guns that I carry all the time.  With concealed carry across multiple states, it is better to hide the big stuff with very baggy clothing instead of trying to contain the weapons in modern-day America’s conventional dress.  In Japan, their reverence for history, especially in their samurai culture, is unmistakable, and they openly embrace it, which I thought was very classy.  It was nice to see the women dressing up in these classic robes to go shopping and be seen around town.  And the men dressed similarly to accompany them.  Instead of being repealed by the display of my own dress, a few times on this latest trip, as I wore my poncho down to the local store to pick up supplies, people wanted to take a picture next to me in my boots, poncho, and Stetson cowboy hat to show they had met a “real American.”  And they were pleased about it.  As they snapped their pictures with me, I couldn’t help but think of one of my favorite quotes from the Dune books: “How else do humans invent the traps that betray us into mediocrity?” 

Mediocrity is what we have adopted in our modern Western cultures, with our associations with communism introduced through our education system.  They have rejected this mediocrity primarily in Japan due to their reverence for traditional values.  But in America, these days, we have associated fashion with an alliance with sportswear.  Nike, Adidas, and other brands seen from college sports programs have largely inspired our public presentation of ourselves.  These days, the idea of proper dress on casual Fridays is a golf shirt that shows we are interested in sports programs.  That is something that they don’t do as much in Japan.  They love sports, especially baseball, but they don’t go out of their way to show reverence for it out of disrespecting their traditional cultures.  But in America, we want to look like the coaches and players of our sports teams, which behind them have all kinds of corporate communism attached to them.  So, our American dress has shifted from individual expressions of a rugged outdoorsman to billboards for corporate influence over our sporting markets.  And the not-so-subtle message there is to accept that individuals are less important than the team’s greater good.  And, of course, behind that is that communism defines the greater good.  So, wearing a cowboy hat in America is quite a statement.  More people are doing it now than they used to, mainly because of the popular Yellowstone television show and the failed politics of the communist left.  People want to make America great again, and like the Japanese, they are turning to traditional dress to convey that trait.  But in America, our dress directly influences our society’s condition. 

I have always worn a cowboy hat.  But over the years, I have been less inclined toward sporting goods fashion trends in favor of my traditional gunslinger apparel.  I’ve been that way for many years.  I remember many late-night encounters in my twenties where I would wear my ponchos everywhere, including the Kenwood Mall in Cincinnati.  It’s one thing to do when you are in your 50s, as I am now.  But when you are in your 20s, many people look at you weird because you are so out of step with mainstream culture.  But it’s always been a visual hedge against mediocrity, which is how I view modern dress codes, and I largely reject the premise.  A culture should strive to stand out from the crowd in everything, individually.  Not to retreat into submission to the mob.  In Japan, particularly Kyoto and even Tokyo, even though the kimonos are uniformly similar in their loose-fitting robes, they are colorful and full of individualized expression.  I thought that seeing that expression was wonderful and was a major contributor to the quality of their society.  I had a chance to eat at a very nice restaurant in Kyoto with some friends.  It was a classic place; most people wore kimonos, and you had to take off your shoes while eating.  It had a spectacular garden to walk in while you waited for your food, and they provided you with slippers to do so.  I stepped into that place, mostly having to duck because the ceiling was low, and the whole place was primarily made of paper and wood.  They gave me a very large locker for my big cowboy boots, which is what they do when you enter to put your shoes in while you eat, but I still wore my cowboy hat.  And they took notice of it.  But it wasn’t in a “you’re not like us” way.  But rather, a respect for the culture that I came from.  And they were proud of their culture.  And what we all shared was a disrespect for sameness as defined by communism and an embrace of versatility as defined by capitalist markets.  They brought us mostly raw fish and vegetables, certainly not chicken nuggets as I might otherwise be used to in the States.  But it was a good look into a culture that embraced their uniqueness and certainly wasn’t shying away from their projection to the rest of the world.  And if America wants to be Great Again.  Perhaps we should start dressing for that greatness instead of playing everything down to some corporate version of casual and accepting sameness as a value rather than uniqueness.

The Truth about Truth Social: Worth the wait and the first step in Making America Great Again

I remember it extremely well; it was just over a year ago, relative to the time of this writing, and my wife and I were in Lincoln County, New Mexico. I was exploring the courthouse where Billy the Kid had made his famous escape, and I felt very reflective. I was so angry over the Biden theft of the American presidency. I was even more furious at how the media and liberals had treated Trump over the last four years. In the past, when their people were in the White House, “they” being the Desecrators of America, those who fight to destroy it instead of preserve it, we always treated them with fairness. We always lived by the concept of rule of law and Constitutional limits on behavior. But at that moment, I was thinking very seriously about going Billy the Kid on society in general, so the famous escape from that courthouse was on my mind. Trump had recently been kicked off his Twitter account, and we could see the plot of what many had planned for a long time. We were being hunted as conservatives, and the message was clear. We did not control our own election. We did not control our country. We were going to get Joe Biden, and we were going to like it. And if we resisted, we were going to be banned from all public life and hunted down for the rest of our days. To say I was angry at the world was an understatement. So my wife and I left to live in the deserts of New Mexico for a bit, to get our wits about us once again. I found some sanity in the idea that Trump might start his own social media company and that from there, we would strike back at these dark forces and turn the tables on them for good.

I am incredibly pleased to say that Truth Social is now a reality. I’ve been on it since the first day, and I absolutely love it. It is great to see daily postings from Melania Trump, Dan Scavino, and many other Trump insiders again. I stopped looking at Twitter when they kicked Trump off. Still, now that President Trump has started Truth Social, I can see the path to restoring our country back to greatness because it puts communication and entertainment back under our control.   At that moment in New Mexico that I described, I wondered if things would ever feel good in America again. But now, I’m sure of it. What happened to Trump and many of us who were shadowbanned, or even literally banned from Twitter, Facebook, and from Google in general, are options. We now have the best kind of thing in the world, a choice. A choice in America will defeat every evil intention the world tries to place upon us. When you choose, it forces all the bad stuff to hide in the shadows, which has happened since that year. Revenge has been served through choice.

First, Jason Miller from the Trump campaign started his own social media platform, Gettr, which I think is fantastic. I have been using it almost exclusively.   With all the betrayals of Fox News and even Newsmax, it has been Steve Bannon’s the Warroom that has filled the void for the MAGA movement. And Gettr has been the place to interact with them and other conservative media outlets like Real America’s Voice and OANN. When the Desecrators formed the plan to take down America, they planned for all the media companies to be in the bag with the Davos guys. They had it all set up, making it so that Fox News would be the last to fall, which was evident on election night when they called Arizona right at 8 PM, as there were still voters in line voting. The gig was up, and the other side was spiking the football, thinking the game was over for good. But Trump and the rest of us are not passivists. We turned to our own abilities, which is always the thing to do. If we don’t like what the progressives want to give us, we should just go off and make our own thing. And in doing that, it destroys the plans the other side has. They have no plan B. 

I really like Truth Social, now that it came open at the beginning of March of 2022. I know the line is long, and it’s taking people a long time to get into it. There are millions of people trying to get in, so they are seeping new users in slowly to maintain system stabilization. It took Twitter years to handle its users, and the demand for Truth Social is much more robust. But by the time we have the next election cycle in 2022, there will be millions of people there who are very active in the MAGA movement. There will be plenty of social media alternatives to use, which will keep everyone connected. And that is a relief. A much better situation than what I spoke about from Lincoln County, New Mexico: at that time, something like a Truth Social media platform seemed like a remote fantasy. But I’m happy to report that it is very much a reality. I’ve only been on it for a few days, and I’m already at 2K with followers. I have always been shadowbanned by the big tech companies, and instantly, on Truth Social, you can see that it genuinely is a free-speech platform. It’s a huge difference for me. 

And what’s best, it’s classy. It reminds me of what a Trump property feels like when you visit one. It has a Trump quality that extends beyond the hate and vitriol of the hostile leftist media culture. I think I do a pretty good job dealing with people of all kinds of backgrounds. I can talk to anybody professionally, even the bluest bleeding liberal. But I don’t want to hear from them in my personal time; I don’t want to see them. I want to be away from them as much as possible, and the wimpy little “Tweets” from Twitter were always no fun for me. Places where the entire platform felt like the Santa Monica Pier in L.A. filled with liberalism and a lack of wisdom, were always uncomfortable. It is good to have a quality place like Truth Social that feels slicker, smarter, and bigger. It feels more American than any of the other social media platforms ever have, and that is refreshing and well worth the wait. I’ve been through this process several times, most notably with Glenn Beck’s The Blaze.

I used to be friends with some of the people who started that, and I always had high hopes. But creating a big social media platform seemed on a prohibitive scale. But obviously, it’s not. It only took a year, and now Trump has a place where he can communicate with his supporters, and they can healthily bypass the media. The media and the Desecrators always planned to stick themselves in the middle of that process; now, we have a means of communicating and thinking that steps around those hostile agents. And I can’t say enough good about it. It’s nice to see how far we’ve all come in such a short time. That effort will only grow in the months and years to come. And I’m glad I held it together and kept my temper in check that day in Lincoln County. I think Truth Social is a much more productive way to make things right than what I was thinking.

A Review of ‘Our Time Together’: How great America was and can be again

Now that we are a year into the Biden presidency and can clearly see what many of us were warning about coming to fruition, people have great reason to remember the Trump time in the White House favorably and yearn for it again. The depression you feel was by design, after all. All you have to do is listen to Klaus Schwab from the World Economic Forum talk about all his recruits around the world who are doing their work, names like Justin Trudeau and Vladimir Putin, to understand the great robbery of global wealth that is going on from that collection of socialists and communists intent on taking over the world by controlling all the governments with money, instead of tanks and troops, to understand the scope of what has been happening in America. Few people can remember what life was like before The Great Reset of Covid when we had three good years of Trump and the world was working great for the first time that anybody could recollect. The hostile insurgents from that World Economic Forum, who have their controls in the media, in American and global politics, just couldn’t let such a good thing continue. Hence, they did what criminals always do; they sabotaged America from the inside out and did everything they could to destroy that Trump presidency and all those who voted for him. And now we see the results a year later with Joe Biden and a government out of control and trillions of dollars in debt. All the things that were hidden before they lashed out and exposed themselves to the light of day, which has been good so that we can see them without their masks. But ultimately, America we all know and love is and has been under assault, and we have been craving some memory of it.

Well, Trump and his family are pretty smart and great at branding. My wife has been feeling a lot of those melancholy feelings, so I understand all too well how many Americans are feeling. We traveled all over the United States in 2021, and I can say with great authenticity that I know America well, and most of America voted for Trump. At first, it was just a gut instinct after the 2020 election. But after traveling a lot and talking to people everywhere, it’s pretty clear that the Biden presidency was created in Davos by a media culture that only fluffed up its peacock feathers to make itself look bigger and stronger than it really was. But to many, they saw that display, and they believe that what they are dealing with is actually a terrible menace instead of a skinny, stupid bird under all those feathers. So I was one of the first to buy Trump’s new book called Our Journey Together, and I gave it to my wife for Christmas. It had a predictable result; she loved it. It was nice to see such a book capture the Trump years in the White House and do it in a classy way. It’s a beautiful book laced with all the kinds of class that always comes from the Trump name, especially on their managed properties. The book reflects the style of America that Klaus Schwab and many other hostile agents around the world are intending to destroy.   And by what we see on the nightly news with the spiking crime rates, the runaway inflation, the increases in gas prices, and many other terrors and treacheries, the intent is obvious. But Trump and his family captured their four years in the White House in a way that reminds us what life was like before Covid came along and torpedoed our nation and our lives in such an intrusive way. And it’s really just now sinking in for many just how bad it was. But with a book like Our Journey Together, we have a time capsule that lets us all know that it wasn’t just a dream; it was real. 

Little things that I didn’t expect out of the book were really nice touches. Trump shows in the book that he feels the same way as most of the rest of us, the more than 80 million people who voted for him. We know at least 75 million actual votes went for Trump out of our society. It looks like at least 5 million more were destroyed by post office workers and other malcontents. Now that Arizona, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are all involved in legal actions, which shows many of the votes that went for Joe Biden were fake and can’t be verified with an I.D. of any kind, it’s well known that the election was stolen. For the attackers of America, the Davos crowd, and the politicians like Mitch McConnell were bought by their system to insert the Biden presidency to protect their many crimes committed from a justice-seeking Trump administration backed by the people of this country; they had to protect themselves somehow. They did so with voter tampering on such a vast scale that many of us have taken all this time to wrap our heads around it. The idea of such deceit to the good people of America just wasn’t a possibility until the evidence started pouring in that it had, in fact, happened. And that most of our political class, from Mike Pence to many in the Senate and Congress, showed that they were willing to play along with the scam to remove Trump from office and hopefully the Republican Party completely, and the relationship with the Davos Party could resume and continue to enrich them all as it has. And they wanted the gut punch to sting, to remind us that we are not a self-governed people. That our elections could be stolen and that we needed to shut up, put on the mask, and hide in our homes while they stole the wealth of the world for their own goals, and that we’d like it. 

It’s no wonder that the publisher of Trump’s book, Our Journey Together, is having a hard time getting paper, ink, and glue to produce the book. It’s continuing to sell well, even after the initial 250,000 produced for the Christmas holiday were shipped. People continue to flock to it for a memory of what we had and to nurture the hope that we could have it again, if not a lot more of it. I tend to think that what we get out of all this mess will be better because people now know it’s possible; it actually happened once. They know who the bad guys are, and they know that Trump was their representation of the good guys. The world was shocked when America picked Trump both times. The second time, the Davos Party and many other shady characters worked to stop that incursion into their global theft. So, they stole our election, and they were caught. They, of course, will do as all criminals do; they will deny and deny forever what they did. But the evidence only points in one direction, and justice will have to find its way to their doorsteps; otherwise, civil society is not possible. They will do whatever they have to do to prevent the kind of America that Trump shows in Our Time Together. The enemies of our culture didn’t want it the first time, and they are determined never to let it happen again. But for the rest of us who are actually in control of that future state result, we can at least know that we had it once and that our goal is to have it all again, only this time, much better and without any apology to anybody.

After this, Sherrod Brown Must Step Down: Jim Renacci just destroyed him in an Ohio debate–it wasn’t even close

These statewide debates are always very polite, but in that context Jim Renacci’s first debate with the three-term senator from Ohio Sherrod Brown was a disaster for one of the most liberal members of the senate. You can see the whole debate below but if you just go to the end the summation will be quite clear, Sherrod Brown walked off the stage and left the building not even giving interviews after Jim Renacci tore him to pieces. Renacci was very well prepared and stayed on issue the entire time. It was quite clear that Jim Renacci knows how to win these kinds of tough elections, which is why President Trump personally picked him to run against Brown. But it was surprising just how much on his heels Brown was during the entire debate, except for one time when Renacci brought up the domestic abuse case that had been hanging around Sherrod Brown’s neck for over thirty years. At that point Brown turned to Renacci and indicated that he should be ashamed of himself for even bringing that up because his ex-wife had forgiven him long ago. But the effect of that line left a very uncomfortable stench in the air that Renacci had successfully exposed.

As a nation we had just watched Brett Kavanaugh have to explain his high school year books when a woman from way back then accused him of rape and it was Democrats themselves who indicated that Kavanaugh just for the accusation of such a monstrosity should be removed from consideration for Supreme Court. Yet Sherrod Brown had the audacity to look at Jim Renacci and say that his challenger should be ashamed of himself for considering specific factual evidence of domestic abuse coming from the Brown household. It really didn’t matter if the ex-wife forgave him, what did matter as established by Democrats is that it happened at all. In the Kavanaugh case it was his word against hers, in this case there is evidence and court documents. If Sherrod Brown had abused women 30 years ago, he was still prone to do so according to logic. So why wouldn’t Brown be knocked out of contention for the senate race in Ohio just by the modern definitions of the #METOO movement? That’s what we’ve all been told by Democrats is supposed to happen.

The reason Brown’s statement to Renacci about the domestic abuse had such an ominous appeal to it that left the room gasping for air because it put on full display a truth we all know, but don’t often see in the light of day. We know there is a double standard in the media between Democrats and Republicans and how the media applies rules of conduct for each. Obviously, the media leans heavily to the political left and they won’t jeopardize a liberal senate seat in Ohio, they are more than willing to give Brown a free pass. And they planned to help Sherrod Brown out with his #METOO problem. His ex-wife was certainly willing to help out but we have seen out of the political left intense hypocrisy applied to President Trump and many others over much less than what Sherrod Brown did. Even at the worst-case scenario if President Trump did have a fling with Stormy Daniels and some other women and it was all consensual, we were told that those events made him not fit for the presidency. But with Brown we were supposed to buy into his sincerity when he looked hurt that Renacci even brought it up. Up until that moment I hadn’t been thinking too much about Sherrod Brown’s domestic violence problems from the past, but by the way he looked at Renacci and expected a different set of rules, it was quite clear that there is a lot more to the story than the media was willing to adhere to.

On every topic Brown was on the back of his feet, it was clear that he didn’t come prepared for the debate. And when Renacci pushed Brown on the lack of work that Brown actually did for Ohio Brown gave a fine example of his behavior right after the debate when Renacci worked the press completely alone. Brown didn’t stay for any questions. Likely he didn’t feel he needed to with a big lead in the Real Clear Politics poll, but as we know, that’s not very reliable. More than that, I think Renacci hit him too hard on the domestic violence issue and it cause trouble at home, and Brown had to fix that rather than talk to the press. Whatever the situation, Renacci showed that he was a much more stable person, and a much harder worker interested in the job. Renacci won the night in both deed and action, it was a brilliant performance.

The choice between Brown and Renacci is very simple. Brown demonstrated that as a guy who had been in Washington for over 30 years that he still hasn’t a clue as to what makes an economy work. Workers don’t have any jobs if not for corporations, so by making big business an enemy, how can anybody expect to create jobs? I mean anybody with basic economic understanding knows that progressive talking points like “global warming,” “tax the rich.” and “being friends with Wall Street” are stupid and idealistic, not rooted in any kind of reality. If workers don’t have jobs because all the employers have been taxed to hell and back and pushed out of the United States, then what good are they? Even for a polished politician Sherrod Brown sounded like a kid in the 1st grade trying to explain economics, he didn’t seem to understand even the basics. But Renacci was an accountant by trade and he knows numbers. He made Brown look like a complete idiot in all economic discussions.

Yet the zinger of the evening was the domestic violence problem for Sherrod Brown. His own party has set the stage for his voluntary removal from office. They established the criteria he must live up to. It reminds me of the Bill O’Reilly situation when liberals were so happy that they used allegations of sexual misconduct to get the long time and popular newsman knocked off the air at Fox News. Then Democrats realized that they had people in their party doing much worse, like big time fundraiser Harvey Weinstein. After Democrat men started dropping like flies the #METOO movement cooled off a lot. Conservatives live pretty good lives, they can throw rocks in glass houses a lot better than Democrats and liberals had to realize that they had opened a can of worms they couldn’t endure themselves. But they reopened that can with the Brett Kavanaugh hearings and now one of their precious senators in Sherrod Brown was guilty of much, much worse—and the facts were there to prove it. That leaves Democrats with no choice really, one way or another they are going to lose that liberal Ohio senate seat because under the modern terms of #METOO, Sherrod Brown must step down. He is not fit to serve—otherwise liberals can never use such an allegation ever again. Just think if Donald Trump looked at his accusers and said what Brown did, that they should be ashamed of themselves for even bringing up something from his past for political reasons? Liberals can’t have it both ways, and Renacci hit the center of the issue during the debate because he dared to ask the question—a question that Democrats cannot answer without giving everything else up. Is one seat worth all that to them? I don’t think so.

If Renacci pushes this issue Democrats will have to abandon Brown, and that little revelation is what emerged from that first debate in Ohio between Renacci and Brown. Brown is vulnerable emotionally on the issue and that sets the stage for a very interesting upcoming three weeks.

The Power of MAGA Hats: Kino Jimenez and the political left learned a hard lesson

There is nothing I hate more than a bully, so I was quite interested in the story of Kino Jimenez who as a 30-year-old liberal attacked a 16-year-old boy on the 4th of July wearing a Donald Trump MAGA hat in a Texas Whataburger restaurant at 2 AM. Good for the kids with the young man wearing the hat because they captured the attack on camera and posted the video for which there was a firestorm of anger against Jimenez. Within a few hours of the attack the video was spreading to Trump supporters who had figured out who the attacker was and posted an old address online. From there people went looking for Jimenez to beat the hell out of him only to discover that the posted address was only that of his brothers. Realizing that he was in danger Kino Jimenez shaved off his beard and hoped to lay low for a while, but police knew they had to do something so they arrested the assailant for theft and put him in jail, essentially for his own protection. What makes this one special is that it is showing unequivocally that people are starting to fight back and defend themselves from liberalism. The MAGA hats are the start of something, they have become synonymous with Trump supporters who want to do just that, Make America Great Again, and they are standing up to the very nature of liberalism which has corrupted our nation for decades to the impressions of bullies who make up that political philosophy. And that is a very new thing to see happening in American politics, where the right kind of people are finally fighting back.

I’m not a supporter of mob violence so I’m not exactly cheering that a mob of internet revenge seekers essentially hunted down Kino Jimenez and forced the hand of the Universal City Police Department to arrest the guy before people beat the hell out of him. But I am an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth kind of person. Or should I say and eye for a head, and a tooth for ripping out the heart of your enemy and eating it over his last moments of life kind of guy. That turn the other cheek stuff is for dope smoking hippies who follow a Buddhist idea of peace at any cost kind of thinking—which is not conducive to confronting evil and pushing it out of our lives. The only way to truly make America great again is to confront the evil that has been working against it and in this case, it is the fight over individual rights versus the old order of collective salvation.

People like Kino Jimenez who make up the liberal political parties because they are not personally tough people. They are drawn to the Democratic Party because they wish to hide in the safety of the herd. They use the violence of a mob to gang up on individuals who typically don’t stick together and to separate conservatives from others like them with constant harassment. The primary reason that the minority of progressives, socialists and Democrats have been able to make the gains against Constitutional management that they have is due to their gang like behavior. In this case Kino Jimenez didn’t need a gang, he was a big 30-year-old guy picking on a bunch of teenage kids. He felt the power of his party behind him to join the anti-Trump movement in harassing anybody wearing one of those MAGA hats—which is what he did.

The MAGA hats were a brilliant branding scheme created by the Trump campaign which unified many disjointed individuals under the flag of a conservative movement, which is new for the Republican Party. As people who typically support individual rights the greatest weakness of conservatives were that they didn’t tend to stick together on anything, so they were constantly at the mercy of the bullies of liberalism. Liberals have no choice but to stick together, that is the nature of their political party, group think and peer pressure. Democrats require the destruction of individualism in order to sustain themselves in every situation, so they have to be bullies in order to survive. They cannot stand on the merits of their own thinking, which is their weakness and has been from the beginning. When Trump came out with that hat as a candidate it served as a binder with the greater movement of conservatism standing together in defense of itself. The MAGA hats united individuals together in a way that no conservative movement had up to that time and now two years later with Trump now comfortably in the presidency the kids in that Whataburger restaurant were feeling patriotic on the 4th of July and wanted to wear their MAGA hat out to show their sentiments toward American celebration. I did the same, I wore my MAGA hat on the 4th of July as well, for many of the same reasons and it does turn the heads of liberals every time I do it. They know what it means, it’s all about individuals coming together to fight the incursions of group think which persists in liberalism.

That frightens people like Kino Jimenez so he lashed out at the young kid wearing the hat, but something happened that he didn’t expect. People came to the defense of the 16-year-old and hit the streets hunting the bully down until justice was served. The same kind of joined attack occurred at The Red Hen in rural Virginia when they kicked out Sarah Sanders from the Trump White House staff and denied her food service. Shortly a small mob of Trump supporters showed up to protest the restaurant which was not something any of the leftists involved planned to see happen. The political left is seeing something they never counted on, conservatives are fighting back, and they aren’t sure what to do about it.

This is what I have been saying for many years, several decades now. Conservatives essentially make up most of America. Liberalism is a very small portion of the American experience, yet they have been able to puff out their chests and appear to be much larger than they really are giving the illusion of superiority in many cases, and they were able to do that because conservatives didn’t stick together or show a desire to fight back when they needed to. For all the talk and fear that came out of the Tea Party movement, the Tea Party was never about protesting and inciting violence against those with whom they disagreed. It was always about education, which is radically different from the typical leftist gathering where the only method of interaction that they have is violence or the threat of it. But now things are different, people are fighting back, the right kind of people. The MAGA hats have unified a movement behind a common cause for liberty that has not happened before except perhaps during the Revolution and it is starting to wear down the opposition.

Liberals have never stood for what America always was. They have been asking when America was ever great, so how could there be a hat demanding to make America great again. Because to them they have to destroy individual rights to exist so America was never great, to them greatness comes under the flag of group think. But now conservatives have been united under the MAGA hats and they are coming to the defense of the weak when they see there is a need—and that is something the political left cannot deal with. When it happens thugs like Kino Jimenez learn quickly the consequences of the bully tactics of liberalism when they try to suppress individual rights, the right to think different from a liberal, the right to wear a MAGA hat, the right to separate oneself from the herd of lazy marijuana inspired thugs. For a change the mobs aren’t coming from liberals, they are coming from conservatives united by Trump for the defense of individual rights, and that is something very new.
