Beware of the “Time Eaters: Ways of attacking leadership in the world

As we talk about people who live in the back of the train and are not the leadership type, using Robert Pirsig’s Metaphysics of Quality, there are sure ways to detect their destructive attributes.  I call them “time eaters”: people who are afraid to do things in the world and disguise their impact by consuming time, hiding their lack of leadership.  Because they are too timid to live life in front of the train, they make a lot of noise to seem helpful in a fast-moving world.  They are the kind of people who want to consume your time with small talk or discussions about small things that are not important to the task.  And when you are doing important things in life, they seek to take up your time to associate themselves with some level of success without committing to fulfilling the endeavor.  And the really insulting thing about it is that when they want to waste your time, they fail to recognize that, as a fellow human being, you must be suffering from the same ailment as they are.  When people don’t know what to do, they seek means to disguise it with nonsense and waste time trying to look productive, but only with meaningless chatter.  A good example of this is the occasional salesperson who tries to sell you something in a shopping complex and stops you with “can I have a moment of your time?” as if that moment were not infinitely valuable.  The assumption is that, as two fellow human beings, you have some obligation to waste time on someone else just because they request it.  And in so doing, a lot of unproductive output occurs.  Being nice and accommodating will often leave you feeling empty because these people seek to drain you of your effort to fill up what’s empty inside them.

Using the metaphor of the speeding train, the people in life at the back of the train are always trying to bleed you of information when you are the leader type at the front.  So they are always trying to get you to come to the back, where they are, so that they can feel part of the process.  They, of course, wait for you to do something meaningful, then try to associate themselves with the success.  But because they are the back of the train types, they need to eat your time to gain something they didn’t earn.   And when you take the time to give it to them, trying to be nice, they fill the time of the exchange with nonsense, hoping to blend in and to look helpful.  They talk about sports, about the lottery, about wine, donuts, and college football teams.  But they never have the guts to talk about the things that really matter because they are in the back of the train and are only trying to appear as if they are part of a team.  When we talk about teams, there are usually leaders.  Then there are the people who like to spend time talking about silly things, trying to associate with success in the exchange.  I find wasting time with people in the back of the train talking about nonsense is a sure path to failure, because leadership is about being on the cutting edge, seeing things as they come, and dealing with them there.  Not talking about cutting the grass and what your neighbor is doing.  If it doesn’t involve life on the cutting edge, it’s mostly about wasting time.

And in that way, I see a different kind of tyranny in the modern world designed by people who live in the back of the train.  They want you to always read their terms of service agreements for every little thing.  They want you to waste time figuring out a new software update for your smart TV that adds all-new control features to your remote.  They want to drag you into meaningless states for baseball stats and sports while the world outside burns away.  There is an evil in these time eaters that tries to keep you from getting to them by trying to trap you in the back of the train and away from the front so that they can work their malicious schemes.  And before you know it, on any given day, you have wasted 24 hours of your life and achieved very little.  Because your day was filled with “time eaters” who took away precious time to be on the leading edge with analysis from the back, trivial nonsense that are observations, not leadership-led.  And even in that sentiment is the notion that success should never be achieved at the cost of our humanity, of not communicating effectively, or of volunteering to waste time with people in the back of the train out of compassion for their position.  And that no achievement matters more than talking to another human being.  Even if what everyone is saying to each other is meaningless in the scheme of things.  The point of communication is to validate the lack of leadership that the other parties are terrified of, and the point of existence is to make them feel better about it. Not to actually achieve things.

So beware of the “time eaters.”  I avoid them as I would any disease.  There is a real menace in their actions that intends to destroy the world, and I don’t like it at all.  And I say all this not to be mean, but to explain why I don’t allow myself to get stuck in projects or circumstances that are “time eaters.”  When I see and hear that the people I’m dealing with are “time eaters,” I remove myself from their company quickly and move on to something much more interesting.  If I feel what I’m doing isn’t important, then I don’t do it for long.  And people do take offense to it, but that’s OK.  I see value in the back of the train only in the analysis it provides.  But it only helps in a kind of future state, as leadership is fast and furious, and is not a team exercise.  The concept of teamwork is designed to be a time-eater of shared consumption of resources to appear busy and proactive.  When, in reality, it’s just intended to keep leaders from the front of the train and to trap them in the back with all the other slugs.  And the more time they waste keeping essential things from happening, the worse the world is.  Whether the issue is a discussion about a meaningless topic or wasting time with the TV remote, “time eaters” are a real problem imposed on us by an evil that lurks just beyond our senses.  And the war they have against us is a very real terror against the human race.  The lure is in compassion, wasting time with people who can’t contribute to success because they lack the ability.  And in that effort, the whole ship sinks, and this is by design.  So, to prevent that eventuality, beware of the time-eaters.  They will seek to destroy the world with nonsense and sell it as a value because of the human need to feel wanted by other human beings.  And in that exchange, vast evils are expressed and injected into society to undo all thoughts of goodness.

6 Out of 10 Employers Want to Fire Their Gen Z Employees: If you want good productivity, you have to think out of the box

I wouldn’t just say I love foreign people from other places; I don’t think that tells the whole story.  I love people who like to work hard.  I work hard; I always have.  I love good work and people who want to do it.  I don’t care what their skin color is or their sex; if they like hard work, I will likely have something in common with them.  Even political differences aren’t so different if I feel the person I am talking to is a hard worker.  It just so happens that people from other places work harder than Americans.  And this isn’t something recent for me.  My kids are from the Gen Z generation, and I was so upset about their dating choices when they were teenagers that I encouraged them to date boys from places that still worked hard.  To me, it is reprehensible to be lazy.  I hate lazy people.  But I love hard-working, polite people, and that is how my oldest daughter managed to marry a young man from Canterberry, England.  Going to their house in Liberty Township these days is a real pleasure for me because I get to see the benefits of a couple of people who work hard together.  The results are obvious.  But to say the least, I understand what 6 out of 10 employers say when they indicate they would like to fire their Gen Z employees because they are too lazy and pretentious.  If we want to Make America Great Again, we must start by making Americans want to work again.  Because for many reasons, especially Gen Z, they have been poisoned as children into growing up and becoming problematic as employees.  And so much so that they threaten our current national security.

Not that all Gen Z types are wrong, but most of them are victims of a terrible public education system and college experience that was not academically inclined.  Most education produced in the United States these days has been infected with radical leftist politics.  That doesn’t mean that kids will all be corrupted.  If a kid comes from a good family, that might mitigate some of the impact.  But for children from broken homes or homes where the parents are just stupid, many of the kids from the Gen Z generation don’t have a chance.  I watched this problem start brewing while my kids were growing up.  Now, my wife and I were fantastic parents.  Kids always find something to complain about, but to a large degree, we kept the infection of social conformity from ruining their minds while they were growing up.  They turned out to be pretty good kids with sharp minds and intellect.  But it has been challenging for them to deal with other people from their generation who are just too lazy and pretentious to have a decent relationship.  It’s not just about dating and marrying different people but about having basic social interactions.  Gen Z, in my eyes, are the poor victims of a global menace rooted in globalism that intentionally poisoned American youth in detrimental ways to cripple our economic engine.  Like many things I have been pointing out going into 2025, every kind of attack that could be imagined upon the intellect of the average American youth has been let loose, and their poor, miserable lives show it for the sad tragedy that it is.

My advice to the employers out there who are looking for labor for their enterprises is that you can find Gen Z employees who will do a good job.  But don’t just look in their direction.  I would say that many of the foreign immigrants who are legally trying to be a part of the American way of life will do a far better job than the kids coming out of American high schools and colleges these days.  It’s not about cheap labor that foreign employees have the most significant benefit.  If everyone is paid the same and fairly, the foreign employees, compared to the domestic ones, will far outperform expectations.  That is because foreign employees usually have a better family structure behind them, which leads to healthy living.  When people know family members love them, they tend to be less insecure in their relationships, even with co-workers.  So, when hiring new workers, one qualifying characteristic is family life.  If a potential employee can at least have a healthy family relationship, they are inclined to work well with a team of co-workers.  Gen Z in America were trained to grow up and be political weapons.  They were taught to be activists toward leftist, communist causes, like climate change, or to rally against toxic masculinity, and to toss young women into sexual deviancy to destroy their ability to raise proper American families.  I had several people this week ask me why I like to work with so many people from all over the world, and my reply to them was that they reminded me of the work ethic my grandparents had.  But I have very little personal respect for the slack-jawed losers of the subsequent generations, including the baby boomers from my parent’s generation.  The mess started with them.  But Gen Z is just ridiculous.

No wonder our federal government costs so much; they hire anybody with a pulse and turn them loose with high-cost burdens to do very little work.  And that trend is why so many employers are looking to dump their Gen Z employees wherever possible and replace them with automation.  I’ve worked with many Gen Z kids over the years, and out of every 100, I can usually get two or three of them to do good in the world.  The rest are just disasters.  It’s not like I haven’t tried, but if people don’t have the basics, a stable family life with parents and grandparents who have set them with a proper foundation of thought, the chances at success in life are scarce for anybody, especially Gen Z that has had just about everything placed against them from the start.  Bad families, horrible education, detrimental entertainment options, terrible diet, faulty philosophy, and confusing religious assumptions, everything about Gen Z has political radicalism in it, so to grow up to be helpful in anything is a far cry.  That doesn’t mean that we should stop trying with these kids.  I certainly do.  But 98 times out of 100, you will be disappointed by the results.  To cover what you need, we will have to look to people from other places where the foundations of family are much better.  When I travel to Japan, I am constantly reminded that success starts with the family structure.  They love their kids in Japan much better than in the United States or Europe.  And much of that comes from radical left politics that has sought in America to destroy the family structure for military reasons.  So, there is no quick fix to it.  Japan is largely successful because it raises children in somewhat healthy family structures.  And success follows those types of people accordingly.  But you can’t, as an employer, hire some slug from Gen Z and expect productivity to be good.  If you want good things to happen in your companies, you must hire good people; Gen Z doesn’t have them.  Maybe the next generation who grew up in the Trump years will be better.  But as of now, it’s not a surprise that so many employers are disappointed with the Gen Z generation and are trying to figure out how to get decent employees from them.  And to tell the truth, if you want good employees, you’ll have to think outside the box.  Because regarding Gen Z, what’s in the box is mostly garbage and frustration.

Why I Have Not Been Cancel Cultured and Never Will Be: The Great flaw that the World Economic Forum never figured out

To answer a question that has been coming up a lot, especially these days, why I have yet to be cancel cultured out of existence is a good one.  Because it points to a fatal flaw in the World Economic Forum’s strategy for global domination, the foundations of that flaw were evident during and after Covid, and it is grotesquely apparent in the aftermath from all those who were suckered into believing what the Great Reset was aiming for their ridiculous “New Normal.”  Communism wasn’t going to be it, and they went all in on centralized control of everyone through the bureaucracy of the administrative state, and that fatal flaw was that they didn’t truly understand productivity.  They assume that everyone in the world is just as worthless as they are, as mindless bureaucrats who will do anything for a job because they don’t believe in the value of that job.  They feel they are given something, and their constant fear is that someone will figure out eventually that they don’t deserve that job, and that constant fear of that discovery drives them to do great evils in the world.  You’d be surprised how many CEOs of massive companies who make a lot of money feel that the rug could be pulled out from under them at any moment and that they might be homeless in the street with one swipe from their superiors in the World Economic Forum.  Those losers have gained so much power by exploiting this real fear in people who should know better.  This brings up the very relevant question, why don’t I worry about that kind of thing, and how have I managed not to be cancel cultured out of existence after all these years?  And the answer to that question is a good one that I’d like to see everyone understand because it is how you get true freedom in the world.

Part of the reason that my answer might sound cliché is that the perpetrators of the fear want everyone to feel like such resistance is impossible, so they’ve stigmatized the obvious in the effort of mass social control.  But it’s all an illusion, mainly if you utilize the answer.  I don’t worry about cancel culture because the skills I have, precisely my best skill, is something that nobody gave me, so they can’t take it away.  Yet it’s something that the world wants desperately, and it always will.  Nobody at the World Economic Forum could ever stop people from enjoying what I can give them.  And that skill is that I make people around me better; I can continually improve their lives dramatically because I can read and utilize the fine art of subtly.  Most of the time, a problem, whatever it is, a psychological problem, a mechanical one, political, a narrative, a scientific one, have their answers concealed behind the subtlety of existence.  And if you can unlock that at will, you will find that you have a skill that people are always willing to pay for.  And they’ll pay for it in whatever currency they can give you.  This is one of the reasons that global forces want to control the money supply, so they can maintain how people get paid.  But there are many currencies out there, and you might say I am independently wealthy.  Not necessarily by physical money, but other currencies that matter much more, the kind of stuff that the IRS was never designed to measure.  And in that answer is the keys to freedom, which I have created in my life that nobody could ever take away, no matter how powerful they think they may be.

That’s why I produce so much written content on this blog site for people for free.  I share my skill of reading subtlety because I can afford to.  Ultimately, I desire to make people better than they otherwise would be because I explain the real answers hidden behind subtlety for them.  I don’t personally get a lot out of the exchange, but I do like to see people live better lives, despite the forces that are trying to enslave them to the efforts of a liberal Administrative State and their communist intentions residing behind the entire endeavor.  For all the reasons that A.I. will never replace my particular writing style, because artificial intelligence will never be able to replace my ability to read subtlety in the world, there is no shortage of people behind the scenes who want what I have to offer, which is why I practically give it away for free.  I like to see people free, so I tell them how to be so.  But on all other matters, success in life, good relationships, an understanding of God and the afterlife, the mysteries of finance, history, psychology, legal practice, arts and entertainment, political philosophy, whatever the topic, there is always a hidden ingredient in subtlety that is just waiting to be discovered, which I see quickly, and can explain to people.  And for that reason, no matter the social conditions, there is always a long line at my door looking for my particular skill, which improves countless lives and always will.  I could have explained to the World Economic Forum the error of their ways three decades ago if they had listened, but they instead built their entire strategy on a false premise of production from day one, and they hoped to hide those flaws from themselves in subtlety, which they perpetually fear will be discovered, and exploited.  But of course, it’s too late for that.

And that’s why I have never been cancel cultured and won’t be.  My life is not dependent on some loser to bring value to it or to decide that they’ll give me a job for which I should be eternally grateful.  I do many good things for many people that would otherwise be ruined by the mysteries of subtlety, where some of the worst people hide, hoping not to be exploited for the frauds they are.  But they fear most being discovered for the menace they present to the world, which makes it easy to conquer them, which I explain to countless people each week.  And to such an extent that I can afford to give away some of that good stuff for free to whoever wants to utilize it for their improvement.  I learned this skill of subtlety actually from an old samurai warrior in Japan many decades ago; it’s one of the nine ways of the samurai.  To understand the nature of all things as subtlety connects them.  And for access to that skill, my phone never stops ringing, and my email box is loaded with several hundred thousand messages on any given day.  And that will never go away.  There is no legal mechanism or a financial one that can stop it.  And I rather enjoy that leverage over the perpetrators of evil in the world and will continue to shower in the tears of my enemies because they fear subtlety and are haunted by it day and night.  And I’m not one to brag but to answer the question.  Why haven’t I been cancel cultured?  Well, I make people around me better.  The more people I’m around, the more improved they all will be.  And that is a skill that is most valued in the world by the needs of the human race.  Despite those who want to control those people for all kinds of malicious reasons but do not understand the subtle needs that people have, for which they will never have control.

It’s More Like the Great Mistake, Rather than the Great Reset: My Review of Glenn Beck’s new book ‘Dark Future’

Of course, Glenn Beck’s new book Dark Future is great. Most of Beck’s books have been over the years as they speak to people about scary things that are going on in politics, and he has been kind of a Paul Revere consistently over a long period of time, and the previous book in this series, The Great Reset, did an excellent job of alarming people to the dangers of ESG. Before that book came out, few people understood what ESG was, Modern Monetary Theory, or even who Klaus Schwab was from the world economic forum. Dark Future continues the dive into the efforts of the World Economic Forum and swims deeper into The Great Narrative, which explores the liberal radicalism behind advisors to the World Economic Forum, such as Yuval Harari. The book came out on Tuesday, July 11th, and I grabbed a copy and read it over the next two nights. It was a fast and easy read; it’s a bigger book than The Great Reset, as there is even more to say a few years into the greatest attack against mankind that has ever been attempted by a malicious group, which was The Great Reset launched behind Covid, which should be viewed as a military attack against our country more than anything else. But there was a central theme that kept coming up to me as I was reading that is paralyzing a lot of other people when it comes to discussing the weakness of the World Economic Forum’s position. And as a result, it felt like Beck’s new book was about six months too old because much more has been revealed that’s happening in the world since before he first started writing.

The Great Mistake is more like it, the problem behind everything they have been doing with The Great Reset.  They believe in technology too much and hope it will do more than possible.  Technology is the new god of Yuval Harari, Klaus Schwab, and the attackers from the World Economic Forum like Bill Gates.  Yes, the scary stuff talked about in Dark Future are all things that they truly want to do.  But their big mistake is that they did not understand the nature of work, just as Karl Marx, their mentor, never had figured it out.  They confused monitoring work, which is what computers largely do, to performing work.   That was the big problem during Covid with all the dumb work-from-home policies.  The members of The Administrative State, who serve the Deep State, assumed that people sitting at computers all day meant that work was happening.  And that they could easily control that work as the central means of controlling production if they could only get everyone onto Microsoft Teams to perform their meetings from their homes.  Pants weren’t required in those meetings, and the effort turned out to be a diabolical disaster, just as most things coming from the World Economic Forum will prove to be over the coming years because as geeks, losers, and social misfits themselves who attempt to hide their social awkwardness from the public through monied assets, their lack of understanding about human nature has been their downfall.  Just as Karl Marx wanted to control the means of production through a centralized authority, that is the fantasy of the World Economic Forum aggressors in using technology they control to take over the means of production.  It is a big Marxist plot that was doomed from the beginning because they didn’t understand the nature of what work was.

Work is still about making things, where hands onto creation is still the important ingredient.  And this hope by the Desecrators of Davos, as I call them, the people who want to be “elites” in our culture through some long-dead aristocratic order, is that through Modern Monetary Theory, the printing of fake money to represent a fake value which can then buy up everyone’s property, all their efforts, and all their labor was somehow going to fill the void created by the real need of economic value.  Such as the small vendor who labors at a craft that other people want, so they make the goods with their hands and sell them at a market somewhere, and people buy it because they like it.  This kind of social behavior is a mystery to the geeks at the World Economic Forum because they always misplaced the value of work in technology rather than understanding that technology would only ever serve the human imagination for expanded economies to make more things that humans want to consume.  That is the market value and the real key to economic input.  Work is produced to sustain human needs as created by humans for human purposes.  A.I. might help support those needs or expand a 19 trillion-dollar economy made with only 300 million people into a higher value.  But to replace that value with technology and force all people into the background while the new gods of A.I. rule the world is a fantasy missing a few screws.

I’ve watched all the Davos events over the years and listened carefully to all the interviews they’ve provided over a long time.  And the constant theme from them is one that I have seen professionally at all levels of society.  They have been suckered by the promises of technology that it might cover up the skills in life that they don’t have, the ability to understand human beings and the work that is generated by their existence.  Because they are psychologically awkward in public and lack many of the social traits that might make them appear to the human race as “human,” they have built this false assumption around a philosophy of hatred of the human race and sold it as a fact.  When really, it comes down to that girl who turned them down for a dance in the 8th grade, and now they want to rule the world to punish her and those like her.  Now that they are rich and famous, they can get anybody they want, so their trust in technology is along those lines.  That is certainly the case with people like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg.  These aren’t ordinary people happy and healthy; they are deranged lunatics who have been given a lot of money for the software applications that might make other socially awkward people, like Klaus Schwab, more powerful than they otherwise are if only the world were run by Terminators from the famous film franchise by Jim Cameron.  A lot of this weakness by the World Economic Forum has been exposed over the last several months as more people are waking up to what really happened with Covid and who was behind it.  There is a populist movement of anger and revenge brewing in America over these characters that haven’t yet found their way into Glenn Beck’s books.  I think even a year from now, Dark Future will continue to wake people up to these things.  There is a lot of danger out there, but the characters committing it are much more exposed than I think Glenn Beck thought they would be before publishing this new book.  Things are moving rapidly, and the World Economic Forum’s assumptions about technology have shown just how flimsy their plans have always been.  And the exposure rate is something they will not survive, which is a great thing.  But there is still a long way to go, and books like Dark Future will undoubtedly show people where we are going and why we need to get there.  But this story will not end the way the World Economic Forum thought it would.  It won’t be good for them.

We Have to Face the Facts, Covid was a Bioweapon Meant to Destroy Capitalism: Working from home was one of the biggest mistakes of the lazy Administrative State

You have to understand that part of the strategy of the Liberal World Order is to conduct their strategies so outrageously that any question of them would be considered a radical conspiracy theory. Yet, to identify what they have done and what they intend to do requires a proper identification of their vile behavior, and if it sounds crazy, it’s because the act itself was. The people who did the act were crazy, villainous, and way off the radar of acceptability. So talking about what they do can sound crazy and far-fetched because good-thinking people have a hard time believing it. Yet that is part of how they do their evil in society because their intentions are so bad that nobody believes it’s possible. And that certainly has been the case with Covid. Just as a warning, now that we’ve lived through that first, well-planned phase, if we don’t punish those involved, like the Dr. Fauci types who knew about the gain of function research and helped make sure public funding went to the people doing the work, and the Bill Gates types, who used their money to shape the media narrative, or Klaus Schwab who had his book for the Great Reset already written and ready to go when the planned Covid-19 virus was released out of China to create what they called a “new normal,” remember that I told you so in the early days of 2020 when nobody thought such an evil thing was possible. I said at the time that Covid was an attack by the Greenie Weenie types to keep people in their homes, keep people from using fossil fuels to drive a capitalist economy and that the virus was created in a Chinese lab by global forces to steal an election under the haze of panic, made by terrorists to gain control of the entire world, which is precisely what happened.

Now we have to face the facts that it happened on our watch. Once we get control of the House and Senate in America, we have to prosecute those who were involved because if they don’t, the next manufactured Covid virus may not be engineered to only kill under 1% of the world population but 80%, which was conveniently leaked information from a Boston lab just a few weeks from the election of 2022. I would say that the leak was a warning, a gun to all our heads of what is possible. These are people who will kill most of the world’s population if they find they can’t have control of it. They are not sane people and don’t plan to give power back through elections. They believe themselves to be beyond prosecution, they think they own the courts and world opinion through the media, and they are not afraid of judgment of any kind. And you better believe it, they didn’t want to kill everyone during the first Covid launch. They just wanted to get everyone’s attention.

Covid was manufactured in a lab paid for mainly by American taxpayer money to make a Covid virus that was very contagious but not very deadly. Just deadly enough to scare people. But not enough to actually kill them. The point of the virus was mass enslavement, to convince people to give up their sovereignty and turn everything over to the Liberal World Order and their Administrative State. It was their Great Reset, and they planned to use Covid to create a New Normal. And suppose they don’t get their way? In that case, they will manufacture the next virus to kill most of the population because they are crazy and believe that they must do so to save the planet from the infestation of humans that their radical religion of earth worship says is evil to the world.

And you can see the panic in their actions behind the people who made Covid the first time. You can see the panic in Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates when he is doing interviews on liberal cable shows trying to reshape the Covid story, which never would have happened without him. Klaus Schwab is in a panic because of populism rising up all over the world. Larry Fink is trying to reshape the image of BlackRock now that people know what kind of scam they have been running. Zuckerbucks is trying to reshape the image of Facebook because they are contaminated with election fraud, as they were caught red-handed. Sure they have the courts eating out of their hands because they all sprinkle plenty of money around, but people know. Their New Normal has turned out to be rejected by people. People wanted to return to the Old Normal as fast as possible, rejecting the New Normal altogether. Never has it been more evident than in the work-from-home debacle. As we look around America at the slow supply chains and generally poor condition of workforce engagement, you can see the devastating results of the Klaus Schwab New Normal grotesquely. I thought it was bad before 2019 when they released Covid from China to steal the election from Trump and put Joe Biden in his place, a compromised fool they could easily control. I thought the American workforce was already terribly destroyed through their educations, through union activism, and the general erosion of socialist policies in the minds of traditional Americans. They had this lazy, work only 40 hours a week mentality and didn’t show up for work enough before Covid. After Covid, and the ridiculous CDC tried to rewrite all the labor laws with 10-day quarantines just for being near someone with Covid, and the work-from-home strategies meant to keep people from driving their fossil fuel-driven cars, the impact on the American workforce has been detrimental.

The larger the company and the more woke they have been forced to be with influences such as BlackRock, the more loose they have become with their labor expectations. And these days, most companies don’t know when their employees are coming to work, especially on the white-collar side of things. The Covid push was to keep people out of the office, to decentralize corporate control, and to give that control to the Administrative State run by white-coat bureaucrats who work for the World Health Organization and are protected by the American military and our own FBI. But what the losers of the Covid movement didn’t realize, because many of them are rich and disconnected from how they became that way, is that work is a function of human interaction. And here they were trying to take the human interaction out of work, which was destined to fail. People need to see each other, even if they don’t like each other. They can’t sit around at home, do a few weekly meetings through Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and expect to get anything done. People working from home only work 15 hours a week instead of 40. I would argue a company should expect a salaried person to work at least 60 hours a week to be competitive in the world, and that clearly is not happening now. With the government intrusions into the labor market with Covid as the excuse, they have turned productive hours of employment into the typical lazy slugs of government employment. Companies are lucky if they get 20 hours of work from their salary people per week, and from their hourly force, they are lucky if they show up. Because of the Covid restrictions, many employees no longer think they need a doctor’s note to call off work; all they have to say is that they were near someone who was near someone, who was near someone with a positive Covid test, and they think they get to stay home for two weeks playing Playstation. It’s ridiculous and is the result of direct government tampering, the intentions of the Desecrators of Davos, and their micromanagement of mass society through what they tried to create, which was a “New Normal.” But now that their efforts have failed, people have rejected everything about them and are finally getting back to work, slowly. Be ready for this same group of people to unleash an even deadlier virus that they have manufactured using gain of function to do it. Yes, they will kill most of the planet rather than pay for their crimes. And if we don’t hold them accountable quickly, they surely will.

Larry Fink Says Globalism is Dead: What he doesn’t understand, the nature of all productivity in life

In his usual letter to CEOs under the BlackRock portfolio management, Larry Fink revealed some carefully guarded frustrations at the end of March 2022 that are worth noting. It’s a bit humorous for me, I have been predicting this very problem for the globalists for a long time, and right on time, they are feeling the heat. These big plans they always come up with sound great in their own minds when they talk about them with each other. But reality often tells a different story. These days, Fink and his buddies at the World Economic Forum, the Desecrators of Davos that I call them, are trying to shield themselves from as much responsibility for the mess they’ve made as possible. In Fink’s letter, he declares that globalism is dead, that the war in Ukraine has wrecked everything, and now everyone must rethink everything. And just as he said that the federal government indicated that it would start enforcing ESG standards for all publicly traded companies, fulfilling some of those same strategies that Fink said were dying. The translation of the entire matter is that Fink has been called out; several top-rated books like Woke, Inc and The Great Reset have shown people what the Desecrators of Davos have wanted for a long time, and Fink has been exposed. He’s used to hiding behind a façade of celebrity and financial talk that nobody understands. But now, people understand what he has been doing with BlackRock, to essentially force progressive politics onto every publically traded company in the world and to slide outright communism under the door and call it progress.

I’m not freaked out about any of this; after all, everything they are doing essentially traces back to repackaged Marxism, and it always fails everywhere. It’s why I felt I needed to write a book on this very problem called The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business. Even though the book hasn’t at this point been out a year, it is showing itself to be very prophetic for these very times. When people saw the cover, I had a lot of feedback about the artwork while publishing it, which was sometimes hostile. People do judge a book by its cover, so I was very specific about how the cover for a book on business would be displayed, and it has confused people, which is purposeful. The question I get is, why is a book on business and management covered with a skull and smoking guns with poker-like emblems on the cover? The answer is that it is meant to articulate the actual situation at war in the world, the big elephant in the room that nobody wants to deal with. A question that needed to be answered by me from an old friend who is a prominent Lean sensei consultant for multi-billion dollar a year companies worldwide addresses the most common elephant in the room regarding the nature of productivity which has frustrated human beings for thousands of years. He asked me, “why don’t people buy into this Lean stuff, especially in America?” He continued, “I mean, I’m fine if they want to hire me over and over again every five years to come back and reteach their cultures Lean. But why don’t they get it?” That’s when I reminded him of the story of Deming after WWII and how Japan put their own spin on what he taught them, which became the Toyota model that the rest of the world has been trying to copy all this time. The problem is that it runs counterintuitive to reality. The Japanese people are hardworking but are collective in their natures. That is not how the West is, and nothing in the world will make people of western culture, where most manufacturing was invented, into becoming more collective based.

I often tell people like that consultant that America invented a whole new way of doing things while Marx was coming up with his ridiculously lazy theories in Europe. But in the East, where they have openly embraced Marx and used him to manage their companies and their governments, they assume that it’s all part of western civilization that they have repackaged for themselves. But the proper elements of American life, which has the most extraordinary productivity on planet earth per capita and otherwise, it was the story of the Wild West, of the gunfighters, of law and order for individuals that is the secret sauce to everything economic. And virtually none of our modern education systems has figured it out. They have been teaching all the wrong things, which is why Larry Fink and the Davos gang are perplexed at the direction of the world they have been manipulating at the resistance to them that they are now seeing. I explained it to my friend like this, in the West, in America, business is viewed as a baby. We work to create an environment with our American Constitution that simulates the Natural Law of the birthing process. When tens of thousands of sperm are injected into a mating ritual, they all seek an egg to penetrate and start the process of human life. But out of all those attempts, only one will do the deed. We fight hard in life to create that opportunity for one to get the chance, which is the key to all economics. Management’s job is not to provide “equity” to all the sperm, so they can all have a chance to penetrate the egg. We look for the exceptional to do the task, and our job is to provide an environment for the exceptional to create something new.

It was the weak and the lazy in the world who found a retreat in Marxism from the world’s pressures.   They have given up the desire to be exceptional in their lives, seeking refuge in collective salvation. And in every business environment, they look at those who are the best, who are exceptional, as a threat to their existence, so they are always trying to assassinate the characters who stand in the way of their desired complacency. So that is why the smoking guns and the skull are on my book’s cover. Because you have to expect as a productive and enterprising individual that all the collectivists out there will always be gunning for you, to shoot you down dead in the street and eliminate you from the competition of collectivism at every opportunity. It’s the greatest elephant in the room of modern civilization.   Because most people are not bold enough to be exceptional in their lives, they are quite happy to be content with little Marxists hiding behind ESG scores and overly managed centralized governments, either in their country or their corporations. But nothing comes from those types, which is why the rest of the world that has adopted Marxism struggles to produce any GDP. In America, in the chaos of individual rights, innovation, productivity, and money creation is abundant. In the Wild West, we figured out the nature of Natural Law not just in the making of life but also in making economies. And many jealous souls would do anything to destroy the exceptional. But in management, in all management, even in Lean Manufacturing, the rules still apply. The job of top management is to find the exceptional and to put them in a position to succeed. And if they do that, they will have successful results. But before any of that can happen, it has to be acknowledged that it’s the exceptional in the world who do everything, and our job is to find them and promote them. Every attempt at collective salvation, including Larry Fink’s extremely liberal finance policies, is doomed to fail every single time. Because what they all think, which was born from Marx and his lazy rationalization for all civilization, runs against the Natural Law of the universe and will never be made true, no matter how many people they recruit to their cause.
