A Criminal, a Liar, a Communist, and a Terrorist: Barack Obama Insults America

When President Obama stated on July 13th 2012 in his now infamous “you didn’t build that” speech, I was so infuriated that I couldn’t even write about it. I couldn’t wrap my mind around the audacity of his socialist utterances. Like many, I believe that Obama is an open communist behind closed doors, but the evidence was never so obvious as it was on that day. Obama declared to all of America that he was equal to the type of communism that America fought during the entire Cold War and was no less of a communist than Fidel Castro of the 1980s. I was so furious at the obviousness of Obama’s communism that I had to take a chill pill for a few weeks just to calm down. And I wasn’t the only one. Bill Whittle of PJ TV had similar thoughts as I did and as usual conveyed well his frustration and anger at this severally deranged American President in Barack Obama. Be sure to watch this video clip completely and pass it around.

As if the comments alone weren’t bad enough, Obama realizing that he wasn’t speaking to a crowd of welfare recipients, union workers, and general social miscreants, attempted to lie about what he was recorded saying to millions of people. It was obvious that Obama had gotten caught up in the moment when he was speaking to a crowd of blind supporters and didn’t think or care what the rest of America would think of his real, unfettered opinions. Being caught right out in the open, Obama attempted to do what he has done with virtually every issue in his 4 year presidency, he tried to blame someone else for twisting his words around on him which is really quite amazing.

Obama attempted to erase from the mind of America words that were openly broadcast to millions of people and replace them with a different idea. The audacity of his attempt says a lot about his level of integrity and definition of honesty. I can only imagine what Obama would attempt to twist out of the truth on issues that were well concealed from public view. Obama is clearly using the Saul Alinsky methods of manipulation to conceal his real intentions. These same methods are used by public education and other unionized organizations to manipulate the masses off the key topics of villainy which they openly commit.

In essence Obama and his attack dog Eric Holder of the DOJ have utilized the exact same methods of concealment to hide their involvement in ‘Fast and Furious’ which caused the murder of over 300 innocent human beings all in a quest to push more gun legislation. The timeline again is shown well by Bill Whittle at PJ TV and it cannot be ignored. These are criminals and they hide their crimes behind the polite benefit of doubt given by the American people.

The argument in the video is right. The crimes just over ‘Fast and Furious’ are every bit as dangerous and corrupt as Watergate, but they are concealed behind a veil of politeness, and orthodox politics created by extreme activists under the devious methods devised by Saul Alinsky. Obama is so certain of the effectiveness of his manipulation methods that he will lie about a situation even when millions of people heard exactly what he said and there is tape to review it again.

The followers of Saul Alinsky and all the other insurrection artists of the 20th century know that because of the expansion of government which umbrellas so many Americans, that they are conquering an already defeated people. When Obama stands in front of his fans who support him because they hope the president is going to give them some of his Obama money, he knows that the audience who was cheering him on did not have the wits about them to probe into the merit of his declarations, and he doesn’t care, because the goal of government expansion is to make the citizens fat, dumb, and happy. Obama and his gang of thugs that have come before him see the complacency that the population in general displays. It is not the more intelligent members of American society that is the lazy and politically uninterested. It’s the people who do not read the news but simply watch TV and play video games. It’s the type of people who do not read books, but will browse through a magazine to see what celebrities are sleeping with whom. In other words, they are not very sophisticated, and are therefore defenseless to see a lie when they hear it if the person presenting the information is smiling and wearing a suit representing authority. Their minds are simply too lazy to ask an inconvenient question, “is my president a criminal, a communist, or a domestic terrorist?” The answer might cause them to miss the next episode of “The X Factor.”

The audacity of Obama’s open lies displays that he expects there are more stupid people in America than intelligent ones because his programs and political philosophy have already implemented the destruction on more than 50% of the population of breeding stupidity. He knows the audience like the one he spoke to on July 13th did not have the capacity to think because not only did Obama and his politics rob the rich of their money to give to the masses of democracy in the form of mob rule, but he has robbed the poor of their very minds by making it so they don’t even have to think in order to get up in the morning. With such a complacent and lazy electorate, there are no minds to challenge a liar as he declares that socialism is the way of America and always has been.

The only success Obama has managed in his presidency of which the seeds were planted during the Clinton years was that extremism is now the law of the land, and people like me who expect truth, justice and the American way are considered the radicals. It is considered extreme to even question the criminality of a sitting president, which was the criminal intent of the progressive party all along. By putting Obama in office with his loose morality and welfare mentality he was led to the Oval Office by the very hand of evil involving crimes against mankind that were hidden in plain sight and beyond investigation. In this upside down world it is OK for Harry Reid to question the tax records of Mitt Romney but not OK to demand the birth certificate of Obama even though the one that The White House produced was a forgery. The latter are called “birthers” but when Reid does the same extremism against Romney, it is endorsed and accepted by all, because the minds of man are already defeated, and the criminals in government know it.

Obama does not care if there are people who see what he’s up to, because he knows through the power of democracy that if he can get the mob on his side, that there is no stopping him politically, because he has an army of dim-witted people who is growing with every new government program that will carry him like a pharaoh to the presidency. Never has such disrespect for the backbone of America ever been so evident than in the comments of July 13th 2012. Obama, the functioning communist, audaciously declared to the mob that he would steal on their behalf if all they did was vote in his favor. He pandered to them as if they were equals to the productive in society, but the real goal was to remove from them the guilt of their ineptness so that they would pass on those traits to a new generation of progressive youngsters who embrace open communism.

This situation is extremely serious, and if Obama does not pay for his crimes, our society will crumble. The mentality of his looting nature is dangerous, but even worse is his disregard for those who are truly intelligent. He knows the mob outnumbers the wise, and he is openly challenging his detractors. The intentions of those who put Obama in office are nearly complete. Their battle plan against America is obvious. But few have the courage or intelligence to challenge that plan. For myself, I do not acknowledge a criminal as my president, and if the law were allowed to work, I believe Obama would be convicted of many crimes. But we live in an age, and a land where more and more often President Obama leads a nation of the destitute to open looting of the rich for a cause of communism born in the mind of his childhood mentor——Frankie. And he and his fellow attackers no longer feel they need to hide it.

A terrorist is not just someone who straps bombs to themselves to blow people up.  A terrorist is anyone who uses fear to conceal the truth, and President Obama is certainly guilty of that.  Because the truth indicates that Obama is the worst president in the history of America and may very well be remembered among the emperors of Rome who were most tyrannical.

“Can You Spare a Dollar”: President Obama begs for money

The Obama campaign has been very active—and desperate to find cash for his presidential race. On Monday July 30th and Tuesday July 31st I received many emails from their campaign, two of which are shown below. They need money. That’s all there is to it. I can’t say that I’ve ever heard of a campaign that is this desperate so far out from the actual election. This information is indicative of the type of people who simply spend massive amounts of money without an appreciation of what that money’s value is. Here is the first email.

Rich —

I’m not interested in the money race, so I’m just going to tell you how it is.

Our strength heading into November is going to be determined in large part by how much money we raise now. That’s why the fundraising deadline tomorrow at midnight is so important.

We can’t afford to lose — the stakes are just too high.

Can you stand the thought of a president who would take away guaranteed health coverage from people with pre-existing conditions, would be “delighted” to sign a bill banning all abortions, and would raise taxes on the middle class while lowering taxes for millionaires and billionaires?

Me neither.

Donate $3 or whatever you can right now to make sure we can keep Mitt Romney and other Republicans out of office:

https://my.democrats.org/July-Deadline

Thanks,

Jeffrey

Political Director

Here is the second email:

Rich —

Tonight’s deadline will be the most critical so far. It’s all going to come down to these last few months, and the budget decisions we make in August could make or break campaigns across the map.

Can you chip in $5 or more before midnight?

I’m gnawing through my pen caps over here. Watching the numbers come in is not exactly a stress-free task, and that’s because of what’s on the line.

It’s not just who will be in the White House for the next four years or whether we’ll keep a Democratic majority in the Senate. It’s what our country will look like for years to come: if our kids will have access to quality health care, education, and the careers they dream of, or if they’ll grow up in a country whose leaders shrug and say “you’re on your own.”

It’s in your hands. And I want to give those Democrats and the President the resources they need to get this done. Please give before the crucial midnight deadline:

And tomorrow: new pens.

What this amounts to is panhandling. Obama and his campaign employees–which are incredibly overstaffed–are essentially saying to the mass population, “brother, can you spare a dime?” They are behaving like panhandlers on a city sidewalk looking for money to buy more booze and cigarettes. Asking for a dollar or three dollars to keep the Obama campaign afloat is a ridiculous proposition. I never get those kinds of emails from the Romney camp and I am in their system. They just don’t operate in the same fashion.

Where Obama is and why he is struggling to find money is that he has already spent the money from his big donors on tactics that haven’t worked, because the misleading activity the money was designed to cover cannot overcome the foolish behavior of the Obama Administration. Since Obama is a socialist, he has alienated most business owners with his preposterous Keynesian economic theory of expanding the financial system from the middle out. Obama is a complete failure as president because he believes in the wrong financial theories. The economy does not grow under the umbrella of communism, and Obama’s theories flow from that assumption. The middle-class does not create jobs. They work for people who do.

The people I know who have money for boats, long vacations, and huge retirement packages all work for government. It used to be the people I knew who possessed those kinds of benefits all worked for the car companies under the UAW labor unions—which is a communist concept. Those companies went out of business. The Firebird/Camero plant in Norwood was leveled in the late 80’s because the unions put them out of business. The Fisher Body plant in Hamilton went out of business around the same time, because the unions destroyed the business. Public unions that were implemented in Ohio around the same time as those automotive jobs were going away, were legalized, so today it is teachers, police and firefighters who have the kind of perky jobs that used to go to the automotive employees. Only the government employees can’t go out of business because government can simply raise taxes to pay for the extraordinary benefits they consume. When the auto manufactures went out of business it was because there cars were too expensive and didn’t last long enough. Nissan, Toyota, and Honda destroyed Ford, Chrysler, and Government Motors over market share because the Japanese cars were better and cheaper.

Obama and his gang of looters views union employees as the middle-class. But everyone can’t be a teacher, a cop, or a firefighter. We can’t have an entire society making up those jobs, because there has to be tax payers who have the money to fund it. Currently, we are at a time as is the evidence of all the school levies in Ohio, the layed off firefighters, cops are a direct result of public employees taking more money than their market value can support. Communists like Obama do not understand how to determine that value. They have an arbitrary value in their minds and they use the enforcement of government to make fiction a reality with higher taxes.

Obama is approaching his presidential campaign the way he has his last term as president. He spends money on theories that are economically unsound to force the middle-class to drive the economy. But it is not the middle-class that makes the economy work. They may spend the money they earn as laborers, but they do not begin those jobs from an idea in their heads. If they do, they are typically wealthy and are taxed at the highest tax bracket anyway. Obama’s plan is to tax those people more so the middle-class can believe they are equal economically to the job creators. And they aren’t.

The job creators have decided not to start new jobs because they don’t want to pay for Obamacare. They don’t want to pay higher taxes to all the community looters like teachers, firefighters, and cops who are simply overstaffed to “create” jobs. Job creators have stayed on the fence to avoid aggressive EPA regulations, a corrupt DOJ, and an overpowering IRS. If the money they work hard to make is simply going to be looted, they will not go to the trouble of creating those jobs. That is what Obama does not understand with his street bum attitude.

Obama has spent the country’s money into bankruptcy, and he has spent his campaign money into bankruptcy. His yield on that money has been a total failure by any investment analysis. He fails because he doesn’t understand the basics. The economists he listened to, the so-called experts were fools also. Just because they have a degree from some Ivy League school does not dictate their level of intelligence. It simply says they were members of an orthodox club of academics. It does not prove the merit of their theories. Only history can do that, and it has. Obama has spit in the face of the job creators and believes that the middle-class will fund the millions of dollars he will need to run a fall campaign. But they can’t, because they don’t have the money.

The real middle-class needs the job creators to provide them with jobs driven by market valued wages to provide them the money to spend on the economy. The money does not fall in the lap of the middle-class just because they show up at work, or while they are fishing on Cumberland Lake. Money has to be made, and if nobody is making the money, then of course the money will be hard to come by.

Romney is getting money for his campaign because job creators want Obama off their backs. It’s that simple. Nobody but the type of employees who want handouts wants a pan handler like Obama to be in charge of the Executive Office. All the money Obama has spent accomplished was putting a suit on a turd, to appear nice. But the money can’t make a turd into gold, and that’s what Obama thinks will happen. That is why he has failed and why all he can do is beg for money from people who don’t have it, and never will until somebody else gives it to them. Those people will not be giving Obama money this time. They already learned their lesson. Obama without all the fancy cloths and the White House as his residence is simply a bum. His mind is the same as a pan handler. Nice cloths and a staff of advisors could make a bum appear sophisticated if they shaved the bum and clothed him well. But such a person does not miraculously become intelligent because they dress nice. A bum is still a bum when all they know to do to make money is hold out their hand, which is precisely what the Obama Campaign is doing.

The Looters of Monroe: Magic tricks in public education

Administrators aren’t in the OEA. Do your homework before making such claims. There’s absolutely no affiliation.

The above quote came to me over the last weekend July 2012 from a person who works in the education industry. I can tell because their email address came from a local education institution. With the Monroe School Levy one week out, an examination of that comment is deserved. Because if it wasn’t noticed by the general electorate, the whole reason a school attempts a summertime election for education tax increases is to catch people flat-footed and on vacation. The education employees who live in the district along with the radical parents who want free education on the backs of the entire community will show up for the vote, while most everyone else isn’t thinking about schools or politics as they vacation over the summer. The intention of an August election is not to seek the honest opinion of the community. It is to hope that only one side shows up for the vote. Do not allow yourself to become confused by the looters of your community.

Monroe as a school district needs money to pay for their high teacher salaries, just like every school district in Ohio. Those salaries are high because public education has no competition, so they don’t have to perform at a true efficiency in testing results or financial management because the entire system is built on government interference. Sure, politicians have set testing standards, but as Lockland Schools have shown, educators will simply fudge the numbers to get the testing results they need to get their state money. Public schools will lie, cheat and steal to preserve their tax scam against the public. Their intentions are evident for all to see. It’s difficult to admit that our trusted schools are that deceitful, but they are. That is why Monroe is placing a tax increase on the ballot in August. That is also why Lakota’s superintendent Mantia put a levy on the ballot in her previous district of Pickerington last August, which barely passed. And Lakota is not putting a levy on the ballot in 2012, because they are concerned that in Butler County, too many conservative voters will show up at the polls to vote Obama out of office, and that means they are also likely to vote down the fourth Lakota attempt to raise taxes on the community to pay for high employee salaries. It’s not because school administrators are kind, or have seen the light. It’s because they wish to attack the community again when the numbers are more favorable to levy passage. They are not interested in the real concerns of the community. That’s why the Lakota School Board is spending $40,000 dollars on “Community Conversations” to a progressive Cincinnati group to turn neutral voters into “Yes” votes so the district can legally steal money from the 18,000 who have voted “NO” in the previous elections. The intent of spending tax payer money on such a program is to manipulate the vote. Not to find the truth of how the community actually feels. It’s about manipulation, not truth.

The person who sent me that comment above is testing the water to see how much we know about their education scam. So I’ll explain here what I said to them. When it’s said that administrators are not a part of the teachers union, and that I should get my facts straight before speaking, they say it hoping that I don’t know how their trick works. But unfortunately for them, I do. Most administrators are hired from within the ranks of the teaching profession, meaning they were teachers at some point in their past. There may be a few exceptions but for the most part, all education administrators are inbred within the union structure. When they become administrators they do not have the stomach to manage their costs the way all other companies do, because they are broken horses that the union rides to easy contract victories over management. There is a reason that there are legal constraints on who can be a superintendent of a public school. For instance, if Lakota wanted to pay a person like me, or any member of No Lakota Levy to be superintendent of Lakota, it would be illegal, because there are rules on who can hold that position and those rules were created by the OEA lobby in Columbus to protect them from such radical changes. By law, Lakota must hire a broken ex-teacher like Superintendent Mantia who will deep down to her core be loyal to the teachers who work under her, instead of the community that pays the bills with their taxes.

The dirty little secret is that administrative management in public education wants the teachers to make $50,000 to $60,000 per year for a 7.5 work day 9 months out of the year because it’s assumed that administrators will make more money, otherwise teachers would never strive to become members of management. This inadvertently drives up the wage cost of administrators. Most administrators in public education are making between $75,000 per year to $100,000 so of course they support the high union contracts because it drives up their wages when they leave the union to join management.

Superintendents are even more notorious. Many of them make more money than the governors of entire states. They make more just to watch a handful of school buildings. In fact Superintendent Mantia did her doctorial thesis on the very subject of how the Superintendent pool was so bad in the country because the pay was not very good–that the gap between the teaching profession and the teachers were not wide enough. Her observation was that teachers were not showing a desire to move into management and ultimately into superintendent positions because there wasn’t enough money as an incentive to lure them into management. As a superintendent, she drives up her own costs by supporting teacher contracts that are high, because as a manager she is expected to make more money—a lot more money. Between Lakota’s superintendent and the amount of money the school board has spent just on public relations in a one year period, the cost to the community is a half million dollars.

The public education scam costs a lot of money and that is what Monroe is dealing with. They are in financial trouble because they did not manage their labor costs. The administrators had no desire to manage their labor costs because they were all bred into the system from within, they have no direct competition, they have political support who will create laws that support their unions, and everyone working in education is taking a lot of money out of the community pot, and when they run out, they demand more. Monroe as a school district has an empty pot and the school is demanding that it be filled. They hope that not enough people who watch the money are paying attention and the levy will pass without a complete vote from the community. That’s why the newspapers aren’t talking about the levy, because the only people who are intended to know about the tax attempt are the people the school wants to show up and cast a vote.

A lot of people who work in the education industry are appalled by my comments because they come from the “outside.” They try to belittle my opinion because according to them, I do bullwhip acts and wear a cowboy hat, so I’m not qualified to speak about these matters. In reality, my experience with that side of my life have put me in contact with many people who are magicians for a living, and over the years I’ve learned how a lot of magic tricks are performed. A magician is all about deception, and getting people to look in one direction as opposed to where the actual problem is. So it’s very easy for me to see that the person who sent me that note is attempting to deceive me with directional persuasion. The attempt is to convince me that administrators are not in the union, which is true, so there is no direct correlation between administrators and union partnership. Magic tricks work because people tend to look for direct relationship between the rabbit in the hat and its disappearance. It’s what they don’t see that makes the trick happen.

The levy in Monroe is about the lack of management of their labor costs. If voters don’t show up and vote the tax increase down, then no management of the community resources will occur. Like piranhas in an Amazonian river the education employees at Monroe will proceed to give themselves raises and dump money onto their lavish lifestyles in a magic trick performed against the community. And the magic trick begins in an August election when most everyone else is looking someplace else. A wave of the magic wand and—poof—more money will appear from the community for the looters of public education to plunder. Monroe will then wonder why the only business they have in their community is the Hustler store and Traders World as high taxes will push away current and future investment by those who pay the most taxes—the business owner—who is almost always the victim of the magic tricks and finds the rabbit in their laps hidden from the public who believe that the magicians of public education actually performed magic, when all it ever was—was a trick.

“Community Conversations”: Lakota spends a QUARTER MILLION DOLLARS on manipulation

I personally think Ben Dibble as president of the Lakota School Board is a better fit than what we’ve had in the past. I can deal with people who don’t think the way I do, since usually the differences are in understanding. But I refuse to deal with thugs who wish to convince me that a lie is the truth. When Ben said “We need more direction from our community on where it thinks our school district should be heading and what level of service it’s willing to fund,” the school board president is speaking from his perspective and political affiliation. Unfortunately flowery progressive types who don’t have much business experience see the world through rose-colored glasses, which corrupts their decision-making. The elements missing from Ben’s statement is that the cost of that funding is up for negotiation. Cost is not a fixed item and that is the heart of the problem at Lakota and every other public school in Ohio and across the country. Public education has a monopoly on education because of government involvement. It is because there is no competition that education costs are so high, and that is why there are not enough tax dollars to fund public education, because the salary expectations are simply too high because there’s no competition to keep the costs low.

In private conversations most of the people on the inside know what the problem is, but they lack the fortitude to confront the situation. So they go on the attack against people like me who point out the problem with varied degrees of coercion. Anyone who knows me personally understands that sending a bunch of latte sipping prostitutes outside of a Kroger store to take a survey against my name with the intention of running me out of the town is not the smart thing to do. That kind of thing is an act of war in my opinion, so that is not the way to solve problems; it will just piss me off. School superintendents and school board presidents know that there are serious problems with the education funding formula and they know it is caused due to their monopoly power. So to close the perception gap and keep people from looking too closely into their affairs without thuggish union coercion is the reason they hire public relations personnel and consultants.

Lakota even though they have agreed to not put the community through another tax increase in 2012 is already making aggressive plans for the near future because they just don’t understand at a fundamental level that the gravy train of the teaching profession is over, and that they must adjust their costs to the market value that is trying to establish itself. Instead, they have decided to fight the community once again and they have loaded up on public relations help in a big way to help put them over the top. On July 16th Lakota approved the contract of Randy Oppenheimer to serve as community relations consultant paying him $67,000 for 50 weeks. It looks as though Lakota was not happy with the work of Elliot Grossman who they paid $73,000 from October 2011 immediately after the $90,000 payout to the previous public relations consultant Laura Kursman, to the present. Lakota has spent a lot of tax payer money on trying to hide their budget management problems which are locked in archaic union contracts that have driven up their employee costs. The public relations consultants are hired to deflect attention away from this problem and place it upon the students who attend the school creating an emotional argument for many parents designed to defy logic.

Without question Superintendent Mantia is excited to see that Oppenheimer worked as a public relations consultant at Fairfield which just barely passed their school levy in the most recent election. Mantia and the Lakota gang hope that Oppenheimer can pull the same strings with his connections to the Middletown Journal and other papers to use those publications as mouthpieces for higher taxes actively promoting the school without journalistic appraisal.

But Lakota didn’t stop there. They are taking the extra public relations step of going on the offense by hiring a very progressive political group called Citizens for Civic Renewal to come from their projects in Over-the-Reign and the Freedom Center to Lakota with a program they call “Community Conversation.” The actual term for this action Lakota is spending tax payer money on, should be “Community Conversion,” because what the Citizens for Civic Renewal are planning to do with “Community Conversation” is just a different name for The Delphi Technique created by Saul Alinsky. For this service Lakota is paying $40,000 to Jeffrey Stec who is the executive director of Citizens for Civic Renewal to “engage” the community and convince them of why they should “step up” and pay higher taxes for the school in their district.

But here’s where Jeffrey will run into problems. What he will run into at Lakota as opposed to his work in downtown Cincinnati is that the people who live in Liberty Twp, and West Chester live there because they wanted to move away from the kind of people Jeffrey is, who is a progressive big government guy attempting to keep all the New Deal and “Great Society” policies progressive politics has enacted over the last century that have driven up taxes, particularly in the metropolitan areas. Jeffery’s group is in denial of those costs and the actual merit of those services. Since he is viewing the world in a progressive manner, he believes that the rest of society has a social contract with each other to always support the policies of those communist leaning programs created during the Cold War in direct reaction to the political conditions of the great Soviet threat. One of those programs was “collective bargaining” for public unions which didn’t start in Ohio until 1983. It has been a failure, and is directly responsible for schools like Lakota to operate at uncontrollably high costs.

There are neighborhoods in Lakota, like Four Bridges, that are filled with younger families who have found themselves in well-paying jobs, but are still immature and lacking world experience. Because they are busy parents they feel insecure in parental roles and wish to believe they can purchase through higher taxes good futures for their children. They tend to support school levies, because they lack worldly experience and just don’t know any better. Jeffery with his group is being paid to further perpetuate that myth. But a majority of the communities in Liberty Twp., and West Chester are older people who have been around and have raised families of their own. Many families are actual entrepreneurs and business managers who have had to make hard financial decisions in their businesses, so they see the truth, and those people will not have any sympathy for Jeffery and his progressive group. Most of the people moved or stayed in Lakota to avoid progressive types like Jeffery, so his “Community Conversations” will not be well received.

I’m sure Oppenheimer will manage to convince the Pulse Journal to write flowery articles about Jeffery’s attempts, and Michael Clark at the Cincinnati Enquirer will eat out of Oppenheimer’s hand, since Lakota has convinced Clark to choose between me, and the school. Newspaper reporters know they need the school stories to keep their livelihoods going, so they will choose who puts money in their pocket 100% of the time, and I don’t put money in the Enquirer’s pocket. The coverage of these “Community Conversations” is already set. It’s bought and paid for with our tax dollars in a hope to convince Lakota tax payers to approve higher taxes on themselves in a district with declining enrollment, where layoffs will become necessary for the next 10 years regardless of levy passage. The housing boom in Butler County is over. There will still be real estate sales, but at nowhere near the levels that the levy supporter, real estate agent, school board members like Joan Powell have enjoyed in the past. They are in denial of their personal circumstances and are hoping that Oppenheimer and “Community Conversation” will supply them once again with the kind of financial gravy they enjoyed in the previous decade.

The cost of that gravy is enormous. In just one calendar year, Lakota has spent a quarter million dollars on four public relations consultants to bring them to this initiative of “Community Conversation” and a structure to help sell it to the public. $250,000 of tax payer dollars has been consumed at Lakota to sell the concept of higher taxes to those same tax payers. At best it is disingenuous to the intelligence of Lakota residents to impose on them more political games by aligning the school of a conservative community to the nonsense of goofy, idealistic progressives whose only answer to everything in life is to spend more money.

My hopes that Lakota would listen to the community and actually manage their finances have just flown out the window. They just can’t get it through their minds that the members of the community do not exist to create jobs for education professionals. We just want our kids to get an education, and for busy parents, they need a day care facility while they work two jobs to live in homes that have $5000 a year property tax obligations. The quality of a school is in the people of the community, not in the employees of the school. As I’ve said thousands of times, every employee at Lakota could be fired and replaced with cheaper new employees, and the quality at Lakota would not decrease, because the kids come from quality households. And those households moved to Lakota to avoid progressive fools who think “big government” is “hip” and an obligation for society. It is in the quality of the people who live in the district that makes Lakota great. It is not the school, or the quarter million dollars spent on public relations to attempt to convince conservative families in the Lakota District otherwise. The problem of education funding is a result of an education monopoly driven by unionized labor resistant to technological changes. The purpose of public relation firms is to hide that fact from the tax payer with glossy, emotional stories about children and community pride. The intent is to survive just a bit longer when the market conditions are demanding changes, so the current employees can preserve their salary demands and meet their retirement options. In the end, it’s far from being about the children, it’s all about the money and the endless desire for more sold behind the mask of “Community Conversations.”

The Hidden Meaning behind a Government Employee: Making Parents Proud

You know that there is a serious problem when you sit down with people to speak, and they proclaim their child is doing “big” things with their life–they are going to become a “teacher.” These people speak with glee that their child is following their “calling.” Other conversations about such a “calling” come from those who decide to become police officers. And of course firefighters are another, where the idea of “sacrifice” to society is held in extremely high esteem. I have heard for the last time that a person is “good with kids,” or has a “love for humanity,” and that is why they should become a teacher or other public employee, without explaining the nature of the hypocrisy.

There is nothing wrong with those jobs, other than the fact that they are “government jobs.” I would have no problem with teachers, police or firefighters if they were private employees. But they are government employees, and that means there is no competition in those fields which is why I have a big problem with all those positions.

The teacher in a government school is generally a spokesman for liberalism. Politicians in their vast ignorance promote education as though education had value just in the occupational title. The quality of education is what our current society lacks. Government teachers tend to lean toward liberalism, since it is that progressive oriented philosophy that secures their livelihoods. But politicians from all sides of the political spectrum give a free pass to the general title of education yielding to the tendency of socialism being taught without thought to the future impact of those devastating curriculums.

The undertone of these conversations with public employees and their children is that by giving a sacrifice of themselves toward a great cause of social significance, that they should be compensated extremely well. The parents of these future public workers speak with pride about these occupations for their children because they view those jobs as lottery tickets for success. The parents know that their children will be taken care of by mother government once they’ve left the biological mother so it eases their minds and they actively promote them.

But this is not the role of government. Government is not an employer. It has no business being in the employment business, because the only revenue they have to offer is the money they’ve taken in the form of taxes. Yet the government hires many employees, and they typically vote for politicians that will promise to give them more money. It’s a corrupt collusion that is devoid of competition which makes the efforts of the public employee economically unsound.

Public school allows middle-class families to believe they have more money than they really do. It allows them to buy a larger house since they do not have to spend the money on private education. Public education offers “free” education provided by the collective society, and is actually built upon theft. Because of the government monopoly of the education system they can drive up the cost of the product infinitely while at the same time creating guaranteed voters for their future proposals. The parents who move to a school district know they couldn’t otherwise afford to live in their homes without the school offering free education, so the government school commits two evils, one it artificially props up the real estate markets of those districts, and two it creates government employee positions giving statisticians false numbers of labor productivity.

The real jobs are in the private sector where the risk is great, and the rewards are greater. If teachers taught in private schools that competed with other schools, and teachers showed they had great ability it would mean something. But without competition the teaching profession is just incestuous praise—as real quality does not come into play. In public education quality is not measured, it’s just a token utterance among the educrats. It’s like a parent thinking that their child is the greatest child in the world and the child believing it without competing with other kids in the neighborhood to verify the fact. In the teaching profession of government schools the compliments among each other are all inbred. This has given outside tax payers the illusion that the teaching profession is great because all the employees within the system are patting themselves on the back and the news media covers that back patting as fact.

Cops and firefighters are in the same boat. They are “created” jobs and are incestuous in their nature. They create all the statistics that they use to demonstrate their social usefulness. They have complete control of how much money they make because they have a monopoly and how their skills are marketed to the public. What all government employees have in common is none of them have to deal with competition. Cops and firefighters will say they are worth infinite amounts of money because they make society “safe.” The question is never asked how that safety is obtained. How many emergencies do firefighters typically go on in a week, and how much does each occurrence cost the tax payer? How many times a year is a cop shot at? What is the risk assessment? These questions are never asked, and values are never given. These cops will of course say that I don’t know what it’s like to be shot at, or to go up to a door where people want to kill you on the other side, and I will say, yes I do. I have done repo work which is more dangerous than cop work because I wasn’t allowed to carry a gun. So they could shoot at me, but I wasn’t allowed to shoot back. And to be honest, I would do that work again just for the fun of it—to put the situation in perspective. To me money has nothing to do with the job. You either like it or you don’t.

Imagine a world where all we had was McDonalds. Forget that there was a Burger King, a Wendy’s, or a Taco Bell. McDonalds currently offers drinks for $1 dollar no matter what size you buy. In fact, much of the McDonalds menu is driven by a desire to offer more food cheaper than their competition. McDonalds if they had a monopoly–meaning there was not a Burger King, Wendy’s or Taco Bell, would have no reason to drive down the cost of their food. The cost of their food would always increase, because without competition, they could create the demand and the supply for their product just as government employees do now.

Because there is a Burger King and a Wendy’s, McDonalds is always pushing themselves to become faster, and cheaper while still presenting the product that the public expects. This is what’s missing from all government jobs, and the reason that parents view a government job as a lottery ticket to success. Because once a government job is created it generally does not go away. It is because of this principle that police are retiring as millionaires, and teachers spend their summers in socialist countries running from bulls like the superintendent of Mason schools is doing on her vacation which was promoted by the Cincinnati Enquirer. You can see the future levy advertisement article that Michael Clark wrote on behalf of the Mason School System here:

http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20120707/NEWS01/307070033/Mason-superintendent-runs-bulls

By the way, in Mason, Ohio city council decided to put a new tax on the ballot for the upcoming fall elections to pay for fire services. Within a year residents of Mason will also be asked to pass another school levy, which is the prelude to the Enquirer article. These stories are simply public relations and the large papers are in bed with the public employees the way an adulteress is with a lover. They don’t have a marriage where they share household responsibilities, but when they need something from one another, they show up in each others beds. Here is the article on the proposed tax hike in Mason to pay for the fire department—which is another bottomless pit of finance requirements driven higher due to lack of competitive rivals.

http://masonbuzz.com/2012/07/09/city-council-to-vote-on-tax-increase-today/

When a parent proudly proclaims their child is going to be a teacher, a firefighter, or a cop, they say it with pride and relief hidden behind the mask of public sacrifice. The parent is proud because their child will become part of the safe arms of mother government, and will be cared for their entire lives, which is the dream of most parents—to know that their children are “safe.” And in the scheme of things, there is not a safer or better compensated job than those of the public employee, because they are paid by looted tax money driven by phantom statistics and dangers. Most of the time the firefighters between emergencies are playing Xbox in the firehouse for entire work shifts on end, cops are sitting on the side of the road pretending to clock speeders but are actually browsing the internet on their personal phones and looking for women to pull over so they can flirt with them behind their wives backs, and teachers are planning their global vacations in their three months off after they’ve worked a grueling—thankless work day of 7.5 hours. It is for those reasons that the parent of the public employee proudly tells others that their child is going to be a teacher, a fire fighter, or a cop—because all parents want their children to have better lives than they had, and there is no better life than that of the public employee. The public employee is cared for by mother government and does not have to worry about the same kinds of things that the private employee does. But the public employee is artificially safe, with the security coming at the expense of the rest of society. The public employee is simply socialist manifestations of a society marching toward communism. Nobody wants to call it that, because they want to believe that the situation is truly too good to be true—because it is. The cost is a gradual erosion of freedoms for all in a social contradiction that spits in the face of everything it means to be an American. For that reason the public employee is a disgrace to everything that has value in The United States and are the jobs for looters and thieves to legally confiscate from the hard-working private sector the fruits of their labor behind the tyranny of safety. This is why the parental advocate who proudly professes the success of their children entering a public profession are advocating an evil without knowing it. What they are announcing to the world is that they raised a child who decided to be a parasite on society, which should bring disgrace. But in the case of the parasitic public employee, it instead brings praise from the adulteress newspapers, and praise from those who proudly wear the American flag on their arms believing they are American patriots when in fact they support through their actions the hammer and sickle.

The Drumbeat of an Addict: Running with the bulls in Spain.

The picture shown here is from a Lakota school levy attempt 8 years ago and was taken in Keener Park during a pumpkin festival. Back then, when there was no organized tax increase opposition, the pro levy advocates roamed the neighborhoods of West Chester and Liberty Twp., with immunity. In this case Joan Powell, and Jamie Green were in the back of the van and poured out upon arrival to the park. Ushering in these school board members seeking election was a small army of pro levy advocates who immediately set up a make-shift booth to pass out pro-levy material for the school. These volunteers worked directly with these pro levy school board members and are evidence from the past of how school board members of today are stacked by pro tax factions to always seek tax increases instead of proper management of financial resources.

This is an important distinction because Joan Powell until Christmas of 2011 was the school board president who helped usher in the 5th levy attempt during her tenure with the Lakota school system within a decade. And Jamie Green had run again to be on the Lakota School Board during the November 2011 elections, but luckily did not get voted in since she was and still is a pro tax increase advocate. For many who have lived in the Lakota district for a long time, like myself, I remember vividly the tricks of the past, and have watched how these people have attempted to use time and distance to suppress their true intentions, which is to serve the local teacher union interest with blind obedience. In Joan’s case, who works as a real estate agent, passing school levies mean easy home sales since most agents use “good schools” and “levy passage” as selling points to new home buyers with young children moving into a district. But the real villains in these cases are not the school board members looking for an edge to their livelihoods, it’s the well-intentioned pro levy advocate who believes with every cell in their bodies that they are truly doing what is right for the children of their community—which is to throw money at public education without end to fill the voids they lack as parents.

I have watched these people behave for a long time, and it is time to properly identify the type of pro levy supporter that these radical tax increase advocates are so we can guard against them. In Lakota we do not have to worry about a levy for a while, but other districts around Ohio will, and they need to know what they are dealing with so they can combat the efforts of the pro levy advocate.

Typically, the parents who volunteer with such extreme vigor as those who pass out pro levy literature are selfish individuals lacking self-esteem. They seek redemption for their ineffective lives by extracting from the collective their resources so the levy advocate can then pass those resources on to education professionals. The levy advocate believes inaccurately that they are helping children with these actions, so they pursue the action with vigor. But their effort is the same as those who claim to be on a diet yet order high calorie meals rationalized with a diet soda. They are lying to themselves.

As I say this the new Superintendent at Mason Schools Kist-Kline, wife of the recently departed Principal of Lakota East Keith Kline, was running with the bulls in Spain recently. Life is tough for professional educators who have all summer off, and have the six figure salaries to participate in such activities while only working 9 months out of the year. Also, Monroe Schools Superintendent Elizabeth Lolli has warned that if their levy fails in August the district will sink down a black hole to oblivion. Of course the August levy attempt is an old trick that hopes only the radical levy volunteers through their door to door antics can get out more voters than those who oppose the higher taxes, because they are too busy with their lives to even know there’s an August election. The levy addicts hope that there is a low voter turnout in August while the public employees and their minions of fearful propaganda get out the vote from their side.

The pro levy addict ignores the fact that these schools have dug themselves into a financial hole with outrageous salary demands, and benefit packages. The reality of these public employees is grossly distorted. The levy addict does not question why Kist-Kline is vacationing in Spain with her six figure salary while her husband now in West-Clermont is also making a six figure salary as an assistant superintend, so as a family they are raking in the tax payer dollars for positions that are next to useless. But this is the education culture we are talking about, where the employees through their labor unions have given themselves raises by propping up school board members who eat out of their hand like what has happened at Lakota with Joan Powell and Jamie Green for most of the last decade. Those school board members worked with the levy addicts to push for tax increases, and they caused the financial problems they currently are experiencing by not managing their finances along the way. Monroe is pretending to be concerned about their finances by suing their previous treasurer for leaving the district in terrible debt, but the reality is Monroe allowed the situation to get out of control by not managing their labor salaries along the way.

The education employees gleefully position themselves behind the neurotic levy advocate who believes they are saving the world by advocating blind financial contributions to children. The levy addict is most often a failed person in their own regard and seeks redemption through their children, which the child of course resents. The arrogance of the levy advocate is seen by all yet they take the message of “voting for tax increases for the children” to the ballot box because it is the levy addict whose message is heard loudest and most often even if inside the person behind the message is a laughing-stock measured by credibility.

Often from these levy advocates the mantra is “save the children” but what they really men is “save me.” They are in need of saving because of their worthless existences, and like the politician they seek immortality and life meaning by seeing their name on some worthless legislation to prove that they once roamed the planet and fought on behalf of children. But the levee addict knows nothing of children other than how to pour orange juice or provide basic commands. The children of these addicts laugh inwardly at the behavior and will grow up to resent their personal embarrassments known as parents. The kids know what the parents do not—and that is a scholarship to play sports in college is simply another entertainer in the gladiator pit of American sports. The mob will watch the games with mild amusement while they eat nachos and drink soda. The meaning of the work is worthless, yet the levee addict holds these options in the highest esteem because their own lives are so void of meaning that they require public acceptance in the form of institutional merit to measure their soiled lives since inner guidance has left their minds for as long as they can remember.

If the path to hell was paved with good intentions, it is the levee addict who drives the steam roller. All other parties get behind the steam roller and follow on their way to those fiery lands of Satan’s folly, all the while singing church songs such as “Onward Christian Soldiers.” It starts by passing out the levy support buttons. Then it continues with pamphlets, flyers, and bumper stickers. “Save the children, vote for your local school levee.” Behind that message of panic driven mucus the looters of government rely, and plan their vacations to socialist countries like Spain, and France, just like the out-of-touch actor who has the disposable income to travel the world, then brings back to America envious questions as to why our nation cannot be as “enlightened” as their vacation destinations. They don’t see the underside of those socialist countries because they have not been forced to see it, since they have built their wealthy lives on the backs of the levee addicts need for a “social high,” for another “hit” of public acceptance, for the false belief that one more hour of public school, or one more elective can save their children from a life of doom that they are already sentenced to just from being born of the levy addicts body. The poor children are condemned for all time to mimic their parents and will surely become addicts themselves when they grow up and put the rebellions of youth behind them.

Many drunken orgies and the honor of many young women were taken or given away by the desire for children to distance themselves from their levy addict parents—in a hope that they will live their own lives their way. What the children discover too late is that little piece of their soul they give up in those epic failures of social embarrassment so cheerfully surrendered with a desire for public acceptance that was the gateway drug and took them on a similar path as their levy addict parents. They too will become levy addicts when they have children of their own, and thousands of social parasites will move in behind their efforts to collect the gold that falls from their overflowing pockets.

It’s not wrong to visit Spain, or France or any other country and participate in some dangerous activity there in hopes the Enquirer reporter will improve the public image of a particular school with a good story because its superintendent ran with the bulls—so to erase from the public’s mind the scandal the previous superintendent hid from the public. The thing such readers should decipher from the publicity stunt of “running with the bulls” in Spain is the extent that the looting public employees will go to hide their crimes. And one of those shields from reality is the levy addict, the tax junkie who is just as corrosive to positive development as a drug dealer because the motivations behind the tax addict helps create the demand for actual drug use.

So beware of those smiling, levy addicts who have crammed their bodies into those pants that are two sizes too small, and hand out buttons, bumper stickers, and flyers promoting tax increases. It’s not the children they are trying to save, it’s themselves. The levy addict’s lives are so blank and meaningless they need a social act of fulfillment to redeem all the miserable failures they have committed in their pre-child bearing lives. The newspapers barely hanging on financially will write emotional stories as the propaganda arm of these levy addicts hoping to sell newspapers to other levy addicts in other districts since the newspaper reporters have made the failure of writing leftist articles for a society that is generally conservative in their beliefs. This is why newspapers have lost their credibility and their revenue, because society has found other sources beyond the liberal advancement of the levy addicts and sports scores. The levy addict and all the parasites who feed from their antics are one of the highest forms of modern evil but they can be stopped. They can be put in their place once and for all.

By taking away the money they seek, it forces the levy addict to look at reality. The way to beat the levy addict and actually save your community and the children who attend those schools is to take the drug away from the addicts, so the truth of their behavior can be seen by all. It is in that act of denial that the most is given to children, who desperately need to hear the word, “NO.” By throwing money at the levy addict, you only give them a “high” for a year or two, and they will be back looking for another “hit.” I have watched this process in my home district for many years now, and all it achieves are easy real estate sales for real estate agents. The neurotic levy addict seeks out clients who are also levy addicts and they sell their properties the easy way, by pretending there is wide community support for “free school” for the home buyer’s children. The message to the home buyer is they need not save their money for private education, they can purchase at age 28 a home that is a quarter to a half million dollars—because the “community” will pick up the tab for the education bill. And beating the drum at the front of the front of the movement is the levy addict and their sinister aims of personal meaning at the expense of the collective whole, while actually riding the backs of children to their own personal redemptions.

No Lakota Tax Levy in 2012: The Channel 19 Interview

Cory Stark from Channel 19 came to see me for what will most likely be my last interview over the Lakota school system for quite some time.  Lakota has agreed not to put a levy on the ballot in 2012 so I gave Cory my final thoughts on the matter.  Click to see the article and video interview.

Rich Hoffman is a Bully: The LASH of EXTREMISM!

The “Lash of Extremism,” I like the sound of that. Such is the title of a recent article by Steve Morrison of the Dayton Progressive Examiner commenting on my various controversies of late. Morrison is of course referring to my work as a bullwhip artist and performer—which to me is an American form of martial art. But for the progressive community they have to find something to attempt to turn the public against me so they resort to the same old tactics they have used for years—they call people names. You can see Morrison’s article at the link below.

Since the attempt of Morrison’s article is to paint me as a backwater, “cowboy type” that has no interest in an “advanced society” I have included pictures from my booth at the Indie Gathering Film Festival that is put on by a couple of my friends from the World Stunt Association of which I’m a member.  My philosophic intentions are quite the opposite from how the progressive community believes.  It is my premise that the intellectual elite who have formed the thoughts and feelings of progressive politics currently are incorrect, and therefore everything they support must be examined.  I arrived at these conclusions by interacting with many kinds of people and enjoying contact with multiple professions over many years.  My work with bullwhips as an art form has given me insight that many progressives are lacking in their education experiences and deserves examination in light of the progressive critique of my lifestyle.

http://www.examiner.com/progressive-in-dayton/lakota-and-the-lash-of-extremism

Now my controversy was initiated when I called a group of school levy supporters at Lakota “latte sipping prostitutes” that was actually toned down language from what I wanted to call them. I was seeking to provide an explanation for their lack of value in money. But the mudslinging had been initiated by the pro levy crowd already and after two years of seeing first hand attempts at coercion, vandalism, and boycotts against voters who voted against the proposed school levies, I came to a point where I had enough of the crap.

Like any good strategy, it is good to provoke your opponent to see how they behave and—how their network works. To be honest, until this latest incident I had never heard of this Dayton Progressive Examiner or the writer. But like many who showed their asses that day of March 15th, much was learned by me of who, what, why, when, and where. I ran across Morrison’s article from a reader here who wanted to make me aware of it, and I’m glad they did.

Morrison in his article exhibits many of the primary traits that make progressive political involvement in public education so detrimental, and necessitates a fumigation process by the tax payers to remove them from educating our youth. If left unchallenged these types of progressive collectivists seek a destruction of everything people like me who value traditional American Excepetionalism cherish. Morrison in his article tries the same tactic that David Little attempted a year and a half ago—the standard progressive approach, poke fun at my use of bullwhips.  In the following clip it shows a bit more of the film festival mentioned in a broader context and the “networking” room from the pictures above.  Ironically, many of the creative types at these film festivals are progressively minded, and I get along with them because we all share a love of art, stunts, and story telling.  We usually center our discussions on what we have in common, not what we disagree with.  Where these filmmakers differ from other progressive minded people is they behave “independently.”  They fund their own projects and take control of their endeavors from womb to tomb, and this is a critical difference between the “creative progressive” and the “collective progressive” which many government employees resemble most.

In the minds of collectivists, they only see value in people who work in other collectivist occupations, such as teachers, firemen, police, IRS agents and other government work, because it fits their mentality—group collectivity. My use of a bullwhip and commitment to traditional American arts is a threat to their value system, so they seek to belittle it hoping the masses will apply pressure against me to change my behavior. However—what they don’t know or understand is that it’s the individual that has all the power, and art forms that embrace that individuality is universally loved. I’ve performed whip tricks in front of thousands of people over the years in all kinds of formats and in a live performance, everyone enjoys the show. It’s a talent that has been very good to me. In the clip below, I’m the one with the fire whip.

The troubling aspect to Morrison’s article is that he called me “the preeminent anti-levy bully” and that I “live by the bumper sticker, ‘if you think education is expensive, try ignorance.’” He goes on to say that nobody likes taxes, but everyone should support without question the touchy, feely leanings of the progressive legislator. He states that taxes are a necessary evil because the alternative is “to write a check before traversing on any road, calling on any first-responder or sending your child to any school.”

Well, the verdict is in, and public education is not making children intelligent. In fact, I’d say the evidence is very clear that it is public education that is responsible for much ignorance in the world, especially in America, and it is bleeding heart progressives who have propagated that ignorance. Because you have to be pretty ignorant to believe what these people tell you. Roads are paid with gas taxes. First responders should be voluntary, and no labor union should be involved in those community positions. Many of them are playing Call of Duty at the firehouse as I write this all dressed up and nowhere to go until someone has an accident. And the schools should be paid for by the parents. It should not be a state or federal responsibility. It is not my responsibility to provide an education to anyone’s child. It’s the obligation of the child’s parents. And if public education did not have a monopoly on the industry, the costs would come down, and politicians would actually think about dealing with the funding problem in Ohio and pay for education with the taxes already sent to the state.

All those programs that Morrison listed above are progressive, utopian fantasies. I don’t want free education for every American, because kids don’t value it if it’s free. And teacher unions take advantage of the monopoly, because everyone has to go to school by federal mandate and tax payers are obligated to pay for children they may not even care about or desire to help. Progressives have created a world where the spongy minded can ride on the backs of those who produce value, and that is not a correct system. The only people who benefit from such a system are progressive minded people like Morrison.

It’s no wonder progressives continue to find my website of www.OVERMANWARRIOR.com— scary, fringy, and hell-bent on low to zero taxes. Or that I appear to be intolerant to women’s issues when it’s actually mischaracterized that I reject the feminist progressive platform, not women themselves. (Annie Oakley was a woman and I love her!) It’s the faults of progressive politics that I reject and seek to pry from my life.

What you never hear from a progressive however is answers to the questions I bring up. They reject facts completely and instead ALWAYS resort to emotional pleas and name calling. They do this 100% of the time because they are evaders. (CLICK HERE TO LEARN WHAT THOSE ARE) They are a menace to not just themselves, but to the human race.

They call me the Preeminent Anti-Levy Bully because I have interrupted their fantasy of utopia, this world they’ve built through extortion. Well, it takes one to know one, and in this situation when a progressive calls me a bully, I take it as a compliment—because that is the pot calling the kettle black. It is their bully tactics–not by using muscle–but peer pressure that has caused many of the problems we are dealing with in every aspect of society today. It is because of them that there are bully problems in school, because the kid’s watch how the adults and teachers behave in politics–how can a teacher STRIKE with their union and then tell a child not to bully another child? They can’t! Progressives at every level of politics engage in bully behavior and they are not used to anybody standing up to them—or calling them “latte sipping prostitutes.” They wish to believe they are more valuable to society and to their families than they really are, because like their politics inherited from Immanuel Kant and modified by Karl Marx, they are two people inside one mind. They are people of the living world, and they are people of some other fictional world that exists outside their understanding which they surrender logic to. The reason for their failure is embodied Kant’s term “there are two worlds: the world of experience sensed by our bodies and the world as it is in itself.” Progressives surrender their logic to this second world and believe through their collective vision that they are guided by faith made profitable by sacrifice. And the sacrificial victims are always individuals—which is the heartbeat of American Excepetionalism.

This is why a progressive can never answer a question, because their entire political belief is based on faith in a collective world and is not based on fact. Anyone who makes them look at the “world of experience” is a bully to them, because they don’t wish to see it.

So I proudly carry the term bully if that’s how they see me. It means they are getting the message. Of course my actions to their minds are extreme because I reject the premise of their entire existence—and why shouldn’t I? They require sacrifices from me while I require nothing of them. They require me to need their roads, their education, their fire department, their utopia! They need me to desire the protective blanket of their collective society, but I don’t want it! I reject it! And when I do, they call me names. And when I get mad and call them names back—or worse, they feel entitled to pull on all the resources of their progressive society to “bully” me into compliance to their wishes. That’s what they did on March 15th of which Steve Morrison played his part. He had his article written almost as fast as the Cincinnati Enquirer posted it, almost by the hour. They wanted my compliance at any cost. That is their message. And for saying such a thing, they call me the extremist—they call me the bully.

To the political progressive John Wayne, Howard Hughes, Annie Oakley and even the beliefs of our Founding Fathers are considered “extreme” so I’m in good company with my viewpoints, and damn proud of it. So proud in fact that I feel “compelled” to spread my message to even greater extremities. I know a bully when I see it, and sometimes it takes a bully to stop a bully, and in that regard—I am proud to be the Preeminent Anti-Levy Bully of Education. So proud that I might even get a t-shirt designed to state it to the world. Because it gives me great pleasure to be so hated by those “other worlders” haphazardly called—progressives.

Judge Napolitano SPEAKS: Why taxation of any kind is THEFT!

Judge Napolitano may have lost his top rated show FreedomWatch due to pressure from many government forces who desired to remove his voice from the airwaves, but he is still going strong.  So strong, that he gave an interview with Nick Gallespie at Reason TV about why government is dangerous and why Constitutionally speaking, taxes are theft.  The government does not have the right to steal our money from us and the Judge lays out his case.  So while you prepare your tax forms and listen to your local schools preach as to why they need more taxes, remember what the Judge said here.

Judge Andrew P. Napolitano joined Fox News Channel (FNC) in January 1998, and currently serves as the Senior Judicial Analyst. He provides on air legal analysis every weekday throughout the day on FNC and on its sister network, Fox Business Network (FBN). He hosted “FreedomWatch” on FBN, Saturday at 10 am and 8 pm, and Sunday at 7 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. He was also the regular fill-in host for “The Glenn Beck Program” on FNC, weekdays at 5 pm.

Judge Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. While on the bench from 1987 to 1995, Judge Napolitano tried more than 150 jury trials, and sat in all parts of the Superior Court–Criminal, Civil, Equity, and Family. He has handled thousands of sentencings, motions, hearings, and divorces. For eleven years, he served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law at Seton Hall Law School, where he provided instruction in constitutional law and jurisprudence. Judge Napolitano returned to private law practice in 1995 and began television broadcasting in the same year.

Judge Napolitano has published five books on the U.S. Constitution. They are Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When The Government Breaks Its Own Laws; the New York Times bestseller, The Constitution in Exile: How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land; A Nation of Sheep; Dred Scott’s Revenge: A Legal History of Race and Freedom In America; and the New York Times bestseller Lies the Government Told You: Myth, Power, and Deception In American History.

When it comes to the law I tend to listen to what Judge Napolitano has to say on the matter. You can read more about the Judge at the link below and the many books he’s written.

Oh–you want more proof?  You think I’m kidding you?  You think all this is a conspiracy, because the knowledge is not convenient?  Then read what’s at the link below and you’ll see how it was all set up in 1958 to create the world we are finding ourselves dealing with today.  I’ve made it easy for you.  All you have to do is look for yourself.

Lakota Turns to Children to Solve their Budget Problems: Moody’s makes a threat to force levy passage

When people who don’t pay too much attention to things wonder why education issues make me so angry it’s probably because they don’t see it from the underbelly like I have. Those same personalities might be inclined to consider that looking too closely at how things connect would be regulated to conspiracy. However the reality of such people is that they are simply too lazy to look at the evidence, or the evidence is “inconvenient” for them to learn, because once they accept it they might feel inclined to act, and that would require a responsibility they are not comfortable with. The information that follows is that kind of information. The links to the supporting evidence or at least the tip of the iceberg is there for all to see. All one has to do is look at it. But there is a danger, because once an individual knows the information, they are responsible. They will either do something about it, or they will choose to ignore it which contributes to more of the bad behavior. But the knowledge erases the ignorance, and the manipulation that allows such injustices to be committed upon our communities. Pretending the injustices aren’t in front of us all won’t make them go away into convenience. And the implication of negligence will define much about us as individuals, families, communities, or even the human race. The decisions we make right now will define us well into the foreseeable future, and so far I see that it is the short-sighted of us that is winning. And I will admit that it makes me very angry.

Dealing with these people who have drunk the kool-aid of the education entitlement culture is like dealing with an infant baby. All they can do is cry to get what they want. You can’t explain anything to these education culture people because they have such entrenched ideas and aren’t open to discussions outside of their reality–inside their crib. So the world of bigger ideas is completely foreign to them, and it’s impossible to explain it to them until they grow older and become more experienced. All you can do with such infants is just let them cry so they learn that nobody is going to give them what they want. The article below reflects much of this type of crying that is disguised as sophisticated opinion but in reality is simply just noise designed to provoke a panic reaction from the parents of the community. And it’s disgusting, and insulting.

Yes, as reported by the Cincinnati Enquirer on 3/27/12 Lakota’s next move as one of the most prestigious government schools in all of Ohio is turning toward its children who attend the school to help them solve their budget problems. Superintendent Mantia stated that she intends to select 180 students from the district to participate in a series of “engagement meetings” to ask the children what they think their future will be. Once this process is done, Mantia intends to parade those students out in front of the public to plead for more tax money.

The question is who will these children be? How will their eligibility be determined? Without question many of these kids will be from the families of some of the PTA groups who helped organize boycotts against local businesses that did not support past school levies along with assistance from elementary school vice-principals. (Yes, I know that sounds harsh, but I have the paper trail in my possession with names and places and was just as shocked to see it as you are in reading it. The only reason I have not put it up here is because the owners don’t wish to have more trouble brought down on them) Or other pro levy members who have attempted to boycott local restaurants and threatened boycotts of news outlets that didn’t just lay down and blindly cover all Pro Government School propaganda. (FOR PROOF CLICK HERE) I bet many of those 180 students will come from those parents. Or maybe the kids will be like the ones who left this sign in the yard of a No Lakota Levy supporter. (CLICK HERE). Or maybe the ones who ran around in the middle of the night stealing thousands of dollars worth of property as law enforcement turned a blind eye to the activity. (CLICK HERE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF)

It’s just a guess, but I’d say the 180 children selected will have a “please give the school more money so we can have a future,” message that they will say to the public. Without question the school board is prepared to use those children now to help them sell their school levy. I will bet money that some of those children will be paraded in front of the school board in front of all the cameras to plead to the community to pass a school levy so they can have an education……………tears anybody………….it will be so very, very……….sad.

But I’m predicting the future here. These are things that will happen, not what’s happening currently. Also according to Superintendent Mantia from the same Enquirer article she reports that Moody’s Investors Service “MIGHT” lower the district’s bond rating. She reported that out of the 613 public schools in all of Ohio only 10 have the top AAA bond rating. She said that Moody’s “Particularly hone in on districts that are losing levies.” So because Lakota has failed three school levies, there is a risk that our interest rates will go up if we lose our AAA rating. (kind of sounds like what America is going through—Hmmmmmmm)

So in the very same article Superintendent Mantia is telling us that if we don’t pass a school levy, then we will lose our bond rating, and we’ll be hurting children, this is of course implied.  Nothing is ever directly said. That just might cause a lot of parents to panic—maybe even homeowners and business owners. Oh my—that is scary stuff! The message is that everyone should panic so that the community will pass another school levy.

This kind of behavior should insult the intelligence of everyone who has a brain. Any organization that uses fear in this fashion should be questioned as to their intentions. When people question what the solution is to these government schools, the answer is to control the costs, don’t let the costs control you. In the case of Lakota they are letting the costs of 80% of their budget drive all the bad things that are happening in the other 20% which is where all the detrimental cuts have occurred. The labor union that has refused by default to renegotiate their contract with the district due to the three levy failures is to blame for why Moody’s is threatening a downgrade. Lakota is infested with a radical, selfish labor force that is certainly willing to destroy our community so that they can protect their gold-plated wages and benefits.  (Just because they smile and speak in complete sentences, they can still think and believe as a progressive radical does)

When I first became involved in these levy fights I often heard from teachers who said, “You’ll support players in sports who make millions of dollars, but you won’t support a teacher who gives a child a future.” That kind of rhetoric is standard union nonsense right out of the NEA playbook. My response to that ridiculous statement is that even sports teams have limits. Players are often let go from teams because a team can’t afford them. CLICK HERE TO SEE AN EXAMPLE OF THIS. If teachers and administrators make too much money, they should be let go in favor of cheaper employees, just like the way the rest of the world functions. It is the refusal of these employees who make over $63K per year on average to cut even 5% to save the community they live and work in–it is they and everyone behind them who have caused all this trouble.

When the only resort for an organization is to use fear to get what it wants, then the validity of their argument must be questioned. If the facts of the matter cannot stand on its own, then why is fear needed to provoke a reaction? Because the organization in question is up to no good.

What we’re dealing with at Lakota and most public schools is a radical, union workforce that hides behind layers of emotional supporters directly attached to children. I would say that any organization that hides behind children to create emotional support is a faulty organization that is scamming the public. The solution to this budget problem is very simple. Superintendent Mantia has been given a budget by the community and she is required to live within that budget. But her real boss is the labor union. That’s who is wagging the dog in this case and dictating to her and a token school board what to do. If Moody’s drops Lakota’s credit rating it will be during the term of the quarter million dollar woman, Superintendent Mantia and will thus be her fault for not finding a way to maintain that rating. She chose to participate in the union extortion tactics of the community instead of forcing the labor to live within the community’s budget. She is the one who has decided to fight half the community who has voted against her by turning the minority into the majority with a contentious levy battle three times that has given Lakota national headlines. Those acts were done by the school with radicals acting behind the scenes who are simply acting on behalf of their selfish interests. Make no question about it—when these employees attempt to say that everything they do is for children, they are lying. Much of what they do is to protect their extraordinary compensation packages. CLICK HERE TO SEE HOW GOOD THEY ARE. If money was not the driver, then the union would have taken a 5% concession to help the community stay strong without tax increases, and maintain the excellence of the school district. Instead, these radical employees are choosing to hide behind children to twist the arm of the community, and are attempting to wreak the bond rating with a public relations campaign designed to incite fear through the business community.

If these employees of the Lakota School District were so interested in doing what’s right for the children, they wouldn’t attempt to even inject them into the debate. It is the school boards job with Superintendent Mantia to make their payroll fit the budget allocation while still providing the services the community expects. These radical cutbacks of 20% of the budget while protecting the 80% is disgusting and an insulting display of arrogance from an organization that seeks to make itself the center of community value. Yet in that role, they fail to make the sacrifices they ask the rest of the community to make. They expect everyone but them to make a sacrifice. And if they don’t get it, they chose to hide behind children. And that should go a long way to revealing what they are really all about.

I see the tricks shown in the Enquirer article by Superintendent Mantia to be among the lowest of the lows. It actually sets a new standard for deceptive practice that is despicable. And what’s worse, there are many parents who will allow their children to be used for these tactics. On the surface, everything looks spiffy. Everything seems very professional. But all anyone has to do is raise up the rug just a little bit to see all the dirt that’s been pushed under it, to see what is really going on. And the fact of the matter is that Lakota is protecting its labor union at the cost of the community. Pure and simple.

If the issue were simply a straight up and down vote about the level of taxation in our communities, I wouldn’t have a problem. But when boycotts are organized against those who disagree with one side and vandalism is encouraged against those with opposing views then there is a serious problem, and that’s been my experience with dealing with these tax culture education people. When an organization openly manipulates the voters with games, and emotional tactics, and disrespects the voters over a three-year period with more tax increase demands, then there are serious problems with that organization. There comes a time when an organization’s value must come into question, and I would say that we are there with the Lakota School District. After three years of fighting them over tax increases I no longer have any faith or trust in them as an organization. I don’t think I should have to pay one cent to such a corrosive organization run by such selfish employees. I see that my money has been wasted so far on a system that I don’t agree with, that is teaching kids all the wrong progressive values, and I think it should be in my right to opt out of paying the tax all together—and not even entertain further taxes. I think this is the new direction that must be pursued, because it’s obvious that these education employees understand only one path—more taxes—more behavior of the tail wagging the dog—and a level of selfishness that I don’t think should be taught to children in any capacity. It deeply disturbs me that a school would even consider bringing children into this debate. And it should concern you too.
