Battle Hymn of the Republic: The Glory of U.S. Citizenship

“To promise to protect enemies both foreign and domestic.” Those words jumped out at me while attending a naturalization ceremony my son-in-law was participating in to complete his long road to becoming a United States Citizen. The event featured representatives of over 50 countries, each one standing proudly to proclaim the new United States Citizenship. It was refreshing to see people from all over the globe seeking so proudly membership into the very valuable club of citizenship that many who were so fortunate to have been born in the America take for granted. Because many of those countries represented at this ceremony are living under the oppressive rule of tyrants in one form or another and it takes courage to just apply for citizenship, let alone go through the long process of actually obtaining it. For my son-in-law, it was an 8 year journey that culminated into a packed room at St. Dominic School in Delhi. In that room there wasn’t any discussion of political persuasion, racism, gender equality, there was just unification that people of many backgrounds were gathered, from every conceivable place to seek admission to a banner of freedom protected by The United States Constitution.
A choir of young people from that school came in and sung a number of patriotic songs including my favorite, the Battle Hymn of the Republic, a song that has been my favorite since I was 3 years old and they sung it in my church. I play the song often from my garage sound system while I shoot basketball in my driveway on hot summer days. It is the song of America and was quite fitting for this epic event.

As that song played and I listened to all the petitioners declare their American allegiance I wondered who the domestic enemies were by definition that these people were swearing to protect. The first thought to my mind was Barack Obama himself, who behaves as an enemy of America in his constant attacks against the U.S. Constitution specifically the signing of the NDAA Act on New Year’s Day and his constant desire to bypass congress with executive orders. American citizenship doesn’t seem to mean much to the president, probably because he lost his citizenship, not by his doing but his mothers when she left with Barack Obama’s stepfather back to Indonesia while the boy was still very young and not able to fend for himself. Obama applied to American colleges under foreign status and it looks as though Obama has attempted to lawyer himself to cover up that fact that he is an illegal president according to the provisions of the Constitution. Obama is proof that once the rules are bent once, as he has done to justify his presidential eligibility, then the rules will be bent again and again. For the Barack Obama types who function in our government, they are domestic enemies because they do not respect the Constitution as shown in their actions, because they seek to manipulate the obvious in favor of the gray areas. There is no question that Barack has managed to walk the gray area enough to prove he was a citizen born in Hawaii, but he doesn’t do such a good job of explaining his foreign status when returning to the United States to study. So he became a lawyer like the many other looters and thieves in public service and sought to manipulate the law to suit his personal agenda, which is that of a radical community organizer who seeks to uproot all the foundations America stands upon.

But he’s not the only one. I would extend the domestic enemy umbrella to include virtually all lawyers and lobbyists who seek to make a living off the tax payer instead of contributing to the ideals of the Republic. At this ceremony I found it disturbing that Senator Rob Portman and Sherrod Brown sent letters to the applicants as though their office carried some kind of weight in authority. The letters read as though both senators were noble kings of some province in Ohio instead of workers of the people’s business, just mere representatives in a Republic known as America. Brown is a constitutional revisionist himself who seeks to expand government at alarming rates, which is a very un-American idea. Virtually every petitioner for citizenship present was fleeing countries riddled with such ideas, so bringing those failed concepts to America could easily be viewed as an enemy to the American way of life. And Rob Portman, whom I liked quite a bit until he signed the recent NDAA Act without any justification wrote a letter that on the surface appeared patriotic, but the lawyer in him could not hide the contempt that is apparent in his profession. I have known Rob for a long time. He may have forgotten by now but I was the guy who videotaped the great debate at WLW when Portman ran for his seat in a special election to capture the Republican seat back in 1993. I also hung out with Portman at Longworth Hall when he was currying favor for the Ross Perot crowd in what was being called The Reform Party back then, where I spoke. Rob helped me and a friend get onto the roof of Longworth Hall and drape a huge American flag from the top that nearly hit the bottom of that tall building and brought traffic on I-75 to a near standstill as motorists slowed down to see. Portman sent me the first order for a t-shirt I designed called “Take an Axe to our Tax” in 1996, which made me feel there, was hope that after three years in government, Rob was still on the right side of things. Rob Portman is a guy I liked a lot, so you can imagine how it pains me to declare him a domestic enemy, because he voted in favor of the NDAA Act. The most dangerous enemies are those we like, those who draw our smiles, and leave us thinking they are good people, while behind our backs, they plot against us. Those are the worst domestic enemies.

For my son-in-law I know the domestic enemies he will be fighting are those of ideas. Recently, he anticipated that many family and friends from his home country of England would join him in the states, but they have all but bailed on him. After trying life in America under green cards, they are seeking the socialism of England over the freedom of America. It’s hard, especially among the youth to explain why they can’t have 6 weeks of vacations while working at a McDonald’s, and why they must learn to drive a car when they are used to riding a train. Socialism under the Labour Party in England appeared to be a benefit to all, but it has made an entire generation weak, and barely able to lift a fork to their mouths to feed themselves. When young people don’t even have the ambition to drive a car, they certainly won’t have the ambition to self-govern, which is the plan of those big government advocates, to make people addicted to their drug of socialism. My son-in-law has lost many loved ones because of socialism, in his quest for freedom. That socialism in England is the same socialism that Obama and his clan of education thugs and union lackeys are trying to bring to the United States. That’s why Cincinnati has a street car, and why the Obama administration wants fuel to be over $4 per gallon, and want smart meters on our homes to regulate our power output to support green initiatives. It’s why the government is pushing electric cars onto the Detroit Auto Show even though nobody wants them, and why the media is covering up the serious fire risk of the Chevy Volt, as those cars are catching fire due to battery cool down problems.

All those manipulators of a free lifestyle are domestic enemies, and are certainly under the classification spoke about at this ceremony as people to watch out for and fight if need be. A domestic enemy is not necessarily the terrorist who is trying to gather bomb making material to blow something up, or the would-be-assassin who is trying to obtain a gun to make a kill.Equally dangerous is the lifestyle reformer who professes to rob America of its Constitution through legal manipulation, who seeks to make gay marriage a priority over a balanced budget, who seeks to put so many people on the government feed nipple that they will always have the vote of the weak in a society mind numb and lax under socialism instead of thriving under capitalism that only is limited in the work one wishes to put forth.

I saw in that room a collected group of people who were happy to become citizens for all the right reasons and political motivations. To my mind they are more American five minutes into obtaining their certificates, than the politician who thieves off the tax dollar with the aim of a Florida condo and a yearly cruise from work they’ve provided of no value but a gradual erosion of The Constitution.
After the ceremony my family took my son-in-law to the Hofbrauhaus in Newport which is his favorite restaurant in the city of Cincinnati. There we drank the giant liter steins of Dunkel beer made behind the bar and ate a lot of food. I read the Constitution that was given to him along with the letters from the senators mentioned. As I looked it over I noted that Senator Bill Sietz was there, my nemesis on the Issue 2 referendum mentioned frequently here as one of those turn coats who chose big labor over the principles of small government. Sietz was one of those politicians who cried for change under Governor Strickland then when change came under Governor Kasich he left the governor hanging on a vine. After all Sietz was a labor lawyer and unions are a lot of his income. So he chose his livelihood over the preservation of Ohio and his network in labor.

The event in itself was a grand one. It was truly refreshing to see such joy on the faces of new American citizens. The relief these people must feel immediately after is something long-term citizens can’t fathom. As my son-in-law said, “I can travel now without my green card.” That one small notion made the beer taste just a bit better for him and the hundreds of others present that day. But for the politicians who hung themselves to the process like the looters they are, they gave the event a feeling of a married couple who truly despise each other but maintain an image of the happy family. The husband and wife put on a good face when they appear in public. But out of the public eye, they have an open marriage—the wife has many lovers all over town and out-of-town, and the husband does too spending most of his free time not reading about philosophy and history, but of new sexual partners on Craig’s List who might meet him somewhere for some new sexual adventure. That is our government, Obama, Sietz, Brown, lobbyists, attorneys, prostitutes, power addicts, officials of degraded character who have sold out the value of the Constitution for the ability to have value they do not maintain because they are lazy and weak of mind.

I would replace them all in government with the people who just obtained their citizenship on Friday the 13th 2012 in less than a second if given the opportunity, and the Republic of the United States would fare far better than its present course because it is this group of people who worked hard to get a citizenship that is coveted all over the world as excessively valuable, who appreciate it. Because it is this United States Citizenship that gives an individual the right to their own property, and the right to pursue freedom without being ordained by any political party, religious idea, or tyrant of heredity. America is all about the Battle Hymn of the Republic because the fight will march on, and domestic enemies to the Constitution will be met, and at the same time threats from foreign enemies will be confronted to preserve the value of a citizenship sworn to at St. Dominic School in Delhi under the idea and pursuit of freedom.

The battle before us this time does not involve a war across the sea, or the spilling of blood anywhere on earth. The battle we are fighting for now is to restore the idea of America after many years of abuse by greedy, unsophisticated, caretakers. And to those who wish to maintain such a quandary in American culture, fear that song. Because it’s coming for you! The looters, thieves, and feel good police have hijacked it for too long, and it’s time to restore it to its rightful place in our popular culture. For it is the idea of American culture that should be spread throughout the world as evidence by the gathering of those who seek refuge under the citizenship of being an American and why such a thing has so much value. It is that value that we protect now through first art and literature and if those things fail, then with the gun. But we will have that value. YOU CAN TRUST THAT DEAR READER! So wipe away that tear that is running down your face from hearing those songs, clean your gun so that it is ready, and in the meantime spread the word.

Workplace Freedom in Ohio: Using Barack Obama to Pass it

A little bird landed on my window sill this week while Mitch Daniels, governor of Indiana backed a new ad for making his state a “Right to Work” state, to remind me of the many union members I personally heard from during the Issue 2 campaign of 2011. Issue 2 was a bold attempt in Ohio that failed and several union members who understood what I’ve been saying about the entire philosophy of union membership being the gateway to socialism was true, and they wanted out of those unions. So out of all the things Issue 2 would have done in for Ohio, it would have freed those public union workers who understood that unions belong in Russia and China, but not in America, and given them at least the freedom to choose.

Watching the Daniels ad below is a grim reminder of what those of us who actually think knew was coming. Indiana is well on its way to becoming a Right-to-Work state, and when that happens, much of what Governor John Kasich hoped to accomplish with Issue 2, will go to Indiana—the precious jobs of the companies in the United States who do not wish to have their company run by socialist unions.

Once Daniels leads his state of Indiana to a “Right to Work” status, Ohio will find itself at an incredible disadvantage. Large manufacturing jobs that Ohio had been trying to lure to the Midwest and its wonderful highway access, close proximity to the east and west, and even the Great Lakes will be lost to Indiana, because companies do not want their organizations run by socialists.

Anyway, the little bird had been asking these same questions, and contemplated what would happen if Ohio had something similar to what Indiana was doing but wasn’t going along the approach of attacking the unions so much as just providing the union worker with the freedom of being able to join. Because after all, in the wake of Issue 2, many of us on who worked on that campaign learned that there are many hundreds of thousands of union workers who are trapped in a corrupt system where the unions take their money against their will and use that money to supply the Democratic Party to work the government toward socialist intentions, and they don’t like it.

The results from this poll were obtained using the same measures that indicated Issue 2 was going to be voted against by the labor union repeal which said Ohioans by a margin of 56% did not support Issue 2. This poll data had been present all summer of 2011 and many of us who worked the campaign stated that polling could not be trusted, and we believed that if we educated the voters, that the numbers would change in our favor. Well, when the election came around the numbers stayed pretty much stable and we ended up seeing a repeal of Senate Bill 5 trending very closely to the polling numbers all along. So the polling is coming from the same type of source and is just as valid.
Many in the Republican Party felt the sting of supporting Issue 2 (Senate Bill 5) and have lost their courage to do anything similarly bold in 2012, since their focus is on defeating Barack Obama and not allowing him to capture Ohio. Well the polling here shows that Obama isn’t fairing too well in Ohio less than one year from the election, and Obama’s people have the same information that you are looking at, which is why he came to Ohio to create another branch of government this past week. Obama has over $1 billion dollars to convince the very stupid, socialist, freeloaders that he can make shit look like a diamond, and he will certainly appeal to those I referenced. But intelligent, hard-working people will never buy into a president who attempts to lawyer everything like he’s Johnnie Cochren from the O.J.Simpson murder trial. Obama and his socialist union brothers and sisters have wrecked the American budget, which is unmistakable in the charts shown on that article. Even fresh on the heels of the Issue 2 repeal, Obama is not more popular in Ohio, which means even if he spends much of his war chest in Ohio on trying to close that gap, well over half of Ohio sees through his act and aren’t buying his rhetoric.

In fact if Ohio had a Workplace Freedom Amendment that was initiated by the citizens and not a political party, that women would overwhelmingly support it with a yes vote, as would members of the African-American demographic. This little bird who visited me told me they had flown to my window from up north in a heavily unionized area and spoke to many of those African-American, (Obama) supporters and they declared, “We ain’t tight with the unions and have no love. They’ve kept black people from getting good jobs for decades.” Well, that shows on this polling, African-Americans overwhelmingly support the right to opt out of a union should they choose to, or to join one. The same demographics that will show up and attempt to re-elect Barack Obama in Ohio support a Workplace Freedom Amendment.

So Ohio has a unique opportunity to use Barack Obama and his $1 billion dollar war chest to come to Ohio and encourage his “base” to give him another 4 years of socialism in The White House. If Ohio had a Work Place Freedom Amendment on the ballot, many of Barack Obama’s voters would vote in favor of ending the union monopoly in Ohio with an option of freedom. So the more Barack campaigns in Ohio, the more he would hurt his dedication to union monopoly.

With all the concerns that the labor unions are an impenetrable force that cannot be stopped, it’s simply an illusion dear reader. The best way to defeat this enemy of American value is to call it what it is, which is socialism, and to allow people to leave who want to. What we saw in Issue 2 was a very organized effort to take even those who wanted out and use their union dues against them with forced wage garnishments to allow the unions to fight Issue 2. Many of these members did not enjoy their obvious loss of liberty and asked people like me for help. By putting a Workplace Freedom Initiative on the ballot in 2012 we could actually use Barack Obama to help us remove union monopolies from Ohio and begin to attract substantial jobs to the Ohio area.

The south as shown in the chart below already has this workplace freedom, which is why Boeing is building a plant in South Carolina, because Boeing doesn’t need work stoppages every three years as socialist oriented workers demand new contracts with higher wages and benefits continuously. We’ve seen what such measure have done to our education system here in Ohio where the teachers unions have taken our tax money and threatened work stoppages to drive up the per pupil costs of education. Companies have learned that this is what these unions are about and they make investments in states and countries that are free from union monopolies and those are the cold-hearted facts.

The term “worker” as Obama and the unions use it is taken directly from the book The Communist Manifesto. Karl Marx used that term to attempt to level the playing field of Europe against all forms of capitalism, which cast Europe into two World Wars and eternal poverty that plagues every European country to this very day. Labor unions are the European export of socialism to the United States and are attempts to infect America with communism. That is not a statement of rhetoric, but a fact.

In America and particularly in our state of Ohio, people have a right to believe what they want. So if they want to support socialism, have at it. But they do not have the right to compel others and force them to join against their will garnishing wages for political use. That practice must be stopped at a bare minimum so that the true value of ideas can be determined in the marketplace of freedom. If unions believe they have all the answers, then the market, not force will determine the validity of their enterprise. And the time to do it is when the President brings his toothy smile and his basketball terminology to the public schools of Ohio to attempt to convince America to allow him to continue on his socialist path. Ohio should permit it to be Obama’s voters who give freedom to Ohio’s workplaces with the passage of the Workplace Freedom Amendment.

Barack Obama: Charts tell the whole story behind PIPA/SOPHA

Special note to the Secret Service, and Homeland Security employees reading this right now, make yourself and the money we are paying you useful by reading the whole thing. Maybe you’ll learn something.

It is for postings like this one that the government has initiated PIPA when the Senate returns from the holiday recess, and SOPA by sponsor Rep. Lamar Smith [R, TX-21], who held a marathon, 15+ hour mark-up session on the bill which attempts to shut down websites that are critical of the government. The government in all branches know they have overstepped their boundaries and are now attempting to gain control of the free flow of information. As shown clearly on this article, it is these very people who have acted against the United States, and now they wish to hide that information from voters.

Obama came to Ohio this week and appointed Attorney General Richard Cordray for the presidents newly created Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (Government just grew a little bit bigger) The problem is Obama used a loophole in the Constitution to fill the appointment to overcome a GOP filibuster of the appointment. The Constitution says a president can appoint officials “with the advice and consent of the Senate.” It continues to say that the president “shall have the power to fill up vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate.” This is the trouble when your president is a Constitutional attorney and former teacher who has a radical socialist political philosophy, he will trust his ability to question the wording of the Constitution in the Supreme Court and create case law that will set a terrible precedent that could allow any future president to completely cut the Senate out of the confirmation process.

The president went on the attack the day he appointed Cordray and blamed the GOP for virtually everything wrong with the economy. Obama as it looks to me is functioning from a completely failed political philosophy and is quite dangerous in his radicalism. He has shown great skill at deceiving mass amounts of naive people to his true intentions which can be seen in his actions. His anger at the House and Senate for stalling all his appointments and ideas are part of the checks and balances system the Constitution created to protect American society from such power grabbing, radical presidents. It is proven that America is far better off when politicians are in a stalemate and can do nothing as opposed radical presidents like Obama is now, or Bush, Clinton, LBJ, Kennedy, FDR, Woodrow Wilson, and Teddy Roosevelt were in the past who took great liberties against the Constitution to advance their personal agendas. It is not the role of the president to make for themselves a legacy as a ruler, to have their face put up on a mountainside for their activism. It is their job as president of the United States to protect the Constitution, do their 4 years, and then get the hell out of office and return to civilian life as a productive citizen.

But that’s not what we’re getting. Instead, we get people like Obama who want to rule, not manage the affairs of American society. The media is so impressed with the GOP nomination process and Lady Ga Ga’s outfit on New Year’s Eve and that they are completely unequipped to handle all the events that are coming at them to cover. This is why blog spots like this one have become so popular, because the media isn’t doing their job. In less than 5 days Obama went from signing the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve right in the middle of many American festivities while nobody was paying attention, which violates the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments. Then on Thursday Obama challenges the Constitution again with his appointment of Cordray which is nothing short of an extraordinary and entirely unprecedented power grab that could have a devastating effect on the checks and balances system provided by the Constitution.

Obama then went on to blame everyone but himself for the stagnate American economy as if he had nothing to do with the issue, even though he’s been president for over 3 years now and before he was president it was the congress of his party under Nancy Pelosi who lead congress against a weak Republican president to crash the economy. This is why we must refer to the charts you are seeing all over this page for the truth. When we have a president who will openly lie and believes he can lawyer himself out of any trouble he might find himself in, then the facts must be presented in the same manner that they would in court. In the future dear reader, you should caution yourself from electing any future lawyers as president, because they do not respect the law as it’s written. They simply manipulate it to suit their liking, which is exactly what president Obama and his entourage of thieves are doing in Washington D.C.

The charts show that at that start of the Obama presidency future generations of taxpayers will be on the hook for even more debt. It’s currently at $31,871 per American. By the year 2032 it will be $103,827 if the spending continues at the current rate.

It is clear looking back all the way to World War II that Obama’s budget has the publicly held debt as a percentage of the economy at 40.3 percent. This is set to increase to 87.4 percent by 2021. That is not a GOP initiative. It’s all Barack Obama, nobody but the very activist socialist himself.

Federal spending has grown even more than ten times faster than median income. From 1979 to the current, median income has only increased by 27 percent while federal spending has increased 299 percent! That cannot continue!!!

Now of course Obama knows there are problems, which is why he’s going after the rich for more taxes because Federal spending has grown much faster than Federal Revenue. Since 1965 spending has increased constantly while revenue has dropped, most recently due to the economic recession. This is why Obama and his society of looters want tax increases because they believe it will cover the gap. They believe this because they are living by a socialist philosophy. They are not capable of understanding capitalism because to them it’s the enemy. The trouble is America was built on capitalism and all the success these looters are enjoying from tax revenue to play these political games was created by the industry of capitalism. The tighter Obama and his administration have clamped down on business, the worse they’ve made the recession. Hey, the charts don’t lie.

The national debt is skyrocketing as the folly of presidents like FDR, LBJ and was expanded by presidents like Obama have runaway spending on Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and other entitlement programs to occupy 344% of the nations GDP. The out-of-control pace began the moment Obama took office. He can’t hide that. He can attempt to lawyer the opinions of the masses with good feeling testimony but it can’t change the facts which is all over these charts. As a manager of America, Obama will be remembered as a complete buffoon and he knows it. His only hope as a politician is that he will be heralded as an international hero by the United Nations for his work at helping create a global government, but as an American, Obama will be hated for centuries.

If you’ve ever been to court and watched a lawyer work, you know they take the language of a law and present it in a way to manipulate a judge or jury to interpret the law favorable to them. This is what Obama is doing to the American public and a distracted press. He knows he is defending an administration that is being tried in the minds of public opinion for the murder of the American way of life. So like Johnnie Cochran, President Obama is looking for ways to manipulate the law so he can acquit himself of the slaughter. Simpson for the murder of his former wife Nicole Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.[2]
Cochran also represented Sean Combs (during his trial on gun and bribery charges), Michael Jackson, rapper Tupac Shakur, actor Todd Bridges,[3] football player Jim Brown, rapper Snoop Dogg, former heavyweight Champion Riddick Bowe,[4] 1992 Los Angeles riot beating victim Reginald Oliver Denny,[2] and Geronimo Pratt.
He also represented athlete Marion Jones when she faced charges of doping during her high school track career.[5] Cochran was known for his skill in the courtroom and his prominence as an early advocate for victims of police brutality.[1]

Most of us call look at Cochran’s list of clients and remember those cases. Through public opinion we knew that his clients were probably guilty, this is why they hired Johnnie, so they could be freed from punishment for their illegal acts. Most American’s understand this at an innate level, and we know that this is what Obama is doing to America. But many are powerless, just as juries are powerless to stand against the charm of Johnnie Cochran in a court of law over a murder trial and deny the man his arguments, because he’s so good at his job, and so persuasive. Just like Obama is on a stage.

The Founding Fathers because they were good men, I doubt have ever dreamed that there would be people like Barack Obama and Johnnie Cochran who would manipulate the law to the levels we are seeing in modern America. In the times of the Founding Fathers, even the most disgusting tyrants of Europe at least had a code of honor that they lived by. So being soulless parasites was difficult for the founders to imagine, yet in our own time this is what we are faced with. They never fathomed that there would be manipulators of the law like Barack Obama who would attempt to destroy the American Constitution with the parasitic skills of a lawyer to save his own folly by pushing America to over $15 trillion in debt with all the indicators shown in these charts taking America to third world status within the next century.
The United Nations will herald Barack Obama as a hero for uniting the world. They may even build a statue of him and erect it in Geneva higher than the Statue of Liberty. But in America, generations for centuries to come will justifiably despise the President who attempted to make himself king, and used his power to destroy the system that might prosecute him so that he could go free in the end and save himself from the guilt of his crimes. His grabs for power are to hide the guilt we all know about, but are paralyzed by his charm to act.

Obama will be remembered as a con man, as a thief, and as a man who could twist the straight words of the law into a pretzel of his own design. And he will be honored by looters, and hated by the honest. He may have statues and victories under his belt and a legacy of destruction behind him, but when he looks in the mirror it will be Ganghis Kahn and Mussolini that will look back.

It is not because Obama is a bad man, or even an intentionally misleading person. It is because he is a morally challenged human being that has had to cover his failings with extensive work in law to bring the world down to his level that he will be remembered as such a failure. Instead of reaching to be better than he was to become an American, he has sought to dismantle it to fill the voids in his life still percolating from his childhood. He can’t be faulted for the terrible trouble with his parents, his broken childhood which opened many painful fissures in his mind. This led him to cover those faults in his psyche with marijuana and cocaine abuse until he discovered redemption in his law degrees and instead of using the hard drugs to hide from his past he used the law to lower the expectations that the world had for him. And such travesties are the path of many dictatorships throughout the history of the human race. He is the president for the weak, the downtrodden drug abusers, the victims of broken families, which due to lawyers like him are all too common. To the freedom lover, the constitutional purists, he is the dictator. In the end, it will be his attempt to surround himself with the misery that loves so much company that will be the final weapon used to murder America. This murder began with the single quest of Barry Obama to save his own life from his tragic past and allowed himself to be used by the socialist reformers who manipulated the pain of the young man of compromised moral character to transform the world into a tyrannical state.

Obama’s problems were his problems until he drug us all into it with him, and for that he deserves all the criticism he has coming to him. Obama, his Department of Justice and both Houses on Capital Hill hope to avoid that pain by controlling the internet through their new bills, PIPA in the Senate and SOPHA in the House which is very similar to what they currently have in China.

IF YOU SUPPORT HIGHER TAXES AT ALL, YOU’RE A SOCIALIST: The magic of the Fushigi Ball

Barack Obama recently sat down with 60 Minutes to discuss his presidency, and it is interesting to study how Obama reacts to the questions asked of him, many of them quite good. But the most telling aspects of this interview which does not get said much out in the open is how this president overreacts when he is called a “socialist” and how much he believes that higher taxes are a solution to many of America’s problems. What is clear in this interview is that socialists have learned that the strong-arm of forced propaganda does not work too well with the independent minded American. However American’s are prone to fight for equality and an even shot at life for everyone because of their independent nature. So socialists have learned to repackage their message to such an extent that they even confuse themselves—which is evidently what is plaguing Barack Obama in this interview. He is without question a socialist in practice and I would say given what we now know about socialism that no American can embrace that philosophy and be an American, because socialism goes against the very fabric of what The United States was founded upon; low taxes, and minimal government.

With the Iraq war officially over, leaving 4,500 U.S. troops and 100,000 Iraqis dead plus tens of thousands wounded, the soldiers who fought and experienced the horror are returning home. They’re stepping out of one war zone and into another.

Faced with high rates of unemployment and discrimination in hiring, many are coping with horrific injuries and post traumatic stress disorder, fueling drug and alcohol abuse, and divorce and record suicide rates.

The experience is causing veterans to draw basic conclusions about the real nature of U.S. foreign policy and even capitalism.

Understandably there’s been an influx of veterans, including combat veterans, into the ranks of the Communist Party USA and Young Communist League.

Among those who joined recently, and are organizing a new CPUSA veterans committee, is Greg, who served as a military police at Bagram Air Force base in Afghanistan.

He said he still gets nightmares from what he witnessed travelling back and forth between Bagram, Kabul and Kandahar.

“A lot of veterans like myself go to war and want to do the right thing for our country,” he said.
“We come home and can’t even find jobs, not even part-time. I’ve found a lot of companies are hesitant to hire veterans, because veterans may have mental or physical issues. That shouldn’t be.”
Greg said he’s also experienced racism and ageism.

“When I got home my old company hired me back like they were supposed to. But soon after, that they laid me off which happens to a lot of veterans,” Greg said.

“That really pushed me over the edge. I had read a lot of the history of the party. The next day I got on line and joined the CPUSA,” he said…

Another veteran, Frank, joined the CPUSA in September. He grew up east of Los Angeles, amid the foothills of the picturesque San Gabriel Mountains. Orange and avocado groves surrounded his hometown.

By the time he graduated high school they were replaced by a growing population and industry associated with the Vietnam War buildup.

Frank was drafted and spent two years in the Army. He was trained as a tank commander and saw combat in Vietnam, serving a tour of duty.

“Little by little, I realized in Vietnam, this supposed capitalist democracy wasn’t working. This wasn’t what the Vietnamese people needed. They would be much better off with socialism,” Frank said.
“When I got back there weren’t a lot of jobs for tank commanders and I had to deal with a lot of other things, nightmares of the things I’d seen. These young men and women returning [from Iraq] are dealing with similar things,” he said.

“There has to be a better way. Socialism is the way we have to go if there’s ever going to be equality between people and countries. And that’s what led me to join the CPUSA,” said Frank.

The push is on; a large portion of American society has been incorrectly taught in public school that the United States is a democracy, not a republic. Many Americans have served oversees and witnessed different cultures and how they have varying degrees of socialism in their governments, particularly in Europe and are willing to turn away from capitalism because they became hooked overseas to the easy milk that emerges from the breast of “mother government.” Television and movies are predominately produced by left leaning political ideologues which have advanced the cause of socialism because many creative types are inheritably lazy and attracted to skills that have a limited market, so equality for all is very appealing and socialism becomes acceptable to them. America has been so divided over its own ideology because of its melting pot mentality that as a people they cannot make decisions about race, about immigration, about even how to start a business. America in the year 2012 is a mixed plate of food that has been intentionally made into a soup by many competing interests. And the folly of the United States has been to attempt to be all things to all people, because only in America can all people from different walks of life co-exist as successfully as has been done in the American experiment.

But listening to the rest of Barack Obama’s speech is a clear indication that American’s like Obama who is obviously struggling with a broken home complex and abandonment issues with his own father, the promiscuity of his mother, his spiritual values, the kind of lies that a person learns to live with when they’ve given up their citizenship once, had to lie to get into an American college, then sought to cover up that lie with millions of millions of dollars, are practicing socialists. Obama hung out with socialist radicals as a young man smoking marijuana in abundance and pretending that the academic elite held all the answers to life even to such an extent that he befriended a former American terrorists, then lied about the relationship when the media asked about it. The Barack Obama I see in the rest of this 60 Minutes interview is simply a dressed up, typical American who is among the first victims of socialist propaganda that has programmed many minds in public education and attempted to fill all the voids broken in the souls of American men and women, in a plot involving the KGB as early as the early 1950’s. American culture was slowly attacked by socialism in careful, subtle ways and the result is a society of people who don’t know what they are anymore. Barack Obama as a president represents those confused types who have lost their identity and lack a grasp of their personal cultural histories.

So let me clarify what being an American is to those who do not know or agree on any one particular point. An American is someone who adheres to the Constitution of the United States as it was written originally with the Bill of Rights included, and is someone who embraces competitive free markets as a way to find the best, most efficient solution to all problems. And an American despises higher taxes because taxes feed a larger government and a political class that is too reminiscent of the failures of other world cultures and their social hierarchies. America stepped away from all that and become the greatest country on earth very quickly, and it was no accident. Large government restricts GDP. Small government allows for the growth of GDP. It’s a very simple economic reality.

So in short, if you are the type of person who wants higher taxes to pay for programs created by government, then you are a practicing socialist, and yes that includes Medicare, Social Security, and public education. I realize that most of the American population has to participate in these programs by law, but that still does not make it right. That is simply a result of the KGB infiltration of our own government and policies which is a historic fact, even if it is too difficult for most Americans to admit that they’ve been duped. And you cannot be an American and be a socialist. The two ideals do not go together and cannot be made to culturally. It does not work even though the lazy, weak, and otherwise docile of our population wish it to be so; higher taxes are equal to socialism.

Socialism is sold to the public in the same manner as the Fushigi Ball is, with the illusion that the ball, or the government can magically levitate and produce results by keeping everyone’s eyes on the shiny core, so that nobody pays too much attention to what the hands are doing. The basic message is that if you support higher taxes even you could master the art of socialism. With the Fushigi Ball, if you just send $19.99, you can also master the defying gravity of the Fushigi Ball.

But what you often find out too late, when you open the box and pull out your Fushigi Ball, it is just a simple series of tricks that produce the illusion. I will go into greater detail about this idea in the weeks that come, but for now the clear definition of what a socialist is and whether or not you are one, is whether or not you support higher taxes. If you do, you are not an American. You are a socialist pushing society in the direction of communism. And socialism is simply a trick, a slight of hand that is intended to deceive the mind by focusing on the shiny aspects of the philosophy. Just like with the Fushigi Ball, the name has been changed to make it sound new and fresh. The magic of the Fushigi Ball is simply contact juggling. And in government, progressive government is socialism. There is no trick or magic.

And Barack Obama is a socialist. There is no question about that, he is willing to spend $19.99 on magic. He has bought into the illusion of the Fushigi Ball of socialism. He can lie to himself just as many American’s do and believe they can have their cake and eat it to, but they cannot. You cannot consume the resource by way of your mouth, put it into your belly and then have it come out in the form of defecation and call it a cake. It becomes shit when you consume it and is no longer cake. The same goes with America, you cannot consume it with socialism and expect it to look the same and be the same America once you’ve consumed it through taxation. You will turn it into…………shit, which is why all communist countries………………………….stink. And there isn’t any magic in that, or any refunds when you find out that the whole trick of socialism is just a simple illusion and you’ve been scammed.

Men With Small Penises Sign the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve: The final act of a fool

“The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” he said in Hawaii, where he is spending his vacation. “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

Oh dear reader, you didn’t hear about this while you prepared for your New Years Eve festivities? You didn’t notice it while the various football bowl games played on your television. The quote above is from Barack Obama as he signed the very controversial NDAA Act that was delivered to him in Hawaii where he is on vacation. His statement above is a looters disclaimer for all posterity to witness, that Obama is feigning concern while it was his office that actually asked for the harsher language which now enables the President of the United States to detain American citizens at any time and place and torture them based on his or a future presidents suspicions. Done under the guise of “safety” and under the premise of support for the military, the NDAA Act is a travesty against personal sovereignty and a subtle declaration of war against not countries like Iran, but the American people who pay for all this tyranny with their tax money.

What seems to escape most people traveling about in their daily lives especially on New Year’s Eve is that DUI check points as they are currently used are against the law and have been for quite some time. They were started as a way to appease the mothers of MADD in their quests to bring about tough drunk driving legislation and pay tribute to their loved ones who died in traffic accidents. You can see in this clip that DUI check points have actually become security parameters that are just a few levels below the security check points in corrupt countries like Mexico. If you’ve ever traveled around the interior of Mexico, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

These check points were of course started with the best of intentions, and the officers who man them are just doing their jobs………..but they do not question the merit of their job. If their job is to enforce the law, then what is the value of their job if the people who make the law are crooked, manipulative power-hungry, mentally challenged fools? Because I would argue that the value of many laws created by law makers are as foolish as the men and women who make them, and do little for the betterment of the human race. Who are legislators who fight to stay in office and make more laws every single day just so they can become wealthy off the tax payer revenue, to dictate that they have a right to alter an American life in any way?

And as bad as many of these checkpoint laws are using DUI’s as an excuse to set up a police barricade they are NOTHING compared to what was just signed into law by the President of the United States in the removed paradise of Hawaii. The NDAA will give much more power to these police officers shown above. And for jobs that are perceived too big for the local police, the military can now be used to openly arrest and detain any critic of the government under the definition of terrorism. Because terrorism could be defined by a law maker, and not the American Traditionalist who is holding up their copy of the Constitution and demanding adherence to the laws of that founding document. A terrorist could be anyone who supports the Tea Party, anyone who supports the political party opposite the current president. It could be a filmmaker in Hollywood who makes a controversial film that is critical of the government. It could be an author who writes political thrillers, or it could be someone who simply refuses to play ball as the governments grabs for power. (a message to my Hollywood left friends, see, they used you. I told you they would. You took their money to green light your projects, made their propaganda films, and now you will be potential targets if you don’t play ball. Enjoy your swim in your pool while you still can.)

The NDAA Act is a tyrannical law that is either proving all the conspiracy theorists correct, that a global conspiracy is seeking to completely dismantle America and kill it’s people so that the rest of the world can be equal as a world power by taking away the high bar that America sets for the rest of the world—or the politicians who wrote the law and signed it are foolish, short-sighted, naive, idiots that history will laugh at in context. If you know history, this has been done many times before. The NDAA Act is not a new concept, dictators, tyrants, kings, and many solitary rulers have used the rule of law to climb into power. And in America, what has always made the United States different was the checks and balances of power that exist between the House, the Senate, and the Executive Branch. Now, at the President’s discretion “terrorists” can be identified and eliminated just the tyrant Saddam Hussein did in this clip where he purged his government of dissidents. Notice how these men when called out just stood up nicely and walked away to their deaths. That was the cost of compliance…………….their lives. What you see below was done most recently not only in Iraq, but Cuba, Russia, Germany, Somalia, China, North Korea, virtually everywhere on earth where one ruler has risen to make themselves a living god. Too much power can never be given to one person……………….EVER. Or one government, the United Nations is too unintelligent collectively to spot a tyrant, so as a solitary world government; they will be unsuccessful in eliminating evil from the earth, which they fancy as a possibility. Their fantasy is not based on history, but on academic theory.

It is difficult for most American’s to understand why anyone would want so much power, because American’s are traditionally free of such concerns. But we can all point to a boss somewhere in our lives that was a power hungry son-of-a-bitch and caused us to scratch our heads in wonder about such characters. The Constitution gives us the right to brush off such foes for the most part, so the American mind does not grasp that tyrants have a real lust for power, and they are a very real threat to our lives. But the tyrants are not in some far away land; they are not the Saddam Hussein’s (created by the CIA to combat Iran, or the Osama bin Laden’s also created by the U.S. Government to combat Russia through war with Afghanistan). The tyrants are currently the ignorance of elected officials with poor quality minds who fantasize that they have the ability to protect American citizens from ourselves by eliminating threats to our safety, even if it is the controversial among our population. And the dictator may not be the small-minded community organizer Barack Obama, or the drug addict, alcoholic, born-again-Christian George W. Bush, but might be some comb-over politician squawking in the corner someplace upset that the girl he was with last night wouldn’t suck his small penis, so he seeks to rectify the situation and impress her with a climb for power in the United States, and he might even run for president and become elected like other fools have, Clinton comes to mind (remember the Vince Foster death) or Lyndon Banes Johnston. And when they realize they can use the NDAA Act to overcome their small penis size, they will become just another tyrant on the face of the earth that must be dealt with.

Well Federal Government. Whether you intended to or not, you just declared war on the American people. Your folly cannot be ignored any longer, and it won’t be. With the passage and signing of this NDAA Act each member who has signed it has proven they are not equipped to be a representative in this republic of America, and have squandered away the Constitution as cheaply as a dollar placed into the G-string of a stripper. You have failed Federal Government, and although it will take time to clean you all up from office and undo the travesties you have done to our American way of life, 2012 will see the start of that clean-up. And you have nobody to blame but yourselves. You started this.

Want proof of their guilt? Just look at their actions and ask the important questions. Why was the NDAA Act signed on New Year’s Eve, on a Saturday? Why not Friday, or Thursday? The answer is because they wanted to bury the news story away from the minds of the American public. Suddenly the football scores from yesterday’s games don’t seem so important, do they?

Oh, and about the penis size issue, penises and their lack of ability to work without the aid of drugs have done more evil in the world than most people care to realize. Men who cannot bring a woman to orgasim properly usually take to politics to compensate for their deficiencis and create something else in their lives which makes them appear potent……because physcially they aren’t cutting the mustard.

What’s the Difference between a Whore and a Regular Job: Not Much, they have the same goals

I have no doubt that several lawyers, public relations people, school officials, law enforcement personalities and general busy bodies are at this very moment wondering what on earth they are to do about Rich Hoffman. I received more than a handful of phone calls yesterday from friends, family and enemies wanting to know why I cared so much about the situation at Lakota Public Schools where it is now clear that the administration desired very much to rid themselves of their PR director and they spent a lot of money to do it. Much of these conversations centered around a presumption that I gave a rat’s ass what people thought of me and that somehow public relations spin would work with me, which I found insulting. So I patiently listened to the nearly dozen pleas for reprieve, some of them were actually well-intentioned and useful, but most were obvious attempts to steer me in a direction, away from the path that I know is correct.

But how do I know what’s correct where others do not? That is always the question, isn’t it? How could I know something that “they” don’t? After all, weren’t they educated to know things, and trained to sell that knowledge back to society as a kind of exchange for their time and trouble? And if I did not follow along the path of their orthodox, then how was I qualified to cast an opinion?

Well, this particular quandary requires some basic education. I sympathize that much of what I say and do will require a fresh perspective from the typical reader and listener of my points of view. And to qualify the thoughts of these people, I would refer them to the classic Clint Eastwood film, The Gauntlet.

In that movie Clint Eastwood plays a cop who has to transport a Las Vegas prostitute to a murder trial of which she was a witness. Unfortunately for Eastwood, the police force has set him up because they deemed him too stupid and naive to see that organized crime wanted to kill the prostitute and the police chief knew that to provide cover for the murder, a cop would have to die also. So the police chief picked Eastwood to escort the girl in for the trail so both could be killed without any real trouble.

During the journey Eastwood learns that many of the people in the system he knew and trusted over the years are actually far more dirty and corrupt than the Vegas prostitute, and compared to her, most of the people in his life were actually much bigger whores. This postulates my position over politics in general and what I’ve learned about the role of public education in our communities and can be seen vividly in that document request exhibited in that essay mentioned. Most people conduct their lives like whores; they sell their time away often too cheaply and are surprised that people don’t respect them when they flaunt how much money they have. In fact I watch with some levels of fascination at the topics of conversation among families over holiday breaks and company fiestas just how important respect is to so many people, and they are surprised when people don’t respect them when it’s obvious that money is all they care about. Just like the whore who takes off her clothes, lets some man or woman ravage her body for personal pleasure, the whore gets paid, takes a shower then does the whole thing again for the next paying job; how is this any different from what a lot of people do every day?

Is a paying job not whoring because it involves a school with children in it, because both occupations take personal liberties with their conscience to make money? I do not believe that the PR director who charges the tax payers such large sums of money as shown in those billing statements for listening to the radio, or answering emails, or advising the superintendent on what to say to the press has any more social value than a Nevada prostitute.

It’s not just the education profession, but rather I’d say it’s virtually any hourly job where nothing tangible is produced which equates to prostitution in my mind. For example, if you are a lawyer and charge by the hour to listen to a client, you are no different from a whore. The only real difference is you leave your cloths on to perform your job. In fact, you get paid to dress up, not dress down, and to not maintain a fantasy of sexual release but the fantasy of power given to you by politicians, your peers who wrote laws at the state and local level to give you business. All your meetings with a judge, all your depositions, all your court appearances are simply role-playing to maintain the fantasy of law and order. If you are a doctor, in most cases you are charging by the visit to write notes so clients can get off work and perhaps fill a drug prescription you know your patients don’t need. You know most of your patients don’t need the drugs you prescribe but you do it anyway so that the pharmacy down the road can have the business. You don’t want to believe you do this; instead you persuade yourself your patient’s need you, and you must convince them of the same to keep them coming back for more.

Pharmacists even with all their education and knowledge are merely being paid to keep people addicted to pharmaceutical products. Once the body’s natural systems become addicted to the products of pharmacy, physical dependency is created and pharmacists know it, yet they continue day in and day out to keep their mouths shut because they don’t get paid to think, they get paid to administer drugs. Think of the teacher who sells their 7.5 hours a day away and their dreams of helping young children to learn halfway through their 20’s that they are but pawns to the labor union and the political power those unions play in politics. The teachers keep their mouth shut because where else can they make so much money and only work 227 days a year, 7.5 hours a day……A Nevada whorehouse?

Even reporters who thought they’d change the world with their reporting and find once they get their big break for a respected organization like Time Magazine, CNN, or even a local newspaper find out that their editors put caps on their reporting and learn too late that they are simply PR tools who are paid to provide the slant of the company and to like it or quit, just like a prostitute. Or the PTA moms who are on their second marriage and currently having an affair with their coworker while their husbands are out-of-town. These busybodies have a voracious appetite for some bottomless pit of fulfillment who move to a great school district hoping that the school will cover all their personal faults and give their child a shot at being better than they are. So they beg for more tax money when the school administrators demand it and those PTA moms end up sounding just like whores competing for work. (How is this any different from a typical levy campaign?)

I could go on and on, but for simplicity the rule of thumb is, does the job you do make something that can be sold to someone else? Or is what you are making just air spoken from one mouth to the ear of another. If it is the later, you are no better than a prostitute to my way of thinking. That doesn’t mean you don’t have value, after all I would not say that prostitutes are bad people. They are somebody’s children and inside every one of their minds are the hopes and dreams of every human being. But what they do for money not only says a lot about their personal philosophy, but their own sense of worth. The people I admire are those who make things. It might just be a factory worker who makes pencils for $9 per hour, or it might be a developer who creates shopping centers and restaurants. It might be the inventor who creates DNA technology that eliminates the entire pharmaceutical industry. I put the value of that one person over the collective value of every single employee because the inventor made something real. The employees simply showed up to collect money, and wherever there is money, there are always whores on money just like there are always flies on shit. The more money, the more whores looking to take some of it. The pharmacy companies are making pills which are equivalent to the condom manufacturer who supplies a whore house. The values are equitable.

So I am not impressed with any of the characters in the documents seen in the referenced article. None of the PR work impresses me, none of the legal work, none of the administrative work, none of the financial strategy; it all reeks of a whore house to me. I know that this information is a shattering revelation for many who have invested their entire lives into these professions, and that is what drove all the messages I received about my article. But a whore is a whore, and if you are selling yourself for only money, you are doing the same thing that the sex whores are doing, only you don’t take your clothes off to do it. The social value of your endeavor is no different, and getting mad at me won’t change that. Only you can.

If you want to know who are the whores and who are those of value in society it is very easy, the whore performs a task then asks for money. The people of value make money then purchase what they want! The money can be spent and the people of value can always make more whereas the whore cannot. The whore must clean themselves up and sell their time again, and again. They are dependent on the desire of a creator to provide their livilihoods, and will always be at the mercy of lust, hunger, or pity from those who actually make money. And by that measure the grill cook at your local fast food restaurant has more value than the President of the United States because at least the grill cook made a hamburger where all the president did was whore themselves to the highest paid clients. It doesn’t matter if it’s the cat house or The White House, it’s all the same in value.

So I do not care what a group of whores think of me, because their opinion is of no real value, only perceived value which isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

Document Request from Lakota: The bill for P.R. during the levy and YES you will be angry

In reading the article on Christmas Day about Lakota cutting its music program in the upcoming year to meet its budget needs, take special note of everything that you will see below, which might seem overwhelming, but if you care about your child and the school they attend, you’ll pay close attention. The only reason Lakota would cut its music program is to extort from the voters support for another levy. But in fact, the residents of Liberty Twp and West Chester are more than adequately funding Lakota for a great education for the children, sports, busing, and everything we expect. It is the administration and the union interest that is playing this game of financial extortion with valued programs and if you will take the time to read this, you will see the proof for yourself. What you will see throughout this article are the actual billing sheets that Lakota spent on public relations after the release of their PR director in September. The waste will amaze you. Pay particular attention to the length of the discussions and think of the money flying right out of the window.

There has been a lot of speculation about the $90,000 payout to the former PR director at Lakota. The reason is that in the wake of all the discussion Lakota as a district has uttered about not having enough money to deal with which necessitates a new tax levy, then when it is learned that $90,000 was paid to a former employee who didn’t directly contribute to any educational activities, but simply held a PR position that was paid $79,000 per year, questions come to mind about the way Lakota spends it’s money and must be examined. And much of the reason that the former PR director left her job is revealed in the information below and is just another example of an administration starting with the school board that is inept in its dealings with employees by attempting to strong-arm people both within the school system and outside into doing what they what they politically desire. When such actions are taken and mistakes are made because a line was crossed, then payoffs that total $90,000 must be made to correct the error. That’s why the school system has been reluctant to report what happened between Joan Powell and Laura Kursman and why it cost the district so much money. The exact content of the dispute is still a mystery but involves allegations of illegal requests from the district to Laura Kursman in handling the media. Keep reading!

To put things in perspective consider that with the current tax assessment on community properties at $1,140 per $100,000 evaluation, and for ease of calculation let’s assume that the entire amount of that property tax went toward Lakota Schools, (which it doesn’t) it would take 78.9 homes valued at only $100,000 each to cover the cost of that payout to the former PR director. For homes valued at $200,000 each which is more appropriate for home values in the Lakota District, it will take 39.4 homes to cover the cost of the $90,000 payout. That’s a lot of homes.

The problem with the district and public education in general is that they function with a collective philosophy while most of the rest of society does not. Public schools since they are government employees do not think from a self-reliance standpoint, and they are not teaching our children self-reliance. Public schools, as shown through the actions of the Lakota School System lean on consultants and advisors at every possible instance. For example, Lakota spent approximately $40,000 to the recruiting firm of Lovett and Lovett to find Jenni Logan the new treasurer at Lakota which was a good hire, but should it have cost $40K to find her? The same type of money was spent to find the new superintendent Karen Mantia who was working 70 miles up the road but $43K was spent on the firm Hudepohl and Associates to find her. All that occurred during the fiscal year of 2011 and if you add them all up including the recent payout to the PR director, it comes out to $173,000 dollars spent on absolutely nothing of any value toward education. The fees for hiring those employees should have been located using Monster.com or some other service instead of spending tens of thousands of dollars on consultants. The task of finding applicants falls on the human resources department at Lakota, not to be outsourced to these headhunting firms. To pay for just those three mistakes it cost in property taxes approximately 75 homes valued at $200,000 each to pay for just those fees.

This brings us to the crux of the problem; government employees do not value money because they don’t work to get it. They simply make a request and the money shows up and this is why so many of them are panicking now that state and federal money is drying up. This is why the United States has a national debt of 15 trillion dollars! It’s this out-of-touch behavior among all government employees, especially public schools. And to exhibit just how bad it is I have included on this page the documents obtained in the records request involving the Kursman separation agreement from Lakota. The documents show the billing results both above and below of the PR firm of Ashire Communications that Lakota used in the absence of Laura Kursman during the levy campaign in the fall of 2011. This firm charges $90 per hour and just in October of 2011 Lakota racked up a bill of more than $10,000 in consulting fees which equates out to 4 homes valued at $200,000 each to pay for in property taxes. But the most sickening aspect of the whole deal is in studying the kind of things Lakota needed consultation on. Read closely!

For most of us, we wouldn’t even consider paying a consultant $90 an hour to tell us things we already know like you will see in these next documents. And it’s not that Mantia and Joan Powell don’t know things of common sense. I think they do. But when you use a consultant or an employee to share the responsibility with, paying a consultant a fee takes the responsibility of potential failure away from high-profile politicians like Joan Powell and Superintendent Mantia. And yes, Joan is a high-profile politician. When she calls up powerful local politicians and threaten their electability if they do not support a school levy, then she makes herself a community “player” of a high-profile nature. Not to mention she is at the center of trying to make West Chester into a city of which she is hoping for a seat on the first city council………”allegedly.” By hiring consultants, these public figures purchase deniability in case something goes wrong.

This means that there is no telling how much money is wasted on lawyer fees each year, and other employee blunders like what happened with Laura Kursman. We only noticed Laura’s situation because of the amount of money involved. With nearly 2000 employees at Lakota there are bound to be several hundred issues with employees in the system that amount to lesser financial impacts, but could collectively cost many tens to hundreds of thousands in legal fees, consulting sessions and employee searches. A quick look at the documents shown here will display how involved and how much money could potentially be spent on just one employee. Imagine what could be spent on many employees. And because money is short Lakota wants to eliminate their band program? Looking at all this, why does anyone think money is short at Lakota. Who thinks it costs more to operate the band than paying just one business quarter of this PR firms salary?

And when it comes to levy failure, the need to obtain new money to allow these public employees to spend money at this level, tempers will fly. This appears to be what happened through the levy campaigns where Laura was asked to engage in “potentially unlawful activities in which she was requested but refused to engage.” Of course the Lakota attorney Bill Deters proclaimed that he “found no evidence to substantiate the allegations.” The reason for that is nobody left behind a paper trail, because nobody is responsible, everything is hired out. And things said from one person to another in a closed office become hearsay in a court of law, and school administrators would never dream of taking action that would leave a paper trail, so of course Deters wouldn’t find anything to substantiate the allegations made by Kursman.

But there’s something to what Kursman is saying, otherwise Lakota would never pay $90,000 to make the problem go away when Kursman stated she was, “unwittingly instructed to falsify information to the press.” If Kursman refused to do these things it gives me respect for her in standing up to the pressure, because as stated, the primary reason that Lakota wanted to hire a PR director is to have political deniability in case something went wrong, which after three failed levies, the PR director would be the natural scapegoat.

Where Lakota goes wrong repeatedly is that they are on the wrong side of the game of right and wrong, and they seek to use vast sums of money to cover up their deficiencies. If they just played things straight they could reduce the amount of administrators they employee because they wouldn’t be looking for someone to blame when things went wrong. And money would be saved because consultants and attorney fees wouldn’t be needed at every turn. Lakota is dealing with the public education sickness of organized labor who believes that the jobs at the school exist for the employees and not the children we send there. This leaves public school administrators to be lured into the profession because of the extremely lucrative compensation, but to avoid any real responsibility by delegating tasks off to subordinates to keep the hot potato out of their hands when something goes wrong. And when the subordinates refuse to take the fall when something like school levies fail, and the money to continue the behavior shown above runs short, which forces honesty to the surface, punishment will be issued.

And this is what happened with the $90,000 payout. Laura didn’t want to be caught in a crossfire between her personal ethics and the politics of the district. And the school needed someone else who would play that role, so they set unrealistic deadlines and expectations hoping to force Kursman to leave so they could hire someone who would help them pass a levy.

The evidence is in the documents above and below speaks volumes of the trouble in public education. And before school funding is ever discussed for upcoming levy requests, the culture of delegation that costs so much money and is shown in these documents must be eliminated. Communities are trying to send their kids to school to get an education. They don’t want PR directors to spin public opinions, they don’t want lawyers to hide facts and protect public employees, and they don’t want political games around their children. They just want their kids to learn how to read, write, and do some math and be ready for life when they grow up. Everything else is the result of frail human thinking, and the politics of neurosis.

Why do Public Schools Need a PR director: THEY SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

Why does any school system need a Public Relations Director? That was the question Doc Thompson and I discussed on 700 WLW December 27, 2011 on the heels of a mysterious payout from the Lakota School District to their public relations director Laura Kursman of $90,000. Since the announcement of this payout Lakota has been mysteriously quiet about the situation even as they are trying to show fiscal responsibility after their third levy defeat. This has led to an enormous amount of speculation and I have personally received several emails explaining to me the details of the payout, which are unofficial, but are all the public has to go on since neither Kursman nor Lakota Schools have offered any clarification on the matter. The answer to the question as to why a school system would need a PR director was summed up nicely by that last caller. There isn’t any reason other than to secure more tax money from the public. That is the ONLY reason and the caller was absolutely right that forcing tax payers to fund a 69K to 90K per year PR position that is designed to work against the public should be illegal. Funding a school is all about teaching children, not securing funds for labor contracts, which is what is happening. The PR director has the task of cleaning up any messes that the employees of the district find themselves in so the target message of “schools are for the kids,” can be maintained. A public relations position at a school is a 100% non result staffing occupancy. It does nothing to help a child learn anything since creating a public image for a school is not part of the education process. It only serves the union controlled aspects of the district. It does not serve the community that funds the school.

To provide facts validating the truth of those statements lets examine Laura Kursman a little more deeply, since she is the PR director who spawned this examination. What you will see below are her credentials that are taken directly off her website. This is how she, and ironically her husband have marketed themselves to the school district and why she was hired. The next section is the bio of Laura herself. Nothing against the woman, but she is entirely too liberal for my liking. Prior to her work at Lakota Laura worked for the Massachusetts Governor’s Office and the Department of Environmental Protection. Now I understand that the Governor was Mitt Romney, but I consider him a liberal just to put things in perspective. Her work as a representative to the 1998 Middle East Peace Process through a Quebec Labrador Foundation Environmental Education and Communication Fellowship are activities that are too far to the left for my liking.

Not since 2005, but he did and apparently Fairfield became frustrated that he didn’t push levies more than he did, so he left. You might remember that Fairfield just recently dodged a major bullet where their school board members were taking payoffs from a private contributor to stack the school board in his favor. This prompted a FBI investigation that occurred in August of 2011, but by November of 2011 the situation was almost completely forgotten. That is the work of Public Relations directors, who spin facts around to the schools advantage. Fairfield passed their recent levy attempt by a very slight margin of less than 1%. So that’s what a PR director does for a school and personally, I’m not impressed at all. Most of what they’ve listed is work I’ve done and I consider the work so irrelevant that I wouldn’t even put those tasks on a resume. And anyone who reads here knows that I can perform the tasks of a PR director more than adequately because I’ve done it for No Lakota Levy with great success. I can’t imagine charging people money to perform these tasks because the tasks are so easy, but the Kursman’s are making a very healthy living doing exactly that! They aren’t just receiving very healthy sums of money from Lakota, but several other sources as well, for doing nothing but convincing the public that things aren’t as bad as they seem, and that things are better than they are. In relation to their other incomes, Laura’s $90,000 pay out is just one source of income for providing a service that in my opinion does nothing to help society move forward, does nothing to solve any problems, creates nothing new. All a PR director does is manipulate facts. That’s all. I could never perform a job like that, where I was paid a lot of money to perform a nothing task.

My last interaction with Laura was in the lobby of the administration building at Lakota where the new levy attempt for the fall campaign was just announced. Channel 9 wanted me to provide comments from the No Lakota Levy standpoint out in the lobby so I left the meeting and went out to perform the interview. As all the media of Cincinnati knows, when they put me on camera, they better be ready to hold the camera for a while, because my average interview time is a half hour. I can literally talk forever, so when the reporter asked me the lead question, I proceeded to speak for the next 20 minutes rattling off facts and figures without any pause. I spoke until the reporter told me they had plenty of coverage for the 30 second spot they were looking for. I then proceeded to do the same thing for Channel 19, which went almost 30 additional minutes of interview time. When I arrived home later that night I gave comments to the Enquirer and the Pulse Journal and the next day I did live work on 700 WLW radio. Actually, I’ve done work like that on several occasions and in some cases I was even busier than that day in August. So knowing what it takes to do the job of a Public Relations director, I can’t imagine charging someone for it, and I performed all those tasks without even breaking a sweat and prepared for my regular jobs that I actually do get paid for which are product driven. The PR work I’ve done on many occasions I never fathomed would pay such large quantities of money. It seems utterly insane to consider such a thing that PR work has any value, let alone the kind of salary these positions are commanding in schools, and the amount of payoff she received in tax money is unfathomable to me. Nothing about it makes any sense.

So there you have it. You have now seen what a high-profile PR director actually does, and you get a sense of how much money they make and how extensively they are used. And you now understand what their role is in a school district and you have some perspective in how difficult the job really is. So that begs the question again, why does Lakota or any other school district need a PR director of any kind? They don’t. PR directors are only needed to run point for the labor movement and their extensive contracts. The PR director is hired not to give a child a better education, but to protect the employees from their own foolish behavior. The labor contract protects those employees from the publicly elected school boards, but it is the PR director who turns bad behavior into good behavior through the spin machine of a PR director in how they present the material to a gullible public. The whole system is rigged against the tax payers and our children are used as pawns in a very large political game of sucking all the wealth of property owners in an open scam that has become public education.

Video Games are Superior to Public Education: So why do we spend so much money?

It is disturbing to hear from advocates of the OSBA, the Ohio School Board Association, that because of declining funding, schools may have to give up well-known extracurriculars such as music and art in the future. Well, this is just preposterous. The funding for public school is not the problem; it’s the financial expectations of the schools themselves that’s the problem. And when it comes to the OSBA, when 1/3 of all of Ohio schools were looking for money in the last November election, and none of those schools have a long-term plan for balancing their budget in the future, it is the fault of the OSBA for not helping their school boards adjust to the changing times. This is because the OSBA is simply an extension of the organized labor position and exists purely to keep that branch of the education institution intact. So rather than adjust to the changing conditions in education, they are advising school boards everywhere to hang on to the expensive past.

If teachers and administrators weren’t trying to make 65K to 100K a year for essentially a part-time job, there’d be plenty of money for all these electives. There’s no reason to give up art teachers or music in public school. But in addition to that, it could be argued that those parts of public education have virtually no impact on a child’s life and are not even worth the discussion.

I know people who actually work as artists and are excellent painters or sketch illustrators, and not a single one of them will testify that it was a public school teacher who inspired them. Most of the time it is a father or a mother who bought them their first pencils and inspired them to get started, and they learned by doing. And when it comes to music it is the parents who buy the instruments for their children, and the teachers just assign projects so that the child can practice. But these days that’s all changing.

Rocksmith is a new video game that can be played on Xbox or Playstation 3 and directly allows the game counsel to plug straight into an electric guitar. It in essence allows a player of that game to learn how to play a guitar with a computer program, which is much more effective than a personal instructor or a music teacher in public school. As a matter of fact, there are a number of video games on the current market such as Rockstar and Guitar Hero that allow a player to learn what a tempo is and how to hit a note.

While I was watching a group of young people playing this game my first thought was that personal music instructors were going to be going out of business. And public education would no longer be needed to teach the basics of music instruction. There will always be a need for those who wish to take their music to live performances to be a part of a band in public education, but for the kids who just need a basic appreciation of music I would say that Rocksmith, Guitar Hero and Rockstar are far more effective than anything done in public education today. And these days almost every child has access to these devices, even the extreme poor. I know of several families in known poor areas where the children would rather play an Xbox game than eat, and they will spend their money on a new gaming system before they do anything else.

And as to art, programs like Corel Draw, Adobe and Photoshop are making artists out of anyone who cares to learn. The process is so simple these days that the basics of any artistic achievement can be experienced with a computer program. Public school is no longer needed for these basic skills. In fact, they are terribly insufficient by comparison.

So when the OSBA sends out their spokesman to write “letters to the editor” in the local paper proclaiming that public education is suffering because there isn’t enough funding from the public to support public education, they are speaking from a perspective that is similar to those who would rather use a horse and buggy to get to work as opposed to a car. Public education is way behind the curve and they are insisting on a huge organization driven by organized labor to support their jobs, they are not interested in the best and most efficient way to become educated. They are interested only in job maintenance.

There is absolutely no reason that foreign language should still take two years of high school education, because Rosetta Stone Software is much more effective in that category. Most people I know can’t remember any of their foreign language studies they received in public school just a few years after their gradation. But users of Rosetta Stone Software are able to learn a new language in months and can actually use those skills immediately, because the teaching method works better than the way it’s done in public education.

The only reason public education needs to be staffed at the levels they currently are is to give those public employees something to do. It is proven that the effectiveness of public education is seriously failing, and the pubic education model as it’s set up as one of the Ten Planks of Communism by progressives as free education for all, is a failing model that I think should be scrapped completely as insufficient. People don’t appreciate what they don’t pay for as proven by the welfare system, and public education is no different, so there are serious flaws that need to be completely rethought and now is the time to do it. I would say kids would be far better off with less public education and much more personal interaction with their parents and video games. That is how you make a successful child. It’s not some coffee breathed teacher sitting like a monarch in the front of the class teaching art. There are only two reasons to continue on with public education and that is to keep those employees in the system employed, and to provide a baby sitting service for the busy parents who need somewhere for their kids to go while they work in their careers. But as far as actual teaching quality, it’s just not there, and can easily be replaced with video games like Rocksmith, Rosetta Stone, and Photoshop.

The cries for financial help from groups like the OSBA and all the school boards across Ohio are similar to the Amish demanding sports cars. In both cases these groups chose to forgo technology to keep the status quo. Public education is being held down by the labor unions and their satellite organizations like the OSBA and it’s their own fault that they require so much money to operate public education. It’s their failed policies and ineptness which dictates multi million dollar budgets that must be funded on the backs of our property value, and it’s 100% wrong, and a dismal, unmitigated failure.

So let’s be honest and call public education what it is, and stop pretending that it will save the lives of our children, because it hasn’t and it’s not going to. Only a parent can do that, and a family structure behind a mom and a dad like grandparents, aunts and uncles. Public education is a baby sitting service that is wasting the time of millions of children and teaching them that wasting their life away waiting for school to end will not make successful adults, so a continuation of this course will be at society’s peril. So fear not dear reader, public education is a failure due to its own policies, not because you don’t want to send them more money. If you want your kid to learn music, buy them an Xbox and the Rocksmith video game and leave them to it. In a matter of months they will be more proficient than if they had taken music for 5 years in public school. And that is just the way it is, we all know it………….except the public education system and the employees who have dug their fingers into the past with the fear of embracing the future.

The public education cries for financial help are a self-fulfilling prophecy, and should be ignored. The world will not end for your child, so don’t worry about it. Cutting off the money supply is the best way to help those addicts of our tax money, because by giving them more money you are just prolonging the inevitable, and that is not good for anybody.

Lakota’s Laura Kursman the Horse Trainer: The payoff for a “neck injury?”

One of the best things I received for Christmas is some help in bringing to light the expensive faults of public education and the unions that drive that waste. The unions in public education not only control the teachers, but they have also gained control of the publicly elected administrations, because, the unions go a long way to getting those school board members elected not directly, but through the marketing machine of perception, it is the PTA moms, teachers who live in the district, and the outreach of the superintendent that gets people like Julie Shafer elected to school board over people like Mark Etterling. The superintendents in these public schools often behave as though they are CEO’s of a corporation, but in fact are simply union stooges that lay down at the feet of the powerful unions because honestly, it is the unions who make the pay scale of superintendent so lucrative, and most superintendents are former teachers and therefore union members. The money scam that goes on in public schools infuriates thousands and thousands of people, but few people have stepped forward to voice their anger at this open looting of the public treasury, until recently.

Right before Christmas I received a scathing letter from an angry resident who is breaking the silence of why Laura Kursman, the former PR director at the Lakota School District was paid $90,000 to leave her position. That was one Christmas present; the other was from my good friend Darryl Parks of 700 WLW when a West Chester resident named Jerry called in and reported his disgust at the tremendous waste of money going on at Lakota. It was a great pleasure to listen to the broadcast below from Darryl’s show hearing someone else discuss this waste that goes on right out in the open. Click the video below to listen:

Jerry is right regarding the Laura Kursman incident. Fresh on the heels of another failed levy, because people are catching on that there are millions upon millions of dollars wasted in a school like Lakota, the district using our tax money to pay Laura Kursman off with a payout of 90K to be distributed in three payments, and it is that kind of thing that makes people not want to support school levies. The residents of Lakota already pay $1,140 per $100,000 of home evaluation and they don’t feel they should have to pay more than that to support a school. Yet Lakota time and time again just like all forms of government never gets enough. When the school runs into a financial dilemma they simply ask for more taxes. But for those of us who live in the district and actually understand how much money it takes to make things work, the waste is easy to see, $165,000 paid to a double dipping superintendent who refuses to force the union into wage reductions, like a CEO would. A $43,000 fee to find that superintendent over the summer. And just a few months later Lakota is paying their PR director $90,000 to leave. The Lakota School Board tosses tens of thousands of dollars around like its candy, and then they wonder why the public won’t pass another school levy.

Well, my other Christmas present came on Christmas Eve as a matter of fact from a very upset resident of Lakota who had some light to shed on the whole Laura Kursman incident which is bad in either one of two ways. First, Laura was paid such a large sum of money because Lakota did like the results of the failed levies and blamed Laura for them and wanted to hire a new PR director for upcoming tax increase attempts. Or second, which looks to be the case after reading the letter below, Laura had lost her edge, was caught in a rift with the school board over the upcoming school levy attempt and claimed she could not perform her task because of a “neck” injuryand left her job on a leave of absence.

Lakota has an obligation to protect the tax payers from employees who might make such claims as Laura did against it. If Laura had a legitimate injury sustained at the school that’s one thing, but if I have received statements like what you have read above, wouldn’t those be relevant in a court of law and taken on depositions on behalf of Lakota in defending itself and the tax payers in a court case? And worse than that Steven Mathews at the Pulse Journal has been doing some really good reporting over this story and has delivered what we know so far about the case, but in over a week of trying to get the story straight Lakota has been dragging its feet with his records requests…………………Why?

It appears that Lakota paid Laura too quickly and if the issue was a neck injury Lakota should have taken her to court to protect the tax money sent to the district instead of jumping at the first sign of trouble from attorneys’ like Freking and Betz LLC, which are standard in any business. It sounds like Laura’s other employer could have provided testimony to dispute Laura’s claim of a debilitating neck injury. So why wasn’t this done? Didn’t Lakota worry that once other employees at the school learned about the payout to Laura that other employees would start having “neck injuries” also looking for some extra money to settle out of court and stuff in their pockets?

Well I hate to bring it up again, but this reflects back to a letter I presented here involving Lakota and this same cast of characters from August of 2011 through October 2011. Right before Laura sustained the alleged “neck injury,” there was a sex case involving a family and a teacher at one of the high schools that the family graciously did not sue over, they simply took their child out of the school after trying repeatedly to get someone at Lakota to take responsibility for the actions of one of its teachers and the principal who helped perpetuate the problem. Sorry Lakota it is obvious that you guys don’t know what you are doing. The more I find out about the inner workings of your daily business, the more irresponsible you seem to be exhibiting. And to your credit, it’s not all your fault. This permeates all public schools that are run by unions where nobody is really in charge and the culture is to always ask for more money to solve problems. But in personal injury lawsuits you can’t just pay out on a settlement because you don’t like the employee or are unhappy with them and hope you can use the payoff as leverage to remove the employee from your payroll. That $90,000 dollars you spent was not your money; it was taken from many properties and businesses in the West Chester and Liberty Twp area to educate students, not to pay off the threat from a law firm. Now you’ve sent a dangerous message to 2000 other employees who may be prone to do the same thing, and there are now hundreds of attorneys’ that know Lakota will cave into pressure before fighting a threat, so you can expect more of these personal injury cases, you can bet on it.

And Lakota, when a newspaper asks for a record request, give it to them. When you drag your feet so you can “control” the story, you just stir up an already outraged public. It is not your job to control the newspapers, and lean on the reporters there because they don’t cover your activities the way you want them to. And in the case of Laura Kursman someone in human resources needs to review their hiring practices because it sounds like Laura had some issues if what I am being sent from people who know her is to be believed. People with such emotional problems and work ethics are the types I have been saying are not worth more than 65K per year and she was being paid $79,517 per year!

Because of these reasons and many, many more that are less defined by actually hard testimony as shown, the Lakota Administration could do a lot more with less. The tax on our properties should not be $1,140 per $100,000, it should be less! Its payouts, mistakes, bad hires, and paying too much for too many employees that will destroy a multi-million dollar budget. 90K wasted here, 50K wasted there, cover-ups, cloak and dagger reporting, and fuzzy math only make the hole deeper. Education would be a lot cheaper if the school didn’t attempt to cover-up the actions of a lot of really troubled employees, and yes there’s more than just a couple. Oh, and don’t worry about Lakota continuing to be a good school. It is not employees like Laura Kursman, or Superintendent Mantia that make Lakota great, and it’s certainly not the leadership of Joan Powell on the school board. It’s the people themselves who send their kids to the school. Every employee in Lakota could be replaced and Lakota would still succeed. The community is not great because of the school but because of the homeowners and business people who make up the community. And higher taxes are not an option because those people need to continue to be a part of this community. All Lakota needs to do in order to run their school with less, is to stop playing games, and they will learn that the budget will balance out nicely. It is not the task of the community to find ways to pay for all this nonsense going on behind the scenes. It’s Lakota’s task to reflect the community values, and that starts with protecting the money we send to the school through our hard earned taxes as if every dollar meant something.
