Legend of the Misty Mountains: The first snow on the Cherohala Skyway

As if the No Lakota Levy campaigns were not enough, my work on Issue 2, my occupations, and my family, I have been working through a critical edit and rewrite on my new book tentatively titled The Tail of the Dragon. My publisher is exploring a title change however to capture the epic quality of the story to something like Legend of the Misty Mountains. But it’s still early. So my mind was spinning late in the night as I was thinking about all these tasks at the same time when a friend of mine from those Misty Mountains sent me the picture you see displayed here.

The Cherohala Skyway received it’s first snow of the year over the weekend and my new book involves a massive car chase upon it’s roads, so my friends from down south who are eagerly awaiting the completion of my novel wanted to send me the lovely site of that first snow upon those scenic wonders where the mind of man and the wonders of nature unite upon the Cherohala Skyway which takes drivers to the mouth of The Dragon along the western frontier of the Great Smoky Mountains.

My editor and I were having the type of banter that writers and editors have. As anyone who reads here can tell, my Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom is more like my personal notes which I share for everyone to see, mistakes and all, because for me it is to capture the ideas as they come and that is the essence of the task. It is the editor’s job to focus those ideas. When you put together a book, which involves many parts of a publishing company, the hand print of others are part of the process, so cuts, re-writes, refocusing key ideas are very important to the end result. So she and I were having this back and forth about what the novel was truly about, because we are at that phase.

I would say, “This book is about how politicians use public officials and legal manipulation to climb into power. That is the essence of how the governor in the story is using the police unions to solidify his bloc voting in a run for the White House.”

She said, “That is certainly an important part of the story, but it’s not the main theme. This is a pirate story. The main character is a pirate, and a violent one at that. This is also a love story, and a journey of self-discovery. It’s much more epic than the political subplot.”

So I mulled her comments around in my mind into the small hours of the morning as I stared at that misty mountain picture. Just a few hours before I had given an interview to The Enquirer over the debacle of Lakota’s school board and all the infighting that is going on. Before that the No Lakota Levy people had one of our meetings and mapped out our ad strategy and assignments for distributing signs. And as I looked at the stat list for this blog site, I noticed that my Stacy Schuler articles had over 4,000 views alone over the last couple of days. The combination of all those elements together sent my mind into a bit of sadness. I have written many, many deeply insightful articles here, and it’s Stacy Schuler which is the most popular. It is quite obvious that the crime of much of my time consumed centers around the lack of participation in most of society to THINK. It is the lack of THINKING from the voters that has allowed the public unions to rule over our politics. It is the LACK of THINKING that has allowed for higher taxes and manipulation of the type of ads which come from the anti-Issue 2 crowd. Those of us who think wonder how people could be so stupid not to see that Issue 2 is a fix, and is fair. But the emotion of the unions works even if they don’t have any facts to back them up. So in many ways my anger at those who don’t think had found it’s way into my novel, even if unintentionally and that anger and rebellion was unmistakable, and my editor had keyed on that emotion by rationalizing that my epic political adventure was actually a modern pirate story.

The roots to this book began ironically in one of my favorite restaurants in the world, and I have dined in some fine places. My wife and I love to eat at the Friday’s restaurant in downtown Gatlinburg. We don’t dine at the one’s here in town, but when in Gatlinburg we like to eat at Friday’s. There is something unique about that particular location, something in the air which I enjoy thoroughly. It may be the large mountains that rise up when you set foot out the front door, or the Ripley’s attractions across the street. Gatlinburg as a place is a thriving center of nearly pure capitalism and I love the area intensely. And I love to sit in the booths at Friday’s in Gatlinburg, where each one has its own flat screen television, and I scratch down notes for future writing projects. It was in this place that this current book was born, this pirate story about fast cars, rediscovered love, and the treachery of politics.

In the south they still enjoy being rebels. They do not pat themselves on the back for bowing down to authority. Down there they still resist, and I think it’s for this reason that so many people from Ohio visit the place each year. It’s not just for the scenic mountains. It’s for the reduced pressure one feels in such a place in political attention. It’s a similar feeling that you can experience in most beach communities and specifically Key West, they all have in common a tendency to look down at authority, with authority being the enforcers of a politician’s goofy ideas. I enjoy visiting places for vacation that embody such qualities and in my entertainment I enjoy the same eminence.

My anger at systems, at orthodox, at wasted money, at stupidity has its roots in this elementary concept. I think we should all be freer as a people, but to be free, it requires people to be somewhat intelligent and to think. It is evident that we are being herded about like animals in a barnyard by masters who consider themselves above us in the political class. If one of those animals declares, “I’m not an animal, I’m a human being” trouble is not far behind that declaration.

As I studied the rift that had developed on the Lakota School Board, due in large part to the information released on this site, which I thought was actually quite insignificant, a higher truth is revealed that I don’t think even the participants understand. The people on the school board want to be taken out of the “herd” and be considered as part of the political ruling class, and that’s why they are so interested in getting elected for a nothing job. The essence of all corruption is present in even a simple job involving no money for the participants, and even then, power struggles will erupt because people desire to be released from the HERD.

Rather than join the political ruling class I turn to writing, and vacations in exotic locations, and I find solace in places like the Cherohala Skyway and the Friday’s in Gatlinburg. My anger at that political ruling class comes out in my writing whether it be here as my personal thoughts and notes, or the more sophisticated and potent new novel that will be released during 2012 which ended up being a modern pirate story.

Such releases are important, especially when you involve yourself in the small-mindedness of the herds who all wish to rule. The clutter and mess they leave in their wake are frustrating and to level with them in an attempt to help them is like speaking to a rock. They do not have the capacity to understand what you are trying to tell them. And to keep from going over the deep end in anger I jot down notes on napkins, my hand, and on the bags of the cloths my wife has purchased, while we eat cheese sticks at Friday’s in Gatlinburg.

So knowing that, and with my editors consent, we will pursue this theme of the pirate against the masses of government, and I will enjoy every word written, every phrase turned and every act of rebellion contained within it, because such a story is needed for all those who have a mind to think and appreciate with sincerity the first snow on a mountain roadway in a land that refuses to bow it’s head in submission to mindless authority.

IF YOU DON’T SUPPORT ISSUE 2, YOU’RE STUPID: Vote YES on Issue 2

I have given you at this site virtually hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of reasons to VOTE YES on Issue 2. You could review this link:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/08/22/all-the-reasons-to-vote-yes-on-issue-2-being-bold-and-doing-the-right-thing/

And at this link I have all the videos and links for you to learn everything you could possibly want to know about Issue 2. So if you do not know what Issue 2 is, click this link and learn:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/09/29/issue-2-is-wonderful-the-gap-is-closing-as-good-people-come-to-their-senses/

To everyone else, those union types, those labor lawyers, you pretend Tea Party types who screamed for change then bailed out when things appeared, “unfair, harsh, and mean-spirited,” I will spend the rest of this article directed at you. For those unfamiliar with this battle, please forgive the language. But you must understand that this has been a hard-fought battle and tempers are at their peak.

If you do not VOTE YES on ISSUE 2, you are stupid. Not only are you stupid, but you need to reinsert yourself into the 1st grade and start all over. If you vote no on Issue 2, you need to have your head examined, and are not equipped to function in society even at the level of driving a car. To get the gist of where I’m going with this, listen to Darryl Parks and Marc Amazon of 700 WLW. Darryl has a wonderful way of summing up the whole problem and need for Issue 2 in about 3 minutes. Listen to that broadcast here.

If you vote NO on Issue 2, you are OK with the fact that the public sector makes more than 43% in overall benefits than those of us who work in the private sector. If you do not vote YES on ISSUE 2, you are an apologist, an enabler, a thief of the worst kind; one who steals using the law as your weapon. The public employees who have participated in this campaign have lied, they have cheated, and they have manipulated the mushy minded in so many ways that it is utterly disgusting.

I support teachers, firefighters, police officers, nurses, everyone, but I do not support unionized labor in the public sector. John F. Kennedy made a deal with the mob in 1962 and signed Executive Order 10988 which allowed for public unions to organize against government, and the mob has their hand in public unions. If you do not get the unions out of government, you are participating in a crime.

Oh, I hear what you said friendly neighborhood fireman, Mr. Policeman, “The Mob! Oh, there he goes again. Such a conspiracy.” Such thoughts are simply too big for your tiny brains! That is not my fault! That is why I said you need an entirely new education, because I cannot speak to you until you can understand the basics of the situation, and if you do not understand that organized crime is tied to union activity, you cannot be helped.

Union activity is also a communist philosophy. It was not capitalists who came up with the idea of labor unions. It was Karl Marx himself who fed that movement, and many newspaper publishers in the United States endorsed Marx as a social philosopher to be listened to. Is it any surprise that the labor movement formed around the publication of the Communist Manifesto? I have asked union presidents what the date 1848 meant to them and they look at me the same way a dog does who hears a new word. They kind of tilt their head a bit to let the sound of the new word soak in. Most people these days have no understanding of history, and 1848 is just too long ago to consider. So they assume that their union is “all American” and as long as they get a pay check, they are happy to ignore history all together. Because all that matters to most of these types is what their Fantasy Football picks are yielding for them. “Communism and unions…..1848, you’re making my head hurt.” SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT THE 10 PLANKS OF COMMUNISM ARE?

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/04/24/if-you-vote-for-a-levy-of-any-kind-youre-stupid-the-ten-planks-of-communism/

Under absolutely no circumstance should a public union be legal to form against the taxpayer. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE! Kennedy sold us out and even that didn’t save his life. But the fools who bought into his scam back in the 60’s continued to vote for the America that Kennedy proposed and those idiots gave us the legislation which paved the way for all the problems we are currently experiencing. Most of those fools think education is all about sports, so they ignore the ugliness of the union influence, and those people were ill-equipped to have children in my opinion. The world would have been better off if they just stayed on the golf course. Because as they’ve become older, and the matter within their scrotums are producing less testosterone and more estrogen they have lost their spines! They are now part of the problem compounded, and they are those monkeys in public office with the tie and the mustache, with the TV talk show at 3PM, they are the attorneys who pass more laws, and make more money to slush the pockets of those people they’ve pandered to their entire adult lives in pursuit of JFK’s dream! You are the malcontents of destruction, the Trojan Horses of America, and you have let the enemy in behind our lines to erode us from within. And you did so with your lack of knowledge, with your stupidity, your greed. You should look at yourselves in the mirror and cry for all the sins you’ve ever committed which cannot be forgiven in the church of God, because you have corroded time itself and future generations with a mentality of dependence.

If you do not VOTE YES on ISSUE 2 you are acting completely on your own selfish interests, or you are just too stupid to understand the scope of the problem. As you call out now that it’s too late, that you’ve built entire careers playing the other side, now you want to talk. Now you want to hold hands. It’s only because you see the anger in our faces. It’s only because you’ve been caught. WE TRUSTED YOU PUBLIC WORKERS and you took advantage of us.

If you do not VOTE YES on ISSUE 2 you and you alone will be responsible for the aftermath, the budget cuts, the reduced services in schools, and the pain that follows. There won’t be anyone to blame for that pain but yourselves. Gone are the days where you could look to the nipples of the state and mother government and ask for more money, and get it. You have become addicted to their money like a crack addict is to their dealer. You’ll do anything to get at their money, including whoring yourself.
And I can assure you, I am not exaggerating. It will be your life that is in jeopardy, and you did it to yourself. I will VOTE YES on ISSUE 2 because I bitched and complained to my representatives to give me this fix so I can actually help you from yourself, and you greedy losers took to the streets and protested, you blamed the Koch brothers, you blame Glenn Beck, you blame those evil Republicans, you blame Kasich. You blame everybody but yourselves!

I was invited to the Kasich Rally at the Sharonville Convention Center. And while I didn’t want to hurt the feelings of my friends who wanted me to attend I can tell you the honest answer, I did not attend because I am angry at Kasich for the way he has paid his staff. I think he should have known better. But, I am glad that Kasich signed into law a bill I supported when it was just paragraphs on a page in the cold months of last December.

You can call it union busting, you can call it mean-spirited, but it’s for your own good and time will prove that to you. You can be mad at me because it’s easier than being mad at yourselves, but I’m telling you one last time for your own good, “IF YOU DO NOT VOTE YES ON ISSUE 2 YOU ARE STUPID!”
Regardless of the direction of that vote I will sleep well because I did everything I could to help the situation, and if the horse is too stupid to drink the water that I guided it to, then it’s the horses fault if it doesn’t drink and becomes thirsty later. I tried to educate you, and you chose to be stupid. That is your fault not mine.

But don’t you dare expect me to support a foolish, communist, union. I know many motorcycle riders whom I’ve had long talks with over many beers who think they can have their cake and eat it too. These men who ride their motorcycles and travel in these roving gangs and swear by the union while they stick those American flags into their motorcycles and claim they are patriots are simply confused to their souls. They have been breed to believe unions and patriotism is the same thing and you’ve learned it from the enemy!

Look here what your fathers, father was. Not the physical man, but the idea that shaped him which then shaped you in those bars and beers of late night contemplation as the woman in the corner mindlessly shows everyone her breasts. CLICK THE LINK!

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/06/17/do-you-believe-in-spies-review-of-the-film-salt-and-how-sleeper-cells-have-corrupted-america/

And if you don’t believe this has been going on for most of the 20th century think again! Watch the videos at this link!

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/06/07/charlotte-iserbyt-do-you-have-the-guts-to-listen-to-her-or-would-you-rather-go-back-to-sleep/

Oh, your small minds can’t take all that in? Does it hurt?????? Go back to the bar, drink another beer, play your fantasy football and stare at the tits of the dirty old hag who has just divorced her 3rd man. Surely you can park the head you really think with in her tonight! That is much easier than dealing with the matter at hand, and that is no union should be allowed to gather in the public sector. That such a creation serves nobody but organized crime, and the pay difference of 43% over private sector employees is simply a payoff! That’s all it is. You public employees aren’t worth so much more, your skills aren’t that much more appreciated. You’ve been scammed, and paid off! And when we try to bring it to your attention you march around like idiots with your stupid signs and cry for a repeal, when we are trying to save you from yourself!

So I’ll say it again, if you vote for a school levy, you are stupid! If you vote for any higher taxes, you are STUPID! And if you do not VOTE FOR ISSUE 2, you are really, really, really STUPID and I feel sorry for any off-spring you leave on this earth when you’ve passed on. The reasons to VOTE YES on ISSUE 2 are so obvious, and so numerous, that if you cannot see it, then perhaps you should be replaced with a blind man.

So I’ll say it again, one more final time, VOTE YES on ISSUE 2. If you don’t you are dumb, ignorant, and flat-out STUPID. Such stupid people cannot be saved and aren’t worth the effort. Your houses of cards will collapse and you will be in a much more sinister situation one year from now. If you don’t believe me, then mark your calendar. You see, the burden is not on me to care for you like a child. I don’t OWE you anything. You chose to work in public service, and that makes you the employee to the rest of us. So it is you who OWE’s the rest of us something, and you better come to grips with that before it’s too late, because I can live without you, but you cannot live without me. And if you don’t like that, then you need to change your dependency factor on something else besides higher taxes!

“Vote for a Dog before Jamie Green or Julie Shaffer”: the public education syndicate

“Vote for anybody but Jamie Green or Julie Shaffer for the Lakota School Board! I don’t care if it’s for a dog, don’t vote for those two, because they are tax and spenders and will set Lakota back to what caused this financial problem to begin with.” That’s what I told an audience at the West Chester Tea Party in a fiery excerpt from my 30 minute presentation. Earlier in the day Doc Thompson and I spoke about Lakota and the revelation of a “Deep Throat” who has been feeding the No Lakota Campaign sensitive information including the quick tip to Joan Powell’s endorsement letter asking people from her “inner circle” to endorse those two school board candidates over the others, including an incumbent who’s trying to hold her seat in Linda O’Conner. You can see more about that situation at this link:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/17/the-joan-powell-school-board-scandal-a-lesson-of-what-not-to-do-at-lakota/

The video below starts with the short segment Doc and I did together on 700 WLW then ends with the West Chester Tea Party speech. Doc couldn’t attend since he had to speak at an Empour U event about trade with China. And I couldn’t attend his event because I had to speak in West Chester. But this issue over the Lakota Levy is an important one because it’s happening in our own back yard. So go pop some popcorn, grab a drink and sit down and watch the video below by clicking on it. You’ll hear all about why you should VOTE NO on the Lakota Levy, and all the reasons that Issue 2 (the collective bargaining reform bill) is such a wonderful bill that you should VOTE YES on. I cover a lot of ground, so have a seat and fasten your seat belt.

Afterwards I was told by a few people that they enjoyed my passionate speech. It’s a statement I hear a lot. Well there’s a reason for that, because when it comes to public schools and the unions, I see a bully, and that bully is attempting to use our children to enrich themselves. I do not see the activity between the unions, especially the education unions, to be any different from the behavior of Al Capone and other syndicates. (YES I SAID THAT! STUDY YOUR HISTORY BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH) The difference is, the education unions don’t take the extra intimidation methods of actually killing people, but they certainly participate in thuggish behavior, extortion, public manipulation, and political exploitation and I don’t like it and find NO social value in their behavior. The wrongs committed to our communities are so obvious to me that it drives me into a fury, and I want my community to be free of their dominance.

Is that too bold of a statement? Am I over-exaggerating the level of these crimes, and yes, they are crimes? No. When Wisconsin was going through its collective-bargaining reforms, the unions were saying much of the same things they are in Ohio. But guess what, Wisconsin is thriving as a result of their reforms. Have a look for yourself.

http://washingtonexaminer.com/politics/2011/07/wisconsin-schools-buck-union-cut-health-costs

Virtually everything the unions are saying about Issue 2 is a complete distortion of the truth. In the speech I gave there were several people who asked questions, which are hard to hear, but I saw in the eyes of an audience of well over a hundred people a hunger for the truth. And they were responding to what I said. They have seen for themselves that our lives would be greatly improved without the union domination of our public schools and our other public services.

As I said during the speech toward the end, “After Issue 2 holds we will still have teachers, we will still have cops and firefighters. We as a community will still employ those people. But we are not going to do it completely on their terms.”

An example of the thuggish behavior that comes from the unions and their apologists can be seen in the letter below, which I read to the audience. I get several of these letters each day, and I used this one because it was one of the cleaner, and better articulated letters I had received. So I place it here to view for yourself.

Union Apologist to Rich Hoffman:

• You know what a-hole. My kids are now suffering because the Levy didn’t pass and a-hole’s like you will probably cause the next levy to fail which means they will suffer even more. No buses for HS – limited for junior high and elementary. Honors, sports and any type of arts cut or extreme costs to parents. I bet your kids are out of the house. Do you give a damn about the kids! They suffer. Our schools decline and property value’s decrease. That last one might interest a greedy SOB like you

My response, to the union apologist:

• You want to know why your kids are suffering…………………..look in the mirror. If you are going to endorse this kind of behavior, you are clearly part of the problem.

• If your kids grow up to be not what you expected, you can blame yourself. Don’t push it off on me that you are an insecure parent.

________________________________________________

Many of these so-called “great teachers” that people like Julie Shaffer, Jamie Green and Joan Powell advocate is actually quite worthless. They cost too much money, spend too much time pushing leftist ideology onto our children and have an extremely inflated impression of their value to society. I know of many instances of this going on by some teachers, because the kids are coming home and telling their parents who are then telling us in the No Lakota Levy group.

The threat that Lakota would lose its best teachers unless we throw money at them is preposterous and a flat-out lie. I would argue that Lakota lost some of its best teachers in the lay-offs of the teachers who were at the bottom of the seniority base. We keep the older, expensive and complacent teachers by a union contract, and we let go of the bright-eyed new teachers who are much cheaper, because the union contract says to. When I was giving my speech I forgot to mention this, even though it was on the tip of my mind, the myth that just because a teacher has experience it automatically makes a teacher “better” is just that, a myth. All it does is make that employee expensive, and if an employee prices themselves out of their market value, that’s their problem, not the tax payers. Under no circumstances should the public be required to subsidize inflated value because the law says to!!!!! The law was created under this “mob” mentality of the union lobby, and holds no water in my mind! NONE! And I will fight it! I will not be robbed of my money to fulfill myths without a fight! Thus, my passion over this issue!

The newest threats in this theft are candidates like Jamie Green and Julie Shaffer. Taken as individuals, they are nice people; at least I think Julie is. But ideologically, they are dangerous, because their beliefs help feed the monster that is union labor and its syndicate style rule over the state of Ohio. The extortion that takes place to rob us of our money, and prevents management of that money is a crime to me, and my anger at witnessing those crimes drives me in a passion that people notice when they are around me. I have fought bullies all my life and I will so long as I live. And the most recent bully is those from these public sector unions who are given power by the complacent minds of people like Jamie Green, Julie Shaffer, and Joan Powell. People like that should never be given responsibility in a community setting, let alone the important job of school board. So I’ll say it again, vote for anyone to the school board but those names, even if the only option is a dog, because you’d do better for the community to have a member wag its tail and do nothing, than electing radical activists who eat out of the hand of the teachers union to the public demise.

Playing in the Mud on Issue 2: Why is so much TAX needed?

A controversy erupted over a new ad regarding Issue 2. The grandmother of a young girl named Zoey did a repeal ad for Issue 2 asking people to vote No so there will be firefighters available to save future Zoey’s. The pro group who wants a YES VOTE on ISSUE 2 took the contents of the ad and used it in a different cut to explain why keeping Senate Bill 5, by voting YES on ISSUE 2 will also help future Zoey’s. Well, the grandmother didn’t like having her words used out of context. She was giving an interview in the ad which precisely articulated the bullet points of the repeal campaign of the pro union movement, so the Better Ohio marketing people felt that ad was fair game to turn against the repeal attempt.

Doc Thompson did a segment about this controversy and I came on toward the end of it to provide some background about how S.B.5 was born and why all public workers were placed under the umbrella of Issue 2, which Doc felt was causing much of the problems that are starting to emerge. Both sides are getting furious and undermining each other with dirty tricks.

I explained that part of me understood why the people who want to keep ISSUE 2 by voting YES enjoyed punching back at the union rhetoric for a change. After all, the repeal campaign was attempting to exploit the older woman and the catastrophe of her granddaughter. The unions have a long history of distorting facts to play off the emotion of the public in order to negotiate for themselves results to their liking. But I also explained that this wasn’t needed, since the ISSUE 2 YES people of which I represent don’t need to stoop to the level of the unions, since the facts work in our favor. So I thought the ad was unnecessary. You can see the original ad at the link below.

Obviously, the repeal attempt is attempting to manipulate the public, and they haven’t even thought about what will happen if Issue 2 gets repealed. The overwhelming amount of selfishness exhibited by the Repeal People is even bewildering to me. Collective bargaining has never been a “right” yet the government employee culture has come to expect disproportionate benefits from the tax payer and they have shown they will do anything to get them, even if the benefits come at the expense of their co-workers who are under them in seniority. Without Issue 2 there will be no legal way to balance our budgets, and massive layoffs will occur, and we will lose teachers, firefighters and police. So the YES ISSUE 2 people put together the ad you see below which turns the first ad back around on that same group with truth, which caused the controversy.

To make matters even worse the issue is very confusing as it’s worded on the ballot. I spoke to many people who think they are quite intelligent who thought they were supposed to vote NO to implement the collective-bargaining reform, and I spoke to people who thought they were supposed to vote YES to get rid of it. So who knows what will happen on Election Day.

At the core of this problem the union leadership knows that most people don’t care very much about anything to truly understand any situation. People are lazy, let’s face it, and politicians and unions have taken advantage of lazy people for years.

What many people don’t realize is that if their taxes were less, they’d be quite wealthy. Because the taxes come out of their checks without their knowledge, they don’t see how much they actually spend. They of course lose money each week in their pay checks, but they also pay tax every time they buy something. They pay tax on their properties if they own them, and they pay tax when they die. For virtually every movement they make, they are taxed, and they never take the time to contemplate the merit of the taxes. Is the money actually needed, or could the organizations that consume our tax money do more with less? Why should we do with less, so others can have?

A few days ago I spelled out my thoughts on taxes, and you can read them at the link below. I use almost nothing in government service, and would be happy if government stayed out of my life. I don’t want what the bureaucrat creates.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/10/16/911-panic-calls-rule-by-the-weak-bill-cunningham-stuck-on-his-roof/

I was at a GameStop the other day buying a new video game and a woman about my age was at the counter talking to the staff member who was trying to explain to the woman who if she used a special promotional offer that GameStop was offering, the woman could save $15 dollars on the game she was buying for her son. To my shock the woman said, “Do I look like I need to save money!” I took note of her large diamond rings, her very nice attire, her manicured hands, her hair, and her ear rings. I had heard her say earlier that she lived in Blue Ash so it was important to her that people saw that she made a lot of money. I have heard the same thing from parents who want me to support the school levies. “Can’t you afford $40 more a month? What’s wrong with you?” It is the same mentality.

I see such a thought process as a disease. Insecure people who use their income as a way to prove their worth to the world have helped create the terrible problem we are currently facing, because it is those people who these union ads target, and traditionally, people like that woman voted YES for everything over many years as far as tax increases. The motive was to prove how much money she made, and people like her have been taken advantage of.

I have asked many people, why does you wife have to work? Why do you work such long hours? Why do you work two jobs? Why do you give up a night on the town with your wife or husband? Most of the time, the answer is, “I can’t afford it.” But these same people feel they must approve another tax levy so they don’t have to admit that money is short. I’ve actually seen people take on extra jobs just to pay their taxes.

But with the economy being what it is, the easy money is gone, so there are far fewer people than that woman these days, and the taxes have finally caught up to all of us. We are all working far too hard to pay taxes that we can see with our own eyes are wasted. The money is consumed like logs on a raging fire and we are continuously asked to make more logs to burn.

The much better ad about Issue 2 can be seen below. To my experience, this is what I see to be the state of our situation regarding public employee finance, and there is a real risk of those services being dilapidated because those at the top of the public pay scale will destroy it for those at the bottom.

In my own life, I have always watched where every dime goes. That’s why paying taxes to me is a painful experience, because I watch where the money is spent and how much comes out, and don’t numb my mind with senseless television shows and pop music to make me forget. I actually enjoy asking the hard questions. I enjoy being awake. And it is frustrating to me to see so many people asleep, willingly asleep. I don’t wish to run on a tread mill like some gerbil on a wheel of taxation, for the amusement of government. I do not wish to put my wife to work in order to pay our taxes; rather I’d have her shop at Victoria Secret at the Kenwood Mall to buy something to greet me at the door with. And that’s our business, not the affairs of anyone in government. I do not consider it a badge of honor to “afford” my taxes because that is the position of a fool. As of now I can do both, but if at some point the looters of government continue to take, and take and take my money and the money of my neighbors and friends, then such an option may not be possible in the future.

And many people are already at that point. My wife and I were dining at Chili’s recently and I studied the people at the bar while we ate. Many of the couples there were watching the baseball playoff games being shown and were drinking large quantities of alcohol. I knew a few of them, and knew that they were putting the bill on their credit cards and that their wives secretly resented their own jobs and wished they had the ability to stay home as my wife does. But those couples came to Chili’s to meet with other friends and keep up appearances because it’s important to them to be able to say they dined out and did some socializing. I’ve told those same men that you are working too hard to pay too much tax that if you paid less tax, you could enjoy coming to Chili’s and have the money to pay for it without worry.

“But I have plenty of money. I’ll pay of the American Express in full when it comes. No problem.”

Meanwhile the large government advocates, progressives, and unions seek to feed off this tendency with misleading ads like the Zoey clip. The entire ad contains virtually no truth, but does appeal to the greed in everyone, the greed in taking too much, and the greed in those who want the world to believe they can afford anything. That leaves the rest of us who actually pay attention to shake our heads. Yes, we want to lash-out when we have the chance, and our side should have taken the high ground and not stooped to that level of the union advocates, because we don’t need to. But, for a moment in time, it felt good to give back to those thieves and tax moochers a bit of their own medicine, even if it was the wrong thing to do. However, as we go forward, I suggest sticking to the facts and not wallowing in the defecation from which such corrosive minds preside. Keep the argument on the high plains of truth instead, because that’s where we are trying to lead people anyway. Getting in the mud with them doesn’t accomplish that.

The way I see it, for every tax increase, the quality of life for all people, except a government worker, goes down just a little bit each time. Because decisions must be made to either make more money to pay the tax, or to give up things you enjoy to pay the tax, and such a decision should not even be considered. And those who expect us to consider it are simply selfish, and are out for their own lifestyle increase and don’t care one bit what it costs us. It has nothing to do with safety, children, or future security, but has everything to do with losses in quality of life. Without a YES VOTE on ISSUE 2 we will have to make the hard decision to see those public services decline, because we won’t have the opportunity to legally keep them and afford them at the same time. Issue 2 gives us the ability to do both, which is what this whole fight comes down to in the end.

911 Panic Calls, Rule by the Weak: Bill Cunningham stuck on his roof

I can understand a society needing public workers to handle policing activities, firefighting and emergency services, but only to a limit. I have been in many dangerous situations yet the only time I have had to call 911 was for employees I had to provide first response care to, and that was simply procedural. Every time I’ve ever found myself in a fix, even when death seemed like the next option, I worked the problem out myself.

But apparently, there are people out there who aren’t so self-reliant, and these are the types of people who when danger breaths deathly whispers into their ears, they dial 911 for emergency services to save them. These are the types of people who the ads for Issue 2 are targeting, because the fear tactics work on these people since they are prone to be the next 911 call.

Who are these people, these emotionally shaky individuals who cannot muster enough strength to solve problems on their own? Well, the video below contains a few of these apparently fragile people who have called 911 over issues that most of us would never consider. One is from a couple who became lost in a corn maze, and needed help getting out. The other is from Bill Cunningham of 700 WLW who became stuck on the roof of his house. After listening to these calls, it is easy to have sympathy for the type of individual who might typically vote for against Issue 2 in Ohio. Such people can’t fathom life without a safety net no matter what the cost of that net, because these types of people will throw infinite amounts of money at public workers to ensure their safety. It’s not enough for these types to have police and firefighters nearby for assistance in matters of catastrophic circumstance. The trouble is that seemingly minor incidents to the fragile mind constitute catastrophe. Listen for yourself! (CLICK THE VIDEO)

I truly feel sorry for these people since it is obvious their parameters for danger are much, much, much more narrow than my own, and it is because of people like this that government has expanded to the levels they have. It is these types of people who vote for politicians who will provide safety to them. It is these types of people who burden down our public employees with needless endeavor. But it is also these types of individuals that public workers prop up when their unions are looking for more money. It is these people who are exploited at my expense, which drives up taxes on the self-reliant who do not wish to pay the extra fees for services they will never render.

I had a very fragile individual write me the other day very upset over my work with the Lakota School Levy, and Issue 2. His argument was “What about that special teacher who helped you become who you are today? What about that police officer who keeps criminals from your family? What about the nurse who cares for you in the hospital or the professor who leads you through college?” The man writing me was obviously like the people in the 911 recordings heard above, and to answer him would have required a book of explanation because his view of the world and mine are much different from one another. But in the context of the above 911 calls I believe I can now provide a summary reflecting my displeasure at having so many members of society, my neighbors, community members and fellow countrymen that are prone to identical panic attacks, let me now pontificate my frustration at your burden:

• No, I never had a teacher that guided me through a tough time. They tried, but I rejected them, so not to rob me of the benefit of self-reliance. If they helped me, I did not get the benefit of discovery. They get the benefit of teaching, so the act is more about them, which becomes a selfish gesture. I have been that way my entire life and have never once felt lesser for it. Too often moochers in life do things like building a road, or forcing through law that you take their education class, even if you are already beyond them, and then when you are successful, they attempt to take credit for your success as if to justify their work, which they imposed on you to begin with. I have little tolerance for this behavior. I put up with it for the good of my community, because not everyone is able to see things as I do, and I understand that. I pay my taxes to support those activities for my neighbors, but my children and grandchildren will be taught by better instructors under my tutelage, and that is in the instructions of self-reliance.

• I have never in my life turned away from a dangerous situation when it was in front of me. I’ve been shot at, hunted, threatened in just about every conceivable way, schemed against, virtually every human folly that the imagination can produce has found its way against my wits. And all of those attempts were initiated by the other party in anger because I would not subscribe to their system of doing things, but instead relied on self-reliance. I have seen the fury of those who claim to be brave, but still seek the safety of peer numbers which consciously justify their meager existence (thus my hatred of unions and all collectivism). I have been trapped in cave on my belly unable to move in any direction but forward into a darkened abyss with no light. I have been trapped in a tree of great height (over 50’) alone as the extended ladder fell to the ground and the trunk was so large I couldn’t even begin to put my arms around to shimmy down. The branches of the tree alone were the size of a large man’s torso. I have been in several severe car accidents. I’ve suffered broken bones, severe lacerations, and much blunt trauma such as concussions and skin that ripped open because the pressure of the blood beneath could not move away fast enough but to explode upon impact. Yet you can count on two hands the times I’ve been to a doctor or surgeon. I only attend medical professionals to patch me up or fix an ailment which I have diagnosed. Most of my serious injuries I’ve fixed myself including a broken ankle I suffered in Panama City jumping off a 20’ peer onto a not so sandy beach. My health is supreme, my blood pressure, and all such concerns stout. I take absolutely no drugs of any kind, except when they are needed to finish a work day and I need the boost to complete the task at hand. I’ve been to some of the most remote places on the plant yet never, ever been lost. In fact, I couldn’t get lost if I were dropped into the middle of Siberia blind folded. I do not need a compass, GPS, or even a map to find my way anywhere in this world. When I hear from the people of the world that they are doing something to save me, to help me, I say back, “I do not need your help. You are not more qualified at anything than me. You mind your business and leave me to mine. If you need help ask, but you will never hear me ask for it.”

• Most of the taxes I pay are not for my benefit. If there was no road, I’d make my own or not use one. I would walk, ride a bicycle, or build a helicopter in my back yard to take me where I wish to go, because if I want to go someplace, I’ll go. Terrain or other terrestrial objects will not stop me. Government builds things with my money and I use them because they are there. But my life is not dependent upon them. As to my safety, I have the Second Amendment. I pity the person who attempts to bring harm to my family or to me. It’s been tried before, and it will be tried again and those that discover the wrath of that ill-fated enterprise have been warned. I have represented myself in court more than once since I do not trust lawyers for the most part, and I have been successful many more times than once. So virtually every tax dollar I spend is not for me, it is for mankind and I cringe to watch them waste my money on neurosis. I will never take a Social Security check yet I pay it. And Medicare is not an option. I’d go bankrupt first before accepting Medicare. I’d be willing to do that because I know that as long as I breathe, I can always rebuild myself. I’ve lost everything only to start completely over again at least three times and I’d do it 30 more times before I took a government check, a government job, or help from a neighbor.

Needless to say I do not understand the mind of the people who call 911 to get out of a corn maze, or to be rescued from their roof. If a broken leg was the cost of jumping from the roof I’d take it as payment for putting myself in a foolish position, but I’d never call to be rescued. Never!

Now to many my position appears extreme, but that is only relative to the rest of society, who has bought into this whole collectivism thing. They have forgotten to look first to themselves to solve their problems because it has been taught out of them by those same public workers.

I’ve stated that I put up with it for the sake of societies majority, whom I view as weak, mentally reduced, impudent, and hopeless, I pay my taxes so those people can have their care, their social welfare. To those people I appear as “anti-social” or even “cold hearted,” because they measure social success in acts of weakness, or masked kindness. The proof that society is wrong in its measure can be heard in those 911 calls, collectivism as shown in the video below disgust me because they produce future 911 callers and higher taxes to support their public safety net philosophy.

When a couple, especially where the man is 42 years old can bring a young child into this world and then cannot lead his family out of a corn maze because he’s “scared” becomes an issue of so much media coverage I would say a social breaking point has been achieved. I know what causes such a condition as those fearful people suffer yet I am constantly asked to spend more and more tax money to fund producing more of these people. And more money will not solve the problem, it makes it worse. For each time you place something easily in front of a human being and keep them from working for it, you make them weaker physically, and their minds go to mush. All you’ve done in your compassion is making them dependent on you, which is devastating to the human soul. My point is made at the 10:40 mark of the below video. Words from a person who doesn’t get it. If he wasn’t president he’d be another 911 call.

So utter dear reader how “cold hearted,” “selfish,” and “anti-social,” I am relative to
your position. But ask yourself why you spend so much time at Walgreens for prescriptions you do not need, or becoming intoxicated for the sake of mind-numbing euphoria, (getting drunk) why you eat till you are fat, or spend money on things you don’t need. Why you work a job that provides only money, and watch television shows that are foolish. When you’ve done to your mind and body a thousand dumb things then find yourself stuck on a roof, or in a corn maze unable to process a way out but to call 911, the fault is yours. And you make yourself my problem when you ask me to pay for your incompetence since it was your responsibility not to allow your mind to become mushy. It is you who drive up taxes by asking for things you do not need to satisfy the insecurity you have breed within your timid bodies. And it is because of you that government grows, and why people like me despise you. I take care of my business, but you haven’t done the same.

It is those types of people, the helpless, the meek, the unimaginative, who support repealing the reform bill Issue 2. Those are the people who won’t risk injury to remove themselves from a roof because it “might hurt,” or are afraid to walk “through the corn” because they have a little baby in their arms. These are the union members who lack personal courage and walk arm and arm for collective bargaining, the neurotic mother hauling around a mini-van full of kids to sports games in hopes that one of those kids will win a scholarship and save their parents the high cost of college tuition. These are the same people who go to the doctor for a note to get them out of work so they can sit on their ass and watch some silly program on television or play on their computers while the world marches by through their windows. When an emergency happens, these timid creatures are not ready to face danger, instead they call 911. They are not the people who will VOTE YES on Issue 2, as they fear the very concept of change, because doubt lingers in their minds as to their own ability which they seek to supplement with tax dollars on services provided at the expense of the self-reliant.

The NEA has it’s Finger on Senator Bill Seitz: How attorneys stand in the way of reform

There was a lot of dispute about the removal of Senator Bill Seitz from a key committee during the final days of the vote on Senate Bill 5 which would become Issue 2. See an interview from Seitz with Channel 9 who is from the Cincinnati area.

I didn’t know it at the time, and I think many people still don’t know it, but Bill Seitz is a labor attorney and has represented many police, firefighters and teachers and was not able to put his personal feelings aside for the passage of Senate Bill 5.

I’ve known a lot of attorneys, and one of the common tactics they use when they have a weak case is to drag their feet and extend out a case. And Seitz obviously blindly loyal to labor interests even though he sells himself as a conservative was not able to see Senate Bill 5 for what it was, a good healthy culture change for public sector employment. Seitz, the labor attorney, listed as one of the best in America, as you can see at the link below, looks to have sabotaged and watered down the impact of Issue 2 from the very beginning by loading it down with unnecessary politics, which went against the kind of reform Kasich and many in the house and senate were looking for.

http://www.taftlaw.com/attorneys/78-william-j-seitz-iii

To hear the real Bill Seitz, not the one that Bill Cunningham, a fellow attorney in brotherhood propped up as a champion in such high esteem, Brian Thomas asked far more probing questions. You can hear Bill Cunningham’s pandering interview with Seitz at this hot link. Just click on it. To listen to the Brian Thomas interview, click the video below. This video is just over an hour and right after the Seitz interview there is about a 30 second pause. Don’t worry about it; just let the video play, because the calls that follow are worth listening to. What was revealed later in the discussion was that in order to get Seitz booked for this Brian Thomas interview the NEA out of New Jersey had to be contacted to set it up. If that doesn’t send up the alarm flags, I don’t know what would? Seitz is heavily involved in unions and supports them completely. In the strategy of war, I’d refer to Seitz as a Trojan Horse.

When we talk among each other in plan talk around the water cooler, or around the grill, we refer to people who employ double talk as clowns because those entertainers clearly wear a mask to entertain, but when they aren’t in a circus, they take off their makeup to reveal who they truly are. Clowns are intended to be a derogatory term to imply that someone we are supposed to trust speaks out of both sides of their mouth. This isn’t a new concept. Betrayal of this kind is as old as human society.

In my opinion one of the greatest threats to our modern society has been the extraordinary quantity of attorneys our universities have produced. Those young attorneys encouraged into those fields by parents who wanted better for their children breed a society of legal professions with little to do but attempt to advance the divorce rate, which has destroyed the American family, create endless litigation from law suites which has driven up production costs, and created mountains and mountains of legal provisions of which only the attorneys can translate in government. They have destroyed “common sense.” Since many attorneys move into politics for stable income and networking opportunities, we have seen an endless stream of complicated laws created to provide future opportunities for professionals in the legal profession to serve as council in future court cases. It is the attorneys who have virtually destroyed America with paperwork and compliance.

It is the attorneys who are most against tax reform, because it was they who created all the deductions in the voluminous compliance code currently controlled by the Internal Revenue Service. The complicated tax code is on purpose. It is so that tax attorneys can sell their services to large companies to lower their tax rates by knowing what the dedications are. Having the tax code so large and complicated is to make it so only the attorneys can understand it. Attorneys hold the keys and must be hired to unlock the secrets.

When it comes to union reforms, which are greatly needed, it is now obvious that labor attorneys are more than willing to put their own self-interests above any reforms. In Seitz case, he openly agrees that there is a need for reform, but his underlining motive is to drag the situation out so he can play at reforming, but all the while continue to do his legal work for public employees. By reforming collective bargaining, it gives professional attorneys like Seitz less to do, and threatens their livelihood.

This is where the clown idea comes to play. While dressed as a clown, I cannot see the face behind the masks a politician wears and neither can most people. And it is not beyond comprehension that a liberal minded person may play at being a Republican in most facets of their life in order to secure a living for themselves. But you can see what the true motive of a person is by studying their behavior and in Bill Seitz situation, he is an attorney for labor, and is not about to go against his client base with Senate Bill 5. So Seitz needing to maintain the illusion of his act spoke in public that he supported 85% of Senate Bill 5, but he disagreed with 15%. But in actuality, he sought to lawyer the issue into years and years of discussion, gradually wearing down the initial reform until what ended up as a law that was a labor friendly bill and satisfied the objectives of his clients. The senate realizing this is what Seitz was doing removed him from the panel, so the bill could proceed.
At a recent debate over Issue 2, which you can see for yourself by CLICKING ON THIS HOTLINK, the firefighters brought up Seitz as a rally cry for their cause of repeal. They did this because Seitz is the “Republican” representative in the Senate. Seitz in the greater game of politics allowed conservative police and firefighters to also believe in the socialist tendencies of big labor, so they choose to fixate on his treatment during the passage of Senate Bill 5 as an unfair tendency of the collective-bargaining reform. But in reality Seitz planned to drag out the bill till his retirement, since as an attorney he doesn’t wish for any true reform since his first alliance is to that brotherhood of attorneys who represent public unions.

And this explains the behavior of Bill Cunningham on 700 WLW as well. In the brotherhood of attorneys, it is the mask of conservatism that they use for their act, but in reality when the make-up is taken off to who the individual truly is, the union of attorney brotherhood speaks of the true actions and now that Issue 2 for the first time in my adult life attempts REAL reform, it scares the people who have built their lives around the chaos of litigation.

This makes the modern attorney just as much an opposition to smaller government and any reform as any obvious threat like labor unions and other progressive organizations. In reality Issue 2 is summed up nicely in the below video.

Such a reform seems too good to be true, yet it is there, on the ballot. To have it all we have to do is to VOTE YES and finally some type of reform will be granted to us. For the people who signed their name to Senate Bill 5 which is Issue 2 on Ohio ballots, they did the first courageous act I can recall by any politician. Issue 2 is a way to cut out those who create a mess out of our public positions so they can skim money off the system. Of course those who have built their livings off that system will be angry, and those are the people who are against the bill and want to repeal it. But to keep Issue 2 all you have to do is vote YES, and see for yourselves that the world the attorneys would have you believe will not end, but will in fact be born again with better accountability and fairness for all, not just public worker unions and their attorneys.

Occupy Wall Street Movement: Why the moon looks away from the Earth

Nathan Lane of the Occupy Cincinnati Movement was on 700 WLW talking to Darryl Parks about the event he’s organizing for today, September, October 8, 2011. This event in Cincinnati is reflective of events exploding all over the nation after the Occupy Wall Street Movement in New York City. I found the interview extremely fascinating, and I chimed in with Darryl toward the end of this clip.

There are those of us who function outside of the normal static patterns of society, and do so on purpose, because it is clear to us what is behind this “Occupy Movement.” Glenn Beck is one of those people and you will see his videos here explaining this situation, along with the other active parties. Much of the source material for this article comes from Glenn Beck in one way or another, because as progressives have outlets like Russia Today, the RT Network, the Huffington Post and many others, those of us who don’t care for progressivism have Glenn Beck’s work, and Talk Radio and we are late to this game, because for too long, we trusted the system while progressives embedded themselves under our noses. To understand fully, I suggest watching these videos completely, which I’m providing to compliment my text. It is extremely important to have a full understanding of this very complicated situation that is actually a military maneuver without the use of weapons. So take your time and absorb all this information, and be sure to send it to a friend. To understand what the intent behind the military maneuver is, read this article:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/09/23/the-arm-of-the-god-shiva-the-bill-clinton-global-initiative-dont-forget-about-slick-willie/

As the protests were breaking out on Wall Street, George Soros gave a statement from the UN Headquarters about how he sympathizes with the protestors. Well, of course he does, because it is his money that has helped shape the discontent. At levels which exist outside the static patterns of most American’s George Soros has done much to bring about the conditions for these riots, which is a maneuver designed to topple the American economy for the advancement of United Nations goals. To help Soros with this act, which is not a conspiracy theory, is an activist President, labor unions, and many progressive news outlets, many of which Soros contributes money to directly. The match that started the protests came from Soros hand.

Other activists which helped start this movement is the old name of Francis Fox Piven, just as Glenn Beck had warned for well over 2 years on his Fox TV show. Here you can see that she is quite active with a student group to help ignite another match to blow up yet another protest rally.

Meanwhile, away from the college front is the so-called “middle-class” which I now term, “The Spoiled Class,” who is being led by people like Stephen Lerner of SEIU. I have seen the influence of SEIU in Ohio where they are attempting the same type of radicalism over Issue 2, a law created to remove the influence of people like Lerner from our political process. Here you will see Lerner giving directions on what his audience must do next, and that’s “make the rich uncomfortable.”

Glenn Beck on his radio show talks about this SEIU speech and the “OCCUPY” protests in more detail. Glenn pulls back the covers so his listeners can understand how involved the labor unions have been in these protests. What is going on is these progressive groups are very uncomfortable with the sustainability of the Tea Party, and the popularity of Glenn Beck, and the sudden popularity of an anti-union sentiment in various states like Ohio seeking to rid themselves of such heavy union influence. Stephen Lerner is using his members to radicalize in the way they typically do, in a violent mass to push against the American economic system to get what they want.

To understand what is wrong in America, which none of the progressive groups seem to understand, but people like George Soros is exploiting for his own ends, watch this video. Here Robert Kiyosaki author of Rich Dad Poor Dad explains the mystery that everyone is so confused about. He breaks down our entire society into four groups in a diagram he calls The Quadrant. First are the “E’s,” which are employees then come “S’s,” who are the “Smart Guys,” then the “B’s” which are big business, and then the “I’s” are the investors. I’ve been saying the same as Kiyosakis that our society makes entirely too many “E’s,” and it s the “Employees” who make up these protestors. America was designed to create “B’s,” and “I’s” and an abundance of “S’s.” But the socialist movement brought to the United States by progressives during the years of Teddy Roosevelt seeks to make lots of “E’s” through public education. So when everyone is trained in the same place, they think the same, and can then be used to march like soldiers when commanded.

All this brings us back to the point I’ve been screaming about for 5 years now, and that is that the cost of education seems to be consuming the attention of everyone who has kids, which is most people, to pay for education in order to “get a job.” Notice how most of the discussion coming from Obama and these protest s are all about “creating a job,” yet nobody seems to understand how or why a job would be created. That’s because they are trained into the static pattern of being an “E,” an employee. They cannot think any differently because their public educations have failed them and served their masters, people like Soros.

The strategy from people like George Soros, and he’s not the only one, but is simply the guy who is on the camera most, and provides video for us to observe, is to use progressive groups, like labor unions, to drive up costs, bankrupt the economic system of the United States to the point of collapse, then bring the United States into a weakened position under the global order of the United Nations. That is the plan. (“Call it crazy today, but tomorrow you’ll wish you listened.”)

Soros knows that the greed of mankind will willingly participate in this destruction because they are trained as “employees” and so long as the benefits are great, and they are for the union worker, public union workers in Ohio have a 43.4% edge over the private sector in over-all compensation. The average teacher in my local school district averages 63K per year and has over 2000 employees which require over $120 million a year in tax money to fund for just one school. Yet progressive groups continue to steer the public attention away from this fact to fulfill their own goal of making all that they can without any eye at where that behavior may take them in the future. The “employees” who are school teachers administrators, college professors and the like have bought the labor union lie that their enrichment can continue forever, but it can’t. Watch this next segment Glenn Beck did on tuition hikes for college, which is about to crash in a disastrous way, and when it does, where will the money come from to bail everyone out?

No it is not a coincidence. For anyone who wishes to discredit Glenn Beck refer back to the second video at the beginning of this article. There you will see that the girl speaking has been programmed into a static pattern belief system of an “employee” given to her by public education, from teachers who have been radicalized by their union who out of self-interest has subtly adopted a progressive political platform. Those teachers adopt that progressive platform because it’s in their self-interest to do so, after all, where else could people who are simply employees by their psychological nature make the kind of money they are making. Their loyalty has been purchased. Progressives have been very cleaver to purchase the loyalty of these employees by using our own tax money to perform the feat, so it costs them nothing! They have rigged the system so that we fund our own demise!

George Soros on the quadrant chart is an “I,” an investor. He knows just as Kiyosaki does that most people in society are “Employees” and “Smart People,” and that they all received their training from the same place. So if Soros wants to achieve a lofty goal of removing the United States out of the economic game for which he is attempting to reestablish under the United Nations control, all he needs to do is funnel money through progressive groups and labor unions to get them addicted like drug addicts to social expectations, and when the progressive tax system cannot pay any longer, Soros has an army of “addicted employees” to do the job of take-over for him. This is why these “Occupy Movements” are military maneuvers, even if that military is not one officially recognized by a country, but around a group of sovereign individuals who happen to be billionaires of a philanthropic tendency.

I contemplated this problem late into the night and I walked alone under the light of the moon and visited my friend Thoreau in the book he wrote in 1845 called Walden“and yet we learn to read only as far as Easy Reading, the primers and class-books and when we leave school, the ‘Little Reading,’ and story books, which are for boys and beginners; and our reading, our conversation and thinking, are all on a very low-level, worthy only of pygmies and manikins.” The moon and I conversed for a moment and it spoke to me that it had watched the human race for many millenniums and humans had always acted as thus Thoreau witnessed. This is not a new condition, where mankind learns only what it needs to fit into the “employee” quadrant and expects someone from one of the other three quadrants to care for them. The moon had seen many thousands of tyrants residing in those other quadrants take over the “employees” time, and time, and time again. In fact, the moon told me that the reason the far side of the moon always faces away from the Earth is to hide it’s shame for it is on that side that the moon carries it’s face so it chooses to look away into the vastness of space where possibilities abound, instead of the human being on Earth that chooses time and time again to commit themselves like slaves to tyrants who control them as “employees.”

The cold October moon had no compassion for this most recent human debacle called Occupy Cincinnati, or Occupy Wall Street. To the moon the acts of these simpletons are just new ant colonies rising up beneath it, only to be smashed out of existence upon the convenience of the next world power. Because it is the serfs, the human slaves who would trade their temporary comfort and good incomes for crushing their neighbors with debt beyond reason, imprisoning all the “employees” of the world to a life of tyranny under the flag of philanthropy.

As America smolders in ruin under the crush of its next generation of clueless, helpless employees the value it once held will be gone. At that point, it would be appropriate to send the bill to George Soros, which given his nature, would then proceed to wipe his ass with it. And the moon will have witnessed the next decline of human civilization, an event it has witnessed one too many times, and it’s dark side face will keep its wayward gaze out into the vast emptiness of space, because at least in that direction, everything makes sense.

Issue 2 Debate in Ohio: “The Spoiled Class”

The Labor Movement the more I look into it is a sinister aspect of American culture. Their recent promotion of the protests all over America is clearly nudged by the same advocates who look to the rich in order to fill their basket with tax money so that they can loot from it in a mantra they have embraced for years. Now they are using the innocence of our youth to add fuel to the fire of discontent that often rages in a young mind. I will cover this aspect in great detail in another post, since the origins of these protest run deep, but all can be said to be advocated by a new class of American. This new class is not the “upper class.” It is not the “lower class.” It is not the “middle class.” This new class is called the “Spoiled Class,” and I have seen and heard them first hand in my own community.

I was impatient at the Issue 2 debate which took place on October 3, 2011. As my wife and I arrived at the Lakota East Freshman Building at 7 PM to see Bill Coley take on Steven Lazarus representing the local firefighters in a debate over Issue 2, the collective bargaining reform law. I was impatient because my Tampa Bay Buccaneers were playing the Indianapolis Colts on Monday Night Football and anyone who knows me understands how much I love the Bucs! So I had thought about skipping this debate so I wouldn’t miss the game. However, I also like Doc Thompson and the Liberty Twp Tea Party and both were involved in putting on this debate, so I reluctantly recorded my game to attend this event.

As we walked across the parking lot I saw that several firefighters had arrived all wearing matching t-shirts declaring that they wanted to repeal Issue 2. In the flat bed of a large F250 pick-up truck was a sign, VOTE NO ON ISSUE 2! I noted that most of the usual Tea Party crowd did not seem to be present and were replaced with these protesting public workers. This in itself was not surprising. I expected this to be the case, since this was a meeting created for the benefit of public knowledge.

Inside I noted that the public unions filled the seats in the center of the large auditorium, and the people I knew to be the regular Tea Party members of the community took to the outskirts to observe the strange behavior of the collective union body. Doc Thompson was the MC and instructed Senator Coley and Counsel Lazarus the rules of engagement for the debate. There were microphones at each end of the room where members of the community could come up and ask a question. Doc would take questions from each side of the room switching back and forth till around 8:30 an hour and a half later. I had a list of questions to ask in case people were shy to get started, but my focus was to film the event, and get home to my game, while not lingering too long. That video can be seen here. Of course it’s long; my battery power was running out at the end, so I had to be diligent in my power use. I would have brought my AC supply, but in my mind I didn’t want the event to go on longer than an hour and a half, because my game started at 8:30!!!!!

I was ready with my list to step away from the camera and ask my questions to get the evening started, which wasn’t necessary because a steadily line began to form. Listed below are my questions and I fully expected part of them to be brought up during the event.

Issue 2 questions

1. Why is it necessary to support an extreme labor union position in order to declare support for our Firefighters?

2. Why are the firefighters allowing themselves to be out in front of the larger problem involving the much needed reforms with teachers? It would appear that the teacher unions are using the good name of the firefighters to disguise the targets of the needed reforms brought forth by Issue 2?

3. Why would teachers protest the provision in Issue 2 that prevents striking? Firefighters can’t strike, neither can police, so why should teachers be allowed to strike if their positions are so important to our communities? Without Issue 2, they’ll still be able to walk off the job.

4. One of the provisions in Issue 2 is it makes joining a labor union optional. Wouldn’t we still have firefighters and police and teachers even if the employees didn’t wish to participate in a union?

5. How are overtime costs regulated in the fire and police departments? Is it true that a senior officer nearing their retirements work more hours to boost their retirement amounts, so they can show a higher yearly salary, boosting their retirement amounts?

6. How specifically will Issue 2 take away public employees?

7. How specifically will Issue 2 make conditions unsafe for police and firefighters?

8. (To Lazarus) Do you agree with the level of protests and rhetoric that occurred around Issue 2 when it was Senate Bill 5?

9. Why is it so important to remove binding arbitration?

10. Why is it so unfair to ask public employees to pay a fraction of their health care costs?

11. In what way have public employees made sacrifices when they have an edge of 43.4% in benefits over the private sector that pay their salaries? Wouldn’t a real sacrifice be in equalizing the benefits of the public worker with the private worker?

12. (To Lazarus) According to the recent Monroe City contract with its 33 firefighters the union proposed a 15 percent increase in wages spread evenly over three years — 5 percent in 2011, 5 percent in 2012 and 5 percent in 2013. Why does the union think this is appropriate, because in three more years there will be more increase requests?

13. (To Lazarus) Do you think increases of 3 to 5% a year is acceptable even if the CPI index from the private sector doesn’t provide the same level of compensation.

14. Dealing with 33 firefighters like the situation in Monroe and their requests for good wages for their public service takes on an entirely new meaning when it comes to school teachers where the district must employee up to 1500 employees, such as the case at Lakota. The cost of the teachers on the community is much greater for the teachers because of the number of employees. Without Issue 2, what type of management control would the public employee attorney suggest?

15. How can we continue without Issue 2, because collective bargaining has only worked well for the public worker, leaving the community facing higher and higher taxes? It would seem that collective bargaining has been good for public employees, but not the people on the other side of the table. How is that fair?

However…………I didn’t get a chance to ask a single question, partially because I couldn’t step away from the camera as long as would be required as the union members were not shy about asking questions. Of course I knew the answer to all those questions, but I wanted to ask them to allow the two personalities speaking to answer them for the public benefit. You can see most of those answers in my articles on Issue 2 listed here: CLICK THIS HOT LINK TO READ.

I came to this event with the intention to have an open mind toward the union position. What I witnessed from my unique position as a spectator behind the lens of a camera was a group of people whom I believe are nice people. I think if they were my direct neighbor I might lend them a bucket or a water hose if they needed it. But collectively, what I saw of these people was a deeply selfish group, completely consumed with self-interest. They seemed immature in a juvenile sort of way and it was obvious that what they were doing at this Liberty Twp Tea Party event was to use mass to intimidate the opposition, a mode of operation that they have done for years.

Now I’ve been to these events many times, and I know who speaks and who doesn’t, and during the course of the evening, most everyone sat in their seats and gapped at these public employees as though they were watching animals in a zoo. The behavior of the public employees seemed foreign and un-American. I encourage you dear reader to watch the entire video, because you will see for yourselves how the public unions booed and hissed at the things that Senator Coley was saying. It was a radical behavior that seemed completely out-of-place in a forum of adult discussion.

I feel badly now, for with all that I have said and written about how destructive the public worker has become not only to the national economy, but to themselves. I feel badly because even though many view my comments as harsh and overly critical, I realize now after that episode of the Issue 2 Debate that my comments have not been harsh enough. It is evident to me that the public unions do not represent the middle-class in any way shape or form. They are a new class onto themselves. The name of that class is the “Spoiled Class.” They are citizens of our community who have become so numb to anything beneficial that they no longer appreciate what it took to give them anything at all. They seem to be no different from the spoiled child of the very wealthy who will scream at the top of their lungs, “I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO DISNEYLAND IN CALIFORNIA. I WANT TO GO TO DISNEYWORLD IN FLORIDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

The entire evening of the debate, even though I thought Senator Coley did very well, was about health care premiums, and the wages of the politicians themselves. The public unions seem to have absolutely no concept as to where the money comes from, because as Lazarus stated, “The public worker pays taxes too.” Those taxes come easier when the wage and benefit differential makes paying the taxes easier. For the public worker paying taxes is like passing the hat in revenue they all share. For the private worker we contribute to the hat, but get nothing back but cry-baby employees who never seem to be happy and are corrupted with union radicalism.

I thought Lazarus did well also. He is a very good attorney and it has been an army of people just like him arguing on behalf of public unions for years who have driven up our taxes. Lazarus showed exactly why we need Issue 2. People like Lazarus have made good livings off representing the public worker, and taking advantage of politician who weren’t as cleaver as him, and easy to take advantage of. Coley tried to explain the process, but the public workers didn’t want to hear it. All they wanted to hear was that their health care costs wouldn’t go up, and that the politicians were going to take a pay cut. Speaking to them was like speaking to a child who hasn’t yet learned to read and understand information on their own.

The “Spoiled Class” cannot be reasoned with. They cannot be appeased. They do not wish to negotiate unless it is in their favor. They are selfish, short-sighted, corrupt, and are in need of a basic education to even have a foundation discussion with. They are the epitome of a virus in the human body threatening eternal sickness, even death if allowed to continue. The “Spoiled Class” is a self-destructive group of parasites who negate any potential they bring to society in their public work with 10 negatives for every positive.

They like the spoiled child are not even capable of seeing anything beyond their own concerns. The “Spoiled Class” collective disposition is only out for what they can achieve in mass and even that has a selfish prerequisite.

And that was what stunned my Tea Party friends on this evening. They were thinking just as I was, that yes, these public workers are every bit as bad as we feared they were. They are an uncaring lot who live in a totally different reality than the rest of us.

Issue 2 is about 10 years too late. I think Issue 2 isn’t nearly strong enough and is too late to save our society from the termites of our culture that is the public worker. Even the attorney Lazarus instructed us that the reason for collective bargaining to come about in the first place was to protect the citizens from striking police officers. That is the same as saying that we must take the form of extortion that is collective bargaining over another form of extortion called walking off the job. This tells me that the employees who would consider either option is a radical that isn’t worth the tax money I must produce to employee them. For such people are not worth my hard work. They are not worth one bead of sweat on my brow. They deserve no effort what-so-ever of my labor for their sustenance; for they provide me with virtually nothing in exchange for the great deal that I give them with my taxes.

I feel toward this “Spoiled Class” just as I would the spoiled child who would complain about my choice in vacation spots for their entertainment. Their ungrateful demeanor prompts me to get back in the car and take them back home, for the effort of their enjoyment brings me only headaches.

It is our fault for allowing this “Spoiled Class” to rule as they have. We have allowed them to ruin our lives in toil toward their aims, to shut their screaming mouths for fear that they might embarrass us. We created the “Spoiled Class” and I would suggest that we dismantle it for their own good. Because the mental condition of the “Spoiled Class” is that of a psychological weakling. They are dependents who only have strength in collective numbers which is an insect-like trait, and this should not be allowed to be a mode of operation for any member of the human race.

Issue 2 needs to be passed and passed quickly. The longer this behavior goes on, the closer the human race de-evolves back into a primitive rubbing sticks together for fire, or catching food with a rock, because the path of the public workers will take us in the direction of a primitive where they cheer like hunters who have just slaughtered a woolly mammoth to the demise of everything the human mind cherished as good once upon a time of skyscrapers and industry.

As to fairness in labor negotiations all one must do is look at the 43.4% edge the public workers have over their employers, the tax payers, to see who has benefited from collective bargaining without Issue 2. (IT ISN’T THE PRIVATE SECTOR)

The Harsh Reality of the World Economy: Learn about money and why you may be a looter

The greatest peril of an oncoming tragedy is in attempting to convince the people who do not yet see it that catastrophe is about to occur. When watching a football game, it is the really good coach who does not panic, makes adjustments at halftime then comes back out to attempt to win the game after he has educated his team to a new strategy. The bad coaches fail to identify the problem and leave fate to hope that the situation of their team will improve on its own.

Those of us who can see problems way out ahead of most everyone else have been sending out the alarms that America is falling behind for a long time now. Darryl Parks of 700 WLW is one of those “visionaries” and frequently has elements of his programs that are incredibly revealing. We have been attempting to make those halftime adjustments and tell those around us who don’t see so clearly that peril is in front of them. We try to say that if American society does not make adjustments suddenly, there is a very good chance we are going to lose big in the economic game of the world marketplace.

To understand just how severe the world marketplace is, by way of population and the amount of jobs available to those people, listen carefully to this broadcast with Darryl Parks. The facts are broadcast for all to hear, and upon hearing them, you’ll understand more clearly what I’m going to say next. (CLICK THE VIDEO TO HEAR)

20 years ago when I made the decision to stick with manufacturing, many people chastised my decision. They simply didn’t understand, and I’d try and reason with them, that the world does not need more lawyers, it does not need more teachers, technology is making them less important to the education process, and we do not need more doctors, nurses, X-Ray technicians, insurance salesman, politicians, and the like. None of those jobs produce anything. They are simply a service oriented occupation that falls in the same category as a grill cook at McDonalds, “service.” What is needed is manufacturing jobs, things that America actually makes, loads on a truck and is delivered to some paying customer.

Even as a child I would scratch my head at the labor strikes and protests I’d see at places like Armco in Middletown, now known as AK Steel. I saw labor disputes at the Norwood car plant where they built Camero’s and I’d wonder what those people were thinking. But back then manufacturing jobs were abundant and the parents of the next generation who didn’t want their kids to “work for greedy management” (indirect rhetoric created in the union halls of America) wanted better for their kids. So they sent their children to college to become teachers, lawyers, and doctors and now there isn’t anybody to build anything. The Norwood plant is gone now, just like most of the American Steel Industry. And the tax base cannot afford the public employment of the extremely high expectations promised to those public sector people because there isn’t any manufacturing anymore to support government looting with a progressive tax system. America has become like I warned 20 years ago, a service industry and not a manufacturing giant, and it is the labor unions that played a huge role in killing American manufacturing.

In regard to the protests over Issue 2 and the other collective bargaining reforms taking place all over the country, I would think many of those people should be grateful every day that they have a job to go to. In fact, the reason we are creating Issue 2 is so we can keep all those people employed. But greed is ruling their minds. They are not job creators. They are employees in a service industry, who maintain what we currently have.

The trouble with trying to convince those who are causing us to lose this game that they are guilty of the act is in their lack of understanding the true value of money. To the public worker, the protester, the teacher who expects to live like a member of some royalty because they are a member of academia I leave for them an article I wrote some time ago, a piece about the value of money, so that they can see where they are wrong, and make those adjustments so they can get back on our team and help us win this game. But until those public workers get a grip on that basic concept, my words have as much meaning to them as if I were trying to explain quantum mechanics to my dog. So please take this moment to educate yourselves. They owe that to the rest of us who have seen this problem for a long time, but have had to put up with the arrogance of their poor understanding.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/04/01/s-b-5-passes-the-good-of-money-whats-missing-in-our-culture/

If they can’t understand that, then there is no way they can help the rest of us win this game.

The Transcendentalist: Wizard of Lakota and why taxes are evil

The video below is my most recent presentation on why fighting the Lakota School Levy is a worthy cause.

As you are most likely a frequent visitor to this site, you know the rest of what I will say in regard to that video. My opinions on this matter of taxes run deep and have perplexed many. So in an attempt to address the multiple questions I received recently as to my motivations, I will spend the rest of this article going into the deeper reasons as to why more taxes are a sinister proposition at multiple levels. But I will caution you reader that the information here may be difficult to digest, especially at first.

The assumptions as to my political affiliation are robust, and have been for some time. “Are you a Republican, Mr. Hoffman? Surely you are one of these Libertarians if not.” My comment in that they might fathom just a fraction of my position is that I tend to look to Republican’s because they most closely resemble my beliefs in this current Static Pattern of social understanding. I do enjoy the message of Libertarians, but find that their positions on drugs and regulation do not completely reflect my own. I would always favor lack of regulation over regulation of any kind, but I do not believe the free market would work as smoothly as they believe it would because people are lacking a level of spiritualism in their foundations that I think is important to self-regulation, and its missing.

Upon hearing this, my critics automatically assume, “Oh, so you are a devout Christian and the church is your guide.” Again, I cringe in frustration at the necessity the masses have in slapping a label onto someone so they can better understand a concept. It is a weakness left over from our childhoods, where we first learned to read by association and memorization, and those Static Patterns formed over the first 10 years of our lives relied heavily on labeling others to understand the world around us. By the time we are ready for more advanced learning ability puberty hits, and suddenly our minds are filled with an urge to insert our genitals all over a member of the opposite sex, and much of our time is invested in this pursuit. This goes on for many up until the time that they start a family where the mind shifts gear to sacrifice for the young children we have brought into the world, who are starting the process of associated learning from the start, and as parents our minds return to that savage level of understanding to be replayed again through our children. It is these parents who are particularly susceptible to collectivism since their minds are already in a mode of sacrifice biologically as they would put their own lives before their own children. They are easy prey for the liberal looters.

In Ayn Rand’s literary work, which I adore, this is why children are left out of the equation, because it is in the raising of children that selfish impulses are sacrificed to the altruism of a child’s needs. Rand solved the problems of social looting by properly identifying the cause and reactions, but she avoided the impact of family, as dose another of my favorite writers Henry David Thoreau. The adult mind even in this mode of child rearing is still engaged in the biological pursuit of genital appeasement, typically with the opposite sex so the development of greater levels of understanding is put off till some future date.

Many of my current friends are about 30 to 40 years older than I am, because it is during this phase once the body has withered away, and sexual fulfillment is not the primary objective of the adult mind followed by a sense of sacrifice to a child. (I’d put the order of necessity for women the other way around, for men, it is as I listed it) It is these older minds who finally begin to see things as they are, unfortunately death is breathing down the necks of these fine people, so it’s often too little too late. They contributed their share of madness into the fabric of social existence confusing necessity with their biological urges and now in their later years they wish to fix what they helped to wreck through the ignorance of their youth. To my way of thinking, “youth” extends well into the late 50’s of some of these people. Some people don’t get “wise” until their 60’s or 70’s. But most do get there eventually because as the strength of their bodies leaves them, their minds increase to compensate.

My beliefs are that a human being has an obligation to themselves and to society to achieve this level of understanding much, much sooner. They should make love with their women and men in their teens and 20’s, but return back to their books thereafter and not linger aimlessly in drunken splendors. And when they raise children they should not avoid the act of self-sacrifice on behalf of the child or lose the selfish needs of their minds and bodies. The mind needs food after all just like the body needs food and sex, and I believe many people fall into the trap of feeding their bodies, but starve their minds, until their bodies start dying. Then, when it’s too late, they start taking care of their minds because it’s all that’s left.

So be it to say that I am at odds with most everything in society, because I think mankind has placed short-sighted limits on itself. Yet I have not lost touch with where people are in the world and I understand their reluctance. Where Nietzsche went mad by his early forties, and Thoreau was dead by age 44, I see in both men a tendency to question as I have, and feed their minds at an early age. But their mistake is the opposite of the modern neurotic. They sacrificed feeding their bodies to some extent by feeding their minds, leaving them sickly in their middle years proportionally out-of-balance mentally and physically which doesn’t work either.

I have found that balance in my life, and I did it early, and I raised my family around these ideas. It was my daughter who put me onto Henry David Thoreau. “Dad, this guy is just like you. You should read him.”

She wasn’t the first to make such a proclamation. Over the years people would say to me, “You are just like Thoreau.” They seemed astonished when I’d reveal to them that I had never read him, at least until fairly recently, after the encouragement of my daughter. The reason I never gave Thoreau a chance early in my life was because I partially blamed him for the Hippie Movement. It was high school English that taught me that Civil Disobedience was the model of the Civil Rights Movement and it was enjoyed by Ghandi also. Well, I thought Ghandi was a pacifist who should have led India to a violent conquest of his enemies, and this whole starvation thing never made any sense to me. The idea of self-sacrifice for a greater caused always seemed immature. Just as the idea that Christ died on the cross to relieve me of my sins never made sense either. I spotted a long time ago in those Christian studies a series of looters who sought to place themselves between the people and their God as a kind of toll keeper, and they use Jesus, the pacifist as a gate to collect the toll. Thoreau’s Civil Disobedience wreaked all these elements and I refused to read it in high school for that reason, again in college, and in my adult life until my daughter told me my rebellion was misplaced.

In history this wouldn’t be the first time this has happened, where a good message gets lost behind a teacher who attaches their view of collectivism behind an artist who is quite the opposite. The Nazi used the Übermensch idea to justify their tyranny upon the world. (Ubermensch comes from Nietzsche’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra one of my favorite books) The Fabian Socialist George Bernard Shaw in his play Man and Superman written in 1903 also took the idea of the Ubermensch to attempt to formulate in his mind the justification for socialism where the central planners could work in behalf of the “middle class” because it was the supermen who knew better than everyone else. Taint of an original idea is particularly corrosive to minds not prepared to handle it, so returning back to the original concepts is crucial when the tyrants of existence misuse the keys of knowledge with their corrupted desire to loot from the world to fill themselves. This is always the danger. In fact, you have just learned a secret about me. I see this whole Fabian debacle as so epic that I have went back and dusted off the term ubermensch to use as my own focus. That is where the term overman comes from. So revisiting the past to get to an original idea is not uncommon to me and due to my daughter’s coaxing, I gave Thoreau a chance.

It was in reading the book Walden that I felt I was reading some of my own personal notebooks, and I instantly understood why my daughter said what she did. I felt angry that I let a couple of teachers turn me off to Thoreau at an early age by presenting the material in a stale fashion, as they typically do. I felt betrayed in much the same way as I did when I discovered Shakespeare because my wife had given me a collection of his works as a Christmas present.

Without going any deeper into this topic of similarities of thought I must get to the point of this article. The modern terms shaped by the contemporary mind is only a fragment of what it started as. And as American’s dust off their knowledge and revisit the Constitution and the ideas of the Founding Fathers it is useful to study the origins of those thinkers rather than take the word of some modern fool who says and does things so that they might sneak a peek at the undergarments of their superiors, and thus rise in the world with a false interpretation of an ancient text over dinner in Manhattan. Much of modern interpretation is shaped on the pillow of a bed where two heads exchange the juices of sex.

So what do I believe, what is my political affiliation? I am a Transcendentalist. I believe the “middleclass” is an invention of the tyrant types to keep the minds of man occupied with climbing a social ladder which they control, rather than just taking the elevator, which the tyrant does not control. (THE ELEVATOR IS IN YOUR OWN MIND) America is a land of the free, and is intended to reject social classification. For nobody is free if they do not free themselves from the desire to belong to a class, and they are not free if they are limited to a political party or even a religion, a Transcendentalist is open to the truth wherever it comes from and regardless of the pain that knowledge brings.

I believe in self-reliance. I do not wake up in the morning and consider how much work I must do so that others may live off my efforts. My goal of each day is to do as little as possible on behalf of others so that I may have more time for myself. The measure of that comes as such, what is my obligation to my wife, my kids, all our pets, my debts, my taxes and my extended family (parents, siblings, and such)? After all those needs are filled, what do I have for myself in daylight left? To my way of thinking if I have taken care of my obligations before noon and the rest of the day is mine, I am successful. But if my taxes increase and push that time to 1PM or even 2 PM then I have been robbed of my time. And if government expands and asks for another levy, another hired tax collector, bureaucrat or politician, then the risk of attack on my time may push my daily freedom to 4PM or 5PM.

When most of a day is consumed in this way, I consider those thieves who stole that time from me to have committed a crime. They took something from me that wasn’t theirs. Because it’s my goal to go the other way, I wish in my life to reduce my daily obligations from noon, to 11PM, and eventually down to 9AM. To be successful in life by my view if I woke up in the morning at 5 AM and had fulfilled my obligations by 8 AM I would consider myself incredibly successful as a human being, and I have admiration for anybody who lives as such. This is why I make it a point to wake up early and go to be late. Because the time for myself is something I treasure incredibly, I have never been bored in my life, or contemplated what to do next as if waiting for something to happen, only what to do among the infinite possibilities.

But I have no tolerance for looters who wish to steal my day away because they lack comprehension and their education has utterly failed them in complete totality. The looters of life seek to wake up at 9 AM and take from me my labor so that they can pay off their debts which are committed to midnight. They purchase their time for themselves at my expense. They may work from 9AM till 11AM but are too tired and collectively rely on their social brothers and sisters to supplement the rest of their day over the next 13 hours by the looted accumulation of my labor. To the looter’s mind and the Fabian Socialist, the Marxist, the liberal, the progressive, the labor union, they think it’s appropriate to force me to work till 5 PM, the same time that they will complete their obligations. But it is they who indebted themselves till midnight and it is their irresponsibility which is the point of contention which created the need for my stolen time to save them from their own toil.

I do not consider the making of money to prop up my opportunities for social recognition which translate to sexual opportunities. I am married, when I want sex, I tell my wife, and then I return back to my books. I do not work hard to have a car which impresses my peers. I ride a motorcycle all year, even in the rain and snow so that I can have adventure, and lessen the cost obligation daily, so that I may have more freedom of my day at less cost. I do it for freedom, so my work load is fulfilled quicker in the day. I do not seek to hob-knob with the powerful in the palaces of power and at dinner parties so that I may prop up my social status. I do that on occasion for my work, but I do not do it for leisure because it takes away my freedom daily. I’ll take the hot dog over the steak if it earns for me 15 minutes more of freedom each day. The work is part of my obligation, but once fulfilled each day; I want my time to belong to me.

I do not wish to carry on my back the poor. My knowledge of them is that they chose to be poor. I offered a poor man a job once, and he turned me down in favor of begging. I know the poor; he was not the only one, but the one I most often think of. They think like the political looters who seek to make me feel guilty and give away hours of my day to them in exchange for a lack of guilt. But if I free myself of that guilt, I do not feel compelled to give them my time, for we both have two arms, two legs and a brain. I can make use of my time for my resources, and they can to. If everyone thought about their time the way I do, the world would be pretty much fixed. For in my daily plans I did not say that I would wake up at 5 AM and own my day starting then. I am aware that I must give some of my day to somebody who relies on me, so it is my task to become more efficient in what I can produce in the fewest hours so that the remainder of that time is mine.

Government, all government lacks this understanding. Even some of my friends who are Republicans are just now learning that the golf games, the nice dinners, and the homes all over the world are nice, but if they run your work into the late night hours to have them, are actually chains of servitude. And even among my friends I have seen a tendency when this debt is realized to steal the time from someone else to recover their loss. Politicians are notorious for this. Most of them being narcissistic by nature anyway and are confused concoctions of human flesh struggling to fill their bodies with food and sex and their poor minds get almost no development during their political careers. This makes them highly inefficient thinkers which translate to legislation and other policies which seek to seduce away the hours of our days to balance the budgets of their errors. God knows they won’t pay for their own mistakes, so they steal from others to cover their debts.

So what is my political affiliation? Well, it doesn’t exist in the contemporary. It exists in the past that I might make use of it in the future. I do not seek to rewrite the works of Nietzsche or Thoreau, but to incorporate them into my own observations like men around a campfire might exchange stories. But the looter, men like George Bernard Shaw, and Hitler, they seek to erase the name of Nietzsche and Thoreau from the original ideas, and change a few sentences here and a few there to suit their purpose then use those classics as a way to steal time from their fellow citizens in a pursuit to fill their bellies with food, and bring attention to their genitals and to do it with as little of their own time invested.

The goal of the tyrant is to sleep as long as they want and to go to bed at their leisure but to never be responsible for their commitments. They simply steal it from others. And Tyrants are not always in the largest positions among the most politically active. Most of the time they come from those whom we trust most, who carry the innocent expression, as the role of the tyrant is not necessarily to kill its enemies. It is to simply steal away our time in a battle that is invisible to our naked eyes, but leaves its impression upon our souls daily.

For it is more than just being tired that you feel at the end of a hard day of work when you turn on the television to have the mindless programming message your senses with something new and less mundane. It is the knowledge that it is 7PM and your day is still not your own, and you are tired and wish to go to bed soon. Your body may be satisfied from food, and sex, but your mind wants to be free and soon you will be asleep and you’ve given it nothing, and it protests as you seek to drown it with the noise from the television. And that is when you wonder why you voted to tax yourself more, because you didn’t have the guts to say no, when the hand of a looter extended into your vision asking you to bail them out from their chosen servitude, you obliged committing yourself to 24 hours of the day to everyone but yourself.
And to me, that is no way to live, and it’s not what America was intended to be. Freedom is more than words in a Constitution, or the amount of money you have in the bank. It’s a state of mind that requires food daily to live and survive the stress of modern interpretation.
