The Lords of Easy Money Are Trying To Keep Biden in Power: We should have never created the Federal Reserve

I told everyone many months ago that the Lords of Easy Money were corrupt, and more to the point, the entire purpose of our present government is to make them money.  The Jekyll Island experiment with the Federal Reserve was a dumb idea when it was conceived in 1913, and now, after more than a century of its sheer stupidity, we are seeing the net result of its massive failure.  It is not a failure for them, but for the people the government is supposed to serve.  Not having a firm grasp of our financial system has been a terrible idea, and a group of private bankers running the whole show with globalism in mind has had the predicted results that many people have warned about for decades.  And we aren’t just talking about quantitative easing anymore, with bizarre communist Keynesian economics driving this mess; it’s complete on Modern Monetary Theory, just what they said they weren’t doing, they have been, since Biden took office under a stolen election—stolen, for just this precise reason, to make people under the influence of the Federal Reserve wealthy.  Not just by printing fake money leveraged heavily in debt spending, but in flat-out market manipulation, by dumping vast amounts of counterfeit money into Wall Street, propping up everyone’s 401K plans with dreams built on a wet paper napkin, and nothing else.  To keep the scam running, they must hold power through stolen elections and complete control over centralized banking.  Otherwise, it all falls apart for them.  Our monetary policy has been constructed around this kind of hostage holding, where if we check their power, they will just kill the patient, and poof, there goes all that fake 401K money and any hopes that millions of people have for a sustainable retirement.

So, of course, they have been lying about the economy, trying to make Bidenomics appear like a boom when, in fact, we have been in a legitimate depression.  The cost of goods is out of control; if you haven’t bought a hamburger at Burger King lately, you couldn’t help but notice.  The cost of everything has gone up to extraordinarily high rates, including labor.  The tampering with the wage rates of minimum wage workers has screwed up everything; then, to make matters worse, they tried to hide their communist mess with fake money printed by the Fed to stave off the inevitable.  And they’ve managed to keep interest rates down for several sessions now but are leaning toward lowering them in June to juice the economy over the summer and hope that people won’t take their pain out on Biden, who was the cause of the terrible economy.  They create a few more worthless government jobs here and there and call it economic growth.  They print some money and flow it through Larry Fink directly, and Vanguard, State Street, and the rest of them, and everyone looks at the Dow hitting close to 40,000, and they hope it holds.  But it’s all built on phony government, phony media, phony money, and phony people empowered by a Federal Reserve that grew too drunk on its power and ability to manipulate the public.  And now it’s too late to fix.  And to keep the scam going, they need Joe Biden to stay in office. Otherwise, Trump is poised to take a wrecking ball to their scam.  By opening the doors to the economy and taking power away from the globalists, the leverage of the few against the many goes away.  The economy under a free market would be much more powerful.  The poor handling of it is because the Fed, under corrupt presidents like Obama and Biden, attached to international central banks, held the economy down for their quests for power.  And they will do anything to keep that power they never should have had in the first place.

Because the Fed printed too much money chasing too few goods due to a throttled economy caused by them, we have massive inflation, evident when you buy a Whopper at Burger King or any other fast food restaurant.  Or take a trip to the grocery.  Our government, led by the Fed, which never should have been created, has screwed up everything, and to hide it while they tamper and plot in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, each year, they prop up losers like Biden to sit in the White House to keep them in power.  So, of course, they are covering for him by keeping interest rates low when they should be raising them to deal with inflation so that the reality of the actual economic depravity won’t hit most Americans until after the election is over.  With all the horrible policies of the Biden administration with EV cars, the war against fossil fuels, which is purely a socialist European thing, and the flooded border with immigrant turbulence flooding our welfare system with a Clowerd and Piven strategy met to destroy our financial network, the Fed is helping Biden out for just long enough to hope that Americans elect him through a slightly less stolen election this time.  Just long enough to keep their people in the White House and to keep the public from coming for the perpetrators in the Federal Reserve and their globalist infiltrators with all the anger that is deserved.

When Trump is president again, and it will take more than four years to pull off, we can’t fix a century of bad economic policy in just a few short years; we will have to rethink our Federal Reserve system completely.  Everything is on the table, especially the progressive tax system implemented around the same time.  At this point, we have to look at the creation of the Federal Reserve as an invasion of America’s financial system, something that is just as valuable as any hard-target military objective.  The people behind the creation of the Federal Reserve wanted control of our government and our country, and they have plunged us all into global central bankers in ways that have been hostile to our nation and the people it is supposed to serve.  Instead, these fools think they are aristocrats, and we are their subjects, and they think we are so stupid that we can’t see what they have been doing to us.  The ultimate crime is covering up poor performance, which the Biden administration is most guilty of.  But more than that, it’s been years of poor-performing economies that the Federal Reserve has tampered with to benefit globalists.  The Lords of Easy Money never thought they’d get caught.  They thought they could hide their crimes behind fancy talk and a manipulated media of whores who would do anything to carry their water just to be invited to the next Wall Street party.  But without the corruption of the Fed, many on Wall Street would be broke and beggars on the street.  Only in their unholy alliance with the Fed do they have any power at all or political influence.  And to keep that power, they will do anything, the least of which is to artificially hold down interest rates, hoping to outlast fate before all these crimes catch them with the next Trump administration, which will make President Jackson’s war on the banks look like a trip through Kindergarten.

Democrats Have a Major Engagement Problem: It’s all catching up to them

How sure am I about President Trump’s strength in this upcoming election?  Well, it’s a simple math problem.  The traditional way of looking at things is in a panic because they know.  And for all those people I have been telling for four years that there was massive election fraud in 2020 and that Biden was illegally put into office, making everything he has touched all this time completely illegal, the proof they have been looking for is about to take place.  Because they know, they know what they did.  And so do many others.  But you don’t have to take it from me.  The facts are the facts, and everyone knows it.  Democrats have an engagement problem, which is one of the many reasons they are scrambling for voters now at the last minute with illegal immigration.  They have lost the inner city vote.  They have lost the panicky suburbanite moms.  They have lost the immigrant vote.  Biden has been so bad. Obama was also horrible during his third term behind Biden that the Democrat brand is now associated with outright communism.  And people don’t want it or like it.  And they aren’t excited about voting for it.  So without massive election fraud, like they had when they took power in 2020 under the ruse of Covid, Democrats know they have significant problems.  The media has been trying to keep it close because they desperately want the ad revenue.  We don’t want everyone getting cocky and not participating in this 2024 election, assuming that everything will be alright.  But if voter engagement stays high, and Trump gets another 75 million votes, which he can easily do, the Democrats won’t be able to keep up in this one.  They are in for a very sharp punch in the stomach, much deserved.

But Trump is only up by 4 to 6 in the Battlegrounds?  You might say.  In some polls, Biden wins by a few.  No, that’s all smoke and mirrors designed to sell political ads and keep the race close so people pump their billions of dollars into the Fox News life stream, the horse race of politics.  If you go out and poll 1500 likely voters, you are expected to get close results.  But we aren’t dealing with potential voters in this presidential race.  This is all about those who usually don’t vote, who are willing to crawl through broken glass naked to vote for President Trump, which I think will be a number closer to 80 million people.  And the Democrats will be hard-pressed to break into the 60 million range.  It’s just math; they don’t have it on their side, even with isolated cheating.  And they won’t be able to duplicate the level of cheating that has kept it close for them this time because of how outrageous it was during the last.  When Obama was running during both terms, he could not break out of the 60 million range, and many of those voters now find themselves to blame for many things in the world.  So, they are not exactly excited to vote.  Biden has been so horrible even The Rock is pulling back his endorsement because this current monstrosity has been horrible for business, the Democrat platform.  Oh, how about those gas prices and those EV mandates?  People are still sick of COVID-19 vaccine mandates imposed by a Biden executive order.  The embarrassment on the world stage.  The projection of weakness.  The corruption of the Biden family in general.  Biden has been horrendous, but that’s what happens when someone cheats to win, gets put on the stage, and nobody remembers voting for him, so they are already critical.  Then, it all starts to add up.

There are a lot of people who can’t wait to vote for President Trump again, especially after all these court cases.  Democrats have made it personal, and people want to punch them back.  And all these criminals in government should consider themselves very lucky that most Americans are so fair, willing to live within the confines of the Constitution and punch back with a vote rather than violence.  These news shows claim the opposite who are in a total meltdown know better.  They all have it coming because of what they did and conspired to do.  When they get paid back, they deserve it, and then some.  However, many people are ready to vote for Trump to get that vote.  Biden has many people hiding because of their guilt in a string of crimes they assume would never catch up to them.  But it has.  All these years, we have assumed that there was a 50/50 split in America, where both sides were happy about their person running for office and that they would equally show up and vote on election day, making polling somewhat relevant if you could get a statistical sampling of “likely” voters.  But not this time.  This election is all about engagement and which side has more of it.  And because of the way that Democrats have been caught lying, stealing, and cheating in every way that they could, they don’t have much support except for the toxic communists who know this is their chance at revolution.  Everyone else, the idealists, the college kids, the perpetually scared suburbanite housewives who won’t let their kid leave the driveway without a Band-Aid for every scratch, nick, and bruise, are not excited about putting their name next to Joe Biden.  Some might vote anyway, but they aren’t motivated to do so.

That’s usually how it is at sporting events, where all fans enter a stadium excited about how their team might play.  But at the end of the game, when the score is 35 to nothing, people either leave to go back to their cars, happy or sad.  And when your team loses, and you have blown $500 on snacks and souvenirs, you feel terrible.  That is how Democrats are feeling right now, deep in their gut.  They studied these communist revolutions worldwide and saw how they did it, and they have tried it here in the United States.  But too many people were free.  Too many people have guns.  Too many people run their own businesses.  Too many people have access to too much information.  And there has never been someone as self-made as President Trump willing to pledge his fame and fortune to the cause of freedom.  So, the whole house of cards that the Democrats have built for global communism has fallen apart.  And people can’t wait to see it.  They can’t wait to vote against Joe Biden and the third term of the domestic terrorist, Barack Obama.  If the polling does not favor Biden, then it will not get better when actual people vote.  Because there are a lot of elements that polling doesn’t capture that will come into play.  And that is essential engagement; for Republicans, it will be very high.  For Democrats, it is low because they are the losing team, and people are not excited about the brand.  All they have is fear; most people aren’t afraid of them.  So they don’t even have that to drive people to vote.  So, Democrats have a big, massive problem.  And they deserve all the punishment coming to them, and then some.

Kimonos in Japan: If America wants to be Great Again, perhaps we should dress for that greatness

You might have heard about Jimmy Kimmel’s recent trip to Japan, a topic of its own.  But he is right about several things: Japan is clean, and crime is low.  He didn’t understand why, which I’ll break down in a separate article.  However, one thing that is quite clear that I admire about the Japanese people quite a lot is their embrace of their traditional culture and their kimono dress.  I, too, was recently in Japan. I’ve been there a few times during this year, so I am very familiar with some of the unique customs that they have there.  However, during this most recent trip, I saw quite a lot of Kyoto on a Thursday afternoon and for an extended period, and I was surprised by how they dressed.  Most of the people I encountered there were walking around the streets, the temples, and the bamboo forest in full kimonos, both men and women.  And there were rental shops everywhere that kimonos could be rented to wear around town.  It wasn’t a samurai cosplay convention, which was what I thought was going on.  This was how people dressed all the time, and it was very refreshing to see.  It reminded me of something I have been saying all the time, that in America, we need to embrace more of our traditions.  While in Japan, I fully expressed American culture, which they appreciated.  In America, I tend to wear a poncho to my gun competitions and other Second Amendment activities, the kind of Western wear that is very traditional to Western expansion and hard, cold nights on the open ranges next to campfires.   I have several of them, and when I wear them, I always get a lot of strange looks.  But I don’t think they should be considered strange at all.  And when I dressed that way to go out to the store in the middle of the night outside my hotel in Kobe, nobody in Japan thought it was strange at all.

I had a few ponchos in Japan which I like to put on instead of a jacket, especially in inclement weather.  It’s like having a wrap-around blanket without worrying about it falling off your shoulders, so it frees up your arms underneath.  It’s suitable for short-term warmth without messing around with a cumbersome jacket.  And I like that a poncho hides a lot of what you might not want people to see, such as the many knives and guns that I carry all the time.  With concealed carry across multiple states, it is better to hide the big stuff with very baggy clothing instead of trying to contain the weapons in modern-day America’s conventional dress.  In Japan, their reverence for history, especially in their samurai culture, is unmistakable, and they openly embrace it, which I thought was very classy.  It was nice to see the women dressing up in these classic robes to go shopping and be seen around town.  And the men dressed similarly to accompany them.  Instead of being repealed by the display of my own dress, a few times on this latest trip, as I wore my poncho down to the local store to pick up supplies, people wanted to take a picture next to me in my boots, poncho, and Stetson cowboy hat to show they had met a “real American.”  And they were pleased about it.  As they snapped their pictures with me, I couldn’t help but think of one of my favorite quotes from the Dune books: “How else do humans invent the traps that betray us into mediocrity?”

Mediocrity is what we have adopted in our modern Western cultures, with our associations with communism introduced through our education system.  They have rejected this mediocrity primarily in Japan due to their reverence for traditional values.  But in America, these days, we have associated fashion with an alliance with sportswear.  Nike, Adidas, and other brands seen from college sports programs have largely inspired our public presentation of ourselves.  These days, the idea of proper dress on casual Fridays is a golf shirt that shows we are interested in sports programs.  That is something that they don’t do as much in Japan.  They love sports, especially baseball, but they don’t go out of their way to show reverence for it out of disrespecting their traditional cultures.  But in America, we want to look like the coaches and players of our sports teams, which behind them have all kinds of corporate communism attached to them.  So, our American dress has shifted from individual expressions of a rugged outdoorsman to billboards for corporate influence over our sporting markets.  And the not-so-subtle message there is to accept that individuals are less important than the team’s greater good.  And, of course, behind that is that communism defines the greater good.  So, wearing a cowboy hat in America is quite a statement.  More people are doing it now than they used to, mainly because of the popular Yellowstone television show and the failed politics of the communist left.  People want to make America great again, and like the Japanese, they are turning to traditional dress to convey that trait.  But in America, our dress directly influences our society’s condition.

I have always worn a cowboy hat.  But over the years, I have been less inclined toward sporting goods fashion trends in favor of my traditional gunslinger apparel.  I’ve been that way for many years.  I remember many late-night encounters in my twenties where I would wear my ponchos everywhere, including the Kenwood Mall in Cincinnati.  It’s one thing to do when you are in your 50s, as I am now.  But when you are in your 20s, many people look at you weird because you are so out of step with mainstream culture.  But it’s always been a visual hedge against mediocrity, which is how I view modern dress codes, and I largely reject the premise.  A culture should strive to stand out from the crowd in everything, individually.  Not to retreat into submission to the mob.  In Japan, particularly Kyoto and even Tokyo, even though the kimonos are uniformly similar in their loose-fitting robes, they are colorful and full of individualized expression.  I thought that seeing that expression was wonderful and was a major contributor to the quality of their society.  I had a chance to eat at a very nice restaurant in Kyoto with some friends.  It was a classic place; most people wore kimonos, and you had to take off your shoes while eating.  It had a spectacular garden to walk in while you waited for your food, and they provided you with slippers to do so.  I stepped into that place, mostly having to duck because the ceiling was low, and the whole place was primarily made of paper and wood.  They gave me a very large locker for my big cowboy boots, which is what they do when you enter to put your shoes in while you eat, but I still wore my cowboy hat.  And they took notice of it.  But it wasn’t in a “you’re not like us” way.  But rather, a respect for the culture that I came from.  And they were proud of their culture.  And what we all shared was a disrespect for sameness as defined by communism and an embrace of versatility as defined by capitalist markets.  They brought us mostly raw fish and vegetables, certainly not chicken nuggets as I might otherwise be used to in the States.  But it was a good look into a culture that embraced their uniqueness and certainly wasn’t shying away from their projection to the rest of the world.  And if America wants to be Great Again.  Perhaps we should start dressing for that greatness instead of playing everything down to some corporate version of casual and accepting sameness as a value rather than uniqueness.

The Communist Left is in a Panic Because Trump Doubled His Wealth: Why capitalism always beats communism

In the rock, paper, scissors game of life, capitalism beats communism 100% of the time.  It doesn’t matter that the world has been taught communism in their universities, public schools, and government centers of inefficiency.  When in direct competition with capitalist elements of any society, communism always loses.  So, as we prepare to become a space-fairing species as if we ever stopped being one, capitalism should be at the center of every culture that participates.  And there was never a more obvious example of this than in the battle to destroy President Trump by the SWAMP gas of the communist left of the Washington D.C. beltway culture.  They planned to bankrupt Trump with a bunch of corrupt courts and leftist judges and keep him from being able to run for President of the United States by the fall of 2024.  In the minds of the “left,” the political affiliates of Karl Marx, Trump would be serving 700 years in jail, have all his vast assets confiscated by the state, and his family would be broke and begging on the street.  That was their American-hating fantasy.  But what ended up happening was that President Trump, to defend his right to free speech, started Truth Social, and his total wealth value doubled to a present level of over 6 billion dollars. This infused Trump with more cash to fight all these Marxist criminal cases and took the air completely out of the plans of his political enemies, who are also our political enemies, and they are pretty desperate now.  They bet everything on this plan, and now it’s falling apart in front of their faces, as I said all along that it would.  Even a few months ago, when people said that Trump was done for in politics, I reminded them that he was far from finished.  And that he was going to win and win big.  Because capitalism always beats communism, and by the time all this work against him was done, the communist left would bankrupt itself in a way they would never recover.  Everybody laughed.

But news report after news report showed the anxiety of those who had bought into different levels of communism injected into American life, in a panic over their entire political philosophy falling apart right in front of their faces.  Where they thought the New York court cases were the end of Trump and that Trump Tower was going to be confiscated by the state, the opposite happened.  And there was plenty of desperation to go around on their part.  But America was set up so that people like President Trump could exist.  I gave an excellent little talk this past week to a group of people after I read the book about Elon Musk by Walter Isaacson, which I thought was astonishingly good, and I compared it to the Trump book The Art of the Comeback which I have been saying was the guidebook for the 2024 election.  If you want to know what Trump will do next, it’s all in that book published in the 1990s.  But the point of my talk, which I told them was likely the most crucial thing anybody would ever tell them, was that while how we measure wealth might change, the creation of it still has some essential ingredients that are important to the human race.  Wealth creation, specifically capitalist systems, requires the propensity of the human race to create new things out of risk.  To take chances.  And when you hit it big, the win may be celebrated differently.  Back in the 1990s, Trump was all about supermodels, fast cars, and tall buildings made of gold.  Elon Musk in 2024 has some compelling pictures of his most valued treasures on the covers of his book, one showing Starship stacking on SuperHeavy.  Then, on the back cover is a Tesla factory with a robot working in a nice, clean facility.  Both examples show the company’s success and how the people behind the enterprise measured that success.  But what made that success was always a risk and the ability to manage it for the betterment of all.

Communist systems are all about averting risk.  They are the antithesis of creation.  It takes risk to do anything, so when you take the risk out of life, you take away the creation of things that are positive for the human race, which is why communist cultures, such as China, Cuba, Iran, and other places, are hellholes that depend on stealing from rich countries to sustain themselves.  That is why governments have to have massive taxes; they exist in at-risk environments that must be subsidized off the looted wealth of productive people who take many risks.  The more tolerance for risk a person had, and the better they managed it, the more successful they were.  Of course, those who don’t like risk and want a mother government to take it out of their lives will resent those who can handle it.  But what leverage can they inject into the world if they don’t bring any real value to an enterprise?  While the displays between the way Elon Musk displays his wealth as one of the world’s wealthiest people and President Trump may be different, it is similar to how they can handle more risk than others and use that trait to improve the world.

That was the swagger President Trump brought to his court cases.  When he was being hit from all sides by the communist left, he had the thought to use his money to start his own social media company, and I am proud to say that I was one of the first few hundred to sign up for it, which is how I was able to get my actual name in my username, @rhoffman.  And when Truth Social went public in March of 2024, it gave Trump access to plenty of cash to deal with all these pesky communists.   Trump could have spent these last few years working to be the wealthiest man in the world if he wanted to.  Instead, he doubled his billionaire status enough to stay alive for this presidential race, and the communists, because they count on systems to protect them from risk, were no match for someone very successful in managing risk and thrived in that environment.  This is why communism will never beat capitalism, even as much as the fantasy might wish such a condition to be so.  That’s why Karl Marx died broke.  That’s why the movement of Freemasonry in Europe failed to inject the entire world with socialism; group affiliations were intended to disguise people’s aversion to risk.  But it is always the risk-takers who succeed in life.  And there are always people who instead take risks to live the safe life of bootlicking their tribal leader in exchange for food from the confiscated wealth taken by mob rule.  It is that crucial designation that indicates why capitalism will always beat communism and why Trump has succeeded so well against these communist plots against him.  Most good things in life are created by risk, including asking out a pretty girl for a date.  Or driving a car that you just spent all day cleaning up for a night on the town, starting a new company, and making a profit.  People like Trump were successful because of their comfort with risk.  And what they create with that success makes the world a better place.  Which is why he’s winning, and the communist left is losing so spectacularly.

President Trump and the Lee Greenwood Bible: The Key to Making America Great Again

I have always had a relationship with the Bible, starting when I was very little.  I love to read books, and it is one of the world’s most essential books of literature. It has undoubtedly had a great impact as the foundation of Western Civilization.  But I’ve generally had a policy on religion not to impose it on other people because not everyone was fortunate enough to be born in America or under Christianity, so they are already starting in life with an impediment to success.  And I was willing to try the whole separation of church and state thing in the way that the destroyers of the world proposed it.  But due to the way the world is now, and what happened with COVID-19, the government coups around the world, and the general murder of innocent people, I began to explain things to people in a biblical context because that was what it took.  I’ve told the story before, and there have been many times since, but after Biden was put in office and Trump flew away for the last time, my wife and I headed into the desert and did some thinking.  A lot of thinking.  I bought a Lee Greenwood Bible shortly after because I thought he was onto something, and after reading it and sharing it with other people, a clear strategy became very obvious to me, which would defeat many of the villains in the world.  They were exposed, and a path to their destruction was clear to see.  And all it took for us, as Americans, was to reestablish a connection with the Bible.  That is why Lee Greenwood published a God Bless the USA version.  I have many Bibles, but this one was unique, and I thought upon receiving it, that every American should have one.  Within the text of the Bible is just about everything you need to know about building a successful society.  This Lee Greenwood Bible was a great place to start if America wanted to find its way again.

In 2024, President Trump is putting his name behind this effort and is partnering with Lee Greenwood to sell the God Bless the USA Bible, which comes in the back of it: the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and other patriotic documents.  I love all those things, so to have them all in one place makes perfect sense, as American law was formed around biblical principles.   For me what I had to overcome in the desert that year in 2021 was an answer to what the attackers of America were really after.  It’s one thing to talk about and write about, but admitting it to yourself at a fundamental level is something else.  Removing the Bible from our legal system as a basic foundation was the key to the plan of our attackers, the globalists looking for a one-world government rule through the United Nations.  These perpetrators were the socialist and communist heathens of Europe and Asia who wanted to make God the government, not a reference to a biblical past.  To achieve their victory over America, they had to change us from a Christian nation to a heathen one, something that had happened before in Israel when they had fallen from grace and turned back to the worship of Baal in the land of Canaan, and other places throughout the Near East.  Yahweh was just one competing God when the Bible was written, establishing himself as the creator of Western civilization, overcoming the pantheon of Greek gods, the Romans, and all the deities along the Silk Road.  Yahweh was older than many, but it was a long journey to work out social interaction correctly, which took many thousands of years to figure out.

Then, in our modern times, the latest band of despots and global crime syndicates wanted to overthrow America and steal all its vast wealth by taking from us the basic morality of the Bible and splitting our legal system on its head for apparent destruction.  And we have seen over these past three or four years that this obvious strategy and its implications play out.  There is no longer guessing what these people were trying to do to us.  What has been challenging is to admit that people were willing to be that evil.  And they have been.  So, to understand that level of evil, a relationship with the Bible is essential in the context of the human race and its development.  The Bible has been the best at communicating those values, better than any country in the world, and the fact that America was built on that foundation was simply magnificent.  The concept of natural law and these ideas were, for me, the key to working all this out, so I was in Indian territory thinking about whether America had a right to impose its freedoms on the collectivist-based cultures that happened to be in North America at the time, and much like the reason God wanted the Hebrew people to inhabit Canaan, the same moral justification was present in the founding of America.  And people needed to understand that context.  The enemies of America wanted us to doubt that enterprise, so they sought to steal our reference point, our Bibles.  So, to beat them at their game put the Bible back into the center of American culture, and it would essentially be like Holy Water applied to the demons of existence.  So, it was brilliant for President Trump to get behind in selling this Lee Greenwood Bible.  It is also wise of him to make this upcoming election a resurgence of Christian Nationalism.  Not in the negative way that the enemies of America want to portray it as a derogatory position where we are supposed to give up our lives and lifestyles to accommodate the heathens of the world and all their dumb gods.  No, we only need to return to the basics and learn from history.  And use as a foundation for our civilization the tools that work, the rule of law built on the back of Biblical principles.  It’s one thing to have compassion for people who do not have the Bible as the backdrop of their entire culture and to be respectful of their beliefs.  But to destroy your belief system to make those heathens happy is not an intelligent idea, only to then have the United Nations redefine values based on a Karl Marx definition where communism makes government the new God and that the goal of our lives is to redistribute wealth using that new God as the arbitrator of justice.  And what the government gets is power and prestige, which has always been the downfall of civilizations, to repeat a cycle we know doesn’t work.  And to achieve that, they have to convince us to give up on the elements of society that do work.  President Trump getting behind the Lee Greenwood Bible is one of the most brilliant things he has done so far, and the media is melting down over it, like the Wicked Witch at the end of The Wizard of Oz.  I would recommend getting at least one Bible to pass out to friends and family.  The Bible is the battle plan to Make America Great Again, and we should not be shy about it.  This story has happened many times; the Bible captures those events well.  And for our present circumstances, we don’t have to reinvent the wheel.  We need to understand how to use it, and the Bible, especially the Lee Greenwood Bible in partnership with President Trump, is a great place to start.

Good to See the People of Fairfield Schools Aren’t Stupid: In Lakota, corruption put Christina French in a seat to protect the radical teacher’s union

I was happy to see that the people in the Fairfield school district, who just voted down their ridiculous school levy, were not stupid.  As I have always said and will continue to say, you are stupid if you vote for a school levy.  These public schools are cesspools of Democrat politics, and they rot the children from the inside out, purposely.  So, feeding those ridiculous Democrats incubation factories is stupid.  The schools are controlled by radicalized laborers who want to be paid too much to do too little and offer a community very little in return for the massive investment.  So, in the Fairfield schools just north of Cincinnati outside the I-275 loop, a community that is only a fraction of what it once was, they said no to their tax levy, which is a good sign of things to come.  People have learned a lot over the last few years, especially since all the Covid lockdowns exposed this clown game for what it truly is, and more people than ever are ready to admit that public schools are only a free babysitting service for parents too busy, to take their kids anywhere else because they are too poor to take their kids to a private school or find some other alternative.  Public schools are like public toilets; nobody cares about what happens inside until you have to use them.  And when you use them, they are always in a state of degradation.  I love education, but we don’t do nearly enough of it.  But public schools are not my idea of education.  They are more like prisons of social conditioning to feel all the wrong things and express all the wrong values.  I don’t believe public schools got it right, especially over the last few decades.  They have become propaganda factories for Democrat politics, and any good that was intended with them has long gone from social analysis.  Nothing says “I don’t love you, kid” more than sending them to the rat race public school attached to your zip code.

With all that said, I have had many, many, many people ask me to run for school board in my community of Lakota.   And we’re not talking about slack-jawed losers but brilliant and influential people.  The game has always been evident to me, but for the sake of those people, I have tried to do whatever I can to make public education better for the scope of a community.  And in management, saying no is a significant first step to whatever Democrats think they need.  Even if they ask for an extra gallon of milk, inflated, wasteful people who look to the government to fill their bottomless pit needs must be told no.  That is certainly true regarding wage levels, which are directly associated with the inflated budgets that public schools utilize.  And to have someone say no often is why people have wanted me to be on the school board.  But I would never waste my time on such a fruitless enterprise, especially since the name of the game is to have closet Democrats running the school board to pave the way for the teacher unions to have easy contract negotiations.  And the whole game is set up like a parasite to a community’s property values, like a gun to the head of a robbery victim.  It’s just not a positive experience in any way, significantly once kids grow up beyond the fifth grade and stop having parent presentations to see the art their kids did in school pasted all over the wall as if to justify everything.  Once the kids get into middle and high school, where puberty is running away with logic, everything gets a lot less cute and useless for the dollar value.

However, I’ve tried to help put conservative school board members on the board in my school district of Lakota several times over the years.  But a pattern emerges that is quite obvious.  Rival school board members who don’t like the conservatives use woke laws to protect them from voter intentions, which is the case with Darbi Boddy in Lakota.  She was a Tea Party type conservative on the school board, and that group worked hard, just as they did Todd Parnell before her, to use woke rules to remove members they didn’t like, then the board would override the pick of the public and appoint their liberal members.  In this case, because of a legal technicality driven by a bunch of people who might otherwise call themselves conservatives, a court order kept Darbi from attending school board meetings, which, after 90 days, allowed the Lakota school board to vote her off the board and appoint a new member, without going to the taxpayers.  In this case, it ended up being Christina French after a long list of excessively liberal names offered themselves as options.  French is not a conservative, let’s just put it nicely.  But she represents the kind of people that the teacher union wants on the school board, and as the out-of-control costs stack up into chaos at Lakota, they try to do what Fairfield just tried to do, with tax increases in more overt liberalism as policy, don’t say I didn’t try to warn you.

The community Republicans should have stood behind Darbi better than they did.  Isaac Adi, who ran as a conservative for the board, voted to put French in Darbi’s seat, and he’s the one who caused all the trouble in the first place.  Darbi shouldn’t have let her temper get the better of her, just as Todd Parnell shouldn’t have, but these people can infuriate you.  And they can support child molesters and break all kinds of laws and get away with it because they are Democrats.  The rules are only there to control Republicans because we have allowed that system to manifest that way and make conservative politics, which is, in the majority, a passive role in the education business.  This is why public education is failing everywhere and why it costs so much to get so little.  Because there are so many RINOs, which was undoubtedly the case with Darbi, they didn’t back her, so they get to deal with Christina French, Julie Shaffer, and those other radical Democrats.  Many of them probably call themselves Republicans at wine tastings, but their behavior is overtly liberal, and it shows in their spending habits.  No matter who we put on the Lakota school board, this will always be the result.  Republicans have to walk around on egg shells while the Democrats are dancing on the tables naked and laying face down in the bathroom by the toilet at education conferences, and they get away with everything, because the teacher’s unions wants such fools in charge of their budget.  See why?  Which is why I say, and will continue to say, if you vote for a school levy you are stupid.  I can at least add to that that I’ve tried to help make school boards better, but the future of public education is to put the funding to the child, not the zip code, and make the schools earn their money, drive down their costs, and attract children to their enterprise through competition.  Of course, the public schools won’t be able to afford government union wage rates, but that’s the point.  That doesn’t benefit anybody but the parasites who have access to the next generation of children.  And if you want to fix education and help kids access learning, that’s the only next thing to do.  Everything else is nonsense.  More money doesn’t help the kids at all. It only increases corruption, as we have seen in Lakota over many years.  The more money, the more corruption, and the process that got rid of Darbi Boddy and put Christina French in her place is corrupt beyond repair.

Bernie Sanders Dumb Idea for a 32-Hour Work Week: Socialists and Communists are Lazy, dope-smoking losers

This is a long-term gripe from me and one of the most significant reasons to never listen to socialists and communists.  Communists are lazy people by nature; that’s why they want big government to confiscate the wealth of others and redistribute that income to them while they sit around all day smoking pot and playing video games.  We can see socialists a mile away, and their work ethic exposes them.  Lazy people tend to favor the works of Karl Marx.  So it is unsurprising that Bernie Sanders, the socialist senator who has been in the news a lot over the last several years, has proposed a 32-hour work week.  I missed the news in a form I could comment on because I was traveling through many airports and happened to be in Japan waiting on a driver sent to pick me up when I heard the news.  I watched a video clip of this ridiculous proposal as my Japanese driver ran down the road to get our car.  He was running because he didn’t want me to wait an extra 15 to 20 seconds and to be guilty of giving me an inefficiency problem that day.  So, the news was particularly powerful at that moment because of the excessive contrasts.  They like to work in Japan, and they want to work hard.  So do I.  Out of a 24-hour day, 17 of them are dedicated to working.   I don’t have much time for silly chit-chat and wasting time on stupid things.  And I also work Saturdays and Sundays most weeks.  And I like it.  I love Mondays, I see Fridays as just another day in the week.  And I expect the people around me to work hard, too. Otherwise, I don’t get along with them.  No matter what people think about politics, sports teams, or religion, I can find common ground to build a relationship if a person likes to work hard.

They work hard in Japan

But this idea of Bernie Sanders was one of the dumbest things I have ever heard.  America was trying to dig out of several years of bad economic policy during the third term of Obama’s presidency.  During Trump’s first term, America had three years of prosperity, but Biden quickly turned all that into a disaster, and America needs to work its way back to greatness.  And here is this idiot saying we must work a 32-hour workweek.  What will people do in all those other hours? Look out the window.  Have more leisure time.  How long must people sit on a beach and look at the water?  It reminded me of the many things that I don’t like about Europe.  They have too much vacation and have a daily expectation of doing too little.  It’s common in Europe to only work three days out of five and to have frequent breaks.  And to be honest, it disgusts me to my very soul.  What a wasteful existence.  America has been great in the past because the people weren’t afraid of hard work.  It was hard work that built a great country, and it was hard work that made any culture prosperous.  And here is an old hippie socialist advocating for Americans to work less.  It’s probably the dumbest idea in the history of dumb ideas.  It’s a general attitude you can easily observe in communist and socialist countries; their social centers are often crowded with people walking around aimlessly eating food and sitting anywhere available because they aren’t working enough.  And they wonder why they have poor GDP numbers.

That isn’t unique; in my experience in Japan with the driver, it’s expected.  Japan has the third-largest economy in the world for a reason.  They work hard there, and they don’t complain about stupid things.  When there is work to be done, they pull together and get things done quickly, and they aren’t in love with the hours of the day.  If it takes longer to do a task than the usual hours of a business day, they stick around and finish it, making tomorrow always filled with completed work, waiting on new opportunities.  I am always impressed by even ordinary people on the street who are overtly ambitious and gratified for an opportunity to work.  Whether it’s a clerk at a convenience store or an attendant at the airport, when work is faced, or the chance to do business with another person presents itself, they honor that opportunity with a deep bow to revere the work and the opportunities that come with it.  You are in for a treat when you fly to Japan on any Japanese airline with an all-Japanese crew.  They work hard and treat everyone very respectfully.  They really care about the work and it shows as they enter the work zone, they bow to the public and bring real diligence to the effort.  But often, when you return home on Delta, United, or some other American airliner, you get a menagerie of lazy characters brought to you by Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and they are ridiculous to deal with, especially on a long flight.  Even in premium seating, they make the experience miserable because they are usually lazy, overweight, and can barely fit between the seats, and you can tell they are always in a hurry to sit back down and waste their life away somewhere.  With the Japanese airlines, everyone is in a hurry, but for the opposite reason, so they can do more work.

Bernie Sanders lists himself as an independent who caucuses with Democrats.  And he’s had a few good runs at the presidency, headed off by the Democrat’s cheating machine who would not let him near the White House.  But as a result, Democrats have steered hard left on Bernie Sanders types of communist policies.  Sanders is technically a socialist, and there are many like him in the Democrat Party; they don’t refer to themselves as such.  Much as in the Republican Party, there are Democrats who know they could never get elected if they called themselves what they were.  Socialists and communists in America have been changing their name to Democrats, trying to hide their real nature.  These days, they feel more comfortable revealing what that nature is than they were in the past.  And it’s communism that is behind the effort to have America work a 32-hour work week.  I think Americans need to work a 70-hour work week, at minimum.  I never have any compassion for someone who says they don’t have enough money when they are barely working 40 hours a week.  It was labor unions who gave us the stupid 40-hour work week, and that just isn’t enough when you have a productive culture filled with opportunity. What are people expecting to do with all that time off?  Why not work and make more money?  In my life, I have often worked two full-time jobs of 40 hours each, and held a part-time job on weekends, four or five hours a day on Saturdays and Sundays.  And I always spent time with my family.  I had time to play video games, read books, and watch movies.  People waste a lot of time in life, depending on the political philosophy that governs their society.  And if Americans want to Make America Great Again, they need to learn to work hard again.  And to stop listening to ridiculously stupid socialists, Marxists, and communists who just want to sit around smoking pot, living off welfare, and wasting their lives away with scratch-off lottery tickets, hoping to hit it big so they can work even less.  Those kinds of people are the slugs of society, and any culture that wants to be better needs to make fewer of them.

Trump Was Always Protected Under the 8th Amendment: Playing chicken with the federal government, and winning

All you need to know about America’s domestic enemies and that they are a Marxist insurrection is in the case against Trump in New York, where the attorney general, Letitia James, pushed for an obviously unconstitutional bail amount in an effort to enforce a default and confiscate the President’s property.  This is a funny story, even as sinister as it is, because it’s the guide for how all these cases will go against Trump, but it holds for any of us.  Luckily, Trump, with the amount of wealth he has amassed over the years, is willing to play chicken with these guys and expose them from the platform of the American Presidency.   His willingness to do so has brought to the surface this obvious communist strategy so audaciously, that everyone can understand it.  However, this notion that Letitia James was going to be able to take Trump’s property and bankrupt him was never going to work.  As the radical left made up the scam, they assumed that people would abandon the American Constitution well before now, but that hasn’t happened.  By the time everyone entered the last week of March 2024, and the media speculated on the awesome power of the federal government, with all its infinite resources and ability to destroy people’s lives, the truth ended up as a lesson in civics.  Trump was, and has always been, just as we all are, protected from the government under the 8th Amendment.  This indicates that any excessive punishment imposed by the government, along with outrageous bail, was prohibited.  And given that Letitia James and Judge Engoron set the bail for Trump’s real estate case at 454 million dollars, essentially half a billion dollars, it showed that they weren’t serious about the law but were trying to do something they were legally prevented from doing.  There has never been such a bail cast against an individual before, so the definition of “excessive” was easy to establish.

It’s pretty clear

Of course, the appeals process reduced the bail amount to something more manageable, although still excessive, but it was easier for Trump to get his hands on raw cash.  And once that occurred, the New York case fell apart, and the theatrics were concluded.  It is actually funny that Biden began to call Trump “broke” on the campaign trail because his handlers wrote it that way, according to the Marxist script they had all been following.   Trump’s attornies pleaded during the ruling because they had to, that Trump didn’t have $454 million lying around and that it was an unusual hardship.  The appeals court lowered the amount to $175 million just as Letitia James moved in to put a padlock on Trump Tower in New York to accommodate the ridiculous bail amount.  The abuse couldn’t be more apparent to the world and it ended up being a great example of the Marxist invasion of our country that a lot of people were not willing to acknowledge.  However, during this process, Trump received considerable money from his social media platform, Truth Social, so he quickly had the cash to pay the lowered bail amount and move on.  Even though even that amount will be considered “excessive” and unconstitutional in the end.  For now, Trump just pulled out a wad of cash and paid off the communists and, in the process, doubled his wealth.  Any hopes that the radical left had about Trump going broke and being forced to sell off his assets along the New York skyline were averted, and Trump entered a new era in the world of politics that nobody had ever seen before.  He had won the standoff with the federal government, which nobody had expected.

Except I had been saying for a few years now that the 8th Amendment prevented the government from doing precisely what they were doing to Trump.  I knew what the Trump legal team was doing when they declared hardship on the excessive fine imposed by Engoron because they had to get it on the record for the appeals process.  Trump could have paid the fines and fees, but should he?  That was the real question.  But the political left gave away their fantasy of a communist world with an out-of-control government running loose and, taking people’s property and throwing them in jail without due process.  This happens everywhere, especially with the Peter Navarro case and what happened to Alex Jones, Rudy Guiliani, and Sidney Powell.  All the J6th protestors.  I find it astonishing that more lawyers didn’t catch on to the unconstitutionality of these impositions quickly.  However, before the March 2024 property confiscations, the Trump legal team finally got specific about the 8th Amendment.  And once they did, the appeals court had no option but to reduce the bail and favor in the direction of Trump.  I think this whole argument could have been destroyed in the New York case months ago by citing the 8th Amendment protections, but Trump likely wanted to bait them along like the excellent negotiator that he is, for as long as he could get away with it, pushing them to overplay their hand.  Which they did, only to drop the bomb with them at the end of the case to make a point.  And in that process, the political left salivated at the destruction of Trump and showed the world who they were.

I would have advised Trump to destroy his enemies in the very beginning and to never let them up for air.  All these cases against Trump have the same primary objective and fall under the same constitutional protections.  But Trump is playing this as a sportsman who might fish for those big guys in the water deep under a rockface.  The point of the Constitution that is important is that it limits government and takes away the kind of power the left is addicted to, which is Chinese-style communism centrally controlled.  The entire American legal system, including all Supreme Court cases, uses the Constitution to prevent the government from doing things it might want to do against people, with property rights and wealth creation being the center of proper social norms that sustain a functioning economy.  Without that stability, you end up with an out-of-control government, which Trump wanted to show with all these theatrics.  The Trump legal team let the dumb Letitia James make a fool out of herself with excessive abuse to show the world what she was really up to.  Then, when things got serious, the Trump team played the 8th Amendment card, and that essentially destroyed the case.  But Trump was never in trouble.  Trump played the situation wonderfully and took the criticism in the media to full effect, letting everyone speculate on his destruction, even as Letitia James coordinated all this government abuse with the Biden White House.  Because they were communists, they assumed that society would “progress” beyond the Constitutional limits of the American rule of law in favor of some ridiculous United Nations model of law and judgment.  But that’s not how it is in America, and now Trump has established a new value on that law that will solidify these court battles for many years to come.  For this reason, we are all much better off.

Banning TikTok from China: Morality is the best policy for protecting society from its enemies

I’m generally not for the government getting into the banning business, such as all this talk about banning TikTok from American consumption.  It might make everyone feel good, but at this point, it’s not nearly enough.  I think what they do in Florida with age restrictions is the right way for all social media.  The introduction of the internet to kids in puberty has been horrendous, culturally, so they are headed down the right road in Florida by identifying that fundamental use problem.  Strengthen the family; you solve a lot of these problems.  The government is a poor substitute for parental guidance.  But that doesn’t change what TikTok is and China’s intentions with it.  Yes, they are all about propaganda, and TikTok was invented as a social media platform to empower stupidity to destroy our culture by making it more mainstream.  When President Trump wanted to ban TikTok during his first presidency, he had the right idea in identifying a threat to our American youth.  China wants to make them dumb and to pursue the destruction of the next generation.  I was just in Japan studying how Kobe Beef is produced by tampering with cattle growth in ways that make the meat taste better.  TikTok was invented and utilized to be different from other forms of social media, more appealing to youth, and more addictive than YouTube or Facebook.  As a result, it is the critical platform millions of Americans use to share videos and opinions about a whole array of matters.  But residing behind that effort is a menace to destroy the mind of the consumer with addiction and short thinking, sexual obsession, and low intellect manipulations.  That could be said of most social media, but when it comes to TikTok, owned by the Chinese, the level of deceit is in a category of its own.

The more general threat behind TikTok is the ability of foreign governments, hostile to the United States to own American assets.  Not just social media companies, but movie companies, land acquisition, and all other forms of investment.  America advertises itself as an open society; we allow foreign investment into our culture under the banner of “free trade,” only to see those hostile cultures use that weakness as leverage for our destruction.  Who needs a military when you can destroy the culture that produces the military?  By now, even the most dense person should understand that’s what we are dealing with.  When you look at all fronts, the poisoning of our youth with drugs, the teaching of communism in public schools, the destruction of the American family with feminism, and other methods, it should be obvious to everyone what’s going on.  Globalism wasn’t about bringing different countries into a capitalist society.  Globalism was about destroying the only real capitalist culture left on earth and eroding it from within, much the way TikTok was used as a kind of Trojan Horse.  But the troops don’t sneak in under the cover of night to slit everyone’s throats while they sleep.  They do it in the day, while everyone is awake.  But they get the people to slit their own throats and giggle about it like it’s a rebellion against convention.  The openness of American culture has been used against the kindness it was intended to project to the world’s less fortunate.  Rather than be thankful, those countries have plotted our destruction and then boasted about how weak we are for allowing them to do it.  So the TikTok problem won’t just disappear because politicians create a new ban on a social media platform.  The effort will just pack up and move to the next technological thing.

My solution is to keep the government out of it and raise the expectations of social behavior through free market enterprise.  I agree with Trump, who has changed his mind on TikTok over time and with some perspective.  As long as we are allowing criminal syndicates, like China, and hostile billionaires like Bill Gates, to buy up massive amounts of American property and to use it in a hostile way against us, whether it be farmland or social media platforms, we open ourselves to the hostilities of those antagonizers, and there a lot of them.  Of course, those types of people want open borders; they want to suck off the merit of a capitalist country with lots of people to exploit in the process.  The government was supposed to protect us, but many of them are just as bad as the criminals, not being able to resist the many temptations in Washington D.C., from the easy money, the gratuitous sex, and the compromised lifestyles.  The way to beat all these characters is not with more government rules enforced by corrupt government officials but by increasing society’s morality in general.  We don’t have to put up with such low standards as the Chinese have offered us to make us fat, dumb, and easily manipulated toward their military objectives.  We are expected to express our feelings about things and to maintain standards that are difficult for lowlifes to live up to.  And in that way, who needs a ban on TikTok when a social stigma behind the platform permeates through market conditions?  The best way to deal with these hostilities from foreign governments is not to allow foreign investment to be so easy and to use a good moral code to regulate the amount of stupidity a culture is willing to put up with.

There has been a lot of consternation locally where a new representative for the 47th District in Ohio beat out an entrenched Republican who is well known to be a RINO because she happens to be a pastor for a large church.  RINOs are dangerous because they believe in compromise and are willing to work with evil to make things happen, which is how we end up with things like TikTok in our culture.  The consternation comes from the endorsement of Diane Mullins from churches to become a political representative because the argument is that it’s supposed to be illegal, separation of church and state kind of issue. The left commits a lot of unlawful acts, such as cheating in elections and conducting open borders.  I don’t think a church endorsing a pastor for a political position is a problem at all.  And those who want to think so obviously have the destruction of America in mind because the entire debate about the separation of church and state was to make sure morality wasn’t provided to sustain a healthy culture with biblical guideposts.  The goal of removing such considerations was to make it easier to destroy the youth of America, which was a military strategy disguised as social policy.  But it is in affirming those moral values, a society protects itself best from intrusions like TikTok and other intentions from hostile foreign governments.  And we’d do much more good by not apologizing for upholding moral virtue than in a newly created government ban.  I would rather have a government ban than have a rudderless society, such as bans on drugs, abortion, and general bad conduct.  However, the best way to enforce moral policy is to have a society that isn’t afraid to make judgments against bad behavior.  And that is what most of these characters fear: people and politicians are not afraid to judge; which was the most effective means of social control ever invented by human beings?

How Bernie Moreno Wins Ohio as the Next Senator: The three key factors

The results of the Republican primary for the Ohio Senate, where Bernie Moreno won over Frank LaRose and Matt Dolan, will be similar to how Moreno will beat the entrenched Sherrod Brown.  It wasn’t that long ago when Jim Renacci ran against Brown, and I thought Jim had a great chance to win.  I knew Jim a bit and understood his personality.  And I’ve had a chance to get to know Bernie, and I think the lessons learned will undoubtedly fall in Bernie’s favor.  With Moreno getting just over 50% of the vote in that primary election against two other good Republican candidates, it is very telling how this will play out, which is something that many outlets have been considering now that the strength of the Trump pick had performed.  Can Bernie Moreno beat the dreaded Sherrod Brown?  The answer is yes.  Matt Dolan was a good sample of the anti-Trump vote, whether they be RINOs or Democrats, and statistically spreading them out from what we saw in the primary over into a general election should be pretty similar.  Looking at the voting results precinct by precinct, Bernie Moreno performed very well in the north, better than might usually be thought.  And, of course, in the south, Bernie Moreno dominated, which is somewhat expected.  Anything south of Columbus in a matchup with Sherrod Brown could be considered Bernie territory, while in the north, he is vulnerable because he’s not the Trump-endorsed candidate.  The Rust Belt unions want Bernie and Trump.  They will vote for the person Trump wants, which makes Trump the kingmaker in the Senate race if the anti-Trump forces couldn’t generate more than they did against Bernie Moreno, especially with all the negative ads that tell you everything you need to know about the matchup between Brown and Moreno.

Additionally, this is something I discussed with the Moreno team during a private sit-down a few months ago.  Sherrod Brown may have been in the Ohio Senate for many decades and is a bastion for progressive politics on the radical left side, but he is vulnerable in ways that Jim Renacci didn’t exploit.  Jim got caught up in the classic high-ground strategy of not exploiting the problems with Sherrod Brown’s domestic violence issue.  The previous election results showed that Brown was vulnerable, but Renacci didn’t go there. In several debates, Brown turned the whole issue on its head and told Renacci he should be ashamed of himself for even bringing it up.  Since that election, Sherrod Brown has been much less ostentatious publicly, showing cryptic vulnerability.  Instead, being a crafty politician, he has pivoted towards Trump support as he was the president then and hasn’t run away from him.  Brown acts like Trump is his best friend to confuse voters into voting for a union ticket for further support.  However, a swing of 7-8 points could be eroded from Brown on the morality and ethics front, which could quickly put Moreno over the top in November.  So I don’t think it is as close of a race as the national pundits think using conventional wisdom.  I believe convention will be thrown out in 2024 because a new set of rules that nobody has ever seen before will be applied.  And Sherrod Brown doesn’t match up against that wisdom at all.  He is built for classic unionized politics where Democrats controlled the narrative.  But they have lost that narrative, which can’t be ignored when looking at any election results from around the country.

Then there is the Trump factor, which Sherrod Brown has not seen much of.  The first time around, Jim Renacci was the Trump pick.  I met them at the airport in Lunken, just outside Cincinnati, and Jim was very excited.  At that time, Trump was a popular president doing well, but the political left was in the middle of their Russia, Russia, Russia nonsense, looking for a hook to attempt to derail Trump.  Covid hadn’t hit yet, so nobody knew what to do about Trump’s popularity.  But Jim Renacci, as nice as he was perhaps, was too well-mannered for Sherrod Brown.  So even though Trump endorsed Renacci, the power of that endorsement was not fully realized, not in the way that Bernie Moreno will experience.  After seeing Bernie with Don Jr., J.D. Vance, and Vivek Ramaswamy over the last several months, I realized there is a much different atmosphere to this 2024 election that the Trump endorsement machine understands.  And Bernie has a personality that won’t waste it, whereas Jim just didn’t put the teeth into the effort to knock off Brown.  So Brown was more than a little lucky in that last election, that he didn’t have to face the Trump endorsement now that it has matured into a well-oiled machine.  And that endorsement means voter engagement, actual votes in a booth on election day and before.  I would say that the personality difference between Moreno and Renacci is worth about 8 points in a race like this.  Both were successful business people who were in the car dealership business.  But Moreno is much more like Don Jr regarding a likeability factor than Jim.  Nothing against Renacci, but personality means a lot and Bernie has a lot of it.  If people get to interact with him, they will learn it quickly.

So, three things identify Bernie Moreno as the best option for the Sherrod Brown senate seat: to join J.D. Vance as a Republican and MAGA member of the Senate.  First, Bernie is very likeable and people will want to vote for him, especially where Trump is also on the ticket.  Getting the Trump vote by itself will likely be enough to win this race.  Then there is the juice of the race, the ability to attack Brown and exploit his natural weaknesses due to poor family maintenance.  The media downplayed the domestic abuse conditions of Brown’s ex-wife, and even she gave him a pass publicly.  But there was plenty there to exploit and Moreno will be able to bring those weaknesses to the surface in much the way he stepped up and over Frank LaRose and Matt Dolan in this primary.  Then there is the geography of the situation.  Bernie needs to perform well in the north, north of Columbus.  He doesn’t even have to beat Sherrod Brown in the Cleveland area.  He needs to just do well.  Because in the South, it’s Trump country, and Bernie is the man.  It’s an easy math problem, one that Renacci wasn’t able to tap into.  There is just more pop for Bernie, and he has more endorsements from people who will hit the ground running for him.  Right before the primary election, Trump flew in, and Kristi Noem was in Dayton.  Then, the next day in Milford, Ohio, Kari Lake campaigned for Bernie with J.D. Vance.  Just a few weeks prior, Don Jr., Vivek Ramaswamy, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and others hit the trail, especially in the south, and put their arms around Bernie to secure a victory.  And when that is done for the general election, the results will be very healthy for Republicans up and down the ticket.  So I don’t think it will be close.  Bernie cracks over 50% while Sherrod Brown will be lucky to get into the 40s.  And there is undoubtedly a clear path for Bernie Moreno to become the next senator in Ohio.
