License to Murder: What I think is behind the death of Andrew Brietbart

I am sorry to shatter the world of many of my readers with this revelation, but as promised upon the announcement of Andrew Brietbart’s death I would get into the “conspiracy theory” side of that sudden death.  Upon revealing this information which hard facts are nearly impossible to come by, it is more important to study what observable conditions we do know to understand the surroundings that led to Andrew’s death.  Before getting too far into these thoughts that I will reveal to you here you will need to understand a technology called Nanorobotics and you can read about that at the below link for a basic understanding.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanorobotics

Alex Jones thinks the way I do about this issue.  While those who point at Jones, and me as advocating dangerous conspiracy theories, it wasn’t us who did anything wrong.  But the circumstances around Brietbart add up logically to an assassination if the facts are observed rationally.  The same methods that first discovered black holes in the darkness of space can be used to ascertain the murderers in this case.  When black holes were discovered they were noticed by what they didn’t show to a telescope by eating light and bending space around them.  And the death of Brietbart can be understood by seeing what is being covered up.  Have a listen to Alex.

Within hours of the death Media Matters was very conciliatory, quickly offering a statement that bridged political differences.  On the surface this seemed appropriate, but under the surface, it was a bit too quick for a group that has displayed so much hatred for people like Brietbart. That’s not to say that it was Media Matters who ordered the hit, but that they were following the orders of the company line which came straight down from its owners who also have their hands into the executive branch of our current government.  The push recently from the progressive media empire has been in 2012 to hit back at the liberty groups and Brietbart was a large, symbolic target.  His recent speech at CPAC was the push that took Brietbart over the edge and called out the hit.

Since 2012 was ushered in it was on New Year’s Eve that the President of the United States signed into law the NDAA act that was the offensive launched by these progressive tacticians to bend the world into their direction.  Fox News has come under vicious attack to water down their content focusing almost exclusively on the details of the Republican candidates for president, while quite sinister news has transpired unreported by the media.  Just two weeks ago the highly respected Judge Napolitano had his show FreedomWatch cancelled as other media personalities have found themselves suddenly fired from large companies that are publicly traded on the New York Stock exchange.

“He who has the gold rules,” is what a very evil, and vile man once told me as he sold me out to the political machine to save his own skin nearly two decades ago.  His decision very nearly ruined my life, and put me on a path that was intended to kill me many times over.  And if I did not die, then I would rot away in jail for the rest of my days.  The only thing that saved me was my brain.  So I know a lot about what I’m talking about here.  The evil man was right, whoever has the gold does rule, and large companies publicly traded will pull the plug on controversial people so they can be removed as a threat, and this has been happening in abundance.  It’s a global push, not a local one.  Many people locally have seen it in newspapers being shifted around, coverage being a bit different on their nightly news, and radio stations taking noticeably “neutral” positions.  The employees of these organizations don’t know what’s going on.  They are simply responding to corporate memos.  And those memos come from those who hold the gold.  People like Andrew Breitbart, Glenn Beck, and Alex Jones have learned to carry the news without putting the control in such hands, and this has infuriated those with the gold. That’s why people like Jones are particularly dangerous to the gold rulers, because they have lost editorial control over such media personalities.

In my 2004 book The Symposium of Justice I put into fictional context what years and years of being followed, wire tapped, and harassed by every legal mechanism available could muster.  My simplified conclusion in that book was a government organization called “The System” had developed a mind control device which affected the pituitary gland in the human brain with a radio wave activating it in a similar fashion as a brain wave does.  This would cause people to become overly sexed, and impulsive consumers—and made them easy to control.  The villain in the novel was named the Magic Man, because he had a unique way of making people disappear.  Killing people with a gun or another Hollywood type of assassination is a crude way to remove enemies.  A bullet has traceability, and actually touching a body has fingerprints and DNA that can be left behind, so the modern assassin must find ways around these traditional assassinations.

If you haven’t read The Symposium, I’d encourage you to pick it up.  I keep the Amazon link off the right of the page.  I wrote it to get people thinking about the improbable, and to give them hope.  The money is used to fight back against these progressive losers so it’s for a good cause.  That book comes to my mind because 10 years ago it was obvious to me that this type of assassination was going on and I wanted people to understand how the game was played against them.  And the game is quite serious. America is under attack—not directly, but indirectly.  Just listen to the remainder of Alex’s broadcast.

These days it’s not subtle mind control being employed through television broadcasts, radio waves and public relations conditioning.  Now for those rich enough to afford them, the modern assassins have nanobots.  Nanobots are real, but are very expensive so you won’t find them at Walgreens.  Nanobots are not science fiction and a thing of conspiracy theory.  They are machines that are built at a molecular level and can be so small they would be undetectable with anything but a powerful microscope.  So a coroner performing an autopsy would have to look in the specific region of the damaged tissue upon death to even see a nanobot.

A nanobot could be programmed to attack a specific region of the body, such as a heart and weaken the cellular structure that supports the organ.  This could be done through the nervous system or actually by breaking down the actual tissue.  Once the target is assassinated and death is prescribed, the nanobot could then move to another region of the body and hide so that it will not be detected by the autopsy when tissue samples are taken and sent to the lab.

Based on my personal experiences with law enforcement, big business, and politics, I can say with confidence that if I were hired to perform a high-profile assassination I would not use poison, because it’s detectable in an autopsy.  I would not use a gun, because that is simply too messy, predictable, and has way too much traceability.  The only reason one would use a gun is to take credit for the kill.  Not good for such a high-profile assassination.  I would use a nanobot if my client had the money to supply them.  And in Andrew Brietbart’s case, the enemy clients do have the money and access to technology.

When I heard that Andrew Brietbart just collapsed after walking his dog in the middle of the street subsequent to being invited to a Superbowl party at Bill Ayers house where a known terrorist had cooked for Andrew it was the very first thing I thought of—nanobots.  There is means, there is motive, there are all indicators that this was a homicide.  The only reason such a statement would be regulated to conspiracy theory is because nanobots are not widely known to the science community yet, and they certainly are not part of the forensics world at this time.  There are probably only a handful of people on the entire planet who even have access to them.  Of course twenty years from now when nanobots are mainstream science and are being used to repair organs, damaged nerves and severely broken bones, this murder case of Andrew Brietbart will have long been forgotten.  The murder weapon will have dissolved away into nothing along with the natural body decay and there will be no trace left.  For all practical purposes, such a murder until that time will be considered science fiction.

But remember where you heard it.  And know that I will be there to remind everyone that I told you so.  Because the death of Andrew Brietbart was not by natural causes, it was made to look that way by a progressive movement who will stop at nothing to achieve their objectives.  You can see their movements by observing the vacuums left in their wake, at what isn’t there.  Once you stop looking for an actual entity, they are easy to see in the shadows they create throughout society.  Andrew’s assassin was probably nowhere near the death when it happened.  The murder weapon was probably ingested in food that Andrew ate at a restaurant or even at someone’s house—maybe even during a party.  And once in the body it worked its way near the heart where it began to weaken the tissue there over the last couple of weeks disguising itself to the body as just another cell.  Until out in the street for everyone to see, he just died.  It was meant to look like natural causes, but more than that it was meant to be a warning to all who oppose the regime of progressivism currently attempting to rule the world. In public we dare not utter such theories otherwise we might be called kooks by the same assassins who do these killings.  But deep down inside we all know that this was a warning kill, that war is declared and there will be more death.

Alex Jones knows it and many like him.  I certainly know it without even being there.  Because the wake around the killing reeks with motive, means, and a vast network that intend to rule the world at any cost, even innocent lives.  The weakness of this case is in a crime investigation that does not yet know or accept evidence of technology that is not yet known to the general public.  But it will be, and until then how many countless thousands will be terminated in the same fashion?

For those who doubt what I say here, consider how the NDAA was passed and what it means.  (If you’ve forgotten already CLICK HERE for a review.)  The people involved have no love or morality for the average American, and they have shown they are willing to kill if necessary to protect their intentions.  And that is the strongest evidence at play in the death of Andrew Brietbart.  The assassins know that nobody in the legal system will pursue such a murder, because they don’t want to have the same thing happen to them.  They know like the rest of us do, that “he who has the gold—rules.”  If you want to find the murderer, follow the gold and you’ll have your man.  But nobody in the legal community has the courage to take on the ruler…sadly.  So this death will be pronounced “natural causes,” and life will go on as usual with more mysterious deaths to follow.

So we will remember Andrew Brietbart for all the things he did for liberty and that long fight out of this very black hole.  He can be seen in his finals days at the link below where I have his CPAC speech up to watch again.  And remember when you see it, that the contents of it led to his death.  So don’t let it go in vain.

To see a primitive test of a nanorobot, you can see one here moving across the surface of a dime. Welcome to the modern age of assassin technology.

Peter Jackson Takes a Stand: Saving Jobs in New Zealand from labor union looting

Sometimes the best way to see something clearly is to back up so you can put it in focus. It also helps to not view the world exclusively through one particular specialization of which one makes a living. Living life should be a constant adventure of always learning and expanding ones viewpoint, and not relegating a perception to just those within the field of one’s occupation. This is the role of philosophy and story tellers, people I enjoy spending time around more than any other, because they often see the bigger picture of things, excel in this skill and do society great justice when they share the fruits of their labor.

This is also why I have been spending some time talking about the new film The Hobbit by Peter Jackson, because stories like this are much bigger than the small issues that surround us on a daily basis, so in placing our energy onto such projects metaphors of our own reality can be analyzed. So let me share with you dear reader a clip from the video blog of The Hobbit hosted by Peter Jackson before we plunge into a bit of darkness in our discussion today. When watching this clip it reminded me of two things—first I am happy to see that Jackson is filming The Hobbit, for the first time in 48 frames a second and in 3D. I had the privilege of working with Real D 3D a few years ago on the development of a new camera system they were testing for the 3D market which is very similar to the version seen in this clip, so it excites me greatly to see this kind of technology being utilized to the furthest extent of artistic interpretation. Second—for the reasons that have held up The Hobbit as a production and almost prevented it from being filmed in New Zealand are the same that I will probably never get the chance to do work in Hollywood again, because of my stances against unions in my written work.

The dark story of making The Hobbit is one that has held the project up for years and is yet another story about how labor unions are corrosive organizations. And its statements like that which have blacklisted me from any future work within the Hollywood community. I made this choice consciously knowing that I will instead shift my attention in these middle years of my life to writing novels instead. So I am happy to let my whip work and other entertainment talents drift into the nature of that independent task of authorship. Because there is no going back now, I’ve said too much.

But what I said needed to be said. It’s the things that Peter Jackson doesn’t want, or need to say. It’s the things that the distributors at Warner Brothers can’t talk about even if their opinions are harsh on the matter privately. This is because a subtle harness is placed upon the entertainment industry and that harness is the exact same gag that exists on public education, and is preventing the open learning and creativity of millions of children from realizing their full potential. It is that of the labor unions.

During Lord of the Rings, the production could be said to be very successful because Peter Jackson as a director is extremely personable, grounded, and fantastic at multitasking. He kept his set fun which allowed for a bonding to occur between his technical staff and his actors which showed up on-screen in a tremendous way. It is unlikely that Lord of the Rings would have been such a great production if Jackson had not been the director, or if the entire film had not been shot in New Zealand.

My wife and I made serious plans to move to New Zealand in the early years of our marriage and live on a sailboat. So I understand the appeal of a country that as of now prides itself on rugged individuality. When one thinks of New Zealand government of any kind does not come to mind, just big open fields, mountains, horses and–sheep. But the one great thing that I’ll say about New Zealand that the film industry can’t say is that one of the reasons Lord of the Rings went together so impressively, and all members of the crew got along unusually well, and communication worked at all levels was the absence of a labor union in New Zealand involving the actors and technical unions. Before Lord of the Rings came out there were only a few major films to come out of New Zealand, The Man from Snowy River films, and the George Lucas spectacle Willow. So the labor unions didn’t protest too intensely when New Line Cinema aligned with Wingnut films to produce a massive three film adaptation to the Tolkien classic, the unions didn’t pay much attention. Jackson wisely shot the films back-to-back while Fellowship of the Ring was still in post production and had not yet hit theaters. The Lord of the Rings films were able to be made outside of the chaos of the usual Hollywood production without a lot of union influence in an almost campfire style production where everyone bonded on the set.

However, success breeds the looters, and after multiple Academy Awards the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance union from Australia decided it wanted to move over into the New Zealand market because they feared that such high-profile big budget films in the future would go to New Zealand instead of Australia where the Star Wars films were shot over similar concerns. These big productions could not be done in the United States, because there is too much hassle these days over labor disputes, so film companies run from unions out of necessity, and in this case New Zealand is the last far-flung corner of the globe without one of these labor unions controlling the industry, so The Hobbit will be the last of its kind. The unions took action against The Hobbit production joining with the Screen Actors Guild and four other international unions to boycott the production.

You can read an article about this mess here:

http://news.sky.com/home/showbiz-news/article/15772110

Peter Jackson in an effort to save his home country of New Zealand the thousands upon thousands of jobs The Hobbit would bring to craftsman and film personnel refused to buckle under the union pressure and called the union what it was, a bully looking for money, membership and power. He threatened to take the production of The Hobbit and its $300 million budget to Europe in order to make the film. You can read that article here:

http://news.sky.com/home/showbiz-news/article/15745443

Thankfully the whole situation settled as thousands of New Zealanders protested to keep The Hobbit production in New Zealand, so the unions backed off socially, and Jackson was able to go and make the film the way he likes to make them. For me personally it is very nice to see Peter walking around on his sets casually without all the egotistical authority that so many of his predecessors displayed. It’s Jackson’s directorial style to be very open, fair and forthcoming in his dealings with his cast and crew. Jackson is certainly a director who would suffer from too much outside control on his projects which is what the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance union was trying to do. They saw Jackson’s success and they wanted to loot off his back, off his creations, and his relationships so they could get a piece of the pie for themselves.

This is what teachers unions have done to our schools. It’s no different in any respect. A school cannot pick up and move like Jackson threatened to settle a union dispute. A community has a school and it’s fixed in place. So if a union infests it with their looting tendency, the community is forced to deal with the extortion measures they employ.

The Disney Company deals with the unions by tossing more money at the problem which is why the Pirate films are so expensive. Disney has the advantage of generating a tremendous amount of money through their subsidiary companies, so they can play that game. They are too big to fly under the radar like Jackson does today, or Spielberg and Lucas used to. Notice that as Spielberg became bigger and more successful over the years, that his films seemed to become more and more bogged down. He still makes pretty good films, but nothing like his final year as a master filmmaker in 1993 with the release of Jurassic Park and Schindler’s List. I know people get angry with Spielberg and Tim Burton (who I think is a fantastic director) for sucking up to the Obama administration now, and the Clinton administration’s back in the 90’s, but at the heart of that evil is a desire for creative people to make their movies as a wall of opposition known as the entertainment unions stand in the way. The union influence shows up in the final product and it does rob the production of some magic. The audience can tell the difference and it does affect Hollywood’s bottom line. They respond by making more comedies, and easy productions that aren’t overly complicated and can be shot around Los Angeles or Las Vegas–easy set ups. The creative minds behind the movies attempt to keep the protesting communists who run the labor unions at bay with appeasement. Disney throws money at unions to advance a project which works, but prevents smaller film makers from being able to compete on equal footing, because the unions hold all producers to the same standard as a company like Disney. Unless the filmmaker makes the film out of the country like Jackson has, they find themselves encumbered needlessly both creatively and financially.

As I see the previews and clips coming in from The Hobbit I am starting to get excited, because such films—stories of such depth are rare for all the reasons described, and are true treasures of our culture. I desire a world where people can speak and do business with each other without the looters standing in the way trying to make easy money for themselves. And yes, my comments here about the education unions have blacklisted me in entertainment which will go on forever. But I have other talents and I’ll use them to tell the story of how human beings get themselves into these fixes. It’s a difficult thing to balance out the need to make a living and then to make a living that is honest and true. Because the chances are, even if you are a wealthy film maker, if your love is to make movies you still need the industry system to make them, so you do your best to shut your mouth and put up with the parts you don’t like. You give money to the Obama administrations as a payoff to a mobster thug and hope they leave you alone politically. And the same holds true for the teaching profession. Or any profession that is controlled by labor unions, it’s hard to come out and speak against it, and to call it what it is, because the system is designed to exclude any voice of dissention. But I will do it, because I’ve already started the process, so I might as well see it through. And in the meantime, I will cheer with much vigor the upcoming film The Hobbit for all these reasons and more. Great stories are so few and far between, and I’m so excited about this one that I may just go get in line for it right now.

A Woolly Mammoth in Siberia: Attacks, Mystery and Obama sings

Early in the morning as the Archie Wilson story was breaking my imagination was temporarily sparked by the urgent news that a Woolly mammoth was spotted in Siberia. Being personally interested in cryptozoology such a discovery ignited my imagination in the cold morning hours of February 8, 2012.

However, the source of the news drew my skepticism, it was from The Sun, a tabloid newspaper and as I watched the video featured on the article below, I became more and more disappointed. Have a look for yourself.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4116326/Woolly-mammoth-spotted-in-Siberia.html

The trouble I have with the video, and this comes from a great deal of experience, is that it is too blurry, and the cameraman doesn’t attempt to cut the animal off as it leaves the river. If I had been shooting this video I would have at least moved in for a closer look. There is no way I would have let that animal out of my sight with a short shot of it crossing a waterway.

I believe that such creatures still roam the earth. A Woolly mammoth in the extremely large land mass of Siberia is entirely believable. But footage gathered up from a paranormal investigator should be expected to be heavily scrutinized. So the cameraman owes it to his investigation to get the best shot possible. These days video cameras are more than capable of getting a better, much less fuzzy shot than the one seen in this Woolly mammoth video. So it must be concluded that the poor film quality is on purpose, to mislead the viewer into believing they are seeing something they aren’t.

Visual effects are both fortunately and unfortunately much easier for even low tech equipment to produce these days so a video confirming a Woolly mammoth requires much higher quality video. In fact, I wouldn’t believe it unless I saw the cameraman actually touch the animal. Standing at a safe difference with a fixed location just won’t cut it these days.

This Woolly mammoth video reminds me of another hoax video of a killer whale attacking a kid on a Mexican beach. This video is actually quite good as it replicates accurately how killer whales attack and eat seals. They do slide on shore and grab unsuspecting mammals in this fashion. Have a look for yourself.

Special effects are a part of our lives and we can no longer trust what we see at face value. In this whale video everything about it is accurate as it would happen in nature. The waves actually break against the victim’s feet and the whale’s body as it eats the human with arms flailing about. We are inclined to believe it. Yet we don’t. The problem with the video is that it violates the rules of cognitive recognition.

Cognitive recognition is the ability to learn the meaning of words and develop the ability to combine those words so that images can be formed in the mind as the words are read. In order for this to happen a mind has to accept the meaning of the words. We do this in life also, we accept the meaning of certain events, the way rain falls from the sky, or how the sun feels on a summer day. Our collections of these cognitive recognition patterns help us determine reality. They might tell us that a politician is lying to us even if what they say sounds and looks good to our eyes. Our experience might tell us that something is amiss if the cognitive recognition of a given experience does not add up to our understanding of reality. In the case of the whale video the biggest problem is that the cameraman would have naturally ran to help the victim in some way. The victim waves to the camera then within seconds is eaten. All the while, the camera remains steady. This behavior violates what we know through cognitive recognition to represent reality.

Here’s another video that is even stranger than the Woolly mammoth or the whale, it’s the President of the United States trying to convince the crowd that he is a good, and legitimate president. When watching this video the cognitive recognition patterns bring about pleasant memories of experiences we might have had as the president smiles, and even sings to a crowd. Everything about this video says that this president is a good man—yet there is something wrong.

Vacant from this video are the facts that the behavior avoids. Like the Woolly mammoth that was filmed from a distance and not captured leaving the water, or the whale being betrayed by the calmness of the cameraman, the Obama video says more about what is missing than what it shows. In this case there is no resemblance of the 6 trillion dollars in debt that has been added during his three years as president, or the multiple infractions he has committed against the United States Constitution. These things are known in our cognitive understanding of the world, yet they are noticeably missing in the Obama video leaving us with the feeling that something isn’t quite right when we watch the President sing to a screaming crowd. We enjoy what we see, but understand that something I wrong.

With all three videos we can prove that they are fakes based on our cognitive recognition patterns. Even when our eyes want to believe what we see through special effects, sound, or even camera lightning, blurriness, or distance, the fraud is revealed when the behavior seen betrays our understanding of how things truly behave.

It looks like the search for a Woolly mammoth will continue on. The video from Siberia does not prove that any have survived to our modern age. I will still have fun looking for these creatures from the campsites of remote locations. And when I find one, I will not let the camera betray the reality of the situation. I will film plenty of footage that is perfectly clear. And I will get so close that I could crawl on its back if need be. Because seeing is not always believing when there are tricks available to manipulate our senses into what we are seeing. At times like that, we must rely on our cognitive recognition to help us discover the elusive truths based on our experience and not what we desire. I might want to see a Woolly mammoth, but just having the wish is not enough. Reality must be measured by our cognitive recognition.

Why John Hughes is a Hero: The evil behind legalized theft

What was 55-year-old John C. Hughes thinking when he paced a patrol car for seven blocks in the town of Butte, Montana then pulled his SUV around to pass the cop at over 70 mph instigating a chase that went up to 100 mph down an interstate toward Rocker, Montana? Well, the police didn’t know what to make of it. They chased Hughes until patrolmen threw stop sticks across the road flattening the tires of the SUV. When they arrested the driver Hughes proclaimed that being in a car chase was on his bucket list, and saw this as his opportunity to make good on that list.

Naturally reporters and law enforcement personnel across the nation were confused as to why anyone would want to do such a thing. Why would anyone openly challenge the law like that? Why would something so reckless be on someone’s bucket list?

Well, I have some very strong feelings about the reason and necessity by John Hughes to instigate a car chase with the police which are challenging to pin-point because often the social parameters that nag us most are those that remain undefined. For many, we drive about on the roads and highways eyeing the police as though they are wolves ready to pounce on our gazelle nature. We carefully worry about whether or not our tags are up to date on our licenses, whether or not we are carrying our insurance cards and keep an eye on our speeds so not to attract the attention of these wolves.

When we pass down the road and see a fellow driver pulled over there is a part of us that feels sorry for them. We know that at a minimum there will be a big fine that comes from a traffic stop. Sometimes it’s worse, it could involve jail time. Most of the time being caught by the police in some fashion means a loss of freedom to some extent and over time our subconscious feelings about these wolves patrolling around has caused Americans to accept a lifestyle wrapped in tyranny.

Most police patrol vehicles have on them someplace a logo that indicates, “To protect and serve.” We accept this logo as a reality in the discussions of everyday speech, but in the back of our minds we know this is a disguise designed to make the wolf appear to be something it’s not. The law enforcement officer is not stopping crime with their traffic stops. They are not protecting and serving the society by setting up DUI checkpoints and hindering the freedoms of drivers from getting to and from their destinations without harassment. They are toll collectors and law enforcements chief goal is to sustain the jobs of attorneys, judges, clerk of courts, jailers, and politicians who make up laws to support these public jobs. The ticket gained on the side of the road by an officer who has pulled you over is a legalized theft of your personal wealth. It is a forced acquisition of your time and money that dictates you will pay your fees, you will appear in court, that you may retain the services of an attorney. You will do all these things because a cop selected you to be pulled over, and you find yourself caught in a political snare that is open looting.

Police will tell society that it is because of the presence of police officers that crime is deterred. If there were fewer police there would be more robberies, there would be more rapes, there would be more DUI’s and reckless speeding. Police and politicians use fear of crime to drive society to accept their tyranny. The measurement of the truth is easy as to what the intentions are of law enforcement. They are the perpetrators of evil disguised as justice.

In my book The Symposium of Justice the police wanting to earn community trust inject a known rapist recently paroled into a neighborhood hoping that the pedophile will resume his activity and put the citizens into a froth looking for police support. Police do these things within the realm of the law, but their secret intentions which they do not reveal in the light of day is to gain public acceptance of their levy requests, and to support the staffing requirements without question. They use fear to gain advantages for their law enforcement entity. In cities locally like West Chester and Mason the nature of these police is easy to see. When driving from townships like Sycamore or Liberty into these cities the cops sit like hungry predators in parking lots and on the side of roads looking for an easy traffic stop so to meet their ticket quotas. Those police aren’t there to protect society from crime. In both of these regions Mason and West Chester their neighboring townships of Liberty and Sycamore do not have higher crime because they do not employ full-time police. Those regions tend to have low crime because the people who live there are good, families on public assistance is down, and value in education is higher. It’s the quality of people who determine the level of crime, not the presence of police. This leaves the nature of those police exposed for those who dare proclaim it.

How do we know a society is evil, or better yet, how do we know that the work of police in protecting and serving that society is evil? The answer is if a society is built upon a system of theft than that society is evil. And currently, or society is built upon theft.

We do not give our taxes freely to benefit our society for the better. Behind our façade of participation, each week our taxes are taken from our pay checks and used to pay for the toys of politicians. I am forced by coercion to pay for Medicare, a program that Lyndon Johnston created to compliment Social Security. It was the ideas of looting presidents trying to impress their mistresses who dictated that all American’s would pay for these grand social programs. For me the tax payer, I will have peace and some resemblance of freedom so long as I pay my taxes. But if I do not pay my taxes, then I will be arrested and thrown into jail by law enforcement.

Having staffed levels of police so high is not to clean up the occasional accidents on roadways, or the domestic violence that sometimes takes place in a large population. The infrastructure of the police car on the side of the road is not to protect and serve you, it is to protect and serve the society’s ability to legally loot by means of open theft. The police are there to remind the American citizen that they must obey the law, they must pay attention to the registration of their vehicles, their insurance cards, and hundreds of little details because we must all drive to get to our jobs so we can pay our taxes which encompass almost 50% of everything we earn by the time you add up the gas tax, the various sales taxes, the payroll taxes, and our property tax. I personally think most of that money is spent unwisely, and should be greatly reduced. But it is the law enforcement officer who stands between a population that would turn its anger on a political class that has built a society of evil in open theft, and strict compliance with the law. The cops absorb and diffuse the anger so it doesn’t migrate to a higher level.

When the officer sits in his patrol car like a wolf hunting food for the day, most of us hope that we will be protected by the sheer numbers as we travel like herds hoping to blend in and not attract the attention of the wolf in his patrol car. So we watch the speed limit and make sure we don’t roll through a stop light when a cop is around, because we don’t want to see those lights on in our rear view mirror. If we do, we know the chances are we’ll be going to court to pay a ticket that will be $50 to $100. We may even have to hire a lawyer at $75 to $200 an hour. Those lights on in our rear view mirrors might mean we will be forced to pay additional taxes on top of everything else of another $1000 to $2000. The fear of these fines keeps society from acting on the open theft because we all know you cannot fight the law, you cannot fight city hall, it is pointless to resist. That is the message.

The law enforcement officer represents tyranny to an evil system. Most people don’t have the capacity to consider their life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness when their attentions are consumed with all this trivia of paying taxes mentioned here. When the worry of our days must be negotiated between our taxes and our obligations to our families and ourselves, there isn’t much time left for philosophy and social context. So we look at the police with disdain, fear, and apprehension and do our best to avoid their wrath with careful adherence to the law, laws that are created faster than even the law makers can read them. The cop is the symbol of a society built on theft. They are the means of force to attain with might if necessary the legalized theft of our property.

So when John C. Hughes sped by a cop car in his SUV at 70 mph to instigate a police chase, he wasn’t trying to get arrested, or even break the law. Mr. Hughes put this car chase on his bucket list before he died because he wanted for once in his life to hunt the wolf instead of being afraid of them. For just a moment, John Hughes was the aggressor, and found a moment of freedom when he took action to step beyond fear to overcome the intimidation of those red and blue lights that flash from a patrol car. Hughes wanted to be free for just a moment to be his own man, and was willing to trade away his freedom once he was caught for the sensation of that true freedom while he was a temporary outlaw.

For that reason I admire Mr. Hughes. I understand that the law enforcement officers involved were perplexed, and the judge I’m sure was aghast. The members of the law enforcement community had their cage rattled. The reality that if everyone behaved as Mr. Hughes did, the law enforcement officers would find themselves on the bad end of a very sharp stick. Law enforcement is accustomed to societies blind conformance to the law, and all the members of the political class that have built the law enforcement community need that conformity to ensure their ability to legally steal from society the wages earned from their labor. In a society that is built upon theft, it is the thin blue line that makes it so. And most of the time a challenge to that authority goes unanswered until a 55-year-old man from Montana decided to put that challenge on his bucket list so that at least one time in his life he could spit in the face of his masters and touch the face of freedom, even if the experience lasted only for a moment.

Atlas Shrugged Part 2: Green lit and ready for production!

I make no attempt to hide the fact that I think Atlas Shrugged is one of the greatest novels of all time, and that Ayn Rand is one of the greatest philosophers in the history of mankind. When the recent film, Atlas Shrugged Part 1 came out to scathing reviews, the establishment found themselves attempting to deface the film at every turn. The reason for all the commotion is that Atlas Shrugged is essentially a philosophy that decertifies the altruistic tendencies of our modern society.

I thought the makers of the film version attempted a bold endeavor and everything was uphill for them. With the rights for the film being bounced between film icons like Clint Eastwood and Angelina Jolie who wanted to make a film version, it was obvious that traditional Hollywood could not get their minds around a film version of the massive book that is Atlas Shrugged. After much trial and tribulation, it was decided to proceed to film the movie in a three-part series with Part 1 coming out on April 15th 2011 with John Aglialoro producing assisted by a team of very dedicated Ayn Rand fans. What resulted was an entertaining film that left people traditionally viewing characters of business as villains lost to articulate their feelings, and wanting to lash out at the movie for challenging their stereotypes. Aglialoro had committed to making all three films, but after taking a beating on the first one, he has wisely sought to take his time and pull in even more talent for the very challenging 2nd and 3rd films.

I am pleased to have received in my email box yesterday a notice from the producers that they are proceeding now with Part 2 and have obtained the additional talent of Duncan Scott who worked on Ayn Rand’s We the Living film. Part 2 is set to be released in October 2012 amidst the presidential election which will be appropriate, and the team has released this teaser trailer to entice the legions of hungry fans.

The film versions of Atlas Shrugged are caught between a rock and a hard place. Without the top line talent of the Steven Spielberg’s or George Clooney’s of the world, Hollywood will of course look down its nose at the production values of these films. The greatest film makers in our modern times are unfortunately against everything that Atlas Shrugged is for, so top-level talent is hard to come by for an epic film like this. On the other hand, lovers of the book like me will undoubtedly feel frustration because there is no way to put into a movie the depth that a book like Atlas Shrugged can provide. But that’s ok, because the films serve as completely adequate cliff notes versions of the book and are a wonderful way to introduce the work of Ayn Rand to an audience that may not have heard about her before.

Atlas Shrugged whether we are talking about the book or the movies is not a simple work of just a story intended to entertain. Atlas Shrugged is a work of philosophy. As a work of philosophy it is OK to not have all the usual Hollywood flare, because it’s the meaning of the work that is important. And the film makers have done well to install that philosophy into the movie as seen in the clips below where scenes from the first film are broke down and analyzed for their meaning.

I ran into Ayn Rand for the first time while reading the book Dutch by Edmond Morris. Morris made a mention about the life and times of Ronald Reagan during the 50’s and Ayn Rand’s ubermensch novels were best sellers then. Well the word ubermensch means in German overman which is a concept Nietzsche talked about extensively in Thus Spoke Zarathustra so Morris’s choice of words to describe Ayn Rand sparked my interest. I think he meant it in a derogatory way. But if the progressives didn’t like her, there was a sure bet that I would so I checked out Ayn Rand and discovered that she had arrived at many of the same conclusions about life as I did. Reading her was an affirmation that many of my thoughts were not wrong, and better yet, she had made predictions a half a century earlier that were coming true now. So her work was a validation that I had been on the correct path all along.

The troubling aspect however was that I had always read a lot, and it wasn’t until my upper 30’s that I discovered this very prolific writer, even when that writer was essentially a carbon copy to the type of material that I enjoy reading and writing myself. That is because the work of Ayn Rand had been purposely kept from the public mind for the most part by the kinds of progressive groups who are the villains of Atlas Shrugged in a literal sense.

Over Christmas 2011 my father-in-law who is also a prolific reader, and a school teacher who holds a master’s degree in geology had told me about this great new movie called Atlas Shrugged over dinner. I stared open-mouthed at him as he went on and on about how much he loved the film. I couldn’t believe that he had never heard of the book. After all, he was in high school when the book came out, so I would have thought that at some point he would have run into the material.

He assured me that he had not, and he said the movie made him want to read the book and he planned to get the novel the next time he was at a book store. I told him to wait a moment, that I’d be right back. I excused myself from the dinner table and left my family sitting there while I got into the car and drove down to the local Barnes and Noble Bookstore in Louisville. Not wanting my food to get cold, I told the girl at the help counter, “I have an emergency; my father-in-law has never read Atlas Shrugged. I need a copy of it right now so I can rectify that situation.” She smiled and said that has been happening a lot lately, since the movie had come out. People were pouring into the book store and demanding Ayn Rand’s works! I gave my father-in-law Atlas Shrugged at the dinner table when I returned and his smile was from ear to ear as he held it in his hands as though he possessed magic between his finger tips.

That is why the movies are so important, because our society has had this fantastic work by Ayn Rand covered up to some extent for 50 years. Apparently some literature classes in high schools and colleges have exposed students to Atlas Shrugged, but for the most part the literary classic has been discouraged by progressive groups, and now that the movies are starting to be made, the films are igniting curiosity into actually reading Atlas Shrugged so that more of the philosophy can be absorbed in the written word than could ever be shown on the silver screen.

To me a film is successful if it entertains first, and then leaves the viewer hungry for more information at the conclusion. And for those who do not know the work of Atlas Shrugged these films are introducing millions upon millions of people to a whole new way of thinking that is uniquely American, and I think it’s absolutely wonderful! So the news that the producers have managed to scrape together the money and talent to produce the second film is great news and I will be a tremendous advocate helping wherever I can so that more and more people will be exposed to the wonderful philosophy of Ayn Rand which is virtually inseparable from my own philosophy. For more information on Part 2, there is a new website that let fans follow the progress to its completion and release in October.

Tail of the Dragon: Press Release

After three years of work, my latest book, Tail of the Dragon is almost complete. As of this writing the novel is at the copy editor and art departments at American Publishing and galleys are soon to follow. The release of this novel still appears to be during the summer of 2012.

The press release below is close to how the final document will look and I am putting it up here at this time to share with my readers as they have followed the process along for many months now.

Tentative press release:

Eschewing authority, one man’s desperate search for freedom evolves into the greatest car chase in American history. It all started with a race to the White House.

In the exhausting presidential-election process, the American people are subjected to candidates’ self-serving hyperbole that threaten freedoms guaranteed by the United States Constitution. The Occupy Wall Street movement, the Tea Partiers, and ordinary voters from every walk of life all want the same thing: freedom from a dishonest government.

But what is freedom?

Nicknamed “The Tax-killer” for his work in fighting tax increases, author Rich Hoffman uses his own frequent altercations with the law to explore that very question. His latest fast paced novel, Tail of the Dragon, chronicles NASCAR-loving everyman Rick Stevens in his quest for freedom after a mundane lifetime of playing by the rules. One man–who challenges authority and incites the government’s wrath all the way to the White House–will discover the true meaning and price of freedom.

“In Tail of the Dragon,” explains Hoffman, “I found that the best way to get our minds around the concept of freedom is to have the characters break every conceivable law and see what happens. Rooted in a political world mirroring our own, it’s more than fiction, I call it faction.”

For an author interview, contact Jeff at bookpr@american-book.com. Hoffman is experienced in all forms of media and is sure to liven up your venue with wit, knowledge, and large doses of entertainment.

I’m excited about the release of this long-awaited book. The work has certainly been worth it. After reading the book about twenty times now I can honestly say that readers will be in for a unique treat that I’m happy to supply. But to quench the thirst that is building for the book’s official release I am putting links to many of the articles that I have written about Tail of the Dragon during this process to make it easy to review the material that has led to this amazing story.

Enjoy!

The Cliffhanger Ranch Adventure Outpost: A new beginning to an old idea

As it can be easily deduced by the content here, I have a colorful life that is filled with many unique characters and experiences. One such character is Nathan Ormes who has known me since I was 2 years old. In the 90’s Nathan and I fought city hall, ran all over the country involved in political activity and started a few businesses. One such business was a company called Cliffhanger Research and Development, and the primary product at that time aside from an invention called the Torque Socket Extension was a line of T-shirts that was set to compete with No Fear Gear.

Nathan and I presented our line of T-shirts to the McCormick Center in Chicago at the Imprinted Sportswear Show in 1994 and were set to establish our base of operations in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We had a good idea that was very lucrative. My T-shirt designs were so lucrative that I often sold the shirts right off my own back, literally. The inspirational sayings on them evoked that type of emotion from people, so Nathan and I took all the money we had and went to the show in Chicago not even having enough money for a hotel room while in town. We slept in the car at the dock by Meigs airfield watching the planes take off and land all night.

We had a few offers for consignment deals, one that was very lucrative, but it basically took away our creative rights to the company which wasn’t in our best interest, so we walked away from the show with our company and our rights, but no national deal. Soon after, several law suits for other business endeavors tied up our free time and cash for years and our idea for Cliffhanger Research and Development was shelved for a while as Nathan met his current wife and moved to South Western Kentucky and we parted ways. I took the name of Cliffhanger and made a character in my first novel called The Symposium of Justice to pay tribute to our original business idea of always having ideas that pushed the edge of innovation. Cliffhanger was in my novel the personification of an OVERMANWARRIOR.

Nathan however took a different path which can be seen in these documents presented here culminating in his 15 plus year quest to pursue his own dream and make good on the Cliffhanger name. Nathan has started the Cliffhanger Ranch Adventure Outpost in Southern Virginia, deep in the heart of moonshine country to provide a retreat for Americans to take a step back in time and relish in the meaning of what traditional America is all about.  Such ideas do take money, and the work below is a result of Nathan’s business plan to raise the capital, but for my readers here, I provide a peak.

For me there is nothing more wonderful than when a person refuses to take his eyes off the ball and wrestles an idea all the way to completion, and for Nathan this is a big task that has required leaping over a gauntlet of hurdles to arrive at this point in time. I am scheduled to go down there during the summer for a meet the press event where I’m going to do some whip tricks and generally create a fair amount of publicity and chaos to help launch this new endeavor. And as I prepare for that show, it brings comfort to my mind that the Cliffhanger name not only lives on in books, but also in a ranch that is dedicated to preserving America in all the fashion that it was intended.

It gives me great pride to see that my friend has made good on his promise not only to me, to his family, but to himself to let nothing stand in his way and to bring to life the seeming impossibility of a dream that grew roots around a kitchen table designing T-shirts.

Congratulations!

Mark Berndt–Teacher–ARRESTED: Feeding his semen to the students with a spoon

When I am accused of being an enemy of public education it comes from the same factions who sought to cover up the recent Mark Berndt scandal in California. When it was discovered that the third-grade teacher was blindfolding students, putting tape on their mouths and taking pictures of them with live cockroaches crawling on the kids and sipping on spoon full’s of semen provided by Berndt the first act of Miramount School in Los Angeles was to fire the long-time teacher, but to contain the story from the public so not to alarm the parents.

I have argued for years that public education is ineffective; it’s overrun by one political party, the liberal persuasion, and in spite of the increases in spending over the last two decades especially after George Bush’s No Child Left Behind act, the performance of children coming out of public education has not improved. The institution of public education seems to benefit only two groups of people in the entire endeavor, the employees who work for public education—it provides jobs of little real value and pays handsome salaries for a token service, and members of the Democratic Party who use the union dues to fund their political campaigns.

When a school system asks for more money with a tax levy the advocates will declare that the tax money spent on the school stays in the community and protects the property values. This is simply not true. The high salaries paid to teachers’ fuel the union dues that flow directly into Democratic candidates. So if you are a Republican or a Libertarian, paying a tax to a public school guarantees that you will be assisting the campaign of a Democrat. Public education has become an elaborate political scam ran by the teachers unions to extort money from the public with fear—fear of having kids poorly prepared for college, fear of losing busing and electives if a levy doesn’t pass, and fear of losing the property value of a home in the district. Everywhere in public education the arguments and complaints are the same, yet the situation is never fixed.

The same advocates for public education will point to the Mark Berndt case and say that he doesn’t represent all teachers, that he is a bad apple, and parents should not worry about their kids in school. Parents are not supposed to be concerned that Berndt was a 30 year teacher with no complaints on his record during that entire duration, except for a January 1994 complaint of touching a young girl.  Parents are supposed to not worry about all the times this teacher didn’t get caught, or the hundreds just like him working all over the United States that are currently performing similar crimes right now, unbeknownst to the parents of the victims. From my experience, I would say that the problem is epidemic, that sex abuse is going on in every single school in the country and is a severe problem that the teachers unions are doing everything they can to contain from a public relations stand-point. In my community I can think of two sexual abuse cases in just 2011 at Lakota, a school with an excellent reputation of academic performance and families of above average means. One was a teacher named Ryan Farhemkemp that was taking pictures of his children in a state of undress and had acts of child pornography on his school computer. He was arrested by the FBI. The second was a teacher who used a student to gain access to a mother whose father was on the road a lot. The teacher used knowledge about the family gained through the student to seduce the lonely parent. Both of those cases were carefully handled with public relations fees to sweep under the rug since the district was very concerned about the public losing faith in the district and not approving the tax levies they planned to present to the tax payers. Another case in Mason, the next district over from Lakota involved the teacher, Stacy Schuler who had bizarre and frequent sex with members of the football team at her house. She’s currently doing 4 years in prison. Ryan Farhemkemp is doing the same.

There is no question in my mind that this is an epidemic in public education. But why? Why is public education filled with these kinds of stories if only parents did a bit of investigation? Well, what makes public education different from other occupations is that public education is government work run by a powerful union. Public education has a monopoly on the education process and because of that monopoly do not have to compete for jobs, so their minds drift to decadence. Whenever there is a condition where employees make great sums of money, and teachers do, at Lakota the average wage is $63K per year in just raw salary, but the teachers do not have to work very hard to gain that wealth, then decadence is bound to occur.

It’s not that public education is not a noble idea. It’s a nice concept; however it is one of the 10 Planks of Communism that has been introduced by socialist leaning progressives under the FDR administrations and LBJ. It’s an experiment that has failed and should be abandoned in its current form. Academics have their place in society, but they lack common sense and should be not be made into presidents, politicians, or leaders of any kind. Academics as they are traditionally positioned are functioning from a faulty philosophy. The modern intellectual from the times of the Greek to present are at odds with the nature of reality and they are not equipped to instruct society at large. They can add ideas, but they cannot drive the philosophy of a society, because they are broken as a demographic group of people.

I have met hundreds, maybe thousands of these academics and many of them are good people, who are well-intentioned. But having good intentions does not equate to success at living. The teaching profession is plagued with weak minds at odds with their own existence. Academics are functioning from the same premise as they did in the Dark Ages. They believe falsely that it is consciousness that creates existence. They believe that they think, therefore they are. The static patterns of their learning and living do not allow for dynamics to change their perception because they believe that creation starts with their minds. This is why academics believe infinite amounts of money can be raised and spent on their programs, because they have no concept of the conditions that create wealth. They are blind to existence because they believe it starts with their thoughts. So the entire premise of their very lives is a falsehood leaving them completely helpless to advance society. This is the exclusive reason that with all the investments in education that American society has invested, with all the education involved in 16 years of learning, kids are no smarter now than they were 40 years ago. In fact, it could be argued that kids are less intelligent now than they were when children were treated like adults at 16, could drink at 18, and were working and raising families by age 20. The education class has advocated extended learning, pre-school and a parentless upbringing that has been devastating to American culture, and all one has to do to see it is open their eyes.

The teachers themselves since they are a broken group intellectually often live dual lives, the life they show to the public and the life they embark upon in their private lives. It is for this reason that we find a disproportionate amount of sex abuse cases among educators who are attracted to sexual promiscuity. It’s not that sexual deviancy is not prevalent among all human beings, but a person who has worked hard for 16 hours in a day to pay their bills is less likely to have the time to indulge in sexual decadence compared to the teacher who must only work 7.5 hours a day to make all the money required for their daily needs and the monopoly of education protects them from competition, so the academic does not have to spend their time and resources learning how to be competitive. The teachers’ minds are at ease to think about sexual fantasies because they are insulated from the outside world of competition. And these fantasies serve to bridge the gaps in their conscious reality as it conflicts with existence. Since their view of the world is false, the academic covers up this discrepancy with sexual fulfillment to balance out their lives with the reality of existence. Since they often discover through maturity that the intellect of their consciousness does not drive existence they often find themselves resorting to primal desires to balance out their disappointments.

I would say that most academics struggle with this in the recluses of their minds. Few actually act on them and Mark Berndt is one of them. His desire to feed his own semen to his students is a primal rage at his existence. Just as the woman seeks to consume a man’s semen, or not to, depending on her feelings about the substance, it cannot be denied that consuming the life essence of another human being has a shared quality to it that is often enjoyed during sex practices. For the pedophile they are seeking to fix something in their static patterns with their attraction to children. Pedophiles are broken at their foundations and even with their obvious social problems by breeching their trust with the youth, the pedophile is trying to fix themselves through sexual contact by indulging in a perversion to bring their conscious mind in accord with existence. The gross perversion is considered evil to those of us with a stable mind, but to the academic who has spent their entire adult lives without being challenged under the umbrella of monopoly, a perversion is actually an alignment to their reality. The extent of these issues permeates education at all levels. Just examine the Jerry Sandusky situation at Penn State for further clarification. These are not isolated instances, they are endemic among academics. All that is required is for American civilization to come to grips with this basic reality, to admit that there is a serious problem.

In my eyes public education has failed because most kids do not go to their local zoos with notes taken and curiosity on their faces. Many young people don’t even know how many planets are in the solar system. Young people are not ignited to live the adventure of life by observing existence because they are taught in public education that consciousness creates existence. They are taught to re-write existence which leaves the inquiring mind lost to true reality, because the mind is not seeking to observe the conditions of existence such as why a zebra cares for its young the way it does, or a spider spins a web between two trees. I know teachers, such as my father-in-law who have tried to show kids all these observations and ignite curiosity in them, but it is the system itself that is corrupt, it’s the monopoly of public education that fails, and individual teachers cannot overcome that opposition. The premise of public education is a failed one, and must be completely reinvented. I would say that it has little or no value in its current form.

Many will be sickened to consider how Mark Berndt could have done the evil things he did to his students, young minds who were placed in his care by parents who intended for their children to get a good education but instead were fed the teachers semen, the life essence of the teacher himself in a perverse game of control over the young lives of the children. When a woman does this for her sex partner under normal sexual interaction she is showing that she wants to consume part of her lover in the act. It’s an act of acceptance and primal urgency. This teacher through coercion and trickery behind the backs of the establishment itself sought similar satisfaction with these innocent children. It is the trail that leads to these evils that must be examined if we are to stop it, because public education paves the way for this behavior with their monopolies to create evil among civilization due to the lack of competition. And it is for this reason that public education should be dismantled and privatized with a whole new set of social expectations. Until that time, American society will continue to flutter along aimless, and perverted. Children will find themselves victims to the elderly who have lost their lives and seek balance with sexual decadence. The expectation among the youthful peer groups established in public education that make up the culture of children will continue to promote stupidity so that they are easy pickings for the predators of academia who are attempting to maintain their subconscious self-image of being drivers of existence instead of the observers of it. It is in that simple statement that many of earth’s current evils are committed and will continue so long as the public education monopoly is maintained.

To say dear reader that you are disgusted by this news, of the California teacher who committed terrible acts against the trust of the teaching profession is not enough. You must act in accordance with reality, one that is observed with logic and a history that proves faulty. Until you are ready to admit the failure and take a more proactive role in the lives of your children you will indirectly continue to feed the evil of men like Mark Berndt. So long as you believe that money will fix public education and employees being bought to do the work of a parent, these evils will continue, and you play your role in them through inaction. Being outraged won’t save the next child from this grim reality that has been constructed around the empire of public education.

Being Atlas: The art and importance of a motivator who carries all others

There are days when it would seem to a scientific mind that all the demons of existence have gathered conspiratorially in the depths of hell to plot against you. To my mind there is a way to explain with science the beings religion calls demons, but for the sake of simplicity let’s just generalize for the benefit of comprehension. When a load of bad news occurs all at the same time, I have come to reason that such things are not coincidence, but are in fact attacks intended to put a dagger in your spirit.

Negative news will ultimately happen many times in a lifetime, no matter how well one prepares. The randomness of luck and how it is distributed to individual souls is a science that exists at a quantum level. However, when several of those negative events line up within days and hours of each other, the randomness of chance goes down considerably, and is evidently an attack designed to throw you off your game.

Life experience has shown me to take such waves of travesty like a quarterback is expected to stand in the pocket in a football game and connect with their offense to drive the ball down the field as an aggressive defense takes a shot at you. The good quarterbacks routinely take the pressure with poise even if the hits are painful. Cowering under the pressure is simply not an option because the intention of the defense is to rattle the quarterback with constant pressure.

I have no sympathy for those weaklings in our society; those poor quarterbacks who buckle under the pressure. I have no sympathy for those who have bought into the notion that collective consciousness impacts existence. If it did, home teams in football games would overwhelmingly win as the roar of the crowd would affect the play of the quarterback with a force that disrupts existence itself. But that doesn’t happen. All a collective consciousness can do is make noise that is distracting to the quarterback and urge them to make a mistake. But they cannot rob the quarterback of their skill, or their determination.

I see the role especially of men in their families to be the ATLAS, the pillar which holds up their entire family and their structures, like the cool quarterback that must stand in the pocket and carry a football team. In my life I expect to hold up the whole world if needed to achieve the goals of my family. To me, a man should always put the world on their back and carry the whole thing if needed. So problems that come my way must always be taken in stride, there is no room for emotion, for second guessing. There is only making decisions and advancing one’s position, and if the ATLAS is in my hands all will advance with me. That is the task of a man.

Carrying everything on your back is expected, and ATLAS should only be placed off your back when too many within the family structure take for granted that they are riding for free. My expectation is that all are welcome to ride on my back so long as they don’t come to expect me to always carry them. I expect the males to strive to have my strength. And I expect the women to appreciate the strength itself. If they don’t then setting down ATLAS is the only way to shake them from their neglect.

My love of the book Atlas Shrugged is for this reason. It is the only book that addresses the condition of those who ride on the back of the strong as being parasites. And those in government to me are all parasites, because they do not carry anything. All members of government rely exclusively to ride on the backs of those who work, and pay taxes to exist. However, those in government believe with collective consciousness that they can defy logic and reason by wishing into existence the dreams of their minds. They believe that if they come to some collective consensus that the weight of that consensus will steer luck in their direction and solutions will present themselves. This is why government believes they can rack up nearly 6 trillion dollars in debt in a four-year period in the Obama administration, because they are not dealing with reality. They are dealing with collective consciousness and hope that their consensus will provide them protection from the rules of existence.

I do not have any sympathy during such times when I personally face an avalanche of negative news in a short time, with the full intent behind the demons to shake me off my support of ATLAS. Perhaps it is the demons that do these things to curry favor with the weaklings of collective intent, so to prevent them from studying what I do and following. For whatever reason, their frustration at my refusal to be rattled, to set down the world for my own self-preservation, or desire for an easy life, frustrates them noticeably.

The question has come at me recently as it has in the past, how much can one man be expected to carry? What is the limit? Well, the answer is, if the required task is to carry an entire family, then you do it. If the task is to carry an entire community, then you do that. If the task is to carry the nation, the world, the solar system, then you do it. If the galaxy must be placed onto your back, then the mind and strength of spirit must rise up to meet that challenge. If the universe cannot function any longer because the parasites are attempting to overtake it, then it is those who are strongest who must carry that too. It is the responsibility of man’s mind to rise to that occasion if required.

Drinking to numb the mind, hiding from the trouble with over-eating, taking drugs for depression are not options for those who carry ATLAS on their backs. These are the pillars of all society. They are the leaders of their families and without them civilization falls apart if they refuse to carry the world on their backs. Ideally, the world would be much better off if everyone carried their own ATLAS’s on their backs. It wouldn’t require overman with so much strength to carry so many if more would take responsibility for themselves.

But the demons do attack at the peripherals of our lives especially when an individual attempts to shrug off the collective consciousness of the weaklings. The guilt the weaklings feel rots their minds and they pray for assistance to protect their meager lives from the guilt of their lack of strength. So the demons come to answer the prayers of those lazy, lackluster beings who lack the strength or fortitude to carry their own lives on their backs, and look for someone much stronger to do the work for them.

I expect to carry those who are not as strong as I am. But I have little patience for those who don’t appreciate it, and think for a fleeting moment that they are my equal as they rest on my back and look for me to do all the work for them. I will do such a thing for my family, but I do not wish to carry the entire universe on my back willingly without harassment from me to them. They can pray for the demons to come to their aid, but my vigilance will not stop no matter how much pressure is applied. The parasites of collective consciousness will not be able to loot off the power of the overmen without advancement. Like the cool quarterback who stands in the pocket and takes the pressure, the efforts of the weak even in collaboration with each other cannot rattle those with the strength to carry ATLAS on their backs indefinitely. It is not peer pressure that will cause those of strength to place ATLAS back to the ground of reality, but irritation to choke off the lives of the parasites hanging on for a free ride who will suffer in the end, and this is the way of reality. A round ball rolls because it is round. Water flows down hill because of gravity. The run rises and sets because of the rotation of the earth. And the strong will always be more valuable over the weak because that is the nature of reality. Strength is gained by surviving the attacks and taking on more and more burden. Strength is built by not surrendering. Strength is not given out like Halloween candy. So no matter what the intentions of those collective consciousness types, they cannot change this fact, and will for all eternity find themselves dependent on the strong for their very survival. They can pass laws, they can call on demons, they can scream at the top of their lungs for attention, but they cannot change the nature of reality into making the weak the same as the strong, because they are too lazy to pursue the strength. And that tragedy is self-inflicted.

For my part, ATLAS remains on my back without fail, and will be maintained indefinitely. It will be so because I intend it, and realize that such a reality is within my power to guarantee. And that is the nature of reality. If the strength isn’t there today, then it must be built so it’s available tomorrow. We know to recognize the men of ATLAS in sports, Tom Brady comes to mind, Payton Manning is another. There are a few out of the thousands and thousands of athletes in the world who rise up to be so great. And so it is with all man in all occupations. The goal of all endeavors is to make more of these people, not less, and only by building strength and character by refusing to surrender to the demons of the world do we discover them. Because the strong are not built without opposition, so as a byproduct of tragedy, strength is the result. Whatever doesn’t kill us makes us stronger. It’s an old adage, but it has truth regardless of repetition and stereotype.

Those who carry ATLAS can always be trusted.  They are always there and without fail, they will defeat their enemies.  If not the first time, the overman will eventually overtake the enemies once they have gained the strength to do so.  It is in tenacity that all is conquered because only the strong have the courage to utilize the tool of time to destroy the lazy and complacent who expect to ride for free in a parasitic quest to fulfil a fantasy that reality will crush 100% of the time.

The Levy Freaks Have Built a Damn: Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom readers are the Taliban?

I personally believe you are all as radical as the Taliban and as anti-American. I would never consider living in, near or allowing my children attend Lakota because of these types of elements on this site. You are all very ignorant and hopefully you are teaching your offspring Chinese since they will be bearing the slaves for the Chinese people in the future.

Anne Hoffman

With that note, the woman listed there, not related to me, lashed out at all who read my Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom articles. It took me a moment to figure out where I had heard her name before. Then at our last No Lakota Levy meeting, one of our guys reminded me who the woman was, she used to work at the Pulse Journal and was moved to the Carolina’s recently. It’s obvious that Anne is still following closely the events happening in the Lakota School system by reading this website, and she doesn’t like what she is sees.

Her comments are specifically startling in that she was a former employee of the Pulse Journal and it shows a definite pro levy bias and confirms what many fear, that there are elements in the media who are bought and paid for by the organized labor elements involved in these tax increases. I can report with honesty that all reporters for the Pulse Journal are not levy sympathizers, but are honest reporters who cut the news down the line and are not the types who lean in favor of organized labor and the emotion of school funding.

It is difficult for the sensitive reporter to put on blinders to the common extortion tactic used in public education and see the situation for what it is. We have been seeing this with the recent levy attempt at Forest Hills in Anderson Township. They are putting up a levy and held a pep rally over the weekend to use school spirit and community pride to sell the true extortion and lack of management utilized in public education to the public. The tactics used now for their March election are the same used everywhere in the state of Ohio, and it is a sickening enterprise to see how manipulative they are.

Reporters must use logic to see beyond these veils of emotion, and it is very difficult to do. And people like Anne Hoffman are guilty of being seduced by the evil of extortion. That is their sin against their communities.

As I write this I have no doubt that the labor movement of southern Ohio is clapping as Doc Thompson will no longer be on 700 WLW and is returning back to his show in Richmond, Virginia. Doc and I did many hours of radio coverage exposing how this game is played and southern Ohio is waking up from the nightmare of extortion that public education has employed for two decades now in part because of those broadcasts. So without question the traditional education advocates are happy that Doc Thompson is leaving. I also know that there are many of those same types who are happy that Steve Mathews of the Pulse Journal has been moved from covering Lakota to covering Middletown, in a maneuver that has separated the two of us from a productive working relationship.

In all the interviews I had with Doc Thompson or Steven Mathews, we never mislead anyone. In fact, we excelled in telling the truth. It is the truth that these public education advocates fear, and it is in their hope of hiding the truth that they applaud the move of Mathews to a different market, and Doc Thompson to a different city.

So why does Anne Hoffman want to call me and the readers here names by saying we are equal to the Taliban, known extremist terrorists? Do the words written here dictate such an accusation? Because it is those like Anne, and others who naively advocate tax increases who fear the truth from not just becoming public knowledge, but from becoming known to their own minds. Levy advocates do not want to know the truth. They don’t want to hear it on the radio, they don’t want to read it in the paper, and they don’t want it to be seen here.

I have first hand knowledge that there were many letters and phone calls made by levy radicals to remove the voices in the Pulse Journal from interviewing me so often. I know that 700 WLW has also been pummeled with requests to boycott the station and silence the voices who are making people everywhere hear the truth behind this extortion game that goes on using our children as tools to pass school levies. And with all the protests, there have been small successes along the way. The levy freaks have managed to convince some members of management in various news organizations to put on the blinders and not cover the truth, and if the reporters don’t tow the company line, those reporters find themselves reassigned to the applause of the establishment.

Well, I am sorry to inform those clapping despots; your successes are short-lived. You don’t like this website and consider me and my readers to be terrorists because we wish to undo your empire, and we will have it. Doc may be in a different city, but I have all those recordings available here for all interested to listen to again and again. The facts have been already displayed and they are preserved here for posterity. And if something tragic were to become of this website, the plans are already in place that if this information should be taken away as a free service to the public that my backup systems will offer them again and again in cyberspace for all eternity. And if that fails we will offer the research here in hard cover form as a book, or a series of books. But one way or the other, the information will be provided to the public.

It must also be remembered that before Doc Thompson and I illuminated all of Cincinnati with the truth involved in public education, it was Scott Sloan who first put me on the radio to advocate that truth. And Darryl Parks and I have also had many conversations on the radio, and still do, so you might want to hold your clapping, because this whole thing is far from over. In fact, I’d say the momentum is irreversibly moving in a direction not to the liking of the levy freaks.

Those in the media like Anne Hoffman can wish all they want that they can hush the voices of people like me in an effort to preserve their extortion. But it’s too late. The education has already happened, and it’s available for all to see. The message is already out and cannot be reversed. The attempts by the levy apologists are akin to a single person trying to stick their fingers in a cracking damn, as they stick their fingers in every hole from which water pours out. Yet the cracks are visibly climbing up and around the damn and more and more sprouts of water are seeping through, and there aren’t enough fingers to plug all the holes.

The water in this case is made up of the truth, and the truth will seep through every crack, every void and probe every weakness looking for a way to free itself. And for those members of the media who have made themselves the damn which holds back all this truth, you cannot escape the fate that is evident. The damn is breaking, and all who are in the way of the truth that rushes forth will find themselves crushed by the force of all that pent-up mass. When that happens it won’t be Rich Hoffman, the readers of Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, Steven Mathews, or Doc Thompson that will be to blame. It will be those who built the damn in the first place and maintained it with constant upkeep on the backs of children. All a person like me has to do is crack that damn, which has already been done. The rest will happen on it’s own by the force of nature and is at the point of no return which gives me great joy in the midst’s of a heavy heart.

As that damn comes down, I have to smile at comments like Anne Hoffman’s. A terrorist? I suppose that is relative to a point of view, and to those who have used terror to scare tax payers into higher taxes, anything that robs the levy freaks of this method would be considered bad—or evil—-to them. So I take comments like the opening note as evidence that I’m on the right track, and will keep doing it until every last remnant of that damn is down.
