Fast Food Workers Are Not Worth Top Wages: When I eliminated four line positions by myself

A few years ago I had to work a second job because of a tax bill that came in the mail from the IRS.  The reason the IRS is such a terrifying organization is that if you get in the cross-hairs of them it will cost either in defense or compliance.  In my case it was compliance.  I had worked hard the previous year and some of the work wasn’t easily calculated and the IRS disputed that I owed them more.  Defending my amount would have cost more to take to court so I had to pay, and they knew that was my only real option.  So I elected to work a second job to pay my bill rather than rob the money from our family’s normal income.  Every morning at 4 AM I got up and rode a bicycle from Mason to Lebanon to report for work at 5 AM at my primary employer.  At 3 PM I got off that job and rushed up the road to the Kings Island exit to work at a popular fast food establishment there by 4 PM.  My job was to work as the grill cook, and within a few short months I became known as the fastest grill man from Michigan to Florida and my exploits drew the attention of corporate headquarters.  Fast food executives paid personal visits to me to figure out how I was able to work so fast.  I worked every night the dinner rush and left at 8 PM to ride my bicycle home arriving around 9 PM.  Finally after a long hard day I’d go to bed to begin the day again the next morning.  In addition to that schedule I worked at the fast-food restaurant on Saturday nights as well covering the lunch and dinner rush from 10 AM to 7 PM as Kings Island provided a lot of business.

It took me two years to pay off my tax debt in this fashion but I eventually did without it sucking the money from our primary income.  My wife did not work and I did not want her to.  She was homeschooling our children for a bit of time during this period and she needed to be free to care for them.  Even when they did attend Mason public schools, my wife drove them every day so that they wouldn’t have to ride the school bus with all the vile filth that goes on during bus rides.  So my wife working simply wasn’t an option.  During the day she also was a teacher’s assistant in my daughters classrooms until the relationship with the school went south when we would not allow our 4th grade children to attend a sex education class that consisted of teaching them how to put condoms on a fake penis.  We declined and from that point the administrators put an “X” on my wife’s back, so we pulled our children out of the school for their own protection, and proper instruction.  Meanwhile, I rode my bike to my jobs and kept the money coming in.  My exploits during this period of time were described in my novel, The Symposium of Justice.

I was so good as a grill cook that the restaurant management agreed to some of my unusual working mandates.  I did not participate in any customer interaction; I did not take orders from the front register or talk to anybody on the drive thru.  I could make such demands because I was the best at my job that there was.  Nobody came close to my speed.  (REVIEW MY BULLWHIP FAST DRAW).  I personally eliminated four line positions at this restaurant.  Normally there would be a grill worker for the front grill, a grill worker for the drive thru grill, a fry person and a chicken runner for the deep fryer in the back.  The restaurant I worked at was busier than most because of the Kings Island traffic, so corporate was very perplexed as to how I managed to be so quick and efficient all by myself.  I of course saved this restaurant a lot of money in labor hours.

I explained to them that I could read what a person would order by way of food by the look on their faces when they stepped into the dining room.  I had their food already cooking before they stepped up to place their order.  And on the drive thru I would watch the cars pull into the lot headed for the speaker and determine what they were going to order based on the way the driver looked, how many people were in the car, the condition of the car, and various other factors.  By the time the sandwich maker called the order I had the meat prepared and perfectly cooked ready to hit their prep.  The ability was physical of course.  I have always been very fast at everything I do.  But in this case it was more psychological than physical.  This left the corporate executives baffled as to how they could train other stores to have grill cooks who did the same thing.

They offered me a .50 cent raise for my efforts which I gladly accepted bring my total to $7.50 in 1997 money.  It wasn’t much then and it isn’t much now, but it was I thought a fair wage for the work I was doing.  My rule against the customers was that I knew that some government workers came to Kings Island often and I didn’t want to speak to them.  They had put me in the position of having to work a second job and be away from my family, so I didn’t want to be nice to them, or even acknowledge their existence.  I could always tell those types upon site, so I worked it out so that all I’d have to do was prepare the food, I would not have to give the people who put me in that situation the privilege of serving them directly.

I of course became the restaurant psychologist and the young people often confided in me their problems seeking my help, which I gave them.  The managers often had wrecked lives due to all the crazy hours they worked so I helped them too; by solving many of their personal problems.  But my rule about dealing with the customers was firm.  On one such occasion a pretentious Mason school teacher who weighed in at least three hundred pounds came to the front register while the 16-year-old girl manning that station was using the restroom.  The teacher demanded service and I was the closest one to her.  I instructed her to sit tight until someone came to take her order but she ignored me and continued anyway.  Needless to say her order fell on deaf ears.  I continued doing my work ignoring her.  When the girl came back, the Mason teacher was standing their refusing to repeat herself expecting me to tell the girl what the order was, which of course I didn’t provide.  Rather than repeat her order to the cashier the teacher complained about me to corporate headquarters thinking she would get me fired for disrespecting her.  She called from the dining room making a huge fuss in front of the other customers and demanding our own management to remove me from the line.  The lead manager told her that we were in the middle of lunch rush and that they couldn’t afford to remove me from the line.    The teacher proclaimed that nobody was “irreplaceable!”  Corporate took my side on the issue and the frustrated teacher took her business elsewhere.  She was back a week later, but this time didn’t look at me.  She simply placed her order and I had her meat ready for her.  I knew exactly what she was going to order, and it was a lot of food.

With all that said, the recent union attempt to inject themselves into the fast food restaurant business is a vile attempt at communism.  Fast food workers are not worth $15 an hour.  I was the best of my kind, and I wouldn’t have thought of asking such a fee for a job that was worth more to me for its flexibility than the wage I earned.  I enjoyed being able to come in and dominate a position so that I could dictate my terms based purely on performance.  While it’s true I could have made more money quicker if I were willing to “compromise” the fact was that I wasn’t, and fast food gave me the opportunity to work such a job, get the government off my back, while not having to lower myself to people like that 300 pound Mason teacher.  People who knew me then felt sorry for me, because I rode my bicycle to work every day, worked long hard hours, and had to wear a fast food uniform well into adulthood even though I was making good money and showing great talent at my regular job.  My wife and I could have just used the public school like a baby sitting service like everyone else did, she could have worked, we could have had two cars and life could have been easier if we just played along.  But we chose to do only what we had to in order to appease our government obligations.  Making a lot of extra money would have just been consumed in further taxes and was not a smart strategic choice.  Fast food gave me the perfect opportunity to dig out of that tax liability without making it worse, and without lowering myself to making plea deals with the IRS, or using expensive lawyers to just feed the monster even more.  And it also allowed me to take care of the problem so that my wife was always around my little girls, shielding them from the evils of the world that were being placed upon them by a statist government gone mad wanting to teach them to put on a condom in the fourth grade.  Little girls who had both parents working late staying in an empty house from the time they get home from school till their parents arrive between 5 and 6 PM have lots of opportunities to get into trouble with boys in their neighborhoods, but since my wife was always home, my girls didn’t have that problem. They didn’t need to learn how to put on a condom when that was furthest thing on their minds than anything at the time.

The protests from restaurant workers demanding a “living wage” for their work in fast food are not worth more than $7 to $8 dollars an hour, I don’t care who they are.  Fast food work is entry-level work designed to fill the social needs for cheap food on the go.  Nobody should work in fast food as a career choice unless they want to go into management.  There is no such thing as a “living wage.”  But there is such a thing as “value,” and restaurant workers are only worth so much.  The fast food restaurants of America have one obligation, to provide a good quality product cheaply.  If I could have taught corporate headquarters my skills at working a grill, I would have.  Unfortunately for them, I cannot be duplicated, and no machine can do what I could do—not even the perverted imbeciles who work at the NSA and supposedly have supercomputers that cross-reference everything we do in our lives.  They can’t calculate human behavior as well as I can.  Even so, the work I did was not worth more than $8 dollars an hour and I would never have considered asking for more.  I used the job to clear my tax debt and a little bit more, and then saved up money to move out of Mason and back to my childhood home of Liberty Twp.  I stayed on at the fast-food restaurant working to make extra money for some time after so to get out in front of our financial condition.  $8 dollars an hour becomes quite a lot of money when you don’t drive a car and your wife is at home teaching your children.  The household expenses go down rapidly when you are not part of the system.  And a good bit of savings can be generated while working fast food.

A “living wage” as the communist labor unions advocate is attempting to do the same thing they’ve done to the teaching profession and virtually every endeavor that they are a part of.  They set artificially high values for their labor that is built purely on monopoly power.  In fast-food, they know they cannot obtain that monopoly unless they get all the workers in that industry to buy in to their scheme.  Fortunately for America, that plan will fail.  If twenty fast food workers decide to strike from a local McDonald’s, there are always people like me who will step in and take the money that is left in the void, and can do four jobs all by myself.  It would make me happy to do it just to keep prices low on the hamburgers we buy.  There is no shame in it, but only advantage, for what I’m talking about are the benefits of capitalism—a concept that labor unions do not understand, and despise with every cell in their bodies.

Dan Varney and No Lakota Levy Defend Lakota Community: Extortion from the school superintendent

Recently Dan Varney, the treasurer for No Lakota – accused Lakota officials of trying to manipulate voters by enticing them with $2.8 million of possible restorations of some budget cuts. “It’s how they play the game and they are trying to instill some passion in the school parents” to drum up votes for the proposed property tax increase,” Varney said.

Dan Varney, who appeared with me several years ago on WLW radio for an in studio broadcast about the Lakota tax increases (CLICK HERE TO REVIEW), did a wonderful job of speaking the truth of Lakota’s 2013 levy attempt.

Recently the Lakota school board approved a recommendation by Superintendent Karen Mantia that would allocate $2.8 million of the levy’s annual funds to partially restore some services that have been cut and also preserve the district’s current programming and operations. The school district reduced its annual spending by more than $20 million over the last three years.  I broke the issue down into specific detail in another article, but Lakota needs to continue cutting their costs much further than they have already.  CLICK HERE TO LEARN WHY.  The cuts are not over because declining enrollment is forcing the issue.

According to school officials if the levy is passed, bus service will be reinstated for grades 2-6, for students who live farther than one mile from school. This is simply an attempt by Lakota schools to purchase votes in the next election using tax payer money to do it.  Currently, bus service is issued only to students in those grades if they live farther than two miles from school. This school year, the district supposedly identified some routing efficiencies to provide bus service to all K-1 students at no additional cost.  (Isn’t that amazing, just in time for a school levy attempt?)

“We value the community’s feedback that we heard in our Community Conversations last year,” said Mantia. “We heard this would be a tremendous help to our families, and will also help us regain lost instructional time.” Superintendent Mantia noted that the change would provide busing to an additional 2,200 students, helping minimize traffic congestion on some of the district’s busiest roads.

Also,

  • Students in grade 4-6 will be offered one additional day of art, music or physical education. Currently students take classes in art, music or P.E. one time per week.
  • Student participation in after-school clubs and extracurricular activities will be encouraged by increasing opportunities and reducing fees from $550 to $400 at high school and from $350 to $300 at junior high.
  • Students in grade 9 would be offered a seven-period class schedule, instead of six periods per day.
  • Part of the funding was allocated for advanced technologies and modernized coursework to further individualize learning, a focus area of the district’s current strategic planning work.

The school board voted June 24 to place a levy on the November ballot for the community’s consideration, and announced at that time that a major component of the levy would be for technology, including a $13.5 million multi-year upgrade to the district’s instructional technology infrastructure. School building security will also be bolstered across the district. The decisions made by the board Monday evening finalize the plans for how the levy funds would be allocated.

Of course all these things that Lakota is “giving” to the community are contingent on the passage of a tax increase.  The arrogance displayed by these public workers is astonishing; they will give back to the community what is already theirs “IF” they vote to pay more taxes on their properties—which is simply amazing.   So in that context what Dan Varney said in the paper was dead on, if all too polite.  Lakota schools think that the votes are suckers, and stupid.  Lakota has no respect for the average tax payer in the Lakota district, as their behavior displayed grotesquely in evidence.  The definition of Lakota’s actions is pure extortion.  They stated that if tax payers gave Lakota more money, they would restore services that were only lost because the school board did not manage their costs under the leadership of Superintendent Mantia.  If a levy is not approved by the voting public, then those items listed above will not be granted.  It is a low down dirty trick that belongs on one of those television commercials advertising products for $19.99.  It’s a scam disguised as education.  Its corruption disguised as community benefit.  It’s wrong, detrimental, and socially corrosive.

In such a time when bandits rule our school system using our children as shields against justice, thank God there are people like Dan Varney of No Lakota Levy out there fighting the good fight defending those same children with honesty from the looters wishing to exploit them for personal gain.  Without people like Varney the extortion scams advocated by public education institutions like Lakota would have no representation in the press, leaving the sinister schools to dance upon community innocence with immunity from righteousness.  No Lakota Levy is an organized resistance that is all that stands between open extortion by public schools and the out-right looting of the “rich,” so-called “wealthy” property owners who will lose millions if the Lakota levy of 2013 passes.

For idiots, diabolical nut cases, open progressives and Obama voters, they enjoy the Lakota levy position of attacking the rich and giving to the poor, the silly, childish levy supporters who purchase half million dollar homes, pay over $5000 per year in property taxes still desiring more, then turn around and ask the rest of the community to give their children a “free” education at Lakota which is run by the kind of people shown above who openly believe that extortion is an acceptable campaign strategy.  I’m glad there are people like Dan Varney who can hold their tongue in the face of such a travesty, but he does, and is a good man for the job.  Every homeowner should be thankful that there is a group like No Lakota Levy out there defending them from higher taxes by government looters like Lakota’s administrators and their band of education thieves.  In that group there are people like Dan Varney who stand as pillars of stone against the winds of chaos in a battle for the heart and soul of Lakota–the residents who pay the taxes versus those who wish to steal them.

Understanding the “Fiscal Cliff”: Promises to Obama’s Jakarta playground friends

One of the big reasons that it is important to know what kind of person the President of the United States is, why they should be born in America, why they should not have communist parents, why they should at least have attend school in the States, is to avoid catastrophes like what we are all facing with the upcoming “fiscal cliff” negotiations, where I have pointed out over and over again that Obama has only one goal, to spread the wealth as he learned from the ideas of Marxism not just across America, but the entire world.  Many people forget that the little boy Obama as a grade school lad did not attend education in America for his entire youth, it was in Indonesia.  When he played outside, it was not in America that he played, but in the third world country of his mother’s second husband, and his world view was certainly shaped by those events, as has become exceedingly obvious.  Obama clearly wishes to drain the wealth of America so that places like his childhood home of Indonesia can prosper and he is using the theories of communism to justify his wealth distribution policies.   However, many people don’t know these things about Obama.  They simply know that he is the first black president and for them that is good enough.  They do not care that Obama does not have the management skills to pay one 14-year-old to cut his grass, let along manage the affairs of the Executive Branch.  They also do not care that Obama’s communist background is at the core of his willingness to send America over the fiscal cliff that is coming up at the end of December.  In fact, many Americans have no idea what the “fiscal cliff” even is, so for them I present my radio friend from Michigan, Matt Clark on 1600 WAAM as he explains very well what the average person needs to know about this upcoming crises.  Have a listen.

As far as I’m concerned the Bush Tax Cuts are too high, so the discussion of anything more is not even on the radar.  I view the federal government as a bunch of crooks that are unable to do anything else productive in their lives but steal money through taxation.  The only way they can give value to their lives is by stealing money from the public through taxes, then doing something through wealth redistribution to the less fortunate so they can feel they’ve done something useful in their pathetic lives.  Meanwhile, they enrich themselves well out of the range of financial suffering with crooked back-room deals all up and down K-Street where just a few blocks from The White House where Obama tucks his children into their beds at night, prostitutes and drug dealers perform every reprehensible task imaginable, and many of the law makers on Capitol Hill are in on the act in some way or another.  So more taxes no matter who they are on means only more criminal behavior from the looters who serve as law makers in Congress, the Senate, and Executive Branch, and I wouldn’t think of giving any of those idiots even a tip at a restaurant let alone more money.  They have done a reprehensible job of managing the American economy and shouldn’t be awarded.

Obama however appears to be living out a promise he made to boyhood friends on the playgrounds of Jakarta, living in a Menteng Dalam neighborhood in the Tebet subdistrict, then from 1970 in a wealthier neighborhood in the Menteng subdistrict.   From ages six to ten, Obama attended local Indonesian-language schools: St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School for two years and Besuki Public School from one and half years, and even the nicest of these places would be considered “dumps” by American standards.  Obama seems to want to steal the wealth of America so his old neighborhoods in Jakarta can prosper off the loot.  This is why he doesn’t care if the American economy tanks, if the whole system collapses, because his loyalties are not to American citizens, but his boyhood friends from Indonesia.   There is nothing about Obama’s behavior that leads me to believe he has any patriotic American sensibilities, and this is the kind of person that Republicans are negotiating with.  Obama is an Islamic sympathizer who pretends to be a Christian, and he’s a communist who pretends he’s a capitalist.  He is as misleading about his background and intentions fiscally as Bill Clinton is socially—always saying one thing, while meaning something else entirely.

So as the “fiscal cliff” draws near, understand that you have all been warned.  The personalities driving the train to the cliff are a variety of radicals all with different agendas.  But Obama’s is the most foreign of them all.  Obama is not functioning from greed, political strategy, or even concern over his own legacy.  Obama wants to end America.  His actions speak of no other intention and his background supports the theory.  The “fiscal cliff” is a chance for Obama to run America into a wall of debt, worthless money, and a morally corrupt people, all of which he has had his fingers in helping to create.  So don’t be surprised when things go badly, because they will.  Obama has nothing to lose and everything to gain from ending America.  He does not want a balance budget, he does not want peace.  He does not want American productivity.  At the end of his presidency, he’ll take his money and move to Hawaii, and curry favor in future United Nations initiatives.  By then, under progressive calculations, America will have lost its sovereignty, its superpower status, and its influence throughout the world.  Obama will be a global hero by removing America from the international scene paving the way for Socialist International to unite the world under communism once and for all.  Obama will be set for life, and the rest of us will wonder how we let it happen.  That is what the “fiscal cliff” is all about and what’s at stake.  This is also why Republicans should play hard ball and hang the price tag from the big ears of Obama and let him have responsibility for the recession that follows.  Trying to ease the pain in this case will actually end American sovereignty, so let Obama and his minions of evil hit the wall with the rest of us.

Elections have consequences, and this is what 51% of America voted for.  So let the idiots have it.

Teacher Kelsey Hartmann from Huber Heights: Having sex with kids to keep a market edge

I knew there was a reason I always liked Darryl Parks from 700 WLW.  On his first Saturday show of December 2012 he offered an excellent reason why Kelsy Hartmann from Huber Heights—was caught  having sex with one of her 16-year-old students in her husband’s car while pretending to do some last-minute shopping on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  According to Kelsey’s latest evaluation she was an excellent teacher, leaving Darryl to conclude that Kelsey was simply doing what many other teachers have been doing in the competitive field of public education, and that is to personally reach out to their students to give them something unique that all the evolving education tools are doing better, such as the modern computer.  One thing that a computer can’t do for young students is have intercourse with them to keep their interests so during these very difficult times when school budgets are shrinking, and work forces are being reduced teachers like Kelsey have determined to stay on top of their students–quite literally.  Maestros de escuelas públicas de amor tener sexo con hombres jóvenes y chupar sus penes!  No wonder so many parents support public education for their needy young sons.  And no wonder so many students take to the streets to tear down the signs of tax opposition when school levies are attempted.  The young boys of public education know they can’t get sex this easy anywhere else but in their classrooms, so they defend their sexually charged teachers with a fury.  Check out the pictures of Kesley at Darryl’s blog posting, and then listen to his Saturday broadcast below.

I think Darryl is right; Rosetta Stone software has changed the field of foreign language education.  In these modern times of 2012, it is rather easy to learn a foreign language should one wish to, completely invalidating the old archaic style performed in front of a classroom.  The two years of mandatory high school foreign language education is absolutely out of date—because the modern computer does a much better job than a traditional teacher.  So credit must be given to Kelsey and her barrage of other public school teachers and their labor unions all around Ohio who have tener mucho sexo con hombres jóvenes y tragar su semon en cantidades tales que los maestros beben su hombría por la taza con el café.  And we thought teachers were drinking coffee in the morning……………………..apparently not.

A computer can teach young students in high school better than just about any teacher in any course these days—math, science, history and especially foreign language. Since most people learn by visual stimulation, the computer is much better equipped to perform most of the modern education tasks with far superior results than the traditional teacher, and the computer is a lot cheaper on labor too.  But a computer will not steal the keys of her husband’s car and meet with students on the side of a road and have sex with them to keep their interest in public education like Kelsey and her other tri-state teachers will.  That is the one thing the computer cannot do better, and that is actually provide such “hands on” training.

So whenever a school levy is voted for, and support for public education is declared, think of the over the top and under the covers antics of many fine teachers like Kelsey Hartmann and how dedicated to their students they truly are—so much so that they are willing to stay on top of their students needs—literally.  Kelsey le encanta sentarse sobre el pene de sus alumnos en el asiento trasero de un coche.    Auuuuhhh…………….public education at its finest.

The Mind of a Billionaire: What’s really behind the Keystone Pipeline

There’s a couple of ways that one might go about becoming a billionaire. One is the path of someone I consider to be of the highest caliber of man, George Lucas, who is an inventor, a story-teller, a historian and a reformer. To be a billionaire your influence must touch human kind in a life changing way for civilization and your products would have to be in nearly every household. This is the kind billionaire that is a great benefit to the human race. The other kind of billionaire is the investor who puts their money into others who create things that become household items. These types of men are George Soros and Warren Buffett.

To be a billionaire in investments would require very good inside knowledge and a ruthlessness that is uncommon to people who aren’t billionaires, so it is difficult for people to fathom to what extent an investor would be willing to pursue their goal of making money not off products they produce, but their ability to buy investments when they are very low, and selling them when they are very high. An investor who is a billionaire would also have to find subtle ways to operate a monopoly while making it appear as something less empirical. This might come as a surprise to some, but there are people in the world who are capable of playing many sides against each other in order to obtain a result that is desired by the ruthless investor.

Much has been made of Warren Buffett’s support of President Obama’s tax initiatives against the rich. Buffett has the President’s ear so intently on the subject that Buffett’s secretary was seated next to the President’s wife during the State of the Union speech. Now, I can’t claim to know what Warren Buffett thinks, but I am very good at ascertaining the intentions of a person, or a group of persons. And my take on the behavior of Warren Buffett is this—which I’m sure he will never confirm, he might deny, but the actions speak louder than all the words of the human narrative—Buffett has used President Obama and his looting tendencies to curry favor with the administration. In fact, Buffett is an economic advisor to President Obama so pretending to be on Obama’s political side by supporting an increase in taxes has worked for Buffett.

But why would Buffett do this? Why would he be so interested in drawing attention to himself and throwing his wealthy friends under the bus with tax reform? Well, Buffett made a deal a few years ago using his holding company of Berkshire Hathaway to buy the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co., which has more than 1000 miles of track in the Bakken oil field region. In case you don’t know why that’s significant—this is the oil field that is to connect the Keystone Pipeline to Gulf Coast refineries.

Buffett knows that because of Agenda 21, the President will be against the pipeline, and the oil that comes out of the Brakken region, but the Canadians are set to refine it anyway, because they want the money. So the president is willing to turn his head away, just as he has in Brazil because Agenda 21 is not about preserving the earth, but rather in withering away the wealth of the United States. So if Canada profits off of the Brakken oil fields, it’s an acceptable concession in perspective to U.N. Agenda 21, passed in 1992.

So Buffett has managed to secure his investment of BNSF in a deal that values the railroad at $34 billion dollars, and he has managed to detract the president from looking too closely at his interest in the Brakken oil fields by showing favor for the President’s tax increases. Buffett doesn’t care to pay the higher taxes he’s advocating, for one, because it will tie up more liquidated cash from his rivals and free Buffett to continue to invest his cash in their vacancy. You see, as Obama’s economic advisor, Buffett can target “the rich” who are Buffett’s immediate competition for investment opportunities by using Obama’s socialism training against the hapless president. 2nd, Buffett doesn’t care to pay the extra tax, because he will more than offset the cost in tax revenue lost with revenue gained. How you ask?

Well, since Obama announced that the Keystone pipeline would be cancelled, and the Canadian’s have declared that they are intent to ship their oil anyway, how on earth are they going to get that oil from those oil fields to a refinery, then sell the oil to China and other places with a hunger for oil? Yes—very good—you guessed right, by train. Warren Buffett’s trains of the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co. Buffett you see has made a very lucrative investment in the BNSF railway system not because he likes trains, but because he looked at the conditions surrounding the politics, saw that oil was going to flow from those oil fields, and he was determined to get in on the action. That’s why he’s a billionaire.

While the people involved in the Keystone Pipeline are scratching their heads wondering why Obama won’t support supposed shovel ready UNION jobs, they are the types of people who don’t know anything about Agenda 21, and they certainly don’t think in such manipulative terms that would require a billionaire to buy a rail road two years ago and protect that investment by becoming the President of the United States personal economic advisor. Such thoughts are science fiction to most people, conspiracy theories at best. The economic necessity is a no-brainer leaving millions of American’s frustrated and confused as to why they must continue to buy oil from the Middle East through the Strait of Hormuz, and not in their own back yards.

While I know the pretentious, neurotic mother of a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old will scathe at my comments here and disregard them as literary engineering, the world is quite brutal, and different outside the borders of the United States, in that far away land beyond the oceans horizon. And yes, there are millions of people on planet earth who want to destroy America because they live with governments that don’t give them the same freedoms enjoyed in The United States. So they will not lose any sleep upon our demise. That is the role of President Obama, a puppet president to the philanthropist socialists like George Soros.

And to a billionaire, there are no longer nations. If they need a rule passed, they just purchase a congressman and a few senators to push it through. If they want to get close to the President so they can serve as an economic advisor, they just donate a lot of money then say all the right things like Buffett did with Obama and they can then gain influence to protect their investments. Specifically, in the case of Warren Buffett, who is actually so esteemed now with the Chinese, they featured him on state controlled television singing in the Chinese New Year surrounded by his model trains. Buffett displays here that the value of being an American has little mandate before securing his investments.  In this video, Buffett openly mocks the United States to Red China. Yes, he’s been working on the railroad!  He thinks the world is too stupid to put together all that he’s been up to just like Judge Doom in the opening clip.  (Buffett played this clip the night before the State of the Union speech, just as the Keystone Pipeline was turned down by Obama.)

No, these people do not care about the 20,000 jobs that could have been created with the Keystone Pipeline. No they do not want American to have access to cheap energy, because the goal is to choke America off in the pursuit of the mythical “green energy” while simultaneously using the higher prices to bring down the per pupil wealth of America so they are more equitable to the rest of the world. No the pursuit of the Obama administration and the intent behind Warren Buffett is not to create more economic fairness, but to advance their investments, Obama’s into global socialism, and Buffett into his railroads. The two of them are just two more looters off the energy and effort of the American people. They are part of a political class who think nothing of using us all for their sinister intentions. They sing to us sweet melodies with phrases like, “fairness,” “safety,” and “prosperity” to seduce us into a hypnotic spell in a plot to destroy ourselves while they profit off our stupidity. While we reach for our American flag, the looters will move on to the next target, and with their wealth gained off our naivety the billionaire will just purchase the next regime and use political greed for profit in the best investment on the face of the earth, human foolishness.

If you want to become a billionaire like Buffett and Soros, just capitalize off of human foolishness and you’ll be wealthy beyond your dreams in no time.

Agenda: Grinding America Down–and The Naked Communist list of 45 goals from 1958

When I came home yesterday a Christmas gift was left on the front porch from one of my readers here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom. It was a large tin can filled with a multitude of presents which was a pleasant surprise after a rather difficult day topped off with a cold ride in the rain on my motorcycle. I had gotten caught without my rain suit and it was raining hard just days before Christmas, so my cloths were soaked to the bone. So as typical on such days I undress on the front porch so my wet cloths don’t ruin my wife’s carpet and hardwood floors inside the house, and that’s when my wife showed me the present.

Inside were a number of wonderful presents and cards for both my wife and I, but one of the gifts jumped out at me in particular. It was a DVD of the documentary film Agenda: Grinding America Down by Curtis Browers which won Best Film at the Jubilee Film Festival in 2010. It surprised me that I hadn’t heard about this film because it covers much of the content I’ve written about here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, which is the history of the communist movement in the United States and how many factions instigated by the Soviet Union KGB in the 1950’s and 1960’s sought to dismantle American culture from within. I immediately watched Agenda and found it compelling and consistent with my own observations. I realized long ago that the sudden rise in the divorce rate, the ignorance of our youth, the rise in the welfare culture, the focus on sexuality, race relations, and feminism were suspiciously coordinated, and I have resisted, analyzed, and come to virtually the same conclusions as Bowers did in his very good film which you can see a preview of below:

One of the most potent aspects of that film was the revelation of the 45 communist goals outlined in the book The Naked Communist that Bowers learned about in a Communist USA meeting he attended at Berkley University in 1992. A lot of people don’t know that there is a very strong communist party in the United States and they have been around for much of the 20th century. But people don’t see communism in America because it is not part of their static patterns. Culturally, America sees itself as the opposite of any communist country, but that is partly by design. I have studied social cultures my entire life, so much so that I intended fully to become an archeologist or anthropologist in my life profession, and in 1992 while I learned that communism and smaller degrees of socialism was quite alive and well in modern America at many meetings that I like Bowers attended, I decided to dedicate my time and energy to not studying why cultures from the past failed, but I would apply my studies to preserving the American culture that I saw being destroyed in front of my eyes while it was still alive. The communist party in the United States was set up by the KGB during the Cold War had a two pronged plan to defeat America in that war. They planned to spend America into oblivion with the nuclear arms and space race, but while we were following rockets to the stars and sending men to the moon to beat the Soviet Union, KGB agents and sleeper cells were being established within the United States to destroy American culture from within. This is difficult for many people to see who only look at their own lives and the small part they play in American existence. But if you look at American culture with the big eyes of an archeologist outside the static patterns of normalcy it is easy to see how Communist USA has slowly over time accomplished many of the goals they set out to do way back in 1958. The list that Bowers addressed in the film Agenda is shown below for your convenience. As you look over the list consider what roll you have played in helping to make it possible and don’t lie to yourself and believe that the below information is a part of some radical conspiracy theory. Every one of these items is listed in the book The Naked Communist and has been routinely discussion in communist groups within the United States since the 50’s.
The following is the list of Communist goals contained in The Naked Communist 1958:[3]

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums.
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture—education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity, masturbation and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.

As you read that list dear reader you are probably asking yourself, “how did I not see this?” Well, there were a lot of other exciting things happening that took up our attention. Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier in the Bell X1 in 1947, 11 years before the book The Naked Communist was released. Most people think of war in terms of bullets and violence, but that is not the case. Sun Tzu author of The Art of War says distinctly that “it is best to defeat those who are already defeated.” And the Soviet Union played this game with the long view of culture in mind. While America fought the Soviet Union with rockets, military, and Ronald Reagan bravado, the Soviet Union fought America with the feint of keeping up with the United States with all those topics, but knew they would lose in the end, so they sought to destroy American culture itself.

Enemies of America have done to the United States culture what scientists have done to a frog in experiments involving hot water. If a scientist puts a frog into scalding hot water, the frog will of course struggle and attempt to jump out. But if the frog is put into water at room temperature and the heat is gradually turned up slowly, the frog will stay in the water comfortably for a long time, until of course it’s too late. The gradual heat of the water will slowly rob the life of the frog till its muscles no longer work and it cannot escape. Defeating a culture is the same kind of thing and the Soviet Union knew this. They knew Americans would always fight and would beat them in a head on fight, so slowly over time communists have sought to dismantle what American Culture is so that the defeat of America will come not from China, Russia, Cuba or any other place of rampant communism, but it will come from college professors, school teachers, politicians, and media producers educated at the institutions the communists controlled as established in The Naked Communist.

But fret not dear reader, America is not gone yet, and the ideas that made it great will live on. It takes people like Curtis Bowers to make films like Agenda to teach how we arrived at this point in time. And I can speak for myself, I write here everyday so that American culture can be preserved and all those of you who are reading this that have forgotten what being an American is, can relearn. I write here everyday to restore America and to counter the efforts of the pretentious communist academics of which our current president is a proud member. But it’s not just him; there are thousands upon thousands of these communist sympathizers functioning right out in the open these days. So the game is not up for America. We are learning that we have been scammed, and the wrath of that realization will be one of great anger. Right now it’s embarrassment, but as the truth comes out, it will evolve into anger and America will overcome this enemy from within. Hopefully this will be peaceful in a battle of ideas. But if the communist types with all their various names continue to stomp all over the United States Constitution I will promise that violence will be assured for their kind. Because our future under communist philosophy will look something like this–remember the frog.

So take head my dear American reader. Yes, communist have infiltrated our culture and has successfully destroyed much. But there are a lot of people who are waking up, and fans of this website, Glenn Beck, Alex Jones, and filmmakers like Curtis Bowers are starting to turn the strategy of the communists against them. After all, it worked for them against us, so the same can be used against them to destroy the communist culture. The difference between American traditional culture and communist culture is that their culture is built upon lies, and ours is built on history and in the game of culture building, America will always beat the lie of communism. It might take a little time, but the healing process is already beginning, which is evident in the very good film, Agenda: Grinding America Down.

You can do your part in fixing America by watching that very good film and taking some notes. I recommend it highly.

Kali Ma Will Rule the World: Why the labor unions are by definition THUGS

Do you know where the word “THUG” comes from? It’s the slang term given to the Thuggee criminal fraternity of Hindu thieves dating from the 17th century and going into the early 20th century. The Thuggee were a cult of maniacs engaged in mass murder. The modus operandi was to join a caravan and become accepted as bona-fide travelers themselves. The thugs would need to delay any attack until their fellow travelers had dropped the initial wariness of the newcomers and had been lulled into a false sense of security gaining their trust. Once the travelers had allowed the Thugs to join them and disperse amongst them—a task which might sometimes, depending on the size of the target group, require accompaniment for hundreds of miles—the Thugs would wait for a suitable place and time before killing and robbing them. The film Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom had some fun with the terrible culture of the Thuggee in the popular 1984 film as Matt Clark and I did also in the Sunday November 20, 2011 broadcast on his ClarkCast radio network heard on WAAM Ann Arbor. The subject was comparing the labor unions of Ohio who led a $30 million plus campaign to repeal Issue 2 in Ohio to the human sacrifice aspect of the Thuggee culture which is why I think all labor unions are no different from the Thugs of that old Hindu culture.

I know many of those union “brothers” and “sisters” in the public unions don’t appreciate being called “THUGS” but what else are you? During the whole Issue 2 campaign your side did nothing to argue in favor of the union position. Your union’s arguments relied almost exclusively on “fear” to win people over to your side, which is what thugs do, they “scare” people into action they might not otherwise take. Sure, it’s not murder what the unions participated in, but the idea that everyone else in the world should sacrifice themselves to your honor is what you portrayed, so I’ll repeat what I said to Matt in our interview. In the end after all the votes were cast it was the reign of the mindless Thuggee union lobby that turned out the most votes, not because they were more deserved, but because the votes were cast or not cast based on fear. There were a lot of people who stayed home that night and didn’t vote. Those voters of indecision were simply instigated into terror, which was the design of the Thugs.

The labor unions in the course of the Issue 2 campaign told Ohioans that the earth would open up and swallow whole women and children, that fires would erupt all over Ohio, that thieves would be breaking into our homes and there would be no police to come. We were told that schools would fail, that nurses would not be on staff to care for the sick. We were told that the public employee is similar to a divine entity and that the tax payers owed their lives to their existence and that required a tax sacrifice of not just dollars, but of blood. We were shown that any reform of any initiative connected to the public labor unions would be met with a mob of protestors chanting for more sacrifice, more money spent on their behalf. The unions convinced much of Ohio that the sky would open and the wrath of God would cast itself upon the earth and that in this battle Satan would emerge with pitchforks in hand and armies of demons would bring havoc upon the entire state in a never-ending apocalypse that would go on till the end of time.

We were told that if Issue 2 was not repealed that ambulances would sit idle as our senior citizens grabbed at their hearts in their last dying moments. Fire trucks would sit idle as forests grew across the parking lots and wrapped their roots about the tires. Police cars would sit rusting away in the sunlight of an apocalypse as the sky burned with fire and meteors from thousands of light years away pummeled Ohio into ruin.

We were told that to prevent these things from happening that the gods of public service required more blood sacrifices, more taxes, more support to be successful and that if they did not get these sacrifices then the world as we know it would come to an end with a fury unmatched since the dawn of the human race. The sacrifices required the lives not only of ourselves, but of our children and our children’s children in a never-ending ceaseless debt which would extend into the foreseeable future or as long as the sun continued to burn and that if there was anyone who questioned the validity of this sacrifice, then they would be the worst, most despicable species of human to ever walk the earth………………..they would be big, mean, greedy people who only care for themselves……………selfish beyond refute or excuse, and a menace to all humanity.

And after all that was said and done and the unions had Issue 2 repealed, the problems that brought it into existence still persist, and the fears that the unions uttered will still come to pass. Firefighters, police and teachers will still lose their jobs, because tax increases are not the solution. There cannot be anymore blood sacrifices of our hard-earned money to the cult of the Thuggee band of union workers. Sorry, we are fresh out of blood, human hearts and dollars to give you in your blood thirsty quest to dominate the world with a progressive utopia held in reverence to the great Kali!

FreedomWorks is Attacked: Why the media is failing, blame the Beatles

My wife and I recently had ice cream at a popular West Chester hang-out as I watched the people around me with some aloof curiosity. Many of those around me made up the 10,000 who tuned in to Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom over the two days around Election Day to figure out what the issues were and how they should vote. After the election, I noticed that my daily hits had dropped to around 1,500 a day as the people went back to sleep, went shopping, or bought ice cream, like my wife and I were doing. Politics and everything that leads up to it is an unpleasant topic most people work hard to avoid. Yet that battle lines are all around us, and soon, even the people who seek to hide from such a war won’t be able to avoid it, even momentarily while eating ice cream.

What we are seeing here in the United States behind the effort of the Occupiers are the same forces that have pushed Europe to the breaking point. Even though it may be hard to consider, because in doing so it requires an admission that the system we have built our lives around cannot be trusted, the reality is that beyond extreme politics and points of view, socialism has been delivered to our society very carefully. The college classes we’ve taken were simply socialist indoctrination and a subtle attempt to expand government, because many of the jobs college degrees are yielding back on their investment are government jobs like teaching, and statistical analysts. Most of us went through a liberal phase while attending college, and grew out of it just a bit to become fiscally conservative by the time we started families. Those made up a majority of the people who were eating ice-cream with my wife and me at present. Many young people, (the ice cream eater’s children) are discovering that the system they were sold, in which their parents saved for all their lives to consume $50K per year in tuition, isn’t making good on its promise of providing a good paying job to many of them. In America, the Occupiers are showing their anger in the way that their friends from Europe have been. What they don’t know, is that even their anger is directed by the invisible hands of socialism, since it is groups like MoveOn.Org, labor unions, and other progressive groups who are attempting to continue the mission the Beatles music group never finished, to create a revolution against capitalism into socialism. What was the name of that Beatle song that everyone liked so much, “Back in the USSR?”

Slowly over time through our music, our entertainment, and our education, we began to accept socialism, small little bites at a time. Union members accepted socialism because the pay was good. Typical blue-collar workers were able to buy a decent house and have a bass boat in the driveway. Teachers accepted socialism because they were taught by socialist college professors, (is it any accident that these protests are most of the time erupting on universities?) Police accepted socialism because they already think in a regimented fashion, so applying the same mentality to the rest of society is not a difficult transition. And reporters accepted socialism for the same reason as the teachers, all their college professors used Walter Lippmann as the example of what a journalist was, and this permeated into the culture of journalism.

I know reporters for TV, radio, and newspapers all over town. I know several in other towns as well. When I ask them why they don’t cover some of the hot topics of the day, they all tell me the same thing, “There isn’t time to develop stories. We get 3 to 11 minutes, or 400 words on a printed page to make our point, so anything that requires any depth gets ignored.” This is the result of the journalism propaganda that has gone on in America for more than three decades now right out in the open. This is also the reason why blogs like the one you are reading now have grown in popularity. Since my reporter friends couldn’t or wouldn’t cover many of the stories I was bringing them, I started Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, so that I could spend the time covering stories in the kind of depth required for real understanding. And I’m not the only one doing this. Several people just like me have taken up the task of doing the job of reporting news ourselves since it became evident that the media was largely just a propaganda machine. It’s not any one persons fault; it’s simply the result of The System that is in place, a system built upon the foundations of socialism.

Many of us who are doing this new brand of self-journalism gather at a site called FreedomWorks, where like-minded people like us swap ideas and news stories. Really, blogging and other media reports should not be a big deal in the exchange of ideas. Many of us at FreedomWorks actually got the idea by watching how the political left engaged in their strategy of progressivism, such as is done at the Huffington Post and virtually every union meeting across the country. I don’t think it occurred to anyone I know to protest CNN headquarters or MSNBC for their extreme liberal progressive journalism because we didn’t like them. We certainly don’t gather to attempt to put any of them out of business with protests. Yet look how members of The System, (the socialist movement) behave toward a group who offers a different opinion than theirs. Listen to how threatened they are about just the existence of FreedomWorks.

GBTV created by Glenn Beck is the first of its kind. It’s essentially a private news organization that is run by a guy who is not a college graduate and former student of Walter Lippmann and other media personalities. Beck like many of the bloggers who have risen up to the challenge of pointing out what’s wrong, received our educations not from a hippie college professor but in the books of our curiosity where the most potent revelations often hit us at 2:30 in the morning while the rest of the world sleeps. I have 20 years of this kind of history study and I would say that like Beck, people who learn in such a fashion are much more equipped to deliver news that is pertinent to a hungry public. Glenn Beck has taken his success in this matter and reinvested many millions of dollars into GBTV which does not march to any drummer, not even Glenn Beck’s. It isn’t owned by any political party, does not suck up to celebrities, it does not fight for a spot on the Press Corp in the White House. It does not care if it is recognized by any “NEWS” organization. GBTV simply reports the news, and those who want to censor and control the news HATE Glenn Beck for what he’s done in the same way that those unions hate FreedomWorks.

I can’t blame Beck. He’s about the same age as I am, and I share with him a frustration that the news just doesn’t go far enough. For me, talk radio is very valuable, but unfortunately people don’t have the ability to watch a replay of the information on talk radio easily. So at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom I have solved that little problem by gathering up talk radio broadcasts so that they can be shared with people who may have missed them earlier in the day, or earlier in the month, or earlier in the year. As my reporter friends have told me, “We cannot go so far as to show spreadsheets, videos, audio clips, and long explanations like you can.” Before I had Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, I had to send letters to the editor for my local newspapers, (which I still do) but I was confined to what I could say because the editor created the rules that I had to live by. And that is why the media is failing. The rules established within The System is also a subscriber of the socialism taught in college and those rules keep my reporter friends from getting too deep into any issues. The same rules apply to large network news like Fox News, or CNN, or small local news like 5, 9 and 12 here in Cincinnati. Newspapers, which started out much like the blogs of today, for much of the same reason, are now driven by their need for advertising and once money is desired as a revenue stream, then special interests can manipulate the content.

As I watched the men and women, boys and girls within that popular ice cream hang out blissfully unaware of the world around them, except when they are required to do something, such as vote, I could see that it was the media, the ghost of Walter Lippmann who used the college education institution to create an entire industry that created short little snippets of information and thus kept all of society on the surface of any knowledge.

But, for some of us, this isn’t enough. We want more information, the snippets just won’t suffice. So we are breaking away and doing our own thing. For me, it’s Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, for others it’s Red State, The Drudge Report, The Blaze, and many, many others most of which can be found on the FreedomWorks network. For Glenn Beck he started his own television network so he could break all the conventional rules and bring the news to all who have courage to hear and see it.

But the empires who have built their kingdoms on our ignorance don’t like it, and they can’t argue with these new facts from this new age of reporting because the reporters aren’t doing it for money, fame or even networking opportunities. They do it because they are driven from a passion that will destroy the empires of ignorance in just a matter of a few short years. This is why those fools were protesting at FreedomWorks. This is why I get constant threats. This is why Glenn Beck pays over $2 million a year to provide security for himself and his family. The emperors of ignorance are watching their empire crumple about them as their control over the media, over education, over politics is coming unraveled by this new age media reporting that you are reading before you.

Take a deep breath and savor the feeling……………………………..you feel that? Freedom! Freedom from the controls of editorial shackles, of content scrutiny, of snippets designed to breed consumers into buying the latest product at a store. In this new age a person like me can weave a complex tale about pirates and Excel spreadsheets and the wonders of space into a tapestry of subjects that can shine light on why education is broken, and too expensive.

My wife and I threw away our napkins and remnants of what had been the ice-cream and I saw in some of the eyes in a few of the people about me a flicker of hope, a desire for more. I knew surely that after they had read the newspaper, watched the news and spoke with their neighbors, that some of them hungry for more would indulge themselves in places like this, and would dare to unlearn everything they had learned, and to grow into something the previous establishment fears with every cell in their bodies………….a free thinker!

The Next Day Part 2: LAKOTA LEVY DEFEATED by 18,788 VOTERS!

(To see The Next Day Part 1 from last year click here):Doc Thompson of 700 WLW and I talked about the election results as the smoke cleared on the “Day After” the Election of 2011.


Many of the reporters I spoke with on Election Day wanted to know what I was going to do to “celebrate” on that very contentious night. “I’m going to play Wii Golf with my wife,” I told them, which garnered some strange looks.

While we did just that I did watch the numbers come in off The Butler County Board of Elections web site, so my mind was on other matters. Issue 2 failing demonstrates how the public unions have managed to garner 43.4% higher wages than the rest of us. They are an organization of deep radicalism that is prepared to yell, march, and even mislead to protect their hive just like a swarm of insects. I’ll have much more on that later, because my focus as the smoke is clearing upon the rising sun of Wednesday, November 09, 2011 was on the school levies.

Issue 2 was the fix to the school levy problem, and I saw that as the results came in, that the same “machine” of the public unions that we saw in the Issue 2 debate had taken its toll on the school levies. Little Miami on the ninth time passed its levy and Lebanon did also, both by margins of less than 200 votes. Both of those schools are on their second attempt within the same calendar year, and show clearly how school systems controlled by radical union elements seek to beat down the tax payer until the taxpayer just says yes.

I was also dismayed to hear that Fairfield passed their levy. Fairfield like Lebanon has the very unfortunate situation where they have many apartment dwellers that do not pay taxes, but can vote. So they are prone to vote for school levies because by the time their landlord raises their rent, they’ll most likely move on to a new residence. But out of all the public schools in Southern Ohio, it was Lakota that was the focus and it was the third time that the No Lakota Levy group had organized to shoot that levy down. As the evening closed and I was on the 15th hole our Wii Golf game, it was apparent that Lakota’s Levy wasn’t just going down to defeat, but was going down soundly 54 to 46 percent. That means from the last levy attempt to this one, even after the district cut busing, cut electives, made sports pay-to-play, and even lowered the levy amount that the defeat margin actually gained 1% to spread the margin of victory from 6% one year ago to 7% now. Even with all the dirty tricks that get played, especially the massive sign theft and vandalism that went on during this campaign, voters saw through it. You can listen to Doc Thompson and me discussing this very issue right after I returned home from voting on Election Day.

Gaining a whole percentage point said a lot from a community who had seen all the dirty tricks in the OEA/NEA handbook, the same dirty tricks that are being applied to all the other schools, especially Little Miami. The goal is to wear down the opposition gradually by attempting levy after levy after levy until the people standing up against the measure just give up. That is the way the unions operate, and is exactly why Issue 2 should go right back through the legislature, for a relentless pursuit to jam it down their throats till they run out of money and energy. That’s what the unions have done to the public after all. Make the unions defend against it next spring and summer, like we have to defend against tax levies every 6 months, and let’s see how long they last. They taught us this game! But in the case of Lakota, with a new superintendent, nearly $30,000 spent to shove another tax initiative down the community throats, Lakota lost ground. $12K of that $30K was spent just on consultants who advised Lakota how to garner positive public reaction to their message, which even as the closing minutes of the election ticked down, Sandy Wheatley pictured here laying on the ground at a party for the Move Forward Campaign was having to celebrate their efforts…………?????????????……….stated, “We said all along this was the community’s choice and it appears that the community said it is not ready to move forward.”


That wasn’t the worst comment. Here’s another, “I just don’t think people, who don’t have children in school, think about what the ramifications really are. They just don’t want to pay more money. Trust me, I don’t want to pay more money, but I have to make a commitment to the community I live in,” said Felice Fishman parent of two children in the Lakota school district.

“It is very frustrating,” said Chiqui Aull, who is a parent of two in the Lakota school district. “It doesn’t make sense to vote against it because everyone who owns property in West Chester just had their property go down.

“It is sad because people moved to West Chester for Lakota because of the school system and they could end up choosing Mason or Fairfield, who just passed a levy.”

I find it absolutely amazing that all those statements from people who seem intelligent are all taken straight out of the union playbook of prepared emotional statements intended to manipulate the public, just like the unions did with Issue 2. As my wife and I finished up our golf game I wondered if those people even knew that they were “programmed” to believe such things. Probably not, their static patterns are so intrinsic to their state of consciousness that they utter things from their mouths which are not their own, which they’ve simply heard from someone else. They are unknowing foot soldiers to tyranny, a system that uses our kids, and our community in service of a larger system, an organism onto itself called unionized labor.

By gaining the extra point this time it disrupts this union plan created by the OEA and maintained by the OSBA in Columbus, with smiles of course, which uses incremental cuts to services in order to extort more tax money from property owners, and the residents of Lakota stood up for themselves, and that is good to see. To the parents who are in fact the selfish ones in this matter because they allow union radicalism to cloud their thinking, and have their entire focus on their little child within the bubble of public education, they fail to see the bigger picture. They forget that there are other elements to a community that make it great, with Lakota just being one element.

To paint the picture let me direct your attention to the spread sheet shown here which will give you some idea what a good friend of mine who owns nine local businesses ranging in value from $1 million each to $1.5 million pays in taxes. On Election Day he is already paying a substantial amount of money in taxes not only for his personal residence, but for his business properties listed in the spreadsheet. If the Lakota Levy had passed, he would owe roughly an additional $72,413.79 in taxes because commercial property is assessed at the same amount as residential property. Many of the parents, teachers and administrators who have large sums of money dumped in their lap because they work in the public sector and are accustomed to making 43.4% more than the rest of us, simply don’t fathom what that means, because they live in a bubble of their own reality. They would be inclined to say that my friend is wealthy, so he should “pay his fair share.” I can tell you what my friend says, “Why should I locate a business in Butler County if they are just going steal my money.” Short-sighted parents who only care for their little children don’t understand that it is the excellent commercial development along with the residential development that makes a community great, and the Lakota District is a reflection of that balance, not the creation of it.

People move to Lakota for the schools as one factor, but other factors include highway proximity, job creation, entertainment options, and tax rates. When tax rates are high, commercial property moves elsewhere and parents who have their kids raised sell their homes and leave to avoid the high taxes. That is the essence of the problem that all those people pictured in that party picture simply don’t comprehend. Those Move Forward supporters don’t see it because they are in an education bubble that we fund, and have lost touch with reality.

That is why the No Lakota Levy says that before there is ever another levy attempt that the administration at Lakota should sit down with the teachers union (LEA) and require them to bring their compensation costs into the range of the approved budget. That’s what the election was all about, what is the “approved budget.” This community is not in the mood for the silly union games of extortion, of inconvenience in order to force higher taxes. It is the responsibility of the employees of the Lakota School District to maintain the high level of service we expect. And we expect our management to control the costs. Not for the costs to control management! If there are members of the LEA who don’t want to comply with this fact, then look for a job in a different district and see if they are willing to pay for the bloated salaries. Those employees could be replaced easily with more affordable and eager young professionals.

So Lakota drop the union radicalism and play ball, or we will do this again, and if you think this effort was more aggressive than last time, I’m sitting on information that will make the next time even worse. So be smart, understand your role in the community, and don’t be ridiculous in your compensation. What you do next will determine much.

The Real John Kasich: Firing the BROADSIDE of ISSUE 2!!!!!!

Governor John Kasich came to my backyard on Monday November 7, 2011 and along with a host of many people I’d call my personal friends spoke about Issue 2 on the night before the historic election. And as I watched him, I could see in his demeanor that he “get’s it.” Have a look at that video of his speech at “The Barn of Liberty Twp.”

Regardless of how the vote for Issue 2 goes, it’s what Kasich “gets” that impressed me. I did not see a governor who really cares about his popularity. He’s already successful and it appears that he views being a governor as a step down from heights he might otherwise achieve, which is how anyone who holds public office should view their positions. When Kasich gave bonuses to his staff, and paid them well, I think he did so thinking he was still in the private sector, where he has had much success, unlike most politicians. I too have been prone to paying people well who I see pull more than their fair share of weight, so I can forgive that. Successful people who are independently minded do not think in a collective, so they don’t typically consider or care what that collective might perceive of their actions. And that is what I think leads to the perceived faults of John Kasich.

Kasich has approached the governorship of Ohio at the “SPEED OF BUSINESS” and this is a big “NO, NO” among the labor unions who have built their entire existence on dragging their feet to drive up their wages and benefits. When Kasich said, “You either get on the bus with us, or you’ll be run over,” he meant it. He wasn’t going to waste time sitting down with a bunch of selfish socialist to empower them. And regarding Issue 2, if he had sat down with the unions, the results he has today would have been far less. So I am proud of the way he and the rest of the Republicans who voted with him on Issue 2 approached the situation.

From a strategy standpoint, Issue 2 has hit hard and showed the opposition of reform that their reign of control is coming to an end. For years public unions have ruled without compassion for the taxpayer who pays them with a level of extortion born in the concept of socialism. Yes, that friendly neighborhood firefighter who has participated in collective-bargaining has participated in socialism, the same brand that bankrupted the Soviet Union, and is currently bankrupting Greece. When the commercials came out and announced that police, firefighters and teachers did not get into those professions to get “rich” they haven’t been hanging around any of those employees in private, like I have. “I’m quitting this job to go become a police officer,” I have heard from more than one employee.

“Why,” I’d ask. “You’re a good worker, and I don’t want to lose you.”

“Can you afford to pay me 50 to 60K?” the employee would ask.

“NO WAY!” I’d say.

And the employee would leave a good paying manufacturing job to work as a cop so he can have a great pension, great pay, and much less to do on a daily basis, according to those employees.

I’ve heard teachers say the same. And I’ve heard firefighters bragging about their pay in some of the workout facilities around town. The only people who believe many of the commercials that the public unions put out are people who are out of touch and simply chose to be stupid, and unfortunately, that’s about half the population.

Kasich knew what the story was all about when he took the governorship of Ohio. He knew these sectors of the public workforce wouldn’t talk, so he just moved at the speed of business which scared the crap out of the entire union structure. Issue 2 was the broadside that many of us had wanted to inflict on union control for many years. If that union machine does not sink this time, it certainly now has holes in it as a result of the Issue 2 battle, that it wouldn’t have had if Senate Bill 5 had not been passed.
Regardless of what happens in the election, Issue 2 has forced the union machine to spend massive amounts of their personal resources, tens of millions of dollars to essentially keep what they already have, and that’s a good thing. Because as that union machine takes on water from the Issue 2 broadside, the public has seen how that union machine functions. They have now seen the lies, the manipulation, the rhetoric, the whole socialist tendency of that machine.

The trouble is that too many American’s, of which Ohio represents, have been breed in public education to think as socialists, so the public union machine is able to play on the collective tendency of this learned behavior. So this one broadside may not be enough to sink the ship of union control. That’s alright, because we have more cannon balls ready to fire again. As I watched John Kasich speak from “The Barn” while the cool autumn air drifted in over the large crowd charged with excitement in the deep woods of Liberty Twp, far away from the corrosion of progressivism, I saw a man on stage who isn’t afraid to pull the trigger again, and for that I’m grateful.

John Kasich the man I believe could care less who loves him, or hates him. He simply wants to do what’s right. He may be a little out-of-touch flying around in a private jet, where his success in the private sector carries over into his public sector behavior, but as a man, John Kasich understands what the fight is all about, and he is committed to continuing on and that is a wonderful relief.

The reforms will not stop with Issue 2. So sorry unions…………you spent all your cannon balls fighting a battle that is just round one. Because we didn’t fire all of our cannons in that broadsides. No, we have more cannon balls to fire and you will see them soon. So you better get to your battle stations, because if you are a socialist living in America, and want to bring down capitalism, which is the fuel of our economy, you designate yourself as the enemy, and deserve everything you have coming to you. And I am relieved to see on the stage of Liberty Twp a governor in John Kasich who is committed to bringing capitalism back to Ohio so business, and families can prosper the way it was always intended.
