Judge Napolitano SPEAKS: Why taxation of any kind is THEFT!

Judge Napolitano may have lost his top rated show FreedomWatch due to pressure from many government forces who desired to remove his voice from the airwaves, but he is still going strong.  So strong, that he gave an interview with Nick Gallespie at Reason TV about why government is dangerous and why Constitutionally speaking, taxes are theft.  The government does not have the right to steal our money from us and the Judge lays out his case.  So while you prepare your tax forms and listen to your local schools preach as to why they need more taxes, remember what the Judge said here.

Judge Andrew P. Napolitano joined Fox News Channel (FNC) in January 1998, and currently serves as the Senior Judicial Analyst. He provides on air legal analysis every weekday throughout the day on FNC and on its sister network, Fox Business Network (FBN). He hosted “FreedomWatch” on FBN, Saturday at 10 am and 8 pm, and Sunday at 7 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. He was also the regular fill-in host for “The Glenn Beck Program” on FNC, weekdays at 5 pm.

Judge Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. While on the bench from 1987 to 1995, Judge Napolitano tried more than 150 jury trials, and sat in all parts of the Superior Court–Criminal, Civil, Equity, and Family. He has handled thousands of sentencings, motions, hearings, and divorces. For eleven years, he served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law at Seton Hall Law School, where he provided instruction in constitutional law and jurisprudence. Judge Napolitano returned to private law practice in 1995 and began television broadcasting in the same year.

Judge Napolitano has published five books on the U.S. Constitution. They are Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When The Government Breaks Its Own Laws; the New York Times bestseller, The Constitution in Exile: How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land; A Nation of Sheep; Dred Scott’s Revenge: A Legal History of Race and Freedom In America; and the New York Times bestseller Lies the Government Told You: Myth, Power, and Deception In American History.

His writings have also been published in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the New York Sun, the Baltimore Sun, the (New London) Day, the Seton Hall Law Review, the New Jersey Law Journal, and the Newark Star-Ledger. He lectures nationally on the Constitution and human freedom.

Judge Napolitano received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor degree from University of Notre Dame in 1975.

When it comes to the law I tend to listen to what Judge Napolitano has to say on the matter. You can read more about the Judge at the link below and the many books he’s written.

Oh–you want more proof?  You think I’m kidding you?  You think all this is a conspiracy, because the knowledge is not convenient?  Then read what’s at the link below and you’ll see how it was all set up in 1958 to create the world we are finding ourselves dealing with today.  I’ve made it easy for you.  All you have to do is look for yourself.

  1. Whoa there Hoffinator!!!
    Slow down! LOL
Are you trying for a post an hour or something? 🙂

I was at work I think it was Tuesday and The Judge was on with Cavuto. Mind you we have flat screens all over the wall and watch different things… and he told Cavuto in response to his shunning of the responsibility of the Supreme Court…”I believe we are dangerously close to Totalitarian!”
You should have seen the looks even though I work with politically charged conservatives. It wasn’t the words that were spoken for me so much as the immense saddness that we passed socialism, fascism, communism..all the isms so blindly fast, that we’re now talking totalitarianism.

  2. Judge Napolitano is primarily responsible for my conversion from “conservative” to the “libertarian” I am today. I was a proud Rush Limbaugh-listening, Reagan loving conservative for many years. I still love Reagan and still listen to Rush (among others), but I’ll never forget the exact moment I heard of the Judge. He was on with some then-new talk host named Sean Hannity not long after the Patriot Act was passed. I remember being briefly caught up in the patriotic fervor to get those responsible for the 911 attacks and prevent them from happening again. The Judge laid out his case of why the Patriot Act was one of the worst things to ever happen to our freedoms…especially the warrantless wiretap provisions. For a few minutes I thought, who is this nut? Then as I listened, I realized that he was right-the government (led by Bush, a supposed “conservative”) was “taking advantage of a crisis” and passing a law that, like many others, would have far reaching and unintended consequences. It turns out that Judge Napolitano was 100% right. After that I started paying much more attention to the laws that were being passed by our representatives. For that and all the great work he has done since then I owe him a huge debt of gratitude.

On the frront page of WND this morning..the judge and his statement.
I have never heard anyone on TV come close to the Judge besides Levin calling him a Marxist, also with Cavuto.
But, I went to a couple of important meetings last night and I’ll just say we have one lazy ass society. I don’t think you could spur people into action if Hitler was running. What a bunch of herded spineless pathetic sheep. I will never attend anything like that again, it’s too painful. I had to go this time. I was thee only one fighting and speaking up. If that is the barometer for Nov…get your mind hoax and chains for far beyond 4 more.
I won’t look at many I know the same ever again. Squishy men (and women), disgust me.

    1. Most people are pretty squishy. They are used to watching sports from the sidelines and are afraid to get on the field and play. They are ultimately victims of being conditioned into spectators of their own lives. Hey, Hitler was on the cover of Time Magazine before everyone realized he was a monster. People are no different today than they were then. Actually, people have less conviction now then they did then. They won’t realize what you’re saying till the game is over.

    2. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Judge loses his “Fox News contributor” status over this.
I’ve recently made it a mission to re-read the Napolitano books that I have read and read the ones I have not for the first time. They’re very scary. It’s one thing to know what’s going on in our Republic but seeing it laid out before your eyes is sobering.

      1. You’re both right. Phil, I think that as well.. especially after the hire of Soros funded activist Sally Kohn and recent hire of another screaming leftist Sanita Jackson. They’ve always had libs as contributors, but the balance is shifting with such extremes as these women.
It’s amazing..I keep getting kicked and still go back for more. I would imagine one day I’ll wake up and just say fuck it.
