“Rich Hoffman is an Idiot”:LOOTERS OF THE FOREST HILLS SCHOOL LEVY

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW is right, it is difficult to be the focal point when one acts as a beacon of truth in a world gone mad. And that is how he started his Saturday show of January 14, 2012 revealing that his home school district of Forest Hills is attempting to pass a new tax levy using the superintendent to build consensus with the residents of Darryl’s neighborhood. Darryl was furious that his district is attempting to raise taxes, insulted is more like it. In reaction to the schools aggressive move he posted on his blog the salaries and benefits of the employees of Forest Hills Schools so that voters can see what is dictating the necessity of a new tax levy. Darryl put out the call for support since he has helped with so many other levies throughout the city of Cincinnati over the years, and now he needs to know that he has friends and allies in his fight against tyranny from money grabbing public workers who use our children as hostages to obtain yet more money from the value of our properties. The best description of such an endeavor is that of legalized theft. That’s where the difficulties come in at being the lone voice of a particular region pointing out the hypocrisy of the big business of education that operates more like a crime syndicate or a Vegas casino as opposed to a palace of learning for the bright minds of our youth. So I called in to Darryl and let him know that I will stand with him in his fight against this oppression known as the Forest Hills School Levy of 2012. You can hear that discussion at the 16 minute mark of the recording below which became very interesting when a teacher from Lakota, where I have fought many such levies myself, called in and proclaimed that I was an idiot. The woman’s name was Kari, and as you could hear she came out with her guns blazing with the typical rhetoric she had heard about me from her friends and other teachers around the district. She didn’t know it, but I was laughing when I heard what her problems were with me, because the things she accused me of doing I never participated in. She professed that I attended meetings where I shouted down people who were speaking, which I never do. I always let other people speak, and I treat them with respect–100% of the time. So I knew right away that many of her statements were not based on firsthand knowledge but the kind of dialogue that goes on around water coolers. Kari also declared that my facts were wrong, which is another common tactic that the Lakota School system attempted to utilize in order to discredit me, trying to keep people from looking at the data I was presenting. So I pressed Kari to name one instance where the many facts I’ve stated publicly were wrong. I invited her to declare which of the facts I’ve presented at this website weren’t factual, and there are MANY facts here. Yet as usual she couldn’t do it and they never can. Because what the schools do, all schools because they are not run by local administration dedicated to their communities, but by centrally located education organizations who teach the Delphi Technique for a political agenda that has nothing to do with educating children, but in obtaining more and more funds from communities to prop up labor union goals and teachers like Kari are used as pawns in that game.  (TO GET AN IDEA OF THAT GAME WATCH THE VIDEOS BELOW.  THEY ALL GET THEIR SOLICITATION STRATEGY FROM THE OSBA AND THE LABOR UNIONS OF THEIR STATE.  THE GAME IS THE SAME FROM SEATTLE, WASHINGTON TO MASON, OHIO)

The facts the school systems don’t want the public to focus on are why they end up in financial trouble to begin with when the communities of Southern Ohio have been quite generous with their approval of tax money to support their schools, but it never seems to be enough. So people like Darryl and I have went to the trouble to say no to additional tax levies, and demand a fix to the funding structure in Ohio by denying additional funds to our local schools so that we can starve this beast of public education that never seems to get enough, has too high of impression of what it does socially, acts politically against our communities and our families, and is not producing the best of its kind in the world. NO, EDUCTION IS NOT WORTH INFINATE AMOUNTS OF MONEY! It has a value, and we are declaring what that value is when we turn down a levy.

At Lakota the property tax rate is $1,140 per $100,000. That is what residents approved so that is the budget at Lakota. If the state cuts money or the federal government cuts money that does not mean the local tax payers will pick up the difference. It means that when a voter says no at the ballot box that the superintendent must then work within the budget, which means you either have a layoff, or you ask the employees to take a pay cut.

The reason Darryl and I post the wages that these school employees make, is to illustrate to the community why the schools are in trouble, because the school boards and superintendents have allowed the wages to climb too high. At Lakota it’s over $63,000 per year on average out of 2000 employees, which is too high. You can see from Darryl’s list that Forest Hills has a similar situation. So by posting that information, these fighters of these tax increases hope to illuminate to the school itself how to fix the problem, by getting control of their budgets. If you do not wish your yard to look terrible, you cut the grass. If you want to control your budget, you cut your expenditures. You don’t keep building your house higher because the grass keeps growing. As administration management, it is the schools obligation to the community to control their costs, not react to them like a yard out-of-control.

As angry as Kari was at me at the start of the debate, when she was able to settle down and speak rationally, I asked her on 50,000 Watts of flame throwing power over 38 states and parts of Canada, “Would you have been willing to take a 5% cut to save some jobs,” and Kari responded without a second thought, “YES.” This confirms what I have long suspected, that many teachers, especially those making over $65K per year would be willing to take a 5% pay cut to save their brothers and sisters in the union from losing their jobs to a layoff. Yet at Lakota nearly 3 months after a third defeated levy attempt, the superintendent at Lakota hasn’t even went to the union and asked the question that I asked Kari on WLW.

The reason superintendents threaten layoffs, and cut programs at schools are not to balance their budgets but to manipulate the public with extortion. They use The Delphi Technique to play the extortion game with a smile on everyone’s face, but the game is still just as sinister. Because the looted money comes from a trusted school official as opposed to a robber on a New York street doesn’t change the fact that taxpayers are being openly and legally robbed, and that makes me very angry. And it makes Darryl angry, and as long as there is life in people like us, we will fight that kind of tyranny with everything we have in us. WHY?

Well, it’s not to hurt people like Kari. My aim is to hurt the system used to turn Kari against me with the distorted facts she had at her water cooler discussions. The other employees of her school who use the Delphi Technique to manipulate the school employees into a collective brainwashing symphony that targets those of us who stand in the way of the open looting, are the perpetrators. Lakota as an organization had all those teachers convinced that what I have been saying is a lie, that my facts are distortions of reality, that I hate education. But based on what? The hearsay of a government employee who is protecting their right to double dip and make six figures when they clearly aren’t worth the money, an employee such as a superintendent, a principle, or a school counselor who has nothing else productive to do but whisper propaganda into the ears of employees and students are the advocates of misinformation, not me. It’s those same whispers from irresponsible senior administrators who coax our children to roam our community streets at night and vandalize the property of any tax opposition.

That is what Darryl and I are fighting against. While superintendents all across Ohio pretend to be CEO’s running massive organizations, we have revealed that they are just public relations personnel designed by the education system to always secure more funding to feed their big business machine with looted public money. They use the same tactics as presidents of the United States in lying openly to the public because they do not respect our intelligence. This is why the superintendent at Forest Hills Schools is having a “community” meeting where the good Doctor will share a coffee with the community and allow them to feel they are a part of the decision-making process. But the contracts are already signed folks, the money is already spent, and the superintendent of Forest Hills Schools knows it. All he’s doing now is using The Delphi Technique to win voter approval of the money he and his district have already committed to. And if you turn down this levy, he’ll ask again and again and again till you pass it. Because he’s not a manager, this superintendent of Forest Hills Schools, he’s a public relations salesman playing his part in the syndicate of big business education.

The smart thing to do in these confusing times is listen to Darryl Parks on 700 WLW and myself, and a handful of others who hold the torch up proudly and declare NO MORE………………HELL NO on more TAX INCREASES! Hell NO on more looted money from the values of our homes! HELL NO on this mafia like behavior that is public education. We are calling it what it is! To the employees like Kari they are just employees of the syndicate and their wages are high to keep their minds small, and their gossip focused around the water coolers. That’s why they think Rich Hoffman is an idiot, because they didn’t do the research themselves, but just listened to the rumors started by school officials using the Delphi Technique to manipulate them, which they are happy to do as long as the money is good, and the work days are short.

So when we fight teachers, it is not personal against you, but like soldiers on a battlefield you place yourselves between the objective and our current position, so if you become harmed in the crossfire and it is your own fault. You picked the wrong side to fight for so don’t be surprised when you become a casualty. If you do any level of research or thinking on your own, you will discover that you will be on the side of Darryl and I, and that you should be helping him defeat his latest fight against the villains of his own district, who have sabotaged his school with an ominous presence from a syndicate that doesn’t loot with a gun, but with kindness and handshakes. This is not a line of gray that will allow you to be half in or half out. Teachers like Kari are as numerous as stars in the sky, and once we get passed the animosity of our positions, we discover they are good people, like most people are. But it’s the system they service that is the villain, and makes them all accessories to tyranny as long as they blindly serve an institution they know full well is committing crimes against the innocent at many levels in trade for a healthy pay check.

That’s why Darryl and I post how much these employees make, so that the public can know how their money is spent, and you the teacher and administrator can know what your purchase prices is to turn your head away from the crime, and go gleefully on vacation. Ignorance is bliss after all………………..

And to the looters, liars, and manipulators who think The Delphi Technique will continue to hide your thievery………….sorry about the facts. They are pesky, but not going away.

Battle Hymn of the Republic: The Glory of U.S. Citizenship

“To promise to protect enemies both foreign and domestic.” Those words jumped out at me while attending a naturalization ceremony my son-in-law was participating in to complete his long road to becoming a United States Citizen. The event featured representatives of over 50 countries, each one standing proudly to proclaim the new United States Citizenship. It was refreshing to see people from all over the globe seeking so proudly membership into the very valuable club of citizenship that many who were so fortunate to have been born in the America take for granted. Because many of those countries represented at this ceremony are living under the oppressive rule of tyrants in one form or another and it takes courage to just apply for citizenship, let alone go through the long process of actually obtaining it. For my son-in-law, it was an 8 year journey that culminated into a packed room at St. Dominic School in Delhi. In that room there wasn’t any discussion of political persuasion, racism, gender equality, there was just unification that people of many backgrounds were gathered, from every conceivable place to seek admission to a banner of freedom protected by The United States Constitution.
A choir of young people from that school came in and sung a number of patriotic songs including my favorite, the Battle Hymn of the Republic, a song that has been my favorite since I was 3 years old and they sung it in my church. I play the song often from my garage sound system while I shoot basketball in my driveway on hot summer days. It is the song of America and was quite fitting for this epic event.

As that song played and I listened to all the petitioners declare their American allegiance I wondered who the domestic enemies were by definition that these people were swearing to protect. The first thought to my mind was Barack Obama himself, who behaves as an enemy of America in his constant attacks against the U.S. Constitution specifically the signing of the NDAA Act on New Year’s Day and his constant desire to bypass congress with executive orders. American citizenship doesn’t seem to mean much to the president, probably because he lost his citizenship, not by his doing but his mothers when she left with Barack Obama’s stepfather back to Indonesia while the boy was still very young and not able to fend for himself. Obama applied to American colleges under foreign status and it looks as though Obama has attempted to lawyer himself to cover up that fact that he is an illegal president according to the provisions of the Constitution. Obama is proof that once the rules are bent once, as he has done to justify his presidential eligibility, then the rules will be bent again and again. For the Barack Obama types who function in our government, they are domestic enemies because they do not respect the Constitution as shown in their actions, because they seek to manipulate the obvious in favor of the gray areas. There is no question that Barack has managed to walk the gray area enough to prove he was a citizen born in Hawaii, but he doesn’t do such a good job of explaining his foreign status when returning to the United States to study. So he became a lawyer like the many other looters and thieves in public service and sought to manipulate the law to suit his personal agenda, which is that of a radical community organizer who seeks to uproot all the foundations America stands upon.

But he’s not the only one. I would extend the domestic enemy umbrella to include virtually all lawyers and lobbyists who seek to make a living off the tax payer instead of contributing to the ideals of the Republic. At this ceremony I found it disturbing that Senator Rob Portman and Sherrod Brown sent letters to the applicants as though their office carried some kind of weight in authority. The letters read as though both senators were noble kings of some province in Ohio instead of workers of the people’s business, just mere representatives in a Republic known as America. Brown is a constitutional revisionist himself who seeks to expand government at alarming rates, which is a very un-American idea. Virtually every petitioner for citizenship present was fleeing countries riddled with such ideas, so bringing those failed concepts to America could easily be viewed as an enemy to the American way of life. And Rob Portman, whom I liked quite a bit until he signed the recent NDAA Act without any justification wrote a letter that on the surface appeared patriotic, but the lawyer in him could not hide the contempt that is apparent in his profession. I have known Rob for a long time. He may have forgotten by now but I was the guy who videotaped the great debate at WLW when Portman ran for his seat in a special election to capture the Republican seat back in 1993. I also hung out with Portman at Longworth Hall when he was currying favor for the Ross Perot crowd in what was being called The Reform Party back then, where I spoke. Rob helped me and a friend get onto the roof of Longworth Hall and drape a huge American flag from the top that nearly hit the bottom of that tall building and brought traffic on I-75 to a near standstill as motorists slowed down to see. Portman sent me the first order for a t-shirt I designed called “Take an Axe to our Tax” in 1996, which made me feel there, was hope that after three years in government, Rob was still on the right side of things. Rob Portman is a guy I liked a lot, so you can imagine how it pains me to declare him a domestic enemy, because he voted in favor of the NDAA Act. The most dangerous enemies are those we like, those who draw our smiles, and leave us thinking they are good people, while behind our backs, they plot against us. Those are the worst domestic enemies.

For my son-in-law I know the domestic enemies he will be fighting are those of ideas. Recently, he anticipated that many family and friends from his home country of England would join him in the states, but they have all but bailed on him. After trying life in America under green cards, they are seeking the socialism of England over the freedom of America. It’s hard, especially among the youth to explain why they can’t have 6 weeks of vacations while working at a McDonald’s, and why they must learn to drive a car when they are used to riding a train. Socialism under the Labour Party in England appeared to be a benefit to all, but it has made an entire generation weak, and barely able to lift a fork to their mouths to feed themselves. When young people don’t even have the ambition to drive a car, they certainly won’t have the ambition to self-govern, which is the plan of those big government advocates, to make people addicted to their drug of socialism. My son-in-law has lost many loved ones because of socialism, in his quest for freedom. That socialism in England is the same socialism that Obama and his clan of education thugs and union lackeys are trying to bring to the United States. That’s why Cincinnati has a street car, and why the Obama administration wants fuel to be over $4 per gallon, and want smart meters on our homes to regulate our power output to support green initiatives. It’s why the government is pushing electric cars onto the Detroit Auto Show even though nobody wants them, and why the media is covering up the serious fire risk of the Chevy Volt, as those cars are catching fire due to battery cool down problems.

All those manipulators of a free lifestyle are domestic enemies, and are certainly under the classification spoke about at this ceremony as people to watch out for and fight if need be. A domestic enemy is not necessarily the terrorist who is trying to gather bomb making material to blow something up, or the would-be-assassin who is trying to obtain a gun to make a kill.Equally dangerous is the lifestyle reformer who professes to rob America of its Constitution through legal manipulation, who seeks to make gay marriage a priority over a balanced budget, who seeks to put so many people on the government feed nipple that they will always have the vote of the weak in a society mind numb and lax under socialism instead of thriving under capitalism that only is limited in the work one wishes to put forth.

I saw in that room a collected group of people who were happy to become citizens for all the right reasons and political motivations. To my mind they are more American five minutes into obtaining their certificates, than the politician who thieves off the tax dollar with the aim of a Florida condo and a yearly cruise from work they’ve provided of no value but a gradual erosion of The Constitution.
After the ceremony my family took my son-in-law to the Hofbrauhaus in Newport which is his favorite restaurant in the city of Cincinnati. There we drank the giant liter steins of Dunkel beer made behind the bar and ate a lot of food. I read the Constitution that was given to him along with the letters from the senators mentioned. As I looked it over I noted that Senator Bill Sietz was there, my nemesis on the Issue 2 referendum mentioned frequently here as one of those turn coats who chose big labor over the principles of small government. Sietz was one of those politicians who cried for change under Governor Strickland then when change came under Governor Kasich he left the governor hanging on a vine. After all Sietz was a labor lawyer and unions are a lot of his income. So he chose his livelihood over the preservation of Ohio and his network in labor.

The event in itself was a grand one. It was truly refreshing to see such joy on the faces of new American citizens. The relief these people must feel immediately after is something long-term citizens can’t fathom. As my son-in-law said, “I can travel now without my green card.” That one small notion made the beer taste just a bit better for him and the hundreds of others present that day. But for the politicians who hung themselves to the process like the looters they are, they gave the event a feeling of a married couple who truly despise each other but maintain an image of the happy family. The husband and wife put on a good face when they appear in public. But out of the public eye, they have an open marriage—the wife has many lovers all over town and out-of-town, and the husband does too spending most of his free time not reading about philosophy and history, but of new sexual partners on Craig’s List who might meet him somewhere for some new sexual adventure. That is our government, Obama, Sietz, Brown, lobbyists, attorneys, prostitutes, power addicts, officials of degraded character who have sold out the value of the Constitution for the ability to have value they do not maintain because they are lazy and weak of mind.

I would replace them all in government with the people who just obtained their citizenship on Friday the 13th 2012 in less than a second if given the opportunity, and the Republic of the United States would fare far better than its present course because it is this group of people who worked hard to get a citizenship that is coveted all over the world as excessively valuable, who appreciate it. Because it is this United States Citizenship that gives an individual the right to their own property, and the right to pursue freedom without being ordained by any political party, religious idea, or tyrant of heredity. America is all about the Battle Hymn of the Republic because the fight will march on, and domestic enemies to the Constitution will be met, and at the same time threats from foreign enemies will be confronted to preserve the value of a citizenship sworn to at St. Dominic School in Delhi under the idea and pursuit of freedom.

The battle before us this time does not involve a war across the sea, or the spilling of blood anywhere on earth.  The battle we are fighting for now is to restore the idea of America after many years of abuse by greedy, unsophisticated, caretakers.  And to those who wish to maintain such a quandary in American culture, fear that song.  Because it’s coming for you!  The looters, thieves, and feel good police have hijacked it for too long, and it’s time to restore it to its rightful place in our popular culture.  For it is the idea of American culture that should be spread throughout the world as evidence by the gathering of those who seek refuge under the citizenship of being an American and why such a thing has so much value.  It is that value that we protect now through first art and literature and if those things fail, then with the gun.  But we will have that value.  YOU CAN TRUST THAT DEAR READER!  So wipe away that tear that is running down your face from hearing those songs, clean your gun so that it is ready, and in the meantime spread the word.

Fighting a School Levy: Real value vs. percieved value

For whatever reason in the middle of January 11, 2012 my broadcast with Doc Thompson on 700 WLW garnered a lot of email requests from tax fighting groups all over Ohio wanting help in fighting their school levy situations which mirror the troubles I’ve had at Lakota for most of the last decade. I am happy to help any and all people who wish to mount similar campaigns against their school districts for the simple reason that I think public education has been performing an ominous task, holding the children we send to public school hostage to fulfill the aims of organized labor which has political motivations. This has not only led to extraordinary per pupil costs, but has worked hand in hand to drive up the cost of college education as well. So I encourage all of you reading this to listen to that interview I had with Doc Thompson again, but at the conclusion listen to the next guest who speaks with Doc about the troubles of college education which ties directly to the perceptions established in public education.

The absolutely infuriating aspect of the Ben Dibble move into the presidency of the Lakota School Board and advancing Julie Schafer to the VP spot, who is a person who has been my adversary in these tax fights, I take it as an assault to my cause, instead of the district listening to the points we’ve tried to make in helping them balance their budget, they’ve sought to dig in for a more vicious fight in 2012. It’s nothing against Ben or Julie, but the strategy that Lakota has employed coming out of the holiday break reveals their intentions.

I see the same arrogance in our current president. I see the same lack of will in our congress and senate dealing with the United States $15 trillion-dollar deficit. The behavior at the federal level is no different from that of my local school board. It’s a lack of desire to face reality. It’s a desire on their part to follow a failed economic model created in Europe and they are in denial as to the effectiveness. The public schools in Ohio and all across the nation are arrogant in their belief of the product they produce, which is not the best in the world, is so valuable that it is beyond question or financial restriction. They are arrogant in what they believe their role is in our children’s lives as opposed to what our role as parents are. And they believe we should spend infinite amounts of money to maintain their empires. They believe this because all these types of employees from the President to the school board member to the teacher in the classroom are government employees. Is it any surprise that the president props up teachers? Because he was one, and he wishes the public to believe he has an inflated value, so by propping up the teaching profession, he assigns value to his own life that may not be real.

Shortly after my discussion with Doc Thompson I looked at the payroll I’m responsible for in my professional life. I tried for a moment to see the world the way Ben Dibble, Julie Schafer and Barack Obama see the world and apply that thinking to the management of those wages. Looking at over 150 employees, I may think every one of them is worth $30 an hour. But in reality the market value for their tasks may range from $10 per hour to $21 per hour. So if I paid them all $30 dollars an hour because I like them and think they are doing a good job that is a decision that I made that is not based on market value, but personal value. To pay all 150 employees at $30 per hour will cost me $4,500 per hour in employment costs. It will cost me $180,000 per week in payroll that must be supported by sales.

However, sales are driven by market forces and I can only generate $130,000 a week in sales, because in my business, that is the reality created by competitive forces, (hypothetical situation for the purpose of explanation) So as a member of management it is my task to make sure my payroll does not exceed my sales, so I must make sure that if I have some employees who make close to the $30 per hour mark, I need a relative number who make at the $10 an hour mark depending on what they do as determined by their skill level.

If I pay my employees the way I want to, and I go over my sales revenue, then I am a bad manager. If I went to my customers and said to them “I am raising the prices of my product to cover my costs, so you will have to pay more.” Of course their reaction will be to take a hike, they’ll find another supplier, because I have priced my goods out of market value and it wouldn’t be worth it to them to pay the increase. That leaves me with the dilemma of having to either lay off workers, which would hinder my ability to perform the task of making my product, or asking my workers to take a cut in pay to meet the sales revenue.

This is what government is doing at the federal level when they say they must tax the rich, because behind the scenes they know that it is only in the rich that there is more money to be obtained, and they must obtain more revenue to cover the promises they’ve made but didn’t reason how to pay for them. And this is why your local school has no other plan but to seek additional revenue in the form of taxes. At Lakota, the new Superintendent who we pay over $250K per year for in overall compensation has one primary job—to obtain passed tax levies. Lakota spends many hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on public relations for one reason—to pass school levies. In fact, The Pulse Journal just released the latest story on the Laura Kursman incident where Lakota paid the former Public Relations director $90K a year to go away. You can read that article here:

Of course there’s more to the story. It appears that Laura found herself in a squabble with the school board over one of the sex cases the district had to clean up, specifically a child molestation case, and it bothered her to have to defend the behavior. By the time the levy attempt came around, Laura was questioning things. So the public image focused on her neck injury. The deeper issue that cost $90K in tax payer money involved the realization that Laura would not as PR director do anything to maintain the image of Lakota, so the board paid her off to conclude a separation of the contract, so the district could hire a PR director who would do anything to protect the image of the school to pass a new levy.

The exclusive desire of the distinct of Lakota is in maintaining their image so the public will grant them higher taxes. The problem is the district doesn’t have the money even if they wanted to. Butler County is suffering from lack of real money in value. It is the worst county in all of Ohio in home foreclosures. The county had 3,330 foreclosure filings against properties in 2011, only three filings less than were made in 2010. That’s a flat change with no major improvement from 2010, but down from more than 4,000 filings in 2009, according to Irvine-Calif.-based website RealtyTrac, which monitors default notices, bank repossessions and scheduled auctions across the nation.

The foreclosures are caused by two things, one the housing bubble burst, which was in part propped up by federal loans qualifying people who didn’t actually have the personal value to obtain the homes, and two the tax rates have proven too high and are soaking up residents expendable incomes. The homeowners foreclosed upon treaded water for a while, just like the federal government does and continue to shop and participate in the economy by racking up credit card debt. But eventually, they are overtaken with the weight of the debt and they lose their homes.

The fight against tax increases, particularly at Lakota, is not to hurt kids who go to the school. And it’s not to get revenge on the school and its employees. The fight is to help those who live in our district who are suffering because of the housing bubble collapse and don’t have the incomes to cover the cost of their personal debt. Lakota, as well as virtually every public school dominated by a labor union, have run their labor costs above what the market can support, and it is their task to cover the gap between perceived value and real value. At Lakota it’s easy; all they have to do is reduce their labor costs by 5%. That’s not very much if distributed among the 2000 employees. Other districts might be a bit more, or a bit less. But it is not the task of the public to pay more for a service they are already barely able to afford. And it’s not a good use of public money for a school like Lakota to manipulate the tax payers with PR directors and school board games of pretending to cut costs or implement programs of cost reduction when it is clear the intention is to go for another tax increase in 2012. After all, Ben and Julie have made that proclamation abundantly clear. They believe if the public perceives the board is good, and united, then the public will grant Lakota a tax increase.

It was the teacher’s union in 2008 that drove up the labor costs with their strike attempt and it was the school board who caved under the pressure and signed the contract. That is mismanagement of the community resources and not the problem of the home owners and business owners who have managed to balance their budgets to stay in business and maintain their homes in a tight economy. They are successful, which is why they live in Liberty Twp and West Chester. But if the school district loots more money away from the community to cover their own fallacy, then it is not acceptable. They failed to balance their budget which was given to them by the public at the ballot box.

For every school system who proposes a tax increase, you will be fought diligently. You will be fought because you are a proven parasite that doesn’t understand what a burden you are on the community and it is not the task of producers to compensate for your failures. We live in the age of litigation culture, which is failing our society, and has established a false value toward assets with the legal aim of direct theft. Value obtained in this litigation culture is based on theft, not produced value, and this is how modern education has taught our children and why they expect looted money from the value of property to fuel their tyranny. The modern public education establishment has the task of learning its true value and not attempting to prop it up with image specialists, so that they can loot the wealth of a community. Even if the community is itself wealthy, as West Chester and Liberty Twp is, that does not entitle the school system’s labor unions to loot that wealth because they work in the district. The fight at hand is to place among the responsible parties the burden of adjusting themselves to their real social value. It may be painful, but at least those employees will still have a job, and a good one that is valuable. But not at the expense of putting one resident out of their house that has real value because they can’t afford the taxes, or driving away the potential business who locates their establishment in another community because the taxes are cheaper. The business has value because it produces materials that bring happiness, or assets directly exchanged with currency. The fight against tax levies is a fight for a quality of life that is purely American. The fight to pass a tax levy is a defense of socialism. And that is a battle for the soul of America and it is happening in your own back yards, and you must win there before you can win against the federal government.

First win the fight in your back yard. Then win the fight in Washington D.C.

Ben Dibble and President Obama: Using the Delphi Technique to destroy ATLAS

What does the President of the United States have in common with the president of your local school board? Well, both positions along with politicians at all levels in between use the Delphi Technique to create public consensus. The Delphi Technique is the creation of Saul Alinsky and is commonly used by community organizers derived from the written work by that known radical. This is why Obama is so good at it. President Obama as a lawyer has learned the very dangerous game of using The Delphi Technique to create a consensus in public opinion as he tests the waters in violating the Constitution bypassing congress to pass new laws. In the following clip you can see that prior to his executive orders as he tested the waters to build consensus among his political base prior to taking the unconstitutional actions against congress. What he’s doing is using the Delphi Technique to build support in mass by using the falsehood of a mythical democracy to use mass to defeat the Constitutional Republic that is the United States.

In my home school district of Lakota, which has seen three levy failures from a school system of over $160 million dollars a year in budget costs and going upward, my community has said no to more taxes to cover the out-of-control spending going on at the school. In fact it was this very morning that I gave an interview to the Cincinnati Enquirer about this very issue since the school has put in place a new president who is using The Delphi Technique to build support for yet another levy attempt in 2012. “This is just another spin for trying to manipulate the public. If Lakota wants to be sensitive to the public’s needs, they need to present to their teachers’ union a proposal to reduce their labor costs by 5% instead of asking the tax payers to pay even more,” Hoffman said.”

This new school board put Julie Shaffer as second in command who worked on the previous levy attempts. So there isn’t any attempt by this body of government to cut their costs. They are going into 2012 with full intention to ignore the votes of the previous levy attempts and go for a forth attempt to pass higher taxes and they are using the Delphi Technique to do it. Below is the press release and speech given by the new School Board President Ben Dibble. Study the content carefully. It’s the Delphi Technique.

LAKOTA SCHOOL BOARD PRESIDENT BEN DIBBLE / REMARKS DURING JAN. 9, 2012, SCHOOL BOARD MEETING:

This is my first regular meeting as Board President. I’d like to thank my fellow board members for having confidence in me — for electing me president. I will do my best to make you proud that you elected me.

I’d like to take a few moments to reflect on where the School District stands, where it’s headed, and most of all, the School Board’s role in all of this.

First, we all know that the education our students get and the achievements they’ve made are spectacular. Academically, our students are literally second to none. We have test scores to prove that. In 2011, we were the top district among 600 in Ohio in student achievement. So to our teachers and administrators, and most of all to our students, great job. I am proud of you, and I know the rest of the Board is proud as well.

But we all know Lakota faces great challenges. And some of them may be self-inflicted. We do not have sufficient support from our community. Three consecutive times, our tax levies have failed. We have theories about why thousands of people have voted against our levies. We’re taking steps to find out for sure what’s wrong, including a survey that will go out in the next week or so. And we’re planning many other opportunities in the next few months to listen to the community and gain feedback.

But before I go further, let’s acknowledge that the School Board could be part of the reason for our levy failures. During the last couple years, the School Board has projected an image of divisiveness – that we weren’t always working toward the goal of providing the best possible education at the lowest cost. Starting tonight, that needs to change. The School Board has an opportunity for a new beginning – a fresh start. And I ask my fellow Board members to leave behind the ways we’ve done things in the past and take a new approach. Doing things the same old way will lead us down the same path that has resulted in three levy failures. Our credibility and communication with the community needs to improve.

As president, I will lead this board with these four things in mind:

1) To be open with the community. That means making sure appropriate School Board discussions are held in public — that School Board actions are clearly explained — and making sure the administration is open with the community as well.

2) To seek feedback from a cross section of the community, not just the folks we think will agree with us.

3) To take actions always with the best interests of our students in mind, not our personal interests.

4) To treat fellow board members with respect, even when we disagree.


The School Board is a legislative body. That means disagreements are inevitable. The community needs to recognize that disagreement is part of the process. Each board member needs to identify when it’s important to stand his or her ground on a key issue and when it’s important to compromise.

We have a new board member – and a new vice president – Julie Shaffer. And I’d like to put her on the spot for a moment – to put a special burden on her shoulders. I encourage her to help change the way this board is perceived. This board cannot continue to do things the way it has done them and expect the community to support us. Please help us change, Julie. You have the benefit of having fresh viewpoints. Please know that I welcome your input.

Julie is not the only new leader in Lakota. Many of our top administrators are new as well, including Superintendent Karen Mantia, Treasurer Jenni Logan and human resources director Diane Brunsman. I am impressed with their work. They are trying to steer things in a new direction. The School Board needs to support them. So I’d like to put a special burden on Dr. Mantia and her entire Executive Team as well: When the School Board doesn’t live up to the standards you expect, let us know. We need you to speak openly. You have experience in public education that we don’t have.

And I put a special burden on the community. I ask the community to wipe away any perceptions about the School Board and administration that might be outdated. With new board leadership and new administration, things are changing. Give us a chance.

Even the way we’re dealing with the required $9 million in cuts is refreshing. Yes, Dr. Mantia and her Executive Team are working to identity where the cuts will be made. The results will be painful. But the administration will not just be recommending across the board cuts to the School Board, then announcing that their work is finished. The administration is working to consolidate, streamline and modernize our educational system — to give the community hope that things can get better — to modernize the curriculum to better meet the needs of our students, preparing them for their lives and careers beyond Lakota.

In a way, this is a honeymoon period for the School Board and Administration. Together, the School Board and Administration are learning and becoming strong, effective partners. I have faith that the community will realize that this new leadership partnership deserves its trust and support.
With those thoughts in mind, let’s move on to our agenda items.

So you might be asking how did Ben Dibble the little ol’ school board president of Lakota learn the same techniques as those used by President Obama? Every year in November the OSBA (OHIO SCHOOL BOARD ASSOCIATION) has a convention in Columbus where they teach school board members how to employee techniques in passing school levies in communities, it’s called LEVY UNIVERSITY. Ben and all the rest of the Lakota School Board members are invited to attend the event and it is there that they learn the Delphi Technique. They may not call it that by name now, I believe they call it “consensus building” or some variation of the term, but the technique is the same no matter what name you call it.

It is the Delphi Technique that allows President Obama to circumvent the U.S. Constitution and it is the Delphi Technique that allows school boards to pretend a public did not vote against their agenda. The key is always in how these parties treat a vote. When a vote is taken and the results are ignored you can know that the aggressor is looking to the Delphi Technique to whittle away at public perception so the aggressor can sell to the public the goal of that aggressor to vote their way. It’s called consensus building and it’s used at all levels of government including your school board. And as long as you the voter allow it to continue by allowing yourself to be manipulated by the Delphi Technique it will continue to be used as a strategy to ruin our republic.

Philosophy, Politics, and Religion: The U.S. Government thinks you are a fool

The two things that we are told not to speak of are politics and religion. Yet it is those two topics that affect virtually every endeavor of human thought. If you want to know who the villains are in our society look at those who tell us not to speak of these things, and you will see your enemy. Those who advocate not speaking of politics and religion are those who are attempting to maintain a monopoly on thought, and seek to be the rulers of your life. For myself, I question everything, and am in love with nothing but the idea of being left to my own devices. So the social mechanisms of the human race are all up for revision. Nothing is sacred if it is not producing the very exceptional at the maximum capacity capable by the human mind.

The current philosophy of America, the one that has been infected with socialism, does not work for the majority of the population. It is an unmitigated failure virtually beyond measure. In fact, the examination of the ineptitude that our current American philosophy is pursuing is so grand that most people just tune it out and leave the matter of adjustment to the very thieves who have perpetuated the candor to the lowest in our society—the politician. To understand just how serious these politicians have infected American society with a philosophy of looting which serves nobody but themselves watch carefully this video which will spell out the situation wonderfully for your inquisitive mind.

At this site there are many radio recordings and videos which show that a majority of the public servants currently serving the United States citizens at Capital Hill have enriched themselves greatly by insider trading. In my opinion these are simple thieves who using a wage provided by the American citizen to do the work of the country have squandered that task away because they function from a looter philosophy that they inherited from this infection of socialism they were raised on in our public schools, and media culture. These con artists ran for office under the premise and promise to uphold the United States Constitution, but once there show the weakness of their inner philosophies, and quickly become common looters of the public treasury. It is because of these types of people of poor quality that communism will never work and the socialism that leads to total communism slowly erodes away the philosophy of every nation with the plague of altruism. Because the human being from even the first moments of life is concerned with its own survival, and an economy that is built upon self-interest will thus be stronger because it was built by people who care for themselves. Those who attempt to pretend that their life has value because of self-sacrifice are fools who lack real life experience as to the motives of mankind.

Beware of the altruistic prophet, the looter of luxury who pretends that they are there to help. They only care to take from you to gain what they lack the ability to make for themselves. A good example of this is Michelle Obama, the current first lady. She is one of those altruistic prophets who says one thing, but does another. A poor quality mind is always easy to spot in such people who believe they are better than they are because the value they apply is derived from what they have managed to loot from public money.

The looters of our American philosophy wish to strip away our religion and replace it with one of their own design so that they can control us, so that we are easy to steal from. They strip away our philosophy so that they can replace it with their own altruistic example so that we will give up our money to their cause and not cast our eyes in their direction and discard those politicians as useless. As long as they convince us to think in fashions of sacrifice, we will give our wealth to them so they can spend $447.39 on luxurious foods at a New York hotel for an afternoon snack. The looters do this because they are thieves who have no value for the funds they stole, because stealing it is easy. They provide no service that couldn’t be done by you dear reader. But they have stolen your philosophy from you in public education, so you cannot reason for yourself the folly of your ways. They have stolen from you a religion, so that you look to politicians who will spend $150 on Iranian Osetra Caviar as the provider of both religion and philosophy. They will sell to you their image as the prophets for the prices of the taxes that come out of your hard-earned check.

Looters do not have your interest in mind. They simply wish to give you a job to keep you happy and voting in their direction. They wish to hit that magic number of 50% by using your greed against you for their gain. You see, they do not believe in altruism themselves. Not in the least. They wish you to believe it so that they can control you. So you will take your government job, make twice what is made in the market controlled private sector, and you will trade away your freedom for comfort and a vote for their politicians so they can maintain their power base as prophets when in reality they are simply clowns. Want more proof? Look at these connections of nepotism among the political elite centering on the new green initiative. This is just a fraction of what is really going on.

• The Tonopah Solar Company in Harry Reid’s Nevada is getting a $737 million loan from Obama’s DOE.
• The project will produce a 110 megawatt power system and employ 45 permanent workers.
• That costs U.S. Taxpayers just $16 million per job.
• One of the investment partners in this endeavor is Pacific Corporate Group (PCG).
• The PCG executive director is Ron Pelosi who is the brother to Nancy’s husband.

Yes, they think you’re stupid because they stole from you the ability to think. They did this by pilfering American philosophy which can be found in the work of The Federalist Papers and authors John Locke and Ayn Rand. The real criminals are not these politician looters; it is those who do not take advantage of the book store down the road, the television on the History Channel, C-Span, and Discovery Channels. It is those who forgo talk radio in favor of the sweet melody of social propaganda. (Listen to Lady Ga Ga and gawk at her outrageous outfits. She is selling you a philosophy and you accept it with your ears and the glitter of her fashion. She is designed to control your philosophy by album producers who wish to make a profit. The producers and agents of her songs are driven by self-interest, not gay rights, or political splendor. They are driven by self-interest disguised as altruism.)

Working philosophies and religions are out there for your use dear reader, and when you allow the looters to not only rob you of your wealth but of your mind too, you have committed a sin against your legacy.

When death finds you, and you lay in your casket and the small gathering of your family and friends show up to say a few nice words on your behalf, without a strong philosophy they will only have to say that you were a good person who did what people told you to do. You held a government job, paid your bills, and voted for altruistic political candidates who brought joy to the world. But your departed soul and a few wise men and women will know the truth, that you perpetuated tyranny by assisting the looters of America into a crime against mankind that made kings of the weak and victims of the strong.

The death I’m speaking of is not you dear reader, for you are only a cell in the greater body that is sick. The body I speak of that resides in the mentioned casket is America. A country that let it’s philosophy be stripped away from it so that it could become sick and die from within. For anyone who studies sickness knows that for a virus to kill a life, it must destroy first the body’s immune system, and for a country, that immune system is its religion and its philosophy. That’s why both must be discussed often, so that the body can fight off the diseases of looters which seek to plague it. And fear not, philosophy does not need to be laborious and out of your reach. I have went to considerable effort to make philosophy obtainable for a public that are current victims of a looter ruling class, so that those villains might find themselves shortly extinct.

Looters of Lakota: U.S.Presidents to school boards lack real value

Ben Dibble is the new President of the Lakota School Board with the former levy campaign worker Julie Schaffer serving as VP of the 2012 school board. Joan Powell had a rough year and there were considerable challenges that obviously the former school board president had which a small sample is shown below. Lakota to their credit is at least putting on a new face to attempt to give the impression they are changing their ways and are committed to solving some of their internal problems. However, I am skeptical of the move, especially given that Julie is a tremendous tax increase supporter, so it appears that the names are changing at the top, but the motive is the same. The school board at Lakota and virtually every school district in Ohio eats out of the hand of the labor union and is committed to maintaining the status quo of simply asking for more tax money when their back is against the wall.

To see how difficult simple changes in school board politics are all one needs to do is examine our national politics at the highest level which is President of the United States to compare the quality of these political servants with those of the local school board, which might be considered the lowest. Politicians at all levels for the most part seem obsessed with obtaining the recognition of public office as though it might improve the quality of their inner perceptions. But in listening to Doc Thompson’s interview with the author of a new book revealing the secrets of several Presidents of the United States, it is clear that America’s supposed best politicians—it’s presidents, are lacking severely in human quality which would befit characteristics of leadership. Our society just does not produce very high quality people, because it has been generally accepted that faults are satisfactory in performance and human eminence. This has created a political system where the lowest of our human counterparts seek political office opposed to the highest who build businesses and social assets of actual value. The political parasites of the lowest value seek to validate their existence by gaining the ability to tax citizens of real worth using the force of law to do so. In short politicians like presidents who would struggle to produce anything of any real value without the assistance of public money, require the funds of the public to prop them up to appear valuable. What level does anyone think is the value of their local school board member if United States Presidents are of such low quality?

I believe most of these elected officials believe they are doing what is right and good, but their definition of “good” is flawed by their own lack of worth and the ability to be productive. They do not understand the value of something because their method of obtaining things is to manipulate and legally rob it, so that they can appear to have value. So their definition of good is in having the ability to loot, not produce.

The Lakota School Board appears to be plagued by this complex because they have been given every opportunity to be productive and efficient, yet they have chosen to play the game of manipulation and image control to cover their lack of management skill. The reason politicians at all levels hire image specialists in public relations are to cover their inner faults as skilled practitioners of their chosen occupations. There is no other reason. And this is why Lakota is spending so much money to manage their public image, and using public money to do it. This is also why in the first meeting of the new year the board is already exploring yet a 4th levy attempt when all they would have to do is ask the employees of Lakota to take a 5% reduction in their wages and benefits. And when the average wage of the Lakota employee is over $63K per year it’s not asking much to put the burden on the employees instead of the tax payers who make far less on average. The school board obviously lacks the skill and determination to actually manage costs; instead they spend their time in maintaining their image, by moving around board members to make it appear they are functioning under a new philosophy. They spend a lot of money on public relations to clean up any problems that might arise from employees in the district so that the public will believe their tax money is being spent correctly. The public needs to be willing to increase their tax burdens to cover the discrepancies of the board’s lack of skill, which is why the district’s effort is spent on image, so the ability to legally loot the public can be obtained.

The most obvious evidence of this trend is how the school board handled the former public relations employee Laura Kursman when Laura developed a fundamental discrepancy at what she was willing to do as an employee of the Lakota School System. Allegedly the board asked her to perform duties of public relations that violated her own ethical behavior. There were two sex issues in 2011 that I know about and have stacks of documents to support, that involved teachers at Lakota that the school board needed to clean up so the district could attempt to pass more school levies, and needed public support to obtain those tax increases. It appears that Laura and the school board developed conflicting versions of how to present that information to the public which caused a rift that involved Laura having to leave the district and Lakota paying her $90K to end her contract with the school.

LAKOTA RELEASES INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEPARTURE OF A SENIOR EMPLOYEE

School District agreed to settlement
Lakota Local School District has paid $90,000 to its Executive Director of School-Community Relations as part of an agreement to end her employment.
The district agreed to the settlement after discovering an internal administrative oversight that raised questions about whether the district had complied with Laura tim contract. The oversight involved Lakota’s failure to complete an evaluation for Ms. Kursman during her employment.
The failure to complete an evaluation for Ms. Kursman occurred before many current members of Lakota’s Executive Team, including Superintendent Karen Mantia, came to the district.
Dr. Mantia, who started her job in August 2011, noted it’s common for a new chief executive to make changes in senior personnel.
“The district needs to move forward and the demand for communication and public outreach is critical at this time. This agreement ensures we can do just that,” Lakota said in a Dec. 12 statement.
Ms. Kursman did not sue Lakota. But her lawyer, Elizabeth Loring, sent an Oct. 11 letter to the district, raising legal claims. Such a letter is a typical preliminary step before an employment action is filed.
Ms. Kursman’s lawyer did not raise the issue about Lakota failing to complete an evaluation for Ms. Kursman. It was the district that discovered that oversight.
Dr. Mantia and other Lakota administrators have taken steps to ensure that employee evaluation processes are followed properly.
Ms. Kursman’s lawyer, however, did make other legal claims alleging, in part, that the district had asked Ms. Kursman to engage in improper activities.
After Dr. Mantia learned about the allegations, she directed Williams Deters, the district’s attorney, to conduct an internal inquiry. Mr. Deters found no evidence to substantiate the allegations nor did he find any complaints, made by Ms. Kursman before she left the district, alleging improper activities. The inquiry included reviewing district records and interviewing School Board members as well as past and present members of Lakota’s administrative team.
“As Lakota’s chief executive, I needed to find out if there was any truth to the claims,” Dr. Mantia said.
Ms. Kursman’s employment ended Dec. 13 after the School Board unanimously approved her negotiated separation agreement. The $90,000 payment included $2,000 in legal fees to her lawyer. Ms. Kursman could have potentially earned a total of $285,000 if she had stayed with the district until her contract ended on July 31, 2014.
Ms. Kursman had worked for the district since April 2008. Her latest annual salary was $79,517. She’d been on leave from Sept. 2 to Dec. 13, 2011.
The district is seeking a replacement for Ms. Kursman. That process is expected to be completed no later than March.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE KURSMAN SETTLEMENT

Lakota agreed to the settlement so it could make a personnel change in her position and because of an administrative oversight by the district. The administrative oversight raised questions about whether the district had complied with her contract.

–In the same letter, Ms. Kursman’s lawyer alleged that Ms. Kursman’s “complaints were met not with concern and remedial action, but retaliatory treatment.”
Again, Lakota does not have any records that Ms. Kursman lodged such complaints. And Mr. Deters found no evidence to substantiate the claims.
–Ms. Kursman’s lawyer further alleged that hostile acts were taken against Ms. Kursman, including “false and disparaging statements to Ms. Kursman’s media contacts, setting of unrealistic deadlines and expectations, unwarranted and disparate scrutiny of her work, and reprimands for working at home to accommodate her disability.”
Mr. Deters found no evidence to substantiate these claims.
–Her lawyer also alleged that Lakota was trying to replace her while she was on leave for a disability. Is that true?
No. After Ms. Kursman went on leave, Lakota began using a consultant – a temporary, part-time independent contractor — to help perform some of her work because there was no one else at Lakota available to do her work.
–Her lawyer asked for copies of policies, plans and rules applicable to district employment, discrimination and other subjects. Do you know why?
This is a standard request during a legal dispute. Mr. Deters found no evidence that any district policy, plans or rules were violated, except the failure to complete Ms. Kursman’s evaluation.
–Did the district overpay Ms. Kursman at some point?
Yes, in prior years, the district inadvertently overpaid her. In 2010, the district and Ms. Kursman agreed to a payback plan. When she left the district, Ms. Kursman was still repaying the district. As part of the separation agreement, the district agreed to waive $1,513 she owed the district.
–Can Ms. Kursman apply for future Lakota job openings?
No. The agreement precludes her from doing so.
–Should Lakota have been more forthcoming sooner with this information?
Lakota takes seriously its responsibility to be as open as possible with the community. But the district needs to balance that responsibility with its legal, financial and managerial responsibilities. In this case, the district felt it needed to let the agreement with Kursman be executed before it provided more information. That execution included making the payments to Ms. Kursman after the School Board approved the agreement and waiting until Ms. Kursman’s seven-day time frame to change her mind about the agreement had expired.

Lakota either is very foolish in their value of money, or the $90K was hush money to end the contract with Laura to move on to another employee because that’s a lot of money to pay for not giving an employee a proper employee review. The case-law from such a settlement is a dangerous proposition and we can only hope that every employee at Lakota doesn’t try to obtain a $90K settlement because human resources failed to give them a timely review. Such a precedent is dangerous no matter how it’s framed.

Just like presidents of the United States our local school board members seek to hide their deficiencies with increases in taxes and public relations to obtain looted money from the public with smiles on their faces. The game is played the same from the top to the bottom in American politics so the motives are easy to spot no matter what level we are looking at. So knowing that, the shuffle on the school board is simply an attempt to take Joan Powell out of the spot light and give the new school board the appearance of a new regime change. But in reality, these public servants and the employees they manage are lost in their task and seek to hide their faults with tax increases. And with that in mind, it is easy to see that the Lakota School District even though they’ve been given the answer to their problems by the business community and the No Lakota Levy group, have chosen to side with their old friends the labor unions in conspiring against the public with a planned tax increase in 2012. They are planning it because they know of nothing else to do but ask for money, because collectively, they lack the management skills for such an endeavor. No other conclusion can be determined based on their actions.

That is why presidents ask for tax increases, that’s why congress and senates ask for tax increases, and that’s why school boards ask for tax increases—because they are people of limited value who want the power of the position, because internally they lack value in themselves. They require legally looted money from those who have value to validate their existence, because without that money, they are nobodies going nowhere on a desperate search to have someone honor them with some token of appreciation, because their souls lack it. That is what makes them looters, because they must take from those who have value to supplement their lack of it.

The Overmanwarriors: Eating, Fighting, and Philosophizing the keys to a good life

What is a overmanwarrior? That question came up again during the 4 hour meeting that some of the largest supporters behind this website pondered as we met at a Liberty Twp restaurant to discuss topics that cannot be discussed on these pages for multiple reasons. It was a long time and coming, this informal meeting to signify the New Year by a group whose commitment to liberty and the ideas of freedom extend well beyond anything currently seen on the nightly news. There had been talk of everyone who helps make Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom possible meeting face to face to just roll in the essence of what it means to be a part of something like this website, and the roll it has played locally, and statewide in blowing the whistle on indiscretions committed by those we pay our taxes to.

I was able to tell ancient stories about a blood drenched past and more recent stories of physical confrontations and court cases that I can’t write about here for multiple reasons. Meeting in person the primary supporters of this website were able to ask hard questions and ponder the answers for the first time. This meeting was a chance to just talk about the essence of what we were, and what we hoped to be.

There are many reforms taking place that indicate there is something very wrong with the United States. It does not take a genius to see a lightning bolt, so it does not take a genius to see that the government is universally corrupt by its very nature, and that the political system as a whole is beyond repair in its current state. Democrats believe in complete government control of everything, Republicans believe corporations should control everything. This has given rise to the Tea Parties, the 9/12er’s, Constitutional purists, gun groups, multiple tax reform groups, even the Occupy Wall Street groups. They are working hard independently like a cell in an unhealthy body to drive sickness away and a battle is underway. Make no mistake about it. Business as usual for politicians is out of the question. The NDAA Act is not acceptable. Public education under socialist control is not acceptable. Smart Meters to support green initiatives is not acceptable. In fact the whole bending of the entire economy around green energy initiatives is not acceptable, because the climate movement is simply an extension of hippie activists and is as valid as one of their LSD hallucinations. There is anger, and justifiably so toward the mismanagement of our country by our government in climbing into bed with the United Nations, which the United States created and practically supports like a jealous mistress who wants to drive away the wife of our country, The Constitution. So the groups mentioned plan to act in protest, and little by little the power enjoyed by inept politicians will be challenged in the months and years to come. On the national level, it is becoming out of fashion to blindly accept The Delphi Techniques and public relations spin that an American President gives us to justify their power grabs. And locally, the same is true of our local school boards who use this same Delphi Technique to cover up a scam designed to use our children as political pawns for labor union controlled institutions that are designed exclusively to purchase political power.

Much later in the day, well after our meeting, I was with my family at an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) event where the potential newest member of my family was fighting in a cage match. My family sat in a rambunctious crowd in the west side of town as beer cans dotted an entire gymnasium and covered the floor like crushed peanuts at a baseball game. Blood flowed from the faces of many of the fighters in the cage as the ring girls dressed in their swim suits provided entertainment between rounds. I am used to these environments, but not under the somewhat controlled circumstances of an MMA fight. So I wasn’t familiar with the TAP OUT rules, because in real life the person either dies, surrenders, or gets arrested. The kid I was there to see was the stronger of the two in the ring, but he ended up losing not because his punches didn’t land on the face of the other guy, but because he was coached into the wrong strategy, and ended up in a wrestling match with his opponent that ended up causing him to TAP OUT when he found himself in a choke hold. Amid the chaos of blood lust from the cheering crowd he and I talked about it and he knew the move he made that put him in trouble, and such are the things of youth, learning what works and what doesn’t. And it’s far safer to learn under controlled circumstances where TAPPING OUT is an option as opposed to real life where there is no referee to pull one fighter away from another, and TAPPING OUT is not an option, since mercy is not the objective, but complete destruction of your enemy.

The government in many forms is attempting to force American’s to TAP OUT, to surrender under their grip, and the world sits like those drunks smashing beer cans against their heads and cheering for more blood, and more sex for the American Government to win out over the American People, because we are in a fight, make no mistake about it. As I told this young man of mine in the back of that swarming mass, this MMA event is a social reaction to the attempts by government to overregulate everything, to put helmets on every kid on a bicycle, and to take away the war games of children at recess. As government has become more imposing, the sport of combat has become more violent. Defined in the movie FIGHT CLUB, these young men are attempting to beat from their minds the impurities of a society degrading into a police state, and the sport of MMA is a byproduct of that inner desire to purge the soul of those shackles, and prove to oneself they can beat those concerns for safety from their minds. Just getting in that ring is an act of therapy for these young fighters, as they are the first generation of the political globalists and are fighting to overcome that spiritual stagnation. As I watched the other fighters from my vantage point that had their faces smashed in, and blood flowed down their faces amid the carnage, I saw relief there as those young fighters knew they at least had the courage to climb into a ring and do battle.

So what is an Overmanwarrior and who are the people shown in this photograph and what does any of it have to do with MMA fighting? If I had to point to literature and define an Overmanwarrior I’d point at the four literary characters that best describe me personally. My first literary character which is the inspiration for the name OVERMAN is from the book Thus Spoke Zarathustra, and is Zarathustra himself. Fabian socialists and Nazis would take the idea of the The Übermensch and distort it to their own desires to rule over others which is just another frailty of those learned fools who believe they are so pretentious to dictate their immaturity over others. The Ubermensch is (German for “Overman, Overhuman, Above-Human, Superman”; and is a concept in the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche. Nietzsche posited the Übermensch as a goal for humanity to set for itself in his 1883 book Thus Spoke Zarathustra (German: Also Sprach Zarathustra). This overman idea is scary to many deeply religious people who believe it is their obligation to submit in some form or another to a supreme being, but this is what causes them to ultimately find themselves at the mercy of a government who controls their religion. The message is supposed to be about spirit not submission, which is why passivity is easily destroyed by more aggressive, less spiritual attackers.  When Nietzsche pronounced “God is dead,” he was trying to wake Europe up to their mindless ability to be controlled by the same churches that caused the Dark Ages which were wrapped up in the political desires of the ruling elite. What Zarathustra was trying to teach society was freedom from that kind of mind control. He was trying to separate spiritual pursuits from political monopolies. Hitler would use Nietzsche’s sister to distort many of these concepts to justify his climb for power.

 


 

This has led society to pursue ideas opposite anything resembling German philosophy much to our doom. This would be similar to discovering how to screw in a light bulb then falling off the ladder and refusing to screw in light bulbs out of fear of falling off again, and instead resorting to candles for light. Only the fictional character of Superman would come out of the resulting philosophy of Zarathustra which has taken most of a century to water down by the propaganda machine of political mechanics. It would take another 70 plus years for another writer to expand and properly capture the idea of the The Übermensch in her books Anthem, The Fountainhead, and most notably, Atlas Shrugged, and of course that author is Ayn Rand. Ironically my next three favorite literary characters come from that book. First of course is John Galt. Galt is the man who properly identified the failure of the country and what needed to be done to fix it. He is in all essence an OVERMAN. He may be the only character of his kind in literature that I know of. Henry Rearden is the character who had loads of natural talent, but unlike Galt, who was virtually faultless in his life, Rearden found himself the victim of his own success. His ability to produce and infinitely make things allowed a whole country starting with his family to become moochers to his talent. It took a court case where he was being prosecuted to realize that even the law was mooching off his talent, because without his recognizing them as his superiors did they actually have any real power. Without Rearden, the government, the court system, his workers, and even his family were nothing. They were powerless to do anything productive. They were simple victims awaiting “someone” else to come along and do something for them. My personal life is somewhere between Galt and Rearden and I’ve read many literary characters in the books that have filled my life. Before these characters were a part of my life my closest favorite character besides Zarathustra was Titus Andronicus from Shakespeare’s famous play where Titus gets revenge on the queen, his suppressor by cutting up her children and feeding them to her in a pie. My next favorite character from Atlas Shrugged is what my future probably holds if the Tea Party and other groups fail to bring the government under control, it is the reason this group, small as it might appear has gathered together at this restaurant, and that is Ragnar Danneskjöld the pirate.

Ragnar roamed the oceans of the world and terrorized a government who stole from the producers and gave to the needy and took from the government and gave back to the producers. He serves the role in that great novel to be the redeemer which articulates the concept of “sanction of the victim” as defined by Leonard Peikoff as “the willingness of the good to suffer at the hands of the evil, to accept the role of sacrificial victim for the ‘sin’ of creating values,” those values being established by the weak and corrupt at the draining of the creators. It is because of Ragnar that I selected as the official flag of the Overmanwarrior’s web site the “Don’t Tread on Me” pirate flag. It’s not the same as the yellow Gadsden flag made popular by the Tea Party. No, our flag is meant to take the next step behind the Tea Party if need be.

I didn’t arrive at Atlas Shrugged the novel and find it changed my life like many do. I lived my life like those characters in the book on my own and arrived at Atlas Shrugged later and discovered it was the only book that made complete sense out of the many, many hundreds that I’ve read based on my personal experience. That is what this small group had in common and why we were meeting over pizza, the people present were not ready to give up on American society. Many of them have been fighting battles against the foolish pretension of government for decades, and unlike the MMA fighters, they had not learned to TAP OUT, to surrender the ring of combat to the forces of oppression. No, they have decided to put their foot on the throat of government and push until the head pops off, or complete surrender is met. These people, my friends, whom only about a third who support the website were present because they are local, have decided that they are not going to sanction victimhood. They are not willing to suffer at the hands of evil to play their role as the good, and allow parasites in government to pick them to pieces for all eternity. Good is not defined by government compliance to the rules of the looters. Good is simply what it is, and is not relative to the rules of man. Good is a value that lives by the higher authority of the universe, not some feeble-minded politician. The group of Overmanwarriors present at this meeting understand this idea, and are determined to uphold those principles by terms not defined by the looters.

The problems of America and of the world will not be solved by one more politician or lawyer creating one more law. Their rules on paper will not endure salvation upon the human race, because the minds of these people are faulty. The solutions to mankind is not in politics, but in philosophy and until the ideas are firm in the mind and acted out in daily life by an understanding ruled by more than fear, but by the “good” in the human being, there will never be peace, there will always be war, and the corrupt will always rule. The idea of an OVERMAN is to pursue the honest good as it is termed by all the mysteries of spirit even if it must break free of the social shackles of control to do so. An OVERMANWARRIOR is one who does not TAP OUT of the fight, knows of no surrender, does not yield to an inferior mind, and will live a life committed to not sanctioning the evil by allowing it to feed off the GOOD. And the very good people, even though they may be few, who ate pizza on an unusually warm January in the opening week of 2012 and told stories of blood lost, victories won, and conquests yet to be gained are part of creating a philosophy that will have an impact spanning far into the future. Behind it all is the flag that seeks vengeance on those who wish to strip America of its Constitution in an act of war that plays out like tanks on a battlefield, but simply amounts to words on a piece of paper by a government who believes they have a right to feed off the good to sanction their injustice.

Workplace Freedom in Ohio: Using Barack Obama to Pass it

A little bird landed on my window sill this week while Mitch Daniels, governor of Indiana backed a new ad for making his state a “Right to Work” state, to remind me of the many union members I personally heard from during the Issue 2 campaign of 2011. Issue 2 was a bold attempt in Ohio that failed and several union members who understood what I’ve been saying about the entire philosophy of union membership being the gateway to socialism was true, and they wanted out of those unions. So out of all the things Issue 2 would have done in for Ohio, it would have freed those public union workers who understood that unions belong in Russia and China, but not in America, and given them at least the freedom to choose.

Watching the Daniels ad below is a grim reminder of what those of us who actually think knew was coming. Indiana is well on its way to becoming a Right-to-Work state, and when that happens, much of what Governor John Kasich hoped to accomplish with Issue 2, will go to Indiana—the precious jobs of the companies in the United States who do not wish to have their company run by socialist unions.

Once Daniels leads his state of Indiana to a “Right to Work” status, Ohio will find itself at an incredible disadvantage. Large manufacturing jobs that Ohio had been trying to lure to the Midwest and its wonderful highway access, close proximity to the east and west, and even the Great Lakes will be lost to Indiana, because companies do not want their organizations run by socialists.

Anyway, the little bird had been asking these same questions, and contemplated what would happen if Ohio had something similar to what Indiana was doing but wasn’t going along the approach of attacking the unions so much as just providing the union worker with the freedom of being able to join. Because after all, in the wake of Issue 2, many of us on who worked on that campaign learned that there are many hundreds of thousands of union workers who are trapped in a corrupt system where the unions take their money against their will and use that money to supply the Democratic Party to work the government toward socialist intentions, and they don’t like it. 

The results from this poll were obtained using the same measures that indicated Issue 2 was going to be voted against by the labor union repeal which said Ohioans by a margin of 56% did not support Issue 2. This poll data had been present all summer of 2011 and many of us who worked the campaign stated that polling could not be trusted, and we believed that if we educated the voters, that the numbers would change in our favor. Well, when the election came around the numbers stayed pretty much stable and we ended up seeing a repeal of Senate Bill 5 trending very closely to the polling numbers all along. So the polling is coming from the same type of source and is just as valid.
Many in the Republican Party felt the sting of supporting Issue 2 (Senate Bill 5) and have lost their courage to do anything similarly bold in 2012, since their focus is on defeating Barack Obama and not allowing him to capture Ohio. Well the polling here shows that Obama isn’t fairing too well in Ohio less than one year from the election, and Obama’s people have the same information that you are looking at, which is why he came to Ohio to create another branch of government this past week. Obama has over $1 billion dollars to convince the very stupid, socialist, freeloaders that he can make shit look like a diamond, and he will certainly appeal to those I referenced. But intelligent, hard-working people will never buy into a president who attempts to lawyer everything like he’s Johnnie Cochren from the O.J.Simpson murder trial. Obama and his socialist union brothers and sisters have wrecked the American budget, which is unmistakable in the charts shown on that article. Even fresh on the heels of the Issue 2 repeal, Obama is not more popular in Ohio, which means even if he spends much of his war chest in Ohio on trying to close that gap, well over half of Ohio sees through his act and aren’t buying his rhetoric.

In fact if Ohio had a Workplace Freedom Amendment that was initiated by the citizens and not a political party, that women would overwhelmingly support it with a yes vote, as would members of the African-American demographic. This little bird who visited me told me they had flown to my window from up north in a heavily unionized area and spoke to many of those African-American, (Obama) supporters and they declared, “We ain’t tight with the unions and have no love. They’ve kept black people from getting good jobs for decades.” Well, that shows on this polling, African-Americans overwhelmingly support the right to opt out of a union should they choose to, or to join one. The same demographics that will show up and attempt to re-elect Barack Obama in Ohio support a Workplace Freedom Amendment.

So Ohio has a unique opportunity to use Barack Obama and his $1 billion dollar war chest to come to Ohio and encourage his “base” to give him another 4 years of socialism in The White House. If Ohio had a Work Place Freedom Amendment on the ballot, many of Barack Obama’s voters would vote in favor of ending the union monopoly in Ohio with an option of freedom. So the more Barack campaigns in Ohio, the more he would hurt his dedication to union monopoly.

With all the concerns that the labor unions are an impenetrable force that cannot be stopped, it’s simply an illusion dear reader. The best way to defeat this enemy of American value is to call it what it is, which is socialism, and to allow people to leave who want to. What we saw in Issue 2 was a very organized effort to take even those who wanted out and use their union dues against them with forced wage garnishments to allow the unions to fight Issue 2. Many of these members did not enjoy their obvious loss of liberty and asked people like me for help. By putting a Workplace Freedom Initiative on the ballot in 2012 we could actually use Barack Obama to help us remove union monopolies from Ohio and begin to attract substantial jobs to the Ohio area.

The south as shown in the chart below already has this workplace freedom, which is why Boeing is building a plant in South Carolina, because Boeing doesn’t need work stoppages every three years as socialist oriented workers demand new contracts with higher wages and benefits continuously. We’ve seen what such measure have done to our education system here in Ohio where the teachers unions have taken our tax money and threatened work stoppages to drive up the per pupil costs of education. Companies have learned that this is what these unions are about and they make investments in states and countries that are free from union monopolies and those are the cold-hearted facts.

In America and particularly in our state of Ohio, people have a right to believe what they want. So if they want to support socialism, have at it. But they do not have the right to compel others and force them to join against their will garnishing wages for political use. That practice must be stopped at a bare minimum so that the true value of ideas can be determined in the marketplace of freedom. If unions believe they have all the answers, then the market, not force will determine the validity of their enterprise. And the time to do it is when the President brings his toothy smile and his basketball terminology to the public schools of Ohio to attempt to convince America to allow him to continue on his socialist path. Ohio should permit it to be Obama’s voters who give freedom to Ohio’s workplaces with the passage of the Workplace Freedom Amendment.

Doesn’t that seem fair, and just? It does to me!

Barack Obama: Charts tell the whole story behind PIPA/SOPHA

Special note to the Secret Service, and Homeland Security employees reading this right now, make yourself and the money we are paying you useful by reading the whole thing.  Maybe you’ll learn something. 

It is for postings like this one that the government has initiated PIPA when the Senate returns from the holiday recess, and SOPA by sponsor Rep. Lamar Smith [R, TX-21], who held a marathon, 15+ hour mark-up session on the bill which attempts to shut down websites that are critical of the government.  The government in all branches know they have overstepped their boundaries and are now attempting to gain control of the free flow of information.  As shown clearly on this article, it is these very people who have acted against the United States, and now they wish to hide that information from voters. 

Obama came to Ohio this week and appointed Attorney General Richard Cordray for the presidents newly created Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (Government just grew a little bit bigger) The problem is Obama used a loophole in the Constitution to fill the appointment to overcome a GOP filibuster of the appointment. The Constitution says a president can appoint officials “with the advice and consent of the Senate.” It continues to say that the president “shall have the power to fill up vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate.” This is the trouble when your president is a Constitutional attorney and former teacher who has a radical socialist political philosophy, he will trust his ability to question the wording of the Constitution in the Supreme Court and create case law that will set a terrible precedent that could allow any future president to completely cut the Senate out of the confirmation process.

The president went on the attack the day he appointed Cordray and blamed the GOP for virtually everything wrong with the economy. Obama as it looks to me is functioning from a completely failed political philosophy and is quite dangerous in his radicalism. He has shown great skill at deceiving mass amounts of naive people to his true intentions which can be seen in his actions. His anger at the House and Senate for stalling all his appointments and ideas are part of the checks and balances system the Constitution created to protect American society from such power grabbing, radical presidents. It is proven that America is far better off when politicians are in a stalemate and can do nothing as opposed radical presidents like Obama is now, or Bush, Clinton, LBJ, Kennedy, FDR, Woodrow Wilson, and Teddy Roosevelt were in the past who took great liberties against the Constitution to advance their personal agendas. It is not the role of the president to make for themselves a legacy as a ruler, to have their face put up on a mountainside for their activism. It is their job as president of the United States to protect the Constitution, do their 4 years, and then get the hell out of office and return to civilian life as a productive citizen.

But that’s not what we’re getting. Instead, we get people like Obama who want to rule, not manage the affairs of American society. The media is so impressed with the GOP nomination process and Lady Ga Ga’s outfit on New Year’s Eve and that they are completely unequipped to handle all the events that are coming at them to cover. This is why blog spots like this one have become so popular, because the media isn’t doing their job. In less than 5 days Obama went from signing the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve right in the middle of many American festivities while nobody was paying attention, which violates the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments. Then on Thursday Obama challenges the Constitution again with his appointment of Cordray which is nothing short of an extraordinary and entirely unprecedented power grab that could have a devastating effect on the checks and balances system provided by the Constitution.

Obama then went on to blame everyone but himself for the stagnate American economy as if he had nothing to do with the issue, even though he’s been president for over 3 years now and before he was president it was the congress of his party under Nancy Pelosi who lead congress against a weak Republican president to crash the economy. When we have a president who will openly lie and believes he can lawyer himself out of any trouble he might find himself in, then the facts must be presented in the same manner that they would in court. In the future dear reader, you should caution yourself from electing any future lawyers as president, because they do not respect the law as it’s written. They simply manipulate it to suit their liking, which is exactly what president Obama and his entourage of thieves are doing in Washington D.C.

The charts show that at that start of the Obama presidency future generations of taxpayers will be on the hook for even more debt. It’s currently at $31,871 per American. By the year 2032 it will be $103,827 if the spending continues at the current rate.

It is clear looking back all the way to World War II that Obama’s budget has the publicly held debt as a percentage of the economy at 40.3 percent. This is set to increase to 87.4 percent by 2021. That is not a GOP initiative. It’s all Barack Obama, nobody but the very activist socialist himself.

Federal spending has grown even more than ten times faster than median income. From 1979 to the current, median income has only increased by 27 percent while federal spending has increased 299 percent! That cannot continue!!!

Now of course Obama knows there are problems, which is why he’s going after the rich for more taxes because Federal spending has grown much faster than Federal Revenue. Since 1965 spending has increased constantly while revenue has dropped, most recently due to the economic recession. This is why Obama and his society of looters want tax increases because they believe it will cover the gap. They believe this because they are living by a socialist philosophy. They are not capable of understanding capitalism because to them it’s the enemy. The trouble is America was built on capitalism and all the success these looters are enjoying from tax revenue to play these political games was created by the industry of capitalism. The tighter Obama and his administration have clamped down on business, the worse they’ve made the recession. Hey, the charts don’t lie.

The national debt is skyrocketing as the folly of presidents like FDR, LBJ and was expanded by presidents like Obama have runaway spending on Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and other entitlement programs to occupy 344% of the nations GDP. The out-of-control pace began the moment Obama took office. He can’t hide that. He can attempt to lawyer the opinions of the masses with good feeling testimony but it can’t change the facts which is all over these charts. As a manager of America, Obama will be remembered as a complete buffoon and he knows it. His only hope as a politician is that he will be heralded as an international hero by the United Nations for his work at helping create a global government, but as an American, Obama will be hated for centuries.

If you’ve ever been to court and watched a lawyer work, you know they take the language of a law and present it in a way to manipulate a judge or jury to interpret the law favorable to them. This is what Obama is doing to the American public and a distracted press. He knows he is defending an administration that is being tried in the minds of public opinion for the murder of the American way of life. So like Johnnie Cochran, President Obama is looking for ways to manipulate the law so he can acquit himself of the slaughter. Simpson for the murder of his former wife Nicole Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.[2]
Cochran also represented Sean Combs (during his trial on gun and bribery charges), Michael Jackson, rapper Tupac Shakur, actor Todd Bridges,[3] football player Jim Brown, rapper Snoop Dogg, former heavyweight Champion Riddick Bowe,[4] 1992 Los Angeles riot beating victim Reginald Oliver Denny,[2] and Geronimo Pratt.
He also represented athlete Marion Jones when she faced charges of doping during her high school track career.[5] Cochran was known for his skill in the courtroom and his prominence as an early advocate for victims of police brutality.[1]

Most of us call look at Cochran’s list of clients and remember those cases. Through public opinion we knew that his clients were probably guilty, this is why they hired Johnnie, so they could be freed from punishment for their illegal acts. Most American’s understand this at an innate level, and we know that this is what Obama is doing to America. But many are powerless, just as juries are powerless to stand against the charm of Johnnie Cochran in a court of law over a murder trial and deny the man his arguments, because he’s so good at his job, and so persuasive. Just like Obama is on a stage.

The Founding Fathers because they were good men, I doubt have ever dreamed that there would be people like Barack Obama and Johnnie Cochran who would manipulate the law to the levels we are seeing in modern America. In the times of the Founding Fathers, even the most disgusting tyrants of Europe at least had a code of honor that they lived by. So being soulless parasites was difficult for the founders to imagine, yet in our own time this is what we are faced with. They never fathomed that there would be manipulators of the law like Barack Obama who would attempt to destroy the American Constitution with the parasitic skills of a lawyer to save his own folly by pushing America to over $15 trillion in debt with all the indicators shown in these charts taking America to third world status within the next century.
The United Nations will herald Barack Obama as a hero for uniting the world. They may even build a statue of him and erect it in Geneva higher than the Statue of Liberty. But in America, generations for centuries to come will justifiably despise the President who attempted to make himself king, and used his power to destroy the system that might prosecute him so that he could go free in the end and save himself from the guilt of his crimes. His grabs for power are to hide the guilt we all know about, but are paralyzed by his charm to act.

Obama will be remembered as a con man, as a thief, and as a man who could twist the straight words of the law into a pretzel of his own design. And he will be honored by looters, and hated by the honest. He may have statues and victories under his belt and a legacy of destruction behind him, but when he looks in the mirror it will be Ganghis Kahn and Mussolini that will look back.

It is not because Obama is a bad man, or even an intentionally misleading person. It is because he is a morally challenged human being that has had to cover his failings with extensive work in law to bring the world down to his level that he will be remembered as such a failure. Instead of reaching to be better than he was to become an American, he has sought to dismantle it to fill the voids in his life still percolating from his childhood. He can’t be faulted for the terrible trouble with his parents, his broken childhood which opened many painful fissures in his mind. This led him to cover those faults in his psyche with marijuana and cocaine abuse until he discovered redemption in his law degrees and instead of using the hard drugs to hide from his past he used the law to lower the expectations that the world had for him. And such travesties are the path of many dictatorships throughout the history of the human race. He is the president for the weak, the downtrodden drug abusers, the victims of broken families, which due to lawyers like him are all too common. To the freedom lover, the constitutional purists, he is the dictator. In the end, it will be his attempt to surround himself with the misery that loves so much company that will be the final weapon used to murder America. This murder began with the single quest of Barry Obama to save his own life from his tragic past and allowed himself to be used by the socialist reformers who manipulated the pain of the young man of compromised moral character to transform the world into a tyrannical state.

Obama’s problems were his problems until he drug us all into it with him, and for that he deserves all the criticism he has coming to him.  Obama, his Department of Justice and both Houses on Capital Hill hope to avoid that pain by controlling the internet through their new bills, PIPA in the Senate and SOPHA in the House which is very similar to what they currently have in China.

Why Should You Move To Lakota: By Rich Hoffman

Dear potential home buyer or business investor:

Before I say anything let me make something clear, I am not an investor in any of the properties I’m about to mention, or am I employed by any of the below. I simply feel a considerable pride in a community that has been a part of my life for most of my years. If you are moving from another town and looking for a great place to live or you are looking to open a new business and have West Chester, or Liberty Twp, Ohio in mind as a possible destination, let me put your mind at ease from some of the things you may have read in our papers or heard on the radio airwaves across the nation. You probably have a school board member like Julie Schafer who was just elected to the Lakota School Board by the heavy labor union backing in the community you are leaving from. In my experienced opinion, school board types see the world from only their view-point and have very little understanding about how things work in the real world, so don’t let the things people like her and the other Lakota School Board members say regarding higher taxes discourage you from investing in our community. Every community has these types of people. They are victims of a false education and believe they are equal to those who actually create things.  I don’t say this to pick on Julie, but when she makes comments publicly such as what she did at the link below, it calls for a response that I feel must be explained to those who might misunderstand her comments. While it’s true that the unions have brought an extreme leftist ideology that includes never-ending higher taxes to the Lakota School System the communities in the district have an organization called NO LAKOTA LEVY that is fighting the school districts tendency toward higher taxes and is requiring them to still maintain the excellence which our community expects.

Many people like Julie Schafer and Joan Powel who is the current school board president at Lakota believe incorrectly that new residents and businesses move to communities because of the schools, which isn’t true. Many in our district have recognized that such things are simply the rhetoric of the union lobby and many of the residents of Lakota have supported No Lakota Levy in keeping taxes low in West Chester and Liberty Twp to protect your investment in our community.

The crazy PTA nuts and labor union types who infect our public schools are in the minority at the Lakota School District and that is one of the greatest aspects the community has to offer which should secure your investment into a new home or a business. West Chester and Liberty Twp is made up of freedom loving people who are of above average income range. They keep their large yards trimmed immaculately and crime is almost unheard of. Our community knows what you really want and that is wonderful green space to increase your quality of life, but also the convenience of abundant commercial enterprises. No matter where you live in West Chester or Liberty Twp you are close to multiple high-end shopping complexes. To the west is Bridgewater Falls, where just about anything can be found in a fantastic outdoor mall. To the south is The Streets of West Chester which includes its own movie theater and several exclusive dinning selections along with retail establishments. To the east is the Voice of America Shopping complex that includes virtually every restaurant and chain store in existence. If you can’t find it there, it probably doesn’t exist.

But the king of all these shopping luxuries is about to open in 2014 and is well on its way to becoming a reality. It’s a complex that will be over 1 million-square feet, a $300 million shopping complex that will be one of the first major developments in the United States since 2008. The complex will be called Liberty Town Square and will bring 4,500 permanent jobs to the area. The shopping complex is the brain child of Steiner and Associates and will trump their previous developments of Easton Town Center in Columbus and The Greene in Dayton. This development will be the coup de grace of similar developments not only in the region but in the nation and will naturally include department stores and movie theaters but also office space with housing.

Now, it might be wondered why so many fantastic developments are all focused in such a small geographical region. In fact the school districts of Lakota, Mason, and Sycamore are all fantastically rated districts, and the schools with their union employees certainly wish to take credit for that prosperity while they will claim it was their policies that built the neighborhoods. Well, it wasn’t. Those regions that will surround this new Liberty Town Square development has witnessed such explosive growth because the best and brightest who actually produce jobs that make and sell things have fled the higher taxed areas of the Cincinnati area to this oasis of low tax property where there are many opportunities to invest in the home of your dreams or start that business without the fear that the revenue you generate will be consumed by higher taxes.

We understand in this region of prosperity that the reason cities and the schools that inhabit them have failed is because the people who start businesses, and have a genuine concern for their communities left when the tax rates took too much of their personal incomes. That is why they have moved to Lakota, and Mason, and Sycamore, to avoid the looters of public office who wish to take their money through taxes. The region is wealthy and the people successful because they have avoided the large city governments with city councils, large police departments and other civil services, and that’s what allows for developments like Liberty Town Square to be built, because the tax money that normally gets consumed to social services in large municipalities are kept by the residents and allows for expendable income to be spent in the fantastic shopping offered in these neighborhoods.

So prospective investor into the West Chester/Liberty Twp Union Center Complex and the new Liberty Town Square, go ahead and sign that lease. Because in addition to all these fantastic financial considerations the Lakota School District has a very organized tax fighting group called No Lakota Levy that will protect your investment into our community from the looter mindset of city builders, commissioners, and school systems. Those school board members who think they are the center of the universe and the schools are successful because of their feeble efforts are taught the folly of their beliefs by this tax fighting group. No Lakota Levy exists to keep these government looter types into a minority to protect your real estate investments and to provide an atmosphere which creates the thriving atmosphere that few in America will have the privilege of enjoying, an evening at Liberty Town Square while your children attend a 1st class school. The crime will be low. Your neighbors will be kind. And you can live as free as possible from the looter tendencies of large government that is nestled in the All-American life of West Chester/Liberty Twp.
