Fentanyl is a Weapon of Mass Destruction: Countries that Hate America are purposfully trying to kill us through the drug trade

If I had to pick a president who most resembled the United States as a personality, I would say it would be President Grant.  Grant was a great president and man, but his memory has been shaped by those who hate him.  There were quite a few people who sought to take advantage of him because he was friendly and honest.  There is nothing that we can do to make the world love us or even like us.  There is a seething hatred of America by many in the world that is just a fact of life, and they have been planning our destruction aggressively since we started.  That is a tough admission for many, but they must make it so we can solve these problems. We have talked about illegal immigration as a weapon of purposeful war, attacking America as a Cloward and Piven strategy of overwhelming the system so that it would force the overthrow and change of that system.  The current fentanyl crisis on the drug abuse front is, without question, a military-scale attack that is the deliberate poisoning of our culture, intent for destruction.  Like many people sadly can claim these days, I know many people who have lost someone they have loved to an overdose of fentanyl.  However, the scale of the problem became apparent to me during the summer of 2024 when I was serving as the foreman for a grand jury in Butler County, Ohio.  Out of the hundreds of cases I heard with a grand jury, most of them were drug cases that directly involved possessing and trafficking in fentanyl, and from that perspective, there is no doubt about the reason that poison is flooding our streets.  It’s not a market fulfillment problem by mind-numb soothsayers seeking recreation through drug use, the way society has been framed to believe.  It’s not a libertarian fantasy of “my body, my right” kind of thing that is protected by constitutional limits on government to crush individual desires.  It’s a purposeful poisoning of American culture by the Mexican government in conjunction with the Chinese government and globalism behind those efforts to destroy their rivals on the world stage by wiping out entire generations of people.

If the purpose of war is to kill more of the other guy’s troops than you receive, and whoever says “uncle” first is determined to be the loser of the fight, then the drug saturation of American markets is the modern version of wartime activity against a nation that the aggressors are seeking to destroy.  There is nothing patriotic about drug abuse, but we have been tricked into thinking so, much the way all kinds of well-seeming people scammed President Grant during his gullible lifetime.  President Grant was friendly and honorable, and he couldn’t imagine that people would be up to no good because he never was.  And throughout the emergence of American life, that is how the world has also come to know us.  And they do hate us for it.  So when they think about Americans, they plot and scheme for ways to deceive us and to wipe us from the face of the earth.  That is the only intention of flooding our country with fentanyl, which hides behind a culture that uses our freedoms to prevent the military attack for what it truly is.  The amount of fentanyl that is killing people maliciously because it’s a dangerous drug that is quickly passed around the party scene is genuinely alarming.  It is the number one killer of adults 18 to 50 and has killed more people each year than all the wars we have had combined typically do.  Nobody is talking about it because that is part of the plot, so the people they want to kill off don’t even realize it’s happening.  So it doesn’t get much coverage, just as Kamala Harris doesn’t get scrutinized in the press.  These are all people who hate us and want us dead.  And fentanyl is one of their weapons of war. 

We go through the motions of law enforcement regarding drug trafficking of fentanyl as if we were trying to tell our children not to touch a hot oven.  As if we were teaching them a lifestyle choice that might prevent them from acquiring pain by their choices.  Fentanyl distribution is far more dangerous than that.  Hostile financial insurgents who have captured the governments of violent countries have purposely produced fentanyl to destroy those who consume it, and that is one of the significant dangers of an open border with a Marxist country in Mexico and why Canada is so dangerous.  The desire to overthrow a capitalist rival for them is too tempting.  China, as the largest communist country in the world, is certainly motivated by the same outcome.  Fentanyl starts in China and is then mass-produced in Mexico by the cartels and then shipped straight into the United States through open borders seeking to attack the production-aged people and to cripple them with death and mind-destroying weapons of war distributed through a “party culture” that has its roots in the communist movement of corrupting the youth for state control.  This trend was started by the Bolsheviks under Lenin while saturating Russia with communism at the turn of the last century. Drug use and distribution in this party culture was always the plan, and the mass killing of people was the known objective.

The worst thing that happened to President Grant at the end of his presidency was that after all his years of fame, he was easily hoodwinked by those he trusted who wanted to make money off his name.  He ended up bankrupt at the end of his life; he trusted people with his investments, who lost them all in pyramid schemes that led to his destruction.  And those seeking to deceive his excellent name and trust in other people essentially wiped away a life of much success.  Many are at war with us in the world disguised as friendships, and they use that relationship for their strategic desires.  They think the world has too many people, that we are a burden on the earth itself, and that we must be eliminated.  And they control the governments of China and Mexico and are behind the globalist push for Marxism.  And we have not met that aggressor for what they are worth.  For me, seeing the massive amount of destruction fentanyl brings to our communities from the perspective of criminal conduct can only be viewed in one way: as a weapon of war.  One of the things I am most looking forward to under the next Trump term in office is categorizing fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction because that is precisely what it is.  We must fight it on those terms and no others because there is no other way to understand the use of fentanyl to destroy the cultures they are distributed to.  China knows what they are doing and is purposely seeking to kill Americans.  Mexico certainly sees it that way, and they are not our friends.  These are hostile countries toward the United States, and they are looking at us all as suckers who will be too nice to them and allow them to be complicit in the murder of many of our people in a purposeful attempt to destroy our country from the inside out—disguised as a recreation, when in fact, it’s all been a weapon of war declared on us not from governments, but from the people who run them.

The Politics of Heaven: Why BlackRock is producing assassins trying to kill President Trump

After this election, I am seriously considering writing another book begging me to write it. I think about it all the time. It’s called The Politics of Heaven because I believe people need to understand the impact of a Divine Council on our lives and the purpose of humanity’s creation, to begin with, about a more prominent political structure that falls well outside our terrestrial appraisals.  I feel uniquely positioned to discuss that matter because it has always been war, and our role in it is essential relative to the strategies of Heaven and God’s plight as a universal force of good.  But God has challengers, and our political system reflects this battle on many dimensional planes of reality across time and space, and our religions, I think, get only a tiny fraction of an understanding of its expanse. But whenever divine providence shows itself on a mass scale, such as this assassination attempt against President Trump, it provokes my thoughts in that direction.  I think people could use some context that goes further than the faith of religion.  But God’s hand is the only scientific explanation for all these close calls President Trump has survived.  But who is causing all the trouble?  It’s not enough to say that it is Satan; we need to understand the politics of why there are so many rebels trying to destroy God and his kingdom, and the creation on earth as it is in Heaven, America as its best representative of that political order in four-dimensional existence, our length, width, height and time which our five basic senses are built from.

I have some relationship with divine providence, which is reflected well in the Bible, especially the Old Testament; when God tells the Hebrew people to go forth and take the land of Canaan, he expects them to trust him.  Instead, the first time, they cowered in fear because the spies saw giants occupying the land, and they shied away in fear only to be punished for forty more years in the wilderness.  I have experienced this same kind of thing, but I never shy away.  I never have.  When things look terrible and impossible, I do things anyway, and miraculously, the people who swear to kill me or destroy my life in all the ways that human beings can or want to end up dying of heart attacks.  After a long life of this kind of thing, I am no longer surprised by the phone calls telling me that so-and-so died last night of a heart attack when, in fact, they had made themselves my sworn enemies.  God works in mysterious ways, so I want to write a book about it.  It’s something I thought of while traveling in Japan, where the Shinto religion constantly seeks to appease the kami spirits that aggressively permeate their culture.  In our own culture of America, we have best contemplated the efforts of these evil spirits in our lives by putting our minds to Satan and five demonic spirits that assist him on the Divine Council in their rebellion against God and all creation—which we see as the Democrats pursuing globalism on Earth to destroy God’s people and the creation of them for the perpetuation of that Heavenly political order on earth by its enemies that Satan has sworn to kill in retaliation of God from the very first moment that the Garden of Eden was created and people put in it.  In Japan, the kami are as common as you and I and are a part of their everyday culture.  Which we have chosen to ignore in the West, and perhaps we shouldn’t, where the Bible is our best guide through that political territory that extends well beyond terrestrial politics.

I think all this can be explained in quantum mechanics, and to review what I’ve said before about the CIA paper on The Gateway Project, where people can be manipulated through remote viewing, the past and future can be seen and tampered with, and the basic concept that our entire reality is something like the Matrix that is the product of a massive program, and that reality isn’t reality at all.  I think that is all perspective and that life permeates all dimensional planes of reality, so what that paper is talking about is reality from a particular perspective, which is relevant to that dimension, but not all of them.  And we get hints of this perspective in the story of Job in the Bible, where Satan provokes God to bring great misery to a loyal servant.  God isn’t always in charge the way they teach us in Sunday school as a king and overlord of the universe.  He has political personalities that are always trying to destroy his creation.  Satan is the character that sits on God’s Divine Council of the Elohim and causes all kinds of problems that have been recorded in our various myths and religious chronicles.  And it is there that things start to make sense where they don’t otherwise because no human beings on earth could coordinate some of the events we are witnessing unless you consider more dimensional influences in the context of eternity and its political motivations. 

To this second attempted killing of President Trump on his golf course in Florida, I think the only explanation that makes sense as to the connection between that assassination attempt and the other one in Butler, Pennsylvania, is BlackRock.  It’s not an accident that participants in BlackRock commercials were motivated to kill Trump during the climax of our election season.  That has an occult root cause instead of a terrestrial motivation to our standard forms of conduct.  And yes, when you have someone like Larry Fink, who owns BlackRock, Bill Gates, who ran Microsoft, or George Soros, who behaves like the Satan character from the Bible of Western civilization, you start to see how some of the demons who serve Satan behave.  And that has provoked a lot of talk in our culture about who they are by some of our most contemplative religious minds.  And those demons manipulating large companies like BlackRock through their ownership as single-point contacts are the classics from the time we have managed to name.  I think many thousands of these characters are always working in the background, but to name a few, we know Baal from the Bible.  Much of what we see in our politics, especially in what the Palestinians are always up to, you can see the fingerprints of Baal all over them.  For context on globalism, remember there are tributes to Baal in New York City and London, England, that are fresh and at the heart of all globalism.  That is their God of reference, known as one of the critical rebels against God and his creation—the human race.  Three more demons, Leviathan, the Spirit of Lilith, and Asmodeus, are advocates of homosexual lifestyles and are openly seeking to destroy the human race of God’s design by altering the value of sex and reproduction, which we see the effects everywhere we look these days.  Those demons are attached direction to the odd obsession that Democrats and other globalists have for abortion.  Then there is the classic Baphomet, the Knights Templer character passed down through many of the Masonic temples as the embodiment of the Devil.  It’s the character they talk about in Motley Crue songs and thousands of other references.  Baphomet is all about the sacrificing of children, which is the ultimate spitting in the face of God that you can get.  And that war is clearly at play presently in our politics.  To understand the evil at work looming perpetually in the background, you must understand these characters working against God and who their human contacts are in our earthly realm.  Once you know that, you can understand the motivations of BlackRock, Larry Fink, and the World Economic Forum.  And why they are trying to kill and destroy President Trump at every turn and the rest of us with their political antagonisms.  Their efforts go well beyond our lives here and now.  But extend into eternity, where The Politics of Heaven is well underway in ways we are just beginning to understand.

Democrats Have Always Hated the 15th Amendment: What Joe Biden really meant by wearing a MAGA hat

There has been a lot of speculation about why Joe Biden put on a MAGA hat when it was presented to him at a recent campaign event.  Not only did he wear it, but he also carried it back with him to the plane when leaving the campaign stop.  The speculation has been that Biden is doing as Trump suggested at the last debate and is wearing the hat to spite Kamala Harris and the government system that wants to put her in power.  So, in his vastly passive-aggressive manner, Biden rebelled against Kamala and the Democrat party by supporting President Trump.  After all, it was a kind of running joke during the debate when Trump told Kamala that he was about to send her a MAGA hat because she had essentially switched all her platform points to adopt those of MAGA.  Essentially saying to the world, “Whatever Trump said,” as a desperate means to gain some favorability with a public not very excited about her beyond the same old derelicts who support typical Democrat policies.  Secretly, so went the belief Biden was supporting Trump because of what the Democrats did to him.  I don’t think it’s as simple as that, although it’s an interesting thought.  I believe there is something much more sinister going on and that Biden, in his elderly condition, was too oblivious to know he was giving away to the public a kind of tongue-in-cheek playbook that has been going on for a long time, and he was so confident in its outcome, that putting on the Trump hat was an act of uselessness as if to say, “no matter what you people do, you’re not in charge.  We’ll say and do anything to stay in power for power’s sake.  Elections are mere formalities.” 

I first thought of the Reconstruction period after the Civil War.  A lot of people don’t know or remember that it was Republicans, and radical ones at that, who fought the Civil War to free people from slavery.  It was after the 15th Amendment to the Constitution that the Southern Democrats were forced to accept that people of color could vote when the wheels of peace came off, and essentially, a second civil war ensued for the next 100 years.  It would work against Democrats to such an extent that they finally captured the policies of the GOP and took them as their own regarding the Civil Rights Acts of that period in the late 1950s and 1960s.  Before all that, Democrats, through policies of gross domestic terrorism, were openly committing violence against blacks and white Republicans all through the South by the thousands.  It was Republicans who fought the battle to free all people, and it was explicitly President Grant who pushed for it even with the massively violent opposition that was flung in his direction, just as President Trump is being treated to this very day.  The KKK was formed as an overt form of radicalism to fight back against the Grant imposed 15th Amendment giving blacks the right to vote and it lasted well into the modern age we know so well.  Joe Biden has been in office so long that many of his early friends as Democrats were leftovers from this Reconstruction period, where Democrats sought to undo the Republican efforts with KKK violence and adopting the positions of Grant’s administration, which Teddy Roosevelt would continue a few decades later much to the anger of Democrats, by adopting their policies as their own to gain power, but then to lie to the public when pressed and behave much differently legislatively. 

Republicans have been at fault by being too trusting with their typical “golly gee” approach to everything, expecting Democrats to be as honest as they are.  But Joe Biden has never been an honest person.  What the Democrats finally did with Civil Rights in the 1960s was essentially steal the Republican platform so that they could acquire power and use that power to essentially do all they wanted to resist during Reconstruction and toss America back into the arms of Europe through Marxism which had always been lingering in the background of the Southern love of aristocracy and a cotton trade with the mother countries of Europe.  They never wanted or fully adopted the American Constitution as it was presented, not during the Continental Congress or the Civil War.  Their economy was locked up into European trade and love of aristocracy, which is still a big part of their story today.  When Democrats put people into office like Barack Obama or Kamala Harris, it’s for them no different than Joe Biden putting on a MAGA hat.  Even though Biden has violently spoken against Make America Great Again policies, the joke by putting on the hat was an elderly mistake that indicated to what extent he and other Democrats would do to acquire power, by whatever means.  If they didn’t, they’d get no chance to fight back against the kind of policies that came from Abraham Lincoln and President Grant, leading to the Civil War and the freeing of slaves by Republicans, creating Reconstruction that led to the second American Civil War, which lasted up until late 1959 when Democrats decided to adopt the Republican platform cosmetically, so that they could undo it behind the scenes ones they tricked people into voting them into power.  And that has been their strategy in the modern age, leading right up to Joe Biden putting on that MAGA hat as a joke, but done with unusual sincerity that shocked many people. 

In his old age, Joe Biden has become arrogant to the point where he doesn’t care what people think.  He believes in the process of Democrats lying to the public to acquire power, and if anybody questions the effort, he and others will lie straight to your face.  They will say and do anything to gain control because it’s only then that they can do what they want.  And if they have to lie, steal, or cheat to do it, then so be it.  That is why Kamala Harris, rather than running on a platform of hating the MAGA movement, is suddenly saying that she supports gun rights and border security.  She is talking about inflation as if she had nothing to do with its current increases.  Kamala Harris has adopted the Trump MAGA policies for only one reason: to be elected so she can gain power and do what Democrats have always done: lie to get into office, then turn the country against the Constitution and steer us all back to Europe.  Their hatred of the 15th Amendment was an act of terrorism they never got over, and they approached the matter in the extreme by essentially recapturing people of color as a block voting group to use for their purposes by making them so dependent on free government giveaways, that they were essentially put back in the chains of slavery before there was ever a Constitution or a 15th Amendment.  And not until Trump came along did the code finally get cracked and exposed as to what they were up to all along.  And to hide that fact, Kamala Harris is adopting many of Trump’s policies, hoping to hoodwink Trump supporters until she can win office and can conduct her real strategy, which Democrats concealed from the public.  Until we deal with that trend once and for all, we will continue to have massive problems, and there will always be a civil war brewing in the background because they do not like America or our Constitution and have been at war with it now for centuries.  They lie to gain power, which Joe Biden intended by laughing about and putting on that hat. Because he and most of the Democrats of his party know what they plan, and they think we are all suckers who will fall for it, as we have in the past.

The October Surprise of 2024: A future funeral of Joe Biden

I was probably asked yesterday 100 times what I thought the October Surprise would be this year, ahead of the 2024 election.  And leading up to that, I have probably been asked 1000 times.  It’s not that I want it to happen or that I’m trying to put the thought in anybody’s head.  But this isn’t a conspiracy theory anymore.  Even Melania Trump is talking about it before her new book’s release.  There is a lot fishy about the assassination attempt on President Trump’s life.  And I would say with much confidence that those same people who planned the assassination attempt of President Trump are thinking of ways to take old Joe Biden and turn him into a state funeral a few weeks ahead of the election in November.  I think for the October Surprise of 2024, the plan that they are talking about is to accelerate the death of Joe Biden so that the nation could be united with two weeks of memory of one of the longest-serving public servants and that the hope would be that the world would be united behind the death of a sitting president and that Kamala would be all that was left, and that people would vote for her out of sentiment, rather than policy.  When I say that, I get shocked looks and gasps of horror.  Do we have people working in our three-lettered agencies who are that diabolically evil?  Well, yes, of course.  And these people are desperate.  They will do anything to cling to power; nothing else has worked for them.  Many people have said that Joe Biden would be lucky to live long enough to get to the next election, so nobody would be surprised if it happened.  It’s not the same kind of assassination attempt that they did on President Trump, which, at this point, there was no way, based on the evidence, that the kid doing the shooting was acting alone.  This killing would be much more subtle. 

And by saying this, I hope to prevent it from happening.  I would like to see Joe Biden just go away quietly, but alive.  Nothing has worked for the Democrats, and they have thrown everything they have at Trump in every possible Hail Mary scenario, except for one.  And I think they will try this killing of an American president to control the media narrative in October in the traditional ways that people come together upon the death of American presidents.  After the debate with Kamala, I told everyone what would happen in the hours after that, and I turned out to be entirely correct in every detail.  Independents broke for Trump 2-1, which is more than enough for Trump to win the White House.  Under conventional polling, and nothing is traditional about this 2024 election, Trump is +2 over Harris nationally, post-debate.  So even though Harris didn’t come across as a babbling fool, with ABC controlling the narrative and all the help she had to stand up there with Trump and last for a few hours under heavy scrutiny, and surviving somewhat, Democrats got nothing out of it.  And all the stories of the globalists are falling apart, and they are feeling extremely desperate.  The kind of desperation that a football team is losing and, with one second on the clock remaining, throws a Hail Mary pass from their own endzone, hoping for some miracle.  That’s where the internal polling for the Harris people is right now, so what do they have left?  An assassination attempt not of their opponent, which they have already tried.  No, this time, they would sacrifice one of their own, the guy who is barely alive now and fading fast.

I would say it is easy for those who are professionals in this kind of thing to use chemicals or some other method to accelerate cell deterioration from a remote location and to move an older adult into a deceased person quickly.  If a body is already in decline, and that person is dependent on many people to keep them alive, I would say Joe Biden is very vulnerable to such schemes of evil.  It would be easy to poison his food or bombard him with energy waves intent on the destruction of cell tissue while he sleeps, especially on these public beaches.  And for trained assassins, it’s not a complicated science project for a person in such a depleted condition to make them pass away in the deep sleep of the night and appear just to go quietly.  And such a thing would provide wall-to-wall coverage, and the world would rally behind it like a royal wedding in England.  The ceremony would be spectacular, and it would all fall just a few weeks ahead of the election, even through it.  And, of course, probably 7% of all Americans would be moved to vote for Kamala because she was attached to Biden as a tribute to the last days of an American President.  People would suddenly not be talking about all the crimes of the Biden family or their follies over Afghanistan, their mishandling of Iran, and their bankrupt status of the American dollar.  Their radicalism on vaccine mandates, their open borders, and their grotesque power grabs in wanting to abolish the 2nd Amendment.  All that reasonable minds would forget during a state funeral where the world would pause, put away their differences for a few weeks, and come together as a nation. 

Yes, I think those plans are being put to paper as we speak, and they are serious about it.  Remember, these are the same people who brought us COVID-19, a bioweapon made in Wuhan under the loose regulations of communist China through gain of function research, into making a virus transmissible from bats to humans in ways that nature would never allow otherwise.  And they killed as many people in 2020 and going into 2021 as all the wars of the last century did.  And that’s the good story.  That’s what we know happened.  There is still a lot we don’t know that could be much more sinister, but being fair about it, Peter Navarro told that story from his perspective of the White House in his most recent book, which everyone should get and read, The New Maga Deal.  Navarro was assigned to the Covid cleanup by Trump, and from a public relations standpoint, Peter is very fair and proper about the intent.  The reality is likely much worse.  Now you know why they put Navarro in jail, and Steve Bannon is still in jail, members of Trump’s White House team.  If we have a government that would do that to people with the weaponization of the legal system that we have seen, then, of course, they would try to kill a sitting president to save all their skins from the massive investigations that are coming their way from a second Trump term.  You can bet on it.  These are evil, vile people, and they are in a desperate condition.  Joe Biden is weak and useless to them at this point.  Unless they can turn him into a state funeral and hit the pause button on the next election favorable to the Democrat who was in office.  Covid was used, after all, to control the last election in 2020 and manipulate the votes in the largest scale election fraud the world has ever seen, and few people have paid for all that either at this point.  So, the wrong people out there are empowered and encouraged toward evil in ways that have never been so tempting.  And I think their October Surprise is coming, but I wouldn’t be so surprised.  And neither should you.  Be ready.

Why Trump Won the Debate Against Harris: Using illegal immigration as a military attack of treasonous intention

I didn’t think there was any question after President Trump’s and Kamala Harris’s debate.  I think she had an earpiece, and people were talking her through the event, just like the setup between cable news hosts and their producers.  I also think ABC gave her the questions ahead of time and that it was a three-way production against Trump.  But we knew that going in, and I thought Trump did a fantastic job.  And no, we are not a nation of complicit fools who put professional candor ahead of the merit of the work.  President Trump’s role, much to the frustration of the established order, was not to sit there like a polite boy in grade school waiting to drink from the drinking fountain and standing in line in the cafeteria and not to touch the person in front of him.  He was there to show he was a leader and that he was mad, as many of us are.  And that he was going to provide leadership against an established order that failed.  Politeness was not the proper method of delivery; anger was.  And Trump showed just how angry he was, which is what people voting wanted to see.  Someone should be furious about inflation, the expansion of useless government, and how America has been projected worldwide.  In all those respects, Trump established himself as he needed to under very hostile circumstances.  More importantly, which is the point of debate these days, Trump captured the only impressions that mattered in the wake of the discussion.  In the polls in the following days, Trump was +2 nationally.  The debate did not help Harris, nor did it hurt Trump.  If anything, independents are making a break for Trump now that they are thinking about the election, and that indicates Harris, with all the theatrics, did nothing to help her cause.

But when people look back at the history of this famous debate, they are going to remember only one thing, “they are eating the dogs, they are eating the cats,” which has turned into a significant TikTok campaign where people are singing songs to Trump’s words said during the debate which he said about the Haitian immigration into Springfield, Ohio.  I was just in Springfield, Ohio, last weekend. It has been a very nice town, but yes, it has a major illegal immigration problem where these Haitian immigrants were dropped off in the classic Democrat playbook of changing entire communities with an infusion of radically different people to purposely attack that culture and force it into a change state.  When it comes to Haitians, they come with some very radical ideas, particularly those of voodoo, which comes with the sacrifice of animals to the demons of existence.  Springfield, Ohio, is a very traditional, Christian small town, but because of its proximity just north of Dayton and west of Columbus off I-70, it makes it easy to drop off over 20,000 immigrants into a community of 60,000 to challenge their culture and change it away from traditional American, to an armpit of globalism.  That is certainly the case in Hamilton, Ohio, and Middletown, Ohio, to the south; purposeful strategies of doom were implemented in those communities to open the door to crime and to force the people residing there to flee into the country and away from Democrat policies.  This was done by replacing hard-working blue-collar cultures with lazy drug addicts masked behind racist facades to implement an attack vector of hostile intent, to destroy our country city by city from the inside, not with tanks and troops, but policy and fiscal mismanagement. 

Springfield’s strategy is to saturate the community with an open border policy in the heart of America and hope that the virus spreads into the surrounding countryside.  This is essentially what the political left has done in San Francisco, Denver, Colorado, Minnesota, and south Texas, particularly Austin.   They are doing it in Springfield, Ohio, and the residents are not happy.  We’ve all seen this before and were suckered by it. But we don’t plan to let this one slide into obscurity; people are talking about it, especially since these Haitians come with them with different dietary tendencies and religious practices that are still tied to the Stone Age.  In Springfield, there is much evidence that the pets of the people living there are being stolen and eaten due to a lack of food and voodoo practices from these incoming government-sponsored immigrants.  And it’s a tricky thing to witness up close.  However, Trump managed to put a tag on it that everyone could remember, and he had the guts to say it during a considerable international debate.  And it blew the doors off the established order that is getting its marching orders from the World Economic Forum and the George Soros Open Society Foundation. It’s not that complicated of a conspiracy.  Organizations seeking funding and corporate sponsorship share affiliation with progressive groups, so they adopt their globalist policies.  Haitian immigration into America’s heartland is part of their military strategy to take over the world.  But to disrupt that, Trump has cut to the heart of the matter with his gift of brand building, and that is the only thing people will remember from this debate, that he managed to put all that complicated story into a few sentences that people could understand, which is the genius behind, “they are eating the dogs, they are eating the cats.”  Brilliant!

I knew when Trump said he had won the debate because it showed that the established order did not control him, so people wanted to vote for him for president.  Even independents who do not think much of politics can see that they have not benefited from the system presented to us.  So, they have been looking for a disrupter for several election cycles.  Even Bernie Sanders, the open communist, was being looked at by these same independents because they wanted someone to disrupt that system.  The Democrat party and its relationship to the globalist movement understands that.  Kamala is actually to the political left of the communist Sanders.  However, she has shown that she doesn’t think much independently and will take orders from those who give them.  So she is a pick the globalists like and can work with, even down to the earpiece and rigged debate.  That is essentially what they plan for the White House and is precisely what voters don’t want.  So, with all that said, Trump won the debate, and he won the message.  He was the one who made his points clear and gave people things to think about in the days after.  But more importantly, he made the whole debate about not what the Harris people wanted to make it, on a policy that fed their narrative, but on an open border that has been a disaster for all Americans, and the role the Biden administration, which Harris is a part of, in making it that way either by sheer stupidity or by deliberate design and strategy.  And it wasn’t just a blow against Kamala Harris; it was a blow against globalism at its heart and their scheme of changing American cities from good places into hell holes with the plights of illegal immigration that are essentially treasonous plots intent to destroy our country from the inside out so that global criminal networks connected to international finance can profit off the demise.  And it’s been a clear act of treason.

Dumb People Want More Taxes to Pay for More Bad Government: Why pay for more of something bad

What’s different now as opposed to any time in the past is that President Trump is talking about real and substantial tax cuts, whereas the Harris communists are seeking to perpetually raise them, with nonsense like “tax the rich” and “pay your fair share.”  Well, who determines a “fair share,” these government losers are addicted to spending like crack addicts looking for the next hit.  When we look at our government and talk about taxes, we are talking about paying for more government that does less for us without expecting the quality of a job done.  It’s a ridiculous proposal.  And as the Democrats say the same old thing in an election year and we watch gas prices drop under three dollars per gallon right before the election, hoping to sucker people into voting for these idiots one more time, what they are more than asking for is more money to get a government that serves us horribly and to like it.  And to like it so much that we suspend any expectation of performance, which is appalling.  The differences between one vision and the other couldn’t be more stark.  Trump is proposing to remove taxes not just on tips but on overtime pay as well, which is a wonderful idea.  One thing that America could really use is incentives to work more, not less.  What the idiots behind COVID-19 did to our global employment culture has been ridiculous.  There are still lazy people who want to work from home instead of getting back to work over the whole social distancing policy, which has turned out to be a complete and total scam created by the United Nations administrative state losers and their schemes of social detriment. Trump understands from experience that economic growth occurs when people are not penalized for doing more work. 

To the mind of the socialists, communists, and general global citizen Marxists, government expansion means a job without any expectations for performance attached to it.  The purpose of growing government is to develop well-paying jobs that don’t expect to actually do anything.  The pay for that job comes from the government’s ability to steal the money from the people it is supposed to serve and give it to people who have done nothing to deserve it.  This has always been a problem, and people have complained about it since the beginning of the concept of government.  The government is resented when it uses its force to take what doesn’t belong to it for service to itself.  And those lazy in our society seek government employment to protect their ability to make a pressure-free living, which shows up in various degrees of corruption throughout all human activity.  When money is made too easy to get through coercion, your political system has planted and watered the seeds of corruption.  Trump understands, as any real economist does that by letting people keep more of what they make, they work more to get more, and the economy does better.  But most people in government, especially those who call themselves Democrats, do not grasp that concept because they see government as the way to make the most money with the least risk possible.  That’s why all these billionaires find refuge in the Democrat party, because the power of government protects them from the risk of competition, and therefore, the money paid in taxes is less than the risk of going toe to toe with competition in the free and open marketplace.  For all these people, big government is less risky, which settles their timid minds from the realities of social performance. 

But with all our talk of revolution, the tactical approach well before we pick up arms against a tyrannical government is to defund it.  With the discussions of more budgets in the current and future congress, if we do not like the government we have, then why should we continue to throw money at it?  They are just going to waste it.  For all the money they have given to Ukraine, the cost of our more than 35 trillion dollars in debt is, for the first time, a trillion dollars to pay for the people who have loaned us money; why on earth would we waste more money on such a ridiculous government.  That is the question that losers like Kamala Harris and the Obama clan have never asked or answered. They expect that if they need more money to waste on more growth in government, then we are obligated to pay it like some slack-jawed dope-smoking loser.  And that isn’t how it is.  We are in control, not them.  And if you don’t like the service you are getting from the government, we can more than deny those funds to the people misusing them.  It’s no different than telling a crack addict that you aren’t going to give them more crack to destroy their lives with.  Government is addicted to spending, and they expect us to fund that addiction.  When in reality, they should be given less to force them to reduce their growth into a more manageable and efficient government.  The source of the problem is that significant government types have no expectation of performance placed on them, so they don’t see money as a measure to be earned but taken by the force of government to feed an addictive personality that leads in only one direction: corruption.

Behind all the anger at Trump is that this trend culminates in a genuinely accountable government, perhaps for the first time in history.  We knew there would be pushback when we talked about draining the swamp.  But the level of violence that we have witnessed has been obtuse in several respects that are simply unreasonable.  The assumption that people would always pay these ridiculous prices for a government that isn’t even good would never work.  And when there are surprises that so many people are turning to Trump to provide a much-reduced government that asks for far less money, we shouldn’t be surprised.  However, the plan never reasonably paid for all these useless government employees.  We’ve seen plenty of government workers who have gone wrong; James Comey and Dr. Fauci come to mind.  If you interview the typical government employee, you will generally find the same kind of lazy losers looking to inflate their egos with the power of government service without the expectation of actually doing anything.  And to be paid extraordinarily high for doing it.  Why would we want more people doing anything from a power position like that?  That’s why a less powerful government is the only way to go.  We need a government big enough to do the work of the people it serves.  But too small to impose themselves on the public as an oppressive force.  We are not obligated to pay a fair share, determined by those with broken minds, to continue to grow something that is a detriment.  With the Trump election, the government is positioned to reduce its size dramatically, and through the election process, we have a peaceful right to do so under the need to administer those resources as a country.  We do not have an obligation to support the cause of global government with all its problems of corruption and ineffectiveness.  And to pay for it with all our hard-earned money.  Then, we suffer the consequences of having it.  No, it’s time for a fundamental change, and perhaps for the first time in history, it’s within our reach if only we dare to perform the task.

The World Has Been Run By Stupid People, Like Kamala Harris: Poor people are manufactured by bad decisions and wrong ideas

I’d say you could go back to the first moment human beings gathered together to form some government, but the game has been occurring for a long time.  It’s not new to our modern era.  However, only through the creation of the United States has it been exposed the way it has been, and even created a discussion point about the difference between worthless administrators and those who know and understand how to do work.  And that was the big difference between President Trump and the communist loser Kamala Harris at the presidential debate in 2024.  When people talk about the debate being rigged by the moderators of Disney-owned ABC, they are making an understatement.  It comes down to one fundamental issue I have been dealing with all of my adult life. It culminates in the understanding of free people living their lives to their fullest potential; a massive scam is unraveling.  Who does work, and who is best in a position to lead in some way?  Out of all this, I couldn’t help but think of the very good President Grant, who shared many traits with Trump.  He was a good president who knew how to get things done and made the country far better off.  But his memory is wrapped up in controversy and scandal, and he is remembered as one of the most corrupt administrations in the history of the world.  This wasn’t because Grant himself was corrupt, but because people grew to hate Grant because he was too good and would not bend the knee to an administrative class of bureaucrats, so they smeared his name in history for revenge on how bad and worthless Grant made them feel as people.  The same problem can be found in the ruins of Saqqara in Egypt, where the tombs of their worthless administrators attempted to rival those of the pharaohs in luxury and social impact.  What we see play out is the desire many have for self-worth propped up by the power of government disguised as a social benefit for the sheer desire of self-fulfillment. 

President Trump got where he was by being better than his competitors, resulting from a capitalist system of social enchantment.  Kamala Harris is the product of communist sentiment; she started life as a sex toy side girl who was put into a prosecutor’s office because of how she appeased power.  That is the result of her entire life, which dramatically unraveled on the stage against President Trump.  People thought it was a good debate because she could talk, compared to Joe Biden, who was whisked away to make way for Kamala to sit at the top of the ticket, as Trump said, “like a dog.”  The problem for many is that Trump existed at all as a representative of competence and performance because the Marxists who have been trying to undermine American culture for many decades could not live up to the high example of Trump, so their conglomeration of sentiment manifested by Kamala Harris attempted to throw out all the usual stop sticks that have repealed the human race from success for thousands of years, and Trump wasn’t having any of it.  That made people frustrated with Trump because he was supposed to be more dignified about that disguise, more like Grant was, or the countless pharaohs of Egyptian society, and give the allusion that what the world needed were more bureaucrats acting as village chiefs and ruling through administrative nonsense to give the illusion of leadership. 

And to that point, every single economist and government commentator has gotten the situation wrong, which I ran into firsthand when I was young.  In my 20s, I was invited to many powerful shindigs, with the kind of people that made Kamala Harris the person she became.  They were always radical Democrats, and there was no confusing me with anything but a hard-line conservative.  But, since the beginning, people have tried to use me because of my mouth and see if they might ride my coattails to some successful enterprise based on my gift of gab.  So, I was exposed to many people who ran and taught things, especially college professors and economists.  I’d talk to them at these events about their views of the world as they would explain to me that the future of the American economy would be service-oriented and that all the manufacturing jobs would be overseas where labor was cheaper and workers there were more willing to do it.  I would say to them, “That’s not going to work very well,” they would then laugh and assume that I had a lot to learn.  Well, they all turned out to be wrong, and they were not very smart to begin with, even though they were teaching society through colleges all the same points of view, which all turned out to be wrong.  And all these years later, we see just how bad they were.  And it was their kind of people who were trying to push Kamala Harris under the door, hoping nobody would notice how stupid they were all along.  Trump and his successes make them look foolish because he knows better and doesn’t feel even a bit of desire to politely bend the knee to them to make them feel part of the process.  And that is the essential case Kamala made on their behalf. 

But even deeper than that, from the point of view of my grand jury service in 2024, where through many criminal cases, I could see the totality of this stupidity up close, with my unique perspective of the world and its history.  The primary cause of most crime and the defeat of major cities are the failed policies of these destructive Democrats and their Marxist ideas that never valued work and honor but excuses and victimization sentiment.  To protect themselves from analysis, they have just sought to build a government to hide the folly of their failed enterprises.  And people are tired of the mess they have left behind.  Trump represents achievement and quality without bending the knee to an administrative class of worthless bureaucrats.  Harris provides a mask to all the world’s problems in a desire to perpetuate the scam just a year or two longer for their benefit.  Ultimately, they can’t run and hide forever.  They have been trying for thousands of years.  However, under the premise of a free society in America where power was decentralized and put to good use through capitalism, the surviving characteristic of the human race is emerging in ways that were never actually expressed before.  And, of course, the world is angry about it; they hate President Trump.  But Trump is the unyielding character we all want to see opening up opportunities for everyone else.  This exposes people like Kamala Harris, all the political pundits of the world, and the majority of economists of the United Nations as phonies.  And all the people who taught them all the wrong things along the way.  I saw it firsthand years ago, but at the time, I would tell them, “If you say so.”  Maybe they did know something I didn’t.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt.  But as it turned out, they didn’t.  They were just stupid and sought to hide that stupidity through government expansion and an aristocratic approach to the power achieved through mass collectivism.  The world they have made with those approaches is a failure based on their sheer stupidity, and people are tired of putting up with it.  Perhaps, for the first time in history.

Illegal Aliens Eating Dogs and Cats in Springfield, Ohio: What can be done about this government sponsored attack on private people and their property

I was just in Springfield, Ohio, last weekend, and yes, they have a significant illegal immigrant problem.  And as to what’s happening to all the pets, there are a lot fewer of them than their used to be.  Well, of course, there is no evidence of these illegal immigrants eating the dogs and cats of the people living there because they ate the evidence.  It’s never going to come out well when a community of roughly 60,000 people suddenly has in it 20,000 immigrants dropped off by the government into that small community just north of Dayton, Ohio, and just west of Columbus along I-70.  As I have been pointing out for a long time now, this illegal immigration thing is just the latest effort at war, at dropping off antagonizers into our neighborhoods to assault our way of life and destroy the concept of private property by those who have absolutely no idea as to what that means.  The concentration of so many kinds of one kind of illegal immigrants is purposeful and hostile.  And, of course, they show up without jobs or shelter and have been residing in people’s yards because there is no place else to go, or food to eat.  So they do as they do in the wild, where they came from, which has depressed economies; they eat whatever animal they find walking around.  In the case of Springfield, Ohio, the dogs and cats of the residents suddenly find themselves under attack in one of America’s many scenic and private small towns.  It was a planned assault on people who live between the cities as a means to saturate the voting base with what Democrats hope are voters and more dependents on government, which would give them the ability to expand government in continued, dangerous ways.  This has been the plan of Democrats and their border assailants for many years, and it has provided us with more than 20 million such people suddenly roaming around our country in the same kind of hostile enterprise as the Haitians of Springfield to overwhelm and overthrow our way of life. 

Here’s what everyone needs to understand about this process, especially after what we have seen in Aurora, Colorado, with gangs of illegal immigrants who went door to door with guns and took over an apartment complex.  This is not compassion, letting all these people in to give them an opportunity for a better life.  This is a military attack by nontraditional ground troops intent to destroy our civilization from the inside out.  And they have a lot of bad intentions in mind, much worse than just eating our pets.  This is a Marxist plot to attack the primary concept of private property, which is against all kinds of laws and is unconstitutional at every juncture.  What’s happening to Springfield is intended to spread to every community in America.  With many billions of such impoverished people around the world intending to be let in illegally just as these Haitian immigrants have been, that is the clear strategy of the world against us, to defeat us in a military fashion disguised as good intentions.  There was no other reason for the Haitians to be in Springfield, Ohio, but a military overthrow of the community to pave the way for more diabolical follow-ups, where these criminal gangs of un-American illegal immigrants plan to do much more than eat our pets for their basic sustenance.  They don’t have jobs or shelter, so what else will they do but turn to crime to survive?  Well, that’s the point for them to be there, to incite crime for military overthrow.  And nothing else. 

And I say this just coming off a summer of service as the foreman of a grand jury, so legally, this is all within the context of our modern reality.  Much of the crime we are dealing with in the world these days is, in some way or another, inspired by this same tactical overthrow of America and the mask of illegal immigration to cover it up.  And the perpetrators have no respect for our rules and laws and laugh at us over any constitutional challenges, which are pretty overt after serving on a grand jury of any kind.  The point of all the trouble is grotesquely apparent.  But I can say that most prosecutors in most places around the country have no stomach to prosecute any direct violence involving illegal immigration for the simple reason that they don’t know what to do with an undocumented worker or migrant, either for them or against them.  When these gangs of drug smuggling thugs go door to door as they have in Aurora, harassing people at gunpoint, well, I would say that is the ultimate test of our constitutional life, and they have brought to themselves the next step giving people no choice but to defend their life, liberty, happiness, and pursuit of private property.  Because here’s the little secret regarding the rule of law: there is no way to prosecute an illegal immigrant who technically doesn’t exist.  So when you get that knock at the door, and you turn on the porch light and see a bunch of youthful illegal immigrants carrying firearms, they are functioning outside of the rule of law and cannot be protected by the same.  That is why we have over 300 million guns in this country, for just this kind of massive failure by the government to protect the people it is supposed to serve.  There is no place in the jails for all these people, and there are not enough lawyers to carry the cases in defense of illegal immigrants.  So when they act criminally, they are, quite literally, on their own.

During Reconstruction in America after the Civil War, those who supported incorporating enslaved people into free society were routinely hunted down and killed by angry Democrats who continued to support the Southern cause.  Grant, as head of the military during the Johnson administration and then as President of the United States himself, had to continue to fight the Civil War for many years after Reconstruction began, and there wasn’t enough government to cover all the massive killings of Republicans that were happening all over the south.  Any Republican who supported Reconstruction was targeted and often killed by hostile bands of domestic terrorists who would later become the KKK.  It was a Democrat strategy to hide their role in slavery by eliminating any critics of it.  And they attempted to overwhelm the system with unchecked violence that the government couldn’t prosecute or control.  The illegal immigration crisis is the same kind of strategy, but the lessons for our part can be said to go in reverse.  If you find yourself on the wrong side of violence or that some illegal migrant dropped off in your community by the Biden administration is trying to eat your cat, what you do to protect your private property is at your discretion.  Illegal immigrants do not have rights or can even be processed by our courts in America.  So, they are operating at significant risk to themselves as they have little to no judicial recourse.  There are a few firms of attorneys willing to take on illegal immigration cases who are victims of violence.  But not many, not enough to cover the kind of violence they are proposing and the kind of actions it takes to meet it.  Suppose those hostile, illegal aliens are on your porch in a threatening way. In that case, you are covered under the ultimate rules of law in the Constitution to protect your property in any way possible.  And in Ohio, where Springfield is, the Ohio Constitution even states that if the government doesn’t do its job, we have a right to get rid of it and find one that does serve us.  This is what elections are all about, but in this climate where we can’t trust the government to certify its elections, then that process is part of the system that has allowed illegal immigration to be such a menace to us all.  And has been part of the problem.  But being prosecuted for managing purposeful, illegal behavior can’t happen, and it won’t.  Because any rights do not protect all those undocumented people, they are vulnerable to those they are attacking and under no pretense to put up with such bad behavior in a court of law of any kind or the eyes of God himself.  The people of America must protect their private property and lives in any way possible.  And dogs and cats are private property.

Trump’s ‘Save America’: Quite simply, one of the most important books ever produced in the history of the world

To say Trump’s new book ‘Save America’ is one of the best books ever produced might seem unfair, but I can’t think of another time in the world when such a thing was ever made, which will be so significant in memory.  It’s not that the book is scholarly in what it says, but what it shows that matters.  The books the Trump family calls “coffee table books” have been riveting.  This latest one, Save America, is the third in a series that photographically chronicles the Trump presidency and is very optimistic in its approach, which reflects Trump’s outlook on life shaped by The Power of Positive Thinking.  Winning the Presidency was one of the most important and fulfilling things that President Trump has ever done, and he shows in these books what the office means to him.  I wanted to get my hands on Save America, which came out on September 3rd from Winning Teams Publishing, which Don Jr. is behind, and like all the books they produce, this one has just a few extra steps in quality that you expect from anything coming from the Trump Organization.  So it’s a bit more than just a book, it’s a statement about an optimistic vision for its contents.  Trump golf courses are not just golf courses but experiences beyond the game.  In everything he does, Trump always puts a bit of class into his work, and that is certainly what he did with the Presidency of the United States of America.  Trump wasn’t just president; he made the role of the Executive Branch an experience and took it into what Americans expect from the office while it’s now quite clear that the world has been cheerleading its demise.  So, a photographic journey of that experience says a lot more than words can.

What is stunning about this book is the context.  It was obviously in production to be a final statement of what Trump was offering to the public before the November election.  But during that production, a lot happened in the world that would be talked about for thousands of years in the future.  And when you consider that Google has been trying to erase the image of President Trump being shot in an assassination attempt from the internet, publishing this book with it displayed vividly on the cover was going to ensure that such a thing would never be possible.  Because of its quality and what it shows, this book Save America will have incredible relevance thousands of years from now as historians try to grasp what happened in the world around 2024.  Many things are going to happen because of this year, and many bad characters have been rooted out into the open.  The scope of all of this is captured wonderfully in Trump’s new book.  He is showing himself with most of the world leaders who are essential at this moment, which puts the presidency on a massive scale and shows it far superior to the United Nations.  In contrast, many of the Marxist schemes of the world seem small in comparison.   Trump has done something remarkable with this book, defining the American presidency as the leader of the world, and key to the future.  What might have started as a political contribution to the election season has become a statement against tyranny in response to the most ostentatious display of overt authoritarianism ever witnessed on a mass scale. 

The book opens ironically with the famous mug shot of Trump being arrested in Georgia over questioning what we now know is the most outstanding example of election fraud ever attempted.  And the authority figures of our time have used lawfare to prosecute a former sitting president and to throw him in jail for essentially capturing an office they thought they controlled.  And their anger at him was for interrupting their destruction of the American idea.   And for that, by arresting him, they were imposing upon all of us what they intended to do as authority figures on the heels of the COVID-19 virus, which we also know was created in a lab in China for the purposeful destruction of the human race as we know it.  That mug shot picture means so much, and Trump has put his arm around it and made it part of him in a positive way, which is something perhaps only he could have done.  Then, the book ends quite literally with the assassination attempt of his life after being shot in the head and with blood running down his face, which took place literally just a few weeks ago.  Historically speaking, it is a stunning chronology of world events captured in one book, which is why it will have a lasting impact well into the future.  It would be fantastic if historical figures who have endured a lot in their lives captured that power so visually.  But that’s what we have here where essentially the world, even Democrats like Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy, have united behind Trump to propel his vision for what Making America Great Again means and what it means to the world.  Between those two events, Trump shows his optimistic vision and interaction daily through his presidency, the post-presidency, and then up to the campaign and election in November through the Republican Convention, making J.D. Vance his Vice President. 

I quite literally read hundreds of books per year.  I finish a new one about every two or three days.  So, I have quite a collection over the years and have seen a lot of production going into how books should be put together, from the binding to the quality of the paper.  If I could be said to have a particular love, which is a running joke in my family, it is for the smell of freshly printed pages and the quality of a binding.  Of all the books in the world, I especially like those produced by the English publishers Thames and Hudson, who do a lot of books for Stone Henge, the English Heritage site, and The British Museum.  They are heavy, meaty books that are designed to last for many hundreds of years.  Those are the types of books that Winning Teams Publishing produces and of the quality of Save America.  The little bits intend to last and make a bold proclamation to do so.  The joke in my family is that my grandchildren laugh when I say that I love the smell of books so much that I want Grandma to have a perfume that smells like a book.  And the joke is that I’m not kidding.  And that’s what is great about Trump’s book, Save America.  It has the substance of everything such a book would want to be.  But, it also has that quality that proclaims its importance in a personal library for many centuries to come and is a statement to the tides of tyranny that have loomed in the background since the beginning of time.  Only now, in this age of 2024, with the promise of a second Trump term in the American Executive Office, is there a chance that such optimism overcoming so much devastating tragedy would ever have an opportunity to grow.  Yet it is captured as such in this new book, and I can’t recommend it enough to anybody thinking about it.

The Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Vanessa Wells and Against Lakota Schools: Lawyers run these public enterprises and that has to end

I think the courts are a poor substitute for dueling.  We’ve tried to bring a civil discourse to conflict management, but it hasn’t worked, and that is undoubtedly the lesson at Lakota.  We tried to help that public school in Butler County, Ohio.  But they are infested with dangerous progressive policies and expensive legal advice, which they have been wasting money on for years.  And they got caught in a lot of mess over the last few years, which I think only goes in one direction.  Once President Trump is back in the White House, there will be significant reforms to how schools are funded and managed, starting with the Department of Education, and lots of things will change in the public school system and the lawyers who run them.  And to that point, a small window of that kind of change was seen when the Vanessa Wells case against Lakota schools was heard by the Supreme Court of Ohio and found that Lakota had been deceptive in their attempts to conceal information from the public and they awarded Vanessa her information request and legal fees reimbursed.  It’s a story many of us thought from the beginning Vanessa Wells would win.  She’s brilliant on legal matters and is more intelligent about attorney issues than most practicing lawyers.  So they weren’t prepared for her and a small army of diligent moms, one of which did get elected to the school board, which caused them all kinds of problems.  Because they weren’t prepared for opinions, they couldn’t control those opinions through their standard practice of restricted public disclosure.  The Supreme Court of Ohio found that Lakota had acted unlawfully in its desire to conceal public disclosure regarding the actions of their superintendent at the time, Matt Miller, who eventually resigned over his actions once his bizarre threats of lawsuits did not gain traction.

When it was learned through a police report the kind of life that the superintendent was living, many parents didn’t want to pay his salary.  This issue won’t go away; there will be a lot more of this in the future, especially now that the Supreme Court has ruled the way it has in this Wells case.  I happen to know Vanessa very well.  Interestingly, many of my personal friends are involved in Supreme Court cases, but this one was big, and the case law that spawns off it indicates the future of education.  Essentially, public entities do not get to conceal information important to managing their taxpayer-funded endeavors.  Lakota schools got caught trying to hide the bad behavior of its employees from the public, which was revealed clearly in the email correspondence that the superintendent’s lawyer tried to enforce on a community they didn’t respect.  There was a lot of talk at the time that Matt Miller was going to sue the Lakota school system as he was still employed as the superintendent over harassment by the school board led by Darbi Boddy.  To make a long story short, the school board is the management body represented by the community and is supposed to have control of all these radical lefty employees in these public schools.  But what was revealed through this process, and because Darbi Boddy pushed the issue in less than polite ways, was the level of manipulation that truly goes on in the background by lawyers who run the schools.  The school boards are only there, in all public school districts, to give the illusion of public disclosure, the issue of civilian oversight that I have been talking about recently a lot.  Because it is at the heart of the problem in just about everything we discuss regarding government.  Over the summer, I have been a foreman on a grand jury, and that is the same kind of case there.  All the lawyers involved play a game of respecting civilian oversight while they work in the background to completely rule as unelected bureaucrats at every level, with what they think are complicated legalisms that only they understand. 

Working with Vanessa and Darbi, along with many other people, many of them excellent legal minds, we learned a lot about where the actual costs at Lakota schools go and how they seek to protect a kind of Never Trumper political agenda with ruthless zeal. Significantly, what was done to Darbi Boddy to get her off the school board and defend themselves from what is an inevitable future of public disclosure.  But part of that process was this little game that was exploited by the letter Lakota tried to conceal from the public where the lawyers are showing they are really in charge of the school, and their defense of avoiding public scrutiny was to threaten to sue all of us involved, and ultimately the school itself by the sitting superintendent who mistakenly felt that he had a right to privacy as a public employee that he did not have.  Vanessa and I received a similar lawsuit letter, which played out over this period, as did several others who were involved in having an opinion about the lifestyle choices of the superintendent that we found objectionable and even dangerous to children.  Vanessa, Darbi, and many others have spent a lot of money on legal bills to defend themselves from this public school’s poor management practices.  I laughed off the threat as ridiculously stupid and handled my legal matters on my own.  I approach those kinds of things to treat it like I do when I fix my cars.  I wouldn’t say I like professional opinions; I want to do it myself when something breaks because nobody, in my opinion, can do it as well as I can.  I work with many lawyers; if I need to, I’ll use them as a bandwidth issue.  But this case was clear to me at the start, and the purposeful attack by the legal people involved in Lakota were obvious constitutional violations, and I knew any court challenge would fall apart at the first stages of review. 

We’ve also seen this same strategy play out in national politics. It is undoubtedly a progressive trend that has been floating around legal firms for decades, and it came unraveled at Lakota schools in ways that only confirmed my worst suspicions.  When the threat came to us, Vanessa and I talked about it while I was on vacation with my family in a really nice place as we bought everyone ice cream on a scenic waterfront.  I became furious because such a silly matter was disrupting my time with my family, so I made a point to ensure everyone was paid back for that incursion in my life.  But what was so audacious about the threats was their designs to keep the public out of their business, so bad things could happen without any civilian oversight.  And the Supreme Court saw it the way I knew it would that day, buying ice cream for my family.  But to the level that these lawyers have even hoodwinked the school board members, that was shocking, and I learned about all of them far more than I wanted to know in this process.  And that system won’t be allowed to continue, I can say that.  However, there is a process, and the Trump election is the next point of interest.  Electing more school board members only to have the legal people attack them and toss them off so they can avoid civilian oversight isn’t going to be tolerated.  And that is what this Supreme Court case of Ohio essentially means.  And the angry moms out there know it.
