I watched the Academy Awards for all of 10 minutes. When the first award went to Dallas Buyers Club for a supporting actor role in a film that featured HIV issues and a cross dresser, I turned it off and went back to my books. The Academy had snubbed the films I liked in 2013, particularly the Man of Steel and the Wolf of Wall Street, so I lost interest in less than a nanosecond once the progressive leanings of the Academy were on full display. The good girl actress Amy Adams took off her top for American Hustle, and received a nomination for it of course—and another slave film won best picture—of course. Progressive politics were on full display, so I didn’t waste my time.
The Wolf of Wall Street didn’t win any awards which was not so odd. The movie was laced with controversy because many critics felt the film highlighted the benefits of financial excess and was sending the wrong message to the public—and that bothered me. As it has being pointed out, and elaborated in many different ways, progressives are part of the original communist push. They simply disguised their dialogue when American resistance toward communism became known—so they repackaged the collectivism of communism behind the name progressivism. Any progressive working in Hollywood—which is most people, are advocating communism—essentially. They are part of a vast Communist Party USA strategy to undermine American lifestyles in support of communist expansion. Pulling Americans focus on Civil Rights issues—which are important—but not the only thing to be concerned about, communists can advance their strategy of collectivism without resistance. That is why films like Dallas Buyers Club won over films like the Wolf of Wall Street. One film advocated AIDS awareness and cross dressing, the other on the root of money and the validity of excess.
It is the goal of communists to destroy the American economy so that world-wide socialism of interdependent need can arise. So long as Americans are independently wealthy, the communist plot will not work—so they attack it at every turn with a mythology of “finite resources.” Yet in communist countries resources are finite because government controls every aspect of society from food production to the creation of art. In a communist country resources are only produced within the management capacity of the government bureaucracy. Yet in America money is “made.” It is a term that is specific to America and is the biggest opposition to communist expansion that is currently holding back the platform of progressivism from entering every home in America. Americans love-making money, and so long as that trend continues, communism will not advance far enough in American society to change the culture toward open socialism. So film critics trained by their universities in the ways of progressivism decry “excess” in American lifestyles as a bad thing.
Yet when one thinks about it, why does America have an excess of anything? It is because they have made more than they need—because under capitalism, independent people produce outside of the control of the government. This is how a country arrives at an excess, because market values drive the activity—not a government official who may or may not have the skill to know when, how, and why a sector of their society needs to produce something within an appropriate lead time. This is why Americans have excess while countries that support socialism and communism do not. This is the only reason. In America anybody can be a wealthy person if they are willing to do the work. In communist countries you have to be an insider to the party to receive wealth—and that is the main problem with progressivism.
In the Dallas Buyers Club the protagonists had to go to Mexico to find suitable medicine for their HIV sickness. The reason is that the FDA has restricted such development in America needlessly. The film focuses primarily on the unfairness of this problem and deals with the lifestyle choices of the main protagonists who just want to live free—which is how they got AIDS in the first place. Yet it is progressivism that has infected the FDA and caused the medicine to not be produced in The United States leaving the protagonists to get it in an unrestricted financial zone like Mexico. This plot gives support to George Soros Open Society programs, and I would not be surprised if some of his money did not find its way into the finance of the movie—because it is propaganda constructed exclusively to benefit progressive politics.
Yet if America openly removed such progressive, communist influence from its government there is no reason why medicine for HIV couldn’t be created along with stem cell research, and cures for cancer which currently exist—but have been fought by the FDA for many years. America has the ability to create excess in medicine, excess in health, excess in wealth, excess in goodness—excesses in virtually every category—but the restrictions are created by progressivism—with too much government control.
The Dallas Buyers Club does what Hollywood advocates all the time—it uses one argument to undermine another one which they created in the first place with their micro management government philosophy. Then they blame the excess of American Wall Street tycoons as the stars of Hollywood wear $10,000 dollar dresses down the red carpet and talk about their artistic endeavors in film to over a billion people when it is the excess of America which created the platform for their work in the first place. So it is very disenchanting to give a film like the Dallas Buyers Club, which had some nice points, awards over a film like the Wolf of Wall Street.
What progressives speak against is production then complain when there isn’t enough of something to go around—which is a factor seen in every socialist, and communist country. Resources are always limited because the people of those cultures have been trained to be unproductive. The excesses of America are a wonderful thing, because it means that America made more of what they needed, leaving more for others to enjoy. This ideal that wealth should be limited or shared with those who are not contributing to production is an absolutely stupid ideal. No wonder Karl Marx died in poverty. He was a God damn idiot—and the world willingly followed after his example to preposterously disastrous results. Is it any wonder that the world suffers from shortages of water, food, or clothing—or money in general? America is a culture that “makes money.” It is because of capitalism that it does this. It is because of socialism that the characters in Dallas Buyers Club had to go to Mexico to get drugs for their reckless sex practices. Because the drugs were regulated and managed by a society that uses government to manage things they are not qualified to have anything to do with. Because of the idiocy of the Hollywood industry in presenting this duality to billions of people who tuned in to watch the Academy Awards—I turned off the show and read a book, which was a much better and far more productive use of my time.
Most young people are not paying attention to the current events in the Ukraine, or the unrest in Venezuela, or the posturing of China against Japan. They don’t know that President Obama’s administration is attempting to use the FCC to control news content, or that the IRS has been involved in corrupt activity. The sum of all these events are clashing with the teachings that young people are getting from government schools leaving them unsure who to trust or what to believe. So they aren’t participating, and are focused on the events of pop culture. They are not reading books, going to Tea Party rallies, or even searching for a way to save the world. They just want to get by and enjoy their life to some small degree. This has opened up the entertainment market to an explosion of comic book sales, movies, and fantasy driven entertainment. The world of fantasy is far better, and easier to understand than the deceitful world of the present—so it is there where many of the contemporary minds of youth reside.
When I was a kid the very first cartoon I enjoyed watching was Popeye the Sailor, followed closely by Speed Racer. Over the years, I enjoyed Starblazers,Spiderman, Looney Toons, and Godzilla as some of my favorites and I took the messages of those simple stories into my adult life unfiltered. To this day the thing I enjoy doing most is the “right thing.” I learned this from Popeye at age 3 and still remember vividly those early cartoon moments. Those cartoons had tremendous influence and many people my age and younger share this enthusiasm with me. Not everyone has preserved their love of those early cartoons to the extent that I have, but most people hold reverence for the cartoons of their youth. These cartoons have the power to either build up a mind or destroy it. For instance, Bevis and Butthead on MTV did a great deal to destroy culture while the same animator tried to redeem himself with the Fox cartoon King of the Hill. Currently Family Guy, the Simpsons, and American Dad—all laced with deep progressive philosophy–are the current trend which is writing upon the minds of countless young people the thought processes they will carry throughout their life. Teachers want to believe that they are what shape a child’s mind, and politicians caress themselves hoping that Common Core will unite the nation’s children to a government-run message of productivity. But in reality, cartoons are shaping young people and giving them the foundation thoughts which take them into adulthood.
This is why I am currently ecstatic over the new Disney production of the Star Wars: Rebels animated series coming to the Disney XD channel this fall. Shown within the videos on these pages are the main characters and the content. I think the show will be unlike anything ever done on television since Disney produced Zorro, and Davy Crockett for a generation who now attends Tea Party rallies. When I talk to Tea Party types and really get down to the nitty-gritty with them what they want is justice as defined for them by the temperament created by those old shows from the 50s and 60s. It’s more complicated than that of course, but the foundations of their thoughts are rooted in the values of those old Disney productions–having a mom and a dad at the dinner table with them, and church on Sundays. They find the behavior of the current political trend reprehensible, and this leads to a desire for rebellion. This is the primary cause of most discontent discourse throughout the world—specifically in the Ukraine, in Syria, even on college campuses.
Star Wars: Rebels has the ability to explore the nature of rebellion without it being explicitly investigated by earthly reference. The creators at Lucasfilm have the ability to explore the deep anxieties of the individual spirit to crave freedom without being political. They don’t have to deal with race relations, political parties, economic philosophy, or any polarizing trait—they can simply tell the story of how a rebellion formed to overthrow an empire. It’s a deep human craving that transcends party politics and because of that, I think this is the most important story that will be told in my life time. I’m sure it will be fun, and entertaining, but more than that—it is giving to a new generation of young people a sense of value—a value that is not presently available to them.
I think often about Popeye the Sailor and some of his messages which were “I am what I am and that’s all that I am,” and Wimpy’s statements about, “I’ll pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today.” These basic values I have taken with me throughout my life. Wimpy’s comments taught me a great deal about debt, while Popeye was always very proud of who he was—flaws and all. I know how much those simple stories meant to me, and I can only imagine how much impact the new Star Wars: Rebels will have on a new generation of young people. The previous Star Wars cartoon; The Clone Wars on The Cartoon Network after five seasons is just now starting to have an impact on a very skeptical viewing audience. I watched every single episode many times. My wife and I watch them together on Saturday mornings and love them dearly. But in many ways, Rebels will be a lot better. Clone Wars for me always felt like a modern commentary on our current situation. I’m sure the film makers had no intention of doing such a thing—these things have happened over human history many times and aren’t specific to our time. But there is always a little sadness in knowing that all the heroics performed in Clone Wars will result in the creation of the Empire. In Rebels, the Empire is already in control. Now it is up to heroes to save their society from the control of tyrants and that is an important distinction.
Millions of young people are going to watch Star Wars: Rebels and it will become their favorite television show. They will grow up and take those messages, and values with them into their adult lives just as modern-day older people revere the good ol’ days of Disney shows like Davey Crockett and Zorro. As simple as that sounds, it really is the foundation principles behind most thought processes. Just as people from my generation think differently because of the static patterns given to them from their entertainment culture—particularly cartoons, new cartoons like Star Wars: Rebels will have a far greater impact. I would say that it is the most important contemporary work of art currently being done anywhere in the world because it brings with it through story value.
For many, they will dismiss Star Wars: Rebels as just another cartoon designed to sell action figures at Target and Wal-Mart. But it’s more than that, and will show the real impact on television this fall. Needless to say I’m excited about it because there will be dramatic change ushered in behind this simple cartoon. With the distribution power of Disney, they are uniquely positioned to do great good in the world and Rebels is just the start. When George Lucas sat down to close the Star Wars deal at the Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios in Florida he knew what he was doing. His Skywalker Ranch had been set up specifically for the purpose of creating such wonderful shows like Star Wars: Rebels. Lucas knows that education is the most important thing you can give young people, and he knows that public education is failing. That’s why he has spent a considerable amount of his fortune on education. Much of that money has been wasted on the current education system, like tossing a cup of water into the ocean and expecting to see the waters rise in proportion. Real education comes from foundation patterns, and in our society, cartoons are the origin. This is why millions of people flock to Disney World to retouch the stories of their youth and bring renewed appreciation to lives otherwise plagued by cynicism. Star Wars: Rebels will mean a great deal to a large number of young and old minds, and the sum of that value will be a benefit to us all.
For anybody who thinks Doc Thompson and Skip LaCombe’s lambasting of the global warming advocates during their below radio show on The Blaze—heard daily at 6 AM to 9 AM—is unfair, wait until you hear this next story. But first, Doc had a good time with the sheer stupidity of Barack Obama and John Kerry’s gallivants around the world costing massive amounts of emissions from their private airplanes to speak specifically on global warming issues. The hypocrisy is quite obvious—and articulated with great fanfare during the following broadcast. Listen to it here:
Well, as stupid as all that sounded, it’s not even the dumbest of the global warming advocates most recent approach. Al Gore—who is the poster boy for global warming because of his Academy Award winning film on the matter has turned to fear of alien invasion so to propose a continued belief in the mystical field of global warming. If there was any indication on how weak the green movement’s real position truly was it is seen below with a flyer Gore issued through his group Climate Reality Project.org which was passed out at the 2014 International UFO Congress.
Truth is often stranger than fiction, and Al Gore’s missives are often stranger than both. Robert Schaefer writes:
I just got back from the 2014 International UFO Congress, the largest UFO conference in the world, where somebody was passing out the following to the attendees (a double-sided paper on orange stock). Looks like Al Gore is using Extraterrestrials to help fight Global Warming!
You can see the actual flyer at the link below—it is hilarious.
KEEP EARTH COOL, KEEP ALIENS OUT is what the flyer says boldly on one of the two sides. It goes on to say, “Did you ever wonder why aliens haven’t colonized Earth yet? They need earth to warm up first!” Yes—the global warming advocates have turned to alien invasion as their primary reason to advance their “green” agenda. They are advancing the argument of a literal alien invasion if the earth becomes too warm.
Obviously this is a laughable proposal. What science are they basing any of this on? How many aliens has Al Gore’s group interviewed to determine that they are waiting for the earth to warm up before they invade? The answer is none of course. Yet the declaration was presented as a literal fact—just as they do all their global warming data. Gore like the rest of his progressive friends believe something—so therefore to their minds—it becomes a reality. They commit this crime against reality with virtually everything from their avocation of economic socialism to civil rights violations. They are always looking for their interpretation of reality over what actual reality presents.
Al Gore is a con man selling snake oil as an elixir to all aliments. The basic concept that mankind can completely terraform the entire earth is audaciously naive. Mankind with all their cities, roads, and machines are simply colonies of a species not much different from a beaver who builds a dam across a river, or a bug that collects leaves to build a nest. Mankind is an animal who uses the tools of the environment to advance itself. Global environmentalist, as Doc and Skip made wonderful fun of, are insisting that human evolution needs to stop right at this moment and that our species actually needs to regress into a hut dwelling culture fearful of everything and everyone. Since fewer people are accepting Al Gore’s present arguments they have turned to preposterous levels of fear now to continue their advance—which should clearly indicate how flimsy their argument was from the very beginning.
The global greenie nut case is a small-minded person who is technically a sub human—meaning they have undeveloped intellects unable to grasp the voracious volume of earth and space in general. Earth will not be around forever, and the sun will burn out in a few billion years so if mankind wants to survive beyond these events—they need to head into space—otherwise it will be all over sooner or later. This is a fact. But to suggest that there are fleets of aliens in space waiting for earth to heat up so that they can invade is a new low that is beyond rational comprehension. Yet Gore’s group passed out the material anyway without a care in the world to the actual nature of reality.
This alone is why no advocate of “green science” should be given the time of day—specifically Barack Obama, and John Kerry. They are of the same mind arrived at by the same methods. They are all former pot smoking hippies who concocted these theories in marijuana smoke and their political roots into progressivism and the philosophy of Immanuel Kant. They were given the benefit of the doubt in the beginning, but now the science has caught up to them. Now as their theories have been disproven they have resorted to alien invasion so to provoke enough fear from the masses to continue supporting their stupid global warming hypothesis. Luckily, people are finally starting call them out on it. That was never truer than Doc and Skip on The Blaze Radio Network. The job of the media is to expose this kind of stupidity, and at least with Doc’s radio show—Al Gore isn’t getting a free pass—as he never should have in the first place.
I can never tell when, why or how I have witnessed elaborate Masonic rituals at the downtown Cincinnati Masonic Center without an indictment of sorts—so I won’t. Those impressively ominous rooms can now be rented for weddings and formal meetings but many years ago when William Howard Taft’s house was just around the corner and it was the center of activity in Cincinnati where Congressman Longworth and President Taft had deep roots into the Council of the Scottish Rite gracing those same halls, the movers and shakers at all levels of society practiced sinister rituals that defiled greatly all forms of individuality. The founders of that building had a tremendous role in bringing progressivism to America and I have always resented them, and it was upon one of these investigations of confirmation which put me in that large elaborate building during a late night ritual as the twin towers of P & G cast light through the windows. For me it was a thoroughly disgusting experience even in my clandestine manner. Free masonry was not the kind of America that was intended by the Constitution even if many of the Founding Fathers were members. The intent of the rituals at the Cincinnati Masonic Center was to impress upon the individuals the sense that there was a greater goodness to the collective experience and was designed to impress upon the members the ominous message that the sanctity of the order was greater than any one personality. Present at this ceremony was many of the most prominent lawyers in Cincinnati, doctors, politicians and all those stair climbers flashing into power upon the Cincinnati scene. Those not in the room likely would not get a coveted bank loan for their business, or would not get approvals for a project pushed through the political process—if one wanted to improve their station in life, they needed to be at the Masonic rituals performed at the Cincinnati Masonic Center—or they would be on the “outside.” That was the primary reason for my disgust.
What bothered me about the place most was the sense of collectivism present—the willingness of the supposedly powerful people there to yield themselves to the superiority of the high degree Masons. Whenever to this day that I enter a town anywhere in the world where a Mason emblem greats one at the entrance—it means to me that the town is run not by free markets and free individuals—but a collective group of cowards who seek spiritual aid to loft them into positions of power like a safety line hooked to a rock climber. The rituals are performed to bring assistance to the lives of the members, and the merit is not individually based, but collectively oriented. The members through ritual are bonded through fraternity and paves the way for a very boring life and a general ass-kisser for the rest of their days. I don’t like Masonic organizations—they have paved the way toward progressive policies and underground socialism by their very nature and have infected American society with altruism to hide their vast hoax of pure evil. One of these Masonic devotees who did not even work to hide that evil behind altruism was Aleister Crowly who would take the Masonic movement into a new direction without the trappings of social benefit through a church which would infect the entertainment industry with vast evil propagated by sexual orgies and drug use in Pasadena, California called the Agapé Lodge of the O.T.O.
Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.) (‘Order of the Temple of the East’ or ‘Order of Oriental Templars’) is an international fraternal and religious organization founded at the beginning of the 20th century. English author and occultistAleister Crowley has become the best-known member of the order.
Originally it was intended to be modeled after and associated with European Freemasonry,[1] such as Masonic Templar organizations, but under the leadership of Aleister Crowley, O.T.O. was reorganized around the Law of Thelema as its central religious principle. This Law—expressed as “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law”[2] and “Love is the law, love under will”[3]—was promulgated in 1904 with the writing of The Book of the Law.
Similar to many secret societies, O.T.O. membership is based on an initiatory system with a series of degree ceremonies that use ritual drama to establish fraternal bonds and impart spiritual and philosophical teachings.
O.T.O. also includes the Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica (EGC) or Gnostic Catholic Church, which is the ecclesiastical arm of the Order. Its central rite, which is public, is called Liber XV, or the Gnostic Mass.
Theodore Reuss met Aleister Crowley and in 1910 admitted him to the first three degrees of O.T.O. Only two years later, Crowley was placed in charge of Great Britain and Ireland, and was advanced to the X° (tenth degree). The appointment included the opening of the British section of O.T.O., which was called the Mysteria Mystica Maxima or the M∴M∴M∴.[5] Crowley then went to Berlin to obtain instructional manuscripts and the title of Supreme and Holy King of Ireland, Iona and all the Britains within the Sanctuary of the Gnosis.[5] Within the year Crowley had written the Manifesto of the M∴M∴M∴ which described its basic ten-degree system with Kellner’s three degree Academia Masonica forming the seventh, eighth and ninth degrees.
In 1913, Crowley composed the Gnostic Mass while in Moscow, which he described as being the Order’s “central ceremony of its public and private celebration”.[7] In 1914, soon after World War I broke out, he moved to the United States of America. It was around this time that Crowley decided to integrate Thelema into the O.T.O. system, and in 1915 prepared revised rituals for use in the M∴M∴M∴.
In 1917, Reuss wrote a Synopsis of Degrees of O.T.O. in which the third degree was listed as “Craft of Masonry” and listed the initiations involved as “Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft, Master Mason” and elaborated on this with “Full instruction in Craft Masonry, including the Catechism of the first three degrees, and an explanation of all the various Masonic systems”. The same document shows that the fourth degree of O.T.O. is also known as the Holy Royal Arch of Enoch. It was summarized by Reuss as the Degree of “Scotch Masonry,” equivalent to “Scotch Mason, Knight of St. Andrew, Royal Arch”, and he described it as “Full instruction in the Scottish degrees of Ancient and Accepted Masonry”.[8][9]
In 1919, Crowley attempted to work this Masonic-based O.T.O. in Detroit, Michigan. The result was that he was rebuffed by the Council of the Scottish rite on the basis that O.T.O. rituals were too similar to orthodox Masonry. He described this in a 1930 letter to Arnold Krumm-Heller:
However, when it came to the considerations of the practical details of the rituals to be worked, the general Council of the Scottish Rite could not see its way to tolerate them, on the ground that the symbolism in some places touched too nearly that of the orthodox Masonry of the Lodges.[10]
Crowley subsequently rewrote the initiation rituals of the first three degrees, and in doing so removed most of those rituals’ ties to Masonry. He did not, however, rewrite the fourth degree ritual, which remains in its form and structure related to the various Royal Arch rituals of Masonry.
Crowley wrote that Theodore Reuss suffered a stroke in the spring of 1920. In correspondence with one of Reuss’s officers, Crowley expressed doubts about Reuss’s competence to remain in office. Relations between Reuss and Crowley began to deteriorate, and the two exchanged angry letters in November 1921. Crowley informed Reuss that he was availing himself of Reuss’s abdication from office and proclaiming himself Outer Head of the Order. Reuss died on October 28, 1923 without designating a successor, though Crowley claimed in later correspondence that Reuss had designated him. Crowley biographer Lawrence Sutin, among others, casts doubt on this claim, although there is no evidence for or against it, and no other candidate stepped forward to refute Crowley by offering proof of succession. In 1925, during a tumultuous Conference of Grand Masters, Crowley was officially elected as Outer Head of the Order (or O.H.O.) by the remaining administrative heads of O.T.O.[11]
During WWII, the European branches of O.T.O. were either destroyed or driven underground. By the end of the war, the only surviving O.T.O. body was Agapé Lodge in California, although there were various initiates in different countries. Very few initiations were being performed. At this time, Karl Germer, who had been Crowley’s representative in Germany, migrated to the USA after being released from Nazi confinement. On March 14, 1942, Crowley appointed him as his successor as Outer Head of the Order,[12] and Germer filled the office after the death of Crowley in 1947.
In subsequent articles more will be learned about this specific Pasadena, O.T.O temple but the important thing to know is that the direct leaders were none other than Jack Parsons and L.R. Hubbard. The later name is so prominent to this day in Hollywood as the embraced religion of Tom Cruise, John Travolta and many others have taken a life of their own. Parsons in direct command by Aleister Crowley ran that last true bastion of the O.T.O work as the writing on the wall was evident that a metamorphism needed to occur for the Thelema religion preserving the ways of the Masonic order through music, film, and art—so that it would not become lost to time. The O.T.O cult was some of the first to ride the wave of new entertainment and switch from the stuffy robbed figures of the Cincinnati Masonic Center to the glittering stars of film. Jack Parsons arranged many sex magick rituals following directly the work of Aleister Crowley. The standing temples gave way to virtual ones and instead of the Council of the Scottish Rite doing their hard-core rituals within the secret society of a Masonic hall the magick chants found their way into songs from The Doors, The Rolling Stones, and Led Zeppelin.
Ever wonder what the symbols mean on Led Zeppelin’s “unnamed album (Led Zeppelin IV)—the one with “Stairway to Heaven” on it. Click the link below and you’ll have your answer. The world radio premiere of “Stairway to Heaven” was recorded at the Paris Cinema on 1 April 1971, in front of a live studio audience, and broadcast three days later on the BBC.[24] The song was performed at almost every subsequent Led Zeppelin concert, only being omitted on rare occasions when shows were cut short for curfews or technical issues. The band’s final performance of the song was in Berlin on 7 July 1980, which was also their last concert until 10 Dec 2007 at London’s O2 Arena; the version was the longest, lasting almost fifteen minutes, including a seven and a half-minute guitar solo. It became a type of replacement for traditional Masonic ritual and the much heavier O.T.O cult invoking magick with mass worship.
One of the reasons that I “attended” the Cincinnati Masonic Center events was to confirm a long-held suspicion that I had first wondered about while watching enchanted teenagers drunk and stoned listening to “Stairway to Heaven” during the early days of MTV at college parties. I never understood the way kids became so enchanted by that song, and why it made more sense to them under altered states of mind—particularly marijuana smoke.
“Stairway To Heaven”
There’s a lady who’s sure all that glitters is gold
And she’s buying a stairway to heaven.
When she gets there she knows, if the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for.
Ooh, ooh, and she’s buying a stairway to heaven.
There’s a sign on the wall but she wants to be sure
‘Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings.
In a tree by the brook, there’s a songbird who sings,
Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven.
Ooh, it makes me wonder,
Ooh, it makes me wonder.
There’s a feeling I get when I look to the west,
And my spirit is crying for leaving.
In my thoughts I have seen rings of smoke through the trees,
And the voices of those who stand looking.
Ooh, it makes me wonder,
Ooh, it really makes me wonder.
And it’s whispered that soon, if we all call the tune,
Then the piper will lead us to reason.
And a new day will dawn for those who stand long,
And the forests will echo with laughter.
If there’s a bustle in your hedgerow, don’t be alarmed now,
It’s just a spring clean for the May queen.
Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run
There’s still time to change the road you’re on.
And it makes me wonder.
Your head is humming and it won’t go, in case you don’t know,
The piper’s calling you to join him,
Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow, and did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind?
And as we wind on down the road
Our shadows taller than our soul.
There walks a lady we all know
Who shines white light and wants to show
How everything still turns to gold.
And if you listen very hard
The tune will come to you at last.
When all are one and one is all
To be a rock and not to roll.
I’m not going to explore if that song is a sweet lullaby to “satan” or if it is a dedication to evil when played backwards—but I am absolutely certain that it was created in direct tribute to the Thelema occult—as framed by Aleister Crowley and finally brought the O.T.O activity out of the shadows, and into every bedroom in America—every car stereo, every drug induced stupor. The music of Led Zeppelin and many others which followed did much more work for the occult than thousands of secret society temples like Cincinnati Masonic Center or the O.T.O. in Pasadena where high priests spend copious amounts of time mixing semen with menstrual blood to old Latin chants praising Lucifer. Not exactly a fun night on the town. As old Masons listened to the new music from followers of Aleister Crowley either loosely, or with great dedication, they were naturally resentful. The magick created by millions of stoned couples having sex to Led Zeppelin from their beds did considerably more to invoke the negative spirits of existence than the orgies arranged by Jack Parsons and L.R. Hubbard at the O.T.O. temple in California, or any high degree Masonic invocation, and it certainly angered the old guard.
What makes these groups evil and what I learned from the Cincinnati Masonic Center connecting the dots from my first impressions many years ago of Led Zeppelin’s influence over young people through song is that the whole movement was just a mask for collectivism. When William Howard Taft lumbered his fat ass through the halls of the Cincinnati Masonic Center he was helping Teddy Roosevelt usher in progressivism behind the mask of altruism sponsored by his Masonic temple. Behind the name of progressivism was a mask hiding the European push for communism in much the same way that Masons wear a mask of goodness dedicated to God, and turn the Bible inside out and into a cult nightmare behind that mask. The casual members peer at the closed doors with yearning wondering what’s behind them, and once they are let in and given higher degrees of Masonic authority and have been disgraced in front of their superiors during initiation ceremonies for the purpose of bonding them with their brothers in fraternal partnership, it’s too late for objective opinion. Such things stayed a secret for many years until Aleister Crowley broke ranks with them and stepped out on his own to create the O.T.O. church. Once the mystery was let out and set free into popular culture massive amounts of evil is now upon our culture as the Masons greedily look on in resentment hoping that nobody noticed. The result is that membership into the Cincinnati Masonic Center is down—so far that they now rent their once secret rooms to the public. They have to so to justify such a large piece of real estate in downtown Cincinnati. The temple used to be a place of power and control in the heart of the city—but now it is just a relic where a few old farts and misguided youth try to keep the whole charade alive after the internet has exposed their century old secrets.
The evil comes not from the different interpretations of Biblical scholarship but in their desire to use collectivism to invoke advantage. The Masons, the members of the O.T.O., Aleister Crowley, Jack Parsons and L.R. Hubbard wanted to gain advantage through collectivism, and is what makes them vile. It’s not that Aleister Crowley wanted to smell the farts of his lovers thinking to appease some spirit, but that he sought to use people as a sacrifice to invoke fortune for either himself, or the collective will of humanity as defined by him. And to a much lesser degree, but very similar was the actions of the Cincinnati Masonic Center—and the intentions behind the song “Stairway to Heaven.” As the end of that song proclaims—-“When all are one and one are all,” the aim is not individual value or endeavor, but the collective sacrifice of everyone to the aims of social benefit as a mess of altruistic premise. The way to heaven is not in self-responsibility, or personal merit, but in yielding to the premise of the “greater good” as defined by those who are standing in a robe spreading their own semen across a table and dripping their blood into it to invoke a reaction of collective benefit. But instead of heaven the doors to life open into hell—as it is spread across the whole world by the chants of fools so cowardly that they require the help of spirits to carry them from moment to moment.
I left that vile temple as discreet as I had arrived under the bright moonlight of a large moon and headed straight for a little diner on Monmouth St., in Newport. At that hour the strippers, drug addicts and homeless converged on the place about the same time as my arrival and I waited patiently reading Joseph Campbell’s Hero with a Thousand Faces ignoring them the best I could. I had seen what I came for and needed some food at 3:30 AM. As I sat and ate quietly until the sun rose again I watched and listened to all the dregs of society around me and I had a thought—that they were much better people than the scum bags across the river at the Cincinnati Masonic Center. Because as terrible as the three strippers who sat behind me where—and the countless sins they committed every single night of their employment, they at least were free to live as individuals. They like me were free of ties to a secret society or the demons who expect payment for disturbing their inter-dimensional utterances. The participants of occult that I witnessed returned back to their lives, their homes, and their masks to live in bondage to their social image designed to appeal to the greater good. They are so lowly and pathetic that a typical gutter whore is of a much higher representation of individual freedom and thus spiritual enlightenment—because at least the individual is free to act on their own—where as the occultists are forever in bondage to the collective nature of evil for the rest of their lives. They may live comfortable lives and obtain great social power, but they are essentially in chains attached to them through Latin chants and vile magick. Like Jimmy Page says, “’cause you know sometimes words have two meanings.” And so do those who claim to only want to sell a record, perform charity, or dedicate themselves to altruism.
This isn’t even the worst of it. Tomorrow we will deal with Jack Parsons and how his schemes infected America with a sickness that it has never overcome and he did it with occult ritual on an epic scale.
One of the most striking aspects of the 2014 Superbowl that was grotesquely obvious was the string of patriotism that permeated from the event. Usually, a month after such sporting events, most people will have long forgotten who won or lost the game. Yet advertisers spending many millions of dollars in production costs alone produce some of the most creative commercials that will be seen all year which set the pace of marketing for the following year. Most of those commercials are decided upon well in advance under the careful guidance of agencies that make their recommendations based on lots of statistical behavioral data. Patriotism was an unannounced theme at this latest Superbowl which is not an accident. It was seen in the controversial Coke multi-lingual commercial, the Bob Dylan bit for Chrysler and most obviously in the below advertisement for the upcoming movie, Captain America: The Winter Soldier—which plays right into the sense of patriotic recognition that the Superbowl was trying to create.
There were many more examples especially during the pre-game ceremonies—more so than during normal Superbowls–which brought to my mind a theory. As hated as the Tea Party has been relative to the rest of the world, a lot of people not affiliated with the movement have had their American patriotism questioned. There is a desire for Michelle Obama, John Boehner and the rest of the RINOS to declare that they are patriotic too, and not statist slugs filled with apathy and corruption. There are companies who have made deals with politics to become cronies of capitalism and feel guilty about it—so they are using the Superbowl to tell 111.5 million viewers that they are not American enemies, but are as well patriotic and in love with freedom, and their country. It was a chance to react to the needle movement created by the Tea Party, and statists took advantage of it as if to answer the criticism leveled in their direction.
During the Lakota school levy fights of years past many in my community thought I unfairly kept moving the goal posts further back never accepting the concessions of negotiation that were taking place. After a few years when the attempts to reach across the aisle were slapped away—there was frustration that I did not move from my position—or that I carried my position further to the right. That is by strategy. That same strategy is at play on a larger scale by the Tea Party and the evidence could be seen rather clearly at the 2014 Superbowl. The patriotism is an appeasement by the statists, crony capitalists, diabolical socialists, and other collectivist organizations to cover themselves in the American flag even as they have built their lives around tearing it apart or disrespecting it. Their desire to prove that they too are patriotic is driven by the social pressure to answer the criticisms of the Tea Party.
Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh are enormously popular on the radio dial, and Bill O’Reilly—who considers himself patriotic and was the Fox representative handling a difficult President Obama interview before the Superbowl–set the stage for the evening at 4:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon. All those characters are considered “patriotic” and have large followings. The Tea Party is certainly larger than the listening audience of Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck but both commentators could be argued to provide daily sustenance for the movement. Many Tea Party types listen to both radio hosts during the day—and those numbers are upwards of 15 million.
Advertising agencies cannot ignore these hidden statistics. There is a very large demographic base that considers themselves very patriotic—who listen to Beck, Limbaugh and O’Reilly daily. There are many more who lean to the right of those entertainers like Alex Jones, Wayne Allyn Root and even writers like me who go further down the rabbit hole of conservativism—self reliance, and personal independence. Relatively few people consider themselves New York progressives or Los Angeles latte sippers—the appeal of those places is not what it used to be. Most people between those cities have an inkling of what conservativism is—and it’s not what the Grand Ol’ Party is serving up.
So the entertainment culture is on the defensive—they are trying to prove to Middle America that they are good people who want what’s best for The United States. But their actions say otherwise. That is why it is important for the Tea Party to keep moving the goal posts further to the right. Without question this will cause resentment, but it will also help make the world a better place by not allowing unchecked statists to wave American flags over their heads while they screw us all behind our backs. Their behavior is the same as the guy who cheats on his wife then tells his wife—“I love you.” If a man will cheat on his wife, he’ll cheat on his country even when he declares love for both. His actions speak more loudly than just the cosmetic appearances of patriotism. A multi-million dollar Superbowl commercial can’t make someone patriotic. Just like Robert Redford’s appearance in the new Captain America film does not erase his long past with socialist and left-leaning radicals. He’s just an actor playing a part just like most everyone else in the Superbowl, including Michelle and Barack Obama.
The Tea Party goal posts are proving effective. Public sentiment is changing for the better—ever so subtly. But that sentiment cannot be met half-way. The Tea Party does not need to come off their position to continue the progress. All that is needed is to remain steadfast and let everyone else come to the Tea Party position. There is no reason to sacrifice, negotiate, or “compromise” with those statist oriented idiots. They are in the minority, they are wrong, and they are obligated to right themselves—not for the rest of us to shed away bits of ourselves to make them feel better about their mistakes they have made in their lives. By holding true, the Tea Party may save the world yet—and a lot of the people living upon it. But compromise won’t get the job done.
Dictator Obama with all his threats of using Executive Orders to bypass congress leading up to his State of the Union speech made one of the most reckless proposals a sitting president ever made. Obama proposed a mandatory minimum wage hike for all employees involved with government contracts and urged all companies everywhere no matter of economic ability to adhere to a minimum wage of $10.10. To the everyday person, more money for the same work sounds appealing—but those people have never struggled to collect payable accounts to make a payroll. What this president has just proposed is a mandatory decimation on labor margins that while have a devastating impact on the flow of business. Now, Obama has no idea why his dumb idea will be such a travesty. He thinks he’s helping people. But for a sitting president who wants to create jobs—he is clearly out of his mind—he’s just proposed a policy that will destroy them.
Of course the President and his advisers are proposing this hike in the minimum wage because of their belief in socialism. They don’t believe that the “greedy” business owner has a “right” to the profits of their endeavors. They believe that all people from the simple laborer to the CEO are “equal.” They believe that everyone should show up for work each day and play their roles at their places of business, take their pay at the end of the week, and live their “middle-class” lives under the rule of people like Obama and his government bureaucrats. But—their view of the world is severally flawed because it does not incorporate the most important ingredient into hiring a staff—potential.
Not all employees are equal. Some are better than others, and not all people are worth the same money. It doesn’t matter if people are white, black, purple, yellow, green males females or some combination in between—what does matter is whether or not employees have gumption—drive—and a sense of quality in their lives. The worker who makes silly fart jokes during an entire shift is not worth the same amount of pay as the worker who is always looking to stay busy and pushing themselves to advance by learning more. The worker who does not have the personal ambition to try to be a better person is not worth the same as the person who tries every day to go to bed at night better than they were when they woke up.
Obama’s minimum wage increase with the stroke of an Executive Order—bypassing congress ignores this basic premise in hiring practices and makes American productivity less competitive because the weak and un-ambitious are now getting a raise which they don’t deserve. This incentivizes companies who might consider doing business in America to take their endeavor to India, China or Malaysia where employees will work for very little money-making doing business in those countries much more appealing than in The United States.
Obama has artificially created value with his stupid little pin and his foreign Jakarta education that will guarantee wealth redistribution not from the rich and the poor in America but from The United States to third world countries many of them plagued by socialism and communism. China is a communist country………..in spite of Hong Kong being the freest city on earth. By forcing companies to push back against this minimum wage law, Obama wants those companies to relocate to poor economic regions where cheap labor resides. Isn’t it obvious? Government cannot create value—or jobs, yet Obama’s reckless attempt in spite of the good intentions are just further ignorance of his economic ignorance. Where value is created artificially the bad are rewarded while the good are penalized. The good is the productive worker, or the actual job creator. The bad is the lackluster human being who just wants to do the minimum in life, get their pay check, and buy a six-pack of beer. Many of those same stupid people are currently paying more taxes than they need to on their IRS forms so that they can get a $3000 check back in the spring because they are incapable of saving money. As they file their taxes they already have their money spent planning vacations, new computer purchases, and fancy dinners. Once the money is spent by May they will be broke until the following year waiting for their tax returns once again. Those are the dumb asses who will benefit from the minimum wage increase—not the frugal, diligent worker who may have worked hard every day for years and is currently making $10 to $11 an hour on a general labor position. Now Obama has given the less than efficient worker an equal status forcing an employer to decrease their margins—which many won’t be able to do—it will be easier to just take their operation out of America where labor is cheaper.
When the terrorists of 9/11 attacked the World Trade Center in New York City in 2001, they intended to attack America’s symbol of economic power. They hoped to bring down the American economy—and for the most part their act was successful. America handcuffed themselves in reaction for over a decade after. But Obama as performed a much more effective terrorist attack that was undoubtedly hatched long ago with his friendships with the American terrorists Bill Ayers and Michelle’s law office buddy, Bernadine Dorn. With the stroke of a pin, Obama has done much more to destroy the American economy than run a plane into some buildings. He has attacked American business directly—with an Executive Order—and a philosophy bred by socialism—and all the failures that follow in its wake.
This minimum wage law is not about being “fair.” It is about wealth redistribution not even from the rich to the poor but from one country to other countries suffering from economic depravity because of their commitment to social collectivism. To be a strong country, it takes work, innovation, and effort. Americans aren’t just born, they are made. By raising the minimum wage, Obama takes money from those who have worked, innovated and put forth effort and gives it to those who have not. He also destroys the next generation of Americans by rewarding the lazy incentivizing more people to be more so. Why should employees work harder if the good are paid to be bad? The answer is that they shouldn’t. Yet that is what’s happening, and the reason is more than just a thinly veiled attempt at fairness. It is a form of terrorism intended to drain the wealth of one nation into others—and that is why it’s a crime, not a good tiding designed to do good. It is sinister for all that will result and the evil was ushered in with cheers and fanfare……….as it always is.
Did retired school board member Joan Powell and newly elected Lakota school board president Julie Shaffer really think that attacking me for going on WLW all the time illuminating the many mistakes made in public education—that the pressure against them would go away if I were not quoted on the mainstream radio and newspaper anymore? Did they think that if television stations stayed away from me because I made “incendiary” comments about women and the kind of idiots who typically join PTA groups that they would gain strategic positioning? Did they really think they’d change the dialogue using traditional tricks which I was well aware of—and used to my advantage? Apparently—they were just that stupid and continue to be as they are apparently bewildered by the large number of conservative leaning school board members entering into the public education management of districts. Here is a quote from Joan in a recent Michael Clark article in The Cincinnati Enquirer.
Still, recently retired Lakota school board President Joan Powell – a 16-year board veteran and one of the most influential school officials in the region during her tenure – wonders whether the publicly stated goals of some new board members match their political agendas.
“Unfortunately some of these individuals are not just interested in reducing expenses and maintaining taxes at their current level. There are those that have a goal to destroy public education as it exists – government schools, they call them – and use anti-tax and pro-voucher issues to reduce funding to schools to help reach that goal,” she said.
“A lot of damage can be done during a four-year term. By then voters should know what they stand for and whether (board members) are working in the best interests of the school district and the voters.”
Damage for whom—tax payers or education empire builders? The damage Joan is talking about is for her view of education, which is corrupt and devastating for American enterprise. So that’s a good thing when people like her are on the out.
Here’s a news flash that they and a whole bunch of others in the mainstream media and government school gate keepers have neglected to consider—that a plan hatched many years ago by a small number of Southern Ohio education reformers is just now manifesting into reality—and what they are seeing is just the beginning. If they think for a second that everything is going back to how public education was in the 90s and 2000s, they are sadly—and pathetically mistaken. Labor union domination of public education is ending and they are fighting to preserve a way of life that is out-dated, and destructive to American education not just in name—but actual function.
I know of about 80 different elected officials who visit this site—Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom about 3 times a week. There are even more who read here that consider running for an office and use the encouragement they receive from these words to pursue those objectives. Whoever thought that I poured so much work into 1500 word daily articles to appease the fools who have the mind of an egg-shell, and the patience of a shooting star—that the kind of people who enjoy tabloid magazines and television were my target audience? Whoever was so naive to think that each and every step over the last four years was not a carefully considered chess match where even the controversial elements were calculated to the maximum effect with deep psychological impact highlighting issues at many levels? I’m pretty good at chess—at strategy—and managing people. Sometimes the most important work is not in front of the camera or behind the microphone but in arranging an army of such people to do those tasks instead of just one person. Initially, you have to lead by example so that they can see how things should be done—but once they learn—they can then take the effort and run with it independently. Wasn’t it clear that was what was going on?
Apparently not. When Joan said, “Unfortunately some of these individuals are not just interested in reducing expenses and maintaining taxes at their current level. There are those that have a goal to destroy public education as it exists – government schools, they call them – and use anti-tax and pro-voucher issues to reduce funding to schools to help reach that goal,” she was thinking about me. The more I worked with Lakota, the more I hated government schools—and that is a term that I have increasingly used. If I were to run for school board I could not sit next to Julie Shaffer to manage the district without major, major confrontations—MAJOR confrontations. If left to me, public education would be defunded and eradicated replaced by free market options where the government was not involved at all. But I am happy to let people who do not feel quite so strongly join school boards and fight the good fight in a more civil manner. I have more impact with more people not being an elected representative as opposed to locking horns with someone like Julie wasting my time on something that is already dying on the vine. In 15 years, what will any of her arguments matter? If other people wish to engage in that argument—that is good—but I am more effective elsewhere. The strategic position for this matter is not behind a name plate—but here.
The kind of people like Julie who organized the media blitz with the Enquirer to come after me personally should never be involved in educating children. CLICK TO REVIEW. They are not competent and are only given that ability with a government monopoly. I will certainly never forgive Julie for what she tried to do to me—or Joan. They used the collective entity of Lakota to satisfy their inner desire to be relevant socially—to mask personal mistakes—and to achieve that they needed to get me out of their way so management of schools could return to the unions at the cost of children’s minds—and they’d stoop to no low to achieve it. Did they think that I’d give up and just retreat? Did they think that more would not join the fight with me? Yes, that is precisely what they believed.
The Enquirer should have seen this coming. I explained it to Clark in great detail September of 2010. I layed all this out for him in my back yard while I was cutting targets with my bullwhips and he had his photographer snapping away pictures. I knew as I spoke that he was scheming to build me up so that he could take me down again the way he and others did with Arnie Engle in Fairfield. So I let him take the bait and run with it. My plans were different—when the moment came—more than just I would move into strategic position to affect change. So whatever schemes Clark had in mind would be useless in the long run—and I knew that. He didn’t understand it just as Joan, and Julie Shaffer didn’t get it. They actually thought by pandering to their latte sipping fat ass, guilt ridden, bitchy voting base that they could continue forever the scam of public education. Well, obviously they can’t.
Sure they won their last levy at Lakota by manipulation and wasting hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars to move the needle just a few percentage points with a wear-down tactic taught in Columbus to school board members. But it’s a short-term victory as the ship they have fought to keep afloat is sinking. Many of the districts mentioned in the Enquirer article, such as West Clermont—where I know quite a few of those people there—and they are readers here and have been for years now—the proof that schools waste tax money on teacher unions, and scam ridden politics will be exposed destroying the myth that higher taxes make for a better community. And that is what people like Joan and Julie are worried about. Ten years from now they will be shown to be wrong in their assertions about education and neurotic in their approach—and it will be embarrassing for them.
I will make damn sure of it—that everyone remembers.
We’re just getting started folks…………this is far from a completed strategy. But we’re only about four years into it. Another four years will yield even more results not in their favor and bitching about it like this news is “new” won’t take away the blunt edge of reality.
I have never felt so bad for a person as I did for Doc Thompson while on his long-planned honeymoon when he was fired from 700 WLW radio. The station wanted to make room for Eddie Fingers and Doc threatened the target market of Willie, and Cunningham had more leverage at the company. Darryl Parks who hired Doc was on his way out after taking a corporate job at Clear Channel where he found himself also terminated a year later. My involvement with WLW deteriorated quickly after Doc’s exit. They sort of put on the table for me to fill the radio role of a villain/sexist as an on air personality, but I had no desire to play along with that Chuck Fredrick strategy. My radio role was the Tax Killer as molded by Darryl Parks and put into play by Doc Thompson and I believed it with all my heart and sole, unlike the other radio characters at WLW who mostly put on an act for their audience. I had no desire to become the Andy Furman of the air waves, or Carmine Guzman. So after Doc’s exit I quickly lost interest in the station. I had other things I could do in life so not appearing on WLW wouldn’t be a big deal to me—but for Doc, it was his life. He lives, breaths, eats, drinks, and thinks talk radio 24 hours a day 7 days a week. For him, I knew the termination at 700 WLW hurt and as brave of a voice as he tried to apply to the situation when he spoke to me about it on the phone—I could tell how much pain it brought him. I felt terrible about it and was very resentful of WLW. I tried to maintain business etiquette, but they were much diminished in my eyes.
Doc Thompson now works directly for Glenn Beck and has recently just completed his first year on The Blaze Radio Network. Doc reminisced a bit about this experience celebrating his first year with his producer Skip LeCombe. Glenn had joked with Doc about going to Skip’s for lunch. The joke was in the context of when WLW fired Doc by inviting him to a Skip’s Deli for lunch to break the bad news. Beck was poking fun with Doc and Skip—but in reality after their first year—it was the opposite situation from what was experienced at WLW. Over the last year, Doc and Skip have traveled all over the United States and given hundreds of personal speeches to crowds of people on behalf of The Blaze making Doc’s new boss—Glenn Beck—very, very happy. The Blaze Radio has grown tremendously and Doc Thompson has been a big reason why. Have a listen:
Several months after the termination of Doc from WLW he had taken a job in Detroit, but that station was changing direction to an all sports channel leaving Doc and Skip on the out again. Laura Ingram had announced that she was giving up her syndication show, and Doc positioned himself to fill that spot—but it wasn’t going well. On the day after Thanksgiving in 2012 Doc hosted as a fill in for Glenn Beck and after he got off the air he called me to vent a bit. I was taking my daughter out to lunch that day but we took some time to talk with Doc as I felt badly for him yet again the bad luck hovering behind him like an evil specter. The job options for a guy like him were slim. Stations were steering away from hard conservatives and libertarians as the FCC was applying indirect pressure to diversify the airwaves with more progressive personalities. The job market for a guy like Doc was slim—really slim.
Doc wanted a syndication show and there wasn’t really a path to get there. A month after that phone call, Glenn Beck offered Doc Thompson the chance of a life time—a chance to run the prime time spot of 6 AM to 9 AM on a new radio station called The Blaze Radio which would be internet based capitalizing on the new web-based media productions that could be experienced with mobile devices, podcasts, and satellite radio. Doc would be the lead-in to Glenn Beck himself who has daily listeners in the millions—so this was the chance Doc had really been working for his entire life.
Now, a year later The Blaze has become a trusted news source for millions of people, and Doc has been at the helm. Glenn Beck as Doc mentioned in his broadcast could have taken his hundreds of millions of dollars and sat on all that money for the rest of his life living comfortably. But, instead, he has extended himself out to this freedom fight creating The Blaze for people who do not like the direction of the current United States. Because of Glenn Beck, a person like Doc and Skip have a place to work—which is a market that is shrinking rapidly as machine politics is working behind the scenes to shut down any opposition to their way of thinking. Glenn Beck with Doc Thompson has shown once again why he is so far out in front of the curve—The Blaze is now being picked up not just all over the world on iHeart Radio and Pandora, but conventional stations who are putting it into syndication.
Doc has a radio style that is the opposite of Howard Stern. Both hosts are funny, and fought their way through multiple hardships to overcome tremendous opposition against them. Both are very tall, and exceptionally intelligent. But Doc is squeaky clean and very, very funny while Stern has resorted to pubescent jokes and shock jock material to advance himself. Doc is to the radio world one of the best voices of liberty that there is—and it’s not an act—he is 100% authentic to his beliefs. What he states on the air, he believes with his very soul—and that makes him a very sincere and genuine person that is quite exceptional.
I am proud of Doc and Skip for their willingness to fight it out the way they did. I am proud of Glenn Beck for taking a chance on Doc, and I am proud off all the millions of people who have turned off traditional radio and turned on The Blaze. That decision alone has forced traditional radio to grudgingly seek syndication of Doc and Skip’s show for the kind of content that radio listeners actually want—not the kind of crap the FCC wants to ram down people’s throats. The kind of radio that WLW indicated to Doc that they were going to give to the world when they fired him at Skip’s Deli has turned out to be just another sports station with dying hosts barely shadowing their former self. With the devastating news after an otherwise wonderful honeymoon and a chance to begin a life anew WLW did Doc and the world a great favor. Doc could have rolled over and let the world crush him—but he didn’t—even in the darkest moments of his life—a period where he called me on the phone after concluding a fill-in for Glenn Beck the day after Thanksgiving where he would have been justified at being angry with the world—he didn’t give up. It is that kind of resiliency that is taking The Blaze Radio Network to new levels of entertainment and professionalism changing forever the nature of radio entertainment. It has been a good year—and the start of something truly special that will go down in history as a pinnacle moment for the human race.
When Harvey Weinstein promised to make a movie with Meryl Streep going after the National Rifle Association, he declared war against middle America. His statements were a simple declaration that many already knew—that Hollywood is teeming with parasitic liberals hell-bent on a destructive progressive agenda. For such a prominent producer and actress to make such a bold statement is to declare their alliance with collectivism and the breath of evil which has blown it along through the ages. So I look forward to Meryl’s anti-gun movie—because I’ll make a bet with the liberal Hollywood elite—I bet as of January 2014 that the Sylvester Stallone film Expendables 3 will out gross Streep’s anti-NRA film by over $700 dollars per screen in every market outside of New York and Los Angeles. I will also bet that Stallone’s film will top $300 million at the box office while Streep will be lucky to break $100 million. So go ahead Harvey—make your silly NRA movie and watch all the people who will go see Expendables 3 instead. The bottom line in the movie world is that middle America decides if films are hits or successes—and in that region—they love their guns and they hate big government. Expendables 3 will do more for the sale of guns than Weinstein’s picture will do against them—and the liberal Hollywood machine will be left scratching their heads. Their premier actress Meryl Streep will be out grossed by a bunch of retired action stars from the 1980s—and they’ll do it spectacularly. Critics will pan the film with negative reviews, entertainment web-sites and television broadcasts will declare the Expendables 3 has bad production values and glorifies guns and killing—but it won’t matter. Expendables 3 will top $300 million at the box office when it hits theaters this upcoming August—place your bets now. And Harvey’s film will barely make its money back from the production costs.
My son-in-law had been raving about how good Expendables 2 was, and even as he was declaring it—I had my doubts. I enjoyed the first one, but certainly didn’t go out of my way to see the second one at theaters. Growing up in the 80s I sort of take it for granted that movies like the Expendable films get made—as they used to come out every couple of months in America during the Reagan presidency. I truly enjoyed seeing all those great action stars again in Jason Stratham, Jet Li, Sylvester Stallone, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger all in the same movie kicking absolute ass during the entire duration of the plot. I didn’t think I’d enjoy it as much as a film like 2013’s Man of Steel, Iron Man 3 or The Hobbit. But he did convince me recently to watch the movie with him and I’m glad he did.
Expendables 2 was wonderfully testosterone filled without apology. It was uncompromisingly manly—and for that I was grateful. I have not laughed so hard genuinely in a long time as I did when Arnold Schwarzenegger ripped the door off a Smart Car that Bruce Willis was driving and declared that he has shoes bigger than the car—all while mowing down bad guys with machine guns. It was a wonderfully fun movie and it was just pleasurable to see a movie with all those actors known for their tough guy rolls in the same movie. It was a movie made for the core of America from the rural areas of Pennsylvania to the recluse mobile home dwellers in the Nevada Mountains. Santa Monica, California might look down their nose at all these old action stars mindlessly killing thousands of people centering around a ridiculous mercenary plot—and New York career climbers would find all the activity repulsive—but everyone else in America loves it. Expendables 2 is an American movie made for American men. End of story. It is a film meant to be watched by men while the women cook in the kitchen during Holiday events gossiping about other family members who aren’t present. In such times men have very little to do—they usually watch football as grown men run into each other as hard as they can, or they watch movies like Expendables 2. It is a fun movie that is not afraid to touch the heart of a testosterone driven entity. Women might complain about that testosterone when its inconvenient to them—but in the bedroom they want it. Expendables 2 is likely to improve the love lives of many women, so they shouldn’t complain.
As for Harvey Weinstein he’s built his career producing movies that exploit violence and guns—films like Pulp Fiction, True Romance, Grindhouse, Sin City, the Kill Bill movies, Rambo, Django Unchained along with many others. He also has made several sexually exploitive films. He had Madonna show her bare breasts in the 1991 film Truth or Dare, and had Nichole Kidman very; very naked in Cold Mountain, which likely ruined her career. Once people saw her in such a nude fashion in that movie after the film Eyes Wide Shut, there was nothing left to desire in Nichole. Everyone had seen everything and Nichole was officially old news after that. Here is Harvey’s film resume:
Because of his Academy Awards he falsely believes that he’s a “serious” filmmaker. But what he’s done is use action films exploiting massive amounts of violence—some of the most violent movies ever made—and turned those profits into progressive agenda films—like Silver Linings Playbook,Zack and Miri Make a Porno, and Chicago. He is the opposite of someone like Walt Disney who took his profits from animated films to crusade for traditional values. Harvey exploited violence, sex, and over-the-top action to fund progressive films—which never make much money. So now, Harvey thinks he’s the king of Hollywood and that he can command Meryl Streep to make a film that will sink the NRA. Well, good luck, Harvey. Your Hollywood friends might like a film like that—but while the women are gabbing in the kitchen during Holidays cooking dinner as they are prone to do—the men won’t be popping in a DVD of your upcoming stupid anti-NRA film. They’ll put in Expendables 2, and in the future Expendables 3, and if Stallone gets his way, Clint Eastwood will be in Expendables 4 taking the director’s chair and appearing in the film. I’d pay damn good money to watch Clint Eastwood as an 86-year-old man blasting bad guys with a .500 magnum over one of Harvey’s pictures like Zack and Miri.
So have at it Harvey—take my bet. Your movie with Meryl Streep will be grossly out performed by Expendables 3 which will add to the cast mentioned above Harrison Ford, Antonia Banderias, and Mel Gibson. In addition, ten years from now where men have the option to watch all the Expendables movies or the latest anti-gun film from the Weinstein Company what do you think they’ll pick. Even with all of Hollywood’s efforts to make women “equal” or enlightened, they’ll still be in the kitchen cooking dinners for their men and talking about those men’s mothers—and the men will be looking for violent entertainment that features guns—guns, and more GUNS! And there isn’t a damn thing anybody can do about it. It’s the way God made all of us, and that is the way it will always be even 2000 years from now long after progressivism has fallen off the radar as a failure in social engineering long forgotten—like all of Harvey’s non-violent progressive films—such as Chicago and his upcoming film with Meryl Streep dead before it is ever made.
Matt Clark had spent the last week in Disney World running in a yearly marathon event he has made a ritual of embarking on. During his trip he sent me a nice picture taken under the Liberty Tree which permeated the glum of the winter blues with reminders of the southern family haven of Disney’s vast empire I love so much. Matt shares this love with me and he wanted to pay tribute with a visit to the Liberty Tree at Liberty Square, a place that Walt Disney wanted to ensure that America would never forget. Once Matt arrived home, he did a radio show on WAAM with his Disney trip still fresh on his mind and opened up the phone lines. He asked a simple question, would Walt Disney be able to amass such a large media empire in modern America—with only a high school education, and a federal government that wants to be in the pocket of every business in America. Matt opened up the phone lines, and this is what happened. Have a listen.
My answer to Matt’s question is that Disney could not exist today. In fact he is currently under attack as Meryl Streep displayed just last week. In a previous time of common sense, Disney made comments about women stating, “women do not do any of the creative work in connection with preparing the cartoons for the screen, as that task is performed entirely by young men.” That was the quote Streep uttered which was then backed a few days later by Disney’s grand niece Abigail Disney—who is the granddaughter of Walt’s brother Roy. Uncle Walt could not exist today as he would be picked apart by progressive ideology which would have encumbered his imagination needlessly, and prevented him from doing what he did in bringing to the world a ray of light with the Disney media empire which we all enjoy from ESPN to the Disney Channel.
Abigail’s comments would be similar to the daughter of one of my nieces criticizing the things I wrote here on Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom 70 years from now—the context would be evaporated by a watered down family member who is the kid of a kid of a brother who lacked Walt’s abilities and secretly has resented it their entire life. Abigail said on the heels of Meryl Streep’s comments:
“And if you are going to have mixed feelings about a family member (and we all do) take it from me, you really need to be as honest as possible about those feelings, or else you are going to lead yourself into many a blind alley in life!! … Anti-Semite? Check. Misogynist? OF COURSE!! Racist? C’mon he made a film (Jungle Book) about how you should stay ‘with your own kind’ at the height of the fight over segregation! As if the ‘King of the Jungle’ number wasn’t proof enough!! How much more information do you need? But damn, he was hella good at making films and his work has made billions of people happy. There’s no denying it. So there ya go. Mixed feelings up the wazoo.”
Abigail posted again 10 hours later: “I feel I have to clarify. I LOVED what Meryl Streep said. I know he was a man of his times and I can forgive him, but Saving Mr Banks was a brazen attempt by the company to make a saint out of the man. A devil he was not. Nor an angel.
To defend Walt Disney if I had the chance to speak with him back then when he made those statements about women in his animation department in the context of his times I would say that he was concerned about bringing women into a room full of animators who were expected to draw pictures all day. When men and women are brought together in the same time and same place—they tend to attempt to engage in sexual relationships which distract from the work a person like Disney was performing. Considering that nobody has come along like Disney then or since, his formula should be studied not rejected.
Progressives do not have a way to deal with this intermixing problem of men and women working together. Their solution is to advocate gay rights so that they can bring the same tensions to male to male relationships and take the light off the fact that women still tend to sleep their way to the top, and provide temptations to slack jawed men—and Disney wanted to avoid that kind of thing. Of course men and women have learned to work things out over time, companies like Lucasfilm, Weta, and Pixar come to mind as similar companies that do the same kind of work that Disney did which still gets done when men and women work together in close proximity. But at the time, in the 1940s when labor unions were trying to destroy Walt Disney, and women were demanding “equal” rights which threatened to bring sexual drama to his skilled animators—the emergence of all these progressive concepts were threatening to destroy what he spent his life building.
Now many years later man haters like Meryl Streep and Abigail Disney corrupted by progressive propaganda wish to paint Walt in the light of the modern progressive times—which is actually quite screwed up. Disney wouldn’t get media, Disney wouldn’t get financing, and Disney would find himself always in court defending himself—and he wouldn’t have the time or energy to conduct the kind of projects he embarked on. He barely was able to do what he did in the context of his times……………he would surely be destroyed before he ever got started today………….so the answer to Matt’s question is that no, Disney could not do today what he did during his time. There would be no Disney World, there would have been no Zorro television show, no Davey Crockett, no Disney Channel there’d be nothing but a film maker who made a few cartoons that would be immediately panned by critics and disposed directly to Red Box to die a quick death on the rental market in direct competition with pornography.
But here is the real reason for the increase in attacks against Walt Disney, especially lately after the release of Saving Mr. Banks. You see, nothing is by accident and rival studios run by liberal labor unions see the writing on the wall—and everyone knows how Walt felt about labor unions—he didn’t like them. But you won’t hear those quotes from Meryl and Abigail—only the things that can be distorted to suit the modern progressive agenda. Disney in the next four years is poised to explode with their mythic relevancy. With the acquisition of Star Wars that alone will drive the company toward economic growth that will exceed all the other production companies in Hollywood combined. Yet in addition to that, they also have Marvel comics as well as Pixar leaving the Disney Company in prime shape to bring in new revenue streams combating the escalating production costs of making motion pictures—which is destroying the other studios and drying up work on Wilshire Blvd. I have said it many times; Star Wars is going to ignite a revolution of creative thought across the entire world. I remember what it was like in the 70s under the independent hand of George Lucas—who designed his companies after Walt Disney. The Disney Company has even more power and ability to expand that mythology to a society that is lacking social and intellectual value and are hungry for it. In just a few short years it will be impossible to go anywhere and not see something of Star Wars from action figures to party napkins. The merchandising alone will rock the coffers at the Disney Company to levels never seen before with an entertainment company. Disney will of course do what they always do, they’ll take that money and produce good family films like Frozen, The Little Mermaid,The Lone Ranger, and Saving Mr Banks—good traditional family productions that will drive progressives out of their minds with anxiety—because they desire to crush traditional America. Disney was committed to preserving it, and Star Wars will give the company the financial leverage to do more of it.
Family members would say the same things about me as Abigail did of Uncle Walt for much the same reasons—because their frame of reference is skewed by the progressive times by progressive concepts that have infected their belief systems. The value of the statements about Walt come from the faulty beliefs of the advocates. Meryl Streep would be nothing if she did not brown nose producers in the early days of her career to get film roles. She is entirely dependent on other people to give her work. When those people line up the financing, direct the make-up people, lighting and camera guys, and hire writers to make a movie they hire Meryl to stand in front of the camera and do what they tell her to do. As much of a liberated woman as she wishes to pretend she is, she still does what people tell her to do. If they tell her to kiss somebody, she does. She learns the lines that other people write for her, acts the way other people tell her to. If they say to take off her top off she does or pose seductively with another actress, she does. Check out this for the proof where Meryl did a lesbian love scene with Penelope Cruz for Harper’s Bazaar. How is Meryl Streep a free—independent woman?
Who would pay any attention to what Abigail Disney put on her Facebook account if her last name wasn’t “Disney.” And who gave her that value……….Uncle Walt who built something in America that Meryl and all her other Hollywood friends couldn’t even conceive of. They have attempted to copy off Walt, but when they failed, they have slandered his name. Without Walt Disney her grandfather Roy and everyone that came after—including her—would have just been average man-hating progressives spiteful about the world and everything in it.
There may come a time in the future where a persona like Walt Disney could once again do what he did to make the Disney Company one of the best organizations in the world. But not in this time and this place—not in the days where Barack Obama is president and a criminal like Hillary Clinton is a front runner for the office in 2016. These are dark times—far removed from the hopeful days of Walt Disney and the kind of stories he wanted to tell hoping to save mankind from itself all in the glory of entertainment with some value added. They don’t teach the kind of genius that Walt Disney had in school, and that drives progressives even crazier—because they don’t understand how someone like Disney could have ever been so brilliant. So they do the only thing they know how to do—they tear the guy down behind his back using bra burning feminists to advocate the smear hoping that they can destroy the Disney Company before the next wave of box office profits threatens to put them all out of business. And that is what is behind Meryl Streep’s comments which led to Abigail’s slander of her treasured family member.
The ultimate answer to Matt’s question, could Walt Disney exist today…………….the answer is NO! Walt Disney is attacked for the same reason that Chick-fil-A is, because he made a quality product with values and set a bar too high for everyone else to compete with. These days, what matters to most everyone is to set the bar of competition so low that anybody can win—and Disney simply made that bar too high, and he did it partially by recognizing that his animators needed to concentrate on their jobs instead of looking for a lunch date.
