The Rest of the Story: Who thought I was going away?

As progressive minded collectivists and pro tax advocates celebrated what they thought was my fiery end in the school levy fights around town on that carefully planned March 15th assault, there are aspects to that story that I have not revealed–until now. While the strategy I discussed in calling the levy supporters of Lakota “latté sipping prostitutes” is true, and the results were predictable, but at the same time terribly disappointing, there is as the late, great Paul Harvey used to say—the rest of the story.

In September of 2011 at a No Lakota Levy group meeting I told our members that after this next campaign they should search among themselves for another spokesman who could change up the message if Lakota decided to go for fourth levy attempt in 2012. I suggested this for two reasons—first Doc Thompson and I had covered about every aspect of public school funding issues on 700 WLW, and had gathered nearly 20 hours of audio recordings featured here at my Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom site and the message was feeling tired. My hope was that a new face might be able to recharge the campaign efforts to match the musical chairs the Lakota school system utilizes in their campaign efforts. It makes me very proud to see that over the fall of 2011 into the winter of 2012 that No Lakota Levy has three such fresh minded spokesman to pick from on the next campaign. Second—I told our group at No Lakota Levy that I had a new book coming out in the summer of 2012, and that it would require most of my attention. While I would be doing national media events and press obligations, I did not want to be distracted with local political issues, and that I needed a break. Like I told them, writing is how I make a living, and my last book was in 2004, so it was time for me to pay some more bills with my next book that had been three years in the making, which of course they all understood.

A few weeks later I was speaking at a Lakota event with school board members Linda O’Conner and Ray Murray and I told them about my plans in 2012 involving my book. I told them that if this fall levy goes down that they better not think of putting on another one because I would be busy in 2012. When indications from Lakota were the same old games leaning toward a new school levy attempt, I decided to end my spokesman position with No Lakota Levy with a bang, instead of a whimper, because a whimper might send the wrong message to the community if I just backed out and let someone else from No Lakota Levy take over while I went to work promoting my new book. So having a much more colorful ending as spokesman fulfilled many of the strategy needs I had and more importantly allowed me to put my energy into the release of my new novel, Tail of the Dragon. (CLICK HERE)

My political enemies assumed that No Lakota Levy was paying me to be some sort of lobbyist and that if we were separated, then my work at this site would go away, and I would be removed from the political scene. However, what my political enemies didn’t know was that I always operated Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom as a news feed for not just No Lakota Levy, but levy fighting groups all over America. In fact I have daily readers in Europe and Australia, so my levy work has always been separate from my spokesman role for No Lakota Levy. Also, once 700 WLW decided to take more of a middle of the road approach to their broadcasts, there wasn’t as much need for my work in that fashion. And like Doc Thompson and I joked about just the other day—how much more could we say? People by now realize that the public school funding situation is a complete joke that is dominated by labor unions who are clearly not out for the “children.” So it was time to change things around a bit, and it was my chance to make some fireworks.

But that does not mean that I won’t fight the next levy attempts. I will still do as I have below, write and contribute articles exposing what is wrong with the situations surrounding public education, and I’ll do it in the same fashion as I have before. What I needed freedom from regarding No Lakota Levy was the straight jacket of being spokesman for a larger group. I found I could not maintain that confining position while at the same time putting on my sales hat to promote my novel. The two roles are just too opposed to one another that I didn’t feel I could commit myself in the same fashion as I had on the previous three levy attempts.

But rest assured, there will still be daily articles here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, and I will give media interviews when needed. No Lakota Levy should be able to perform those tasks without me, but if I need to I will happily contribute to the next public debate over school levies as I have in the past. In fact the letter below is just an example of such contributions that appeared in the April 19th Pulse Journal. So levy fighters don’t worry, there is more resistance now than there was before and I will not stop doing what I’ve done all along. But while I am working on a national campaign for my new novel, it is disingenuous and overly confining to represent a group of people who simply want to keep themselves from being raked over the coals with tax increases. And also, I need the ability to call my political enemies latté sipping prostitutes. That’s important to me………………..I get tired of all that touchy, feely hand-shaking crap.

Now, enjoy my latest Letter to the Editor as it appeared in the Pulse Journal.

Another graduating class at Lakota will be leaving as the school year comes to a close. Doing a bit of math, it appears that Lakota will have nearly 1000 students leaving our facilities this year and in the years to come. That means Lakota will have declining enrollment for possibly the next two decades since the real estate growth has peaked in our community. That should take the pressure off the budget deficit considerably. That is good news.

But there are still calls by some to push another school levy even with this knowledge of declining enrollment. And to pave the way for a new levy there have been calls for me to apologize to the various PTA groups over things I said about them as evidence of this new levy push emerged. But what hasn’t been discussed was the reason for the anger.

If Lakota had proposed a tax and respected the votes of the people the first couple of attempts, the tension now wouldn’t be so high. But when there are members of the PTA groups and other pro levy factions who actively sought to boycott businesses and bring coercion to individuals they know voted against the school levies to “persuade” them to vote differently on the next attempt, then we’re not talking about simple politics anymore, we’re talking about something much more serious. If an election can’t be won without vandalism, coercion and media domination, then someone should probably check to see if they’re on the right side of things. Yet the only avenue explored besides drastic, punishing cuts, has been tax increases disrespecting the will of the voters over three elections so far.

Lakota should be able to balance its budget with fewer enrollments unless they do something reckless like give all their employees raises just for breathing air, which they might actually try, but not until 2014. If they do attempt another levy, I can promise a much more “colorful” campaign against them than they’ve seen up to this point, because this is getting ridiculous. The path of Little Miami is not the correct one.

Killboy Joins the Chase: A new addition to “Tail of the Dragon”–THE NOVEL!

UPDATE — Video showing how the novel came to be supporting the pictures below can be see in the “Making Of” Tail of the Dragon series seen by CLICKING HERE!

If you have read Tail of the Dragon and would like to leave a review please do at the Amazon.com site by clicking on the picture of the car.  The book is available anywhere that books are sold.

REVIEWS  BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE READ THE BOOK.

Not long ago Darryl Cannon, known all around central Tennessee as Killboy took this picture of my wife and I slaying the Dragon for our first time. The road famously known as the Tail of the Dragon was such an exciting, and unique experience that it prompted me to make it the subject of my next action novel, which is about to hit bookstores everywhere!

I have since been back to slay the Dragon several times now and have come to know Killboy and Ron Johnson featured in the below video from The Discovery Channel called Hell Roads. Ron Johnson in fact was one of the first people who read the manuscript of my novel after extensive research of the area brought me into contact with Ron and Killboy to such an extent that Killboy has now been inserted into the novel as a supporting character. My publisher agreed to the late change to the manuscript which is now closed and off to production.

A novel about a place like the Tail of the Dragon must be exciting. Nothing less would be acceptable. But if early readings of the book are any indication, it appears that I may well have achieved my original goal and written what may become known as the most exciting—action packed novel in the history of the written word—and I am very proud of it. In fact, here is what Ron Johnson said after he read the early version of the novel!

Rich:

Just finished the book and am sweating profusely. Wow, what a ride !!!

Fasten your seat belts for one of the most thrilling rides ever in print. A must read for anyone who has resented being ticketed, especially on the Dragon.

Ron and Nancy Johnson, Tail of the Dragon.com

It was Ron who suggested inserting Killboy into the story. Once Killboy agreed to my use of his likeness, we were off to yet another major manuscript change coming in the final approval from my editor. Luckily my editor and publisher saw my reasoning for inserting Killboy into the fictional story of the greatest car chase to ever be conceived in print or the silver screen, because whenever one visits the Tail of the Dragon, Killboy is a big part of the overall area mythology.

In the book it is Killboy who starts what becomes billions of dollars in destruction and a political struggle that ends up all the up to the Oval Office of the White House over a simple bet. And the bet was not a hefty sum of money—but just an average hot dog that would become responsible for starting a war in America.

The book features a $20 million car that is the ultimate super hot rod but is “environmentally friendly” as it’s 700 HP engine runs off vegetable oil–another first for a story involving high-speed car chases. The story itself is dedicated to all the thrill seekers, hopeless romantics, law breakers, freedom fighters, would-be-race car drivers, back-woods philosophers, young people proving what they’re made of, and the middle-aged rediscovering their loves and passions. It’s a book dedicated to those who are sick of politics and the terrible scam of traffic tickets. This book is dedicated to everyone who fears getting pulled over by the police and has had to suffer through the pain of paying an expensive ticket. This book gives the reader the opportunity to do what everyone wishes they could do—and that’s fight back!

All that and more ended up in the final draft that just inserted Killboy’s character into the story. Everyone involved is extremely happy with the results. In fact you can read what the copyeditor had to say about her recent read of Tail of the Dragon at the below link, as well as other articles I’ve written throughout the development of the process from the time that Killboy took the picture of my wife and I, up untill the early version of the press release. Examining these links will take you deeper into the lore of the Tail of the Dragon and give you great insight into what my exciting new book is all about and why it will soon become a must read. Your life may never be the same! Just click on the hot links to discover much, much more!

The book will soon be available for pre-orders all over the country and I will pass that information along as my publisher gives it to me. It will be available wherever books are sold, so it will not be difficult to find. It is my pleasure to offer such an exciting work that I put a great deal of time and effort in. The book started off as a giant manuscript of well over 100,000 words, but my editor and the rest of the staff realized that the meat of Tail of the Dragon was in the iconic car chase which does not yield character development to action, but rather pays respect to both. I have read a lot of books over the years and in the year that Killboy took the picture of my wife and I on the Dragon we road our motorcycle nearly 10,000 miles that summer on roads from the shores of Lake Erie to the end of US 1 in Key West. And my reason for going to Key West was not to drink beer in the Bull and Whistle, but to see Hemingway’s home because I’ve always loved Ernest Hemingway as a writer. It is not my intention to be a simple dime store novelists but one who seriously examines the deep subjects of philosophy. But, who says that has to be a boring enterprise? I want my readers to have fun along the way and to come back for another ride. In Tail of the Dragon, it would seem I more than pulled it off.

Fans do not have to wait for the book to come out however to begin enjoying the Tail of the Dragon. My friend Ron Johnson has Tail of the Dragon t-shirts and posters for sale right now so feel free to visit him and check out all the exciting merchandise he has to offer. His site of course is one of the places that my Tail of the Dragon novel will be featured. Check it out!

NASA Fights Back: The Obama film “2016” coming soon

Dear reader, if you are still in denial that Barack Obama is a planted—created personality fashioned by the enemies of America you can stop your skepticism at this time. The new film by Dinesh D’Souza produced by the great Gerald Molen called 2016 will bring to light just how serious and to what extent Obama was placed into our culture to dismantle it. But you don’t have to wait to see D’Souza’s new film. The evidence is all around us. But first, check out a preview and short talk by that director at CPAC.

It is well-known that climate science is the altruistic fantasy of the progressive movement which is why Al Gore was the primary advocate and President Obama is now carrying the torch. To believe in climate science to the effect that the human race is so audacious as to actually overcome the effects of the sun and induce planetary warming with the pathetically small levels of greenhouse gas that our society emits, is preposterous. Yet progressive advocates who desire global socialism seek to use climate science to destroy all of society in an Aztec like sacrificial worship of the divine God called Mother Nature. But those mind-bending, catatonic, progressives are in error and in case you missed the memo, 49 former NASA scientist and astronauts sent a letter to the current NASA Administrator Charles Bolden admonishing the agency for its recent role in advocating that man-made C02 is a major cause of climate change. You can read that letter to Charles and see who signed the letter below.  (CLICK THE LINK TO VIEW)

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2870679/posts

This letter went to the same Charles Bolden who was a figure of great controversy a few years ago. In 2010 Charles gave an interview where he revealed that President Obama told Bolden that his primary objective for NASA was not to send more astronauts to the moon, or even to bring about the next generation of the Space Shuttle. It was to reach out to the Muslim world and make them feel good about themselves.

Bolden in that clip obviously eats out of the hand of President Obama and is either so concerned that NASA will receive more budget cuts from Obama’s administration, or Bolden has been put in place to advance the global socialism Obama intends. It is clear that President Obama is not interested in NASA’s former greatness in being the kind of organization that invented Velcro and put men on the moon, but desires the rest of the world to become more proficient in their space programs with the United States out-of-the-way.

Many think that President Obama is a Muslim, although he has said that he’s not. It seems odd however that Obama would put so much emphasis on Muslims. He is not concerned with Buddhists, Hindus, Mormons, Scientologists, or even Christians—but Muslims. The employees who built the reputation of NASA have had to watch President Obama dismantle all their hard work with trivial nonsense and a pattern of behavior that anyone can see clearly.

Obama has purposely put a stop to NASA and done what the Soviet Union during the Cold War only fantasized about—ended the National Aeronautical Space Administration dominance in travel outside the globe in a progressive quest to honor Mother Nature. You see global warming freaks who wish to worship their incestuous Mother Nature desire to make their mother happy by ensuring nobody can ever leave Mother’s home. To make their mother happy, they are willing to cut out the legs of anyone who might escape Mother’s home. In this case it is NASA who promises to take mankind off planet earth, but progressives don’t want to see that happen, because they require captives chained to earth to believe their rhetoric and give them power.

If manufacturing and other industry were to move into space then who would listen to the preachings of the global warming freaks? To what God would the globalists sacrifice to? The progressive globalists would see that the control of their Mother Nature would be diminished as humans colonized the moon, and Mars, and built huge space stations to live in orbiting the planet. Mother Nature would have to look up at mankind as they leave her loving arms and she might be very sad.

The global warming freaks are like those suck-ass siblings who never leave the side of their mothers, and hope to bend the entire family around their illness in sacrificial service to their corrupt mothers. In this case it is Barack Obama who speaks on behalf of the global greenie weenies. His dedication to the Muslim religion is a convenient excuse to deter the efforts of NASA into productive executions of their energy. And then forcing NASA to buy into the global warming conspiracy by threatening to cut even more funding to the agency from the Obama Administration serves both objectives. Global warming advocates get respected NASA scientists to endorse their sorcery, while Obama pretends he’s making reasonable budget cuts. But in essence the action on behalf of the government is the threat of a thug bullying someone to force them to act against their reasonable thinking.

But not all NASA personnel is willing to play along, and that is the nature of their letter to Charles Bolden. It is commendable that those men and women named in the letter refuting the science of Global Warming as used by the progressive machine of Barack Obama and Charles Bolden were willing to stick up for themselves when it has been obvious that they have been coerced and bullied into action that was not in their best interest.

As we brace ourselves for D’Souza’s new film 2016 the evidence of Obama’s treachery is not in some far away conspiracy theory—it is happening right in front of us all. It is noticeable in many small ways. But it’s easy to see it in the big things too. Barack Obama is a climate science voodoo subscriber that desires to make Mother Nature proud of her children by not straying too far from home and cleaving to her breasts for milk and sustenance. The greenie weenies wish to make mother proud and chastise all those who wish to grow away from her grace.

In reality those global altruists are as sophisticated as the ancient Aztecs and their obsession with human sacrifice in a belief that the still beating human hearts ripped from a slain victim will bring water and food to their people. The modern equivalent is Barack Obama, Al Gore and other progressives who deem themselves the priests of a global mass sacrifice. They would see NASA destroyed and every American driving a Smart Car designed for children—because that’s how they see us all—as their children. That is, until a group of NASA scientists decided to stand up for themselves and the agency they helped to build—and told Bolden and his boss Obama—to go to hell.

The Government Wants Control of the Internet: WELCOME TO 1984

I love the George Orwell book 1984, and I loved the film version that stared William Hurt. It, like a Brave New World (CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE) and Ayn Rand’s We Are the Living are dystopian visions of a possible future that is arrived at by writers who have the simply added up the social factors to arrive at a conclusion. Well, Orwell’s book 1984 is beginning to look like a grim future reality for the United States.

For those who desire to drive our society into Orwell’s future they wish to stop the freedom of the internet, because the free exchange of ideas is a threat to any organization who wishes to become a dictatorship. As long as the internet is free in America, a dictatorship cannot rise to power, so Glenn Beck breaks down all the latest attempts the government is using to control our society.

A lot of people are in denial that our government would do such a thing, but think about it—do you want your life watched by these kinds of people—(CLICK HERE) Because that is who runs the government and they will abuse the information they gather on you to an advantage of their own. And anyone who denies the warnings of the great dystopian novels are fools who simply want to carry on an illusion to avoid troubling their minds with unpleasant thoughts.

My advice to you dear reader is to deal with the unpleasant thoughts now—while you still have control, because once you lose control, you may never get the change again. And the way to beat those who wish to impose themselves on you is to take away the money they steal from you to grow and become a threat to your personal sovereignty. Because the government can have all the technology it wants, but if there aren’t any employees on the other end to do anything with the information, the evil intentions of their dictatorship can’t come to pass.

Oh–you want more proof?  You think I’m kidding you?  You think all this is a conspiracy, because the knowledge is not convenient?  Then read what’s at the link below and you’ll see how it was all set up in 1958 to create the world we are finding ourselves dealing with today.  I’ve made it easy for you.  All you have to do is look for yourself.

The Shadow Party: George Soros wants to take over the world

Dear reader—you know of people in your own community that have so much money they influence the behavior of the entire population. Where there are such people there are always a string of bottom feeders that follow these people around like dogs hoping to catch some of the table scraps around a dinner table. We call those types “ass kissers” and we despise them because we sense that they undermine an honest society built on hard work and ethical behavior. You also know that in your place of employment, there are always many such types—people who are willing to kiss a little ass, to get into the good graces of their financial superiors. Why then is it so difficult to comprehend that there are billionaire types who wish themselves to be kings, who would inflict these tendencies on a massive national scale?

Well, there are many such personalities in the world who see the United States as the ultimate target to suppress for their twisted aims, and they have the money to buy enough ass kissers to pull off a shadow party of unelected officials to carry out the aims of their desired dictatorships. One such person is George Soros, the New York billionaire and media tycoon who was the focus of the 2006 book Shadow Party by Richard Poe and David Horowitz

I have seen everything that was described in that video happen up close on the local level. I have seen the powerful influence of would be kings and queens pull the strings of perceived power to completely manipulate the media, and large factions of ass kissers against a target in the way of their aims. So I have no problem understanding how George Soros and a small group of philanthropists would desire such a thing on a global scale and actually pull it off. All it requires is a few ass kissers to ignore the truth and play their role in the insurrection. It happens in your community, it happens in your work place, and it happens in your country. All that is required for the evils of these financially powerful dictators to execute their plans of destruction is for good people to ignore their actions and keep quiet. And in our federal government there are so many ass kissers who want the money of George Soros that they will gladly trade the ethics of their personal integrity in for the ease of money that Soros throws on the ground like we might throw food to a dog.

Anyone who blindly trusts that there are not such people who openly advocate complete insurrection and massive enslavement of the human population are naive fools. All one has to do is read a Shakespearian play to understand the level of manipulation the human mind is capable of, because although the plays are fictional, they resonate because there is a truth to them that the human race understands. My favorite among all Shakespeare’s plays is Titus Andronicus. The level of deceit shown in that play is particularly brutal, but much to my experience, entirely accurate. Most people don’t act with the brutality and violence displayed in Titus Andronicus—but they think about it in the quiet of their minds when they think nobody is looking.

George Soros is not alone in his attempt to become a world-wide king where presidents and media personalities dance from his fingertips. He expects such things because his money has bought him the right to “rule” in the European fashion of servitude. And he has stated with his own mouth that he desires the United States to be out of his way. So he has created a shadow party that actually legislates behind the scenes.

This is not so difficult to understand if you know what to look for. Soros became wealthy due to capitalism; however, because he wants to maintain his power base, he seeks to eliminate any competition to his throne of power by eliminating capitalism from his competitors. So Soros is advocating progressivism to the mindless dogs that follow so close to his heels. Progressivism is evil. It’s disguised as “fair,” and “just” but the essence of it is parasitic. The advancement of progressivism by George Soros creates a society of parasites who feed off of him, so he can control their behavior like a king. It’s that simple. It’s a military maneuver and is logical from a strategic standpoint.

Where Americans go wrong is in the belief that people like Soros are not so diabolical and power-hungry, because the typical American isn’t. It is difficult to understand how power-hungry some of these wealthy people are, and to what measure they are willing to inflict their vision upon the world, no matter how distorted or tyrannical. I got a taste of how America sees the world during the recent Kentucky-Louisville basketball game during the Final Four. My wife and I spend entire days without turning on the TV and if we do, it’s the news we watch. I don’t watch much from the big four networks so I don’t often see the commercials, or even the slant of the modern broadcast programming. Most of the time she and I read for 10 to 12 hours in a sitting. In fact yesterday, my daughter left the house at 9 AM to work and do what young people do with their friends, and when she returned at 10:30 PM thirteen and a half hours later, I was in the exact same place doing what I was doing when she left. The 13 hours flew by as my mind was occupied in study and thought, which is how I like it. But apparently the rest of the world doesn’t, because they are watching all the crazy television shows that have obvious messages of progressivism laced within them. While watching that basketball game it was clear how distracted most of America is these days on images of enticement projecting progressive philosophy to a hungry public. It’s easy to see for me, because I don’t normally watch television. But many people do, so they turn on the television, and turn off their brains. That’s when dictators like Soros do their work.

America won’t tend to itself. The ideas that created the United States Constitution came from the 17th century discovery that man has rights and were invented when John Locke observed the behavior of the original pirate of the Caribbean Henry Morgan. That was the time and place that America was born in ideas that fleshed out over the next one hundred years and were captured on paper by the Founding Fathers. People like George Soros wish the world to be like it was before this discovery. He wants to be just another king in a long line of dictators. He doesn’t want freedom for mankind. He wants enslavement. And he is using the progressive philosophy of the parasite to undermine the discovery that man has rights.

To see it you only have to look around at the ass kissers, the suck-ups, the brown-nosing bastards, the back-stabbing diabolical menaces among you. Those who seek to earn their way not with ideas of their own or work of their hands, but of favors built from the table scraps left behind by the rich and powerful, the type of people who will do tricks for their masters like dogs, who simply roll over upon command, play dead, or will leap when told for a tiny morsel of food. Presidents have shown they will do such tricks for their masters, congressman, senators, lobbyists, businessmen, union thugs, media personalities, public school officials, trustees, commissioners and the like have all shown that they will eat out of the hand of the wealthy upon command and do simple tricks like a dog. They will speak when told, and lay at the feat of their masters in exchange for a table scrap.

So why is it so hard to believe that George Soros wants to take over the world and enslave the human race? Dear reader, are you so happy to surrender your rights as a human being in exchange for the tiny scraps of food your master will give you? Apparently—yes.

I watched with great concern last week when the Mega Millions Jackpot went up over $640 million. I had several people approach me about getting in on a ticket pool. One such pool had 91 people in it, and I told everyone no. My reason was that I would actually feel bad getting money for no productivity. I reasoned that I did not see myself as a slave, and that the money would not earn me my freedom from any shackles. It would make me feel cheap and a pawn to a system that is disguised as just another tax. I got the typical blank looks of confusion. On Friday the night of the big drawing, my wife and I went to dinner. On the way, we gassed up at a local convenience store and noticed the tremendous line from people buying their lottery tickets. We discussed it for a moment and both agreed that buying a ticket would be equivalent to selling out, and that we refused to participate. On our way to dinner we compared the people buying those lottery tickets to a dog that has a tendency to run away if the door is left open, or a leash isn’t tied securely to their necks—or the invisible fence is left off. The people scouring to buy those lottery tickets wanted freedom, freedom from the George Soros’s in their lives. They wanted freedom from the suck-ups or from being a suck-up in order to secure a livelihood. That’s why they bought a lottery ticket, because they felt trapped and money was their ticket to freedom.

My wife and I ate our dinner and based on the conversation around us, we were the only people in West Chester to not have a lottery ticket, so if this were a true democracy, we were in the wrong. But thankfully it’s not. I’m not compelled to do something just because the masses are fools. As an American, I don’t have to buy a lottery ticket to generate additional tax revenue for more looters in the system. I don’t owe George Soros anything, not even my time and attention. And there is no amount of money a guy like him could dangle in front of my face to get me to do a trick for him. Soros could literally put a billion dollars in front of my face and I wouldn’t take it. Because by taking the money, you give Soros and those like him power over you. To be honest, I’ve had many bribes placed before me over the years and I have turned every single one of them down. 100% of the time. Bribes to shut up, bribes to comply, bribes to advance, bribes to submit, it’s impossible to be an adult and not have those bribes presented before you at some point. But my life, my time, and my energy are not for sale. I own them, and nobody else. And I have little respect for those who do not have such convictions. And I have even less respect for those who will trade their freedoms away to someone like George Soros for the price of a table scrap—and to me even a million dollars is a scrap, because if it’s not earned with your hands, your mind, or your essence in any way, It’s a handout—and therefore a shackle of serfdom that is unforgivable and a menace to everything it means to be human.  Lessons to be learned for sure from the great work of Titus Andronicus.

Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom Gathering: Rebellion, taxes and fighting back

There is the ever-present tendency for any group or organization to become infected with the desire for complacency. This desire acts like handcuffs upon free movement and sucks from the intentions all worthy deeds possible. This is how the two-party systems in America have become two left-leaning umbrellas isolating nearly half the country with one of two options, a presidential pick that is in the center or one that is radically to the left. Party politics are constructed not to represent the people but to protect their lobby manipulation and power base. Nothing more. They are all about money which makes them no different from thieves. The only difference between a common thief, a pirate, or a politician is that the politician gets to write the laws to justify their actions as “legal.”

We have seen the long demise of the two-party systems and the infestation of that party politics with crony capitalism, labor unions, and legalized theft through a tax code that was built for all the wrong reasons. To rise up against these infractions, there has been the Tea Party movement and 9/12 Organizations, along with other liberty groups, but the infestation by party politics has taken root, and the temptation to swing back into mediocrity is all too seductive. Currently the Tea Party movement finds itself held down by party politics into inaction that cannot capture the passions of its members.

I don’t trust groups and organizations. I don’t trust committees, and presidents, or anything with a nameplate. I have seen all such organizations become less influential the larger they became, as the temptation to play machine politics numbs down the passions that created the need for the party in the first place. Unfortunately, fear is what motivates most everyone in the world, fear of loss, fear of gain, fear of mediocrity, fear of being forgotten, fear of being rejected, and so on, so fear is used to keep everyone in line, and thus you have the beginnings of failure.

There is a need to have a collection of people behind these political machines who do not think this way, who remain as a threat to the established order, to apply fear in order to keep politics honest. These people ideally would not be motivated by gain or fear of any kind, but simply a philosophy of freedom that is their foremost concern. So long as this is the case, they cannot be seduced into mediocrity. And this is what prompted our second Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom meeting in 2012. (You can read about the first one at the link below)

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2012/01/09/the-overmanwarriors-eating-fighting-and-philosophizing-the-keys-to-a-good-life/

I could not invite every single Overmanwarrior out there working to this event that took place on March 24, 2012 because to be honest, there is danger for some to be seen in public with me. Of course I have many enemies, and some people are best kept out of the lime light—for now, since there is simply too much risk to those Overmanwarriors in showing that they know me. And others still live too far away to be able to join in an afternoon discussion about philosophy, freedom, and rebellion.  But all who were invited came and told their own individual stories as Vicious acted as master of ceremonies.  One of the most compelling stories for our group was from Justin Thomas just ahead of the USA Today article due out about how the IRS has personally targeted him because of his affiliation with the Cincinnati Tea Party.  I will be covering this in greater detail now that I’ve had a chance to meet with him personally.

I model my outlook on this matter after the pirate Henry Morgan who was hired by England to harass the Spanish as a privateer in the Caribbean, and was able to bring a small empire to its knees for a short time with just few ships and a lot of guts. That’s why the flag of the Overmanwarriors is a pirate flag tied to the traditional Tea Party flag of the Gladstone Flag “Don’t Tread on Me.” But we are not a Tea Party group. We are a group that hovers behind the Tea Party and our activity is not to study conservative principles but to undermine corrosive forces to our liberty actively with a vast network of infiltrators who are able to supply me with information to publish here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom.

The discussion in our meeting was preparedness, because the projected path that our country is on is one that is not healthy, or beneficial to long-term sustainability. So I have piracy in mind, not peaceful co-existence. The root for this idea comes from philosophy not law. And as of now, our action is rooted in information so that people can make good decisions when it comes time to vote. Some of the attendees at this particular meeting are people who have in the past been chased down by the IRS just because of their affiliation with liberty groups, or have been raked across the social coals and blamed for insanity because they refused to comply with a group consensus surrendering logic for peace. And of course many saw this happen first hand to me just this past week when words I said were taken and used as an attempt to remove me from the political arena, because they couldn’t beat me straight up.

Case in point regarding my comments, if the voters decided that my words were too harsh, then so be it. I said them knowing full well the risk. However, the political machine showed its gears of influence and a grand show was put on in an attempt to wreck me in any fashion possible. This political machine desired to see me completely destroyed. In the old days we might call this a “hit” where a literal assassin would be called into action to remove the problem. These days it’s public relations firms who do the work, and it is an ignorant and cowardly public motivated by fear who listens intently.

This is how machine politics is able to diffuse the Tea Party movement, through defensive action, by calling them “tea baggers” and other derogatory names so to turn the public against them. Machine politics don’t kill like they used to with literal bullets from guns using actual hit men. They still do this on occasion, but only when the public relation hits don’t work.

And that is why this band of Overmanwarriors gathered on a Saturday afternoon, to discuss many of these topics and gain firm holding of our personal philosophies. I personally believe that it is philosophy that is more powerful than bullets, so advocating a philosophy of freedom is a very powerful weapon. It does what the assassins of public relations are doing, it allows for a bloody fight to rage on with counter measures the assassins are not equipped to handle. That is how we plan to fight, is through philosophy gradually bringing more and more members into our tent to help support the liberty groups with our reach, and willingness to punch the political establishment cleanly in the mouth. I personally reject the entire system that is built on concessions and favor a system that is built on logic and is prepared to fight on any ground necessary to have it. The preferred method is in the court of public opinion and the ability to vote.

However, much of the time the law is not made to protect, but to control, and that makes it an enemy of freedom. The old song by the Bobby Fuller Four, “I Fought the Law and the Law Won” deserves to be challenged.

The law is the same system that allows a school system to forever rob a home of property taxes and if the community does not approve the levy, the law allows the school to ignore the voters and try again within 6 months. The law now says that anyone can be detained and tortured if the President of the United States deems you as a terrorist completely superseding the American Constitution. The law dictates that you do a lot of things that are not in your best interest and while you work hard to be a “law abiding citizen” the same law makers are the biggest law breakers. And it’s time to end the practice of hypocrisy by turning the other cheek. As we were told recently in our local school system, “we can’t control our costs, because it’s against the law.” That’s when enough is enough.

Labor unions have lobbied to create laws that guarantee payment to them from the ownership of property. And they can do it because it’s “the law.” Lobbyist help create laws we all must live by, but do nothing to actually help any of us. Such laws should be broken, since their foundations rob and loot America of its drive and innovation.

And that’s what our group of independent minded Overmanwarriors discussed during our meeting. We discussed how we got here and what we do now. My suggestions are to turn the mechanisms of machine politics back on itself. To support the Tea Parties, but to stay in the back ground as a watchdog to their efforts, and to attack like water the rigid controls of the establishment. I mean like water because water can take any shape even if that shape is in the form of the enemy itself.

The corruption of our culture did not start with guns or even people, but of ideas. A communist ideology has been introduced gradually to American culture that has brought our nation to this current place in time and is the real villain. As I examine the roots of that thinking, it is easy to see that the philosophy itself is weak and can be easily crushed by better ideas. So as for now the guns will stay in their holsters and the advancement of good ideas will be injected into our social fabric like medicine into the body of a sick patient. And this merry band of Overmanwarrior’s will be on the front line of providing those ideas that will fight off the sickness that has paralyzed our civilization. And the fight will be to ensure that no concessions take place between the truth and the half-baked diatribes of machine politics and their tentacles of power.

For it is not our responsibility to play the role of the compliant citizen, but a vigilant one. Freedom isn’t cheap, and the lazy do not have the ambition to maintain it. When the thieves, looters, and scum bags who crave power over logic desire to deliberately build a society of the lazy so that freedom can be reduced and power will be gained by the machines of politics, then the enemy is easy to see. It’s right in front of you. But you have to start calling it what it is and not dance around the politically correct terminology that the enemy has given you. And here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, with the large group of members behind it, being a rebel against such tyranny is becoming more and more fashionable. Which is a welcomed relief.

What all the members of this group had in common was each and every one of them had been involved in some kind of aggressive set-up involving some form of government.  And we were brought together with a desire to fight back.  The intention inflicted upon us all was to subdue the fighting spirit and desire for freedom in favor of some mundane security.  The attempts ranged from Federal prosecutions, IRS thuggery, sexual harassment, public humiliation, and many other stories inflicted to destroy any competition to the desires of a tyrannical government.  And that is going to end.

A special thanks to Vicious, and the Gatekeeper for bringing everyone together and making it fun.  We’re a serious group, and your creative wit brought joy to an event that was intense by nature.

I would expect that our group will probably double by the next meeting.  Soon, it looks like we’ll need a bigger venue.

The Chirping Birds: Second-Handers and their lost quest

I listened in the pre dawn hours to the chirping of the birds as they voiced their concerns to the darkness. What were they saying so vigorously to the spring air that seemed so important? “I’m going to catch a worm.” “I’m going to find sticks to make a nest.” “I’m going to find water to take a bath.” Yet as the human world slept the birds chirped without any concern or understanding as to what the humans would do with their lives once awake, the complicated problems they would be solving when they emerged from the darkness and entered their worlds in the light of day to make livings, raise families, or pursue their own more complicated objectives. The birds had no way to know what driving a car was, or operating a microwave to heat up some coffee, or any number of tasks that the sleeping humans would soon do when the sun rose above the horizon. The birds, lost to their own world chirped away thinking the whole world existed for their concerns, which they broadcasted incessantly.

I thought about the chirping birds in my own life, the many human beings that have attached themselves to my life of late. To be nice, I’ll call these people the second-handers. Second handers are those who do not create from their own minds, they do not act on their own initiative; they do not function from individualism. They are always on a quest to ask, “How can I work my way into someone’s good graces? Should I play golf to curry the favor of a superior, or should I give money to a political campaign so they can relieve me of regulation? Should I have a dinner party and invite so-and-so which will give me influence over a particular sector of the community?” Those are examples of second-handers.

The second-hander is “second” because they require the action of someone else in order to function. They “need” someone to do something so that they can then act. The intention with these types is to receive something that someone else has, and by becoming acquainted with first-handers, the second-hander hopes to gain something, whether it be a promotion, a raise, political status, or even respect. The second-hander is almost always at the mercy of someone else.

Our current human society has been told that everyone should be a second-hander, because in doing so we are all interdependent on one another, and there will be peace. We will each have a specialized task that someone else needs so this will protect us from attack, and keep us gainfully employed. However, this is a naive, half-baked idea that has proven to be a tragic theory, and has held down the meaning of being human to just a short level above those chirping birds. The primary concerns are only the basics of survival. The remainder of our time is usually spent on living out the role of a second-hander so that gathering up our survival supplies can become easier.

I have become too involved with politics only to realize with great frustration that much of it is completely made up of second-handers consisting of layers and layers of looters and moochers. So a new, and different approach is needed that does not require affiliation with such types. Since it never occurs to my mind on a daily bases to function under the premise of a second-hander, working with them is simply out of the question. In so doing, you find yourself being pulled into their world to see things their way, and I don’t like it. Once there, I am prone to tell it as I see it, because I’m not looking for anything that a typical second-hander strives for. I just want things to be done correctly, and with thought. But in wanting such a thing you quickly come to realize that it might be just as easy to attempt to teach one of those chirping birds in the trees to read.

But the birds don’t want to be taught. They have no hint of the world outside of their reality. They know and function within the parameters that their primal existence has dictated for them. So they chirp incessantly and attempt to peck anyone who disturbs their nest.

I have seen many such chirps this week, and not just in the trees of the early morning. The mind of the second-hander seeks to waste the time of the people who actually create, because they cannot move until someone tells them to, so they are a burden on the creators. I’d love to address each and every chirp, but I can’t without losing my ability to create, so at some point you have to just let the birds chirp and make their ruckus and not waste your time with them. Because it’s consumption of creativity that they have in mind—it’s all they know to fulfill their primal needs.

In the future instead of trying to work directly with the second-handers I have decided to work above them,–by passing them completely. There is no way to explain to a second-hander what’s going on, because they’ll never understand. Only hindsight will reveal it to them, once the train has come and gone, then they will see the direction.

Until then, the birds of these unusually warm mornings are pleasant to listen to. I have learned to sleep in spite of their constant chatter because I know they cannot understand anything but their nature, so I put up with it just as one cannot change the roar of a storm, or the impact of a heavy rain. They are all aspects of nature and things we must learn to live with. But they have little to offer by way of solutions. Like the second-handers, they live off the scraps of society, the waste of the weeds to make their nests, the worms that climb out of the ground for food, the declawed cats of neighborhoods to eliminate the threat of a natural predator that would otherwise eat them. And as much as they irritate me at times, I feel sorry for them at the same time.

I would not however consider asking the chirping birds to solve the problems of the world, because they are not capable of it. And I will not expect the second-handers of the world to do so either. Solutions will never come from these types and opinions from them are worthless—no different from the chirping birds. Instead the solutions to the problems must yet be generated from ideas not yet produced, by a system not yet understood by minds still working out the issues. And the second-handers can do nothing but waste time and loot to sustain the essence of their survival. And such realizations are valuable before it is realized that the energy that could have been used to generate solutions was instead wasted on a tribe of second-handers and their short-sighted vision.

So there will be no more writing in crayon. There will be no more attempts to teach the birds to talk. Because solutions are needed, and the second-handers have no role in the solution and are therefore a waste of time.

An Execution Attempt: Nails made of apologies

When someone asks, or requires you to plead your forgiveness, they are in essence asking you to embrace their set of values. But if those values are wrong, even if 1 million people all believe the same thing, then who’s to say that one must yield their values to the 1 million? To ask for forgiveness over a violation of the values of the collective even if it does not adhere to your own values is in that process, living a lie.

I can feel what Christ must have felt to be nailed to a cross in execution, not just to be kissed by one Judas, but 20 as 100 Pontius Pilots sat in their towers commanding the death sentence. But the nails are not made of stone, but of words. The kisses not with lips, but of paper and pens, and the execution not suddenly declared but carefully planned over time.

The peer pressure that is applied by a collective is to get you to accept their values which are the nails. Once they are taken, they are as strong as steal and will hold your arms to the cross. Asking for forgiveness of values that are not your own is accepting the nail.

But to look at a society that is in trouble, is morally bankrupt, and floundering about in chaos values are not what come to mind. Yet because that society numbers in the majority they believe that they have the obligation to impose their values on whoever enters their domain. Yet terror will come to those minds if they discover that one amongst them has thoughts that differ from theirs, and worse yet, declares that they are in fact the ones with correct thoughts.

A battle will ensue once those two ways of thinking are in open warfare in a game that becomes something like Battleship where both players stare at a board obscuring the view of their opponent. You can only guess what the other player is doing by calling out coordinates and then discovering if you have hit, or missed. The collective mind will seek to use more battleships hidden in obscure locations to increase their chances of destroying their challenger. They want to sink the battleship of the challenger vigorously, so that the ideas they adhere to cannot be challenged.

Sometimes the only way to discover who your enemies are, and where they are hidden is to pour some blood in the water and watch them flock to be fed. Like in the game Battleship, the enemy is revealed when a pattern of behavior is established.

I have been told that I hate kids because I oppose a school levy. I have been told I hate women because I called some blind levy supporters names for not using their brains. And these claims are arbitrary and not rooted in any reality. I have placed the reality here for all to see, the evidence of the school levies, and my personality. If only one would take the time to listen. But that is not the goal. The goal is to sink the battle ship, to end the challenger of thought. And execution is their second option after forced submission.

This is what is meant by apology, accepting the values of the mass collective, even if they are wrong. Even if their only evidence is in their own imaginations, facts are not important. Emotional consensus is.

As I studied the patterns of behavior behind the attempt to paint me as a woman-hater I saw how much faith the collectivists placed on turning so many others instantly to their favor with unfounded claims. To take random selections of my writing and paint it as a woman-hater when in fact the context was a metaphor for the type woman who blindly supports a tax increase seems far-fetched. My first thought would be that people would see through the attempt for what it was, nonsense.

Yet as I have observed the events around me for the past month, the people connected to me directly and indirectly, the people who are my enemies, the people who pretend to be friends, the people who pretend to be patriots, and mix them up with the real friends and patriots it was difficult to see who was doing what, because something was amiss. Something didn’t add up in the behavior patterns.

So I tossed some blood in the water and watched the frenzy. The sharks came up and tossed about rolling on top of each other wanting some of my blood detecting a weakness. I had known that there would be 4 or 5 such sharks. But I was surprised to find 20 to 30 instead. The sharks in themselves weren’t involved in the execution attempt. Much was learned in watching the patterns.

When it is said that someone is “playing politics” what they are talking about is a process of conceding beliefs to the general attitude of a collective represented by one political party or another. The participants of a political party generally apologize or concede their beliefs to various degrees to fall in line behind the masses. So when a stray thinker exists outside of this establishment peer pressure is applied to bring them into harmony with the party in charge. This is why boycotts, name calling and other forms of radicalism are attempted, so to discourage public scrutiny. If one wishes to avoid trouble, they will fall into line and apologize if they step outside of the political parameters. This is how people get into the habit of making personal concessions to their beliefs and over time they lose their original thoughts so completely that they can no longer think for themselves, but instead allow politics to think for them. And this is how people become social sharks hidden under the water.

The political machines of humanity know that this is the way of things, so they understand that all it takes are key words such as “hate” or “child,” or “women,” to turn on the blank minds of the masses to fall in line behind the politics of establishment. And even if people think something in their hearts, they fail to act it out in reality, so not to be crushed by politics.

The pressure I felt on Thursday March 15, 2012 was this type of public crucifixion attempt. The intent was to apply so much pressure on me that I would either break or fall in line. There were many times during the media spectacle that I wondered if it was a good idea to give my enemies ammunition against me the way I did as I saw how many sharks were swarming in the water. And that’s when I thought of being hung on a cross, the way the Romans executed many of their criminals. And I felt the kiss of many Judas’s and saw the names of my Pontius Pilots. It was overwhelming and it was meant to be that way.

But what was my guilt? Saying what many people think but don’t say? As to whether I am a woman-hater, or child hater, my proof is on these pages that I’m nothing like those accusations. Far from it. But the politics of the situation wish to paint me with that brush to control my behavior. And the hope is that my friends will turn on me and I will be left alone and defenseless to the political machine.

But what the people involved in the media blitz against me don’t know is that I long ago braced myself for this day and I knew it would hurt. But I also know the reality.

For my own sanity, I needed to know who my friends were and who the enemies were. I needed to know who were the magpies and the forked tongue friends and they revealed themselves. Now I have names to the faces that lurked beneath the water and the pain was worth it to get that information. Because I understand that nobody has a right to crucify me unless I give them the right to do so by endorsing their values, which I don’t. I said what I believed correct of the situation and the people who are most angry know in their hearts and minds that I’m right in a metaphorical way. The nails that attempted to confine me were made of the word “apology” and are actually made of nothing but public acceptance of the political structure that is inherently wrong, as evidence by the current direction of our culture.

Since I am such a large public target and due to the circumstances of recent I will change my focus here. The attack on me was personal and now exceeds beyond the scope of fighting school levies. I am now free of politics completely, which I wanted, to pursue my own interests completely. It is not only the names listed in the Enquirer article who I now learned have used politics to advance their agenda at my personal expense. But the people connected to those names. And I now know who they are…………….Thank you. To see the players involved and their behavior patterns were worth the pain.

I knew all along that I couldn’t be pinned to the cross and am free to walk away from the crucifixion. Because the real power behind it is not one that can personally affect me. The only power it has is in the accepting of political value, which I reject.

Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan–New Heroes in Lakota

The fight to control spending at our public school of Lakota has revealed a new twist this past week. The school board is now claiming that they have no control over negotiating salaries, and that their legal counsel has advised them that salary reductions are “off the table.”

It’s pretty difficult to control costs as a management board if you can’t manage 80% of your costs. And knowing several local school board members I know they can’t just mandate reductions without union approval. But they could have at least asked the question, putting the burden on the labor union to reject, therefore letting the public see the real villains behind the out-of-control spending problem within the Lakota School District. Because until that is done, the school board will get the blame for not managing the costs the tax payers have sent to the school.

It has been to my great relief to see several new faces beginning to attend the school board meetings and speak up, particularly the man pictured here who lambasted the school board and Mantia specifically for allowing the budget problem to virtually destroy Lakota as a school instead of placing the burden back on the union who has concocted up every legal trick in the book to protect their salaries even if it means the demise of the district completely. Without doubt many of the current employees at Lakota are hoping to keep the system intact just long enough for them to retire. They could care less what happens to the rest of the community in the process.

I became very frustrated two weeks ago when I wasted the time to attend a school board meeting only to see them performing in the same manner as always, even after all that has been said and done over the last three elections and defeat of the proposed tax increases. My frustration with them has led me to tell the people I know to just pull the plug and teach kids themselves, or send them to a private school if they can afford it. By the time a parent pays or all the transportation costs, the sports fees and all other associated fees, public school is no longer free, as our tax money has been hijacked by a union labor force purely concerned with their own well-beings, as demonstrated by their actions.

My relief in these new heroes who are showing up in these dark days is welcomed because it will take more than my voice alone to continue to illustrate the problems at Lakota. And I want those voices to know that there is plenty of room in the No Lakota Levy tent for your voices, or to even start a group of your own. In our group there are no power struggles, there is no ego to get in the way of successfully defeating tax increases because a tax increase of any kind at this point in time would kill our community on the business side of its development, and we are fighting to keep it intact, so we don’t care who speaks to the paper, or who is on TV. We only care that the job gets done.

In No Lakota Levy I have taken on the role of being the visible target so I could take the bullets. In reality No Lakota Levy is very deep as an organization. One way to know the location of your enemy is to get them to take shots at you and see where the smoke comes from. That’s how you determine the position of a sniper; you look for the blast signature. Since I don’t care about public opinion, or care to ever run for public office, or plan to work with people who do want to run for public office, I am free to be that target and take the shots as our spotters in No Lakota Levy look for where the snipers are. Once we find them, we have been attacking them and exposing their cover.

In spite of what the Lakota School Board member Julie Shaffer pro levy groupies think, my intentions are much larger than a school levy fight. I only participate because this battle is in my back yard and I’m actually doing research for a novel I’m getting ready to start, and the evil people involved in extorting money from innocent families and their children is something I feel very passionate about, so passionate that this will be the subject of a future novel. Since I have done so much work behind and in front of a camera, it was the natural pick to have me be that target, which I have been happy to do not only for the satisfaction of beating back a system I consider inherently evil, but for research into my own future work. And this is why I haven’t had the time to hang out at school board meetings every time they call one. The meeting on Monday, March 12th will be the third school board meeting in one week. And remember the school board members get paid for every meeting they attend. My conclusion is that the board must need to compensate themselves for the increase in gas prices, which is why they are having so many meetings lately. Because once they get there they don’t do anything but cut aspects of education that aren’t in their contract with the labor unions.

Currently I have been putting the final touches on my Tail of the Dragon novel that is due out this year (2012) as it has just returned successfully from the copy editor.  In fact as I was writing this my editor sent me the final proof of the summary of that book as it will appear on the back cover.  Here is it:

Rick Stevens—a rebellious loner whose NASCAR dreams have fallen short—falls victim to the governor’s plans to run for President of the United States. Governor Wellington Royce of Tennessee relies on support from the Fraternal Order of Police to catapult him into the White House. Royce beefs up the police presence on The Great Smoky Mountains’ highways, and offers incentives to those generating citations from tourists. Thrown in jail, abused, and setup, Rick Stevens accepts an offer from the governor’s political enemies to declare war on the highway patrol. With twenty million dollars, Rick builds the car of his dreams and wreaks havoc in what will become the greatest car chase in history. The car chase becomes a journey of self-discovery and newfound romance, as a gauntlet of guns, missiles, and the might of the military wait for him at the finish line. The treachery of politics proves more sinister than even death.

I also spent the last two weeks as the Butler County Coordinator for the Workplace Freedom Amendment that we are shooting to put before Ohio voters in 2013. And I have been working hard with our team at No Lakota Levy to begin the new foundation Yes to Lakota Kids, so time has been short, and I simply do not have the time to sit and listen to a bunch of cackling chickens talk about nothing at a school board meeting. But yet the job does need to be done and I am very happy to see more members of the community getting involved.

Many people around Cincinnati do not remember when I released my book The Symposium of Justice in 2004. My marketing of that book was interrupted slightly by the Lakota levy fights of 2004 and 2005 which overshadowed much of the good press I was involved in when that book was released, which was a comparatively smaller project than the one I am currently working on called Tail of the Dragon. The marketing for The Symposium centered around Dayton and involved Wild West shows and film festivals primarily and served as a platform for setting up this most recent novel. The marketing for Tail of the Dragon, which I’m at work on right now will heavily involve the market of New York, Los Angeles, of course Cincinnati, Detroit, Dallas, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Nashville and Orlando specifically and will involve an aggressive radio campaign along with television.

And that comes back around to the Lakota Levy fight and the reason I have written so much on this blog. These postings I do hope will help people, because I write to share big ideas with people, hoping that they may become inspired to act. But my next book I have been trying to get my mind around for the last four years and I’m about ready to begin. It called, Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan. I anticipate that this book will take me 5 years to write and will end up somewhere around one million words. To put that into perspective, for those who know how big the book Atlas Shrugged is, that classic novel by Ayn Rand is 645,000 words. My Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan will be nearly twice as long.

I did not set out to write a book inspired by Ayn Rand. But my character of Fletcher Finnegan, introduced in The Symposium of Justice is very similar to John Galt as both characters are contemplations into the kind of character Friedrich Nietzsche explored in Thus Spoke Zarathustra, my favorite book of all time. Galt’s protagonist aims are to use his two friends to help the makers of the world withdrawal from the looters of society to illustrate the fault of collectivism so that proper identity and respect can be placed on those of value in society. Fletcher Finnegan in The Symposium of Justice was a kind of modern Zorro character, but in The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan he has evolved into the embodiment of the five primary characters in Atlas Shrugged all rolled up into one person. Instead of withdrawing from society as Galt advocated in Atlas Shrugged, Finnegan fights back in very flamboyant ways on a scale never before seen in a literary protagonist. I use Atlas as an example because that is the only novel I know of which has such strong protagonists. There simply isn’t any other example. Not even Zarathustra himself from Nietzsche’s classic achieved such a level.

The blog here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom is in effect a tool that the public can use to get its news outside of the traditional media outlets. But for me personally, it is production notes for creating this epic novel. And to get an understanding of how large a book of over 1 million words would be, as of this writing here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom there are currently just over 600 postings each running between 1500 and 2000 words each. Doing a rough estimation I have written currently on this blog site alone, over 1 million words in just a year and a half. So writing The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan over a 5 year span is certainly doable.

However, convincing a publisher to carry such a large book in print is a task in itself. It’s simply not done in the publishing world today. People do not read enough, even though book stores are more plentiful than ever and such a large book is intimidating. So to pull it off, I need to have a good commercial response to my Tail of the Dragon coming out in 2012 and going into 2013 in order to convince the publishers to carry such a large book, and I will need to use the finances off Dragon to help me fund the creation of Fletcher Finnegan. By funding I mean giving me the time to make a living while writing this very involved book. I calculate it to be a 10 hour a day job for about two years to pull off. Not just in writing, but the concept building. By the time The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan hits book stores I should be about to just turn 50 years old, and by then I hope to see that society has shifted from the current status of being a decadent blob of fools plummeting down a singularity toward the circumstances shown in A Brave New World, to one that is hopeful represented by the Tea Parties.

On Saturday I attended a class of such people from all walks of life who wanted to learn how to fix the world one vote at a time. I was refreshed to see young people in the audience taking notes. I met several other people who wanted to become very active who live within a few miles of me currently and were my own age. Chris Osterhues from the popular motorcycle group Sons of Liberty Riders approached me to introduce himself as I spoke with old freedom fighting friends and laughed with new ones. The person who invited me to this event said, “So Rich, when are you going to run for something. You’re popular, people like you, you’re controversial, you should run for an office.”

I told her, “I just want to write my books. I want to feed these people with ideas to carry them through the tangled web of politics. I want to give their minds food.” She and I sat for a moment in silence as the setting sun warmed our faces and just looked at the large crowd of people, who a year ago weren’t even thinking about being involved in anything political, and now they were taking a class to learn how to fight back against the evils of progressivism, and I breathed a little easier. In the beginning it was much harder, and now with more people involved, the battlefield slant is looking to turn in our direction. And five years from now, when those people and thousands like them are knee-deep in the trenches I want a to give them a work of modern American philosophy in the spirit of Ayn Rand, Ben Franklin, Henry David Thoreau, Ralph Waldo Emerson, and the great John Locke to energize their spirits and carry them through to the next phase. It’s not enough to just show up for a school board meeting, or to fight tyranny in high-profile media battles. The culture of corruption itself must be dealt with, and the nature of mankind’s failure. In culture building, it comes from art that something old and ugly like progressivism must be replaced with something new that contains within it the original ideas that built America to begin with. In 2012 my contribution will be Tail of the Dragon. And by 2017-2018 it will be Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan, the long-awaited sequel to The Symposium of Justice.

So I have plans that are large in scope. I’m about to become a grandfather by one of my daughters so on the family front I am as busy as I’ve ever been and if my mind has always been obsessed with philosophy and deep contemplation it is now more than ever, because such a book as The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan is completely new ground from the stand point of an author. It’s as difficult of a concept to wrap a mind around as the book that inspired the name of Fletcher Finnegan, another favorite of mine from James Joyce called Finnegan’s Wake, a book that is a puzzle, within a puzzle, within a puzzle. Every word in that classic book seems to have multiple meanings and seems to be written in some ancient language, but it’s not.  My task as a writer is to unravel those puzzles so that the people who want to become involved, my freedom fighting friends at the Saturday class, my motorcycle friends at the Sons of Liberty, and people like the guy pictured above who have joined in the school levy fights can pick up those unraveled words and consume them like food for their minds so that they can then pick up the world and carry it upon their backs to resurgence.

So it has been a welcomed sight to see more and more people getting involved. And please, do not think for a moment that by doing so you will be stepping on my toes. If you are reading this and would like to speak to members of the media along with me, or in my place, let me know. I will arrange it. The fight at Lakota is not Rich Hoffman’s fight. I am just the target that is taking bullets for the cause to allow it to mature behind the scenes as my friends look for the snipers positioned to shoot at me, allowing us to discover who the enemies are and where they hide. The problems at Lakota just like the problems of America will not be solved in such conflicts, but when more and more people step forward and begin to smoke out the enemies where they hide as we spot them. And to do that will require more foot soldiers than we currently have and will take a number of years to achieve.

Taken in small bits, the job is not difficult. It simply requires us all to take responsibility for the world around us and not to trust those who we elect blindly. The stories I place here will most likely in some form or another find their way into my 2017 book Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan so consider it all a sneak peek, a behind the scenes look at the production notes I’m using to unravel the gigantic puzzle of the human race taking a new step into a larger world. And that is the task I spend most of my time puzzling through.

One of my daughters visited me on Friday night as my wife made a fantastic dinner–a curry dish that belonged in a five-star restaurant. As the aroma danced from the kitchen and my family awaited the start of the epic Clone Wars episode featuring Darth Maul from The Phantom Menace, my daughter showed me the new book she had just bought. It was a DK Publication, The History of Philosophy. Both of my daughters are very deep thinkers, and it gave me great joy to see that this 22-year-old woman considered this great book to be recreational reading, and she was glowing with excitement showing me its contents, which were immaculate.

The food was delivered to my lap by my smiling wife who was very proud of her curry creation and my family gathered around the TV to watch our long-awaited episode of Star Wars on The Cartoon Network. As the show started and I ate my food I realized that there was hope, that under all the bad news people are waking up. My daughters certainly are, but beyond that, there are common everyday people who are beginning to get engaged, the way they should have been all along.

Once everyone went home for the night, I spent the next three hours reading all my email. Finally at 3:33 AM in the morning I wrote the first words of my next novel, Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan.

Fletcher Finnegan began again the fate of justice long vanquished by tyranny in the hearts of man.
For more on this character as I have worked to flush out the concept you can see it at this link:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/12/12/the-hidden-world-of-the-overman/

And as to others who wish to become involved…………don’t be shy. It won’t hurt my feelings to have other names appear in the paper and to speak on TV. It will give me pride in my community and might just end up in my future novel.

Why FACEBOOK is Evil: A dad shoots his daughter’s laptop

I’ll have to say that I agree with this father who saw the nasty comments his daughter put on Facebook about him and his wife. Should the father have unloaded a clip from his .45 into the laptop of his daughter for what she said about his family on Facebook? Absolutely!!!!!!!

I still get many questions as to why I do not have a Facebook account. The answer is that I think Facebook is evil, and I don’t care to participate in it. I do put a Facebook “like” button at the bottom of my posts and I see every day that hundreds of my hits come from Facebook where my readers put links to my articles on the Facebook walls to share with their friends. I recognize the upsides to having Facebook, it keeps you in easy touch with family and friends, and provides a timely status as to the activity of a person. As a matter a fact, a co-worker of mine just yesterday was trying to get a flight out of Dallas but it was delayed, so based on his Facebook page he was able to announce to everyone concerned that his flight would be later than anticipated.

But—Facebook does too much, knows too much, and tricks the user into revealing too much about themselves. About ten years ago I read a book by Jim Marrs called Rule by Secrecy. It’s a conspiracy theory book that talked about the Bilderburgers, the Rothschild’s and the One World Order type of stuff as might be expected. It also spoke about the methods the CIA and FBI were employing to attempt to put chips under everyone’s skin so they could track them easily. When I finished that book I wrote in the front, “THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS BOOK.” I meant dangerous because knowing such things can warp your view of the world and can take the mind down a rocky slope of disillusion. However, at the time of reading that book people were openly angry about the cameras that police were having put up at traffic lights calling them “big brother” and the idea of tracking people anywhere they went was still science fiction. So the CIA and many other organizations found a more subtle way to impose their will on the American and world population so to make their job much easier, they found a way to trick us into giving them all the information they’d have to spend months, perhaps years gathering and allowing our own need for voyeurism to drive a complete end to our freedoms. They put their money behind Mark Zuckerberg and allowed the program of Facebook to do all the work for them. Apparently the CIA is so in love with Zuckerberg that the Facebook founder has earned the ominous nickname from the intelligence community—the Overlord.

Now, it must be disclosed that the segment you just watched is from The Onion which is a social satire show on the Independent Film Channel, which I am a fan of. So the facts shown in that episode are rooted in reality but are not literal. For instance, I don’t think Zuckerberg is an official CIA agent. But, the billions of dollars that came his way came from somewhere and as anyone who works with money knows, “he who has the gold rules.” Zuckerberg didn’t have any money, but he had the ability to make something like Facebook which a whole army of government workers couldn’t fathom, so they took our tax money in indirect ways and gave it to Zuckerberg to purchase his alliance.

Yes—I’m aware that the CIA is reading this. The FBI is too. Go drink another coffee boys, and see if there’s another doughnut in the break room, because I could care less. I know a few agents and my assessment of them are that they are government workers, just like cops, and teachers, and I have made it pretty clear what I think of them. They have a high opinion of themselves that is not based in reality, but on the strength of their pay checks, which to me is just looted money. I don’t value their service and they don’t keep me safe. I’m perfectly capable of doing that for myself. Because of my beliefs my family has been followed, bugged, and harassed for years. It was really bad in the late 90’s up until around 2005. My wife was followed all over town by strange men in white vans. When she’d go to the grocery they’d get out and follow her around the store.

None of this ever got violent. It was just harassment. It started when we took our kids out of the Mason School System to home school them because we disagreed with the 4th grade curriculum of teaching children to put on a condom. We felt that sex education was our job, and our kids were not interested in sex in the 4th grade, so we elected not to participate. The school retaliated by trying to separate my wife from the kids during school events which my wife frequently volunteered for, so we pulled the kids out of school and taught them ourselves. It was one of the best decisions we ever made as parents.

But the social ramifications where ominous, our families turned against us in a radical way, some of that family worked for school systems as superintendents and teachers. The police began to harass our street. Neighborhood kids began to harass my children as they rode their bicycles around the neighborhood. I responded by video recording everything that happened and the police responded by recording everything we did. After a few years of this it became evident that we were recorded everywhere we went about everything we did.

The constant pressure was unsettling to my wife who treasures her freedom and privacy. We’d have conversations knowing that there were listening devices picking up on everything we said and it took her a long time to realize that the idiots on the other end of the line were just mustache men with fat bellies and inflated egos propped up with tax dollars. They were to my mind peons to my overman concept. As I explained to my wife about 10,000 times, “who cares if a fly on the wall sees or hears what we do. Who cares if they can hear us having sex? We don’t mind the dog at the end of our bed as we kick him off, why should we care about some FBI agent, or other law enforcement personnel? What is there to know about us that we don’t want them to?”

So I am aware that these days virtually nothing is private. The scanners at the airport can see through your cloths. Drones can fly outside your bedroom window. And recording devices can pick up everything you say from many yards away. This information is obtained by the cowards of the government who have turned our hard-earned money against us by stealing it from us through legalized theft and propping up citizens like Zuckerberg in the name of safety. I am not troubled that Google watches every email I send and receive. I view such things as information given in a public place. And if people want to see what I put on YouTube have at it. That’s why I posted it. Or this blog site, I put it up to share with people so they might learn something. If it was private, I’d keep it in my head where it’s safe. But Facebook crosses the line for me. It has evolved into a form of behavioral control that I reject completely. It crawls too far into people’s lives and does everything that Jim Marrs warned about in Rule by Secrecy by making people want to behave like herds of sheep, which goes against everything I personally stand for.

Because of Facebook, my extended family often knows things about other family member’s way before my wife and I do. Facebook allows for that voyeuristic tendency, that secret passion to look at what your neighbor is doing from the comfort of your own home. But it’s a trick; your behavior is being plotted and analyzed carefully. Your contacts and the entire network of your contacts are scrutinized by pot-bellied piggies on the other of a monitor. Everyone is watching each other looking for leadership. The herds of Facebook users are being watched by the herds of the government workers in the CIA and none of them have the guts to step away and be independent.

What I mean by independence is doing things in your life without looking to see what your neighbor is doing, as if reassurance is needed. It is that human need for acceptance, which causes us to look at another human being and see if they have done it first before we dare try that is the downfall of our civilization and Facebook perpetuates it by encouraging it.

This is why those who fear to stand on their own two feet and be comfortable in their own lives can be controlled by some master—an overlord if you will. In my family, it took me almost 10 years to get my wife used to the idea that she could and was watched everywhere we went. It was a trip to Cancun where all our cloths were all over the beach and a Mexican security guard patrolling the area was trying to get a peak of the action. My wife saw the behavior of voyeurism that was inherit in all human beings as we dealt with the guard. I treated the guard like he was as useless as a dog at the end of our bed. His eyes and opinion mattered about as much to me as a fly on the wall or the dog at the end of our bed. And what he said to the other dogs at the guard-house mattered as much. It didn’t matter that he had an AK-47 in his hands. Having a gun is one thing, having the courage to use it, or the knowledge, is another. After that, the unnerving sensation that we were constantly being watched and analyzed by weak-minded, fearful human beings had less impact. We had shifted gears as a couple and learned to live our lives from that perspective.

It still doesn’t make this entire tendency toward voyeurism right. It just means that my expectations for the human race must be broke down into another category. And Facebook is a good gage of that. Those who use it to spy on their friends and neighbors, or even those in law enforcement are of the “sheeple” mind-set, which is they are comfortable in the herds of human existence and can easily be steered about by the overlords like Zuckerberg and the CIA.

But these are the same idiots who couldn’t find Osama bin Ladin even though he was right in front of their faces and had a porno addiction. So much for the effectiveness of the CIA, they have been dumbed down like the rest of society to watching for the status of people on Facebook to know what is happening. I know firsthand what it feels like to be watched by these people, even targeted. And it’s no different from the spider that spins a web in the corner of your bedroom. Its eyes and ears mean nothing because it is small and harmless. I’m certainly not going to kill it for being there. I might scoop it up and take it outside if I feel like taking the time to do so, but I’m not going to avoid undressing in my bedroom because the spider can see. But I’m also not going to invite spiders into my house so that they can make a mess with a network of webs all over my bedroom, and that is what Facebook is. It’s a web of voyeuristic spiders that just clutter up your life. And since I don’t wish to be tangled in their webs, or constantly brushing them away from my skin, I keep Facebook out of my life as much as possible.

The necessity for the human being to rise past the need for social reassurance is why I look to the overman as the intended goal of our species. If being human is defined by the weakness for public acceptance than moving beyond those needs would be the definition of an overman. An overman does not worry about the overlords. They do not have power over the overman’s life. The overman does not care about the happenings of those pathetic creatures. The overmen do not care if millions of eyes are upon them everywhere they go, for it is no different in the forest where thousands of insects and the cells on the leaves of trees are aware of a human in their midst’s and they observe carefully for the sanctity of their own survival. The eyes of the CIA, the FBI, of Zuckerberg and all the rest are just that to me, the eyes of insects whose lives rise and fall by the nature of their existence. Their feeble minds are bound to imprisonment for all eternity because they are stuck in a world built by acceptance and believe that by controlling the behavior of the masses that they can ensure the survival of all. But it’s just another web built by just another spider which can be swept away in an instant at the will of the overman, and there’s nothing the spider can do about it.

And as to how Facebook is evil let me refer to the definition of evil by one of my favorite philosophers Ayn Rand from the great book Objectivism: The Philosophy of Ayn Rand. “Evil is not consistent and does not want to be consistent. What it wants is to inject itself into the life-sustaining process sometimes—short-range, out-of-context, at whim. To achieve this end, it needs only a single concession by the good: a concession of the principle involved, a concession that evil is proper “sometimes.” Such a compromise is evil’s character of liberty. Thereafter the irrational is free to set the terms and spread by further whim, until the good—and man—is destroyed.” That is what Facebook is all about. That is why it’s evil.
