A Guide To Dealing with Trump Protesters: Taking lessons from the great film classic, ‘Dirty Harry’

Now that he’s obviously the most serious Republican contender for the White House, the protests against Donald Trump have escalated dramatically.  It is the last-ditch effort of all statist minded people to use collective protests to demonize individual effort.  We see it in labor union disputes over collective bargaining agreements, we see it in boycotts of businesses by liberal groups—look what they’ve done to poor Sea World, and we see it in politics—when change agents want to have an impact on culture—they use the mob to protest effort to essentially stop progress.  It has been the playbook of the political left for many years and was most effective in the Soviet Union during the early 1900s as Marxists used protests to usher in communism.  Ever since, especially in the 1960s, Marxists have turned to protest to stop management of any given issue for the purpose of pulling the Overton Window continually to the political left.  No Republican except for Ronald Reagan has effectively stepped beyond the reach of protests leaving conservatives in the United States defenseless against the Marxist strategy so explicitly outlined in the Karl Marx book, The Communist Manifesto.  Now the frustration among those left-leaning insurgents is in a near panic mode as they have run up against a Republican candidate in Donald Trump who seems to love the conflict and his supporters who know that this is the best shot they are likely to get in their lifetimes to stand their ground against the Marxist sympathizers are fighting back.

It is unlikely that CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC along with all the network outlets think of themselves as Marxists.  Their college training and public educations disguised the political philosophy behind Democratic politics and otherwise liberal thinking—so unless they understand history—they wouldn’t know. Most news reporters and news anchors lean-to the left—even Bill O’Reilly—compared to mainstream America—so they have a natural sympathy for the efforts of the protestors against someone controversial figures like Donald Trump.  But Trump, being a master communicator knows exactly what to say and how to say it—especially on camera.  If he needs to use three syllable words, he does it.  If he needs to use four letter words to make his point—he does that too—and so far he has been able to withstand everything that the political left has thrown at him.  He is the new brand of ironside that is unsinkable as Republican candidate and his supporters are eager to rush to his aid to help him through the gauntlet.

Before the Trump rally in West Chester, Ohio recently a friend of mine and I were in the front row just at the corner of a townhall style event.  Trump was literally 11 feet from our seats and between us were two layers of Secret Service.  I was seated on the aisle and my friend was just across it from my position.  We joked that if protestors were going to try to rush the stage, they would have to get through us—because we were best in position to stop it.  Sure enough, two protestors about 15 minutes into the Trump event came down the aisle and were coming right by me.  I looked them in the eye—there were two of them, a woman carrying a Bernie Sanders socialist sign and a guy behind her trying to chant down Trump before the crowd had a chance to react.  They were approaching the stage.   Looking at them both soaking wet they might have weighted about 200 pound together, so it wouldn’t have taken anything to throw them like a Frisbee out of the place.   I looked in eyes of a guy just behind my friend who was about 6’ 7” and was covered with tattoos who wanted to eat some red meat—he was ready to decimate somebody to protect his presidential candidate—his emotional investment.  Trump was in no danger.  I knew a Secret Service agent had moved just a bit to my right so he wasn’t standing in front of me—out of courtesy to me–so I knew he would easily have control of the situation.  The protestors came right up and stopped next to me and quickly law enforcement grabbed them and removed the two quickly. I could have easily grabbed the two, and made the news by justifiably protecting Trump—but there was plenty of security and there was no need for the audience to get into the mix.  The protestors were clearly in the wrong and the law was clearly on our side.  If I had grabbed them as a civilian, things would have gotten a little murkier, so my friend and I stayed out of it—for the most part.

The trick of the protesters—which is to them a self-sacrificial enterprise—they wanted to get arrested—they wanted to get beat up—they wanted to become victims so that they could advance their cause.  They intend to use guilt to leverage against their opposition.  Lucky for conservatives in this case—Donald Trump does not feel guilt—so he continues on in spite of their efforts.  The protesters are essentially doing exactly what the Scorpio character was doing in the great cop drama by Clint Eastwood way back in the early 70s, called Dirty Harry.  Scorpio was the villain of the movie and Dirty Harry had gained leverage on him by following him all over to harass him—keeping him from committing more crimes—which liberalized laws had prevented him from being charged with.  Scorpio paid a person to beat him up so that the blame would fall on Dirty Harry—which is exactly what happened.  This freed up Scorpio to commit more crime until finally Harry essentially quite the police so he could shoot and kill Scorpio after the left leaning terrorist hijacked a school bus full of children.  Protestors especially at Trump rallies are after the same kind of thing.  They can’t beat the message—so they want to get beat up so they can extract sympathy and get the light off their Marxist antics.

It’s not that so-called-blacks, Hispanics, or any other progressive voting blocs are bad people because of the color of their skin or that “white America” has an aversion to their place in American culture—it’s that their foundation beliefs about how a society should be run has been shaped by Marxism.  The left uses these voting blocs as weapons of insurrection to become change agents from capitalism to socialism.  That is clearly understood by a majority of the American people—especially in the flyover states.   Until Trump there wasn’t any mainstream defender against that act.  We remember how John McCain in 2008 defended Barack Obama from conservative pundits who used with emphasis of the middle name Hussein to point to a possible Islamic connection.  McCain lost that election–embarrassingly.  We saw Mitt Romney come out swinging in one debate and obviously had Obama on the ropes—then in the next backed off over guilt over his wealth, his hiring of women, and the perceived notion that in the last debate—he attacked a black man as president over allegations of racism.  Mitt Romney lost.  Now Trump backs down from nothing and people feel invested to defend him when he’s attacked—and that is understandable if the context of what has been against American culture is clearly understood.

However, the best way to beat the protesters is to let the Secret Service do their jobs.  Use your brain.  If protesters are just carrying signs and making a ruckus—let the police come and take them away.  If they bring weapons and intend to do harm, that is something else.  Quick action is necessary to delay trouble before the police can get there.  But if they are just blocking roads, and making an ass of themselves, let the police and the cameras do the work.  Don’t give them the sympathy they seek to invoke change.  The worst thing that can happen to these Marxist sympathizers in both the media, in politics and in the protesters themselves is that a Trump rally happens at all—the fact that an unapologetic person like Trump is speaking on behalf of the flyover states is something that hasn’t happened since flight was invented.

 It’s a big deal to have Donald Trump as a candidate doing what he’s doing—and I love that it makes so many on the left infuriated.  Now they know how I’ve felt for forty years of watching elections—welcome to the club!  The best way to beat them is to consume them utterly with ineffectiveness.  The rallies need to go on.  Just don’t fall for the Scorpio trick.  If you need to review that old cop drama just watch the clips above.  It’s an old movie, but some things never change and those old Clint Eastwood films were very good at painting a picture of the kind of politics that shaped the 60s, 70s, and 80s which documented properly the Marxist movement in America by insurgents who wanted to change it.

If you are at a Trump rally, let the professionals handle it—unless you can determine that the bad guys really intend harm.  In my case it was easy.  Those two protesters in West Chester weren’t a risk.  But you can bet I weighed all that out in the 1.5 seconds I had to make the call as they moved toward the stage where Trump was speaking.  If they are just yelling and holding up signs, they are harmless and Trump has a right to throw them out of his private event.  So let that process happen.  But if they intend harm, like that guy in Dayton clearly did, then a further step of prevention may be necessary.  These are bad people—treat them as such and tread carefully.  Understand what their objective is, and keep them from having it.  Don’t fall for their tricks because they will get worse.  We have to have this fight now.  Failure to have this fight might mean a much worse fight later.  Save lives—let’s get this over with.  The right people need to win for a change.

Superman, Batman, Zach Snyder and ‘The Fountainhead’: How to define a Trump supporter

With all the press over the new Batman vs Superman movie the director, Zach Snyder told The Hollywood Reporter that one of the next projects he’s working on is an updated version of The Fountainhead.  The faces of nearly everyone in the liberal community of media and entertainment nearly melted off.  Snyder is a highly respected film director and is at the top of his game.  But it doesn’t surprise me that he and a growing contingent of Warner Bros. directors and screen writers are showing themselves as Objectivists—Ayn Rand’s philosophic dispute against Kantian collectivism.  It’s no secret that I was very supportive of the film makers of Atlas Shrugged, which I thought was a successful cliff note to the great American novel—Atlas Shrugged.  That book is what America is all about and could have only been written here by our culture.  Ayn Rand was onto something with her work and I personally think The Fountainhead is one of the greatest novels ever written and I’ve read Finnegan’s Wake—and I understand it—just for reference.  Finnegan’s Wake to me is probably the greatest novel in the history of mankind as far as its scope—but within it there are way too many Kantian limits.  Ayn Rand takes away those limits and delivers us to a time before Plato and Aristotle’s great debate—to a time when mankind was contemplating that it was not the gods of Mt. Olympus who ruled the universe, it was the minds of mankind.

This is extremely important to understand because the candidacy and potential presidency of Donald Trump is the kind of story which might be a sequel to one of those Ayn Rand classics—he is a clear combination of characters from both The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged.  Trump’s popularity is very similar to the popularity of Ayn Rand’s novels even to this day nearly 60 and 70 years after their release.  Atlas Shrugged is the most reviewed book in the Library of Congress behind only the Bible for a reason—people are curious—but the life around them built largely in the summation of Kantian philosophy doesn’t assimilate well to what they feel in their heart and souls.

I know people from every side of the argument regarding Donald Trump.  I know the Glenn Beck Tea Party types, I know hard-core Objectivists, and I know traditional Republicans and I see their difficulty in understanding Donald Trump and his supporters.  Some of them like Glenn Beck and even Ted Cruz are staunch Atlas Shrugged supporters—they love Ayn Rand—yet they don’t understand her—because religion clouds their thinking on the philosophy of the matter.  Ironically, that is their same aversion to Donald Trump—that he’s a godless heathen who lives for himself counseling only himself not seeking the advice of God in times of crises.  Trump declares that he relies on his own mind to make decisions—which is a very Ayn Rand type of thing to say—and Beck along with Cruz followed by a contingent of Tea Party supporters are frazzled by such a proclamation.  Establishment Republicans hate Trump because he isn’t Kantian enough—meaning he doesn’t think in a Platonic fashion deep enough for them.  (If you don’t know what I’m talking about CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW ABOUT THE DIFFERENCES)  Then of course Objectivists aren’t sure what to think.

Not long ago I compared Donald Trump to Howard Roark from The Fountainhead and Objectivists sent me private messages concerned about my sanity.  They declared that Trump was not ideologically pure enough to be an “Objectivist,” and he certainly wasn’t the hero Howard Roark.  But a real life examination into the way that Trump has lived proposes a direct comparison.  Trump has always had a very Roark-like certainty about hm.  I don’t claim to be an Objectivist.  Personally, I think mankind is at a stage where we need to deep dive Rand’s thoughts expanding on Aristotle’s original concepts—but perhaps either going back to a time well before Greek philosophy or into a new period that mankind has never been before.  I am personally concerned with flushing out these kinds of thoughts over my years.  I see Objectivism as a first step in that process and Ayn Rand was certainly onto the scent.  However, Rand’s books were relatively simple-because they are exploring complex concepts and needed a host of adult characters to drape those concepts off of—for instance, there are no children in Rand’s books, The Fountainhead or Atlas Shrugged—which makes it easy for the characters to act on their authentic natures.  The world is neatly aligned in a way that represented Ayn Rand’s time period and her personal decisions which was to not have children with her husband and to carry on lavish affairs of her own with other men and force her husband to watch essentially.  In the end Rand was a bit broken-hearted with some of her decisions and it hurt her following regarding Objectivism.  That doesn’t mean she was wrong—it just means she wasn’t completely right.

I think the life of Donald Trump would be a sequel to Ayn Rand’s classics—and I think his third wife Melania is the key to his present success.  I think Donald Trump fits right into the pages of Rand’s heroes with John Galt and Howard Roark and that is essentially why people are so bothered with his presidential candidacy.  Objectivists would obviously disagree, but they share with most religions an almost sanctimonious relationship with the purity of Ayn Rand’s characters that they have become Holy figures to them similar to religious fanatics who insist that the life of Jesus Christ as it was written in a book 1700 years ago is testament to the precise way that we must all live today—and that the interpretation provided over the years and nurtured along by Immanuel Kant followed by many others—like Karl Marx would formulate political philosophy around the values of altruism.  Donald Trump was a great person before he met Melania—but after she became his Lady of Tubber Tintye.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.  She was his hero’s journey much the way Dagney was brought to such a figure in John Galt in Atlas Shrugged.  In that case Galt was the type of treasure found in the classic story of The King of Erin and the Queen of the Lonesome Island.  In real life, Melania was the treasure that Donald Trump found and what we have today is a presidential candidate who has successfully completed a hero’s journey equivalent to a classic novel and he is here to bestow upon mankind the boons of his adventure.

While many people think their version of reality is the correct one, the established political people have their Kant, while Glenn Beck, Ted Cruz and their Tea Party followers have their Bibles and the Ayn Rand at war within their very souls trying to fit a square peg into a circular entrance.  Conservatism to many of these people means “obedience to God.” The education class has their Marxism—which was formed by Kant to proclaim that Trump is too stupid for the right to “rule” because that is how archaic they still think of mankind—as a species that needs to be ruled over by an aristocratic elite.  And Objectivists hate all of the above, but they don’t think of Trump as equivalent to John Galt or Howard Roark.  Yet to know Trump through his many years of work, he is clearly willing to stand his ground for the authenticity of his creations, like Roark did at the end of The Fountainhead.  There aren’t any other people on earth in any positions of authority or wealth that have ever done as Trump is doing now—and that is to risk it all for a chance to fix everything for the sake of American authenticity.  He’s not retreating from the world the way that John Galt did to let the system collapse on itself the way that Ayn Rand suggested.  His stand is a much more masculine one—and one not yet defined by any art or literature—at least those known in establishment circles.  Donald Trump is the next step in that eventual evolution.

Trump supporters have been lied to and manipulated by all the groups mentioned above, religious groups, political groups, activism groups—everyone, and they still see things sliding into an abyss.  They have been told that they are bad because they are a particular color, that they are bad if they think well of American sovereignty, and that they are bad if they aren’t willing to give the skin off their very backs to those too lazy to make their own way in life—and they are the majority.  People like Trump were allowed to the table of power so long as they brought their check book, but they weren’t invited to help fix anything.  For Donald Trump I think love brought him full circle and into this political theater and the instincts of the American people understand it in spite of what everyone is telling them.  Trump has great love for his wife, his children, and of course himself.  People don’t comprehend it yet, but they know to trust it because literally everyone else has let them down.

From what I know of the new Superman movie with Batman, the debate is going to be precisely what I have been talking about.  Superman represents the type of Ayn Rand hero that evolved under American philosophy—essentially Objectivism.  Batman represents the law and order of a Platonic society—which migrated from Kant to Marxism riding on the back of organized religion—all denominations.  Can Batman simply let society fall in line behind a man who is superior in every fashion—and could destroy the world if he cared to in a moment?  That is the theme of the new Zach Snyder version of Batman vs. Superman—arriving in theaters soon as of this writing.  But filmmakers must make their livings looking five years into the future to anticipate the trends of that future time.  Given Trump’s impact on the world of politics it does not surprise me that Warner Brothers is looking to Snyder to provide an update to The Fountainhead.  Even though many might fight the words I’m saying about Trump today, our civilization will be looking for answers in the years to come and only Ayn Rand has offered a plausible explanation into the nature of Donald Trump so far in the entire history of the world. 

 Thus Spoke Zarathustra: A Book for All and None by Friedrich Nietzsche before Ayn Rand likely started the chain reaction—but prior to them in all of known history only gods of some mystic realm held such power of mankind.  It was the job of human beings to appeal to the egos of their deities.  Trump is not that kind of offering.  He is something else that nobody has ever seen before in politics—or philosophy—and Trump supporters feel innately that they can trust it—because they still hope that its possible in America to step beyond the shackles of Immanuel Kant—even if they’ve never heard the name before—and live their lives as free people for the purposes ascribed in Ayn Rand’s classic American novels.  Zach Snyder as a filmmaker has his hands on that pulse—and is working on The Fountainhead to show it to us for later analysis.  For decades in the future we will still be coming to terms with this time period—and it will be through our art that we understand what has happened.  In hindsight, we’ll be glad that it did.  But we will rely on art—as we always do—to define it in our lives—even if the Trump train is moving too fast now to do anything but vote in favor of that gut we have in our stomachs.  That is the very definition of a Trump supporter.

Ann Becker Wins, Patti Alderson Loses: A new dawn for a Constitutional Republic–not turning the other cheek

For me it was the best election I’ve enjoyed in quite some time.  All my people didn’t win but the one I most supported did—and that was Ann Becker knocking out Patti Alderson off the Ohio State Central Committee.  Patti is part of the party establishment that speaks about Republican values but behaves like a Democrat and she along with several like her gave us John Kasich.  There were several Tea Party challengers to the establishment State Central Committee candidates who are all just as bad as Patti relative to political philosophy—and few of them broke through like Ann did—but now Becker can begin to do valuable work from the inside that will help guide the Republican Party back toward real conservatism instead of just RINO namesake—using the party to win elections then run like their more progressive rivals.

It never fails to shock me even knowing all that I do about how things work—to learn to what extent the Republican Party led by John Kasich in Ohio had a lock on voters through the machine of politics.  I have been supporting Donald Trump for president and was happy with his wins on Tuesday, March 15th.  I was hoping he’d get Ohio but based on the feedback I had from area Republicans attending a Trump event recently I was continually baffled to hear them talk about how they feared to let it be publicly known that they liked Trump.  I mean these were grown adults and they were fearful of the wrath of some little hunchback progressive who could get his ass kicked by a falling leaf.  There is nothing to fear about John Kasich.  Yet politicians afraid of harming their rise to power within the party did not want party leaders to know that they were at this epic Trump event but only to get an autograph of the celebrity.  The head of the Republican Party was supposed to be seated next to me, but he never showed up because obviously the party was in the bag for Kasich and he was expected to strong-arm his party members into supporting the current governor over Trump.  That is precisely what is wrong with politics.  Those politicians didn’t represent the people who elected them—they represented with real anxiety the desires of the party bosses and largely that temperament has been shaped over many years by people like Patti Alderson.  So it was wonderful to see her go down in flames to someone I know will truly steer the State Central Committee into the direction of a constitutional republic.

As the nationwide results came in I was embarrassed for Ohio and the Republican Party that was so proud of their ability to turn out votes for John Kasich—in spite of him being an extreme loser who has no chance nationally of winning anything outside of a complete insurrection at the National Convention.  Trump and Cruz are the clear favorites among voters leaving all the establishment types in the dust of recollection.  Listening to Kasich talk you’d think he just won the Super Bowl.   What was painful to me was what many of those area Republicans and their donors said to me just a few days prior at the Trump event.   If given a choice, they’d vote a different way.  I’d say to them that nobody knows how you vote when it’s just you in the booth.  That’s when they’d say to me—“yes they do.”  They didn’t want it to ever be discovered that they supported anybody but Kasich for President in 2016—even though the guy had no chance to do anything nationally. With all that strong-arming by party bosses Kasich won a measly 66 delegates.  To date he has barely broke 100 which is deplorable.  Only career politicians would think such a thing was something to celebrate.

Patti Alderson in spite of the people who will tell me and you dear reader that she’s a pinnacle of virtue is exactly the type of person who is bad for the Republican Party.  She supported increases in taxes—has used charities as a means of extortion against children by blocking out people who actually tried to help then smeared the people who were really trying to point a light on what she was doing with the unionized educators embedded deeply in our community.  I know firsthand what she’s like behind the smiles and the charity—and she went after my name rather viciously once all other means of stopping my anti-tax group ran out.  In a lot of ways what she did locally was a lot like what the Republican Party is doing now to Donald Trump.  They don’t know how to stop him so they are attacking him.  And like him I have a similar social policy—I never forget, I do hold grudges and even if it takes 100 years, I look to get even against those who have done me wrong.  There is nothing wrong with that type of animosity—it is the difference between winners and losers.  All this turning the other cheek stuff in my view is a stupid position to take on anything—it certainly isn’t a path to any kind of victory.  If they hit you, you always hit them harder and harder until they stop and give up.

It was four years to the day that I had to dig in like Trump and defend my record by an onslaught of media and public sentiment coordinated by Patti against me to essentially preserve all that she had built connecting the Republican Party to Lakota Schools and the tax increases that she wanted.  I encouraged all my Republican friends to stand with me, that what Patti was doing with her tax increase support around the community using charity to help sell it would lose in the end in spite of the mudslinging—that all she was trying to do would backfire if everyone would just hold their ground.  But they listened to her because she was a party insider instead of me and history told the rest of the story.  I am proud to be the first that I know of in modern politics to do as Trump is now on a national stage.  I tried to tell area Republicans to dig in and stand for something and some did.  Most continued listening to Patti—like Judy Shelton who was strong-arming local Republican members to hold the line of the party even if the party was wrong philosophically.  (CLICK TO REVIEW)  Thankfully good people have been challenging the Republican establishment ever since and many have broken through.  Ann is only the most spectacular and recent example.  But many before her have been pounding away at those fences and now they are starting to break through.

Trump is a result of that offensive strategy, he would not have had the kind of success he is now prior to 2012.  I said to an NPR reporter for WVXU at that Trump event standing in front of the Bernie Sanders supporters that politics was changing forever.  Trump was paving the way for a new kind of politician—part entertainer, part private sector success story, and part WWF.  It takes those entertainment attributes to break the party lines and establish yourself independently from any collectivist rule.  I proved that 100 days after an onslaught that Patti Alderson led against me within the Republican Party to remove me from her plans by using a little authentic theatrics to gain supporters away from her way of thinking. CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.  I was astonished by all the people who were happy that my methods had actually worked—they stopped me everywhere and thanked me for what I had done—which was simply to stand my ground when everyone else literally abandoned me at Patti’s direction.  I wrote about my experiences extensively and now many thousands of people have read about that strategy.   I said it in 2012—the way to win as a Republican was to hit back at Democrats harder than they hit you.  Many being good Christians couldn’t get their mind around it.  But the Saul Alinsky playbook exposes that tendency among Republicans to turn the other cheek and that’s how liberals have continued to beat conservatives time and time again, and there has been no end in sight, until that moment in 2012.  So it gives me great satisfaction to see Ann Becker beat out Patti Alderson and to see Donald Trump using that same strategy on a national level.  Not that Trump adopted any of my ideas; he’s certainly his own man.  But enough people have been thinking about these things and a chain reaction within politics has taken on a life of its own.

It was quite enjoyable for me to watch Trump’s speech after he won essentially all the states on the March 15th election except for Ohio—knocking out Marco Rubio from the presidential race.  Trump attacked the media, the GOP establishment and showed that he was standing by his campaign manager when there were calls for his head—and he did it with a smile on his face to the outrage of the media.  I remember how it felt for me March 12th through March 15th of 2012 when Patti Alderson led her group of people to attack me in every way that she could without actually getting her hands dirty.  I remember my hatred of Michael Clark from The Cincinnati Enquirer, the betrayal of Scott Sloan at WLW, and my supposed friends within No Lakota Levy who abandoned me while speaking to hundreds of thousands of people on the air in the moment when I needed them most.  They did what they did because Patti had led them to their actions—I have the emails to prove it–still.  But I stood my ground as hard as it was.  Professionally, if I had been anyone else I would have been finished as a person in Butler County—but people like Patti didn’t care in the least.  For her the needs of the many out-weighed the needs of the few and if I was getting in the way—even if I was technically correct—then disposal was the option.  It was a hard period of time for me.  But I dug in and stood my ground and people thanked me for it.  And now, just four years later my friend Ann Becker has replaced Patti Alderson from her Central Committee seat and Donald Trump is running for president and is essentially using the same methods I did to advance his tactical position.  And this time the Republican establishment can’t stop him.  Because those of us on the cutting edge have seen the weak spots in the party system and now it is coming apart.  And that gives me great satisfaction for really the first time in over thirty years of political observation.  March 15th was a good day for our Constitutional Republic.  And things are just getting started.  It’s not that anger and flamboyancy are the proper means to defending a republic, but when fear is used to keep party members in line and to force people to do things that they otherwise wouldn’t on their own—the best way to deal with it is to throw it back in the perpetrator’s face and stand up to the bully—whoever it is.  There is one thing in this world that I have no tolerance for and that is a bully.   Trump isn’t the bully—it’s the people who use party members to hold people to a worthless vote that goes against the voters.  And of that class—Patti Alderson was one of the most frequent violators.  She didn’t bully people with force—she does it with a smile on her face and a large check book.  But the methods are conducted under coercion nonetheless—and that has to end at every level of government, from local to international.

So how did Ann win that important election—well, I’ll tell you.  She was at the Trump rally in West Chester even though she’s a Cruz supporter—she went where the people were and she talked to those many thousands who were standing in the rain trying to get into the packed venue.  Those were people who were definitely going to vote in West Chester for Trump and she gave them her name on the ballot.  Most people reading through such ballots have no idea who Patti Alderson was, but they knew Ann because she handed them literature with her name on it working the crowd.  She went door to door.  She was on the nightly local television news.  She had write ups in the newspaper.  She was on the radio.  And she had commercials on 55 KRC.  In short, she took nothing for granted and she actively worked every angle possible to the largest extent possible.  She simply out-worked the incumbent Patti Alderson who sat back and expected her reputation to carry her through the election.  That is how you beat these incumbents dear reader.  You simply outwork them.  That is how Trump is doing it, and that is how Ann won.  If everyone who is a freedom lover did the same—the establishment would cease to be.  You don’t have to play party politics and fall in line with the leadership.  You simply outwork everyone else and stick by your guns no matter what.  That is the best path to success in any endeavor—and it needs to become the standard mode of operation in politics.

John Kasich is a Functioning Democrat: Read the facts by Chris Littleton before being tricked into voting for the Ohio Governor

Chris Littleton is an old friend of mine who left Ohio essentially because he knew too much about the trouble John Kasich was putting the state through as governor.  He has written an excellent article about why you should not vote for Governor Kasich on March 15 2016 that is so well written—and detailed that I must offer it to last-minute voters ahead of the primary election across the state.  Chris wrote the article as a warning, and as many people as possible should see it.  I’ve included the link at the end of the text portion seen below which has some wonderful supporting data to go along with it—Chris has always been, and continues to be very thorough.  So, I’d suggest that you visit Littleton’s site to get the whole picture.  Essentially, Chris was an insider who worked closely in Columbus with key Republican members to acquire this information.  He became increasingly frustrated with Kasich as time went on and eventually moved to Tennessee because he didn’t want to watch the state die a slow economic death.  All the statistics that Kasich has been citing as evidence of his great governance are false—conjured up with borrowed time.  Kasich is a functioning Democrat and is a menace to anything involving a check book.  There is no wonder he worked so well with Bill Clinton during the 90s—because he is essentially by philosophic affiliation—just like him.  Kasich should not be running for the Republican nomination for President of the United States.  He should be running against Hillary Clinton for the Democratic opportunity instead.  Kasich is NOT, a conservative.  I know it first-hand, Chris has provided the facts, and the GOP has tied itself to a sinking ship democrat as the leader of their party in Ohio—which is a gigantic mistake.  Here is the precise supplemental material as provided by Chris Littleton.

As someone who was deeply involved in the Republican and conservative political scene in Ohio for many of the Kasich years, I want to shed some light on John Kasich’s history as Governor. It’s important to note that not a single item below is my opinion. This is a simple telling of the facts.

I do not work for any political party, candidate, campaign, committee or advocacy group of any kind. In fact, I’m not asking you to support any specific candidate. What I am asking, is that you NOT vote for John Kasich, and in the paragraphs below I will tell you exactly why.

Why am I telling you this story while many others who know Ohio have not? Because so few of those involved in Ohio politics will risk speaking up due to Kasich’s stranglehold on Republican politics in the state. Bottom line – no one wants to pay the price of picking a fight with a sitting Governor.

When looking at John Kasich, there are two distinct stories that can be told – one is that of an Obama-like policy agenda, and the other is the story of a man who has run Columbus with intimidation and threats rather than consensus and coalition building.

For now, I’m going to stick with what I know best, and focus on his policies that declared war on personal and economic freedom in Ohio.

The unfortunate truth about John Kasich is that he has advanced wealth redistribution while spending taxpayer money at record levels, and has actively inhibited the economic opportunity Ohio so desperately needs.

We can explore that statement by asking questions John Kasich should be forced to answer on 3 of the most important issues of our time:

  1. Governor Kasich on Obamacare:You advanced Obamacare in Ohio, turning over 600,000 healthy, working age adults into government dependents, costing taxpayers billions of dollars and expanding the largest long term obligation in Ohio history – all against the will of the Republican controlled Ohio House and Senate.

Given that these 600,000 Ohioans would not be government dependents had you not bypassed the legislature and vetoed their wishes so you could accept Obamacare funding and conditions – how can you say you oppose Obamacare while unilaterally championing its single biggest component?

Ohioans, let’s be brutally honest about this Kasich decision to expand Obamacare in Ohio. You and your children are being indebted by billions of dollars all to redistribute this money to healthy, working age adults. Not children, pregnant mothers or truly medically fragile people, no. The people Kasich added as government dependents were healthy adults.

The inarguable fact is that – this is Ohio’s largest state based expansion of socialism since Lyndon Johnson was in office, and John Kasich used his executive power to override the legislature to make this happen. He holds sole responsibility for this massive problem.

  1. Governor Kasich on Spending:You talk about balancing the state budget, but every Ohio Governor balances the budget every year as it’s a Constitutional requirement in your state. Democrat or Republican – every Ohio Governor does this, as it is regular and expected. This is not a unique accomplishment.

Of greater interest is that Ohio’s job and economic growth has lagged behind the national average during your time in office. As we all know, the national economy has improved since the crash of 2008, so tax revenues have increased in both Ohio and across the US. But, as Ohio state tax revenues increased, curiously, so did your spending at a much faster pace.

Governor Kasich, how can you justify increasing spending by greater amounts than any Ohio Democrat or Republican Governor since 1990, outpacing both inflation and population growth, but still call yourself fiscally responsible?

  1. Governor Kasich on Unions and Big Labor:Every US state with a Republican Governor and Republican controlled Legislature has ended compulsory payment of fees to unions and become a “right to work” state with the exception of Ohio.

As the Ohio border states of Indiana, Michigan and West Virginia have all become “right to work” states during your time as Ohio Governor, not only have you failed to make Ohio a “right to work” state, but you actively pushed Michigan’s Governor Snyder to oppose right to work legislation, you have killed Ohio right to work legislation in committees multiple times and you proactively worked to stop Ohio donors from funding a citizen’s initiative to make Ohio a right to work state through a vote of the people at the ballot.

Ohio’s current ranking is a dismal 38Th in job creation, so while you fought against ending forced union dues payments, right to work states dominated job growth across the country. How can you call yourself someone committed to an environment conducive to job creation when your actions and results  in Ohio have protected unions and inhibited job growth?

On three of the biggest issues for Republicans and conservative voters: Obamacare/Wealth Redistribution, Fiscal Responsibility and Jobs/Economic Opportunity, John Kasich fails miserably.

If you are looking at someone strictly on their recent record and actions – the heartbreaking and terrible truth is that John Kasich is indistinguishable from a Democrat governor. In fact, he said so himself in New Hampshire this February:

I ought to be running in a Democrat primary, I got more Democrats for me — you have any Republican friends? – John Kasich, February 2016

What makes the list of policy disasters above even more intolerable to so many Ohio Republicans and conservatives is that Kasich ran for Governor as someone else. He looked us in the eye, often one on one, and promised to be different than the Democrats, but we got just the opposite – more spending, more government dependents and the same union protection we get with Democrats.

Maybe the average Republican voter could forgive the abandonment of principles if they were actually productive, if they were actually yielding results. Instead, Ohio has below average job growth, terrible workforce participation and is staring down the barrel of multi-billion dollar obligation that will only hit the state when Kasich has left office.

Ohio taxpayer – when Kasich is long gone, it is you and your children who will be left with the mess he has created. It is you who John Kasich has left holding the bag.

On March 15th, choose anyone but Kasich.

I won’t go into such detail on his other failed policy and positions, but here is a brief list of a few other items where Kasich is out of sync with most voters who identify as Republican, conservative, libertarian or generally center right in any way.

  1. Increasing taxes or ignoring tax cuts

– Kasich has shifted taxes around the state, so property owners and small businesses now pay more taxes than before he took office. Ohio recently ranked #42 in Tax Foundation’s “2016 State Business Tax Climate Index.”

– Kasich is pushing to increase the tax on oil and gas extraction in Ohio by over 300%

– Kasich has publicly advocated and encouraged increases for local school taxes

– All this with a Republican controlled legislature, so there is no excuse for not advancing better tax policy.

  1. Crony corporate favors with taxpayer money

– Kasich created a non-auditable 501C4 called JobsOhio which uses revenue from state liquor taxes to offer incentives, loans, etc to chosen businesses. Remember Obama’s Solyndra mess? This is the same thing, but it’s not even auditable. This entity picks winners and losers with taxpayer money with absolutely no accountability.

– This crony entity was created by John Kasich, and he considers it top achievement.

The perceived necessity to create such an entity, to effectively bribe businesses to work in Ohio, acknowledges how terrible a business climate Ohio really has. Businesses aren’t looking to grow or move to Ohio. They have to be bribed to do so, and even then – the results show that it is not working.

  1. Long standing defense of Common Core in Education

– Multiple bills have been offered to address the Common Core mess in Ohio, and not only has Kasich refused to address the issue – he has defended it, and believes opposition to the Common Core State Standards is, in his words, “hysteria.”

Ann Becker’s Endorsement for Warren Davidson: Standing up for the people who put themselves on the front line

 

It doesn’t matter if it’s Donald Trump running for President, or Warren Davidson being the only qualified candidate to run for John Boehner’s old seat—Ann Becker from the Cincinnati Tea Party made a great point in her below observation and comment as to why America’s best people do not run for public office.  The consequences are that the worst of our society ends up running and winning the seats of government which most effectively runs our society—and the results have been dismal.  During this particular March of 2016 there are several really good options—and Ann is one of them for State Central Committee.  To my mind she’s the only option.   And that is additionally the case with Warren Davidson. For the sake of brevity and effectiveness, I have included Ann Becker’s endorsement of Warren Davidson in the following paragraphs because her reasons are nearly identical to my own.  If you really want good people in government—then we need to support them when they come under fire—because they always get attacked.   When they put themselves out in front the way Warren is offering, we need to have their back—because they will need it.  There is a reason that good people get so attacked in public office—it is to protect the many bad guys effectively destroying our republic.  So when you get a good one—give them a little cover fire.

I have been in politics for 7 years. One of the questions I get asked all the time – when are people going to wake up?  When are the principled people going to take a stand?

I have been looking, searching, supporting and teaching people how important it is to find politicians that will put the Constitution first.  Many people have stepped up to the plate, and it has given me hope.

A few months ago, after Speaker Boehner stepped down from his Congressional seat, my search for the right person to replace him went into overdrive. I live in the 8thDistrict.  Finding someone who I could consider a leader, someone who I would trust to represent me and my views was a tall order. 

Several candidates emerged to run for the seat.  I took it upon myself to research and vet the candidates, this is not an official Cincinnati Tea Party endorsement, just a personal endorsement coming from Ann. The man who I chose to endorse was Warren Davidson.

Warren is a former Army Ranger. His military background helps him to understand the scope of the problems we face in the War on Terror and issues overseas.  He also cultivated a deep sense of duty and discipline in the military that has carried over into his work in the private sector.

Warren is a small business owner of a multimillion dollar company. He came back from his military service and wanted to build something. He is the owner and President of Global Source Manufacturing in Troy, Ohio. His experience with his business has given him first-hand knowledge of how the government has hindered the growth of his business, from Obamacare and taxes to regulation and unions. 

Beyond that, he is a good man.  There aren’t many of those running for office. 

There is a reason good people don’t run  – the attacks.

Over the past week, a PAC called Defending Main Street has started to attack Warren Davidson.  If you listen to the radio or live in the 8th district, you have gotten the mailers.  They are vicious.  At first, I thought it was kind of interesting.  I must have picked the right candidate if he is getting attacked.  It’s kind of a badge of honor in politics.

Yesterday, they crossed a line.  They sent a flyer, big enough to wrap a gift to every Republican in the district. It was ridiculous. Who are these people?  Why are they meddling in the 8th district race?  I did a little research.

What I found made my blood boil.  Defending Main Street is Steve LaTourette and John Boehner’s ‘I hate the Tea Party so I must destroy them’ PAC.  Their website says, “The goal of the Republican Main Street Partnership is simple; to find commonsense solutions to problems that people are wrestling with each and every day. In short we represent and support the governing wing of the GOP.”  In other words, if you don’t support the establishment you must be taken out.

I did a little more research.  Defending Main Street raised most of its money from labor unions. “These unions include the National Education Association (the superpower of unions in America, along with the public employees unions), the operating engineers, the Teamsters, the air traffic controllers, transport workers and other building and trades unions,” from the Washington Times.

The accusations they were spreading in their flyers bothered me. The ads accused Warren Davidson of ‘Shipping jobs to China’.  I knew his company was called Global Source Manufacturing, and China is on the globe – but after I got several messages from people asking what these flyers were all about I decided to talk to Warren himself and get to the bottom of it.

The answers were very simple.  Warren said, “I do not have a manufacturing plant in China.  I have not shipped jobs there.  My company employs over 200 workers in Ohio – none in China.”  I asked him about the website www.cheapasiantools.com. “The site is nothing but a marketing tactic meant to show up in search engines. If someone looked up tools in China, they would come to our American made tools company.”  He also encouraged me to look at the website. It took me to Global Source Manufacturing’s buy American page.

This is another example of the establishment spreading lies.  Telling people things that will make them questions a man’s character.  This is why good people don’t run for office. 

Don’t give into the lies. Stand up to the establishment.

Secret Island Meetings Between Liberals and Republicans: Schemes to destroy Donald Trump

I have said nice things about many of the tech leaders who sat down in a secret meeting with the GOP establishment to scheme ways of destroying Donald Trump’s run for president.  I still think what they are doing is important work for the future of our economy.  But, they are not bastions of conservative principles and I find it very strange that they’d be included in a meeting with people like Mitch McConnell, Karl Rove and many others plotting an end to Donald Trump.  This only supports what I have said many, many times—the people running the Republican Party, are not very conservative.  They are easily swayed by the currents of finance and if those currents trend toward liberalism—then they adopt those positions to protect their party and their role in it as benefactors.  When news broke of this secret meeting, I found the information extremely disrespectful of the American electorate.  Not that it surprised me—I have been writing about such motivations for years.  However, in the back of my mind I did hope to be wrong.  The reality is quite the opposite—even more so than even the most conspiratorial mind could previously fathom.  The GOP is far more corrupt than anybody thought and the situation is dire.

Not to put Donald Trump down, but I’d vote for a venereal diseased whore giving speeches for president topless and in a G-string at this point if she called herself a Republican—because at least she would be from the private sector.  Even though her profession is illegal, she at least would understand money to some degree and how it’s made.  Such a disgusting person would be better than the crop of politicians the GOP has been handing us for decades.  Yet with quite a lot of presumption, they wish to rule us through an aristocratic commitment to a Party that has European foundations toward collectivism—and in America—it’s quite disgusting.  Speaking for myself, I recognize no person on planet earth or in the entire Milky Way galaxy as my “better.”  I recognize no king, no authority that is supreme to my individual integrity.  Nothing is bigger than me—which to many may sound preposterous—especially with religious backgrounds.  But it is the proper way to understand our role in this universe.  Our minds are far more important than anything thing a black hole or celestial orbit might produce and it’s about time that Republicans learn that at the heart of conservative value and Constitutional principle is the preservation of the pronoun “I.”  They often confuse the issue with religion which sways often into the fray of socialism, meekness, and putting bigger things ahead of individual identity.  This is a failure in philosophy—which has not properly divided up religion and politics in the minds of mankind in spite of the founding fathers insisting on a separation of church and state for the very reasons that the Republican aristocracy uses both to hold themselves into power.

Trump is the perfect candidate for this new century and it gave me great satisfaction to watch him defend his record against Mitt Romney by holding a press conference to accept his winnings of Michigan and Mississippi offering members of the press high-priced mementos of his very successful life to take home with them.  The whole situation reminded me of one of my favorite movies of all time, Tucker: A Man and His Dream.  In that film Tucker was threatening the Big Three auto manufacturers with a much more advanced automobile at the time.  Senator Ferguson set out to destroy Tucker for bringing harm through unwanted competition to GM, Ford and Chrysler.  The Karl Rove meeting with top tech industry people who certainly lean liberal is the kind of stuff which indicates massive corruption and Trump had to do something to get out ahead of it.  In the movie Tucker the hero of the story Preston played by Jeff Bridges had to deal with false reports that his car was a danger to the public, that it underperformed and that Tucker had misled investors with a massive scam.  Tucker had no other option, so he took his prototype car out onto the streets and picked a fight with the police—forcing them into a car chase.  Tucker’s highly advanced car ran circles around the police cars embarrassing them intensely.  Tucker ended the chase by surrendering himself to the police at the police station in front of a mob of press who had witnessed the entire event.  The public had witnessed that Tucker wasn’t a fraud the way the media had reported it, and the point was made.

To watch Trump after all that has been said about him, and all the millions of dollars in negative ads attacking him, point to the products that supposedly didn’t exist and offer them to the press was a Preston Tucker moment—and it was very stylish.  Trump has such a large empire of business holdings that he doesn’t even consider little things like those products criticized to be a big deal.  He owns them to facilitate his organization with internalized branding.  If he sold them in local grocery stores it would cheap their value—they are part of the exclusivity he offers his customers.  The people critical of him can’t even remotely compare themselves to his achievements. It’s laughable.  And the debate format traditionally favors “back of the train types” (see the metaphysics of quality)—people who know what’s on the train and have memorized ways of regurgitating the information. Trump is a “front of the train” type, someone who moves fast, takes very few notes but remembers most everything, and delegates tasks to the best people he can manage to recruit.  That’s how he’s been so successful.  Politicians can’t understand that type of person.  They only know how to give speeches to extract money from wealthy people in the form of donations.  Trump, in 2016 has given so much money to so many politicians from both sides over the years, he finally just decided to do things himself because they were so ineffective.  And that terrifies everyone who has made good livings off that corrupt system.  If Trump succeeds the whole game of politics changes forever—there will be many copy cat-sub-retired executives who will follow in the wake and they will do a much, much better job at managing resources than the political class for years has—and that is something to cheer for.  Again Trump is not to be compared with a mindless slut, but such a low-grade woman would do a better job at managing the country than ANYONE from the political class—anyone in that meeting with Karl Rove—because at least they know and understand how to make money by providing a service as opposed to the political class that is just in the business of begging for it and giving nothing in return.

The Big Three fought Tucker hard, pushing him out of business.  Tucker did build the cars he promised, but his funding ran out, and he almost went to jail over the issue after Senator Ferguson drove him into a tough court case over fraud to protect his donors.   It took twenty to thirty years for the Big Three to adopt the technical innovations that Tucker proposed in those delicate years between World War II and 1950.   Eventually, they had no choice and of course they took all the credit leaving only history buffs to remember Preston Tucker.  Nikola Tesla could tell a similar story.  The political class of 2016 is trying to hold off innovation for their own protection.  They are resisting the political innovation that the public is demanding to preserve the power it gives them.  Trump is the biggest threat to them that they have because he will make the job look easy and others will see, and the end of their way of life will emerge.  That is what they are so terrified of.  Trump as he announced at his Florida press conference has an impressive résumé and since it has come into question, he has a right to defend it—which he did with a lot of style—and a measured amount of grace.  Trump has expanded the Republican base, he has withstood all the incoming that a single person could expect to endure, and he is still winning.  And he is by far more conservative than many of the Republican establishment types—as the proof of the meeting participants exhibits quite brightly.  But they have been caught.  Trump has been the perfect presidential candidate for the GOP, he’s a winner, he is great with the press, he can expand the base, market the party—if the goal was conservativism—Trump is perfect.  Constitutional purists the Republican Party isn’t—going behind the people’s back the way they did to destroy a candidate—that is not how a Constitutional Republic functions. There is no way Ted Cruz can fight these guys off—he just doesn’t have the tools in the tool box. But what Trump did was get the establishment to show all their cards and the public has responded.  And Trump had a reason to smile a little bit and take a victory lap.  Tucker tried it years ago on a smaller stage—but he eventually failed.  Trump has succeeded where nobody else has in history.  And that is something to be proud of no matter what side of politics someone might happen to be on.

In Ohio Democrats are Switching to Republican to Vote Trump: Defining real conservativism during an important primary

This is a pretty important story.  Republicans have a severe “branding” problem.  People like me who are very conservative find people like George Will, Karl Rove, Mitt Romney, John Kasich, Marco Rubio, John Boehner and even locally, Patti Alderson, Don Dixon, Cindy Carpenter and many others terribly flat and unable to win contested issues against Democrats.  They are what make up the Republican “establishment,” these days and it is their fault that the Republican “brand” has declined, and even failed in most cases.   As I’ve discussed before conservatives won’t get everything we need in just one election.  There has to be a multiyear plan enacted to repair the massive damage done to the party by Republicans moving left of center to attract new voters.  And just for the record, Ronald Reagan was not conservative enough for me.  He is not the benchmark of conservativism as far as I’m concerned.  When Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz say they want to be the new party of Reagan, I cringe.  Reagan actually toyed with joining the Communist Party and was a union leader for a time.  Only late in life did he learn to speak like a conservative and very late—become one.  I liked him-but when it comes to conservatives I am often very let down—because few people are as conservative as I am.

However, in this election I am emphatically supporting Donald Trump.  He by far has the most conservative views on the stage currently, and he has a track record of accomplishing things.   The fact that many people are making it fashionable to point out things that he has not done so well is laughable.   I’d ask to see their track record—which they have nothing to compare to.  Trump’s airplane is worth more than most of the critics of him put together.  As Trump stated recently, just one of his stores in New York is worth more than Mitt Romney.  I’d rather deal with a person who has a thousand failures and two or three blistering successes than a loser who sits on the sidelines and is afraid to do anything because they are the overly timid types.  That describes most of the people I know in the Republican Party.  Trump brings a lot to the Republican Party—particularly when it comes to “branding.”  He also is attracting fence-sitting Democrats—which is exactly what the Republicans need if they really want to “expand” the party.  When people say that Trump is not a conservative then where is the anger at actual Democrats like Butler County Commissioner Don Dixon who switched parties to win in a conservative Ohio county—and the many thousands across the nation just like him.  Trump is much more conservative than Don Dixon, or the Ohio Central Committee representative Patti Alderson who makes the fundraising efforts of Claire Underwood from the Netflix series House of Cards look like an amateur.  (Ann Becker is running against Patti—VOTE FOR ANN on March 15th.)  Don’t tell me establishment Republicans are more “Republican” than Donald Trump.  Trump is calling himself a Republican in a very liberal part of the country, and that takes guts.  And don’t tell me he’s doing damage to the “party.”  Read this article out of Youngstown, Ohio.  This is where Trump is a lethal weapon for the GOP—if they were smart enough to use it—which they aren’t.

About 1,000 Democrats in Mahoning County so far have switched their party affiliation to Republican with election officials saying several did it to vote for Donald Trump, the GOP presidential front-runner.

“We are seeing something this election cycle I’ve never seen before to this degree,” said board Chairman Mark Munroe, who’s also the county Republican chairman. “Every day I take phone calls or get voice messages from people saying they’ve been Democrats all their life and they’ve had it. They want to vote for Donald Trump. I’m surprised at the volume of inquiries we’re getting. It’s remarkable.”

A number of Democrats taking a Republican ballot when voting early at the board “say they want to vote for Trump,” said Joyce Kale-Pesta, Mahoning County Board of Elections director.

About 7,000 Mahoning County voters have cast early votes. Early voting started Feb. 17 and ends March 14, the day before the primary.

Of those 7,000, about 14 percent were Democrats who voted Republican, Kale-Pesta said. That’s about 1,000 so far.

The percentage of Democrats switching parties will grow even more, said board Vice Chairman David Betras, who also is the county Democratic chairman.

And it doesn’t concern Betras.

“I knew Donald Trump’s message would resonate with blue-collar Democrats,” he said. “But once they learn about his record – besides him being anti-trade – they will change their minds in the general election. I assure you that come the general election, voters will vote our way once we tell the story of Donald Trump. The more chaos created in the Republican primary, the better Democrats will do in the general election.”

Betras, who backs Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton, said it “would make me happy for Donald Trump to beat John Kasich,” the Ohio governor running for president as a Republican.

About 5 percent of Republicans – 350 voters – cast Democrat ballots of those who’ve voted so far, said Chris Rakocy, the board’s information technology manager.

Munroe, who supports Kasich, said that if the governor isn’t the Republican presidential nominee, “I’ll be glad to support whoever is our nominee.”

When asked about Trump’s various controversial statements, Munroe said, “Should Trump be the nominee, he’ll have plenty of time to rehabilitate himself.”

Trump is the reason turnout will be higher than normal for this primary, Munroe said.

“We’re seeing this all over the country; the Republican vote is way up and it’s because of Trump,” he said. “Now, it’s happening in the Valley. Whatever you think of Trump, you can’t take away his ability to energize the electorate.”

There are 161,009 registered voters in the county, including 40,958 Democrats and 14,663 Republicans. The rest are independents, who don’t vote in primaries, with a tiny number affiliated with third parties such as Green and Libertarian.

In Ohio, party affiliation is basely solely on voting in a primary, Munroe said.

“All you have to do is tell a poll worker that you want to vote for a certain party in the primary and that becomes your affiliation,” he said.

Election officials in Trumbull and Columbiana counties say they aren’t keeping track of how many voters are changing party affiliations.

“But we’ve had some people say, ‘I want to switch to the Trump party,” said Stephanie Penrose, Trumbull County’s elections board director.

“There are a lot of Democrats switching over,” said Kim Meeks, Columbiana County’s elections board deputy director. “We see a trend, but we won’t know details until after the primary.”

Let that simmer for a bit and think of what that could do for the GOP.  Think about California come November 2016, or New York.  Tell me there is another Republican in the party today who could win in these places.  The answer of course is that there isn’t.  Ted Cruz won’t.  And nobody else will either.

Standing up for Housewives: Melania Trump’s conservative crusade captured by Greta Van Susteren

As excited as it may be for me to get a private sector president in the White House with Donald Trump, I’m probably equally enthusiastic to see his wife in the role of First Lady.  For so many years the First Ladies of the White House have been social apologists for an increasingly altruistic culture underlining an emphasis on sacrifice for the “greater good.”  If you know anything about the philosophy and the writing of Karl Marx—American First Ladies seemed to have represented the claws of communism rather than the American flag draped beauties of American culture.  I include Laura Bush in that discussion because part of her appeal was that she had been a librarian and that was used as a means to push agendas like “No Child Left Behind” in public education—which wasn’t very far from what the Bolsheviks supported in Russia during the 1920s.  (Read We The Living.)  What I find most appealing about Melania Trump representing America as a First Lady isn’t her supermodel Sports Illustrated swim suit edition good looks, or her soothing accent—but rather her firm dedication to being a housewife.  Listen to Melania Trump talk about her commitment to her son Barron with Greta Van Susteren—which was a very good and revealing interview.

Melania is more than just a pretty face.  Many would say that she’s a trophy wife and that it’s easy for her to say the type of things she is with the comfort of billions of dollars in assets always garnishing her.  They might say that it’s easy for her to speak from such an elevated position atop her Trump Tower apartment laced with pure gold—about the merits of raising a child.  But there is quite a lot that is important in what Melania is saying and it’s not easy for her.  For instance, with the wealth that she and her husband have, they could afford to have a nanny raising their child.  They could have an army of nannies and essentially be the family from any popular play or motion picture classic—like The Sound of Music or Mary Poppins.  But with all their wealth and her personal time at stake, Melania has fully dedicated herself to raising their son Barron as a very happy housewife—which is a very “conservative” thing to do and a hard position to take in this modern media culture.

I think housewives have the most important job in the world—I believe that with every fiber of my being.  Housewives are more important than any CEO position and have more value than even President of the United States.  I was probably too aware at a young age largely because my mom was a stay-at-home mom and she put a lot of work into raising her kids.  She certainly didn’t take it loosely.  I can remember most everything from age three and four largely because I had a mother who didn’t handicap me with dumping me in a day care and letting the collective masses raise me while she worked at a career.  In the late 60s and 70s staying at home with children as a woman was becoming increasingly taboo and I watched my mom go through a lot of pain because of it.  She was socially ostracized for her decisions and I was aware of it enough to notice once I got to public school and started dealing with other kids who weren’t lucky enough to have moms home with them every day.  I caught on to what was happening very fast and by the time I hit the fifth grade I had made my decision about what was wrong with the world and the women who were raising children to care for it.  They were wrong and I would commit a significant portion of my life to solving that problem—even if it meant standing alone against such a swift tide of feminism that currently is washing our society into a treacherous cliff of anxiety and failure.  As a reward to my mom, for all her hard work, none of her kids have problems.  We all are self-adjusted adults who don’t have addictive personality traits or insecurities largely because in those formation years, from 1 to 4 years of age especially, we all had a mom home with us building the foundations that would last a lifetime.  The kids I knew back then who had messy moms chasing the illusions of feminism all grew up with some sort of problem.  They either melted down in college or hit a wall when they started raising their own families in their late 20s.  There isn’t a single example of a successful person I can think of out of many thousands of examples where a child raised in a day care exceeded the general security and personal presence of a child raised by a housewife.  Many reading this right now are failures and they know it.  Just making money doesn’t make you a successful person.  You have to be successful in every category—otherwise none of it means anything if your kids are all screwed up messes as a result of your decisions.

However, prior to the 60s, it was common for women to stay home with their children.  Both of my grandparents did it—and every old person I knew back then was of the same mind.  They all thought it was quite a destructive trend to see this spoiled generation of college trained idiots sacrificing their time with their children at home while they built careers for themselves as “liberated women.”  That turned out to be a line of crap and it was obvious to me as a kid.  Every child I knew wanted my mom to be their mom because their mothers were too busy to care for them correctly.  And the World War II generation knew America was going down a dark road.

Here’s the big problem with how feminism has shaped this issue—and just about everyone has bit into it fully only to find that there was hot sauce inside that leaves them in quite a lot of pain.  It was always one of the Planks of Communism, (CLICK TO REVIEW) to get children away from their parents and have them be raised by the state.  This was a strategy formulated during the Cold War to spread communism to the entire world.  So by marketing self achievement outside of the home, women became the instruments of American destruction by accepting that their lives were meaningless unless they put a career over their families.  Men were forced to accept this notion otherwise they’d be called a “sexist,” (a Saul Alinsky tactic—CLICK TO REVIEW) and children were put in daycares, pre-school, then of course a public education system that has advocated socialism for well over four decades now.  Feminism and the destruction of the American housewife was a military strategy against our culture.  I was lucky enough to have a mom raising me as a traditional housewife who had the support of grandparents, who didn’t know otherwise at a time.  I was also in public school before the creation of the Department of Education in 1979.  I was able to watch with a clear head all these changes.  It also helped that my favorite subjects for as long as I can remember was history.  Even as a young kid I read a lot, watched lots of PBS documentaries and by the time I was a senior in High School I read USA Today each morning during homeroom.

I was living a very wild life—free of drugs of course and the usual teenage issues of insecurity.  Rather, I was a very confident kid and that made me public enemy number one—because somewhere every adult I interacted with thought that being humbled and conquered was a prerequisite to adulthood.  So the more they tried, the harder I went to war with them—and I left a mess in my wake, but I never wavered.  Obviously that confidence made it easy for me to date girls and I met a lot of them.  Probably too early I met my wife, but she was one of our literally hundreds at the time who really wanted to be a housewife as an adult.  So we started a family right out of the gate and have stayed together in a traditional way ever since—over three decades now.  Of course it wasn’t easy, but it was worth the fight.  I admired that she wanted to be a housewife, so I paved the way for her.  Presently we don’t know anybody who is doing the same type of thing.  It used to be as common in America as grass on a spring day on a vast golf course—but these days we don’t know anybody doing it.  I know they are out there.  I meet women who are housewives in the Liberty Movement around town—who are staying home with their children in a traditional way.  But I don’t know any families that are secure with it to the level that they don’t feel like Amish people dedicated to an archaic religion as modern society surrounds them to eventually crush them with sheer masses.  My wife had a far more difficult time at raising our children than my mom did.  It was often unbearable and incredibly grueling because of the social acceptance of other choices that were obviously wrong for growing children were so well rooted.  Women had been told just as anti-gun advocates have convinced people to fear guns, that women were worthless unless they had their own paycheck and their own life outside of the home.  The strategy of that kind of thinking should be obvious.  To understand the intentions that gave rise to that strategy—from the KGB—watch the film Bridge of Spies.  For younger people who don’t remember the Cold War with Russia, it’s a good film that shows the level of anxiety that was prevalent then.  Feminism was slid under the American door in the same way that communism was sent to Russia by Germany to soften it up economically, as a rival power to Europe.  These aren’t conspiracy theories—they are historical fact—just do a little research.  Feminism was always intended to destroy American culture and the youth that might continue to advance capitalism into the 21st Century leaving Europe drowning in its commitment to Marxism.

The world needs more housewives.  It doesn’t surprise me that Melania Trump as a foreign raised immigrant wants to have that role with her son.  Most women around the world if given a choice would choose to stay home with their children if they had a husband who could take care of all the family income outside.  Women are that way in Japan, through all of Asia, India, Africa—virtually everywhere—except when we get to Europe where the work of philosophers like Immanuel Kant and Karl Marx have deteriorated their culture exporting that failure to America through many means.  Melania Trump is from Slovenia and watched the transition from a communist country to a return to European socialism.  Off the eastern edge of Italy she comes from a family that has seen Italian fascism, the rise of the Nazi to the north and Russian communism to the east.  The great unrest of Bosnia was to the south so she comes from a background that has been hard pressed into compliance.  I don’t blame her one bit for taking off her clothes to use her natural beauty to get out of the limitation of her homeland and live the American dream in the United States.  She caught the eye of the billionaire playboy Donald Trump and obviously grounded him.  If not for her–I really doubt he’d be running for president.  The moment she had a chance to do something good with her life, she has—and with all the concerns of money taken away from her mind—she has chosen to do one of the most conservative American things she could—and that is to become an American housewife.

From the White House, Melania could do a lot of good.  She may look beautiful—but inside her is an intellect hardened by circumstance and a rebelliousness I have only seen in my own wife—who is precisely the same age as Melania and could tell similar stories.  A young women with all the opportunity in the world to sun bath on the deck of a yacht all day in the Caribbean or hang on the arm of a very rich man in a Vegas casino—she has chosen to raise her child in a traditional way and doesn’t waver from the question when pressed.  And it would be my hope that once inside the White House—that she would be the most magnificent First Lady in the history of America not only in beauty, but in her dedication to children—resistance to drugs crossing the border—and her resolute dedication to being a great American housewife serving as an example to millions of young, impressionable girls who really could use a person like her for a role model.  I think it is because of her that Donald Trump is running.  She has a mission to fulfill—and that is something I understand.  America has lost its way and it needs to find its way back—and the key to that is through our children and the moms that make them.

Shooting the Varmints in our Garden: The most peaceful way to end a civil war

I think in the context of history March 3rd 2016 will go down in history as a great battle within the American system of government.  No lives were directly lost because of this battle, because at least in the United States elections still matter and people have them as an option.  For instance there was a debate with Fox News that was on a very large stage nationally, and at each podium was a figure representing various fractured elements of American society.  Marco Rubio represents the old guard establishment even though he came to be as a Tea Party insurgent.  Donald Trump was there as a private sector success story who is ready to run the country as a CEO—which can be good or bad depending on the CEO.  If the CEO is Jack Welch, then it probably won’t be good for everyone—likely just for the company.  If that CEO is like Steve Jobs—which is what I think will happen, then it will be wonderful for every American.  But it’s certainly not a traditional CEO position but it is a private sector presence in a high office that has not been there before.  Ted Cruz represents the type of people who attend C-PAC each year and run the various Tea Parties.  They have helped shape this whole election cycle.  Really everyone on the debate stage got there pandering to the Tea Party—even John Kasich who now represents the type of compromise candidate we’ve had in the past with Mitt Romney and John McCain.  My friend Ann Becker summed up the experience like this on Channel 12 News as she was pushing for some last-minute votes for her own run on the Ohio Central Committee which is on a scale as important as this presidential election—only in a different way.  CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK FOR MORE.

I have personally tried to work with establishment types for decades, but my summation culminated about this time four years ago into a rather large melt-down that still resonates in my community.  Trump of course is experiencing what I’m talking about on a much larger scale, so I was curious how he’d deal with the severe abandonment of Mitt Romney the day of the Fox Debate.  It was a rather historic occasion, a former presidential candidate whom Trump had supported openly during the 2012 campaign held a press conference type of speech just hours before the debate to discredit Trump in every way he possibly could as a last-ditch effort to destroy the GOP frontrunner to preserve the last remnants of the type of Republican Party that he helped shape.  Trump had even held a very expensive fundraiser for Romney in his Manhattan apartment and had become fairly close to the man.  In 2012 Trump even pushed right to the wire a very important flight to Scotland while Romney was debating Barack Obama because he didn’t want to miss a moment—even in the car on the way to the airport.  So Donald Trump was fairly invested in Romney’s success, which of course history remembers was a failure.  As Romney announced all of Donald Trump’s failures over the years—investments that didn’t emerge victorious—although plenty did—I’m sure Trump would have included Romney on that list.

But you break bread with those people; get to know their wives and you start to like politicians because you think that they are regular people.  You think they are like you are because they sound like you, think like you, and share similar values.  Only, they aren’t like you.  Once they get into public office they turn into something else—because by the nature of a constitutional republic, success in that type of governmental position favors second-handers.  Trump had just come off a week of great successes—Super Tuesday gave him a huge lead over everyone else in the GOP presidential filed and he was showing what a Trump White House would look like as he picked up endorsements of establishment Republicans at an alarming rate-provoking the GOP bosses to attack Trump to his very core in an attempt to knock him out of the race.  That stress showed on Donald Trump at the Fox News debate.  His rivalry with Megan Kelly was in front of him, and two hostile candidates who wanted to unseat him were on each side.  Millions of people were watching to see if Trump would stumble—even world leaders watched terrified of having to deal with the unpredictable businessman from New York.  Trump was pounded and pressed from every direction.  Fox News used televisions to replay old Trump interviews in an attempt to catch him in a gotcha moment—which was hard obviously.  But through it all Trump managed to stand in front of everyone and declare that he had a large penis—literally.  It was the boldest things he could have done at that particular moment and it became the thing that everyone would remember out if this debate, and it was probably the only way out of a day where the establishment had thrown everything including the kitchen sink at Donald Trump ahead of the next round of states voting the following Saturday.

I know how that betrayal feels all too well.  I’ve felt it many times so I felt for Donald Trump being on such a large stage and feeling those emotions.  It won’t be the last time, but it does hurt each time it happens.  The best thing that can be done in those situations is to fight through the disappointment and do whatever it is that has to be done.  The stakes for so much were at full play and Trump did well to stand up there and shoulder it all—which is why I think he’ll be great as president.  The more that moderators and candidates tried to press him from the vantage point of a traditional president, the more wore out Trump looked.  Trump doesn’t plan to be a traditional president.  He intends to run the country like a CEO—as a boss.  America doesn’t elect kings and queens—and doesn’t like to be bossed around.  However, Americans have devolved over the years and presently they do need strong leadership—because they don’t manage their own lives very robustly.  At this particular moment, Trump is the only guy who can do the job.  But it won’t be anything close to traditional.  Trump will hire and delegate many of the presidential tasks because that is the strength of his skill set.  Second-hander politicians do not understand that way of thinking.  And because Trump represents an end to everything they know, they attacked him in the way that a cornered animal might fight for its very life.

 I watched my father and grandparents shoot many varmints that tried to eat food out of our garden, or in their fields.  I always felt sorry for the animals that were shot and killed.  But over time, I learned that the animals were second-handers to the efforts of the person who planted the crops in the first place.  The animals had to be destroyed to keep them from eating everything we worked so hard for.  If those animals had not been shot and killed, they would have destroyed all our efforts.  From the perspective of the animals, they just wanted to survive—and to feed their families.  But, to the vantage point of productive output, they were enemies to that effort.  So they had to be destroyed.  The same can be said about the GOP.  Donald Trump is our rifle that is picking off the varmints eating all the efforts of our careful labor.  Out of desperation, the varmints like Mitt Romney know the end is near for them.  Ann Becker can see it too as she presses on in her desire to unseat Patti Alderson—who represents those old GOP types like John Boehner, John Kasich, and Mitt Romney with financial backing and has helped shape the party into the disaster it currently is.  Ann and I might disagree on how that gun should be fired, but we agree that the crops in our garden must be protected from the second-handed efforts of politicians who just can’t stop themselves from trying to eat and destroy everything.  Donald Trump for me is the twelve gage shotgun; Ted Cruz is a .22 rifle.

If Trump was not running, there may well be an armed insurrection—the situation is that bad in America.  I’ve been covering it for years on these pages.  Trump is my hope of turning everything upside-down and re-organizing the mess into something profitable, and constructive.  It’s my last hope before something more serious happens.  It’s the last chance at an election to resolve a civil war within America—first between conservatives, then across the country in a general election where we are split 50/50 between socialists and traditionalists.  Someone has to do that hard work of converting those socialists to capitalism and laws and executive power just aren’t enough.  The varmints of Washington D.C. have to be eliminated—and Donald Trump is the weapon being presented to do the hard work, and the bloody evacuation of those Mitt Romney types which is required.   But I could see the strain on Trump.  It was hard for him-just as it is for all of us.  And out of all the days of his presidential run when he looks back on it, March 3rd will go down as the worst.  The good news is—it only gets better from here.  Once you shoot the first animal to save the precious crops in your garden, it becomes much easier.  And for Trump, he will learn to do that job very well.  That’s because he’s not a second-hander—and that’s why he needs to be president—because of the chain reaction that will follow.

The FBI is Lying to Us: Apple is 100% correct and then some

The FBI and their attacks against Apple are completely unfounded and idiotic.  Apple should not and has no obligation to assist the FBI in providing encryption access that the iPhone left behind by one of the San Bernardino terrorists.  There is nothing on that phone that the NSA shouldn’t already know, or the cell phone provider ascertaining information through their various cell phone networks couldn’t already retrieve.  The FBI along with the White House is completely in the wrong on this issue.  What they are doing is attempting to take the light off their major flaws in allowing a terrorist attack to happen in the United States in the first place.  This Apple story is only a cover to make everyone forget what the FBI really did—the massive failures they performed during the San Bernardino terrorism investigation as an act of severe neglect.  Watch the video below and read the Brietbart story for review.  Additionally, click here to review my article at the time.  People need to remember these things.

I have never seen such an act of stupidity and neglect than what the FBI performed by allowing the police to turn over Syed Farook’s apartment that she shared with her converted terrorist husband to the media and allow the press to swarm through the crime scene less than 48 hours old.  Here was a major terrorist incident that had taken place on American soil and the FBI and White House were desperate to minimize the reach and public outcry by denouncing that it was even an act of terror though it’s obvious to everyone from the outset that was the case.  They were reluctant because the couple was Islamic and the White House toyed with the idea of containing that fact from the story early on.  So the FBI allowed for the press to rummage through the crime scene looking through personal effects of the couple in an attempt to humanize them into some sort of normalcy.  In the act the media destroyed countless amounts of evidence in the form of fingerprints and DNA samples which should have been extracted from the site for subsequent months—not hours.  The whole incident was a shell game that the FBI was playing under White House direction and they were all caught from the outset.

Now, two months later the negligent FBI started issuing court orders against an American company, Apple—that has a net worth of what most of the countries around the world do—to force them to “cooperate with the FBI investigation” citing that the tech company has some sort of patriotic duty to let FBI agents get into their encryption of that Syed Farook iPhone.  Give me a break.  The crazy lunatic Islamic radical was talking to ISIS recruits on Facebook—where was the FBI in stopping that action before it happened?  And why did they try to cover it up when the terrorist act happened?  And then they drug their feet before announcing that it was a terrorist incident.  Then two months after the fact—after they allowed the press to completely destroy evidence two days after the initial attack—all of sudden Apple has some patriotic duty to the knuckle-dragging FBI agents who screwed up the case from the outset.

I actually know a few FBI guys.  Sure they get into an occasional shoot-out, but who hasn’t these days.  That doesn’t impress me.  Let me just say this—I wouldn’t want those guys to have encryption decoding ability to anything.  They do a decent job most of the time, but like anybody who is employed, particularly in the federal government, they are prone to immoral acts of embarrassments and they often abuse their power.  Let’s just say that.  Apple doesn’t owe those people in the FBI anything.  The FBI has all the information they need to pursue the terrorist sources in the Syed Farook case.  They know who said what to whom, and who sold what and when right now.   They are using the Apple case as a way to gain access to encrypted products in the future under court order, and they are using the legal process to stall their own investigation because they don’t really want the results to come out—at least until Obama is out of the White House and they can dump the news on the Friday night cycle perhaps the night before the NFL starts again, or some other cultural event that otherwise occupies the attention of the American masses.  If they wanted to uncover the terrorist network behind the San Bernardino terrorist attack—those accomplices would already be prosecuted and in jail—Apple has nothing to do with it.

I am deeply insulted by the comments of the FBI and the White House.  The assumption in their statements is that we are all stupid.  I would agree with Donald Trump and urge Apple to cooperate with the FBI if I thought we could trust them—but we can’t.  They have shown an inclination to mislead and bungle investigations either on purpose, or by incompetence.  Either way, they are a risk, and no competent company should be compelled by law to squander their product for the sake of fools who are highly likely to make mistakes with it.  Apple is trying to establish an Apple Pay system that is completely predicated off the public’s ability to trust the security of their products—so the FBI compelling Apple to provide a backdoor to a terrorist’s iPhone won’t help the company build that confidence.  This whole “greater good” argument that the government is making is horse shit. What was good for the most of America was for the White House and FBI from the outset of the San Bernardino terrorist attacks to admit what they knew and when they knew it.  Instead, they let the media come in under the guise of curiosity and destroy very valuable evidence—and then lecture us all on the merits of patriotism.  Give me a break!

Where there is smoke there is often fire and there is a lot of smoke regarding the FBI handling of the terrorist incident at San Bernardino.  They screwed up the case terribly—to my eyes on purpose—because I honestly don’t believe people are that stupid.  If they are—then we can’t trust them with anything—certainly not the encryption of a single iPhone.  The FBI is manipulating the situation obviously.  The question left for the rest of us to ask is…………………………why?
