China Got Caught Tampering with the 2020 Election: How communism takes over countries

Well, it’s official now.  During June of 2025 FBI Director Kash Patel declassified documents showing the Chinese Communist Party scheme to interfere in the 2020 election to mass produce fake U.S. driver’s licenses and ship them to the U.S. to facilitate fraudulent mail-in ballots in favor of Joe Biden, these fake IDs were intended to create voter identities for Chinese residents in the U.S. to cast illegal votes.  The documents are now in the hands of Chuck Grassley in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and it is also noted that former FBI Director Christopher Wray recalled the initial report, as he was aware of the implications.  That means that when we look at the margins of victory of Joe Biden in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin, the total votes that Biden won by were less than 45,000. Biden won by only 20,682 in Wisconsin, by 154,188 in Michigan, and by 11,799 in Georgia.  Arizona was won by only 10,457 votes.  So that’s how close it was.  In Pennsylvania, the winning amount was 80,555.  And that’s obviously why Christopher Wray didn’t want that report out, because it shows with evidence what the Chinese were up to in order to get just enough votes over the top to elect Joe Biden.  We are now aware of several other methods of voter fraud that involve the use of mail-in ballots.  But this driver’s license scam is complex, irrefutable proof of how China planned to install Biden over Trump for their self-interest.  And looking back on it now, the reason the election took weeks to resolve is that those swing states were allowed to continue counting mail-in ballots until Joe Biden had just enough votes, as shown, to be declared the winner.  This raises numerous significant legal issues. 

Even worse, this same method of election tampering has also occurred in presidential and congressional races.  Most of the close races that we have been watching over the last decade could be attributed to the same kind of election tampering.  Even in states like Kentucky, between Matt Bevin and Andy Beshear, the total vote difference was 5,136 out of over 704,000 votes, less than 0.37 percentage points in 2019.  And when they got away with it, the opposition parties connected to communist governments around the world, for which China is, they expanded it in a mass way during the 2020 election using the bioweapon of Covid as the cover story for mass election fraud.  Everyone needs to get this through their thick skulls.  The 2020 election cycle was a major crime against the United States that killed people and installed a puppet government from a hostile foreign actor, and many accomplices.  So, as we go out and buy fireworks for American freedom and celebrate all the significant military engagements that were put forth to make America victorious in the fights for freedom, understand that our elections have been under attack by lots of foreign actors who have been quite explicit in funding our destruction.  And in 2020, they were successful, and they got caught.  And they have to be punished.  It’s not a question of if, but to what degree.  Additionally, what this means is that Joe Biden’s entire presidency was illegal, meaning that everything he signed, or that others signed for him with an autopen, was also unlawful, including the DEI hire of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court in 2022.  A lot of people were asleep at the wheel, and the bad guys in the world were tampering with our elections, putting Democrats in important seats, in the Senate, in Governor roles, in the House, and certainly in the White House.  The government we have today is essentially not the government we voted for; it’s the constructs of election fraud on a mass scale, with this Chinese scam being just one of them. 

In the first half of 2020, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized nearly 20,000 counterfeit driver’s licenses coming from China and Hong Kong with the apparent intention of laying the foundation for election fraud.  Given the size of this discovery, the operation was much larger than what they actually caught and easily falls within the voter total that Biden won the election by in 2020, all by itself.  When you add all this to the other known election fraud methods, it is easy to see why Joe Biden won in 2020, and that once election fraud was more difficult to conduct in 2024 because everyone was watching carefully, Democrats could not repeat the 2020 performance.  Because many of the election fraud methods were incredibly frustrating.  In 2024, Trump received 77.3 million votes, while Harris received only 74.9 million after many weeks of counting, falling short of the 2020 totals by 7 million votes.  Simply put, the crackdown on the mail-in illegal votes was the difference in the gap.  Add to that all the voting machine irregularities, that also traced back to China, and we have significant problems in our elections, and it would not be hard to prove that many of the tight races that made the House and Senate so close along party lines are that way through similar forms of election fraud, in all close races where Democrats won by a slim margin, election fraud, like the election between Matt Bevin and Andy Beshear in 2019 took place. 

The reluctance to admit it, and the reason the declassification of the report by Kash Patel is so essential, is that it reveals the complicity of many people domestically in facilitating the tampering of a foreign government in American elections, as they benefited from the chaos.  So they let it happen, and those same idiots will be out buying fireworks and flying the American flag on July 4th just like everyone else, even though what they did was treasonous and overt acts of legal sedition.  And they were caught with hard evidence.  No, don’t kid yourself, America has also participated in election tampering through the CIA and other means in other countries around the world.  So when China does it, they do so for their own interests, and we were the dummies who let them do it to us.  We should expect hostile countries to try to topple us.  We are not all friends.  The lesson here is that many of our elections have been tampered with, and that the government we have had was not the one we chose through free elections.  The kind of House and Senate majorities that we have had were not actually as close as we have been led to believe.  And this evidence is very inconvenient to those who have allowed it to happen, because the blood is literally on their hands.  As we approach the next election in 2026, we need to tighten our election laws and make it significantly harder for China and other countries to exert influence over our elections.  If we do that, many Democrats will not be able to beat their Republican rivals because Americans do not like communists.  And communism is what the left has on the menu.  And they want to infiltrate the world in any way possible.  For them, stealing elections is much less violent than military engagement.  It’s what just happened in South Korea, where we fought against the spread of communism there half a century ago.  And now, people just had an election where the communist party sunk deeper roots into running that country.  And they want to do it in America, and have been getting away with it, until now.  Now we have the proof.  But what we do with it will decide the fate of all our futures, for better or worse.

Bioweapons from China: Yes, they are planning a Covid part II

Just as a reminder, recently, there were a couple of incidents where Chinese nationals were caught trying to smuggle bioweapons material into the United States.  One case involved two individuals, Yunqing Jian and Zunyong Liu, who attempted to bring Fusarium graminearum through the Detroit Metropolitan Airport.  Liu was Jian’s girlfriend and was sent back while he was arrested, as he held a position at the University of Michigan.  Then there was the case of Chengxuan Han, who was also detained at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport for attempting to smuggle biological materials related to roundworm.  She was from the University of Science and Technology in Wuhan and was charged with smuggling and making false statements after sending four packages containing undeclared biological materials through security.  Many are saying that these were just accidents and that the materials they were trying to bring into America were intended for research at the University of Michigan, and were legitimate items for advanced study.  I have told the story of a friend of mine who was recently apprehended in a similar way for bringing genetically modified strawberries back from Japan and into North America through Canada.  The security in Toronto overreacted and made a massive deal of it, which was similar to how these Chinese nationals have been treated.  So, not all cases are certainly terrorist attempts.  However, some of them are, and given what recently happened in Wuhan, China, with COVID, which many people claim was an accident released into the public under innocent conditions.  We can’t trust anybody at this point, and like clockwork, we suddenly have two suspicious cases emerging from our relations with China, right on time to attempt a strike at the new Trump economy, to preserve their investment in bringing the world under their control. 

Here’s what we do know about China.  They are malicious, and they have a deep network of Chinese nationals working for the homeland within the context of diplomatic relations in the United States.  It’s a vast spy network of loyal Chinese who work and study in America, but would on the head of a dime turn into hostile antagonists for the communist Chinese government.  And China can’t afford to come in second to a revised America First agenda.  So, yes, would they do such a thing as release a bioweapon into America to throw a pause on all the great things that are happening under the new Trump administration?  Yes, you can bet they would.   And yes, it was fair to provide extra scrutiny for Chinese nationals trying to bring unusual items into the country, only to get caught and claim those items as research material by naive foreign travelers, as a cover story.  I’d say that, at this point, we can no longer believe anything that comes from China, especially from the government. They are going to try to do anything to stop the good things that are happening because if they don’t, China is going to fall apart under its own weight.  China has done it before, and they will do it again for sure.  COVID-19, never forget, was not a legitimate virus accidently released from the Wuhan lab in China.  It was a created bioweapon made through gain-of-function research and released at a critical time to take Trump out of office during an election year and gain control of our economy under the guise of a crisis.  COVID was made and used as a bioweapon to stop what Trump was doing well in the first term.  And yes, there are these same groups of people who are planning to do the same thing now.  So we must be very vigilant. 

I thought it was interesting to hear Ray Dalio discuss market volatility on MSNBC recently, and he’s starting to get it a bit.  Dalio is the founder of Bridgewater Associates and is a billionaire hedge fund manager known for global macro investment strategies.  I think of him, and many of those guys, like Larry Fink, as pot-smoking hippies too in love with the 1960s era Flower Child politics, and that they are menaces to society, using money as a weapon to implement globalism.  But I have read all Ray’s books and think he’s a smart guy, even if he is a diabolical globalist deeply committed to propping up the communist Chinese government.  And Dalio sees where the market trends are heading and why central bankers are buying gold these days as a hedge against the volatility looming in the background.  Those were the conditions that the enemies of the world attacking capitalism in general, exploited in 2020 to unleash COVID-19, wreck the world economy, and throw the world into a World Economic Forum Great Reset.  Yes, there are a lot of people who think that the end justifies the means as long as the greater good is served, which makes all left-wing-minded people like Ray Dalio dangerous.  Always make sure to listen to what people like him say and study what they do.  People like him see the inevitable with the Trump economy; it is going to torpedo the rest of the world’s markets, and people who have invested in globalism through China’s communist model are going to lose in the massive power shift.  So surely nobody thinks that China is going to give all that power up in a fair economic fight?  No, they will try to sabotage the world again for their self-preservation.  And many of these Chinese nationalist travelers are dedicated to the homeland, even if they live and work in America.  And they are dangerous. 

This is a far more perilous situation than people are willing to admit.  The real danger that is looming in the world is not whether Iran has a nuclear weapon and must be destroyed.  Or whether Russia will agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine.  Or, if China is going to move against Taiwan to capture our chip manufacturing capabilities, which fuel the American economy.  Trump knows this situation, and he learned a lot from 2020 when they unleashed COVID on his watch to shut down the world with a bioweapon.  The moment there is peace in the world, some of these globalists are going to try to do it again, and when they do, they will try to do precisely what the Chinese nationalists caught at the Detroit Airport were trying to do, bring in bioweapons to cripple the population of America with chaos to stop the progress of Trump in restoring greatness to all aspects of our society.  The Chinese feel they have no choice in the matter, and they will kill to hold power.  You can bet on that.  So, for Trump, if he is playing the Art of the Deal to keep all these world leaders on their heels, many years from now, it will become clear what the real danger truly was.  The moment there is a window of peace, China will try to unleash a bioweapon to stay in power.  So as long as Trump keeps him close, it will be hard to get away with state-sponsored sabotage and terrorism.  You have to see the game that is being played, not the one they are showing you.  Because these cases of bioweapon material confiscation on American soil are just a hint to the real menace out there, and the moment they can, they are going to try again what they did with Covid, only this time with much deadlier intentions.

Todd Minniear and the Liberty Township Trustees: Protecting a great area from bottom feeders and other social parasites

It was always a disaster in the planning to guide development to include apartment and attached single-family homes.  That was a ridiculous Agenda 21 sustainable living idea that does not stem from American needs, but rather from the United Nations, and it’s good to see that Todd Minniear, the great trustee of Liberty Township, is fighting back against this ridiculous trend.  Because it’s all about value and the quality of living, and even if it comes out sounding mean and not very equitable, those are not values that can build a good society.  You can’t put too many apartments into a community full of people who don’t own property and expect everything to go well.  The population density is one thing.  However, the kind of people who live in apartments is quite another matter.  When a township like Liberty puts together a comprehensive plan, as I have explained over the years, the kind of people who are hired to make those plans are trained in universities to make Agenda 21 and 2030 from the United Nations a priority, and within those constructs is the notion that the most sustainable living is to stack humans on top of each other and prevent them as much as possible from getting in their car and driving somewhere.  Because the goal is to lower the carbon footprint of people with all kinds of hippie thoughts about protecting the planet and taking away individual development in favor of collective surrender to the common good as defined by the parameters of communism, exported from Europe.  And it ends up in communities like Liberty through the comprehensive plans that their building planners implement.  It’s one of those things that often slips under the radar when elected trustees review their comprehensive development plans for approval, and the context of what’s in them isn’t well understood.  We tend to think that people who write comprehensive plans are smart, but what often happens is that they learn too late that they were trained to be radicalized liberals taught on a destructive, anti-American agenda.

Everyone wants to live in Liberty Township, and when the area Journal News newspaper reported what Todd Minniear and the other trustees had done, they picked up on the sentiment correctly by stating, “Liberty Twp. Is closing its borders to future developments that include apartments or attached single-family homes, as trustees approved changes in its 2020 comprehensive plan and future land use map – which guides development.”  Most of the time, trustees in their positions across the country think they are hiring good people with excellent college credentials when they bring in individuals to write their land-use plans.  And their lives have not prepared them for the shell game that comes with such land use planners.  But it’s an industry full of parasitic communists trained in their colleges to implement extreme liberal politics into everything their careers touch.  Remember, it’s not where people went to school, but the kind of garbage they learned there that’s so dangerous.  And in Liberty Twp’s case, the value comes from the type of property people can buy, and how it restricts many people without shared values, bringing them together unnaturally, which eventually lowers the area’s value.  The kind of people who end up living in apartments and attached single-family homes tend to be people who didn’t make very good decisions in life, and when you start stacking those kinds of people into dense property use, they vote that way at the ballot box and pretty soon you have all their bad decisions changing the politics of your community into something else, often destructive.  And not protecting property values because parasitic tendencies were allowed to permeate. 

Of course, the implication made by the Journal News is that Liberty Twp is moving toward exclusivity by closing its borders to outsiders, when the socialist trend is to make everything more equitable.  With Liberty Township being such a nice place to live, the goal of the trustees, as defined by radical leftist community planners who teach the values of Marxism in colleges, is to make valuable places to live more accessible to everyone.  Because everyone deserves to live somewhere nice.  And if you’ve looked around Liberty Township, you now see apartments going up everywhere.  And what goes into them are apartment-dwelling people who vote, and they vote with the kind of values that come with people who don’t have profound roots in property ownership.  I like the proposed type of living at the Liberty Center development, which combines mixed-use shopping and living, creating a big city environment that gives kids growing up in the area a reason not to move to New York City or Los Angeles to experience that kind of life in their post-college years.  However, the downside is that more apartments mean more voters, as opposed to the wealthy homeowner of a property worth more than $400,000 who wants to keep it that way.  All over the country, when you study why communities fail, it’s because they didn’t protect what made them valuable in the first place.  And once you start letting bottom feeders move into your area, you’ll run into them at gas stations and the grocery store, and they bring down a positive living experience everywhere they go.  And while that doesn’t sound fair or equitable, it’s the truth.  Values decline, whether they are property or social, when we fail to protect them. 

Making it too easy for people who are not very good or wise to live in your area will only bring trouble.  People who make poor decisions in their lives are likely to reflect that in their voting behavior when we invite them to join our communities and live in an apartment, just to be fair to them.  They bring with them trashy kids, destructive lifestyles, and disastrous extensions of their families who visit them in a condition of dereliction.  And attacking that premise of value is baked into the background of all Agenda 21 and 2030 land use plans.  When you speak to these kinds of people, DEI policies, specifically equity and inclusion, are their primary concerns.  And builders end up following those ridiculous concepts in their architectural plans, and before you know it, you have a mother of five with three different fathers of those kids, all of whom visit her, coming and going, living next to a property worth more than a million dollars.  And they are all shopping at Kroger together and regretting it.  And when it comes time to vote, they disregard the million-dollar property owner vote because there are more of them, and because of the terrible decisions they have made in life, they are now voting for more government services, as they are never going to own a million-dollar property of their own.  And soon thereafter, you have a community in decline as people with value pick up and move away, where they don’t have to be around losers in life in their leisure time.  Thankfully, there are people like Todd Minniear who are finally standing up to this kind of nonsense.  Yes, suppose Liberty Township wants to maintain its value. In that case, just as the United States is learning to do, we must hold people accountable for earning their place in the community by working hard and making good decisions that live up to the high standards of value that make communities great.  However, when you make good things available to everyone, whether through comprehensive land use plans that stack property density on top of each other mindlessly, or through more government services that cost taxpayers a lot of money, social decline is not far behind.  When that value isn’t protected, of course, a community will move into decline.  And once that happens, nobody is happy.  This is a good position for the Liberty Township Trustees, as they are protecting a great community from the erosion of outside influences, which are certainly not in the best interest of the future.

Conspiracy Theorists are Prophets of Truth: The human abuse of power by controlling false narratives

What we are seeing come apart, in a good way, is a human narrative that has long held in it the power over others through concealment.  It was pretty astonishing, knowing some of the things I do about the conspiracies talked about, to watch the confirmation hearings of Kash Patel, Tulsi Gabbard, and Robert F. Kennedy by senators who clearly insisted that these people accept a complete lie in order to get a confirmation vote.  It would have been shocking if it wasn’t so stark and apparent.  But that kind of thing happens every day and has gone on for thousands of years.  Conformity to a popular opinion is more important to authority structures than the truth.  For instance, asking Kash Patel if Joe Biden won the 2020 election was more of a hazing oath than a quest for the truth.  Of course, Biden didn’t win that election.  I reported it from the very hour it happened and have seen precinct maps showing where the election fraud occurred.  I have talked about it for the last several years almost every day because it was one of the most significant crimes in the history of the world.  And the evidence, four years later, is starting to come out into the light of day.  So, by asking Kash the question, which he knows there was election fraud too, the entire premise is to see if Kash would lie to be accepted into the club of Washington D.C. employees.  For those types of people, in which evil rides like a horse, the greater good is defined as superior to the truth.  If the masses would be better off not knowing the truth, as determined by the authority figures of the day, then the truth must be concealed.  And once you start doing all that, you can never put the genie back in the bottle.

When RFK was asked about COVID and vaccines, the attempt was to get him to refute his truthful statements and to accept a government-formed diatribe that was meant to conceal the truth from the public to preserve the institutions that abused their power and killed millions and millions of people.  For the greater good, RFK was expected to lie to get the job Trump appointed him for.  Of course, this is ridiculous, but we put up with it every day and behind many of the problems we have regarding our government and how it does the work for the people who put it in power, or they lose their way and start to think they are in charge, we have to admit that conspiracy theories have been very good for our society and are a natural way that people who seek the truth find a way to bridge what they are told by people they can’t trust, and the actuality of evidence.  In the case of our own government, or even in the science fields, institutional migration into popular culture is more important than the facts of the matter, so we have a large number of conspiracy theories from people who seek the truth, but can’t get it from their sources of authority.  And we have indeed witnessed, such as with the CIA, that part of their strategy of concealment is an actual abuse of their authority, leaving people guessing constantly what’s going to happen next.  The best example of this method is sleep deprivation torture, where a patient is never allowed to rest until they either confess to a crime they never committed, just so they can sleep, or to get them to psychologically accept a truth they otherwise would have rejected.  In this case, let’s get people talking about aliens in Roswell, New Mexico, instead of what globalism was doing to the small military town in destroying it so they could ship the jobs to China and make it the kingmaker of New World Order politics. 

This condition is most evident in the current trend of history analysis.  We have been lied to about the origins of the human race and the linear track of history, with humans migrating from hunters and gatherers and building cities predictably inventing things until we have arrived in the modern age.  But the truth is that humans have risen and fallen for thousands of years, reaching heights of greatness before falling back into a culture of barely rubbing two sticks together to make a fire.  That is a source of conspiracy that authority figures are terrified of because to admit to it, masses of people might not follow them if they prove to be wrong, and society might yet again retreat into the abyss of human achievement.  Even though we have vast evidence showing much contrary information that archaeologists and anthropologists reported, that evidence is ignored so that an established belief can remain the informative narrative.  Anybody who brings forth any new truth that would challenge the official narrative established by universities and polite scientific society would be called a conspiracy theorist.  We know that civilization is tens of thousands of years old and that hunters and gatherers who settled at sites such as Stonehenge were curious about the stones and built a culture around them.  However, the mathematical elements and construction themselves came from a much more advanced society that was global. 

As protestors outside of the closed-down USAID screamed about the DOGE efforts to get rid of entire government departments, they were all guilty of accepting an official narrative of social benefit when the real menace was wealth redistribution from a capitalist country to prop up communist countries, and in the process, to destroy capitalism so a centralized power could rule the world.  The official narrative was that USAID was helping people.  When the truth was that it had been seeking to destroy the brand of America that the world wanted to kill so it didn’t have to compete with North American capitalism.  The goal of many who seek power in the world is to gain the ability to control a narrative and to use it to rule over the masses.  And the trick to their power is to get those masses to admit to a falsehood to survive.  The only way we have arrived at the point we are now where the Trump administration has gained the moral authority to do all that it’s doing is because the conspiracy theorists turned out to be right about most things.  Not just some things, but most, and those in authority at the time, have been caught falsifying the official narratives, and they don’t know how to handle a society of truth.  No human culture ever has.  It’s never been done before, anywhere.  But we are doing it now in America, and essentially, it’s because the conspiracy theories were able to get an honest analysis through free speech, which is why it’s so necessary in any culture.  But seeing such a mechanism of authority play out when the facts are so well known only shows how bad it has always been.  We should all thank God for the conspiracy theories in our lives.  They have forced the world to be more honest, and in that process, they have alleviated a lot of evil destruction.  And because of all that, we are entering a unique time of truth, as we’ve never seen it before.

Getting Rid of the Departments of Uselessness: Neil Gorsuch’s new book and the need to get rid of too many rules and regulations

I usually don’t learn much from mainstreamers, and Niel Gorsuch from our current Supreme Court is undoubtedly a mainstream kind of guy.  When he wrote a new book that came out at the beginning of August 2024, Over Ruled: The Human Toll of Too Much Law, I wasn’t sure it was worth my time.  However, I am very concerned about legal issues these days, and there aren’t too many people with better authority on that subject than Gorsuch, as he is a reasonably recent President Trump pick for the Supreme Court.  So I wanted to hear what he had to say on the matter, hoping to get some unusual perspective because of who he is.  And I was more than a little impressed with Gorsuch’s book.    He is bringing up an important point that I think is the key to the future for at least a decade or two, and that is the problem of over-regulation—a society with too many rules.  I would say that I have very intimate knowledge of regulatory environments; at this rate, they threaten to collapse society, not help it flourish.  I think the rule of law is crucial to human happiness and invention.  But the environment we have these days is a runaway train of bureaucratic lunacy that is bringing great harm to our society.  And Neil Gorsuch gets it, even for a mainstreamer.  I define mainstreamers as those who care about sports scores at BW3s.  Or are more concerned with taking their kids to soccer practice than the strategic future of human civilization.  Usually, mainstreamers don’t have much to say that I think is interesting, and I don’t spend much time talking to them.  I may be nice to them, but they have little to offer me.  I consume vast amounts of information every week, and usually, mainstreamers are too far behind the learning curve to be engaging in any way to me. 

However, this topic of over-regulation is good, and being a mainstreamer is a benefit in this case because it lets me know that general people are concerned about this issue, not just people on the fringe of society.  When discussing fringe people, we talk about people well outside the social norms.  The movie The Matrix refers to those types of people as Red Pillers, people who want the truth for the sake of the fact without all the mechanisms of comfort that are part of the social tapestry.  These kinds of people are more concerned with the effects of 5G information waves and how they might scramble the brain than going out of their way to be seen at little Timmy’s birthday party who happens to be a next-door neighbor of parents who just bought a new Tesla and thinks the world is coming to an end with climate change.  Many people are so worried about the dumb little things in life that they don’t have room for the big stuff, which is precisely how this horror of too much regulation came about in the first place.  We didn’t watch it grow with hands on the brakes, so now we have a society with so many laws that we are all probably breaking them just by getting out of bed in the morning.  Our legal system is supposed to be representative, where our elected officeholders create and maintain laws to serve our individual needs.  But we have ended up with many laws made by unelected bureaucrats who are personally terrified people who get through the power of government the ability to be in their minds significant, what I call the Mall Cop Syndrome. 

President Trump’s policy on regulation, which stipulated that for every new regulation created, the government had to eliminate two, was a step in the right direction. This policy was successful, and the immediate stimulation of our economy was noticeable.  The Trump years were good for our society’s growth and undoubtedly beneficial to the concept of Making America Great Again.  One of the critical features of my book, The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business, is that risk is the essential ingredient to economic growth, so the kind of people who manage risk well and are very attracted to risk tend to be very successful and create the most jobs for people who are not so inclined.  So you want a society that encourages risk by those most inclined to it but limits people from becoming tyrants over others who are more mainstream and less inclined to risky lives and hazardous behavior.  You want to encourage risk, not discourage it.  And the way the government has grown over the last few decades of globalism that seeks to hide risk behind the power of ever more government expansion, then you end up with the condition we have now, which is too much law and regulation being created by too many people for all the wrong reasons.  We have too many Departments of Uselessness that need to be eliminated, defunded, and have their rules and regulations go with them into oblivion.  Because they are not suitable for us, which is the essential point of Neil Gorsuch’s book Over Ruled, we must start over with what we expect the government to do for us in many respects.  If elected representatives do not manage our rules and regulations, then we must eliminate them as a matter of practice.

We saw the attempt, which continues to be the mode of conduct from the United Nations and the World Economic Forum, to use experts to manage our society.  In the case of America, we had our Doctor Doom—Dr. Fauci regarding Covid.  Some people, mainly on the Democrat side of thinking, wanted to believe that members of the expert class could and should have our best interests in mind when they create new rules on the back of a napkin as they did with social distancing mandates, air travel restrictions, and mask-wearing policy.  And that we were all supposed to obey them without question.  The quest for power that gives members of these government agencies, such as the Department of Health, so much control over their peers was too tempting not to abuse, and we saw that nightmare scenario clearly during the COVID crisis.  The assumption was that these global experts had legislative power over our American law and order under Constitutional consideration.  When pressed through the lens of American courts, Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates seemed perplexed that people were even arguing Constitutional limits on experts-created laws we were all supposed to follow.  But of course, once challenged, all the silly rules that global bureaucrats were issuing were not Constitutionally viable, and they were losing in court, as they will continue to.  But under those policies are many hundreds of thousands of others just as ridiculous, and a lack of simplicity weighs down our court system, causing the cost of all those silly rules to rob our economy many trillions of lost revenue by lost opportunity cost.  If we want to save our society from collapsing under the weight of the timid Mall Cop types who wish to use the power of government to do what they do not dare to do themselves because they are afraid of too much risk, then we need to go in the other direction, toward deregulation as much as possible. In that case, we will massively deregulate, allowing only elected officials to create our society’s laws.  The unelected experts of the world have nearly destroyed our very existence, and now that we’ve learned our lesson, it’s time to give them something else to do.

Beating the Government Mob: It’s all about the down-ballot races

Yes, Trump is going into areas where typically Democrats have dominated, such as his massive rally in New Jersey.  Trump is going to do a rally in New York and other places Republicans gave up on a long time ago, not just as some vanity project, but because he’s working on a more significant issue, and going into those areas is how you bolster not just the Executive Branch, but the House and Senate too.  I verified it myself, as I have been saying since the last election.  I’ve been to heavy Democrat areas and do not see any enthusiasm about President Biden anywhere.  It’s one thing to say that there was election fraud.  It’s another to prove it, and there is no way to explain why a person who was supposed to get 81 million votes can’t be found to have any enthusiasm from the public.  Well, that’s because the public didn’t pick him.  Biden was picked for people, and they resent it even more now than they did in those cold first few months of 2021 when Biden replaced Trump in the White House.  Lots of people who count the votes and are hostile to America put Biden in place with election fraud, and to understand that, I will tell stories about Cincinnati in the weeks and months to come where the mob ran just about everything, specifically the battle between Simon Leis and Larry Flynt which come to mind.  The two men were military veterans, but in Leis, he was a patriot who bleeds red, white, and blue to this very day.  Flynt wanted to destroy America after his term in the military, and he spent his life on an openly destructive crusade to kill our nation in any way possible.  Living in Cincinnati, I had a front-row seat, but to understand election fraud and the forces that put Biden in office over Trump, the efforts are the same.  The only difference is the scale, and this is why Democrats want power and want to keep people off their turf.  And why Republicans typically don’t go into hostile territory.

Even though the mob-controlled much of the entertainment activity in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati through most of the war years, from the Red Scare of the 30s in post-prohibition times, and the government imposed Great Depression, through World War II and Vietnam, until the period where the mobsters got tired of fighting prosecutors like Simon Leis, and decided to move their operations into government, which is why you don’t hear about them in quite the same way now.  They permeate behind communist efforts and global socialism, but the concept is the same.  And this must be talked about to understand why nobody supports Biden, yet he’s in office and Trump isn’t.  When I think about the situation, I think of how Simon Leis stayed in office as a patriotic prune that the progressives who wanted global communism behind the hippie movement wanted to destroy completely.  That was because people understood that the mob was in control, and Leis was willing to fight the mob and win.  And it was the mob who bankrolled Larry Flynt as a front for their many other crime organizations.  In many ways, we are fighting the mob in a modern form as they have given up their turf wars and have now joined together within the context of our government.  But it’s the same game as it always was.  And where Simon Leis remains alive and well in Cincinnati going into his 9th decade, Trump has become the same kind of patriotic character for the entire nation.  And what we are up against is much worse than what was going on between Cincinnati and Newport, where even Bobby Kennedy targeted the Cleveland Four as his national crusade against the mob who certainly could care less about our right to self-rule and the rules of our Constitution.

Trump had to battle crime families and labor unions in New York, so he understands how to deal with this government mob.  And he knows that their power comes from turf control of regional areas where blue cities count the votes.  So the goal is to inject enough patriotism into those areas so that you take away the ability to cheat in those regions.  Looking at precinct maps of the previous election, the percentage spikes are obvious where election fraud occurred.   So, by disrupting those areas and their control over the regional population, Trump may not win those areas against Biden. Still, he can help the down ballots, where all the meat and potatoes are in this election.  We know there was election fraud, and the power of these government mobsters is in control of the regional areas, which is how they stack the deck.  However, the Trump and MAGA movement, in and of itself, is very similar to the fight between Simon Leis and Larry Flynt.  In that case, smut and pornography were used to hide the other criminal elements of the mass amount of normal mob business.  In this modern sense, it is progressive causes, such as racism, woke values, and trends of communism, as conducted by China through finance.  While many of us are looking at one thing, such as the unfairness applied to Trump by this far-left legal system, going all the way into the Bar Association, the real crimes of power occur in broad daylight, such as the fake war with Russia and Ukraine all to clean money through the effort toward the aims of territory control of those regions.  It’s the same game. 

Republicans could pick up at least ten seats in Congress in 2024.  And the Senate is a pretty wild ride.  It is leaning Democrat for now, but there are at least 5 or 6 races that could give a firm majority to MAGA Republicans.  But we need every last one to get those elected, like Bernie Moreno in Ohio and Kari Lake in Arizona.  That’s why it would not be wise to take a person who might otherwise be a good Republican senator, like J.D. Vance, and make them a VP pick, which takes them off the table for controlling the Senate.  We need to do more than elect Trump back into the Executive Branch.   We have to take control of the mobsters who run the Deep State.  Trump can best help himself in that effort by campaigning in areas controlled by that mob to free the people there in much the way Simon Leis did in Cincinnati in his smut war against Larry Flynt, which he mostly won.  Cincinnati is the model for how to save America from those same forces.  And in the coming months, I will spend a lot of time telling those stories so people can relate to the modern context.  The only difference is scale.  So, Trump’s campaigning in Democrat-controlled areas is more than a novelty.  It’s about overcoming the cheating machines in those areas to keep Democrats in office with high-engagement voters.  Trump has the personality to do that.  And in so doing, he will help take over the House and make a significant play for the Senate.  For those who think that voting doesn’t matter, the mob wants you to believe that.  That’s how they have continuously operated, taking hope away from innocent people who want to live their lives.  But they aren’t all-powerful, and their mechanisms can still be defeated, as they were in the past.  It just takes good people to stick up for themselves and to run these hoodlums back into the shadows to which they belong.

Christian Nationalism is the Most Powerful Political Force in the World: And they are voting for Trump

Here’s the little con game they don’t want to talk about at Fox News and throughout the media that makes a lot of money off the election process through ads and consultant contributions: Christian Nationalism is far more powerful than they want to admit. After the New Hampshire primaries, where it was evident that Nikki Haley wasn’t going to win, which was her best place to succeed, the game plan for the opposition became quite clear. Keep the Republican Party from uniting around President Trump in a last-ditch effort to slow him down. It’s the same kind of strategy you see in college basketball games when a team is down 10 points at the end with under a minute to play, and the losing team switches to a full-court press, hoping to draw a penalty and go to the line to shoot points with no time on the clock. Of course, the fear is that the Deep State is about to lose all touch with someone in the White House, which will be a first for them. When Trump was president the last time, it was Mike Pence who was their representative, someone they thought they could deal with and who could control President Trump somehow. But before that arrangement, Reagan had his Bush. And George W. Bush had Chaney. Nikki Haley, for traditional Republicans, is their safety rail, and they were talking her up as if she could have some hold over President Trump, which is absurd. I have traveled to almost every corner of America and know it very well. I can tell you that the world’s most potent force in politics is Christian Nationalism. There are a lot of them, as the evidence shows, all across the landscape from sea to shining sea, there are a lot of nice white steeples from churches that reach into each community with the values of Biblical text, and they are more engaged in politics now than in any of the years past. And they are voting for Trump.

The media narrative that Republicans have to work harder to win anything against some vile Democrats and independents is a game of chicken I’m perfectly willing to play.  I would argue that Trump is already a Democrat enough to pull over votes from the other side, especially the union vote.  Trump will draw Democrats from concerned suburban women worried about putting food in the refrigerator; he will get immigrants chasing the American dream to vote for him, and he has a lot of minority support in general.  Then there are the classic Republicans.  Trump in a general election against an entrenched Biden is a blowout.  What the political forces fear is their lack of relevance.  And then there is election fraud, which has kept Democrats in power and is the real story behind the scenes with the donor class.  They believe they own elections because they control the money that feeds the media culture and, therefore, can control election messages and the world with it.  President Trump does not need Nikki Haley as a running mate.  He can afford to pick anybody he wants and would be wise to choose a successor, someone most like him.  I have stated my favorite pick would be Kristi Noem.  But Vivek Ramaswami would be great because of his youth and energy as an attack dog.  But this next Trump term, a revenge tour in a lot of ways, is about stopping the Deep State, as it is anything else, and Nikki Haley is their pick.  Not Trump’s.

If you have been paying attention, all the things that make America great have been under attack by these same people propping up Nikki Haley, even as a loser.  With strong families and strong faith in religion, when Ben Carson compared Trump to King David recently as an imperfect man picked by the hand of God to lead the American nation, the reaction was desperate.  The panic was evident on many fronts with that kind of talk.  And that’s how you know they know that people are seeing through their long-established scam, a divide-and-conquer strategy that they thought would always protect them from just this type of election with political people like Trump changing the game away from their control.  I believe the comparison between King David and Trump is a good one.  Trump does look to be the hand-picked agent of God, and that hand is at work with the power of the universe behind it to defeat the forces of evil that have embedded themselves into the American government as globalists.  And a lot of people who would have never otherwise voted are as good Christian soldiers marching as to war, and they are voting as if it was a war.  Engagement is much higher than usual, and Trump is poised in every state to blow Biden off the map in ways we have never seen before.  When Newt Gingrich recently said that the 2024 election was shaping up to be a return to the kind of blowout numbers that Reagan had over Carter, I think he was being nice, and that will essentially be because of Christian Nationalism.  America is a Christian nation, and so is much of the world, and they see in Trump the work of God that is a destiny.  And they are willing to play their part in it, one way or the other.  As I said about traveling around the country, America is not controlled by Democrats.  Most people are Christian Republicans, and the only reason they haven’t voted in past elections was because they didn’t have anybody to vote for. 

And that is the little secret that the Deep State would like everyone not to know, that Christian Nationalism beats them in every form they present themselves.  To win, not only do they have to cheat, as they have been doing for many years.  But they have to erode people’s foundations of value, so they have been attacking the church as one of their primary objectives.  It was not an accident that the ridiculously unscientific social distancing standards were trying to keep people from attending Church together during Covid.  The goal is obvious: the political left and the Deep State, in general, have been trying hard to subdue Christian Nationalism as a strategy for their takeover of global politics, and they have been working hard at it in America.  This only pushed Christianity’s influence to the back burner because there was nobody to vote for in the past.  But now there is.  And it’s a much more powerful political force than anything else.  It is the biggest rival of the United Nations attempting to take over global politics as godless heathens of polytheism and a return to the pantheon of Mesopotamian gods that have been around since the dawn of human intelligence.  The ideas of individualism are what they find objectionable, and there is nothing more individual than a God who runs the universe all by himself.  That is the enemy of mass collectivists everywhere, and they have been working hard to separate the world from such a relationship with God and nature in themselves, individualism, and the impulse of their spirit.  To serve the globalist and their United Nations political autocracy is to serve the polytheism of their ancient gods and return to the kings over their subjects, which is the fantasy of the World Economic Forum and communist governments around the world, especially socialists like Justin Trudeau and the lunatics at the European Union.  People get it; through Christian Nationalism, they can take America back and spread that influence to the far corners of the world, as we should.  And Trump is the means to do that, and people are going to crawl through broken glass naked to do it.  Nikki Haley has no role in that effort as the RINOs need to be crushed and removed from the Republican Party, and the media culture that has supported all these tyrannies be eradicated for the role they have played in America’s destruction.  Trump is just the start of it; there is a lot more to come on behalf of Christian Nationalism.

The Strategy for 2024 to Keep Globalist Power: Covid Part II, a government sponsored bioweapon to ultimately stop Trump

I am pretty sure that people do not understand, nor do they have it in them to comprehend, the level of evil we are dealing with. This is, after all, a world where the New York legislature is contemplating ways to force Chick-fil-A to stay open on Sunday as a defilement of the faith-based company and to show that government is more powerful than any god or reverence to one. This attack on the 14th Amendment to keep Trump off the ballot, which I have widely explained, is nothing compared to what I think is being planned for 2024 by many thousands of people who know what a Trump revenge tour will mean for them, and to answer the ultimate question, yes, they are willing to kill over it. They have before, evident in the new Robert F. Kennedy book The Wuhan Cover-up. I would challenge anybody to read that book, which is not a conspiracy theory; it’s a fact-based history of the development of bioweapons in America and what role people like Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates played in the government development of viruses intentionally created to control mass populations through fear. It should be the number one book in the country, and many politicians should be using it to prosecute the pharmaceutical industry and various government branches of who knew what and for how long. Our jails should be filled with these corrupt personalities, or even more so, our gallows should be swinging with the weight of the vile and corrupt, for which there are many. One way or another, there is no way that we can “co-exist” with evil, and there will likely be no way for a depopulation agenda not to put a significant strain on the earth’s birthrate. It’s not like we haven’t seen this before; we have in 2020. COVID-19 was not an accident of nature; it was a purposely created bioweapon released to gain control of world governments and to manipulate elections. And they were perfectly willing to kill and destroy to acquire that power. It’s all spelled out explicitly in that mentioned book.

The quiet war in the background is killing people off in abundance

In the wake of all that I have explained to people probably 100 times over the last several days what I think Democrats, and more explicitly, their partners at the World Economic Forum, and communist nations seeking to take over the world like China, what I think will happen in 2024. Why does China think it has the right to invade Taiwan? And why aren’t the Biden people afraid of his terrible poll numbers? Well, that is because they have no intention of letting anyone in the world pick their elected representatives ever again, and if you want the right to choose anything in your life, you will have to fight them for it. Because they will not give it to you willingly, that right must be taken from them. The proof of election fraud is abundant from the 2020 election, and they are planning to steal this next election, too. But in a different way. My thoughts on the matter are based on the facts of the behavior I have witnessed from these types of people, significant government types by the many of thousands who will do anything to keep their jobs and be on the side of a perceived power that will rule the world for the next 100 years. These are killers who will do anything to stay in power, and we have only scratched the surface of the kind of evil they are capable of. So, my comments have been calibrated to that type of consideration.

Covid was a bioweapon, not an accident

I said before COVID-19 came out that the virus spread was a military attack similar to the attack on Pearl Harbor, which caused us to go to war against known enemies as a nation. In many ways, Covid-19 was far, far worse of an attack. It was conducted against a civilian population purposefully and on the mainland. Not a military target removed from neighborhoods where innocent people would not be harmed. Here’s a little factoid for your morning breakfast with friends. This last year, 2023, 158,000 Americans died more than expected, which is a number more than all the wars combined since Vietnam. Among 35-44-year-olds, this number is up 26% since the spring, while deaths among 25-34-year-olds rose 19% above pre-COVID levels. The attack is happening quietly, in the background, and is provoking other diseases to conduct the murders that otherwise would not be happening. And my statements about a follow-up strategy are based on these successful results from the first time we experienced the bioweapon Covid. Now that they have seen what works and doesn’t work, and when I say “they,” it’s the many thousands of people who want big government and support this current Biden administration around the world for all kinds of nefarious reasons. As sure as you are reading this, plans are being made to unleash a COVID-23 or 24, but this time, it will be not just a weapon that stresses immune systems but one that attacks unvaccinated people, who will tend to be Trump voters. Based on the evidence I would think it perfectly logical for Covid part II to be designed to kill the body of anybody who has not taken the vaccine, which would be an optimal way to get rid of the Trump voters, and populists around the world who fought the vaccine mandates the first time around, and to reset the world with compliant people who will kiss the feet of big government and give the World Economic Forum their depopulation plan and leave behind the kind of people who will worship them as a new power.

Oh, before you say that is too far-fetched, you must understand that every communist country in the history of the world has conducted this exact kind of purge in their societies 100% of the time.  It indeed occurred in Russia during their revolution, and China started in 1949 by deliberately killing off all their political rivals in door-to-door raids.  So to think that the same kind of purge from society isn’t a priority in 2024 to stay in power is dangerously naive.  Of course, people are planning the mass destruction of political rivals.  And you can see it in their behavior.  They aren’t worried about elections taking them out of power because they know what they are willing to do to keep that power they have already stolen.  For the first time, COVID showed them precisely who to target and how.  They know who their voter base is; it’s the people willing to comply with state mandates to wear masks and get the vaccine.  Only this time, and you can bet that Pfizer and Moderna already have a vaccine ready to go; those who take their medicine will live, while those who refuse will die.  And it will just so happen to occur down political lines.  The way to destroy your political rivals in this new world is literally to kill off your competitors and put them in the ground.  That would leave only Biden supporters and those bending their knee to the World Economic Forum.  And honor China as the new economic power in the world.  While everyone would be blaming the virus, the real villains are the governments that funded all these bioweapons that were unleashed into society on purpose.  To take and maintain their power. 

It’s not a conspiracy, the facts are in this book

Understandably, people who have heard this from me these last few weeks have been apocalyptic because I have a track record of being right. And as I remind them, it hasn’t happened yet. And there are many ways to stop such a thing from happening. But I am pretty sure there is a plan and an intent to hatch it based on what I know from research and observation. The only thing we can hope to do would be to stop them before they can launch it. We know who they are and where they come from. But first, we have to admit to ourselves that they are that evil to do such a thing. And to take corrective action before it is too late. The killing is already going on in the background with the increases in death numbers just in America among much younger people than we traditionally talk about. And now that those killers have succeeded, they are emboldened to take their plan to the next level, which is what 2024 is all about. Prosecute the bad guys before they do it again, this time with a much more lethal outcome.

Charm at the Farm in Lebanon, Ohio: What a post-corporate world could look like

My daughter knows a couple of nice young ladies from out in Lebanon, Ohio, who are the organizers of the Charm at the Farm shopping experience. It’s where southern Ohio craftspeople who want to offer their creations to the public get together in a field north of Lebanon on the way to Springboro and shop under some tents in the open air. My wife and daughter wanted to go and asked me to come along. One of my grandsons was going, so I decided to go along to spend time with him. To me, the whole event was a very girly affair where there wasn’t anything manly to do. It’s all shopping for crafts and clothes, the kind of stuff you would find in a Cracker Barrel gift shop, but it was an entire field full of those types of items. I had spent the morning checking stock drops for Target, Disney, and even Bud Light as woke politics was killing their value. ESG was ruining those companies, so the financial frontier did not look promising. Politics was also bleak; there wasn’t much good news anywhere. Things were starting to look like the plot of a Mad Max movie out there; so after a bit of thought, I was actually looking forward to spending time with my family at the Charm at the Farm, for whatever came of it. And I’m happy to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Where I thought it would be boring, I was actually quite impressed. It was quite an enterprise and was a good lesson to all those at the World Economic Forum who think they have the plotting of world domination figured out. The lesson of events at Charm at the Farm was that no matter what happened in the world, people were going to do what people wanted to do. 

I expected the event to be something of a fancy yard sale. It was on someone’s Farm with a big empty field serving as the parking lot. It reminded me of the Niederman Farm experience near my home, where they do a similar kind of thing every year, and I pick up a healthy stash of apple cider that is much better than what you can buy at the store. Only Charm at the Farm was much larger, and they were selling all kinds of unique items. For instance, my wife and I have been all over the United States in some of the best hat stores that there are. Well, I have a fast draw competition coming up and my wife is going with me, and she wanted a new hat. She has literally turned down many hundreds of hats as she was holding out for just the perfect one. She almost found one she liked in Jackson, Wyoming, but ended up putting it back because she didn’t “click” with it. But she found one she loved at Charm at the Farm. The attire was classy, upper tier. The kind of outfits and home decorations suitable for the wealth of outside the I-275 loop communities, for which Lebanon was so well known. But that wasn’t all we found that day. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much money we actually spent. I found some gourmet pickles from a vendor who was there from Miamisburg, and they were fantastic. There were so many handcrafted, quality items that we could have easily spent a lot more money. I didn’t expect it to be such a well-put-together event.

It was evident to me that I was seeing what a world where if all the corporations failed what it would look like. The maniacal planners at the World Economic Forum, who have gained control of most of the world’s corporations through BlackRock, thought they could control everything if only they controlled all the corporations. But rather, people would always choose alternatives, even if that meant setting up a shop in someone’s field and selling directly to the customers. Who needed corporations when private enterprises would do a much better job? And that is the truth in America, where small businesses make up most of the jobs anyway. If corporate America failed, then our economy would go on without them. We didn’t need corporations, not when we had the innovative spirit shown so brilliantly at Charm at the Farm. All the people I saw there were well put together. There were no beat-up cars in the parking lot. Many people from different races were represented appropriately to the actual world demographics. It was a non-political event in that no representation of woke politics was present. No hint to it. What was happening with the outside world was not a thought during that shopping experience. So even though much of the material was geared toward women, I enjoyed it for the window into a possible future that it provided. Corporations needed Americans. Americans didn’t need corporations. If people decided that the World Economic Forum’s control of our businesses was too much for them, then they’d find another way. But one way or the other, another way would always be the case.

This wasn’t the liberal apocalypse of Mad Max, where crazy Antifa transvestites were riding around trying to steal gas and rape women casually like a bunch of Democrat barbarians. Those people lived in the cities, and if they showed up out in areas outside the I-275 loop, they found themselves unwelcome. Out in Lebanon, people still fly their Trump flags, they still go to church, and they aren’t going to drink Bud Light cans with the gay little Pee Wee character on them. Everything at Charm at the Farm was nice, even the food, and showed what a post-corporate world would actually look like when the government got out of the way and left people alone. People like nice things, and they want to sell nice things to other people. That was the actual state of the world without political activism by radical Democrats who are always trying to ruin everything for everyone. In a vacuum of safety, being so far away from cities like Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, Charm at the Farm was a nice little secret that I was happy to be let in on. If not for my daughter, I probably wouldn’t have known about it. But she thought I’d like it, and she was right. It gave me great ideas for what the future would look like if Democrat policies were removed and people could be left to their own devices to make a living. They wouldn’t have to sacrifice their lifestyle of nice things if all the corporations moved out of America or went out of business. America would go on, and so would the people. But we wouldn’t descend into chaos and become a bunch of barely living heathens. People could still live high-quality lives without any corporations because they were inclined to do so because of the desire for nice things. What Charm at the Farm showed me was that the best of what America has to offer is very much still alive. It’s much easier to see when corporations are removed from the shopping experience because it is then that the tenacity of the human race is truly on display. And we learn that centralized authority from a one-world government is even less possible than we previously thought.

Jack Smith is as Dumb as a Box of Rocks: Government has infinite resources to show just how stupid and corrupt they really are

With all the talk about Jack Smith and how he is the lead on using the power of government to attempt to destroy a presidential rival in President Trump, with the phony case in Florida regarding classified information, it reminds me a lot of the way the IRS was weaponized against Tea Party groups from 2010 to 2012. My long-time readers here will remember when I was caught up in the IRS scandal and was one of the targets of their investigation due to my relationship with Justin Binik-Thomas and the Liberty Township Tea Party. Justin was at the center of the controversy and was called to Washington to testify on several occasions, so the harassment was something I witnessed up close and personal. And in dealing with all the various attorneys at the time and people involved in the case from the government side, what we are seeing now is much of what we saw then, a government-run by Obama that had weaponized the IRS against political rivals, in the growing Tea Party movement, and they were clearly trying to use the power of government to scare people into submission. Jack Smith was working under Lois Lerner, the head of the IRS case at the time. People might remember that after testimony where she had to Plead the 5th on many harassment allegations, she drifted into the background, protected by the government for her role in using government to intimidate people into submission over 5013C tax status submissions. That case is precisely like the case with Trump, where he was actually a president and, through the Presidential Records Act, had the right to classify or declassify documents in his possession during his time in office. The foundation of the Jack Smith indictment against Trump is simply to ignore that he was ever president and ever had such a right, then make assumptions that would attempt to shift the burden of proof onto Trump to show he’s innocent. It’s the guilty first strategy that the government has been using for years, hoping to scare people into compliance. 

My impression of all the people I had to deal with in the IRS case was that they were all pretty stupid. They presented themselves as scary, but once I had them talking, it was obvious that they didn’t have a brain among them. They were extremely easy to beat, even their best lawyers with the high price tags. If you understood the Constitution well, it became apparent quickly that Lois Lerner and her minions, like Jack Smith, were building their entire 5013C case on the population’s ignorance. They assumed their political targets were as dumb as they were, which is why nobody went to jail for their tax status. All the gas in the case was in the media presentation of it. With the doors closed, the government was bluffing, they did not have enforcement powers, and had been caught harassing innocent people. Back then, I thought that Jack Smith was dumb as a box of rocks, and all the lawyers involved were no different. Their entire strategy was to assume that people don’t read, and once they realized that the people they were dealing with were quite smart, they fumbled all over themselves like fools, which is usually the case with these government types. Their only strategy, most of the time, is to use the power of infinite government resources to intimidate people into submission in the way that a ranch animal might be corralled into compliance with the sound of loud noises so that they could be directed into a slaughterhouse. But for that to happen, the animals must be pretty dumb.

And as soon as I read the indictment against President Trump by Jack Smith, that is precisely what my impression was, that here was a very dumb guy going up against very smart people that were working in the private sector. The only thing the government has working on its side in destroying political opponents is infinite resources. But an infinity of stupid doesn’t mean success; it just means that the government can apply infinite amounts of stupid at an objective because that is their nature. Remember when the government came after Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Mike Lindell for pointing out the incidents of government-sponsored election fraud? And how Dominion was going to sue them the way they did Fox News? They are still free people; those lawsuits went nowhere because there was no case. The people who end up working in government usually are pretty lazy and not very smart, which is why they are in government in the first place. They can’t make it in the real world and seek government security. And for them, it is always in attempting to show government strength instead of intelligence to win their objectives. The IRS case I was involved in was like beating melted butter. Not a single person I interacted with was very smart. They had fancy suits and drove nice cars, but they were dumb as rocks. Shallow people without much going on that could string together a conversation. And what we all learned back then was that the government wasn’t very scary after all. It was shocking to be singled out and harassed by the federal government. People were pretty upset. But I could see up close just how weak the government really was once they had to actually talk, and that observation is especially true now. I think people were smarter back then than they are now, making it even easier to beat the government at their crooked game. 

That is exactly the merit behind the Jack Smith case against President Trump. The entire issue will fall apart under legal scrutiny, and just like that IRS 5013C case, the entire premise is built on intimidation, the power of the government to do whatever it wants and harass people with the infinite resources that it has, the ability to rob taxpayers for its sustenance in order to submit society to its oppressive rule. But the secret they hope nobody ever figures out is that they are all pretty dumb. Once they actually present a case to a court, they cannot uphold Constitutional scrutiny. The government does not like the Constitution in general because it was written to limit its powers. And to protect the rights of individuals, which the government, by its nature, always seeks to rule over. By ignoring the Presidential Records Act in his indictment, Jack Smith’s case is as flimsy as the IRS case was that he was involved in a decade ago, which left the government desperate and embarrassed. And that is what will happen in this case as well. The government does not have smart people working for it. The whole case resides on the premise that people will be easily harassed and unable to articulate Constitutional preservation. That’s when the cases the government tends to propose fall apart in the face of reality. I had to laugh when I first heard that Jack Smith was involved in a super scary political hit job from the Biden Department of Justice against the leading contender for the White House. Then reading what Jack Smith put together is that IRS case all over again. Jack Smith is as dumb as a box of rocks, and there isn’t anything they can do to win with their aggression once normal people figure that out. Which is happening rapidly, much to their terror.
