Speed Traps and the Police: What a traffic citation is really about

Matt Clark was supposed to have The Communist author Paul Kengor on his afternoon radio program at WAAM, Ann Arbor, Michigan but the interview didn’t materialize. So Matt invited me on to fill the empty spot and cover my novel Tail of the Dragon that is a month away from its own release and he caught me at a good time, because I had a lot to say. A week ago on my way back from the whip competitions at Annie Oakley in Greenville, Ohio I received a speeding ticket from a Camden, Ohio cop parked cleverly on the side of the road with his radar facing the blind turn I was rounding. I was only doing 80 MPH at the time so when I saw the cop I let off the gas just a little not thinking I was going too fast. When the cop turned around to pull me over as I stormed into downtown Camden about 4 miles down the road I was shocked to learn that the speed limit along that very open stretch of RT. 127 was only 55 MPH. That citation marked the third time this year that I have been pulled over by the police, which has been the story of my life. I received so many tickets in my youth that I lost my driver’s license until I was almost thirty years old. I rode a bicycle most of those years, partially to save gas, and also to stay out of trouble with the police. But I have even been pulled over for speeding on my bicycle, doing 34 MPH in a 25 MPH zone, so my speeding violations are not just limited to automobiles. I have been pulled over by everything the police have in their arsenal including helicopters, and undercover police. I have been pulled over so many times that the lights of a cop car don’t even faze me anymore. Come to think of it I don’t think they ever did. When the young kid from Camden pulled me over with his female partner sneaking up alongside the driver’s side window, I rolled down the automatic windows to let her know I knew she was there. The kid realized instantly that his “safety” act wasn’t going to work on me when he asked me why I was doing over 80 MPH, I told him, “that I didn’t think it was very fast.”

Camden is known for its tendency to speed trap motorists going through its town. I am very good at spotting cops using speed traps, but his was particularly well placed. The goal of the kid driving around in a tax payer funded cop car on a Saturday night was not to make Camden safer from people like me. There wasn’t another car on the road at that time of night, and I could have easily traveled at over 100 MPH without being unsafe, since my vehicle can do that kind of speed without trying. I wasn’t in any particular hurry, I was simply enjoying a nice drive through the countryside with my wife in the middle of the night and it was none of his business. Speed traps set artificially low, where the speed limit is only 55 MPH when it should be at least 65 MPH have only one purpose and that is to collect fines.

I still get pulled over by the police a lot because I do not acknowledge their scam. Because I have an Ohio driver’s license, if they catch me, I am obligated to pull over. I pay my fines and go about my way. My attitude about traffic violations is that it’s a scam, and I treat them that way. If I get caught so be it. But it doesn’t take away the intent. I do not allow their intent to change my behavior, which is why I get pulled over so much, even to this day. My displeasure at the political system that allows for open extortion of the public through traffic citations is the main driver of the actions which occur in my latest novel Tail of the Dragon.

Within the last 6 weeks I have performed the whip show up in Darke Country at Annie Oakley, I did a whip show down at the Cliffhanger Ranch in Virginia, I’ve been to Louisville twice and been down to Gatlinburg to visit my friends Ron and Killboy at the actual Tail of the Dragon. I have seen a lot of speed traps over those 6 weeks and not a one of them was for “safety.” When a cop is sitting on the side of the road with a radar gun there is only one purpose and that is to make money for his district. The cop is essentially a troll, a measly tax collector. I view them with the same distain as I do an IRS agent, only the cop is worse—they disguise their actions as being a service of public safety instead their real job as tax collectors. Police speed traps are the ultimate violations of taxation without representation. With the amount of laws there are on the books, there is no way a person can know if they are in violation, which makes them perpetually terrified when they see the law pull up next to them in a squad car. Most people freeze up and drive extra cautiously to avoid even the hint of violating a law they may not even know about.

Police as the representatives of the law work with law makers to find new ways to generate “revenue,” which in political speech means creative taxation. For instance, the road I was on outside of Camden was set at 55 MPH by lawmakers, which is set artificially low on purpose, so that the police in various districts can exercise their option to pull people over. The state gets a cut from any fines incurred so they are incentivized to be deceitful in how they collect additional revenue through “creative legislation.”

My book Tail of the Dragon hammers on the Tennessee Highway Patrol so relentlessly that I almost felt sorry for them. But my friend Ron assured me, “they deserve it.” The dirty little secret that my novel exposes is that police budgets are dependent on traffic citations. There are quotas even though it is denied in the open. Cops are expected to pull people over and generate a certain amount of revenue, which is what my novel Tail of the Dragon is all about. The cops in that story pull over the wrong guy, and a civil war begins in America.

The lid was ripped off this ticket writing scheme recently when Brendan Keefe of Channel 9’s I-Team exposed the scam at Arlington Heights in Cincinnati. The speed limit on Interstate 75 through Arlington Heights drops down to 55 MPH after motorists from Dayton and Detroit have been traveling 65 to 70 MPH for hundreds of miles. Arlington Heights police write 20 times more speeding tickets than any other mayors court in Ohio, and their yearly police budget of $1.2 million last year was supplemented by $412,000 generated just in traffic citations. Arlington Heights it was discovered had clerk employees stealing money that was paid in cash from traffic citations and authorities were wondering where all the money generated from the fines was going. A mom and her daughter stole more than $262,000 from the citations generated. The state of Ohio auditor Dave Yost noticed that Ohio wasn’t getting “their fair share” of the loot which prompted an investigation that would have been swept under the rug if Brendan didn’t dig deep into the story to reveal what was happening to the money. If Channel 9 didn’t do that investigation, there would be no prosecutions or scrutiny of the way traffic citation money was consumed in Arlington Heights. The revelation of injustice was so intense by the community after Brendan’s story that Police Chief Kenneth Harper pulled his officers off radar for a couple of days while the heat died down a bit.

Arlington Heights got caught going too far. They took too much money. Communities like Camden will poke a bit here and there and take just enough money not to infuriate the general population. They seek to pull over people like me who are just passing through, and will mail in the money, because they don’t want to upset the locals. The Tennessee Highway Patrol has been known to do that on the actual Tail of the Dragon which is how I came up with the idea for my novel. The police ticket writing business is not about safety, it’s 100% about making money.

When the young cop came to my window after writing my ticket back in his cruiser he attempted to use the “keep the speed down and be safe” line so he could pretend that his job had importance beyond a tax collector. I didn’t let him have it, “How much is the damn ticket, kid,” I cut him off.

His hands started shaking as he handed me the ticket and asked me to sign. After I signed he then gave me a sheet that had the fine amount circled on the back. He quickly said, “Have a nice evening,” and left. He didn’t want to be standing next to me when I saw the ticket amount. The ticket was for $185 dollars because it was 25 MPH over the speed limit. I laughed to myself when I saw that for speeds under 25 MPH the fine amount was $165 dollars. I told my wife that it was worth the $20 extra bucks to go 80 MPH because it’s all the same difference really. If the cop wanted to give me a ticket for going 5 MPH over the speed limit the ticket could have been $165 dollars. It was up to his discretion to pull over whoever he wanted when he wanted to, because the speed limit is impossible to stay under at only 55 MPH. I mean for God’s sake, a bicycle goes almost as fast!

People who disagree with me will say that if I would only follow the rules, then I wouldn’t have any trouble. Well, they are wrong. Most of the rules are created not to make a good and just society but to find a way to wrestle a little more money from the general population. In our public schools, the unions use “the good of the children” to justify a bottomless pit of tax increases. And with the police unions who give heavily to politics, it is “public safety” that is used to scam the public. Police will declare that the 55 MPH speed limit in Camden and Arlington Heights are a result of bad accidents, and that legislators determined the area to be unsafe, and lower speeds are required. But the real intention is to simply collect fines so the police officers can pay their own salaries as tax collectors.

My novel Tail of the Dragon is about a state governor who wants to run for President of the United States and he puts 100 officers on the streets of Tennessee to show his commitment to public safety. His real aim is to win the public union vote with such an act, and he does it without raising taxes on the people of Tennessee by telling those 100 officers that they must pay their own way. What that means is that they must pay for themselves with traffic citations. Many people who first read the book in manuscript form thought my plot line was too conspiratorial. Thank goodness American Book Publishing saw through that, and was willing to take a chance on a story written from a guy who has been involved intimately with the police game my entire life and rather than be broken from the experience I am angrier than ever, because it’s an unjust, and misleading system that paves the way to tyranny. And as Arlington Heights proves, little communities like Camden, Ohio are not about safety, but about tax collection. The reality of most of the police departments is that they are over staffed and have been created to make politicians feel good about themselves, because all they really have to do in society is to pass out tickets to fund their livelihoods like a parasite that is intended to appear as a friend, but in reality is just another IRS agent. That’s why after all this time; I still drive fast and always will. If they catch me, I pay the ticket and get on about my way. For me, the opportunity cost of going slow exceeds the amount of the tickets. But the character Rick Stevens in my new novel Tail of the Dragon isn’t quite so passive, and it sure is fun to ride along with that character as he more than thumbs his nose at the system and openly challenges the law all the way to The White House. For it is in fiction that we see the world the way it ought to be, and in Rick Stevens we see in him what many of us wish for in the deepest recesses of our fantasies. A way to fight back at the law, and to win.


By the way, the Blount County Courthouse you see in the background is the same courthouse that the action in my novel takes place. Sometimes the truth is wilder than fiction, unless you make it “faction.”

The Rigged Game of School Funding: Monroe residents stand up for themselves

The Monroe School Levy is about go before voters and I have been hearing since my article last week that the levy opposition in that district under state financial emergency had shabby campaign signs and a poor, broken down group of protestors who were in need of more education themselves. Such comments from the pro levy supporters are normal since they can’t argue the real facts, so they attack the credibility of the people who oppose them. In this case the organized effort to oppose the 7.03 mill levy Monroe needs to stay out-of-state control. The situation is so heated that 25% of all Monroe homes have viewed articles at The Voice forums on Mainstreet Monroe’s website, and it is obvious that levy supporters are not at all happy to see an opposition standing against them.

Upon reading the comments at The Voice I decided to go into Monroe myself to see all these haphazard signs by the No Monroe resistance and what I found were some really nice signs that were well thought out and financed, and they were all over town. That had to infuriate the Monroe School System. It doesn’t matter what school district it is, the government education system does not like opposition to their plans.

With all the discussion on both sides, I will have to say I admire Tom Birdwell of the current Monroe School Board. His argument is that residents either vote for the 7.03 mill 5 year levy in Monroe, or the state will force Monroe to merge with Middletown where there is room in some of their buildings. But the catch is that Middletown already is operating at 47.16 mills, 7.02 mills higher than Monroe’s current mills rate. Birdwell is offering to speak to anybody personally to answer their questions, which is a very stand-up thing to do. But what he is assuming is that the state will be able to successfully force the people of Monroe to pay for taxes that they didn’t vote for in a forced merge with Middletown—that Middletown was foolish enough to approve. At that mill rate, no wonder Middletown is a ghost town these days. You certainly don’t see businesses flocking to locate there. More info on the specifics of the levy is at the link below. The truth is Monroe is not obligated to pay for taxes they didn’t approve of, and a state bureaucrat cannot politically do so. Birdwell made a compelling argument, but it is without any teeth. The state may be able to legally arrange such an injustice, but some politician will lose skin off their back with such a move, and this shoots major holes in the Yes Monroe position that Birdwell represents.

At the heart of the No Levy argument is former school board member Mike Irwin who appears to be attempting to redeem some of his views from the past. Some school board members learn once they’ve been through the management of a district what the problems are, and they do correct their thinking. Often school board members feel they must go along with the patriotism of a district and they ignore the perilous situations that the unions put them in. School board members know there isn’t much they can do about 80% of their costs that are tied up in wages and benefits, and budget items are controlled by union contracts. If a school board shows resistance to the union elements, then the union will threaten to strike. If a school board member does not lie down and play dead before the labor union, then the union attacks the character of the school board member publicly. This doesn’t happen directly most of the time, but indirectly through community infiltration into peer groups. School board members with weak stomachs find it’s best to just get along with everyone. They work closely with the PTA groups who become the voice of the union indirectly and are the source of much community infiltration. (That’s why they call them Parent Teacher Associations.) The people who always get left out of the education debate are the long-term residents who have already raised their kids and pay their taxes, but get sick of being hit up constantly by out-of-control costs driven by excessive labor expectations.

Older residents have learned to brave the multiple perils that come at their children, and have learned not to respond neurotically to every claim a unionized work force claims. Most of the pro levy supporters, teachers included are under 40. Many of the people criticizing the No Levy people on The Voice are in fact in their early 30’s and have very young children in the district. These thirty year olds are children raising children and they must be listened to with caution. As parents they have a long way to go and a whole lot to learn before they get there. Someday, when they become older and wiser they will also be No Voters. But the way the education system works currently is it is the youth who get all the attention, the students in the schools of course, and their young, inexperienced credit card debt incurring parents. In a game of the squeaky wheel gets the grease, the quiet ones get ignored—and those are the typical “No Voters.”

As I drove through Monroe taking the pictures shown on this article it was nice to see those quiet types finally sticking up for themselves and voicing their opinion with some well designed No Levy campaign signs. After I took enough pictures I went on over to Kings Island to ride a few roller coasters and think about the dynamics of the education situation under a setting sun while in line under a mister machine. At Kings Island that night I watched some of the people playing all the games set up in Coney Island–the games where players threw undersized rings around oversized bottles, and tried to shoot basketballs into undersized rims to win prizes. I realized that many of the people playing those games were younger people—and were probably levy supporters in their local school districts. They were doing with their children essentially what they were doing while playing carnival games at Kings Island—throwing money at a chance to win a prize.

Parents who vote for school levies believe that if they just pay a little more money, that they’ll win a prize for their children, and that prize is a good life. What the parents don’t understand is that the games are all rigged. Every now and then someone does win, but most people don’t. Public education is a scam as it is set up now, without competition so they can charge anything they want for their service. In Monroe and every other school district in the country it is collective bargaining that is the real villain of the out-of-control costs. Nobody in their right mind would pay all employees the same level of income based on years of service as opposed to performance. Collective bargaining is what has driven up the wages and forced Middletown to maintain a 47.16 mill levy left over from their heyday of economic activity. The unions in Middletown destroyed their industry, and the Middletown Mall is the ancient relic of that previous economic boom. What’s left now are the high taxes to pay the public employees after all the people who had money packed up and left town voting with their feet. That’s why Middletown has room in their school buildings, because enrollment is down. Now Monroe is facing the same temptation. If they give in to the union, they will find themselves in a slow decline economically with business as usual returning to the administration of the district finances, just as Little Miami did when they finally passed their levy after 9 attempts. If residents say NO to the levy they will put the weight of the financial strain squarely on the union where it belongs to wiggle, squirm, and play the squeaky wheel game. But finances will be forced out of the shadows so everyone can see what’s happening.

Monroe will have to decide what kind of community they want, and experience says that growth occurs by saying NO. Saying YES is agreeing to a slow death. Saying NO stops the bleeding. But regardless of what happens on Tuesday August 7th, at least the quiet NO voters have decided to voice their opinion with a spirited debate which is healthy, and very much-needed.

Support H.R.1146: ‘Agenda 21’ attack on American life

Again, I am sorry dear reader. What I am about to say will disrupt your existence, your beliefs about the world around you, and the knowledge that your life is not so secure. My son-in-law and I spent the evening past at Kings Island enjoying roller coasters and the luxury of “blue” ice cream as we spoke about the various possibilities of World War III and observed the condition of the unaware crowds around us. These crowds were more concerned about the baseball scores of their local teams, the latest designer fashions, and whether or not Michael Phelps would win another gold medal in the Olympics. In fact, there was a pride shown by many in the medal count of the United States versus the medal count of China. That’s very good, acknowledging American pride will be needed in the days to come. It was an honest admission that many do still believe in American Excepetionalism even if they can only articulate it to themselves through the act of sports. Otherwise, these same people are completely unsuspecting, and naive to the forces in the world that want to see them, their families, and all their acquired wealth destroyed and set ablaze in favor of a global government. The biggest menace to American Excepetionalism is the United Nations who has a design for the world of their own and America is in their way as a traditional force, and they seek to weaken The United States superpower indirectly through taxation—legal looting of our money, gun legislation, and by eradicating the American concept of private property. To introduce this subtle attack listen to my friend Matt Clark from WAAM Ann Arber, Michigan discuss the latest round of tax proposals by The United Nations against The United States. Most of these strategies being explored by the United Nations can be summed up in Agenda 21—the United Nations plan for the 21st Century.

In answer to this silent attack, Congressman Ron Paul has proposed H.R.1146 quite a number of years ago –The American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2001. H.R. 1146 would remove the United States completely away from the United Nations.

The Bill reads, “We, the Citizens of the United States of America, do hereby declare that we support H.R. 1146, and we declare that we accept no other authority on earth but the Constitution of the United States of America and its Amendments. Furthermore, we refuse to have our country, the United States of America, be involved in and/or in support of, the affairs of the United Nations.” I would suggest that you sign the petition in support of H.R.1146 with the same voracity that you supported Chick-fil-A. The progressives behind the gay rights push against an individual business are the same minds that are pushing the destruction of all private property in favor of global government. Inaction on the part of Americans will lead to more violence, not less of it. Act now and you may avoid peril. Wait and you will find enemies at your doorstep—and soon.

The United Nations were created to end the tendency toward World Wars. It was validated after World War II when President Roosevelt—a progressive wanna’ be dictator coined the term “United Nations” to refer the Allied Forces. The United Nations headquartered in New York City is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace. The UN was founded in 1945 after World War II to replace the League of Nations, to stop wars between countries, and to provide a platform for dialogue. It contains multiple subsidiary organizations to carry out its missions.

The League of Nations was proposed by progressive president Woodrow Wilson at the end of World War I. But at that time United States citizens refused to join with other nations with some silly “league.” Roosevelt was able to finally punch the concept through the American public a generation later after four presidential terms on the back of Social Security and other New Deal socialism from a weakened American populace tired from war. The United Nations was born.

There are 193 member states, in the United Nations including every internationally recognized sovereign state in the world but Vatican City. From its offices around the world, the UN and its specialized agencies decide on substantive and administrative issues in regular meetings held throughout the year. The organization has six principal organs: the General Assembly (the main deliberative assembly); the Security Council (for deciding certain resolutions for peace and security); the Economic and Social Council (for assisting in promoting international economic and social cooperation and development); the Secretariat (for providing studies, information, and facilities needed by the UN); the International Court of Justice (the primary judicial organ); and the United Nations Trusteeship Council (which is currently inactive). Other prominent UN System agencies include the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Food Programme (WFP) and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The UN’s most prominent position is Secretary-General which has been held by Ban Ki-moon of South Korea since 2007. The short of it, is that members of the United Nations in an “attempt” to prevent war and maintain world peace are making decisions that dramatically affect American sovereignty. The governing body is made up of pretentious personalities who are every bit as arrogant as a typical local school board, city council, or even a mayor’s court. They function from a belief that they know what’s best as members of the educated elite—in their minds—and are in a position to make decisions for all the members of the world.

In truth, the United Nations would not function without the United States. They need the money of America otherwise they would have nothing. The United States allows the United Nations to believe it holds sway over the entire world in the same fashion that a mooching family relative might use compassion to loot the wealth of a family while the moocher is too lazy to get a job. The United Nations and the countries that make them up are not equal to the United States, but in the governing body of the U.N. they are able to believe they are by using the money of American tax payers as their source of power and illusion.

That is not to say that the programs of the United Nations are not well intended, or that the people who make up the political body are not nice people who openly intend harm. I believe most of them are actually good people, but are simply functioning from a failed philosophy. With all their efforts, the bottom line of their endeavors at World Peace—the hippie movement’s greatest mantra—is to make the United States an equal player in the world so other nations won’t be so jealous of our power. The essence of United States support of the United Nations is the funding of our own destruction. World War III is already set on a stage. My son-in-law has done a wonderful job of creating the scenario that currently is underway even with all the millions upon millions of dollars America has poured into the failed United Nations. If the United Nations was created to prevent war, it has failed miserably and has simply lost its way and should be completely dismantled as ineffective, and foolish. Agenda 21 is very real and it is in your community. Many of the personalities in your local school system have been trained to carry it out, even if they don’t understand the direct connection to United Nation policies. The key word to watch out for is, “global marketplace.” When an elected official or even a public education superintendent uses terms like that, they are speaking about carrying out the implementation of Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 as a strategy seeks to loot the value of private property in the form of taxes so government can redistribute that wealth else ware. This is why there are progressive taxes on private property to fund public education. Government schools intentionally are using that money to train the next generation population on Agenda 21 topics—green technology, sexual diversity, political socialism, and the desire to “share.” Meanwhile the value of private property is drained and consumed by government under the umbrella of community care for children. The intended goal is to drain the wealth of those who live in suburban areas and allow them to be implemented into the housing system through public assistance in designated zones. Of course the superintendents who push higher taxes on school districts don’t know all this, because they have only been trained to look at their small piece of the pie. They are paid well to not ask questions-to do what they are told. But their policies were built by United Nations officials with the goal of destroying American private property. Many on the political inside will roll their eyes at the proposal of ending United States participation in the United Nations. They would consider such an idea as being “backward” and “selfish.” Politicians like Bill Clinton and his gun grabbing wife will say that The United States will not go it alone in the world and it is the role of America to take the lead on world peace through the United Nations. But they are fools, and old hippies who have never came to terms with the futility of their progressive idealism. Their social experiments have been complete failures, and allowing them to embark in even more destruction will destroy more lives than it could ever save.

I’d advise you dear reader to support H.R. 1146. Make sure your friends and neighbors support it as well with a signature. The United Nations is not a good organization. It does not have American interests at its heart. The United Nations is in fact a failure, and those failures have been ironed over with American tax dollars. Without recognizing those failures inept, power-hungry, fools are continuing to push for an end of America as we know it with the implementation of Agenda 21, and well paid public employees like school superintendents who are turning a blind eye to the impact of their betrayal in trade for lucrative retirement deals and excessively high financial compensation. The push toward a global government is well underway in our government schools and city governments and it has been done quietly so not to upset the American people—because there is a real fear that those same American tax payers might learn of these plans and turn off the easy money that makes the United Nations possible before they have been subtly converted over into a new generation of obedient servants. That is why America must withdrawal itself from the United Nations.

If the world wants the help of America, it can adopt capitalism as its primary economic engine and compete like the states of North America do. Those 193 members of the United Nations can adopt the American Constitution and follow the path of America if they truly want prosperity for their own nations—and peace. But they don’t really want peace, or prosperity. The members of the United Nations want control–that fatal human weakness that seems to drive 90% of our population into politics to begin with. The silly human desire to have a desk and a nameplate that says a particular human being is important and holds power over a vast population is the primary driver of the U.N. members. Such a folly is a contaminate of human existence, and it is certainly a fault of the United Nations who have clearly overstepped their bounds with the initiative of Agenda 21. That fault cannot go unanswered by the American public and the declaration must begin with support of H.B.1146.

Why ‘Chick-fil-A’ is in my new book: The hidden reach of EVIL

With great relief the attack by progressive ideology in the form of “gay rights” was answered in a huge way all across the United States when fans of the famous chicken restaurant Chick-fil-A showed up in mass to show support of the company’s President Dan Cathy for taking a public stand in favor of traditional marriage and family values. Two years ago when I was deep into the writing of my latest novel Tail of the Dragon a guy my daughter was dating had an argument with me over Chick-fil-A when I declared it was my favorite place to eat because as a company it was not afraid of showing their support of traditional values. This young boy was very upset about my stance, which provoked me to write an article of support when the current gay rights push was in its infancy. CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.

It is not only because of my argument with that kid over Chick-fil-A but because it is without question my favorite fast-food restaurant that it plays a heroic role in my new action packed novel. My publisher and I went back and forth on the issue and I felt that people would want to visit many of the sites talked about in the novel, so rather than call the restaurant I was writing about merely a chicken place, I included the name of Chick-fil-A as being the location of a particularly riveting scene that takes place inside an Ashville, North Carolina shopping mall. Chick-fil-A played a heroic role in my story without being complicit in any crime simply because as a social icon, the people who run and work at Chick-fil-A restaurants are some of the most ethical and good people anyone can hope to find because Chick-fil-A as a company is good from the top down.

I wanted to show my appreciation of Chick-fil-A by displaying my admiration for them as a company. The argument I had with that poor kid indicated to me that a storm was coming, a storm that took nearly two years to develop. Truett Cathy is a person I greatly admire and have since I was a very small child. His success is an excellent example of Robert Pirsig’s Metaphors of Quality model. I was very careful not to implicate their company name in any of the scandalous activity that was driving the action, but I hoped to help them withstand the storm I saw was coming by including them in my novel that showed them in a good light and as an icon of the southern states.

I was surprised that the young boy who was dating my daughter was so upset at Chick-fil-A. He wasn’t gay, but he knew people who were, and he felt he was compelled to defend them. So he had a serious case of anger at Chick-fil-A based exclusively on his progressive education and the root of that infection was seen when the President of Chick-fil-A Dan Cathy made his “guilty as charged” comments in support of traditional marriage, and even going so far to say he is proud that his family still have their first wives. Young people especially like that young kid who dated my daughter are very susceptible to progressive politics from people like Rahm Emanuel the former Barack Obama aid and current mayor of Chicago who came out aggressively against Chick-fil-A after Dan Cathy made his comments in favor of traditional marriage. The villains against traditional beliefs in America showed themselves quickly after that interview with Cathy and the political divisions in our country were suddenly very clear.

There are many like that progressive kid who indirectly convinced me to stand up for Chick-fil-A by putting them prominently in my new novel, who have allowed themselves to no longer acknowledge the work of evil. Evil as a sinister force seeks the complete eradication of anything that is good and in our society much of what is good comes from traditional values. Evil is spread through progressive values. Evil has spread most aggressively in our society with the demise of traditional values rooted in a marriage between a man and a woman with their first wives. Chick-fil-A recognizes this fact and has chosen not to participate or endorse evil. Progressives like Rahm Emanuel and Barack Obama believe in the collectivism of their cause and they are seeking to advance a different agenda that is global than what those of us who embrace traditional values endorse.

The issue over gay marriage is not to say that homosexuals are evil. But the progressive political platform uses the issue of gay marriage to cheapen the concept of private property—which is at the heart of most progressive topics. By weakening the value of a man and a woman raising their biological families produced in the bedroom of their sacred beds, the progressive has sought to pervert sex to multiple sex partners, same-sex partners that cannot produce children as a couple and are forced to adopt children from other families from other parts of the world to build a family of their own. The goal of the progressive is a focus on collectivism, raising a family that is without the biological possession of the parents. The strategy of evil is to destroy the concept of the American family and by destroying that, it will destroy America which is the only bastion of personal freedom on earth. By destroying America, evil can rule the minds of man without concern.

What I have said is not the plot of the most recent Lord of the Rings film or some comic book plot line. It is very much real, and is happening before our very eyes. Evil is seductive, it grows within our personal weaknesses, which is why collectivists seek to exemplify those weaknesses while at the same time chastising strengths. To accomplish this evil is using progressive politics to strip away anything that gives individuals strength and replacing it with collectivist oriented obedience. The young kid I mentioned is a victim of this evil. His life was built by evil in a single parent home, by adult influences that are lax on personal strength, and by an education system that is pushing young people right off the cliff with progressive global instruction.

It is true, I do gush over my experiences at the annual Annie Oakley event I participate in each year because it’s all about traditional American value—which I adore. I gush over movies that are old-fashioned in their themes, especially the most recent Batman film Dark Knight Rises, because the story goes to the trouble of identifying the failures of collectivism. And I certainly gush over Chick-fil-A, because they unlike any other company I can think of stand for something rooted in “goodness.” There are fresh flowers on every table, the employees are always nice, and the food is great for a fast-food restaurant—very high quality. Chick-fil-A gives up millions and millions of dollars to be closed on Sundays so they certainly don’t care if the gay population boycotts them. They stand on what they believe, and that is “good.” So Chick-fil-A stands in the way of the ever encroaching evil that quietly sifts about in our lives subtly turning our minds against us with illusions of pleasure that are disguises of sinister plots not necessarily rooted within terrestrial understanding. Progressives are simply the vehicles of this evil that uses their minds and bodies like most people might use a rental car. It steps into the mind of Rahm Emanuel and uses his weak mind to drive him to say and do the kinds of things that are absolutely detrimental to our society while the Chicago Mayor actually believes he’s doing good for the poor, the weak, the homosexual, the destitute, and otherwise mentally unfortunate.

It was my hope that by including Chick-fil-A in my story that I could pay it some sense of justice and my own appreciation for being an icon of goodness in my own personal life. But in the wake of the overwhelming support that millions of Americans have shown toward Chick-fil-A against the progressive encroachment of evil I am simply delighted that courage and goodness have stood squarely for a change to face down evil for what it attempted to do to Chick-fil-A.

The gay attack on Friday, the “Kiss-a-Chick” day was a bust as was expected. Homosexuals are in the minority and cannot be allowed to completely drive the direction of private business, and compared to the millions who showed up to support Chick-fil-A as a business, the gay community could only produce a few squeaky wheels who made fools of themselves. The events of the week showed without question that those who wish destruction are in the vast minority and can only advance evil if we listen to them. Thankfully, Dan Truett as President of Chick-fil-A showed the world that he would not buckle from his beliefs, which is so incredibly refreshing. It was also refreshing to see that so many people responded in support of his company. Even rival fast-food restaurants like Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, and Wendy’s stood shoulder to shoulder with Chick-fil-A because they recognize that if Chick-fil-A goes down under the gun of political pressure that their companies will also be extorted and abused under some future progressive attack. When the mayors of cities threaten to not allow the construction of businesses because of their personal beliefs, dictatorships are not far off the horizon which is the ultimate weapon of evil. Such an evil showed itself quickly in the Chicago Mayor and others who attacked Chick-fil-A not for turning away gay customers which never happened, but for having a belief—a belief in tradition, in what’s good. For that, Chick-fil-A was attacked, and in its defense a nation stood strong. Wednesday August 1, 2012 will forever be remembered as the first small battle that was a victory against a tyrannical empire driven by pure evil in a long quest to restore goodness to our lives with many battles to come. And for those who stood on the side of good, the victory was overwhelming and decisive.

Sharks on Welfare: Why gangs form in poor neighborhoods

The Discovery Channel  is about to celebrate their 25th year of presenting Shark Week on their popular television weeklong event. In front of that celebration a friend of mine suggested that sharks were a wonderful way to illustrate the merits of social engineering failures that have occurred among human beings. His reasoning was that sharks were a brutal prehistoric oriented species of sea life that are born violent hunters which make them a fascinating study. Their desire to hunt and destroy is natural. But what if they could be taught not to eat people? That would be a wonderful thing that would save many arms, legs and lives if only we could convince sharks from wanting to destroy the human population with mindless hunger simply to fill their bellies.

Well, as my friend suggested one possible solution for the sharks would be to go on a welfare program similar to what human beings use in their societies. If the sharks were just given food instead of developing their hunter instincts to track it down themselves, they might become “nicer.” Because looking at the life of sharks the way a progressive does, the reason that sharks are so mean is because they are always hunting for food. If someone just gave them food, they wouldn’t be so angry all the time, and wouldn’t desire to eat people at beaches.

If there were a welfare system for sharks, human beings could just feed them everyday to purchase peace. The sharks would learn that when the boats came, the boats would bring food, so the sharks would be inclined to stay away from the beaches where human beings enjoyed swimming. The sharks wouldn’t have to be so vicious having to compete with other sea life for food because the food would come to them. This would save the lives of millions of other fish and sharks in the ocean and of course the human beings who wished to swim in the ocean.

That makes perfect sense—if you’re a progressive liberal. Unfortunately, the fate of such a program would be the same as what has happened in the areas where welfare among humans occur. On land, the people on welfare become placated and unaggressive. They typically wait for their check to arrive in the mail so they can eat. But in their complacency they don’t tend to pass on good traits to their young. The youngsters not naturally desiring to wait for the check to arrive in the mail try to take their lives in their own hands and develop gangs to fight over the limited resources available in their communities that are built by placated adults fed by government. Much of the violence of gang behavior can be traced back to the creation of welfare, and the limited movement of the human population in ranges of thinking. That is the side effect of the human species that has lost its ability to fight for its survival. A welfare society becomes lazy, and inept.

Among the sharks, the unforeseen tragedy would be that the sharks would begin to travel in packs along the paths of the boats that brought food to them. Sharks being a solitary species would adjust their nature to that of collectivity passively waiting for the boats to bring them food. The younger sharks that hadn’t lost their desire to hunt would gather up in packs and attack the boats on occasion to take all the food destined for the rest of their shark society. But peace would be maintained for the most part, so long as the human population kept the sharks fed.

But what would happen if the food ran out? Or what would happen if the sharks became obese, and developed the need to eat more food than the humans could provide? What if it took two boats to feed a pack of sharks that used to take only one? That’s when the sharks would begin to attack humans again. But this time instead of only being solitary hunters, the sharks would attack in mass. On land in the human communities, this activity is called “protests.” Humans protest when the government doesn’t give them the amount of food they think they should have.

Sharks would do this as well when the boats did not bring enough food to keep them fat, dumb, and happy. It would become increasingly impossible to fulfill the expectations of the shark populations all over the world, because there would not be enough food to give the sharks.

This is what happens when progressives inject their “feel good” theories of social engineering into the natural world. They intend to do well, by feeding the sharks; to keep the human population from being eaten. But instead, the progressive makes the human population slaves to the sharks by spending all their time trying to catch free food to keep the sharks at bay. Inadvertently the sharks become a collective based society that becomes even more dangerous if they are enraged making the risk for future violence much more serious. Also within the shark society the progressive has created a rift within the young and the old. The old are happy to be fed since they have learned to let the food come to them. The young functioning from their youthful instincts wants to catch something and prove their worth, so they incorporate the collectivity taught to them by their parents and mix it with their natural impulse for violence—so they form gangs of sharks that are far more dangerous than what the single sharks used to be.

This is what humans have done to their own society. The creation of welfare was intended to be a helping hand to those less fortunate. But instead, it has created a society of lazy humans that have collected in mass in locations where free things are given to them to appease their natural aggressiveness. Welfare has created the culture of gangs that terrorize inner cities and the drug trade that is the lifeblood of such violence. The gangs created something in a desperate desire from limited resources within the welfare culture to gain something valuable. In a society where the limited resources are driven by how much food is on the feed boats the only way to advance in such a society is by inventing something else that has value. In the human case, it is drugs and illegal activity that creates an alternative economy within the welfare state. The ultimate villain is the welfare system because it is what robbed people of their ambition, and the desire to “create” wealth making them dependents on the suppliers of the welfare checks.

The sharks being dependents on the food supply of the boats would become far more dangerous as a collective unit who could then “collectively bargain” to gain more food from the boats. And if they didn’t get the food, they could protest against the boats threatening to kill all on board. So the humans trying to save the lives and legs of other human beings inadvertently would have created a much more dangerous species of shark by attempting to put the sharks on a welfare system. The appeasement would only be temporary, and might in fact keep the sharks from the beaches where humans like to swim. But ultimately, the sharks would become much more dangerous than they ever were as solitary hunters. As a collective herd of sharks, they could demand all the food they could eat, and if that food could not be supplied, they’d have the power to hunt down and destroy with much greater capacity many more humans than ever before. And it would all have started with the good intention of giving the sharks food for free in the hope that they would become less dangerous.

“Can You Spare a Dollar”: President Obama begs for money

The Obama campaign has been very active—and desperate to find cash for his presidential race. On Monday July 30th and Tuesday July 31st I received many emails from their campaign, two of which are shown below. They need money. That’s all there is to it. I can’t say that I’ve ever heard of a campaign that is this desperate so far out from the actual election. This information is indicative of the type of people who simply spend massive amounts of money without an appreciation of what that money’s value is. Here is the first email.

Rich —

I’m not interested in the money race, so I’m just going to tell you how it is.

Our strength heading into November is going to be determined in large part by how much money we raise now. That’s why the fundraising deadline tomorrow at midnight is so important.

We can’t afford to lose — the stakes are just too high.

Can you stand the thought of a president who would take away guaranteed health coverage from people with pre-existing conditions, would be “delighted” to sign a bill banning all abortions, and would raise taxes on the middle class while lowering taxes for millionaires and billionaires?

Me neither.

What this amounts to is panhandling. Obama and his campaign employees–which are incredibly overstaffed–are essentially saying to the mass population, “brother, can you spare a dime?” They are behaving like panhandlers on a city sidewalk looking for money to buy more booze and cigarettes. Asking for a dollar or three dollars to keep the Obama campaign afloat is a ridiculous proposition. I never get those kinds of emails from the Romney camp and I am in their system. They just don’t operate in the same fashion.

Where Obama is and why he is struggling to find money is that he has already spent the money from his big donors on tactics that haven’t worked, because the misleading activity the money was designed to cover cannot overcome the foolish behavior of the Obama Administration. Since Obama is a socialist, he has alienated most business owners with his preposterous Keynesian economic theory of expanding the financial system from the middle out. Obama is a complete failure as president because he believes in the wrong financial theories. The economy does not grow under the umbrella of communism, and Obama’s theories flow from that assumption. The middle-class does not create jobs. They work for people who do.

The people I know who have money for boats, long vacations, and huge retirement packages all work for government. It used to be the people I knew who possessed those kinds of benefits all worked for the car companies under the UAW labor unions—which is a communist concept. Those companies went out of business. The Firebird/Camero plant in Norwood was leveled in the late 80’s because the unions put them out of business. The Fisher Body plant in Hamilton went out of business around the same time, because the unions destroyed the business. Public unions that were implemented in Ohio around the same time as those automotive jobs were going away, were legalized, so today it is teachers, police and firefighters who have the kind of perky jobs that used to go to the automotive employees. Only the government employees can’t go out of business because government can simply raise taxes to pay for the extraordinary benefits they consume. When the auto manufactures went out of business it was because there cars were too expensive and didn’t last long enough. Nissan, Toyota, and Honda destroyed Ford, Chrysler, and Government Motors over market share because the Japanese cars were better and cheaper.

Obama and his gang of looters views union employees as the middle-class. But everyone can’t be a teacher, a cop, or a firefighter. We can’t have an entire society making up those jobs, because there has to be tax payers who have the money to fund it. Currently, we are at a time as is the evidence of all the school levies in Ohio, the layed off firefighters, cops are a direct result of public employees taking more money than their market value can support. Communists like Obama do not understand how to determine that value. They have an arbitrary value in their minds and they use the enforcement of government to make fiction a reality with higher taxes.

Obama is approaching his presidential campaign the way he has his last term as president. He spends money on theories that are economically unsound to force the middle-class to drive the economy. But it is not the middle-class that makes the economy work. They may spend the money they earn as laborers, but they do not begin those jobs from an idea in their heads. If they do, they are typically wealthy and are taxed at the highest tax bracket anyway. Obama’s plan is to tax those people more so the middle-class can believe they are equal economically to the job creators. And they aren’t.

The job creators have decided not to start new jobs because they don’t want to pay for Obamacare. They don’t want to pay higher taxes to all the community looters like teachers, firefighters, and cops who are simply overstaffed to “create” jobs. Job creators have stayed on the fence to avoid aggressive EPA regulations, a corrupt DOJ, and an overpowering IRS. If the money they work hard to make is simply going to be looted, they will not go to the trouble of creating those jobs. That is what Obama does not understand with his street bum attitude.

Obama has spent the country’s money into bankruptcy, and he has spent his campaign money into bankruptcy. His yield on that money has been a total failure by any investment analysis. He fails because he doesn’t understand the basics. The economists he listened to, the so-called experts were fools also. Just because they have a degree from some Ivy League school does not dictate their level of intelligence. It simply says they were members of an orthodox club of academics. It does not prove the merit of their theories. Only history can do that, and it has. Obama has spit in the face of the job creators and believes that the middle-class will fund the millions of dollars he will need to run a fall campaign. But they can’t, because they don’t have the money.

The real middle-class needs the job creators to provide them with jobs driven by market valued wages to provide them the money to spend on the economy. The money does not fall in the lap of the middle-class just because they show up at work, or while they are fishing on Cumberland Lake. Money has to be made, and if nobody is making the money, then of course the money will be hard to come by.

Romney is getting money for his campaign because job creators want Obama off their backs. It’s that simple. Nobody but the type of employees who want handouts wants a pan handler like Obama to be in charge of the Executive Office. All the money Obama has spent accomplished was putting a suit on a turd, to appear nice. But the money can’t make a turd into gold, and that’s what Obama thinks will happen. That is why he has failed and why all he can do is beg for money from people who don’t have it, and never will until somebody else gives it to them. Those people will not be giving Obama money this time. They already learned their lesson. Obama without all the fancy cloths and the White House as his residence is simply a bum. His mind is the same as a pan handler. Nice cloths and a staff of advisors could make a bum appear sophisticated if they shaved the bum and clothed him well. But such a person does not miraculously become intelligent because they dress nice. A bum is still a bum when all they know to do to make money is hold out their hand, which is precisely what the Obama Campaign is doing.

The Looters of Monroe: Magic tricks in public education

Administrators aren’t in the OEA. Do your homework before making such claims. There’s absolutely no affiliation.

The above quote came to me over the last weekend July 2012 from a person who works in the education industry. I can tell because their email address came from a local education institution. With the Monroe School Levy one week out, an examination of that comment is deserved. Because if it wasn’t noticed by the general electorate, the whole reason a school attempts a summertime election for education tax increases is to catch people flat-footed and on vacation. The education employees who live in the district along with the radical parents who want free education on the backs of the entire community will show up for the vote, while most everyone else isn’t thinking about schools or politics as they vacation over the summer. The intention of an August election is not to seek the honest opinion of the community. It is to hope that only one side shows up for the vote. Do not allow yourself to become confused by the looters of your community.

Monroe as a school district needs money to pay for their high teacher salaries, just like every school district in Ohio. Those salaries are high because public education has no competition, so they don’t have to perform at a true efficiency in testing results or financial management because the entire system is built on government interference. Sure, politicians have set testing standards, but as Lockland Schools have shown, educators will simply fudge the numbers to get the testing results they need to get their state money. Public schools will lie, cheat and steal to preserve their tax scam against the public. Their intentions are evident for all to see. It’s difficult to admit that our trusted schools are that deceitful, but they are. That is why Monroe is placing a tax increase on the ballot in August. That is also why Lakota’s superintendent Mantia put a levy on the ballot in her previous district of Pickerington last August, which barely passed. And Lakota is not putting a levy on the ballot in 2012, because they are concerned that in Butler County, too many conservative voters will show up at the polls to vote Obama out of office, and that means they are also likely to vote down the fourth Lakota attempt to raise taxes on the community to pay for high employee salaries. It’s not because school administrators are kind, or have seen the light. It’s because they wish to attack the community again when the numbers are more favorable to levy passage. They are not interested in the real concerns of the community. That’s why the Lakota School Board is spending $40,000 dollars on “Community Conversations” to a progressive Cincinnati group to turn neutral voters into “Yes” votes so the district can legally steal money from the 18,000 who have voted “NO” in the previous elections. The intent of spending tax payer money on such a program is to manipulate the vote. Not to find the truth of how the community actually feels. It’s about manipulation, not truth.

The person who sent me that comment above is testing the water to see how much we know about their education scam. So I’ll explain here what I said to them. When it’s said that administrators are not a part of the teachers union, and that I should get my facts straight before speaking, they say it hoping that I don’t know how their trick works. But unfortunately for them, I do. Most administrators are hired from within the ranks of the teaching profession, meaning they were teachers at some point in their past. There may be a few exceptions but for the most part, all education administrators are inbred within the union structure. When they become administrators they do not have the stomach to manage their costs the way all other companies do, because they are broken horses that the union rides to easy contract victories over management. There is a reason that there are legal constraints on who can be a superintendent of a public school. For instance, if Lakota wanted to pay a person like me, or any member of No Lakota Levy to be superintendent of Lakota, it would be illegal, because there are rules on who can hold that position and those rules were created by the OEA lobby in Columbus to protect them from such radical changes. By law, Lakota must hire a broken ex-teacher like Superintendent Mantia who will deep down to her core be loyal to the teachers who work under her, instead of the community that pays the bills with their taxes.

The dirty little secret is that administrative management in public education wants the teachers to make $50,000 to $60,000 per year for a 7.5 work day 9 months out of the year because it’s assumed that administrators will make more money, otherwise teachers would never strive to become members of management. This inadvertently drives up the wage cost of administrators. Most administrators in public education are making between $75,000 per year to $100,000 so of course they support the high union contracts because it drives up their wages when they leave the union to join management.

Superintendents are even more notorious. Many of them make more money than the governors of entire states. They make more just to watch a handful of school buildings. In fact Superintendent Mantia did her doctorial thesis on the very subject of how the Superintendent pool was so bad in the country because the pay was not very good–that the gap between the teaching profession and the teachers were not wide enough. Her observation was that teachers were not showing a desire to move into management and ultimately into superintendent positions because there wasn’t enough money as an incentive to lure them into management. As a superintendent, she drives up her own costs by supporting teacher contracts that are high, because as a manager she is expected to make more money—a lot more money. Between Lakota’s superintendent and the amount of money the school board has spent just on public relations in a one year period, the cost to the community is a half million dollars.

The public education scam costs a lot of money and that is what Monroe is dealing with. They are in financial trouble because they did not manage their labor costs. The administrators had no desire to manage their labor costs because they were all bred into the system from within, they have no direct competition, they have political support who will create laws that support their unions, and everyone working in education is taking a lot of money out of the community pot, and when they run out, they demand more. Monroe as a school district has an empty pot and the school is demanding that it be filled. They hope that not enough people who watch the money are paying attention and the levy will pass without a complete vote from the community. That’s why the newspapers aren’t talking about the levy, because the only people who are intended to know about the tax attempt are the people the school wants to show up and cast a vote.

A lot of people who work in the education industry are appalled by my comments because they come from the “outside.” They try to belittle my opinion because according to them, I do bullwhip acts and wear a cowboy hat, so I’m not qualified to speak about these matters. In reality, my experience with that side of my life have put me in contact with many people who are magicians for a living, and over the years I’ve learned how a lot of magic tricks are performed. A magician is all about deception, and getting people to look in one direction as opposed to where the actual problem is. So it’s very easy for me to see that the person who sent me that note is attempting to deceive me with directional persuasion. The attempt is to convince me that administrators are not in the union, which is true, so there is no direct correlation between administrators and union partnership. Magic tricks work because people tend to look for direct relationship between the rabbit in the hat and its disappearance. It’s what they don’t see that makes the trick happen.

The levy in Monroe is about the lack of management of their labor costs. If voters don’t show up and vote the tax increase down, then no management of the community resources will occur. Like piranhas in an Amazonian river the education employees at Monroe will proceed to give themselves raises and dump money onto their lavish lifestyles in a magic trick performed against the community. And the magic trick begins in an August election when most everyone else is looking someplace else. A wave of the magic wand and—poof—more money will appear from the community for the looters of public education to plunder. Monroe will then wonder why the only business they have in their community is the Hustler store and Traders World as high taxes will push away current and future investment by those who pay the most taxes—the business owner—who is almost always the victim of the magic tricks and finds the rabbit in their laps hidden from the public who believe that the magicians of public education actually performed magic, when all it ever was—was a trick.

Bill O’Reilly Wants Gun Control?: The true ‘THIN BLUE LINE’

Bill O’Reilly is not alone in his confusion over the role that government plays in the gun debate. There has been a lot said about his heated debate with Rep Chaffetz over stricter gun laws. Bill O’Reilly the popular author and TV reporter on Fox News is typically a conservative leaning investigator, but due to his roots in working class Levittown, New York, he has a soft spot for labor unions, and due to the fact that he’s lived and worked around New York City for a good part of his life, where they have banned guns completely, his view of the outside world is somewhat tainted.

O’Reilly blew up recently on the air with Chaffetz stating that while he did support American ownership of firearms, O’Reilly thought that the FBI should be contacted when heavy weapons or ammo are purchased. On the surface, what O’Reilly says makes sense; law enforcement should know what’s going on and what they are getting involved with if they are required to apprehend a suspect like James Holmes who has been stockpiling assault rifles and ammunition ahead of an intended shooting spree. O’Reilly’s reasoning is that if the FBI had the ability to know that James Holmes was buying large amounts of ammunition that law enforcement might have been triggered to watch Holmes more closely and therefore might have stopped the Aurora, Colorado movie theater shooting before it happened.

People who live in gun banning cities like Chicago, Washington D.C. and New York share with people who live in gun banning countries such as Canada and England the naïve assumption that law enforcement is always on the side of the people they are sworn to protect. These people believe that law enforcement should have 100% of community cooperation yielding all freedoms to the scrutiny of those law enforcement officers. Typically the people who are worst in this complete yielding of their personal freedoms to government authority have lived in the coastal cities at some point in their life and already had to face the concessions of living in those gun banning zones, so the premise of their argument is corrupted by their experience.

In the fly over states, gun ownership is a fact of life. Virtually everyone I know who does not live in a metropolitan area treasures their guns. Many own 3 to 5 per household, and these are typically very intelligent people who have very good jobs, raise very good families, and are overall good citizens. There are probably as many guns within 10 miles of my home as there are on a small military base, and that’s good. That’s exactly how it should be. In my community there isn’t much for police to do except break up domestic violence situations and petty theft. People in my community do not shoot each other when someone cuts the grass over on the property of their neighbor. Generally, people get along nicely, even when some of those people support school levies and others do not. We take our differences out at the ballot box, but generally are kind to each other while in public. Part of the reason for the peace and prosperity in rural areas are because of the large amounts of guns.

Cops are not shot when they come to our doors in suburbia. They are respected even when all they really have to do is sit on the side of the road and give us traffic tickets. There is a respectful tension between the general public and law enforcement. But there is not fear, because we are armed, and so are they.

But law enforcement by its title takes their orders from the political system that is in place, and if the political system is corrupt, like we all know it is abuses are bound to occur. In areas where guns are confiscated, stories of police violence against citizens goes up dramatically. Now, in my family there are several members who are cops, and one of my nephews who I have always been close to wants to be a cop. So what I say is taken in context and from experience. I have personally employed cops, and have known some of them as good friends, and with all that said I would not surrender my life completely to them under any circumstance. I do not trust them to make decisions on my behalf that will dictate the direction of my life, the lives of my family, and my property. I respect them and the danger of their job, but that is also what they are being paid for. I don’t give them a right to my life and property in the name of safety, I don’t give them the right to molest my wife and daughters, and I certainly don’t give them the right to draw a gun on me because they have a tendency to overact with grand theatrics when danger is present. I’ve seen this kind of behavior in more than one fight outside of bars where they show up on the scene and see a person laying face down in a pool of blood and assume the guy still standing did something wrong. Cops just like most people panic at the site of blood and guns, and they let their fears get away from them often. Cops are dangerous under this condition. Many of the gun laws created have been created under the pretense of panic where law makers have pandered to police officer’s fears.

Before the baby shower that my wife and daughter where holding for my youngest daughter over the previous weekend they sent me up to the local convenient store to purchase ice for the multiple coolers that were to be filled with drinks. I found myself in line behind a derelict of a man who was buying lottery tickets. Once he had his tickets he left and I was able to pay for my ice and get the key from the attendant. I went outside to get my ice out of the freezer and found that the man with the lottery tickets was sitting in his car scratching off the numbers. As I pulled out my bags of ice, the man cried out in glee from his car. “I won—I won!”

He jumped out of his car as though he had just won a million dollars and held the tickets up for me to see. “It won me some big money today! I won twenty dollars! I was afraid I was going to have to borrow money from my brother-in-law for cigarettes, but now I don’t have to!” As I loaded up my ice I couldn’t help but smile at the man who wasn’t any older than I was. “Now, if that happened every day, you’d never have to work another day in your life,” I said. He looked at me with confused attempts to connect neurons in his brain and relate something in his life that would help him understand my context. But my comment was completely foreign to him. I might as well have spoken a foreign language to him, because his lifestyle and mine are so far apart they might as well be from different countries. As I watched him run in to cash out his lottery tickets and come back out with a box of cigarettes and a toothless smile from ear to ear I thought—that was a guy I don’t want to have a gun—because he’s not smart enough to carry one.

It is people like that guy who police worry about when they have to arrest them for domestic violence because they beat the hell out of their bother-in-law over cigarette money, or had sex with their wife’s sister because they were all drunk and passed out on the floor of their smoke infested trailer. The wife erupts into a violent range wanting to kill the man for his reckless sexual exploits. It is often the poor and destitute who have trouble with guns, just like they have trouble with money. I have tried to employee such people for years, and they often lose their jobs because of attendance—they just don’t have the ambition to get out of bed. Many of them would rather use government regulation and unemployment benefits to keep from having to show up for a job, and because they are essentially lazy, they have low quality people in their lives and a low quality life style, and it’s there choice.

I should not be restricted from owning military grade weapons because of people like that lottery ticket guy. I should be able to have the guns of my choice in case politics fail completely and I need an equalizer against tyranny. Hopefully, just by having the gun, it will mean I never have to use it. But in not having it, police abuse and political cover-ups will occur, because they do now—and always have. My life is more important than the collective sum of the lottery ticket guy, or the nature of a politician’s congressional district, or presidential reign. All those kinds of things are just blips on the radar screen and don’t mean much in the scheme of things.

The FBI, the CIA, the ATF, the Department of Homeland Security, the TSA and our local police officers cannot be trusted to do the right thing 100% of the time. The need for the gun is for the 1% of the time that humans fail their fellow-man with the knowledge that one group has power over another. When the officer cuffs a man for a traffic warrant late on a Saturday night and discover his wife is in a compromised position and is quite attractive and unprotected, they may offer to turn the man loose if the woman has sex with them. Yes it does happen. The wife may want not want her husband arrested, or maybe going to jail will bankrupt them so she might be inclined to do as the officers suggest. I know of cops who have sat in my backyard and bragged about this kind of stuff. The arrested man at that point should have the right to defend his wife, and is property from intruders. But because the man is handcuffed in the back of a patrol car and the law has taken possession of his home, the police are in complete command to dictate the terms of release or apprehension. If the police know that the man is not a registered gun owner who might seek revenge for the indiscretion, they are much more inclined to abuse their power and take advantage of the wife.

If the man is a gun owner, the police will treat the man with much more respect. They’ll be much more careful with any suggestions that man might interpret as threatening because after the court hearings are over, they don’t want that man to come after them for revenge. So they treat everyone with more respect. That respect comes because of the gun.

The bottom line is no government agency needs to know any more about our lives than they need for basic government operation. They do not need to have the ability to have complete control over the American population in times of martial law. The President of the United States does not have the right to impede our rights over some political panic. And the weakest links of our society cannot be allowed to create legislation to keep certain guns out of their hands which punishes all of society. If we allow the weak links of our culture to determine the levels of our freedoms then we might as well consider ourselves a conquered civilization.

People like Bill O’Reilly are well-intentioned, but they are corrupted with the gradual erosion of progressive politics that have made such slight indiscretions seem minor and reasonable. When gun grabbers suggest that the Constitution was written in a time when the only guns were balls of lead and single shot muskets they are missing the point. America is not a land of law run by lawyers, and the Constitution is not a legal document as typical lawyers might consider it. It’s a political philosophy that has law draped from it as decoration. The decorations can all be removed yet the structure is still intact. It does not matter if the gun is a single shot musket, or an automatic machine gun, the need for guns in society are to equalize all participants with the ability to wipe temptation from the minds of the would-be thief, the looting politicians, and the ruthless dictator.

The government does not need to know what, or when we buy something or what we intend to do with it. It’s none of their business. Having more law enforcement officers does not make me feel safe. Only a gun at my own hip, or the guns next to my bed, or in my garage make me feel safe, and the need for them is an acknowledgment of human philosophy that understands the true nature of people. Gun control is social engineering that assumes that the people who look over our records, and monitor our activities are superior in their decision-making skills to society in general, and that just isn’t the case. In fact, it couldn’t be further from the truth. For those who assume that dangerous weapons are OK to ban from the public the meaning of the weapons are lost in the discussion. No—we do not need an AK47 to shoot a deer. But we may need it if a major storm comes through and knocks out power for days on end and bands of looters roam from house to house to rape, pillage, and destroy the property and lives of the inhabitants while the police are overwhelmed with the emergency. That is the time when all you have is yourself, and your guns to keep tragedy from making another victim of a family that trusted the law completely even though all the rules of society changed the moment the power went out. In times like that, more than a .22 six shot rim fire will be needed. That’s when the big guns come out, and the threat of those guns becomes the true “Thin Blue Line,” that was always the reality but never acknowledged.

The Mind of James Holmes: Looking for the keys in the darkness

It is obvious that the general American population is only comfortable speculating on the evil of James Holmes and the shooting that took place in Aurora, Colorado within a certain safe zone of opinion. I would liken this approach to looking for lost car keys thought to have been dropped in a large parking lot at night, but the only place anyone looks for the keys are under the parking lot lights. The keys probably aren’t lost under the few lights there are, but somewhere out in the vast darkness of the parking lot and will only be found with a flashlight, or waiting till daylight breaks over the horizon. The keys will not be found in only the places where they can be seen. If it was that easy, they probably wouldn’t be lost in the first place.

When the answer to bizarre social behavior falls outside the realm of the obvious, society in general has a difficult time seeing the cause of the behavior. Mainstream news at all levels only wants to assume that something snapped in James Holmes and this is why he shot up a movie theater. They do not want to consider that the situation may be a “false flag” operation or even more serious terrorism fantasies. The same handicap is currently creating havoc in our own government that has been infiltrated by radical Muslim elements intent on spreading Islamic rule over the entire planet, as they believe they are instructed to do. People like John Boehner and John McCain scoff at Michelle Bachman’s accusations that the Muslim Brotherhood is a threat to America. As politicians, they are looking for the keys under the light metaphorically speaking, and the keys are not there, but elsewhere where it’s not so easy to see.

To understand this basic human behavior all you must do dear reader is consider what you have done in the past to be a member of the cool kids, or the cool group. Whose ass did you kiss to play golf with a select group of people, or the bowling league you wanted to join—or the country club you wanted to become a member of. What about the fraternity and the hazing that go along with those memberships? People will compromise often their beliefs to become accepted in group behavior. And if that group is the leadership structure of anarchists, or even extreme fans of movies, the desire to be accepted among a group of peers is a very strong motivator in directing behavior.

The “false flag” portion of this shooting is difficult to explain to people who don’t allow themselves to see the world except under the parking lot lights. In my book The Symposium of Justice I went to some great measure to explain how “false flags” are created by the government even in local law enforcement situations by releasing known rapists into a community that is strictly traditional middle-class and safe from crime. Law enforcement might become convinced they need to promote this kind of activity among their ranks to create panic in their community and a desire for more police officers if a police levy is up for a renewal or increase. They typically don’t wish harm on the general population, but they do intend to scare the population into believing they need to vote for a levy approval. So if you want to know more, I’d suggest reading the scenario in my book Symposium. Even though it appears scientifically extreme, it is quite valid. School districts play this same game attempting to build public consensus using fear to motivate community unity on tax increases. Their methods are less direct. School districts use the fear that children will have a hampered development to direct the actions of a community who wants to be a member of the cool group—the pro school group—which is direct manipulation that is very similar to the antics the government uses to create “false flags” in order to accept United Nation proposals, pending legislation, and political stump speeches. The sum of the behavior by government entities whether it be local government or federal government is to use fear to collectively unify society into accepting things they would normally not accept if fear for their lives were not present in the decision-making process.

With James Holmes I don’t believe he was a lone wolf, as it is typically defined. I believe he was arrogantly brilliant, and that he loves the Batman films, as millions of people do—because the Batman films are good movies. So what I’m about to write is my personal theory conceived through speculative fiction as to what I think is going on in the mind of James Holmes if he were a fictional character. This is my way of looking for the keys in the middle of the parking lot where there are no lights before the sun raises only to reveal that under the cover of darkness, the keys were stolen by the instigators of the “false flag.”

Fictional first person perspective of James Holmes—facing a mundane life of working crummy jobs for crummy people society will always fail to grasp my brilliance. Yes that science researcher from Princeton who I had lunch with in April of 2012 “gets it.” (the researcher is the false flag instigator.) The Joker from Batman The Dark Knight was the key to making that film so great. It was not Batman who was the star of that film, it was The Joker. The Joker defines Batman. Without the Joker, there is no Batman. It took a psychopathic, schizophrenic mass murdering clown with zero compassion to bring about the heroics of Batman, and to take the wonderful Harvey Dent into the perilous depths of Two Face. The Joker devises ingenious situations that force Batman, Commissioner Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent to make impossible ethical decisions and it is in those decisions that defined the success of the Batman films.

After the plight of the Occupy Movement, the rule of the world by the big bankers, the corrupt hiding behind facades of goodness, where are the Batman’s—where are the heroes that will restore society? We won’t find them in a movie theater looking at fantasies on the silver screen. We must have them in real life.

The researcher was right–I wish I remembered to ask for his name–That was a very smart man. Society needs a Joker so it can have a reason to challenge itself and find its soul. It needs tragedy to discover its courage. Without a Joker, there are no Batmen in society. So I will give them one.

I can do that. I’m more intelligent than any of the people who could prosecute me. I can be the Joker in real life that society needs for its identity. After I’ve given them their death—given them their villain, they will be forced to confront themselves. I will do more for society as the Joker than as a neuroscientists.

But do I have the courage to go that far down the rabbit hole? Could I be arrested, convicted, and locked away in an insane asylum as the Joker was and still survive? Can I do it? Yes—yes I can. After all, John Hinckley was found not guilty by reason of insanity after he fell in love with Jodi Foster after the film Taxi Driver. Just 30 years later he is able to visit his parents outside of institutional control for weeks at a time. He will eventually go free soon and still have time to live his life.

I am only 24; I could spend 30 years behind bars and still have time to live my life. I’d still be a young man when I left custody. The weak parasites of the establishment won’t let my brilliance go to waste. Once they realize I’m scientifically sound, they’ll use me in a lab even if it is behind bars. What’s the difference? If I’m behind bars, I won’t be troubled with making a living. I won’t have to worry about employment and grants.

But how do I go about it? Well, I must show a break with reality, a definite change of behavior that others will testify to in my trial. It will have to even involve my parents. I must deceive them all. I’ll try to join a gun club, and I’ll make the owner so uncomfortable that he’ll testify to my erratic behavior. My neighbors will say that I was disturbed, and became increasingly isolated in my behavior. Maybe I’ll even mail a copy of my plans to one of my college professors so they’ll think I was trying to reach out for help. My past of peace and my current violent actions will show that I was two people, and that it was a slip of reality that pushed reality beyond my grasp. I’ve studied mental health patients, so I know how to duplicate the behavior. This is the story of Harvey Dent. This is the story of the Joker. Good people going bad as they collapse under their own genius.

But my crime would have to be so bad that it would stop the entire world and force changes. It would have to be epic in its destruction. It would have to be unfathomable by a sane mind. And as the researcher said in our lunch meeting, Batman is about a rich guy who saves society. It’s anti “occupy,” its pro capitalism. The hero is not Batman; it’s the Joker, its Bane. That must be made clear otherwise millions will take away the wrong messages in this upcoming film. I must stop that.

When I’m arrested I’ll warn the police that my apartment is booby-trapped. It will confuse everyone, and they will think that they have found an act of compassion in me, and it will be that hint of compassion that keeps them from putting me to death, even though they should. It will keep them from locking me away forever to be hidden from view. They will seek to loot my mind once they can convince themselves that I can be saved. They will save me because they want what’s in my head. And I will outlast them. I will show them that I can hide myself behind a mask of insanity, and at a time far from now after the acts of my brutality have played out and brought peace to the world, after I have brought out the best of what humanity has, I can be free to live in a world of my own making. I will have planted the seeds of life with acts of evil.

The joke will be on those who thought they could maintain the social illusions of greed, and cruelty on the backs of my generation. They will write books about me, they will make movies about me, and slowly I will bring to a whole new generation the “real Joker.” And in the end, I will beat them, because they don’t even know what game they are playing.

If that is indeed how Holmes views the situation, nobody but him can know for sure. It can only be speculated based on observed conditions, and through the exercise of creative writing can we begin to get our minds around the depth of evil it took to gun down a movie theater full of people. Clearly the thing to do would be to not allow James Holmes to get away with this crime by allowing him to disguise his true intentions behind a mask of insanity. If he is truly insane, then he won’t know the difference. But if he’s acting in the way described above, he will make fools of our American justice system, which is what the character of the Joker from the films was doing. We don’t need Batman to save our society from corruption, or from the Joker’s who wish harm to bring about their own forms of social justice. We just need to have the courage to look evil in the eye and spit in it—and remove evil from our concerns when the task is upon us.

If I had to place a bet that James Holmes calculated society would not have the fortitude to take a stand against him he would make that bet based on our history. Human beings are not able to process too many things at one time. They will need one or two major points to fixate on in order to determine the evil intentions of the terrorist actions. Holmes knew that if he presented a layered offensive that worked at many different levels, that he would defy prosecution. It’s up to American society to prove him otherwise.

As to the “false flag” I do not believe the intention was to create more aggressive gun legislation in front of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty that is coming our way. Those kinds of things would be bonus objectives in the world of subversion. They would not be the primary. The primary in this case is the obvious pro capitalist leanings of this Batman story coming out in a time where the socialism/capitalism argument is at its greatest. For many decades there have been saboteurs who have helped create a very compliant American society, and they know well what the power of a good story is. The Batman films under the direction of Christopher Nolan are powerful, and have the ability to communicate important, and complicated political themes to a mass audience. The “false flag” in this case was a desire to place on the entire Batman franchise the memory of murder and carnage. The intention is to make Batman appear as sinister on the minds of America as the World Trade Center has been. It is a message to the mass marketing of Warner Brothers and all other film studios not to make films with themes as powerful as what are in Dark Knight Rises, themes that stand behind capitalism and calls into question the merit of the Occupy Movement, and promotes individualism over collectivism. The hope of using a film fan genius as the real life Joker is to taint forever the mere speech of the name and the film franchise from American film heritage. It is to drive away the chance of Academy Awards, and box office receipts to be given to a very deserving film.

There are saboteurs who are very unhappy with the way young people are taking to films like Iron Man, and these new Batman films. They are radical enough to perform the unthinkable once they realize society is moving in a direction they don’t like. It is difficult to get the mind around the unthinkable, but we must in order to guard ourselves from the aggression that has now attempted to attack us in our living rooms through the influence of popular culture. The good message of Batman Dark Knight Rises was cut short by a young man claiming to be the Joker through a terrorist act that is beyond comprehension. But we must comprehend his evil so that we can see beyond the violence to the intended result. And we must make sure that intended result does not play out as planned, by denying the Joker the punch line he intended.

The Muslim Brotherhood Goes to Washington: Speaker Boehner needs to stop sleeping

I found it surprising that my congressman Speaker Boehner is not up to speed that the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated our government. He along with others appear to be in denial that Muslim extremists are tied very close to progressive politics and are determined to destroy America from within. So to bring Speaker Boehner and many others up to speed on information they may not have had time, or the political stomach to comprehend I am offering a series of radio interviews to watch below. The first is from my personal friend Matt Clark in Ann Arbor, Michigan on WAAM radio where he begins to peel back the layers of just how serious the situation really is.

Speaker Boehner and Senator John McCain has threatened Representative Michelle Bachman that they will remover he seat on the Intelligence Committee if she does not apologize to Anthony Wiener’s wife for a letter Bachman wrote questioning Huma Abedin’s parents ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Anthony Wiener was the former combative progressive congressman who had to leave his seat because he got caught tweeting pictures of his actual wiener to women on the internet. His wife is a Muslim who is a direct aid to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Below, Glenn Beck sets the stage on how much of a storm was created by Michelle Bachman’s simple letter.

Where there is much anger over seemingly trivial issues, there is fire that nobody knew was burning. Whatever deals have been made between network heads and politics are not deals that are conducive to the American population if radicals wish to sing our nation to sleep with siren songs of peace while sharpening their swords on our chins. I would find it hard to believe that Speaker Boehner is on the direct call list of the Muslim Brotherhood. Rather, I would think that he believes he’s playing by the rules of politics. Unfortunately, those rules have been quietly established by those same Muslim infiltrators.

Playing nice politics will not lead America to victory which is what I think politicians like Boehner and McCain believe they are doing. They believe they should take the high road and not subscribe to wild theories. I believe they are simply naïve. But Michelle Bachman as a member of the Intelligence Committee has an obligation to defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic, and she is up in arms that known terrorists have been flown to The White House on the tax payer dime to meet directly with the President while she is being attacked from members of her own party for calling attention to the issue.

It is difficult to look at aspects of our friendships and political connections and assess the true value. Not the value we wish it to be, but the actual value. When a man wishes to sleep with a woman just for the sex of it, he might tell her he loves her, he might wine and dine her, he might buy her nice jewelry, but once the man has obtained his sex, the true nature of the relationship will be revealed. The woman may wish to believe the man loved her, but the reality is all he wanted was sex. In the case of the Muslim Brotherhood, they are very pleasant and say all the right things to the people they come into contact with. Members of the American government have been seduced by the charming Muslim Brotherhood radicals.

To people on the outside we can see clearly what’s happening. We don’t care if Weiner’s wife is the friend of John McCain. John may be letting his desire to believe his dear friend is completely clean and wants to be his friend because she genuinely likes him, taint his judgment. Other politicians who have similar friendships with Muslim Brotherhood members no doubt believe they are dealing with friends. But remember the story about the man who only wants to get a woman in bed, and once he does, the relationship goes downhill, and the woman will often find herself on the outside looking in used and abused. The Muslim Brotherhood wants an end to the American way of life and they don’t care how they bring it about. Like the man who simply wants sex, the Muslim Brotherhood will say and do anything to achieve their objective. It is the politicians who find themselves the targets of affection as their social simplicity leaves them defenseless against such charms.

I would suggest that Speaker Boehner not take for granted the evidence that is all around him. And he should not side himself against Bachman who is simply trying to do the right thing which her seat mandates. Playing politics plays into the plans of the Muslim Brotherhood. They count on such predictable behavior to launch their agenda against a sleepy society. But not everyone is asleep. And Speaker Boehner, it’s time to wake up and see things for what they are. These are not peaceful times conducted by peaceful people. And the Muslim Brotherhood is not your friend. All they want from you is your head on a pike, and they will do it the moment they get a turned back, and an open moment.
