“The Fountainhead” Book Review: The hung jury speaks from the past

“I don’t work with collectives, I don’t consult, I don’t co-operate, I don’t collaborate.” These are the words of Howard Roark from the 1943 book The Fountainhead, a book that has now become my favorite novel, and replacing the Nietzsche classic Thus Spoke Zarathustra as my most treasured all time book which is no light achievement.

How I managed to move through 44 years of my life without running into this book at some point is beyond me. I have searched through book stores and libraries all my life. In fact, besides the game rooms, and movie theaters, it was the book store that I spent all my time in as a youth, and somehow I never ran into this classic novel.

I am fully aware that millions of people over the years have read this novel, and loved it dearly. But I can only say that I feel The Fountainhead was written by Ayn Rand all those years ago while on a remote island of thought and she placed the novel into a bottle addressed to me and sent it to sea to be read by my eyes only, because that’s how I feel about Howard Roark and the overall message of the novel.

I have lived that life of Roark in much the way that Roark has lived it, and until I read this novel, I had never heard or understood that anyone else in the human race had comprehended the conclusions I had arrived at on my own. It is not a book that will be understood widely by the masses, even though they may find enjoyment in it. It is a great work or art that is the skeleton key of American civilization and is absolutely remarkable.

I will admit that after I read Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, I did not think that The Fountainhead would be nearly as good, so I simply put it on a list to read at some point in the future when I finally got around to it. I didn’t want The Fountainhead to ruin the taste of Atlas Shrugged for me. Also, I was already being accused of being too Randian by my political enemies, so I avoided reading the novel so to avoid the unparalleled comparisons with objectivism that I also write about.

Reading the words were like drinking water after walking in the desert for over 40 years, because as long as I’ve been alive I have thought like Roark, and been every bit as stubborn as Roark in a quest for freedom. The above quote from the architect Howard Roark as he was being interviewed for a committee to design for the World’s Fair, where he was to serve on a panel of the world’s greatest architects, was a commission that would have brought fame and fortune to him. He turned it down stating that he would work alone or not at all, that committees do not work. Of course he was told to take a hike, which he happily did in order to maintain his integrity and freedom.

I don’t mind saying that out of all my years I have heard from no place else, these kinds of values held to the same type of standard I have always lived by, so to say that I love The Fountainhead because of the way it was written, or the complex story, or the historical context, is to sell it short of what my actual feelings are. I can see why many on the political left fear Ayn Rand with a terror that seems insane, because every one of those motives were covered in The Fountainhead.

Ayn Rand I think went much further than she did in Atlas Shrugged which many consider to be her greatest novel. The Fountainhead is a piece of work that is deeply meaningful. As I read it I kept reminding myself that when this book was written and published in 1943, John Wayne was a box office star, and Superman was a very popular comic. Society had signs of great strength that is completely vacant today. I love old movies, old songs, and old books because I do not like what has happened to the world over the last century, a trend that is called The Great Beast in The Fountainhead. But Ayn Rand doesn’t just name “The Beast” in The Fountainhead, she shows in intricate detail how it works against the ideas of individualism and society in general to destroying the idea of Superman.

The truth about individualism is that those who possess such traits function on their own. They do not need validation from society, or even from a book. I could have functioned the rest of my life just fine not reading The Fountainhead. But it is refreshing to see that at least one other person in human history feels the same way about things as I do.

My wife bought me the book for our 24th wedding anniversary while we were out at our favorite book store. I was waiting for my own novel called Tail of the Dragon to come out in book stores soon, so I wanted to read something deeply intelligent and thought-provoking that I haven’t yet read. So it seemed like a good time to read The Fountainhead. After all, my work at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom had already drawn the comparisons with Rand, so there was no reason to avoid reading another book of Rand’s just so I could say I hadn’t read all her books. There was a part of me who wanted to keep my ideas completely mine, and to not be confused with another writer, even one from the distant past. And that seemed like a stupid reason to avoid a really good book, which I thought The Fountainhead would be. But I had no idea it would become my favorite book. It said what I had been doing for many years was not isolated to just myself. Roark is a character in The Fountainhead who does not look back and regret anything, he is a character who loves himself, and is therefore capable of loving others fully, he is a character of complete self-assuredness, he is a unique talent simply because he does not look to anyone else to measure himself against, he is in all practical purposes a perfect person.

The villains of the book I have met all before—every single one of them in real life. Their motives are no different from from The Fountainhead, and I have never read such a description of characters anywhere in any piece of literature fictional or non-fictional, film or play. There is a truth in this novel that cuts through to the invisible barriers that holds back everyone.

Like Roark I have always been told that my lack of “sharing” was wrong, and that I needed to “get with the program,” and my response has always been just like what Roark said and that includes my political work with No Lakota Levy, that I have been so well-known for. In that group I had a free hand to run the campaign the way I wanted, but recently, there were attempts to change the direction a bit. I tried to play along nicely, but I just couldn’t do it. I had to call my political enemies Latté sipping prostitutes to keep things right in my mind knowing it would probably end my relationship with the rest of the No Lakota Levy group because the assemblage had become more inclusive.

My hatred of public education itself is rooted in this idea that committees do not work. Many minds cannot achieve anything but a mess, and our society reflects it. Professionally, I have always excelled when left in the sole leadership position, but I have lost interest when I have to consult with others. I gave up my desire to be a film director when I realized I did not have it in me to be a “collaborative” person which traditionally is the roll of the film director. Instead I have decided to write books, for all the reasons that Ayn Rand did, because I wish to report to nobody, I want the world to be done my way, and I consult nobody to do it.

I have worked in business long enough to learn to work with other people without compromising myself, and Roark learns to do this also in The Fountainhead. The wonderful aspect of this story is that he does not bend his integrity to do it. Such a concept is very difficult, but Rand pulls it off wonderfully in this novel. I cannot say how many times I have heard that integrity must be bent to “compromise” my beliefs to merge with others, and I have never done it. Like Roark, I have never identified myself with groups, or any form of collectivist mentality, and this has given me an authenticity that I value very much in my life now. Unlike Roark, who simply avoids all groups through his life, I was told by everyone around me that I had to be a part of them. I have been an active member of the Joseph Campbell Foundation, V.P. of the Suzuki Owners of North America, Ohio Chapter, participated in many writing groups and taken courses including one of Sol Stein’s regiments, I’ve been a member of the Society of Whip Artists, the Wild West Arts Club, numerous local liberty groups, high adventure groups, tax fighting groups and in every instance I find a way to sabotage myself on the rise to the top, as all the members of these groups tried to make me their leader, or collaborate with me on a level that I felt confining.

I always start pulling away from groups when they start inviting me to lunch, and start wanting to spend time around me not because I dislike their company, or even their groups, but I find the clutter of their lives conflicting with my daily intentions. My favorite thing to do in a day is to “think” and I love to be alone with my thoughts. In every professional capacity I’ve ever been a part of I always turn away from any collaboration with others. I have only ever been interested in top down leadership or nothing. I know how to respect the opinions of others without being needlessly imposing because I have never had a desire to rule other people, even when I’ve had many employees working under me. Being the ruler for the sake of power was never interesting. But having the ability to mold an idea from my head to a product guiding the people under me has been a successful formula many more times than once, and it has always worked best when I alone made all the decisions.

Once you are successful, you find a parade of moochers who are suddenly your friends and want to share in your success. That is when they offer for you to join a group of their making, and when they want to be involved in a committee of which you are a part. What they really want is to share in the success of your thinking, which makes them a simple looter.

I once infuriated one of my past employers by ripping to shreds the validity of Six Sigma as a means to creating more efficient production methods. I stated that Six Sigma was garbage and would not yield positive results–that big companies had simply fudged their numbers to get the results they desired, to show that collectivism like Six Sigma would actually work in companies. I have been in a lot of companies, and it doesn’t work. It can only be made to look that way on paper. It does not work in reality because workers must buy into Six Sigma and invest their individual value into their work, which does not happen without applying some sort of fear.

I have wondered many times if I was the only person on the face of the earth presently or in the past who thought these things, because everyone, everywhere I went seemed to think the same kind of things—their thoughts were rooted in collectivism. Mine never have been and I have never cared a damn what somebody thought of what I did and because of it I have always found myself in some type of conflict with someone.

Ultimately my resolution after all these years is to completely give up on groups. I have tried to get along and play nicely, and it never has worked. I have observed that it’s not just because of my opinion or preference, but because the science of collectivism is a failure right out of the gate, and my desire to work alone is due to the realization that only individuals create anything worthwhile. I have seen this process up close and personal at every level of human endeavor and it NEVER works.

Yet our society and our world today are corrupted with the belief that it does, and it has infected virtually our entire population. The 20th Century is the century of communism and the infection of the virus called Marxism.

The appropriate metaphor for The Fountainhead is the occupation of architecture as its primary theme. I know a few of those types and have fired my share of Peter Ketting’s for all the reasons he was a worthless piece of garbage in the novel, so I know something about architects. I was looking recently at the skyline of Cincinnati the last time I was down there and I thought about all the cities across the nation. Cincinnati’s skyline hasn’t changed much since I was a child, and that’s the case with most of the big cities. Occasionally, a new skyscraper is put up, and there used to be a healthy competition to see which city could boast the largest skyscrapers, because they were a symbol of that city’s economic power. Most of the skyscrapers in the cities of America were started long ago when the nation was functioning as close to pure capitalism that there ever was, and now bits of socialism have diseased our cities growth as communism has been knocking on America’s door. It is clear to me that the threat of communism has stopped the growth of those skylines. It is in that stoppage that America’s growth has been reflected. The newest skyscrapers in the world are now in Dubai, and China, not in America and this is part of the global socialism push, to spread the wealth to the far reaches of the earth by implementing “fairness” at the expense “growth.”  America should have ten Donald Trumps for the one we have now.  It has only been Trump that have built anything in America recently.  The other potential men and women of Trump’s nature have been consumed by communism.

I could literally write a 2 million word essay on just The Fountainhead. The themes and wisdom of the book are simply unparalleled. It is the great American novel. It is everything that Americans should strive to be, and it accurately portrays the terrible evil that is eating our country and has destroyed entire civilizations for centuries. If I had to say what book most accurately reflects my personal beliefs, I would now have to say it is The Fountainhead.

It is because of the themes in The Fountainhead that I write here every day. I don’t do it for money when many have asked me why I do not sell advertising, or solicit funds to keep it going. I write here because I do it for myself, because I wish to own my words without the influence of anyone. I am very possessive of my thoughts because they belong to me with the same passion that Howard Roark felt about his architectural drawings. It’s worth more to me than personal wealth, again for all the reasons of Roark, and very few people understand that. In fact there are only six people who understand my feelings about these types of things, my wife, my two daughters, my son-in-law, and Ayn Rand as confirmed in this message she sent me in a bottle over time called The Fountainhead.

As I closed the book I felt as though a public trial over my life consisting of four decades had just concluded and all the members of the jury had decided that I was guilty of radical individualism and a yearning for personal freedom that was dangerous to society and the only one on the jury to speak out in my defense was Ayn Rand in her wonderful novel The Fountainhead. And because the jury could not come to a unanimous decision, I am able to go free.

After reading this book I feel autonomy to double my intentions. If I knew before that I was right in my thoughts, it is now that I have confirmed my suspicions. In many ways I am glad I did not read this book any earlier, because it cannot be said that it influenced my direction in life. I’ve lived my life as authentically as possible, and been told that I was wrong to do so, which I never believed, but certainly felt the crushing weight of their judgment. I always told myself that it was truly the masses that were wrong, that millions upon millions were wrong and that possibly only I was right. I now know that at least one other person shared those thoughts with me because I received the message in the bottle on my anniversary, and it was the confirmation of a hung jury with Ayn Rand being my only supporter, and that means a lot. Actually, I take that vote as a commission to really pour it on now; because the real enemy, the “second handlers” are clearer to me than they have ever been before, and it’s time to slay the beast once and for all. It’s time to hunt the “second handlers” where they live and eradicate them from the terror they intend upon the human mind.

Unfortunately, if The Fountainhead is to be enjoyed, the book must be read. The 1949 movie starring Gary Cooper and Patricia Neal, screen written by Ayn Rand herself is quite good, and can be seen below. It’s a great film, but only touches on the surface of the novel’s themes. For me personally, there was a line in the novel that struck me particularly hard—“how do you like it now superman,” in relation to the torture that Howard Roark had to endure at a particularly dark moment in the story. For the entirety of my life in every phase, and at every occupation I have been given almost that exact line—“why do you work so hard superman,” “who do you think you are superman,” “you are making us look bad—superman.” It is because of those lines that I named Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom what I have and committed my own versions of modern “supermen” to literature, because they need a voice too. I’ve never desired to be anything else or to apologize to anyone to be it. And that type of conviction in another human being I have never seen before anywhere until I read this fantastic novel.

Hiding the Crimes of the Obama Administration: D.O.J. sues Sheriff Joe with machine politics

The young people in the video below who think that they are worldly women of eternal knowledge speak through the piercings on their lips and tattoos on their arms as the authority of progressive youth, bred in the age of public education socialism. They see absolutely nothing wrong with the William Holder’s Justice Department as it converges down hard against Sheriff Joe Arpaio with a law suit because the popular Arizona Sheriff refused to be monitored like a child for the accusations of racial profiling involving illegal immigration. Without question in bars and nightclubs all across the nation youth from 20 to 30 are speaking just like these too unfortunate girls who have no idea that they are cheerleaders for socialism and striking out against a bastion of wisdom, and freedom in the gallant Sheriff Joe.

I would wager vast sums of money that in any jail, or police department all across this country, there are abuses similar to what the Justice Department is calling out against Sheriff Arpaio. I am not a fan of excessive police powers; in fact, I am very much against it. But this law suit is not about justice for the victims in the jails, the women who requested clean sheets, the derogatory names called to the illegal immigrants who are flooding Arizona with impossible waves of crime and violence associated with immigration and the drug trade. No the Justice Department is filing suit against Joe Arpaio for one simple—unequivocal reason—revenge, and sustaining cover-ups.

The Justice Department and its illegal methods of obtaining justice are very well-known by those mature enough to see it, which the progressive youth of today have been robed of in their public educations. In fact as this law suit by the DOJ is aimed at Arpaio, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa is renewing his effort to drum up bipartisan support for a contempt of Congress resolution against Attorney General Eric Holder, despite little enthusiasm from GOP leaders who’d rather wallow like pigs in the mud of their illustrious, uncourageous design.

According to Roll Call, the California Republican is still angry over Holder’s failure to turn over documents related to the committee’s investigation of the federal “Fast and Furious” gun-tracking program. Obviously, Holder is dragging his feet to avoid the legal trouble that will happen when the documents for Fast and Furious are known to the public. For review, Fast and Furious is not the popular movie, but in the Fast and Furious Federal case in front of congress, ATF agents secretly encouraged gun dealers to sell to suspected traffickers for Mexican drug cartels to go after a so-called “big fish.” But ATF whistleblowers told CBS News and Congress it was a dangerous practice called “gunwalking,” and it put thousands of weapons on the street. Many were used in violent crimes in Mexico. Two were found at the murder scene of a U.S. Border Patrol agent which caused the death. The tampering of the DOJ in the criminal workings of Mexican drug cartels had backfired, and somebody must be held accountable.

The DOJ has shown clearly what they were after in that case, which was to create border violence so the Obama Administration would gain the ability to push for more restrictions on The Second Amendment. They did this knowing the risk of causing harm against Americans, yet they did it anyway in order to achieve tougher gun laws—one of the progressive party’s most cherished social aims–the disarmament of America. CLICK HERE TO REVIEW WHY GUNS ARE NEEDED TO PRESERVE FREEDOM.

The DOJ is so involved in using illegal immigration on the border to push for more progressive policies eroding the US Constitution desired by the Obama Administration that they go after any organization that opposes them. They are so aggressive to this aim that they actually sued the Governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer for attempting to crack down on illegal immigration back in 2010, back when the girls in that video were probably looking for a prom date in high school—a whole two years ago, which everyone in the media has already forgotten—because the have the intellectual capacity of a nat. In that case the Justice Department accused Arizona of trying to “second guess” the federal government. Ironically it is Sheriff Joe Arpaio who is carrying out the desires of Governor Brewer who are both public officials elected by the people of Arizona to protect the state, and they are using the 10th Amendment to exercise their Constitutional Rights. But the Obama Administration does not respect Constitutional Rights, and is openly looking to rewrite them as a “living” document determined by their globalist wisdom, which people like me, and Sheriff Arpaio view as domestic terrorism.

But the worst of it all is that none of the new age youth with their body piercings, broken families, and wisdom as deep as a bowl of water understand that it was Sheriff Joe Arpaio who just a few months ago proved that Barack Hussain Obama presented a forged birth certificate as proof of his American citizenship. You see dear reader; this situation with the DOJ is not just a case of investigating racism, or prejudice charges against a hard-line Sheriff in Arizona. If one wished, the same charges could be made against Eric Holder himself who is currently in contempt of Congress for crimes of his own. It’s only been two weeks removed that the President’s own Secrete Service agents fought with a prostitute in Columbia for refusing to pay for services rendered, so there is plenty of bad behavior on all sides of the government payroll, so the discrimination in Arizona is not about rights for Latinos, it’s about mob rule, it’s about intimidation—it’s a war between the federal government and the state government of Arizona, and Sheriff Arpaio is the targeted general of the Obama Administration.

Young people like the girls in the first video do not know that they are being used as instruments of war as they casually intoxicate themselves on the weekends and pierce their bodies with signs of “independence” while their political philosophies have been shaped by big government types like President Obama in public education to advance a complicated socialist agenda. The young people without thought or sense, but armed with the right to vote, are used by the enemies of America to protest against those who are truly right, and are defending the last remnants of the American Constitution like Sheriff Arpaio.

If you haven’t figured it out by now, all these strategies by the enemies of America such as Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and the sad little progressive youth like the girls just a few years out of high school who are so highly regarded in progressive politics because of their sheer naïveté–these enemies cannot rely on facts to advance their cause. They cannot rely on the rule of law, because the law is against them. All they have are name calling and law suits, which they use like the mob in twisting the arm of the good of this country to yield to the evil of progressivism. Holder and his boss Obama know they are law breakers themselves, but they control the law from the top office, and they need to keep the good work of Sheriff Arpaio out of their affairs, so they can continue to commit sheer evil upon the American people.

I have been called every name one can imagine by progressive advocates and have seen every tactic being played against Sheriff Arpaio time and time again. The evidence that Arpaio is on the correct path in his quest for justice can be seen by just how angry the DOJ and Obama Administration are toward him. Cockroaches like all parasitic creatures desire to be kept in the dark so they can commit their crimes. This is what Obama and his minions wish to do, is to squash Americans like Sheriff Arpaio who are shining the light of justice in their direction. And it is the youth and progressive politicians that are used to apply emotional arguments declaring fairness for the oppressed, and to bend the rules of The Constitution to get it.

Sheriff Arpaio is being crucified for one reason, to hide the crimes of President Obama and his band of thugs in an election year. Those who cannot see it but still chant for justice against Sheriff Arpaio are simply facilitators of evil, to which such a word is considered radically extreme. Yet the crimes of this administration and the apologists who support it are truly evil and will stoop to no low too great to advocate it, even if their co-conspirators are cockroaches running from the light when a clear conscious of justice shines it upon them.  CLICK HERE FOR PROOF!

How to Beat the Bilderberg Group: Become a Modern Superhero with the power of “NO”

At a recent meeting I attended a deep dark controversial topic came up among the mainstream attendees, that of the Bilderberg group and to what extent they desired to subvert the American Constitution. The answer in fact is that the Bilderberg group, who is about to have their 2012 meeting in America is a serious threat to world-wide liberty as they plan to eliminate the American Constitution in favor of a global agreement. But their conspiracy is but one force that is working against us all. The real threat is actually ourselves, because the Bilderberg group, the communists, the global socialists, the bleeding heart greenie weenies, and every other subversive organization in existence can only take from free people what we give them willingly.

Alex Jones did an interview where the topic of re-education camp plans by the American military have been leaked and are quite official. So to my readers here from the newspapers, the television stations, the mainstream radio commentators who are curious, but wish the world would just concentrate on last night’s sports scores, this is a clear and present danger in American culture and it has happened right under our noses. While the topic of the Bilderberg group is considered by these mainstream reporters to be fringe right-winged conspiracy theory, the real threat has actually been our “compliant” culture willing to please others before ourselves by saying “YES” to every proposal placed before us by groups like the Bilderberg. This human tendency has paved the way for the enemies of America to conceive that re-education camps are a feasible option for population control. The re-education camps that have been speculated about for years are the natural next step after their horrendous power grab called the NDAA. (CLICK HERE FOR MORE)

Yes dear reader, the cat is out of the back officially. It is true that members of our own government wish to send Americans to these camps to pave the way for the deals they have made with the Bilderberg group, and dozens of other global organizations who are all maneuvering themselves to become the first rulers of the world. That is the endgame to these treacherous plots and should surprise nobody. These plots are as old as the human race.

But these advancements against the American people are not coming from gunpoint; they come from our weaknesses for “peace” and our naiveté toward “trust.” They come from the same forces that will lie to your face to get a school levy passed by telling voters that all the money is for the “kids,” and not the huge labor unions who funnel the money they rape from the taxpayers back to political control of their socialist party of choice called the Democrats. The same game has been used to virtually destroy our freedoms since 9/11 with the invention of the government jobs program called the TSA where slop witted thugs in baby blue outfits have become the ultimate mall cops of authority gaining the ability to molest Americans all in the pursuit of “safety” over “freedom.” And the current President of the United States openly lies and manipulates all of us by attempting to blame congress for everything that has happened when it was in fact a Democrat controlled house in the first two years that gave the President everything he wanted and rammed down the throats of the American people vast tyrannies in quantities that drown the average American intellect with subjects beyond comprehension. All these tyrannies count on the good faith, and desire to appease a puppet master with compliance to succeed.

Yes, the Bilderberg group is meeting in the United States to plan a gradual takeover of the American population so they can put down the last bastion of freedom loving beings on planet earth with a quest to resume the methods of European global conquest displayed in the Dark Ages. Many of the Bilderberg attendances are simply rich philanthropists participating in altruism masking their own psychological inadequacies with various forms of collectivism. And they hope to erase the sins of their power mongering with an infantile view of collective salvation which they require society to subscribe to in order to be successful.

Luckily for all Americans the solution to our problems does not require us to take up arms against these enemies, because we already have the ultimate weapon to use against them, and they know it. We do not have to attack any agents of collective law with violence, or harass the members of these silly Bilderberg punks with threats of violence. We simply have to learn to say “NO” when a politician asks us for something.

The most powerful weapon of the modern age is to learn to say, “NO.” It’s that easy. Say “NO” to your local school levy where your government school is programming your child to global socialism. Say “NO” to your police and fire levies because they are represented by labor unions with deep ties to communism (progressivism), and it will be those public servants who will come to arrest you under the NDAA Act. But they can’t arrest you if they don’t have a job to begin with. Say “NO” to their budgets because you still have the power to do so. Say “NO” to communism in America by voting out the most radical activist to ever sit in the White House, President Obama. And if you don’t like the Republican alternative to say “NO” to him as well, say “NO” to party politics completely. Say “NO” to all further tax increases even to the so-called rich. Force the idiots of government to live within a budget and let them die on the vine from starvation. Say “NO” to air travel when you can and drive instead. Don’t put up with the tyrannical TSA and their intrusive searches. Let them be all dressed up with no place to go, or nobody to “feel up.” Say “NO” to government mandated insurance of ANY kind, especially health insurance. The worst weapon that can be inflicted upon the tyrant intent on American destruction comes not from the barrel of a gun, but from the simple word, “NO.”

Dear reader, you have nothing to fear from the Bilderberg punks if you could only learn to say, “NO.” It is that easy. As of 2012, you still have the power to end all these threats to your existence by saying “NO” when asked for your cooperation in ending global terrorism by surrendering your freedom. Because the threats are very real, and the groups wishing to commit these encroachments are quite sinister in their intentions. Eliminating just the Bilderberg group will not end the threat. They will simply form a new group of philanthropists and “intellectuals” to construct yet another plot to take over the world at our expense. But the way to beat them all is to learn to say “NO” and to become proud in your power to say it. Because that simple word has the power to destroy every enemy working against America with an efficiency more robust than an atomic bomb, the collateral damage from such a blast is negligible leaving only the enemies of freedom destroyed, and those who love freedom left to exist by the terms of “Truth, Justice, and the AMERICAN way,” because to me, there is no other way, but the “American.” To every other way of life and their offerings, I simply say, “NO.”

Become a modern superhero, by harnessing the power to say, “NO.”

Lakota Teacher Accused of Stealing from Kids: $800 looted from prom tickets

Yes you heard it correctly, a Lakota East teacher who made more than $65,443 per year, (Yes, she’s on my list CLICK HERE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF) stole $800,00 from the prom fund. Well, she resigned this week and Lakota attempted to put a nice spin on the situation by stating that they were cooperating with the Butler County Sheriff Department. You can read the article from The Cincinnati Enquirer here:

http://westchesterbuzz.com/2012/05/11/lakota-teacher-investigated-over-prom-funds/

My sources from deep inside the Lakota administration have informed me that this economics-psychology teacher is now in the psych ward at a hospital and a family member has returned $160 of the $800 stolen. So there appears to be some deep problems with this particular teacher.

But just remember when Lakota attempts to pass another levy to pay for their inflated union contracts protecting teachers who are hiding behind the protective blanket of organized labor–that the teachers are far from being perfect, and I’d argue that most of them aren’t even close to being worth over $65K per year in just salary. This particular teacher made over $65,000 on the 2011 report and wasn’t hurting for money. Yet she put herself in a position to appear to be helping students who were having trouble getting into the prom, and pocketed the money and for that she has resigned.

The kids at the school were the first to break this story and many of us had the details much of the week. I held on to the information until I had multiple confirmations. So I’m not particularly impressed when Superintendent Mantia said “We take all matters involving potential illegal activity very seriously. We acted with urgency to handle this situation appropriately. We are cooperating fully with the (Butler County) Sheriff’s office.” Well—duh! What else would she think would be expected of her and her teachers.

There has been a lot of very bad behavior reported about teachers and principals at Lakota and other schools at this site. But continuously, the administration at Lakota continues to show that they have the same kind of control over their teachers as they do with their budgets—which is to say—none at all. In Lakota teachers feel they can do anything they please, and nobody cares, until they get caught.

I shudder to think about how much my old buddy Elliot Grossman charged Karen (Mantia) for that little quote in the Enquirer. One can only guess. You can see Elliot’s billing sheets to Karen by CLICKING HERE where the details of the $90,000 payout to Laura Kursman was dealt with. That incident involving the payout which cost $100,000 only occurred a few months ago. Lakota is such an exciting school, payoffs to former PR Directors, teachers stripping down children in the classroom and taking pictures of them, teachers seducing parents of students, and now teachers scalping prom tickets and pocketing the money. Wow, that sounds like a great social institution!

To me it sounds like a joke that only the misfits and social apologists are laughing at.

Enjoy your lattés!

The Life of Julia: How free are women after progressive policies?

Oh, how wonderful the Obama administration is, the ultimate parent mother government. The disgusting slide show shown as the campaign rhetoric of the new Obama presidential platform is a summary of why public education is a complete failure and why the women’s movement of progressive Victorian escape velocity from traditional values has very nearly destroyed our civilization after just 100 short years of nonsense.

Thankfully for voters all over the United States the true nature of the socialist Obama presidency is revealed for all to see with tremendous arrogance, and a lack of respect for American intelligence in the slide show presentation known as, “The Life of Julia.” Look for yourself:

http://www.barackobama.com/life-of-julia

The slide show featured on the Obama website features a young girl aged three getting a start in her life with the Head Start government program then traveling through her life as she gets Pell grants, free health insurance coverage, government loans, Medicare, then Social Security. In the Obama plan Julia dies sometime after age 65 and the whole process starts for the next generation. The premise is that Julia requires government help during her entire life, from the cradle to the grave.

The vision—or should I say lack of it—is disgustingly narrow and pathetically reminiscent of all the European socialist countries that have been licking the heels of America since the Industrial Revolution, and I am thankful that the Obama Administration showed openly this time that they are socialists with this disgusting assault against the American Woman.

Here is the real life of Julia as seen through the eyes of reality.

Obviously Obama and his band of looters are attempting to appeal to the women vote in the upcoming election. After all, this is not the Life of “John,” but of “Julia.” Men typically don’t look to daddy government to care for them, at least this is the implication of what the Obama administration states in this slide show. Watching this presentation by a sitting American president has really brought to question how far women have really come as independent suffragettes at the start of progressive politics.  What have women really accomplished in their so-called independence?

Julia as a young woman in the world of Obama is not raised by her parents. There is no reference to a mother, or a father. There is the implication that it is government who cares for the young Julia, and her parents are simply caretakers for her life. Yet all through Julia’s years she is always holding out her hand to government to get her through to the next phase.

I thought the women’s movement was all about breaking free of the grips of those “stinky,” “filthy,” “womanizing,” men who couldn’t keep their pants on, trapping thousands of women in a kind of prison while they slaved over a hot stove cooking for their monstrous husbands? At least that’s what the short-haired, bell-bottomed women of feminism have always said—that women deserved equal pay, equal treatment, so that they could be free of being slaves to men.

But what has that given to women? Weak minded men—loveless lives of loneliness, broken families with so many step parents that nobody even knows whose kids belong to whom. Those are the gifts of feminism, and of progressive politics. Women today are free of a man to run their lives, to oppress them into slavery as the head of their families. Instead, progressives like Obama have freed women of the chains of their families and traded in those for the shackles of a bigger, meaner force in her life–that of Big Daddy Government.

If women were truly free, would they need government to stand over them for protection, to enforce the rule of law destroying families in the process? Is a woman free who must look to Big Daddy Obama to care for them—because that’s what Obama is selling on his slide show—he’s literally saying that he will care for American women from cradle to grave with his governmental policies? All a woman has to do is elect him so he can steal from the tax payers and give to all those poor, helpless Julia’s in the world who can’t do a thing unless Big Daddy Government sweeps in to care for Julia’s life.

Yes Julia—who’s your daddy? Who’s the big man in your life? Are you free all you Julia’s reading this now? Can you care for yourselves or do you need Big Daddy Obama to equalize the world for your fragile sensibilities? Is this the freedom the feminists fought for, to break free of the chains of their alcoholic, abusive husbands and to attach themselves to the fingers of many such monsters as are typical in modern government?

And before anyone says that my comments here are “women hating” it wouldn’t be the first time, and it certainly won’t be the last.  (Click Here). But I did raise two daughters and I’ll tell you dear reader what I taught them, that if you look to anyone in your life to care for you, then you are a slave. That includes your parents, and it certainly means other family members, friends, neighbors but especially government. If you take money from those thieving losers, then you have signed away parts of your own soul to a life of servitude. To me, “The Life of Julia,” as proposed by President Obama’s vision of the future is slavery of a different kind—it is socialism put kindly and is a sharp march toward “RED” communism. It is the worst kind of social engineering experiment indulged in by any mass society, and it is destructive to the human soul. The life of Julia is one I would never recommend for my daughters, or my wife, mother, or anybody else. The life of Julia is a tyranny that is scandalous to the personal sovereignty of every human being that breathes, and should be rejected by all Americans, no matter what their sex or race.

But the Obama administration knows what magic tricks work behind the progressive push for feminism, a blind collectivism that unifies women everywhere to a feeling of inequality which is simply a hoax designed to get all women to jump away from the tyranny of their families into the tyranny of Big Daddy Government. In the end, the women are not free, just used for political purposes and tossed away to the careless indulgence of bureaucrats and their parental rolls of a New World Order where parents will become obsolete, and all citizens are but brothers and sisters to their guardians in government—those obese, comb-over politicians of corruption and name plates. That is the life of Julia.

Attack of the “Salami Slicers”: A brief history of Communist infiltraton in America

I am actually surprised when I meet a teacher or a college professor who does not believe in communism in some form or another, because most of them are what the KGB called “salami slicers.” “Salami slicers” is a term that was used in the 1969 publication by Victor Vashi called Red Primer for Children and Diplomats that described the peaceful coexistence between Communists and their opposition, while the true intention was to destroy their opposition with a two-way sneak attack. In the meat industry tiny parasites known as infiltrators are put inside the salami and eat out the center of the meat while everything looks normal on the outside.  In Vashi’s example this is what has been done–Communist infiltrators have been injected inside American culture while the Communists work on the outside. You can see the entire work of Vashi at this link:

http://thepeoplescube.com/peoples-tools/red-primer-for-children-and-diplomats-t2223.html

That link shows to what extent Communists wish to rule the world and in America, the “salami slicers” came from teachers educated in the 1950’s and 1960’s by implanted KGB agents. These impressionable youth who declared their lives to the art of teaching are today’s “progressive” which is simply a mask for Communism. That is why I am generally excited when I meet a teacher who is not a Communist/progressive. Most of them are softer variations of people like Bill Ayers shown here in a video just a few days old from the University of Oregon.

People like Ayers was created by their generation with KGB infiltration that McCarthy tried to warn us about in the 1950’s, which had been taking place right out in the open and everyone knew it. Before the “salami slicers” cut into the core of America and robbed our youth of their ability to spot a threat from within their midst’s, people like Bill Ayers had found themselves corrupted through the music, the literature, and the propaganda seeping subtly through the Hollywood entertainment machine. There were hearings to root out these “salami slicers” and a group called the “Hollywood Ten” went to jail for their Communist involvement. Sadly many Americans at the time believed that Communism should have been protected under the First Amendment, but those unfortunate souls did not understand the level of evil that Communism had in mind for America. So many came to the defense of the “Hollywood Ten” and would continue to support progressive causes for years thereafter. Bill Ayers is of this group of activists who decided that America was an imperial power that must be brought down. Little did he and thousands of other hippie, education types know, they were carrying out a plot designed by global Communists to end the American way of life.

I was lucky to grow up in a time when the schools had not yet been so infiltrated with “salami slicers” that people still were able to think and process information. When I was in my teenage years, Rocky 4 was all about fighting the great Soviet threat, and the movie Red Dawn showed Soviets landing in America and taking over our country. I remember vividly how these anxieties felt. As a kid I was a tremendous fan of the films by John Milius and Red Dawn was the film of my generation that attempted to let society know they needed to beware of the great Red threat of Communism.

But the threat did not come from the skies with parachutes and the occupation of troops on American soil. Instead they landed in America through our colleges and infested our youth with dreams of Communism and an end to imperial America without realizing they were cheerleading for a larger imperial threat, the Soviet Union.

Under the guidance of Ronald Regan the Soviet Union spent themselves into oblivion attempting to keep up with the capitalism of America. The Soviet Union watched their country disintegrated under financial collapse, a plan they are now using on America right now. But they did not worry, because the idea of Communism had already been planted, and the tactics outlined in the Red Primer for Children and Diplomats was well underway. Communism through the propaganda machine of the Soviet Union had spread into China, North Vietnam, North Korea, Central America and many Latin American countries to lesser degrees like Brazil and Venezuela along with Cuba directly to America’s south. These were the threats from the outside, the open Communist threats on the outside of the salami. They were the visible threat that America could send helicopters and troops to go and fight. But inside the salami were the “salami slicers” who were subverting American culture with teachers like Bill Ayers teaching our youth not to fight, to have a peaceful coexistence with the world, and to embrace global unification, to become pacifists. The goal of modern education was to create empty minds that would do what they were told and have the prime objectives to get drunk at BW3’s on a Saturday afternoon with friends and root for their favorite sports teams while the enemies of America ate away the inside of our country from within. The “salami slicers” have been busy for many years and have not just eaten away the meat of our country, but the brains of our people.

And little by little we have watched as our zombie-like American citizens sit by and drool from their mouths with inaction given to them in public education and their colleges where they cannot even recognize an enemy when they see it. Bill Ayers and his attackers of “salami slicers” have achieved much of what they set out to do nearly 50 years ago by the Communist desire to take over the entire planet. It’s happening right now with yet another news release of what is being planned for the American people revealed on the Alex Jones program.

Most of you reading this have probably never heard of Victor Vashi and his Red Primer for Children and Diplomats. You probably know very little about the McCarthy hearings but think they are bad because Matt Damon said they were bad, and you like Matt Damon—so whatever he says, you’ll believe. And you probably don’t know much about Bill Ayers, who just so happens to be a mentor to President Obama—the first President in American history who is obviously intent on fulfilling the goals of destroying the great American Empire once and for all, to fulfill a quest for global Communism that started before either one of those men were even born. They do what they do because they are “salami slicers” and their role was told in Vashi’s short comic produced from 1967-1969 in an attempt to wake Americans up to the destruction that was coming from within. But as we see in the world around us, the “salami slicers” have already eaten out much of the heart that was America.

That is why I am surprised to find a teacher in the education industry these days who is not a “salami slicer.” The sheer numbers of participants who openly advocate global socialism as a path to tyrannical Communism is just simply baffling unless it is considered that in universities all across America during the time of the McCarthy hearings of the 1950’s, the seeds were successfully planted in our education system, and after only 40 short years Communist infiltrators managed to do what trillions of dollars in military might could never buy them, a subversion of capitalism and the lingering strategy to convince all Americans to trade their freedoms in for chains, so that their “safety” could be guaranteed for the future. The emphasis of “safety” over “freedom” is the ultimate work of the “salami slicers,” leaving no core for America to grab on to. Like Bill Ayers said just a few days ago, it’s just a matter of time.

But not all of us have allowed these “salami slicers” into our minds to eat our brains. And so long as that is the case, there is always hope.  Personally, when I look for hope, I almost always turn to Uncle Walt.  Think of him next time you visit Disney world, or watch the great films produced by his famous company which is putting out Avengers this weekend.  His company may be “modernized” these days with employees who view themselves as “progressives” but good ol’ Disney was from a time before the “salami slicers” attacked, and he was one of the first to call them what they really were.  That’s how we can know just how much of our core has been eaten away, and why saying Communists have corrupted American culture is not a far off whim of fantasy, but a fact of sad reality displayed by the overwhelming evidence.

The “salami slicers” of your life are the people who tell you that this is all wrong, that this is all a right-winged conspiracy, that it’s “old-fashioned.” You can tell your enemy by those who use those types of words. They are your personal “salami slicers” and they are as common in your life as rain drops in a hurricane.

Lakota Wastes $100,000 on One Employee: A good article from Denise Wilson

Once again Denise Wilson of  The Pulse Journal shows that she is not eating out of the hand of the Lakota School System.  In my experience with Denise she has always been fair.  She’s been fair with me, and I think she has been fair with the school system.  Most recently though, she did a story on the outrageous sums of money that was spent on the Laura Kursman case which I’ve covered here extensively.  For my primary article on Laura’s case CLICK HERE.

But for the sake of credit to Denise Wilson’s article, here it is in case you have not yet seen it.  Just think how much tax money that was wasted on absolutely nothing–and the school did it for the same reason they do everything–it’s not their money, so it’s easy to spend.  And when they need more, they just twist the arm of the tax payers for more money.  Taxpayers of Lakota–look how the school system spends your money!

Meanwhile, Lakota is beginning their new “community engagement process”  CLICK HERE FOR MY TAKE.  Click the link below to see the report from Denise.

 http://www.pulsejournal.com/news/local-news/lakota-launches-community-engagement-process–1370142.html

The next levy campaign has officially began right on schedule, but at least you know dear reader–how and what Lakota spends its money on–and it isn’t kids.  It’s payoffs and hush money.  Just ask Laura Kursman.

The Kroger Survey: What do you think of Rich Hoffman?

Over the course of past school levy fights at Lakota I have been called, “mentally unstable,” a “wife beater,”(no basis in reality) a “psycho” and a “jackwagon” (whatever that is) – and a narcissist, among other things. These names came my way well before the release of my famous Enquirer article where I fired back at my political enemies by calling them “latte sipping prostitutes” which erupted into a glorified scandal all over Cincinnati. These names have been said about me for over two years now, and are now the source of my disapproval in funding my local school with even more taxes. When I first spoke out against the proposed levy in 2009-2010 I used moderate language that was quite respectful and found that I was called horrible names in online forums even then, which became so bad The Pulse Journal shut down their forum site. You can see some of these comments about me that took place recently on a site called Yappi where my name started coming up after the announcement of the Yes to Lakota Kids initiative. They have even went to the extent to describe me as another Timothy McVeigh which of course is the terrorist bomber who was convicted of blowing up the Oklahoma Federal Building. You can read all about it at the link below.

http://www.yappi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=236573&page=8&highlight=lakota+eas

At that link one posting jumped out at me as being particularly sensational. Apparently a person obviously close to the author went into the Kroger store in Liberty Twp and randomly asked people what they thought of me as they entered. The results of their “highly scientific” survey are below along with most of the original posting, which can be seen with all the other comments at the Yappi link. To my experience these comments represent very well the type of people who generally support school levies. Check it out:

What I now find funny, after opening up the Cincinnati Enquirer this morning is that the “No Lakota” group has dissociated itself from Hoffmann. Here is a bit more about that piece of news.

What is Mr. Hoffmann going to do now? It’s obvious that his level of intelligence is not up to a high standard. He also really seems to be mentally unbalanced. I fully believe that, as the mouthpiece for “No Lakota”, Mr. Hoffmann has been a paid spokesperson/lobbyist for the group. With the amount of time that he put into his efforts to defeat the levy coupled with the writing of his blog, he would seem to have time for little else – at least not a real job. I hope he doesn’t show up to any job interviews wearing his “wife beater” shirt. Poor little Rich is going to have to get a real job now. No more drawing a salary as a lobbyist.

I agree that there needs to be something done to address school funding issues. The problem of school funding affects all districts in Ohio. The larger districts are particularly affected. What I’ve never been able to understand about the “No Lakota” group is why some of their energy, as well as Mr. Hoffmann’s, weren’t channeled toward lobbying to make changes at the state level. The “No Lakota” group was founded by real estate people (Mark Sennet and others) and it would seem to me that they would realize the importance of a strong school system and what type of positive impacts it has on property values. Meanwhile, those that voted against the levy based on the advice of a “psycho” spokesperson probably didn’t realize that the value of their home and property will probably take a bigger hit than the additional tax dollars that they would be paying. If these real estate people were serious about having a positive impact on the real estate values in West Chester and Liberty Townships they would be trying to implement change at the state level.

In closing, I am going to list the results of an experiment that someone did at a Kroger store in Liberty Township. I thought this was interesting and it will give you a good idea of what a lot of people think about Mr. Hoffmann. You’ve all heard of word association games. Random people entering Kroger were asked to say the first thing that came to their mind when they heard the name of “Rich Hoffmann.” Many did not know who he was and some did not care to participate. A pretty good number of people did contribute. Here are some of the responses:

– Little man
– Straw man
– Genius (this guy was incoherent and wore a “wife beater” shirt similar to what Hoffmann wears on his videos)
– He’s a dolt
– Destructive to our community
– He has Napoleon’s Complex
– A little man with a little brain
– A smart guy (this guy also looked like a productive member of society. He appeared to be drunk at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday)
– I’d love to go mano-a-mano with him (I echo these sentiments – with or without the bullwhip!)
– What an idiot
– An ugly dude with an ugly agenda
– He really misogynic. I’m surprised the guy is married. I feel sorry for his wife
– Another guy wearing a “Hoffmann wife beater shirt” that didn’t comment but gave a thumbs-up
– He’s a really piece of work. The guy is a psycho
– The guy is a tool and a jackwagon

There were a lot more similar comments.

It is because of people like that, that I am now against public education, and against the levy system. The more I have learned the less I desire to support it with the taxes I already pay, let alone more. For me it started with a desire to just control costs. But as time went on and I read these kinds of comments about me I have decided to find every way possible to withdrawal any financial support from their organizations. I don’t want one dollar of my tax money to go to any employee or any supporters of a school system who writes and believes these types of things about me—who will go to a Kroger on a Saturday afternoon and attempt to smear my name.

Events like that survey did get back to me in the late days of January and early February and my response was well noted and appropriate. If it’s good for them, it’s good for me. But to call me a known terrorists and right-winged extremist is quite a stretch, which was said about me later on that particular thread. To attempt to paint me as an extremist who will bomb buildings and lash out at the Federal government with violence is precisely how the progressive party of public schools and liberal politics work when they find they can’t argue an issue because the facts are not on their side. They are the reasons for my desire to cut off funding to such organizations completely.

The acts I preach are not of violence against some entity like the government for public school, unless attacked first. Instead I seek to make tax payers aware that they hold all the cards and that they fund all this nonsense. For most people they fund their public schools not because they want to take care of tomorrow’s youth, or desire to be esteemed members of their communities. They do it so they don’t get ridiculed by political terrorism such as a person who goes to Kroger on a Saturday to ask people what they think of their political enemies.

Nobody on their side of the political aisle can explain to me why I am compelled to help them cover the cost of their child’s education. I don’t want to help financially a family who thinks that I’m a terrorist, and I certainly don’t want to help their child get an education. Why should I help anybody unless I want to? It is not my task to figure out when I wake up each morning how I am going to make people like me, and I certainly don’t jump through hoops to see that they do. I spend zero time each day thinking about what anyone else thinks of me. If people like the things I say, they tune in and read. If they don’t I won’t lose an ounce of sleep.

But I do not wish to support even with a few cents a day a person or a group of people who think so poorly of me. If they feel that way, that is their decision—their freedom of choice. But I am not compelled to give them the value of my earning in any way. I do not spend my afternoons slandering my political enemies at a Kroger store or any place else. I write my thoughts and communicate on the radio using the First Amendment to do what it’s supposed to do, and that is create dialogue to root out an idea.

To people who wish to extort through coercion and other means of pressure money from the public pockets so that they can carry on their silly government racket–my acts are as severe to them as blowing up a federal building–relative to their mentality. Because they are extremists who live off public money and they need my participation into their collectivism to have power, my desire to be removed from their looting scheme is a threat to their very existence. I do not wish to be in their collectivist society. I do not want their friendships, their approval, or their endorsements. I require absolutely nothing from them, and for that they call me a terrorist and multiple other derogatory terms. Because of my stance on living, and social participation is the greatest threat to their existence—because I do not need them–they think of me as the most sinister force they can imagine. And that makes me very proud.

It is not “popular” or “fashionable” to declare ones independence from the masses. Just because their opinion out-numbers my own does not make them right. It is possible to have 1 million or 1 billion people be completely wrong and only one person be right. A majority opinion does not mandate truth, or justice. It is simply mob rule and I’m not interested in that type of lifestyle, or teaching the modern children of America to live under those terms. America is a free country designed to protect the freedoms of individuals. Individuals will be drawn to their own friends who suit their interests and this happens naturally, without government interference. People are attracted to each other through aligned values. The advocates of public education such as the author of the above posting seek to remove value from society so that all people with empty heads will be drawn together by default in a grand scheme of equality—equally helpless, foolish, and conniving. I’m opposed to their approach—and will not support it. My lack of support does not require the action of a single other person. However, due to the shared values of many people who feel as I do–but are just not vocal about it–the school levies will continue to be defeated. I will not support more state funding so long as labor unions rule our education institutions. I will also not support a per pupil cost amount that is not driven downward with competition from schools who can educate better, and cheaper. And if the schools do manage to get a tax increase I expect to take back that looted value with declining property taxes through reassessment. These words from me to my political enemies are equivalent to the acts of Timothy McVeigh. On my end I do not seek to go out and attack any of them physically. My acts of terror are to deny them of money. If I take away their money, then what becomes of them? They revert to the colossal failures they truly are socially, parentally, and individually since they can no longer hide behind the money they’ve looted from society. That is when we can see who the bad guys really are, when they can no longer hide, and must show themselves for their true nature—which is quite disgusting. This is why I now stand against public education completely, is because these types of personalities need to be removed from any public debate before such an idea will ever be worthwhile to another generation of children. And right now they have equal value with me in the public debate only because they do it with looted money. Take that money away and those of true value can be seen for their true worth—which is greatly lacking.

The ACLU: Black Knights disguised as galliant freedom fighters

The ACLU advertises itself as being an organization that fights for the rights of the people and protects free speech. But the true nature of the ACLU agenda has roots that run deep into the gardens of society. And those gardens as they exist now are full of weeds pushed up by the ACLU.

A representative of the ACLU, an earnest man from the Ohio chapter, not too long ago spoke at a Tea Party event in southern Ohio, for the Liberty Township group, a satellite of the Cincinnati Tea Party. In his talk he was questioned about why the ACLU was suing Arizona for its new immigration law. The man then danced vigorously on the stage, even though there wasn’t any music.

He was of course not literally dancing, but was dancing with words which infuriated the Tea Party group, because it had become obvious he couldn’t give a straight answer. The audience wondered why a group named, the American Civil Liberties Union, didn’t represent the Americans terrorized by illegal immigrants and border violence, but chose to take a position in favor of people who weren’t even American citizens.

The credibility of the ACLU will always be in question. This is a group that gives legitimacy to groups like NAMBLA, the North American Man/Boy Love Association, but is shy to take up positions which favor the Second Amendment, hiding behind the Supreme Court case of United States v. Miller in 1939. In that case, the right to own a gun transported across state lines was attacked because it wasn’t a gun that could be used in a militia and the gun fell under commerce because it was transported from Oklahoma to Arkansas. Such legal dancing is routine, and is the embodiment of how our current case-law has drifted far from the original constitutional intentions. If the ACLU put the same energy into defending Second Amendment rights, or 10th Amendment rights instead of groups like NAMBLA, we might have a much different country that more accurately represents what the founders envisioned.

But the ACLU has chosen to walk down the road that has had more influence on our constitution than most any organization, and they’ve done it by forming case-law around issues like homosexual rights in the military, or the right of a man to lust after a young boy. As a group of only 500,000 members it generates over $85 million in revenue. This makes it a cleverly disguised lobby group for some of the more radical members of our society that have indirectly attacked the principles of our constitution. And this lobby group is attacking elements of our country like cancer cells do to the human body.

The ACLU has been routinely affiliated with communists. In 1940, they formally banned communists from the organization, even though the founder, Roger Baldwin was a former supporter of communism, in order to give an appearance of neutrality in legal cases. Bernadine Dohrn, leader of the Weather Underground and wife of Bill Ayers was a legal researcher in 1990 and 1991. She is one that took a stand of support for the violence of Charlie Manson during the Helter Skelter issue. With such people in the ACLU, is it any surprise that the ACLU opposes capital punishment because of its ultimate denial of civil liberties? Charles Manson’s trial expenditure came to over $770,000 and his cost of imprisonment has cost tax payers more than $644,000. In such a clear-cut case, such as the Manson issue, why has he been allowed to burden our tax system, along with thousands like him? The ACLU is proud that it takes on any client without judgment. But what the ACLU leaves in its wake is a path of destructive case law that cripples our legal system.

Was it such a great victory for free speech to have the Ten Commandments removed from the courthouses of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky, when so much of our country was founded on principles of divine trust and guidance? The ACLU successfully attacked The Ten Commandments, but is silent on the violation of the 10th Amendment over the Health Care Bill. Our Constitution is a uniquely profound document. It has produced the greatest country on the face of the earth in known history. However, it allows groups like the ACLU to exist because of the Constitution, even if the intent of the ACLU is to subtly attack the founding document and reshape it into something more akin to The Communist Manifesto.

Beware of those white knights that proclaim to help, such as how the ACLU portrays itself. They may actually use the guise of goodness as a way to get behind our defenses and destroy everything from within. And the well-intentioned speaker from the Ohio Chapter, bright-eyed and believing that he is the champion for the weak, and defender of the Constitution…..that is why we have the Second Amendment. We don’t need the ACLU. It’s time to tend to our garden and start pulling the weeds, so the flowers can bloom. And it’s time to spread some mulch so the weeds can be choked off from the sunlight, and stop growing. Once all the weeds are gone, and we can see our garden again, we’ll be surprised at how robust that garden flourishes.

In the garden of America it is groups like the ACLU, NAMBLA, Teacher’s unions, lawyers in general, multi-term politicians and presidents who want to be remembered as kings who are our weeds, and it’s time now to remove them from our landscape.

The Magic 100: The controversial Scott Sloan interview with Rich Hoffman

I was so angry with so many people over the attempt to eliminate me from the political scene by the progressive education funding apologists that I had made a decision to turn up the heat even more and get personal in the levy fights at Lakota–so I called my political enemies “latte sipping prostitutes” and described how and why which became all the rage in Cincinnati.  (CLICK HERE TO REVIEW). I had made a decision to break away from the orthodox approach and get even nastier since it became evident that the Lakota school system did not respect the wishes of the voting public and were positioning themselves for a fourth levy attempt, so I didn’t even listen to the interview I did for Scott Sloan’s show on 700 WLW during his morning program, which was very controversial, and difficult for me personally. It was strange to be referred  to as a sexist, a woman-hater, and an activist on the same rhetorical level as a “Wall Street Occupier” making the interview shown below one of the most difficult I’ve ever given. In the interview at one point Scott stated that I had weakened my argument by yelling louder than the pro levy factions. But I didn’t agree. I yelled louder than my political enemies for the same reason a parent yells over screaming, disrespectful children—to get their attention and let them know that their behavior is intolerable. The pro levy people attempted to take my very targeted comments and apply them to all women of the world—especially Lakota, because it diffuses the attention away from the groups I had in mind. It’s an old strategy that has worked to advance many radical agendas over the years, and it was surreal to find myself involved in the middle one. But deep inside I knew I was saying what everyone was already thinking—but dared not speak for fear of ridicule—such as what I experienced during this very difficult interview. Click the video to listen.

I knew as I hung up the phone that most people understood what was happening by the way the Enquirer article was quoted, the way that it aligned itself as a paper with the public relations intentions of the Lakota school system.  I knew my supporters would see this event as the political assassination attempt that it was. I knew such an attempt had been in the works for quite a long time, and that it was initiated by a sitting school board member to eliminate me from the political scene. I knew that other school board members were attempting to break bread with my friends at No Lakota Levy to soften our resolve against their reckless financial proposals. And I also knew that financially strong community advocates were putting serious pressure on several business owners through the Lakota school district to weaken their stance supporting No Lakota Levy. That pressure gave rise to the scholarship foundation mentioned in the interview which was not expected by the pro levy groups at Lakota and set off a violent reaction which prompted this character assassination attempt against me. The hard-core levy supporters who were the targets of my comments knew that if I were involved in taking away their extortion measures with a positive community campaign that they would lose their stranglehold on the district so they came after me with all guns blazing.

But you never quite know who is on your side until you face a crisis, and as Scott and I parted ways after that interview I had a sense of where the weak links were on my side quickly, and I had to decide to completely rebuild my efforts alone. Given the way the Cincinnati media quickly piled up against me biting down on the hook cast into the water by the pro levy, pro union, progressive feminists, it appeared that I would be fighting in the future differently—which I was prepared to do. So I didn’t listen to the interview, or read the paper, and haven’t now for over a month.

But something unexpected happened almost immediately following my interview with Scott Sloan. People were pulling me aside, men and women, and were—thanking me. At first it was just a couple of bold personalities who I thought were just trying to encourage me not to give up the fight, which was never in danger anyway. But from their perspective, they were concerned. In the days after, leading all the way up to yesterday—at gas pumps, restaurants, meetings, community events—there have been many people who have personally came up to me and thanked me for speaking on their behalf against “the mob” as they termed it. So many people approached me in the weeks that followed with such statements that I decided if 100 people came to me and thanked me for my very aggressive comments lambasting the pro levy government education supporters then I’d go back and listen to the Scott Sloan broadcast and post it here on Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom.

Yesterday I heard from my 100th person, a man who told me that it was about time that someone stand up to those cackling hens who think they can cheerlead all of society right down the crapper. I will admit that these comments were relieving, because you just never know. I knew my comments would get attention, which is why I made them, but I wasn’t sure they would be successful solidifying how many people really feel about being openly scammed by progressive social engineers attempting to do to our communities what they do on the national stage.

In fact it was a woman who told me just a few hours after my interview with Scott Sloan that I said 90% of what everyone already thought and that she knew I didn’t mean all women when I made my statements. She recognized that the targets of my comments had no other defense but to attempt to pull all women into their quicksand just as they’ve done over the entire feminist movement. The man yesterday told me that the “bitches had it coming” and he hoped that I would continue to call those progressive terrorists out by name as I did in the interview above.

What these pro levy people, and progressive activists don’t know is something that I only suspected at the beginning of that Scott Sloan interview—was that millions upon millions of people are frustrated and tired of the crying diatribes that many progressive activists use to advance their cause. In the case at Lakota it’s the radical mothers who are in the minority but seem unable to isolate their protective instincts from the logic of reason regarding funding decisions that affect the entire community—young and old alike. The radicals of my community are not unlike the racial radicals in Florida who want Zimmerman crucified to solve some social ill they are trying to advance in yet another progressive platform using the unfortunate death of a black child as their launch pad. Nobody in the media calls them progressives parasites for using a grieving family as a key to manipulating an entire society, but most reasonable Americans can see the sham for what it is—but they are taught by society to keep their comments to themselves otherwise they will be attacked—like I was.

I have spoken to many more hundreds, if not thousands of anti-levy supporters who are truly scared to speak out in public because they do not want the wrath of the activists to publicly humiliate them or their children. In the last campaign there were a lot of emails and personal correspondence where people showed their support of No Lakota Levy but did not want a sign in their yard because they were afraid they’d become targets by the radicals in our community who will stop at nothing to extort more money from the public to satisfy their unrelenting appetites for safety, security, and as much money as possible to throw at their children hoping it will overcompensate for their parental inadequacies. And a selfish labor force of union employees is all too willing to exploit this naive group of activists to loot more money for themselves. The rest of the community is far more experienced in business and in raising families and we can only shake our heads at the sheer stupidity of the whole scam. So when a person like me says what everyone is already thinking, it’s a feeling of relief, not shame that is the dominate emotion.

I had been keeping a count since March 15th of these people who thanked me, and the best one was last week, number 94. I was getting gas and a car pulled up across the pump from me. It was a Lexus and a businessman got out, someone who looked to me like he had children in the district and was a pro levy type of supporter. I noticed he kept looking at me as he pumped his gas–as if he were working up the courage to speak to me. As I finished up and was getting back on my bike, he stopped pumping and approached me. “Excuse me, but are you Rich Hoffman?”

“Yes I am,” I replied.

He smiled as though relieved. “I have wanted to contact you for a while now—I just want to say—thank you.”

I smiled as he shook my hand. “For what?”

“For putting those God damn, bitches in their place. For striking back at those Lakota Fu**kers and standing up for the rest of us the way you do. What you said took serious balls.”

I was shocked to hear him talk this way at a gas pump in the early morning before most people even had a cup of coffee. And he didn’t look like the type of person who would use such language. He was very animated. “Thanks,” was the only thing I could think to say. I looked at his hand and saw he wore a wedding band. “Does your wife share your beliefs?”

“She was the one who told me about you. She reads your blog every single night before she comes to bed. She’s very much a fan.”

“Well, that’s good to hear. You have no idea,” I replied.

Our conversation evolved into many other topics centering on his family and Lakota. He railed on about how high the taxes were and how dangerous it was for a small group of levy supporters to have so much manipulative power over a community of over 100,000 residents. We both agreed that it is done through extortion and force.

He left in his Lexus as I put my weather gear back on for my motorcycle ride feeling good inside. It is always good to hear when people see through the games being played to the essence of a situation. In this case, I had thought the man would be a levy supporter, not a guy on my side of politics. So he surprised me. In the wake of the March 15th broadcast on 700 WLW I learned that my frustration spoke on behalf of many thousands if the sample of 100 could be such an indicator. If 100 people went out of their way to tell me how they felt, there are no doubt 10 for every one of them who thought about approaching me, but didn’t. I like that math, and more than that, it is nice to see people finding their courage and beginning to call these progressive terrorists what they really are.

For too long we’ve all been too polite, too sensitive, too lack-luster. We admire characters in movies and TV shows that act boldly in their lives, but we find often we chastise the behavior in real life. And the enemies of America know we have this tendency, so they openly exploit our weakness with social terrorism. The way to counter that terrorism is with doses of it back in their direction. If the weapons they use are peer pressure manipulation through name calling and attacks on social and economic status in an effort to control political behavior, then it can work against them also. After trying everything else but that strategy I decided to turn up the heat and throw back at the social terrorists of my community the type of rhetoric they had been dishing out using my own special flare. I told those levy supporters what I thought about them. I was honest. And honesty is not something that we should ever apologize for. Sometimes it might hurt what we say and think, sometimes we might feel the situation wrongly, but the exchange of dialogue is necessary and when reason is not the governing factor, then fire must be fought with fire. In a raging inferno, water just evaporates to mist. That is what happens to the facts we present in the school levy fights. They come out of the hose cool, but the raging tempers of the estrogen driven radicals confusing biological protection for their young with endless financial justification for ever higher taxes becomes nullified at the point of attack—so a new strategy must be utilized.

For those 100 supporters over the last month who have given me that much-needed support, I thank you. It is hard to do anything that goes against the norm, especially when the strategy of your political enemies is to handcuff criticism of their actions with political correctness. This has taken away the ability of people to call things what they actually are. So when I decided to call the situation as I saw it, there was a risk that I might do what Scott Sloan suggested and that is lose supporters and validity in my arguments. And on that day as I hung up the phone I wondered if I had crossed the line. But over the last month, I realized that I hadn’t—that my descriptive terms were deserved, and appreciated by many people who feel run over by a process that can only be described as tyrannical. Fights like this one are not won by playing nicely while the other party kicks at your knees or groin. To win these fights you have to be willing to play every bit as dirty as they are—even harder. Because they have shown that they will not listen to reason, that they do not respect the opinions of the community majority, and will stop at nothing to satisfy their internal neurosis. So to the magic 100, thank you for letting me know you thought I did the right thing. It means a lot.
