Judge Merchan Must Be Punished: We can’t have lawfare in our system of justice

When Judge Juan Merchan decided to sentence President Trump over the ridiculous business-related charges in New York, he was making some admissions that were uncomfortable for mass society to make.  That was only reiterated in the documents released in the final days of Jack Smith, the outgoing prosecutor for the DOJ who personally tried to lure Trump into a jury in a profoundly blue area and snag a conviction for a crime that they clearly understood could only be interpreted regionally, rather than culturally.  Marxism had become so prevalent in neighborhoods like D.C. and New York City that it was impossible to get an impartial jury of our peers in modern society, and at the heart of that was a prosecution scam that understood that they could use lawfare to destroy political rivals.  And they were willing to use it.  In both cases, the one with Jack Smith and Judge Merchan, the election of 2024 took away from them that power because people put President Trump back in office anyway.  And in so many ways, the human race grew up a bit and outpaced the regional confines of the small-minded and power-hungry.  And when Judge Merchan spoke to Trump, it was almost a plea to respect the system for which they had abused so much power so needlessly and to ask for mercy.  This resulted in a no sentencing outcome which was highly unusual.  A plea to respect the law and judgments of a jury of Trump’s peers when, in truth, the jury pool had been contaminated with Marxist movements and social tampering in a way that made Trump have nothing in common with his peers because it had become a system meant to fight against capitalism, and this was a business case against one of the world’s wealthiest people. Merchan and Jack Smith intended to pit against Trump the jealous, down-and-out, and scandal-driven to take revenge on all those who were doing better than the jury at life. They had made the legal system a retribution for the obvious laziness of that jury of peers. 

With some insider knowledge, I understand how these prosecutions can go bad.  I live in a very nice community with great police and prosecutors.  Even better, a jury of my peers in Butler County, Ohio, has more in common than in deep blue voting blocks like New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.  When we set up our legal system, human beings were supposed to at least have enough in common to serve as a jury of their peers.  That common attribute might be a relationship with the Bible.  Or a love of a sporting event.  Family ties.  Something.  But what has often happened, and the various legal circles are very aware of this, is that people have less in common now than they ever have, and it has almost nothing to do with money.  There have been power groups who have exploited the weak and lazy toward gifts that only a government with the ability to confiscate wealth could distribute to them for unearned benefit.  And for those who might otherwise choose to be thieves in the world and rob the rich so that they don’t have to work themselves, a new kind of victimization politics has emerged.  Once the power structure had their advocates looking for easy money and to be the ground troops for their movement, they could taint these juries with left-leaning losers more concerned with taking the whole system down rather than seeking justice.  And that was what Judge Merchan and Jack Smith were caught doing, and it blew up in their faces.

In 2024, I was the foreman for a grand jury in my community, and it was a very eye-opening experience.  I got to know some of our local prosecutors very well and learned that they were not like Jack Smith or Judge Merchan as these Trump cases were in the news every day, and it wasn’t so clear what Trump’s future would be as a result.  When I served on the grand jury, the odds that Trump would win the election seemed very remote, almost like a fantasy that had no hope of ever coming true.  But I saw firsthand where opportunities to corrupt the jury and manipulate the court system could quickly have happened.  I was able to tour our local jail system and meet some inmates, and I thought about Trump a lot during all this time.  This system of justice, if it had people any less value-driven, could quickly put innocent people in jail and destroy their lives with lawfare.  Always in the background do we need to make sure we have a healthy society that can function from things they have in common, rather than specify the things they are different from each other and that power politics would use those differences to gain political power for themselves by using innocent people as the means and method.  We must always use common ground to base our society, which is a challenge at the heart of a thriving civilization.  That is not what Judge Merchan or Jack Smith was up to in prosecuting Trump, and they never thought that people would unite behind an effort to elect Trump back to the high office because they felt they had control of the system at the most fundamental level, and that they were the rulers of society.

Knowing all that, there is no choice but to turn the tables on Judge Juan Merchan and all the prosecution attempts against Trump from 2023 through 2024.  They tried to destroy our political order through lawfare, something they always knew was in their back pocket of power and gave them the smug impression that they were ultimately in charge.  And they knowingly abused their power.  I have always wondered about this, but until my personal experience on a grand jury, I wasn’t sure if the system could be so easily abused.  And the answer is that it can be.  And obviously, it is often.  What Judge Merchan did was what we can’t have legal people doing in a healthy society.  Merchan wasn’t standing for law and order.  He was using disorder to manipulate the law so that political power could use victimization politics to establish an order of overthrow against a system he didn’t like.  By exploiting the stupid, the broke, the lawless, putting them on a jury, and calling them peers of the healthy, wealthy, and wise, a knowing war of personalities was fused with purposeful intent to overthrow our entire system of government.  And we can’t forgive that.  Because they got caught, Trump’s DOJ will have no choice but to prosecute these prosecutors for their abuse of the law and the willing exploitation of people used like chess pieces to overthrow our entire established order and to call it justice mockingly.  We came very close to never having a fair election in America again, but only because we did was this escapade exploited for the crime that it was.  And we can’t forget what happened; we must send a strong message to the future that such behavior is inappropriate.  Judge Merchan and many others must be punished as much as possible so that others will never think of attempting such a thing again for fear of what might happen to them.

Who Runs the American Government, a Representative Republic or Global Communists: Trying to kill Trump and putting Harris/Walz at the top of the ticket

It would not be a stretch to notice that the people behind putting Kamala Harris at the top of the ticket, removing Joe Biden from a second term as President, meant to bypass the primary process because they knew she would never survive.  And she wouldn’t survive because of her nature of being an outright communist who could not withstand the public scrutiny as an exposed Marxist.  That’s one of the reasons they have kept her in the background all this time.  You would not be crazy to observe that this was likely their plan to use Joe Biden as a distraction while they worked a communist asset to the left of Bernie Sanders as the alternate extended plan to be installed at the last minute.  Looking back in hindsight, it’s pretty clear what they have been doing, and that was confirmed when they selected Tim Walz as the vice president candidate.  These are two radical leftists that obviously are way outside the mainstream of American thought and could only be looked at as a coup of our election system.  The system itself is a Deep State mechanism that has no respect or even consideration of a publicly-run republic.  From their perspective, we do not have a representative government.  We are suckers who are being taken over by a global communist infiltration, and they are so audacious about it that right out in the open, they are putting forth Kamala and Walz as a couple of radicals poised to be installed in the White House.  And they no longer care if people accept it or not.  They intend to make it happen no matter what people think because they know they can control the election process ultimately, and if people protest, they will just get rid of them. 

That’s the only conclusion that could be made after the government got caught with its fingerprints all over the attempted Trump assassination.  Looking back over the months and years, and the way they have been trying to bankrupt people like Alex Jones and put people like White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon in jail, where he currently is—and setting up an assassination on President Trump by a kid who barely had a social media footprint and had a whole series of errors that put him on the roof of a Trump rally in Pennsylvania as a lone gunman to kill the president on live television.  What we have going on here is something nobody wants to admit, and it is evident in this whole approach to government by Kamala Harris and this communist sidekick, Tim Walz.  Nobody who respects our election process, the people’s will, would have put Tim on a ticket if they cared what people thought. Instead, we see people without respect for a representative republic working in the background to take over our society.  And they are not shy about it.  This is obvious when you hear about all the conditions that allowed the shooter at the Trump rally, Thomas Crooks, to act alone behind such a folly of errors that have been alarming in just how stupid some of the people heading security were.  Of course, the CIA denied any access to Crooks or any MK-Ultra program, and who could ever check them on it when the FBI was involved in the investigation of the Trump assassination attempt?  The FBI has been caught trying to perform several coups on President Trump themselves, most notably the Russian dossier that is now so famous and was completely made up by intelligence agencies.  The mode and attempt were nearly identical to the Kennedy assassination and, just as audacious, meant to instill a level of panic in society that would destroy any American resistance to an overt overthrow of our entire society.  So much was resting on that bullet hitting Trump in the side of the head.  But he moved, and they missed.  This has left the planners looking sheepish and forced them to carry out their sinister plans, even with Trump still being a viable candidate.  It was only a few days later that Joe Biden was removed from the top of the ticket and Kamala inserted without a primary process because, at this point, they were all too invested to turn back now. 

And that’s when we have to call it what it is.  To talk about the government as something else run by other people is wrong.  The government is us, the people of the United States.  But what we have going on in government are people who are prone to the seduction of communist thought who want to get into our representative republic and run it with the philosophy of Karl Marx, and they are willing to kill to do it.  They are eager to do anything to do it, especially in stealing elections, which has been a common practice for many years. After the audacity of picking the governor of Minnesota as a VP, nobody in their right mind would do that.  This means people without a right mind are controlling things in the background and are overtly applying a well-planned coup for an invasion of America at the political and financial level, and the three letter agencies are working for them out of self-preservation to maintain their pensions and government careers which they consider at a threat if the people put their representative back in the White House.  It’s not hard to see who the bad guys are and that they are so pompous in what they think captured government control will give them that they don’t care anymore what public perception is.  If we catch them trying to kill a president, they will just lie, force a few resignations, and then go back to the drawing board. 

The plan to sell communism to America is to offer up a Harris/Walz ticket that everyone knows would have never survived the primary process.  But a short sprint for the White House starting in August of 2024 with an openly Marxist ticket sold with smiles and laughter might work, just as influencing the kid Thomas Crooks to kill the president at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania did.  If they fail, which they most of the time do, they will deny everything, lie, and try again over and over because they have enough control over our representative government through pensions and easy jobs to get enough people to play ball at the expense of the quality of our government.  So it gets away from us, and we refer to it as “they” instead of “ours.”  But after these events in the summer of 2024, it can no longer be a dispute; we are dealing with a government captured by Marxists who are willing to do anything for their self-preservation, even to kill for it.  They will cheat in elections.  They will do anything they have to do to save their massive administrative state that is in service to a global Deep State.  The reason is that they have such good jobs, with such lavish pensions and unrealistic government service compensation, that they will do whatever they have to do to continue it at the expense of logic, sovereignty, and consideration for their friends and neighbors.  Government workers are paid too much to do too little, and for the laziest of our society, Marxism sounds wonderful, and they are Tim Walz types by the bucketloads.  And they think they have enough in society to keep it close under the illusion of a free election.  And what isn’t close they know they can cheat with digital machines and mail-in ballots.  But just remember, they are playing for keeps, and they are willing to put their targets in jail and kill them if they get in the way of their easy money under a communist government.  They know the American people are not with them but don’t care.  They will do their menace anyway to protect their pensions from any civil debate at reforms to a bloated, ostentatious government—expensive, dominating, and corrupt—and out of control as a team of assassins committed to communist, globalist causes.   The battle is over who runs our government, the people of America—or global communists.  The communists are betting that it’s them.

Dave Yost for Ohio Governor: The world needs people wearing more cowboy hats

I think it’s a great idea, with Attorney General Dave Yost of Ohio becoming the next governor.  I thought it was even better when I attended a recent event for Yost where the announcement was formally made, and I saw that he was wearing a cowboy hat.  That’s what the future of Ohio needs, and America in general in a post-Biden, second term of Trump, are more people wearing cowboy hats because, to me, cowboy hats stand for Truth, Justice, and the American Way.  Growing up, that was always the mantra of Superman, and I knew there was trouble in the 1990s when comic book publishers and entertainment producers stopped letting anybody say that term because they knew what they were up to.  Globalism was about destroying personal references of excellence, whether individual or national, and Superman’s statement was undoubtedly against the new rules of global citizenship.  But when I wear a cowboy hat, that is what I think about and want to project to the world: Truth, Justice, and the American Way.  And when Trump is back in office, that is on the menu, and it will need to be for many years.  I would consider it the top issue of our modern times.  And the entire world is looking to us to be all that and, even more, to carry a light for them to follow into eternity.  But first, we must survive the present and a dark menace that has permeated the human race since the dawn of time.  And to beat it, the world needs a few more cowboy hats.  And I was thrilled to see many people, including the Attorney General, wearing a cowboy hat to this event in Butler County in the middle of June 2024, just a few months ahead of the Trump election for a second term. 

It’s been a while since I spoke to Sheriff Jones, one of the people at the Yost event.  Over the years, we have gotten along on some issues very well but not so much on others.  However, as it has come up often recently, as there have been a lot of contentious fights within the Butler County Republican Party, the trick is that we want a big tent.  And with a big tent, there are many people who come from a variety of backgrounds and commitment levels.  There are some very passionate people in the Republican Party, especially at the Central Committee level, who live, breathe, and will crawl through broken glass naked to fight for what’s right, and they have very little tolerance for a political class that is in it for the money, fame, or power that comes with holding a public office.  But, we do need money, fame, and some level of ruthlessness to solve many of the problems that we have in the world, which is why I have been saying since 2015 that Trump would be the best representative for the head of the Republican Party.  Getting here has been a long journey, and I want to see a big tent Republican Party.  I tend to find things I have in common with people when I do team-building activities.  I stay away from the things I disagree with.  When Sheriff Jones and I talked a bit, we agreed on a lot, especially in law and order.  Which I think will be a significant theme in America over the next decade.  I want a strong sheriff in my community, a big, imposing guy, and a gunslinger, to be honest.  And one who supports gunslingers to ensure that we have Truth, Justice, and the American Way preserved for future generations, no matter what.  Defenders of the Constitution need to be ruthlessly vigorous toward committing to justice for all.  I also want a strong attorney general.  I want strong members of the Senate and representatives.  And I want a powerful governor on the frontier of law and order.  Crime and illegal immigration that have expanded the drug trade are core problems that will take vigilance in lofty quantities.

I am even more strict than the Sheriff regarding the death penalty for crimes. But Jones is pretty close to my own thoughts. Save money with the trial and court lawyers. Justice is what matters most.

I was proud of Sheriff Jones and his bit on Fox Nation, which was very good and played at this event.  That is what all sheriffs in America should strive to be.  Jones projected on a big stage how I wanted Butler County, Ohio, to be known to the world, and he has managed to maintain a big platform that projects that commitment to law and order to a corrupt world that might think better of bringing their mess to our community.  But if they do, we must be ready to deal with them.  Jones has a plan for that, too, which we talked about.  I am perfectly fine with discussing philosophical differences in a big-tent Republican Party with people all over the spectrum of ideology.  But to do that, we have to beat the bad guys, which the Republican Party can certainly rally behind and will need to do in the coming months and years.   And if Sheriff Jones calls me, he has my number, day or night, and requires some community support to pursue law and order, I am there, by the bucket load—no question or hesitation.  I am happy that we have him as a sheriff and a police force to deal with threats to our lives and livelihoods.  But sometimes they need our help, and he knows from me that he has that help anytime, especially if diabolical terrorists are running around from dumb, dumb Biden’s open border policies intent on the destruction of America by hostile domestic enemies, such as George Soros and his mega-donors of billionaires from the World Economic Forum.  Failure is not an option when it comes to law and order. 

I have heard about this Dave Yost for Governor ticket for a while now, and I like how it is shaping up.  I don’t know who else from the Republican Party is planning to make a serious run; the Attorney General is the first to make his intentions known, as it does take a few years to build up the brand for such a thing.  And I like some of the people becoming part of that Yost ticket.  I am becoming increasingly excited about it day by day.  By the time that election happens, Trump will be in year two of his second term, and there are a lot of bad guys in the world who need justice brought to their doorsteps. I want Ohio to be one of those states.  As I saw Dave Yost greeting people in his cowboy hat, and tall, imposing body, I could see a future that looked much brighter than the one we had been dealing with.  These dark days of Biden could be coming to an end along with all the domestic terrorism of Barack Obama and his band of misfits from the Weather Underground.  I want someone like Dave Yost working with the Trump administration in that governor’s seat.  Sheriff Jones is on board and has been working with Trump for a long time.  Butler County is covered, but we need all of Ohio headed in that direction. So yes, we put our disagreements aside and put the party first, and we had a group hug.   We needed it because justice is required; there are plenty of bad guys to go after, and we will.  And on that, we can all agree.
