The Fight Between Yahweh and Baal: Studying the Bible to beat globalism and the nature of evil everywhere

There are a lot of people contemplating evil these days. We aren’t exactly living in a stable culture anymore. I had a person ask me about the picture on my blog with me at Jackson Hole the other day, which provoked a question about its significance. Well, the spot I was standing is where the fight in the Clint Eastwood movie Any Which Way You Can ended, with Eastwood winning in front of the entire town. And that is where I bought my white hat at Jackson Hole, Wyoming because I always loved that movie which I watched again recently. It’s not as good as Any Which Way But Loose, but it’s a fun movie about macho material and the problems men have specifically. It’s also a movie that wouldn’t be made today because woke culture has pretty much stamped it out of existence. You don’t see that movie playing on network television anymore, but twenty years ago, it was on all the time. We have a real struggle on our hands with this massive woke conglomerate that wants globalism everywhere and communism for all that is trying to impose itself on all of us. And there is a pushback from our culture against it and a return to the reverence that made movies like those old Clint Eastwood films so popular, to begin with. I loved that movie so much that I had to visit all the places where that big fight took place in the film because it met so much to me. But why, why was it so important, and what are we fighting? Many of us would call it evil. But the macho behavior that is expressed in that movie and many movies from that age was what the globalists would call evil. So, who is right?

It’s an impossible cliché to avoid when discussing evil, but the best book in the world to deal with it is the Holy Bible. I personally love the Bible; it’s been part of my life since I was very little. I grew up in church listening to “Onward Christian Soldiers” at the end of the service as the pews let out, I went to Sunday school most every week, and I had two years of catechism. But I didn’t stop there, I have read widely on all topics over the last 50 years, and I have a pretty good handle on where everyone in the world is coming from based on their personal histories. I can say with great confidence that there isn’t a better book ever written than the Bible in exploring the nature of evil and how detrimental it can be for the human race. Yet my interests in history go far beyond the time frame of the Bible, which is around 4000 B.C. with the start of Adam and Eve and extends to our present time roughly 6000 years later. I consider sources that talk about the “pre-Adamites” and their religions. And when you start getting into the Gnostic beliefs from the Book of Enoch, you open the door to consider humans came not just from the earth but many other places in the galaxy.   I would say the evidence points to “many other places.” And that doesn’t mean that the Bible was wrong in its description of the creation of Adam and Eve. But what we see in the Bible is an experiment by God to break a tribe of humans away from the masses and free them from the bondage of the worship of Baal, an ancient deity from Egypt that persisted with great reverence in the land of Canaan and was the primary villain of the Bible, much more so than Satan, or mentions of the Devil, which don’t come along until almost the end of the Bible, in the New Testament.

You could spend a lifetime putting together all the various puzzles regarding prehistory, the mysteries of today, and how the Bible plays a part in it all. Like most books, it only captures one point of view in a very specific timeframe. But unlike most books, it covers exact references to a family line of descendants over many thousands of years to conduct a particular experiment on the nature of good versus evil and essentially the struggle of Yahweh against the primal nature of all people to worship Baal. This is where western civilization starts, and eastern religions separate themselves, leading to globalism’s primary struggle today, how to merge these two radical forces, which is absolutely impossible. In a world where communist China is being used to sell globalism through corporate control, this issue of Baal is persistently a problem, the worship of the forces of nature and submission to it, as opposed to the western view of conquering nature and using it as a tool for human advancement. The essential problem is what the Bible is about. The Old Testament is a chronicle of this struggle and the ramifications of failure to adhere to it. That’s why I love the Bible because nothing else ever done in literature has really attempted to solve this problem of evil.  Other attempts have tried to define it, but they do very little to solve it.  Are all the worshipers of Baal evil? Why is Yahweh so jealous of Baal, to the point that he would destroy his own people by turning to Baal for worship? I would say that Yahweh was a rebel, a fighter who was trying to free people from the clutches of an ancient problem, one that persisted for many millions of years, the worship of nature to the detriment of human development. Once people started listening to God, the Yahweh of the Bible, then civilization lurched forward, and we have what is called in another book I love quite a lot, The 5000 Year Leap, by Cleon Skousen.

I recently saw a lot of talk about satanic references, with a picture of three women at the Golden Globes dressed in bizarre outfits. As I’ve pointed out, Satan doesn’t appear in the Bible until 1 Chronicles 21:1, nearly halfway through the text, and when he appears, he’s a kind of census taker. I’m sure there is a lot more to that story somewhere. But the villain of the Bible is Baal, and the plot device is escaping from its rule, which looks to have been around well before the events of the Bible. Much of the modern “satanic” worship referenced is actually humanity’s lazy trend to continue worshiping Baal. Its Baal worship that is essentially behind climate change and is the religion of globalism, especially from the point of view of the communist Chinese. They call their gods by different names, but the nature worship aspect of merging light and darkness as a kind of balance stands opposed to light conquering darkness; that is the message of the Bible. And the two are not compatible. They cannot coexist as the bumper stickers indicate. And to avoid the conflict, you can’t just throw out all religion, which has been the weapon of choice of those globalist-minded. It can all get very confusing, especially if you listen to the authority figures. So if you need to get your bearings, I would suggest rereading the Bible, or for the first time, and getting your mind wrapped around the struggle. Because of all the great things that have happened in history, the essential conflict that we are all still engaged in is this fight between Yahweh and Baal. The battle between human progress and yielding to the forces of nature. And that fight is literally in everything we do. So, understanding it will help your life a lot. Simply put, the path to evil is in the lazy; the worship of Baal comes from those too lazy to do for themselves and hope that nature will give them a way out of personal responsibility. And good, as the Bible defines it, is in self-responsibility and assertiveness to do good in the world by leading a productive life toward the aims of creation.

The Attack of our Judiciary: How evil works in the background of the Bar Association

One undeniable way that evil moves through the world is in penetrating our society through rules and regulations, making compliance the value of morality while the act itself might be sheer evil. And that is often where our judiciary finds itself. If they follow the law, they often find that it has been corrupted by evil and malice, yet they are compelled to stand by it by law. This was the fatal flaw of the Israelites in what I think is one of the most important lessons of the Bible, in the Book of Judges, where the people of Israel want a king like every other nation and beg for Saul. God rebels against his own people and plucks King David out of the crowd, undermining King Saul for most of his life. Saul becomes a kind of bumbling, jealous figure who, as the first king of Israel, is disgraced by his very existence because, as God tells Samuel, the people wanted Saul; I gave them the God they wanted, which was God’s way of punishing the people for violating his vision for them. Until that point, Israel did not have a king and would not have a king; regional judges managed the affairs of the people, leaving it so that there would be no other God before Jehovah, not on earth or in heaven. It was this notion that was built into our own Constitution, a society that would have a judiciary to balance out the tendency of mankind to be corrupt with equal power over the other branches of government. Such a concept is a slap in the face of the lazy tendency that humanity has had to have a king, something of a representative of God on earth.

I’ve had the benefit, likely guided by some divine logic, of getting to know a lot of judges over the years, starting with my teenage life. I’ve often talked about the get-out-of-jail-free card I had in some very wild and violent days of my teenage years. A judge offered himself as a mentor to me as I was surrounded by crime and malice. That judge was very much what the kind of people from the Bible had in mind, wise, composed, and a bit defiant against tendencies of social power. He understood my rebellion and didn’t want to see me in jail over it. So, he was there to help keep the doors for my life propped open instead of being thrown in prison for the rest of my life when obviously there was a lot of good life to live. And since that time until just yesterday, I have had judges in my life and have had the opportunity to know them as people; whether it’s a supreme court chief justice or a regional municipal judge, I have a value for them that is unique based on my experience, and the understanding of what the Founding Fathers wanted to do with them while starting America, taking lessons from the Bible on how to start that ideal society. Judges were to be established as protectors of philosophy in a civil and strong society, and it was a great concept.  One of the greatest things President Trump did during his term in office was appointed many conservative judges. But in doing so, he revealed a much more sinister plot that became obvious, the destruction of our judiciary at the level of the Bar Association, where liberalism has been taught for a very long time and has been injected into the concepts of law and order at the start of many judges’ careers.

The mechanisms of evil we are talking about here have been around for a long time, and it indeed showed itself when the Israelites first founded their country. Human beings are terrified of self-government and want to be ruled, whether by a god, by some regional religion, or by a king. The tendency of the lazy is to allow something to tell them what to do, and for the lazy, they don’t care if that mind is focused on justice or evil intent. So the malice that we find today against a judiciary is the same malice that the people of Israel found when they tried to run their country without a king. Then once kings were established, then we saw a parade of historical references where kings abused their power because power was too focused. The story of King David taking the young woman Bathsheba, getting her pregnant, then sending her husband to the front lines of war to have him killed by circumstance is a good example of how a good person was corrupted by evil and the temptations to abuse his power and authority over innocent lives. God eventually punishes David with even more violence and mayhem, but obviously, the cycle never improves after that, cycling through all kings and emperors around the world until you get to the United States, where our presidency has a check on their power designed to eliminate just this very kind of problem. Yet the enemies of America want that problem to exist, so they have baked into the procedures to judges’ frustrations through the Bar Association that will ultimately get the people of America to give up their judiciary. It is much easier for evil to influence one person in a kingly role than a series of people following the rule of law to protect high society. But if they are stuck following such restrictions, then the second best thing is to corrupt the laws that such a body of government follows, the legal profession itself.

This has been most obvious regarding election fraud; whether the case was the Trump case in 2020 or the Kari Lake case in Arizona in 2022, judges find themselves in the strange position of not protecting the individuals involved, as they should be, but in following corrupt laws as established by the rules of wokism coming out of the Bar Association.   I have had discussions with many more lawyers during 2022 than in most past years. This issue has come up often, were following the process was more important to those lawyers than the righteousness of the entanglement itself. And the evil of a matter resides behind the processes. It’s the same trick I have explained to various trustees in rubber stamping United Nations Agenda 21 and 2030 policies at the local level because zoning is filled with progressive planners who learned to be that way in the various liberal colleges. The needs of evil are to frustrate the population in general with their systems of government, whether it’s trustees, judges, or general politicians, and to direct them to the desire for a king, a regional king, a national king, or a king of the world. And in that way, evil would be much better positioned to control that one person. We see this problem in just about every workplace where people don’t like their overpowering boss. The abuse of authority over a population is a continued problem that flourishes where there aren’t checks and balances. And I can promise that the local McDonald’s has all the same issues, and the sentiment is exacerbated by the corporate policies that don’t teach leadership but submission to a process where evil hides its signature. In so doing, the tempers of the population are rallied to the causes of malice. That can take the form of a worker’s revolt crying for communism to make everything fair against the greed of corporate profits. Or in the local judge, who finds themselves rubber stamping election fraud because the pressure from their own progressive Bar Association may never forgive them if they don’t follow the unwritten rules of voting certification challenges that, if utilized, would topple the entire political system. Rather than do what’s right, they help evil conduct its affairs, just as the people did when they begged God for a king. And that’s where the downfall of any civil society starts when the judges can’t judge but are controlled through their fraternal affairs toward the work of malice disguised as justice.

Thanksgiving Wishes: One of America’s Best Holidays

Thanksgiving is a day to celebrate what we value most. So at this time, I offer this wish I put onto social media.

And to that effect, the Bible is a place to reflect on what we value most. Enjoy the turkey. Tomorrow we go hunting for the bad guys! And the payment for their sins and scandal will be owed to our yearning hearts.

Where the Caves of Lakota Go: The evils of following process instead of logic

At the last Lakota school board meeting, approval on the payout of a lawsuit for $15,000 had to be voted upon over the procedural misconduct to remove public comment from an October meeting that had occurred. It was an easy victory for the person who filed the legal action; everyone knew it at the time, just as there are many explorations into further actions due to the actions of the board. I remember when this whole story about the superintendent of Lakota schools broke and his messy divorce, and his personal behavior that clearly didn’t align with the values of the community he worked in as a public figure, I was curious how the information would flow through the known communication channels of our community. After all, I knew all the characters involved at every level, so I was curious if the dye was poured into the cave water, where it would come out on the other end. Would it be where we expected, or would it duck and dive only to come out someplace surprising? And in the process of these many months, it looks like as the dye moved through the Caves of Lakota, through the various government bodies of our community, we ended up with a new decision, what to do about the obvious case of “intimidation of witnesses” as defined by the “intent to coerce a witness not to report information.”  And perhaps the most audacious exchange at that meeting was not the sudden revelation about financial stability through 2025, suddenly, but the lashing out of board member Kelly Casper toward Darbi Boddy about who board members represent and who they don’t. Darbi got it right, and Kelly had it all wrong when Darbi said of herself that she represented members of the community who had elected her for the purpose of board business in so many words or less. Kelly disagreed and stated that Darbi was elected to represent everyone in the community. And in that simple disagreement, we could clearly see the misunderstandings that had been costing Lakota schools so much mismanagement, expensive mismanagement. And why bad things happened in the first place that taxpayers were always on the hook for fixing. Darbi Boddy was sent to the board by the public to get control of the school board. Not to get along with the people who traditionally screwed everything up.

In the case of Lakota, the bad, expensive things that have happened to support the antics of their superintendent, who has mismanaged his life and then turned on the community with hostile threats to suppress the information, the most significant faults were in the desire for people in the process to follow the directions that were written by liberalism and that there value system was in obeying the rules, not in deciding if the rules were applicable, or needed to be challenged. We see this in trustee meetings all the time when they rubber stamp the latest Agenda 21 roundabout or a bike path meant to prevent cars from burning fossil fuels just to get a loaf of bread at the grocery. Community planners are all trained at the same liberal sources baked into everything they do; all over the country, progressive policies are then approved by conservative politicians who believe their job is to be good administrators of the rules and to follow instructions. They never seem to understand or question whether liberals or conservatives wrote the rules and if they should be following them. Not that I was surprised, but I watched with great curiosity at every level how all the people I knew, from the police department to the school board, and the media, followed strange liberal rules and procedures right into a situation that escalated everything into a public menace that only enraged the public, and did nothing to quell the original problems.

And it was that pesky problem again, which always comes up when the rule of law is applied to mass society in the wake of so much progressive influence over several years now, decades, really. As the Bible has been removed from being a foundation of law and order, the values that built America, to begin with, we have seen bureaucratic pinheads stepping in as the administrative state to replace the Biblical concepts of God in society, and therefore all sense of value for what a community can agree on. No wonder Nancy Pelosi could lie to our faces during a press conference about her crazy husband, that keeps getting into all kinds of trouble, or the mass media conspiracy regarding the Hunter Biden laptop. Or that there was no evidence of election fraud, even though the evidence, like this case in Lakota, was dripping everywhere with plenty of things to consider. The liberal denial of a fact was proposed because logic had been surrendered to the values of process control. Value wasn’t based these days on the judgment of an individual mind; it was built entirely in progressive processing around compliance with what was created by controls. Therefore, the value wasn’t in thinking about what was happening, but it was complying with the rules which were created to follow. So long as everyone followed the rules written for them, they could feel that their actions were moral and fulfilled a sense of justice from their point of view. But those in the community who expected community values to be conservative and to respect at least the foundations of Biblical understanding, the glue that holds western civilization together, found the decisions reprehensible.  More and more these days, these Biblical references come up as the source of the solution to our many social problems. I had always considered that everyone, regardless of their politics, functioned from that basic premise. However, I started to notice when I was in a hotel in 2014 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that it was missing the Bible in the hotel room and that more courtrooms, school systems, and even swearing-in ceremonies were going in the direction of the sports players who refused to stand for the National Anthem. There was a real progressive push to remove western civilization from the practice of any value judgments. At the heart of that was the Bible, essentially 1400 years of establishing laws that built western civilization. And once those values were removed from the decision-making process, even conservative people, or people who think they are conservatives, found that value judgments were reduced to just following the rules of a process. And if liberals wrote the processes, then it didn’t matter if the people participating in those decisions were liberals or conservatives; they would all act the same if the path to resolution centered on compliance with a process instead of the judgment of the parties involved. And in that way, we learned that there were many hidden chambers where the dye went before it came out of the cave in strange places. And that information is extremely valuable. Then, looking back at how the community has divided over this issue makes a lot more sense. The compliance track thinks it is permissible to punish the community for deviating from the process that allows public officials to game the system at significant taxpayer cost. While the public functioning from traditional value judgments of right and wrong as established Biblically, as the foundation of our entire society, found the proposals reprehensible. The good news is that while functioning at the Supreme Court level, our court system still lives by such Biblical ideas and that the rule of law is our Constitution. Even while the progressive-minded would like that not to be the case and would love to throw their political enemies in jail, or take them to court over frivolous litigation, the truth of the matter is that in those places, the Bible still matters.   Because if people don’t believe in that, then you can’t have the basic tenants of civil society. And under that view of the law, harassing the public for discussing evidence is witness intimidation, which opens a whole new can of worms.

Matt Miller, the Hunter Biden of Lakota Schools: The products of public education and police transcript

It is amazing how the Tony Bobulinski whistleblower story is so similar to the Matt Miller story of the Lakota schools superintendent. We all know by now that Tony Bobulinski was a business partner for Hunter Biden and the Biden family in general. He has given very damaging testimony to the FBI and Tucker Carlson on Fox News on a few occasions about the massive corruption of the Biden family and to confirm that the scandalous Hunter Biden laptop was real and that Hunter Biden’s crazy life was everything and worse than what it looked like by the evidence presented. The same could be said of Matt Miller; his ex-wife, like Tony Bobulinski, gave the school district a look behind the curtain into the crazy sexual lifestyle of the school superintendent that included discussions of molesting children through drugging them. She provided statements and evidence to the police and local whistleblowers, which resulted in a complete cover-up of a progressive system. While ordinary people would have expected Matt Miller to be arrested in leg irons for his actions, the same people expected Joe Biden and his son to be arrested and made into a public spectacle. After all, we have Hunter Biden on video smoking crack, having sex with prostitutes, and showing the lifestyle of a person who has sold out America to rival countries like China. Everyone was expected just to go to sleep and ignore the problem. It has been quite astonishing to witness from the perspective of progressive elements of political society, a local school in the Cincinnati region, and the politics of the President of the United States producing essentially the same results regarding law and order and social perspective.

I attend a few school board meetings at Lakota from time to time, and the ones I have gone to have shown the essence of the problem well before the Matt Miller story was something anybody knew about. Julie Shaffer is one of the school board members who essentially describes the situation without knowing she did. It’s essentially a problem of progressive institutionalism that produces people like Matt Miller. Over the years, Matt Miller did what everyone told him to. He obtained all the criteria to become one of Ohio’s school superintendents as defined by public education needs set by labor unions. None of these needs come from the hopes and dreams of the children involved. The tradeoff is to do what the authorities tell you to, get a career where they care about hiring people who do what they were told as established by corporate needs, which are essentially, these days, the needs of globalism. And that the value of all your efforts is to get good grades. Check the boxes set up for you in public education for the kinds of things you are supposed to be learning. Then follow that path in exchange for a decent living. Referring to Julie Shaffer, who obviously got involved in the school board to help steer public education in a direction her children would benefit from. And that benefit was established by corporate America to do all the woke things that have defined success in many different ways than we are used to from the past.

Here is a transcript of the police report involving Miller. He denies that anything physical happened with any children. But his sexual lifestyle is certainly not traditional. This is the part that is trouble, it was just that one time.

The value is in doing what is told to the participants, not how those participants behave in their personal lives. Success is determined by compliance. And what is done outside of a professional capacity is off-limits. Nobody is supposed to judge Hunter Biden, who was obviously raised to be a train wreck by his father, who is now the President. What matters is that Jill Biden is a Doctor. That title means more to them than anything in the world. And the media, trained by the same methods, will provide more coverage for Dr. Jill Biden than the crimes of Hunter Biden because one supports progressive society, and the other is entirely off the grid of consideration.

This sums up most of the report, anybody who doesn’t agree with him is either crazy, or far right winged. This report is available as a public records request at the Sheriff’s office. He talks about a lot of people. A bit of good advice, the best way not to use dirt on somebody is not to have any. Stay clean, and there will be nothing to worry about. But when you do have dirt to use, save it for a rainy day.

In a recent meeting, Julie Shaffer was fighting back tears because she thought it was unfair that so many people were upset at Matt Miller’s demonstratively perverse sexual behavior. She didn’t see a connection to how that might have an impact on a public education environment at all. That is because personal behavior is not the measure of success in all progressive institutions. Compliance with the system is. So from that vantage point, no matter what the personal behavior is of the public employees, they expect success to be defined by the hoops they have jumped through along the way as established by progressive society. She worried that if people judged Matt Miller based on his behavior, it might interrupt the opportunities for children in the school to have the kind of opportunities in corporate America that the kids might have. Personal behavior was not a concern for her. As she understood them, opportunities were defined by the teacher union view of the world.   And it is in that way that so many bad things happen that leave people scratching their heads. We’ve seen this theme playing out for years now, where personal behavior is not judged, no matter how bad it is. But being compliant with the progressive education system that is very politically motivated is the primary driver of all concerns. So no wonder Matt Miller didn’t seem to think or care what people would think if they learned about his sexual lifestyle as he placed sexually explicit ads on dating services, knowing that people could find out about it. Like Hunter Biden, he seems compelled to thumb his nose at any judgments that might come his way because in the world of government schools, he was the king, and nobody was allowed to judge him for anything.

Did you see what Matt Miller did there with the police, reminded them that Sheriff Jones and I were on opposite sides of a political issue? To appeal to his ego. After all, the politicians I support tend to win in politics. Not so much for Jones. I wonder if this had any impact on the decision to move the case forward. Hmmmm……………………………………

Listening to Tony Bobulinski talking to Tucker Carlson a few years after the first interview that should have put the Biden crime family in jail, yet they are now White House royalty was interesting because it’s the same pain on his face that many have been feeling toward the Matt Miller situation at Lakota. Here was a guy who had direct evidence of treason through Joe Biden, where he had sold his power and influence to foreign competitors for money, but nobody wanted to hear it. And as bad as thinking about molesting kids should be for a school superintendent of a huge school system, it was a painful gut punch for many to see the school go into instant cover-up mode, to watch the police start acting like the FBI; there to preserve a system of progressivism instead of standing up to it out of duty to law and order. But then again, that is the heart of the problem, progressive education in government schools makes people like Matt Miller and Hunter Biden. It’s the product of those “checked boxes” of progressive behavior that Julie Shaffer seems harpooned to as if it were the great white whale from Moby Dick. The concept that people can be crappy people but still be successful is the tradeoff. People could do whatever they wanted in their private lives, no matter how ostentatious, and nobody was allowed to judge them for it. So long as they did what progressive society wanted them to do. All else would be forgiven, and the shock of that revelation has been eye-opening, to say the least.

Justice is Coming: We are one election away from Impeaching Joe Biden, and others

Justice is Coming

It’s a clear warning for those who are fighting against our Constitution. The time for justice is coming. Many of the crimes that the political left has deliberately committed over the years assumed that they would overthrow the Constitution before we arrived at this point. But the beauty of our Constitution, as I saw all the time, is that it is built for just this kind of justice. It takes time, but it’s better than the chaos of armed insurrection. But conflict is a natural part of all order, and when we are attacked, order, justice, and personal satisfaction are certainly expectations we are more than warranted to expect. And the crimes are mounting in 2022 for a massive groundswell of Republican gains in the House and Senate at the federal level and many state races that will purge the genuine socialism and communism emerging from the Democrat party. With Biden getting caught trying to stoke war between Russia and Ukraine alone is far worse than what the Nancy Pelosi-led House did to impeach President Trump. With that bar of impeachment lowered, the House will move to impeach Joe Biden in 2023 over several issues, and they will be more than justified in doing so. My purpose for this particular article is to lay out the case ahead of time for all those liberals who will certainly cry about how unfair it is. Well, they had their chance to swing the bat, and we saw what they did with it. They went for all our heads, and they played to kill. Thankfully our Constitution has held, and now the momentum will shift in the other direction, and there won’t be a lot of room for sympathy. I would say the impeachments, the investigations, and the general aggression that will have to come from Republicans in the House and Senate is better for Democrats than the violence that would otherwise be justifiably due. And when it does, the crying in the media won’t help them. It is time to pay and pay they will.

As I write this, the mail-in ballots from the Pennsylvania election in 2020 have been deemed unconstitutional, meaning the election results there were illegally counted. Democrats in that election pushed for the counting of all ballots, illegal or otherwise, and knowingly committed election fraud in order not just to win the presidency but many down-ballot races that have put in place many unlawful representatives. The most significant justification for a Biden impeachment is his handling of the border with Mexico. The Biden administration took an oath to the American Constitution that required him to protect the border. Still, instead, the Biden people have adopted an Open Border Society approach advocated by George Soros to poor millions of illegal aliens into our country essentially to vote and keep Democrats in power illegally. Biden has knowingly broken the law to commit election fraud by flying these illegal aliens into targeted population zones to affect the upcoming election. That is why Democrats generally do not want voter I.D. because they knowingly participate in this type of election fraud. And that is the key part of the case in Pennsylvania; how do you know that a mail-in ballot is the vote of a real person? You can’t; it’s too much of an opportunity to commit election fraud, which obviously did occur in Pennsylvania.

Additionally, that same type of fraud occurred in all the contested states, which struggled to find 45,000 votes to put Biden up over Trump in the 2020 election. Logic can only conclude if we were just looking at this one form of election fraud, using illegal aliens to prop up Biden in the last election, that this practice is typical, not unusual. The apparent attempt to do the same for the 2022 election, and forever forward until our country is destroyed as a Republic and crushed by a mob ruled Democracy that impeachment of Biden by a new House and Senate majority would be getting off easy.

But more than that, to turn to Ukraine, which has been at the center of the Biden family corruption, and attempt to point the world’s attention to a much-needed war there with Russia, while Russia plays bad cop to the Chinese good cop in diplomacy is far beyond a crime of intention. Based on what the Democrats in the House did to Trump over his Ukrainian call, the call between Biden and Volodymyr Zelensky on January 28th was impeachable because it was an American president trying to stoke war for the prime purpose of political distraction domestically. With several Supreme Court losses centered around Executive Orders to force mandatory vaccines to fight Covid, which was created by Dr. Fauci in a Chinese lab and unleashed to the world—again during an election year to tamper with the results of that election, the actions of Biden just on this incident rise to the level of impeachment from office. Just this one thing. But of course, we know many things will come to investigation in 2023 that the Biden people will not be prepared to deal with because their assumption all along was that the American people would throw out the Constitution by the time we arrived at this next election. But, as we can clearly see, if the Constitution is intact and the rule of law applied, the Democrat Party will essentially be done for, and there will be a lot of cries about unfairness and tyranny. But the cries will fall on deaf ears because this time, people saw what the villains of our country intended, and they can’t hide their eyes from what they saw and experienced.

For those who are more soft-hearted and might be inclined to listen to the cries of unfairness that will come from ABC owned Disney, and CNN, MSNBC Bill Gates, and the billionaires at Davos consider yourselves lucky that Americans have waited and turned their need for satisfaction to the justice of our Constitution. I have said from the start of all this, even though the crimes were evident and terrible, that before we grab our guns and start a real war of violence against a grossly incompetent and malicious government domestically, and lots of foreign actors who have been given a key to our back door and have intended to destroy us all, what is coming from our replacement government Constitutionally principled, is getting off easy. They might think of it as the worst thing in the world as it’s happening, but history will measure us all by the justice of a Republic, led by law and order. And when those laws were broken, as they have been, the remedy was within the Constitution all along, and that makes it different from any other period in human history, which is magnificent. Sure, we could slay all these tyrants in a bloodbath, and for many, it has been tempting. But what we have coming will be much better than that. And as it’s happening, there is no reason to cry for the criminals in our government who will have to pay. They brought it upon themselves and can only look in the mirror as to whom to blame. We didn’t choose for them to do all these things, they did them intentionally and corruptly, and now they will have to pay.

Vigilante Justice is Better than No Justice: If the government fails to do its job, order can’t be the casualty

Justice is Valuable

The word so far is that the Milwaukee County district attorney John Chisolm had set the bail for the Waukesha mass murderer, James Brooks, artificially low—at only $1000, because of financial contributions from George Soros.  Soros has been doing a lot of that, spending money on district attorneys to shape law enforcement policy toward his goal of destroying the United States through internal turmoil.  No need to send troops to the border to fight invaders like in the movie Red Dawn.  The new villains of the world are billionaires who have had their money go to their heads and drive them to world domination.  They seek to undermine our system of law and order to overthrow our nation and rule us all in place of the values of our republic. It’s a fast-moving story, and if you add that incursion onto the millions of dollars other billionaires have used to buy off the media, it’s not an accident that in the wake of the tragedy of Brooks driving his car through a Christmas parade, killing children and adults alike, that we didn’t see a vigil for all the names of the dead.  They did have a vigil, just not the usual wall-to-wall media coverage that usually happens in tragedies like this one.  Unlike a mass school shooting that drives a political narrative, the political left put Brooks on the streets to commit this crime.  It was part of their strategy, and they wanted nothing more than to move on from the story and get back to talking about how they felt about the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict that freed him in his self-defense case.  These attackers from the political left, from international criminals like George Soros to the Milwaukee rapper James Brooks all want the same thing, the destruction of America and all of us who make the nation great.  And they’ll do anything to make it happen, frequently breaking the law as they do it.  And they don’t care.

This has brought up the concept of vigilante justice in the wake of the Kyle Rittenhouse case, where the political left felt the young man should have gone to jail for murder for the rest of his life for defending Kenosha from thugs, scum bags, and thieves with a rifle.  Yet, they support the bail and release of known criminals like James Brooks totally based on skin color and social status. It’s a concept based on insanity, which is a symptom of the Democrat party as a whole.  Liberalism is an insane concept that should be psychologically treated, not supported by philosophic debate for its own value.  I happen to have some extensive experience in vigilante justice; I wrote a book on it called The Symposium of Justice way back in 2004, which was based on experience I had with mayors, law enforcement, and the FBI over drugs that were being sold across the street from my home.  I wasn’t about to put up with that kind of thing, drugs were always something I fought against, and I couldn’t have them sold across the street by a bunch of punk kids.  But the police were in on it, and so were the many levels of government I turned to for exposure and justice.  In the end, if there weren’t vigilante justice, there wouldn’t have been any justice, and I will say all the time that vigilante justice is always better than no justice.

But it’s no justice that the political left is after in this modern invasion of our country.  George Soros is just one of the many billionaires who have global intentions and see America as in the way of his plans.  So he is willing to throw vast sums of money to bring us all no justice, frustration, and an eventual collapse of our legal system for their tactical objectives.  But one thing they can’t stand is when people insist on justice anyway and take to the streets as Kyle Rittenhouse did with his Second Amendment rights fully intact.  Kyle wasn’t a vigilante; he was a young kid who wanted nothing more in the world than to be a cop.  But, if you are someone like George Soros, getting rid of cops is the goal, just as in my old case of the drug dealers; getting them hooked on the extra income made them less effective.  In whatever case, the goal is to erode law and order in favor of chaos and overthrow.  The political left wants people like Kyle Rittenhouse locked up while criminals like James Brooks are free on the streets to rape, pillage, and destroy American society.  The thugs of society are the army of the elite, as they see themselves, and they expect us to put up with it.

I learned a lot from my vigilante days, and I don’t mind saying it.  The FBI knows all about it, but they let it happen, so there isn’t much they can do about any of it.  They broke the law by allowing it all to happen.  But I will say this, the wisdom of age is a much better tool than the antics of vigilante justice.  When I was younger, nobody wanted to listen to a young kid.  But as an older person now, I have quite a lot of influential people who listen carefully and value the input. I will always say that the best thing to do is try to make the system work by putting yourself in the middle of it.  You may not always get what you want, but you will find that your action will make it better.  Debate is the way to keep the kind of corruption I mentioned in my case in check.  If someone had been there to debate the mayors involved, the city council people, and many others, corruption could have been reduced.  The head of police who couldn’t pay his cops what they thought they were worth allowed for this side activity openly.  If someone had been there to debate with them, they might not have gone along with so much crime.  And in the case of John Chisolm, someone should have been going to lunch with this radical progressive.  Maybe then he wouldn’t have been so tempted by George Soros’s money if he had a few more friends.  The best way to have justice is to be part of the system, take responsibility for asking the hard questions, and work to make it as fair as possible.  Sitting around waiting for a crime to happen is the worst idea, but you don’t necessarily need to roam the streets as Batman.  I might suggest doing that if you are in your 20s and 30s, but the better way is to develop intelligence and reputation so you can fix it before it becomes a problem.  Corruption happens when good people are not part of the process.

When Justice by Government Fails

Yet, for anybody to assume that vigilante justice won’t happen due to some liberal rule, they are smoking crack.  By nature, all humans seek justice, and if their society lets them down, they don’t have much recourse otherwise.  Demanding that people put up with bad government performance is simply unrealistic, and the Soros plan counts on that very concept.  People have a sense of justice, right and wrong, and if the government fails to uphold that standard, people will turn to vigilante justice. It’s the correct and moral thing to do.  But it is all of our responsibility to make sure the government doesn’t fail because we are the government.  These days I know lots of judges, lots of politicians, I know lots of law enforcement.   I would say that I have a pretty cut and dry sense of law and order, and they all know that.  And it helps them have a reference point just through relationship building.  We should all try to be more involved before we turn to vigilante justice.  But if all else fails, then we must have justice of some kind.  Putting up with criminal conduct and the media that has prostituted itself to billionaire money meant to attack us all should not be a hindrance.  In the end, no matter what method it is obtained, we will have justice, and we will have justice for all.

If Manafort is Going to Jail, then why not Comey and Mueller, they have defrauded the American treasury of far larger sums of money

OK, so let’s get this straight, the government prosecuted President Trump’s campaign manager from the 2016 election for denying the IRS $6 million of revenue by not reporting $16 million in income and for that he has to go to jail for 47 months as a 69-year-old man stripped of essentially everything he has built over a lifetime only to beg and plea like a dog in the end so that he won’t die in prison. There’s a little bit more to the Manafort case but essentially, he was busted just because of his association with President Trump by a FBI investigation in search of a crime. When they couldn’t find one that implicated President Trump they prosecuted him for what they did find, issues that would have went uncharged had Paul Manafort never been involved as a campaign manager for the future president. However, that same FBI under the care of special investigator Robert Mueller who had just recently been denied the job as Director of the FBI was able to spend more than $25 million on a political witch hunt to go after Manafort and many other Trump associates kicking down the doors to Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal lawyer, running General Flynn through a career ruining process as well as many others, yet no jail time is proposed to Mueller for the same type of fraud that the courts against Manafort proposed. Why is that?

Of course, we all know the rhetorical answer, the entire Manafort case is a gross abuse of power by a government that is out of control. The FBI had become weaponized to protect a below the line status quo and the intention was to ruin the Trump presidency and spit in the face of half the nation that legitimately elected him by creating a false narrative and blaming a hostile country with the GDP of a rattlesnake, as if Russia could do anything on the world stage that might actually be harmful, with no money to perform the task. The FBI and their accomplices didn’t care if they started WWIII with hostile nations like Russia, Iran or North Korea so long as President Trump was pushed out of office so they could still have their hour-long lunch breaks and 30% more pay raises over civilian markets by keeping any sort of change away from them.

I say it all the time and will continue to do so, if Manafort is the bench mark for who should go to jail for crimes, then everyone from Robert Mueller to Hillary Clinton should be going to jail for the same. Certainly, at the very least FBI chiefs such as Rod Rosenstein, Andrew McCabe, and James Comey should—it was their work to blatantly push for the $25 million special prosecution in the first place to fulfil a purely political objective and tamper with an American election in favor of their wives’ sensibilities. In Comey’s case as a typical beta male, his wife runs his household and she was a Hillary Clinton supporter. So to make her happy and his network of socialites within the Beltway culture he acted against the nature of America’s political system to overthrow an election by abusing his office. Who thinks that Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok acted alone in their own crimes? Hillary Clinton was guilty beyond doubt yet under the care of Peter Strzok evidence was destroyed, immunities given and illegal spying and witness tampering was going on. And his bosses knew about it, that is why James Comey was fired by Trump as the Director.

Millions and millions of dollars were wasted not only on the Mueller investigation which was completely politically motivated, but on hiding the crimes of the FBI aligning themselves with the Democrat party to get Hillary Clinton elected. There seems to be an assumption among all those government employees that they are not guilty because so many of them participated in the crime. That the only difference between them and Paul Manafort is that he was an individual and they were a collective and that their crime is hidden behind the sheer numbers of participants. The assumption that they can’t be busted because they themselves are the government and there are simply too many people to prosecute is at the core of their behavior. That accounts for the smugness of these government criminals, they don’t believe that they can be prosecuted and their actions show their raw arrogance and disregard for justice, or the money they wasted in the process.

Remember Lois Lerner who as a big chief at the IRS used that agencies collection powers to strong-arm Tea Party groups. I remember that case well because I was drug into it myself. If the IRS could have found any dirt on me you can bet I would have received the Paul Manafort treatment just through my associations with the Liberty Township Tea Party that was at the center of that case and my friend Justin Binik-Thomas. Yeah, I’ve tried these shoes on before so I have quite clear clarity on the matter. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen the federal government grossly abuse its power and the resources they have confiscated from the electorate to manipulate the political tide of our nation. I’m not in jail because I live a squeaky-clean life and if people abuse my freedom, I have a tendency toward violence. So I’m not as easy of a target as Paul Manafort who did live a checkered life that was easy to prosecute. But the ideas are the same, if Manafort hadn’t helped Trump in the summer of 2016 win the delegate count ahead of the RNC convention, he wouldn’t be in jail now. He’d just be another white-collar criminal like most of the Beltway culture is, and he’d still be invited to Washington D.C. parties on Friday nights to mingle with the other social butterflies.

What happened to Paul Manafort and the government’s ability to toss him into jail for 47 long months is a gross abuse of power. It’s a shame that it was even allowed to happen. Paul Manafort may have defrauded the IRS and the government of money they expected to receive just by the sheer power of their offices, but they have abused the system far worse and wasted far more money than he did, yet they are not going to jail. Why the hell not? So what if 20 to 30 of the top players involved in trying to remove President Trump from office did go to jail? Would the system collapse on itself from the revelation that so many government officials are just dirty cops and massive abusers of power? Would knowing such a thing wreck our system of government far into the future? I don’t think so. Rather I would argue that by not prosecuting them far greater damage is being inflicted and that is the real crime here—not acting when its obvious that we must. Just in the case of Robert Mueller, he has defrauded the American treasury of over $25 million on a political witch hunt, completely motivated by political theater than the pursuit of justice. Why wouldn’t we treat him the same. The answer is, we should!

Fletcher Finnegan Will Teach the World to Begin Again

Fletcher Finnegan will show the world how to begin again: The picture is of the back cover to my 2004 book The Symposium of Justice. The smoking skull represents the burning life that most people live through half dead only to be manipulated by powerful interests into a life of enslavement under the guise of freedom.

When I came home from work today my wife was busy in the garden and was eager to discuss with me the necessity of getting some mulch. For what reason? She was pulling out the weeds that had planted themselves over the winter and wanted to prevent the growth of weeds from choking off the nice flowers and other plants she wanted to nourish.

With all the discussion recently about John Galt it has focused my mind on a project I’ve been working on for several years now. It’s a work of philosophy that I’ve adjusted and added to as I apply thoughts and concepts to the forges of life. Well before I ever read a word of Ayn Rand I wrote a book called The Symposium of Justice. I wrote it for my kids primarily, and had a deal with a Wild West Arts distributer to carry the book that fell through and critical reception of my book were of a nature that nobody knew what to think of it, so sales weren’t very good. I had some trickle in over the years, but nothing all that dramatic, which didn’t bother me because I had achieved much of what I wanted with the book already just in writing it. The character, in my book, Fletcher Finnegan is a hero that essentially is focused on removing the weeds of the world from the growth of what is good. And the purpose of the story is to figure out what the definition of “good” is.

When the Tea Party movement arrived I was relieved to see other people finally getting on board to the kind of fights I had been engaged in for years. That’s when I ran into Atlas Shrugged, from fellow Tea Party members. When reading it, I was shocked I hadn’t run into the book earlier because it was so similar to my way of thinking for many years. Although my Symposium of Justice is a much smaller book than Atlas Shrugged, and written with a pulp-fiction style of dialogue, many of the characters were shockingly similar to my own work, and the situations were amazingly parallel. In Symposium I have a literal band of “hit men” that work directly for the government to enforce new rules for a society moving in a progressive direction. The book begins with the attempted rape of a young girl, set in motion by the town mayor as a way to inflict fear in the population and make the residents want “protection” and to seek more government interference in their lives. My story involves a series of “social engineering” experiments designed to perpetuate a progressive government and this was well before Barrack Obama was even a senator.

When I was reading Atlas I was shocked at the weapon revealed in the third part of the book which is a sound wave weapon that can destroy targets with just waves of sound including flesh. In the Symposium I had a water tower in the town that emitted a radio wave that affected the pituitary gland in people and made them more impulsive, wanting to buy more items, encouraging them to have more sex, and be spontaneous. In this way the government was able to control the population as it desired.

It’s not just in the science that I was shocked in the similarities, but in the character’s. Misty Finnegan was heavily involved in politics and working as a spy to feed her husband information needed for their small rebellion. Fletcher Finnegan is working as a grill cook at a fast-food restaurant so he can get information about the local happenings from the young people who work with him, particularly drug dealers and other social parasites. Mayor Goodman in the Symposium is remarkably similar to the Wesley Mouch character in Atlas. But what is most strikingly similar is that attempt by myself, and Rand to paint the picture of characters that are larger than life, striving to be “good,” and everything that is involved in that process, the Overman known in German as the “ubermensch.”

I was relieved to read Atlas Shrugged, because I thought that with Symposium I was attempting to go in a direction that society was not prepared to go. I have been working on the ideas for the next step in Fletcher Finnegan’s story and his fight for a needed revolution for many years now. And it was in the words of Ayn Rand that I realized that there is a hunger for this type of story.

Fletcher Finnegan is different from John Galt in that Fletcher is taking on the role of a freedom fighter that takes the fight to the “destroyers” of the world as opposed to John Galt who seeks to remove the food of the destroyers so to starve them out of existence. The similarities between the two characters is remarkable, and was not intentional. I can only conclude that when it is thought out, what the solution to the modern problems of our age is to be, then a character of such a nature is what’s needed. The world needs John Galt’s and Fletcher Finnegan’s, and the creative mind can see it. John Galt’s way is to choke off the weeds of the world by not watering them. Fletcher Finnegan’s way is to fight them directly and pull them from the ground by the root one by one till they are eradicated from existence.

The complicated part of the story is in exploring the morality of such a position. It is a tight rope to walk and could easily become a radical ideal similar to that of the radical Muslim, who believes that all non believers are infidels and deserve to die. That is not the way of Fletcher Finnegan.

It is obvious however that the world has forgotten how to live, if it ever really knew it at all. It appears that only small visions of enlightenment have permeated though our art to find itself to the minds of the very few who understand it. So it will be the mission of Fletcher Finnegan to teach the world to live again, but this time for good, and not to be easily forgotten. And that process will start by removing the weeds in the garden.

Stay tuned………………….
