The Passion of Alex Jones: What fighting for America looks like

CNN is clearly using Piers Morgan to show how radical the pro Second Amendment crowd is by first inviting on Ted Nugent with predictable results, then Alex Jones to bait them into animated gun totting diatribes designed to demonstrate how dangerous Americans with guns are. But it is backfiring.  The political left for years has had more than their fair share of radical nutcases expressing their viewpoints and now they are trying to paint radicals on the right as “nutcases” as if they were above the ludicrous diatribes.  America is showing that they are just as accepting—even willing to throw their support behind such animated personalities.  Alex Jones as a radio show is very popular, but as an entertainer—it is evident that Alex is 100% committed to what he believes and taken at face value, he appears to be a certifiable nutcase conspiracy theorist.  But the trouble with Alex is not that he may be certifiably insane, as people like Piers Morgan are attempting to frame in the court of public opinion.  Quite the opposite, Alex Jones is suffering from being “too awake,” he’s too aware of the world around him and the level of deception that human beings are capable of—a trait that most of society gladly shuts their minds off to.  When Alex Jones was asked to come onto the Piers Morgan Show to defend the Second Amendment, Jones exploded with the kind of dialogue that is becoming more and more common place all through the Midwest.  The direction of the conversation appears to have created anxiety on the CNN set.

Jones is popular because he speaks to the kind of Americans that know something is terribly wrong at the very top.  They realize that they have been lied to, they question all authority, and trust nobody in politics.  The Alex Jones listeners, who are quite numerous, have accepted that there is no authority on Earth that can be trusted, and they instead put their faith in self-reliance.  So it is not difficult for those types of people to question the reality and motivations of those in authority.  They may get the details wrong—but they do not get wrong the tendency of human beings to impose their will on other human beings as the ultimate ego boost that is incredibly prevalent in politics and the money that puts politicians in power.  That money often comes from political activist billionaires like George Soros and others like him who have an intense desire to shape the Earth into a vision of their own thinking, and they do not care if they impose their will on the individual rights of others who are not billionaires.  It is they who do wish to supplant the American Constitution with a document more “progressive” so that they can gain the ability to have control of more people.

Saying such a thing about billionaires is a fact.   It’s not a conspiracy theory at all.  Those types of personalities are ruthless by their nature, which is how they came to be billionaires in the first place—in most cases.  Many of these same types once they have become extremely wealthy try to redeem the sins of their past with what they consider the “greater good” as they see it.  But their good might be a tyranny to people like Alex Jones and his listeners, and guns are desired to be removed from society to impose the will of the billionaire’s version of good without fear of open revolution like Alex Jones threatened to Morgan during their interview.  Most of the patsies in the media are simply hired to represent the views of ownership, so the war is not with just the leftist political ideology of progressivism advocated by the President Obama’s, Elizabeth Warrens, Governor Chris Christies, Hillary Clintons, and the Piers Morgans, but the money behind the scenes shaped by people like Ted Turner, George Soros, and Warren Buffett.

When Jones talks about the Bilderburger Group, and all the intertwined groups that serve the political interests of the very wealthy, he is noticeably fearful of their motives—which indicate sinister strategies against mankind.  I believe that Jones was harassed while in New York City by thugs of the financially powerful who fully intend to destroy American sovereignty and rebuild it in their own image.  When Jones became out-of-control during the CNN interview, I have no doubt that executives at CNN were on the phone with worry over what their bosses would think of the Jones/Morgan exchange because it backfired obviously.  Jones did look like a crazy, maniacal, gun totting, lunatic—but he represents people like me, and millions of other gun supporters who reside in the core of America.  I have said myself that I am ready for a new American Civil War.  In fact, I expect it to become a reality in the very near future.  I’m not going to give up any of my rights for the “greater good” as George Soros or anybody else sees it.

The growing realization that eventually people like Alex Jones will have to come to, that will come with time, is that there is nothing to fear from all those conspiracy makers.  Once Jones and his fans realize that they have just as much power to inflict pain on the Bilderburgers or any armed gunmen who might try to harass them outside of the CNN building before an interview, they will discover that they always had the power—and that conspiracies of any kind are simply designed to move the minds of mankind in a particular direction, whether or not there is any truth to the conspiracy.  The idea of a conspiracy direct or indirect is designed to strike fear in the minds of the recipients.  However, once people realize that they are just as capable of inflicting the same kind of violence that the conspiracy perpetrators are, there really isn’t anything to fear from them.  There is no reason to fear the gun carrying thug, the politician and their security details, “hit squads,” or just public relations specialists—they are all only human.  If the quality of mind of one side is superior to the other with all other things being equal, then the strong mind will always prevail.  Guns make the physical nature of conflict equal leaving only the minds to prevail over others—which is why the powerful wish to remove guns from society—because their minds are not superior to everyone else.  Being more fiscally ruthless does not equate to a quality mind.  The only way the extreme billionaire redemption addict looking to suppress the sins of their youth with philanthropy, is to control society by taking away the physical ability of equality—because the mind of those billionaire activists is not superior to their opponents.  That is what the gun control argument is all about—power and control.  Once that is realized, there is nothing to fear.  The conspiracy generators are just pathetically simple people who use money to overcome their mental weaknesses in a quest for power and ruthlessness that made them billionaires in the first place.

Alex Jones is not crazy, and neither is Ted Nugent.  They are passionate, and utter their anger that the world is not the honest one that they thought it was.  In that regard their ideas about the world has been shattered.  They wanted to believe that people on the other side of the political aisle were good—and they are outraged to find out that they aren’t.  And they fear losing that equality measure of their political enemies having guns and them not having equal weapons because they desire to be law bidding citizens.  Their political enemies are dirty and won’t follow any laws anyway, so the good people who follow Alex Jones will always be at a disadvantage to the radical extremists on the political left.  Their anger isn’t insanity, its fear at losing their equal footing with those who wish to control their lives–so the emotions do get out-of-hand.  If so many people weren’t asleep, they’d be angry too!  However, Alex Jones would sleep better at night if he realized that the reason behind his conspiracy theories of ultimate control of the human population are because our enemies have insufficient intellects that cannot deal squarely with the minds of those they wish to suppress.  They are not superior, and cannot control our society unless we surrender our ground and guns to them.  Now that the chips are on the table, the other side has been exposed, and their argument will fade off into eventual oblivion like clouds on a hot August day evaporating before our eyes.   There is nothing to fear from those people, because their actions are based on poor intellects and an abysmal understanding of reality which is a tendency that means they should fear us a lot more than we have need to fear them.

Alex Jones in that regard is not crazy, he’s simply passionate, and that makes him a good, healthy American doing his job.

Doc Thompson Goes Nationwide: Stripping away more than cloths on the air for America’s benefit

One of the things that people most ask me when I’m out and about talking, is what will happen to Doc Thompson—what’s next for him?  They ask me because Doc and I made a lot of waves in Cincinnati when he was on 700 WLW and people enjoyed the playful way that he dealt with very serious topics.  Being a conservative talk show host with a lot of Marconi awards behind his many years of radio experience, Doc is one of those unusual people who have never let the cynicism of life catch up to him.  He has a quality that traditional Americans find refreshing, so when he recently left his radio jobs in Cincinnati and Richmond Virginia to fulfill a position in Detroit on 1270 AM people became concerned.  Then they nearly panicked when they learned that CBS radio was moving around their programming schedules, and that they might not get to hear Doc on the radio yet again.

In reality the opposite is true.  Doc Thompson is actually expanding—he’s about to go into syndication all over the nation which is a deal he has been working on for a long time.   The website that announces his next big step can be seen at the link below along with affiliate information for radio stations who want to bring his unique brand of radio to their airwaves.

http://www.docthompson.net/

Out of all the Doc Thompson broadcasts I’ve used here at the OW, the most popular, is his radio bit called “The Answer is C,” which was hilarious radio while at the same time making his point about why our society is in so much trouble presently.  CLICK HERE to revisit that monumental broadcast.

Doc often fills in for Glenn Beck’s radio show when needed, so a national audience has already had a taste of what Doc has to offer.  But it was after the Thanksgiving 2012 broadcast on the Glenn Beck Program that Doc really showed how important his unique radio style could be in a nation that has never been so divided without being in open war.  It is Doc’s ability to tackle very serious issues with genuine humor that sets him apart from everyone else.  CLICK HERE TO LISTEN to the entire broadcast from the Glenn Beck Show.

So don’t worry about not being able to hear Doc on the radio.  The truth is that Doc will be available more often and to a much wider audience.  So if you’d like to hear Doc and your local radio affiliate isn’t yet carrying him, send them an email asking them to become an affiliate.  They’ll appreciate the tip since it will instantly help their ratings, and you will have helped your community by bringing a real treasure in Doc Thompson to their radio airwaves.   Doc’s personal story reminds me a lot of the Howard Stern narrative shown in the movie Private Parts.  Doc has a long history of taking chances and jumping from job to job until he found just the right producer and home to build his unique brand.  But unlike Stern who became a household name by having women strip off their clothes on the air to shock audiences into listening, Doc does the opposite, he strips away the truth of Americas contemporary problems in ways that are equally enticing, shocking—but always in good taste.

The Joys of Christmas: What to put under the tree this year?

I do love Christmas for all the reasons that tradition holds.  I suspect that many people are lost to those reasons as culturally society has failed them.  I noticed the longing gaze in the eye of a bank teller the other day when I took out the money to buy my wife’s Christmas present. I could see that she was married, and wished that somebody went to the trouble that I was for my spouse to see that she had a good Christmas.  I revealed my plans to the young lady because of the amount of money that I was taking out in cash, which most people wouldn’t feel comfortable carrying around with them.  I explained that this was the only way I could keep the present a secret from my wife with the hope of lasting till Christmas Day.

She let out several long gasps as she counted the money in stacks of hundred-dollar bills and I could tell that she wished for the same kind of cloak and dagger type maneuvers from her own spouse.  I told her to be patient, that if she could stay married for a quarter of a century like my wife and I have, that such a thing would be possible in her own future.  She smiled, at that and seemed to perk up as she lost track of her count and had to start all over again.

For what Christmas means to me, CLICK HERE and learn what my favorite Christmas song is and why.  I don’t think I will ever tire of Christmas morning, and waking up to unleash the many devious plots that I had been pondering for months toward all the people in my family that were carefully concealed acts of espionage designed to make them happy.  I truly enjoy those magical mornings of cold winter delight as for just a moment the world takes a deep breath and enjoys the company of one another.  And I truly love surprising people, especially my wife, since she is so incredibly hard to catch off guard.

In all our years of marriage, there have only been a handful of times that I have been able to “catch” her with a surprise of any worth.  Some years it is a treasured book that is hard to get, some years it is a gift that she would never buy for herself.  Of recent years, I was able to give her a slick monokini from Victoria Secret that she could wear in the streets of Key West and Cancun without being too over-the-top, and not look like a 17 year-old-girl.  Hard to do with her, and not cheap, since she is extremely picky—extremely.   That was over four years ago, and I haven’t been able to get her quite that good since—until this year.

Another year, my oldest daughter caught me off-guard with a book called Way of the Fighter, which I had been looking for over 20 years.  (CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW)  It’s a rare out-of-print book that costs over $100 dollars from used book venders.  During one of my trips to Los Angeles as I had time to kill from my business there, I spent entire days at the large used book stores on Brand Boulevard looking for a copy of that book from some deceased celebrity’s estate where the kids sold off all the things they thought didn’t have value.  But to no avail.  Somehow, my daughter had tracked down a copy of that book and gave it to me on Christmas, which to date is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received during all my many Christmases over the years.

But the gist of the gifts have not always been about the money, or how much they cost, it is the value of the thoughts behind them, the scheming all in the name of love that goes on in behalf of coaxing just a bit of joy out of a loved one for just a moment.  It is the selfish joy of seeing someone you care about open a gift that you carefully prepared, and plotted to give under the cloak of secrecy for the sustained joy of the gift’s intended recipient.

I suspect Christmas at my house this year will be one of the good ones, and I worked hard to position it that way, and the payday is on the morning of December 25th—and I frankly can’t wait.  But as we wait for that fateful day, if there is a freedom fighter in your family, or a Tea Party patriot, a young NASCAR fan, a hopeless romantic, an avid reader, or just a rebellious renegade then might I suggest you give them for Christmas my book, Tail of the Dragon.  Aside from a last-minute plug for the book, it is a story that will continue giving well into 2013, and they will love you for it.  So if you order one now from the links below, the book should arrive well before shipping companies close down for Christmas, with Saturday the 22nd being the last day.  Amazon.com has been sold out for most of December, but my publisher just sent them a heap of books to fill the need.  And I’m pretty sure that Barnes and Noble has been able to keep up their stock.  So this is just a friendly reminder for the last of those gifts you wish to give that special someone who are truly unique, there is still a chance to put Tail of the Dragon under the tree before Christmas.

For my readers here, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.  No matter how dark and dreary things appear at times, it is always the human qualities that are best expressed on Christmas morning that ensure that the human race will always persevere over tyranny and chaos to find joy on a new day as the best of what’s in all of us come out on that wonderful—joyous day of December 25th each and every year.

Teacher Kelsey Hartmann from Huber Heights: Having sex with kids to keep a market edge

I knew there was a reason I always liked Darryl Parks from 700 WLW.  On his first Saturday show of December 2012 he offered an excellent reason why Kelsy Hartmann from Huber Heights—was caught  having sex with one of her 16-year-old students in her husband’s car while pretending to do some last-minute shopping on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  According to Kelsey’s latest evaluation she was an excellent teacher, leaving Darryl to conclude that Kelsey was simply doing what many other teachers have been doing in the competitive field of public education, and that is to personally reach out to their students to give them something unique that all the evolving education tools are doing better, such as the modern computer.  One thing that a computer can’t do for young students is have intercourse with them to keep their interests so during these very difficult times when school budgets are shrinking, and work forces are being reduced teachers like Kelsey have determined to stay on top of their students–quite literally.  Maestros de escuelas públicas de amor tener sexo con hombres jóvenes y chupar sus penes!  No wonder so many parents support public education for their needy young sons.  And no wonder so many students take to the streets to tear down the signs of tax opposition when school levies are attempted.  The young boys of public education know they can’t get sex this easy anywhere else but in their classrooms, so they defend their sexually charged teachers with a fury.  Check out the pictures of Kesley at Darryl’s blog posting, and then listen to his Saturday broadcast below.

Read more: http://www.700wlw.com/pages/onair_parks.html#ixzz2DtP4w9z8

I think Darryl is right; Rosetta Stone software has changed the field of foreign language education.  In these modern times of 2012, it is rather easy to learn a foreign language should one wish to, completely invalidating the old archaic style performed in front of a classroom.  The two years of mandatory high school foreign language education is absolutely out of date—because the modern computer does a much better job than a traditional teacher.  So credit must be given to Kelsey and her barrage of other public school teachers and their labor unions all around Ohio who have tener mucho sexo con hombres jóvenes y tragar su semon en cantidades tales que los maestros beben su hombría por la taza con el café.  And we thought teachers were drinking coffee in the morning……………………..apparently not.

A computer can teach young students in high school better than just about any teacher in any course these days—math, science, history and especially foreign language. Since most people learn by visual stimulation, the computer is much better equipped to perform most of the modern education tasks with far superior results than the traditional teacher, and the computer is a lot cheaper on labor too.  But a computer will not steal the keys of her husband’s car and meet with students on the side of a road and have sex with them to keep their interest in public education like Kelsey and her other tri-state teachers will.  That is the one thing the computer cannot do better, and that is actually provide such “hands on” training.

So whenever a school levy is voted for, and support for public education is declared, think of the over the top and under the covers antics of many fine teachers like Kelsey Hartmann and how dedicated to their students they truly are—so much so that they are willing to stay on top of their students needs—literally.  Kelsey le encanta sentarse sobre el pene de sus alumnos en el asiento trasero de un coche.    Auuuuhhh…………….public education at its finest.

Dear Speaker Boehner: When will you decide to impeach the President?

John Boehner, do you remember when I sent you a letter one year ago urging you to impeach President Obama over the appointment of Richard Cordray for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau?  To refresh your memory I stated: “Obama used a loophole in the recess rules to appoint Corday and he’s not the first president to do so. Both Bush’s used this practice, Reagan did, Teddy Roosevelt did, but Obama has taken it to a new level with this “bending” of the interpretation of the Constitution terminology with an activism that is shockingly disrespectful.

You can see the original letter as I wrote it at the link below.  Your office also has a copy of the letter.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2012/01/18/impeach-obama-domestic-enemies-must-be-dealt-with/

I know at the time you thought my statements were extreme, and a radical utterance from one of those crazy gun wielding right-wingers that lives down the road from your house.  You didn’t listen because you shook hands with the president, played golf with the guy, and you thought you were in a better position than I to understand the character of the president.

However, I would say that you have found yourself seduced by an intoxicant that Obama spews from every pour when he engages people with voice and touch.  You know you’ve received it when he places his hand on your back after a handshake to pat you like a dog for your loyalty.  I’ve watched him do it to you, and I know you’ve been seduced by it, because I can see it in your eyes.

But John Boehner of West Chester, Ohio, you have to fight off that seduction by such a destructive human being.  Obama is playing a dangerous game of conquest not with bows and arrows, tanks, or even armies, but one of peaceful ideology that corrupts the body of America the same way that the plague of Europe killed off a large part of that population before anybody knew they were sick.   Obama is a sickness for America and I think you are beginning to see it.

With this sudden realization now that some history is behind my words, have a look at my letter again shown at the link above, and consider how much pain you could have saved if you had listened to what I said then.  Think of the benefit to the economy, think of the lives that would have been enhanced, think of the power you have lost in just one year now that Obama has been re-elected.  You better learn from the past and act properly in the future; otherwise you won’t have a House in Congress to be the leader of.  You better start to fight America’s domestic enemies with the kind of ruthlessness that they use to attack, and come to grips with the actions they are conducting of which you are in a position to rebuke.

I thought the appointment of Richard Cordray was an impeachable offence, but a year later, Obama’s unconstitutional power grabs seem silly relative to the other crimes he has committed against the same Constitution you and he were sworn to protect.  Obviously Obama is attacking the Constitution, and through your behavior, you are unintentionally complicit.  I would advise that you get serious about this game and use the power you have been given to stop the progress of the kind of domestic enemies who wish to change our way of life at the expense of our own good-will.  And I would also suggest that you do not ignore the warning signs from your constituents when they are given to you.  It might save you tremendous headaches in the future.

Invasion of the United Nations: How Agenda 21 is coming after you and your neighborhood

If you ever wondered why your community is building sidewalks to nowhere, or cities seem hell-bent on constructing streetcars, or your local public school constantly uses terms like “global marketplace” and learning initiatives it is because your school, your city, and your community are following United Nations Agenda 21—and the goal of this diabolical scheme is foreign control of The United States with a gradual massive redistributive wealth plot spread across the entire world.  In essence, the intention of Agenda 21 is designed to steal the wealth of America along with the tendency of freedom that only exists on the North American continent and replace it with a centrally controlled government functioning within the U.N. in Europe.

Agenda 21 has already been at work for over 20 years and it is only now that the intentions of robbing Americans of their freedoms are becoming evident.  The strategy has been to gradually get Americans to accept government regulations they would otherwise reject by selling them little bits of goodness like parks and sidewalks in suburban areas so that trust will be earned in surrendering freedoms to a foreign entity, in this case a coalition of nations.

In my neighborhood of the ultra conservative Liberty Twp., Ohio Agenda 21 is showing up in the Vision Plan Committee as seen at the link below.

http://www.liberty-township.com/Planning-Zoning/2012-Vision-Plan-Update-2076.html

In the city of Cincinnati Agenda 21 is showing up in a program called Plan Cincinnati which can be seen here:

http://www.roxannequalls.com/home/plan_cincinnati_the_comprehensive_plan.html

I know Roxanne Qualls personally and can state emphatically that she is an ultra political progressive along the lines of Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Mayor Mallory—Obama’s personal buddy.  When questioned about Agenda 21, people like Qualls will laugh about what a conspiracy such a thing is—and she believes she is on the high side of morality, and will attack anyone who thinks differently from her.  For context, I once gave Roxanne Qualls while she was Mayor of Cincinnati in 1996 a t-shirt in her office stating “TAKE AN AXE TO OUR TAX” to encourage her to vote for tax decreases.  She of course laughed at me—as predicted and thanked me for the shirt which I’m sure she threw away as soon as I left her office.  For the rest of the contents of that meeting it found its way in fictional form into my novel Tail of the Dragon where Chet Watson speaks to Governor Royce.  That scene was based on my discussion with Foxy Roxy the ultra progressive. She has been advocating Agenda 21 since it’s creation in 1992 whether or not she called it out by name.

Most of the time the advocates of Agenda 21 have no idea how the plan came into their minds—they just know they support it without question.  This is the case of Karen Mantia the current superintendent of the Lakota School District.  After many years as a teacher, and furthering her education to obtain a doctorate in the field of education, she had to run the minefield of Agenda 21 studies that were pounded into her head for two decades.  People who are successful in education learn to say yes to Agenda 21.  Outcasts who question it find themselves unemployed and on the outside looking in.  So the higher the degree of study in modern-day university, the more committed to Agenda 21 they are.  There are a few exceptions that I can think of right off-hand, but without fail, those exceptions have very strong families to help those students off-set the global oriented training that is provided in both public education and colleges.  Many advocates of Agenda 21 accepted in their education days to blindly acknowledge such concepts and if they deny the teaching they either drop out of school to preserve their own ideas, or they fail their classes—because tolerance of other opinions is not what college is all about—or public education for that matter.  In fact the goal of public education is not to inspire children to learn—but to teach children what social class they belong to—so that Agenda 21 can sort out the beneficial to their cause from the malcontents.

It is likely that many of the teachers employed under Lakota Superintendent Mantia as well as the school board have never heard of Agenda 21, because they see themselves as simple cogs in the wheel and do not question such things.  Agenda 21 is a machine of many such wheels all connected to shafts that drive the machine in ways that each part of the machine seldom analyzes and this is how such things get advanced against the wishes of mankind—and how tyrants rise to power.  Well-intentioned fools blindly follow the follies of some United Nations power grabber in a plot designed to rob America of freedom and wealth and distribute it to the entire world with a one world government superseding the elections held in The United States.  That is the world these people are pushing for and it all starts with a sidewalk in your local community, to subtly gain the approval of the public through a very manipulative game designed to rob humanity of freedom in a naive preservation of Mother Earth.

Agenda 21 is in its simplest form an attack on American sovereignty without destroying the cash cow that supplies The United Nations with most of their funding and military might.  The hope by these progressive insurrection artists is that a slow conversion in America from an individual based capitalist nation to a collective based managed economy ruled by Socialist International can occur without disrupting the global economy, much of it still at the mercy of The United States.  The progressives themselves are collectivist oriented old hippies still trying to bring about the kind of world they imagined while they were experimenting with drugs in the 1960’s and 70’s, and they are a disgusting lot.  The only places that such a world can be created under such impractical market values is in government where they can steal tax money to build the world of their distorted dreams—because all such thoughts would be snuffed out in the competition of the private sector.   Progressives are the greatest threat to modern freedom, because they are selfless entities serving a collective idea centered around Agenda 21.  If allowed to continue, within twenty years suburb living will be illegal, land will not be able to be purchased in any capacity, and all businesses will be collectively owned by the state—run by the United Nations.  This is why progressives must be defeated in public education, local politics, state politics, labor unions, and environmental goof-ball organizations.  We must get progressives out of our pockets and out of our lives otherwise they will never stop until they have taken every last liberty from America.  It must be acknowledged that the national debt is part of this take over strategy because it takes away the power of the United States to manage their own affairs as a sovereign nation.  Debt too is part of Agenda 21.  So the threat is very, very real, and it is up to each and every American on how they deal with this crisis—because a crises it is.  Ignoring Agenda 21 will not make it go away.  Silently dismissing progressives won’t dull the knives they intend to stick in the heart of personal liberty.  Playing nicely with those who think differently will only result in more loses to the radical left which is behind Agenda 21—even though it was George Bush Sr., who helped bring it to being in 1992.  Without fighting for our freedoms, we will lose them to those who wish to sell freedoms away because they are not strong enough, or mature enough to handle their own individual lives responsibly.  And the first of those yielded liberties evaporate with the construction of the community side-walk through a designated “green space,” and a school levy to maintain the power of progressive teacher unions.  These evils begin there and must be dealt with as threats to life itself.  There is no middle ground on this.  The proof is all around us.

West Chester Trustees Hurt a Business: George Lang speaks out in defense of capitalism

George Lang of the three trustees in West Chester Township was the only one who stepped forward when Scott Sloan of 700 WLW wanted to dig deeper into the story of the Liberty Tax Service scandal. In 2010 a $500 ticket was issued to the tax service company at their West Chester location because of their tendency to dress up employees in costume to advertise their businesses along roadways near their establishment. In this case an employee was dressed up in a Lady of Liberty outfit which looked like the Statue of Liberty and this was apparently in violation of the West Chester zoning regulations regarding signage. Kyle Garth, co-owner of the Liberty Tax Service protested declaring that a human being cannot be a sign and that it did not violate any laws in West Chester, and that the zoning commission was taking away his No. 1 marketing tool, and that the restriction was killing his business. In West Chester, as in most communities the zoning commission works directly for the trustees. In this case, it is Cathy Stoker who is one of the three trustees in West Chester and has been in place for half a century, Lee Wong who is fairly new and leans distinctly progressive in his thinking. Then there is George Lang who is most certainly a capitalist and has done a very good job of helping to lure in much of the business that is bringing so much prosperity to West Chester over the last decade. When asked to come onto the Scott Sloan Show to answer questions about why West Chester zoning laws was so unfriendly to Liberty Tax Service, only George Lang came on the radio to comment. Listen to that broadcast at the video below, it’s quite good:

There is a growing sentiment that is emerging, which can be heard in that broadcast. Politicians like Lee Wong and Cathy Stoker believe that it is they who create the wealth of a community and once they gain the power of a name plate, that a thumbs up from them or a thumbs down will dictate the fate of thousands. There is a weary feeling that most Americans have toward politics where this tendency is recognized, but not completely accepted due to the inconvenience of the knowledge. Acknowledging the political reality of a tendency toward corruption is the reason why nothing every gets fixed, because it requires more good people to get involved, and most good people have better things to do than involve themselves in politics—leaving the occupation to thieves, bandits and psychologically deficient minds.

Out of the three trustees in West Chester only George Lang comes close to being the kind of politician who the system was intended to host upon its inception. He’s a self-made man who is not working as a politician to make a living off of public service. I don’t think he even knows how much money he gets to be a trustee because the number is so unimportant to him. The same cannot be said of the other two. Most politicians seek to make worth from their devalued lives with the thumb of an emperor who can decide if a business succeeds or fails by the power of their support. Most politicians have no idea what it takes to start a business or what an imposition it is to pay taxes because they are social parasites and are not motivated to create anything, only to live off the efforts of others.

Two out of the three trustees in West Chester have supported the ridiculous idea that human signs advertising their businesses along roadways are cluttering up the look of the community and should be fined for their crimes against aesthetics, a leisurely perspective ordained to the minds of the political class who attempt to use tax money to mold society into their own Fisher Price play sets carried over from their youths. They forget that there are very intelligent and capable minds that are really doing all the work, and providing the blocks the politicians are playing with to shape society into their simplified visions. The politicians forget that they do nothing to make a community great but sit back and take credit for the efforts of others.

It was wonderful for a change to hear George Lang during his interview on 700 WLW acknowledge the businessmen who make West Chester such a great community. Most of the time public school levy advocates, trustees, zoning employees, philanthropists, community foundations, and other collectivist oriented organizations forget that it is individual business owners like the owner of Liberty Tax Services who provide all the revenue in taxes and general business that allows all the groups mentioned to even exist. Without the business owners who attempt to try their hand at a new idea and manage to raise the capital to begin a business, the groups mentioned would only be able to gather around a campfire and wait for someone to bring them something to do. Politicians are simply people who wait for someone else to do something, and then they take it upon themselves to critic the work done by others with new legislation.

The two trustee politicians in West Chester with their zoning board who support the aggressive sign restrictions against businesses would have nothing to do if no business owner attempted to start a company in West Chester. There would be no reason for their existence. Politicians are like children who think they run a household because they simply live in the home and the parents allow the child to dictate their own terms. But if the parent chose, they could clamp down on the child in a moments notice and eradicate the child’s illusions about their importance within the household.

Sadly many business owners find themselves pandering to the children of politics. They find themselves supporting school levies out of philanthropic pressure from social looters who attempt to bring meaning to their static lives around the metaphorical campfires of an economy. The business owner like the parent finds themselves giving in to the screams of the children of politics who squeal like babies at how big or small a sign is, or whether or not a blind man should command tax money for a cross walk so he can participate equally in society by slowing everyone else down to the level of the handicapped. The politician cries out for fairness the way a child cries for a box of candy by throwing a public fit putting the parent on the spot in a grocery store to create embarrassment until the parent yields shielding their face from onlookers. Politicians do the same type of thing threatening publicly through fines and fees that if a business owner does not play ball and pad their pockets they will embarrass the business owner till they yield.

Many of the business owners that George mentioned in his interview find themselves participating in countless community activities designed around philanthropy in order to appease the screaming children of politics like Cathy Stoker and Lee Wong from sending their goons working in the zoning commission after their businesses in an attempt to loot millions from their pockets. The message is that if Kyle Garth, co-owner of the Liberty Tax Service wishes to do business continuing to use employees to stand in front of his establishment dressed up like the Statue of Liberty, then he should take some of his profit and give it to “philanthropic” causes. He should have attended the dinner party at The Savannah Center in West Chester and mingled with the right people so that the politicians would take notice of his philanthropy and know that he had done what was socially expected of him. Then, and maybe then, the zoning commission might leave him alone to run his business, after the looters of sentiment had received the proper sacrifice from his earnings.

http://www.wclfoundation.com/

George Lang going on 700 WLW is no small miracle because he is tightly entwined in the kind of culture mentioned above, and because of what he said, there will be ramifications. Privately, business owners will thank him for sticking up for their livelihoods, but publically they will knock champagne glasses together and write large checks to appease the political looters so the goon squad of zoning does not come after them in an attempt at destroying them. But Lang is not a timid politician by nature. He was a successful businessman before becoming a politician, so he knows he can do other things besides politics and be successful, and thank goodness he did, because the interview on 700 WLW with Scott Sloan was a rare and sacred segment. Such a window behind the scenes of politics does not come often, and Lang should be thanked for having the courage to do so.

As for Liberty Tax Services, they may become one of the many businesses who leave West Chester because of the over restrictive zoning regulations, which it appears are the most aggressive in the country. For that bit of social engineering the silence from the other two trustees speaks volumes about their part in creating those policies that are directly responsible for ending the dreams and efforts of many businesses and the risk takers who dared to attempt an entrepreneurial concept. When a business can’t even advertise their company with an employee they are paying $8 an hours to do so, then there isn’t much hope for economic growth. The practice being employed against Liberty Tax Service is micromanaging of economic growth. It’s picking and choosing who succeeds and who fails not based on the strength of their business, but the amount of philanthropy that the business owner is willing to commit to. That in essence is why the zoning laws exist, not to keep the township free of clutter, but to ensure that the looters of politics maintain their ability to drain the pockets of the productive behind the façade of goodness.

Doc Thompson reviews Rich Hoffman: ‘The Enquirer’ puts one more step in the grave–part 2

“Tale of the Dragon” is a fun ride with a great message! Rich Hoffman is a rare, consistent, true conservative voice!

Doc Thompson nationally syndicated radio host and regular guest host for the Glenn Beck Program  (CLICK HERE FOR MORE ON DOC THOMPSON)

This article is part 2 of yesterday’s posting. CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW. The quote above from Doc Thompson formally of 700 WLW means a lot to me not only because it helps give me a needed testimonial for my new novel Tail of the Dragon, but because his story is one of how the good guys do win in the end if they simply refuse to stay down on the ground. Back in February while on his honeymoon with Dayton TV reporter Yuna Lee, 700 WLW  fired the 5 time Marconi Award winner. The radio world like the newspaper world, or any other business is full of backstabbing, and internal politics that is driven by commercial interests, egos, and FCC regulations. Doc and I had made a living hell for public education on the flamethowing 50,000 watt radio station, and the unions were very, very pissed off because they couldn’t answer any of the issues we brought up.

When Doc was fired, several of the radio personalities whom I knew fairly well assured me that Thompson was not fired because of his friendship with me, but due to his poor daytime numbers. It has been well documented that many of those same personalities where developing cozy relationships with school board member at Lakota Julie Shaffer who is friends with real estate employee Pam Parino who actually attempted to throw her weight around forcing WLW to support the Lakota Levy back in 2010 using her former ties with the Gary Burbank Show. CLICK HERE TO REVIEW. Pam was seen on the picture to the right further down school board member  Julie Shaffer’s Facebook page, suggesting to send the story to Julie’s friends at WLW, and of course The Enquirer.  Real Estate sales is the common interest that united many of these personalities from WLW  to the levy hounds. Some of the radio hosts have wives who sell homes and those women are friends with people like Parino and Shaffer so the levy advocates were mounting an offensive that was well known.

Around the time that Clark wrote his Enquirer article against me, picking sides in the levy fight at Lakota, Doc was fired and out of a job, Judge Napolitano on Fox Business Network was cut even with its excellent ratings, seemingly because of his relentless support of Ron Paul, and efforts of No Lakota Levy to reach across the political divide in the community to levy supporters to create Yes to Lakota Kids found many insiders playing extreme politics, that was not in the best interest for the community. But Bill Cunningham at 700 WLW whom I was openly very critical of because of his stance on Issue 2 and a Marconi winner of his own, I suspected had something to do with Doc being fired at WLW. Cunningham just signed his deal for his new television show and had shown a tendency to want to move more toward the political center after building a career bashing Democrats—he was changing his tone, and Doc represented a new generation of conservative. Cunningham also is the owner of Willies in West Chester where the levy hounds were visiting him to advocate his support for the next levy.

In February Doc was fired, and in March I was publicly being raked over the coals by the same people who had formally supported me. All one has to do is add up the elements and the conditions are obvious. Radio, like the print news is a competitive business and like any other business, employees seek to eliminate each other with brown nosing and sabotage in order to preserve their own careers, so none of this is sinister, or unexpected. It’s just a fact of life.

The reality is that the citizen journalism was changing the media business. Radio had adapted by using me as a frequent guest through the Doc Thompson Show, but once Doc was no longer at 700 WLW the influences who wanted to wipe the chalkboard clean of him did what they felt they had to do, much to their own ratings detriment. Like The Enquirer, many of the guilty parties will lose their jobs in the years to come because of the decisions they have made, meanwhile people like Doc will continue to be successful, in spite of the attempts against him. Doc, like Peter Bronson whom I spoke about in my previous article on this subject is a quality person, so by running them out of the business, the business of newspapers and radio have much less quality because of it.  See Peter speak here–good stuff, and well worth the time.

As Peter Bronson’s recent speech at the event above reminded me, the motto in the newsroom used to be “never pick a fight with a person or a company who buys ink by the barrel.” The implication is that newspaper people believe that they can put someone under whom they target at a whim. We’ve seen this for years, when a newspaper gets their targets on someone; they look to bury them publicly. In relation to WLW John Kiesewetter has attempted to put Darryl Parks under many times using a lot of ink. There is an arrogance among newspaper reporters, particularly from old, traditional papers like The Enquirer who have seasoned reporters, that they have the power to make or break careers, or pass or fail levy attempts. They forget that it is their job to report the news so a public can make good decisions; instead they sometimes find they attempt to exercise their power of manipulation to a cause they personally support, or desire as a collection of left leaning public policy advocates.

That was the old world of news reporting, but not the way of the new. In the new, the new adage is that “ink no longer has value. Never pick a fight with a person who can type 1000 words every fifteen minutes and can produce 4000 word articles in an hour, and can do it day after day after day.” And when Lakota as a political entity represented by unionized, radical labor picked a fight with me, and attempted to use the old way to beat me, they had no chance, because I can out write them, out-wit them, out-speak them, and when things get violent and nasty behind the scenes I can give it back to them in doses 100X what they initiated, and that is the new way of citizen journalism.

The attack article Michael Clark wrote about me to put me under and get back on the good side of the Lakota Levy supporters was under the assumption that the game we were all playing were to the old rules, where ink was sold by the barrel.  CLICK HERE FOR A REVIEW.

For an example of how it was that day on WLW, below is the audio from the Bill Cunningham Show speaking with Scott Sloan whom I was on the air with earlier—both having a lot of fun with the salacious Enquirer article, as every radio station owned by Clear Channel, even on the FM dial did. I think on one level they understood what I was doing, even though they played like they didn’t. If it is Cunningham’s idea of an insult to call my actions similar to Rush Limbaugh, then I take it in the opposite regard. But Scott and Bill’s conversation is a fascinating study in what is exactly wrong with public education. Scott Sloan was against me in that broadcast for his own reasons, yet he leans toward my view of things in public education even though he is a lot more socially liberal than I am. Cunningham on the other hand made his living being every bit as boisterous and selling himself as a conservative, but actually living his life as a philanthropic progressive. Cunningham is very much a child of Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society, and that society is failing in every category. As a radio commentator and attorney Cunningham has shown that he is able to identify the problem, but both men have found themselves bitten by the modern trend of the male population to behave as Beta Men, even though deep in their hearts, they know better. You can hear it in their discussion; they are torn between what society has taught them and what they actually believe.  Caution, the audio below is very salacious.  Listen with caution.

There was no way to explain it to them on March 15th 2012, but I can now with historical context in the wake of the event. I had tried on the Scott Sloan Show earlier, but only time would prove me correct. More money at the state level will not help public education, and property values must be freed from the education debate because it was emotion that placed it there in the first place, due to radicalized unions and voters believing in The Great Society who helped give them power. It is the insecure new mothers and the beta males that has allowed that trend of emotion to take place and it must stop before an intelligent discussion about education funding can take place. Logic must be introduced into the education debate as opposed to the emotion that currently rules, and to my assessment, it does call for yelling and shouting. Pandering to emotional pleas will not solve the problem, and sometimes you have to call it as you see it, which might hurt some feelings. The context of my prostitution comments are explained in great detail in my new book Tail of the Dragon, which was on my mind at the time, since I was editing the final draft when this story broke, so the metaphor was fresh on my mind. For more detail refer to my article about why women like the book Fifty Shades of Grey.

Like newspapers even radio is limited as corporate managers may or may not support public education reform and can put a gag on talk show hosts to exercise their control over the content, and Cunningham has like a shape shifter over time adjusted his beliefs to the powers that control the station he works for.

Doc Thompson on the other hand has been fired by many radio stations for the simple fact that he does his own thing, and this tends to infuriate management. Yet in spite of that, he is a regular guest host on the Glenn Beck Program, and has just signed a deal with CBS radio to go into national syndication while the people who decided to play nicely, and by the old rules, found themselves always in second place behind those who control the rules. The reason Doc and I became friends with a mutual respect is because neither one of us have any love of the old media rules. We do not lick other people’s boots and we treat those old guard media types with contempt. We forge our own path, and do what we think is right for the sake of it. I know that reporters like Clark who are only given 400 to 500 words to make his point in a paper that is turning into a modern version of Wheeler Dealer, or Jerry Springer type radio shows like Cunningham’s comedy act that wants to be taken seriously at times, but has long ago lost his credibility due to his progressive tendencies are being replaced by media like what people are finding here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, and syndicated programs like The Doc Thompson Show, or GBTV with Glenn Beck.

People don’t want or care about the opinion of a puppet, and when a reporter or radio host shows that they are simply mouth pieces to larger organizations, they lose any power or credibility they thought they had. The desire of management whether it be at Clear Channel, Gannett, or the established political order to maintain their mechanisms of influence are the cause of their own destruction. They may have the short term gain of ratings spikes with sensational stories like the one that involved me, but in the long term people will side with me. They will see the villains are the reporters and talk show hosts who represent the old guard, and that old guard is protecting society from a truth they have helped conceal.

As Peter Bronson told his story of The Enquirer ideocrity letting a reporter of his caliber leave in favor of the average boot licker was the nail that sealed their own coffin, and the decision was not done on behalf of quality, it was done to preserve a political leaning philosophy built on emotion instead of facts, and that philosophy cannot be maintained through hard reporting. WLW did much the same when they elected to preserve the radio tendencies of old by letting new talent like Doc Thompson leave to start his own syndicated show out of Detroit in a competing market. And The Enquirer’s desire to blow my blog out of the water making it seem scandalous and illegitimate as a competing news source backfired in a big way because they failed to realize they were playing by the old rules where I was playing by the new. And in the new, I am free to use the First Amendment to full effect. I do not have advertisers, managers with political view points, aging Marconi Winners fearful of younger Marconi Winners, or any political bureaucracy to hold me back like Michael Clark and other reporters who are unquestionably restrained. Their editors will only give Clark his 500 words because they have to save ad space for the car dealerships, which cheapens the entire news presentation. Adversely, here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom I can cover in as much detail the topics I want, and my talent is not restrained by any loyalty to corporate interest. At the projected rate of my readership, I will hit over a million viewers within the next year or two, because people value news in the style that I report it. Some of it is sensational, some of it is traditional, some of it is non political, some of it is pop culture, but the key is that I can decide if I want to cover it or not, and I am not confined to covering only education.

The success of Glenn Beck, and now Doc Thompson is that these news personalities do not allow their explorations of the truth limit them in just the realm of politics. Sometimes the source of the problems spill over into other aspects of society and using the old media rules are never explored. It used to be that a reporter like Michael Clark would use his ink by the barrel to focus only on the immediate issues of education since he’s an education reporter and not a sociology reporter, and not equipped by his editor to comment on such matters, even though some of the desire for a school levy is a sociological problem and not an economic one. Clark cannot explore that line of thought because The Enquirer will not allow it. So readers wanting to know more about what’s going on in the world turn to my 800 articles with over 1200 words each to learn the real story and that is what’s changing from the old way to the new.

As the newspapers decline more sites like mine are rising up and each have their own spin, and are directly competing with traditional newspapers in the Cincinnati area. All these sites have been created within the last two years and are a direct reaction to the news that “doesn’t” get reported.

An impressive list and as I think about it, most of them were inspired by the work that Doc and I did on 700 WLW, and Darryl Parks on Saturdays. Listening to us on the radio helped inspire some of them to get involved and do their own thing as a citizen journalist. It may have cost Doc his job but in the long run he is far better off now than he was when he worked as a second fiddle to Willie Cunningham who appeared to be  protecting the “old guard.” My view of all this competition is the more the merrier, the world benefits when there is competition of ideas in a free marketplace. But when there is an attempt to eliminate competition, like what The Enquirer has attempted to do which was picked up by local radio, people can see through the act for what it is.

That is big trouble for entities like school systems controlled by powerful public unions who desire with all their heart and souls to keep the facts of their situation vague, and using Saul Alinsky methods of manipulation have learned how to frame an argument to the 500 words of a Michael Clark Enquirer article so that the truth never gets out, and it never gets discussed on the radio where talk show hosts looking for content to fill their three hour time slots look for new material. In this way the old guard was able to keep problems from being solved and prohibit a competition of ideas through methods such as the ones used against me by the Enquirer and 700 WLW as heard in the interview above. But for a little while, when Doc Thompson was employed at WLW, there was a good run of good material that helped start a new wave of journalism, that of the citizen journalist, where my material was sourced by WLW and the Enquirer until the heat became too great, yet everyone but the crooks benefited. And the window stayed open just long enough to evolve into a new direction which Peter Bronson spoke about as the media is changing before our eyes, and the old way may have barrels of ink, but the paper they put it on is worthless. Now, it is those who can produce 1000 to 3000 words in an hour who may lack knowledge of the rules of the game taught in journalism classes, but have the passion to write things that the rules wouldn’t otherwise allow under the old way.

Competition is good, it is the ultimate referee. If people decide they’d rather read a 1700 word article I write about school levies in Monroe or Lakota than the ass kissing diatribes of the typical Enquirer article emotionally pleading for more money by quoting a looting superintendent who threatens to cut off info to a reporter for not writing articles favorable to public education, then the people have decided, and the numbers on my end are good—very good. When the traditional reporter who looks for softball reporting by reading all their info from a press release given to them by public relations specialists working at a public school, and not doing any hard reporting discovers they are out of a job because they struggled all day to come up with a 500 word article when I can produce a 3000 word article like this one before they have their first cup of coffee in the morning, the fault is on them.

The lesson here is to never pick a fight with a person who can out-write, out-wit, out-maneuver, out-work, out-talk, out-think, and has the physical stamina of an entire news room. Not a good idea because the advocates of such prodding will surely find themselves swimming in their barrels of ink as the papers it was intended for lay unsold and useless in the press room.

Thanks Doc Thompson for the kind words. The Doctor will live on, as will Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom with my latest project, the Tail of the Dragon. As to those other characters, time is not on their side as the sand is almost out of the hourglass. All the ass kissing in the world won’t make the taste of shit they’ve been swallowing and dishing out for their entire careers worth it. And all the dollars in a retirement account or poolside margaritas won’t be strong enough to wash away the taste.  My apoplectic utterances here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, especially in the wake of Michael Clark’s choice in The Enquirer, can produce more words by the hour than my competition on a  wider range of topics that actually connect the dots, instead of avoiding them.  So what follows now was a choice made from a foolish love of an ancient, and archaic bedfellow–old school politics in a society that is sick of it.

The Evil of Obamacare: Insurance actuaries conduct a parasitic symphony

The reality of Obamacare is not that it will help poor people have health insurance even though that’s the way it was sold. It’s about creating more government jobs at the IRS. It’s about creating more college degree positions as insurance actuaries. And it’s about giving near monopoly power to insurance companies. To hear the numbers for yourself listen to Nathan Bachrach from the show Simply Money on 55 KRC speaking with Darryl Parks on 700 WLW.

Government healthcare is about job creation and using tax money to create those jobs. It has nothing to do with healing the sick, but in keeping more people sick longer so that the medical profession can profit off that sickness. Insurance actuaries are one of the fastest growing professions in the United States right now. By looking at the link below it can be seen what they are projected to make each year, and the year to year growth of that industry. The reason for the growth is the government takeover of healthcare or rather the threat of it over the last 20 years.

http://www.bls.gov/ooh/Math/Actuaries.htm

I personally seldom claim against my insurance. When I get a cut on my skin, I fix it myself. When a tree falls on my house, I take care of it. When my cars are in accidents, I most of the time handle it myself. I do not go to the doctor unless something is really wrong, and I seldom ever get sick. To an insurance actuary I am a gift to the insurance company because I never use it, yet I pay for the service. Insurance companies make most of their money off people like me. Insurance works by having more people pay into a service than they actually use. If more than 25% of the contributors file claims, the insurance company has some serious problems since the payout often well exceeds what individuals have contributed unless they’ve participated in the insurance for a decade or more.

Insurance actuaries help the insurance companies assess these risks so that they can hedge their finances and make a profit. If the insurance provider has too many customers who are high risk, the insurance company will go out of business. When government gets involved such as they did in the 80’s when they mandated car insurance for all drivers, they did not do it for the good of the people, but for the job security of the insurance actuaries who were concerned that the risk of driving a car placed numerous unforeseen statistics into their equations and made profit nearly impossible for the insurance companies who had to compete with other companies in the free market for business. To compete insurance companies had to lower their rates to dangerous levels that did not give the insurance actuaries much to work with on profit forecasts. A good driver could randomly be hit by a bad driver, which completely wrecks the work of the insurance actuary with unpredictability.

Government mandated that all drivers who wished to have the “privilege” of driving in their state purchase insurance so that insurance companies would no longer have to drive down their prices to compete with each other to lure customers. Insurance companies were given an oligopoly of power by state and federal government to guarantee insurance companies a share of all drivers on the roadways so insurance actuaries would have stable numbers to work with in their statistics analysts.

Because the insurance was mandated by the state, insurance companies were able to charge whatever they needed through their oligopoly power. If a high portion of the drivers on the roadways had too many accidents then insurance rates could increase collectively upon the advice of their insurance actuaries to maintain their profits. One insurance company did not have an advantage over another because they were all guaranteed a portion of a state’s driving population. This made life predictable and profitable for insurance companies, and the state governments were also able to make money through their court system by imposing fines (taxes) they otherwise wouldn’t have had—such as the DUI laws designed to generate so much revenue from the courts. All this was the result of extensive lobby power in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. The original villain was insurance actuaries attempting to get stable statistics for the companies they worked for.

Now, as to healthcare, government through public sector unions already has their hands in the nursing profession. They already use Medicaid and Medicare to inject money into the system that it might not have through natural competition which has artificially propped up the level of medical activity. Because of Medicaid and Medicare people use medical services because they can, which really screws up the life of the insurance actuary by wrecking statistic models. On top of that, doctors have been involved with false billing that has really put stress on Medicaid and Medicare since the money is easy to get through the government bureaucracy.

Government has went to a lot of trouble to encourage citizens to take up occupations in the medical industry such as nurses, doctors and everything in between through the university system set up by the Department of Education, and government now has to guarantee that there are jobs for all those people even though it would appear that medicine is moving away from the traditional pharmaceutical treatments and more to regenerative health. Insurance actuators do not like that prospect. They need people to use their service and regenerative health would mean that high cost medical treatments might be a thing of the past. After all, doctors need to have patients, and nurses must care for the sick, otherwise there isn’t any job for those people to do. So insurance actuators aware of this situation have informed their company CEO’s of the danger, and those CEO’s have lobbied congress on K-Street to help bring stability to their industry in these changing times. After all, with the avalanche of an aging United States population coming, they want to keep traditional medicine rolling along to support the financial empires they’ve built the industry into. So they want government to do what they did for auto insurance—they want the government to bring stability to the market for their benefit—so their actuaries will have stable numbers. Once the entire population is mandated to have health insurance, the actuaries will have real numbers to access risk and will be able to adjust their rates according to the demand.

Obamacare is essentially about manipulating the market with “crony” capitalism which is a long way off from the pure capitalism that I talk about all the time. It’s about creating more government jobs that are propped up with tax dollars those jobs would not have access to any other way. And it destroys competition by creating powerful oligopolies in the insurance industry. Insurance companies have traded their independence from government for financial stability and a guaranteed portion of the future business of the aging nation in America. And it all started with insurance actuaries, then lobby power in Washington to manipulate the situation to their advantage using government to do it.

Progressives like Obama have a goal of global government control so the deal works out well for them. By the time the government power is out-of-control within the decade; the people who operate these insurance companies will have taken their money and ran, leaving the mess to the next generation. And it will be done on the backs of people like me who despise insurance, never use insurance, and act out of self-reliance by using preventative medicine that does not require the current medical system who will pay the most.

Obamacare is a scam that takes away competition, takes away innovation, and will create a society of dependent drug induced derelicts seeking to fulfill their prescriptions at Walgreens in massive herds. Obamacare was created by the pharmaceutical lobby in Washington while holding hands with the insurance industry. And greedy politicians seeing a power grab bit down on the trap enslaving the rest of us for centuries to come, all because of the inadvertent evil conducted in the cubical of insurance companies all across America from the computers of the insurance actuary and their desire for safety, security, and “clean” statistics.

Yet again the path to hell is paved with good intentions and a desire for “safety” to help sell to the American population a concept that will ultimately lead to the destruction of everything we value. Insurance is a collective money racket that kills freedom and forces collective salvation. It hides the grim reality that if none of us were forced to purchase insurance of any kind, or pay for Social Security, or Medicare, that we would more than double our yearly incomes and gain the ability to pay cash for those tragedies that come our way instead of relying on predatory insurance companies to do it for us, which is simply a cleverly disguised form of social contract that attaches the weakest of society to the work of the strongest in a vain attempt at utopia leaving us all victims to the very greedy.

Jerry Sandusky Trial: The pain of doing the right thing

Over the years I have gotten into a lot of trouble righting wrongs that in my view were pure evil. Sometimes in these conflicts the other side does not survive the worst case scenarios and sometimes the decimation of the wrong doer’s public persona is worse than death to them, because they care so much what others think. Sometimes the wrong doers are single advocates of terror, and sometimes the terrorist is a large organization. But as I reflect back on my life at this moment I can honestly say that even with all the pain it’s caused, with all the conflict, with all the broken hearts that follow—I am proud to have never turned away from a situation like Mike McQueary did when he walked in on Jerry Sandusky raping a young boy in a shower. McQueary did what the law says you should do, and that is report the incident to a higher authority. The trouble is, when our world is laced with massive amounts of self-serving corruption, and weaklings of spirit, such authority cannot be trusted. No, in reality by the rules of the human race, McQueary had an obligation to that little boy to save him from the domination of a much older man—but he didn’t. He took the weak way out and left the responsibility of justice to the mob of collective campus politics where it was swept under the rug at Penn State.

Of all the adults I know, most talk tough one on one over lunch, or at the local pub, but when it comes to action, they are often afraid to act on their knowledge of justice just as McQueary did. Only Darryl Parks at 700 WLW seems to have as much conviction over the Jerry Sandusky trial as I do. I believe what Darryl says in this broadcast seen below from his Saturday show because Darryl has taken a similar stand on school levies, which exploit children to pad the pockets of public employees, and he often goes on bold crusades against wrong doers calling them out by name on the 50,000 watt flamethrower known all over the Eastern United States as the Big One. He does those things because often it’s the right thing to do, and these days very few people feel secure enough with themselves to take a stand of any kind. And this has led to the kind of evil that occurred at Penn State for a very long time where hundreds, probably thousands turned away from justice in blind servitude to the might of Penn State as an institution. Listen to what Darryl has to say on the matter.

Right now, there are children who are desperately looking for adults to emulate, to show them that becoming a man or a woman is not a cheap suit of depravity. When a child is being abused and it is well known, yet good people turn away from the situation then evil is allowed to rule and goodness has lost. It does not matter if it is a beloved sports franchise, a business, a neighbor, a boss, even a parent. If evil is allowed to rule without being challenged, then the word “good” has no meaning.

Darryl is right. Mike McQueary should have beaten the living shit out of Sandusky on the spot when the rape was occurring. McQueary should have turned Sandusky into a bag of broken bones, which he could have done. Without question McQueary probably would have lost his job, he would have been sued; he would have been castigated in the sports community and may not have found another coaching job. But he would have saved that little boy and perhaps many others over the years. He had a moral obligation to that child, and he turned away from it trusting “the system” to do the right thing for him—which of course did not happen. Everyone in “the system” chose purposely to do the wrong thing to save themselves and their careers. In the sporting world, every person that knew about Jerry Sandusky’s rape of children is guilty. And many did know, because as Darryl pointed out, nobody offered Jerry Sandusky a job after he left Penn State, because they didn’t want the baggage. Nobody will ever admit it in the light of day, but they knew which was revealed in their silence.

I’m sure Mike McQueary like many people in his position wish they could go back and do it all again. I’m sure he’s played it out in his mind thousands of times what he “should have” done, but didn’t. When people ask me why I’ve taken the positions I have, or said the things I have, or done the things I’ve done to people who have done wrong and accuse me of being extreme, and over-the-top, I would point to issues like this situation at Penn State. I will not have on my conscience the kind of torture Mike McQueary has experienced. Lucky for me, I’ve had court judges who think of these matters similar as I do, and could have put me in jail many times over, but didn’t because they recognized the situations for what they were. But that doesn’t always happen, and some of those old judges from my past are long retired and have been replaced by lifetime ambulance chasing lawyers just looking for steady work, and have very little ethics. So it is possible they might throw the book at a freedom fighter just because they can, so they don’t have to feel the guilt of their own decrepit lives by equal measure.

Right now, many reading this know of some little tyranny in their own lives that they are doing nothing about, and they are letting down the innocent with their inaction. They eat, they watch too much television, they rent too many movies in a hope to push those thoughts from their minds, but it doesn’t work—does it? No amount of alcohol or any other drug can fully push it from the mind once the imprint of a coward makes its mark. And that makes them diminished human beings incapable of running their own lives, raising children, running businesses or serving as politicians. In fact, my hatred of most politicians is over this very issue. Most of them are cowards who are seeking to redeem some little Mike McQueary moment in their lives by serving on a school board, or becoming a township trustee. But what they bring with them to the table is more of their cowardly behavior and they seek to make deals with other cowards because like minds think the same, and soon they have made victims of thousands instead of just a few leaving behind destruction and psychological mayhem in their wake. No amount of tax money stolen from the tax payers can purchase their ticket into heaven making up for the sins of their past. There isn’t enough money in all of human potential that can erase the sins of inaction once they’ve happened.

I won’t lie to you dear reader, life is much easier if you just turn away from the tortured children of the world, or avoid the punks, the losers, the dirty politicians who at every turn seek to make a new victim at the hands of their aggression. But in the act of turning away, your mind records it, and you will never forget the pieces of you that are lost by each transgression. It is not just depleted cellular growth that makes people old; it’s the pieces that fall away as we must remember all the times we’ve turned away from evil to save our own skins leaving another to perish at the hands of a monster. So personally speaking, there is much less damage in kicking the shit out the monster right then and there and letting the chips fall wherever, because the inaction will cost you more in the long run.
