Best Thing of 2013, ‘The Lone Ranger’: Memories of the “William Tell Overture”

As we close out the year of 2012, some might ask what I am most hopeful for in 2013—what I most desire out of the upcoming year—world peace, the resurgence of the American economy, or even the announcement that humans will colonize the moon and begin a manufacturing industry there. No, what I want out of 2013 is far better than all those things, and as was just announced, it looks like I might get it. Hans Zimmer has just been announced as the musical composer for the new Lone Ranger film that is being done by the same people who did the Pirates of the Caribbean films, and I am ESTATIC about all these combinations coming together in this updated western.


I have loved The Lone Ranger my entire life. I used to watch re-runs of the old Republic serials on TV with my grandfather as far back as I can remember. In fact, my grandpa—the one who taught me how to use a bullwhip, shoot a gun, and avoid detection from the law as he was a former moonshine runner–used to play The Lone Ranger theme song on his banjo in the kitchen while my grandmother made friend chicken and chopped potatoes fried in pig fat. The Lone Ranger may have been my very first memory as a child of about one and a half years old. In fact from age 1 to about 5 years old my beliefs of what a man should be was summed up in three heroic characters, Zorro, Popeye the Sailor, and The Lone Ranger. To this very day all three of those characters resonate in my daily life more than any other influence and it was that Lone Ranger theme song played on a banjo by my grandfather that rings in my head almost every minute of every day—and I love it dearly.


The William Tell Overture will always be a treasured bit of music to me because my grandfather pounded it into my subconscious and I will always adore him for it. In the darkest days of my life when things sometimes seemed to be overwhelmingly evil that theme song to the classic Lone Ranger westerns bounced around in my mind to always show me the light. And yes, like the Lone Ranger sometimes the fight against evil means that good men do have to wear a mask, they do have to conceal their identity to hide their loved ones from the harm of their heroic crusades. However, these days, I prefer the methods of Popeye the Sailor. I no longer attempt to hide, I just eat spinach and proclaim, “I am what I am and that’s all that I am.” If you don’t like it, take a hike.

But the William Tell Overture playing while the Lone Ranger rode his trusted horse Silver to fight against the worst that resides in the hearts of mankind is a theme I have always trusted and I imagine that Hans Zimmer will pay tribute to it in some fashion—if not, he is perfectly capable of inventing something that is even better if that could possibly be imagined. I am quite a fan of Hans Zimmer, so much so that the CD player in our car has been playing the soundtrack to Pirates of the Caribbean and Dark Knight Rises for over a year now every time we get in to drive somewhere.


My new grandson is about three months old and I have been working with him teaching him the art of the bullwhip. He watches me intently but can’t yet grip the handle under his own control. He can only wiggle with enthusiasm at the intense sound it makes. I recognize that like my grandfather did for me, I will have to do the same kind of thing for my own grandson, and I will. The foundations are already set, and it pleases me greatly to think that good old Disney is reinventing The Lone Ranger just in time for my grandson to carry on a tradition that my own grandfather started with me. If I have it my way, he will be wearing a black mask, a white hat and riding around a white horse everywhere he goes within a couple short years. And he will be going with us to see The Lone Ranger even though he will only be 10 months old when it comes out over the summer. If anything, the little boy will at least register some of the images with the stirring Hans Zimmer score that is sure to be magnificent.

So 2013 will be good for me, you can bet on it. I remember like it was yesterday how my grandfather looked in a sweaty white t-shirt in an un-air-conditioned farm-house kitchen plucking away at his banjo the William Tell Overture as my grandmother slaved over a hot stove stirring fried potatoes as evaporated pig grease dripped from the vent hood. The desire to be more than just an average man, the desire to be a good guy fighting the destitute, the corrupt, the very epitome of evil was thrust into my mind with the banjo strings of my grandfather and those old Republic serials of the Lone Ranger and his trusted horse Silver.

I simply can’t wait to see Johnny Depp as Tonto in Monument Valley. The new Lone Ranger film by the makers of Pirates of the Caribbean and distributed by The Walt Disney Company has great promise to be the next great western in a tapestry of tradition that has been vanquished by a modern age more akin to the villains of the classic westerns, than the heroes who rode white horses and hid their identity behind a black mask. It’s a sad commentary that good men must wear a mask, as evil has far too much control, and it will remain so as long as villainy is promoted as merit. That is something the adults who raised me never stood for, and that tradition will be passed on to a new generation. Hans Zimmer’s new musical score will make my job thankfully easier when The Lone Ranger hits theaters this upcoming July 2013.

Going on Vacation: Journey to ‘The Old Republic’

Christmas with my family is always full of a reverence for Star Wars.  In the picture below one of my daughters can be seen with my young nephew’s Millennium Falcon miniature during the opening of our 2012 presents.  Young and old alike in our family love Star Wars and it is something that we all share when our large family gets together.IMAGE_556

My wife and I are going on a much-needed vacation.  We are going to a place that does not have cumbersome rules, does not have intrusive TSA agents, overpriced drinks and food, noisy hotel rooms with struggling ice makers, oppressive governments, complacent taxi drivers, and stupid border policies.  We are going to a place that allows us to immerse ourselves into the kind of society that shares our sense of value and does not punish us for destroying bad guys.   In fact, in the place we are going, destroying bad guys is desired, and encouraged—and it is there that we can truly be ourselves.  For our 2013 vacation, we are going to a place that is not stuck in the rut that human society currently finds itself in technically, emotionally, spiritually, and fundamentally.

IMAGE_558We have traveled to many places over the years and while I enjoy the experience of new, faraway lands, there are so many limits that often prevent fully enjoying those places that we are looking for something different—something that gives us the freedom to do as we please whenever we wish to do it.  You cannot go these days to the resorts in Mexico without seeing armed teenagers patrolling the beaches, and you cannot even fly without some pervert TSA agent trying to sneak nude photos of your spouse through security checks.  And you can’t go to a resort town without getting overly taxed and soaked financially by the minute as parasites thrust themselves upon you the minute you enter their town.  The food is often too expensive, parking is outrageous, and there are just too many rules these days to enjoy anything.  I had been looking at taking my wife to Venezuela to camp, hike, and explore Angel Falls, but that country is reeking with socialism so it’s off limits to us.  I thought about Australia, but they have no guns and are digging out from their relationship with Socialist International.  I thought about Greece to visit the monuments there, but of course they are in financial ruin.  The same with Spain, France and northern Africa—I thought about Egypt, but they are under the control of the Muslim Brotherhood—so all those exotic vacation destinations feature unstable governments and overly restrictive laws that prevent fully enjoying travel there.  I mean if you’re going to spend $20,000 on a vacation, you should be able to enjoy it and not put up with all the crap discussed above.IMAGE_559

That is why I gave my wife for Christmas this year tickets to a new kind of travel experience, one that we haven’t done before together.   Instead of buying a plane ticket to some faraway place this time, we are going to inner space, to a galaxy far, far away, a long time ago.  For the same price of a couple of airline tickets to Europe I was able to get two new super computers so we can play Star Wars: The Old Republic online with our family members that are scattered all over The United States, fly our own star ships and hang out in the Jedi Temple to our hearts content fulfilling the mission objectives of the Jedi Order.  This vacation destination will allow us to live the kind of life that we really want to live in an environment that is more suited to our personal tastes.  The success or failure that we experience in that vacation destination is only limited by our imaginations, which are too vast for otherwise terrestrial travel.

The video game MMO Old Republic is an immense computer environment that cost Electronic Arts $200 million dollars to create and is the absolute latest in the Massive Multiplayer Online experience.  There is nothing like it that has ever been created, and it took some effort to get a hold of a couple of computers that would run the game successfully.  Old Republic features 17 planets that are fully developed and able to be explored leaving my wife and me with thousands of hours of limitless discovery that is freer than anywhere on planet Earth.  And in the game, we get our own spaceships to travel around that vast galaxy to all those planets in.  If bad guys get in our way we can just cut them down to get them out of our way—no courts, no lawyers, no jail time, nothing to stop our enjoyment of the environment.

When I was growing up I always loved the movie West World where the vacation destination was an old west town that let visitors live out their fantasy of being a deadly gunman shooting it out with robot hostiles.  Well, Old Republic is the closest thing to that reality the human race has so far created, and we don’t even have to leave our house to participate.  We can just roll out of bed, and jump into that world without even leaving our bedroom.  No taxes, no government, no politics, and virtually no rules—it is in my opinion the perfect environment.

I do plan to still keep up my work here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, but for all practical purposes, my wife and I will be on vacation for a while and not available for life outside of our travels through the Old Republic.  The world outside of that vacation destination does not share with us our values, and it is not our task to bend our values to the degeneration of society.  Rather, we will seek out places for our entertainment time even if it means we must create them ourselves in a fictional environment like Old Republic.  The rewards of that life are much greater than the ones of reality which we are seeking a vacation from.

I’m feeling a bit like a farmer these days, I have planted many seeds and now I have to wait and watch them grow.  But between the time of planting and harvesting, I have some time to take a vacation, and rather than travel to some distant place, I’d rather go somewhere that I understand, that makes sense, and isn’t full of social parasites and stupid rules.  So if anyone wants to contact me, I will be there.   Look me up—of course the way to find me is through the ingame mail system sent to Overmanwarrior.  I’m on the sever, Jedi Covenant, under the legacy name, Swashbucklers.

Another one of my nephews and I spent much of his childhood playing a Star Wars game called X-Wing which was a space combat simulator, that it bonded our relationship forever.  It was very involved, and very exciting.  He remembers the experience so well that it has stayed with him for many years and still last to this day as he is now a grown man raising his own family in Florida.  We don’t have time to talk much anymore, but it is our memories of that game that gave us experiences that couldn’t be found anywhere else.  It meant so much to him that I was his Best Man at his wedding last summer.  CLICK HERE to see my speech at his wedding.  My daughter and her husband met on a Star Wars game called Galaxies that was the previous generation MMO to the current Old Republic.  He was a Galaxies player in England and she was from The United States in the safe confines of her bedroom.    They went on many missions together on that game and lived that life flying all over the galaxy well before either one of them could ever drive a car at 16 years old.  They became great friends and wanted to do in real life the kind of things they were doing on the game as far as adventure and discovery—so they got married.

I was working too hard and too often when all my kids were playing Galaxies.  My wife played it with everyone, but I simply didn’t have the time.  When my wife and I learned that the next generation Star Wars MMO would be a lot bigger, and much more involved than the old Galaxies we promised ourselves we would make time for it.  The game came out last December, but was buggy, and when my oldest daughter tried to play it, it crashed her computer from being so graphics intensive.  So I had decided to finish up my work on my book Tail of the Dragon and once the book launched and was out there in the world doing its thing, that I would buy a couple of super computers that could easily run the game, so my wife and I could play it together.

After Thanksgiving my son-in-law and I went to Micro Center where he declared that he would build the computers for me if I bought the parts, so we picked up a few thousand dollars worth of computer parts and he ended up building two eight core processor beasts that are the Millennium Falcons of the computer world.  The muscle of these computers are designed to easily run such a power draining game like Old Republic for thousands and thousands of hours with countless combat scenarios and exploration over 17 planets and counting.  Each of these planets is massive in their own right.  So that is where we will all be for at least a few months, if not the rest of the year.  At my home in Liberty Twp I have the ability to swim and sit in a Jacuzzi all year with marvelous views and total privacy.  In fact I have all the luxuries of a mountaintop chalet in Gatlinburg, Tennessee that would be found in the best of any vacation home.  And I have time to enjoy them.  What I haven’t had is the ability to travel unimpeded because of the various circumstances that are going on in the world currently with my various family members scattered all over where I can take my wife with me without strip searches, invasive hotel employees, and nosy governments.  Now, with Star Wars: The Old Republic my wife and I can travel all over a virtual galaxy with the youngest of our family and the oldest that have a hard time getting around due to old age.  In the MMO of Old Republic everyone is equal, and has new bodies to run around in once they have become familiar with that simulated environment and accepted it as a substitute for reality.

As for the seeds I’ve planted and the life that goes on in the real world, I will live by the laws of the American Constitution and I will protect it with force if necessary.  I do not accept the United Nations as having any governing ability over me or my family, and I do not accept the case record interpretation of the Constitution as it has been contemplated by inferior minds of looting lawyers and career politicians.  Such a case is the law signed one year ago by Obama and the gang, the NDAA Act.  As far as I’m concerned it is illegal and I do not recognize the authority of the government that signed it.  I follow the Constitution under my definitions and nothing else.  If those authorities have a problem with that, then they will have trouble with me.  I can defend myself against an army and that status will not change.  So don’t come to my door looking for loot to bail out the socialists, the communists, and the global power grabbers, when they run out of money because it will only piss me off.  I’m on vacation doing with my wife and extended family what I desire, which does not have any bearing on the rest of the world, so I don’t expect to hear from them.  It is bad enough that the only way I can see to have real freedom in this world is to play a game online in a fictional world, because the real one is oozing with decadence, loss of value, and restrictive living that is just a prolonged death sentence.IMAGE_557

Besides, in the real world I’ve already played this game out in my head to a check-mate on my perspective battles, and I must wait for those moves made in my head to play out in reality.  Those are the seeds that have been planted.  In the mean time, I am already on to the next stimulation for my mind, the next war, the next struggle over philosophic principles—and that battlefield is in a galaxy far, far away in a world known as The Old Republic.  That is where my wife and I will be vacationing, and enjoying our lives not just in luxury, but in never-ending combat and puzzles only the mind can unwrap.

Public Education is more Dangerous than Guns: Why the Sandy Hook Shooting makes people anguish

I was a bit baffled by the panic that the collective nation felt in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Connecticut.  I understand the sadness, but to hear news personalities and politicians so distraught—to see the nation turning on their televisions after work and mashing their faces against the screens wanting to learn more information goes several steps beyond simple grief.  There was a fear invoked by the events of December 14th, 2012 where a 20-year-old shooter walked into a school and gunned down over twenty people, mostly kids, before taking his own life, that exceeds rationality and the reason is not what anyone is willing to discuss.

My thoughts about public education have evolved over the last couple of years from something that I previously tolerated as a local nuisance to a national menace of the American psyche.   I have learned through my school levy fights that most parents don’t care one iota what their kids are learning in school, or what damage to their social futures that government schools might do to their children over 13 years of elementary school and high school education.  Parents simply view public education as a babysitting service while they conduct their busy lives climbing a career ladder hoping that instead of love for their children they can purchase respect with the incomes they’ve earned from their occupations.  Some parents do get involved in their children’s education, particularly in sports.  However, many of these parents deep down inside hope their children’s participation in extracurricular activities will save money through scholarship earnings when it comes time to pay for college tuition leaving some of the savings that parents toiled over for years free for a nice vacation.  The sports participation is not one of love for the child as much as it is hope that their child will land a cherished scholarship.  It is rare to see parents in modern America taking an active role in their children’s education because they figure that is the job of the school—and in the back of their minds, the parents reserve the right to blame the school and the teachers for their failures as parents when things go wrong later.  That is the essence of modern public education in government schools.  The labor unions are happy to exploit this trend to their advantage, and they have.  Politicians are happy to exploit the guilt parents feel over their lack of involvement to enrich themselves as social looters.  But the real victims have always been the kids who just want parents to love them, teach them, and launch them into a life of their own with some measure of confidence—which they often find completely void.

So I did not feel stunned as others might have when hearing about the Sandy Hook shooting.  In fact, due to the social conditions involved on all sides, I am surprised that it doesn’t happen more often.  The failure is truly in social collectivism, where parents, kids, and politicians have embedded themselves into each other’s lives like mashed potatoes on a Thanksgiving Day dinner to be consumed by modern society and defecated out as waste products of a life dedicated to serving the collective whole.   When it comes to gun violence and the most vulnerable places that they are occurring with the most emotional impact, it is in school settings that they are most rampant.  This latest rampage, coming less than two weeks before Christmas, was the nation’s second-deadliest school shooting, exceeded only by the Virginia Tech massacre that claimed 33 lives in 2007.  Before that it was the Columbine shooting that was so glorified by the communist leaning Michael Moore film Bowling for Columbine.

The logical conclusion that one could make if they thought clearly on the matter is that if parents wanted their children to be truly safe, and to get a proper education that they would home-school their children instead of sending them to a public school full of unarmed progressive advocates where the children are vulnerable to the collective whims of society.  It is in such whims that distorted minds like Adam Lanza can make victims of unarmed children and naive human beings who prefer the peace sign over the barrel of a gun with a continued belief that evil can be legislated out of Earth’s social fabric.   People who think in such ways are the real danger to children because they are functioning from a false philosophy that is not driven by logic, but by their own internal selfishness.  They do not wish to take the time to raise their  own children properly so they send them to public school hoping the government can do it for them—but in so doing, their children are vulnerable to progressive politics, global power grabs, collective identity, and the barbarous malcontents of mental erosion.

My wife and I never left our kids to the fate of public education.  My wife was always a stay-at-home mom who drove my kids to school every day and helped them with their homework every night.  She also home-schooled them when the school wanted to teach my kids things we didn’t think they should be learning in the fourth grade—such as sex education.  Most of what my kids learned they learned with the input of my wife and me spending time with them and taking an active role in their lives which still exists to this day.  Many of my kid’s friends they went to school with who had parents who did not take an active role in their child’s lives, are rudderless despots drowning in the oceans of daily living, and that fate was sealed by their parents who used public education to do the job of parenting.   We have watched the decline first hand over the last decade and the differences are incredibly obvious.

It is dangerous to place children in large groups unarmed in a school room that only has one door in or out and is guarded by pacifist progressive leaning teachers radicalized by national teachers unions.  The policies of progressivism are failing in modern life, and there will be more incidents like the Sandy Hook Elementary school massacre.  There will be more because all the sorrow in the world can’t remove evil from the planet.  Evil cannot be controlled by more rules and regulation.  It cannot be quelled by guidance councilors or even more tax money.    Success in every American child requires a parent or mentor who will take direct responsibility for a child with real love and understanding that is rooted in individual responsibility.  The collectivism that is taught in modern society will produce many more troubled youth like Adam Lanza and leave millions of children perpetually vulnerable in classrooms all over the country because parents use public education as an extension of day care leaving complacent employees to safe guard the lives of Americas children—which is a recipe for disaster.

If parents really wanted their kids to be safe, they would withdrawal them from public school, teach them at home on a computer with online education within the safety and sanctity of private property guarded by American sovereignty, and one of the spouses would quit their full-time job and become a full-time parent because that’s what it takes.  The fear that society felt on the day of the dreadful Sandy Hook Massacre was not because of the victims—it was the realization that a system that most everyone has accepted as “good” is actually a very vulnerable environment that is well out of the control of the parents.   That vulnerability has been glazed over while busy parents pursue their individual careers, but the knowledge that a crazed lunatic can walk into any public school known to be full of unarmed—naive human beings is a lucrative target for the mentally anguished like Adam Lanza.  The fear that people felt upon hearing the news is that what they believed to be safe is quite the opposite, and if they want to keep their kids out of the grips of deaths embrace, or the many social pressures that lead to small losses of innocence, that the parents will have to take more active roles in their family’s lives.  And if I were them, I would take my children out of public school and do the job myself—so that I could ensure safety and success.  The grief that people are feeling is not for the unfortunate victims and their families, it is the realization that the responsibility for children cannot be pawned off on a group collective, but are the sole enterprises of a parent and their children, and is best protected with a personal firearm, a solid peace-loving religion, and a thirst for learning that is as free of social degradation as possible.

More Proof Obama’s White House is Red: Communists in American Government

Jeffrey Immelt–Obama’s jobs council head and the CEO of General Electric proved that he is a far inferior replacement to his protégé Jack Welsh when he said about China’s economic power that one thing “actually works” in governance and that is “state-run Communism” in China.  Such comments show a lack of worldly understanding about demographic tendencies between people in the East versus the West, and a lack of understanding about what makes China work as an economy—and how dependent they actually are on The United States economy, and technology developed under capitalism. China has been good at stealing Western technology through an intense spy network, and forcing their workers to do things that would be unheard of in The United States, and these are the sources of their modern-day success, not a superior political philosophy.  For more about the conditions of China from the standpoint of a citizens living under communism in that country refer to a previous article I have written by CLICKING HERE.

CEOs and political pundits often don’t understand how facts are strung together behind the scenes; they tend only to look only at bottom-line results, or just a small piece of the overall picture.  They look at China and see over 1 billion people who are outpacing the GDP of America but they don’t see the crash course that China is on culturally.  Communist China would easily be in jeopardy if America turned its policies of socialism back to capitalism preventing so much manufacturing from fleeing to China to avoid organized labor in the states.  States in America are doing just that by passing right-to-work legislation to stop the manufacture bleeding that has been taking place, and if such things become common place in America, along with tax breaks, businesses will flee China for America in a heart beat.  But such things were not on the mind of Charlie Rose who brought up “the ‘growth rate’ of China has been falling from double digits to about eight percent,” as Immelt chimed in, “Look, I think it’s good for China,” he said. “To a certain extent, Charlie, 11 to 12 percent is unsustainable. You end up getting too much stimulus or a misallocation of resources. They are much better off working on a more consumer-based economy, less dependent on exports, driving technology and innovation harder. Really, the one thing that actually works, state-run communism may not be your cup of tea, but their government works.”  You can read more about this at the link below:

The reason the Chinese government works under communism is because the people of China are collectivists by their nature—dictated by their religion and other cultural background criteria.  Americans are not, but the public education system driven by current government policies are attempting to make Americans into collectivists so that communism will be received as a world-wide philosophy.  This was one of the key attempts of The Department of Education when it was founded in 1979, and is not news that comes out of conspiracy theory.  The information is clear for anyone who wishes to Google it—but few desire to acknowledge such a terrible truth—because it’s inconvenient.  But for a validation of the depth of communist penetration into the American government, and public education system read this American Thinker article:

Communism only works if the society is mindless, and inquisitively evasive.  It takes “no thinking” to make a society into a communist one, and it doesn’t take a miracle to produce 1 billion brain-dead drones who can manufacture goods for a fraction of what it costs in The United States, if those drones do not question their reality.  And many communists are willing to trade thinking for comfort, which is the clear message in today’s public schools.  Young people are taught to take orders, follow directions, and comply with authority.  They are not taught to rebel, to think for themselves, to revel in their own independence.  Those types of behaviors are discriminated against in the society of government workers, and their brain-dead products.

People like Jeffrey Immelt and his boss Barack Obama don’t value individuality even though Immelt is politically listed as a Republican.  Such Republicans are of the “progressive” type, which is clearly indicated by his statement about China.  America, as it is now, would never comply with government orders, put up with the government restrictions on personal liberty, and absorb the loss of such personal luxury as the Chinese do while still showing up to work each day to work for bread and water.  Only a communist country of conquered people can get by with something like that—and the big government types are trying in America—but they will fail.

If China were held to the same regulatory standards as The United States is with socialist labor unions, aggressive EPA regulations, and a standard of living that expects more than 1000 SF of living space per person and all the food they can eat, China will find it’s economic growth evaporate in a flash.  And in the future, that is how America can beat China economically, by loosening the regulations, the taxes, and the socialism from labor unions, then America will thrive once again—because behind the mind of Americans is a thriving mind that craves individual freedom, and behind the oriental is a dominated collectivist that is easily controlled by authority lacking imagination as an entire country totaling millions upon millions of blank thinkers.  All together, they cannot compete creatively with the average American not because their minds are less—but because their political and spiritual philosophy limits them to restrictions of their imaginations—which are the ultimate fuel behind economic development.

Government looters ignore such facts, and it is for those reasons that they are so incredibly inept as managers, leaders, and financial tycoons.

The Joys of Christmas: What to put under the tree this year?

I do love Christmas for all the reasons that tradition holds.  I suspect that many people are lost to those reasons as culturally society has failed them.  I noticed the longing gaze in the eye of a bank teller the other day when I took out the money to buy my wife’s Christmas present. I could see that she was married, and wished that somebody went to the trouble that I was for my spouse to see that she had a good Christmas.  I revealed my plans to the young lady because of the amount of money that I was taking out in cash, which most people wouldn’t feel comfortable carrying around with them.  I explained that this was the only way I could keep the present a secret from my wife with the hope of lasting till Christmas Day.

She let out several long gasps as she counted the money in stacks of hundred-dollar bills and I could tell that she wished for the same kind of cloak and dagger type maneuvers from her own spouse.  I told her to be patient, that if she could stay married for a quarter of a century like my wife and I have, that such a thing would be possible in her own future.  She smiled, at that and seemed to perk up as she lost track of her count and had to start all over again.

For what Christmas means to me, CLICK HERE and learn what my favorite Christmas song is and why.  I don’t think I will ever tire of Christmas morning, and waking up to unleash the many devious plots that I had been pondering for months toward all the people in my family that were carefully concealed acts of espionage designed to make them happy.  I truly enjoy those magical mornings of cold winter delight as for just a moment the world takes a deep breath and enjoys the company of one another.  And I truly love surprising people, especially my wife, since she is so incredibly hard to catch off guard.

In all our years of marriage, there have only been a handful of times that I have been able to “catch” her with a surprise of any worth.  Some years it is a treasured book that is hard to get, some years it is a gift that she would never buy for herself.  Of recent years, I was able to give her a slick monokini from Victoria Secret that she could wear in the streets of Key West and Cancun without being too over-the-top, and not look like a 17 year-old-girl.  Hard to do with her, and not cheap, since she is extremely picky—extremely.   That was over four years ago, and I haven’t been able to get her quite that good since—until this year.

Another year, my oldest daughter caught me off-guard with a book called Way of the Fighter, which I had been looking for over 20 years.  (CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW)  It’s a rare out-of-print book that costs over $100 dollars from used book venders.  During one of my trips to Los Angeles as I had time to kill from my business there, I spent entire days at the large used book stores on Brand Boulevard looking for a copy of that book from some deceased celebrity’s estate where the kids sold off all the things they thought didn’t have value.  But to no avail.  Somehow, my daughter had tracked down a copy of that book and gave it to me on Christmas, which to date is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received during all my many Christmases over the years.

But the gist of the gifts have not always been about the money, or how much they cost, it is the value of the thoughts behind them, the scheming all in the name of love that goes on in behalf of coaxing just a bit of joy out of a loved one for just a moment.  It is the selfish joy of seeing someone you care about open a gift that you carefully prepared, and plotted to give under the cloak of secrecy for the sustained joy of the gift’s intended recipient.

The Unions of Detroit: Wisdom from Mark Etterling

I was listening to the news today as they discussed the Right to Work legislation currently pending before the Michigan State House.  As is usually the case there was the obligatory union boss pontificating about how passage of such legislation would automatically doom any and all future labor to an abyss of virtual corporate slavery.  As is also the usual, the person holding the microphone never even bothered to ask the most basic of follow-up questions like “Can you elaborate on that statement?”.  Since the modern-day media is obviously nothing more than a sorry bunch of ideological hacks I thought I would do their job for them by asking the question myself.
 
Hey Union Boss!  Explain in to me.  You make such asinine statements, but the facts don’t agree.  There are currently 23 states that have already passed RTW laws and from an overall economic standpoint those states are doing just fine without the need to force employees to accept union membership as a condition of employment.  To the contrary, union laden cities like Detroit, Flint,Toledo, and Cleveland are collapsing in on themselves as the former jobs of those cities are being migrated to the more friendly confines of the southern RTW states.  After having passed RTW last year Indiana picked up over 13,000 new manufacturing jobs.  In that same time span Michigan has lost over 8,000 with their current “closed shop” attitude.
 
If you listen to the union battle cry they will chant sophomoric rhyming slogans about how it’s all about workers rights.  Okay, great, now explain that as well.  Exactly how is it an invasion of someone’s rights to simply give them the freedom of choice about joining a union versus being forced to do so?  There is nothing in the pending Michigan legislation (or RTW in general) that prevents union membership.  In fact, Taft-Hartley guarantees the right of employees to unionize.  Therefore, no one’s rights are being threatened in the least by RTW legislation.  So explain your statement, because quite frankly it doesn’t pass the smell test.
 
If you ask a hardened union member they will tout all of the good things that unions do for their members.  Great!  If that’s really true than the unions shouldn’t feel the least bit threatened simply by giving people the option.  It’s like taking vitamins.  If I see a real benefit from taking them I’ll gladly pay for them.  I’ll use them freely where I don’t need someone to force me to do so.  However, if I don’t see a real benefit than why bother?  We shouldn’t be forcing people to join unions any more than we should be forcing them to take vitamins.  If unions are as great as advertised than keeping up membership up without force should be a piece of cake.  However, as Wisconsin and many other states have recently proven, that’s not the case.
 
So what’s this really all about?  Well, as is usually the case, it’s not rocket science.  As I mentioned above, in the first year after Wisconsin passed RTW the public employee union membership dropped by 56% as all those employees with a new-found freedom exercised that freedom.  56% fewer members translate into 56% less dues.  So in reality this is all about union membership dues and the political power that those dues represent and has nothing to do with anyone’s “rights”.  When fully 95% of union political contributions go to a single party it’s pretty obvious that party can’t live without the unions anymore than the unions can live without that party.  It’s a marriage of convenience to say the least.
 
The Democrats tried unsuccessfully to get card check passed in order to enhance union membership by forcing open ballot voting.  It didn’t work simply because the Democrats couldn’t come up with a single legitimate argument as to why it was necessary to permit such a coercive act without any justification.  When it comes to losing all these states to RTW they keep losing that debate as well for the very same reason.  The unions can hold all the statehouse rallies their little hearts desire, but what they can’t do is justify their own actions.  In the mean time they have become a caricature of what a democracy is supposed to look like simply because the exercising of the freedoms democracy offers should at least have a purpose, and this debate has none.

A Lesson on Government from George Lang: how things are supposed to work

Below is an example of how local government is supposed to work—at least as a sample of the type of debate that should transpire between the participants.  This is true no matter what kind of government is presented, whether it is a school board, a group of trustees for a township which is the example below, or a city council—the elected representatives are supposed to argue and hash out issues with passionate narrative in order to arrive at a proper conclusion.  In the example provided, West Chester Trustee George Lang argues against the proposal of trustee Cathy Stoker, and Lee Wong who are voting in favor of a contract renewal with the Fraternal Order of Police that has very lucrative benefits included.  Many of the employees being discussed make very close to six figures a year.  CLICK HERE TO SEE HOW MUCH AND WHO THEY ARE (there’s over 80 comments on that link that are very entertaining).  So the employees are already well compensated, and this new contract more than insures more of the same behavior, which Lang argues West Chester may find balancing a budget will be difficult in the coming years.  Watch for yourself:

George Lang was outvoted 2 to 1, but he still went to the trouble to make the public argument for the good of West Chester, and this is why it’s important to vote in favor of more representatives like Lang at election time.  In West Chester, Cathy and Lee’s seats are coming up for re-election, so there is a chance for West Chester to vote big spenders like those two trustees out of office in favor of managers who will behave more like George Lang.

The trend in most political organizations such as school boards, trustees and city councils is to try to achieve group consensus and this is where politics fails.  When the members of the governing body are more concerned about winning a popularity contest, or being accepted by the other governing members, the chance for spirited debate is effectively squashed, and does not happen very often.  In Lang’s situation of course his position will not make him popular with the public sector unions, but he is not concerned about those kinds of things—he is trying to manage the impact of the contracts cost against the ability of the tax payers of West Chester to pay the bill without tax increases, which is how the process is supposed to work.

Ultimately the video above reveals a much more sinister evil that is at the heart of every government deal involving any public sector union, and illustrates why school boards and other management organizations lose control of their costs—third-party arbitration.  In the video Cathy Stoker discusses that if the contract is not accepted by the trustees that a third-party will be called in to resolve the dispute and force the hand of the trustees against their will.  This third-party arbitration is exactly why school boards do not have the stomachs to fight teacher unions to manage their costs, because the union will force the dispute into arbitration and trump the elected school board.  School boards don’t want to be trumped, so they go along with whatever teacher unions’ support to avoid the third-party embarrassment.

The same threat is present when involving fire fighter unions, and police unions.  In West Chester, Cathy Stoker showed in the video that she is very concerned about third-party arbitration forcing upon them costs that exceed the contract they are agreeing to, while George Lang suggests that the trustees should force the issue into arbitration and fight it out in an effort to save the costs against the tax payers of West Chester.  Lang knows that if they lose their arbitration hearing, he would then have the leverage in the media to blame the arbitration process for the high taxes imposed by the third-party.  So he is willing to roll the dice, whereas Stocker and Wong aren’t.  But at least the debate happened and all three trustees didn’t mindlessly accept the contract without spirited discussion.

When electing these kinds of politicians it is more beneficial to elect fighters instead of people who will just lie down and say “uncle” in the face of third-party arbitration.  It is this threat that drives up the cost of all these public sector workers with teachers, fire fighters, and police departments.  Public sector unions should be illegal, and third-party arbitration by un-elected officials should also be illegal.  The laws that protect this system are a travesty against the tax payers.  But thank God not all politicians are mindless “yes men” who just go through the political motions so they can have the social popularity of a name-plate upon their desks.  Some politicians like George Lang actually try to manage the costs that impact his community, which is what he was elected to do.

France Calls Obama a Socialist: ‘World of Warcraft’ is all about CAPITALISM

It might be recalled that I have discussed in great detail free to all that the world willing to read that global governments are moving toward socialism because they lack the financial strength and productivity of America and can only hope that socialism will save their skins from years, and years of government mismanagement.  (CLICK HERE FOR THE MAP to see how socialism is infecting earth with a destructive political ideology.)  In America since socialism is a public relations nightmare—or at least it used to be, the word “PROGRESSIVE” has been used instead, and has been slowly sold through the public education system to naive young minds as busy parents simply needing a baby sitter didn’t pay any attention.  The result has been in America a mixed ideology of capitalism and socialism which is kind of like being in a marriage where the couple hates each other, but stay together for the kids.  Socialism is always looking to undermine capitalism as peace is just not an option, the two cannot co-exist.

I have declared openly that Obama is a functioning communist.  It looks as though he was raised as a communist and it’s all he knows.  And as anyone who understands such things knows, socialism is a big step toward communism.  Socialism is like having a diet Pepsi where communism is a regular Pepsi.  They are both sodas, but one is loaded with all kinds of nasty things, whereas the diet drink is intended to simulate the regular drink while avoiding all the nasty stuff.  Because Obama is a communist advancing the diet drink of socialism with great abundance the American economy is suffering terribly, and nobody wants to discuss it because socialism is a bad word in America.  So nobody calls it out by name.

Socialism started in America with labor unions and really kicked into gear during the Red Scare in the 1930’s leaving the progressive president FDR to enact many socialist American programs in his New Deal  to respond to global communism that was sweeping the planet.  This is how we ended up with Social Security and many other intrusive government programs.  But socialism didn’t stop there of course and is now advancing aggressively under Obama into nationalizing industries by the Federal government so that central authority control can be put in place—which has been the intention of communists all along—supported openly by many politicians, Obama simply being the latest.

It is hard for many people to believe, but the truth is what it is.  In Europe, which politicians like Obama love as an example of governance—but traditional Americans despise–socialism is out in the open.  In fact France has a socialist president.  In England socialism was hidden behind the name of the Labour Party and of course in America it was sold as the party of Democrats and the umbrella of Progressive politics.  But now Greece and Spain have openly supported the actual title of socialism.

Of course all these countries functioning under socialism are failing economically because socialism takes away personal responsibility and allows the weak and unproductive to feed off the exploits of the productive, and such a theory will never work in a million years.  It’s naive at best.  So after the French president was criticized for his high taxes on the rich, and companies threatened to shut down because they are owned by “the rich,” he simply replied that France could nationalize its industries instead of them functioning under private ownership, and he pointed at Obama as his gleaming example for what was going on in the United States.  Click the link below for more info.

It cannot be denied any longer.  Socialists are attacking our American way of life and they are doing so ruthlessly.  They are in essence predatory parasites, meaning they function as a collective of weaklings that require the looted efforts of strong backed individuals to carry them through life.  So it is time to meet them on the battle field and stop coddling them like infants crying for a pacifier.  Without capitalism America will fail, and for all the young kids reading this who thinks that what I’m saying won’t affect them, let me provide an example of capitalism and socialism that they might understand.  In the world of video games, over 10 million people play World of Warcraft.  Many of those 10 million people spend 5 to 6 hours a day playing that massive online game in a world of their own making with other players all over the world.  On weekends they spend over 12 hours per day.  It is likely that many of those 10 million either voted for Obama or support him without knowing why.  The idea of extended unemployment benefits, higher minimum wages, food stamps and many other government programs is very appealing to these young gamers, because it gives them more time to play their favorite online game with their virtual friends.  But the reason these people play the game of World of Warcraft is because in the real world, their lives are much more limited, and heavily regulated.  In the game of W.O.W a game player can spend all day working hard for their currency and leveling up their characters because they can see the results.  W.O.W. is a successful game because it frequently rewards players keeping them interested in playing the game.  But imagine playing W.O.W all day every day and then having the makers of the game tell players that they must send 50% of all the credits they’ve earned, and the skills their characters have acquired back to the video game manufacture as part of their fee for keeping the game operating.  Or that the game designers wish to give new players in W.O.W some of the other players money so that World of Warcraft would be more “fair and even” for new players who wouldn’t have to feel so bad when they were playing with and against players who have invested 200 to 1000 hours of time on W.O.W and have leveled their characters up to become very powerful.  If the makers of World of Warcraft did such a thing, the game would become very unpopular, and people would leave.  That is the difference between capitalism and socialism.  W.O.W. is a very capitalist system.   Players pay a small fee to play the game but get to keep most everything they make and produce within the game.  That is why W.O.W is successful, just like any economy, real or virtual.

In fact, it is partly because of this massive online gaming presence that members of the United Nations under control of Socialist International are looking to regulate trade and access to the internet.  They have seen that online games are a threat to their global philosophy.  Games like WOW that has over 10 million active users, and Star Wars: The Old Republic which has over 1 million and growing since it’s a very new release, along with the many millions that play Call of Duty on Xbox live every day, or Madden Football, or any number of releases are enjoying online PURE CAPITALISM because there is no limit to what they can do, only what their minds and time can produce.   When politicians and even parents wonder what the great appeal is to online gaming with kids, it is that games are pure capitalism still, and Socialists International fears that realization because they control every other aspect of human life in some form or another—and have come to realize that they must gain control of the online world in some way soon—starting with an online sales tax.  When it is asked why kids don’t want to play outside anymore, think about it—half the neighborhood neurotic mothers who also vote for school levies pad their kids up for safety instead of letting them get bumps and bruises.  Making playing outside difficult with knee pads and helmets just to ride a bicycle pushes kids somewhere else where they aren’t so restricted, just like any businessman.  Kids go online and play games where they can be free.

Socialism takes away the ambition to do anything.  I feel it myself.  There are a lot of things I would do that society would greatly benefit from, but to be honest, I don’t want to deal with the pin-headed bureaucrats to make those things happen so I stay out of the market place.  If things were deregulated, I might do more that would benefit society, but since doing anything productive these days requires a major pain in the ass investment of time and money, it is simply not worth it.  So I write books, because looting socialist bureaucrats have not yet found a way to tax the ideas that come out of my mind since they don’t control my thinking.  And there is a part of me who understands young people who would rather play a video game than to start a new business.  Because in the game, even though none of it is real, the player at least gets to keep what they earned while investing their time.  In real life, politicians guided by socialism want to take some of what everyone earns, so many young people just lock themselves in their bedrooms and play World of Warcraft filing for food stamps and other welfare programs rather than get a real job that’s unsatisfying, because they want more time to play their games.

Socialism is the culprit that is ruining the lives of Americans, and it is politicians like Obama who are advancing that destructive political philosophy most aggressively.  It doesn’t matter how much he smiles, or speaks, and manipulates, he is a socialist who also happens to be a lawyer with a proven history of taking great liberties with the truth.  Whoever supports a person like Obama is a damned fool and is directly responsible for the destruction of America.  Because once Obama and his fellow socialist have nationalized the world’s economy, they will come after the video game industry to eradicate from the minds of mankind any trace of capitalism forever.  That is when the young people playing W.O.W. will have wished they paid as much attention to politics as they do the story lines of their video games, because if they had, they may have been able to stop the spread of socialism that destroyed everything they knew and loved.

Bill Clinton and Gennifer Flowers: The 2005 meeting attempt and progressive agenda against marriage

I kept waiting for other media outlets to pick up this story, but nobody has, so here it is. A few did, but it died on the vine rather quickly, and deserves some considerable attention. Back in the 1990’s the story of the Gennifer Flowers affair with Bill Clinton was quite a scandal—and in many ways it served progressives well by providing the template of lies, and deceit that a politician can now engage in—which was always a progressive agenda item. Bill Clinton is a hero to the progressive cause because he was one of the first of his kind of politician to lie so openly, dodge federal prosecution, and still win the hearts of America with a favorable memory of his two disastrous terms in office. It was Bill and Hillary Clinton who taught modern progressives as lawyers how to lie straight into the lens of a camera and gain public approval to crush investigations before they had a chance to happen. The tactic that Bill Clinton used in the 1990’s is the same type of tactics that Barack Obama uses today—also an attorney—and that is to win the jury in the box in spite of the evidence that is presented to a judge. Bill Clinton was and still is the master of deception. In fact, he is so arrogant about his ability to lie, cheat and manipulate the public that as recently as 2005, after denying the affair he had with Flowers for over 20 years he showed up at Flowers house to attempt to re-establish contact with her. Watch a recent interview with her below and wrap your mind around the level of deceit and treachery that she is claiming—then consider that the show she is on is a very small program of little significance. Such a story should have been plastered on every network all over the country, but story editors have long ago determined that going after Bill Clinton is a losing proposition.

Even to the extent of lying about their relationship over such a long period of time, Clinton obviously with the full knowledge of his wife Hillary—currently serving in the Obama White House—attempted to establish contact knowing that every eye in the world is watching him. He did not care, and did it anyway because he knew he could always wiggle out of it if he were caught. But for the case of this instance, have a look at the video below and watch the classic 60 Minutes episode where Bill and Hillary completely staged the revelation of the Flowers affair then denied it so that he could boost his name recognition. That interview put him into every living room in America at the time. Compare the video below with the video above to gain insight into just how scummy these politicians can be, and often are. Keep in mind that the purpose of the affair release was to put money in Flowers pocket, boost their presidential platform exposure to a national audience, Hillary knew everything about the affair and was alright with it—which points to the fact that Bill and Hillary have an “open marriage” and that both of them had no problem lying about the facts to achieve their political goals—and did so at whatever cost.

Most people have a strain of evil in them, and it comes out from time to time in little instances usually provoked by stress or tragedy. But they are not so maniacal to plot and scheme to such a treacherous level as people like Bill Clinton have and not worry at all whether or not they could lawyer their way out of the mess. Clinton showed progressives how to beat the system, he is the “case law” of progressive politics and that is why he is a hero in the minds of progressives even to this day. They do not care about the essence of Clinton’s character; they do not care if he is a confirmed liar, a master manipulator, or a parasite to the human race—because most progressives are. In the social collectivism they so adamantly support they do not find the individual behavior of Bill Clinton reprehensible because their continued focus is always on the greater good—which might seem like a lofty goal—but that lofty goal is often set by liars, cheats, and womanizing freaks like Bill Clinton, and is imposed on the rest of us for all of American history. The video below shows to what celebrity status Clinton has managed to maintain among his progressive base. He played a huge part in the re-election of Barack Obama using the same old manipulative tactics he used during his own presidency, and progressives love him for it. Notice the song they introduced him with at the DNC Convention—listen to the words. Welcome to the mind of the progressive and the scum and villainy they perpetuate upon mankind, as they try to convince America that “yesterday’s gone” and the only direction is the progressive “Move Forward” slogan designed to carry America away from its traditions, including traditional—monogamous—sexual relationships with their spouses. When the Flowers story broke in 1992 the media was a different animal, and so was America. The Clintons used a Trojan Horse strategy to get themselves into the White House so they could write their own rules in the game of politics, and they changed it forever. It is because of them that a goofball like Barack Obama can get by with such a terrible record, a checkered past and never be expected to do anything while president and still have the cheers of the crowd, because progressives reside in the very heart of evil itself. Their lives are built upon collective salvation and do not function from individual possession and traditional American principles. They are a menace to our country and cannot be trusted for anything they utter, because they have proven a willingness to look society in the eye and lie to achieve the aims of the collective for goals unspecified. And that is the real danger, that nothing they say can be trusted. Yet to the minds of many, these liars are believe heroes who have set the moral groundwork for the America of tomorrow, which has always been their sinister aim, even way back when Bill and Hillary sat on a couch during a 60 Minutes interview, Hillary’s hair cut to look like a typical modern woman, her arm placed behind her husband lovingly, and told a straight-faced lie to millions of Americans without a thought or a care as to being caught by the impropriety. They knew that once elected, they would change the rules that all of society functioned under—and to a large extent they have, to the cheers of millions.

Evil carries with it many siren songs of fatality—meant to be lucrative; otherwise the ideas would be utterly rejected. Dear reader, did you think that evil would show itself with horns and a pitchfork? The only fork one is likely to see with these modern examples of pure evil is that of the tongue that utters mountains of lies built on a foundation of progressive manipulation.

Understanding the “Fiscal Cliff”: Promises to Obama’s Jakarta playground friends

One of the big reasons that it is important to know what kind of person the President of the United States is, why they should be born in America, why they should not have communist parents, why they should at least have attend school in the States, is to avoid catastrophes like what we are all facing with the upcoming “fiscal cliff” negotiations, where I have pointed out over and over again that Obama has only one goal, to spread the wealth as he learned from the ideas of Marxism not just across America, but the entire world.  Many people forget that the little boy Obama as a grade school lad did not attend education in America for his entire youth, it was in Indonesia.  When he played outside, it was not in America that he played, but in the third world country of his mother’s second husband, and his world view was certainly shaped by those events, as has become exceedingly obvious.  Obama clearly wishes to drain the wealth of America so that places like his childhood home of Indonesia can prosper and he is using the theories of communism to justify his wealth distribution policies.   However, many people don’t know these things about Obama.  They simply know that he is the first black president and for them that is good enough.  They do not care that Obama does not have the management skills to pay one 14-year-old to cut his grass, let along manage the affairs of the Executive Branch.  They also do not care that Obama’s communist background is at the core of his willingness to send America over the fiscal cliff that is coming up at the end of December.  In fact, many Americans have no idea what the “fiscal cliff” even is, so for them I present my radio friend from Michigan, Matt Clark on 1600 WAAM as he explains very well what the average person needs to know about this upcoming crises.  Have a listen.

As far as I’m concerned the Bush Tax Cuts are too high, so the discussion of anything more is not even on the radar.  I view the federal government as a bunch of crooks that are unable to do anything else productive in their lives but steal money through taxation.  The only way they can give value to their lives is by stealing money from the public through taxes, then doing something through wealth redistribution to the less fortunate so they can feel they’ve done something useful in their pathetic lives.  Meanwhile, they enrich themselves well out of the range of financial suffering with crooked back-room deals all up and down K-Street where just a few blocks from The White House where Obama tucks his children into their beds at night, prostitutes and drug dealers perform every reprehensible task imaginable, and many of the law makers on Capitol Hill are in on the act in some way or another.  So more taxes no matter who they are on means only more criminal behavior from the looters who serve as law makers in Congress, the Senate, and Executive Branch, and I wouldn’t think of giving any of those idiots even a tip at a restaurant let alone more money.  They have done a reprehensible job of managing the American economy and shouldn’t be awarded.

Obama however appears to be living out a promise he made to boyhood friends on the playgrounds of Jakarta, living in a Menteng Dalam neighborhood in the Tebet subdistrict, then from 1970 in a wealthier neighborhood in the Menteng subdistrict.   From ages six to ten, Obama attended local Indonesian-language schools: St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School for two years and Besuki Public School from one and half years, and even the nicest of these places would be considered “dumps” by American standards.  Obama seems to want to steal the wealth of America so his old neighborhoods in Jakarta can prosper off the loot.  This is why he doesn’t care if the American economy tanks, if the whole system collapses, because his loyalties are not to American citizens, but his boyhood friends from Indonesia.   There is nothing about Obama’s behavior that leads me to believe he has any patriotic American sensibilities, and this is the kind of person that Republicans are negotiating with.  Obama is an Islamic sympathizer who pretends to be a Christian, and he’s a communist who pretends he’s a capitalist.  He is as misleading about his background and intentions fiscally as Bill Clinton is socially—always saying one thing, while meaning something else entirely.

So as the “fiscal cliff” draws near, understand that you have all been warned.  The personalities driving the train to the cliff are a variety of radicals all with different agendas.  But Obama’s is the most foreign of them all.  Obama is not functioning from greed, political strategy, or even concern over his own legacy.  Obama wants to end America.  His actions speak of no other intention and his background supports the theory.  The “fiscal cliff” is a chance for Obama to run America into a wall of debt, worthless money, and a morally corrupt people, all of which he has had his fingers in helping to create.  So don’t be surprised when things go badly, because they will.  Obama has nothing to lose and everything to gain from ending America.  He does not want a balance budget, he does not want peace.  He does not want American productivity.  At the end of his presidency, he’ll take his money and move to Hawaii, and curry favor in future United Nations initiatives.  By then, under progressive calculations, America will have lost its sovereignty, its superpower status, and its influence throughout the world.  Obama will be a global hero by removing America from the international scene paving the way for Socialist International to unite the world under communism once and for all.  Obama will be set for life, and the rest of us will wonder how we let it happen.  That is what the “fiscal cliff” is all about and what’s at stake.  This is also why Republicans should play hard ball and hang the price tag from the big ears of Obama and let him have responsibility for the recession that follows.  Trying to ease the pain in this case will actually end American sovereignty, so let Obama and his minions of evil hit the wall with the rest of us.

Elections have consequences, and this is what 51% of America voted for.  So let the idiots have it.
