What Being at the Front of the Train Looks Like: The Making of The Hobbit

My normal readers might be mystified by my sudden fascination with The Hobbit, the film that is set to be released in December of 2012 for part one, then December 2013 as a two-part film adaption of the classic Tolkien novel. Well, aside from being a lover of great books, I love great movies, I love stories that articulate mythology because it is myth that builds or dismantles cultures. I concluded this during my 10 year independent study of comparative religion and mythology led by Joseph Campbell. My passion for life is in these topics, and my anger at politics at all levels is because I can see clearly that they are on a destructive path in the scheme of cultural understanding. Many people who share these passions with me withdrawal from political involvement. I see this as a flaw since observations seem wasteful if assistance to our current culture is not utilized.

But the more I interact with the people of the world the more I’m disappointed, which is why people who study such things retreat to mountain cabins or even caves to live out their days with stacks of books and very little social interaction. Because when you work hard to gain knowledge and elevate your consciousness, it becomes infuriating to deal with people who insist on being stupid, and insist on being at the back of the train.

When I speak of trains at this site I’m talking about the Robert Pirsig concept of the Metaphysics of Quality which you can read and see a chart I prepared to display the idea at a previous article I wrote. (CLICK HERE) When you understand the Metaphysics of Quality you can accurately predict elements in society that will work and what will not work. Successes in society could be said to be at the “cutting edge” at the front of the train. Losers chose to be in the rear of the train, as exhibited in my article and chart as reference.

When I meet people who insist on being in the front of the train, I find joy. And I begin to cheer for those people to be right, because it takes a lot of courage to exist at the front of the train of any mode of thinking. In regard to The Hobbit, it is a film production that is at the front of the train. It is a project of extreme quality as determined by Pirsig’s Metaphysics of Quality. Because of that, I will predict right now that The Hobbit will win Best Picture at the Academy Awards ceremony in the spring of 2013 as well as Best Director along with at least 5 other Academy Awards. Part 2 of The Hobbit will do the same in the spring of 2014. It is as clear to me as a freshly cleaned window that The Hobbit is a special film, because The Hobbit obeys all the elements of the Metaphysics of Quality, and anyone who wishes to study what it looks like in the real world as opposed to words on a printed page needs to just watch this Hobbit Blog from the set of that same film to study what being in the front of the train looks like and see quality before it’s creation.

The primary reason for The Hobbit’s success is Peter Jackson, the director. He functions from the front of the train as most successful people do. But the difference with Jackson is that he effortlessly is able to deal with all elements of his train, with ease. Keep in mind that the film he is working on has a budget of around $150 million dollars which is the same budget as the Lakota School System or any medium-sized corporation. The startling aspect of the above clip is that Jackson is not predatory in his dealings with his co-workers. He is loose, and addresses all departments of his film projects equally. Jackson knows he is way out in front of everyone else, that he’s on the cutting edge, but he does not feel the need to belittle the other members of the train, even those in the back who tend to bankroll these kinds of projects. Jackson deals with everyone well, and this is reflected in his films.

Movies to me are fascinating to study as little mini companies. They rise up like rain clouds then storm like there is no tomorrow then as quickly as they came are gone from the sky as though they were never there. They go through a typical business cycle in just a few years what a company like Boeing might go through over decades. In the clip above you are seeing the start of a company, the hiring, and basic implementation of the product by a small army of cast and crew. On a movie, thousands of people are suddenly employed; hand-picked by the producers to execute the product, so the quality of those decisions will ultimately determine the success of the venture.

Most film productions do their hiring from the back of the train. Jackson does his from the front. This is the prime difference in determining success or failure. It doesn’t matter if it’s a movie, a large company, or an advertising firm; they all share in the rules of the Metaphysics of Quality. If decisions are made by those at the front of the train they tend to work much better than those from the back. The science behind that concept requires study to understand the reason. But it does not take a mind from the back, middle or front of the train to observe quality and anyone with a mind can witness from the above clip that there is something special going on with The Hobbit.

Unfortunately people like Peter Jackson are rare. And I doubt that Jackson set out to learn and live the Metaphysics of Quality. Jackson is the benefactor of a number of unusual circumstances that prepared his mind to be simply the greatest film director in the modern world. And he is. History will prove it. Those two Hobbit films will bring joy to hundreds of millions of fans and will generate at least a billion dollars in revenue per film for a two-year period. The merchandising alone will carry the mythology of The Hobbit into mainstream culture that will transcend politics for years to come and society will benefit from that joy in immeasurable ways. And it all starts at the front of the train of thinking, in the clip seen above.

You see, because Jackson is at the front of the train he’s already achieved the success in his mind. He’s already arrived and it shows in his body language, his speeches, his general communication to the people under him. He doesn’t feel a need to comb his hair or dress in a particular way to impress anyone, because he doesn’t need to. Everyone else in the world is under him in thought and he knows it. But he doesn’t rub it in either. He knows that the people in the middle of the train, who are helping him make the films will understand where he’s going eventually, and they’ll arrive there of their own accord. The financiers in the back of the train with the media are scared as they always are. They are ready to jump off the train at the first sign of trouble. But when the box office receipts come in, they’ll be the first to take credit for the entire train. And Jackson knows it and does not show bitterness about the process. Because by the time all this happens, he’s already on to his next project well out of sight from those in the back of the train and Jackson doesn’t care. And society isn’t even on the train, they just watch it come and go in passive observation. Once it passes they might say they enjoyed it and will remember it far into the future. But they cannot take credit for its creation, or its motion. For them it’s just an experience.

So when I’m ready to fold up the chairs and take my books up to a mountain cabin and tell the world to go “fu** itself” these clips by Jackson remind me that not everyone is worth casting away as fools. Because Jackson reminds me that there are some good things to look forward to, and there are people worth knowing. Peter Jackson and his Hobbit films are examples of these. Traveling in the front of the train is usually a very difficult task because the rest of the train weighs you down. And most of the time it leaves those in the front feeling used and abused. But every now and then the situation works out really well, and Peter Jackson is among the best of the best at what he does, and I find his work refreshing, and his Hobbit Blogs more than entertaining. I see in them hope and it is how I recharge my own batteries for all the parasites that I feel I drag along behind me who refuse to move their feet or exercise their minds.

That’s why fighting from the front of the train is better than retreating off the train all together to read books and watch the worlds trains roll by in a valley below without being engaged. It doesn’t always feel that way, but it’s worth doing.

Firebombs at the Agnostics: The public education fantasy

I have heard the criticisms coming from the pro levy people already who proclaim that it is easy to cast dispersions from the sideline as opposed to jumping in and helping to solve problems. These critics of course are attempting to highlight their volunteerism, or paid resolve as though they were helping to solve problems as opposed to someone like me who writes about what a bunch of fools they are. “Oh Rich Hoffman, you criticize but do not offer to help. Instead you throw in firebombs when you should move into an elected position or serve on a finance committee.”

This is a blanket statement that could cover any ground from the president of the United States, to my local school board of Lakota, but nobody can help people or their jobs if their beliefs are not grounded in reality. I have covered many topics and offered plenty of advice that I would hope some of these people might use to solve their problems. Particularly regarding the Lakota School Board, which I consider a microcosm of the federal government in general, I have identified the problem and determined that my volunteerism or even paid help will not help that body of government no matter how much money or good intentions I might invest. That is why I determined on February 13, 2012 that the school system was in fact effectively dead in its current form. It is my assessment that nothing can be done to save it because the parties involved in the process are in denial of their reality, and are therefore unable to alter it. So my involvement unless they would listen 100% to my direction would ultimately lead to their doom.

As I speak hereafter about Lakota as a school district I might as well speak about virtually all school districts and government in general, because all these public entities are suffering from the same problem. They are not functioning from a grounding in the rules of reality. I don’t mean that facetiously, but quite literally. It’s a philosophical problem that infects the very nature of civilization. And without having that philosophic problem fixed, there is nothing that can help those who do not live within the realm of reality. So with that said, the reality of the situation pertaining to the Lakota School System, and public schools in general is that they have built the entire structure not for the benefit of the students, (the product) but for the employees themselves. I have been in Lakota School Board meetings where the teachers union has protested any increases in their health care benefits. I’ve seen them threaten to go on strike to drive up their wages. And their behavior is exactly in line with those of the Buffalo teachers union. The reality of the situation is that the employees of these public schools are a selfish lot who wish to loot from the community the wealth of the districts.

However, like a drug dealer tries to convince themselves that their actions do not harm people, or the prostitute who pretends they do not destroy families, or the drunk that convinces themselves that they are not a menace to their families, the public education teacher tries to convince themselves that they critical members of a community and important to a child’s life. They believe that they are providing a service that cannot be done by anybody else in society and that if they do not perform their task that our country will crumble to ash.

What teachers are professing with those thoughts are wishes, not reality. Reality says that even a stay-at-home mom without a teaching degree can teach their children better than public education can. The stats prove it. But the wish from these particular public employees is that all such evidence would be wiped away so that they can sustain their fantasy–that they are as important in reality as they are in their own minds.

This is called the Tinker Bell complex. These poor fools have been raised to believe that if they just wish upon a star, or rub Aladdin’s magic lamp that they will be granted wishes, and they wish to these invisible gods beyond reality to be important in the scheme of society. They believe that because they dream it in their small minds that reality can be bent to their wishes.

This is why they hate me, because they cannot argue against the facts that I’ve given them. They see my spreadsheets which point out reality and they react as though I just threw Holy Water on their demon infested souls. They whither in pain and protest and attempt to call me names and discredit my facts rooted in reality. They are like the small child who has just been told that the Little Mermaid is just a cartoon–that Ariel is not real. Or the Fairy Godmother will not turn their pumpkin into a magic carriage, because these are the actions of fantasy, of dreams, and wishes.

It might be fun to dream and make wishes. It might bring comfort to the mind to see a falling star and make a wish that something in our lives might be made better by asking the mysteries of the universe to help us with a problem. Or a birthday cake with lit candles where a wish is made before blowing them out. Our culture is built on wishes and pleadings to entities that exist outside of reality and this is part of our modern social problem. Too often people would resort to magic and wishes rather than hard work and wisdom, and this is the source of much social misery. So the public employee teachers are in good company, but their status in life is merely a wish outside the boundaries of reality. They wish themselves to be valuable and worth $63,000 a year because their unions have told them they have a value equitable to such a value. But the reality is that the average wage mentioned is about $20,000 more than the true market value. That entire amount of $63K per year is artificially propped up by hopes, dreams and wishes.

I know one of the daughters of a former union president locally and every time I see her she looks like she has a dead cat on her head which is intended to be fashionable, but in reality just looks ridiculous. She obviously gets her nails done frequently and is a continuous visitor to the hair salon. She always wears the latest fashion and is quite the socialite. Now none of those things are necessarily bad, but every time I see her I think of what she would have been if her mother had not been the union president who would twist the arm of a school board for everything they had in them. I’m sure this cat headed lady has a master’s degree and all the “qualifications” that the labor union deems important, but what is her real value? Is it $63K per year or $83K per year? Well, by my assessment of her talent and role in a school district I’d say it’s no more than $50K per year. She’s too young to make more than that off any pay scale and could have only arrived at a large salary by obtaining yearly increases exceeding 5% to 7% a year beginning with a very excessive starting point. Because of this inflated value this person gets to pretend they have true value and when she gets her hair done, and her other cosmetic work, she is functioning from a fantasy outside of realty. She did not earn her wealth. She stole it. Her mother stole it. Her mother stole it for all her union members, not just the daughter. The money wasn’t earned. It was gained through manipulation, extortion, and coercion by creating the illusion that all this activity somehow benefited children with the campaign slogan, “it’s for the children.” But in reality children have nothing to do with the actions or desires. The reality is that the members of the union, including the cat haired lady become wealthy off tax dollars without providing a service of real value. The real product was fear of what the world would be like without their service. Not the actual teaching of children.

This behavior is in no way exclusive to the cat haired woman or her mother. They are just playing the game of well wishers. They wish in their minds that their efforts in public education might actually be valuable, but the reality says teachers who make much less and with less experience could do the same work for equal outcome. The reality says that it is the participation of parents and the quality of them that makes all the difference in a child’s life. It is not the teacher no matter what the pay scale.

In order to fix the problem these participants have to stop wishing the world is one way when in fact it is another. Until that action takes place nothing I can do will help these poor people. They will continue to be lost in their own fantasies because they refuse to see the truth. I can place the facts right in front of their faces, but they will not see them because they are more attracted to the fantasies of their minds rather than the reality of their lives. The public employee teachers seek to cover the gap between their fantasy and actual realty with looted wealth and that is simply not acceptable. I am happy to help these poor people with their problems, but like an alcoholic, they cannot be helped till they realize that their wishes do not determine realty. And their wish is that they are indispensably important to the culture of public education. But the facts do not support this, and I am personally finished with trying to ease their minds back into reality. It is their task to get with the program, not society’s, and it’s not our burden to throw money at their fantasies in order to make them happy, so until they are prepared for the truth, they cannot be helped, and my time is too valuable to waste on looters of reality, so I will continue with the firebombs until they finally get the point. At that time when they ask, I will solve all their problems in about one month and at half the cost. But I will not be lured into playing their game their way in a land of illusion and fantastic wishes.

Freedom Watch is off the Air: Censorship by the fools against the truth

Alex Jones spilled the beans on why my favorite television show, Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano is being cancelled from the Fox Business Channel. I have always enjoyed the work of the Judge and it was sad to see the decision by Fox to pull the plug on a successful show. It is even sadder to see that Fox News has been successfully undermined by the powers of control that have successfully implemented the 45 points from the book The Naked Communist. Anyone who thought that such concepts were fiction knows now that the media is dominated by those advocates of political theory, as stated in the book’s publication in 1958 and universally accepted as sacred social doctrine by the educators who taught that media. Control of the media is one of the 45 points, and with Fox News going down, it is obvious that those forces have been hard at work. Click here to read the 45 points for yourself:

I have experienced at virtually every level in my life over the last couple of weeks a push back from the progressive community of which the cancellation of Freedom Watch was simply the final act. In my school district I’ve seen it on the school board and the community at large as they attempt with a fever to suppress any negative stories so that they can make another tax request from the community using all the tricks mentioned in an article from The Blaze discussing how Saul Alinsky taught the unions to use children as propaganda tools in order to obtain funding. As I’ve been stating for years, it is now confirmed that the education unions all across the nation are using Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals as a way to drive up education costs, spread a communist philosophy against private property through excessive taxation, and control the flow of leftist political ideology in the education process. Even with the overwhelming proof I’ve provided the crazy PTA moms and their minions of latte drinking despots with diamond rings the size of car tires and asses to match, plot against me with an anger only estrogen can produce. They chant throughout my district’s neighborhoods that Rich Hoffman is their mortal enemy because I hate education and I am trying to rob from them the life they intend for their children. Yet they have no idea that they are just prostitutes to their husbands who do everything they can to be away from them aside from the occasional sex. Their husband’s roll them over at night and insert their manhood into these women of the bedroom and hundred-dollar bills find their way into their purses. The women don’t know what the man does to earn the money, nor do they care. They are busy saving the world one child at a time with howls of safety and more regulations as they rush to the polling places at election time to vote for Obama because he has a nice smile. Those women would do well to read that PDF file, but they won’t, because their minds are filled with shopping and have no room for a serious topic.

And my friend Doc Thompson lost his job at Clear Channel. The real story will be buried forever and the strings that pulled him off his job during his honeymoon are no doubt similar to those who removed Judge Napolitano from Fox Business, or even Glenn Beck from Fox News Channel. It’s not the ratings, it’s the controversy. It’s the rattling of the cage. The howls come from the same women as I mentioned above who plead with perfume still odorous from the previous day because it was stuck between the folds of their skin during showers who tell their executive husbands that the enemies of education, of labor unions, or smiling children are these men and they must be extinguished–cast out of society, which these queens control.

I’ve seen the same attempt in the print media, not by the male executives and their stay-at-home wives, but by the career climbing professional, the women who desire to prove they are every bit as strong as a man, so they too listen to these howling hoards of neurotic women and their estrogen based diatribes. “Shame on that mean Rich Hoffman. We will do more sports stories, and let’s cover the superintendent more—oh how about the new school board member. Let’s help bring the community together.” So the decision is made to put emotion in front of logic to paint a picture that supports the fantasy of the guilt ridden mothers. I speak of these things on the microcosm of my community because they are but elements of a whole that make up the macrocosm.

No, it’s not all women. There are plenty of men who have participated in pushing out entertainment personalities like Judge Napolitano, Glenn Beck and Doc Thompson. Those are the men who fear competition because their ideas are small and their brains cannot, or will not be able to keep up. They are too lazy to compete head to head with someone like Judge Napolitano, so they work to get rid of him. I’m sure Stossel is next. Those terrible libertarians are upsetting the Oprah audience, those same damn women and their brigade of latte drinkers. They don’t want a world built by the Constitution, they don’t want independence, and they want big government to take care of them like their husbands do. Or their bosses at work. Because the essence of these people is laziness, and they don’t want to exert the effort to act or make decisions, so they surrender to the parasites of control and advocate on their behalf. That’s why Soros has a contingent of willing participants to follow him on a tyrannical quest to rule the world with his billions of dollars spent to shape the culture of earth into his own image. Because it’s easy to just go with the flow that someone like Soros creates for the lazy, the timid and the mentally deficient.

Do I sound bitter? It’s an old story and I’ve seen it play out perhaps one time too many. I’ve seen it compressed more into the last 5 days then I care to, but that’s life. I’ve found myself in exactly the same position as Judge Napolitano too many times, where it is possible to do TOO good, that the apple cart gets upset and the enemies against quality come out in full force to inflict their fury. It’s because of those types that I write here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom to such an extent. It’s also why I’ve turned down entertainment venues, and other lucrative projects that have come my way in the last 5 years, because I don’t want to put myself in a position to have something taken away by looters. Like Glenn Beck, I have learned that I can do more good on my own than if I have a boss controlling my content–what I can say and when I can say it. And if I do too good, that I might become a threat to the powers that be, I might find myself fired to protect those threatened because they lack the fortitude to compete squarely on the battlefield of ideas.

The evils of the world are not all done by the mad mothers, the Opera watchers, the do-gooder, the church busy body who disguises their treachery with mountains of good tidings. It’s also done by the men of logic who turn away from reason to pursue peace in the household of vaginas who demand to be fed cosmetics and a beefed up ego so they can function day by day. The corrosion of the world is not all done by the mugger in a New York alley, the rapist, the drug addict or the child molester. It’s also done by those who see those characters coming and turn away from stopping them with broadcasts of peaceful perpetuity as displayed in the Michigan Education Association manual. As admitted in that union manual the intent is not honesty, it is not social valor. It is not spiritual sanctity. The intent is malice! The intent is manipulation! The intent is thievery! And we live in a time when millions have been taught that such things are (GOOD)!

Those millions will attack the few among us with the courage to see the activity for what it is, like Judge Napolitano, and Alex Jones, and Glenn Beck and many others. The millions believe that in silencing those voices they can continue to rob blind all of society by using those neurotic chatter boxes of estrogen as their weapons and the insolence of the men with muscle but no gray matter into drunken inaction. The belief from the vile bowels of social consciousness is that if the voices are silenced then the looting can continue infinitely.

Well no it can’t—I’ve personally fought it all my life. Before the invention of the internet I fought it in the darkness of night with bullets and bullwhips, court rooms, and police reports. For those who complain that forums like the old Fox News, or web sites like this one are doing damage to public education, to the network of looters that are out there and seek to put an end to the voices of warning that come from Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, Info Wars, GBTV or Napolitano’s Freedom Watch, I don’t think you want the result from not having that voice.

My world before this voice was one that the bad guys will not like if I and these others return to that place. Violence is assured. Because there are people like Judge Napolitano who will not be turned to the evil of “not seeing” the treachery in the world around them. The answer for the good is to remove those who wish to commit evil among us so they are no longer a threat. The best and most obvious method of doing that is through education. But if the means of education are eradicated, then the thieving fools have left violence as the only choice.

I have seen this pretentious tendency first hand for many years so I know the aspects which add up to the sum. I’ve been in the boardrooms, the political offices, the brain-storming sessions and I know the heart of the enemy, and I won’t tolerate them with or without a voice. By removing the voices of reason, the world will not go back to the sleepy carcass that it was. In every human being is the desire to be free, and when tyrants impose themselves upon that desire, war will always break out. It is not for the tyrants like the billionaire Soros to decide the course of the human race and to eradicate all dissidents to his plan. It’s not his right to turn the arm of News Corp with legal proceedings so to put an end to shows like Freedom Watch and the Glenn Beck Program because the hungry public is buying up their books with a voracity which terrifies the looters of the world. Those tyrants are just one more in a long line of fools throughout history who suffered mentally from the ability to reason with the world around them, and comprehend the nature of freedom. And silencing the voices who call for freedom will not eliminate the desire. It only continues to rob young men of their wits and young women of their honor as they grow up in a confusing world designed by the tyrant types who desire to make the globe into their own fragmented images.

Losing Freedom Watch from the Fox Business Channel does not give me pause to despair. It just confirms in me that there won’t be a peaceful end to this reign of terror, this “rule by the stupid,” which is currently the case. Instead it infected me with the desire to run my flag out onto my front porch and look west in contemplation, to clean my guns, to oil my whips, to sharpen my knives and prepare them for a day that is coming, a day the media rulers of our day wish to postpone beyond their pensions–beyond their condo leases, to a day on the far horizon. A day they hope to push beyond their lifetimes by cancelling shows like Freedom Watch.

But that day is closer than they think, and as a western wind blew in my face I had to consider how pointless it is that such tyrants will plunge our nation into war with each other before they allow ideas to fight it out in honor for all to see, and for the winners to shape society. Instead, they have elected censorship of the worst kind, the cancellation of a popular show and the forfeit of financial profits in order to appease the foolish and latte drinkers surrounding public education.

The Bully Problem at Lakota: Cover-ups, taxes, and peer pressure


Yes—those who hate me most know exactly who I brought to the Lakota School Board meeting. He was seated on my right and to those who sought to cover up his story, you know you felt a pang of guilt, of regret, and some fear that he was affiliated with me.

But why? How did this person come to sit with me at a school board meeting? How did we become friends in the first place? After all, this was a guy who used to be a levy supporter, and a very active volunteer at Lakota East. Well, it’s the fault of the Lakota School Board actually for not taking action to help the guy out when he had a problem. This guy came to the board and presented his case and the school did everything they could to cover it up. They took his wife aside and pressured her into signing her rights away out of fear that they would smear her for the relationship she had with a teacher at the high school who had instructed her daughter. This case went all the way up to the state board of education and still the story was contained. The teacher who sent very salacious emails talking about sucking, and doing the horizontal mamba with this little girl’s mother from a school computer didn’t get fired from his position for violating the trust of the teacher-student relationship.

Instead the principal of the high school sent the teacher in question to the other high school to help keep him employed and shut up the parents who had reconciled the incident between each other after a lot of pain. Even after the relationship had ended between the woman and the teacher the parasite continued to pursue the woman asking how “their” little girl was doing on papers sent home and on voice messages over the phone. It was the kind of voice message that sent shivers up the spine of the woman. It felt as if the teacher was “bullying” her into a position of control, and the teacher continued to do this for quite some time after the affair ended and the child was out of his class. Because in all reality, nothing really happened to the teacher, he just reported to a different building within the Lakota School System once the story was presented to the principal and school board.

Out of desperation and risking that I would shoot him just for stepping on my property, this father sought me out for help because he had nowhere else to turn. He wanted someone to be accountable for what this teacher attempted to do to his family. So I covered their story in greater detail in another article. Click Here to view that piece. Over time, we have become friends and I have gotten to know their daughter who is now out of school. After the incident with the teacher this little girl was repeatedly harassed by other students at Lakota.  The bullying became so bad that the parents had to remove their little girl from a very respected activity due to the constant harassment, all of which is well documented with an extensive paper trail.   Remember, this used to be dedicated Lakota volunteer who is very well liked and respected in the Lakota community, so the man has no reason to be inflammatory.  Once the little girl graduated from school she once again thrived, and this was the 18-year-old woman who recently showed me around her house and shared with me her crushes that she had on her favorite movie stars. As she spoke to me I could not help but wonder what kind of evil would possess a teacher to use this nice young woman as a tool to seduce her mother into beginning a sexual affair. What evil would try to pry from this innocent girl facts about her father that the teacher could use to smear against the mother. And what evil could use the special needs condition of the young girl to demand audience from the very busy, and concerned mother who would do anything to make sure her daughter got what she needed in school.

So is there bullying going on at Lakota, and virtually every public school all across the country? YES! Of course there is. Public schools are notoriously class specific, and peer groups are created within a public school system to meet the various classifications of personalities. Because such a thing is a primal desire, to find likeness among peers, children will pick on those who are not like them and pound into shape those similar into a group collective. Individuality is frowned down upon by every member of the public school system, which is why I dislike public school and always have. But when the pressure gets to be too great that it translates into a student wanting to take their own life, then the situation is way out of control and has expanded beyond the realm of tolerance.

When I heard about the recent suicide at Lakota West, I didn’t want it to be another negative article to write against the Lakota School System. My heart goes out to the parents of this little girl. I don’t care what the situation was, a system that lets a girl think death was the only way out has failed the child and the family who trusted the school. And unfortunately it sounds like the girl was suffering from bullying at her school to such an extent that she thought she had no way out.

Since this story was reported by Channel 9 one time during the second week of February 2012 and nowhere else, facts are hard to come by. The letter that Lakota sent home to parents was nowhere to be found on their website, which seemed to be big enough news to dictate sending the letter home with kids. I did however see the article by the Enquirer about the new school board member Julie Schaffer promoting her “volunteerism.” But there wasn’t anything about this tragic death that occurred on February 8th in the paper that I saw, or on the Lakota site giving any specifics. That seemed strange for such a sad story.

I figured that the media and the school were just being sensitive to the family, and by keeping the story quit, they were being respectful to the grieving family, which I thought was appropriate. That is until I saw the comments online from Leslie Agoston who is a student at Lakota West and knows the victim. Here is the posting.

I am a current Lakota West High School student. And I know what the girl went through and how she felt. I too get bullied almost every day. And Lakota could care less they just sweep it under the rug. They just care about their “excellence” rating. If they just stopped for a second and realize how many kids are suffering from bullying an incident like this would have never happened.

That is an interesting thing for a student at Lakota to say? That comment eerily sounded like the situation my new friend who came to the school board meeting with me went through. The comment from the student implies that the administration at Lakota doesn’t care about the bullying that goes on. It backs up the notion that my friend is not the only one who suffered from some indiscretion involving bullying at the Lakota School District.

But what constitutes bullying? Was it bullying to use a special needs kid to sleep with a parent? Might the child have felt pressure from such a teacher into revealing family secrets through acts of intimidation? Was it bullying to tell the mother that unless she signed a document releasing the school of responsibility that “word might get around the community about her indiscretions.” And apparently the students at Lakota West are complaining about bullying being a rampant problem that nobody is addressing.

Well, for clarity on this issue, let’s look at what Lakota itself says the definition of bullying is according to their website.

Lakota’s Definition of Bullying

“Bullying” is defined as an intentional written, verbal, electronic, or physical act that a student exhibits toward another particular student more than once; and the behavior both (1) causes mental or physical harm to the student, and (2) is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that a reasonable person under the circumstances should know will have the effect of:
• Placing a student in reasonable fear of physical harm or damage to the student’s property;
• Physically harming a student or damaging a student’s property; or
• Insulting or demeaning any student or group of students in such a way as to disrupt or interfere with the school’s educational mission or the education of any student.

I know that my friend and his family suffered from bullying according to that definition at the hands of a Lakota teacher, a principal, and the school board members who knowingly let the issue slide through the cracks. They did not pursue termination of that teacher, but instead covered the issue up, which is consistent with the statement made by Leslie Agoston in her comments about the recent tragic death of her fellow student.

I understand that any organization with a lot of people and employees will be far from perfect. But we do expect perfection from an airplane pilot. If a pilot lands successfully 300 times then crashes on landing 301 that pilot would be held accountable, probably with the loss of their job at the very least. If there was a loss of life, there might even be a trial. The community of Lakota is employing an army of very well paid administrators, teachers and councilors to prevent tragic events like what Leslie described. It is also expected that teachers behave ethically without trying to have sex with the parents. The kids are watching how the administrators and teachers behave, and kids cannot be expected to be better than the teachers, can they?

It is a tragedy anytime a young person losses their life. It’s bad enough to consider whatever the sum of the conditions were that made the little girl want to take her own life. Again, my heart goes out to the family in the deepest way. And I truly hope that what Leslie said is not true, that this bully problem is not so epidemic within the Lakota School System that the situation could have been avoided with the skilled intervention of the highly paid mentors employed by the community. Because if it could have, then this suicide is a very serious issue for the school board to consider, and so far, all I hear them talking about is the passage of a new tax levy. They didn’t even bring it up at the school board meeting on February 13, 2012. They didn’t even say a prayer for the little girl or cover the issue in any way which would have been appropriate with such a large gathering. All these elements add up to be just another situation as what my friend experienced in his own family, a school that pushes all bad news under the rug to hide from the community.

I really hope I’m wrong, but something tells me that I’m not.

The biggest problem with the whole bullying issue is that the schools have painted themselves into a corner. They are not equipped to deal with bullying. Only a parent is, and sometimes the best way to eliminate a bully is to fight them. That’s how you shut down a bully. That’s how it’s been done for 10,000 years of human evolution. And if the child can’t take care of it on their own, the parents must step in and do it for them.

When my daughter was 9 years old she was picked on by a group of boys in the neighborhood who harassed her and her friends to no end. My daughter stood up to the bullies and one of the boys spit on her. My daughter was devastated by the embarrassment and came home very upset that a person would do such a thing to her, especially since the boy was much bigger than she was. That’s when the parent must step in and take control.

I put my daughter and all her friends in the car and went looking for the boys. I found them playing in the driveway of their house with the spitter’s father working in the garage, all of them were laughing as we pulled up. I made the boy apologize on his hands and knees to my daughter so my daughter would realize that I had her back and that if she ever got into a fix she couldn’t handle, that I’d be there to sweep it up for her. She needed to know that her father was there. Of course the boy’s father protested and wanted to fight me, which I openly accepted. Then he shut his mouth and went inside his house leaving his kids to fend for themselves, which scared the shit out of them. Their father had abandoned them when it mattered. Little things like that matter a lot in the art of living.

These matters are too complicated for schools to handle, yet they sell their services to the community as though they can. They are kidding themselves. Respect for human beings cannot be created through rules and regulations. Respect is earned, and standing up for yourself or your child is the way it is gained in the mind of the human being. There is no other way.

It is in this misunderstanding that bullying is an epidemic problem in public schools and parents who believe that the school system can, and will put children’s safety in the front of administrator’s minds are kidding with you. Administrators don’t have the intellectual capacity, or the fortitude to do such a thing, and the cost to society is great. The bully issue in public school is just another byproduct of an organized, overly specialized, labor force that has handcuffed parents into inaction because they assure society that all problems can be handled in the classroom. So parents believing they don’t have a right to get involved in the affairs of their children in school leave the job to the teachers and administrators that can’t even balance a budget, let alone handle complicated emotional issues with children who aren’t even theirs.

The schools know this. They know they can’t protect the children to the level they have sold to the public. Their primary concern is always how they are going to continue to gain funding from the community, so they are always focused on hiding unpleasant facts from the public rather than dealing directly with a problem. This is why Lakota didn’t even discuss the suicide of a student just four days later at the largest school board meeting I can ever remember occurring at Lakota with all the media in Cincinnati covering the event. The school board didn’t even acknowledge the tragedy, because the goal of the meeting was to convince the community of the need for higher taxes, not to actually deal with any tough problems like mature adults. This is the kind of behavior that has created most of the problems in public education. That’s how they got into trouble with my new friend. They sought to suppress the story rather than dealing with it directly.

The bullies of the world know this. They know that most of the parents, administrators, and teachers are paralyzed into inaction by rules and regulations that the bullies could care less about. So like the liberal gun laws that seek to remove guns from society in the aim of world peace, the progressive educators think that by employing more councilors and administrators that they can stop violence and the tendency of violence from the school environment. They can’t.

The answer is more parental involvement, less administrators getting in the way of a parent and their children, and encouraging justice where it’s appropriate. When a teacher does something wrong, FIRE THEM! When a child acts inappropriately, expel them! And when you hear and see reports from parents that violence is coming at their children in the school, don’t pass the reports to your PR director to hide from the public. Deal with them; deal with each and every report even if the parents are overly neurotic, because that’s what the community is paying for. If there is anything that can be learned from these tragedies it’s that there isn’t any replacement for good ol’ fashioned care and attention. Money can’t buy security and a clean conscious, only work can solve the problem and without the work, tragedies will continue to occur.

An Indroduction to Objectivisim: The Power of Ayn Rand’s Philosophy

Since it is obvious that our culture has been virtually destroyed through public education, then the task before us is to rebuild ourselves so that intelligence can once again become a foundation within our society. After viewing a recent school board meeting for my local school system and countless trustee, city council, and commissioner meetings, knowing many legislators, participating in countless hours of conference calls, audits, and general business relations, I see there is a clear need for society to step up and perform at a new level of interactivity. Wisdom and intelligence needs to be a part of human interaction once again, because what’s going on today isn’t working.

As I listened with patience for probably the last time, parent after parent speak to the school board hoping to raise taxes yet again to cover their budget short falls I realized that the minds of these poor souls are simply broken. I was not angry at them. My feelings were no different than one would be angry at a child for falling down because the child was learning to walk. The feeling was pity in hoping that they might someday learn to walk and comprehend the world in a similar fashion as I can so that I might be able to have a conversation with them at some future time.

It is in that spirit that I offer the following. I hope with this post to teach those who are stumbling how to walk, how to think, so that we might someday have a conversation and actually achieve something productive.

For my readers here who are fans of the great book Atlas Shrugged you already have the foundation to crawling back into a society that is built on reason. If you understand Atlas Shrugged, then you have the first brick in place for rebuilding your life and society at large. If you have not read that book, then you should. If you want to understand the problems of our day and how to fix them, you should start with that book.

However, that book alone will not do it. We know as human beings that there is an inherit truth in Atlas Shrugged, but we do not know why. We just sense it. Well, Ayn Rand actually had the details of why Atlas Shrugged as a philosophy called Objectivism worked and she constructed her novel as a way to display the mechanisms of her philosophy. That leads the next book that should be studied which is the Leonard Peikoff classic Objectivism: The Philosophy of Ayn Rand, which I’ve referred to on a few occasions. That book would be the next step in understanding how to fix the problems that are in front of us as a nation.

But to more easily understand some of the ideas portrayed in that book by Peikoff, The Culture of Reason Society has produced several lectures to help introduce the ideas discussed in Objectivism. You can see them at their home web site.

The Past of Barack Obama: President of the Weather Underground

What I’m getting ready to say has nothing to do with racism. I must remind all the readers here that I supported Herman Cain for president, even after we learned that he enjoyed the company of women beyond the attention of just his wife. If those were reasons to not vote for a president, then Bill Clinton would have been rejected, Kennedy, LBJ, and FDR—all those presidents were serial womanizers, so I didn’t see the problem with Herman Cain. I’d still vote for Cain today if he was running.

But the media brought Cain down because they basically all came from the same kind of colleges that Barrack Obama did, and they all read the same type of communist propaganda literature that has delivered us to an age where a President of the United States can openly campaign for socialism. My good buddy Matt Clark of WAAM in Ann Arbor recently covered this Obama socialism and pointed out the absolute ridiculousness of his policies. But as you will see in the pictures though-out this post, Obama does not come from the kind of back ground of a Herman Cain, which is why the media was terrified of him. Cain was poor and worked his way up to be the CEO of a major company. That is an American success story. Obama was a radical college professor who hung around liars, radicals, and communists and was simply a community organizer who was pushed along through his political career by communist sympathizers who wanted to use Obama’s good looks and skin color to advance their personal agenda. Obama has shown a tendency to completely lie with a straight face especially over his relationship to Bill Ayers the radical terrorist of the Weather Underground who just so happens to also be a college professor at the University of Chicago where Obama taught constitutional law from 1992 to 2004.

As seen in these pictures Obama’s family in Kenya is not the kind of family that a Herman Cain would have had in the south. Obama’s folks are still village people. There’s a reason that the people of Africa aren’t building sky scrapers and creating their own economies. There’s a reason they are poor and dying of AIDS by the thousands—because every village functions from a kind of socialism where the head chief of the village passes out like a king the tasks for the whole society. This is Obama’s background. He thinks he’s the village chief in America.

You can see that Obama in these pictures is just another bright-eyed little boy looking for acceptance from his father. Unlike the ghetto whores here in America who tends to sleep with every man who lives on their street and has babies with all of them to qualify for more government assistance, Obama’s mom slept with radical black men from other countries who advocated overthrowing the political powers of their home countries. This took little Barry Obama into a globetrotting adventure never really knowing who his stable parental figures were.

His mother eventually shacked up with an Indonesian fellow who apparently ruined Obama’s citizenship when Soreto was recalled to Indonesia taking little Obama with him. It was Obama’s grandparents in Hawaii who provided little Barack with the only real stable parental role models available.

None of that is poor little Barry’s fault. You can’t chose your parents, and nobody can blame him for seeking stability among the fraternity of communist advocates that he met in college. Obama is a product of socialism. Every cell in his body oozes it. He has learned from them, he smoked dope and partied with them, and he’s hung out in actual African villages getting close to his roots championing socialism with his cousins, aunts and uncles. Obama has done nothing in his life to earn money from the private sector. He’s had plenty of looters who have sought to use his race to advance their communist agenda, so they helped Obama get elected into the Senate. They helped him get a few books published and created a platform for a presidential run. All Obama had to do is bull-shit his way through his speeches, like he had learned to do from his broken family background and do what the village masters told him to do. Having a background of poor ethical behavior made it easy for Obama to just do whatever he was told, and go along for the ride.

When Obama says to tax the rich, he doesn’t know what that means. He thinks he’s rich, so he naturally thinks all the value of money and wealth equals his feelings about it. What he fails to grasp is that he was given looted wealth. He is a creature of public service. He has not done work in the private sector. He does not create anything on his own. He has simply been the recipient of looted wealth. For all he knows in his communist little mind is that he’s a millionaire. His books sold because of his presidential run that was supported by donations from campaign contributions. That’s a pretty good PR campaign to run for office supported off campaign donations that drives people to buy books and make him wealthy. All Obama had to do was follow directions like the nice little communist that he is.

I say communist because that is without question his end game. He is currently a progressive socialist. He uses only the progressive part of that in his designation. I think he has actually convinced himself that he’s some sort of capitalist. But that is the actor in him. That’s what he has in common with every actor in Hollywood who has come to the White House. Many actors lead troubled lives because their core personalities are vacant since they often become the characters they play in movies, and these characters are constantly changing depending on the content of their scripts. I know a few of these types of people and they are purposely not very grounded. Some of the best actors are those who come from broken families and lack strong personality traits. This makes it easy for them to climb into the skin of another character like a chameleon and just change their attributes to reflect their surroundings.

Obama has shown that he can be anything to anybody, so to know him requires one to dig into those who prop him up. Like any actor he believes he is the center of attention, the village chief, and that his money was earned. Because he lacks real world experience he does not understand that he is a “created” personally, like an actor in a movie. The progressive radicals saw a distraught little Barry Soreto high as a kite in college and groomed him into a president that would advance their cause. All Obama had to do what listen to what he was told to do by his directors, which came natural to the young fellow, because that’s what communists do—they listen to what their superiors tell them to.

Obama is a reprehensible president that will go down in history as the greatest joke produced from the damn hippie era radicals that have infested our government like termites in an abandoned house. The Obama presidency is the result of the 60’s where they found in Obama a blank kid with a troubled past and put their arms around him to use him for their evil, twisted ends. They put money in his pocket and told him he’d be king if he just smoked another joint and did what they said. Obama is the president of the Weather Underground, a terrorist organization that wishes to dismantle capitalism completely in a plot that began 40 years ago, when baby Barack was just an infant looking for a father in the dusty villages of Africa, but growing up in the paradise of Hawaii by grandparents who had to care for the child of their deeply troubled daughter.

This is your president America. This is what you voted for, a fool who wishes to end the American way of life. Barry knows that people are coming on to him, so he’s now wearing his little American Flag pin, and trying to sound like an advocate for American values. But he cannot hide his communist wishes from those wise enough to see it. Obama is not the president for the strong, the brave, and the lovers of freedom. He is the president of the down-and-out, the weak, and the lazy. Obama and his minions seek to make more of America into poor, depleted recipients of government so that the power base of the progressive can expand. And the media is on board with fulfilling that agenda. They don’t want to cover the story of Herman Cain, a black man who rose up and became successful. That is not the American story that those who put so much money into Barack Obama’s pocket wish to advocate. The radical power brokers want Obama and his history of socialism, broken families, and low moral code because such people are easy to control. And if they can give America an icon with so many faults, then perhaps the people of America will not strive to be any greater than they are. Weak people are easy to control, and keeping people in a depleted state is the goal of the money men behind Obama, the actor.

Yes, dear reader. If you have bought into the smile of Barack Obama and his constant attempts to rape America of its producers, its rich, who actually create the jobs, then you are a processed fool. You are a result of progressive politics and you are broken at your very foundations. It is people like you who are ruining a great country because you lack the intelligence to fathom the result of your actions in supporting a president who is even more of an actor than Ronald Reagan was. The Presidency of the United States has officially been reduced to just another acting job where the actor has a vacant personality that is easily imprinted upon by the true masters who actually write the script. And every citizen who votes for such an actor for president is guilty of openly advocating socialism, and destroying the one great icon for world peace and economic prosperity—America.

That’s why the enemies of The United States support Barack Obama.

Why FACEBOOK is Evil: A dad shoots his daughter’s laptop

I’ll have to say that I agree with this father who saw the nasty comments his daughter put on Facebook about him and his wife. Should the father have unloaded a clip from his .45 into the laptop of his daughter for what she said about his family on Facebook? Absolutely!!!!!!!

I still get many questions as to why I do not have a Facebook account. The answer is that I think Facebook is evil, and I don’t care to participate in it. I do put a Facebook “like” button at the bottom of my posts and I see every day that hundreds of my hits come from Facebook where my readers put links to my articles on the Facebook walls to share with their friends. I recognize the upsides to having Facebook, it keeps you in easy touch with family and friends, and provides a timely status as to the activity of a person. As a matter a fact, a co-worker of mine just yesterday was trying to get a flight out of Dallas but it was delayed, so based on his Facebook page he was able to announce to everyone concerned that his flight would be later than anticipated.

But—Facebook does too much, knows too much, and tricks the user into revealing too much about themselves. About ten years ago I read a book by Jim Marrs called Rule by Secrecy. It’s a conspiracy theory book that talked about the Bilderburgers, the Rothschild’s and the One World Order type of stuff as might be expected. It also spoke about the methods the CIA and FBI were employing to attempt to put chips under everyone’s skin so they could track them easily. When I finished that book I wrote in the front, “THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS BOOK.” I meant dangerous because knowing such things can warp your view of the world and can take the mind down a rocky slope of disillusion. However, at the time of reading that book people were openly angry about the cameras that police were having put up at traffic lights calling them “big brother” and the idea of tracking people anywhere they went was still science fiction. So the CIA and many other organizations found a more subtle way to impose their will on the American and world population so to make their job much easier, they found a way to trick us into giving them all the information they’d have to spend months, perhaps years gathering and allowing our own need for voyeurism to drive a complete end to our freedoms. They put their money behind Mark Zuckerberg and allowed the program of Facebook to do all the work for them. Apparently the CIA is so in love with Zuckerberg that the Facebook founder has earned the ominous nickname from the intelligence community—the Overlord.

Now, it must be disclosed that the segment you just watched is from The Onion which is a social satire show on the Independent Film Channel, which I am a fan of. So the facts shown in that episode are rooted in reality but are not literal. For instance, I don’t think Zuckerberg is an official CIA agent. But, the billions of dollars that came his way came from somewhere and as anyone who works with money knows, “he who has the gold rules.” Zuckerberg didn’t have any money, but he had the ability to make something like Facebook which a whole army of government workers couldn’t fathom, so they took our tax money in indirect ways and gave it to Zuckerberg to purchase his alliance.

Yes—I’m aware that the CIA is reading this. The FBI is too. Go drink another coffee boys, and see if there’s another doughnut in the break room, because I could care less. I know a few agents and my assessment of them are that they are government workers, just like cops, and teachers, and I have made it pretty clear what I think of them. They have a high opinion of themselves that is not based in reality, but on the strength of their pay checks, which to me is just looted money. I don’t value their service and they don’t keep me safe. I’m perfectly capable of doing that for myself. Because of my beliefs my family has been followed, bugged, and harassed for years. It was really bad in the late 90’s up until around 2005. My wife was followed all over town by strange men in white vans. When she’d go to the grocery they’d get out and follow her around the store.

None of this ever got violent. It was just harassment. It started when we took our kids out of the Mason School System to home school them because we disagreed with the 4th grade curriculum of teaching children to put on a condom. We felt that sex education was our job, and our kids were not interested in sex in the 4th grade, so we elected not to participate. The school retaliated by trying to separate my wife from the kids during school events which my wife frequently volunteered for, so we pulled the kids out of school and taught them ourselves. It was one of the best decisions we ever made as parents.

But the social ramifications where ominous, our families turned against us in a radical way, some of that family worked for school systems as superintendents and teachers. The police began to harass our street. Neighborhood kids began to harass my children as they rode their bicycles around the neighborhood. I responded by video recording everything that happened and the police responded by recording everything we did. After a few years of this it became evident that we were recorded everywhere we went about everything we did.

The constant pressure was unsettling to my wife who treasures her freedom and privacy. We’d have conversations knowing that there were listening devices picking up on everything we said and it took her a long time to realize that the idiots on the other end of the line were just mustache men with fat bellies and inflated egos propped up with tax dollars. They were to my mind peons to my overman concept. As I explained to my wife about 10,000 times, “who cares if a fly on the wall sees or hears what we do. Who cares if they can hear us having sex? We don’t mind the dog at the end of our bed as we kick him off, why should we care about some FBI agent, or other law enforcement personnel? What is there to know about us that we don’t want them to?”

So I am aware that these days virtually nothing is private. The scanners at the airport can see through your cloths. Drones can fly outside your bedroom window. And recording devices can pick up everything you say from many yards away. This information is obtained by the cowards of the government who have turned our hard-earned money against us by stealing it from us through legalized theft and propping up citizens like Zuckerberg in the name of safety. I am not troubled that Google watches every email I send and receive. I view such things as information given in a public place. And if people want to see what I put on YouTube have at it. That’s why I posted it. Or this blog site, I put it up to share with people so they might learn something. If it was private, I’d keep it in my head where it’s safe. But Facebook crosses the line for me. It has evolved into a form of behavioral control that I reject completely. It crawls too far into people’s lives and does everything that Jim Marrs warned about in Rule by Secrecy by making people want to behave like herds of sheep, which goes against everything I personally stand for.

Because of Facebook, my extended family often knows things about other family member’s way before my wife and I do. Facebook allows for that voyeuristic tendency, that secret passion to look at what your neighbor is doing from the comfort of your own home. But it’s a trick; your behavior is being plotted and analyzed carefully. Your contacts and the entire network of your contacts are scrutinized by pot-bellied piggies on the other of a monitor. Everyone is watching each other looking for leadership. The herds of Facebook users are being watched by the herds of the government workers in the CIA and none of them have the guts to step away and be independent.

What I mean by independence is doing things in your life without looking to see what your neighbor is doing, as if reassurance is needed. It is that human need for acceptance, which causes us to look at another human being and see if they have done it first before we dare try that is the downfall of our civilization and Facebook perpetuates it by encouraging it.

This is why those who fear to stand on their own two feet and be comfortable in their own lives can be controlled by some master—an overlord if you will. In my family, it took me almost 10 years to get my wife used to the idea that she could and was watched everywhere we went. It was a trip to Cancun where all our cloths were all over the beach and a Mexican security guard patrolling the area was trying to get a peak of the action. My wife saw the behavior of voyeurism that was inherit in all human beings as we dealt with the guard. I treated the guard like he was as useless as a dog at the end of our bed. His eyes and opinion mattered about as much to me as a fly on the wall or the dog at the end of our bed. And what he said to the other dogs at the guard-house mattered as much. It didn’t matter that he had an AK-47 in his hands. Having a gun is one thing, having the courage to use it, or the knowledge, is another. After that, the unnerving sensation that we were constantly being watched and analyzed by weak-minded, fearful human beings had less impact. We had shifted gears as a couple and learned to live our lives from that perspective.

It still doesn’t make this entire tendency toward voyeurism right. It just means that my expectations for the human race must be broke down into another category. And Facebook is a good gage of that. Those who use it to spy on their friends and neighbors, or even those in law enforcement are of the “sheeple” mind-set, which is they are comfortable in the herds of human existence and can easily be steered about by the overlords like Zuckerberg and the CIA.

But these are the same idiots who couldn’t find Osama bin Ladin even though he was right in front of their faces and had a porno addiction. So much for the effectiveness of the CIA, they have been dumbed down like the rest of society to watching for the status of people on Facebook to know what is happening. I know firsthand what it feels like to be watched by these people, even targeted. And it’s no different from the spider that spins a web in the corner of your bedroom. Its eyes and ears mean nothing because it is small and harmless. I’m certainly not going to kill it for being there. I might scoop it up and take it outside if I feel like taking the time to do so, but I’m not going to avoid undressing in my bedroom because the spider can see. But I’m also not going to invite spiders into my house so that they can make a mess with a network of webs all over my bedroom, and that is what Facebook is. It’s a web of voyeuristic spiders that just clutter up your life. And since I don’t wish to be tangled in their webs, or constantly brushing them away from my skin, I keep Facebook out of my life as much as possible.

The necessity for the human being to rise past the need for social reassurance is why I look to the overman as the intended goal of our species. If being human is defined by the weakness for public acceptance than moving beyond those needs would be the definition of an overman. An overman does not worry about the overlords. They do not have power over the overman’s life. The overman does not care about the happenings of those pathetic creatures. The overmen do not care if millions of eyes are upon them everywhere they go, for it is no different in the forest where thousands of insects and the cells on the leaves of trees are aware of a human in their midst’s and they observe carefully for the sanctity of their own survival. The eyes of the CIA, the FBI, of Zuckerberg and all the rest are just that to me, the eyes of insects whose lives rise and fall by the nature of their existence. Their feeble minds are bound to imprisonment for all eternity because they are stuck in a world built by acceptance and believe that by controlling the behavior of the masses that they can ensure the survival of all. But it’s just another web built by just another spider which can be swept away in an instant at the will of the overman, and there’s nothing the spider can do about it.

And as to how Facebook is evil let me refer to the definition of evil by one of my favorite philosophers Ayn Rand from the great book Objectivism: The Philosophy of Ayn Rand. “Evil is not consistent and does not want to be consistent. What it wants is to inject itself into the life-sustaining process sometimes—short-range, out-of-context, at whim. To achieve this end, it needs only a single concession by the good: a concession of the principle involved, a concession that evil is proper “sometimes.” Such a compromise is evil’s character of liberty. Thereafter the irrational is free to set the terms and spread by further whim, until the good—and man—is destroyed.” That is what Facebook is all about. That is why it’s evil.

Andrew Brietbart at CPAC 2012: We’re not going to take it any more!

Andrew Breitbart had a fantastic speech at CPAC which is worth showing here. In it he talks about his Superbowl party with Bill Ayres and Bernadine Dohrn. He also climbs into the deep well of how far down the rabbit hole many of the radical reformists of the communist left truly are. Breitbart puts forth his battle cry which was fun and refreshing.

The political left today, with leaders like Bill Ayres, Barrack Obama’s mentor in Chicago, expect an end to America. They currently own the media through the head editorial departments because they all studied in the same places and read the same books. They own the press by the same mechanisms. They are used to pushing around the conservatives of us because traditionally they’ve gotten away with it. We’ve allowed terrorists like Ayres and Dohrn to move from a strategy of bombs and violence to racism and other name calling which has been more damaging. It was nice to see Breitbart utter what many of us have been thinking.

The conservatives of the United States have been pushed around, ridiculed, and manipulated for years because we were playing the game straight. But not anymore. Andrew Breitbart said it clearly; we’re not going to take it anymore. The time to fight back is now! And the future for the leftist, greenie weenie, soulless, terrorists are coming to an end.

Watch the Other Hand: An important segment of GB Radio

Do you ever wonder how logic ends up lost behind some silly emotional issue? When talking about the President of the United States for me the failed policies that have led to an additional $6 trillion-dollar deficit are enough to change presidents in the next election. And if America had a healthy republic, like it’s supposed to be, the failed president would go back to some civilian job, and another president would be elected into office and do their best to fix the situation.

But that’s not what we have—is it? Instead we have politicians who seek to make a career out of public service, and in order to secure their livelihoods, they are willing to do anything to maintain their power. Glenn Beck on his radio show today February 10, 2012 had a marvelous segment on how to figure out what the other hand is doing when observing the conditions of the current political landscape. Listen for yourself to the perplexing quandary that the American people are subjected to in this election year of political manipulation.

The behavior of those politicians who seek to openly mislead you should make you angry. There is no question that the looters of society will be angry with Glenn Beck for speaking these very simple truths, but our society does not, or should not favor the looters and their rules of engagement. These manipulations are the tactics of the looters, but they are unable to perpetrate them unless we give them the power to do so. The political strategy being employed by these looters, revealed by Beck in the clip require good men and women to do nothing which enables the evil to continue. If only dear reader you would pay just a bit of attention and hold yourself in higher esteem, the looters would find manipulating you to be much more difficult. If that were to ever occur, we might find that suddenly the world was filled with less manipulation and more logic. We might find that the good guys actually win and the bad guys would be punished. We might find that respect for ourselves and for one another might once again support our American culture.

But these days it’s the looters who rule, and they are up to no good. They roam about unafraid of you dear reader because they calculate that you are stupid, and cowardly. They calculate that you lack the wisdom and intelligence to see through their charade. Sadly, so far, they are right. The looter rules because the good among us have done nothing. And this will continue so long as this formula persists to dominate our thoughts and actions.

The Origional Argument from Joshua Charles: A changing landscape built from the heart

When I first received a very good book by Joshua Charles and Glenn Beck it was after I was speaking to a group of education reformers.  A friend of mine had left it for me while I was shaking hands and speaking with people after the speech and my friend had left like a phantom amiss the chaos.  But in her seat she left me a gift; it was a copy of The Original Argument by the mentioned authors. 

Right after this speech I had to leave for Florida on a family vacation, so I had time to read a bit.  The book in this respect was a very timely gift that I appreciated greatly.  Books to me are the greatest gifts I can receive.  I love every single one of them I’ve ever received and I never get tired of running my fingers through their pages, even years after my initial reading.  Every book to me is a treasure.  To this very day my favorite places, virtually the only place I enjoy shopping, is a book store.  My wife and I share this love and we often spend our date nights in such places picking up the next weeks reading material. 

It was during our most recent “dinner and a book store date night” that I noticed in the social sciences section that even after 9 months in print, The Original Argument was still selling well.  In fact, it occupied a whole shelf stacked five books deep all the way across.  I counted 26 books on that shelf which means that the demand for The Original Argument has not died off after its publication, but has increased.  The story of how this book came about is a bit of a miracle story, which you can hear Glenn Beck talk about in the clip below. 

Selling a book is a hard thing to do, and I’ll be doing it myself for the second time in a few short months. There are a lot of books that come out and each one is the hope and dreams of the author. Many of them fail to take root into the public for various reasons. These days books with great names attached sell well for a few weeks after their release because they have access to the publicity machine of the popular media. But those same books lose steam quickly if the public fails to embrace them. Because of Glenn Beck’s name being attached to The Original Argument this book by the very young Joshua Charles had a big release with a great marketing platform, so big numbers in its first week were not a surprise. But big numbers almost a year later are more impressive, and The Original Argument is still steaming along.

As I ran my fingers over the books in the book store I thought about my copy at home which I now look at every day at least once. The book has the feeling of a work that has the power to change the static patterns of our culture, which is good—powerful, and you can feel it when you hold the book in your hands. It has an essence of substance that is unique for books. This probably has everything to do with the contents of the material. The Original Argument is essentially a modern re-write of The Federalist Papers, which is the foundation of The United States Constitution, and is fundamentally a work of modern philosophy.

I spent the summers of 2009 and 2010 reading The Federalist Papers and The Anti Federalism Papers and I will admit that I struggled though them. They are written in an older language that assumes that society is much more intelligent than it is today. Reading these books as they were published in the late 1700’s it becomes quickly evident that the public who read those original documents in their newspapers were of a higher reading level than our modern counterparts so even I struggled with the language. But they had such an impact on me that I started this blog site, Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom to act as a modern version of those original Federalist Papers. I wanted to put into context the modern arguments for our day and time with the language used to make a new argument on behalf of the original arguments for freedom. I focus on education issues because it’s obvious to me that public education isn’t working since our population can’t read something like The Federalist Papers and comprehend it. Many of our own congressman and senators have not even read the Constitution let alone The Federalist Papers. So the quality of the political philosophy started with The Federalist Papers has been diminished as society has been made to be of a lower intellect.

This lower intellect is by design. It has been imposed upon us by the enemies of America through a very complex spy network that has penetrated our political machinery, our media, and our government at all levels. To understand how this happens just study the modern movements of George Soros. Without question politicians looking for money from Soros are willing to adapt his policies in exchange, especially in vacancy of their own philosophy, leaving our government easily manipulated by special interest money. This has went on for many years, and Soros is just one of thousands over the years that have sought to dismantle The United States through greed and ignorance where the people of America have lost their way and allowed themselves to be intellectually diminished.

As I sat on the balcony of our condo in Florida and read The Original Argument I was shocked how easy it was to read. What Joshua Charles had done was take the complex wording of The Federalist Papers and simplify them into modern language so it was easy to grasp. Reading that book in the early morning sunrise in Florida and listening to the waves hit the beach with fury as a storm off to the south over the Bahamas was roaring far out at sea I realized that this book had a real power to it and I hoped for it’s longevity and cultural acceptance.

I became a Glenn Beck fan not because of his television show, not because of his radio show, but because of his reissuing of Thomas Paine’s Common Sense. I read that book in an afternoon and immediately thought it was more powerful than the classic of communist thought Karl Marx’s The Communist Manifesto. With Beck bringing out again the classic from Thomas Paine he was able to answer the kind of literature that was suppressed by the modern media who had used the 45 points from the 1958 book The Naked Communist to push such American philosophy out of the public’s reach. In that strategy of erasing American history, Common Sense and The Federalist Papers were the primary targets. Beck through his own media empire had developed the ability to push back and reintroduce America to its original philosophy with his new updated version of Common Sense. It’s short, easy to read, and contains the original Paine text in the back of the book.

More powerful than Common Sense, The Original Argument puts the very powerful Federalist Papers into the reach of the modern public and that is a supreme ray of hope in our modern age. Changes do not come quickly. They didn’t at the time of the original revolution and they won’t now. It will take a lot of thought, discussion and reading to reeducate the American population to their roots. I hope to add to that with my own work Tail of the Dragon soon. The goal is to entertain a modern audience into considering what the roots of American society is supposed to be, not what has been manipulated and twisted from the original meaning into the modern progressive theory inspired by political philosophers like Marx.

The power of The Original Argument can be seen on the bookshelf. Bookstores cannot afford to keep books on their shelves that do not sell. And to understand the true temperature of our nation all one has to do is go to a bookstore and see what is selling, and that will show you what the people of our country are looking for. What’s selling is Glenn Beck, Bill O’Rielly, Mark Levin, and many other conservative writers. In philosophy it’s Ayn Rand and Robert Persig. In fact the great book of philosophy by Leonard Peikoff called Objectivism: The Philosophy of Ayn Rand is now selling that the first Atlas Shrugged film has introduced through DVD sales a whole new market to the work of that philosopher. Rand actually has breakthrough thinking which exceeds the works of Plato, Aristotle and Kant that is uniquely American. It’s good to study the German philosophers, the Greek, the Chinese, but America is now producing its own, and Rand is certainly one of the finest examples. In fact she shreds Immanuel Kant as a founder of a philosophy that has so thoroughly destroyed the thinking of many on the political left, and she does it with very detailed facts.

That work by Peikoff is more on the heavy side philosophically, but still, people are buying it up now, which is a wonderful sign. 4 to 5 years from now American culture will change for the better because of all this reading that is going on. To my thinking the best example of easy philosophy for the majority of American society to grasp right now is The Original Argument. If you have not read it yet, I highly suggest it. Reading that book will give you power, it will give you a better knowledge of The United States Constitution than most of the public officials have and will allow you to demand of them an adherence to it. Communist infiltrators in our public education system know that an uneducated public is easy to mislead, which has been their agenda all along. By reading The Original Argument you can take the next step into fixing your nation by understanding what it is that you are expected to know in order to make requests of your elected representatives. I don’t take my hat off to many people, but to Joshua Charles I do. He did a great thing that history will remember. And thank goodness Glenn Beck had the ability to get this book into the hands of a hungry public. It’s an important work and as long as I live I’ll never forget the speech I gave where I looked for my friend at the end and found a book left behind for me to read instead. The book sat in her seat and invited me to read it, which I did several times now. Those kinds of gifts continue to give for many years. The gift of a book is immediate, but the information gained upon reading it once gives back to you again. If the book is good then the story will stay with you everywhere you go from then on. And if it’s really good it might just expand your thinking to accept new ideas, or ideas that were good but long forgotten. And such is the case with The Original Argument.
