The Greatness of Truth Social: Controlling market viability

Strategically speaking, as history views it, Trump’s commitment to the social media platform Truth Social will be the defining characteristic that was most important in the political movement that has reshaped the world.   And not enough people are talking about its importance.  But as I have said for a long time, and it’s more obvious now than ever, Trump’s creation of Truth Social, after he was kicked off Twitter following the 2020 election, will always be known as the most important thing he did.  And when it mattered most, just as the many court cases against Trump through lawfare were about to collapse upon him and he was facing hundreds of years in jail and things were looking very bleak, it was his ownership of Truth Social that completely reversed his financial fortunes back into the billions of dollars and took the gas out of the efforts against him, legally.  It’s quite an extraordinary story and is a lesson for all who study these kinds of things.  I love Truth Social; I was one of the very first people to join it as a social media platform, and I see it only getting better with time.  Even though the news that Elon Musk bought Twitter and renamed it X has captured everyone’s attention, Truth Social has quietly gained some market dominance worth discussing.  X has been a significantly improved social media platform under Elon Musk’s ownership, but it has seen a decline in influence.  It has maintained its value to some extent, despite Musk’s claim that X is the number one app in Japan.  There is significant growth on these social media platforms.  However, Truth Social under Trump has emerged as the next great thing, and at a considerable time.

Like many people on Truth Social, I received an offer to participate in their Patriot Package, which provides access to what they call Truth+.  It’s like Disney+ but without all the liberal programming.  So I accepted their offer and have been very impressed with it.   As I started using it, I have been thinking that this is the next best thing in entertainment to come out.  It works a lot like Roku and has its lineup of programming, complete with a TV guide that you can access on your television or computer.  But the programming is better, and this is early in the process.  Already, it has Bill O’Reilly’s No Spin News, as well as many other shows, such as The WarRoom, which is on Real America’s Voice, a news station that emerged to challenge Fox News during the same period of post-2020 censorship.  However, there is also sports coverage on it, as well as other programming that is growing, making it a viable entertainment option.  So Truth Social isn’t just a social media app where you can express opinions and get some basic news.  It’s becoming a complete entertainment package that is a real game changer for the media in general and decentralizes information in dramatic ways.  Even though Elon Musk restored President Trump’s X account once he gained ownership, and it could be said that a lot of what made Trump a great candidate in 2016 was his Twitter account where people could see him unfiltered from the media, Trump has kept his exclusive content confined to Truth Social out of loyalty and the necessity of development.  And it has paid off. 

I wasn’t sure what to think about Truth Social over these last few years.  I thought it was great that Trump could continue to post his opinions directly to the public, and people could pick up his message and carry it everywhere else.  And it has worked; it has dramatically decentralized the way a president of the White House communicates with the public.  For as long as there has been a media culture, they have had control over how and what communication is disseminated to the public.  This is something I learned several years ago: it is far better to provide your content to the public, even if fewer people initially see it, than to be accepted by a mainstream media outlet that has its own political goals.  Which we certainly saw with Fox News against Trump when they sought to make him a non-person.  That has been a widespread tactic and for well over a hundred years, has been a real problem regarding free speech.  Sure, you can say and think what you want, but what if nobody can hear it?  For a long time, newspapers and broadcasting dominated the narrative.  Twitter wasn’t the first social media platform to emerge, but it was among the first to provide alternatives, even if, under different leadership, it had a controlled intelligence narrative to steer society toward mass socialism, until Elon Musk changed that.  However, it remains that Truth Social is the official mouthpiece of President Trump, making it historically significant, and now emerging as something that I think will push the rest of the cord-cutters over the edge.  And Trump will replace people like Ted Turner as the king of entertainment options.  A sitting American president has never had the advantage of a personal media platform, which has been a source of incredible frustration for many American presidents, especially Theodore Roosevelt.  What Trump has been doing with Truth Social has been epic, but its significance is just getting started.

And when you control the message, or can’t, it decides what people want through the freedom of information.  In this way, people can express their political opinions without the filter of tampering to determine market viability.  Since the invention of mass media, essentially the printing press, human beings have never had this option authentically.  And now, through Truth Social, and subsequently Truth+, which you access through your regular social media account, there is a competitive option to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Hulu.  Once you pull up Truth+ on your television, it navigates through the channels just like Roku and Spectrum.  So this is a significant improvement for a social media platform that emerged essentially to give President Trump, sent into exile in the world, a voice to continue stating his opinions, and not to let him fall into the dust of history, as Rupert Murdoch indicated they would make him, which was a non-person.  Trump, out of necessity, has become the next entertainment mogul, and that is what it has taken to preserve the concept of free speech, even as we saw from the world just how dangerous it was to have all entertainment controlled by a radical leftist few.  Truth Social, through market capitalism, has emerged as a surprising frontrunner, and the world is changing dramatically as a result.  The goal isn’t to tell people what to think, but to let market viability determine which ideas emerge, as the speech is truly free for the first time. People tend to gravitate to where they can most express themselves through entertainment consumption, making Truth Social more than just a social media platform that communicates President Trump’s opinions.  But an entertainment platform that can replace what we have known in the past with something much better.  And if you are thinking of joining the Patriot Package for yourself, you can’t go wrong.

The Trouble with ‘Visibility Filtering’: If Twitter wants better ad revenue under “X,” it could do much better by removing that practice

A term called “visibility filtering” goes on all over the internet, and I am specifically a target of it.  That is probably more than most of anybody out there, even celebrity pundits.  There are people online with millions of followers, and the talk has been that many of them are bots or purchased in some way.  Every day, I get offers from online tech helpers to help me expand my followers and visibility.  The trick to the sauce on these helpers is that they know when a name or account has been weighed down with “visibility filters.”  And for a price, they can remove some of the causes of that filtering and expand your online visibility.  For a long time, this practice has been called “shadow banning,” and is what the intelligence agencies were doing to people they thought were provocateurs.  The reason I have been a specific target, and this goes back well over ten years to the early days of the Tea Party, is that I am very dangerous because the manipulators aren’t sure how to deal with me.  So, they might shadow-ban an online account and eventually ban them, such as what happened on Twitter to people like Alex Jones and President Trump.  They aren’t sure what to do with people who aren’t so overt with the rules and are not motivated by the sense of popularity, socially, for which they control.  When Elon Musk bought Twitter, a central problem he had to deal with was the practice of visibility filtering.  He could claim that Twitter, now “X,” was a free speech platform, so people like me weren’t banned by the content they exhibited.  But they could put serious visibility filters on a person so that nothing they produced would go viral and reach tens of millions of people.  They might allow the content to be on their platform, but they weren’t obligated to help make it visible to anybody who didn’t come to find it shoved over in the corner where they hope nobody will see it. 

This is largely a liability thing, with Elon Musk, Twitter has been better.  But once the word is out on a person, like me, then everything they are involved in gets tagged with visibility filtering.  I’ve told people for years that this was the case with me.  While my blog gets millions of hits per month, I can see the activity on my administrator side, so I have known what’s been going on for a long time.  But interaction with me or my content has been very frustrating to all but those who deliberately seek out what I produce.  You indeed won’t find it on a Google top search if it’s the only thing made with the keywords specified.  The internet was never free and built to control the human population.  Not to free it with the intentions of free speech and open elections.  The intent of the internet was the other way around.  Most of the world is a socialist or communist hell hole, and the internet has been perfect propaganda for their political movement; it has been the menace of globalists for sure, especially those acting as domestic enemies within the United States.  But my motivations don’t fit nicely on their profile sheet, so they don’t know what to do with me.  So my name, associated with anything Rich Hoffman, “overmanwarrior,” or gunfighter, has a lot of visibility filtering on it to frustrate people from finding my content.  Even with all the restrictions, it is still worth doing what I do because a lot of people do see the material, and it provides context to what they would otherwise observe in mass media. 

I have the same problem with Truth Social and Gettr as with YouTube and Twitter.  I have been completely removed from Truth Social at least five times as editors on their server have been alarmed by my content and removed me for liability reasons.  Elon Musk is challenged with the same legal premise.  How do you provide free speech to just anybody?  What is the social media’s responsibility to constitutional concepts when dealing with a global exchange of ideas?  To avoid these complicated legal parameters, the safest thing for them is to reduce visibility and provide free speech but do everything they can to ensure that nobody sees it except those who seek the information out deliberately through that user profile.  You can see the evidence of this by looking at my YouTube account, which I hardly ever use anymore.  I have videos on there that have been up for over ten years with less than 100 views on them.  While the same type of content put up on my Rumble account has that many views in just a few hours.  Twitter has been really bad about it.  And Elon Musk has been happy to extend that criteria under the advice of the lefty lawyers that are part of all law firms these days.  However, he has been torn about the practice and has supported characters like Tucker Carlson and Alex Jones.  However, they are known celebrity commentators who have a free speech parameter that stays within the intelligence agency safe zones.  What they say might be dangerous, but it falls within the controls of the specified groups that can be monitored more easily by the FBI and CIA.  My stuff often goes many steps further and is just too controversial to roam free all over the internet.  So, it is visibility filtered heavily. 

Many of these social media platforms were never supposed to be profitable, so these controls are how they operate with content restriction while still being a fly trap for radicalism that the lazy intelligence agencies can monitor from the comfort of their office cubicles and corner offices.  However, Musk bought Twitter to make it a profitable enterprise and quickly converted it to “X” to facilitate an online presence that he had been thinking about for a long time.  And it’s a pretty good idea.  However, like all things free market-driven, the social controls that exist in the background, the “visibility filtering” that has been going on so aggressively, is holding back the ad revenue Musk is seeking.  When woke corporations make up most of the advertising dollars these days because they know the social controls are the driver to visibility, so they all play by the same woke rules; if Elon Musk doesn’t operate “X” the same way that BlackRock is running the boards of all their other companies, then ad revenue can choke out the business model forever for “X” and ownership will continue to be a drag on Musk, forever.  Which is the game that is played and how they get everyone to follow the rules.  But of course, there is a strategy that can make “X” profitable, and I would point to MMA fighting as the model everyone could follow.  The fewer restrictions on a social occurrence, the more people want to see and participate.  If “X” eliminated the practice of “visibility filtering,” more real people would be attracted to its use, breaking the ban from advertisers and forcing everyone into woke criteria.  The advertising would indeed be market-driven based on the need for authentic content.  Not social media editing.  People want to show up to see a fight and enjoy advertising supporting that consumption.  But suppose all the rules are the same woke garbage. In that case, people are indifferent, and advertising is greatly restricted within the funnel of woke social rules and global goals of communist centralized authorities of state media, such as Russia, China, Cuba, and most other places all over the world experience—just some friendly advice.  I don’t care; I’ll do what I do regardless.  But if you want social media to be profitable, get the “visibility filtering” out of the business and watch how quickly things change for the better.

History Will Remember How ‘Truth Social’ Saved Free Speech: The Home of President Trump

There was quite a stir when President Trump posted for the first time on X, or whatever Twitter is called these days. Trump put his mug shot on there, and the numbers exploded upon seeing it. I thought it was a great move, but I don’t think it says anything about Trump returning to Twitter as much as it indicates what he will do to win back the White House. Essentially, Trump is all in; he will do anything, and I mean anything, to beat these Marxist losers and kick out the crooked Biden crime family from the White House. I did not see it as abandoning his personal social media site, Truth Social. Later, President Trump assured everyone that Truth Social was his home and that he would stay with it. That doesn’t mean he can’t post what he wants on other social media outlets. Only that Truth Social remained true to his heart, and it should. I think when the smoke clears from this period of history, there will be one common thing that everyone will point to and say, “That saved America.” And I think that thing will be the creation of Truth Social. It was a very dark day; I remember it well. It was the closest thing we have ever seen to a hostile regime change in America, involving thousands of people hostile to Trump and his supporters. After January 20th, 2021, Trump left the White House for the last time, and essentially, he was openly banned from all social media, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google search engines; the writing was on the wall. We didn’t just have an election that was in dispute; we had a government assassination much the way we did with Kennedy and Nixon. And it happened right before our faces in a way nobody expected. Well, very few people did expect it. I expected it. But the results were shocking to a lot of people.

I don’t talk about a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff.  I put out my social media, and lots of people see it.  But there is a lot of shadow banning going on, and with me, that has been the case since social media started.  In many ways, I may be one of the most shadow-banned people on planet Earth.  I noticed it on YouTube years ago, well before President Trump joined politics.  You can look at videos I did 15 years ago and see that some have less than 100 views.  Some people put videos of hamsters drinking water, which get millions of hits, so for videos that old, what in the world was going on?  Well, it’s the same on my Twitter account and even my blog.  There are many ways that the people who control those social media platforms, apparently low-level people, can suppress the algorithm to your material for search engines, which many people know about.  But they can also tamper with social media counting, such as viewing results, followers, subscribers, and how your overall reach reaches.  To get a little sample of what I’m talking about, look at the views on my Rumble account videos compared to my YouTube account, and you will see what I’m talking about.  I see one set of numbers on my blog on my administrative page.  But on the display page, it’s a much-suppressed number.  Occasionally, when the software that the social media companies are updating and their algorithm scanning software is on pause, I get an accurate picture of how many people visit my sites.  That’s when I usually take a photo to validate the results.  But to put it mildly, the bad guys control the internet, let people see what they decide, and manage the transaction.  That is the purpose of the internet: more power, not more freedom.  And that game plan was never more evident than on January 20th, 2021, when the world of media, on all fronts, tried to make President Trump, the guy who just spent four years in the White House leading the free world, a “nonperson,” as Rupert Murdoch at Fox News clearly stated.  They were in control, and anybody they wanted to target they felt they could paint out of existence. 

The payback will be harsh, as it should be

In reaction to it, I was looking over my shoulder a lot.  There were a lot of shadowy characters popping into my life, and I was prepared to have a shootout with those hostile forces at any moment.  The crackdown was in full effect, and I was indeed a target.  My wife and I hooked up our RV and headed for the deserts of New Mexico to get things straight.  It was probably one of the best decisions in life that I have ever made.  There, I finished my book The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business and figured out what to do next.  And in the following months, the resistance movement against these tyrannical, election-stealing terrorists in the White House was taking shape.  Trump wouldn’t allow some third party to control his next campaign or the freedom movement in general.  As many others did, we would create our own social media companies and turn the tables on the bad guys.   And it would be painful for them.

I still watch and listen to everyone, even the bad guys on cable news, like MSNBC and corporate-run talk radio, just to understand what those idiots think. Most of my information comes from the live streams on Gettr. And once President Trump started Truth Social, I was among the first accepted accounts. And there is quite a lot to that story, too. I have had a lot of trouble with Truth Social, but it is not their fault. But there has been a lot of tampering that has locked my account many times. But, the social media element has undoubtedly forced the entire industry to change. Under Elon Musk, I have given Twitter a bit of a chance. It’s better. My account shows few social media impressions because it is so heavily shadow-banned. But I routinely get many tens of thousands of views when I comment on an account that isn’t so heavily shadow-banned, which is very effective. Social media, like their communist partners in China and the World Economic Forum, will let a few controlled people present the appearance of free speech. But the hostile anti-free speech people try to suppress them in every way possible. Truth Social was the first to break that wall down brick by brick, and it was brilliant of President Trump to utilize. Ultimately, it will likely be what won the war because it took the clamps off free speech and forced the alternatives to adjust their approach. And it broke the model of tyranny behind the creation of the Internet. As a result, the message of Trump and the rest of us can get out to others, and the government and the hostile agents that control our government now cannot stop people from hearing other opinions. And the planned communism that was always part of the Internet plan is falling apart. Truth Social opened the door to Free Speech on the Internet because it was the home of the most famous person on earth. And that pressure may save the world yet.

Ricky Shiffer Attacked the FBI: Don’t get caught playing their game, the way to beat them is to take away their money

The frustration that Ricky Shiffer experienced when he attacked the FBI headquarters in Cincinnati is understandable, just as the January 6th rioters were understandable in their anger over election fraud. But I say to them and anybody else thinking about the injustice they see coming out of the FBI and law enforcement in general, the law is against them. Don’t let them bait you into making a bad move because all they have on their side is the attempt to victimize themselves and gain public sentiment by victimizing their position. Even though he was upset about the FBI raid of Trump’s home, Ricky Shiffer should have been cool and allowed the process to play out, even though the great fear is that these law enforcement types are manipulating the law to cover their own crimes, just remember that they do not have the legal position of merit at their backs. They have no other option but to try to win public sentiment through the traditional “sacrifice of public service” display. But people see what is going on, and the way to deal with these things at this point is through the election process. Fight to ensure we have free and fair elections, then use elections to remove these corrupt people from their positions. That is the case whether we are talking about local issues like public schools where obvious crime and misconduct have occurred. Yet, the authorities in charge are grossly abusing their power, or it’s the FBI office in your community. For me, the Ricky Shiffer story is a local one, it happened in my neck of the woods, and I understand there are lots of people out there like him. They are angry, and they want justice. But, the bad guys know how to twist things to their advantage, and Ricky should have never let himself be drawn into their trap. Because once he was, they could then control the narrative, which is all they really care about anyway, controlling public perception and using their manipulation over the media to continue their abuse of power fueled by taxpayer dollars.

I see all these bad things that the FBI has been caught doing as advantages. I would say the same to the local school board problems or the corruption of a local sheriff, where the law is certainly one way for political enemies but quite another for their friends and associates. Without the measure of a law and order society to compare to, there wouldn’t be any way to really say that things are out of control. And that’s when people like Ricky spring into action when they think there is no hope for justice and that they must take it upon themselves to defeat bad guys and restore order to the world. Part of the plan of how evil works in the world is to drive people toward the sense of desperation that causes them to remove themselves from the best strategic decision and then present themselves in a vulnerable way. From there, then they are playing the FBI game and falling right into their hands. When Ricky Shiffer attacked the Cincinnati field office, he might have made a few people think he was doing a good thing on Truth Social, Trump’s very good social media site. Still, he weakened his argument by allowing the pressure they created to inspire him to move off his already good position and go to them instead of making the FBI accountable at the ballot box with new management. Part of their goal in supporting a Democrat political party in America is to push people into a sense of desperation so that they act against the law because they have been led to believe that it is no longer respected. That is part of the strategy, and during the years of Trump in politics, this impression has only gained more bold action. But that says more about them than it does their opposition, the Constitutional conservatives who have gravitated toward the MAGA movement of populism.   The administrative state, which the FBI is struggling to protect with its bloated bureaucracy and big government ideas, is showing all its cards and building a case for their elimination in the future day by day. Let them make it because they are their own worst enemy.

Ultimately, Ricky Shiffer’s greatest power wasn’t a gun or threat of violence against the FBI. The January 6th protestors didn’t need to raid the Capitol building to prove their point. They were made to feel desperate by the regime in control. We’ve watched the Swamp in Washington attempt to use public sentiment against the protestors, even though the world had watched all through 2020 that liberal rioters were unleashed in all our cities and did far worse. Things go wrong when you get caught playing the game that the bad guys want you to play. The greatest weapon Ricky had, and we all have, is the power of the purse, the funding mechanism to feed the beast. That is where the administrative state is weakest, whether it’s the local school system or the corrupt national FBI. Don’t charge them with your guns and aggression, hoping to bring things to a conclusive resolution with a show of force. The FBI presents themselves with a show of force because it’s the only thing they can do. They do not have the law to their back, and much of what they did to Trump has put them in a bad public relations position. It has cost them far more harm than the fear of the public turning against them and attacking them where they work, like the Cincinnati field office. 

The way to attack is to reduce the size of government, vote for the kind of people who understand that smaller government is the way to go and choke them out of their funding. I know it doesn’t come out very sexy; it’s not like the movies we’ve seen where it’s a three-act play, the presentation of the situation, then the trouble is shown, then there is the climax at the end of the movie where everything is resolved. These legal problems are a running gig day by day and year by year. And if you look at things in the long run, we have learned a lot more about our FBI and their true nature based on how they have acted toward Trump, which has been very valuable. Before Trump, only conspiracy theories were talked about on talk radio at 2 AM in the morning. Now there are thousands of podcasters talking about these crimes from the FBI in the middle of the day all across the country. So, things are getting better the worse they look because now we can see what the FBI and law enforcement is really about. And that information can then help us know why we must defund them and replace them with something much more manageable and better for our society than the thugs of lawless bureaucrats they have become. It’s not a cliché to say that knowledge is a more powerful weapon than anything else, but it’s true.

Knowing what we are dealing with is far more important than whether they followed the law or not because we can then establish intent. And once you’ve done that, you can see the situation for what it really is, not how they want you to see it. And from there, you can decide what to do about it. But when you discover that these are bad people who have been up to no good, don’t let that knowledge rot you to your core with audacious revelation. Be cool, use the law to your advantage and manage them through the power of the purse. Taking away their money is the best way to harm them. That is a weapon that all the guns in the world couldn’t do better. And it’s time we use it for the purpose of good in the world.   It takes money to run all this evil. Take it away from them; then they will have nothing to fuel their activity.

Nothing Would be Happening without Truth Social: The Trump media platform is the next big thing on the world stage

Truth Social has been that critical element to the whole political puzzle in so many ways. Before it came along, developed by the Trump team after the radicals removed the president on Twitter, a lot looked bleak on the communication front. In 2020, during Covid and the election, it is evident that the political left had set up all communication in America like a Berlin Wall as we had seen in Germany. And this is the problem with all communist-oriented political philosophies; they must have complete control of everything before thinking of achieving their goals. Liberals and everyone on the political left are working toward communism. Communism is a dirty word in America, so they avoid calling themselves by those types of names. However, the behavior is the same; to get control of the population and keep them from having access to information is to control all that you see and hear.

I can remember the stories of people trying to escape from the communist East Side of Berlin over into the socialist West. People would be shot and killed on the spot. That is essentially the same thing that the political left has shown in America on the communication front. The tech companies that control most of our entertainment communication want communism. They admire China’s control over their population, and they wanted to bring that to America, which they did through corporate culture. They have shown their cards, and now, a few years of all that activity being out in public, the results are starting to settle. And Americans have not behaved the way that things were planned. That isn’t a surprise to me, but it has been to the political left. They are starting to realize that there is no hope of taming Americans in the way they planned. But then again, what did they expect? It never worked anywhere, but foolish as the endeavor was, they thought that if only they could have global communism, where nobody had any choices, finally, the works of Karl Marx might work. Truth Social has been that final dagger in their wild fantasies of global control, and it’s becoming evident to them now.

Yes, the Elon Musk activity on Twitter is interesting, if not revealing. Twitter was always about controlling populations psychologically, as was Facebook, which has operated in the background with its seed partner DARPA since the beginning. Mark Zuckerberg and the other tech communists didn’t become so wealthy so early in life because they had a superior product. They were offering a free service, so where did all that money come from? The alignment of communist-oriented governments, around the world, with the tech companies was intended from the beginning to do what we are now seeing and hearing coming out of their mouths. This past week, the Biden administration named Nina Jankowicz to head the Department of Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance.   Former President Obama articulated the need for more controls of free speech because they know domestically and internationally that if they can’t control what people see or hear, their ideas of communism will never work. They have been planning in America for a kind of Chinese version of communism since the 1950s, even earlier. And when Elon Musk made his move to buy Twitter and make it more of a free speech platform rather than a population control device, the political left understandably freaked out. 

Yet, nothing would be happening if there wasn’t Truth Social. If the Trump team hadn’t moved in that direction, the pressure we are seeing now against the intrusions of the political left would not be happening. In the year of 2020, a few alternative media companies were emerging to displace Fox News as a communication device of conservatives, or should we say more appropriately, constitutional supporters. Communist liberals were ecstatic early in 2021 when Rush Limbaugh had died, President Trump was removed from office with international election fraud, and Fox News had its board being run by New York liberals who were moving in a Never Trump direction. The January 6th protestors were jailed against their constitutional rights. The left-leaning media talked about rounding up people who didn’t think like them and sending them to re-education camps. It was a very scary time. All the things that Cleon Skousen warned about in his excellent book, The Naked Communist, were coming true, and people were shocked, even nonpolitical people. What we would see happening over the next 18 months was terrifying. Many thought nothing like the government controls that we were seeing from the Biden administration would ever happen in America, but of course, it was happening. The government was forcing vaccine mandates. Woke corporate culture was getting rid of people who didn’t think the way they did. We saw the kind of open hostilities toward traditional Americans that we had seen communists apply to victims on the East Side of the Berlin Wall or in Cuba, China, or Russia in the most obvious days of communism during the Cold War. 

But without Truth Social, Elon Musk would not even try to buy Twitter. The pressure of an alternative and one with the Trump brand forced all these characters to change their plans. Truth Social has been the driver of the change because it made all the world’s media companies realize that they weren’t going to be able to control content. There would be no control by Nina and the gang at Homeland Security. There would be no communication monopoly. Since those early months of 2021, many media companies have arisen to challenge the former power brokers, such as Real America’s Voice and the social media site, Gettr. I almost exclusively use Gettr these days for all my news feeds as you can stream directly off their site-many of the broadcast news that formally would be consumed on cable news. President Trump considered joining Gettr, which Trump people formed, but he elected to join a platform that he had direct control over, which is how Truth Social came about.

Truth Social has the potential to become the most significant player in communication globally. I’ve been on it from the beginning, during the Beta testing phase, and I have found it much better than Twitter ever was. And regardless of what Elon Musk can do with Twitter, it doesn’t change that Twitter now has a branding problem. It is seen not as a platform of free speech but as a hindrance to it. Elon Musk might be able to change that culture to some extent, but he won’t be able to change what people think about it. Twitter is old. Truth Social is new and growing. And more importantly, Truth Social is a great lesson to all the woke companies that have tried to adopt communism for the global intentions that have always been there. That communism cannot compete with competition. Once competition is introduced to any culture, overt controls by centralized authorities will never succeed. And as the political left thought America was going to fall, primarily upon the death of Rush Limbaugh and President Trump being removed from office around the same precise time, it will never again be that easy for them. That was the closest that the communists would ever come to controlling America. With Truth Social launching and having an immediate impact on the free speech marketplace, the political left can see where all this is headed. And they are panicking, which they should be. They have been stopped and caught. Of course, for them, there is no plan B.

The Truth about Truth Social: Worth the wait and the first step in Making America Great Again

I remember it extremely well; it was just over a year ago, relative to the time of this writing, and my wife and I were in Lincoln County, New Mexico. I was exploring the courthouse where Billy the Kid had made his famous escape, and I felt very reflective. I was so angry over the Biden theft of the American presidency. I was even more furious at how the media and liberals had treated Trump over the last four years. In the past, when their people were in the White House, “they” being the Desecrators of America, those who fight to destroy it instead of preserve it, we always treated them with fairness. We always lived by the concept of rule of law and Constitutional limits on behavior. But at that moment, I was thinking very seriously about going Billy the Kid on society in general, so the famous escape from that courthouse was on my mind. Trump had recently been kicked off his Twitter account, and we could see the plot of what many had planned for a long time. We were being hunted as conservatives, and the message was clear. We did not control our own election. We did not control our country. We were going to get Joe Biden, and we were going to like it. And if we resisted, we were going to be banned from all public life and hunted down for the rest of our days. To say I was angry at the world was an understatement. So my wife and I left to live in the deserts of New Mexico for a bit, to get our wits about us once again. I found some sanity in the idea that Trump might start his own social media company and that from there, we would strike back at these dark forces and turn the tables on them for good.

I am incredibly pleased to say that Truth Social is now a reality. I’ve been on it since the first day, and I absolutely love it. It is great to see daily postings from Melania Trump, Dan Scavino, and many other Trump insiders again. I stopped looking at Twitter when they kicked Trump off. Still, now that President Trump has started Truth Social, I can see the path to restoring our country back to greatness because it puts communication and entertainment back under our control.   At that moment in New Mexico that I described, I wondered if things would ever feel good in America again. But now, I’m sure of it. What happened to Trump and many of us who were shadowbanned, or even literally banned from Twitter, Facebook, and from Google in general, are options. We now have the best kind of thing in the world, a choice. A choice in America will defeat every evil intention the world tries to place upon us. When you choose, it forces all the bad stuff to hide in the shadows, which has happened since that year. Revenge has been served through choice.

First, Jason Miller from the Trump campaign started his own social media platform, Gettr, which I think is fantastic. I have been using it almost exclusively.   With all the betrayals of Fox News and even Newsmax, it has been Steve Bannon’s the Warroom that has filled the void for the MAGA movement. And Gettr has been the place to interact with them and other conservative media outlets like Real America’s Voice and OANN. When the Desecrators formed the plan to take down America, they planned for all the media companies to be in the bag with the Davos guys. They had it all set up, making it so that Fox News would be the last to fall, which was evident on election night when they called Arizona right at 8 PM, as there were still voters in line voting. The gig was up, and the other side was spiking the football, thinking the game was over for good. But Trump and the rest of us are not passivists. We turned to our own abilities, which is always the thing to do. If we don’t like what the progressives want to give us, we should just go off and make our own thing. And in doing that, it destroys the plans the other side has. They have no plan B. 

I really like Truth Social, now that it came open at the beginning of March of 2022. I know the line is long, and it’s taking people a long time to get into it. There are millions of people trying to get in, so they are seeping new users in slowly to maintain system stabilization. It took Twitter years to handle its users, and the demand for Truth Social is much more robust. But by the time we have the next election cycle in 2022, there will be millions of people there who are very active in the MAGA movement. There will be plenty of social media alternatives to use, which will keep everyone connected. And that is a relief. A much better situation than what I spoke about from Lincoln County, New Mexico: at that time, something like a Truth Social media platform seemed like a remote fantasy. But I’m happy to report that it is very much a reality. I’ve only been on it for a few days, and I’m already at 2K with followers. I have always been shadowbanned by the big tech companies, and instantly, on Truth Social, you can see that it genuinely is a free-speech platform. It’s a huge difference for me. 

And what’s best, it’s classy. It reminds me of what a Trump property feels like when you visit one. It has a Trump quality that extends beyond the hate and vitriol of the hostile leftist media culture. I think I do a pretty good job dealing with people of all kinds of backgrounds. I can talk to anybody professionally, even the bluest bleeding liberal. But I don’t want to hear from them in my personal time; I don’t want to see them. I want to be away from them as much as possible, and the wimpy little “Tweets” from Twitter were always no fun for me. Places where the entire platform felt like the Santa Monica Pier in L.A. filled with liberalism and a lack of wisdom, were always uncomfortable. It is good to have a quality place like Truth Social that feels slicker, smarter, and bigger. It feels more American than any of the other social media platforms ever have, and that is refreshing and well worth the wait. I’ve been through this process several times, most notably with Glenn Beck’s The Blaze.

I used to be friends with some of the people who started that, and I always had high hopes. But creating a big social media platform seemed on a prohibitive scale. But obviously, it’s not. It only took a year, and now Trump has a place where he can communicate with his supporters, and they can healthily bypass the media. The media and the Desecrators always planned to stick themselves in the middle of that process; now, we have a means of communicating and thinking that steps around those hostile agents. And I can’t say enough good about it. It’s nice to see how far we’ve all come in such a short time. That effort will only grow in the months and years to come. And I’m glad I held it together and kept my temper in check that day in Lincoln County. I think Truth Social is a much more productive way to make things right than what I was thinking.
