Matt Clark Interviews Congressman Mike Rogers: Learn about the Bostom bombings and CISPA

Matt Clark interviews Congressman Mike Rogers (R-MI) on WAAM who believes there are still people of interest in the Boston Marathon bombings. Live on the Clarkcast, Matt asked the congressman to comment on evidenced gathered around a Saudi national, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, who was injured in the Boston bombings and tagged as a “212(a)(3)(B)” – the U.S. immigration designation for “terrorist activities.”

Looters of Lakota Part II: Not surrendering the moral argument to emotional levy addicts

In the April 21st edition of Today’s Pulse Butler County a cheerleading student from my home district of Lakota took issue with my dialogue of resistance against the lecherous tendency of the public school to raise taxes ahead of an upcoming teacher contract in 2014.  The school district has attempted every progressive political trick known to mankind over the last two years and is hungry to pay for their lack of contractual management with further impositions on local property owners.  Since I have been the most outspoken opponent to tax increases in my home district, I am of course the target of their strategies.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.

I have covered all the who, what, why, when, and where’s of education funding at this site in great detail, and it is now obvious that education is not about teaching children values, intelligence, critical thinking, and life skills centered on self-reliance, so I won’t continue to repeat the same material as the behavior has not changed in lieu of the presented facts.  Rather, the commitment is deeper, darker, and much more sinister involving people who believe they are operating on high moral ground when in fact they are committing erroneous evils that are impacting lives across the entire world.  Those evils many times begin with letters such as the presumed innocent plea from the below Lakota East cheerleader.  Read her words for yourself as they were written:

Lakota Schools: Balancing from the top of the pyramid

After two strenuous, back-breaking years, the Lakota Local School District is slowly dwindling down to former Little Miami state-run status.  The residual aftermath of three failed levies is hacking and slashing athletics, academics and employment.  However, Lakota is working hard to keep the state’s “top ranking” label.

Yet with the costly sports and disappearing classes, Lakota schools are nothing to cheer about.

In response to Rich Hoffman’s letter to the editor, I find it curious how an adult can describe the school district’s budget issues in the same way he describes cheerleaders on the football sideline.

As a Lakota East cheerleader, I believe it’s not Lakota that is poorly budgeting its resources but rather the lack of support shown by those who fund the team.

Cheerleaders are there to boost the morale of the crowd and cheer our team to victory.  Like the tax increase supporters of Lakota, we strive for an excellent victory and domination.  Yet, with multiple failed levies it’s becoming harder to cheer on a team that is deteriorating to just a couple of expensive sports fees.

In regard to Mr. Hoffman, jumping on the bandwagon for lower taxes isn’t getting the township any closer to winning that football game.  Rather, it’s fueling the blow for the team’s next defeat of 45-0.

What Lakota needs is a healthy dose of TLC in the form of a passed levy.  The lingering effects of the rejected tax increases is leaving our students unattended and overspending.

As the state’s largest district rated “Excellent with Distinction” on the Ohio Local report Card, one would think Lakota had the fans willing to allow the team to succeed.

Mr. Hoffman, the levy addicted cheerleaders are cheering in order to pump up the hesitant crowd, not splatter their “mindless drivel” on the already losing football team called Lakota.  Maybe it would be more obvious if Lakota didn’t have to balance its budget from atop a pyramid of vetoed levies and income shortfalls.

Ellen Kasik

Now, here is my response as it appeared in the same paper one week later on Sunday, April 28, 2013.

I would like to think Ellen Kasik, the Lakota East Cheerleader who wrote a letter specifically addressed to me in last week’s paper, was motivated to engage in a debate purely by her own regard.  If that is the case, I think she makes my claim that kids are not learning anything about finance at Lakota, because she had some alarming opinions. However, if she were to be asked, it would not surprise me to learn that the motivation for putting a letter in this paper was not her own, but actually the work of either Lakota board members, principals, school employees, or “other” political activists seeking to avoid violation of Ohio Revised Code ORC 3315.07 (C) (1) and (C) (2). That particular ORC states that no board of education may permit any of its employees to attend a public meeting during regular working hours for the purpose of presenting information about school finances and activities and board actions, even if the purpose of the meeting is to discuss or debate the passage of a school levy or bond issue.

Cincinnati Public Schools was guilty of this very violation, three times!  It would be naive to think that the same thing is not presently going on at Lakota.  It has in the past, and the issue has been overlooked out of kindness.  However a fourth attempt at levy passage will require updated analysis of which Ellen Kasik will be a starting point, since she’s offered up her name with a similar mode of operation currently performed in other school districts regarding levy strategies.

Now to answer the claims by Laura Sanders who also recently addressed me in a Letter to the Editor the previous week.  I can recognize a student at Lakota not understanding that commercial properties pay the same rate of taxes per value as residential properties.  But for Sanders to say such a thing against businesses indicates she is drinking from the union talking points and is short on fiscal knowledge.  I’d like to thank her; she made my job so much easier.

Rich Hoffman

The probable reality behind Ellen’s letter is that someone either working directly for the school, or working as a favor to their befriended employees at the school as levy cheerleaders put the idea in Ellen’s head to submit the letter to the paper as part of a long taught levy strategy instructed to education professionals to impose tax increases on communities.  It happens all the time, in fact CLICK HERE to read about the court cases attorney Chris Finney has successfully advanced against major area schools that provides explicit proof. I sincerely hope that Ellen wrote the Letter to the Editor on her own, but when truth is told under a similar situation as what Finney has revealed in emails, testimony, and other evidence, indicated at the above link we will discover most likely kids like Ellen are “lured” into such political activism by levy radicals for the purpose of concealing their thuggish tyranny with innocent children.

This is why the fight against public education has to be turned up and taken in a new direction.  The intent of public schools and their levy addicts in using young people to advance their cause is to bend communities to their whim using emotional leverage and guilt to advance their tax increases.  After all, who in their right mind would argue against a sweet little girl from Lakota East who is a cheerleader?  Who could possibly rob such a child of their future by not throwing more money at the public schools?  Well, I can because I know the real intention behind the tax increases, the labor unions who advocate them, and the intention of the government schools.  The crux of the problem is in the reason the public schools have to use such extortive measures in the first place.  After all, if one clicks on the hot links of this article, the story of extortion, anti-capitalist education, revisionist history, and deeply scandalous activity is common place in virtually every public school.  They are not exactly safe-havens for children’s minds.

The advocates of public schools routinely boycott businesses who do not vote for school levies, they strike against the community with work stoppages, they indoctrinate children with liberal propaganda, and they do not hesitate to put children in harm’s way to extort money from the public with busing cuts, or using children like Ellen as scarecrows against the community.  But why?  Well, the reason is their product is bad.  If Lakota were such a great product, would they have to twist so many arms, and attempt to ruin the personal reputation of people who stand in the way of the “institution?”  If Lakota and every other public school were great community products, would they need to strong-arm business leaders, and make ploys at emotional whims through charity organizations?  No, they would not.  The reason that schools do such things is that they represent the worst of collective mentality.  They are simply mobs of thugs who desire to crush individualism in favor of altruism.  They ignore reality because they believe that the thoughts of the collective team can bend fate to the appeal of the masses.

They attack the moral base of reason so that thought is undercut in favor of emotional decision-making.  It is for that reason that public schools cannot balance their own budgets, and are ruled by corrupt labor unions teaching generations of children to become servants of statism while pretending it’s for their own good.  They seek to pass tax increases not on the superiority of their product, but on the guilt that successful people should feel toward a sense of collective unity.  They seek to manipulate, cover-up, and lampoon their opposition since they cannot answer any honest inquiry because their product is bad.  Their product is an emotional one, teaching children the same, which is why all government schools are failing so miserably.  Yet they want more money for the same behavior, and they will do anything, and attempt to destroy any individual to meet the will of that collective desire.

Because of these trends, my focus on education will not be on the legitimate arguments of cost versus performance as they were during campaigns past.  No, the times require new strategies, many of which the opposition has never seen before.  I do not like to see young people used for institutional gain.  I do not like to see individuals mashed into collective causes.  And I don’t like to see institutions extremely willing to sacrifice individuals to the gods of altruism, and that is what is prevalent in public education not just at Lakota, but everywhere across America.  Public education is built off the innocence of children and funded by the guilt of property owners, and that is a system that should be crushed in its present form.  The transactions shown here are just the beginning………………………….

I would be happy to just let the community vote in favor or against a tax increase if the desire to manipulate and extort money through coercion was not the way public schools achieved their means.  But as it stands, they cannot win elections based on the goodness of their product.  Instead, they rely on emotional leverage and guilt.  This makes them not just bad for the education of children, but a tremendous negative for our entire society, which is why they deserve to be exposed as parasites to the human mind and the appropriate title Looters of Lakota.

Congressman Thomas Massie: What a Washington politician is supposed to look like

I normally spend a bit of effort when  I’m filming video making it as interesting as possible with depth of field changes, camera rotation, and any other means of capturing a still image—especially during a public speech.  But during the Cincinnati Freedom Expo I had put out the notification to readers of my Overmanwarrrior’s Wisdom blog that they were welcome to come up to me and say hello.  I wore my traditional hat so that readers would know who I was, and the result was a constant stream of readers who took me up on my offer.  The result was that I found myself away from the camera for most of the evening, so I missed some of the stage movement while filming speakers like Congressman Thomas Massie as seen below.  The camera work was not my best, but the audio captured from the event was classic, so much so that Matt Clark of WAAM radio used some of these video clips during his weekend show.  Massie as a sitting congressman has a reputation for voting NO on Capital Hill bills which has earned him the derogatory diagnosis of a politician who doesn’t understand “compromise.”  Yet upon listening to Massie, it is not hard to wish that every politician in Congress thought the way he does.  He appears to be one of the very good guys in politics and his speech was like a pleasant breeze on a comfortable spring day.  Check it out for yourself.

Thomas Harold Massie (born January 13, 1971) is an American politician who has been the United States Representative for “Kentucky’s 4th congressional district.”  In 2010, Massie announced his intention to seek the office of Lewis County Judge Executive; he went on to defeat the incumbent by a large margin. In 2012, Massie announced his run for the seat most recently occupied by Congressman Geoff Davis. On November 6, 2012, Massie defeated Bill Adkins in both the special election and the general election.

Thomas Massie was born in Huntington, West Virginia. He grew up in Vanceburg, Kentucky and met his future wife, Rhonda. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.[1]

In 1993, at MIT, he and his wife started a successful company, called SensAble Devices Inc.[2][3] Massie was the winner in 1995 of the $30,000 Lemelson-MIT Student Prize for inventors.[1] The company was re-incorporated as SensAble Technologies, Inc. in 1996 after partner Bill Aulet joined the company.[2] They raised $32 million of venture capital, had 24 different patents, and 70 other employees.[4]

After Massie sold the company, he and his wife moved back to their hometown in Lewis County. They raised their children on a farm,[3][5] where he built his own off-the-grid timberframe house.[6]

In 2010, after attending several local political meetings in Lewis County, Kentucky, Massie decided to pursue the office of Judge Executive of Lewis County, in order to fight what he considered wasteful spending and intrusion into the lives of the county’s citizens by the government.[3] Massie won the primary election, defeating the incumbent by a large margin,[3] and went on to defeat his Democratic opponent by nearly 40 points.[7] Massie also campaigned for then-U.S. Senate candidate Rand Paul, speaking to various Tea Party groups on his behalf.[3]

In December 2011, Congressman Geoff Davis announced his decision to retire from his seat in Kentucky’s 4th congressional district. After several other officeholders announced their candidacies for the seat, Massie announced his decision to join the race on January 10, 2012.[8] Massie has been endorsed by Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky,[9][10] and Rand’s father, Texas Congressman Ron Paul.[11][12] He has also received endorsements from FreedomWorks,[13] Club for Growth,[14][15] Gun Owners of America,[16] and Young Americans for Liberty.[17]

On May 22, 2012, Thomas Massie was elected as the Republican nominee for the 4th congressional district, beating his closest opponents, State Representative Alecia Webb-Edgington and Boone County Judge Executive Gary Moore, by a double-digit margin.[18][19] In his victory speech, Massie thanked “the Tea Party, the liberty movement, and grassroots Ronald Reagan Republicans.”[20] Massie was challenged by Democrat Bill Adkins in the general election, and was widely expected to win the election by a wide margin.[18][21]

Since being sworn in, Massie has voted on and co-sponsored several key pieces of legislation, including voting against the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013, otherwise known as the NDAA,[32] and co-sponsoring legislation in favor of industrial hemp,[33] and repealing federal gun free zones in schools.[34] Massie also voted against the fiscal cliff deal, stating “This plan is Washington kicking the can down the road […] The modest spending cuts agreed to in the 2011 debt ceiling deal are postponed by this bill. This bill does nothing to reform our bloated tax code — in fact the bill perpetuates Obama’s failed stimulus spending within the tax code. Finally, it fails to address entitlement reform or the solvency of Social Security and Medicare.” [35] Massie also broke from the majority of his party by opposing the reelection of Speaker of the House John Boehner, instead casting his vote for Republican Congressman Justin Amash of Michigan.[36]

Thomas Massie represents the type of man who is supposed to be in congress.  As a free and independent thinker who was wealthy before ever stepping into office known forever as the inventor and proprietor of SensAble Technologies, being a politician for Massie is the way it should be for every congressional district in America.  Massie has talent and wisdom to offer based on a thus-far successful life, so he is not prone to the pressure of Congressional leadership attempting to force his vote in a whip, or to toe the line as a non-thinking representative of the 4th District.  Congressman Massie is what every member of congress should look like and after a few years of service, they should leave their congressional seats and return to their businesses.

Congressman should not hold a seat to earn the sizeable check or hold office for 20 to 30 years.  They should never seek to become wealthy off lobbyists.  They should 100% of the time vote their minds no matter what party they are from, and should never—EVER—vote as a compromise to collective democracy.  NEVER!  They should never allow their arms to be twisted in a way that their minds reject.  They should never be told how to vote, as was indicated by Massie during his speech.  There should never be a table of people who have read a 2000 page bill instructing congressman who have not read a bill how to vote.  To do so is to surrender the American representational republic to a thuggish mass driven democracy.

Out of the whole event at the Cincinnati Freedom Expo, out of all the wonderful speakers, it was Congressman Massie who spoke to me most clearly.  It was his words as a sitting congressman who confirmed much of what many already suspected.  Congress is corrupt beyond repair due the current trend allowing the philosophy of congress to be one of emphasis on democracy instead of a representative republic.  The former will slowly destroy itself as a mass of collective minds never succeeds, and cannot direct society in a positive direction.  Only independent minds committed to uncompromising truth can do so, and in the fog of the day, it is congressman like Thomas Massie who represents the best and brightest of how congress should operate.

Listening to Massie speak for me was the highlight of the evening, and worth the effort of the entire event.  In a simple 20 minute speech Massie summed up the goals of the Tea Party movement and displayed what is right in government so all could see what it is supposed to look like.  I appreciate all the readers here who approached me to talk and converse in person.  If I was distracted during Massie’s speech, I apologize because I was really enjoying what he was saying.  Congressman Massie represented not only the 4th Congressional District of Kentucky that evening of April 19th 2013, but the hearts and minds of millions of Tea Party Patriots who are hungry for honesty and clarity in a representative republic, perhaps for the first time in American history.  It’s not that the Tea Party wishes to return back to the yesteryear of a bygone era.  The American Constitution was manipulated and corrupted by incomplete minds and power-hungry politicians from the very start, so America has never fully been what it was designed to be.  But people like Congressman Massie are excellent examples of what America should be, and is what the Tea Party expects in elected representatives.  The people who the Tea Party must fight are those who would attempt to paint good people like Massie as radical extremists of “uncompromising” integrity.  Anyone who utters such a thing is a contributor to the looters of modern America, and villains to the lives of billions of innocents across the Earth.  Because as freedom lives or dies in America, there is no light left on Earth for any hopeful being to wake up and live on their own terms but in the shores of The United States.  And such hopes for such dreams are carried on the many strong backs of representatives like Congressman Massie and many thousands of less glamorous souls attending the halls of the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

The Cincinnati Freedom Expo Speech by K Carl Smith: Ending modern slavery to a government master

One of the most inspiring speeches at the 2013 Cincinnati Freedom Expo came from K Carl Smith founder of the Frederick Douglass Republicans.  Smith as a father and grandfather is an unyielding defender of the Constitution, who has been deeply inspired by the Founding Fathers—a message that has the political left terrified.  As a man of color, Smith has taken the very bold steps of declaring his individuality of thought into advocating his beliefs which unfortunately is unique among African-American demographics who overwhelmingly support the current president Barack Obama not from principle, but due to skin color.  K Carl Smith during his speech to a crowd of thousands was a breath of fresh air as he proudly set the record straight on a number of misconceptions not just related to race, but the little known history of Fredrick Douglass which many in the African-American communities of today are deliberately prevented from learning about in government-run schools.  Such an attempt would logically appear to be one not much different from when slavery in America was practiced, as slave holders attempted to prevent human beings from learning to read, so slaves would not gain the mental capacity to advance their social position.  In the absence of thought, human beings of all color regulate themselves to collectivism and tribal behavior.  Public schools, especially in inner cities are more committed to political preservation and demographic bloc votes than lighting up the young minds of millions with the truth about Frederick Douglass.  That is………..until K Carl Smith came on the scene in 2009 with a message that threatens to ignite a revolution of conservatism in African-American circles and truly end the kind of education slavery that is currently under way in the world of politics.

Frederick Douglass (1817-1895), was an American abolitionist, orator, and writer, who escaped slavery and urged other blacks to do likewise before and during the American Civil War (1861-1865). He was born in Tuckahoe, Maryland, the son of a slave. In 1838 Douglass escaped slavery and reached New Bedford, Massachusetts. Following an antislavery convention in 1841, he became an agent of the Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society. His work for the Underground Railroad, a network that helped slaves escape to free areas, did much to further the cause of the abolitionists and made his name a symbol of freedom.

In 1845 Douglass went to England to escape the danger of seizure under the Fugitive Slave Laws. His lectures on the question of slavery in the United States prompted his admirers to raise funds to purchase his freedom. After returning to the United States in 1847, Douglass became the leader of the Underground Railroad in Rochester, New York. There he established the abolitionist newspaper North Star, which he edited until 1860.

During the presidential election of 1860 Douglass campaigned for Abraham Lincoln. Following the outbreak of the American Civil War (1861-1865), he helped raise two regiments of black soldiers. After the war, Douglass fought for enactment of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States. He later served in governmental positions, including U.S. minister to Haiti (1889-1891).[1]

Douglass supported the Republican Abraham Lincoln who finished the work started by Thomas Jefferson and other Founding Fathers in 1770 when Jefferson represented a slave in court arguing for his freedom stating “Under the law of nature, all men are born free.  Everyone comes into the world with a right to his own person, which includes the liberty of moving and using it at his own will.  This is what is called personal liberty, and is giving him by the Author of Nature.” Tragically Jefferson lost the case.  In 1772, he also argued a similar case.  In 1773 and 1774 a number of American colonies, including Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, passed antislavery laws, all of which were struck down by the King in 1774.  That year according to David Barton in his book The Jefferson Lies, Jefferson penned “A Summary View of the Rights of British America.”  His purpose was to remind the British that legitimate American concerns were being ignored—one of which was the king’s veto of American antislavery laws.  Jefferson wrote, “The abolition of domestic slavery is the great object of desire in those colonies where it was unhappily introduced in their infant state (by Britain).  But previous to the enfranchisement of the slaves we have, it is necessary to exclude all further importations from Africa.  Yet our repeated attempts to effect this…have been hitherto defeated by His Majesty’s negative (veto).”  It was the King of England at the time who imposed slavery on America against the will and desires of people like Jefferson who inherited his slaves.  As considered property he could not release his slaves to the world to be free, but he could allow them to reside as such on his real estate—which was how many abolitionists were forced to conduct their rebellion against the King and England’s pro slave policies.

Anti-slavery was one of the key reasons for igniting the American Revolution, and if that act of rebellion had not occurred, it is most likely that slavery would still be openly practiced throughout the world.  The Founding Fathers started the dialogue and created the means for patriots like Frederick Douglas to escape slavery and help self-taught politicians like Abraham Lincoln get elected and fight the second part of the American Revolution, the final nail in the coffin of slavery, the Civil War.  It was capitalism that set the slaves free in the north by creating a Constitution that allowed for laissez-faire capitalism.  Machines, innovation, and improved manufacturing techniques allowed the north to show the world that production could be obtained without statism and forced breaking the chains of enslavement on the human mind for the first time in the history of the world, and the revolution of which Frederick Douglass participated in by helping Lincoln become President was one to wipe the last remnants of European slave culture off the North American continent once and for all.

However, jealous Europeans settled America after the War of 1812 and determined to end American independence with education instead of guns—as the later did not work as the British were again defeated in 1815 for good by Andrew Jackson and a band of hearty pirates lead by Jean Lafitte (c. 1776 – c. 1823)  These Victorians entered New England and brought with them the work of Karl Marx and a not so disguised notion of new slavery through the destruction of capitalism in favor of a political system that would preserve European domination of the world through socialism.  As Frederick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln worked to free the slaves, European socialists immigrating into the United States seeking work as educators sought the return of all human beings to the psychological chains of socialism.   The chains of slavery had evolved simply from literal chains to the mental ones of progressivism.   The intent of both was to control the thoughts of mankind in service to collective ideology.

When K Carl Smith spoke in his speech about modern slavery, this was his frame of reference.  When racism is used by the political left and progressive groups to hold as a rally cry historical revision completely made up by left-leaning educators to hold the demographic voting bloc of African-Americans they are practicing modern slavery that is little different from the slavery practiced by the American South sanctioned by the King of England prior to the Revolutionary War.  When public education deliberately attempts to manipulate history, or deny knowledge to young people, especially young African-Americans so that they will vote for Barack Obama because of skin color and loyalty to civil rights causes ignoring the obvious commitment of the American President to socialism, they are guilty of modern slavery.  The practice of teaching revisionist history is no different from the slave owner who prevented their slaves from learning to read so they could keep them ignorant, and thus dependent on the master for their life and earnings.  Any political group that attempts to hold the mind of another in a suppressed state is guilty of slavery and in modern politics, it happens all the time.  This is what K Carl Smith is fighting against, the modern slavery of suppressing the human mind from thinking, and knowing history and the realities of the American Constitution.

When a statist regime, such as what the current American government is, attempts to pay women to have babies, take control of their health care, their financial resources, and even their housing, the government is performing the same task as the slave master who tells their slaves that it is they who puts a roof over their head, feeds them, and gives them life.  The slave master can continue this only if they keep those slaves from knowing the truth, from learning to read or interacting with other minds.  The ghettos of inner cities are in the state they are not because the people who live there are free, but because they are still slaves.  The real shackles and whips that were used in the past to draw blood have been traded in for ignorance preached in public schools, and financial dependency which arrives in their mailboxes in the form of a check from government.   In this way, the chains are not needed, because the minds of the slave have been suppressed so that they never stray too far from their mailboxes, where the money arrives.  In return, the slave holding government gets not labor, but votes so that they can continue to stay in office for the same intimidating reasons that the King of England denied Jefferson the abolition of slaves in 1770.  The goal of all statist governments is to convince their slaves to do their labor under coercion for the strategic aims of the ruling minority.  The slaves can be literal, or figurative, but the behavior and aims are all the same.  K Carl Smith is preaching against modern slavery, and is using the example of Frederick Douglass to bring freedom to all men and women of all colors, and it was a pleasure to hear him speak.  He is a wonderful advocate of freedom that is performing a monumental modern feat that is in essence the third step of removing slavery from the world.  K Carl Smith is attacking through his Frederick Douglass Republicans the notion that slavery of a human being is not being done today in the traditional sense, but through the human mind, and real freedom begins and ends there.  It is his effort to break that slavery once and for all in the African-American communities and for that he is a modern hero that will earn a place in history comparable to the giants of history hitherto mentioned.

The Beauties of Liberty: Human evolution advances

Beauties of LibertyMany people outside of the Liberty Movement believe incorrectly that all members of the Tea Party and related libertarian leaning activity are the work of old people and stuffy traditionalists who simply want to rewind America back to the 1950s.   That is not the case as a core group of freedom fighters representing a growing demographic gathered for some table pounding and beer slinging at the Hofrauhause in Newport, Kentucky and proved convincingly that America is changing for the better.  After the booming success of the Cincinnati Freedom Expo just across the Licking River at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center this group gathered to outline the next steps of freedom advancement.  The event was a planned meeting of some of the most dedicated and dynamic individuals in the freedom movement which went on till the small hours past midnight.    And of this rather large group, at 45-years-old I was clearly one of the oldest at the table with Doc Thompson sharing with me the fatherly role compared to the youth driving the content.  Across from me sat three women who by any standard were very attractive and represent accurately the future of liberty in America.  When the revolutionaries of 1773 gathered under The Liberty Tree in Boston to launch the pursuit of freedom that would create the idea of America, the meeting at the Hofrauhause in 2013 was made of the same type of minds.  The women pictured above were none other than Libertarian Girl, known famously for her Barbi doll appearance and passionate love of guns that are .50 caliber or larger, Rachael Proctor from the Tea Party Patriots who is nationally known for her protests against public education indoctrination elaborately broadcast on Fox and Friends, and of course my wife, who does more than anyone will ever know in making it possible for me to do the work I do here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom.  If the liberty movement of 1773 was called The Sons of Liberty the women gathered before me would hold the updated title The Beauties of Liberty.

ENDIRSI enjoyed listening to Libertarian Girl argue with the two guys sitting next to me about the evils of public roads, and the statism of the police who attempted to harass her upon entering the Hofrauhause by going through her bag.  After nearly getting arrested she arrived in front of me to argue the merits of freedom over statism, decriminalizing marijuana, attacks against the second amendment, and the many jarring follies of the current President.  I thought to debate her over her marijuana beliefs as I stand against all drugs because of the mental “evasion” qualities typical of them, and just enjoyed the banter because it was intelligent.  Libertarian Girl represented a new kind of young, attractive woman who is not the prissy fashion model of yesterday who couldn’t name how many states are in The United States, or even know who the vice president was.  Libertarian Girl was deeply intelligent, and very passionate, and nobody was going to mess with her.  The Hofrauhause was crowded at 1 AM, with people dancing on the tables and making quite a ruckus.  Libertarian Girl moved about the room in a high cut skirt displaying the tattoo of a garter on her upper thigh and a low-cut top that hid very little.  No human being at the Hofrauhause turned away from her appearance as she strutted confidently about the room warning all not to engage unless they wished to meet with a slaughter.  When a few “considered” engaging her in some fashion her response was a standard, “don’t f**K with me.”  It was a pleasure to dine with such a woman who let my son-in-law know that her real name was Mary.  Young, fearless, deeply intelligent, and willing to engage in fisticuffs of conflict in less than a second, I knew I was meeting the youthful representative of the modern Liberty Movement that will someday populate stories of folklore.shoot

Next to Libertarian Girl was Rachael Proctor who is the Regional Support of the Southeast States for the Tea Party Patriots.  Rachael is involved on many liberty fighting fronts, but it was her appearance on Fox & Friends that linked her passions with mine so integrally.  When her daughter had been exposed to open indoctrination at her public school Rachael went from being a well spoken and extremely articulate young woman to a vicious protector not only of her child but of American liberty, and capitalism.  When her first-grader’s participation in an Earth Day program at school was discovered teaching their class a song with the following lyrics, the gloves came off.Rachael-Proctor-of-TPP

Recycle, bicycle, don’t you drive by yourself
Don’t buy those plastic products on the supermarket shelf.
Boycott, petition, let the big business know
That if we mess it up here
there’s nowhere else we can go.

IMAGE_573Rachael and I got along fabulously because of our shared interest in public education reform specifically focused on ending liberal indoctrination of young people using tax money to do it.  What impressed me most about Rachael Proctor was her firm grace, sweeping knowledge of national affairs, and an obvious commitment to her family.  She and my wife got alone wonderfully as they are both mothers actively involved in a pursuit of liberty.  Neither woman was a crazed lunatic or social malcontent.  Both women a decade ago would have been socially expected to be runway models for Victoria’s Secret, not slamming mugs of Dunkel at the Hofrauhause in Newport and discussing the evils of quantitative easing.  Times have changed for the better.

You can see and read more about Rachael at the article below with video from the Fox and Friends clip where she made her appearance.

http://crooksandliars.com/taxonomy/term/20763

IMAGE_564Even though the women across my table impressed me, our group was a big one, with a lot of planning going on up and down it that will be revealed in strategic bursts in the months to come.  Next to me toward the middle of the group was Doc Thompson and his producer Skip from The Blaze radio network.  During our meeting Glenn Beck gave Doc the “green light” for a special show to cover the Boston Marathon Bomber who had just been taken into custody a few hours prior.  Across from Doc was my friend Matt Clark, a talk radio host from Ann Arbor, Michigan on WAAM.  Next to Doc was Sharon Poe who helps me keep track of all the school levy business in and around Southern Ohio.  Next to them were some “illustrious politicians” who will go un-named.  And down the table were Ann Becker President of the Cincinnati Tea Party with Chris Littleton and a small army of number crunchers whose political geekness would make the stars of the popular television show Big Bang Theory look like unsophisticated trilobites.  There was a lot of yelling with both ends of the table shouting down to the other as the limbs of the modern Liberty Tree bloomed in the drunken halls of Newport’s Hofrauhause.  The chance for such a diverse group to meet in the same place at the same time wasn’t neglected.

The participants in the new Liberty Movement are not the grandparents who regret their acceptance of LBJ’s Great Society, or addicts of Social Security who supported FDR because he gave them free stuff and just now have come to their senses regretting youthful voting decisions.  These new freedom fighters are attractive—AND—intelligent, which makes for a very dangerous combination.  If I had to guess I would bet that the three beautiful women pictured above, these modern Beauties of Liberty have read more books just between them than the entire town populations of most American communities.  To make matters worse for those who stand in the way of freedom, the truth is on their side.  Libertarian Girl has all the right in the world to wear her mini/mini/mini skirt to the gun range and fire off rounds with a .50 caliber machine gun.  The Second Amendment gives her that right and she knows it, and anybody who stands in her way is itching for an intellectual beat down.  When Rachael Proctor discovered during her very busy life that her child’s public school was attempting to indoctrinate students against capitalism in favor of socialism (the green movement) she went on Fox News and took the argument to a very high level, forcing changes in education not just in her school, but education institutions across the country.  IMG_1686These new women of the Freedom Movement are not the stereotypical beauties who might hang out in casinos waiting for a victim to come away from the tables as a winner so they could move the world in their favor based on sexuality.  These new Tea Party women have the physical traits fully capable of siren songs rivaling any sailors tale, but have the added threat of intelligence—and truth in their arsenal, which was a welcome realization.  In addition to the sign stimuli of the sexes, there is wit to these freedom fighters that makes them a breed onto themselves, and an important part of the new phase of liberty which is spreading not by legislation, speeches, or even logic—but by the youth. Young people like Libertarian Girl, and Rachael Proctor know they have been scammed and have decided they aren’t going to take it anymore, and in so doing, are set to usher in a new age for the human race—one that is centered on freedom, and ends with the evolution of the human being into something better than what it has ever been prior–free people capable of governing themselves by reason, not legislation carefully concealed behind the threat of coercion.

Chris Finney the Super Lawyer: Teaching children what “JUSTICE” looks like

When it is asked why there are a growing number of people who are fighting back against public education and not treating it as a “benefit” to society, the answer comes from the arrogance and blatant disregard for the law that is often exhibited by the administrations.  Anyone who has had to fight against school levies caused by the never-ending push for government schools to continuously raise taxes on property owners knows the evils that are found just surface deep.  There are no exceptions that I know of out of several hundred schools just in Ohio where I participate in active correspondence with frustrated taxpayers.  There is a very good reason that public schools employ public relations handlers, and those reasons become grotesquely obvious if examined through the lenses of logic.  In Ohio, it is the work of attorney Christopher Finney who has used logic through his legal practice to expose the raw arrogance of public education institutions with many courtroom victories.  His most recent to date is from Cincinnati Public Schools where Superintendent Mary Ronan along with various CPS board members, principals and employees, as well as a few local political activists, were guilty of encouraging students to write letters to the editors of newspapers to support their tax increases, and other related violations of State Revised Code.  CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON THAT CODE.  Finney came to the West Chester Tea Party to speak about his experiences fighting public education legal violations and provide advice to tax payers on how they can stop such activity from occurring in their districts seen in the video below.

The obvious crime committed by CPS was the open tendency to abuse public resources by conscripting children into political indentured servitude as part of the education experience.  There is a state law outlawing this behavior; where Finney has dragged them into court (kicking and screaming) – three times! CPS has signed a contract admitting to and agreeing to end the behavior – which they have ignored year after year!  Each time CPS stood before a judge in a court of law yammering as to their entitlement mentality where it became more obvious to everyone, that perhaps no cost was too high, no public shaming too great, nothing would get public education personnel at CPS to restrain themselves from committing crimes against their communities.  They would not adhere to state law, or a judicial order, not even common sense.  This is why Finney has had a very busy legal practice that extends back into the Clinton era fighting the good fight and attempting to enforce constitutional justice with a purity that is rare among attorneys.

Chris Finney is a shareholder in his firm, where he concentrates in commercial and constitutional litigation as well as matters of real estate law and title to real estate.

He won an important victory in 1997 in the First Amendment rights case styled Kruse, et al. v. City of Cincinnati, et al., in which the City of Cincinnati’s campaign spending limits ordinance was ruled unconstitutional. In 1998, the United States Supreme Court refused to hear the case, preserving victory for Mr. Finney’s clients. It was in part as a result of this victory that Mr. Finney was named one of eight “Ohio Lawyers of the Year” for 1998 by Ohio Lawyer Weekly.  In 2010, Mr. Finney also prevailed in the case of Brinkman, et al. v. Budish, et al., a landmark decision striking down Ohio’s “revolving door” statue.  Mr. Finney’s other high-profile victories have included the “Votes for Ice Cream” scandal at the Cincinnati Public Schools, and the defeat of Congressman Jean Schmidt in the defamation action styled Schmidt v. Krikorian, et al.  His work has been featured in such publications as the New York Times, USA Today, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution, and on Fox News.

One can only guess at the behavioral tendencies of education professionals, but it has been my observation that the common trait is the sense of entitlement which comes with their professions.  Government schools have established themselves as co-parents in the lives of children, and this is by their initial design extending back to the beginning of the progressive era.  Parents yielded their authority to educators in the same fashion that they did with the police.  Parents taught their children to submit to authority which the teacher represented and over time, this has corrupted the minds of educators by natural default.  In addition, educators have also been told by their unions, and the federal Department of Education that public schools have an important indoctrination role to perform in shaping the lives of society into a kind of soft socialism that has been so universally accepted in Europe.  The result is a culture of terror to any mind craving freedom and an army of educators funded with looted tax money from virtually every citizen in The United States who owns property.  The scam has been launched on the innocent backs of children to fulfill the tyrannical desires of communism destroying the notion of private property through two strategies, direct taxation, and social indoctrination.  Public education is a menace to the concept of capitalism.

This is the reason people like Chris Finney are needed.  Anyone who has had to fight taxes knows the perils.  Over the last couple of years Chris and I have crossed paths speaking at different venues, sometimes together such as in the clip below, as he was on before my presentation.  At that speaking engagement Finney covered the context of The Sunshine Laws which are designed to keep government activity in the light of day for the public to witness.  Too often, when elected officials such as school boards are involved in activity they know to be bordering legality, they will attempt to conceal it in “executive session” which is against The Sunshine Laws in the State of Ohio.

Violations against the tax payer can be found in nearly every public school.  This is the reason there are public records options so that tax payers can view the behavior of their elected officials.  But over time, people have become lazy, and have not shown a desire to have such unpleasant confrontations, allowing corruption, cronyism, apathy, and outright evil to rule government schools without resistance and the employees have become accustom to it.  This would seem to be the reason that Superintendent Mary Ronan cannot change the behavior at CPS even though Chris Finney has dragged them into court over three times now.  They simply don’t know how to do anything but commit detrimental behavior because that’s how they were all trained.  Public schools only know how to be leeches off society, they only know to drain the wealth of communities, and teach children political activism because these are the central philosophies of which public schools was designed.  To change the behavior would require competitive alternatives and free market solutions.  As they stand now, public schools are simply socialist experiments.  They produce socialists in a meat grinder of processing that stands against virtually everything America is supposed to stand for.

It is paramount to fight these education institutions if not for ideological merit, but for teaching children the way that justice should appear in their lives.  Such fights can easily be conducted in any neighborhood with a public records request.  The law is on the side of the tax fighter, and most of the time, crimes will be easy to spot.  As a general rule, large school districts with vast budgets hire public relations handlers to produce a facade that is at best a thin veil.  Their primary purpose is to keep the public from looking too closely at the affairs of their local government schools so that the desire for public records requests is not provoked.  Smaller districts without such public relations budgets are much easier to expose, and many crimes can be revealed quickly with simple document pulls.  And when severe crimes are discovered, then it is time to call Chris Finney so that he can take the next step and bring justice to the eyes of the educators.   In doing so, children can then learn what justice is supposed to look like; instead of witnessing crimes every day in their school hallways and noticing how nobody does anything about it.  In this way, children throw hope out the window and lower their expectations in life to a tragically low bar.  This is the ultimate evil of public education, and the trait that Chris Finney has become a specialist at exposing.  Finney is one of the very good guys who have found a way to match his professional career with his passion for Constitutional purity and he’s very good at it, much to the detriment of government schools and their philosophy of socialism that is as much a part of their culture as food is to a dinner.

Pull Your Children From Public School: I DARE ANYBODY to argue the “statism” behind Common Core

When many years ago my wife and I pulled our kids out of public school to teach them at home there was a fury among our friends and family members that really never ended.  I have never been a fan of public education.  I rebelled against it as a youth with every fiber in my body.  I’ve always seen public education as dangerous, brainless, and a menace to the human race.  But while I was raising my own children, I was willing to give society the benefit of a doubt, so I let my kids attend those indoctrination centers knowing that I had the ability to deprogram them with copious amounts of fatherly advice.  But when the obvious intentions of public education made themselves known, my reaction has been either to pull my children from their tyrannical grip, or starve the beast by denying them funding through taxation.  And those true intentions have never been more evident than they are now over the issue of Common Core instruction.

I am obviously not a supporter of Common Core in public schools.  Common Core is an honest attempt by the political class to bring the standards of all public education establishments up to the same level so everyone attending a government school is getting the same knowledge.  The intention as it always is–is a good one.   I sincerely believe that the characters involved truly believe they are doing well for humanity and the world’s children.  That is because their own educations have taught them to think in such a fashion, and their ignorance as tribal leaders of the human race has misguided their logic.  The result of Common Core is and will be that good schools will be pulled down to the level of bad schools making all schools “bad.”

For most adults they want their children to get out of public education the “social” experience of making friends who are their age, have exposure to team sports, and gain the basic abilities to read, write, and do some math.  Outside of those basics, they also want out of public education a free baby sitter to watch their children during the daytime hours while the parents pursue “other” activities.  This was not my goal upon raising my children.  I wanted to raise philosophers and great thinkers, and they were not going to get to such a lofty height of mental acuity listening to some raving lunatic stand at the front of a room preaching to them the merits of liberal philosophy, so my wife and I pulled them out of school.   The protests that came from our family and friends were because they had all bought into Lyndon Johnston’s Great Society idea of strong central government and a persistent yielding to the village chiefs of politics.  Such yielding assumes that “other” people know better and are smarter, so they are equipped mentally to shape the lives of our youth.

I have always been weary of public education, but I tried to suppress that sentiment when I created No Lakota Levy to stand against my own neighborhood school system’s bottomless pit of tax requests.  After successfully defeating three consecutive levies, my group demanded that the administration ask the employees of the teacher’s union to take a 5% cut in pay as the average wage was $63K per year—which was too much.  They ignored those demands and revealed that their impact strategy as an institution under the command of modern politics was not in the education of children otherwise they would not have attempted to hurt children with pay-for-play sports, cutting electives, and other hardships.  Their impact strategy was to fulfill the desires of socialists, communists, and Fabian Socialists who infected American education through the Department of Education many years ago, changing their names to “progressive,” and “democrats,” then seeking to pull the wool over the eyes of America by conning us all into funding our own destruction eroding away the values of our property for the “good of children.”  Once this was understood by facts rather than theory, I was officially done with support of public education of any kind.  I am no longer an advocate for reasonable fiscal spending in public schools.  Instead, I am an advocate for the complete dismantling of public education to be replaced by competitive replacements.  I do not want “the government” to teach the youth of America.  They cannot be trusted.  The evidence is in and it is everywhere.

The news revealed by the Glenn Beck program and other sources is not new to me.  I have been where they are currently for a long, long time.  The unintended consequence of Common Core instruction for anybody who is on the fence currently will be 100% the advancement of “statism” to the youth of America, and that is not acceptable.   Government does not understand any other concept besides “statism.”  It’s not that they can help it……………they can’t.  Statism is the result of all government to seek ways to preserve itself as a collective unit.  Statism is an old, archaic social idea that has outlived its usefulness.  It is a shackle upon the human race, and has no place in the minds of mankind.  Common Core in American schools is “statism” instruction, which is why it must be rejected not only as a federal program, but also the premise of their entire education system.  It must be scrapped and completely re-thought from the ground up for it’s a menace to children’s minds.

For my needs public education was never sufficient.  It wasn’t when I went to school, and it wasn’t certainly for my own children.  Public education was so unimportant to my wife that she didn’t even graduate with her class even though she was an honor student.  She simply received her graduation certificate in the mail skipping the ceremony completely.  And we’ve only been to one class reunion.  We went to my fifth and realized that we had grown so far away from all those people that we had nothing in common with them.  We’ve never attended another one in over twenty years now, and never regretted it for a single moment.  My children did the same.  Both of them spent their senior years traveling Europe as their school friends were attending their graduation ceremonies and getting drunk with senseless mental evasion techniques (smoking pot, drinking alcohol, and watching mindless programs on television—all things that I am adamantly against).  I remember that my oldest daughter had sent me a text message with pictures from the Terracotta Army on display at the British Museum of Natural History she was attending on the same night that Lakota was graduating their students from her senior class.  She wasn’t missing anything by skipping out on the ridiculousness of public education and the Fabian Socialist attempts to dumb down the students so that they all grow up and become willing servants to the kings and queens of politics.  She was living real life and studying real history up close and personal.

Common Core is everything and more that Glenn Beck has stated in the above videos.  Most everyone reading this will likely have difficulty understanding since they have accepted that public education is some kind of civil right, and that it’s all about friends, school jackets and a sense of belonging to greater concepts than oneself.  I call public education collectivist indoctrination.  For virtually every modern problem coming from the minds of human beings everywhere from their sexual dysfunction, to their lack of mental capacity in the field of business, to their family issues, to their utmost failures in politics, to the growing acceptance of socialism over capitalism, it is the fault of government-run public schools. Common Core is just the most recent debacle that has good, pure, intentions which in reality turn out to be destructive to the minds of children because the idea came from statists taught their values through the political philosophy of socialism.  With that in mind it deserves to be met with resistance, revulsion, skepticism, and tenacious defunding of the program so that it doesn’t spread to another generation of young people and destroy their minds like a rotten apple that has fallen to the ground and been consumed by parasitic insects.  We already have more than three generations of rotten apples, and another one will end American culture, which is the Fabian Socialist plan, and has been from the beginning.  Common Core is a parasite to the mind of mankind because it is a statist policy that will instruct children to grow up with a statist mindset.  And statism leads to perpetual war, perpetual tax increases, perpetual expansion of government, and perpetual regression of the creative mind for all human beings.  That is why if you truly love your children, they should be removed from any school that is accepting Common Core as their new standard.  And because of the federal money involved, most schools will be accepting Common Core.  That leaves American society with a difficult decision to make—one that I understand completely.  I’ve been there myself.  But I’ve told the story of what I did and why, and I can report that my family is better for it.  The question is what will you do dear reader?  Will you take the easy path of blind acceptance in government leadership, or will you carve your own path through the wilderness of uncertainty?  I’d recommend the later, and your children will be much better for it.

If you are uncertain, I suggest watching all the videos above thoroughly, and do your own research.  The evidence is extremely easy to see for eyes willing to see it.  And if you disagree, I “DARE” you to argue with me.  I’ve been at this a long time, and I know what’s behind the education system.  So if you think I’m wrong, make your best argument.

Being Super Human Against Public Education: Meet Isabel Paterson–‘The God of the Machine,’

I remember vividly what the conditions where when I first went on 700 WLW several years ago to discuss the problems of public education funding.  I knew what kind of turmoil it would stir up and I knew what the end game would be.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW SOME OF THOSE RADIO BROADCASTS.  Since that far away time I have learned that my instincts about public education were 100% correct, that it is a corrosive endeavor concocted from the worst of human reasoning, and should be abolished in its current form.  Government should not be permitted to forcibly remove children from their homes and subject children to training and procedures which parents do not approve.  Citizens should not have their wealth expropriated to support any school anywhere and to pay for children who are not theirs.  After the recent comments by MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry urging society to think of child rearing in a more collective sense, the jury is officially in, and public education is GUILTY of crimes against The United States and every citizen produced within its borders for over a century now, and it must be stopped.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW Melissa’s comments.  The position that MSNBC and other progressive organizations have taken in regard to public education brings back the bewildering claims from the opposition made in my first WLW broadcasts, and puts a light on them that I only suspected before, until the facts have been made more clearly as time has evolved.  Public education currently in America is a menace to a capitalist society.

But this isn’t a recent development.  Public education has been broken from the very start, and for proof I offer as testimony the words of Isabel Paterson from 1943, where the public education system was almost as bad and corrupt as it is today–in order to display that the phenomenon of failure is not new.  Her comments below are from her book The God of the Machine, and have resonated with me for some time.  When she says that it will take a superhuman task to break the education stranglehold over the lives of Americans she was not kidding.  I knew that before I ever did the first WLW interview or set up this site with the name I used.  It takes more than human strength to stand against such oppression—she knew it then, and it has only gotten worse.  When she wrote her book, it was still 35 years before the creation of The Department of Education which would show it to be openly committed to socialism as a federal institution, and advance all the fears she uttered 70 years ago in a book nearly forgotten from the American tapestry.

“Educational texts are necessarily selective, in subject matter, language, and point of view.  Where teaching is conducted by private schools, there will be a conservable variation in different schools; the parent must judge what they want their children taught, by the curriculum offered.  Then each must strive for objective truth…Nowhere will there be any inducement to teach the ‘supremacy of the state’ as a compulsory philosophy.  But every politically controlled educational system will inculcate the doctrine of state supremacy sooner or later, whether as a divine right of kings, or the ‘will of the people’ in ‘democracy.’  Once that doctrine has been accepted, it becomes an almost superhuman task to break the stranglehold of the political power over the life of the citizen.  It has had his body, property, and mind in its clutches from infancy.

“Most of the harm in the world is done by good people, and not by accident, lapse, or omission. It is the result of their deliberate actions, long persevered in, which they hold to be motivated by high ideals toward virtuous ends… when millions are slaughtered, when torture is practiced, starvation enforced, oppression made a policy, as at present over a large part of the world, and as it has often been in the past, it must be at the behest of very many good people, and even by their direct action, for what they consider a worthy object.” (The God of the Machine)

Isabel Paterson (January 22, 1886 – January 10, 1961) was a Canadian-American journalist, novelist, political philosopher, and a leading literary critic of her day. Along with Rose Wilder Lane and Ayn Rand, who both acknowledged an intellectual debt to Paterson, she is one of the three founding mothers of American libertarianism. Paterson’s best-known work, her 1943 book The God of the Machine, a treatise on political philosophy, economics, and history, reached conclusions and espoused beliefs that many libertarians credit as a foundation of their philosophy. Her biographer Stephen D. Cox (2004) believes Paterson is the “earliest progenitor of libertarianism as we know it today.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_God_of_the_Machine

Education has not improved from her day to the present and was a travesty for many years leading up to 1943.  Education must be competitive and function from the same rules that are applied to sports.  Nobody will argue that just anybody can be the quarterback of a football team.  There are methods of capitalism which determine who is the best athlete to lead a football team through practice, skill assessment, and the kind of toughness that is only developed on the field of play.  It is preposterous to assume that education will be good if a means for bringing about the best teachers, the lowest cost of education, and the greatest curriculum is not explored through success and failure.  Not everyone can be a quarterback, a running back, a line backer, or a defensive back, and not everyone can be a leading physicists, an engineer, a visionary, or a gardener.  Education must be able to bring these elements out in children and the present system does not, instead it seeks to make all children equal out of a misplaced sense of fairness that sounds good on the surface, but is destructive as a social ideology.  Public education believes today as it believed over 70 years ago, that the chubby kid who plays defensive tackle on a football team can play quarterback, and the quarterback should be able to be an offensive lineman.  Their effort is to give the defensive tackle a chance to be the hero of the game by throwing winning touchdowns so the young man doesn’t feel left out.   But they achieve it at the expense of victory, and performance, because the best player is not standing in as quarterback.  The marketplace for football doesn’t have much tolerance for a quarterback that can’t throw a ball accurately more than 10 yards so the quality of the game is weakened because of the attempt at fairness.  This is what public education in America has been for over a century and it has failed.  It needs to be reinvented with competition in mind.

I understand that it will take superhuman strength to change the hearts and minds of the education empire, but it must be done.  It will take not just one overman, but overmen and overwomen to pull it off.  But make no mistake, failure is not an option.  Not addressing the education problem is simply not on the table of discussion, and putting up with it as it has been for so long is not tolerable.  Many people use as the crutch when they are compelled to confront a problem that is so difficult to state, “but I’m only human.”  Well, such rationalizations are not acceptable any more.  If it takes being more than human to solve this complicated problem which is imposed on the human race, then it must be done.  This means that the first thing that must go is public education as a government controlled entity.  It’s time to privatize and form it in the fashion of our sports franchises.  It’s time that our education system focus on discovering what individual children are good at instead of trying to make them into a mash potato meal for government to consume the human race.  If superhuman effort is needed, then it is that which we must do.  We must do so to remove people like MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry from education in any capacity, and we must do it before they ruin the lives of even more children with the progressive ideologies that have always led to the destruction of humanity time and time again.

Glenn Beck’s New Book ‘Control-Exposing The Truth About Guns’: coming to the Cincinnati Freedom Expo April 19th

When Doc Thompson comes to speak at the Cincinnati Freedom Expo on April 19th, 2013, he is going to bring with him copies of Glenn Beck’s new book titled Control-Exposing The Truth About Guns which isn’t released until April 30th.  Ann Becker is planning to offer the books in a raffle door prize as a chance to win for the guests who attend.  Doc Thompson is the morning national radio host of The Blaze with his on-air partner Skip who will be in attendance with him.

The Cincinnati Freedom Expo will be an excellent chance to get the new book well before anyone else in the country and the money raised for the raffle tickets will go toward a good cause announced at the event.  Beck’s new book is timely, and very important.  It’s all about the real story behind the progressive push for gun control.

When our founding fathers secured the Constitutional “right of the people to keep and bear arms,” they also added the admonition that this right SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

It is the only time this phrase appears in the Bill of Rights. So why aren’t more people listening?

History has proven that guns are essential to self-defense and liberty—but tragedy is a powerful force and has led many to believe that guns are the enemy, that the Second Amendment is outdated, and that more restrictions or outright bans on firearms will somehow solve everything.

They are wrong.

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. In doing so, he takes on and debunks the common myths and outright lies that are often used to vilify guns and demean their owners:

The Second Amendment is ABOUT MUSKETS . . . GUN CONTROL WORKS in other countries . . . 40 percent of all guns are sold without BACKGROUND CHECKS . . . More GUNS MEAN more MURDER . . . Mass shootings are becoming more common . . . These awful MASSACRES ARE UNIQUE TO AMERICA . . . No CIVILIAN needs a “weapon of war” like the AR-15 . . . ARMED GUARDS in schools do nothing, just look at Columbine . . . Stop FEARMONGERING, no one is talking about TAKING YOUR GUNS AWAY.

Backed by hundreds of sources, this handbook gives everyone who cares about the Second Amendment the indisputable facts they need to reclaim the debate, defeat the fear, and take back their natural rights.

The book can be ordered in advanced at Amazon.
