Arlington Heights Police Hide: Crimes hidden behind a veil of fear

If there was any doubt that the whole intention of the Arlington Heights Police force was to make money for the cronyism being conducted at the mayor’s court, then those suspicions can be put to rest. Within hours of Brendan Keefe’s I-Team report on the money being robbed from the mayor’s court generated by traffic citations, Arlington Heights announced that they would be suspending their radar enforcement along I-75. Such a move is the clear indicator of what the purpose of speed enforcement had always been—and that was to generate extra money that Arlington Heights used to balance their community budget, and to skim some off the top for personal use.

The same tricks that the public employees of Arlington Heights used in the wake of this announcement are the same ones that the public employees use in our local schools. Arlington Heights police have declared that due to the public outcry over the corruption going on within the police department and mayor’s court, that the highways would be “less safe” without the aggressive speed enforcement that has taken place in that area for many years. Such a comment sounds exactly like the statements made by public education officials when they come under fire for a controversy.

Suddenly public employees working for Arlington Heights and the other satellite districts are concerned that the same light of investigation might shine their way and were angry at Brendan Keefe for telling the story declaring that he was intentionally trying to place innocent people in danger by removing cops off the street. These fear tacticians of public employment always use the same methods, and when they get caught doing something wrong rely on “public safety” as their reason for existence. They will argue that without their work society will somehow fall off the face of the earth. They imply that they should be immune from public scrutiny because their jobs are “essential” to public welfare.

When that method does not work the public employees and their supporters will refer to their critics as “angry” people. They will say that Brendan Keefe is angry at the police which was why he did the investigation to begin with. They hope to apply pressure on him to not conduct such investigations in the future. I have personally heard every version of the “angry guy” defense from public employees due to my constant pressure over public education issues that cost a lot of tax money and hide many crimes putting institutional credence of the collective over individual liberty with often devastating results. For a sample, check out the City Beat article they did about me recently and notice the tone of their article, the slant they chose to use as a way to paint me in a negative way.

http://www.citybeat.com/cincinnati/blog-3137-lakota_anti_tax_spok.html

It is unlikely that the writers at City Beat working closely with Michael Clark at the Cincinnati Enquirer read from a progressive playbook when they wrote their article about me. Instead they worked from their cultural understanding which is in part shaped by the types of public employees working in Arlington Heights, or virtually any public school. The intention of the City Beat article was to point out to the more “progressive” thinkers in our society that I am a crazy out-of-touch cowboy wearing, whip cracker who has crossed the line and lost all his friends. The belief of those who wrote and participated in that article was that I’d be labeled a lone loon for all my days. Of a particular note, many of my political enemies describe my articles as “rants” that are too long winded. The truth to their comments is that they cannot match those articles with equal thoughts of their own, so they resort to calling them “rants” in an attempt to diminish the content and steer people away from the material I present.

The truth behind many of these news organizations both legitimate and entertainment oriented like City Beat is that they HATE Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom because they cannot dispute the articles I write there. They also cannot compete. People have asked me if I was angry at Michael Clark for the way he attempted to portray me and I replied that I’m not. All the parties behaved exactly as they were supposed to, and was planned out well in advance.  Clark was under pressure from Lakota Schools to not give me so much media coverage because the school could not match me in interviews. With all the changes at the Enquirer, Clark is fighting for his job. Unfortunately traditional papers view my Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom as competition, and their writers get frustrated that they are not allowed to cover the news aggressively. They cannot do as I do which is report the wages, and corruption that has went on in the schools, because the editorial department is more concerned about covering up the ugly stories in favor of telling the happy ones. This is why The Enquirer and City Beat is seeing declining readership because more and more people are getting their news from internet sources—like my blog site. So they took a shot at me, and they missed terribly.

The gamble from The Enquirer and City Beat working with the Lakota School System was to cause me so much embarrassment that I would reel from the public pressure. What they didn’t know was that most people in my community thought the exact same things as I did, and had been waiting for many years for someone to say what they were already thinking. Once I had put words to the thoughts of over 20,000 stressed out tax payers, the realization had come that the plan had backfired. For many reasons related to the events of the City Beat story, Lakota pulled their levy plans in much the same way that the Arlington Police Department pulled their patrols cars from continuing with their controversial speed trap.

The goal of the social ridicule is to prevent people like Brendan Keefe from investigating the crimes that are committed right under everyone’s nose. Most people know these crimes are being done, but they have been conditioned by ridicule to keep their mouths shut, because they don’t want to be scorned the way I was in City Beat, or the Enquirer. I was told when I wrote my controversial articles that “they” would come after me. I was told this by my friends who were very politically savvy. My response was that I invited the attack, because I was tired of dancing around the issue and wanted to strike first for a change instead of reacting to the acts of others. I estimated that people would appreciate my comments because nobody says things like that, but everyone thinks them. I thought it was time to put the thoughts on the table so the levy advocate people would know what society thought about them. The news articles attempted to paint me as a crazy radical in the hopes that the people who read me would feel the guilt of their own thoughts and would push deep down inside their own opinions, which mirrored my own. As it turned out, I was right and my political opponents were wrong.

If Brendan Keefe at Channel 9 News had not had the guts to investigate the story at Arlington Heights, the cops would still be pillaging motorists with immunity, just as they have for over a decade. Thankfully, Brendan is taking the criticism from the public employee out-cry over safety boldly. The public employees involved in this Arlington Heights case hope to knock Brendan down as a warning to other reporters who might dig too deeply. If Channel 9 sticks behind Brendan’s reporting they will discover that more viewers will tune in to 9 News than will turn away, and politicians will suddenly run for cover when they see Brendan coming. That’s how you know who the bad guys are, and what they’re up to—they are the ones who hide when someone turns on the lights. They are also the ones who declare foul when someone calls them on their crimes. The network of sinister nepotism is revealed when the cries for public ridicule erupts as it is now in Arlington Heights. The guilty parties are the ones who cry foul the loudest.

I have given just a couple of examples of what happens when corrupt organizations are revealed for what they truly are. Those who are up to no good will avoid the questions and attempt to attack the investigator with social disgrace. But if the investigator does not care about the public disgrace, they will find that corruption cannot defend their positions and must surrender. This power has always been in the hands of the press, but they have not used it. Instead they have climbed into bed with corruption by allowing it to continue without doing their jobs. They elected to play nicely with those who are up to no good, instead of holding their feet to the fire. Bad politicians, bad companies, and bad people have been allowed to feed off the good and innocent for too long because people in general—particularly in the press—lack personal courage, and care too much what others think of them. They do not want to suffer through the unpleasant ordeal of not being “liked,” so they stay away from controversy. But, the rewards in this life are in the controversy as long as the investigator is moral, and after the truth for the sake of truth.

The world would be so much better if there were more people like Brendan Keefe. Politicians wouldn’t be so quick to openly steal from tax payers, and cops wouldn’t feel they can use speed traps as their personal ATM machine. Bad people would not be so quick to exploit the weak and innocent. In the case of our modern times, all it takes for evil to prosper, is for good people to do nothing, which is how Arlington Heights and other public organizations for generations have openly looted the American public making government the joke of social conversation. But that conversation stayed away from public discourse because most people feel they weren’t allowed to say as much for fear of being singled out with derision.

My advice to everyone reading this is to break the unspoken rules of “proper” behavior and let the scum bags of this world know what they are. Don’t let them hide behind fancy titles, and thick office doors. Don’t listen to their lies, and be angry at yourself latter for not having the courage to say something when it mattered. As shown all it takes is a demand for the truth to take the cops off the highways of their extortion racket in Arlington Heights. The truth can stop a public school with a multi-million dollar budget and the thick claws organized labor running deep within it. The truth can bring down presidents, Department of Justice employees, company CEO’s or even the highest ranking military official, because the truth is more powerful in a society of scum bags than all the guns of the world. Yet people don’t use the truth because they fear being made fun of—or being called names in public. And they don’t tend to rant with long blog postings of their own because they are afraid some punk 25-year-old bar hopping kid at City Beat might put the Latin word (sic) after the improper use of ‘s in the word “husband’s” instead of “husbands.” They worry that someone might say they cannot write, or that their opinion is silly, and “uneducated.” They do not trust their inner most thoughts that scream for action when society has said to contain those emotions. It was society that created these laws so the unjust among us can escape their crimes as they did in Arlington Heights for decades openly stealing from thousands of people without a single person standing up for themselves until Brendan Keefe came to the small town with his microphone and his TV camera and wasn’t afraid to use it. Once he did, the guilty scrambled for cover and attempted to hide their actions from the eyes of the public, but discovered too late that they were already caught. If more good people acted this way, it would only take a fraction of them to remove from all of society most of the evil that currently thrives like a parasitic organism against all that is right in the world. All that is needed to defeat the kind of corruption going on in Arlington Heights is the truth, and for people to not be afraid to speak it, or act on it.

Oh, and Danny Cross, author of the City Beat article against me I can use the word (sic) too. Danny wrote:

Local angry guy Rich Hoffman should have stuck closer to the Glen (sic) Beck style that made Butler County Tea Partiers like him — too much Rush Limbaugh got the bull whip performer ousted today by the local organization he helped start.

Just in case you didn’t know it Danny, you spelled Glenn’s name incorrectly. And you can’t be ousted by an organization that you run. People may turn away from you, but you can’t be fired. That’s why all the information I put up on the school levies are still online and I have more supporters behind me now than I did before that Enquirer article came out. That’s what you call, “smart” marketing, kid.

Highway Robbery in Arlington Heights: Thank goodness for Brendan Keefe

Not all cops are bad.  But a fair percentage are, and for over 10 years in front of everyone’s eyes the small community of Arlington Heights, Ohio—the land between the north and southbound lanes of I-75 just south of the GE Evendale plant–have been handing out 20 times the number of traffic citations for a Ohio community and employees of the police and court system have been pocketing the money to take elaborate vacations and buy expensive cars.  In some cases the money went to buying girl friends large rings and other extravagances all on the backs of traffic citations.  Brendan Keefe of Channel 9 News did an I-Team investigation on this issue which can be seen at the video and link below.  The information I just stated are leaks of the kind of items that the money stolen from traffic citation money was spent on.  Some of that information will soon come out from a special audit conducted by David Yost which is now in the hands of Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters who will bring the case before a grand jury at the end of July.  Based on early indications a mother and her daughter who worked as the clerk of courts will be charged for the theft.

http://www.wcpo.com/dpp/news/local_news/investigations/i-team-arlington-heights-knew-its-employees-were-pocketing-speeding-fines

It is because of a few courageous individuals that this case is even being talked about.  Most of the time, a crime of such open theft of public money is not as egregiously abused as it has been in this case in Arlington Heights. Every community has its share of bad apples and crooked cops.  But the important thing to understand is that society must always be on the lookout for these scoundrels and understand that they are a constant menace to society.  It is because of these “bad apples” that government can never be trusted completely to do anything, because there will always be a number of employees who work within any system who will lie, cheat, and steal to feather their own nests at the expense of others.

Because of the threat of such people, good people must always keep a watchful eye out for these scum bags so that they don’t abuse their power.  Often however, even the good are powerless to do anything about such crimes as is the case in Arlington Heights where the theft was participated in by many public employees, so there was no desire to stop the thieving behavior.   Way back in 2002 police Chief Mark Groteke began questioning where all the money being taken in from traffic citations was going—because it wasn’t making it to the Mayors Court bank account.  He attempted to blow the whistle in a letter to the mayor at the time, but there was no desire to investigate the crimes.  The obvious reason was because the traffic court in Arlington Heights was using fines collected from traffic citations as their personal ATM machines, and simply pocketed the money as supplemental income.

The irony for me upon hearing this story is that the Arlington Heights case virtually mirrors the plotline of my newest book Tail of the Dragon which deals with this very issue of police abusing motorists in order to raise money for their personal interests.  In my story they pick on the wrong guy, and all hell breaks loose.  But in real life, it appears that the people who live in Arlington Heights were too afraid of the local police to call them out on the scam, because it seems the entire neighborhood knew about the situation and did nothing about it.

Thousands upon thousands of motorists were pulled over by Arlington Heights police, showed up to pay their fines with cash, check or credit card.  Most people suspect that the citation scam on most any roadway in the nation is simply designed to generate revenue for the local courts, but the proof is often hard to validate because it is law enforcement that would have to carry out the investigation.  In Ohio a portion of all fines generated go to the state and according to records state auditors noticed that $40,654 was missing.  Based on the knowledge of the state share in the potential fines, this is how it was discovered that $262,000 was completely missing from the Arlington Heights Mayors Court accounting.

According to former police chief Groteke Arlington Heights officers would take the deposits collected from the mayor’s court to the bank.  Most of the time the money was in the form of checks and money orders, but sometimes it was in cash.  He discovered when he would issue arrest warrants for suspects he had on record who had not paid their fines, that when arrested, they would declare that they were innocent and had paid their tickets in cash.  That’s when he realized that the cash had been stolen by public employees with access to the funds from the mayor’s court.

The situation in Arlington Heights is one of the most grotesque in the entire nation.  The abuse is obvious, and everyone has known about it.  It’s a story breaking now because Brendan Keefe went to the trouble to do a very good investigation.  But even in this very obvious situation, public employees from the mayor all the way down to traffic cop covered it up for over a decade.  In most small towns, and big cities, crimes every bit as audacious as what has been happening in Arlington Heights are going on right now, and the crimes happened because there is nowhere to turn, no law to trust—as cops are for most people the highest authority they deal with.  So when a cop pulls over a driver for a traffic violation under the guise of safety, the driver has no choice but to pay the money if they are told.  If the driver refuses they will be forced to pay the money one way or the other because the legal system will turn its might against them until they get their money from the driver.

The Arlington Heights situation is proof that traffic court is not about safety, and it is not about law enforcement.  Traffic court is about generating revenue for the court system, the attorneys, the insurance companies and the politicians who write the laws that are meant to be enforced.  The law enforcement officers can then pull over anyone they wish since no one person can possibly know if they are in violation of a law or not, so virtually all people everywhere are potential targets of this massive extortion scheme.  In Arlington Heights the law enforcement officers took the whole process one step too far too many times for too many years.  They actually took money out of the bank deposits so that the parasites upstream didn’t get their take of the loot.  It appears that when police officers needed more money for a new car, or a vacation, they simply pulled over more people so they could collect fines on the record or off the record in the form of pay-offs.

The worst aspect of this story is that the evidence of power abuse is obvious, yet it is these very same people who would go door to door under issues of martial law and are supposed to be trusted with our lives and property who have committed these acts.  It is obvious that law enforcement cannot be trusted with such responsibility and should never be given authority under any circumstance.  This is what the NDAA Act does which President Obama signed into law on New Year’s Eve this past year, he gave law enforcement complete authority over every American life upon his command—and it is these types of people who will abuse such a power without fear.  In this case the primary thieves appear to be a mother—daughter team employed as clerks in the court.  But the police officers are the ones who did the pulling over, and the courts processed the citations even when alarms were being raised by the police chief.

In the end it isn’t just a mother and daughter clerk of courts who robbed thousands of dollars from the citizens in and around Arlington Heights.  This case is about the crimes that come wherever the money tree of taxes grow.  Everyone wants to shake that tree of everything it has and they expect new fruit to always appear no matter how hard they shake it.  Without question this story goes well beyond the clerk of courts employees who will be charged.  They are simply the parts of the story that can be proven in the paper trail.  No prosecutor in their right mind would dig too deeply, since similar scandals are most likely happening right in their very offices right now.  So in this Arlington Heights case it will be the employees in the clerk of courts office who pay most dearly, perhaps even the mayor.  Everyone else will cover their ass and lay low for a while before attempting to take to the streets yet again to churn up the money machine that is the traffic writing citation industry.

This story would have went nowhere if not for Brendan Keefe at Channel 9 news and the very good I-Team reporting that they do there.  It would be wonderful if every reporter was like Brendan.  (SEE HIS GREAT STORY ON SUPERINTENDENTS HERE) If there were more reporters doing the kind of investigative reporting shown in that I-Team report, corruption in government would be a rarity, rather than a common activity.  Instead, corruption is rampant as a majority of society—reporters included—hide in the shadows and allow sinister behavior to perpetuate unchecked.  That is how Arlington Heights has managed to use traffic citations for over a decade as their personal ATM machines using unjust taxation to supplement their very lucrative public employee incomes.

The Drumbeat of an Addict: Running with the bulls in Spain.

The picture shown here is from a Lakota school levy attempt 8 years ago and was taken in Keener Park during a pumpkin festival. Back then, when there was no organized tax increase opposition, the pro levy advocates roamed the neighborhoods of West Chester and Liberty Twp., with immunity. In this case Joan Powell, and Jamie Green were in the back of the van and poured out upon arrival to the park. Ushering in these school board members seeking election was a small army of pro levy advocates who immediately set up a make-shift booth to pass out pro-levy material for the school. These volunteers worked directly with these pro levy school board members and are evidence from the past of how school board members of today are stacked by pro tax factions to always seek tax increases instead of proper management of financial resources.

This is an important distinction because Joan Powell until Christmas of 2011 was the school board president who helped usher in the 5th levy attempt during her tenure with the Lakota school system within a decade. And Jamie Green had run again to be on the Lakota School Board during the November 2011 elections, but luckily did not get voted in since she was and still is a pro tax increase advocate. For many who have lived in the Lakota district for a long time, like myself, I remember vividly the tricks of the past, and have watched how these people have attempted to use time and distance to suppress their true intentions, which is to serve the local teacher union interest with blind obedience. In Joan’s case, who works as a real estate agent, passing school levies mean easy home sales since most agents use “good schools” and “levy passage” as selling points to new home buyers with young children moving into a district. But the real villains in these cases are not the school board members looking for an edge to their livelihoods, it’s the well-intentioned pro levy advocate who believes with every cell in their bodies that they are truly doing what is right for the children of their community—which is to throw money at public education without end to fill the voids they lack as parents.

I have watched these people behave for a long time, and it is time to properly identify the type of pro levy supporter that these radical tax increase advocates are so we can guard against them. In Lakota we do not have to worry about a levy for a while, but other districts around Ohio will, and they need to know what they are dealing with so they can combat the efforts of the pro levy advocate.

Typically, the parents who volunteer with such extreme vigor as those who pass out pro levy literature are selfish individuals lacking self-esteem. They seek redemption for their ineffective lives by extracting from the collective their resources so the levy advocate can then pass those resources on to education professionals. The levy advocate believes inaccurately that they are helping children with these actions, so they pursue the action with vigor. But their effort is the same as those who claim to be on a diet yet order high calorie meals rationalized with a diet soda. They are lying to themselves.

As I say this the new Superintendent at Mason Schools Kist-Kline, wife of the recently departed Principal of Lakota East Keith Kline, was running with the bulls in Spain recently. Life is tough for professional educators who have all summer off, and have the six figure salaries to participate in such activities while only working 9 months out of the year. Also, Monroe Schools Superintendent Elizabeth Lolli has warned that if their levy fails in August the district will sink down a black hole to oblivion. Of course the August levy attempt is an old trick that hopes only the radical levy volunteers through their door to door antics can get out more voters than those who oppose the higher taxes, because they are too busy with their lives to even know there’s an August election. The levy addicts hope that there is a low voter turnout in August while the public employees and their minions of fearful propaganda get out the vote from their side.

The pro levy addict ignores the fact that these schools have dug themselves into a financial hole with outrageous salary demands, and benefit packages. The reality of these public employees is grossly distorted. The levy addict does not question why Kist-Kline is vacationing in Spain with her six figure salary while her husband now in West-Clermont is also making a six figure salary as an assistant superintend, so as a family they are raking in the tax payer dollars for positions that are next to useless. But this is the education culture we are talking about, where the employees through their labor unions have given themselves raises by propping up school board members who eat out of their hand like what has happened at Lakota with Joan Powell and Jamie Green for most of the last decade. Those school board members worked with the levy addicts to push for tax increases, and they caused the financial problems they currently are experiencing by not managing their finances along the way. Monroe is pretending to be concerned about their finances by suing their previous treasurer for leaving the district in terrible debt, but the reality is Monroe allowed the situation to get out of control by not managing their labor salaries along the way.

The education employees gleefully position themselves behind the neurotic levy advocate who believes they are saving the world by advocating blind financial contributions to children. The levy addict is most often a failed person in their own regard and seeks redemption through their children, which the child of course resents. The arrogance of the levy advocate is seen by all yet they take the message of “voting for tax increases for the children” to the ballot box because it is the levy addict whose message is heard loudest and most often even if inside the person behind the message is a laughing-stock measured by credibility.

Often from these levy advocates the mantra is “save the children” but what they really men is “save me.” They are in need of saving because of their worthless existences, and like the politician they seek immortality and life meaning by seeing their name on some worthless legislation to prove that they once roamed the planet and fought on behalf of children. But the levee addict knows nothing of children other than how to pour orange juice or provide basic commands. The children of these addicts laugh inwardly at the behavior and will grow up to resent their personal embarrassments known as parents. The kids know what the parents do not—and that is a scholarship to play sports in college is simply another entertainer in the gladiator pit of American sports. The mob will watch the games with mild amusement while they eat nachos and drink soda. The meaning of the work is worthless, yet the levee addict holds these options in the highest esteem because their own lives are so void of meaning that they require public acceptance in the form of institutional merit to measure their soiled lives since inner guidance has left their minds for as long as they can remember.

If the path to hell was paved with good intentions, it is the levee addict who drives the steam roller. All other parties get behind the steam roller and follow on their way to those fiery lands of Satan’s folly, all the while singing church songs such as “Onward Christian Soldiers.” It starts by passing out the levy support buttons. Then it continues with pamphlets, flyers, and bumper stickers. “Save the children, vote for your local school levee.” Behind that message of panic driven mucus the looters of government rely, and plan their vacations to socialist countries like Spain, and France, just like the out-of-touch actor who has the disposable income to travel the world, then brings back to America envious questions as to why our nation cannot be as “enlightened” as their vacation destinations. They don’t see the underside of those socialist countries because they have not been forced to see it, since they have built their wealthy lives on the backs of the levee addicts need for a “social high,” for another “hit” of public acceptance, for the false belief that one more hour of public school, or one more elective can save their children from a life of doom that they are already sentenced to just from being born of the levy addicts body. The poor children are condemned for all time to mimic their parents and will surely become addicts themselves when they grow up and put the rebellions of youth behind them.

Many drunken orgies and the honor of many young women were taken or given away by the desire for children to distance themselves from their levy addict parents—in a hope that they will live their own lives their way. What the children discover too late is that little piece of their soul they give up in those epic failures of social embarrassment so cheerfully surrendered with a desire for public acceptance that was the gateway drug and took them on a similar path as their levy addict parents. They too will become levy addicts when they have children of their own, and thousands of social parasites will move in behind their efforts to collect the gold that falls from their overflowing pockets.

It’s not wrong to visit Spain, or France or any other country and participate in some dangerous activity there in hopes the Enquirer reporter will improve the public image of a particular school with a good story because its superintendent ran with the bulls—so to erase from the public’s mind the scandal the previous superintendent hid from the public. The thing such readers should decipher from the publicity stunt of “running with the bulls” in Spain is the extent that the looting public employees will go to hide their crimes. And one of those shields from reality is the levy addict, the tax junkie who is just as corrosive to positive development as a drug dealer because the motivations behind the tax addict helps create the demand for actual drug use.

So beware of those smiling, levy addicts who have crammed their bodies into those pants that are two sizes too small, and hand out buttons, bumper stickers, and flyers promoting tax increases. It’s not the children they are trying to save, it’s themselves. The levy addict’s lives are so blank and meaningless they need a social act of fulfillment to redeem all the miserable failures they have committed in their pre-child bearing lives. The newspapers barely hanging on financially will write emotional stories as the propaganda arm of these levy addicts hoping to sell newspapers to other levy addicts in other districts since the newspaper reporters have made the failure of writing leftist articles for a society that is generally conservative in their beliefs. This is why newspapers have lost their credibility and their revenue, because society has found other sources beyond the liberal advancement of the levy addicts and sports scores. The levy addict and all the parasites who feed from their antics are one of the highest forms of modern evil but they can be stopped. They can be put in their place once and for all.

By taking away the money they seek, it forces the levy addict to look at reality. The way to beat the levy addict and actually save your community and the children who attend those schools is to take the drug away from the addicts, so the truth of their behavior can be seen by all. It is in that act of denial that the most is given to children, who desperately need to hear the word, “NO.” By throwing money at the levy addict, you only give them a “high” for a year or two, and they will be back looking for another “hit.” I have watched this process in my home district for many years now, and all it achieves are easy real estate sales for real estate agents. The neurotic levy addict seeks out clients who are also levy addicts and they sell their properties the easy way, by pretending there is wide community support for “free school” for the home buyer’s children. The message to the home buyer is they need not save their money for private education, they can purchase at age 28 a home that is a quarter to a half million dollars—because the “community” will pick up the tab for the education bill. And beating the drum at the front of the front of the movement is the levy addict and their sinister aims of personal meaning at the expense of the collective whole, while actually riding the backs of children to their own personal redemptions.

Why Americans Love the Bald Eagle: The crows, buzzards, and ducks of our government

I have always had a conflict when watching air shows at the concept of formation flying.  Of course this idea of formation flying comes from watching birds like geese flying in a triangular pattern.  Mankind wishing to fly adopted this tendency, so when airplanes were invented, we executed the practice in reality.  The trouble is flying; or rather the romance of it is a solitary endeavor.  It’s an achievement of mankind’s success to be able to take to the skies and reach for the heavens under the power of a machine invented in the mind of man.

But as any game hunter will tell you who are hunting ducks, or geese, they love the tendency of those collective oriented birds to fly in formation because it makes them easier to shoot down.  When I look at a duck, or a goose, I do not think of independence or the freedom of flight.  I just see a stupid creature that travels in packs blindly following a leader and I despise such creatures.  When I look up into the sky and see a flock of birds flying about I do not have envy of any kind for them, even though they have the added dimension of flight in their physical abilities.  I see them as unintelligent, just as I do when I see human beings behaving in flocks on the ground.

This is why America adopted the American Bald Eagle on June 20th 1782 as its national symbol.  The bald eagle was a large creature that had a solitary nature and once they found a mate they stayed together until one died.  Eagles are strong, they can fly up to10,000 feet and are at the top of the food chain regarding the bird species.  They resembled the idea of what an American is.  Because of these traits they were adopted as a national symbol for America.

Eagles are not collectivists.  They don’t even migrate with their young, and often not even with their mates.  Eagles tend not to nest near other eagles unlike buzzards and other collective oriented raptors.  Eagles spend most of their time alone and like it that way.  It would simply be an insult to come to a tree full of eagles hanging around socializing and waiting for something to eat.  Such a thing just does not happen in nature.   If such a thing were to be seen it would cheapen eagles dramatically.

The reason we do not respect crows, buzzards, geese, ducks and dozens of other bird species is because we innately see them as a weaker class due to their tendency toward collectivism.  If an eagle were to be shot by a hunter with the same gun that had just killed a buzzard even though both raptors are large and majestic, we would feel a profound sadness for killing the eagle, and probably nothing much for killing the buzzard.

Human beings see such creatures as buzzards and crows as predatory scavengers who wait for something to die so that they can swoop down and eat a carcass.  They are nature’s welfare recipients.  They are collectivists and we tend to look down our noses at them.

But the blad eagle is a creature that hunts their prey and kills it cleanly—with work and superior speed.  We admire the eagle because they are the best at what they do, and they don’t look for help in doing it.  It is for reasons like this that we admire the bald eagle as representatives of American citizens.  Bald eagles are what Americans know they should strive to become, individual predators for their own welfare.

This is why I think it is disgraceful to see a flock of American warplanes flying in formation.  When I met the Thunderbird pilots a few years ago at an air show, I did not look at them with awe.  I admired their piloting abilities, but as I shook their hands, I realized that they were simply collectivists who followed orders from their military superior.  They flew in formation like geese and did what they were told.  Because of that, I had less respect for them.

It is for these reasons that the old Tom Cruise movie Top Gun is still revered as a classic American film.  There’s a bit of Maverick in all of us—the kind of person who wishes to go it alone and march to the beat of their own drummer, to thumb their nose at authority and give them the finger while doing it.  Americans were never intended to fly in formation.  They were not intended to cooperate with the crows, the buzzards and the geese of the world.  Can anyone imagine an eagle sharing its food with a group of buzzards?  How about an eagle sharing its kill with a flock of crows?  What about an eagle plucking off little bits of flesh from a slain fish to feed to a flock of ducks swimming around helplessly on the surface of a lake?  Such thoughts are absurd.  Yet our modern government of ducks, buzzards, and crows proclaim that all the American Eagles of society should do just that.

In nature, which the tree hugging parasitic hippies seem to worship, the bald eagle would eat the ducks if they got in its way.  They’d slaughter a whole tree of buzzards because the buzzards are individually cowards who do not know how to fight.  And a whole flock of geese could be slain by one eagle should the eagle desire to do so.  This is why Americans are the eagles of the world and why they tend not to be politicians.   Buzzards and crows become politicians, and they have tried to bend nature with rules of their own requiring eagles to hunt for them as they sit in the tree and wait for a dead carcass to be delivered to their feet in the form of taxes.

No matter how politicians attempt to frame the issue, or Hollywood tries to glorify collectivism, Americans do not like collectivists.  Their favorite movie stars are individuals.  Their favorite movies promote individualism.  And their military heroes are solitary, not collective.  At air shows it is not the acrobatic collectivism that amazes audiences, but the one Marverick in those planes that would break out of formation and shoot down 5 of the enemy all by themselves.  The thought of such a thing are what puts smiles on the faces of the young and old alike.  The reason for it is the same as why America selected the bald eagle as its national symbol.  It is also why progressives would like to change the national symbol from an eagle to a flock of ducks.

Enjoy your Fourth of July, and honor the eagle with a special respect as you fire off your fireworks defying the law—which has proclaimed them illegal in most states.  The Fourth of July is about honoring the eagle in each of us, and that is not to be taken lightly.

Teacher’s Threaten to Strike in Chicago: The big labor union show with a puppet mayor

Does anyone remember when President Obama told America right after his election in 2008 that The United States had a lot to learn from Europe, and that we should strive to be more like them as a nation? Now, as Spain is begging for a financial bailout, Greece is locked in a civil war in the it’s streets between the communists and Nazi parties, France is collapsing under it’s newly elected socialist president and Italy is failing especially in their economy and is not far behind Spain. When President Obama pointed at Europe and stated that The United States should be more like them, he was saying that it was socialism that America needed to emulate, and within four years of open socialism from the start of Obama’s presidency to the end of it, Europe is collapsing under economic failures directly created by the small little book called The Communist Manifesto. Those who followed the economic policies of Karl Marx have led their nations to financial ruin.

In America, thankfully not quite too late, some are beginning to see the socialist tendencies being taught in our schools and openly advocated by our government. Some in the Tea Party movements and other liberty groups are beginning to fight back in an attempt to save the capitalism that built America from the encroachment of communism. Most notably, the recall election in Wisconsin to remove Scott Walker as governor was the grand attempt by socialist labor unions to maintain their grip on economic power and dedication to expand socialism to every corner of the world.

Yet in the city of Chicago, President Obama’s favorite city, it is socialism that rules still as the teachers union for the Chicago Public School system voted by a margin of more than 75% of it’s members to impose a potential strike in mid-August 2012 if the CPS management cannot come to contract terms with the Chicago Teacher’s Union which expires on June 30th 2012. You can read the announcement of this strike at the website of Progress Illinois seen below, which is Illinois version of Progress Ohio. (Special note, all such “progress” groups are essentially socialist/communist advocates. They use the name “progress” to hide their real intentions, which is to follow the path of Europe. So beware of them all. They are anti-capitalist—and therefore anti-American.)

http://progressillinois.com/posts/content/2012/06/11/whats-next-after-ctu-strike-authorization-vote

It is clear in this proposed Chicago teachers strike why the unions are against voucher schools and privately run schools, because under capitalism, if free enterprise were involved in education, the government schools would not be able to maintain a monopoly and tactics like these massive teacher strikes would not work, because parents would have options in case their children’s school teachers did strike.

The issues that the CTU wish to strike over are of course wages. Currently, the average wage rate for CTU teachers is $69,000 and under the new contract the CTU wants a 29% increase over that amount. Another stipulation is the teachers of the CTU are upset that the teacher work day will increase by ten percent from 420 minutes to 460 minutes a day. At 460 minutes of contracted work, that comes out to a work day of 7.6 hours. The audacity of such expectations is that those CTU employees are so incredibly out of touch from what the average American is experiencing that they don’t see that such an expectation is ridiculously foolish. The CTU employees are suffering from the same inflated viewpoint that citizens in Europe expect which is bankrupting the entire Euro zone.

The first thing any rational person would ask when listening to the CTU demands is how on earth could they expect in this day and age to succeed with this insane, and unprecedented strike attempt. Well, the answer is in whom the mayor of Chicago is, the former White House Obama heel licker Rahm Emanuel, who at his heart is a big time progressive, pro union advocate. The union leaders of the CTU would like the public to believe they are locked in a mortal battle with the Mayor Emanuel, but I will declare this—that the whole thing is a political stunt and the Mayor is in on the act.

Emanuel and the labor leaders of the CTU plan to allow the threat of a strike to percolate and gain media attention during the summer of 2012, and at the last-minute, Emanuel and the union leaders will strike a deal, and both parties will declare victory over the charade imposed upon the tax payers of Chicago. Their combined hopes, along with the White House are that unions all over America will use Chicago as an example of strength and follow with the same type of strike attempts in every city in the nation. The unions desire a victory after the paralyzing loss in Wisconsin so they are staging one in Chicago with the progressive Mayor Emanuel to prove that the extortion attempts of old still work, before the unions lose all their members due to ineffectiveness.

The goal for all involved is not to bring relief to the tax payers of Chicago or even to help one single child, but to spread the socialism which is crushing Europe all over America. The unions realize that they must move fast, or they will be completely out of power within a few years, so they need to radicalize their base with a victory in Chicago, which Rahm Emanuel is poised to give them.

The fight in Chicago is nothing more than a WWF wrestling match. The victors are already determined, and are simply staging a fight on behalf of the American people. The staged fight is designed to breathe life into unions bent over with defeat as tax payers everywhere are beginning to fight back. Progressive know that if they don’t rally their troops now, it will be over for them in America very soon, because Europe is failing miserably under socialism/communism and the dream of a communist worldwide utopia so fantasized by the political left for so many years is quickly evaporating like a puddle of water on a sidewalk in Columbia, South America. It is communism that these progressives on both sides of the Chicago labor dispute desire, only they won’t tell the taxpayers that. What they show is a mayor who must come to the negotiating table with the CTU, forced there by the threat of a strike, to negotiate a collective-bargaining agreement and preserve the union way of life into the future. Their attempt is as futile as the fools of Europe marching in the streets and setting police officers on fire to protest free government support for their lazy, unproductive lives. And such a description is the antithesis of your local school teacher who complains that $69,000 a year is not enough money for only working 7.8 hours a day.

Wayne Allyn Root Speaks about Scott Walker: Diana Fray goes to jail

I would have loved to hear from the Bill Cunningham speaking with Wayne Allyn Root on the day after the historic Wisconsin recall election of Governor Scott Walker, as opposed to the same Bill Cunningham who campaigned against Issue 2 in Ohio working against his friend, Governor Kasich who faced a similar battle in Ohio. The good Bill Cunningham had a wonderful conversation with Root on 700 WLW relishing the first major victory against the mobs of public sector unions and the tyranny those groups have inflicted upon America, as Walker emerged victorious with a 53-47 victory.

The big difference between the Scott Walker situation in Wisconsin and the John Kasich situation in Ohio is that Kasich had a law to defend, Walker had to defend himself. The unions targeted the Republican reforms on collective-bargaining in Ohio by seeking to repeal the entire law. The unions spent millions of dollars and collected more than enough signatures to attack the collective bargaining reform law to keep it out of their lives. The cost has been just as predicted, many schools, police, and fire departments have had to layoff workers to meet their budgets, because Issue 2 was repealed in Ohio during the November 2011 election. The unions were fighting on two fronts, as they also had to spend their national time and money fighting in Wisconsin gathering signatures to recall the governorship of Scott Walker removing him from office entirely, just because the unions didn’t like him.

The audacity of this attempt says everything about what union politics represents. Their attempt to remove a sitting governor not for corruption, or unethical violations against the state constitution, but for reforming collective-bargaining and being too aggressive for their liking was the primary motive. The public unions tried to do against Scott Walker what they have done to every governing body for more than 80 years, and that is impose their collective will upon politics to shape legislation to their liking. But Walker stood strong during the entire attempt to remove him from office, and the Republican Party stood with him firmly, which led to the first major victory against the union mob in union history.

Kasich was not so lucky. Republicans did not stand behind Governor Kasich the way they did with Scott Walker because too many Republicans had climbed into bed with the unions over the years, and could not pick a side in the modern civil war going on between public and private sector jobs. When Issue 2 was defeated, it was a sign that the labor unions advocating open communism could not be beat, so the situation looked grim for Scott Walker.

When Bill Cunningham was growing up, unions seemed to be an unstoppable force. My own dad is about the same age as Cunningham and told me before the first time I went on WLW to speak with Scott Sloan about the tyranny of the teachers unions, “The unions will get you. You have to watch what you say.” My dad, like Cunningham saw firsthand all through the 60’s and 70’s how labor unions driven by communist leaders would destroy the lives of people who stood in their way. To speak out against the unions meant conflict, and many people wish to avoid conflict, so they yielded to the unions for many years which resulted in disproportionate budgets favoring the public unions. Politicians seeking to hide their part in the scam promoted tax increases to hide their fear of the unions.

All public unions function in virtually the same way. Whenever a union president faced a city council, township trustees, or a school board, the standard behavior is to use their union members to protest ANY wage reductions, or insurance premium increases with radical displays and public threats. Most recently, it was Diana Fray who just received 51 months in prison for her theft of a quarter million dollars from her union to take vacations and purchase real estate. She went from being a crusader for the collective mob of her union to a criminal within only weeks of being discovered for her crimes. The only thing that changed was a slight shift in public acceptance. Labor union presidents steal money all the time from their employers with the threat of force. They do not earn pay increases based on merit, but upon coercion. This is how unions have managed to extort so much money from the companies they work for, and from the tax payers, is through threats and intimidation. The only difference for Diana Fray is she didn’t just steal the money from the tax payers, but from her own union too, which in a world of twisted reality, finally crossed the line.

The unions threatened Scott Walker with even death during his first year and a half of office, attempting every trick of thug manipulation used since unions began. They chanted, they attempted violence, the issued death threats, they attempted public humiliation and finally they attempted to use the force of law to batter Walker out of office.

But what Walker has been the first to do on a large-scale is to show the formula for beating these collectivists which every state and local government can now see for their own eyes, and that is to show that the power of the individual is more powerful than the collective mob if the individual simply does not care what the mob thinks, feels, or considers. Walker like Kasich was hired to do a job through an election and if people didn’t like the results of that job, they can vote him out in the next election. Kasich had his efforts cut out from under him as a result of the union referendum. Many voters simply did not vote in favor of keeping Issue 2 because they lacked the courage to show up at the polls, which yielded Ohio to the power of collective force represented by the unions. The unions attempted to remove Walker from office because they wanted to stop the reforms he initiated, and did not allow him to run his full term because they knew that Walker’s reforms would solve many budget problems. They knew if people saw this secret for themselves, they would no longer support public labor unions. So the unions attempted to do what they know best and that’s force a man from office because he went against their wishes.

Scott Walker showed as Hank Rearden did in the book Atlas Shrugged, that the coercion of the labor unions, like the coercion of the law, did not have any real power that they did not steal from someone else. The unions do not have better ideas, they are not the best employees, they are not the most efficient–they fail in every conceivable way. They only succeed when they can force others to act against themselves by coercion. Scott Walker did not yield, and because of it, the unions have been exposed for not having any legitimate power or claim to greater portions of the public treasury. All the unions have is the threat of force, of being a potential menace to those who are in love with peace. This has been a profitable formula against conservatives who would rather make money than fight, and would rather appease than argue. In the mind of the conservative, they can always make more money, so they give away their treasures hoping the looting mobs of the public unions will leave them alone, but it only made the situation worse. Each time the mob came, they asked for more and more money until the public had simply had enough.

Now that it has been seen, this resistance to the mob rule of the labor unions will begin to escalate, and organized labor will continue to fail in pockets all over the country, and it should. Taken as individuals, the union members are just the same as the rest of society. They are not evil incarnate. But in the collective body of a public sector union, the mob becomes the most evil entity on the face of the earth. They exist only to rob, and pillage anyone they can so they can secure wonderful communist lifestyles for themselves exhibited so well by Wayne Allyn Root in the broadcast above. The life of the union member requires the looting of others to survive, which is why they are one of the most corrosive forces in politics today. Finally, people are starting to stand up to them, and have realized that the greatest power there is in the entire world that is more powerful than any gun, any protest, any public display against the mob is to simply learn to say “NO.” Saying “no” takes away the power of the union and everything they represent. It stops the ability of the collectivist parasites from further extracting from the taxpayers any more money without revealing that they are actually functioning as a gang of thugs with one purpose, to loot and destroy everything until there is nothing left—and thus fulfill the life of a treacherous parasite.

Yes, it has been a good week, Scott Walker will remain governor of Wisconsin, and Diana Fray will go to jail for several years to live with the other criminals of existence, which is where she and every union member deserves to go who attempts to live off the work of others without a care to the lives they destroy in the process. The only sadness I have is that Ohio had a chance to be the first, but in the final hour, they blinked and the unions prolonged the inevitable for just a few more months until Walker finally beat them. Most of the time the only difference between victory and loss is in the courage of other individuals to rally to the cause of courage. In Wisconsin, there was courage—but in Ohio, there was not—and because of that, many people will lose their jobs in the long run and the misery will be extended because people did not have the guts to make the right call at the right time and instead played politics at the expense of honor.

Lakota Mismanages Taxpayer Money: The reason behind pay-for-play sports

Listen to this teacher from Wisconsin in the clip below right before the recall election of Governor Scott Walker. It is these kinds of public employees that have driven up the cost of education at every school in the United States and is what they more often than not seek to teach our youth.

It is those kinds of employees who have created a situation in my home school district of Lakota that are devastating for the parents sending their children to the school. At Lakota over $160 million dollars of tax payer money is already allocated toward educating the students of the community, however, according to the teachers union, that’s not enough. The average wage per employee at Lakota is $63K per year and makes up approximately 80% of the total budget. Yet the Lakota School Board along with superintendent Mantia has said that they don’t have enough money, so they seek to twist the arm of the tax payers in a hope to pass a school levy. They do so at Lakota by cutting busing for students, and have been charging to participate in sports programs. This has enraged many in the community who expect participation in sports to be part of the public education experience. The fees at Lakota during the school year of 2012 will be the highest in the State of Ohio at $550 per student per sport with no cap for families. You can read in more detail the article from the Cincinnati Enquirer about this issue in case you missed it.

http://westchesterbuzz.com/2012/06/01/the-price-of-pay-to-play-lakota-to-have-highest-fees-in-region-next-school-year/

I have spoke with many parents in Lakota, many of them upset that the cost of passing a school levy for them individually is far less than paying $550 per sport for their child. If the parents have 2 children in school and each of them play two sports, that particular family is out over $2000 a year, so they have said to me that they will vote in favor of a school levy so they can save money, even though they don’t agree with the politics.

I have told these parents that the system is rigged this way by the OSBA to push school boards like the one at Lakota to place the financial pain back on the parents so that union contracts can be satisfied without interruption. I told them that if they allow themselves to vote yes for a school levy because they want to save the $2000 in fees, then they are simply tools of organized labor.

The cause of the school fees is not lack of money; it is mismanagement of the money given to the districts by the tax payers. Cutting sports is proportional to the cuts of busing in that sports costs are somewhere between 1% and 2% of the total budget. When a school board cuts their support of funding sports, they do so in order to cover the expense of heavily padded labor contracts, and they hope the imposition on parents will force tax increases on the community to cover the labor demands.

In Southwest Ohio 82 percent of the 49 school districts are charging pay-to-play fees for high school sports yet just across the river in Kentucky such fees are rare. The strategy is designed by the Ohio School Board Association to extort money through financial hardship to force tax increases. In Kentucky union membership is not required, but in Ohio it is. Public schools in Ohio are a closed shop, and this forces labor costs up through collective bargaining who seeks to gobble up all the tax dollars for their union interests. This leaves no money left for sports, leaving children struggling to pay for their fees. It’s a dirty trick organized by teacher unions to manipulate taxpayers, and it’s rather disgusting.

The public sector unions at their heart are socialist organizations intent on open communism. That is why so many of the radical teachers who advocate leftist policies are drawn to big labor public sector jobs, because it keeps them out of competitive work environments which is the only place that communism works– in theory—in the minds of the extreme liberal, in their utmost fantasies. Communism in real life does not work, and it never works—and that is what the cause of the sports fees are. Parents are forced to accept small bits of communism from radical teachers because they don’t want to pay the extraordinary fees to play sports. The extortion tactic forces upon the family trying to give their children the best of everything, higher taxes that go on forever, so to avoid the school fees they must accept the taxes. It’s a dishonest practice that should be viewed with the same anger that the theft by a common criminal is viewed, because the intentions are the same—theft, extortion, and coercion through financial torture. What else is it?

Personally, I do not want to pay for teachers who think the way that educators shown in the video above think. I would seek to terminate their employment from my district because they are just creating trouble for our nation to solve later with incorrectly educated students. Many political looters speak of the need for education, but they always leave out the most important part of education, and that is getting a “quality” education. A district that does not manage the extraordinary taxes that the Lakota district already pays is yielding to the radicals of the unions at the expense of parents and children. School boards are not in pursuit of quality, but simply a lottery ticket of hope that if the district pays for a teacher that they are going to get the desired results. Most often, they do not. All too often the money buys a left-winged radical intent on bringing communism to the minds of our children and teaching them failed economic policies, and that is not acceptable.

The proper reaction to the extortion measure of school fees is to force the district to pay the money where the district desires it. If the voters wish for their money to be spent on busing, then the school board should do that. If the desire of voters is to have their money spent on sports, then the school board has an obligation to do so. But what has happened at Lakota, and 82% of all schools in Southern Ohio is they take direction from the OSBA to protect the labor contracts of teachers with gold plated benefits that the tax payers do not enjoy themselves, and that is why the children and their families are made to suffer. There is no other reason, and the public reaction to these extortion methods are the task of our day to define for generations to come. Appeasement today only leads to tyranny tomorrow, and for the parents who would rather pay the tax than the fee, that is exactly what they are choosing, which their children are watching—and learning.

The solution is not to yield and allow the mismanagement to occur, because it does not solve the problem. Letting it go, only delays the problem for some future time for a future family, which is how we arrived at this situation in the first place.

“Screen Guide for Americans”: Ayn Rand, Walt Disney, and Ronald Reagan tried to warn America

Even when I was a very small child, my mother would make references to me that I reminded her of John Wayne. It wasn’t because I was a big guy, or because I spoke a certain way, or even that I sat around watching his movies—which were too boring for my 9-year-old mind back then. She said it because I had uncompromising ideas about right and wrong, and had the kind of clarification she enjoyed from her youth when she watched John Wayne movies with her daddy. And it was moments like those, between daughter and father, or father and son that The Motion Picture Alliance for the Preservation of American Ideals was dedicated to in 1947. They were devoted to promoting American values in films, and were particularly famous for identifying communist infiltration into the movie business. You can read more about the MPA here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motion_Picture_Alliance_for_the_Preservation_of_American_Ideals

Now these were not a bunch of crazy right-winged radicals from the fringes of society. Among them, were Walt Disney, John Wayne, Gary Cooper, Ronald Reagan, Cecil B. Demille, Clark Gable, Ginger Rogers, and Ayn Rand. In 1947, these were mainstream entertainers and box office heavy weights that helped preserve American culture. To this very day no one could question Walt Disney’s patriotic love when they visit Walt Disney World and can see everywhere that Disney treasured his country and showed it in his films whenever he could. And there can be no question that many consider Ronald Reagan to be one of America’s greatest presidents ever. These were good people and in their day they recognized a fight, and they did their part to combat it.

These dedicated American entertainment personalities recognized that communism was a threat to the world of their time. Even Ronald Reagan had been tempted to join the Communist Party in his 20’s before he realized what it was. All these men and women working in Hollywood had come to recognize that communist propaganda agents had been seeking jobs in Hollywood to subtly “change” the culture of America. These are the classic “change agents” who are wide at work to this very day using The Delphi Technique in local communities to advance progressive agenda items by Saul Alisnky methods of manipulation created in the 1960’s and 1970’s. In 1947 Hollywood, the “change agents” were not as subtle as they are today, and Americans still cherished ideas that resisted the aims of these “change agents.” This is why The Motion Picture Alliance for the Preservation of American Ideals commissioned Ayn Rand to present a guide for movie studios to use in spotting the attempts of the “change agents” to infiltrate their films and subtly bring the ideas of communism to the American people using American movies as the delivery method.

I have placed below the entire guide for you use. It is a wonderful, unpublished work of Ayn Rand and it needs to be seen and shared. You should read it, and do so very carefully. What you will read most likely will shatter your world, as you believed prior to reading the below information that you understood what was going on in the world, and you now realize that you did not. When reading this pamphlet you will see today, that everything Ayn Rand and her fellow members of the MPA were trying to warn America about came true, as a new breed of actors, actresses, producers, and a movie going public began to graduate colleges and high schools where the exact same infiltration of communist propaganda had been taking place. Rand with this short work managed to help production companies hold off communism for a few short years but the MPA was dissolved in 1975 as most of the members aged and died off, leaving a new generation raised with communist propaganda to openly subject the American public to everything Ayn Rand warned about in the below document. Now in the first decades of the twenty-first century, communism is entrenched in American culture to such a degree that the values mentioned in Ayn Rand’s Screen Guide for Americans seems out-of-step and “old-fashioned.” Many of the same people who today wonder why Ayn Rand is such a popular novelist, or why people still enjoy John Wayne movies, or why people flock in droves to visit Walt Disney World in Florida, will hesitate to follow the values of those artists because society has become more “progressive” and such ideas are no longer valid–socially. People may still enjoy them in an “old fashioned” kind of way, but they will not act on that respect since strong ideas of personal freedom, individuality, and righteousness are frowned upon by a society that has been defeated by the communist plague given to America during the Cold War through movies, television, music, public education, college and virtually every newspaper and magazine in print. The warnings were given, and below you will have the opportunity to go back into a time capsule and measure just how far America has fallen by reading the ancient words of Ayn Rand from 1947, in a document many in the current “progressive (socialist) movement” wish you not to see. Here it is, and I suggest you read it all. Copy it and carry it around with you. And certainly send it to a loved one.

This is how serious the situation is. The guide below could now be used in every part of American life, and it will become clear that the communists achieved what they wanted, and they did it using the methods outlined below.

Many who know me understand that I am dedicated not to the kind of America we see today. I have personally rejected most of what society has determined is “good” in a world gone mad with pure evil. I want nothing to do with it, because the world of ideas many hold valuable now are derived from the parasitic concept of collectivism which is the face of evil on planet earth. I made the decision to go against the grain of society as a very young boy, which is why I reminded my mother of John Wayne, and that won’t change.

Now, conservatives in Hollywood are very difficult to find as most projects that have messages outlined in Ayn Rand’s Screen Guide for Americans will never get “green lit” since many financial backers in the motion picture industry have an “agenda” driven by political ideology shaped by communist infiltration of American culture in virtually every aspect of their lives. But the guide from Ayn Rand is still true. Just because it’s “old-fashioned” does not make it any less relevant today than it was in 1947. The only thing that’s changed is the people who read it, not the meaning of the words on the page. The gap in thought between then and now are all the reasons that another 60 years of “progressive” thought and evolution will deliver the human race to the precipice of destruction, as this is the only fate of a parasitic culture. That is what any group of collectivists is, whether it’s a simple bacterium invading the body with sickness, or a society of school teachers who believe in the works of Karl Marx. All collectivists are wrong, and are parasites to the strength and virtue of the individual. It is only the individual who faces each day with a sense of right and wrong, to navigate the world by holding up their portion of it that anything happens. And it has always been the individual who has been attacked by the blob of collectivism, as Ayn Rand, Walt Disney, and Ronald Reagan tried to warn us all about in 1947 with the Screen Guide for Americans, only to have that voice of reason shut down in 1975, and for The Guide seen above to disappear except for a few obscure locations online. Well, you have it now dear reader. You have it in your hands what 50 years of progressive infiltration attempted to suppress. Now—make use of it, and do not hesitate!

Reds Pitcher Aroldis Chapman Arrested: Behold the Superman

I listened with a level of fascination to the public outcry over Aroldis Chapman’s recent arrest for excessive speeding and driving without a license after being clocked going 93 miles per hour on I-71 on his way to the airport to pick up his girlfriend. The very same people who sit in the stands and cheer the Reds relief pitcher throwing fast balls up to 105 mph and is nicknamed the “Cuban Missile” because of his national heritage, turned their backs on the supposed reckless antics of Chapman during his late night run across Ohio to meet the flight schedule at the airport.

I can speak with complete authenticity that I understand Chapman’s situation, as I have been in precisely the same circumstance many times. As I’ve discussed here many times, I love to drive fast. In fact it’s the subject of my upcoming novel Tail of the Dragon, and the theme of that novel almost mirrors exactly this situation with Chapman. So I have to comment on this issue which I feel very passionate about.

Many of the weak and timid minded—the types of people who lobby to create some of these ridiculous speed limit laws in the first place think that 90 mph is fast—and it’s not. It’s only fast compared to their slow, cumbersome minds. I drive that fast in our family mini-van, and I don’t think anything of those types of speeds, and I have not come close to crashing in over twenty years. So with a car of the quality that Chapman was driving, a Mercedes built easily for speeds of up to 150 mph, 90 mph is not a problem. While behind the wheel of a car like that, Chapman is in no danger to anybody, not even himself. I’ve driven faster than that for many of the same reasons, and I find it appalling that people are making such a big deal about Chapman’s need for speed.

This arrest of Chapman is a great example of how the laws of our society reflect the level of tyranny politicians have injected upon the human race. The speed limits are set to the soft minded of our people, of the lowest skilled, and pander to their slow reflexes and timid natures. Our laws do not encourage such types to think faster, to become better to adapt to the world around them—the laws pander to society’s weakest links in the same manner that everywhere in our modern age there are parking spaces reserved for the handicapped and physically ill. The intentions of such laws are out of compassion to the collective whole, and the average of that collective is brought down to a ridiculously low level of tolerance because the weak links of society bring down the standards for all of us and that simply isn’t fair or representative of freedom.

I have never been able to live within the speed limits of society. I find the limits the rest of civilization places upon itself to be mind-numbingly dull and ridiculously slow. The complaints I heard about Chapman were that he might have killed someone, and that he was behaving as though he were above the law—and each of those statements drove me closer to an eruption of anger that I haven’t felt for a number of years. Those who complained about Chapman’s speed and behavior are the same kind of people who have pushed for the overly regulated world that we currently live in. Government serves those docile personalities who are too lazy or apprehensive to compete in the rest of the world with those who are better than they are, who are faster, and who are stronger. It is those complainers of Aroldis Chapman who have brought socialism to the United States pushing capitalism into a dark corner of our social tapestry.

Many athletes find it very difficult to turn off their superior reflexes and talents when interacting with the rest of society in normal life. On the football fields and baseball diamonds of professional sports fans pay their tickets to see these superior human beings compete on the field of battle and they are cheered on for being who they are—for being what God created them to be to the maximum limit of their talent. That is why they are being paid such large amounts of money because the professional athletes are the first handers of society; they set the pace everyone else strives to achieve. The second handers are those who sit in the stands and watch the players play their game, they are the ones who cheer on the superior athlete to accomplish what they as second handers cannot.

In sports it is the fence that protects the second handers of society from the first handers on the field. Or on TV, it is the TV screen, or the radio that protects the masses from the superior men and women of athletics. When I heard the panic reaction from society about Aroldis Chapman’s excessive speed, I heard fear from society in wanting the assurance that they are protected from the interaction of the first handers. They want assurance that the laws created to protect the second handers will protect them from the superiority of Aroldis Chapman and the other superior minded human beings who stand above the rest in talent and intelligence.

When looked at in this way it is obvious why society has so many laws, and that is to protect the life of the second hander from competition. When I have passed by other highway drivers at double their speed I can feel the hostility from those drivers as they peer at my disappearing vehicle. They wonder why I can’t drive as slow as they do. What do I have to do that is so important that I can’t wait in line on the highway like the rest of them? Why am I so important? What makes me better than they are? For me, I drive fast to leave these types of mentalities far behind because there is nothing worse than a long trip staring at the lumbering tendencies of a second hander, a weak, “socially conscious,” broken link in the chain of society. The sight of them is not something I wish to observe for long periods of time, and I seek to move out ahead of them.

Why should Aroldis Chapman spend an extra 40 minutes on I-71 driving from Kentucky to Columbus, Ohio because the laws of the socially average wish protection from the superior driving skills of people like Chapman? It’s not Chapman’s task to restrict his God-given talents to live within the limits of the physically slow. It is the task of the physically slow to improve themselves and strive to be better. It is their task to recognize that a man of superior driving ability is coming up behind them rapidly and they should move out-of-the-way so not to cause an accident. It is the job of the inferior person to yield to the superior person. The superior person should not rub the nose of the inferior person in the muck of their own existence. But the superior person should encourage the inferior person to help them become better. The task of the superior person is not to be less than they are in society just to be “fair” to the second hander. That simply isn’t fair to people like Aroldis Chapman who is clearly one of the supermen walking on the earth presently.

This week the Ohio Highway Patrol is cracking down on seat belt violations and charging thousands of dollars in fines generated by the courts. DUI checkpoints are set up to alter the freedoms of individuals with impunity and all those laws were initiated to make the masses of society feel, “safe,” to pander to their fears and insecurities. There are simply too many rules, and they greatly restrict a free society in unnecessary ways and defy common sense. I’m not saying that there should not be speed limits of any kind or rules of any kind. But they should not be set around the parameters of the weak links of society. In Ohio, 65 mph is simply too slow. The speed limit should easily be 85 mph. I would argue that the only reason the laws were created in the first place were to appear to satisfy the whims of the panicky voters, the second handers so that revenue could be generated by the fines for breaking the law. The politicians will point to the fearful public and profess that the laws were created by request, but the real motive is to generate additional tax revenue for the state. That is the reason for all these laws, not the protection of its citizens.

Aroldis Chapman is not just a superman because he can throw a 105 mph fastball and has hundreds of strikeouts to close out victories for the Cincinnati Reds. Chapman even though he is a young man has learned to disobey certain laws in society so that he is not confined to a mundane existence. Chapman was born in communist Cuba and had a chance to compete in the Beijing Olympics but was suspended for attempting to defect from his tyrannical home country of Cuba. President Raul Castro met with Chapman personally and gave him a second chance because the second handers of Cuba wished to use the strength of Chapman to win sports awards for the nation of Cuba and gain world-wide respect, so Chapman was allowed to play in the World Baseball Classic. While participating in the World Port Tournament in Rotterdam, Netherlands Chapman attempted to defect again, to escape the communism of Cuba, and on his second attempt he was successful. He quickly established residence in Andorra and then petitioned Major League Baseball to be granted free agent status. The Cincinnati Reds jumped at the chance, and signed Chapman to at six-year contract worth $30.25 million. To gain all this it cost Chapman his relationship with his mother and father, two sisters and a girlfriend who had given birth to a newborn baby.

If Chapman would have followed the rules, he would still be a prisoner of communism allowing Cuba to loot his talent for a fraction of the cost he is able to get playing for the Cincinnati Reds. He left behind everything to gain everything and it’s his recognition that risk would buy him freedom that allowed him to become what he is today. It’s his tendency to break the rules that earned him freedom his parents could only dream about, and Chapman took the step to take it for himself, which will ultimately benefit his entire family much more than if he allowed himself to be picked apart in the best years of his life by the looting communists of Cuba.

Without question, Chapman sees this situation with the speed limits in The United States the same way. All he wanted to do was pick up his girlfriend at the airport. But he found himself arrested and thrown in jail by the second handers who are attempting to turn The United States into Cuba with more and more laws every day. And the same people who cheer Chapman on the pitching mound turned against him during his arrest, because they see in Chapman a superman that escaped the safety behind their televisions and radios and was functioning like a superior man in the world of the meek, and it scared them. It was not Aroldis Chapman who is in the wrong, he’s simply doing what he’s always done—it’s the weak-minded second hander who created the pathetically low-speed limit in the first place not to protect their lives from danger, but their minds from the reality that they are simply second handers and socially worthless next to the likes of a first hander like Aroldis Chapman.

I like Aroldis Chapman more than ever now. I was a fan before, but now my respect has doubled. I may actually go out and buy one of his jerseys to declare my support of this fine young man who is being ridiculed in society for being too “big” for the average standards of the political class and their pandering mobs of safety seekers.

Redistribution Plan of the Obama Looters: Reds beat the Yankees on a Sunday Afternoon

I spent a great deal of time outside this past Sunday working on the yard. During this endeavor I listened to the radio as I often do when working in and around the garage and I noticed that from noon till 6:15 PM that same day, I heard nothing but news coverage for the Reds baseball team. First it was the pre-game report that discussed various pitching match-ups and hitter percentages. Then there was the actual game against the Yankees, of which the Reds won. Then for two hours after the game there was post-game talk. I enjoyed the game but I wondered about the type of men and women listening that cared about all the statistics of those individual players who are technically only kids playing baseball on a Sunday afternoon. The amount of attention given to baseball was bewildering to me especially with the kind of things going on in the world. As this Reds broadcast filled the airwaves with entertainment my friend Matt Clark was doing his own radio show trying his best to bring some alarming statistics to the minds of his listeners.

Matt’s broadcasts shown here warning Americans of the collective salvation that Obama and his minions of looters are attempting to inject upon the American people are a whole lot more sinister than a baseball game. The same mind that listens to the sports statistics of specific players should be able to analyze the tremendous amount of evidence that there is that President Obama is at the front of a collectivist movement to eradicate all Americans with wealth redistribution. What’s great about Matt’s broadcasts is his frequent use of actual clips depicting the dialogue these collective looters are implementing.

The work of the Obama gang is a clear case of what Ayn Rand would call the “second handlers.” These are people who initiate no work or productivity on their own, but instead are completely dependent upon others to initiate action. This means that the “second handler” must take from a “first handler” in order to do anything. Obama’s basic economic plan as well as those of his friends are to make the entire world into a society of “second handlers,” so that each person is connected to another and this will foster peace as it’s termed by the hippie movement—because everyone is assured of their own destruction if they attempt to harm someone they are dependent on. A society of kiss-assess is the Obama vision.

However, this view of the world is entirely created for the benefit of the “second handler.” The second handler does not understand that it takes a first handler to create the things that the second handler attempts to redistribute to others. Without the first handler taking action, the second handler has nothing to do. A society of second handlers is worthless as an economic power, because second handlers not capable to produce anything. They can do work, but they cannot initiate the work.

I thought of second handlers a lot as I listened to the radio broadcast of the Reds game. It was obvious to me that the people who chose to pay attention to all these sports statistics instead of the statistics of their government are committing a crime rooted in neglect. By their political indifference, they are feeding the life of the second handlers by working, paying taxes, and blindly voting for the policies of looters like Obama without equal analysis as they commit to the pitching staff of the Reds baseball team. If they did, there would be no quarrel by me. Sports can be fun, and I personally enjoy them. But they cannot replace the logical management of our republic on the matters that truly count, which is what’s happening.

Matt Clark in the three videos shown here breaks it down clearly for all to understand. He has made it easy for the average person to see what is happening by the second handlers of our government. But let me make it even easier than he has. Let me put what he has said into baseball terminology, since that is apparently all anyone cares to pay attention to—Obama and his government of collectivists are not leaders. They are our governmental representatives, but they are not happy with that role and are attempting to pronounce themselves princes, princesses, kings, queens and emperors. They are attempting to do what every dictator, monarch and tyrant has done in the short history of the human race, and that is rule as a second handler—a person who requires others to live and will use their collection of pawns to prop themselves into power. And they are using the distraction of sports and popular culture to mask their sinister intentions of wealth redistribution and world-wide socialism.

On sports teams like the Reds, Joey Votto is a first handler. The team will live or die by his performance. On the other hand the manager Dusty Baker is a second handler. His only task is to reflect the philosophy of team ownership onto the field of play. Neither the ownership or the manager, or the token support players mean much without a Joey Votto—which is why Joey gets paid so well—because Votto is a first handler. The manager and most other members of the team could be replaced or changed without changing the nature of the team. But Joey Votto could not be replaced or changed without destroying the product seen on the field. This is the nature of all things.

The same with Obama and government in general, the government looter is like the management of Dusty Baker. They are well-intentioned and wish to believe they are in charge, but because they are second handlers they are completely at the mercy of the first handlers. In our nation the first handlers are big companies who produce huge amounts of tax revenue—such as “big oil,” “bankers,” and in general most of the organizations that Obama constantly ridicules. He ridicules these economic factions as a second handler attempting to take from someone else so that he can give to those who do not have—wealth redistribution. But at the same time he expects the first handler to continue working, innovating, and creating even though they get to keep less of their created wealth so that others can loot off their labor. This is the folly of our collectivist nation led by these looters of government.

Yet it is not the first handler who is wrong, even though they are made to feel that way, it is the second handler. We feel the same way about those people as we do with Rex Ryan who coaches the New York Jets. In that case, like Obama, Ryan is a second handler who wants to pretend he is a first handler and at an innate psychological level, we understand that he’s not. That’s why Ryan is the subject of public scrutiny because he does not understand that the team is not about him. With the Jets, the first handler there is the cornerback Revis. The team of the New York Jets lives or dies by the performance of Darrelle Revis, not Rex Ryan or Mark Sanchez.

The danger is when Americans allow the second handlers of our society to believe they have all the power, and we allow them to do this because our minds are on sports statistics instead of the very serious matters of the day such as politics. As Matt Clark pointed out in great detail with the broadcasts above, there has been a lot of manipulation going on behind our backs by a president who is attempting to rule as a second handler, and this is very dangerous. But the way to beat him is not with anger, or protests, but by taking away what he attempts to redistribute to others. If Americans took away the ability of the second handler to “handle” anything it would reduce those people to the task of becoming worthless, which is the biggest fear the second handler has in life. And this is what needs to happen to every looter who has their hands into your life robbing you in broad daylight while the sports statistics of children occupy your mind with clutter.

I know many people who take the sports statistics further than even professional sports and even pay attention to college stats and high school athletes. My advice to you is to give it up. Don’t try to live your lives through these children and surrender your country to the second handlers of Obama and his minions of looters. Pay attention to their actions the way you do with sports stats and many of the problems in our world would be solved, because you’d be able to see and hear what Matt is trying to point out, that we are under attack by the second handlers of society who are trying to obtain collective salvation on all of our backs, which is simply reprehensible, and diabolical for the long-term sustainability of our nation. If it continues, you will find that once we get to the ninth inning and are losing by 5 runs in America and are down two runs with two outs we’ll wonder how it happened. And the answer is that we could have fixed it, and won the game much earlier, but didn’t because we weren’t paying attention placing our value on all the wrong aspects of our lives.
