Judge Napolitano SPEAKS: Why taxation of any kind is THEFT!

Judge Napolitano may have lost his top rated show FreedomWatch due to pressure from many government forces who desired to remove his voice from the airwaves, but he is still going strong.  So strong, that he gave an interview with Nick Gallespie at Reason TV about why government is dangerous and why Constitutionally speaking, taxes are theft.  The government does not have the right to steal our money from us and the Judge lays out his case.  So while you prepare your tax forms and listen to your local schools preach as to why they need more taxes, remember what the Judge said here.

Judge Andrew P. Napolitano joined Fox News Channel (FNC) in January 1998, and currently serves as the Senior Judicial Analyst. He provides on air legal analysis every weekday throughout the day on FNC and on its sister network, Fox Business Network (FBN). He hosted “FreedomWatch” on FBN, Saturday at 10 am and 8 pm, and Sunday at 7 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. He was also the regular fill-in host for “The Glenn Beck Program” on FNC, weekdays at 5 pm.

Judge Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. While on the bench from 1987 to 1995, Judge Napolitano tried more than 150 jury trials, and sat in all parts of the Superior Court–Criminal, Civil, Equity, and Family. He has handled thousands of sentencings, motions, hearings, and divorces. For eleven years, he served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law at Seton Hall Law School, where he provided instruction in constitutional law and jurisprudence. Judge Napolitano returned to private law practice in 1995 and began television broadcasting in the same year.

Judge Napolitano has published five books on the U.S. Constitution. They are Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When The Government Breaks Its Own Laws; the New York Times bestseller, The Constitution in Exile: How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land; A Nation of Sheep; Dred Scott’s Revenge: A Legal History of Race and Freedom In America; and the New York Times bestseller Lies the Government Told You: Myth, Power, and Deception In American History.

His writings have also been published in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the New York Sun, the Baltimore Sun, the (New London) Day, the Seton Hall Law Review, the New Jersey Law Journal, and the Newark Star-Ledger. He lectures nationally on the Constitution and human freedom.

Judge Napolitano received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor degree from University of Notre Dame in 1975.

When it comes to the law I tend to listen to what Judge Napolitano has to say on the matter. You can read more about the Judge at the link below and the many books he’s written.

Oh–you want more proof?  You think I’m kidding you?  You think all this is a conspiracy, because the knowledge is not convenient?  Then read what’s at the link below and you’ll see how it was all set up in 1958 to create the world we are finding ourselves dealing with today.  I’ve made it easy for you.  All you have to do is look for yourself.

The Hobbit Blog part 6: Respect for nature versus nature as a religion

Filmmakers tend to be extremely aware of environmental concerns and the film crew of The Hobbit is no different. As can be seen in this next blog posting from the set done right out of the New Year the crew went to incredible extremes to protect the environment and specifically the fauna in a specific filming location. (To view the previous postings on this topic follow this link back through the stories.)  The care taken in this production is not what I’d equate to extreme environmentalism. It is more along the lines of respect since the equipment of a film crew can be very damaging to a location. Check it out:

I’ve been on many camping trips, several going into the deep back country, and the general rule is to leave a campsite the way it was when you found it. Put rocks back where you found them, don’t leave behind any garbage, and make sure the area where your tent was pitched didn’t leave behind any evidence.

The same care was obviously taken during the production of The Hobbit. Showing care and respect for a natural setting is not the same as being a “tree hugging hippie.” Environmental extremism is not what I’d classify happening on this Hobbit set. But rational concern and appreciation for the settings they are trying to capture on film.

Of a particular interest in the above entry is the scene with the barrels being filmed. Anyone who knows the book The Hobbit, knows that this will be the scene where the Hobbits escape from the mountain prison.

This is yet another reason that The Hobbit will be a fantastic film. The personalities involved are having fun; they are being smart in how they go about the production without going overboard. I enjoy these wonderful little segments not so much for the documentation of the film that they are making and the content of that film, but for the adventure along the way. Watching this journey of making the film has turned out to be an adventure in itself that is as much fun, if not more so than an actual film.

The Hobbit Blog Part 5: The trouble with logistics

I’ve spent enough time recently on the small ideas by the small minds of school levy advocates and socialist leaning politics. As I’ve described in previous articles about the topic of the making of The Hobbit by Peter Jackson, (seen by clicking here,) I enjoy paying special attention to large-scale projects that are successful. Films like those created by Jackson are modern examples of the best in their profession and worth examination. And for me the movie translation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s classic work is a wonderful place to study the quality of a forward thinker.

You can track my previous comments back through the links in sequential order. This particular episode deals specifically with location shooting in New Zealand. I’ve had the opportunity on a few occasions to work with similar productions, but nothing on a scale such as what’s shown in this clip. Check it out:

When you’ve seen this kind of production up close from behind the camera it’s amazing that anything ever comes out looking right. It’s always a challenge to get the small army of trailers and restrooms transported to a location shoot which is enormously expensive, since everything has to be brought in, as shown in that clip. To gain the ability to set up a village essentially that can cater the needs of the hundreds if not thousands of employees moving around the set is a tremendous undertaking.

I have always been fascinated with the film making process because of its demand that a production be lean and mean. People who work on such film crews do not have the luxury of becoming entrenched in their jobs because they are always in a state of constant adaptation. This also lends to an efficiency that is difficult to recreate in the private sector where workers fall in love with their offices, or their cubicles and can devolve in to a daily routine that gradually numbs their minds. In the film business, the people tend to be more intellectual because they are constantly required to adapt to their circumstances. However, this is also why they tend to be more liberal, because they lack grounding in their lives. They instead are like nomads always moving from one place to the next, and such a life is hard on relationships.

I will never forget my experience with a producer who was tasked to put together the clip I was working on with Real D 3D to develop a new 3D camera system. The production was a pitch trailer intended to show off the new technology. So I was called out to Hollywood to allow my fire whips to show off the cool new 3D technology. In the movie business, if you have a unique talent, there’s almost always a part to play for a business that is always looking for new ideas. The producer for this endeavor picked me up at LAX airport holding a sign at the baggage claim and proceeded to personally drive me through LA to the east end of town to the hotel the production put me in on Brand Blvd, which is extremely well-known for being a popular television shooting street.

Our film shoot was at night so I had the day to kill plenty of time and explore the area in and around Burbank. What is most distinguished in this particular area as opposed to any city in the United States is the amount of city corner lots that are completely dedicated to setting up an on location film set, mostly for television productions. Those lots encompass entire city blocks to make room for the army of trailers that move in and out of that spot within a couple of days. Most of these scenes are for television shows that need exterior shots. This is why most television shows choose Los Angeles to film anything, because the infrastructure is there to support that business.

The producer of my project sent a car to pick me up at 5 PM for a 6 PM set arrival established in a department store parking lot in Burbank. When I arrived, I was able to see one of these small cities set up and functioning up close. I was shown to my trailer amidst the chaos of the producer and several assistants talking on walkie talkies at a frantic pace. I was impressed even with a relatively small production like the one I was on, at the efficiency of everyone involved. The makeup woman working on me spoke with the makeup person working on another actor in the next trailer through adjoining doors effortlessly as though they were simply cutting hair in a saloon and not working on a movie, and outside the open door as the sun was setting the lighting people were setting up their sophisticated system and the camera crew was laying tracks for their dolly runs. Once my makeup was complete I had to go through walk-thrus with the stunt coordinator and begin to block shots with the director.

Upon seeing the whips in action the director decided he wanted me to perform a trick I had never done before—he wanted me to hit a cigarette on the ground with a backward crack. And he wanted me to use my 12 foot bullwhip so the camera shooting at 24 frames per second could see the whip uncoiling and making the strike. We discovered that my usual whips of 6’ moved too fast for the camera system, so we had to use my bigger ones so the camera could see them.

I practiced the trick for about two hours in front of the stunt coordinator so we could get repeatability as I met about a 100 actors, agents, and production house people who came over to watch. It took about 4 hours to get everyone in makeup to begin filming the first scene at approximately 10 PM. We shot for exactly 8 hours then broke at 6 AM as the sky was starting to turn blue from the first sign of a sunrise.

A car took me back to my hotel for some sleep in the middle of the day. At 4 PM the car came for me again to pick me up for call on the set where we went through the whole process again the next night. My requirements were only for two nights of shooting, which the production team put me up in a hotel for four nights and covered all my expenses including travel to and from California. On that particular production there were probably 350 employees behind the scenes and about 6 primary actors and 40 extras. Every person on that set was set-up and arranged by the producer. If some members of the production were from out-of-town like I was, the producer had to do for each of them what he did for me, which was quite a task that impressed me greatly.

So I have great respect for what Peter Jackson is trying to pull off in his production and the work shows. His production is probably 5 times larger than the project I worked on described above, so my heart goes out to him. It’s a fascinating business that contains many lessons that can easily be translated over into the private sector. These productions force the mind to be innovative, and to be at its absolute best.

Most people only get to experience the movie business from what is seen on the movie screen or on Entertainment Tonight, or through the press. Because I have a unique talent that occasionally is in need for the film business, I have had the opportunity to peak behind the scenes and breathe the world that makes a film possible. And a movie is a product just like anything else, just like a car, or a company who makes basketballs. But unlike a company that is grounded in one place, a movie production dismantles itself and is reborn again and again where most companies find themselves bogged down with employees who get bored and complacent. And there are lessons to be learned from these nomads of the film business that could help us all in our daily lives—not to let boredom and complacency lead to ruin and unproductive behavior. That most of the time, the value of the final product is more important than the security of the employees who work on the task.

If only people could get their minds around that concept, they would find their lives would be greatly enriched.

Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan–New Heroes in Lakota

The fight to control spending at our public school of Lakota has revealed a new twist this past week. The school board is now claiming that they have no control over negotiating salaries, and that their legal counsel has advised them that salary reductions are “off the table.”

It’s pretty difficult to control costs as a management board if you can’t manage 80% of your costs. And knowing several local school board members I know they can’t just mandate reductions without union approval. But they could have at least asked the question, putting the burden on the labor union to reject, therefore letting the public see the real villains behind the out-of-control spending problem within the Lakota School District. Because until that is done, the school board will get the blame for not managing the costs the tax payers have sent to the school.

It has been to my great relief to see several new faces beginning to attend the school board meetings and speak up, particularly the man pictured here who lambasted the school board and Mantia specifically for allowing the budget problem to virtually destroy Lakota as a school instead of placing the burden back on the union who has concocted up every legal trick in the book to protect their salaries even if it means the demise of the district completely. Without doubt many of the current employees at Lakota are hoping to keep the system intact just long enough for them to retire. They could care less what happens to the rest of the community in the process.

I became very frustrated two weeks ago when I wasted the time to attend a school board meeting only to see them performing in the same manner as always, even after all that has been said and done over the last three elections and defeat of the proposed tax increases. My frustration with them has led me to tell the people I know to just pull the plug and teach kids themselves, or send them to a private school if they can afford it. By the time a parent pays or all the transportation costs, the sports fees and all other associated fees, public school is no longer free, as our tax money has been hijacked by a union labor force purely concerned with their own well-beings, as demonstrated by their actions.

My relief in these new heroes who are showing up in these dark days is welcomed because it will take more than my voice alone to continue to illustrate the problems at Lakota. And I want those voices to know that there is plenty of room in the No Lakota Levy tent for your voices, or to even start a group of your own. In our group there are no power struggles, there is no ego to get in the way of successfully defeating tax increases because a tax increase of any kind at this point in time would kill our community on the business side of its development, and we are fighting to keep it intact, so we don’t care who speaks to the paper, or who is on TV. We only care that the job gets done.

In No Lakota Levy I have taken on the role of being the visible target so I could take the bullets. In reality No Lakota Levy is very deep as an organization. One way to know the location of your enemy is to get them to take shots at you and see where the smoke comes from. That’s how you determine the position of a sniper; you look for the blast signature. Since I don’t care about public opinion, or care to ever run for public office, or plan to work with people who do want to run for public office, I am free to be that target and take the shots as our spotters in No Lakota Levy look for where the snipers are. Once we find them, we have been attacking them and exposing their cover.

In spite of what the Lakota School Board member Julie Shaffer pro levy groupies think, my intentions are much larger than a school levy fight. I only participate because this battle is in my back yard and I’m actually doing research for a novel I’m getting ready to start, and the evil people involved in extorting money from innocent families and their children is something I feel very passionate about, so passionate that this will be the subject of a future novel. Since I have done so much work behind and in front of a camera, it was the natural pick to have me be that target, which I have been happy to do not only for the satisfaction of beating back a system I consider inherently evil, but for research into my own future work. And this is why I haven’t had the time to hang out at school board meetings every time they call one. The meeting on Monday, March 12th will be the third school board meeting in one week. And remember the school board members get paid for every meeting they attend. My conclusion is that the board must need to compensate themselves for the increase in gas prices, which is why they are having so many meetings lately. Because once they get there they don’t do anything but cut aspects of education that aren’t in their contract with the labor unions.

Currently I have been putting the final touches on my Tail of the Dragon novel that is due out this year (2012) as it has just returned successfully from the copy editor.  In fact as I was writing this my editor sent me the final proof of the summary of that book as it will appear on the back cover.  Here is it:

Rick Stevens—a rebellious loner whose NASCAR dreams have fallen short—falls victim to the governor’s plans to run for President of the United States. Governor Wellington Royce of Tennessee relies on support from the Fraternal Order of Police to catapult him into the White House. Royce beefs up the police presence on The Great Smoky Mountains’ highways, and offers incentives to those generating citations from tourists. Thrown in jail, abused, and setup, Rick Stevens accepts an offer from the governor’s political enemies to declare war on the highway patrol. With twenty million dollars, Rick builds the car of his dreams and wreaks havoc in what will become the greatest car chase in history. The car chase becomes a journey of self-discovery and newfound romance, as a gauntlet of guns, missiles, and the might of the military wait for him at the finish line. The treachery of politics proves more sinister than even death.

I also spent the last two weeks as the Butler County Coordinator for the Workplace Freedom Amendment that we are shooting to put before Ohio voters in 2013. And I have been working hard with our team at No Lakota Levy to begin the new foundation Yes to Lakota Kids, so time has been short, and I simply do not have the time to sit and listen to a bunch of cackling chickens talk about nothing at a school board meeting. But yet the job does need to be done and I am very happy to see more members of the community getting involved.

Many people around Cincinnati do not remember when I released my book The Symposium of Justice in 2004. My marketing of that book was interrupted slightly by the Lakota levy fights of 2004 and 2005 which overshadowed much of the good press I was involved in when that book was released, which was a comparatively smaller project than the one I am currently working on called Tail of the Dragon. The marketing for The Symposium centered around Dayton and involved Wild West shows and film festivals primarily and served as a platform for setting up this most recent novel. The marketing for Tail of the Dragon, which I’m at work on right now will heavily involve the market of New York, Los Angeles, of course Cincinnati, Detroit, Dallas, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Nashville and Orlando specifically and will involve an aggressive radio campaign along with television.

And that comes back around to the Lakota Levy fight and the reason I have written so much on this blog. These postings I do hope will help people, because I write to share big ideas with people, hoping that they may become inspired to act. But my next book I have been trying to get my mind around for the last four years and I’m about ready to begin. It called, Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan. I anticipate that this book will take me 5 years to write and will end up somewhere around one million words. To put that into perspective, for those who know how big the book Atlas Shrugged is, that classic novel by Ayn Rand is 645,000 words. My Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan will be nearly twice as long.

I did not set out to write a book inspired by Ayn Rand. But my character of Fletcher Finnegan, introduced in The Symposium of Justice is very similar to John Galt as both characters are contemplations into the kind of character Friedrich Nietzsche explored in Thus Spoke Zarathustra, my favorite book of all time. Galt’s protagonist aims are to use his two friends to help the makers of the world withdrawal from the looters of society to illustrate the fault of collectivism so that proper identity and respect can be placed on those of value in society. Fletcher Finnegan in The Symposium of Justice was a kind of modern Zorro character, but in The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan he has evolved into the embodiment of the five primary characters in Atlas Shrugged all rolled up into one person. Instead of withdrawing from society as Galt advocated in Atlas Shrugged, Finnegan fights back in very flamboyant ways on a scale never before seen in a literary protagonist. I use Atlas as an example because that is the only novel I know of which has such strong protagonists. There simply isn’t any other example. Not even Zarathustra himself from Nietzsche’s classic achieved such a level.

The blog here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom is in effect a tool that the public can use to get its news outside of the traditional media outlets. But for me personally, it is production notes for creating this epic novel. And to get an understanding of how large a book of over 1 million words would be, as of this writing here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom there are currently just over 600 postings each running between 1500 and 2000 words each. Doing a rough estimation I have written currently on this blog site alone, over 1 million words in just a year and a half. So writing The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan over a 5 year span is certainly doable.

However, convincing a publisher to carry such a large book in print is a task in itself. It’s simply not done in the publishing world today. People do not read enough, even though book stores are more plentiful than ever and such a large book is intimidating. So to pull it off, I need to have a good commercial response to my Tail of the Dragon coming out in 2012 and going into 2013 in order to convince the publishers to carry such a large book, and I will need to use the finances off Dragon to help me fund the creation of Fletcher Finnegan. By funding I mean giving me the time to make a living while writing this very involved book. I calculate it to be a 10 hour a day job for about two years to pull off. Not just in writing, but the concept building. By the time The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan hits book stores I should be about to just turn 50 years old, and by then I hope to see that society has shifted from the current status of being a decadent blob of fools plummeting down a singularity toward the circumstances shown in A Brave New World, to one that is hopeful represented by the Tea Parties.

On Saturday I attended a class of such people from all walks of life who wanted to learn how to fix the world one vote at a time. I was refreshed to see young people in the audience taking notes. I met several other people who wanted to become very active who live within a few miles of me currently and were my own age. Chris Osterhues from the popular motorcycle group Sons of Liberty Riders approached me to introduce himself as I spoke with old freedom fighting friends and laughed with new ones. The person who invited me to this event said, “So Rich, when are you going to run for something. You’re popular, people like you, you’re controversial, you should run for an office.”

I told her, “I just want to write my books. I want to feed these people with ideas to carry them through the tangled web of politics. I want to give their minds food.” She and I sat for a moment in silence as the setting sun warmed our faces and just looked at the large crowd of people, who a year ago weren’t even thinking about being involved in anything political, and now they were taking a class to learn how to fight back against the evils of progressivism, and I breathed a little easier. In the beginning it was much harder, and now with more people involved, the battlefield slant is looking to turn in our direction. And five years from now, when those people and thousands like them are knee-deep in the trenches I want a to give them a work of modern American philosophy in the spirit of Ayn Rand, Ben Franklin, Henry David Thoreau, Ralph Waldo Emerson, and the great John Locke to energize their spirits and carry them through to the next phase. It’s not enough to just show up for a school board meeting, or to fight tyranny in high-profile media battles. The culture of corruption itself must be dealt with, and the nature of mankind’s failure. In culture building, it comes from art that something old and ugly like progressivism must be replaced with something new that contains within it the original ideas that built America to begin with. In 2012 my contribution will be Tail of the Dragon. And by 2017-2018 it will be Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan, the long-awaited sequel to The Symposium of Justice.

So I have plans that are large in scope. I’m about to become a grandfather by one of my daughters so on the family front I am as busy as I’ve ever been and if my mind has always been obsessed with philosophy and deep contemplation it is now more than ever, because such a book as The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan is completely new ground from the stand point of an author. It’s as difficult of a concept to wrap a mind around as the book that inspired the name of Fletcher Finnegan, another favorite of mine from James Joyce called Finnegan’s Wake, a book that is a puzzle, within a puzzle, within a puzzle. Every word in that classic book seems to have multiple meanings and seems to be written in some ancient language, but it’s not.  My task as a writer is to unravel those puzzles so that the people who want to become involved, my freedom fighting friends at the Saturday class, my motorcycle friends at the Sons of Liberty, and people like the guy pictured above who have joined in the school levy fights can pick up those unraveled words and consume them like food for their minds so that they can then pick up the world and carry it upon their backs to resurgence.

So it has been a welcomed sight to see more and more people getting involved. And please, do not think for a moment that by doing so you will be stepping on my toes. If you are reading this and would like to speak to members of the media along with me, or in my place, let me know. I will arrange it. The fight at Lakota is not Rich Hoffman’s fight. I am just the target that is taking bullets for the cause to allow it to mature behind the scenes as my friends look for the snipers positioned to shoot at me, allowing us to discover who the enemies are and where they hide. The problems at Lakota just like the problems of America will not be solved in such conflicts, but when more and more people step forward and begin to smoke out the enemies where they hide as we spot them. And to do that will require more foot soldiers than we currently have and will take a number of years to achieve.

Taken in small bits, the job is not difficult. It simply requires us all to take responsibility for the world around us and not to trust those who we elect blindly. The stories I place here will most likely in some form or another find their way into my 2017 book Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan so consider it all a sneak peek, a behind the scenes look at the production notes I’m using to unravel the gigantic puzzle of the human race taking a new step into a larger world. And that is the task I spend most of my time puzzling through.

One of my daughters visited me on Friday night as my wife made a fantastic dinner–a curry dish that belonged in a five-star restaurant. As the aroma danced from the kitchen and my family awaited the start of the epic Clone Wars episode featuring Darth Maul from The Phantom Menace, my daughter showed me the new book she had just bought. It was a DK Publication, The History of Philosophy. Both of my daughters are very deep thinkers, and it gave me great joy to see that this 22-year-old woman considered this great book to be recreational reading, and she was glowing with excitement showing me its contents, which were immaculate.

The food was delivered to my lap by my smiling wife who was very proud of her curry creation and my family gathered around the TV to watch our long-awaited episode of Star Wars on The Cartoon Network. As the show started and I ate my food I realized that there was hope, that under all the bad news people are waking up. My daughters certainly are, but beyond that, there are common everyday people who are beginning to get engaged, the way they should have been all along.

Once everyone went home for the night, I spent the next three hours reading all my email. Finally at 3:33 AM in the morning I wrote the first words of my next novel, Overmanwarrior: The Trial of Fletcher Finnegan.

Fletcher Finnegan began again the fate of justice long vanquished by tyranny in the hearts of man.
For more on this character as I have worked to flush out the concept you can see it at this link:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2010/12/12/the-hidden-world-of-the-overman/

And as to others who wish to become involved…………don’t be shy. It won’t hurt my feelings to have other names appear in the paper and to speak on TV. It will give me pride in my community and might just end up in my future novel.

The Termites in Lakota: Pulling up the floorboards to find the nest

The only way to describe how I feel at this current moment is to describe the situation as if I were trying to exterminate a home from the termites that are eating it from the inside out.  You know the termites are there, but you never know how many till you start pulling up floor boards.  Then once you do you see a giant nest of infestation that is bustling about in a fury now that you’ve removed their hiding places.  Obviously the termites must go; otherwise they’ll destroy your home.  It’s their nature to destroy.  So termites and a healthy home do not go well together, so if you want to save the home, you must exterminate the termites.

Of course the termites will be angry when you start to burn them out, and put poison in their nest to destroy their eggs so more of their kind cannot hatch.  And they will think that you the homeowner are evil for trying to remove them from your home.  To them, you are the most evil being in the universe, and are the destroyer of their existence.

And this is what I feel has happened in the wake of my announcement of our new group Yes to Lakota Kids.  What should be a good thing for the community and should have been a bridge that helps heal the community has turned out to become an angry tirade against me personally.  CLICK HERE TO READ SOME OF THE ANGER UTTERED ABOUT ME IN THE WAKE OF THE YES to LAKOTA KIDS PRESS CONFERENCE.  Considering how much anger was generated by our $10,000 donation proves that our community has termites, parasites that we always knew were there because we could see them here and there, but once we pulled up the floor boards, we discovered a swarming nest of vitriolic parasites that are slowly destroying our community.

Just as I could never hope to set a termite down and explain to them the nature of things, the rules that all life are governed by, I could never explain to these blind school levy supporters the same type of information because they appear to have the same mental processing faculties as a termite—they consume, destroy, and breed.  So it’s wasted energy to attempt to explain to them anything.  But for my readers here who have their minds confused by the rhetoric of these parasites let me set some things straight for you.

As demonstrated in a termite colony, it is quite possible to have 1 million insects be completely wrong if they establish their nest in a location that violates the property of ones home.  The proper place for the termites to create a nest is in a decayed tree, not a quarter million dollar home.  In that case, the termites are not correct because their collective minds believe the home is a good place for a nest.  So it is that 1 million pro school levy advocates are not correct by consensus.  Because they wish to believe that taxes are owed to them to maintain their existence does not make it so.  Their wish is simply that—an arbitrary desire that is not grounded in reality.

No idea was ever implemented off group thinking.  The PC was not created with a group mind.  The car, the airplane, electricity, nothing in the history of man has ever been created by committee—anywhere—at anytime—or in any place.  An idea, such as public education was created in the mind of one man, then lesser men and women looted off that original idea for over a hundred and fifty years not adding anything but more funding requirements and rules to the concept.  But nothing new in thinking has ever come from a “consensus.”  Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you.  I challenge my readers here to come up with one thing created by a group mind in committee—-think hard.  Take the idea back to its root to conclude before you write.

It is not the obligation of any individual or business to give anything to anybody just because they exist.  It is not the individual’s job to provide sustenance to parasites.  There is no compassion clause that an infant signs for upon coming from its mother’s womb.  Yet that is the assumption from the parasitic levy supporters.  Levy supporters believe that every human being and the businesses they create are part of some “community property” and they have a right to the profits of those who create ideas.

Taxes are legalized theft of property.  Taxes assume that a community will not take care of their communities on their own, so the money is stolen and distributed by bureaucrats for the aims of the bureaucrats.  The tax money collected is done by force.  It is stolen.  If a levy is passed and I vote no, then a group consensus has just found a way to legally steal from me because a democracy of fools, of termites, have decided they want what I have.  That is fundamentally wrong.  The way these schools operate is that they do not answer facts, they deal with emotion to achieve a group consensus, and this is how they perform the legalized theft.  I have proven here that homeschooled kids perform better than publicly educated children, (CLICK HERE FOR A REVIEW) so the argument made that a community must pass a levy if it is to produce great children is completely invalid and arbitrary.  It has no ground in reality.  Kids are produced good or bad depending on the quality of their parents.  It has almost nothing to do with the quality of the teachers and testing proves it.  That’s why unions are so terrified of testing children to determine compensation amounts.

Anyone who claims they have a right to your property is a thief.  Anyone who makes comments that have no foundations in reality is a fool subscribing to theories of mere wishes that have as much merit as making a wish on a birthday cake or shooting star.  They are mystics who believe their lives are guided by mysterious forces they are too lazy to understand.  It is far easier to surrender thought to others and make wishes.  Not to function from reality.  That is the world of the termite and the school levy advocate.

The world, our country and our school system are in trouble because we have let the termites rule, and those with thought have avoided those parasitic nests because of the sheer ugliness, and unpleasantness of dealing with such bloodsucking insects.  This has made the thinkers of society victims to the parasites, and this is not how it is supposed to be.

I personally know when I am right and once I know it will not retreat ground under any circumstances.  Other people who pursue actual truth will arrive at the same conclusions by default, because there are right answers and wrong answers.  There are not negotiations between the right and wrong to arrive at some middle.  A person of thought who wants to preserve their home cannot negotiate with the termite and hope the termite will not eat their entire home.  The termite must go if the home is to be preserved.  If the world all pursued the truth instead of wishes of the truth a consensus of correct answers would be achieved.  If every human being pursued the truth, they would all find the correct answers and incorrect answers.  The only variations would be their path to that truth.  But there are no arbitrary aspects to reality.  A fact is a fact and those who wish for more taxes, for collective “group” thinking, who take no responsibility for the thoughts in their heads, are parasites to society.  I am as sure of that concept as the sun in the sky causes daytime on earth.  And taxes are not owed become some mystic fool not rooted in reality decides they have a right to legally rob me.  Because that’s what taxes are, theft.

The Yes to Lakota Kids group formed by the No Lakota Levy group is proof that the community is willing to privately take care of aspects of education without the interference of the looters, the termites, who just wish to consume more and more of our community until there is nothing left.  That is why there is so much anger at me for helping to start a group that does community good, because the do-gooders of education want monopoly power over community activity so they can justify their looting tendency.  They don’t want community volunteerism because it shatters their false reality of self-importance.  If we allow that to happen it is our fault for denying the destructive tendency of the termites.  And the pro levy people who do not think for themselves, who believe what the “group” tells them, who fantasize that boycotting me, or “running me out-of-town” with some sort of peer pressure–as some of these idiots have proposed, are attempting to rally the parasites to destroy me because I am a threat to their nest of vermin.

To me, they are just insects.  They do not think, they can not be reasoned with, and they will never ever stop till they are destroyed or they destroy.  (Kind of sounds like a Terminator from the movie doesn’t it.)  There is no consensus.  There are only right answers and wrong answers and the most dangerous people on this planet are those who cannot distinguish between the two, and seek to use money to hide their ignorance.  And that ignorance will not be tolerated.  The more they push me, the angrier I will get, and I can promise you I won’t be the first to blink.  It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 parasite, 5 parasites, 50 parasites, or 1 million.  They’re all just insects of no thought to me, and have as much relevance as a termite.

The Spy Master Takes Power: A mirror into the United States

Only in Russia does a chain represent freedom, but under Vladimir Putin’s leadership that is exactly what the Russian people are trying to convince the world of. Barred from a third term of Premiership by the Russian Constitution Putin has maneuvered himself into an obsessive quest for power and his behavior is alarmingly similar to Barack Obama’s own quest for power. It’s very interesting to observe just how close Vladimir Putin’s leadership is to Barack Obama’s. For those who forget how dangerous the Russian KGB used to be viewed world-wide it is alarming to see how accepting that same world is toward Putin who is in effect a master spy right out of a James Bond film and has found power much to his liking.

Putin loves power so much that he was the subject of Glenn Beck’s GBTV episode on this very topic. For whatever reason, most Americans find it difficult to grasp that much of the fantasy of spy films like James Bond are actually watered down revelations of the real mentality occurring in the actual world. I have provided many instances at this site about how the KGB has infiltrated American culture during the Cold War and had the intent to manipulate our culture to destroy it from within. This is a fact! It is not fiction. You can see one of those articles here:

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/06/17/do-you-believe-in-spies-review-of-the-film-salt-and-how-sleeper-cells-have-corrupted-america/

You can see the video from GBTV below where Glenn Beck breaks down the most recent manipulations by the supposedly dismantled KGB, who now has a world leader from their ranks pulling the strings. This should concern every person on planet earth.

Spies like Putin know that most people are so addicted to their static patterns that they often will refuse to see the truth even if it is placed right in front of their faces. So for the sake of education I would encourage you dear reader to Google any term I use here along with the key word “OVERMANWARRIOR” and you will see the hundreds and hundreds of articles that I have written on that term. Pick any term, and you will see that I have written on it. Serious, try it out. So when you want to understand what static patterns are, know that they are what govern your life, and if you want to change those patterns then you must introduce a dynamic pattern and accept the results. If you reject the results, then your behavior will not change the evidence provided by the dynamic. Closing one’s eyes does not make the problem go away just like pulling the covers over your face may make one feel safer, but the danger outside of the covers is still very real. There is a real science to this stuff, and KGB agents, and the CIA are VERY aware of these methods. And they use them against each other, against other governments, and against the entire human race in various applications. This is not news.

Most people however do not want to accept that many of the influences in their lives currently may be the result of war between two counter spy networks who have become so good at their jobs that they are on a quest for power themselves. I saw a young girl the other day who was working on computers and she was covered in “PEACE” symbol jewelry. It’s very fashionable for young people to buy clothing and jewelry displaying the “peace symbol” so I asked her if she knew the origin. She of course didn’t, and when I explained to her that she was a victim of Cold War politics and that the peace symbol came from the KGB implanting it in American culture in the 60’s to turn the youth against the adults so that the will to fight against Russia was diminished greatly averting the necessity for direct conflict with communist Russia. Russia knew they could not beat America in a production war because communism cannot beat capitalism. So Russia sought out to turn American youth against the adult establishment in an effort to destroy America from within. And now we have a president like Obama which is a result of these youth created by the KGB in the 60’s who openly embrace communism. The KGB is as much behind the creation of The Great Society as LBJ was, because President Johnston and Kennedy before his assassination were reacting to the communist push by the KGB infecting Cuba at the time and felt they needed to respond to the millions of protesting youth who had the power to vote.

As angry as I get at President Johnston for bringing America The Great Society and Roosevelt’s New Deal it is communism pushed upon American society by the KGB forced onto those presidents into making mistakes against our own Constitution. It was an act of war during the Cold War and freedom was the casualty, not actual human bodies. It was a casualty predicated by the KGB.

I told this story to the young girl who was no older than my youngest daughter. And she looked at me like her head was about to explode. I just smiled at the kid and let her off the hook with conversation about the computer she was fixing. Her reaction was at least more honest than that of most contemporary adults who pretend to understand what I say, then belittle the information behind my back as though by doing so it might change the facts of the matter. Most people are so intent to keep their beliefs intact that they ignore the evidence of new information which tends to shatter the illusion they wish to believe about the world around them.

Putin in Russia is doing almost exactly what Obama is doing here in the United States and considering that it is well-known that Putin is a former KGB agent, a particularly dangerous one, who has been running Russia for a number of years both in front of public image and behind the scenes, it should bring every American great concern that Obama who hasn’t been anything in his life before becoming a Federal Senator from Illinois who was propped up to become president by powers many people don’t wish to comprehend, are so similar in their behavior.

The details of what Obama has done are so numerous that I have enough material here to fill an entire book. Just go back through some of my previous articles to learn how. Obama shares with Putin a love for power, a manipulation of the people with his public image, and a desire for world domination that is alarmingly similar and that should tell Americans everything they need to know about the political world around them. But they chose to ignore the information and this is by design. I have even went to the trouble to teach your dear reader how this is done to you, and you have read the information, yet are powerless to alter your behavior to incorporate that knowledge into your daily life. For a review look at this article of how you are manipulated by virtually every entity in your life, family, friends, local politicians, national politicians, public relations experts, and spies from far away lands. There is a lot of competition for your attention and often you are so tired you don’t even know why because so many images come at you on a daily basis that it’s just too much to comprehend. So you turn on American Idol to relax and let them entertain you while your brain recovers from forces you don’t understand.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2012/02/18/the-crows-test-how-the-human-race-gets-screwed-over/

Like the girl I tried to explain the peace symbol history to, most people point at the things I say and want to call it fantasy. However, they are using an inaccurate definition of fantasy. A fantasy is an assertion that is not based on any fact and the facts of a case like the spy manipulation of America by the KGB show that our culture has been transformed by Russia into a country that does not pose a threat to them. The fantasy is to declare that the opposite is true, that all these world powers want world peace and is a world that holds hands and sings songs around a campfire. That is the fantasy.

If Obama is not stopped in 2012 during our own presidential elections you can look forward to taking another step into the direction of Russia which has been their plan all along. And if you want to have an understanding of how bad Russia is compared to the United States take a hard look at the reality of the people between the two cultures. If you go online, you will see without any difficulty thousands of attractive Russian women who are willing to marry an American man just to get into the United States to live. You do not see thousands of American women putting ads in the paper to marry a Russian man to move to Moscow. The market just isn’t there. That fact alone should tell you dear reader everything you need to know about the situation. The law of supply and demand will tell you what the media, controlled by people like Putin, will not tell you. And that is how you know you’ve been scammed, even when the conditions shown to you by the spy masters of the world indicate otherwise.

Location Scouting for Middle Earth: The Hobbit Blog part 2

I’ve been covering the production of The Hobbit filmed by Peter Jackson as an example of something that is of quality observed before its actual creation, the evidence of that quality can be seen clearly in the web blog below. For a review of the previous posting (CLICK HERE). In this episode Jackson has finished his first block of shooting and the cast is being allowed to break while the crew continues on with their tasks. What is particularly interesting in this episode is again the relaxed manner of the production and extreme efficiency. Many people do not realize how much effort goes into location scouting. After the crew leaves on their respective vacations Jackson and the rest of the crew grab some helicopters and head off to scout out the second block of shooting. This is an ominous task in a remote location such as New Zealand because as Jackson states, they will have to supply trailers, restrooms, catering tents and other none shooting items that will fill two football fields with crew and other personnel.

This is a wonderful video that once again shows why Peter Jackson is currently the best in the business. All this behind the scenes stuff will do nothing to harm the final impression of the film, because the goal of the production is to shoot scenes that hide everything shown in these video clips with the content of the story. It is hard to see an endless supply of mountain ranges and pick the proper shots that fit perfectly into the context of a story created by J.R.R. Tolkien many years ago, yet the crew is doing just that with great attention to detail.

I cover extensively at this site films that are literary adaptations, and they are hard to translate. I have openly supported the film version of Atlas Shrugged which can be seen by CLICKING HERE.

Also we have covered A Brave New World which can be seen by CLICKING HERE. (The whole movie can actually be seen at this link)

Both of those film adaptations suffer greatly by the weight of the mighty books. Great works of literature such as those are very, very difficult to translate into film. The film versions leave something to be desired because in the mind of the reader, it is very difficult to capture the essence of what images are painted across the mind conjured up by the words. Even the Harry Potter films suffered from this to some extent even with the big budget attempt. Brave New World and Atlas Shrugged have so many characters and the scope of the work is so vast that the production value comes across almost like a television show. The essence of the story still gets conveyed, but the theater experience as a separate entity does suffer.

In Tolkien’s work, which I find particularly attractive, the characters are smart. The wizards are wise, they read big ancient books, and the hobbits are cultured. So the detail to capture on film requires literally thousands upon thousands of craftsman to supply that added texture which Jackson effortlessly incorporates into his film version. The ability to juggle all these tasks while flying in a helicopter and finding just the right shots to reflect what Tolkien intended in literature, which will be ridiculed by a loving public all of whom interpreted the information independently, and is a truly laborious task. But as seen in that clip, Jackson is on top of every aspect of the production like a man who has already been there and done it. Yet he is doing it in the present.

It’s the mind of Jackson that makes this adaption of The Hobbit head and shoulders above similar attempts. I enjoy the effort that goes into just about any film, but one of such quality like The Hobbit begin and end on the set with the smallest detail and being at the front of the train in thinking.

Another interesting fragment to be taken from this short clip is the crew who left for vacation. One of the reasons that those who work in the film business tend to not be much grounded in a political philosophy is because they do travel the world so much and touch so many cultures while shooting on location. They are not particularly in love with capitalism or socialism or any variation in between. They just want to know when they get paid, and if they can get in and out of an airport. Political philosophy is up to “other people.” It works well for their nomadic lifestyles but caution should be used when listening to these actors when they give interviews and they are asked political questions. Chances are they don’t know much about politics. They might know something about Obama because they were invited to a fund raiser and had the opportunity to meet him, so in relation to other politicians, they probably don’t know much about what’s going on and will support Obama—because they shook his hand. Actors tend to become absorbed in whatever project they are working on, so the outside world gets lost to them.

Personally, I find these little breaks into the world of Peter Jackson’s production of The Hobbit to be welcome voyages into a land I wish so much the rest of the world could conceive. In films the cast and crew work so hard to make an idea come to life. The idea might be a fantasy about Hobbits, Wizards and dragons, but the reality is a group of individuals who make those ideas into a story that reflects the vision. Films—particularly ones adapted from classic literature are about big ideas that must be turned from a fantasy into a reality by minds that have so much vision that they can spot the elements in the randomness of the living world. And that is a talent worth celebrating as the quest for revisiting the wonders of Middle-Earth presses upon us in the months to come.

Attack of the Greenie Weenies: How to beat high gas prices

This is the kind of world that our current government wants us to have. Every time I see one of these stupid little cars I feel like running it over with my motorcycle.

I heard a fool the other day proclaim that they were willing to pay more Federal taxes because they use roads. Don’t they know that there is a separate tax built into the price of every gallon of gasoline? Well, of course they don’t. That’s why they’re stupid and why they don’t realize they are being looted in their pay checks. They are being looted when they buy and sell items. And they are being looted every time they buy a gallon of gasoline. When you go to the gas pump and pay almost $4 per gallon for gas, make yourself aware that you are openly being robbed, and not just in the very high taxes per gallon, as in Ohio where it’s 28 cents. The government led by Barack Obama and his imperialistic EPA is stealing from you each and every time you put gas in your car. The reason they are doing the robbing is to force you to buy one of their government-owned cars built at General Motors. The arrogant bureaucrats in Washington believe that if they force gas prices higher than you the consumer will be inclined to buy one of their electric cars or stupid little go-carts. They have artificially driven up the price of gas through their regulations in order to “nudge” Americans into giving up on their fossil fuel cars and buying “eco friendly” cars.

I’ve covered this issue before, and by reading the article below and the links attached to it, much perspective and more technical explanations about the increase in fuel costs can be ascertained.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2011/06/09/i-love-jimmy-mcmillian-gas-prices-are-too-damn-high/

But the essence of the scam is shown in this video which breaks down accurately the utmost thievery that is going on in the greenie weenie movement.

The same people who won’t allow the United States to drill for oil—so that there is an oil shortage can also add more regulations through the EPA to force oil refineries to drive up their prices. The government will have you believe that the oil companies are evil for wanting to make a profit, but what they don’t tell you is that they are ultimately the organization that is driving up the cost of gas not just in regulation, but also in helping maintain oil monopolies by stifling competition.

The decision to drive gas prices up to over $4 dollars per gallon or even $5 dollars per gallon is a direct push into forcing the American public into considering alternative forms of transportation. The government is more than happy to force Americans to decide between food and gas so that the stressed out citizens will give up their fossil fuel burning car for a greenie weenie mobile.

The American economy is built upon the premise that its people will have expendable income to spend on the economy.  Oil speculators will proclaim that the cost of oil is dictated by Middle East activity and world-wide demand.  They are liars, and are serving merely as emissaries to the greenie weenies.  So when fuel costs are driven upward to over $4 a gallon the Federal government is openly stealing from the American people, the money they might spend on eating out, on movies, on buying books, video games, or participating in a hobby.  When it costs over $50 to fill up a vehicle for a tank of gas as opposed to $35 a year or two prior, that $15 dollars is stolen money that the owner does not have to spend on an activity they might otherwise enjoy.

The point is to frustrate the consumer of oil to the point that they will accept the dialogue of the greenie weenies.  The intention is to force Americans to stop protesting the times with their large cars and trucks and buy one of these punky cars that are simply glorified golf carts.  The price hike in gasoline is looted from the American people in order to achieve a social gain politically.

But what are we to do about it?  How can we protest such a thing?  Well, I can tell you what I do.  I ride a motorcycle every day.  I can afford to drive a car.  I can afford to drive a big, fast car every day.  But I don’t, because I purposely have cut down my consumption so not to pay the extra taxes, and the inflated costs that are politically motivated.  My motorcycle gets nearly 45 miles per gallon and I ride it all year which saves me hundreds of dollars every month.  With that money I take my family out to eat, go to movies, or give my wife more money to go shopping with.  I do not give it to the government, or the greenie weenies.  That’s one of the primary reasons I ride a motorcycle all year.

But if a person does not want to go to such extremes, I would suggest that you stop giving the government money that they can then use to take more money from you.  For instance, do not agree to pay more federal taxes because that money will end up finding its way to further funding of the EPA.  If you want to defeat an enemy, you must take away the money that feeds them.  In military activity we call this cutting off their supply lines.  In the Civil War the tactic was to destroy the railroads that fed southern forces with food and ammunition to the front.  In World War II the D Day invasion was to sever Berlin from coastal access and step between Berlin and France.  And in our modern war against government and specifically the greenie weenies we must cut off the money that feeds them so that they may whither away under their own opulence.

Do not approve a single new tax on yourselves.  If you don’t wish to have a police state, take away the money you give to the police.  If you don’t wish to have national insurance, take away the money that fuels those agencies.  And if you don’t want government controlled schools that help propel the entire machine of greenie weenie philosophy, cut the money that fuels those schools.  It is in the public schools that the greenie weenies teach our kids about the lie that is the climate concern movement of false science.  Such a science is only designed to rob the public of its wealth and lifestyle and is purely evil.

I say to you do not turn the other cheek and just take it from these fools.  But take an eye for an eye.  If they rob from you, rob from them back.  Take from them the needed funding for their government expansion.  Take from them the funding for their “pet projects.”  Deny them of their future ability to rob loot and steal from the American people by taking away their money.

But inaction is not acceptable and if you just blindly pay the extra money for gas without complaint then you are assisting evil and are just as guilty as they are, because you helped them bring America to it’s knees with lack of action or protest.  For confirmation to what I’ve said notice that fuel costs right around the Christmas holidays dropped down to just under $3 per gallon, so that the economy would show positive growth during the holiday season.  The American people would have the extra money to buy Christmas presents because of the saving in fuel costs.  Such a drop in the cost of gas is not because the Middle East wanted to cut the American people a break, so they could go Christmas shopping, and it wasn’t the big evil oil companies who decided to cut their profits as a present to The United States.  The manipulation is exclusively the design of the EPA and the influence of the Federal government and it’s speculators of deceit.  The market is controlled by the government monopoly and the goal of global interdependence that is purposely driven to advance the agenda of the world greenie weenies, the old hippies of the 60’s and the children raised on the green initiatives of public education programmed into believing they will save the earth if they listen to the recommendations of the EPA.

The increase in fuel costs are an assault on the American lifestyle and until citizens’ stand up for themselves, the looting will continue.  It will not be solved through pacifism, or through silent protests around the kitchen table.  It will only be solved by taking back the money that is looted in ways that hurt the greenie weenies themselves.  Cut the supply line of the enemy, and thus you will defeat the greenie weenies, and they deserve to be defeated because they attacked first.  We didn’t ask for it, but because of the greenie weenie actions we must defend ourselves by striking back and taking away the money that feeds them so that we can expel them from further intrusions into our lives and quest for freedom.  Once we defend ourselves we can then send the plans of the greenie weenies into a ball of flame, which is where they belong.

Peter Jackson Takes a Stand: Saving Jobs in New Zealand from labor union looting

Sometimes the best way to see something clearly is to back up so you can put it in focus. It also helps to not view the world exclusively through one particular specialization of which one makes a living. Living life should be a constant adventure of always learning and expanding ones viewpoint, and not relegating a perception to just those within the field of one’s occupation. This is the role of philosophy and story tellers, people I enjoy spending time around more than any other, because they often see the bigger picture of things, excel in this skill and do society great justice when they share the fruits of their labor.

This is also why I have been spending some time talking about the new film The Hobbit by Peter Jackson, because stories like this are much bigger than the small issues that surround us on a daily basis, so in placing our energy onto such projects metaphors of our own reality can be analyzed. So let me share with you dear reader a clip from the video blog of The Hobbit hosted by Peter Jackson before we plunge into a bit of darkness in our discussion today. When watching this clip it reminded me of two things—first I am happy to see that Jackson is filming The Hobbit, for the first time in 48 frames a second and in 3D. I had the privilege of working with Real D 3D a few years ago on the development of a new camera system they were testing for the 3D market which is very similar to the version seen in this clip, so it excites me greatly to see this kind of technology being utilized to the furthest extent of artistic interpretation. Second—for the reasons that have held up The Hobbit as a production and almost prevented it from being filmed in New Zealand are the same that I will probably never get the chance to do work in Hollywood again, because of my stances against unions in my written work.

The dark story of making The Hobbit is one that has held the project up for years and is yet another story about how labor unions are corrosive organizations. And its statements like that which have blacklisted me from any future work within the Hollywood community. I made this choice consciously knowing that I will instead shift my attention in these middle years of my life to writing novels instead. So I am happy to let my whip work and other entertainment talents drift into the nature of that independent task of authorship. Because there is no going back now, I’ve said too much.

But what I said needed to be said. It’s the things that Peter Jackson doesn’t want, or need to say. It’s the things that the distributors at Warner Brothers can’t talk about even if their opinions are harsh on the matter privately. This is because a subtle harness is placed upon the entertainment industry and that harness is the exact same gag that exists on public education, and is preventing the open learning and creativity of millions of children from realizing their full potential. It is that of the labor unions.

During Lord of the Rings, the production could be said to be very successful because Peter Jackson as a director is extremely personable, grounded, and fantastic at multitasking. He kept his set fun which allowed for a bonding to occur between his technical staff and his actors which showed up on-screen in a tremendous way. It is unlikely that Lord of the Rings would have been such a great production if Jackson had not been the director, or if the entire film had not been shot in New Zealand.

My wife and I made serious plans to move to New Zealand in the early years of our marriage and live on a sailboat. So I understand the appeal of a country that as of now prides itself on rugged individuality. When one thinks of New Zealand government of any kind does not come to mind, just big open fields, mountains, horses and–sheep. But the one great thing that I’ll say about New Zealand that the film industry can’t say is that one of the reasons Lord of the Rings went together so impressively, and all members of the crew got along unusually well, and communication worked at all levels was the absence of a labor union in New Zealand involving the actors and technical unions. Before Lord of the Rings came out there were only a few major films to come out of New Zealand, The Man from Snowy River films, and the George Lucas spectacle Willow. So the labor unions didn’t protest too intensely when New Line Cinema aligned with Wingnut films to produce a massive three film adaptation to the Tolkien classic, the unions didn’t pay much attention. Jackson wisely shot the films back-to-back while Fellowship of the Ring was still in post production and had not yet hit theaters. The Lord of the Rings films were able to be made outside of the chaos of the usual Hollywood production without a lot of union influence in an almost campfire style production where everyone bonded on the set.

However, success breeds the looters, and after multiple Academy Awards the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance union from Australia decided it wanted to move over into the New Zealand market because they feared that such high-profile big budget films in the future would go to New Zealand instead of Australia where the Star Wars films were shot over similar concerns. These big productions could not be done in the United States, because there is too much hassle these days over labor disputes, so film companies run from unions out of necessity, and in this case New Zealand is the last far-flung corner of the globe without one of these labor unions controlling the industry, so The Hobbit will be the last of its kind. The unions took action against The Hobbit production joining with the Screen Actors Guild and four other international unions to boycott the production.

You can read an article about this mess here:

http://news.sky.com/home/showbiz-news/article/15772110

Peter Jackson in an effort to save his home country of New Zealand the thousands upon thousands of jobs The Hobbit would bring to craftsman and film personnel refused to buckle under the union pressure and called the union what it was, a bully looking for money, membership and power. He threatened to take the production of The Hobbit and its $300 million budget to Europe in order to make the film. You can read that article here:

Thankfully the whole situation settled as thousands of New Zealanders protested to keep The Hobbit production in New Zealand, so the unions backed off socially, and Jackson was able to go and make the film the way he likes to make them. For me personally it is very nice to see Peter walking around on his sets casually without all the egotistical authority that so many of his predecessors displayed. It’s Jackson’s directorial style to be very open, fair and forthcoming in his dealings with his cast and crew. Jackson is certainly a director who would suffer from too much outside control on his projects which is what the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance union was trying to do. They saw Jackson’s success and they wanted to loot off his back, off his creations, and his relationships so they could get a piece of the pie for themselves.

This is what teachers unions have done to our schools. It’s no different in any respect. A school cannot pick up and move like Jackson threatened to settle a union dispute. A community has a school and it’s fixed in place. So if a union infests it with their looting tendency, the community is forced to deal with the extortion measures they employ.

The Disney Company deals with the unions by tossing more money at the problem which is why the Pirate films are so expensive. Disney has the advantage of generating a tremendous amount of money through their subsidiary companies, so they can play that game. They are too big to fly under the radar like Jackson does today, or Spielberg and Lucas used to. Notice that as Spielberg became bigger and more successful over the years, that his films seemed to become more and more bogged down. He still makes pretty good films, but nothing like his final year as a master filmmaker in 1993 with the release of Jurassic Park and Schindler’s List. I know people get angry with Spielberg and Tim Burton (who I think is a fantastic director) for sucking up to the Obama administration now, and the Clinton administration’s back in the 90’s, but at the heart of that evil is a desire for creative people to make their movies as a wall of opposition known as the entertainment unions stand in the way. The union influence shows up in the final product and it does rob the production of some magic. The audience can tell the difference and it does affect Hollywood’s bottom line. They respond by making more comedies, and easy productions that aren’t overly complicated and can be shot around Los Angeles or Las Vegas–easy set ups. The creative minds behind the movies attempt to keep the protesting communists who run the labor unions at bay with appeasement. Disney throws money at unions to advance a project which works, but prevents smaller film makers from being able to compete on equal footing, because the unions hold all producers to the same standard as a company like Disney. Unless the filmmaker makes the film out of the country like Jackson has, they find themselves encumbered needlessly both creatively and financially.

As I see the previews and clips coming in from The Hobbit I am starting to get excited, because such films—stories of such depth are rare for all the reasons described, and are true treasures of our culture. I desire a world where people can speak and do business with each other without the looters standing in the way trying to make easy money for themselves. And yes, my comments here about the education unions have blacklisted me in entertainment which will go on forever. But I have other talents and I’ll use them to tell the story of how human beings get themselves into these fixes. It’s a difficult thing to balance out the need to make a living and then to make a living that is honest and true. Because the chances are, even if you are a wealthy film maker, if your love is to make movies you still need the industry system to make them, so you do your best to shut your mouth and put up with the parts you don’t like. You give money to the Obama administrations as a payoff to a mobster thug and hope they leave you alone politically. And the same holds true for the teaching profession. Or any profession that is controlled by labor unions, it’s hard to come out and speak against it, and to call it what it is, because the system is designed to exclude any voice of dissention. But I will do it, because I’ve already started the process, so I might as well see it through. And in the meantime, I will cheer with much vigor the upcoming film The Hobbit for all these reasons and more. Great stories are so few and far between, and I’m so excited about this one that I may just go get in line for it right now.

Why FACEBOOK is Evil: A dad shoots his daughter’s laptop

I’ll have to say that I agree with this father who saw the nasty comments his daughter put on Facebook about him and his wife. Should the father have unloaded a clip from his .45 into the laptop of his daughter for what she said about his family on Facebook? Absolutely!!!!!!!

I still get many questions as to why I do not have a Facebook account. The answer is that I think Facebook is evil, and I don’t care to participate in it. I do put a Facebook “like” button at the bottom of my posts and I see every day that hundreds of my hits come from Facebook where my readers put links to my articles on the Facebook walls to share with their friends. I recognize the upsides to having Facebook, it keeps you in easy touch with family and friends, and provides a timely status as to the activity of a person. As a matter a fact, a co-worker of mine just yesterday was trying to get a flight out of Dallas but it was delayed, so based on his Facebook page he was able to announce to everyone concerned that his flight would be later than anticipated.

But—Facebook does too much, knows too much, and tricks the user into revealing too much about themselves. About ten years ago I read a book by Jim Marrs called Rule by Secrecy. It’s a conspiracy theory book that talked about the Bilderburgers, the Rothschild’s and the One World Order type of stuff as might be expected. It also spoke about the methods the CIA and FBI were employing to attempt to put chips under everyone’s skin so they could track them easily. When I finished that book I wrote in the front, “THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS BOOK.” I meant dangerous because knowing such things can warp your view of the world and can take the mind down a rocky slope of disillusion. However, at the time of reading that book people were openly angry about the cameras that police were having put up at traffic lights calling them “big brother” and the idea of tracking people anywhere they went was still science fiction. So the CIA and many other organizations found a more subtle way to impose their will on the American and world population so to make their job much easier, they found a way to trick us into giving them all the information they’d have to spend months, perhaps years gathering and allowing our own need for voyeurism to drive a complete end to our freedoms. They put their money behind Mark Zuckerberg and allowed the program of Facebook to do all the work for them. Apparently the CIA is so in love with Zuckerberg that the Facebook founder has earned the ominous nickname from the intelligence community—the Overlord.

Now, it must be disclosed that the segment you just watched is from The Onion which is a social satire show on the Independent Film Channel, which I am a fan of. So the facts shown in that episode are rooted in reality but are not literal. For instance, I don’t think Zuckerberg is an official CIA agent. But, the billions of dollars that came his way came from somewhere and as anyone who works with money knows, “he who has the gold rules.” Zuckerberg didn’t have any money, but he had the ability to make something like Facebook which a whole army of government workers couldn’t fathom, so they took our tax money in indirect ways and gave it to Zuckerberg to purchase his alliance.

Yes—I’m aware that the CIA is reading this. The FBI is too. Go drink another coffee boys, and see if there’s another doughnut in the break room, because I could care less. I know a few agents and my assessment of them are that they are government workers, just like cops, and teachers, and I have made it pretty clear what I think of them. They have a high opinion of themselves that is not based in reality, but on the strength of their pay checks, which to me is just looted money. I don’t value their service and they don’t keep me safe. I’m perfectly capable of doing that for myself. Because of my beliefs my family has been followed, bugged, and harassed for years. It was really bad in the late 90’s up until around 2005. My wife was followed all over town by strange men in white vans. When she’d go to the grocery they’d get out and follow her around the store.

None of this ever got violent. It was just harassment. It started when we took our kids out of the Mason School System to home school them because we disagreed with the 4th grade curriculum of teaching children to put on a condom. We felt that sex education was our job, and our kids were not interested in sex in the 4th grade, so we elected not to participate. The school retaliated by trying to separate my wife from the kids during school events which my wife frequently volunteered for, so we pulled the kids out of school and taught them ourselves. It was one of the best decisions we ever made as parents.

But the social ramifications where ominous, our families turned against us in a radical way, some of that family worked for school systems as superintendents and teachers. The police began to harass our street. Neighborhood kids began to harass my children as they rode their bicycles around the neighborhood. I responded by video recording everything that happened and the police responded by recording everything we did. After a few years of this it became evident that we were recorded everywhere we went about everything we did.

The constant pressure was unsettling to my wife who treasures her freedom and privacy. We’d have conversations knowing that there were listening devices picking up on everything we said and it took her a long time to realize that the idiots on the other end of the line were just mustache men with fat bellies and inflated egos propped up with tax dollars. They were to my mind peons to my overman concept. As I explained to my wife about 10,000 times, “who cares if a fly on the wall sees or hears what we do. Who cares if they can hear us having sex? We don’t mind the dog at the end of our bed as we kick him off, why should we care about some FBI agent, or other law enforcement personnel? What is there to know about us that we don’t want them to?”

So I am aware that these days virtually nothing is private. The scanners at the airport can see through your cloths. Drones can fly outside your bedroom window. And recording devices can pick up everything you say from many yards away. This information is obtained by the cowards of the government who have turned our hard-earned money against us by stealing it from us through legalized theft and propping up citizens like Zuckerberg in the name of safety. I am not troubled that Google watches every email I send and receive. I view such things as information given in a public place. And if people want to see what I put on YouTube have at it. That’s why I posted it. Or this blog site, I put it up to share with people so they might learn something. If it was private, I’d keep it in my head where it’s safe. But Facebook crosses the line for me. It has evolved into a form of behavioral control that I reject completely. It crawls too far into people’s lives and does everything that Jim Marrs warned about in Rule by Secrecy by making people want to behave like herds of sheep, which goes against everything I personally stand for.

Because of Facebook, my extended family often knows things about other family member’s way before my wife and I do. Facebook allows for that voyeuristic tendency, that secret passion to look at what your neighbor is doing from the comfort of your own home. But it’s a trick; your behavior is being plotted and analyzed carefully. Your contacts and the entire network of your contacts are scrutinized by pot-bellied piggies on the other of a monitor. Everyone is watching each other looking for leadership. The herds of Facebook users are being watched by the herds of the government workers in the CIA and none of them have the guts to step away and be independent.

What I mean by independence is doing things in your life without looking to see what your neighbor is doing, as if reassurance is needed. It is that human need for acceptance, which causes us to look at another human being and see if they have done it first before we dare try that is the downfall of our civilization and Facebook perpetuates it by encouraging it.

This is why those who fear to stand on their own two feet and be comfortable in their own lives can be controlled by some master—an overlord if you will. In my family, it took me almost 10 years to get my wife used to the idea that she could and was watched everywhere we went. It was a trip to Cancun where all our cloths were all over the beach and a Mexican security guard patrolling the area was trying to get a peak of the action. My wife saw the behavior of voyeurism that was inherit in all human beings as we dealt with the guard. I treated the guard like he was as useless as a dog at the end of our bed. His eyes and opinion mattered about as much to me as a fly on the wall or the dog at the end of our bed. And what he said to the other dogs at the guard-house mattered as much. It didn’t matter that he had an AK-47 in his hands. Having a gun is one thing, having the courage to use it, or the knowledge, is another. After that, the unnerving sensation that we were constantly being watched and analyzed by weak-minded, fearful human beings had less impact. We had shifted gears as a couple and learned to live our lives from that perspective.

It still doesn’t make this entire tendency toward voyeurism right. It just means that my expectations for the human race must be broke down into another category. And Facebook is a good gage of that. Those who use it to spy on their friends and neighbors, or even those in law enforcement are of the “sheeple” mind-set, which is they are comfortable in the herds of human existence and can easily be steered about by the overlords like Zuckerberg and the CIA.

But these are the same idiots who couldn’t find Osama bin Ladin even though he was right in front of their faces and had a porno addiction. So much for the effectiveness of the CIA, they have been dumbed down like the rest of society to watching for the status of people on Facebook to know what is happening. I know firsthand what it feels like to be watched by these people, even targeted. And it’s no different from the spider that spins a web in the corner of your bedroom. Its eyes and ears mean nothing because it is small and harmless. I’m certainly not going to kill it for being there. I might scoop it up and take it outside if I feel like taking the time to do so, but I’m not going to avoid undressing in my bedroom because the spider can see. But I’m also not going to invite spiders into my house so that they can make a mess with a network of webs all over my bedroom, and that is what Facebook is. It’s a web of voyeuristic spiders that just clutter up your life. And since I don’t wish to be tangled in their webs, or constantly brushing them away from my skin, I keep Facebook out of my life as much as possible.

The necessity for the human being to rise past the need for social reassurance is why I look to the overman as the intended goal of our species. If being human is defined by the weakness for public acceptance than moving beyond those needs would be the definition of an overman. An overman does not worry about the overlords. They do not have power over the overman’s life. The overman does not care about the happenings of those pathetic creatures. The overmen do not care if millions of eyes are upon them everywhere they go, for it is no different in the forest where thousands of insects and the cells on the leaves of trees are aware of a human in their midst’s and they observe carefully for the sanctity of their own survival. The eyes of the CIA, the FBI, of Zuckerberg and all the rest are just that to me, the eyes of insects whose lives rise and fall by the nature of their existence. Their feeble minds are bound to imprisonment for all eternity because they are stuck in a world built by acceptance and believe that by controlling the behavior of the masses that they can ensure the survival of all. But it’s just another web built by just another spider which can be swept away in an instant at the will of the overman, and there’s nothing the spider can do about it.

And as to how Facebook is evil let me refer to the definition of evil by one of my favorite philosophers Ayn Rand from the great book Objectivism: The Philosophy of Ayn Rand. “Evil is not consistent and does not want to be consistent. What it wants is to inject itself into the life-sustaining process sometimes—short-range, out-of-context, at whim. To achieve this end, it needs only a single concession by the good: a concession of the principle involved, a concession that evil is proper “sometimes.” Such a compromise is evil’s character of liberty. Thereafter the irrational is free to set the terms and spread by further whim, until the good—and man—is destroyed.” That is what Facebook is all about. That is why it’s evil.
