A Window without Glass: Jean Schmidt and lobbying on K-Street

WARNING–WARNING…………..I need a few hours of your time.  Be sure to read this through, then watch every video completely.  I know it’s a lot………..but it’s for your own good. 

The House Ethics Committee in Congress is a scrub organization designed to white wash the sins committed by members of congress for the goal of keeping corruption flowing in full force. The corruption comes from lobbyists on K-Street which everyone in Washington know about, and seek to protect their access to the tree of fraud that has been made out of our body of government in all three branches. When we speak of members of political influence we often term things in the political right and left categories. But to me, many politicians even on the perceived political right are way far to the left of me, and such people are those like Jean Schmidt, who is a Republican, but is reported to be one of the 14 most corrupt members of congress there is, which is quite a statement. When I hear the list of wrongdoing Finney named off involving Congresswoman Schmidt I can’t help but think about how broken the entire system is, because Schmidt is labeled a political conservative, she frequently attends Tea Party events, and puts on a pleasant face in public appearances most of the time, yet she is wrapped up in lobby scandals. She reminds me often of the school teacher, or superintendent who begs for more tax money, and has a face that you want to trust. Most of the time when we think of corruption we have an idea of a man with a mustache and a comb over sporting a pot belly hiding in an airport bathroom with his pants down around his ankles looking for some sexual solicitation with another man while publicly pretending to support family first initiatives. And while much of the time our instincts are correct about these types, all too often, the looter, the deceiver of your hard-earned money and seeker of your trust looks like the everyday person.

Some of the worst looters that there ever where are those who can deceive while pretending friendship, yet at the same time working toward the intentions of scandal. And our government is filled with these people like Jean Schmidt and worse who we pay good money to do our business, but they sell out too quickly for large amounts of money to be made as a political insider.

There is no question that the power-brokers, the politicians on the right and the left who are both way to the left of me will say that Rich Hoffman is a radical right-winger. “He’s crazy,” they might say. And the minions who eat from the power-brokers hands in the media are worse, they are so broken as a society of people they aren’t even worth the breath that comes from their bodies. I consider the exhaust spewing from a car in 15 degree weather to have more value than the apologist who utters socialism from their mouths about the middle class. I am tired of those who proclaim that racism is alive and well at the expense of freedom and that girls should be in the Boy Scouts and boys should be in the Girls Scouts. I am tired of the feminist who declares that she doesn’t need a man and can raise a family without one. And the two men who think they can raise a well-balanced child without a mother. I’m tired of open borders which is designed to cheapen the value of American Citizenship. I’m tired of hearing about slavery when slavery is going on right now at K-Street. I’m tired of everyone letting a dictator rise to power because he’s black while the blacks I supported for office are attacked and smashed to oblivion because they are too politically to the right. I’m tired of gun grabbing looters who wish to disarm us so they don’t have to worry about being shot while they try to steal from us. I’m tired of a public education system that started with the intention of spreading socialism conceived from the mind of Horace Mann with the best of intentions, but proving a dismal failure, and then building our entire society on the foundations of the broken blocks without question.

I’m tired of the practice of giving political criminals called politicians justification with a silent endorsement. And for congresswomen like Jean Schmidt it does not matter if she is a Republican, or that she attends Tea Party events. I am tired of public servants making a living off public office and using it as a platform to gain wealth!

I do not care what a thief thinks of me. I do not care what the con man, the sexual pervert, the manipulator, the schemer, and the political pundits of political correctness who wrote the book with all the rules, think. I don’t like rules and I’m not following them. I don’t like the direction these low-life types are taking our society and I’m certainly not going to follow.

Jean Schmidt is not to be worshipped as honorable, and neither is John Boehnor. If I saw John at the local Ace Hardware store I doubt I’d even say hi. And Barack Obama, I don’t even think I’d look twice at the guy. The only place I’d like to meet Barack Obama is on a basketball court one on one, full court so I could stomp his skinny ass to pulp with a score of 70 to 2.

I do not care or understand these things because I chose not to. I am happy with my thoughts which are elevated beyond the reach of these simpletons. I like my books and watching the trees blow in the setting sun through my front window as I read. I like the unique foods my wife makes and the way it smells coming out of the kitchen. And I like it when my family is all in the same place at the same time. But I like most to be left alone by the congested minds of the looters and their tangled thoughts. I like to be free of their comings and goings, of their lack of courage toward their weak perversions. I like to be free of the power climbers and their quests of self-importance, for something meaningful to be placed on their tomb stones. I like to be free of those who are preparing for death with each step they take in life, because they get in the way of me trying to live my life with each step.

I like to be free of the fear mongering, because I’m not afraid of anything, so all their chatter is only noise to my ears. They use their chatter to confuse the weak and make livings for themselves by looting the fearful, the fat assed panic driven mother, the man who is still addicted to his mother, the man who never overcame the power of his father with strength of his own. Those types are the tyrants of this earth and they prop up criminals in congress to be their princesses and princes because they seek those who are just as pathetic as they are for office. Even those nobles of thievery seek their king. Jean Schmidt with all her talk about Barack Obama was seen getting the autograph of the President at a joint session of Congress which says everything anyone needs to know about Mrs. Schmidt.

We can be angry at Obama but he’s just one of the looters. It is people like Jean Schmidt who function without any ethics, but simply speak whatever sounds good to the camera, and believes nothing, that give Obama his power. Why should Obama fear the people’s Congress when people like Jean Schmidt is one of its guardians? The biggest failure of public education is that it has produced such low quality people. It has made people who cannot figure out who to vote for because they are so stupid they don’t know right from wrong. They are stupid not because of their brains, but their education made them passive and foolish who worship some godly figure at the front of a class room. This has left their minds susceptible to the looters of politics like Barack Obama and Jean Schmidt who write laws for the rest of society they believe they are exempt of. And this is why a House Ethics Committee in Congress that covers up crimes of congress and hires PR directors to control how the public perceives the looting that goes on right in front of their faces exists, to put on a good face to the public while actually assisting corrupt congressional members to commit crimes at the tax payer expense.

Yeah, if I’m too far to the right for all those punks, goons, freaks and losers on the left, then fine. I can live with that and not lose one minute of sleep. And the more that these looters attempt to intrude on my life with their desire to rob me and my friends and neighbors, the more you’re just going to piss me off, because I cannot become so stupid to endorse their tactics with my complacency. If I dumped out of my mind every conceivable thought it has in it, I would still feel like a genius next to those buffoons in government and their insect like behavior that is driven off only primal instincts and blank initiatives.

If you doubt any of what I have said here, go back and listen to that recording between Doc and Chris again, and determine the extent of the accusations against Jean Schmidt and the system she represents. And decide how much merit the words printed on the paper these fools create in new laws and regulation really has in the scheme of things.

Not very much. Go ahead Congress, Senate and the President; pass your NDAA, the EEA and the appointment of more government positions so these lax minded buffoons can pretend they can create things. Their schemes are as flimsy as their morality, and as shown, is about as thin as a window without any glass. There’s nothing there but words on a page, which means nothing.

Oh, what is that dear reader–you want more?  Well, before we part, let me tell you just a bit more to this story. Here’s a quick look into the three former Fannie Mae executives who created quite a lot of trouble on Wall Street.


Franklin Raines was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae.

 

Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae’s accounting activities. Raines left with a “golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear.

 

Tim Howard- was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard “was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a “stable pattern of earnings” at Fannie. Investigations by federal regulators and the company’s board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard’s Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!

Jim Johnson- A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. Investigators found that Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson’s 1998 compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million.” Johnson is currently under investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie Mae.
Johnson’s Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.

They are all crooks and thieves who don’t even deserve the spit in your mouth or what you place in the toilet when you relieve yourself.  Keep this in mind when you go to vote, and remember, it is because most people reading this did not vote that allowed these looters to become elected in the first place.  So educate yourself and vote intelligently.  And don’t fall for the manipulations and smiles of those you think are your friends.  Judge politicians on what they do, not what they say.

Ben Dibble and President Obama: Using the Delphi Technique to destroy ATLAS

What does the President of the United States have in common with the president of your local school board? Well, both positions along with politicians at all levels in between use the Delphi Technique to create public consensus. The Delphi Technique is the creation of Saul Alinsky and is commonly used by community organizers derived from the written work by that known radical. This is why Obama is so good at it. President Obama as a lawyer has learned the very dangerous game of using The Delphi Technique to create a consensus in public opinion as he tests the waters in violating the Constitution bypassing congress to pass new laws. In the following clip you can see that prior to his executive orders as he tested the waters to build consensus among his political base prior to taking the unconstitutional actions against congress. What he’s doing is using the Delphi Technique to build support in mass by using the falsehood of a mythical democracy to use mass to defeat the Constitutional Republic that is the United States.

In my home school district of Lakota, which has seen three levy failures from a school system of over $160 million dollars a year in budget costs and going upward, my community has said no to more taxes to cover the out-of-control spending going on at the school. In fact it was this very morning that I gave an interview to the Cincinnati Enquirer about this very issue since the school has put in place a new president who is using The Delphi Technique to build support for yet another levy attempt in 2012. The portion of my interview which I gave said this in response: “ But Rich Hoffman, leader of the opposition group that opposed all three Lakota levies, dismissed the board’s latest move.


“This is just another spin for trying to manipulate the public. If Lakota wants to be sensitive to the public’s needs, they need to present to their teachers’ union a proposal to reduce their labor costs by 5% instead of asking the tax payers to pay even more,” Hoffman said.”

This new school board put Julie Shaffer as second in command who worked on the previous levy attempts. So there isn’t any attempt by this body of government to cut their costs. They are going into 2012 with full intention to ignore the votes of the previous levy attempts and go for a forth attempt to pass higher taxes and they are using the Delphi Technique to do it. Below is the press release and speech given by the new School Board President Ben Dibble. Study the content carefully. It’s the Delphi Technique.

LAKOTA SCHOOL BOARD PRESIDENT BEN DIBBLE / REMARKS DURING JAN. 9, 2012, SCHOOL BOARD MEETING:

This is my first regular meeting as Board President. I’d like to thank my fellow board members for having confidence in me — for electing me president. I will do my best to make you proud that you elected me.

I’d like to take a few moments to reflect on where the School District stands, where it’s headed, and most of all, the School Board’s role in all of this.

First, we all know that the education our students get and the achievements they’ve made are spectacular. Academically, our students are literally second to none. We have test scores to prove that. In 2011, we were the top district among 600 in Ohio in student achievement. So to our teachers and administrators, and most of all to our students, great job. I am proud of you, and I know the rest of the Board is proud as well.

But we all know Lakota faces great challenges. And some of them may be self-inflicted. We do not have sufficient support from our community. Three consecutive times, our tax levies have failed. We have theories about why thousands of people have voted against our levies. We’re taking steps to find out for sure what’s wrong, including a survey that will go out in the next week or so. And we’re planning many other opportunities in the next few months to listen to the community and gain feedback.

But before I go further, let’s acknowledge that the School Board could be part of the reason for our levy failures. During the last couple years, the School Board has projected an image of divisiveness – that we weren’t always working toward the goal of providing the best possible education at the lowest cost. Starting tonight, that needs to change. The School Board has an opportunity for a new beginning – a fresh start. And I ask my fellow Board members to leave behind the ways we’ve done things in the past and take a new approach. Doing things the same old way will lead us down the same path that has resulted in three levy failures. Our credibility and communication with the community needs to improve.

As president, I will lead this board with these four things in mind:

1) To be open with the community. That means making sure appropriate School Board discussions are held in public — that School Board actions are clearly explained — and making sure the administration is open with the community as well.

2) To seek feedback from a cross section of the community, not just the folks we think will agree with us.

3) To take actions always with the best interests of our students in mind, not our personal interests.

4) To treat fellow board members with respect, even when we disagree.


The School Board is a legislative body. That means disagreements are inevitable. The community needs to recognize that disagreement is part of the process. Each board member needs to identify when it’s important to stand his or her ground on a key issue and when it’s important to compromise.

We have a new board member – and a new vice president – Julie Shaffer. And I’d like to put her on the spot for a moment – to put a special burden on her shoulders. I encourage her to help change the way this board is perceived. This board cannot continue to do things the way it has done them and expect the community to support us. Please help us change, Julie. You have the benefit of having fresh viewpoints. Please know that I welcome your input.

Julie is not the only new leader in Lakota. Many of our top administrators are new as well, including Superintendent Karen Mantia, Treasurer Jenni Logan and human resources director Diane Brunsman. I am impressed with their work. They are trying to steer things in a new direction. The School Board needs to support them. So I’d like to put a special burden on Dr. Mantia and her entire Executive Team as well: When the School Board doesn’t live up to the standards you expect, let us know. We need you to speak openly. You have experience in public education that we don’t have.

And I put a special burden on the community. I ask the community to wipe away any perceptions about the School Board and administration that might be outdated. With new board leadership and new administration, things are changing. Give us a chance.

Even the way we’re dealing with the required $9 million in cuts is refreshing. Yes, Dr. Mantia and her Executive Team are working to identity where the cuts will be made. The results will be painful. But the administration will not just be recommending across the board cuts to the School Board, then announcing that their work is finished. The administration is working to consolidate, streamline and modernize our educational system — to give the community hope that things can get better — to modernize the curriculum to better meet the needs of our students, preparing them for their lives and careers beyond Lakota.

In a way, this is a honeymoon period for the School Board and Administration. Together, the School Board and Administration are learning and becoming strong, effective partners. I have faith that the community will realize that this new leadership partnership deserves its trust and support.
With those thoughts in mind, let’s move on to our agenda items.

So you might be asking how did Ben Dibble the little ol’ school board president of Lakota learn the same techniques as those used by President Obama? Every year in November the OSBA (OHIO SCHOOL BOARD ASSOCIATION) has a convention in Columbus where they teach school board members how to employee techniques in passing school levies in communities, it’s called LEVY UNIVERSITY. Ben and all the rest of the Lakota School Board members are invited to attend the event and it is there that they learn the Delphi Technique. They may not call it that by name now, I believe they call it “consensus building” or some variation of the term, but the technique is the same no matter what name you call it.

It is the Delphi Technique that allows President Obama to circumvent the U.S. Constitution and it is the Delphi Technique that allows school boards to pretend a public did not vote against their agenda. The key is always in how these parties treat a vote. When a vote is taken and the results are ignored you can know that the aggressor is looking to the Delphi Technique to whittle away at public perception so the aggressor can sell to the public the goal of that aggressor to vote their way. It’s called consensus building and it’s used at all levels of government including your school board. And as long as you the voter allow it to continue by allowing yourself to be manipulated by the Delphi Technique it will continue to be used as a strategy to ruin our republic.

Philosophy, Politics, and Religion: The U.S. Government thinks you are a fool

The two things that we are told not to speak of are politics and religion. Yet it is those two topics that affect virtually every endeavor of human thought. If you want to know who the villains are in our society look at those who tell us not to speak of these things, and you will see your enemy. Those who advocate not speaking of politics and religion are those who are attempting to maintain a monopoly on thought, and seek to be the rulers of your life. For myself, I question everything, and am in love with nothing but the idea of being left to my own devices. So the social mechanisms of the human race are all up for revision. Nothing is sacred if it is not producing the very exceptional at the maximum capacity capable by the human mind.

The current philosophy of America, the one that has been infected with socialism, does not work for the majority of the population. It is an unmitigated failure virtually beyond measure. In fact, the examination of the ineptitude that our current American philosophy is pursuing is so grand that most people just tune it out and leave the matter of adjustment to the very thieves who have perpetuated the candor to the lowest in our society—the politician. To understand just how serious these politicians have infected American society with a philosophy of looting which serves nobody but themselves watch carefully this video which will spell out the situation wonderfully for your inquisitive mind.

At this site there are many radio recordings and videos which show that a majority of the public servants currently serving the United States citizens at Capital Hill have enriched themselves greatly by insider trading. In my opinion these are simple thieves who using a wage provided by the American citizen to do the work of the country have squandered that task away because they function from a looter philosophy that they inherited from this infection of socialism they were raised on in our public schools, and media culture. These con artists ran for office under the premise and promise to uphold the United States Constitution, but once there show the weakness of their inner philosophies, and quickly become common looters of the public treasury. It is because of these types of people of poor quality that communism will never work and the socialism that leads to total communism slowly erodes away the philosophy of every nation with the plague of altruism. Because the human being from even the first moments of life is concerned with its own survival, and an economy that is built upon self-interest will thus be stronger because it was built by people who care for themselves. Those who attempt to pretend that their life has value because of self-sacrifice are fools who lack real life experience as to the motives of mankind.

Beware of the altruistic prophet, the looter of luxury who pretends that they are there to help. They only care to take from you to gain what they lack the ability to make for themselves. A good example of this is Michelle Obama, the current first lady. She is one of those altruistic prophets who says one thing, but does another. A poor quality mind is always easy to spot in such people who believe they are better than they are because the value they apply is derived from what they have managed to loot from public money.

Michelle Obama has more personal staff than any first lady in history. She currently has 22 personal staff to care for her every need and fantasy. The looters of our American philosophy wish to strip away our religion and replace it with one of their own design so that they can control us, so that we are easy to steal from. They strip away our philosophy so that they can replace it with their own altruistic example so that we will give up our money to their cause and not cast our eyes in their direction and discard those politicians as useless. As long as they convince us to think in fashions of sacrifice, we will give our wealth to them so they can spend $447.39 on luxurious foods at a New York hotel for an afternoon snack. The looters do this because they are thieves who have no value for the funds they stole, because stealing it is easy. They provide no service that couldn’t be done by you dear reader. But they have stolen your philosophy from you in public education, so you cannot reason for yourself the folly of your ways. They have stolen from you a religion, so that you look to politicians who will spend $150 on Iranian Osetra Caviar as the provider of both religion and philosophy. They will sell to you their image as the prophets for the prices of the taxes that come out of your hard-earned check.

Looters do not have your interest in mind. They simply wish to give you a job to keep you happy and voting in their direction. They wish to hit that magic number of 50% by using your greed against you for their gain. You see, they do not believe in altruism themselves. Not in the least. They wish you to believe it so that they can control you. So you will take your government job, make twice what is made in the market controlled private sector, and you will trade away your freedom for comfort and a vote for their politicians so they can maintain their power base as prophets when in reality they are simply clowns. Want more proof? Look at these connections of nepotism among the political elite centering on the new green initiative. This is just a fraction of what is really going on.

• The Tonopah Solar Company in Harry Reid’s Nevada is getting a $737 million loan from Obama’s DOE.
• The project will produce a 110 megawatt power system and employ 45 permanent workers.
• That costs U.S. Taxpayers just $16 million per job.
• One of the investment partners in this endeavor is Pacific Corporate Group (PCG).
• The PCG executive director is Ron Pelosi who is the brother to Nancy’s husband.

Yes, they think you’re stupid because they stole from you the ability to think. They did this by pilfering American philosophy which can be found in the work of The Federalist Papers and authors John Locke and Ayn Rand. The real criminals are not these politician looters; it is those who do not take advantage of the book store down the road, the television on the History Channel, C-Span, and Discovery Channels. It is those who forgo talk radio in favor of the sweet melody of social propaganda. (Listen to Lady Ga Ga and gawk at her outrageous outfits. She is selling you a philosophy and you accept it with your ears and the glitter of her fashion. She is designed to control your philosophy by album producers who wish to make a profit. Working philosophies and religions are out there for your use dear reader, and when you allow the looters to not only rob you of your wealth but of your mind too, you have committed a sin against your legacy.

When death finds you, and you lay in your casket and the small gathering of your family and friends show up to say a few nice words on your behalf, without a strong philosophy they will only have to say that you were a good person who did what people told you to do. You held a government job, paid your bills, and voted for altruistic political candidates who brought joy to the world. But your departed soul and a few wise men and women will know the truth, that you perpetuated tyranny by assisting the looters of America into a crime against mankind that made kings of the weak and victims of the strong.

The death I’m speaking of is not you dear reader, for you are only a cell in the greater body that is sick. The body I speak of that resides in the mentioned casket is America. A country that let it’s philosophy be stripped away from it so that it could become sick and die from within. For anyone who studies sickness knows that for a virus to kill a life, it must destroy first the body’s immune system, and for a country, that immune system is its religion and its philosophy. That’s why both must be discussed often, so that the body can fight off the diseases of looters which seek to plague it. And fear not, philosophy does not need to be laborious and out of your reach. I have went to considerable effort to make philosophy obtainable for a public that are current victims of a looter ruling class, so that those villains might find themselves shortly extinct.

The Overmanwarriors: Eating, Fighting, and Philosophizing the keys to a good life

What is a overmanwarrior? That question came up again during the 4 hour meeting that some of the largest supporters behind this website pondered as we met at a Liberty Twp restaurant to discuss topics that cannot be discussed on these pages for multiple reasons. It was a long time and coming, this informal meeting to signify the New Year by a group whose commitment to liberty and the ideas of freedom extend well beyond anything currently seen on the nightly news. There had been talk of everyone who helps make Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom possible meeting face to face to just roll in the essence of what it means to be a part of something like this website, and the roll it has played locally, and statewide in blowing the whistle on indiscretions committed by those we pay our taxes to.

I was able to tell ancient stories about a blood drenched past and more recent stories of physical confrontations and court cases that I can’t write about here for multiple reasons. Meeting in person the primary supporters of this website were able to ask hard questions and ponder the answers for the first time. This meeting was a chance to just talk about the essence of what we were, and what we hoped to be.

There are many reforms taking place that indicate there is something very wrong with the United States. It does not take a genius to see a lightning bolt, so it does not take a genius to see that the government is universally corrupt by its very nature, and that the political system as a whole is beyond repair in its current state. Democrats believe in complete government control of everything, Republicans believe corporations should control everything. This has given rise to the Tea Parties, the 9/12er’s, Constitutional purists, gun groups, multiple tax reform groups, even the Occupy Wall Street groups. They are working hard independently like a cell in an unhealthy body to drive sickness away and a battle is underway. Make no mistake about it. Business as usual for politicians is out of the question. The NDAA Act is not acceptable. Public education under socialist control is not acceptable. Smart Meters to support green initiatives is not acceptable. In fact the whole bending of the entire economy around green energy initiatives is not acceptable, because the climate movement is simply an extension of hippie activists and is as valid as one of their LSD hallucinations. There is anger, and justifiably so toward the mismanagement of our country by our government in climbing into bed with the United Nations, which the United States created and practically supports like a jealous mistress who wants to drive away the wife of our country, The Constitution. So the groups mentioned plan to act in protest, and little by little the power enjoyed by inept politicians will be challenged in the months and years to come. On the national level, it is becoming out of fashion to blindly accept The Delphi Techniques and public relations spin that an American President gives us to justify their power grabs. And locally, the same is true of our local school boards who use this same Delphi Technique to cover up a scam designed to use our children as political pawns for labor union controlled institutions that are designed exclusively to purchase political power.

Much later in the day, well after our meeting, I was with my family at an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) event where the potential newest member of my family was fighting in a cage match. My family sat in a rambunctious crowd in the west side of town as beer cans dotted an entire gymnasium and covered the floor like crushed peanuts at a baseball game. Blood flowed from the faces of many of the fighters in the cage as the ring girls dressed in their swim suits provided entertainment between rounds. I am used to these environments, but not under the somewhat controlled circumstances of an MMA fight. So I wasn’t familiar with the TAP OUT rules, because in real life the person either dies, surrenders, or gets arrested. The kid I was there to see was the stronger of the two in the ring, but he ended up losing not because his punches didn’t land on the face of the other guy, but because he was coached into the wrong strategy, and ended up in a wrestling match with his opponent that ended up causing him to TAP OUT when he found himself in a choke hold. Amid the chaos of blood lust from the cheering crowd he and I talked about it and he knew the move he made that put him in trouble, and such are the things of youth, learning what works and what doesn’t. And it’s far safer to learn under controlled circumstances where TAPPING OUT is an option as opposed to real life where there is no referee to pull one fighter away from another, and TAPPING OUT is not an option, since mercy is not the objective, but complete destruction of your enemy.

The government in many forms is attempting to force American’s to TAP OUT, to surrender under their grip, and the world sits like those drunks smashing beer cans against their heads and cheering for more blood, and more sex for the American Government to win out over the American People, because we are in a fight, make no mistake about it. As I told this young man of mine in the back of that swarming mass, this MMA event is a social reaction to the attempts by government to overregulate everything, to put helmets on every kid on a bicycle, and to take away the war games of children at recess. As government has become more imposing, the sport of combat has become more violent. Defined in the movie FIGHT CLUB, these young men are attempting to beat from their minds the impurities of a society degrading into a police state, and the sport of MMA is a byproduct of that inner desire to purge the soul of those shackles, and prove to oneself they can beat those concerns for safety from their minds. Just getting in that ring is an act of therapy for these young fighters, as they are the first generation of the political globalists and are fighting to overcome that spiritual stagnation. As I watched the other fighters from my vantage point that had their faces smashed in, and blood flowed down their faces amid the carnage, I saw relief there as those young fighters knew they at least had the courage to climb into a ring and do battle.

So what is an Overmanwarrior and who are the people shown in this photograph and what does any of it have to do with MMA fighting? If I had to point to literature and define an Overmanwarrior I’d point at the four literary characters that best describe me personally. My first literary character which is the inspiration for the name OVERMAN is from the book Thus Spoke Zarathustra, and is Zarathustra himself. Fabian socialists and Nazis would take the idea of the The Übermensch and distort it to their own desires to rule over others which is just another frailty of those learned fools who believe they are so pretentious to dictate their immaturity over others. The Ubermensch is (German for “Overman, Overhuman, Above-Human, Superman”; and is a concept in the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche. Nietzsche posited the Übermensch as a goal for humanity to set for itself in his 1883 book Thus Spoke Zarathustra (German: Also Sprach Zarathustra). This overman idea is scary to many deeply religious people who believe it is their obligation to submit in some form or another to a supreme being, but this is what causes them to ultimately find themselves at the mercy of a government who controls their religion. The message is supposed to be about spirit not submission, which is why passivity is easily destroyed by more aggressive, less spiritual attackers.  When Nietzsche pronounced “God is dead,” he was trying to wake Europe up to their mindless ability to be controlled by the same churches that caused the Dark Ages which were wrapped up in the political desires of the ruling elite. What Zarathustra was trying to teach society was freedom from that kind of mind control. He was trying to separate spiritual pursuits from political monopolies. Hitler would use Nietzsche’s sister to distort many of these concepts to justify his climb for power.

 


 

This has led society to pursue ideas opposite anything resembling German philosophy much to our doom. This would be similar to discovering how to screw in a light bulb then falling off the ladder and refusing to screw in light bulbs out of fear of falling off again, and instead resorting to candles for light. Only the fictional character of Superman would come out of the resulting philosophy of Zarathustra which has taken most of a century to water down by the propaganda machine of political mechanics. It would take another 70 plus years for another writer to expand and properly capture the idea of the The Übermensch in her books Anthem, The Fountainhead, and most notably, Atlas Shrugged, and of course that author is Ayn Rand. Ironically my next three favorite literary characters come from that book. First of course is John Galt. Galt is the man who properly identified the failure of the country and what needed to be done to fix it. He is in all essence an OVERMAN. He may be the only character of his kind in literature that I know of. Henry Rearden is the character who had loads of natural talent, but unlike Galt, who was virtually faultless in his life, Rearden found himself the victim of his own success. His ability to produce and infinitely make things allowed a whole country starting with his family to become moochers to his talent. It took a court case where he was being prosecuted to realize that even the law was mooching off his talent, because without his recognizing them as his superiors did they actually have any real power. Without Rearden, the government, the court system, his workers, and even his family were nothing. They were powerless to do anything productive. They were simple victims awaiting “someone” else to come along and do something for them. My personal life is somewhere between Galt and Rearden and I’ve read many literary characters in the books that have filled my life. Before these characters were a part of my life my closest favorite character besides Zarathustra was Titus Andronicus from Shakespeare’s famous play where Titus gets revenge on the queen, his suppressor by cutting up her children and feeding them to her in a pie. My next favorite character from Atlas Shrugged is what my future probably holds if the Tea Party and other groups fail to bring the government under control, it is the reason this group, small as it might appear has gathered together at this restaurant, and that is Ragnar Danneskjöld the pirate.

Ragnar roamed the oceans of the world and terrorized a government who stole from the producers and gave to the needy and took from the government and gave back to the producers. He serves the role in that great novel to be the redeemer which articulates the concept of “sanction of the victim” as defined by Leonard Peikoff as “the willingness of the good to suffer at the hands of the evil, to accept the role of sacrificial victim for the ‘sin’ of creating values,” those values being established by the weak and corrupt at the draining of the creators. It is because of Ragnar that I selected as the official flag of the Overmanwarrior’s web site the “Don’t Tread on Me” pirate flag. It’s not the same as the yellow Gadsden flag made popular by the Tea Party. No, our flag is meant to take the next step behind the Tea Party if need be.

I didn’t arrive at Atlas Shrugged the novel and find it changed my life like many do. I lived my life like those characters in the book on my own and arrived at Atlas Shrugged later and discovered it was the only book that made complete sense out of the many, many hundreds that I’ve read based on my personal experience. That is what this small group had in common and why we were meeting over pizza, the people present were not ready to give up on American society. Many of them have been fighting battles against the foolish pretension of government for decades, and unlike the MMA fighters, they had not learned to TAP OUT, to surrender the ring of combat to the forces of oppression. No, they have decided to put their foot on the throat of government and push until the head pops off, or complete surrender is met. These people, my friends, whom only about a third who support the website were present because they are local, have decided that they are not going to sanction victimhood. They are not willing to suffer at the hands of evil to play their role as the good, and allow parasites in government to pick them to pieces for all eternity. Good is not defined by government compliance to the rules of the looters. Good is simply what it is, and is not relative to the rules of man. Good is a value that lives by the higher authority of the universe, not some feeble-minded politician. The group of Overmanwarriors present at this meeting understand this idea, and are determined to uphold those principles by terms not defined by the looters.

The problems of America and of the world will not be solved by one more politician or lawyer creating one more law. Their rules on paper will not endure salvation upon the human race, because the minds of these people are faulty. The solutions to mankind is not in politics, but in philosophy and until the ideas are firm in the mind and acted out in daily life by an understanding ruled by more than fear, but by the “good” in the human being, there will never be peace, there will always be war, and the corrupt will always rule. The idea of an OVERMAN is to pursue the honest good as it is termed by all the mysteries of spirit even if it must break free of the social shackles of control to do so. An OVERMANWARRIOR is one who does not TAP OUT of the fight, knows of no surrender, does not yield to an inferior mind, and will live a life committed to not sanctioning the evil by allowing it to feed off the GOOD. And the very good people, even though they may be few, who ate pizza on an unusually warm January in the opening week of 2012 and told stories of blood lost, victories won, and conquests yet to be gained are part of creating a philosophy that will have an impact spanning far into the future. Behind it all is the flag that seeks vengeance on those who wish to strip America of its Constitution in an act of war that plays out like tanks on a battlefield, but simply amounts to words on a piece of paper by a government who believes they have a right to feed off the good to sanction their injustice.

NDAA is Why We Have the 2nd Amendment: Cut taxes and save future lives

The NDAA Act passed by the president on New Year’s Eve is one of the most despicable acts done against the American people by their own government that I can think of in the 20th and 21st centuries, and speaks of the wisdom that those Anti-Federalists from the 1780’s foresaw in the tendencies of government. It is because of laws like the National Defense Authorization Act that the founders of The United States insisted on having a Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights added to the American Constitution. Whether it’s part of a massive conspiracy to bring all the nations of the world under United Nations control, or just short-sighted ignorance on the part of naive politicians, government has crossed the line in their inept war on terror.

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW is the kind of man who is not a conspiracy theorists. He is not a man of rhetoric. He is a successful executive in a network of radio stations who has had to defend his companies in court, he associates with very talented lawyers daily, and he has the age and wisdom to have seen many presidential elections and their administrations from the perspective of the media. If he tells you that you should be concerned, you should be. He’s not trying to sell books, or videos. He only hosts a radio program on Saturday mornings because he likes to stay in touch with the craft, so he can make better decisions as an executive. He is about as normal, and sane of a human being that one could care to meet. That is why everyone should listen to him when he says that the NDAA Act is the most tragic, and dangerous piece of legislation on record to come out of the Federal Government. Listen to his broadcast after the president signed the controversial bill so that you can learn all you need to know. If you do nothing else today, you should listen to this entire transmission.

It is for reasons such as the NDAA Act that during the foundation of America we have a Bill of Rights that has a Second Amendment on it, because at some point in time, the people of our country may have to go to war with their own government. That is not a statement of rhetoric that is designed to reflect some radical right-winged position. That statement is a viewpoint of political philosophy observed in over 2000 years of human history, and the reality that power corrupts and must be hauled in when things get out-of-control.

Now to the average person, going to war against the federal government is a nutty idea. It’s something that many people wouldn’t even entertain as an option. After all, we are seeing over 40 years of indoctrination from government schools that say kids can’t even make a fake gun with their hands while playing on the playground at recess. We have witnessed teachers confiscating water pistols and fake guns from kids all in the name of safety as every gun incident was over exaggerated by the political machines in an attempt to grab the guns of the American people and demonize the need for them in civilized society. Gun grabbing laws were implemented by the Brady Bill, the Columbine Shootings and a variety of other high-profile acts of public violence in a media attempt to turn the average American against the gun, so America could be disarmed. The teachers are simply playing their role in advancing a society that is ruled by a political elite, and disarming the American people is part of that plan. When the president signed the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve, he along with every single person who voted in favor of that act took an act of aggression against the people of America. They voted for the NDAA Act on purpose or by accident because they were easily manipulated and not sophisticated enough to see the big picture. They declared war on the people of America, and that dictates action on our part.

It would be my suggestion that in this war the American people defeat their enemy the government peacefully, by cutting the money that fuels their enterprise. Just stop voting for increases in taxes—all taxes. By doing this you will take away the power they are using to control your life. Do this now and you will save lives later. Because I do not believe that the NDAA Act will be a problem for the American people over the next 5 years. It won’t be until the last half of this decade that American’s will be swept up and thrown away to rot due to their political beliefs or perceived threats to the governments existence. So I do not suggest taking your guns to Washington D.C. at this time. But do not approve another police levy, because it will be the police who come to your house to arrest dissidents. And do not send your sons and daughters to the military. The military must be dramatically reduced so they cannot be used against us under the NDAA Act.

Do not pass more tax levies for your school. Support School Choice and force schools to have competition and diminish the labor union influence, because it is through the unions that the advancement of the 45 items from the Naked Communist are being implemented. With competition in public school you will decentralize the way teachers teach and their natural talents can then be left to educate your children in a real education that will actually teach them something.

A good rule of thumb is, if what you spend your tax money on goes to a government agency, which it almost always does, then you need to restrict the taxes you spend to such a degree that you will starve and destroy the government entities that rely on that money to exist. Such an action is far more humane than the next option which involves the Second Amendment. The employees of government will cry, they will whine, they will declare doom and gloom for the American economy. America might even have an unemployment rate of over 30%. But at least those government employees will still have the ability to get a job in the private sector and start their lives over again. If there is a war where the Second Amendment needs to be utilized to restore the power of the Constitution, then living another day to get a job in the private sector may not be an option. So by cutting the size of government and forcing those employees into the private sector, you may just save their lives.

This is not an exaggeration. How long does anyone think it will take for the police to act on their authority of beating a victim for refusing a breathalyzer by declaring that they suspected the victim of being a terror suspect? There were warnings in the mid 90’s of America becoming a police state when police began using cameras at traffic lights and sending people tickets in the mail for being caught on camera running a stop light or speeding on a rural road. Heck, Google Earth can now show a speeder from space, so the police certainly can. The tracking of every single person on earth is now possible with their cell phones. And remember when the Department of Homeland Security was created under a panicky Bush Administration? This NDAA Act is a direct connection to that War on Terror initiative. One year ago the talk about the TSA patting down individuals and violating their Civil Rights was all the discussion. One year later, people have become used to it, and are becoming complacent again and allowing the violation of their bodies to go unchecked.

The government is betting that this NDAA Act will go the same way. The government has predicted that the complacent public will just buckle under the new law and take it because they have everything else in this gradual climb for power that has been going on for half a century. They will continue to take away our Constitutional Rights until we assert ourselves and so far things have happened so fast, that our public educated minds haven’t been able to take them all in as fast as they’ve happened.

Sorry to interfere with your life dear reader, and give you this daunting news. Most American’s aren’t bad by default, but they simply follow the orders of their superiors. What I’m saying is that if those orders involve imposing on the American life a loss of any freedoms at the cost of safety, then it is time to turn the danger back on those who wish to rob us of both at the expense of the one because they are incompetent. As an American I do not want a large central government and I certainly don’t want to fund a large government. So I’m advising you as an American Tax Payer to vote down every single tax and to gradually diminish the size of government by cutting the money that feeds it. Employing this strategy will not only help with the inevitable national debt that is already over 15 trillion dollars, but might actually save the lives of the people who might be tasked under the NDAA Act to confiscate people like me and you in a bloodbath that will naturally follow. Because that’s what will happen if they come to my house. I no longer trust the courts, or any member of the government to do the right thing, so being detained by those people would be a death sentence. It has throughout history, and there’s no reason to believe things would be different in the future. That’s why we have the Second Amendment. It’s not for hunting deer, or turkey. It’s for defending our property, which is one of the highest honors of the American Citizen, and the primary enemy of the communist philosophy.

Men With Small Penises Sign the NDAA Act on New Year’s Eve: The final act of a fool

“The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” he said in Hawaii, where he is spending his vacation. “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

Oh dear reader, you didn’t hear about this while you prepared for your New Years Eve festivities? You didn’t notice it while the various football bowl games played on your television. The quote above is from Barack Obama as he signed the very controversial NDAA Act that was delivered to him in Hawaii where he is on vacation. His statement above is a looters disclaimer for all posterity to witness, that Obama is feigning concern while it was his office that actually asked for the harsher language which now enables the President of the United States to detain American citizens at any time and place and torture them based on his or a future presidents suspicions. Done under the guise of “safety” and under the premise of support for the military, the NDAA Act is a travesty against personal sovereignty and a subtle declaration of war against not countries like Iran, but the American people who pay for all this tyranny with their tax money.

What seems to escape most people traveling about in their daily lives especially on New Year’s Eve is that DUI check points as they are currently used are against the law and have been for quite some time. They were started as a way to appease the mothers of MADD in their quests to bring about tough drunk driving legislation and pay tribute to their loved ones who died in traffic accidents. You can see in this clip that DUI check points have actually become security parameters that are just a few levels below the security check points in corrupt countries like Mexico. If you’ve ever traveled around the interior of Mexico, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

These check points were of course started with the best of intentions, and the officers who man them are just doing their jobs………..but they do not question the merit of their job. If their job is to enforce the law, then what is the value of their job if the people who make the law are crooked, manipulative power-hungry, mentally challenged fools? Because I would argue that the value of many laws created by law makers are as foolish as the men and women who make them, and do little for the betterment of the human race. Who are legislators who fight to stay in office and make more laws every single day just so they can become wealthy off the tax payer revenue, to dictate that they have a right to alter an American life in any way?

And as bad as many of these checkpoint laws are using DUI’s as an excuse to set up a police barricade they are NOTHING compared to what was just signed into law by the President of the United States in the removed paradise of Hawaii. The NDAA will give much more power to these police officers shown above. And for jobs that are perceived too big for the local police, the military can now be used to openly arrest and detain any critic of the government under the definition of terrorism. Because terrorism could be defined by a law maker, and not the American Traditionalist who is holding up their copy of the Constitution and demanding adherence to the laws of that founding document. A terrorist could be anyone who supports the Tea Party, anyone who supports the political party opposite the current president. It could be a filmmaker in Hollywood who makes a controversial film that is critical of the government. It could be an author who writes political thrillers, or it could be someone who simply refuses to play ball as the governments grabs for power. (a message to my Hollywood left friends, see, they used you. I told you they would. You took their money to green light your projects, made their propaganda films, and now you will be potential targets if you don’t play ball. Enjoy your swim in your pool while you still can.)

The NDAA Act is a tyrannical law that is either proving all the conspiracy theorists correct, that a global conspiracy is seeking to completely dismantle America and kill it’s people so that the rest of the world can be equal as a world power by taking away the high bar that America sets for the rest of the world—or the politicians who wrote the law and signed it are foolish, short-sighted, naive, idiots that history will laugh at in context. If you know history, this has been done many times before. The NDAA Act is not a new concept, dictators, tyrants, kings, and many solitary rulers have used the rule of law to climb into power. And in America, what has always made the United States different was the checks and balances of power that exist between the House, the Senate, and the Executive Branch. Now, at the President’s discretion “terrorists” can be identified and eliminated just the tyrant Saddam Hussein did in this clip where he purged his government of dissidents. Notice how these men when called out just stood up nicely and walked away to their deaths. That was the cost of compliance…………….their lives. What you see below was done most recently not only in Iraq, but Cuba, Russia, Germany, Somalia, China, North Korea, virtually everywhere on earth where one ruler has risen to make themselves a living god. Too much power can never be given to one person……………….EVER. Or one government, the United Nations is too unintelligent collectively to spot a tyrant, so as a solitary world government; they will be unsuccessful in eliminating evil from the earth, which they fancy as a possibility. Their fantasy is not based on history, but on academic theory.

It is difficult for most American’s to understand why anyone would want so much power, because American’s are traditionally free of such concerns. But we can all point to a boss somewhere in our lives that was a power hungry son-of-a-bitch and caused us to scratch our heads in wonder about such characters. The Constitution gives us the right to brush off such foes for the most part, so the American mind does not grasp that tyrants have a real lust for power, and they are a very real threat to our lives. But the tyrants are not in some far away land; they are not the Saddam Hussein’s (created by the CIA to combat Iran, or the Osama bin Laden’s also created by the U.S. Government to combat Russia through war with Afghanistan). The tyrants are currently the ignorance of elected officials with poor quality minds who fantasize that they have the ability to protect American citizens from ourselves by eliminating threats to our safety, even if it is the controversial among our population. And the dictator may not be the small-minded community organizer Barack Obama, or the drug addict, alcoholic, born-again-Christian George W. Bush, but might be some comb-over politician squawking in the corner someplace upset that the girl he was with last night wouldn’t suck his small penis, so he seeks to rectify the situation and impress her with a climb for power in the United States, and he might even run for president and become elected like other fools have, Clinton comes to mind (remember the Vince Foster death) or Lyndon Banes Johnston. And when they realize they can use the NDAA Act to overcome their small penis size, they will become just another tyrant on the face of the earth that must be dealt with.

Well Federal Government. Whether you intended to or not, you just declared war on the American people. Your folly cannot be ignored any longer, and it won’t be. With the passage and signing of this NDAA Act each member who has signed it has proven they are not equipped to be a representative in this republic of America, and have squandered away the Constitution as cheaply as a dollar placed into the G-string of a stripper. You have failed Federal Government, and although it will take time to clean you all up from office and undo the travesties you have done to our American way of life, 2012 will see the start of that clean-up. And you have nobody to blame but yourselves. You started this.

Want proof of their guilt? Just look at their actions and ask the important questions. Why was the NDAA Act signed on New Year’s Eve, on a Saturday? Why not Friday, or Thursday? The answer is because they wanted to bury the news story away from the minds of the American public. Suddenly the football scores from yesterday’s games don’t seem so important, do they?

Oh, and about the penis size issue, penises and their lack of ability to work without the aid of drugs have done more evil in the world than most people care to realize.  Men who cannot bring a woman to orgasim properly usually take to politics to compensate for their deficiencis and create something else in their lives which makes them appear potent……because physcially they aren’t cutting the mustard.

What’s the Difference between a Whore and a Regular Job: Not Much, they have the same goals

I have no doubt that several lawyers, public relations people, school officials, law enforcement personalities and general busy bodies are at this very moment wondering what on earth they are to do about Rich Hoffman. I received more than a handful of phone calls yesterday from friends, family and enemies wanting to know why I cared so much about the situation at Lakota Public Schools where it is now clear that the administration desired very much to rid themselves of their PR director and they spent a lot of money to do it. Much of these conversations centered around a presumption that I gave a rat’s ass what people thought of me and that somehow public relations spin would work with me, which I found insulting. So I patiently listened to the nearly dozen pleas for reprieve, some of them were actually well-intentioned and useful, but most were obvious attempts to steer me in a direction, away from the path that I know is correct.

But how do I know what’s correct where others do not? That is always the question, isn’t it? How could I know something that “they” don’t? After all, weren’t they educated to know things, and trained to sell that knowledge back to society as a kind of exchange for their time and trouble? And if I did not follow along the path of their orthodox, then how was I qualified to cast an opinion?

Well, this particular quandary requires some basic education. I sympathize that much of what I say and do will require a fresh perspective from the typical reader and listener of my points of view. And to qualify the thoughts of these people, I would refer them to the classic Clint Eastwood film, The Gauntlet.

In that movie Clint Eastwood plays a cop who has to transport a Las Vegas prostitute to a murder trial of which she was a witness. Unfortunately for Eastwood, the police force has set him up because they deemed him too stupid and naive to see that organized crime wanted to kill the prostitute and the police chief knew that to provide cover for the murder, a cop would have to die also. So the police chief picked Eastwood to escort the girl in for the trail so both could be killed without any real trouble.

During the journey Eastwood learns that many of the people in the system he knew and trusted over the years are actually far more dirty and corrupt than the Vegas prostitute, and compared to her, most of the people in his life were actually much bigger whores. This postulates my position over politics in general and what I’ve learned about the role of public education in our communities and can be seen vividly in that document request exhibited in that essay mentioned. Most people conduct their lives like whores; they sell their time away often too cheaply and are surprised that people don’t respect them when they flaunt how much money they have. In fact I watch with some levels of fascination at the topics of conversation among families over holiday breaks and company fiestas just how important respect is to so many people, and they are surprised when people don’t respect them when it’s obvious that money is all they care about. Just like the whore who takes off her clothes, lets some man or woman ravage her body for personal pleasure, the whore gets paid, takes a shower then does the whole thing again for the next paying job; how is this any different from what a lot of people do every day?

Is a paying job not whoring because it involves a school with children in it, because both occupations take personal liberties with their conscience to make money? I do not believe that the PR director who charges the tax payers such large sums of money as shown in those billing statements for listening to the radio, or answering emails, or advising the superintendent on what to say to the press has any more social value than a Nevada prostitute.

It’s not just the education profession, but rather I’d say it’s virtually any hourly job where nothing tangible is produced which equates to prostitution in my mind. For example, if you are a lawyer and charge by the hour to listen to a client, you are no different from a whore. The only real difference is you leave your cloths on to perform your job. In fact, you get paid to dress up, not dress down, and to not maintain a fantasy of sexual release but the fantasy of power given to you by politicians, your peers who wrote laws at the state and local level to give you business. All your meetings with a judge, all your depositions, all your court appearances are simply role-playing to maintain the fantasy of law and order. If you are a doctor, in most cases you are charging by the visit to write notes so clients can get off work and perhaps fill a drug prescription you know your patients don’t need. You know most of your patients don’t need the drugs you prescribe but you do it anyway so that the pharmacy down the road can have the business. You don’t want to believe you do this; instead you persuade yourself your patient’s need you, and you must convince them of the same to keep them coming back for more.

Pharmacists even with all their education and knowledge are merely being paid to keep people addicted to pharmaceutical products. Once the body’s natural systems become addicted to the products of pharmacy, physical dependency is created and pharmacists know it, yet they continue day in and day out to keep their mouths shut because they don’t get paid to think, they get paid to administer drugs. Think of the teacher who sells their 7.5 hours a day away and their dreams of helping young children to learn halfway through their 20’s that they are but pawns to the labor union and the political power those unions play in politics. The teachers keep their mouth shut because where else can they make so much money and only work 227 days a year, 7.5 hours a day……A Nevada whorehouse?

Even reporters who thought they’d change the world with their reporting and find once they get their big break for a respected organization like Time Magazine, CNN, or even a local newspaper find out that their editors put caps on their reporting and learn too late that they are simply PR tools who are paid to provide the slant of the company and to like it or quit, just like a prostitute. Or the PTA moms who are on their second marriage and currently having an affair with their coworker while their husbands are out-of-town. These busybodies have a voracious appetite for some bottomless pit of fulfillment who move to a great school district hoping that the school will cover all their personal faults and give their child a shot at being better than they are. So they beg for more tax money when the school administrators demand it and those PTA moms end up sounding just like whores competing for work. (How is this any different from a typical levy campaign?)

I could go on and on, but for simplicity the rule of thumb is, does the job you do make something that can be sold to someone else? Or is what you are making just air spoken from one mouth to the ear of another. If it is the later, you are no better than a prostitute to my way of thinking. That doesn’t mean you don’t have value, after all I would not say that prostitutes are bad people. They are somebody’s children and inside every one of their minds are the hopes and dreams of every human being. But what they do for money not only says a lot about their personal philosophy, but their own sense of worth. The people I admire are those who make things. It might just be a factory worker who makes pencils for $9 per hour, or it might be a developer who creates shopping centers and restaurants. It might be the inventor who creates DNA technology that eliminates the entire pharmaceutical industry. I put the value of that one person over the collective value of every single employee because the inventor made something real. The employees simply showed up to collect money, and wherever there is money, there are always whores on money just like there are always flies on shit. The more money, the more whores looking to take some of it. The pharmacy companies are making pills which are equivalent to the condom manufacturer who supplies a whore house. The values are equitable.

So I am not impressed with any of the characters in the documents seen in the referenced article. None of the PR work impresses me, none of the legal work, none of the administrative work, none of the financial strategy; it all reeks of a whore house to me. I know that this information is a shattering revelation for many who have invested their entire lives into these professions, and that is what drove all the messages I received about my article. But a whore is a whore, and if you are selling yourself for only money, you are doing the same thing that the sex whores are doing, only you don’t take your clothes off to do it. The social value of your endeavor is no different, and getting mad at me won’t change that. Only you can.

If you want to know who are the whores and who are those of value in society it is very easy, the whore performs a task then asks for money.  The people of value make money then purchase what they want!  The money can be spent and the people of value can always make more whereas the whore cannot.  The whore must clean themselves up and sell their time again, and again.  They are dependent on the desire of a creator to provide their livilihoods, and will always be at the mercy of lust, hunger, or pity from those who actually make money.   And by that measure the grill cook at your local fast food restaurant has more value than the President of the United States because at least the grill cook made a hamburger where all the president did was whore themselves to the highest paid clients.   It doesn’t matter if it’s the cat house or The White House, it’s all the same in value. 

So I do not care what a group of whores think of me, because their opinion is of no real value, only perceived value which isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

The Immortal Quest: Caractacus Pott lives in us all with my Dragon Update

To a lot of people the name Ian Fleming will always be the author who created James Bond. But to me Ian Fleming is the literary giant who filled my childhood with pleasant memories and a hope for the future. The book and the film that followed of the classic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is archetypal Ian Fleming where the inventor Caractacus Pott buys an old car and restores it before finding himself on a series of wild adventures. In the film a clip can be seen here in all the glory of the 1968 classic featuring two of my favorite songs. The first song is the signature song of the film, the second is dedicated to the female lead in the story Ms. Truly Scrumptious, (I love Ian Fleming female characters)

The desire to restore an old car and give it new birth is a common theme for most of the male population that I know of. In our lives, we cannot do the same for our own bodies, but we can certainly give an old car new birth and allow it to live on for decades to come even after years of decline. This is even stronger today than it was in Ian Fleming’s time where beloved cars are routinely brought back from the dead to live again in their former glory.

As a youth my favorite car, which I still have, was a 77 Firebird because growing up it was the movie Smokey and the Bandit that ignited my love of driving for a lifetime. You can see my car in the picture to the right. Like Caractacus Potts from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, the old Firebird Trans Am’s hold a special place for millions of people and some have rescued these old Firebirds from the scrap yard to be restored out of their love for not only the cars but a tribute to the movie Smokey and the Bandit. Every year hundreds and hundreds of car enthusiasts take part in the Year One Bandit Run which is an opportunity for many of these restored Firebird Trans Am’s to make the same run done in the film from Texarkana, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia. In that famous movie the plot was to smuggle Coors Beer from west of the Mississippi River to a party in Atlanta, because Coors Beer couldn’t be sold so far from the brewery and reselling beer across state lines where taxes couldn’t be collected properly was considered bootlegging.

Well, I’m finishing up the final touches on my new book called Tail of the Dragon. I am on the second edit with the publisher and things are coming along nicely, and these two influences of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Smokey and the Bandit keep coming to my mind as I read through the manuscript. In my story however, the heat gets turned up considerably. In Tail of the Dragon the old Firebird that you can see in these pictures is certainly restored in the classic tradition that Year One promotes, but in this story, the engine is far from classic restoration, but reflects the most modern achievements of technical triumph.

In Tail of the Dragon there is a run similar to what the plot of Smokey and the Bandit consisted of, but it differs in that the restored Firebird is covered under its body panels with composite armor capable of deflecting .50 caliber machine gun fire, the windows are of course replaced with impact resistant glass and there are a number of gadgets and gizmos that would make Ian Fleming smile. Because the car must run on vegetable oil, due to the lack of fuel available, the Firebird needs a diesel engine so that it can run on an alternative fuel source. The trouble is, diesel engines are not known to be built for high performance speed racing…………….that is until recently.

The restoration of the Firebird in Tail of the Dragon is traditional on the outside, but inside it utilizes the technology seen in the video below. Meet the Peugeot 908 RC, the production car of the very successful Le Mans racing engine.

The engine seen in that video is a 700 Hp V12 HDi diesel engine that just won first and second place in the 24 hour Le Mans Cup endurance race in October of 2011. Franck Montagny placed 1st with a Peugeot 908 and Nicolas Lapierre placed second with a Peugeot 908 out of 53 other racers and automotive manufactures. Peugeot is way out in front of this type of diesel technology and in constructing the story of Tail of the Dragon the Peugeot 908 is the obvious choice for the needs of the car in that story.

I’m sure Peugeot will be aghast when they read in Tail of the Dragon that I’ve taken their very fine engine and turned it into a vegetable oil burning beast that can be filled at the refuse dump of a local fast food restaurant. But in the story there are several fuel tanks that heat up the sludge oil and remove contaminates as weight is not a factor in Tail of the Dragon as it is in a Le Mans race. So the Firebird restored on the outside to a classic America muscle car courses with the technology of Le Mans racing and like the great story of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, where the restored car takes our heroes to a far away land and finds themselves captive to a perilous regime, Tail of the Dragon is my modern spin on this classic tale. (I particularly love this song and scene as Dick van Dyke and his girlfriend must escape back to their beloved car)

All across America and the world over are inventors like Caractacus Pott who invent in their garages gadgets of ingenuity that no government can utilize and hold in a bottle. Innovation springs forth from an innate desire to be free, and whether the demon of control is the time on a clock during a Le Mans race against competing auto manufactures, or as in the case of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang the tyrannical child stealing regime of Baron Bomburst who attempts to force the construction of his own version of Caractacus’s magic car through torture. Or—it might just be the desire to drink a beer from a far away brewer and avoid the taxes involved in interstate commerce. (I love these guys)

The quest for immortality lives on in our machines as age claims our living years, it is our cars that capture and maintain our legacies. And it’s our ingenuity as human beings who bring about these rebirths in spite of what governments attempt to shape us in to in the form of regulation. The mind of the inventor embodies every intellect that holds a wrench, and places their hands on a steering wheel and pushes their foot down on an accelerator pedal to push the life they restored to its limits.

There’s a little bit of Caractacus in all of us, and my book Tail of the Dragon is a tribute to the latest installment in that quest of restoration by the inventors of earth who lack fame, but hold genius within their families as they bring back to life the god’s of the highways to breathe life once again. And the push behind that genius is the desire for freedom, as our machines reflect our passions to outrun, out maneuver, and outlast the shackles of time and the subordinates of restriction.

It’s in ingenuity that we find our freedoms. It’s in cutting down the shank of a bolt that doesn’t quite fit, or using a tin can as a shim to a strut that needs more space to balance out a fit. It’s in the teenager who installs their first modified car stereo or the chrome rims they put on their first car. It’s the ingenuity of the human mind to always push technology forward while preserving the past that rests behind the spirit of every tool box in a man’s garage. And that spirit is what Ian Fleming captured so long ago in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. And upon reading one of the last revisions of my new Tail of the Dragon I am happy to report that readers will see my tribute to these great classics with a new story that I hope will inspire a new generation to grab a wrench, head into the garage and stake their claim to immortality by injecting a bit of themselves into a beloved vehicle that will live on indefinitely as their personal quest for freedom.

Agenda: Grinding America Down–and The Naked Communist list of 45 goals from 1958

When I came home yesterday a Christmas gift was left on the front porch from one of my readers here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom. It was a large tin can filled with a multitude of presents which was a pleasant surprise after a rather difficult day topped off with a cold ride in the rain on my motorcycle. I had gotten caught without my rain suit and it was raining hard just days before Christmas, so my cloths were soaked to the bone. So as typical on such days I undress on the front porch so my wet cloths don’t ruin my wife’s carpet and hardwood floors inside the house, and that’s when my wife showed me the present.

Inside were a number of wonderful presents and cards for both my wife and I, but one of the gifts jumped out at me in particular. It was a DVD of the documentary film Agenda: Grinding America Down by Curtis Browers which won Best Film at the Jubilee Film Festival in 2010. It surprised me that I hadn’t heard about this film because it covers much of the content I’ve written about here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, which is the history of the communist movement in the United States and how many factions instigated by the Soviet Union KGB in the 1950’s and 1960’s sought to dismantle American culture from within. I immediately watched Agenda and found it compelling and consistent with my own observations. I realized long ago that the sudden rise in the divorce rate, the ignorance of our youth, the rise in the welfare culture, the focus on sexuality, race relations, and feminism were suspiciously coordinated, and I have resisted, analyzed, and come to virtually the same conclusions as Bowers did in his very good film which you can see a preview of below:

One of the most potent aspects of that film was the revelation of the 45 communist goals outlined in the book The Naked Communist that Bowers learned about in a Communist USA meeting he attended at Berkley University in 1992. A lot of people don’t know that there is a very strong communist party in the United States and they have been around for much of the 20th century. As I have reported here even Ronald Reagan petitioned to be a member of the communist party in his youthful days, till he grew older and wiser. Read that article here:

But people don’t see communism in America because it is not part of their static patterns. Culturally, America sees itself as the opposite of any communist country, but that is partly by design. I have studied social cultures my entire life, so much so that I intended fully to become an archeologist or anthropologist in my life profession, and in 1992 while I learned that communism and smaller degrees of socialism was quite alive and well in modern America at many meetings that I like Bowers attended, I decided to dedicate my time and energy to not studying why cultures from the past failed, but I would apply my studies to preserving the American culture that I saw being destroyed in front of my eyes while it was still alive. The communist party in the United States was set up by the KGB during the Cold War had a two pronged plan to defeat America in that war. They planned to spend America into oblivion with the nuclear arms and space race, but while we were following rockets to the stars and sending men to the moon to beat the Soviet Union, KGB agents and sleeper cells were being established within the United States to destroy American culture from within. This is difficult for many people to see who only look at their own lives and the small part they play in American existence. But if you look at American culture with the big eyes of an archeologist outside the static patterns of normalcy it is easy to see how Communist USA has slowly over time accomplished many of the goals they set out to do way back in 1958. The list that Bowers addressed in the film Agenda is shown below for your convenience. As you look over the list consider what roll you have played in helping to make it possible and don’t lie to yourself and believe that the below information is a part of some radical conspiracy theory. Every one of these items is listed in the book The Naked Communist and has been routinely discussion in communist groups within the United States since the 50’s.
The following is the list of Communist goals contained in The Naked Communist 1958:[3]

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums.
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture—education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity, masturbation and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.

As you read that list dear reader you are probably asking yourself, “how did I not see this?” Well, there were a lot of other exciting things happening that took up our attention. Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier in the Bell X1 in 1947, 11 years before the book The Naked Communist was released. The Soviet Union knew once they got a glimpse of American ingenuity breaking the sound barrier that they could not beat the United States on the front end directly, so they had to defeat what Americans thought of themselves from within and destroy the entire concept of Americanism. Most people think of war in terms of bullets and violence, but that is not the case. Sun Tzu author of The Art of War says distinctly that “it is best to defeat those who are already defeated.” And the Soviet Union played this game with the long view of culture in mind. While America fought the Soviet Union with rockets, military, and Ronald Reagan bravado, the Soviet Union fought America with the feint of keeping up with the United States with all those topics, but knew they would lose in the end, so they sought to destroy American culture itself.

Enemies of America have done to the United States culture what scientists have done to a frog in experiments involving hot water. If a scientist puts a frog into scalding hot water, the frog will of course struggle and attempt to jump out. But if the frog is put into water at room temperature and the heat is gradually turned up slowly, the frog will stay in the water comfortably for a long time, until of course it’s too late. The gradual heat of the water will slowly rob the life of the frog till its muscles no longer work and it cannot escape. Defeating a culture is the same kind of thing and the Soviet Union knew this. They knew Americans would always fight and would beat them in a head on fight, so slowly over time communists have sought to dismantle what American Culture is so that the defeat of America will come not from China, Russia, Cuba or any other place of rampant communism, but it will come from college professors, school teachers, politicians, and media producers educated at the institutions the communists controlled as established in The Naked Communist.

But fret not dear reader, America is not gone yet, and the ideas that made it great will live on. It takes people like Curtis Bowers to make films like Agenda to teach how we arrived at this point in time. And I can speak for myself, I write here everyday so that American culture can be preserved and all those of you who are reading this that have forgotten what being an American is, can relearn. I write here everyday to restore America and to counter the efforts of the pretentious communist academics of which our current president is a proud member. But it’s not just him; there are thousands upon thousands of these communist sympathizers functioning right out in the open these days. And I plan to be their worst nightmare in the years to come. Even if through the NDAA Act these communist lovers gain control of websites like this one, I am currently writing books that will compete directly with the propaganda they have inflicted upon our culture like The Naked Communist and Rules for Radicals. So the game is not up for America. We are learning that we have been scammed, and the wrath of that realization will be one of great anger. Right now it’s embarrassment, but as the truth comes out, it will evolve into anger and America will overcome this enemy from within. Hopefully this will be peaceful in a battle of ideas. But if the communist types with all their various names continue to stomp all over the United States Constitution I will promise that violence will be assured for their kind. Because our future under communist philosophy will look something like this–remember the frog.

So take head my dear American reader. Yes, communist have infiltrated our culture and has successfully destroyed much. But there are a lot of people who are waking up, and fans of this website, Glenn Beck, Alex Jones, and filmmakers like Curtis Bowers are starting to turn the strategy of the communists against them. After all, it worked for them against us, so the same can be used against them to destroy the communist culture. The difference between American traditional culture and communist culture is that their culture is built upon lies, and ours is built on history and in the game of culture building, America will always beat the lie of communism. It might take a little time, but the healing process is already beginning, which is evident in the very good film, Agenda: Grinding America Down.

You can do your part in fixing America by watching that very good film and taking some notes. I recommend it highly.

Warnings of the NDAA Act: Visions of the future

Darryl Parks of 700 WLW talks to Gerald Celente of The Trends Journal about his predictions for 2012. The broadcast which aired on December 21, 2011 just before Christmas is an epic diatribe from two men who don’t normally over exaggerate political topics. Gerald brings into focus some of the very real threats to the American way of life in a must listen transmission on the heels of the senate passage of the NDAA act which allows the President of the United States to arrest and incarcerate American citizens indefinitely. The truly tragic aspect of the NDAA act is that it proves even the most ardent conspiracy theories correct. We are seeing a government political class making the kind of manipulative moves that one might find best in a Shakespearian play, a quest for power that is only fit for the small minded. And these power quests come from lawyers, academics, and legal thieves known as lobbyists to use the American people as wealth generation opportunities for their own fragile world perspectives. The situation is so serious that even Racheal Maddow, who is a progressive leaning commentator, sees just how detrimental NDAA is for the American people. I agree with virtually nothing that Maddow utters nightly, but the NDAA is even to the left of her! That is how bad the NDAA Act is.

It is clear that there has been an escape plan concocted from the political class for many years to make themselves wealthy through insider trader, creating legislation that favors lobbyists, and out-right public looting of tax revenue with political give-aways to voters and tremendous government employee compensation packages. And for people like Bill Clinton, who has been an American president, has been there and done that, he now has sights on what he considers a higher prize, president of the United Nations, which would require a major downgrade in the American economy to allow an American to become President of that international government body. The below video is poorly rendered, but the audio is clear and is from 2008, when Clinton was asked to dispel the myths that the United States government was building concentration camps to hold political prisoners within America. Clinton did not answer the question, but instead said something even more disturbing.

It is clear now with the passage of the NDAA Act that many members of the government are involved in this plot to decertify the United States as a world power, to incorporate America and its people into equals in an international community, and they are using public schools to spread their message to lower resistance to their power grabs. This has been going on for over twenty years so it’s not specific to one particular person, but is indicative of those who crave power, which is how this type of thing has been advanced slowly over a long period of time without a centralized leader to rally the cause. The society of the small-minded power grabbers are simply like rust on metal, once it breaks out on the surface, the rust oxides and destroys the surrounding structure of a metal slowly, too slowly for the naked eye to detect, but over time it weakens the metal till the structure falls apart do to the corrosion of the structural properties of the metal. Politicians like Obama, Clinton, Kennedy, Johnston, Roosevelt, Bush and many, many others have acted like rust upon the surface of America to weaken it and change the metal of our nation into something else less stable. They do not see the process as corrosion because they are themselves corrosive.

Politicians who are corrosive by nature are like people who have gingivitis and their mouths are loosing their teeth. To people speaking with those who are losing their teeth to this slow degradation the breath of these people stink. With every word comes the reek of bad, rotten breath. But to the person with gingivitis, they are so used to the rot taking place inside their mouth that they cannot taste the rot, or smell the horrid odor in their own mouths. The rotten politician cannot see that they are falling apart, they do not see, smell, or taste the corruption of their own decay. Secretly they are aware of their state, and they attempt to make the world into their condition because that is their state of mind. This is why they cannot be trusted.

These decaying politicians are protecting themselves from the wrath of the American people who do not fall neatly into line with the global plans they are making for America. That is why they wanted the NDAA Act and why they have an infrastructure all over the United States to collect political enemies from being able to organize against them and remove their decay from office, as the United States Constitution grants as a right.

I first learned just how bad the situation was when I put together the below video which I’ve referenced before, but will present it again for review. The government has distorted the language of the Constitution in so many ways and used legal language and manipulation to create case-law that suits their power quests for such a long time that repair through legislation is out of the question, and the power grabbing politicians know it. That is why they are making the decisions they are now, to protect themselves from the American people. They have already so forsaken the United States Constitution that they find they have painted themselves into a corner and can only get out by embracing socialism.

The situation is dire, and if left as it is now, within 5 years from this Christmas it will be routine to see Americans that you know and love disappearing forever into these camps because those in power perceive them as a threat to their political existence. It won’t matter that the politicians who wrote the laws that allowed for these unconstitutional arrests are long retired and out of the scene, because in politics it’s a society of thieves who look out for the next generation with an ever corrosive encroachment of legislative case-law that benefits the lawyers who become politicians and allow them to use the power we temporarily grant them to gain wealth for themselves while enslaving us in the future. And each year it gets worse and worse because the American people have let it continue and have not exercised their Constitutional rights to prevent it.

And the time to fix the situation is quickly running out………………….
