The Dumb Idea Lakota Had to Crush Public Comments: We need more school board members like Darbi Boddy

Everyone knows that I’m always available to help. I could have given far better legal advice to Lakota schools than what they have been getting from these bottom-feeder lawyers the last couple of years. Lakota is quick to hire $300 to $400 an hour of legal advice but slowly makes decisions on everything because they make everything too litigious, which comes from the fact that the board members themselves aren’t very competent. Board members Julie Shaffer and Kelly Casper were around when they had all that information on superintendent Matt Miller’s bizarre sexual lifestyles back in 2020. Instead of dealing with it, they spent a lot of money to put a fence around it. They can only blame themselves now that the public has discovered what they wanted to cover up. And it was they who played politics with everything. Remember how board member Darbi Boddy accidentally put a link to pornography when she was trying to point out what kind of sexual grooming was going on in the schools to the exposure of children? The board, Matt Miller himself, and all the labor union communists blew a gasket and tried to run her out of town and force her to resign. What did they think was going to happen? We had just elected Darbi to the board, and so far, in 2022, she has done a great job. The radical progressive elements that run the school don’t like her, and that is a massive credit to Darbi. She is what people have been looking for for a long time and the more those people hate her, the more the conservative voices of our community love her.   So the ill advice of legal counsel to have less public disclosure in the first place caused many of the problems that there are now. Matt Miller should have been fired in 2020 for violations of his contract. And all these legal bottom feeders have only allowed the school board to dig the hole deeper than they are currently burying themselves in. It sounds like they should have continued to ask me what to do. I certainly wouldn’t have advised them to do what they did on Monday the 10th of October, 2022, where the attorney for Lakota was the only person allowed to give public comments where he motioned to suspend comments by the public until things cooled down. That was a big mistake.

Lakota’s attorney was referring to several lawsuits that have gone against the school by private residents due to public disclosure needs. Lakota has been slow to reveal anything when pressed, especially once they had massive amounts of evidence about the sexual lifestyle of their superintendent Matt Miller, which they should have dealt with well before now. Essentially the lawyer for Lakota was playing games with the public, which was voiced through the mouths of Julie Shaffer and Kelly Casper to refer to the court cases as taking away money from the “children” as if to punish the public for wanting to see the public records, and by punishing them by taking away their right to public comment. News flash on a school board’s ability to take away the public’s right to provide public comment. The lawyer is going to lose that case. No judge in the country will side with Lakota because it’s a clear violation of the First Amendment. I know that progressive superintendents who are so highly honored by Mark Zuckerberg and other big progressives don’t understand that the Bill of Rights is the law of the land in America, and we aren’t going to erase it or “progress” beyond it. (CLICK HERE TO READ THE MARK ZUCKERBUCKS CONNECTION) What’s going to happen is that Lakota will have to rewrite their policy to allow no ambiguity for public comment, and the ability of the public to speak will be restored quickly. People are tired of all these legal games that have been played for a long time and are very expensive to restrict them from the proper management of their district by the public. And now they see what many have been saying for a long time. They voted for Darbi and look poised to vote for more like her in the future. But the school board and the radical leftist elements which have been in charge of the school worked hard to get rid of her. And now that people have come to support her, they are trying to remove the public’s voice, which has only made people more angry. And now that there is so much dirt on the superintendent Matt Miller, that Lakota as a board has worked to cover up, people are righteously angry. 

And this is typical of the kind of people who have been on the Lakota school board for a while; this was going to be the year where they started working toward another levy. You could hear it in many of the meetings so far in 2022. The liberals on the school board had gone out and given the teacher’s union raises when they shouldn’t have and spent themselves into oblivion. And they were counting on Matt Miller as the superintendent to sell it to the public. I mentioned Mark Zuckerberg because Matt Miller has been identified nationally as one of the biggest progressive superintendents in the country, and he is supposed to be at a Mark Zuckerberg event in April of 2023 in San Diago. So using that national profile, Lakota was hoping to win over voters with a new tax increase. But the people putting on that event are the same losers who are trying to destroy our country, so it’s unclear why anybody would think that would be a good idea. And knowing now what we do about Matt Miller’s sex life, which he admits involves fantasies of children, I wonder if that Zuckerberg event is still on the calendar. Well, given that they are all devil-worshiping liberals, they are likely to give Matt Miller more awards for such bad behavior. So I’m sure Miller is still good with the progressive community. But the conservative community of Lakota, not so much.

It was all avoidable, the public pays for the school, and they need to be a part of its management, including having opinions about the kind of employees Lakota has on the payroll. Matt Miller is the one who acted poorly and, once caught, tried to claim that he was a victim of political character assassination. Then when people became angry over that, the board cut public comments as if to punish the public for having an opinion. Then further stated that if people were going to continue to take action against the district legally, they were just stealing money away from the children. No, this is what cover-ups cost and a lack of public disclosure. This is also what it costs when you play politics and try to destroy people whom the public clearly supports. I am very proud of Darbi Boddy for standing tough against all these hostile progressive forces. I don’t want my money going to such people of low character, so Darbi has been representing me very well. I would love to have several more people like her on the board. The next election will have a couple of seats opening up. Trump will be running for a second term, so that the voter turnout will be very high that year. It would be easier than normal to put a few more people who would work better with Darbi on the board and start getting Lakota pointed in the right direction, which will be the next trend in public education where the tax money follows the child, not the zip code. The teacher union model is dead. And it has been expensive with legal gymnastics to attempt to keep it alive on life support. But any school board member not embracing the inevitable is only doing long-term damage to the reputation of Lakota. And that failure is the worst of all.

The Paper Tigers of Liberalism: Should we expect violence before and after the election and what to do about it

Many people are worried about how liberals will react after losing so much in the upcoming midterms. It’s a similar concern that I heard ahead of 2020 when people worried that the reelection of President Trump would lead to riots in the streets, the attack of Trump voters in their homes, and a general collapse of all society. That was until we saw the massive amount of cheating that took place, which put their pick, Joe Biden, the criminal, treasonous malcontent in the White House, through unthinkable scandal. But that was during an unthinkable year where Covid was used to steal the election and have a global insurgency against the trends of populism. We know a lot now that we didn’t then, and speaking from my personal experiences, I think it’s safe to say that we have witnessed the worst that the political left has to offer. Sure, they can still kick and scream and incite riots. But their strategy for everything has been endured, and the concerns that violence will erupt due to a conservative clean sweep is based on a paper tiger villain that falls apart quickly when wet. And as a result of this next election, that will surely be the result. It has been a scary time for everyone. But the bottom line is that much of the bad behavior that we witnessed that has given everyone the anxiety of violence has been illegal. This insurgency of the Biden administration and leftist politics, in general, has violated the American Constitution in favor of new rules written by the Desecrators of Davos under the United Nations. They planned to abandon our Constitution in favor of one written by the United Nations in the future, and in that act, they told us everything we needed to know about how to defend ourselves. 

Speaking truthfully, which is something I have been hesitating to talk about, but it’s been on my mind for two years now, I have expected every day and every hour of those days to be in a shootout with some branch of this insurgent government. Whether they were official officers of the law sent like the FBI to harass Trump patriots or paid off assassins by those forces so as not to have dirt on their hands toward groups known for terrorism and discord. I have expected to be attacked and to have to defend myself at all times. And it has been rough. I’m not Roger Stone or Paul Manafort, public figures who talk tough in public but quickly surrender when authority is applied. I would offer that the abuse of them and others around Trump was carefully selected. The authorities knew these personalities would not fight back when attacked, so they were picked to make an example of them to scare other supporters who were not so inclined. I’m sure the scouting report on me is deep, so I never expected any courtesy of politeness to be applied. When I was up reading at 2 AM in the morning, I was expecting a knock on the door, and I have been quite sure of how I would handle it. For me, the Bill of Rights of our American Constitution is absolute. It’s the agreed-upon laws of our land. There is no compromise with the 4th Amendment, which states: “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” The government cannot invent crises like Covid to bypass these laws. Once that happens once, even if the excuse might have merit, then the law loses its effectiveness, which was obviously the strategy of the global insurgents all along. 

A Great Work of Political Philosophy, and the Word of God as far as America Goes.

During the Covid lockdowns, it was clear to me that the governor was violating the American Constitution, and I did not follow the health director guidelines of the state of Ohio because there was no legal grounding for it. I argued many times with $400 an-hour lawyers in the heat of those times, and I was right about the validity of a state governor overriding the Constitution with emergency powers without the legislature to consider the proposal. And in the end, I was right, as the years in court after that would prove. But it was scary at the time. Even members of the Ohio Supreme Court whom I spoke with were unsure how to proceed with such an intrusion of our constitutional rights by the emergency powers of a governor under a crisis, made up or legitimate. So I operated my life as normal. I was on the road every day, and I fully expected to be stopped by the police at some point during the lockdowns and harassed for not following the made-up on the back of a napkin Governor rules for Covid. And that would have been a clear violation of the 4th Amendment, and I was prepared, and still am, to defend the Bill of Rights with the 2nd Amendment. Not that I ever wanted anybody to get hurt, but this violation of the law to me was serious business, and I felt that at any time, I was going to be targeted as an example to be made of so that others wouldn’t get the same idea.   I stayed on edge like that for two solid years until it became apparent recently that the whole Liberal World Order overplayed its hand and is now falling apart. I’m still ready for anything at any moment. But the political momentum for the political left is lost, and now they are in a retreat.

So to the point of violence, I can say from personal experience that the entire makeup of the Liberal World Order, from the local authorities to the military, to the IRS bureaucrats that there is so much talk of, are paper tigers wherever such Marxist pushes occur in the world, especially in Africa where rebels against insurgent Marxists have figured it out, that the Administrative State is filled with paper tigers that fall apart quickly. They do not have the moral authority to conduct their abuse. We have seen the worst they can manage to apply to the world in what they did under the Trump administration, climaxing into the election fraud of 2020 and the creation of Covid in a Wuhan lab in China to push the world into the Desecrators of Davos Great Reset. The whole event was a military attack to my way of looking at these things that were meant to destroy the American rule of law through the Constitution, and that was a line I was never going to cross. And others felt the same way; the result was that the effort failed for the Liberal World Order, and they were caught. So when they lose, which they will lose, they will not have the authority to go door to door, killing Republican voters. They don’t have a right to do that, and nobody should fear it or abuse authority to arrest people just because they voted for a conservative. Follow the Constitution. Keep it committed in your mind and be prepared to defend that rule of law in the face of lawlessness. I get it; it was scary during those Covid days. But know that the bad guys are weak; they are paper tigers who are easily exposed. And once people know that, the fear goes away quickly, and a world that is restored to the rule of law can take place once again, which is the obligation of each and every one of us.

The Lakota School Board Shuts Down Public Comments, They Knew All Along: Her side of the story

At the Lakota school board meeting of October 10th, 2022, the board chose to shut down public comments so to avoid talking about the Matt Miller controversy in public. This is precisely why it’s important to know what the political affiliations are of your local school board members because when nonpartisan alignments are allowed, bad, liberal behavior can be hidden behind such politeness. And that is the ultimate tragedy of the Matt Miller situation at Lakota schools. Ironically, if we did not elect Darbi Boddy to the school board in 2021, and that she was attacked so quickly into her term with such viciousness, we likely wouldn’t know any of what we do of Matt Miller’s sex life. And as flawed and reckless as it has been, what has been the real quality of a very expensive superintendent? Looking back on it, it’s a real blessing that Darbi was attacked so harshly and that so many community members came to her defense. The ugliness that many of us have known was always behind Lakota schools, which actually are the cause of their runaway costs, has been revealed in the wake of the Matt Miller drama, and as bad as it has been, the district is much better off than it was in not knowing. But what was revealing when reading the police interview of Matt Miller’s ex-wife is that Lakota schools did know; they knew all along how bad their superintendent was behaving in public, and instead of solving the behavior, they decided, because they are primarily liberals, that Matt Miller’s lifestyle did not have an impact on his ability to do his job as a superintendent. And knowing that makes you wonder what kind of behavior they would find worthy of termination. 

People weren’t happy when public comments were shut down at a recent Lakota school board meeting. The choice to hide the Matt Miller controversy by the school has turned out very bad.

Well, actually, we do know that same school board moved to get rid of the newcomer, Darbi Boddy, who was unashamedly conservative simply because she was a conservative. But in so trying to destroy her, they opened up this vast public anger that probed into the life of Matt Miller and found an ex-wife who felt very bad about her marriage to the superintendent, and that guilt let out many things that the public needed to know, which were already known behind the scenes, and now the school itself has significant problems. According to the public record of the ex-wife’s interview, the elements of their divorce leaked out in 2020. The school moved to get help from a reputation swat team to clean up the matter because Miller had used his office and tools of that office to maintain a dating profile that was embarrassing and consistent with what was revealed in the two police interviews, one with him and the other with his wife at the time. In Miller’s interview, he portrayed his ex-wife as crazy and had difficulty figuring out why all this information was coming out now, as opposed to 2019, when the divorce happened. Well, according to her, it took her a while to live alone and figure out what she had gone through for the last couple of decades while married to a guy who wanted her to have sex with other men, women, and couples at least 2 or 3 times a month. She felt she needed to appease him; otherwise, he would become angry. And the impact on her over all this was clearly daunting. After reading it, I couldn’t help but feel sorry for her. Until I got the public document for myself, I had only heard of her through the many documents, the text messages, and other material that filled a bulging folder with lots of bad sexual behavior.

Of course, in her report, there was a lot of information in the context of the most controversial aspect of the drama, the conversation of pillow talk regarding the drugging, molestation, and videotaping of three kids who attend Lakota schools. When he tells it, it sounds like a sexual fantasy that she had which he obliged in. When she told it, it sounded like a scheme to keep her from divorcing him by talking her into doing something outrageous so that he’d have a video of her doing it, and he could threaten her to stay with him now that their kids were grown. But that the discussion took place, there is clearly no doubt. His value for the relationship looks to have been easier for him to have sex with other males because of her than without her, which can be concluded by reading his Craigslist advertisements of her to unknown characters for such engagements. So, he wanted to keep a good thing going, and getting her to do something outrageous was a way to accomplish that task, which isn’t uncommon. That is at least the conclusion of her many friends who have stepped forward in defense of the ex-wife whom they have developed great sympathy for. Having dirt on people is a primary way to get others to do what might not be in their best interest. And ultimately, it’s also why so many people stay silent on these kinds of matters because they can’t afford to have a moral judgment. After all, they, too, have been compromised at some point in time. After reading both reports several times, I tend to believe her side of the story much more than his. She says this, and another event was what broke her and caused her to leave him without many resources for herself to live off of. She is the one who took all the pain to make a change, so she is much more invested in the correct answer than he is. And that certainly comes out in her version of the story. 

As salacious as all these details are, the worst part of the story has been what the Lakota school board knew and when they knew it. And to what rationalization they had about the matter when they knew they had an obligation to public transparency. By the time we came out of the Covid lockdowns and we elected new board members, replacing a few who clearly made bad decisions on the Matt Miller case, the volcano was destined to blow. Such an overtly sexual lifestyle could not be contained, and the liberals’ expectation was no different than their defense of Bill Clinton (it’s just about sex, he can still do his job.)  And just like that, the assumption was that the community would not or that their opinions would be accepted because they were too conservative and out of touch with the progressive Lakota school system. And that we were all supposed just to accept this level of bad behavior while paying an extraordinary amount of money for each house in the district to the school without any expectation of performance. Since Matt Miller came to the district in 2017, there has been a steady decline in the quality of education as measured by state sources, and now we know that for him, it was mainly a cosmetic role. His Ashley Madison and Craigslist dating accounts show quite a commitment to the kind of sex that conservatives find reprehensible and anti-family in the extreme. Yet the community members were supposed to bring their concerns about their own children to him for consideration. And that topics of transexual bathrooms were to be judged by him? That PRIDE flags in the halls were normal? When you see his lifestyle, it’s clear why they hated Darbi the moment she was elected. And why they were so threatened when she showed up at a couple of schools in April to record evidence of sexual grooming at Lakota schools, which everyone said wasn’t happening, including Matt Miller. But then again, he also said that he never thought about drugging, molesting, and videotaping three kids, except that one time. And in this case, as bad as it is, the cover-up is even worse than the initial act. The school board has known all along, and they covered it up for fear that people might learn about it. Can you imagine what else they have been covering up from us? Can we trust anything they say? I’d say no.

“The Bald Guy With The Bullwhip”: Master manipulators who think they are in charge

After reading the transcript of the police interview many times, it is quite clear what happened toward the end of the document, which is available to the public upon request at the Sheriff’s department of Butler County. And again, this is the reason for public disclosure. Not enough people utilize it to keep runaway public employees in check, everything from scandalous school superintendents to cops drunk with power so they can have leverage in a political party and destroy all rivals with paper clips and social backstabbing. Without question, the intention at the end of the interview for the police report that showed what kind of sexual lifestyle the Lakota school superintendent has, the public employees were out of control. They had forgotten that they work for the taxpayers. At one point in the interview, Matt Miller refers to Darbi Boddy as a source of trouble, provoking the investigation as “my school board member” as if he was in charge of everything, and not that he reported to her as a superior in the chain of command. And when he felt compelled to refer to me as the “bald guy with a bullwhip” and remind the interviewing officers that in politics, my guys (Rich Hoffman) have beat Sheriff Jones’s guys, knowing full well that the Sheriff was going to have the final say on whether the investigation into the Lakota superintendent continued, or was stalled with the rationalization that everything that was investigated and deemed “pillow talk” between consensual adults. It couldn’t be more clear that the intention was to influence the direction of the investigation with the kind of manipulation that creates dangerous people in the world. There was no reason to bring up that the guy I supported for the 46th Representative seat in Ohio, Thomas Hall, had just beat the guy that Sheriff Jones supported, Matt King, but to provoke anger in the Sheriff, the ultimate boss of all the employees conducting the interview. I would recommend people read the whole document for context, but it’s clear to me that was what was going on. 

Really, since August 2022, I have heard from so many people of bad quality who were firmly in the Matt Miller support camp, and I found them disgusting. I can often avoid people like that, who I would say are way behind the curb of learning. They are essentially grown-up 15-year-olds in 40-year-old bodies who are over-sexed, not very smart about the ways of the world, and very selfish.   They are often a long way away from knowing how the world works and are the kind of people you don’t want to speak to while in a crowded movie theater. Or when you are running behind to a home Bengals game in the B Lot, and you have a parking pass, they won’t get out of the way because they are too drunk to move and are tailgating, taking up three or four parking spaces as if they own the place. They act that way about Lakota schools too, and the police arrangement to entangle themselves with the labor union element. They all forget that the taxpayers are the boss, they are the employees, and they are not in charge. I was generally happy with the police report by itself. I had no desire to read the whole transcript. But once I heard I was in it, I had to check it out. And leading up to the publication of the police report itself, which I wanted it not to say what it did about the sex practices of Matt Miller, I had a parade of Matt Miller labor union radicals from the far-left who thought they were in charge and had a right to harass me over the stacks and stacks of “dirt” I had on Matt Miller. As I saw their ridiculous comments and emails, I’d look at all that material and wonder what they were thinking. They reminded me of those drunk losers at Bengal games in the B Lot who just wouldn’t get out of the way even though you had a parking pass to the lot that was rather valuable. But their drunk antics took precedence in their minds, and they had to forcibly be removed from a parking spot so that you could park before the game started. 

When Matt Miller brought up to the police that I was a bald bullwhip guy from the far-right and that my guy had beat Sheriff Jones’ guy in the last election, he was hoping to tick off Jones, which is easy to do, and hide the terrible things Miller had done in his personal life behind the politics of Butler County.   I think the police investigators did a good job of interviewing Matt Miller, even though it was one of them who was clearly leading the questioning at the end to shape the report that would eventually come out into one that would stop with “adult consensual sex” rather than “school superintendent who plots drugging, molesting and videotaping children in the school for sexual fantasies.” After all, as Matt Miller admitted, it was just that “one time.” I wanted all those stacks of emails, text messages, craigslist advertisements for sex, and many other things to be political shenanigans. Before I mentioned them in public, I recommended sending them to the police for an investigation, and I’m now very glad that the police did what they did. Even if there was a wink and a nod from all the public employees into believing they are in charge, not the taxpayers. To them, anyone with any expectations about anything is far right, and they rebel like children against their bosses at every opportunity. And those public employees were clearly winking and nodding to each other to evoke the wrath of Sheriff Jones into making the case political instead of one that might be dangerous to children in the school district and their parents.

All the employees and their apologists from Lakota schools and Butler County, in general, showed very ugly sides of themselves in defending Matt Miller before they knew the whole story, which is the typical labor union mentality of all the public employees, from the cops to the teachers and administrators. And that same level of manipulation by the school superintendent who thinks he’s some kind of celebrity because he and his friends live in the vacuum of a progressive think tank of public education that is far removed from the outside world where real people live. You can see that same level of activism coming from the apologists he utilized in that police report, reminding Jones that he had lost in that last election.   And that my guy had beaten his guy. And that they thought nobody would notice what they were up to. As far as I’m concerned, the police got the most important parts in the transcript. If the school system itself isn’t alarmed, and if the police aren’t, they think all this behavior is among consensual adults, that’s a burden they will have to carry. They want to believe everyone does these things; that responsibility is on them. I still have my stacks of material. They were warned. Their hypocrisy and behavior, in general, have only confirmed what many conservative community members have been most concerned about. I was sad to find out that Matt Miller is actually as bad as everyone was saying he was, and as I had on occasion to wonder about myself when dealing with him. The transcript of the police investigation makes it clear just how bad the situation really is, and the important things did get revealed. But if that’s not enough for the school board or the community, then no wonder people are so worried about sexual grooming in schools and the lack of safety behind the police security that keeps people from investigating too closely what goes on behind the labor union veil. The inmates are running the asylum, and they think they are entitled to do so with all the arrogance of spoiled brats who don’t know otherwise. You get this when you let public sector labor unions put most of their energy into covering up bad behavior. You get a lot more of it, such as certainly the case with the superintendent of Lakota schools.  And just for clarification, we are just talking about his version of the story. The ex-wife’s version is also available as a public record and its much, much, worse.

Matt Miller, the Hunter Biden of Lakota Schools: The products of public education and police transcript

It is amazing how the Tony Bobulinski whistleblower story is so similar to the Matt Miller story of the Lakota schools superintendent. We all know by now that Tony Bobulinski was a business partner for Hunter Biden and the Biden family in general. He has given very damaging testimony to the FBI and Tucker Carlson on Fox News on a few occasions about the massive corruption of the Biden family and to confirm that the scandalous Hunter Biden laptop was real and that Hunter Biden’s crazy life was everything and worse than what it looked like by the evidence presented. The same could be said of Matt Miller; his ex-wife, like Tony Bobulinski, gave the school district a look behind the curtain into the crazy sexual lifestyle of the school superintendent that included discussions of molesting children through drugging them. She provided statements and evidence to the police and local whistleblowers, which resulted in a complete cover-up of a progressive system. While ordinary people would have expected Matt Miller to be arrested in leg irons for his actions, the same people expected Joe Biden and his son to be arrested and made into a public spectacle. After all, we have Hunter Biden on video smoking crack, having sex with prostitutes, and showing the lifestyle of a person who has sold out America to rival countries like China. Everyone was expected just to go to sleep and ignore the problem. It has been quite astonishing to witness from the perspective of progressive elements of political society, a local school in the Cincinnati region, and the politics of the President of the United States producing essentially the same results regarding law and order and social perspective. 

I attend a few school board meetings at Lakota from time to time, and the ones I have gone to have shown the essence of the problem well before the Matt Miller story was something anybody knew about. Julie Shaffer is one of the school board members who essentially describes the situation without knowing she did. It’s essentially a problem of progressive institutionalism that produces people like Matt Miller. Over the years, Matt Miller did what everyone told him to. He obtained all the criteria to become one of Ohio’s school superintendents as defined by public education needs set by labor unions. None of these needs come from the hopes and dreams of the children involved. The tradeoff is to do what the authorities tell you to, get a career where they care about hiring people who do what they were told as established by corporate needs, which are essentially, these days, the needs of globalism. And that the value of all your efforts is to get good grades. Check the boxes set up for you in public education for the kinds of things you are supposed to be learning. Then follow that path in exchange for a decent living. Referring to Julie Shaffer, who obviously got involved in the school board to help steer public education in a direction her children would benefit from. And that benefit was established by corporate America to do all the woke things that have defined success in many different ways than we are used to from the past.

Here is a transcript of the police report involving Miller. He denies that anything physical happened with any children. But his sexual lifestyle is certainly not traditional. This is the part that is trouble, it was just that one time.

The value is in doing what is told to the participants, not how those participants behave in their personal lives. Success is determined by compliance. And what is done outside of a professional capacity is off-limits. Nobody is supposed to judge Hunter Biden, who was obviously raised to be a train wreck by his father, who is now the President. What matters is that Jill Biden is a Doctor. That title means more to them than anything in the world. And the media, trained by the same methods, will provide more coverage for Dr. Jill Biden than the crimes of Hunter Biden because one supports progressive society, and the other is entirely off the grid of consideration.

This sums up most of the report, anybody who doesn’t agree with him is either crazy, or far right winged. This report is available as a public records request at the Sheriff’s office. He talks about a lot of people. A bit of good advice, the best way not to use dirt on somebody is not to have any. Stay clean, and there will be nothing to worry about. But when you do have dirt to use, save it for a rainy day.

In a recent meeting, Julie Shaffer was fighting back tears because she thought it was unfair that so many people were upset at Matt Miller’s demonstratively perverse sexual behavior. She didn’t see a connection to how that might have an impact on a public education environment at all. That is because personal behavior is not the measure of success in all progressive institutions. Compliance with the system is. So from that vantage point, no matter what the personal behavior is of the public employees, they expect success to be defined by the hoops they have jumped through along the way as established by progressive society. She worried that if people judged Matt Miller based on his behavior, it might interrupt the opportunities for children in the school to have the kind of opportunities in corporate America that the kids might have. Personal behavior was not a concern for her. As she understood them, opportunities were defined by the teacher union view of the world.   And it is in that way that so many bad things happen that leave people scratching their heads. We’ve seen this theme playing out for years now, where personal behavior is not judged, no matter how bad it is. But being compliant with the progressive education system that is very politically motivated is the primary driver of all concerns. So no wonder Matt Miller didn’t seem to think or care what people would think if they learned about his sexual lifestyle as he placed sexually explicit ads on dating services, knowing that people could find out about it. Like Hunter Biden, he seems compelled to thumb his nose at any judgments that might come his way because in the world of government schools, he was the king, and nobody was allowed to judge him for anything. 

Did you see what Matt Miller did there with the police, reminded them that Sheriff Jones and I were on opposite sides of a political issue? To appeal to his ego. After all, the politicians I support tend to win in politics. Not so much for Jones. I wonder if this had any impact on the decision to move the case forward. Hmmmm……………………………………

Listening to Tony Bobulinski talking to Tucker Carlson a few years after the first interview that should have put the Biden crime family in jail, yet they are now White House royalty was interesting because it’s the same pain on his face that many have been feeling toward the Matt Miller situation at Lakota. Here was a guy who had direct evidence of treason through Joe Biden, where he had sold his power and influence to foreign competitors for money, but nobody wanted to hear it. And as bad as thinking about molesting kids should be for a school superintendent of a huge school system, it was a painful gut punch for many to see the school go into instant cover-up mode, to watch the police start acting like the FBI; there to preserve a system of progressivism instead of standing up to it out of duty to law and order. But then again, that is the heart of the problem, progressive education in government schools makes people like Matt Miller and Hunter Biden. It’s the product of those “checked boxes” of progressive behavior that Julie Shaffer seems harpooned to as if it were the great white whale from Moby Dick. The concept that people can be crappy people but still be successful is the tradeoff. People could do whatever they wanted in their private lives, no matter how ostentatious, and nobody was allowed to judge them for it. So long as they did what progressive society wanted them to do. All else would be forgiven, and the shock of that revelation has been eye-opening, to say the least.

The Police Report: Zero tolerance for liars and bullies

As I said in the video, the two things I have zero tolerance for are liars and bullies, whether individually or through institutions. And this whole case with Matt Miller, the superintendent of Lakota schools, is the result of both. And since trouble was first announced in August of 2022, the worst in people and those traits has only escalated the problem to the result of this police report, which is available through a public record request with the Butler County Sheriff’s Department. And given the pressure and emotion of a situation like this, I am impressed with the investigation and report. I wanted Matt Miller to be innocent; I didn’t want to believe what kind of information that a small army of friends connected to his ex-wife was reporting about his behavior during his marriage to her. They had all been triggered by watching how Matt was treating the school board member Darbi Boddy and what came from them to a friend of mine, Vennessa Wells, a former Lakota school board candidate, which I explain in detail in the video, were things that nobody wants to think about. When I saw it, because of the seriousness of it, I instantly recommended sending it to the police because this wasn’t tabloid stuff about who was sleeping with whom and for what salacious reason. This is an admission that sent their marriage into counseling and eventual termination because of its audaciousness. And when it comes to public employees, like Matt Miller is, who is the spokesperson for Lakota schools as a public figure, and everything is paid for with public money, the behavior in a bedroom when it deviates from standard husband/wife activities becomes everyone’s business, especially when it involves the kind of behavior that the officers interviewing both his ex-wife and Matt Miller himself revealed. 

The whole report is bad for the way I see things. It shows a history of a reckless sexual lifestyle that culminated in the point of the entire report, which the Lakota school board chose not to discuss with the public. They received this report on September 9th and have been reporting to the public that it cleared Matt Miller of any wrongdoing. When referring to the activities reported during an interview with the Lakota superintendent, initially, he said to the investigators that the activities he participated in did not involve minors but that they, as a couple, did participate in sexual encounters, as alluded to elsewhere in the report. Then, as the investigation continued, he admitted that they had “pillow talk” about role-playing, drugging, molesting, and recording on video sex acts with three juveniles. The police report also references the possession of images of underage nude children that could easily be obtained by correlating his phone at the time or through the carrier. This part of the report was odd because Matt Miller admitted to talking about sex with underage children with his wife as if “pillow talk” gave him the excuse of any liability. But as all child pornography tends to assume, the downloading of it, the planning of it, or the act of it tends to inspire very severe penalties. Yet under pressure from the investigators, he rationalized this behavior as acceptable social conduct, behavior we wouldn’t have known if his ex-wife and her friends had not come forward with information that they were inspired to through the treatment of the board of current school board member Darbi Boddy. It’s not like people were looking for dirt on Matt Miller’s lifestyle. It came forward through his social interactions and the power of his position.

When I first read all the Craigslist information and the many text messages between Miller and his wife, as she was feeling bad about everything, and he was not denying that anything she was saying had happened, I saw it immediately as a case for the authorities. They needed a chance to do the right thing and provide a proper investigation. I wanted this case to be about a messy divorce where an ex-spouse wanted to bring down her husband out of further vengeance for a marriage gone wrong. With the mention of children and their own child involved in “pillow talk,” I was hoping it all just to be salacious nonsense. But during the interview, Matt Miller admitted that they had talked about it as part of their fantasy talk in the bedroom, and that was it for me. All this occurred in 2019, and as of this writing, this is 2022. The only reason we know any of this is because of his ex-wife and her many friends who feel she was an abused person and wanted to defend her publicly. The superintendent’s actions against Darbi Boddy were their trigger mechanism to do so. But now we have to question what don’t we know. I would certainly hope that sexual fantasies with underage children are not common. A mind that allows itself to think such things are broken and needs help. They certainly don’t need to be in charge of 17,000 students behind locked security from the outside world that the superintendent controls exclusively. That doesn’t sound like a very “safe” environment. If little kids are the subject of “pillow talk,” Matt Miller probably shouldn’t have eyes on children under his care. 

Even worse is the school board’s reaction to this report. They read the same thing, yet they punted everything to a third-party investigation, just as they have for CRT. And from the teacher’s union at Lakota came a steady stream of denials that there was any evidence, even as everyone had this police report in their hands. They claimed that anything said against Matt Miller was unsubstantiated before they even knew that there was a police report. I received lots of hate mail from community activists who attacked Venessa and me and continued to spread all kinds of misinformation on various social media platforms trying to do damage control without knowing anything about the facts. I was bewildered as I saw some of these while holding pages and pages of evidence in my hand. I considered much of that evidence hearsay until the police did their investigation. I expected Matt Miller, when interviewed, to say something to the effect, even if he was lying, “no, no, I would never think of doing anything sexual to children.” I may not care much for the guy, but on a level of basic human decency, I would hope that he would at least not cross that line. But instead, he said it was “pillow talk.” For the police, is pillow talk illegal when it involves children? Possession of nude photos of children certainly is, and that would seem easy enough to get. We just saw that the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office had a family member sent to prison for the rest of his life because of child pornography, so we can only speculate why the words “at this time” concluded this report. I would agree with Lindsey Sheehan on the evidence; so far, it was a one-sided conversation that would need cross-referencing with carrier data, an inspection of Matt Miller’s computer, and further interviews with more witnesses. And who has the stomach for all that, especially on such a large and public case? And who needs all that when you have the superintendent himself admitting to what he did to the officers? That was bad enough. But worse, so many adults supposed to care anything for children were more concerned about protecting Matt Miller than what might be best for children. That certainly wasn’t their first priority, as shown by their actions.

The Lakota School Board Has Always Been Political: So why do they want peace now?

Wait a minute, why was Julie Shaffer crying at the Lakota school board meeting on September 12th? After all, she has been one of the most vicious political activists on the school board over the years. She has come after me before, quite viciously. In 2012, after Lakota had suffered its third levy defeat and figured that the only way they would ever win a tax increase from the community was to get rid of me, they came after me in a very public way, not in a softball manner. So since they couldn’t beat me in debate, Julie worked with several school board members and the Cincinnati media to destroy me viciously, which has been well chronicled. For most people, what she and the Lakota school board did to me would have destroyed them, and they didn’t care what it did to my family, life, or reputation in the community. They just wanted me gone, and they took the kill shot, and so did the Cincinnati media, which was hooked in lockstep with them, just as they are today. I have recently watched them do the same thing to Darbi Boddy. After voters elected her, the Lakota school board decided they didn’t want her, so they conspired to get rid of her viciously, with fangs out, and ruthlessly, blowing on the fires of liberal activism throughout the community. They didn’t care one bit what it might do to Darbi, her family, or her reputation. They simply wanted to destroy her in any way possible. 

But then, at the school board meeting’s closing comments, it came time for Julie to provide her’s; fighting back the tears, she said, “that I wish that people could remember that this is more than political theater and that these are people’s lives and future and what they worked for their entire career, and there are more people involved and that these are more than people’s points on a score card.” Well, isn’t that an astonishing statement? Who would have figured that she would say such a thing, given her track record? But then that opens up a whole new can of worms. Suppose she has such a public double standard depending on the political situation. How much bad behavior has she been willing to explain away in the past, knowing what this information tells us about her? I already know the answer, but for you, dear reader, let’s just have a little fun with it. For many years, I have heard of many cover-up stories that the Lakota school board has whitewashed. My hope was that with the current school board candidates that maybe that would change. But as soon as Darbi was elected, the knives came out, and surprisingly, Lynda did not come to her defense like I expected that she would and should. I have not been a fan of public education for many years now. I think teaching kids a progressive, liberal education is a huge waste of money. But I have worked with school board members like Lynda over the years to try and save the system. I have come to the defense of many who found themselves without a voice where the media did not want to tell their stories of bad conduct inflicted upon them to improve the school. I didn’t let my feelings toward people like Julie Shaffer inspire a campaign of complete destruction of the public school system in my district. I’ve held back a lot to make the thing work because I knew there were people like Lynda there trying to make it better. 

But then I heard at that same meeting Lynda gave a strange interpretation of the police report, which is available from the Sheriff’s Department as a public record’s request. Anybody can see it and read it, yet Lynda had a strange interpretation of it. She said, “there are no credible allegations against Mr. Miller. The Sheriff’s Office completed its investigation and found there was ‘no probable cause to initiate criminal charges.'” Well, actually, what the police report says at the end of a description of really extraordinary allegations and a police investigation that seems unreal is that the prosecutor said, “at this time,” as in to mean there wasn’t enough evidence at that point to further criminal charges. It does not “clear” Matt Miller as the media and Lynda said it did. Rather, it eludes to much more, suggesting that there may be more to come. What is implied, knowing some of the inside information from the various witnesses, is that it is hoped that this police report will shut down the investigation unless the public demands more. If the public does, then the prosecutor’s behind would be covered to further the investigation. What is astonishing is that Lynda establishes herself as the judge as to whether or not witnesses are credible or not. So what does that say about the school board that she leads? If someone comes forward with information that the school board doesn’t like, does that mean that the school board doesn’t take it seriously? If the Board is anti-Darbi, anti-Tea Party, anti-Republican, does that mean they will disregard the information if it comes from those sources? I have known Lynda O’Conner for a fifth of my life and think of her as a smart woman. A well-intentioned woman. These statements by her seem strange, not her. But then again, maybe the only reason I’ve ever had a relationship with her was for her to keep her enemies close. Nothing would surprise me. Like I say, always judge people based on what they do, not what they say. 

The hypocrisy of it all is that, on the one hand, the school board is all about politics so long as they are destroying the people they don’t want around. But, they will rally to their own people even if those people are guilty as can be, which everyone should find alarming. This isn’t some conspiracy theory; we see this publicly at school board meetings. Compare the police report with what the Board said at the meeting, and everything becomes very clear. Matt Miller created his own problems. Yes, people have a problem with his behavior and are making their opposition known. But people like Julie Shaffer and her school board accomplices set the ground rules for bloodthirsty politics long ago. They take public money to function, and I wouldn’t say I like paying it for the garbage we get from each graduating class. Lynda knows how I felt, but we still worked together to assemble a nice school board that represented the public more than we had. I am surprised that she turned on Darbi as she did. I was also surprised to hear her say the things she did at the latest school board meeting. But then again, maybe not. You never really find out about people until you go through the pressure cooker with them. If Matt hadn’t done what he did to Darbi with the help of the Board led by Lynda and people like Julie to destroy her completely, then the witnesses against Matt Miller would have probably never had the strength to speak out for themselves and go public with the information that has the Lakota superintendent in so much trouble now. He did it to himself. People are only willing to take so much, and because of what those antagonists did at Lakota toward conservatives in the community, over a long period of time, they have asked for what is happening now. And if Lynda doesn’t think the person who was married to Matt, and her many friends wasn’t a credible witness even after the police did their interviews, maybe she is having trouble with definitions these days, just as she obviously has with the police report.

Democrats Need to be Destroyed: Compromising with evil isn’t an option, not at Lakota, not in Washington DC nor in Davos

Here is the basic assumption, a warning shot across the bow to all who still hope and pray that liberalism in any form will make a final stand and win out the day. The best thing that can happen in the United States is that the Democrat Party is completely destroyed and that the two-party system that emerges in their ashes is a split between the conservatives, the RINOs on the one hand, and the MAGA Republicans on the other. That is where most of the political sentiment is in America and the true indicator of where the public wants things. Now, the Liberal World Order, the media, the education institutions, the corporate alliances, and all like-minded figureheads who have learned to game that Liberal World Order for their own benefit are in a panic because they see it turning to dust on the nightly news. On Fox News, for instance, there are pleas from moderate Democrats to return to a bipartisan sentiment where both sides can work together for the “good of the people.” What is missed in these discussions is whether that other side should even exist. Democrats do not represent American values and ideas. They are Marxists and anti-American in their intentions. They work against the Constitution and only seem to like it when they want to use free speech or some other right to undo everything that America is. Liberals don’t even belong on the political spectrum of America. They are more at home in Europe, where they originated from. They are the political party of globalism and have built all their political platforms around it. They try to hide that fact behind an American flag hoping that nobody sees what they are doing. But we live in a country where the FBI raided Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy, and took his cell phone for no reason other than harassment. The same organization that just raided a former president’s home had a hired Russian spy on the payroll to set up that presidential administration to suppress the populist political movement that was gaining steam to preserve this dying Liberal World Order out of desperation. 

But locally, you can see it even sharper, this panic from Democrats who hope they can hide behind a complicit media and ride their evil deeds of sin and mayhem into a horizon of darkness that only the Devil would find sanctimonious. You could hear it at the Lakota school board meeting on September 12th, 2022. Are we a Christian nation? Yes, we are. We are the nation built from the values of the Ten Commandments brought down out of Mt. Sinai and given to a people that started several major religions, Christian, Jewish, and Muslim, which most of the world considers themselves to be. Other factions at work want to erase all that and resurrect religious perspective as a global religion centered on oriental ideas, which is what Climate Change is all about. But in essence, when people at the school board tried to use separation of church and state to argue that public schools should be havens of evil, secular in nature, the only people nodding their heads apparently were small Facebook groups like the Conservatives for Lakota who were nodding in the affirmative. Every community has people like this, especially attached to public schools, who want to believe, like Joe Manchin and Mitch McConnel, that all sides can come together and work in a bipartisan way for the good of all. But they forget that one of those sides represents sheer evil, the destruction of America, and the ability to sin infinitely, often, and without recourse. And real conservative people aren’t signing up for that no matter how much Fox News begs for people to do so, or the FBI raids people’s homes to scare them into submission, or Skippy from Conservatives for Lakota pleads online to his fellow liberal friends that the Matt Miller trouble at the superintendent position is just a political situation that doesn’t involve the safety of kids. 

Some dude named Skippy, or some name like that from the Conservatives for Lakota Facebook group, has the ear of the board, and they think they are, as they advertise, “conservative.” Still, I just learned about their group recently due to the trouble at Lakota, and people showed me the kinds of things that those people said. It’s clear why school board members think they represent conservative opinions if they only look at the type of people who attend school board meetings and generally support the concept of public schools. If school boards are listening to Skippy and his friends, then, of course, they are going to be shocked when they find out that a majority of the residents of Lakota still support the new school board member Darbi Boddy; they consider themselves Christians fighting to preserve a Christian nation and they are angry at all liberal attempts to destroy the world they live in, whether the topic is education, taxes, globalism, fiscal policy, and the basic concept of family building. I go to a lot of GOP events, and I meet all kinds of people. And I can’t say I’ve seen any of these Conservatives for Lakota anywhere. From what I read of their Facebook musings, they are RINOs at best, likely just Democrats in disguise, and the school board hopes that the mask will remain because they all tend toward liberalism in some way or another. The dispute on the Lakota school board presently at its essence is that the community is much more conservative than any of the school board members and that Darbi Boddy is the only member who has fully embraced that representation, which Democrats and RINOs hate with everything they have in them. They don’t even want to know that people who would support school board members like Darbi exist, and when she’s sitting there with a seat at the table, it terrifies them, just like Trump terrified the Liberal World Order when he was in the White House, and still has political power over the Republican Party in America. And in that microcosm of local politics, we see the national macrocosm that is unfolding on the world stage, where populism is defeating liberalism everywhere, and the mechanisms of authority are desperately trying to intimidate their existence into the future, if only by a day or two. 

The argument over Matt Miller’s social life isn’t so much as to whether children are in danger or not, which is very much a thing of its own. The real debate is whether or not his liberal lifestyle is one that the true Christian conservatives of Lakota can put up with. In the past, a compromise was expected, but people have grown tired of compromising with the Devil and have in mind to defeat evil in a Biblical sense. They are tired of evil in their lives and want to fight back politically or more if needed. They see it on the national, international, then local levels.   They may not be able to do much about evil in Europe or the Desecrators of Davos. Remember, the number one book in the country right now is Alex Jones’ The Great Reset, who is on his second harassment trial in the same number of months trying hard to destroy him and his company Infowars. The New York Times actually has tried to suppress that information from their Best Seller’s list because they want more than anything to return to that world of Skippy and the Conservatives for Lakota RINO position, or the Joe Manchin, Rob Portman “work together” RINOs on the Hill are trying to get back to. But many people, I would say most conservative Republicans, are done with the compromises with evil and want to fight back. They don’t want school superintendents who do not uphold Christian moral standards. They do not want to empower evil in politics with happy talk and handshakes. And they are not about to put up with abuses of authority within the FBI or the local sheriff who are willing to use force to punish political rivals and destroy populism if they can and use their badge to fight for the Liberal World Order and its preservation. Those things are all on the chopping block now that people can see who is doing what, to whom, and for what reasons. And if evil is attached to the judgment from the perspective of a very Christian nation, then a fight is bound to happen. And singing campfire songs of unity and hoping things will return to how they were isn’t in the future.

Where is the Sheriff Jones Press Conference: Just ask your friendly Neighborhood Lakota School Board Member

Matt Miller of Lakota schools has been very open about trying to get rid of political enemies as he did Todd Parnell over woke politics during bad conduct among the student population, then again with Darbi Boddy when she showed up unannounced to take pictures on the walls of CRT teachings reported there. In both cases the Lakota superintendent, Matt Miller took action to force resignations, which was an insult to the people who voted for those representatives. He acted in a way that showed disregard for what damage might occur to those personalities and what it might cost them professionally or personally. That might seem fair in love and war, but when he stumbles on things, he shouldn’t expect people to treat him lightly. After a messy divorce, some of the documents from that divorce have been revealed by his ex-wife, and many within the Lakota school district have now seen what those documents say. He might say she’s crazy, as a lot of men do about their ex-wives as they try to move on after a previous marriage, but from what she has said about him, it’s clear that we need as a community to check it out. At the very least, the superintendent owes the tax-paying public an explanation that explains away what she has been saying with written testimony. I’ve never been a big fan of Matt, and always thought his $200,000 salary was too much and thought a less expensive person could quickly replace him. That evidence reported by his ex-wife was turned over to the police because it went well beyond politics and community gossip but straight to matters that only law enforcement should be dealing with. There were text messages which came from his phone with entire conversations on them where really bad things were talked about. They were screenshots taken by his spouse. The Lakota school board now has possession of much of this material in addition to many more items that are now public record and are available upon request. Could they be fake, perhaps, that was for the police to correspond through an investigation, which they have been conducting? I reminded everyone involved, which was a growing list of angry people made that way by the way Matt Miller dealt with his political enemies, that everyone had the right to due process. He might be innocent, and all this evidence could be made up. But as things have matured, it looked less likely, so it was all turned over to the police and the Lakota school board, and now that school has started, people are frustrated that the investigation was taking too long. Because based on previous actions and the safety of kids considered as the priority, the lack of urgency by all involved has left many questions. Questions, after all, are perfectly logical, especially after what we learned about the Jason Gmoser child pornography case. I personally like Mike Gmoser, the Butler County prosecutor. But his relationship to that case which carried with it life imprisonment, indicates to the community that when we hear of cases that might be unbelievable otherwise, we have an obligation to investigate at a minimum.

And for good reason, after all, there is a six-count indictment against Butler County Auditor Roger Reynolds over just a real estate transaction that led Sheriff Jones and the Attorney General, David Yost, to give press conferences about, and that entire case was built on hearsay, where one party said something about another party that was in the public eye. Many people think that the case against Roger Reynolds is entirely political. Still, if that is the level of criteria we are using to measure legal cases, then there is a lot more hearsay involved in the Matt Miller divorce where his ex-wife is saying in writing much, much, much worse. I again would offer that Matt might be innocent, but when there is that much smoke, there is fire to stir it up. Why wasn’t Sheriff Jones standing in front of his emblem at his office and giving a press conference announcing all he and the police were doing to protect kids from the potential danger of the superintendent at Lakota, according to a reliable witness, his ex-wife? Do we just take his word for her credibility? As a community that pays his salary and counts on him to sell Lakota to the world as a safe and reliable place to send children, are we supposed to ignore what she is struggling to say because it’s inconvenient or that we might personally like the superintendent? It would be one thing if the accusations were just spoken, but these were written in text messages, confirmed by police interviews, and court documents from the divorce corresponded with the conversations. So, there is more than enough evidence to take caution on the matter and find out what’s going on. But after several weeks, and school starting with many upset who know about the matter looking for some acknowledgment of justice, the cold reality of a perceived cover-up was beginning to take hold.

The media wasn’t camped outside his home the way they were with Darbi Boddy when Matt Miller served her with trespassing papers on a school she is supposed to be managing as a board member. Matt took it so far that her story made the national news, and it was very embarrassing for her. Wasn’t that a purposeful defamation of her character? She was only a few months on the job after being newly elected, and obviously, Matt Miller was doing to her what he had done previously to Todd Parnell. He might have thought that a good idea, but he made a lot of political enemies by doing it, and shortly after that came a barrage of whispers about his sex life. You would expect a person who makes as much money as he does to show better discretion than all this. He should have never picked fights like this unless he was squeaky clean, and I mean eat off the glass clean. He might have a good explanation for the behavior of his ex-wife, and he should explain it, instead of digging in and avoiding the problem publicly. His lack of direct response to these issues has fed the fears in the people who have seen the text messages. And for those he has made political enemies out of, they are looking for anything to hang him on. And if he gave them the rope, that’s on him.

One of those six indictments against Roger Reynolds is a statement by Jenni Logan, who surprisingly left her job as Lakota’s treasurer on August 1st of, 2022, just a few weeks ago. Given the timing of this information and how it has been brewing for much of the previous school year, we must now look at who knew what and when and how involved they were in all this, if at all. But first, we must allow due process to do its work. The evidence must be validated, and explanations are mandated. For people to regain trust in Lakota as a school system, an investigation is necessary because this erosion of trust has brought us to this place and was created by Lakota management. Trust is earned; it isn’t just given away by title and by the way Matt Miller has actively worked to get rid of political rivals, as he did with Todd Parnell, and has tried to do with great fanfare Darbi Boddy, there was going to be a cost to it. The anger created by him has caused people to talk, and evidence was bound to come forth. But this isn’t just some community gossip. It’s a family member and a network of mad moms provoked by a long history of Matt Miller’s community interaction. At the very least, he has shown really bad judgment. At the worst, that’s for the police investigation to determine. Based on how the Sheriff’s department went after Roger Reynolds over much less evidence, we should expect the police to confirm or deny the results of their investigation. Doing the right thing is sometimes very hard, but we all have an obligation to justice. Otherwise, we will just get a lot more bad behavior in the future. 

I would have preferred to just see what comes from the police investigation, but after the events that occurred on Monday the 22nd of August 2022 some understandings must be met. I watched the school board meeting to see how this issue would be addressed, knowing the contents of the email that was sent to the school board earlier that morning. The same email ended up in all of the media by the afternoon sent by the person who wrote the board her concerns. Yet the reaction by the superintendent was a threat that would open up a whole can of worms with witness testimony and submitted evidence, police interviews–and mostly silence by Lakota generally, except for massive amounts of gossip. What started as a concerned parent reporting what was told to her that was very much a police matter; the public employees don’t get to go on the attack against their boss, the voters of Lakota. Explanations are the burden of the superintendent, it’s his life, his mess, and it’s up to him to explain all this to people for continued employment. The institution of Lakota is not more important than the individual people involved. And as to the superintendent’s reputation, he has to be able to manage all these things as part of his job. He owes us, the taxpayers, a lot of answers. But he doesn’t get to boss around members of the community for things he has himself opened the door to. He is not the victim, he is the responsible party, and the burden of explanation falls on him.

More Conservatives Win School Board Seats in Florida: We need more Darbi Boddy types at Lakota

Just because the conservative experiment at Lakota has not turned out well doesn’t mean it’s a failure across the country. I would say the problems we have at Lakota are natural and part of the transition process. Not the result of failed intentions. When I signed up to help elect a conservative school board at Lakota with a 3 to 2 vote on issues, that, of course, assumed that we were getting conservative candidates. But through the rigors of the day-to-day operations, sometimes people find out they aren’t so conservative. They may have thought they were conservative in the safety of GOP meetings, but when the rubber hits the road, and process bureaucracy starts to take effect, people learn a lot about themselves that they may not have known. And people fall off the wagon. In that case, we just need to look for more candidates and keep putting them on the school board. I signed up for a Darbi Boddy type of school board, not a bunch of softies who would let the superintendent rule the world. I expect the school board to be in charge, not to let radical employees rule the day, and so far, in 2022, that is what has happened. Once things started to get tough, we discovered that Darbi was the only one showing up for work. And that is why we have a lot of the problems that are going on at Lakota now. I wouldn’t say it’s a failure of an effort as much as we are learning what kind of people make good school board members, and we are getting a definition of conservative values that is challenging people’s belief systems in themselves, which will ultimately be good for the community, even if it’s painful now. And as usual, what goes on in Lakota, a big government school in Northern Cincinnati, in the community where I live, so goes much of the rest of the nation. 

In the recent elections in Florida, Republicans showed up to vote for school board members 3 to 1. The more states in America that start to run their states as Ron DeSantis does, the more this trend will continue. Ohio isn’t quite there now. There are a lot of RINO Republicans who still think of themselves as Bush conservatives and Reagan admirers. But Trump is a bit too much “solution” for them, and when the pressure is on, they crack like eggs over an omelet. School boards should never have been considered “politically” neutral. The goal in politics isn’t for everyone to get along.

Public schools are radical institutions conceived by liberalism for teaching liberal arts. They have not produced children that grew up into happy Americans, quite the opposite. Many parents are seeing that they are unhappy with the product of public schools and are finally inserting themselves into possible solutions. For years people have asked me to be a school board member at Lakota for several decades now. Over time, the idea of public school has absolutely made me sick. I don’t think they are good at anything they do. But I have offered my help, especially these last few years, to help make them into a solution. I was quite aware that the people I was dealing with were professional community conversation types who befriend you to win you over, like a timeshare salesman. But I helped anyway because the school of Lakota was already in my home district. I personally pay thousands of dollars a year into that mess. So, I was open to the idea if it could be saved somehow. So, I helped where I could to see what might happen. It was worth a shot.

Other Darbi Boddy types are out there, and school boards across America have elected them by popular vote. It’s part of the trend of populism that is migrating to form the modern political movement that is going to sink all the mistakes of the administrative state finally, as it was conceived by communist and utopian socialists like John Dewey when they came up with the dumb idea of public education in the first place. Sure, it’s been a good free babysitting service for busy parents, but it has raised disasters in people who are failures of the 7 liberal arts in every way they could be measured. Even the best students of the public education system have turned out to be disasters of people and what is bad about the whole institutional approach is that public schools led by liberal-leaning school boards have developed the habit of protecting the bad conduct that goes on in the schools, rather than managing those problems for the betterment of the children involved. It’s all been a disaster from top to bottom, and finally, people are starting to admit to it and are offering themselves as options to get elected and help the way Darbi has been in Lakota. Even if the vote count at Lakota isn’t as conservative as it should be, it’s still better than what we had before. And future elections can certainly smooth that ratio out and will naturally match the national trends toward populism. 

Ultimately, however, my opinion hasn’t changed, even with this trend toward conservatism on school boards. Public education as a concept is doomed. It’s too expensive, inefficient, and doesn’t produce good people. It’s just a trainwreck in the best of cases. It certainly has not been a replacement for good parenting. After the behavior I have witnessed so far in 2022 regarding school board behavior and how the big liberal administrations behave toward it, it’s obvious to me that public education is doomed to complete failure. Suppose they think Darbi Boddy is bad and that the only acceptable Republican on a board is some wishy-washy RINO who will go way out of their way to get along in a “nonpartisan” kind of way, always bending the knee to radical liberals empowered through the teacher’s unions. In that case, there is no hope for them. If they are having trouble now, what will they do in the next elections when more Darbi Boddy types get elected and replace the stale old establishment types who covered up way too much bad behavior just to protect the school from outside opinion? They aren’t going to make it. I remember in April when the news story was all about Lakota might lose their superintendent over the radical school board member, Darbi Boddy, as if we needed to get rid of her to keep him and his $200,000 salary. Well, I don’t think he’s worth it, especially after watching his performance through Covid and recently over several things. We would do better with a much more engaged and less progressive person. I know they fear teacher shortages and bad state report cards, and the public relations of the superintendent are meant to put rosy glasses on all that for the illusion of goodness. But when a district is garbage, it is garbage. You can’t put perfume on it to make it smell better. The fact that the public employees of Lakota want so badly to get rid of the best school board member, Darbi Boddy, says that they aren’t ready to deal with the national trend in public education that is happening everywhere. And that fault is their own for failing to adjust to a changing world and holding on to a failure from the progressive past.
