If You Vote for a Levy, of ANY Kind, YOU’RE STUPID: The Ten Planks of Communism

I have to give the disclaimer more and more these days because my comments are aggressive and as I see it. I see no benefit in dancing around the subject. There is no gain in a lie, such as, at the end of a movie you’re wife likes, and you didn’t, one might be tempted to say, “I liked the movie.” Well, regarding taxes here’s what’s going on, we are being robbed and forced to spend our money on things we don’t agree with. To get a taste of the problem have a listen to Darryl Parks on 700 WLW.

Now, a lot of people don’t want to deal with viewing tax collection as a form of robbery. So they put on the blinders and just try to forget about it. And if you make them look at it, they’ll be angry with you……….at first. Everybody knows the truth whether they speak it or not. Taxes are organized crime style extortion that is outright theft taken from us under a legal premise and sold as good intentions.

How do I know? It’s easy. You can conduct a simple test, the same type of test that you might use to check the chlorine content of your pool. Just take a sample of the water and check the chemical mix. For our society where education is the centerpiece of our social programs funded with tax money from funds collected and spent in our own communities, just take a sample and study the behavior patterns. It’s fairly easy to track. The superintendents of school systems are collecting enormous sums of money for phantom administrative needs while they actively cut teachers at the bottom of the pay scale. When they are directly challenged for their inefficiency and lack of control over school budgets, such as we have done in Lakota, and Mason, and now Lebanon, they scamper off in retirement or transfer to another system to maintain the façade rather than face the music of corruption that happens under their watch. So if it’s happening right under our noses, what do you think is happening at the federal level? Where do you think all our hard-earned money is going? Well, let’s start at the top, with President Obama and his trip out to California to raise money for his re-election campaign. President Obama declared the 41st annual Earth Day as proof of America’s ecological and conservation spirit—then completed a three-day campaign-style trip logging 10,666 miles on Air Force One, eating up some 53,300 gallons at a cost of about $180,000. And that doesn’t include the fuel consumption of his helicopter, limo, or the 29 other vehicles that travel with that car.

Why does he talk out of both sides of his mouth? Well, he’s  practicing communism just like most of government. Communists, socialists, and progressives believe that as the ruling class they know better than you do, and you are their children to care for. But they have a “do as I say, not as I do attitude,” which doesn’t fly with me. I don’t need a single one of them for anything. There is isn’t anybody in any government position including education that I can’t do for myself and do it better. Oh, I heard that, you say we need the military. Well, I like the military and for offensive weapons and the expansion of American ideas, I’m ok with some money going to a military. But for self-defense, if I didn’t have to waste money on the taxes, I could easily have my own militia that would protect my community or even my city. I don’t need a third-party for that kind of thing. So every dollar of money I spend in taxes is going to some inferior person to do a job that I could do better. That’s not to say that they are bad people, but it means that they function from a different ideology than many Americans. For instance, Obama and his friends while smoking pot in college sat around reading The Communist Manifesto, which I’ve talked about in great length. I read the whole book in one evening while I was waiting for my wife to pick her supply of books for the week, but that’s beside the point. Myself, and the people I tend to enjoy spending time with read Atlas Shrugged, which is the polar opposite of The Communist Manifesto.

Now, to my reasoning mind, The Communist Manifesto has been proven to be wrong. Poor Ayn Rand who wrote Atlas Shrugged was a direct victim of the Communist Revolution when the Bolsheviks over took the Russian government in 1917 under the long arm of Lenin, who began the revolution while not even on Russian soil. That’s how it starts. Today in America it is George Soros who is playing the Lenin role, with the massive amount of money he pours into the cause and he achieves his objective with his media power. Only he’s not trying to overthrow a country, he’s trying to create a World Government, and to do that he must eliminate the United States. He’s said as much. It’s easy to find.

But in essence, it’s no different from what Lenin did. But the idea is to create an army from within our own nation. Guns and frontal attacks are such a messy business. People don’t engage in war like that anymore, especially against a technologically superior opponent. You have to bring them down from the inside out, and the first step is to undermine the economy so the superior enemy can’t produce those powerful weapons. That’s what’s happening to us whether the weak-kneed want to believe it or not.

How has that happened in our nation? Well, it starts in our education system. It has always baffled me how protective a mother is when she has a young child, but how willing that same mother just surrenders her children to the minds of strangers within a school system, as if the mother has no right to question a school district about what goes into their children’s heads for 7 hours out of a day. Not all teachers are socialists, but quite a few are. Is that what you want your children learning, and do you want to pay for it with YOUR money, and pay excessively well for it? This chart is what teachers are making in Ohio compared to what the rest of us make. What are they doing that is so special and unique that only they can do?  How did we let them get paid so much?  Because they threatened to strike, often, so we threw money at them so we wouldn’t be late for work if the school wasn’t open?

Ayn Rand’s family suffered greatly under communism and she came to America and told the story of how it happened in Atlas Shrugged, which to me is the answer to any theory that Marx worked up in his poverty driven depraved state while writing The Communist Manifesto. The problem is that Atlas is a big book. The Communist Manifesto is a very small book, and is easy to read by losers, malcontents, hippies, punks, creeps, and the very lazy, so they make it their kind of Bible of philosophy because of the ease in mastery of the subject.

And we all know that it is a majority of the people described above that are drawn to politics. So it is simply a math problem to deduce that communist leaning politicians have infested our political system like termites since the middle of the 19th century. And they have done their damage.

Don’t believe me. Ok, you want proof. Fine.

Here are the 10 Planks of Communism as listed in The Communist Manifesto. Does any of this sound like the kind of activity you’re pouring your hard-earned tax money in to?

The 10 PLANKS stated in the Communist Manifesto and some of their American counterparts are…
1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.
Americans do these with actions such as the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management (Zoning laws are the first step to government property ownership)

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
Americans know this as misapplication of the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The Social Security Act of 1936.; Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State “income” taxes. We call it “paying your fair share”.

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
Americans call it Federal & State estate Tax (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
Americans call it government seizures, tax liens, Public “law” 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of “terrorists” and those who speak out or write against the “government” (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process. Asset forfeiture laws are used by DEA, IRS, ATF etc…).

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
Americans call it the Federal Reserve which is a privately owned credit/debt system allowed by the Federal Reserve act of 1913. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) another privately owned corporation. The Federal Reserve Banks issue Fiat Paper Money and practice economically destructive fractional reserve banking.

6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.
Americans call it the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated through the ICC act of 1887, the Commissions Act of 1934, The Interstate Commerce Commission established in 1938, The Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, and Executive orders 11490, 10999, as well as State mandated driver’s licenses and Department of Transportation regulations.

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
Americans call it corporate capacity, The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture… Thus read “controlled or subsidized” rather than “owned”… This is easily seen in these as well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations.

8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
Americans call it Minimum Wage and slave labor like dealing with our Most Favored Nation trade partner; i.e. Communist China. We see it in practice via the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two “income” family. Woman in the workplace since the 1920’s, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Federal Public Works Program and of course Executive order 11000.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country.
Americans call it the Planning Reorganization act of 1949 , zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public “law” 89-136. These provide for forced relocations and forced sterilization programs, like in China.

10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.
Americans are being taxed to support what we call ‘public’ schools, but are actually “government force-tax-funded schools ” Even private schools are government regulated. The purpose is to train the young to work for the communal debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based “Education” . These are used so that all children can be indoctrinated and inculcated with the government propaganda, like “majority rules”, and “pay your fair share”. WHERE are the words “fair share” in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26)?? NO WHERE is “fair share” even suggested !! The philosophical concept of “fair share” comes from the Communist maxim, “From each according to their ability, to each according to their need! This concept is pure socialism. … America was made the greatest society by its private initiative WORK ETHIC … Teaching ourselves and others how to “fish” to be self-sufficient and produce plenty of EXTRA commodities to if so desired could be shared with others who might be “needy”… Americans have always voluntarily been the MOST generous and charitable society on the planet.

Now, to me, it is totally unacceptable that America has been tricked into a direction of communism. Communists are now in every layer of our government and our lives, and people no longer remember the basic premise of American life. We have several generations now that think history is listening to “oldies” from the 50’s. Their minds and sense of history is shallow and easily manipulated. But my mind is not shallow. I see that the state of our nation is wrong and I don’t like it, and I certainly don’t want to pay for it. Why would I give my money to a system of education I don’t agree with, that I believe trains kids to become less intelligent instead of more so? Why would I want to pay any money in taxes that gets funneled back to a public sector union that then spends some of that money on union dues that finances democratic candidates that are preaching communism with different names? Why would I want to send money to a health care system that just throws money at people who smoke, drink, have illicit sex and allow their waistlines to form their own gravitational pull on the moon? Yet my money is taken from me and given to places I don’t want it to go. It is taken from me without choice, and the thieves are asking for more every year.

The poor and sick need help you say………then let me give them a job. Get out of my way and I’ll put them to work. Don’t waste my time in court over your silly laws and I might eliminate the poor class altogether. What about the sick and handicapped, or the elderly? Get the hell out of my way and I’ll solve that problem for you too. Why do people need to get sick and die? And why do people have to be handicapped? Genetic engineering and regenerative medicine eliminates those archaic forms of medicine completely. But that’s not the real motive here. The real motive is the same as the superintendents of these school systems. Government has token positions that are all about power. Nobody actually wants to solve a problem. They want a needy public addicted to their services. That’s all communism understands.

It went up 3% points in just 4 years. With that type of trend what will it be like four years from now? How about 10 years from now? What about when your children are raised and trying to start a life for themselves.

Now ask yourself what you get out of any of these services. I mean, what do you really get? What if you were able to keep that 57% of your money, and you didn’t feed the thieves that are stealing it from you and placing it where they see fit. Have you considered how wealthy you’d be if you didn’t spend over 57% of your money on taxes. How much of that money do you think finds its way to a whore on K Street or a lobbyist pocket for a vacation to the Caribbean? You don’t want to know, do you? You just want to keep paying the bully and thieves so you don’t have to think about it. So you don’t have to act or carry any guilt, because inaction is safe.

Meanwhile today in my town, the union thugs were hard at work collecting signatures to repeal S.B.5 so they can put the issue on the ballot this fall for repeal, so they can continue to extort money from all of us, leaving us without any legal weapons to protect ourselves from their greed!

So this comes back to the school systems.

A school system is something that you still can control. And if you want to get your hands around this problem, you start with the corruption that’s in your back yard and you work from there.

This is why Darryl Parks says if you vote for a levy, a levy of any kind, you’re stupid. You’re stupid because you are allowing yourself to be robbed, extorted, and manipulated to feed an evil, tyrannical monster hell-bent on destroying the American way of life. And they are doing it with YOUR money.

Taxes are legalized crime. And if you have any doubts about what I put down here, go check out Marx and his list. I didn’t write it. He did. I know about it because I read and I know history. Unlike many out there that just wants to keep watching the box score of the latest ball game, and tries to figure out how they’re going to put their kid through college without even asking if what the kids are learning has any merit or value for their life-long adventure. Most people are content to dumb down their children’s minds so they can get a good job, as if the trade-off were an even exchange.

So, if you vote for a levy………………….any levy at all…………………………you’re……………………….well, you know the rest.

Obama is an Illegal President: He’s spent over 10 million hiding his birth certificate

We have an illegal president in the White House. That is the only conclusion one can reason when it is considered that Obama has established a defense fund that has spent more than 10 million dollars keeping his “birth certificate” from public disclosure. Why? The only conclusion one could equate from such action is that there’s something wrong with his birth certificate, otherwise such a document would be readily provided.

Part of the money spent by that defense fund was in public relation campaigns to invent the whole “birther” disclaimer which paints anyone that questions this issue as some wacko conspiracy theorist. It has taken someone like Donald Trump to put this issue back on the table, because Trump understands how the game is played and knows there is something fishy about the whole situation.

Of course the ladies on The View are like the rest of America, they don’t want to admit that they elected a guy that has a questionable citizenship standing who has appointed judges, signed bills into law and ran around the world acting as a President of the United States, when the fact is, America was in such a hurry to prove that we aren’t a racist nation that we openly overlooked any perils that were in the way. Below, Bill Cunningham of 700 WLW who is sometimes a conservative leaning radio personality, and sometimes a liberal leaning personality but is a practicing attorney addressed the whole “birther” issue in great detail. If you want a clear understanding of the Obama controversy listen to this broadcast which is extremely good.

As stated in the interview, there is a preponderance of evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii. What that means is that there are some newspaper reports, and some other documents that lean in the direction of birth in Hawaii, but it appears that Obama claimed otherwise to get financial aid. So on one side of the story or another, Obama has lied in his past. He’s either claimed to be a foreign student for admission into Occidental College or he was really born in Kenya and his grandparents placed the notification in the newspaper in Hawaii. I think many Americans would forgive him for the first offense. Because the second offense is much more serious, which is why over 10 million dollars and much public relation debate has been created to combat even bring up the question.

People like George Soros, and he’s not the only one, with his Open Society Institute, do not think citizenship is important, because the goal is to bring down the borders of the United States anyway, so a president with citizenship problems is not an issue to people of this nature. With the amount of organizations that Soros is involved in by way of financial contributions, it is completely conceivable to understand how using the term “birther” as a way to attack the credibility of anyone that brings up the Obama citizenship issue keeps Obama from going through the process of serious investigations by congress, and is used to shape public opinion.

Look…….this isn’t some right winged conspiracy. This isn’t an attack on a black man in the White House. Nobody in the United States cares about that kind of thing anymore. I know a lot of level-headed people and Obama being black never even comes up.

This is an issue of whether or not the president of the United States is illegally in place, because if he is, he needs to go as a matter of law.

What I see is that nobody in congress, the senate, federal judges; anybody of any government merit has the backbone to admit such a monumental failure. Nobody wants to suffer through the embarrassment. It is obvious that the press doesn’t want mud on its face either, so there is a uniform lack of will to enforce the will of law.

We all remember the controversy when Bill Clinton didn’t release his medical records, most likely to cover up his syphilis problem and other issues, but he avoided the controversy with the same reluctance as Obama has with his birth certificate. The question we have to ask ourselves is why we’re electing people like this into the White House? What is it about our nature that even puts idiots like this in office with all this baggage to hide? Can’t we do any better than this? Are these types of people the best we have to offer from American civilization?

The answer is of course not. Most Americans think these people are jokes. In many ways the best of us have declined to be a part of the political process. We tend to our lives and let the fools go to office. We see those fools in our school boards, township trustees, city councils, state and federal governments because the best of us have better things to do and generally leave politics to the fools of our society. The problem is, those fools think we are the fools and they are marching our country into a direction most of us don’t want to go.

I’m all for globalism as long as the globe wants to adapt American ideas. I certainly don’t want anything to do with what the rest of the world is doing so keep your global progress. When countries like Brazil, France, and China start controlling the sex trade industry in their counties, they can tell us to control our pollution issues. Otherwise, their opinion isn’t wanted. And I don’t want a president that can’t even produce a birth certificate that spends millions of dollars keeping it from the public and travels the world bowing to the leader of every country, taking us in that direction. Obama is a joke. I’m sure he’s fine to play basketball with, but as president………come on. Get real.

If we are stuck with this joke for a few more years because everyone is too weak to actually demand that our public officials live by the actual rules of our law, then I say the law goes our way too. Ignore that speed limit sign, those demands to buckle up, forget the DUI laws. And for taxes, forget about April 15th, just send in your taxes whenever you feel like it. Heck, it’s just rules and laws. Who cares……..right?

And don’t even ask the question of whether the President is an American citizen because he has issues with his birth certificate, because all those “globalists” (that are attempting to break down our borders and scrap our Constitution) might call you a name……which might hurt your feelings. That’s more important than having an illegal president in the White House.After all……..it’s just a law, and according to our politicians, laws are meant to be broken.

Sex Trade in Rio: The World and Motivations behind Eyes Wide Shut

Barrack Obama’s disappearance to South American in a time of extreme crises looks suspiciously contemptuous. His relationship with “big labor” and even the George Soro types in the world that are intent on remaking the world is deeply troubling to the minds of many Americans that are committed to honesty and fundamental American values.

I recently wrote an article criticizing the president on his trip listing all the troubles that are currently on the table and one of them was the NFL lockout. Well, of course this got a reaction, because how is the NFL lockout as important as the tsunami in Japan? Well, it’s not. But in the secret recesses of the human mind, it is. The NFL is the game of the American Economy. The “men of the mind” buy boxes and move and shake the world from those seats on Sunday afternoons while gladiators batter each other on the field of play yard by yard. Taking that game out of the public consciousness will have an impact on our national consciousness in a negative way.

Thinking of sports, each year there are stories of athletes that attempt a competitive edge by use of steroids, or some other method. Well, in business, the same holds true, or in any other endeavor.

A few years ago I wrote a book called The Symposium of Justice that explored through the eyes of a modern Zorro type character the sinister exploits of a secret world that attempts to gain such competitive advantage over others by appeasing “the gods” or “demons” or whatever you want to call them. These rituals, which I can testify to, have their sources in ancient sacrifices where humans were killed to appease those gods. Well, to the American, Christian mind, such things are preposterous and archaic ways of thinking. But those societies that participated in such brutality such as those in central America 1000 AD to 1500 AD particularly, Native American cultures, Mesopotamia, and head hunting cultures of New Guinea all had rituals to appease the hidden elements that exist all around us in a hope that such aid would help grow better crops, or bring water to the community.

I know a few people who are practicing shaman, one that lives in St. Louis and she invited my wife and me to a spiritual gathering recently. Below is a video from her friend Chief Golden Light/Eagle who comes often to Serpent Mound, Ohio for yearly ceremonies to explain some of the mysteries between human beings and the world around us. Now to the untrained ear stuck in the world of the here and now, some of this will sound strange. Remember, just because you don’t understand, does not mean these things don’t exist.

Similar powers are explored often in the culture of voodoo, which you can find easily in the south. In fact, it’s not difficult to find a practicing voodoo priest if you go Hilton Head Island or Savannah Georgia. Many are working as dish washers in the back rooms of restaurants and they live in small trailers or even tents just outside of town, but they can certainly conger up a voodoo doll or reach into the spirit realm for you for a small fee, and bring bad luck on an enemy, or even cause an enemy to get seriously sick.

This is why I find the film Eyes Wide Shut particularly fascinating. Stanley Kubrick, creator of 2001 A Space Odyssey and The Shining jumped into the world of the rich and powerful that attempt to use sex drugs and violence to curry favor with the spirit world. Now, Kubrick was no kook. He was a serious and very talented filmmaker and he spent many, many hours researching the shocking video you will see below. He actually did what the character Tom Cruise did in the film; he snuck into these secret societies and studied what was going on and why. He depicted this action in his film, and he did not live to see it delivered to theaters. Tom Cruise violently protected the final cut of the film with his reputation, which he paid for. The film was delivered to the public as Kubrick intended, but the professional lives of Tom Cruise and Nichole Kidman were forever tarnished by the film, proving how deep the influence goes into even the very rich and powerful. In fact, Cruise and Kidman’s marriage didn’t last. They divorced shortly after the film was released. Cruise buried himself into scientology shortly thereafter and lost credibility with the public at large.

Steve Spielberg even came in for the DVD release and helped maintain the integrity of the film, which appears to have cost him his career as well. Spielberg is only a fraction of what he used to be as a creative talent.

It would appear, much like in the Old Testament of the Bible that many who wish to social climb still believe that the spirit world will appease their earthly wishes if those that have command of the earth will make ritual sacrifices in the name of God’s children. Now those sacrifices aren’t necessarily to Yahweh but to what the Bible might refer to as“false gods.”
Whatever you believe, it is clear that there are many, who do believe such things, and they attempt to monopolize not just our physical laws in our state houses, and federal government, but they do play this game of spirit world appeasement. Whether or not it actually works is up to debate. But for such a long human tradition to endure for so long, results are believed to be promising, even among our current elite, which Kubrick studied in great detail.

My point in bringing this up is that it is obvious that there is more to the story of what is behind the obvious neglect by our elected officials to follow the laws of the Constitution. There are some, although in the minority, that are corrupt and evil to the absolute core of their being, and do believe that they will personally prosper by bringing decadence to the world. And that if anything is to be fixed, it will not be enough to fix only our understanding of the law as established in the Constitution, but we will have to have a spiritual awaking as well, one that does not subscribe to warped religious practices and a hunger for things done in secret in an attempt to get a spiritual advantage.

It is not farfetched to consider such things. Daily, millions of people read their horoscopes, which is a gateway acceptance to this type of ritualistic indulgence.

Case in point, the violence on the border of the United States and Mexico is clearly a situation that should provoke war. But instead we see appeasement so that drugs can continue to flow freely. We see the sex trade industry thriving out in the open even though consciously we all agree that it’s morally wrong.

Not only are drugs encouraged to continue to pour into our country to feed the weak among our fellow Americans with more mind numbing devices but the sex slavery is also endorsed.

The sex trade industry is an epic travesty upon the face of the world and progressives are naive to think of world peace when the hearts of man are corrupt with such black thoughts.

Yet this is how it’s sold to the public. Remember where the UN meets.

To make real and permanent repairs to the human condition, and the laws we live under, it is important to make the distinction into what it is we are actually trying to achieve. We can say with certainty that we want the nation restored, but there are those in the world that are first sexually promiscuous and crave power to have access to sexual deviancy, and those that believe that organizing sex practices are appealing to “the gods” and those gods will give them power and dominion over others.

So in our quests these accounts must be considered for what they’re worth, and if justice is sought, it must be sought for all, sex slaves and child trafficking included.

Consider just in the United States the porn industry generates billions and billions of dollars every year, 97 billion worldwide and that’s the money that is traceable that file SEC statements. That’s more money than Microsoft, Google, Amazon, eBay, Yahoo, Netflix, Apple, combined. Just in the United States porn makes more money than Major League Baseball, the NHL and the NFL combined with revenues of NBC, CBS, and ABC.

The question you have to ask is………………………….why?

Now I know why President Obama is going to Rio. He’s going to save all the children from sex tourism that is so rampant there.

Oh……..sorry to get your hopes up. Everyone knows this is going on, just like the people in the room in Eyes Wide Shut, (hence the title) Obama won’t even bring it up because his bosses would chastise him for it. And we all know what happens to people who try to expose this terrible industry rooted in corrupt human sacrifice. Ask Stanley Kubrick, and Tom Cruise, when the name Cruise used to mean something, and Kubrick was still alive.

Even Presidents Break the Law: The cost of not having value.

It never ceases to amaze me that the immigration issue isn’t a clear-cut issue. The Arizona law SB1070 was an attempt by Arizona to get its problems under control. Yet, when it was enacted the violent reaction to it by portions of our demographic society was alarmingly coordinated.

For all the advocates of “open borders” they are quick to call people like the man in the video below as a “conspiracy theorist” or a “radical” because that man sees that it’s wrong to not have a border that is enforced with some authority. And he is angry that the federal government had the audacity to initiate legal action against a state, just for trying to protect its border from another country.

Anyone that has went to an exclusive nightclub, or a restaurant or even the latest and greatest ride at your local amusement park understands that good things often have a line. Good things come to those that wait. When someone works hard for something they often appreciated it.

Let me use another example. Sex used to have more value when women made men work for it. We live in a society that has cheapened everything, so it is difficult for people to see clearly the issue of border enforcement.

It is also difficult for people to understand that the Federal Government has no right to “sue” Arizona for even writing such a law as SB1070. Doing such a thing is a clear violation of the 10th Amendment. Look at this video that I did with some friends of mine to explain the Tenth Amendment. I’ve put this video on another blog, but felt I should repeat it here in the context of the Federal Government imposing itself upon Arizona.

Over the summer of 2010 I interviewed Sheriff Jones of Butler County, Ohio who has been trying to convince Ohio to enact similar legislation as Arizona’s SB1070. He has gone so far to explore the possibility of suing the entire country of Mexico for the terrible cost it imposes on the United States. Why? Well, I’ll let the Sheriff explain it himself.

The ideology of the more liberal of America’s population want the border issue cheapened, which is why they are so upset that people like Sheriff Jones, and states like Arizona that are trying to bring value back to what being an American Citizen is.

If only all people would see that being an American should have continued value, and advocating a one world “Open Society” is a foolish enterprise. Making something less valuable so that other places won’t seem so bad is a terribly naive strategy.
And it’s not only bad policy, but it’s technically illegal. The danger is the parties involved in forcing Arizona to back off SB1070 are doing so with the assumption that they can actually bend the will of law to their philosophy through the coercion of imposed case-law.

What brought all this to my mind is that Ohio is about to implement S.B.5 which will end collective bargaining in Ohio, and the behavior of “progressive groups” are already attempting to apply pressure in order to maintain the years of coercion they have imposed on the state through legislation, which is bankrupting the state. And now that the state is trying to get things under control, the forces of power are showing themselves.

It’s important that Americans understand what their rights are and how things are supposed to work. Because there are groups that will manipulate the truth to suit their own selfish needs, or political ideology and they’ll do it without any regard for the law.

SB1070 proves that not even the President of the United States is immune to such an act. And for that we should all be extremely cautious.

Thanks For Reading: Over 10,000 Views in December!

Since I began this web log, a lot has changed. The intent was to provide some conservative views to combat the numerous liberal sites that are out there. One thing the left is good at is selling their position. Conservatives tend to trust the law and keep themselves out of some of the crazy rhetoric that one must engage in to combat the radicalism of the left’s strategy. Conservatives have great ideas, and often have history on their side. They just need to become better at selling it, and have lost over the last two decades terribly to the radical left at communicating ideas.

There have been great strides at the top-level of communication, to sell logic and traditional principles. Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and many others have emerged to fill the market void that exists due to many Americans that lean-to the right. Only a small percentage lean left, yet it is the left, because they are more aggressive that is shaping the world in a way the majority of Americans don’t want. But those top names can’t due it on their own. The left has managed to be very successful at having their own big names at the top, people like Michael Moore, Sean Penn, George Clooney, Keith Obermann, and James Carvel do their work, but they also have active grass-roots to carry the baton MoveOn.org and the Huffington Post along with many, many others to lead an active online campaign that occurs daily and fills millions of email boxes with a leftist spin that partially inquiring minds have difficulty combating.

There is a radical left that has an agenda and wants to reshape the world. They showed themselves quickly when the terrible tragedy in Arizona took place. That is why I decided to take steps over the summer of 2010 to begin my own site that could grow over time and capture great radio, and commentary from the conservative side in an attempt to off-set the aggression of the radical left and the direction they want to take the country.

Radio like what Doc Thompson does locally on WLW is particularly powerful, and while those sounds broadcast over 50,000 watts to hundreds of thousands of ears, people often forget what they heard just a few hours later. It is my intent to capture some of those moments so people can return to them later and listen at their convenience. Stations like WLW makes it available for complete podcasts of these programs, but I seek to make it easier for people to filter out the important moments, so I am going to the trouble to provide some professional editorial help for the convenience of the curious listener. One such example is the below section of Doc’s show from January 10, 2011, the first time he was on the air after the Arizona Shooting.

There are other conservative blog sites out there. I particularly like American Thinker, and The Blaze.com. But, I have found that I have some abilities that are particularly beneficial to the blog medium, experience in video, editorial training, and the ability to write thousands of fresh words each day that is pertinent to current events and complimentary to the other work within the conservative movement. I also understand the value of entertainment, and live a colorful life that people find inspiring. It is a pleasure to share that with people to use in their own lives. In other words, not all conservatives are suit-and-tie men and work in the law profession. So I have a unique position to speak from and I’ve found that people enjoy it because it loosens up the seriousness of some of the topics.

Currently I’m drooling over my copy of Colonel Roosevelt, the new book just released by Edmund Morris and given to me by my youngest daughter for Christmas. I had some things to finish up before being able to jump into that book. Roosevelt back then read a voracious amount, and I share with him a childlike curiosity for everything. I adored the previous two books on Roosevelt by Morris called The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt and Theodore Rex so I understand his ravenous appetite for fun and knowledge that only children seem able to combine. I have often wondered what a man like that would be like in today’s culture where a person can read on a digital pad, write on a keyboard as fast as his mind can produce the information, and be exposed to thousands of various media in television, radio, and the internet.

I can imagine because in my own life I often write while walking, read whenever I’m sitting, and if I get pinned down in my living room I watch two televisions at the same time while scanning the internet on a lap top, and playing Xbox. My wife has gotten used to my multimedia abilities even though she is accustomed to reading 12 to 16 hours per day in the same spot without any noise, which is how she prefers it. She often cringes when I come home and “power up” plugging myself into the world. She prefers to turn off the world so she can see it clearly. But as for personalities I can relate to, Roosevelt is one of them. He was a Republican. He was a lot more power-hungry than I am, but his adventurous nature and insatiable appetite for knowledge I share with him. I was very disappointed to hear Glenn Beck proclaim that Roosevelt was the creator of the Progressive Movement, which anyone who has read my stuff here knows I despise. But those events had not yet been explored in Theodore Rex, and would not be revealed until this Colonel Roosevelt volume. I am hungry to see how those events transpired.

Glenn Beck I think feels the same as me about Roosevelt, because Beck himself appears to be a similar personality, always plugged in and learning and doing it with a childlike curiosity. And he knows that the creation of the Progressive Party, which Roosevelt ran against the Republican Party, ushered in Woodrow Wilson.

I don’t personally know Beck. I’ve only been around him, so I can only make assessments about him based on the work he does, which is the volumes of books he reads, he is writing about three books a year, does three hours of radio, one hour of television and still values time with his family. Roosevelt did much the same, while President he wrote books, read many more, and still had time for all his interests. And I’ve been getting the same type of comments, “how do you have time to write all this.” And, “how do you scan all those videos, and listen to all that radio content, and read too. Is your wife lonely? What do you do for a living?”

All I can really say is that it has something to do with never really growing up. If more people took into their adulthood the energy of their childhoods, they’d find they can do a lot more with their lives. And they’d be less prone to chemical abuse such as smoking, over-eating, and drinking. An active mind is a happy mind, and that is what will be finding its way to this web log.

What makes me happy is sharing with people who things can be different. WordPress sent me the December numbers and seemed shocked that there were over 10,000 readers of my articles, which WordPress seemed to be very impressed with. And in just one business quarter I can see that many, many people want to help with the Lakota School Levy next time, which will make it a lot easier on me and the other people who worked hard on that campaign. Back in August you couldn’t find anyone wanting to even stick their name next to a controversial idea like saying no to the levy. And people are reading the stuff that is more libertarian and those articles are getting passed from email to email and is having an effect, even if it is only encouraging people to get involved in their local Tea Party, or the 9/12 Project and any of the movements emerging. It is a useful service to offer, which is to provide a place for people to meditate on some of these ideas at their leisure.

After putting topics on this web log, such as the pay rate of the teachers at Lakota, and the governor pay rates, and the amount of people that did not go to college, but are successful anyway, it has allowed people to openly question sacred cows that have simply been glazed over in the past, and I feel very privileged to have been able to provide that.

For the third No Lakota Campaign, there is now a line of people that want to be a part of the campaign. People heard me on the radio, and read what I wrote, and they saw that the levy failed, and now they are drooling to be a part of the next victory campaign, and not just at Lakota. There are districts all over Ohio that feel empowered to act. And that is much to my delight. A group called Educate Ohio is emerging from some of those curious minds, and that is something which brings me great delight.

I feel I can inspire more people to action the way I have been doing, which ultimately puts more troops on the battlefield. I avoid long drawn out meetings like the School Board Meetings at Lakota because they are very inefficient meetings. I tend to rely on “eyes and ears” for the important stuff. I attend when absolutely needed, which is something I’ve learned to do in management work. What’s coming is something that people who see clearly need to be free to articulate. So I will keep myself free of peril with tenacious equanimity. I welcome those who want to help and ad their names to the great fight to jump on board and help anyway possible. For it is the dream of all artists that their work inspires some didactic reaction to move beyond ones previous limits, and it gives me great pleasure to see that happening as a result of the work done at this site. Such a reaction is more important to me than money, fame, or any form of orthodox social acceptance. There is room for everyone that wants to cast an arrow on behalf of truth, justice, and the American Way!

Why All the Anger? More of the Left Playing Dumb as to their Actions

As more and more facts come in about the Arizona shooting, and the left oriented continue to complain about the vitriol coming from talk shows and radio I think the honest question deserves to be asked. Why is there anger?

Did it ever occur to any of those left oriented people when Nancy Pelosi marched with her gavel up the Capital steps locked arm and arm forcing Americans to a Health Care Bill that they didn’t want, and subverted many legislative steps in the process to accomplish the task, that there wouldn’t be anger?

Are the American people supposed to just be happy about Constitutional subversion, or by-passing congress all together to pass Net Neutrality? Did they really think there wouldn’t be anger?

Are we supposed to be happy with a government that spent us into seeming oblivion and left us essentially broke, while congress continued to give themselves raises and fly all over the country on tax payer funds?

Can those leftist identify a period in history where so much was crammed down the throat of the American people right out in the open, and not have people get angry?

Or congressional members that have been openly corrupt, and when caught, treated the American people like they were fools.

I could go on, and on, and on. But how could anybody on the left expect that all these things would be imposed on the American public, and American’s wouldn’t get mad about it?

Statements like even questioning the level of anger of the American People say that the left has absolutely no respect for them. It’s as foolish as stealing from the company you work for, then wondering why they want to fire you.

What the left is really mad about is that there are people on talk radio and TV that are pointing out the things that are being done. Those voices are supposed to be suppressed. That’s what they are really saying.  Here’s the difference, the left cannot argue any points.  They use radical methods to hide the emptiness of their ideas.  On the other hand, those in the conservative movement rely on the rules to allow the validity of their arguments to emerge.  The Tea Party or any other group that is focusing on traditional values doesn’t need to use guns, or violence to make a point.  Because the truth is all that is needed.   

As far as hate, here’s an example of what Glenn Beck talks about.  Anyone that thinks Beck preaches hate doesn’t know what hate means.  Beck is all about overcoming that kind of stuff.

The only ones talking about peaceful, and logical solutions are the members of the Conservative Movement.

Arizona Shooter Wanted to “be a Woman Someday”

It is terribly sad that Clarence Dupnik and Keith Obermann quickly seized the shooting tragedy in Arizona to attempt to erode the progress of the conservative movement.

Hey…………….guys, the kid was a screwball. One of his favorite books was the Communist Manifesto! That’s as far from the Tea Party movement as you get. Look at his Facebook page. He worked for “Children Protective Services, and wanted to be a woman someday.” Does that sound like a conservative leaning, tea partier?

Yet while the poor victims were still on the operating table, these two irresponsible people chose to seize the opportunity to take a shot at those who want to see the county return to traditional American values.

Here is the Sheriff in Tucson, Clarence Dupnik.

And here is Keith Obermann jumping quickly to capitalize on the progressive position well before the facts were in, hoping to erode away the effects of the recent conservative gains in popularity.

Who confuses who? Listen to this Socialist in Ohio spewing confusing rhetoric that is intended for young people.

 This guy openly speaks of moving away from the American Constitution.

If the kid was confused, it’s because of the effect people like Bernadine Dorn, Bill Ayers, Francis Pivan and many, many others that have infected our schools like termites with leftist ideology that doesn’t hold much water when someone does some investigation into the truth of the matter. The kid was reading all the wrong stuff at a tender age where leftist rhetoric had obviously manipulated his reason. Not to mention the Daily Show. That could be equally to blame. And in tragedy those same leftists try to assign blame away from them, quickly, onto a faction of society that is trying to help young people like this kid desire to do something more important with their lives than trying to become a woman. Defend Ohio Rally in Columbus was Organized by Socialists

The shooting in Arizona is tragic. But at this time, the facts are still coming in, and there is other news going on at the same time that needs attention. One of those news stories is the impact of the man who structured the Defend Ohio rally up in Columbus to protest John Kasich’s position on organized labor is a Socialist!

Doc Thompson had a great banter with a spokesman from Defend Ohio, a group I had never heard of because it was apparently formed just last weekend to attack John Kasich’s Administration before it could even get started. But the fellow came on WLW to discuss his position, and for that I give him credit. Listen to that conversation here:

If these people weren’t so dangerous, in trying to compete legitimately in the battlefield of ideas, I might just pat them on the head and encourage them to keep learning and trying. But, as I’ve discussed on this forum many times and in many ways, socialism, communism, progressivism, imperialism, and on and on, are infantile mutterings of the lazy, collective oriented that lack true courage, because they seek to hide their ambition behind a government entity that they wish to use as a bargaining chip.

I have news for those childish minds. The country was built on capitalist principles. Not socialist principles and unions. In fact, the growth of our nation has stopped since socialist started penetrating our political culture and used the aspects of American Culture we collectively feel guilty about, like slavery, like our treatment of women, and the handling of the poor, to manipulate the political spectrum in a way that has made the United States less competitive. For people who believe such things, their minds are like shallow streams and their recollections of American History are just as deep. American History may only be as deep as a mighty river, but there is much more under the surface that makes up the contents of the river. America is not just simple poor against rich, working man against the white-collar man, black against white, men against women, its swirls of all those things and a lot more to add. Such duality in thinking is only useful to small-minded souls that can’t see beyond their individual cages.

When I heard the interview above on Doc Thompson’s show, I thought the man from Defend Ohio was naive, but well-intentioned, and I had figured he just needed to think things through a lot deeper. But now I know after a little research, that the people behind this rally are socialists! No wonder they don’t like Kasich!

Before 2010, I thought communists and socialists in our American society was something that was attempted during the McCarthy era, and even then, I actually thought that McCarthy was far-reaching in his pursuit to weed out communists. I thought that because I believed what the media told me, that Joseph McCarthy was a right-winged-paranoid-do-gooder. I started to question the media when I saw that they used the same approach to attack Kenneth Star, when he investigated Bill Clinton. Star was just doing his job. Clinton had flat-out lied in federal court. It happened right in front of our faces, so that made me question the reporting of the socialists in the McCarthy hearings.

Now, the evidence is everywhere. Socialists have their own party. They try to put up candidates, they have infiltrated unions, newspapers, television, Hollywood, publishing. They are a legitimate competitor for political ideas and they have done it under the radar.

So now they have met at the capital of Ohio on January 8, 2011 to protest a Governor that is trying to bring capitalism oriented ideas back to a state to attempt to save that great state from the damage done by socialist that have infiltrated the political culture for decades. The difference between now, and when they originally started, is it’s out in the open who and what they are. And America has to make the decision about what they want to do about it.

It’s ok to be wrong. And socialist are out-of-their-minds wrong. But it’s not OK to wreck American Culture to pursue the infant diatribes of half-baked minds.

Ohio leftists create Defend Ohio campaign and launch Stop Kasich movement against new government’s radically anti-worker program

Supporters of the Dan La Botz, Socialist for Senate campaign of 2010 met in Columbus, Ohio over the weekend to found a new organization and launch a campaign to fight for jobs and public services in Ohio—and they pledged to resist the policies of Republic Governor-elect John Kasich. Dan La Botz was the Socialist Party candidate for the U.S. Senate in Ohio in November 2010 and received 25,000 votes.

The labor and movement activists from cities throughout Ohio created the Buckeye Socialist Network (there will soon be a BuckeyeSocialist.org website). The Network’s first campaign is called DEFEND OHIO and will focus on defending public employees’ jobs and public services.

“Governor Kasich has unleashed a class war in Ohio,” said Dan La Botz. “And we intend to fight back. Kasich’s inauguration is the ideal occasion for Ohio’s working people to protest in at the Capital in Columbus and to show the governor that he is going to face four years of fierce resistance by unions and social movements.

“Kasich,” said La Botz, “pledged to revoke the union organizing rights of home care and child care workers in Ohio. This is a vicious and despicable attack on the some of the state’s hardest working and lowest paid workers. And it is not so different from President Obama’s recent promise to freeze the wages of Federal employees. These attacks on public employees parallel the private employers drive for two-tier labor contracts intended to lower wages and they parallel attacks on social programs for low-income people in our society.

“We will be organizing working people to fight to defend public employees’ jobs, their wages, and their right to unionize. We will be fighting to defend all of the many services that these workers—teachers, social workers, water workers, garbage collectors, and so many others—provide. In doing so, we will be beginning the fight to rebuild the power of unions in Ohio.”

Union members from the Teamsters, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, American Federation of Government Employees, Communication Workers of America, and United Food and Commercial Workers were among those in attendance at the founding meeting of the Buckeye Socialist Network. Representatives from Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton/Yellow Springs, Canton, and New Philadelphia attended the half-day meeting.

Hey, you can’t make this stuff up. Progress Ohio has their name all over this. These “types” of people are in the minority, but because they are motivated radicals, they must be dealt with equal passion from those of us that think correctly. And yes, there is a correct way to think and an incorrect way to think. Individuality and the power of the individual are correct. Collectivism is wrong. It allows the worst of people to live in a state of mediocrity. This popular video of the New York Public worker wrecking a car on a snowy street is a perfect example of what you get when you allow people to live in that state of mediocrity. This is your typical union employee. And I say that from lots of experience.

Don’t ever ask me to pay for people like this with tax dollars.
