Sheriff Jones Wants Cops In Lakota: The hidden danger of authority figures mixed with teenagers

I previously wrote about Sheriff Jones and his support of the Lakota school levy of 2013.  But it is important to understand the context of the Letter to the Editor he submitted to Today’s Pulse on Sunday, October 20, 2013.  In it Jones addressed his concern for increased school security that many government workers such as cops and teachers have sought to exploit in the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting.  Some of those exploitations are genuine concern, but most are parasitic attempts to pad the yearly budget approvals of their positions.  In Jones’ case if the Lakota levy is passed, the school has designated that $350,000 per year will go to security which helps employ more police officers, so as Sheriff of Butler County, and opponent of Senate Bill 5 and a major union supporter, Jones is looking out for his union brothers in law enforcement by aligning them with his friends in education.  Have a look at the Jones letter in favor of the Lakota levy.

Lakota is Taking security Seriously

School levies are never an easy topic to talk about and, as sheriff, it is not really part o my duties to actually deal with them.  But there is on levy coming up on the November ballot that I am willing to talk about – the Lakota School District levy.   Most of the funds from the proposed levy will go for things that it seems all schools have to contend with — like academic programs, technology hardware and software etc.  That’s all fine and good, but this levy also goes further, and actually sets aside funds for a topic that is of much greater concern to me – security!

Our nation has seen several tragic in-school shootings over the last few years.  I have been very vocal in expressing my personal thoughts on how to make our schools safer by either putting more deputies/officers into the schools, or arming specially trained school personnel.  There are those who say that costs too much money, or is going too far in wanting to arm civilians.  I have proposed several other options, but a lot of school districts seem to have failed to even attempt to beef up security.

The Lakota School District has been one of a few that have sought input from my office concerning school security.  Several recommendations were made.  I am proud to say that Lakota actually listened, and put together a plan that incorporates what I believe are several key components.

While not publically discussing the intimate details (for security reasons) of that plan, it does call for one-time funding of physical changes within the schools themselves – upgrading alarms, cameras, retooling doors and entry areas, and the like.

Most important, in my opinion, the plan also calls for tripling the number of on-duty uniformed sheriff’s deputies and West Chester Twp. Police officers assigned to work specifically in the Lakota schools.  Unfortunately, no plan in the world can ever guarantee absolute safety.  Yet you can’t just say, “I hoe something terrible never happens here.”

When it comes to school security, there comes a time to take action, not just talk about it.  I like that Lakota is taking security seriously and wants to take action to make our school, students and teachers safer.  I use the word “our” because both of my children graduated from Lakota, and I am still a taxpayer within the Lakota district.  This levy is important to me personally.

The economy in general has suffered greatly the last several years.  Everyone has had to learn to “do more with less.”  It seems everyone has had budget cuts.  But you just can’t cut forever.  Sooner or later, you have to realize that some things are important enough to pay for.  Only the voters will actually decide the outcome of the Lakota school levy and everything that it will fund.

I support the Lakota school levy and urge everyone to do the same.  Pass this levy, it’s time.

Richard K. Jones

Spoken like a real government worker.  In the world of Jones, as an authority figure, and popular local politician who has is fingers deep in the Republican party and attempts to curry favor with Tea Party types while also saddling up to unionized interests he represents everything that is wrong with government.  His support of the Lakota levy, especially this time is to get the proportionally small amount of money that has been promised to him if the levy passes for his police officers.  Lakota has a deal with Jones – they are essentially buying his support to employ more police officers and using a school tragedy to advance both positions.  Parents are concerned about safety after a highly covered mass school shooting, and these government workers are looking to exploit it.

But the real problem here is a little less obvious, and might seem minor if not looked at on its own.  When I submit a Letter to the Editor the word count limit is 300 words.  Those are the rules.  When anybody else submits a Letter to the Editor, the word count is 300 words.  I often compose my letters right at 300 squeezing everything I can out of the space—the way the rules dictate.  The Jones letter shown above is 489 words, 189 words over the limit.  This small little detail says everything.

Jones is a public official of noted popularity so obviously the newspaper applied different rules for him.  They allowed him to exceed the limit of their word count.  Police in general have this luxury in society, they often can speed without being pulled over—when they do, their brothers let them off the hook, and they can break the law anytime they want—all they have to do is flip on their lights and proceed through an intersection ignoring the laws.  They do the same thing with budgets.  When they need more money, they simply write more speeding tickets to fill up their treasury.  They are trolls collecting tolls most of the time, aside from the occasional domestic violence issue that arises every now and then.  When the police need their budget approved, or need a public relations victory, they make an occasional drug bust so they can get into the newspapers and make everyone think they are doing a good job.

I’m sure Jones knows everyone in Butler County who buys, sells, or is involved in any notable way to the drug trade.  Yet only occasionally are drug busts conducted and even then, it’s always some stupid kids who play into the immigration reform debate.  I know that there is a lot more drug activity going on that does not get coverage and if I were the police, they would be busted, but they aren’t – so why is it?

The fact of the matter is that there are different rules in society for different people.  People on the political inside, who are part of the accepted system, have one set of rules, and people on the outside have another set of rules.  Cops function from different rules than the civilian population.  They will argue that they are protecting society, and there is no evidence that they are doing anything other than such an activity, because there is not yet technology that can read minds.  But in knowing some of these law enforcement types, they are like the college kids who run around dorm rooms with fake FBI badges telling girls they must inspect their bras and panties for their own good and safety.  After they feel-out the girls, they reveal that they are not part of the Federal Bureau of Investigations looking for terrorists, but Female Body Inspectors looking to feel-out hot chicks who are half drunk on a Friday night.  For the kids and the actual FBI agent it’s all harmless fun.  But for the victim, it’s not so wonderful.  They live under different rules than the cops, so even if the authority figure is legitimate or not, they must comply or face arrest.  If the cop makes such a mistake, they get off with a warning over beer and nachos.

Putting more cops in schools sounds like a recipe for disaster.  It’s like putting a wolf in the hen house.  I know of several incidents where cops in Hamilton were relieved of their duty forcing young girls pulled over to perform sexual acts to keep from getting a ticket.  How do I know, because one of those two knuckle draggers called me for a referral.  I knew their wife who was also a cop, and a network of police that extended from Springboro to Clermont County and the amount of sexual play that goes on between police officers is pathetic.  That officer called me after he lost his job in Hamilton from another state needing a good word badly.  Of course he didn’t get it.

It might seem like a little thing to Jones and the editors at Today’s Pulse to give the Sheriff an extra 189 words, but what they are declaring is that the Sheriff lives by different rules than the rest of us, and the police generally know it.  It is not safe to put a bunch of cops in a school with a bunch of teenage girls, unless they are all retired and have had their prostrates removed.  Just having an officer of the law in a school with a gun does not make children safe.  It might keep children from getting killed by a deranged gunman, but it might introduce dangers that are nearly as corrosive to the lives of children who really don’t need the hassle.

The TSA was created because of panic by society and a government quick to exploit it.  Now it is impossible to fly anywhere commercially without some pencil-neck looking at our private parts on a monitor or feeling out some attractive woman who happens to come through security.  And these days, just because a man is checking a man, and a woman is checking a woman, it doesn’t mean the officer isn’t getting a rise out of the experience.  As social resistance toward homosexuality lowers, the chances of some guy enjoying feeling out the bulge of a weary traveler increases dramatically, or some lesbian caressing a female passenger’s breasts—all in the name of safety.

Sheriff Jones can go on WLW and declare to his buddy Bill that I’m overacting, and that it’s unpatriotic to question the merit of police officers, but the evidence that cops live under different rules than the rest of us is shown above.  Today’s Pulse gave Sheriff Jones 489 words to support a Lakota levy, which is an obvious payoff for his support. And nobody is supposed to question the support because we are supposed to trust law enforcement.  Meanwhile, there are drug deals being conducted in the open and in large quantities, the immigration issue is out of control as far as what gets smuggled in and out of Butler County – because of the affluence–and the only way the Sheriff can find to keep $350,000 worth of payroll busy is put them in Lakota schools.  Something is very fishy.

What would happen if I tried to write more than 300 words in Today’s Pulse, or anybody else?  The editor would call us and ask how we could trim down our submissions to fit the guidelines.  If it’s a government worker like Superintendent Mantia who gets her own column, or Sheriff Jones, the rules go out the window.

So what would happen if police were put in charge of watching over thousands of teenagers armed with guns and authority?  Most of the police would be sincere—but a few—a few would take advantage of the situation.  You can bet on that.

Keep the cops out of the schools……………………for the safety of the kids.  This isn’t an isolated problem.  Its epidemic.  Who in their right mind thinks Lakota can keep abuse from happening when they can’t even keep teachers from sexting students?  Knowing Jones a bit, I can say that Jones is not a bad man, and publicly he will defend his officers because law enforcement is all he knows, he’s done it his entire life.  To admit anything of the facts presented in the above videos to himself would be a failure in belief of all his intellectual foundations.  Jones upon reading this I’m sure will say………….”hey, I didn’t make up the system, I’m just making do with what I’ve got.  I’m just the sheriff.”  But the trouble is, until somebody questions that system and stands up against it with a mirror, it only gets worse and worse and worse.  For that reason, Jones is wrong in supporting the Lakota levy for all the reasons mentioned and more that could fill volumes of books.  But the biggest is that Jones is only the sheriff, and he wishes to keep his fellow law enforcement officers relevant in a society that is becoming increasingly weary of the laws politicians created in the first place–so the trend is to grip tighter, which is the wrong thing.  It would be wrong to put police in Lakota because cops are human beings, and they are fallible.  And that fallibility is more dangerous than the remote chance that Sandy Hook could happen at Lakota, as the random odds of destruction intellectually is much, much greater with more authority figures in place to abuse power unregulated.

Justin Binik-Thomas For Deer Park School Board: Listen to him on the air with Matt Clark

If you live in the Deer Park school district then you know by now  you are lucky to have the opportunity to vote for Justin Binick-Thomas for school board.  Justin rightly believes that he can solve some of the education issues that are going on in Ohio from the inside and he’s putting his time and money where his mouth is.  Justin is a friend of mine, so I know he is beyond corruption, and I couldn’t think of a better mind than his to work on school board.  There will not be any sending Justin Binick-Thomas to a OSBA conference in Columbus and expecting him to become indoctrinated by the education empire of statism.  Rather, Justin’s heart is pure, and he is as righteous as anyone can expect.  This is why he was on the WAAM radio in Ann Arbor, Michigan over this past weekend to talk to another friend of mine, Matt Clark during the Clarkcast—saving the Republic one broadcast at a time.

It might be remembered that Justin is the guy at the center of the IRS scandal as he was targeted directly by the IRS as one of the founders of the Cincinnati Tea Party.  During the broadcast with Matt, Justin spoke a bit about the current status of that particular scandal which is ongoing.   Justin also spoke about the nature of Common Core and his thoughts about state dictated education practices versus those driven from the kind of school boards he is attempting to become a member of.

The way it was supposed to work is that good school boards had direct control over their costs, and the educational content.   Some school districts would naturally be better than others so families would be attracted to school districts that were of a higher quality than school districts that were poorly run.  The education system was conceived with competition in mind, and this was to reflect the capitalist nature of American education.  However, labor unions over the last 50 years have lobbied hard to remove competition from the education system, and following the socialist model of their founding sought to make all school districts equal no matter what their location which has culminated in complete state-run education dictated from WashingtonD.C. in the form of Common Core.

Justin’s attempt in running for school board is to reverse this corrosive trend and wrestle away from state control those items in education that belong under the control of communities.  Still school boards insist during each election that school levies should be passed so that they can manage their districts, but due to union control modern school boards have little power over anything but to raise money for their unions which have infected their districts like insects.  Justin will not be this kind of school board member.

Education as it is today is dictated by the state departments of education and school districts are left to deal with the aftermath of all the unfunded mandates.  Children are the direct victims of this policy and the danger of ruining the minds of entire generations with concepts of statism is alarmingly evident.  Justin is offering the people of Deer Park the kind of school board member who truly has the values of his community at heart, before the federal Department of Education was created in 1979, before President Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” statism, and now Common Core—all attempts of by the federal government to control education with the same vigor they wish to control the environment, the economy, health care, and virtually every aspect of human life.  Justin Binik-Thomas is offering to be the kind of school board member that was often elected prior to those government intrusions, and that is a rare find.

A vote for Justin Binik-Thomas is the best thing you can do for your child if you live in the Deer Park school district and care about the education your child is getting.  I often say that modern schools are just glorified baby sitting services driven by union radicalism demanding extraordinary pay for the employees.  Justin is an old-fashioned candidate who has all the ability to retake American education one district at a time starting with his own.  A vote for Justin is a vote for goodness, intelligence, and a better America by inspiring children with a real education, instead of the crap they are given through modern state-run institutions.

No Lakota Levy: Understanding the tax killing strategy of Jeet Kune Do

Leadership contrary to 4000 years of military action is not defined by how dependent a force of any kind is upon a solitary commander, but how well that force functions without direct input.  Many years ago a rival attempted to place doubt about my beliefs on leadership with the simple question—“how do you know you are a great leader?”  My response was, “if an organization can function without my input, then I know I’ve been a good leader.”  This of course set off the rival into a downward spiral of anger that precipitated his immediate demise—and rivalry with me.  Little did he know that my thoughts on leadership were shaped by many years of studying Bruce Lee’s martial art concept Jeet Kun Do where the primary function of adaptability is to behave in martial combat like water—taking the shape of whatever the battlefield conditions present, and using that form to defeat the enemy maintaining continuous evolutions driven by circumstance.

With all that said, I am very proud of No Lakota Levy.  They have a wonderful presence in 2013 and as all the tax levy supporters around Lakota have come to see, especially once they read Today’s Pulse this week and see all the wonderful graphs that are coming out—the same ones seen here—they are a stronger group now than they have ever been.  Without question this will leave the pro levy factions of Lakota schools mystified, as they thought they had the strategy all figured out.  But where they failed is that they identified what they thought was the battlefield generals and attempted to remove them with traditional politics—but traditional politics were not the strategy being implemented—and their tactics have solidified the voting base against them, not weakened it.
Lakota Page 3

This begs the question that I’m sure Lakota is asking after seeing the signs beginning to roll out, the advertising presence in the newspapers, and the endless supply of commentators who are available to answer questions to the media—and the new website that has just been professionally updated for this new campaign.  Who is No Lakota Levy?

No Lakota Levy is not one person that will show up on a donor list in the newspaper allowing political opponents to target them with extortion.  Most of the No Lakota Levy people are under the radar and wish to stay that way because they have to rub shoulders publically with many of the levy supporters—so they wish to keep their involvement quiet.  They support the foundation of No Lakota Levy in other ways that are not traditional, to save themselves of the grief that levy supporters aim to inflict against them for not voting for higher taxes.

The design of No Lakota Levy was built on the strategy of Jeet Kune Do.  I don’t mind revealing this because I hope that both sides of political engagement will learn something from it.  For the school levy fighters out there who have allowed themselves to be picked to pieces by the statist controls of the labor movement, I hope that Jeet Kune Do will allow them to learn how to defeat their enemies.  Because if they do, they will save me a lot of time, and effort.  The number one failure that levy fighters fall victim to is that they allow the levy fight to become all about them—as they fall in love with the attention they get when being on the front line.  If they learn the ways of Jeet Kune Do, they will learn how to become like water, and defeat their enemies without actually fighting.  Bruce Lee built his philosophy based on Sun Tzu’s The Art of War and this is the pinnacle concept explored in that marvelous book on strategy.  For my enemies, I don’t mind letting them know something of my strategy because if they study Jeet Kune Do, they have a chance at becoming better people, and then—and only then—they may cease being my enemies.Lakota Page 2

Jeet Kune Do (also “Jeet Kun Do“, or simply “JKD“) is an eclectic/hybrid style of no style and philosophy of life founded by martial artist Bruce Lee[2] with direct, non-classical, and straightforward movements. Due to the way his style works, Jeet Kune Do practitioners believe in minimal movement with maximum effect and extreme speed. The system works on the use of different ‘tools’ for different situations. These situations are broken down into ranges (kicking, punching, trapping and grappling), with techniques flowing smoothly between them. It is referred to as a “style without style” or “the art of fighting without fighting” as said by Lee himself. Unlike more traditional martial arts, Jeet Kune Do is not fixed or patterned, and is a philosophy with guiding thoughts. It was named for the concept of interception, or attacking your opponent while he is about to attack. However, the name Jeet Kune Do was often said by Lee to be just a name. He himself often referred to it as “The art of expressing the human body” in his writings and in interviews. Through his studies Lee came to believe that styles had become too rigid, and unrealistic. He called martial art competitions of the day “Dry land swimming”. He believed that combat was spontaneous, and that a martial artist cannot predict it, only react to it, and that a good martial artist should “Be like water” and move fluidly without hesitation.Lakota 3

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeet_Kune_Do

I learned about Jeet Kune Do though my studies of mythology and philosophy of the East.  Although I do not agree with the collective tendencies of the East, I do admire their work ethic, and ability to deal with catastrophe.  Shinto Buddhism is particularly effective as a religious and personal philosophy for overcoming personal travesties.  Out of all modern martial artists, Bruce Lee was one of the most spectacular.  I studied him in developing my own techniques to be used with the use of the bullwhip.

Martial art weapons such as nunchukas, knives and swords are traditional with Eastern study, but for my interest firmly placed in the West, it is the bullwhip, which is far superior to all Eastern weapons that placed me at the door of Jeet Kune Do.  As all martial art masters understand, it is best to win fights before the other side even knows there is a conflict—and the mastery of such methods requires an ability to understand how to project targets before anybody else is aware of them.  The key to Jeet Kune Do is winning the fight before the other side knows that there was an attack.  Practicing with bullwhips has trained my mind to see targets and project their trajectories physically, and metaphorically.

Unlike the Saul Alinsky methods used by the levy radicals of big government which uses mobster tactics of mass, and fear to invoke change, Jeet Kune Do is a method of martial art that leaves Saul Alingsky’s radicalism defenseless.  With No Lakota Levy it is not Rich Hoffman that carries the movement; it is not Mark Sennet, or a group of business developers who don’t want to pay higher taxes.  No Lakota Levy strategically has been set up on the premise of Jeet Kune Do as opposed to Saul Alinsky, which guides the Pro Levy Movement.  No Lakota Levy still exists even after pro levy supporters attempted to use traditional methods to destroy the leadership base.  No Lakota Levy still exists even after a two-year cease-fire where pro levy supporters hoped that time would curb tensions and nurse the community back to sleep. No Lakota Levy is the actual spirit of the Lakota community that remembers the area when it was founded on post Revolutionary War sentiment, and was settled by rugged individualist, farmers, and hell-raisers who do not care for the recent progressive oriented New Englanders who migrated here to work at large businesses sent by transfers from the coasts.  No Lakota Levy is as old and mature as the ghosts of ScreamingBridge, reminding the entire community of the principles that founded the area and it will rise up in any form to defend itself from statist scum bags and communist trained minds shaped by Cold War politics.

I am proud to see No Lakota Levy rise formless and deeply supported with a structure that resembles Jeet Kune Do’s martial style.  It is like water that fills whatever glass that is there to hold it.  It does not need top down leadership because it is the actual spirit of Liberty Township and West Chester which drives it—and it will be around long after Lakota, county commissioners, trustees, presidents, or congressmen have come and gone many times over.  No Lakota Levy will still exist in a formless void to attack ghostlike any threat to the freedom of the community which decides to present itself.  The people who support No Lakota Levy know and understand that.  CLICK HERE FOR AN EXAMPLE.

Victory is won before the fight ever happens most of the time.  And this victory is already won.  All people need to do now is show up and fight by casting their ballot on Election Day and the rest will take care of itself.  Formlessness is the key to victory, and the way to destroy the methods of Saul Alinsky and his levy whores of statism.  No Lakota Levy will continue to be a force as a rotation of many different names will circulate through it to keep it fluid and effective depending on the strategic needs of the martial action.  Without getting too formal on my current and future plans it should be noted that The Blaze as a news source has nearly 19 million unique visitors and is utilizing a strategy very similar to Jeet Kune Do.  Glenn Beck has been the power behind that growth, yet over time many more voices have stepped in to carry The Blaze to levels of social and political influence that will pave the way for all news in the world of tomorrow.  The reason that is significant is because I’m friends with one of those voices, and we have plans that involve a great deal of Jeet Kune Do.  Nobody will be able to stop it because it will hit with the force of a tsunami that starts deep in the ocean and isn’t detected until it hits a land mass.  Meanwhile, No Lakota Levy will still be there to protect the Lakota residents from the ominous tentacles of government employees who wish to crush property ownership and destroy the minds of all its children.  To know that, it is needed to understand Jeet Kune Do and the power of being “fluid” like water.  And I do not concern myself with worry revealing to my enemies my strategy………….because they have already lost…………so it’s already too late. The metaphorical tsunami is coming…………and they won’t vote in favor of school levies.

The Ghost of Bentham: Needs of the many do not outweigh the few

Bill O’Reilly history will remember as one of the most influential people of the 21st Century.  His news show on Fox is an unmitigated success attracting millions of viewers every night Monday through Friday, but that is not the most beneficial aspect of O’Reilly.  O’Reilly will go down in history as one of the most prolific authors of all time as his Killing Lincoln, Killing Kennedy, and now Killing Jesus will sell more books than any handful of top 20 New York Times authors.  His lasting memory will be in his literary legacy, not his television show.  O’Reilly is a “down the middle” kind of guy, and represents well the kind of mind that assisted in voting favorably many of the modern troubles plaguing our nation, such as debt management, welfare support, and public education statism.  That is why it was so remarkable that O’Reilly in the wake of the many debates on Obamacare finally asked the very important question on his show, “does the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.”

The answer of course is that it doesn’t, no mob of collective rule has the right over individual citizens.  The needs of the many do not outweigh the needs of the few, and that premise destroys the basic premise of democracy—which causes considerable problems.  This is why O’Reilly finally asked the unsaid question on his show.

Any needs that the many may have over the few which is articulated with such questions are driven straight out of communist text.  It was philosophers like Jeremy Bentham who helped inspire Karl Marx to write The Communist Manifesto which would bring to the world the idea of communism directly attacking capitalism as an economic concept.  Jeremy Bentham (/ˈbɛnθəm/; 15 February 1748 OS – 6 June 1832) was a British philosopher, jurist, and social reformer. He is regarded as the founder of modern utilitarianism.

Bentham became a leading theorist in Anglo-American philosophy of law, and a political radical whose ideas influenced the development of welfarism. He advocated individual and economic freedom, the separation of church and state, freedom of expression, equal rights for women, the right to divorce, and the decriminalizing of homosexual acts.[1] He called for the abolition of slavery, the abolition of the death penalty, and the abolition of physical punishment, including that of children.[2] He has also become known in recent years as an early advocate of animal rights.[3] Though strongly in favour of the extension of individual legal rights, he opposed the idea of natural law and natural rights, calling them “nonsense upon stilts”.[4]

Bentham’s students included his secretary and collaborator James Mill, the latter’s son, John Stuart Mill, the legal philosopher John Austin, as well as Robert Owen, one of the founders of utopian socialism. Bentham has been described as the “spiritual founder” of University College London, though he played little direct part in its foundation.[5]

Karl Marx’s criticisms of Bentham[edit]

Karl Marx, in Das Kapital, writes:[104]

“ Not even excepting our philosopher, Christian Wolff, in no time and in no country has the most homespun commonplace ever strutted about in so self-satisfied a way. The principle of utility was no discovery of Bentham. He simply reproduced in his dull way what Helvétius and other Frenchmen had said with esprit in the 18th century. To know what is useful for a dog, one must study dog-nature. This nature itself is not to be deduced from the principle of utility. Applying this to man, he who would criticise all human acts, movements, relations, etc., by the principle of utility, must first deal with human nature in general, and then with human nature as modified in each historical epoch. Bentham makes short work of it. With the driest naiveté he takes the modern shopkeeper, especially the English shopkeeper, as the normal man. Whatever is useful to this queer normal man, and to his world, is absolutely useful. This yard-measure, then, he applies to past, present, and future. The Christian religion, e.g., is “useful,” “because it forbids in the name of religion the same faults that the penal code condemns in the name of the law.” Artistic criticism is “harmful,” because it disturbs worthy people in their enjoyment of Martin Tupper, etc. With such rubbish has the brave fellow, with his motto, “nulla dies sine linea”, piled up mountains of books.

”

Marx’s accusation is twofold. In the first place, he says that the theory of utility is true by definition and thus does not really add anything meaningful. For Marx, a productive inquiry had to investigate what sorts of things are good for people—that is, what our nature, alienated under capitalism, really is. Second, he says that Bentham fails to take account of the changing character of people, and hence the changing character of what is good for them. This criticism is especially important for Marx, because he believed that all important statements were contingent upon particular historical conditions.

Marx argues that human nature is dynamic, so the concept of a single utility for all humans is one-dimensional and not useful. When he decries Bentham’s application of the ‘yard measure’ of now to ‘the past, present and future’, he decries the implication that society, and people, have always been, and will always be, as they are now; that is, he criticizes essentialism. As he sees it, this implication is conservatively used to reinforce institutions he regarded as reactionary. Just because in this moment religion has some positive consequences, says Marx, doesn’t mean that viewed historically it isn’t a regressive institution that should be abolished.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utilitarianism

Bentham was creating the foundations of utopian socialism at a time when America was fighting for its independence from the same imperial forces that created the left leaning philosopher.  Today, because of Star Trek using the character of Spock to utter the sensibilities of Bentham the entire world has come to believe that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, which is a communist foundation concept.  While Marx was critical of the looseness of Bentham’s definitions, he used the direction to shape his own philosophy of Marxism.

It is to support this foundation of collectivism that public education institutions have been targeted as factories of making students ignorant instead of brilliant, because the goal is to train the masses to be unchallenging servants to the political rulers of the current age.  By “dumbing down” the masses through the education process, modern statists do not have to concern themselves with being smarter than their potential rivals for power, and seek to keep the masses at their back with stupidity—which is the ultimate failure of Bentham’s philosophic premise.  The needs of the many simply become a mob of ignorant souls under any political system—and nothing good comes of it in the long run.  Man-kind simply regresses.

So the answer to Bill’s question is that, YES, it is morally wrong to enforce the needs of the many at the expense of the few—because often it is the few, the exceptional, and the driven that create everything that the many enjoy.  When the few are penalized, tortured, and ran into the ground—sacrificed like offerings to the Mayan gods of the Yucatan Peninsula, then society will crumble completely and the needs of the many will grow as there will be nobody to provide substance to them—since they pillaged all value from society with their unchecked demands.

Public Schools That Cheat To Pass Levies: Nothing is against the law when children are used for extortion

If anybody ever wanted proof that public schools are quite blatant in their willingness to break the law to pass school levies, just examine the latest article done by the Cincinnati Enquirer who did a good bit of reporting off a public record request.  They discovered that 49 of Southwest Ohio’s public school systems, nine use payroll deductions to raise campaign money which is illegal.  The guilty schools are Kings, Mason, Fairfield, Middletown, Loveland, Madeira, Mariemont, Reading and West Clermont.  Read some of the selected details of that article below or check the full story at the link.

The districts collect the employees’ voluntary contributions and forward the money to private campaign organizations.

It’s an illegal use of resources and personnel of publicly funded schools, asserts Christopher Finney, attorney and founding member of the Hamilton County-based Citizens Opposed to Additional Spending and Taxes (COAST).

Finney cites Ohio Revised Code 3315.07, which states in part “no board of education shall use public funds to support or oppose the passage of a school levy or bond issue or to compensate any school district employee for time spent on any activity intended to influence the outcome of a school levy or bond issue.”

Finney says the practice is surprisingly blatant.

“It’s outrageous because typically the abuse of tax dollars to advance the cause of bigger government is usually more subtle,” he said.

Other schools such as Lebanon and Lakota are not on the list, but are very careful about what they do because both those communities have activists reporting the many indiscretions committed by the public institutions.  They watch closely what they get caught doing.  Their crimes are harder to discover by reporters on their lunch time investigations.  If activist elements were not present, Lakota and Lebanon would easily join the above list.

The importance of this information is the display of the willingness public schools exhibit to break the law to protect their extortive tax increase practices.  They know that a public records request will reveal their actions, yet they do it anyway—and they don’t care if they are caught.  Their disregard of the law is malicious and they do it because they are a monopoly operation, and know that their customers have nowhere else to go but to their door step.

Of course this leads to the next question—what do these same schools participate in that they wish to hide?  To what extent are they willing to protect their actions, and reputations for the things that would truly get them into trouble?  And how often does it occur?  Readers here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom have seen parades of foul information regarding public school behavior for over three years.  We have covered sex scandals, bullying cover-ups, corrosive labor practices, financial rackets, and many other destructive activities that are being taught to the next generation of children in the terribly deficient public schools run by government monopolies, and what they all have in common is the inbred deformity of mentality driven by a lack of competition.

Public schools do not worry about breaking the law because they are their own judge, jury, and executioners.  They own the legal process, they are deeply embedded in the political system through the financial contributions of their labor unions, and they know that if they get into trouble locally, that their nationwide network of union thugs will come to their rescue with mass mobs of burning pitchfork radicals demanding all to turn away from the crimes committed.  These parasites use society’s children to hide their crimes with open extortion and are the biggest menace to society in our modern age—and they get away with it because nobody stands up to them.

The law discussed above gets broken because nobody has the guts to hold them to it.  There are of course a few “fringe” people who do, people like me and the friends who contribute openly to these pages, but most just keep their opinions to themselves afraid that the thugs will show up in the middle of the night and vandalize their cars and home.  They fear the same radicals protesting their places of business and making an embarrassment out of their lives as every skeleton in their closet is exposed by the levy radicals attacking ruthlessly all who dare question their practices.  Most people want nothing to do with such radicalism, so they stay silent, and allow the illegal activities that use their children as extortion tokens for peace as they sit in front of the television and watch fictional characters stand for something—while they stand for nothing.

No wonder young people are so angry, and lack so much respect for their parents.

The Patriotism of Saying NO: Avoiding the harm of corrosive, begging, levy supporters

The most ridiculous rhetoric that comes out of school levy proposals is that somehow it is considered a “patriotic duty” to vote mindlessly for tax increases.  Anyone who thinks this way needs to have their head examined.  I’m sure the Letter to the Editor writer from the Sunday October 6, 2013 edition of Today’s Pulse newspaper had good intentions when they suggested in the commentary below that over a 30 year span of time it is the community’s duty to continue voting yes on school levies because “it is what we do.”  The meaning is that a tax increase is an “investment” into the community and the reason is simply—because it just is.  The letter writer makes no attempt to understand why, she simply makes the assumption that it’s always been that way and it will always continue.  Read the letter for yourself.

Support levy, support community

As a Lakota graduate and an empty-nester parent of three Lakota graduate, I look at our community and see a wonderful place to raise and educate our children.  When I was in school in the 1970s, many senior citizens and empty-nesters supported the levies and my education.  It is what we do when we are invested in our community.

Not all of us make use of our police, fire or park services, which are available to everyone, yet we support them financially because that is what you do in the community where you live.  Please don’t lose sight of the fact that even if you don’t have children currently in our district, our local schools are one of the best investments our community has.

Please take the time to research the upcoming school levy and you will see that Lakota continues to be a good steward of our tax dollars.   They have made severe cuts and have not had any new revenue since 2005.  Don’t you think as a member of this community; it is time to support our schools and our children?  Vote “yes” for the Lakota levy.

Donna Beluse Leslie
Cincinnati

Of course I disagreed with that levy supporter, and responded with the following letter.  School levy supporters are one of the most corrosive aspects of existence.  They are similar to rust on a car.  If left untended, they just continue to grow and eat away everything of any real structure.  Their belief system is not only flawed, but is dangerously ignorant.  I have learned that saying NO to school levies is not only healthy for a community, but is the best way to rid communities of the corrosive nature of levy supporters who are parasites on everything that is economically viable.

The Patriotism of Saying No

The best reason pro levy supporters can come up with as to why Lakota needs a tax increase is because it is the patriotic duty of a community to throw money away on a glorified babysitting service.  Never do such people consider the cost to a community of passing tax increases.   Pro tax people are like panhandlers who camp out on the way to sporting events and make you feel guilty for not throwing a few bucks at them knowing full well that you’ll need the money for beer and hot dogs once inside.  The guilt comes in thinking that you don’t deserve beer and hot dogs while the beggar is struggling outside.  The question never gets asked why the beggar is begging instead of doing something else—because guilt avoids the question.

The question at Lakota is why they are begging for money they don’t need.  Why with declining enrollment do they wish a long-term tax increase on a thriving community?  Why is it a duty to recklessly throw money at a school because someone is an alumnus under different conditions 30 years ago?  And why do the employees at Lakota expect to make over 60K per year on average when the average tax payer makes much less?

Pro-levy people expect voters to not ask those questions, but simply vote in favor of tax increases based on speculative community patriotism that has no grounding in reality.  They simply want money thrown into their begging dish to avoid the hard job of contract negotiations with a union that is up in 2014.  And to avoid those hard decisions, Lakota wants to impose a damaging tax increase that will last for many, many years, drive away businesses and crush people barely hanging on.

So much for community patriotism.

When pro levy supporters makes stupid statements such as—a community should vote in favor of a tax increase because they are investing in a community they are advocating the destruction of communities.  There are no communities that have survived for 40 to 50 years that increased taxes on themselves every 5 years and maintained the wealth and economic viability of their community.  In the same way, a car that is left to rust untreated will slowly erode away into garbage.  A community that blindly raises taxes on itself to sustain armies of government worker monopolies will also destroy itself.  So the best way to save a community is to keep the public schools from destroying it with selfishly high taxes driven by corrosive labor unions.

Saying NO is management of a community’s resources.  Saying Yes is simply caving into the radical, half-baked claims of voters with a shallow knowledge of history, and a distorted concept of economics.  They should not be allowed to destroy communities unchecked, and saying NO is the best defense against them.  There is no evidence anywhere that higher taxes lead to a prosperous community, and there is even less evidence that the same Yes votes cast in 1970 have the same value as Yes votes in 2013—the assumption is that the cost of per pupil education have gone up tremendously since then yet children are performing worse scholastically.  Only a complete idiot would continue to do something just because they made the same stupid mistake in the 70s, 80s, and 90s……….”because it is what we do,” “we” being a community.  To do such a thing is a receipt for social decline and a future ghetto swapping out residents of productive output with more parasites of government mooching that will replace the hard-working home owner with a government subsidized crack dealer.  The path to community decline is in voting Yes for school levies, not the other way around—and is the misleading utterance of the entire parasitic school levy supporter.  They all share the tendency to ignore the facts in favor of “feel good” assumptions that have no basis in reality except in their own imaginations driven by mid-life anxieties and guilt over their skills as parents.  The way to protect a community is to reject those types with NO votes and get them out of our community—because leaving them alone will lead to a destruction of everything we cherish.

Root For America: Statements from Wayne Allyn Root on Bill Cunningham’s 700 WLW Show

The Bill Cunningham Show as it is today, and probably always was—is an act.  Similar to how Cunningham runs his afternoon television show which has replaced the Jerry Springer Show as tabloid television of a salacious nature, the radio show that made him famous is also only a show.  Cunningham has made a good living off pandering to various demographic types.  Cunningham’s WLW conservative radio talk show is geared toward small government types.  His television show is geared toward the typical school levy supporter and welfare recipient.  But occasionally, Cunningham has on a good guest that says some really wonderful things.  One such instance was the recent visit by Wayne Allyn Root representing his website, Root For America.com.  Root is to the left of my political position, but nobody of any intelligence can argue with what he said during his appearance on 700 WLW recently.  Have a listen.

Even though Cunningham waffles back and forth and stays in the current political center about where Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly is, broadcasts like that one are useful.  The people to the left of O’Reilly and Cunningham are worlds away from where Root and I are.  People like Obama and his kind might as well live on the tumbling asteroid of Pluto out on the edge of the earth’s solar system.  Obama is not even close to being on the same planet of political ideology as most of America, particularly in the middle of the country from rural Pennsylvania to the mountains of Reno, Nevada.  The only people who think the way Obama does are the conquered people who live in the big cities and are addicted to social government services, or people who work for the government.  Most everyone else thinks and feels as Root does—they just don’t feel comfortable vocalizing it.

I agree with what Root said, but more than anything he was spot on in blaming most of America’s current problems on the failed public education system.  He was right, there are too many liberal teachers ran by big labor unions with progressive political goals as their primary objective.  It has been dangerous to allow those types of people to teach our generations of children, and the severity of that danger is evident in our present society.  Education must be completely re-invented; it is a dismal failure in present form.  It has delivered to a massive population all the wrong ideals, values, and political sentiments, and our nation is showing the damage.  It is their fault primarily that nearly half the nation lives on Pluto with Obama while people like Root and I stand on the kind of ground which founded the freest country on earth in human history.

Wayne Allyn Root did not exaggerate about his comments on the state of America.  The trouble is that most people don’t hear those types of comments often enough.  Too many people are content to watch Cunningham’s afternoon television show, and skip the radio audience which broadcasts segments like the one with Root.  Political diatribes with fierce conviction are seldom heard on television shows away from the cable channels—and that has allowed large portions of the nation to be pulled out into space away from the firm grounding of the American Constitution.  But because of media like this website, those epic broadcasts can be shared with those who were watching television instead of listening to the radio.  So dear reader, I would suggest you sent this to them, and enlighten them to the ways of the world from those who are sane and defending the world from those who aren’t.

The Planks of Communism: Understanding Five, Six, and Seven

I am conducting a continuing series of articles on the 45 Planks of Communism as outlined in the 1958 book, The Naked Communist and we’re at number 5, 6 and 7 as they are somewhat related.  Most people are blissfully unaware of these 45 Planks—or that communism is still a threat in the world.  Many wished to believe that communism was gone for good when Soviet Russia fell from power and the Berlin Wall came crashing down.  Most people thought then as they do today that communism was synonymous with Russia, or China and that once those nations weren’t in the news every day, the way they were in the 80’s, that the threat was over.  But that’s not how it works.  Communism was in America under a direct attack by the KGB spy network working for the Kremlin in a race against time to beat The United States before Russia collapsed under its fiscal ineptitude.  Communism was being taught in America through the university system, had directly infiltrated the Democratic Party and softly corroded the Republicans with a new spin on the communist doctrine—the progressive.  The 3 Planks of Communism that need addressing now are seen below:

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

What many people in modern America forget is that the current “president” of Russia was Vladimir Putin, who was a member of the KGB during the 80’s when the last days off the Cold War were most threatening the Soviet Union.  Putin was an agent on the East German side of the Berlin Wall and was heavily active in counter-intelligence—(misleading information that the enemy doesn’t see coming.)  This explains much of the current behavior of Russia—especially toward the United States where the hapless Marxist trained Barack Obama is easily out-maneuvered by Putin.  Both Obama and Putin are trained in the ways of communism, but Putin has a lot more experience in counter-intelligence, leaving Obama witlessly out-maneuvered in most every engagement.  But for clarity, Russia has been seeking ways to undermine America for many decades as shown in the above three planks of communism—seeking long term loans to keep communism alive in the European theater extending all the way to the Pacific Coast, spreading America too thin by using capitalism as a Cloward and Piven strategy of overload and destruction.  The results can be seen today.  When there is trouble in central Africa, America is there to help, when there is trouble in the Middle East, America is there to help, when there is trouble in India, Laos, Taiwan, Japan, Europe, South America, The United States is always there.    Many KGB agents implementing the 45 Planks of Communism into American culture like Vladimir Putin knew how to use counter-intelligence to accomplish the task taking the good nature of America and using it against itself to destroy capitalism.  CLICK HERE FOR CLEAR EXAMLES AND INTERVIEWS OF HOW THIS HAS HAPPENED.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin (Russian: Влади́мир Влади́мирович Пу́тин, IPA: [vɫɐˈdʲimʲɪr vɫɐˈdʲimʲɪrəvʲɪt͡ɕ ˈputʲɪn] ( listen) born 7 October 1952) is the President of Russia, a position he has held since 7 May 2012. He previously served as President from 2000 to 2008, and as Prime Minister of Russia from 1999 to 2000 and again from 2008 to 2012. During that last stint (2008 to 2012) he was also the Chairman of the United Russia political party.

For sixteen years Putin served as an officer in the KGB, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before he retired to enter politics in his native Saint Petersburg in 1991. He moved to Moscow in 1996 and joined President Boris Yeltsin‘s administration where he rose quickly, becoming Acting President on 31 December 1999 when Yeltsin resigned unexpectedly. Putin won the subsequent 2000 presidential election and was re-elected in 2004. Because of constitutionally mandated term limits, Putin was ineligible to run for a third consecutive presidential term in 2008. Dmitry Medvedev won the 2008 presidential election and appointed Putin as Prime Minister, beginning a period of so-called “tandemocracy”.[1] In September 2011, following a change in the law extending the presidential term from four years to six,[2] Putin announced that he would seek a third, non-consecutive term as President in the 2012 presidential election, an announcement which led to large-scale protests in many Russian cities. He won the election in March 2012 and is serving a six-year term.[3][4]

Many of Putin’s actions are regarded by the domestic opposition and foreign observers as undemocratic.[5] The 2011 Democracy Indexstated that Russia was in “a long process of regression [that] culminated in a move from a hybrid to an authoritarian regime” in view of Putin’s candidacy and flawed parliamentary elections,[6] and American diplomatic cables leaked by WikiLeaks allege that Russia has become a “virtual mafia state.”[7][8] Some critics describe him as a dictator,[9][10][11] allegations which Putin adamantly denies.

Putin joined the KGB in 1975 upon graduation, and underwent a year’s training at the 401st KGB school in Okhta, Leningrad. He then went on to work briefly in the Second Chief Directorate (counter-intelligence) before he was transferred to the First Chief Directorate, where among his duties was the monitoring of foreigners and consular officials in Leningrad.[37][38]

From 1985 to 1990, the KGB stationed Putin in Dresden, East Germany.[39] Following the collapse of the communist East German government, Putin was recalled to the Soviet Union and returned to Leningrad, where in June 1991 he assumed a position with the International Affairs section of Leningrad State University, reporting to Vice-Rector Yuriy Molchanov.[38] In his new position, Putin maintained surveillance on the student body and kept an eye out for recruits. It was during his stint at the university that Putin grew reacquainted with his former professor Anatoly Sobchak, then mayor of Leningrad.[40]

Putin finally resigned from the active state security services with the rank of lieutenant colonel on 20 August 1991 (with some attempts to resign made earlier),[40] on the second day of the KGB-supported abortive putsch against Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev.[41] Putin later explained his decision: “As soon as the coup began, I immediately decided which side I was on”, though he also noted that the choice was hard because he had spent the best part of his life with “the organs”.[42]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladimir_Putin

After the McCarthy hearings in America communists knew that they had to change their attack against the world starting with America—so they sought to legitimize communism in the world’s eyes by having countries that were communist in nature be included in word governing affairs.  This was the first step they utilized to bring legitimacy to communism while working the angle of counter-intelligence to place communism into the public consciousness of society.  It should be noted that Putin specifically was put in charge of surveillance at Leningrad State University specifically for the task of communist recruitment.  The same sort of measures were being conducted at American universities, where KGB insurgents would plant the seeds of communism at pot parties and other student activities hoping to sow the seeds of discontent among the next generation of young capitalists who were encouraged to embrace communism instead.  Largely, the attempt worked better than Putin and his other KGB operatives could have ever dared hope.

The goal of Russia from 1958 to the present was to legitimize communism in the eyes of the world while putting America on the guard, expending their resources on the world stage racking up massive debt so to implode on itself.  After all, advisors to Ronald Reagan told him that the U.S.S.R in spite of the Beatles attempt to soften their image with their popular song, was choking on communism and could not out-spend America with their space program, or military.  So Reagan turned up the spending and forced Russia into bankruptcy, destroying their nation with fiscal collapse.  The KGB method was a slower burn, and is just now taking its effect in America.  Putin, with all his modern smugness, senses the blood in the water, and is baiting America to its doom.   As a counter-intelligence officer for the KGB, Putin sees where America is heading because he was a part of the initial strategy.

Modern America thought the war against communism was over when the calendar year of 1990 hit.  But the KGB had planted the seeds of communism in the media, in education, in business, and virtually everywhere that human beings endeavored—and those seeds have grown up to sprout leaves as complete plants.  The blooms of communism are alive for all to see today under the changed name of progressivism—and the counter-intelligence of the KGB—of people like Putin was so effective that people do not see it even when they look directly at it with their own eyes.  It is communism that drives the local school levy, it is communism that halts business in favor “green technology,” it is communism that holds the world in paralysis through indecision over even basic concepts of goodness.  Communism is alive and it is still a threat.  Their solitary enemy is capitalism—the complete and utter destruction of everything that is built off that economic philosophy.  And they are chomping at the bit for their long term plans to grow into the poison that will destroy America for good.

Explaining the first Three Planks of Communism: A gift from Matt Clark

It used to be 700 WLW that I did a lot of radio work for, but over time they decided to take a noticeably centralist political position and stay close to their core audience, which is sports radio.  But I still do a considerable amount of radio in other markets, and one of the most is my friend Matt Clark from WAAM in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Recently Matt and I did a show together about American Excepetionalism and Walt Disney to bring to mind why America was the only country on earth who could have produced a Walt Disney type of person, let alone an entire company.  Many countries have tried as the blue print is evident for all to see.  Walt Disney even tells everyone how he did it at one of his amusement parks in Florida—the Hollywood Studios “History of Walt Disney.”  But those countries can’t and never will, because success is more than just performing the action—it is a philosophy.  To thank me for doing that particular one hour radio episode, Matt sent me a coffee mug that he had bought at Disney World showing all the different logs of that “happiest place on earth” which have been designed over the years.  CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW.  It arrived unexpectedly weeks after the interview and it has taken me time to sort out my feelings about it.  The surface emotions were one of gratitude and kindness.  Matt didn’t have to do anything to thank me.  I enjoy doing radio shows, so gifts weren’t necessary.  However, there was more to the mug than just a simple gift.  Matt went to the time and trouble of purchasing it for me, and having it sent to my house at a reasonable expense.  The mug itself wasn’t any different from one which could be purchased from a local Wal-Mart or other retailer.  But the fact that this mug came from Disney World had meaning which Matt and I mutually understood, containing the symbol of what America is, or has been.  That symbol was captured well by the Disney Company and is nearly all that remains of the old philosophy of The United States—the one of self-reliance, and innovation.  Matt sending me the mug was intended as a message across time and space in recognition that he and I know the secret which is lost to the human race.  That secret was the knowledge of an attack that occurred many years ago, and slowly.  Walt Disney, Ronald Reagan, John Wayne and Ayn Rand, along with many others in Hollywood attempted to warn the world of the attack.  CLICK HERE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF.  But by 1958 the attack, by a secret Trojan Horse many years in the making was unleashed in full view of all.  The battle plan was listed in the book by Cleon Skousen, The Naked Communist, but it was too late.  The Horse had already been opened behind enemy lines and the troops of world-wide communism had spread out to strike down an unsuspecting public.

In the book The Naked Communist, the means for taking over the world in favor of communism was listed so that those sympathetic to communism could step in and know the battle plan quickly, and acclimate themselves to the climate.  Those in denials of such a plan would ignore the book and turn away from the warning of Walt Disney and Ayn Rand hoping they were wrong—but they weren’t.  The list of strategies listed in that dreadful book is shown below.  I’ve covered them before, but it is apparent that more needs to be done to explain what has happened in modern American culture, so I am going to take the considerable effort of explaining each of them one by one in upcoming articles—starting with the first.  The rest can be seen in the following list.  Read them then attempt to deny that such an attack has not happened.  After the list is viewed I will begin with issue #1 and explain the strategy behind it and implementation value.  The list was read before the House of Representatives in 1963, as evident by the link at the conclusion, but by then it was too late.  The communists had already infiltrated both parties, and freedom had lost its majority rule.  America had been prepared to fight off any enemy that showed its swords, guns and missiles to us.  But it was not prepared to fight an attack on its philosophy which was conducted with pinheaded academics and political bureaucrats.

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.

14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”

23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.

30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.

34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.

35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use [“]united force[“] to solve economic, political or social problems.

43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.

44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.

45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction] over nations and individuals alike.

http://www.uhuh.com/nwo/communism/comgoals.htm

Since the first three items on that list are so related, let us deal with them as a whole so to understand the intent of the communists in listing them in the first place.  They are:

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength

The world, particularly Russia was very weary of the manufacturing capacity by The United States.  Through capitalism, America had wealth which allowed it to dominate all other militaries—so communism would never spread so long as America had a military force which stood in the way.  So the only strategy available to the communists was to develop a coexistence strategy that crippled the moral aptitude of America from engaging in war.  The Peace Sign was created as a way to stimulate the compassion of American youth into turning against their government’s willingness to out produce weapons of mass destruction, which communist nations could not keep up with under their statist policies.

By the 1960s the Peace Sign was common, and in 2013 it is even sold as jewelry to unsuspecting young people who think its “hip.”  The message of global peace is wide-spread and well understood, but it was started by the communists who knew they could not impose themselves upon an America that could destroy their country a thousand times over with firepower created under the unrestricted aptitude of capitalism.  The human race had been in a sprint for nuclear power, and under capitalism, America had arrived first gaining the high ground in a global strategy.  The only way to take America away from that high ground was to convince them to allow every country in the world to share their strategic position.

Nobody in their right mind wishes for nuclear war, or even armament that could destroy the world millions of times over.  However, if America had not gained such supremacy first, the world—especially the towel headed extremists of the Middle-East would have used such weapons to destroy all members of Christianity, Buddhism, even the cannibal eating tribes of New Guinea into oblivion just to fulfill their religious direction to destroy all infidels—anyone who is not of the Islamic faith.  The weapons of the world are only one madman away from global threat, and America has been all that stands in the way of that takeover.  Communists wish to remove the threat of madmen altogether by micromanaging every life into servitude to the state.  They believe falsely that they can stop such attacks with a global communist government.  Before they could do that, they had to remove America as the barrier to tyranny with capitalism.  So long as America stood as a symbol of freedom, economically, morally, and strategically, communism would be a stalled case.

The rest is history.  Of course nobody calls the “peace sign” a symbol of communist menace.  People don’t even call communism—communism.  They call it “socialism,” Labour Party philosophy, the Democratic platform, progressivism, the concerns of the “green movement,” they call it everything but what the roots are—and that is communism.  Because of the rest of the 45 communist planks, people have forgotten what the threat of communism was completely, which I will cover in detail with future articles.  But Walt Disney knew of the danger and is the only place left in America where communism is still kept at bay.  Communism has certainly left its mark on the Disney Company as compliance regulations have made its presence known through the legal system, but the ideal of freedom that Walt Disney captured through his entertainment empire protected America with a Trojan Horse of its own.

When Matt Clark sent me the mug, he was sending me a secret message letting me know that he understood.  That secret message is that Uncle Walt is the method to undercutting the infiltration that communists have ushered in upon American culture and that no matter how dire the situation gets; we both know that freedom from communism is again obtainable.  To touch and feel that freedom, all one need to do is look at the logo of the Disney World complex, and understand that communists could have never created such a place under any conditions.  Only a free people could ever conceive such a thing as Disney World—which communists could never hope to aspire to.  Matt understands as I do, that the best way to beat the 45 Planks of Communism is to undo each of those points one by one—and the best way to do that is not with guns, force, or legislation—but with creativity—which the communist is dreadfully lacking.  The way to beat a communist is with a superior intellect and creative force that cannot be duplicated under communist regimes—and to use that high ground to finally destroy a foe that thrives off public sentiment and emotional mandate which drives inaction.

So Matt, I will enjoy the mug.  It sits proudly on our counter top when not in use.  The emblems upon it speak of a truth mutually understood, and a long battle yet to fight against the thoughtless tirades of The Naked Communist—exposed not due to a lack of clothing, but their philosophical attack which has finally been acknowledged for what it always was.

A Better Reality: Life in ‘The Old Republic’

The very expensive wine was flowing freely at the type of dinner that cost a small group of five over $2500.  It was the type of thing that business professionals and political science majors spend many thousands of dollars in college hoping they’ll achieve some day.  The minds were powerful; the participants were dressed in their latest fashions from Nordstroms, and the topics were at the top of discussion in any level of human endeavor.  It was a power dinner and at 8 PM in the evening my wife sent me a text………..”are you done yet.”  I replied, “not yet, I’m about to wrap it up.  I’ll be home very soon.  Get everything ready.”  The handshakes concluded and all members of the small party left into the parking lot by different trajectories as I headed for my motorcycle parked far away but in clear view of the restaurant.  I do this so my enemies cannot tamper with my transportation while I’m involved in these kinds of activities.  I never sit with my back to a crowd, and I never sit somewhere where I cannot see my transportation at all times.  It is an old trick I learned from friends I who were “hit men” during the 80’s working for a branch of the mob stationed in Chicago responsible for the Chester Road portion of business coming out of Sharonville, Ohio.  Precautions no longer necessary I headed home quickly and within 25 minutes was in front of the same computer station that had been set up 9 months prior for the solitary purpose of playing an online game called The Old Republic.  My wife and I have duel computers built specifically for heavy online gaming, and she was waiting for me with both units powered up and ready to go.  I sat down and we began to play the same video game that we had played almost every day since the previous December when we started our journey into a galaxy far, far away set in a time, a long time ago.

I consider the time my wife and I have spent playing that game together to be far more important than the value of the dinner described, or any other dealing I’ve been involved with at any point in my life.  The reason can be seen in the above video.  In the real world that we all live in there are veils of deceit that permeate everything—even the dinner mentioned.  There is a sense that nothing is as it really is—that everything is dressed up to disguise the ugliness that is left unmentioned.  Our society is at war, but nobody discusses it—the war is not over racism, equal rights, or even political ideology—but over philosophy—even religion.  It is a war over values which nobody discusses.  However, in the Star Wars game my wife and I have spent well over a thousand hours playing together as one of our favorite past times, values are the theme of the entire game, and I relish the environment.

I feel most comfortable on the space ship I have in the game in the middle of space away from the noise of the busy metropolis worlds, or the baron outposts that exist in the outer rim.  The ship is mine, the space is mine, and the control I have of what goes on within it are for me and me alone.  Of all the cool things to do in The Old Republic my favorite are the space missions.  They are not traditional flight simulators, but the graphic combat is absolutely astounding.  I never tire of them.  In that place the perspective of existence is easy to see.  The values of the game make sense to me, and the war between the factions eluded to in the above video are those of our modern age, which go unsaid in the dinner meetings previously described.  In such meetings it is permissible to discuss football team power rankings, baseball playoff scenarios, and the latest in fashion, but not the things that really matter—philosophy.  But in The Old Republic, my wife and I can play side by side on many far flung worlds against players who adhere openly to the opposite philosophy, the fight between statism represented by the Imperial players, and individual freedom represented by players of The Old Republic.  The fight for freedom versus control is out in the open and obvious.  Those attracted to the Imperial faction tend to support statism, while those who support the Republic tend to support individual freedom, and within the confines of that game, it is easier to see the boundaries that exist in the real world—and I relish the honesty.

I have said it on many occasions, I believe Star Wars and their movies, the television shows, the many novels, the comics, and the video games are bringing a philosophy to tomorrow’s world that will have far-reaching consequences deep into the future.  Those consequences are stepped carefully around during dinner meetings as nobody feels comfortable discussing them in public, because most people feel unqualified to express their feelings about philosophy.  But philosophy is the foundation of thought, and without firmness in a manner of belief, people have a tendency to drift in their convictions.  However, in the world of The Old Republic, the characters are not shy about their beliefs, and they are willing to fight to support them—which for my wife and I, is why we’d rather play that game together, than do just about anything else.  Meetings like the one I was engaged in do not impress her.  But beating a terrible villain on a remote world in The Old Republic does.

When I arrived at my game that day my wife had snacks lined up by my keyboard ready for two or three hours of gaming.  Her computer sits right next to mine and our characters link up online so we can travel together in that virtual world the way we would in the real one.  We both love the game for its honesty—and for the commitment to goodness that The Old Republic stands for.  I enjoy fighting for that Republic the way I’d like to fight for the American Republic—if only people in the real world were as honest with their beliefs, as they are within the world of a video game.  Under such conditions, I will choose the honesty of fiction over the falseness of reality.

There is a freedom in the of The Old Republic that does not exist in the real world of current, but it should.  The philosophy of America articulated through The Constitution allows for that freedom, but in practice, it has been surrendered to discussion about sports teams, and redundant trivia—leaving the most important things in life unrepresented.  In The Old Republic I am free to punish evil, and stand for good without the worry and concern of confrontation with statist government.  In the real world there is constant worry about arrests, legal costs, and social castigation for doing the right things—and standing up for what’s right over what’s wrong.  In The Old Republic, such concerns do not exist, which is why my wife and I prefer that environment over all others.  That is the reason even after a long day associating with the kind of people young professionals dream of growing up to correlate with, and dinning in luxury among—my eye was on the clock dreaming of getting home to my wife who awaited me at the spaceport of Corellia.  It is then that we experience freedom, and justice the way the human mind desires—away from the failed philosophies, and political corruption that leads to war, and the suppression of freedom in the real Republic of America.  It is in the fictional world of the computer where real freedom resides, and why video games in general are so popular—and hold so much power over the minds of tomorrow.  I foresee a literal day when the video above comes true as shown, in the world of the living, of the real.  The statists are out to destroy those who cherish freedom, and the fight has not yet manifested beyond unspoken words over wine glasses and sports trivia.  But it’s coming……….trust me.  For now, the only world that matters is the one in The Old Republic—where honesty is clearer through the lost art of philosophy accompanied by the sights, sounds, and action from a computer generated world that is freer providing relief from the real world we are all chained to.

My wife and I have never really returned from our vacation that started so many months ago during the cold December months of late 2012.  I have cut back my personal meetings and interactions to a bare minimum in favor of this fictional world because the vacation has been that good, so good that not even the indulgencies of opulence conducted under luxurious and socially acceptable conditions hold a candle to tasting freedom within the purely imagination driven world of The Old Republic.
