Treason and Sedition Carry With Them the Death Penalty: And that is clearly what is happening in the riots against ICE Agents

This isn’t hard, guys.  Anybody who funds the purposeful destruction of our country is committing treason, and advocating for the destruction of our country is sedition.  People can and should be executed for such an offense.  We’re not talking about a free speech argument in relation to what is happening in Los Angeles and other cities around America.  For legal definitions, treason is the crime of betraying one’s country, typically involving acts such as waging war against it or aiding its enemies.  In the U.S., it’s defined in Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution as levying war against the U.S., adhering to its enemies, or giving them aid and comfort, requiring two witnesses to the same overt act or a confession in open court for conviction.  For anybody hiring protestors to block traffic and fight against the police, National Guard, or ICE Agents, all employees of the federal government who report to our elected representation in the White House, which defines the American government, are committing acts of treason.  Sedition is conduct or speech inciting rebellion or resistance against a government’s authority, often just short of treason.  It typically involves actions or words that promote disorder or overthrow lawful authority, such as organizing or encouraging riots against the state, as seen in Los Angeles.  Whoever writes a check advocating for the riots of Los Angeles could be prosecuted, and even executed with the death penalty, for their contributions.  And it would be perfectly fine to apply that standard to hundreds, if not thousands, of people who have worked to organize these riots.  The only thing that is a little ambiguous in these cases is how an enemy is defined.  We traditionally look at enemies as foreign governments.  However, to avoid the wrath of the United States and its superior firepower, enemies have disguised their true intentions behind political movements, such as socialism, communism, and Marxism, to conceal their true nature, hoping to shield their actions under the First Amendment’s Free Speech clause.  

Treason, as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2381, carries the punishment of death, or imprisonment for not less than five years, and a fine of not less than $10,000.  And a convicted person is incapable of holding any office under the United States.  Sedition is addressed under 18 U.S.C. § 2384.  If convicted, a person faces up to 20 years in prison, a fine, or both.  More than enough reports are tying the treasonous and seditions acts of the mob planners to communist China, a known and declared enemy to the United States of America, so that pretty much sums it up.  The riots against ICE agents are not free speech protests, and all the politicians who have been cheering them on, like Maxine Waters, could easily be charged and removed from office for their actions.  This is not ambiguous; it’s clearly stated and aligns with border policy.  There is no room for alternative opinions on the matter.  Any contrary belief system is part of this open border movement that hides their criminal acts behind what is generally believed to be a right to protest and petition a government.  The only reason they think this behavior can be hidden is due to the lack of intelligence or conviction that people now possess, as our education systems have helped facilitate such watered-down opinions.  And this is the same mode of operation that we have seen recently in Paris.  Foreign immigrants and their supporters carrying signs of Marxism, swinging around foreign flags, and burning the flag of their domestic country in protest are purposely seeking to end any border distinction around the world.  And that strategy is treasonous.  And suppose the influence comes from outside the country of origin. In that case, they and their partners are behaving in a seditious manner and can be prosecuted as perpetrators of war against the host country. 

When someone says that there is no evidence, or that there is no proof that so and so has ever been charged with a crime of treason or sedition, what they are saying is that the people who collect evidence didn’t collect it.  And that the proof is everywhere, but law enforcement was afraid to apply it.  Or that a person hasn’t been charged, because the law enforcement was too lazy to file a charge for the crime.  And they would do that for many reasons.  We have learned that through the Bar Associations, sentiments in favor of social justice are often influenced by Marxist ideas, and that we have placed too much trust in lawyers who share these views.  It’s fair to say that all collectivist-based associations, even homeowner associations these days, are filled with Marxist propaganda so that the value judgment against overthrowing a country has been watered down to the point where they are paralyzed in social judgments, which is in and of itself seditious behavior against a host country.  The assumption is that we are all now global citizens and that the borders of a nation are no longer relevant.  Therefore, attempting to have the courts punish treason and sedition is pointless, so anyone trying to protect their career would be reluctant to present such evidence, fearing they would lose in court and fall out of favor in the promotion loops controlled by those same individuals.  Evidence is never brought forward, charges are never filed, because prosecutors do not think that judges will rule in their favor.  And we have seen why they fear this, because many judges are openly trying to use the law to stop the Trump administration, as they see it, from being the established representative of the American people. 

So, a lack of will, or to accept that many of our institutions have been poisoned with Marxism and elements hostile to the American way of life, does not change the definition of treason and sedition.  What has been happening in the L.A. riots is both.  Any person who raises a fist to sworn officers of our government is openly declaring war against the state and can, and should be, charged as such.  Call it fascism.  Call it tyranny.  Call it whatever you want.  But what it is is treason and sedition.  We elect our representatives through honest elections, who then make up the state.  So we are the “state.”  And the best protest against a government is to work to elect new people into office.  However, overthrowing the system itself is a death penalty kind of crime.  This is not the same as the January 6th prisoners when Biden was inserted into the government.  Because that government was put into power through election fraud, and in that case, the established government was overthrown by the same methods as the riots in L.A. have been advanced.  And the money trail connects the guilty parties to the crimes.  These are not rights protected by the First Amendment.  These are hostile perpetrators of violence and anti-American activities.  And that if Trump’s administration puts to death all the organizers, as under the law they have a right and obligation to do, the American people will stand behind their elected representatives.  And they would even reward that political party with a greater majority in the upcoming midterms.  People do not want to see Marxist rioters in their streets causing harm, social disruption, and inconvenience.  They do not want to see their police harassed or ICE agents being prevented from carrying out their duties.  It’s time to get tough, real tough.  And stop playing games with people who want to destroy our country.  Especially those funding these riots.  Put them down, arrest them, charge them, and push for convictions for the death penalty.  And stop playing games.  The law is quite clear on this, and it’s time to enforce it the way it deserves.

The Government Endorsed Attack on America: Sexual Perversion and drug poisoning to destroy our entire society

I can just say that I’m not going to put up with the kind of garbage that went on in Middletown, Ohio, over the last weekend of June 2023. There was a drag show in public that went on, which is shown in the pictures here, that was just disgusting. But these went on nationwide, this assault to desecrate sexuality with unhealthy lifestyles that this current government in America fully endorses. I see what these sexual deviants are doing as an assault. It’s one thing to have sexual lifestyle choices behind closed doors; it’s quite another to weaponize it and to stick it into all our faces as an assault on the very foundations of civilization. So on the very next day, I met with some friends down at the Courthouse in Hamilton, Ohio, for a stake in the ground of goodness to March for Children as a moral position as a response to these horrendous intrusions. It was nice to see so many people there, and I was surprised that there were so many officeholders present who weren’t afraid to put their names next to the issue. Essentially after some speeches, shown here, in front of the Courthouse, we marched around the old building three times, just as in the attack on Jericho. In this case, after three times, we didn’t want the Courthouse to fall, as did the walls in that Biblical city, but for the barriers to law and order to fall away so that justice could be established to protect children under full assault.

Without question, the most emotional speech of the day came from Mark Murphy, who is part of the leadership of the Republican Party of Butler County. Mark recently lost his daughter due to a fentanyl overdose. It only took one time for it to happen, and if it can happen to Mark, it can happen to anybody. What a lot of people fail to realize is that a lot of these evils that we are seeing, whether it’s the drag queen shows or the drug cartels deliberately poisoning our youth with drugs like fentanyl, these are military attacks against American culture. They are deliberately targeting the youth of our culture to destroy them and, as a result, American culture as a whole. Listening to Mark talk, the number of people losing children to fentanyl overdoses is astonishing. The silent killer is the biggest threat in the world today. If ground troops did these deaths with tanks and guns, we’d be outraged by the attack and would seek revenge for the aggression. But the attack is coming in a way we don’t typically think of as an attack, but as a leisurely activity, drug use. Yet the intentions couldn’t be more obvious. We have a media culture and a government that is actually helping the situation along, and there is no other excuse for it. Drugs have always been a problem for the attackers of Western Civilization; the motive is to exploit the free culture with poison so that the competing cultures of the world can then thrive without comparison. Usually, we’d hear about these stories as soldiers who died in the field somewhere. But this attack is on our doorsteps, in all of our neighborhoods, and is all too common. Unfortunately, Mark’s story is not unique. It is so common that people are numb to it that they’d instead think about everything else but this topic. That’s why it was nice to see so many people show up for the March for Children because until we admit that there is a problem, we will continue to be vulnerable to these globalist attacks run by the organized crime arm of that effort, the drug cartels. 

Who in their right mind wouldn’t want to stand up for children, but that is precisely the threat in our schools these days. Public education has become a predatory environment, which is most publicly articulated in the PRIDE event in Middletown. The outlandish behavior seen there is being bred into kids in public schools, and very few people are standing up to it, and apparent evil that is an all-out assault on cultural norms. Darbi Boddy was at the March for Children event as politicians like Jennifer Gross and Todd Minniear spoke about the challenges of doing what’s appropriate for kids despite grotesque social behavior that the masses have now accepted as a reality. But the kids are counting on the adults in their lives to protect them from these predators. And what else could you call people so obviously addicted to a sexual deviation with the intent to engage with underage children? It’s a clear case of evil as far as I’m concerned, and when we are confronted with such things, we must do something about it. There is no common ground with these types of people who have only destruction and mayhem on their minds. A purposeful corruption of the youth toward a life of ill-advised sex addiction; nothing good comes from such a lifestyle, yet we are expected just to take all this desecration politely and without anger? I don’t think so. Everyone who facilitates these types of activities, from officeholders to teachers in the schools, are accommodating sheer evil. It’s not tolerance to accept destructive sexual lifestyles; it’s irresponsible. 

For me, it’s not an option to be accommodating. If we are going to see these kinds of attacks against our American culture, then it should be expected to have an equally hostile response. When the attack vector is so apparent, and the death and mental destruction of an entire nation of people is the target, then nobody should expect to be treated nicely in their desecrations. We are not obligated to kindness when faced with such evil and the intentions of malcontents. If they are free to express themselves in such grotesque ways, then we are also free to have an opinion about it and to let them know that we are judging them on their bad behavior, at the very least. We are not obligated just to take it and accept it out of some guilt by a leftist definition of privilege. Sexual addiction is bad under any condition; nobody should be thinking about it as much as the trans show in Middletown clearly is. But the point isn’t health; it’s destruction. They are selling our own destruction to us through the temptation of pleasure, the most ancient door to evil known to all civilizations. Whether it’s through drug abuse or sexual lifestyles, our current government is helping America’s enemies destroy our country from within, and the casualties are real. And it’s not just the adults they are targeting, but our children. These days, they aren’t even bothering to hide any longer. They do it because they don’t respect us or think that we’ll do anything about it. So the effort is on us in this present time to engage the enemy and redefine the terms of destruction. We cannot co-exist with evil, nor should we expect to. Instead, we must make our opinions known, judge the bad behavior for what it is, and commit ourselves to save children to save our nation because the attack couldn’t be more obvious.

The Many Trojan Horses of American Politics and why there is a National Emergency at the Border.

Do you know why dear reader that Democrats and some Republicans don’t believe there is a crisis at the American border? Because what is happening there is by design, they want it to occur. There is nothing bad about it because they want to see the collapse of America and they don’t want any resistance to it. To the Greeks after a fruitless 10 year siege they were rooting for the effects of using a Trojan Horse to sneak into the city of Troy’s defenses and destroy everything by surprise. The Trojan War was thus won by the Greeks. So of course the Greeks supported the efforts of the Trojan Horse. But for the people of Troy, they lost the war and their lives were destroyed. It all depends on perspective. So no, they don’t see the emergency that Trump is igniting at the southern border with Mexico that a wall needs to be built. Because they want the war against America to lean toward the global siege that has been going on for many, many years to continue and for those forces to be victorious. It was a disappointing revelation to see that 12 senators voted against President Trump’s emergency declaration. But it didn’t matter because Trump vetoed the attack against his actions as he should have. However, it was very disappointing for me to see Rob Portman’s name on that list. I go back a long way with that guy and it pains me to see him go against Trump. But in war, people don’t always hold their values, they do change over time and that appears to be the case with many of the Republicans who have proven themselves weak on border security and the obvious assault through drugs that flood into our American culture with the quite open attempt to destroy it.

Right after Ross Perot lost his election in 1992 I was one of the leaders of what would become the Reform Party and Rob Portman would tag along with us to find his political footing as he wanted to enter politics. I liked Rob and thought it would be great to get a “reform party” kind of personality on the Republican ticket to run for congress, so I helped Rob anyway I could, including setting up a big debate at WLW in the spring of 1993. There was a special election that year for an open congressional seat and Rob was going for it. Nevertheless, Rob won the election and over the oncoming years we lost touch with each other. In 1996 he still remembered me when I did an anti-tax campaign publishing t-shirts called “take an axe to our tax” which were being sold nationwide. I sent one to Rob Portman to wear around Washington D.C. and he sent me a check for $7 which I didn’t ask for. But he was always an honest guy and I think that was his way of acknowledging our previous friendship. I’ve since seen him at a few Trump rallies, but we really haven’t spoken in a couple of decades. He has obviously changed which pains me, but doesn’t surprise me at all. He and all the Republicans who voted against Trump’s emergency declaration were essentially attacking the idea of American sovereignty and were like the Greeks, cheering on the effects of the Trojan Horse.

In a press conference in the Oval Office Trump had supporters of his emergency declaration for border security there to provide details, and one person told the whole story about the fact Americans consume most of the world’s illegal drug market, which is quite a thing to say. While its true that in the United States our free society functions on a supply and demand economic desire, the real truth behind the drug movement is a kind of a Trojan Horse of its own. The border flooding with illegal immigration is one kind of Trojan Horse designed to change voting patterns and collapse the American economy into bankruptcy through legacy welfare costs, but the other Trojan Horse was much more subtle but far more deadlier, the flow and encouragement of drugs in our culture with the open intent of destroying it. The United States uses far more drugs than any other place on earth and that is due to the attacks against our free society from forces jealous of it living beyond the borders, and sometimes within. The American CIA took a very active role in ensuring that illegal drugs flooded into the United States during the sixties, seventies, and eighties creating a permanent class of drug induced citizens who in many cases have literally lost their minds.

16.2% of people in the United States report that in their lifetimes they have used cocaine which is high. 42.4% of Americans report that they have used marijuana over the same period. I actually think the marijuana use is higher than that, but let’s just stick with the measured statistics. The way the drug pushers, many who currently are politicians in our American government, have been selling illegal and legal drug use is as a byproduct of capitalism. Excess wealth promotes excess abuses to mental and physical health. It’s essentially the same message that is given in every Charles Dickens story, that the wealthy overlord is the oppressor of the poor and is the villain of every story. Wealthy people who succeed in American culture thus become drug addicts and abuse themselves with reckless lifestyle choices, so such things should be abandoned for a more centrally controlled government. That is what has been happening and the illegal drug trade that is currently flooding our American border with Mexico is a large strategic assault that has been going on for many, many years and it is and has been a major emergency. Thankfully President Trump is the first president willing to actually tackle this detrimental problem. Anybody against securing the border with a physical wall is against stopping the flood of drugs into America which opponents are of course not wanting to see happen. They want the poison to continue to rob Americans of their intellect and thus to destroy them utterly.

The desire for drug use is the result ultimately of liberalism. With liberal concepts injected into our society, such as reckless sex, over consumption of all resources because responsibility is never a personal ownership type of thing it is no surprise that abuse of alcohol and other drugs are alarmingly high in American culture and the enemies of capitalism want to continue to use that trend as a means to shy the world away from capitalism and into global socialism. That is the ultimate plan and those people don’t care how many lives are ruined in the process. The intent from the beginning was to destroy America and all the people in it. They don’t care how or why, only that it does happen. That is why it is such a shame that the 12 Republicans, such as Rob Portman have been suckered into voting against the President. In many cases they think they are fighting the long game of preservation of a Republic form of government where they don’t want to see Democrats abusing executive authority in the future. But to the enemies of America who support open borders and massive drug use, they don’t intend for an American Republic to even exist in the future. They want a global government that does not have sovereign borders, at all. The two fights aren’t even in the same arena. And that is why the border wall issue is so important and why it is a national emergency. Only half our nation is now poisoned beyond reason into supporting the enemy. And unfortunately, Republicans are helping that enemy along.
