Don’t Drink the Lakota Kool-Aid

I continue to hear this preposterous notion that people should vote for this Lakota School Levy in order to preserve the value of their home.  That comment, which seems to be the only argument left by the Pro Levy people, is in my view one of the most selfish, and uneducated statements someone could make.

What we’ve learned over the last two months is this: the levy is about preserving very lucrative teacher contracts that extend to large state wide and national unions.  They’ve made themselves so large and powerful, a local school board can no longer deal with the influence yet we are expected to pay locally as though our school system is still community run.  This levy is NOT about children.  It’s about money and security.  Nobody wants or expects teachers to work for free.  It is excessive to have an average salary of over $60,000 per year plus benefits!  That’s called mismanaging the budget.  If a single teacher gets cut, or a bus doesn’t pick up a child, it’s by choice to protect very inflated wages and benefits.  It’s all about money and union influence, nothing more.

Second we’ve learned that the deficit numbers have went down over the last 6 months.  They started at $28 million, and then were at $10 million, and now they’re at $4.2 million.  What that means is that once people pull up their boot straps, good people can accomplish a lot, and that’s what the No Levy People have been trying to say all along.

And lastly we’ve seen what Pro Levy People are willing to do to win.  They’ll steal signs.  They’ll threaten large radio stations, and they’ll call people names who step up and point out what should be obvious.

If the people who move to Liberty Twp, and West Chester only move here for the schools then they’re as shallow and selfish as the real estate agents who are more concerned about their own pockets then the health of the community.

Don’t buy the Kool-Aid the Pro People are selling.  Visit us at NoLakotaLevy.com for the facts.

Pro Lakota Group Threaten WLW Radio

Pro Lakota Group Threaten WLW Radio

In the video below Pam Perrino and others of the Pro Lakota Levy campaign threaten WLW radio for putting me on the air during the last week of September, 2010. Their goal seems to be to shut down all resistance to their proposed tax increase of the Lakota School Levy. Pam had in fact been on the previous week after Dan and I did our show. But she still harassed the radio station for putting us on the air making false claims and legal threats. This video is a bit long, but worth listening to. At the end, I found the clip where she had in fact been on the previous week, right after Dan and I left the station.

I find it appalling that Pam participated in this activity. Being against this school levy, we have every right to express our views on the No Lakota Levy side. But the Pro Side shows their arrogance in this display and threats of boycotting the station, its methods like this which have created the situation that all of education is in. The threats and intimidation create one sided debates, and over the years have allowed for the imbalance we are witnessing.

The people against this levy that I know want to see the costs of education brought down to sustainable levels. We don’t care what other schools are doing. We’re not going to play the game anymore. And these irritating displays by angry mothers and teachers are not acceptable. Nobody in their right mind would want to spend money on this type of mentality.
It’s a shame that we’re all guilty of throwing money at people like this just to shut them up.

And on top of this activity, every single yard sign the No Levy Group put out were stolen over the first weekend of October. Again, the mentality is an attempt to eliminate the opposition. This is not how elections are supposed to be conducted. One would expect this kind of behavior in places like Cuba, Iran, or North Korea. Not in West Chester, Ohio!

The One Nation Rally Comedy Show

The One Nation Rally

Is this mainstream America? It looked like an episode of South Park to me, compare them below.

Who are these people?

This is what progressives have in mind for the United States?  What planet did these people come from?

I took particular notice that the Ohio Education Association was promoting the event as well. And people wonder why I think Teacher’s Unions should be illegal in government positions. They openly endorse this strange mentality.

And what is Ed Schultz talking about here?

And again, when people wonder why we need education reform; listen to how much he talks about public education. Who in the world wants these types of ideas in our schools? I don’t. I’m a conservative, and I’m certainly not evil. And you bet we want to change this country away from what people like you have turned it to under our sleepy eyes.  Who makes the jobs, Ed?

The good thing in all this is that hardly anybody showed up to this rally considering all the power that was behind it. That is because like the ambition in socialist governments is reflected in union membership, where a majority of the people functions like they are half asleep. They get their dander up when they want something, but once their needs are met, the go back to sleep like a baby sucking on the bottle. And that is what happened at The One Nation Rally.  And with over 200 union organizations busing their members in, and a month’s notice, this is all that showed up.  And the one’s that did were mostly asleep.

I would like to thank the people who put the rally on, I laughed hard for 4 solid hours at the display of comedy that was presented. Not at the effort of the participants, but at the level of seriousness for which it was presented against the background of what is truly occurring.

The 8/28 Rally much more reflected my view points.  And it is nice to know that the people that went to that still represent sanity and American virtue.

Below, the 8/28 Restoring Honor Rally

You see all you progressive minded people out there, and this was reflected in the One Nation Rally,  you have about as many fans for your cause as the WNBA does.  And this rally reminded me of this Family Guy episode.

That’s what the crowd sounded like during Ed’s speech, which was the most energized of the day. Thanks guys, that was funny stuff.

An Answer to the Dust Under my Feet, (critics)

The elemental issue, and ultimate tragedy of a life lived poorly, where one finds themselves cleaving to a measly income distributed from the public sector, is that they shatter when they discover how insignificant many of the beliefs they hold dear, truly are when they witness those living outside of their accepted parameters.

As the Cincinnati Enquirer did the piece on me, featuring my work with bullwhips and the metaphors the whips have in politics it is only natural that all my interests come together in my explanation of the crises at hand, I can anticipate the indolent comments that will emerge.

I recently received a comment from one of my many, many, many critics referring to me as wearing a tin hat, because one of my interests is in paranormal investigation.  And of course the same fringe thinking will look at my 30 years of whip work in much the same discrediting fashion.  The word they have for it is a kook.

This is because these small minded people have allowed their minds to rot, and their bodies have taken the shape of such thinking.  The new rulers of these bodies are cellulite and they control the brain function without rebellion of original thinking.  And to such cumbersome contemplation, my interests will seem foreign and even freighting to their standard patterns of accepted behavior.

And the reason this is a tragedy, is because they are content to be only a fraction of themselves.  They are content to color in the lines that someone else drew for them, and will never have the satisfaction of creating anything original, or preserving a tradition that is rooted in truth.  The cowboy arts are just such a thing, where Buffalo Bill, and Annie Oakley routinely reflected the politics of their times within the context of their shows.  And such people I admire greatly.

But this is the age of progressivism.  And in that age, individual achievement is frowned upon.  Personal conduct is shared, and these feeble minds that have perpetuated this philosophy truly believe they are rooted in intellect.  And it is in this thinking that any individual achievements, or any science that is not endorsed by these established minds, will become the subject of ridicule.

So it is with great pride that I listen and read the quips of my detractors.  For when the politics is done, and the lights dim around our lives, I would not want to reflect upon the lives they lead, where they traded their very souls for a half baked idea, and a half-life reflected in their broken bodies.

Truth is sometimes revealed within established ideas, and facts sometimes come from places where established science has not yet been scouted by intelligent minds.  And truth is also in tradition, which progressivism has sought to diminish any way possible.  So to see anger from those factions, it rests my mind at ease that I am doing what is correct and true in the larger battlefield of human ideology. Even a cancer cell wants to live, even though they do so by consuming the body.  And it is sometimes difficult to tell the difference.  And such clarification allows me to see the cancer cells for what they are.

And for the cancer to take over our society, they have to minimize the immune system of our collective body in order to take command.  So that means to encourage people to be weak, like Homer Simpson.  Let people know that it’s ok, even endorsed to be like that beloved cartoon character, that being human is laced with fault, and that is actually an enchanting quality.

http://blip.tv/play/hJNRgfykLAI%2Em4v

To become a bit more like Homer Simpson is a good thing. It’s what they are comfortable with.

http://blip.tv/play/hJNRgfykJAI%2Em4v

It is not surprising that similar personalities as the tricksters featured in these videos will look to anyone that displays talent or a hunger for knowledge outside of the orthodox because such types are a serious threat to their ideology.  And that ideology is an immature and shallow field of endeavor much coveted by those great equalizers dressed in sheep’s clothing yet finding it difficult to conceal their canine teeth.

  http://blip.tv/play/hJNRgf3_bgI%2Em4v

So it’s fine for those demagogues to cast assertions of despair in my direction.  For to them, everyone that is not a Homer Simpson is someone that must be brought down by any means available.

But it won’t be enough………………………because I’m not a Homer.

Such thoughts are dust under my boots.

War Against our Constitution

Before the calendar this year turned to 2010, I couldn’t have told anybody much about the 10th Amendment. The Tenth Amendment states clearly, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
That essentially means that the States are to govern themselves in most every circumstance, and beyond that, to the people specifically.

The Liberty Twp Tea Party prepared the short documentary below, to display the Tenth Amendment.

In Arizona, the situation is very obvious why the 10th Amendment is needed. What we have is a situation where illegal immigration is a powerful voting bloc for the Democratic Party, and is part of the progressive movement’s overall re-distribution of wealth policy. So at a Federal level, there is much desire to control Arizona from enacting laws to cut back on the illegal immigration going on there, and all the related crimes that come with it.

Without question, there is much abuse and power grabbing going on at the Federal level. And the 10th Amendment and the 2nd Amendment are there specifically to protect us from attempts to rise to power, any particular group or organization which seeks to dominate government policies. State Sovereignty prevents a monopoly of power from a central source. That’s why it is so important.

There really isn’t any debate on the matter. The Constitution is not an evolving document. The only evolving part of it is the amendment process. Otherwise, it is law. Any politician that takes a contrary position is seeking to advance a power position that is not American in nature, and this is unacceptable.

I heard an ACLU definition that had been argued before the Supreme Court recently of the Second Amendment, where they interpreted that the state is what creates militias, so the freedom to bear arms is not an “individual” right. I have heard the “Supremacy Clause” pitched around from the original Constitution Article 4 Clause 2, which lawyers use to supersede everything in the constitution, even though the Bill or Rights were created to fix any holes left in the interpretation of the Constitution. And at the same time, the ACLU will use the 1st Amendment to protect obviously destructive organizations such as NAMBLA, (the National Association of the Man Boy Love Association.) The whole process has become a joke to anyone with half a mind.

And I am guilty of having more than half a mind. And the joke is so obvious it’s no longer funny from a perspective of frustrated ridicule. The 10th Amendment has been abused and ignored, when it should be one of the prevailing laws of the land.
