Democrats are Destroying Hollywood: A terrible August box office can be summed up by how out-of-touch James Cameron is

Something I’ve always done since I was a little kid was use box office receipts to measure the health of human culture.  I’ve been interested in this kind of thing as long as I’ve been able to read and its one of the first things I study each morning as part of my information tracking.  The reasons are complicated but you can learn a lot about what makes human beings tick by studying what they are willing to spend at a movie theater on a two-hour story.  I would argue effectively that studying box office numbers is a more accurate way to measure human endeavor than expensive passive polling.

With the exception of some Disney releases and Warner Bros this has been a horrendous year for movies produced lazily and pontificated with enormous amounts of liberalized messaging.  Shockingly even well-known Hollywood types like Ron Howard and Jim Cameron have been very active in protesting Donald Trump’s presidency for instance which says a lot about the people making movies these days.  It used to be that many of the top actors in the business were also hanging out at the RNC in California but not anymore.  Republicans have been pushed out of the business as the movies that have been green lit are largely financed by liberals who want to see liberal films communicating issues that are important to them.  Movies now aren’t so much being made to fulfill a market need, they are being used to communicate Democratic ideas and in a conservative America with a House, a Senate and an Executive Branch are all to varying degrees Republican, the movie studies have obviously missed a grand opportunity.  And it shows culminating in this disastrous upcoming weekend in August 2017 articulated by the following article:

 

WEEKEND PREVIEW: We are looking at what may be the worst August weekend in over 20 years with a top twelve that could struggle to reach a combined $50 million, something that hasn’t happened in August since 1993. In fact, while this will undoubtedly be the worst weekend of 2017 thus far, it could be the worst weekend for the top twelve since early September 2014 should Mojo’s current forecast hold. For more context, August is currently pacing 36% behind last year and expected to be the first August since 2000 not to have a new release top $100 million domestically.

That said, this weekend features a trio of new wide releases and several films expanding (or returning to theaters), but beyond that a lot of attention goes to Saturday night’s Mayweather-McGregor fight, which must be taken into account. Current projections anticipate nearly 50 million people will be watching the fight in the U.S. alone, and while this weekend doesn’t feature a debut the size of Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is said to have been affected by the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight in 2015, every little bit counts at a time when domestic box office revenues are down as much as they are right now

The box office shouldn’t be so weak to be effected so easily by the Mayweather-McGregor fight.  If there was a good movie released worth seeing, people would go see it then catch the fight in a sports bar after their theater experience.  The bottom line is that Hollywood ran out of releases by August from their summer season and what they did release wasn’t that hot to begin with.  Granted, a lot of these movies released this year assumed that Hillary Clinton was going to be president so they were in production while last year’s battle between Trump and Clinton was taking place.  If I had to say, I don’t think one single studio in all of Hollywood picked Trump to win, except for Malpaso Studios which is run by Clint Eastwood.  Sadly that’s the case and is the reason that the box office is so terrible.  The Democrats in the studio system don’t understand what people want and they haven’t been willing to listen.

This ignorance was on full display between two of Hollywood’s current great directors, James Cameron and Patty Jenkins who is the wonderful woman who directed this year’s surprise hit Wonder Woman.  It is important to note that Wonder Woman brought in nearly $500 million domestically which is quite extraordinary.  This led Cameron who has directed massive hits like Avatar, Terminator and Titanic to comment that Wonder Woman was just another example of a male Hollywood industry objectifying women and that it was a step backwards for the industry.  That says everything we need to know about the film business at this point when big time directors get it so wrong about what made Wonder Woman so successful.  I’ll make a little prediction about James Cameron—I say it right here, right now—the guy has lost it.  He hasn’t made a hit movie in nearly a decade and he hasn’t been able to follow-up on his hit Avatar quickly delaying his sequels for some magical time when everything lined up correctly for him.  Now he has studios lined up to make four sequels to the Avatar franchise as if he thinks they will be accepted like the first one was.  I have news for him—they won’t be.  The studios are going to be very disappointed to learn that there is declining support for Avatar because the concept is such a tree hugging hippie mess that audiences will come to reject the premise.  The first movie did well because it was new and visually very fresh technically.  Well, those days are over and new Avatar movies will have to stand on their story and that’s where the new age of Trump will have an impact on the Avatar franchise.

Cameron isn’t one who should be lecturing anybody about women—he’s been married 5 times and is quite maniacal on social causes.  His value is clearly in science, but when it comes to people he has always missed the mark except for in his earlier work with The Abyss and Titanic.  Under pressure Cameron has done his best work and even though he has featured very strong female roles he always had strong male roles to accompany them.  Let’s face it, people didn’t show up to see Linda Hamilton play Sarah Conner in the Terminator.  It was the Terminator they wanted to see. The female part of the role was something people put up with to get to the Terminator.  And that is the same deal with Avatar; people were willing to overlook all the hippie crap to see some spectacular 3D and some great battles.  But did Sam Worthington’s character appeal strongly enough to carry four more sequels based on passion for the work—no.  Those new movies will struggle once people find out that the plots are largely liberal propaganda projects by a mad scientist director who has lost contact with all reality over the years.  Success in Cameron’s case has destroyed what made him good and now that he’s a massive liberal he’s lost touch with his audiences—and that is truly sad.

The rest of Hollywood is no better off.  As a society of Democrats—because that’s what it takes if you want to make movies in the studio system these days—they don’t understand their audience, in many cases that audience has changed into a much more traditionalist base.  I mean someone out there thought it would be a good idea to make remakes of Ben-Hur, The Magnificent Seven and to make a sequel to Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Sequel—which made like five cents in movie theaters.  While the first film did well for a documentary, the second film bombed tremendously as people now largely have lost interest in anything connected to the falsified data of “climate change” which has gotten on people’s nerves.  It is theater owners who have taken the biggest hit with Hollywood’s failure to make movies people want to see.  With all the Democratic activism going on they are the ones with the real estate that has to exhibit the garbage Hollywood is putting out and they have been the ones to lose the most.

Hollywood is going to have to come to grips with Trump for their own preservation.  They won’t be able to destroy him because it was their movie audiences that made Trump to begin with.  Trump didn’t change the world; the world changed and made Trump.  Hollywood isn’t making movies to appeal to those people; they are making movies to appeal to their Democratic base—which is shrinking.  It doesn’t matter how visually spectacular the new Avatar films will be in the future because the content is what will determine success or failure.  Given Cameron’s comments on Wonder Woman—he obviously doesn’t know what’s going on now with audiences.  And that is because he’s only talking to crazy Democrats these days instead of the Republicans he used to know in truck stops when that’s what he used to do for a living—which was drive a big rig.  After seeing Star Wars Cameron quit that job and worked hard to become a film maker on his own –but what these modern filmmakers forget is that movies like Star Wars, and the first couple of Terminators were essentially “Republican” films about small government and decentralized power—not the Democratic dystopia that we see coming today from the Party.   Now that political views are known because they have been more vocal about it, audiences are much less forgiving of people like James Cameron than they were before.  And that is what is killing the American box office numbers—and is completely sinking Hollywood as an industry.   There are of course exceptions, but overall, the industry is in big trouble and the studios are slow to adjust to a world where Trump is president—and a good one at that.

The Many Achievements of Trump: How you know the media has been lying

How do you know they are lying? Because “they,” the mainstream media—so-called—won’t tell you all the good things that Donald Trump has so far done as president which Sean Hannity so wonderfully articulated on his television show, seen below. Hannity also showed the extreme level of hatred that the same MSM showed toward Trump’s various speeches over the last couple of weeks. I watched all those speeches and I’m hardly a right-winged lunatic and there were only good things expressed in each of them. There was nothing, “unhenged” in the contents that showed a president unfit for office or bordering on insanity. That’s how you can know the truth, because reality does not reflect what a majority of the news outlets reported, and that makes it obvious that there is something very devious going on.

Obviously I was no Obama fan. But during his first six months I had hopes that he might pull back the regulations on stem cell research and maybe cheerlead the nation a bit. I gave him a shot really for the first year. Even as the storm clouds of decent from the Tea Party started to gather in 2009 I was willing to give the guy a chance, until he proved that he was simply an Alinsky change agent looking to overthrow America from a legislative perspective. I would expect the same treatment of Trump from the political left and he’s not getting it.

Trump hasn’t been in office long enough to make any real mistakes so the rhetoric exhibited by the political left in voluminous detail by the MSN is an obvious sign that there is more to the story than just political ideology in conflict. We’re talking about long-established plans toward a different kind of America that has been rejected by voters through Trump and are crumbling in front of their faces, and they are furious about it.
I’m here to tell you that if these people are this freaked out that there is more they have been hiding that hasn’t been yet revealed, and that means to us that we thankfully elected Donald Trump at just the right time. Already Trump has done more than most presidents hope to do in four years so there will be much more to cheer on soon. But the viciousness of the media towards Trump says everything about their intentions. It’s important that we stick with the president to undo all that these insurgents have planned behind our backs for over a century.

John Kasich Caves to ANTIFA: Feeding the enemy does not help defeat them

Like the liberal progressive he is, John Kasich had his people removed a valued painting of the Confederate General John Hunt Morgan from a vacation destination in Ohio as reported by PJ Media in the below article. I have always loved history and specifically I have a soft spot for the rebellion that emerged out of the American Civil War. I like the Confederates—there was great passion and bravery in that war. Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee were some of the greatest tactical minds of military endeavor ever. If I had the opportunity to pick sides I would have obviously picked the Union—I do not support slavery in any form. I hate authority so the idea of a person being owned by anybody or any institution is disgusting to me—so I have no sympathy for slavery. But, I do enjoy Civil War battlefields and monuments because it was during that war that the human race started pushing back against the idea of people being owned by other people in any capacity—and there is value in that. And much of that history was forged right in my home state of Ohio with these Civil War tributes. But then this happened:

A painting of Confederate General John Hunt Morgan was removed from the lodge at Salt Fork State Park, a popular vacation and retreat spot, at the behest of the Ohio Department of National Resources, (trigger warning) the Daily Jeffersonian reports:

Recent controversy over Confederate statues and clashes between white nationalists and those who oppose them has resulted in a painting of Confederate General John Hunt Morgan being taken down at Salt Fork Lodge. During the Civil War, General Morgan led a raid into Ohio, which went through Guernsey County before Morgan and his men were captured near East Liverpool. In the painting, General Morgan is depicted leading his men in battle. Morgan’s Raid has been a part of Guernsey County lore ever since the incidents in July of 1863. The decision to take down the painting came through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

“We decided to take the painting down in light of recent events,” Matt Eiselstein of ODNR said. “The painting, done on canvas, was carefully removed from the wall and is currently being safely stored.”

The painting shows Gen. Morgan, who led a raid through Ohio in 1863, on horseback. Another soldier in the painting is waving a Confederate flag. Morgan and his men were captured near East Liverpool, Ohio, but Morgan escaped and fled Ohio. Local historian Rick Booth wrote:

By early September, 1864, he (Morgan) was leading a force of 1,500 men in the vicinity of Greeneville, Tenn. Underestimating the proximity and danger posed by Union troops nearby, Morgan opted to sleep the night in pampered luxury at a local mansion rather than tent uncomfortably with his men outside the town. When Union commanders chose to march on Greeneville through the night, Morgan’s choice of pleasantries over safety turned fatal. As federal troops approached Greeneville, several reports came in that Morgan was resting in the lightly guarded town mansion. Two cavalry companies were quickly dispatched to rush into the town and surround the mansion with orders to bring back Morgan dead or alive.

General Morgan, loathing the thought of ever spending time in Union captivity again, had promised his wife he would do everything in his power to avoid capture. And so, when confronted by an armed cavalryman demanding his surrender, Morgan chose to run. A shot rang out, and the man who barely a year before had led Confederate forces through Guernsey County’s Cumberland, Senecaville, Lore City, Old Washington, Winterset and Antrim fell dead.

Booth characterized the raid as “an unusual affair, conducted against orders in mid-1863.”

In the wake of the Charlottesville protests, at least two Ohio cities have also removed Confederate memorials.
In Franklin, near Cincinnati, a stone marker commemorating Gen. Robert E. Lee was removed Thursday, and in Worthington, near Columbus, a historic marker outside the former home of a Confederate general was removed.

Kasich isn’t trying to protect the Confederate painting at Salt Fork State Park from ANTIFA communists and other lunatics, he’s appeasing them. He’s trying to make the Republican base believe he has the interests of history in mind when in reality he is seeking to distance himself even further from the Trump administration which at this point is a serious mistake. That’s why he is weak. No culture should seek to appease thugs and book burners. My first experience with any culture that were history erasers were the Nazis. But I have often spoken very harshly about the Roman barbarians that attacked the Library at Alexandria, the many Catholic crusades against pagan monuments and the modern academic re-writing of history to fit the Columbus origin story—which has been false. The Indians were not Native-Americans—but were themselves immigrants from China and all places around the globe well before the New World was discovered. It was only “new” to the Europeans fleeing their homelands due to religious persecution. Everyone has been running from something and everything came to a spill over point during the American Civil War.

History tells us that because of that war people were freed. Slavery ended in North America because of that war—not in spite of it. And there is a lot for us to learn about ourselves from the Confederacy. It is not permissible for these modern communists—which is what ANTIFA is all about—to erase our history and to re-write it in the image of liberalism. That’s just not going to be allowed to happen. But Kasich as governor of Ohio should have known better. And he picked the wrong side to appease.

The Demons of Charlottesville: Screams from the evil trying to seduce us all to sleep

It took me a couple of days to get my mind around the extreme hypocrisy on full display in the wake of the Charlottesville racism issue in Virginia. I thought Donald Trump did a great job of addressing the nation just a few hours after violence broke out between the usual Black Live Matter communists and the Nazi socialists fighting over the removal a Robert E. Lee statue in that extremely liberal town.   At the time that Trump spoke he kept his statements general because after lunch on a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t yet known who ran over whom.   Was it the same ol’ radicals from Ferguson and Baltimore—or was it the skin heads, and Nazi fascists?  Trump couldn’t have been sure until much later and it was at that point that even Republicans were criticizing the president for not specifically identifying the white nationalists—as if he were associated with them.  It truly was an amazing display of evil—not in the violence at Charlottesville which was despicable in and of itself—but in the mass volume of the media propensity to advance a false plot against Trump that was truly vile.  Wasn’t it just a few weeks ago where a Bernie Sanders supporter shot up a bunch of Republicans at a baseball game, and a few months ago where Kathy Griffin held up the bloody severed head of a fake Donald Trump—and Snoop Dogg put out a video showing the mock assassination of our new president?  What we all witnessed in the wake of Charlottesville was a new kind of evil which was much more sinister than the kid who ran into a mob of communist radicals in a clash of leftist maniacs gone wild.

Again I was very proud of Donald Trump—he did all the right things at all the right times during the crises and the people who came out in criticism against him are the people who are protecting the swamp we are all trying to drain.  If you wanted to root out the Never Trump types who are holding up legislation in congress to prevent the President’s agenda from being implemented then just listen to those who criticized Trump so quickly.  They had an agenda against Trump and they used the death and injury of people at this tragic protest as a way to advance their selfish agenda.

There were many times in just the past eight years that Barack Obama took many days to respond to a tragedy on the scale of Charlottesville and when he did he often didn’t come close to providing an adequate statement.  The media, even the conservative media, never went this crazy over anything any previous president has said on a national stage.  This attitude against Trump is a whole new category of hate revealed through a swarm of aggression born from sheer evil.  It was a truly magnificent display of pure malevolence.

Trump revised his statement on Monday, August 14th to include all the white supremacy groups that the media had been criticizing him for not specifying.  I didn’t think he should have done so—he should have just let his Saturday statement stand.  After all, he addressed the real issue correctly the first time and nothing he could or would say would matter.  These parasites were going to use anything he said as a way to attempt to paint him into a corner.  The media and many of the Never Trumpers who lost to Trump during the 2016 campaign wanted to pin the president to white supremacy as their last-ditch effort to stop the movement which elected him.

The “alt-right” movement is not what makes up the Trump campaign.  White supremacists, Nazis, and the KKK radicals are all leftovers of southern Democrats and it is true that Hitler took notes from these people to advance his purge of Europe of people he didn’t want in his pure German society.  The people gathered in Charlottesville were all aspects of liberalism, the Black Lives Matters people were the hard-core communists while the Nazis were the socialists and the media framed them in their coverage as the extreme right and extreme left as if we all lived somewhere in between.  In that way they attempt to put us all into some crazy fringe of leftist radicalism and by default we must then defend our innocence from being too close to either of those fringe groups.  But, in reality, most of us are nowhere even near thinking like those two sides of the same idiotic coin.

Trump showed leadership early in the crises and it was a positive effort—in a sane world.  But we are not living in a sane world.  We are dealing with an evil that hides behind the pain and suffering of others to an extremity that is baffling to normal people.   It baffled me to see that evil so alive and desperate as they thought they had Trump pinned up against the ropes over doing what was expected of him during a crises. Trump didn’t say anything wrong. The skin heads, the communists, the people who wanted to take down the Robert E. Lee statue, the Mayor of Charlottesville, the Nazi lovers all the leftist losers who were in those city streets ready to fight for varying degrees of leftist philosophy were present to do damage and hurt others.  Trump had to be general in his statements given the level of evil present in Charlottesville.  Trump did the right thing—the media showed their real game plan perhaps too audaciously.

I’ve referred to it before but there is a wonderful scene from a great Akira Kurosawa film called Dreams where there are three mountain climbers caught in a snow storm high in the Himalayas.  They’ve lost their base camp in the storm and were dying in the extreme cold.  The leader found himself seduced by a beautiful ghost who came to his side to ease him into death.  She sings him to sleep gently and seductively pushing him into death.  But, being the leader that he was, he decides to fight back and once the ghost realizes that she’s not going to get her way, she turns into a skeleton and screams angrily at the leader then vanishes into oblivion.  Once gone, the storm clears and the leader is able to wake up his friends saving them from death as well.  As the sun came back out they realized that their base camp was always only about 20 feet away the whole time.  While they had only moments before been ready to die out of desperation, now they saw clearly that they were always so close to safety—but couldn’t see it for the chaos.  That is what we see happening, the demons of our lives are hiding in this chaos and now they have been exposed and are screaming out pain that they cannot get us to follow them to our death.  And in the aftermath of Charlottesville we will also see all along our base camp has always been right next to us.  When we do, as it’s being revealed right now, we will learn that it was never in between the communists and socialists but in the warm bed of conservatism which exists well to the right of the skin heads and Nazis.  That is where America lives and that is what Trump represents in our great republic, for which we stand.

Yes, the Stock Market is Breaking Records because of Trump: A lesson on market forces

I continue to be amazed at the lack of knowledge that most people have. I mean most major malls have bookstores where people can buy and read books. The internet has voluminous amounts of information to sift through and we spend fortunes to send people through a public education system—yet still people are generally pretty stupid. It is baffling to me that they cannot make the direct correlation between the increase of the stock market gains and the Trump presidency—and that they don’t understand how 4 trillion dollars of extra investments into the American economy directly benefit every single person in our nation. Let me provide a little context of how much money that is—Russia, that country that supposedly has so much power over our elections has a GDP of 1.2 trillion dollars. Japan—one of the great economies of the world is only at 4.9 trillion. Canada has only 1.5 trillion in GDP and Germany is at 3.4 trillion dollars. When we talk about the gains in the stock market—specifically the Dow Jones average—since Donald Trump was elected we are seeing an infusion of wealth invested into our economy that exceeds most of the countries in the developed world. That is a significant achievement all by itself.

The next thing people wonder is whether or not Trump deserves any credit for it. Well, of course he does. Who else? If you do a little research into the history of stocks and investments you can clearly see a pattern for which the mob of buyers of stocks use to make their decisions. What investors love is optimism and deregulation and Trump has given them both right from the start of his election and that has caused investors to pour their money into opportunities created purely on sanguinity. It’s not very complicated and it certainly isn’t a mystery. Donald Trump gets the credit for the increases in the market based on his promise to get government out of the pockets of the movers and shakers and that has unleashed vast amounts of wealth that had been sitting around doing nothing. That’s how powerful optimism is and how limiting governments are on the happiness, and productivity of their citizens.

Venezuela is in trouble because they adopted socialism and the state runs everything leaving their markets overregulated and underperforming. They have great oil reserves that depended on artificially high prices to survive in a global economy. Once competition was once again opened up driving down the price of barrels of oil the socialist country couldn’t survive because they had provided no reason for any investors to bring money to their country. People with money are productive assets in a global economy because they have done things to earn that money. They aren’t villains as socialists and communists see them. Wealthy people are assets. Even politicians must admit as much because they need the money of wealthy people to run their campaigns. Without wealthy people any society is essentially an armpit of derelict behavior. The more wealthy people a society has—the higher quality that society will be. Venezuela made it so that wealthy people left and prevented more wealth from investing in their country leaving the people there struggling even to find a bar of soap to clean themselves with.

Wealth is created when something has a perceived value. For something to have such a value there must be a market demand for whatever that value represents—such as gold, cars, or old toys and cloths. EBay and Amazon.com can provide the proof of how joining market forces together can create wealth that wasn’t there before. Just by joining the consumer with a supplier those two companies have tremendously increased market value within America’s GDP. If there were some way in Zimbabwe to join together two villages which might otherwise be 30 miles apart so that they could sell rocks and animal bones to each other more easily, they would see an uptick in their economy as well. In places where individuals are freely able to exchange what they have to those who want it, you will see a more productive, and wealthy nation where the standard of living is much higher than places where personal freedoms are more tightly monitored.

This is why the communists of our present time have all put on the mask of the environmental movement because that way they could hide their hatred of production behind a well-intentioned cause—such as saving the planet. They have entirely made up the facts and figures. The government in the United States and around Europe who naturally always want more control use their power to issue grant money to scientific institutions who will make up phony global warming numbers to invoke their communist religion on the masses hoping ultimately to slow down production in develop countries so that undeveloped arm pit countries around the world can be propped up—the way Venezuela was. But all that value Venezuela had off oil money was artificially created by regulation—it wasn’t real—it was built off a lack of supply to meet a heavy demand.

Trump signed immediately legislation which put the Keystone Pipeline directly into use—at least the parts that could be. Trump immediately removed the federal restrictions so that local fights could hash out the details which had been the biggest barrier to implementing that very power delivery method of oil from Canada to the reserves along the Gulf of Mexico. Just that action alone sent the prices of oil down which was great for all market driven economies. While it might not have been great for Venezuela who depended on high prices to sustain their socialist government, oil is just one factor in a free economy. Cheap transportation can do much more to create many more aspects of wealth in any economy so it is far more important to a developing world to have access to cheap fuel and oil so that other markets can use transportation to develop new economic advances.

All Trump had to do to increase the stock market was promise optimism. The numbers are off lately from the record highs we had been seeing because of the obvious stand-off and war with North Korea. That creates market insecurity and makes people hang on to their money. If you really get to the gist of why so many senators have been coming out against Trump’s “optimism” its because they need the chaos of limitation to justify their do-nothing approach to everything productive. They, like Venezuela, need artificial regulations to justify their power. A free market means fewer people need government to redistribute wealth—and even Republicans have gotten used to that game. So long as people have no other options, their do-nothing game of pandering to lobbyists and getting rich off the results could continue. But Trump has not only deregulated the market and inspired great wealth which is reshaping our country as we speak—but he’s exposed those politicians with a value he has brought to politics that has redefined everything. So yes, they don’t like him. Just like Venezuela hates free and open markets. When people are allowed to do what they want and get what they need, all of society advances. But when they are limited and regulated society stagnates. All Trump did to increase the markets was show investors that he was willing to free them—and it is all just as simple as that. Just imagine what might happen if we really did have a free markets and politics were removed from the process altogether. Everyone could be unbelievably wealthy—everywhere in the world. If only……………………..

Mitch McConnell the Underperformer: How the exceptional make the weak feel terrible

Mitch McConnell made a fool out of himself when he returned to his district in Kentucky to essentially throw Donald Trump under the bus for what the senator was not able to do in the Senate. As he said, Trump had unrealistic ideas about the way legislation works and had set ridiculous expectations of achievement—and that it was Trump’s inexperience that was at fault—not him. As he said that Trump was speaking to North Korea in a way that no American president never has where real threats are being made against our sovereign nation. I still don’t think North Korea has the means to attack America—but they showed the intent and that deserves an ass kicking all by itself—so Trump has some things to do. While congress went on vacation the President is still working and solving complicated problems around the world essentially spelling out the entire problem for all to see. Congress is essentially lazy and have grown accustom to doing very little but talk a lot and here was a new President that actually expected to accomplish things—and that was too much for ol’ Mitch—who has been in the Senate too long.

I understand this pushback because I get it all the time—in fact it was just this week where I had to explain to people who thought what I was asking them to do was impossible that it was they who were the problem. Speed and accuracy are equally important in all endeavors. I don’t just practice these things with my bullwhips and fast draw hobbies for fun—there is a deep philosophical necessity in mastering some aspect of speed and accuracy in people’s lives so that they can apply those techniques to a real problem in some regard. Any idiot can stand in front of a target and hit it with a gun, or a whip when time is not applied to create extra pressure. When we do our bullwhip competitions people who are very good technically have a hard time hitting their targets because time is a factor and the pressure often makes them miss. People who are good at managing their speed and accuracy obviously are the people who win the most while those not so good look terrible and incompetent. They may be very accurate and can put out a candle with a bullwhip if they have all the time in the world but they struggle mightily under the pressure of time.

That is why I love cowboy fast draw. My schedule has been too busy to attend a lot of the shooting events this year because most of them take most of a weekend to do, and I don’t have that kind of time to give in 2017—but I practice most every day and I’m currently shooting consistently in the .500s—which is pretty good. The really fast guys are shooting in the .300s which is just over a quarter second. I’m shooting in the half second range which consists in shooting at a 24” target from 21 feet away with a gun in a holster with a single action firearm. To perform the shot a lot of things have to go extremely right and it is quite an exercise to start thinking in fractions of a second.

Most people think in a way that a second is their idea of fast—so when they speak of things in matters of speed their point of reference is in seconds. But when faster than a second is needed to refer to speed, those people do not have the proper vocabulary, or context to comprehend the need. The same can be said of congress. Their unit of measure to articulate their accomplishments have not been based on performance, but purely on bluster. Donald Trump was elected to change the definitions and the people who are struggling with the new definitions are obviously uncomfortable. But they don’t have a right to refuse to act.

In our bullwhip speed and accuracy contests not only is speed a consideration by accuracy is equally important. For instance, for each cup missed on the target line there is a five second deduction. Also there is a line six feet away from the targets and you can’t put your toe on that line otherwise you could incur another 5 second penalty. Even if you ran through the 10 targets in 11 seconds, but you stepped on the line twice and missed two cups, your real-time would be up over 30 seconds which isn’t going to win shit. You have to be fast, and smooth and make little or no mistakes taking nothing for granted. It is possible if you are competent in that kind of endeavor. If you are not, or have drifted through life without being tested—then you can see why some people are very jealous of those with those who can do things accurately—fast.

Mitch McConnell’s “excessive expectations” comment about Trump is just that—a frustrated old legislator who has been exposed as a phone because he isn’t good at anything—especially his field of endeavor which is as a Senator. The only thing McConnel has been good at is deceiving people and getting himself elected year after year on empty promises. For all the time he has been in the Senate Mitch has never been able to find money for the I-75 bridge from Ohio into Kentucky even when the powerful Speaker of the House position was in his friend’s hands John Boehner in the House. Those two couldn’t have completed a shadow on the sidewalk under a hard summer sun at 5 PM on a cloudless day. They were simply lobbyists in waiting or facilitating the needs of lobbyists who fund their campaigns each term. They never planned to do anything but talk as elected representatives. Trump asking them to do anything is an “excessive expectation.”

People like Mitch McConnell are the type of people who always say, “slow down” so that we don’t make mistakes. They want all day to stand in front of a target so that they can hit it. They are the type of people who support a progressive society void of competition because they can’t compete. I always love it when the best bull whip artists come to our competitions. Some of them are the best in the world and have several world records and you bet it feels good to beat them on some of these competitions. We all win our share of things just being good at that sport, so we never get very serious about it. But I know people who hate it when I come to competitions because they fear they won’t have a chance to win. Instead of rising to the challenge they cuss about how it might rob them of a win just by being there. That is what Mitch McConnell is doing with Donald Trump. He wishes that the new president had never been elected because it makes him look bad in comparison and the game as Senator that he has been playing and making a lot of money off of has been exposed. Now he’s supposed to act, and he isn’t prepared. The drag assing hasn’t been working because Trump doesn’t understand the game—that everyone knows congress isn’t supposed to actually accomplish anything. They are supposed to pretend while the shadow government runs everything. Everyone makes their money and the public has been none the wiser. Only we have been wise to it for a long time—and we’re sick of it. That is why we elected Donald Trump. And we expect things to actually be accomplished.

The City of Losers: Chicago’s demise into oblivion

Chicago is a disaster; by 2025 it will have fewer residents than it does now making any tax hike to pay for its staggering debt even less of an option.  They cannot tax their way out of the trouble they are in and even worse is the state that Chicago is in—Illinois, which is 15 billion dollars in the hole.  15 BILLION—that’s like the GDP of an entire country in some places in the world.  And now that bankrupt city is about to lose 3.2 million dollars in federal Byrne Justice Assistance Grants because Chicago has declared itself a sanctuary city providing protection for illegal immigration.  What a bunch of lunatics.

Granted, the budget in Chicago is a staggering  $9.8 billion—so losing a silly little 3.2 million dollars shouldn’t be a big deal, but the money has been slated to pay for new police cars for their beleaguered law enforcement officers—and when you are that far in debt, everything matters.  Chicago is the poster child for how a bunch of Democrats mismanage everything they do.  Chicago is so bad they couldn’t even make a deal with George Lucas to open the Star Wars museum on the lakefront even as Lucas tried to lay it in Chicago’s lap.  But the loser hippies and distrustful progressives fought the museum—which would have brought some much-needed new money to the city—and Lucas set the project up in Los Angeles instead.  There is no hope for them now and they honestly can’t afford to lose that grant money over being a sanctuary city.

But think about what Chicago is doing.  They are demanding money for breaking the law as their people virtually shoot themselves to death on a daily basis.  As of this writing there are 428 homicides in Chicago just in 2017, which can be seen below for an update.  You can’t tax people to pay for your debt if they kill themselves and scare away people from moving into their neighborhoods.  Aside for the immediate downtown area by the lake—more specifically the Trump Hotel area by the river—Chicago is extremely dangerous.  If you’ve ever flown into O’Hara flying over the downtown area once you get a mile or two west the place looks like a socialist capital from Europe with row houses and beat-up square street blocks  extending for as far as the eye can see.   And the people who live in those homes are largely welfare babies raised in single parent homes, drugs, and depravity.  The sun does not rise and set there as it does other places in the country.  The place is a dump and the crime in the area is indicative of any place maintained by low quality people—low quality because they have no appreciation for intellectual aptitude or human achievement–it has nothing to do with skin color–but attitudes.

So along comes Trump and the Department of Justice under Jeff Sessions who seek to clean up Chicago of their gangs and drugs imported through smuggling channels that lead straight to Mexico and are hidden behind illegal immigration.  If you were in the leadership of Chicago such an effort by the feds would really help, because it just might make Chicago more attractive to new investments and residents. After all, what right-minded tax payer wants to live in such high crime areas but slugs, deadbeats and whores?  Bizarrely Rahm Emanuel is resistant insisting to protect those same gang members under the guise that they represent a group of well-intentioned immigrants.  Now why would little man Rahm do something like that?

Obviously the Mayor of Chicago has no intention to fix his budget problem and is following the entire state on a death spiral of economic viability that will not last into the future.  Literally for Rahm Emanuel is the sobering reality that Trump is president and the world isn’t going to come to the rescue of Chicago the way that progressives always planned.  The money just isn’t there, nor is the will.  Chicago has lost its place as a special place in the heart of America because people are sick of hearing about the excessive murder rate and hypocritical nature of its politicians.  Chicago used to be one of America’s great cities, but now it’s just a dying shell of old buildings and lost people.  Take a walk through the airport sometime and you’ll understand what I’m talking about.

Chicago filed a lawsuit against the DOJ to extract the money they think they are owed and people are watching.  Through the process of this public relations stunt by Emanuel even more people will become turned off by Chicago—as if the murder rate wasn’t embarrassing enough.  By taking on a big national campaign against the DOJ Chicago is insistent to scare away any potential new money that might flow into their economy—which is the worst thing they could do at this point.  It’s not about the 3.2 million in grants, it’s the big dollar new business that might be out there and want to set up shop in Chicago.  After all, that’s the only way they could ever hope to solve their fiscal crises.  Instead of nurturing more wealth to return to Chicago they are instead hedging their entire future on illegal aliens who flock to that sanctuary city from socialist and communist countries around the world in search of running water.  Those people do not, nor will they ever have money to pay for the massive debts Chicago has—so Chicago by their own actions is as good as over.  Only they don’t yet realize it.

Years ago the movie Ferris Bueller’s Day Off was filmed in Chicago and that was only in 1986.  Back then Chicago was pretty nice, the South Side was pretty rough but when people thought of murder in that city they thought of Al Capone.  In just thirty years Chicago has destroyed itself with massive debt, terrible public policy shaped by progressive politics and has attached their star to the a sinking ship pension system.  Chicago abused their beautiful city and its placement on the great lakes of the Midwest and they loaded it with a progressive philosophy which has not only destroyed the city, but have destroyed the lives of the people they proclaim to protect.  Wherever you go in the world you can see the depleted results of what progressive philosophy does—whether it’s in Venezuela, Africa, China, or Paris and everywhere you see slugs living off the state and barely living lives of any worth.  Chicago is certainly on that trajectory.  Today they are nothing like that nice city seen in that popular 1986 film.  The only place you can still have a good experience is downtown—and that is shrinking at a remarkable rate—essentially because they are broke.  Chicago killed itself way back in 1995 when they failed to get their legacy costs under control and kicked the can down the road until they ran out of road. Now they have no other recourse but to kill themselves.

Rahm Emanuel is building his case to save Chicago by actually breaking the law and turning away people who might save it in favor of the people who will guarantee its destruction.  As hard as it might be to take a hard stance against illegal immigration if you are looking to preserve something you can’t overload it with destructive elements and Chicago needs value not more depleted people.  It’s nice to have a city like Chicago have so much surpluses that poor people might have a good standard of living but you can’t have a majority of the people be poor and expect the budget to work out to support such a large population.  You can’t pay your teachers $85K per year, or your cops over six figures with unlimited overtime, and you can’t get upside down with pensions as your population decreases.  And by raising taxes more people will leave making the budget even worse. And thus we have a city run by Democrats under a progressive philosophy not rooted in reality—and the only thing they now have in their favor is that they can call themselves a sanctuary city—a place to hide from the law.  And that makes them all terribly pathetic.

Think Like a Billionaire: Trump’s great classic explains how things will be under General Kelly

 

This situation is so unusual, it was humorous to listen to the Sunday talk shows this week put all their hopes into the new chief of staff General John Kelly in utilizing a proper “chain of command” at the White House.  They hope that Kelly will eliminate the “chaos” at the White House as if the Republicans had their act together.   Who are they to give Trump any advice?  What they really mean is that they hope that General Kelly will use a chain of command structure to slow down the Trump administration into something the bureaucrats are more comfortable with.   Well, again, I have news for them and I’m really surprised that more people haven’t picked up on the past writings of Donald Trump because much of what the president is doing now he’s talked about before and the future is quite clear by studying that past.  As I’ve said, recently I’ve been reading many of the old Trump books from his last couple of decades of business activity and it’s been very revealing.  But in regard to this issue of assigning General Kelly to the chief of staff position the manner of Trump’s thinking can be best seen in the 2004 book Think Like a Billionaire.

I read Think Like a Billionaire when it first came out.  At the time I didn’t think much about it.  It had some good motivational stuff in it, but it read to me more like a blog posting in novel form.  I did get the feeling from it that Trump wanted to inspire people into more successful lives—which made me think well of him.  When he wrote that book he was about to marry Melania, Ivanka Trump was still in college and The Apprentice was just entering its second season.  Jeff Zucker was eating out of Trump’s hand because the new television star was nearly singlehandedly rescuing NBC from financial ruin.  Trump was hosting Saturday Night Live and had his picture proudly displayed on their wall of fame in that historic theater.  In 2004 Trump was one of the most sought after celebrities anywhere and the NBC network was very protective of him—because he was their guy.

Re-reading Think Like a Billionaire thirteen years later in 2017 was haunting because so many things have changed since then.  Jeff Zucker is now the head guy at CNN.  Saturday Night Live hates the Trump presidency and NBC was one of the first networks to go to war with Trump once it became obvious that Trump just might beat Hillary in the election of 2016.  Obviously, The Apprentice tried to continue with Arnold Schwarzenegger  but it didn’t work because the show needed Trump’s business sense.  An actor couldn’t fake it, the person running the board room had to be someone like Trump and the show died quickly into its new season without a business guy in the seat.  The New York Times which Trump spoke so highly about in Think Like a Billionaire is now one of the fake news outlets because they absolutely hate Trump now that he is president.   Even Mark Cuban was spoken about favorably in Trump’s book.  So many who were literally kissing Trump’s ass in 2004 now are his mortal enemies and for some strange reason they actually think it will put a stop to the forward progress of Donald Trump.

One thing that is quite clear about Donald Trump in Think Like a Billionaire is that he thrives with a flat line management style and that is clearly what he’s doing now in his White House.   The reason for the success of The Apprentice is clearly due to the amount of people Trump has feeding him information for which he can then make final decisions as the point man.  The Trump Organization has always been a very dynamic force where everything flows to Trump as directly as possible.  A chain of command is not his style because he likes to be hands on with everything.   By having a flat organizational chart it allows Trump to jump from department to department enacting his influence and that is how Trump has been so successful and why he has never been duplicated even though he has put down the blue print for anyone to follow.  Trump has been unique because only he has been willing to work so hard to excel under that management style.

Cowardly people often hide behind a chain of command structure so that they can appear to do important things without having the responsibility of making hard decisions.  The military loves chains of command because it hides the sometimes bloody evil that occurs in the killing of the enemy allowing individuals to function clean of personal responsibility for institutional assassinations.  But the same chain of command allows losers and ladder climbers lacking merit to appear more valuable to an organization without having to actually do anything.   You can always sniff out a loser—by their strict adherence to a chain of command structure because it gives them cover in the peaking order of human existence.  They are the type of people who fear the sunlight of standing alone in the arena with the audience looking at them waiting for action.  Since they tend to not know what to do under those circumstances they seek the cover of a chain of command.

Strong people who are highly competent want the flexibility of moving wherever they need to as objectives are sought to complete resolution.  They don’t like chains of command because it slows down their natural leadership ability.  Imagine having to play chess by selling a board of directors on the merit of each move.  A good chess player wants to be able to move their pawns, rooks, kings and queens depending on what the game gives them—they certainly don’t want to be stuck explaining things along the way.  They just want action so they can win the game.  Trump has been successful using this method and he will continue to use that flat management method with General Kelly helping him do so.  If anything it will free Trump to move more quickly—it certainly won’t slow him down.  Kelly’s job is to help increase that lateral mobility while scooping up the leaks in the fast-moving White House.  So Republicans hoping that Kelly will slow down Trump need to get their grip on reality.  The move to Kelly was to speed things up, not to slow Trump down.

Think Like a Billionaire was a sequel to How to Get Rich—and these are books which essentially give readers a chance to tag along with Trump on all matters of his thinking from choices in cars to women.  Trump is very honest and open about his life and thinking with the intention that the reader might learn something to help them also achieve success in life.  But essentially the key to both books are that Trump’s management style is extremely flat—as most successful people are.  People who struggle through life are those who depend on chains of command.  Trump isn’t going to change anything at this point—he thrives under pressure so that is what Republicans better get used to.  I would recommend to them that they go back and read these Trump books, especially Think Like a Billionaire.  It is an extremely fascinating book now that he is president.   Historically, there really isn’t anything like it—it’s a book that has tremendous insight into a person who is president of the United States before he was serious about running.   But what it tells best is what is about to happen.  It shows a person who is always thinking and always working and now that he’s in control of the Republican Party only people who love hard work will survive.  The lazy people will lose their jobs—and that’s how it will be in the Trump White House.

Trump the Author: Predicting the future by reading the past

I enjoy these little banters between Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck because they show why the former media icon is now on the outside looking in.  Both of them really were handily defeated at Fox News and cast into the oblivion by their enemies and yet they still don’t seem to understand why.  They are both still effective, Beck with his radio show and O’Reilly with is best-selling books—but both have lost big to the political left and are still seething from the experience.   It is bizarre to hear what these people say regarding advice for Donald Trump’s presidency.  I mean they are both industry insiders so they know the players and the game—but they still don’t get it.  It’s astonishing to hear them speak as history lunges itself forward then looking back on everything in retrospect in a way.

The movements and the pageantry of the Trump administration over the last week, first in letting Sean Spicer go then Reince Preibus so soon in their tenures within the White House is a good thing, certainly not bad.  And the warning shots at Jeff Sessions were productive—because it got that horse of a Justice Department that is used to standing around doing nothing all the time on the track and running.  A good manager knows how to assess a situation and when to adjust to it. We don’t care how things have been done in the past, or how long previous press secretaries have done their jobs in previous administrations.  When people show that they are struggling or better people come along, it is important to make the switch as soon as possible—and to have the courage to do so in order to fulfill an objective even though you might personally like the people you’re dealing with.   I think Trump liked Reince and Spicer a lot, but he likes winning better—so it was time to make some cuts to the team to get better. And there is nothing wrong with that.

I feel like I know Trump really well—maybe better than Bill O’Reilly does.  Sure O’Reilly “knows“Trump.  They’ve been to baseball games together and played around together but even so I think the personality and thinking of Trump is an enigma to O’Reilly.  You can do things with people and even be friends with them without actually knowing who they are.  However, as a personality type I process information in a similar way as Trump.  Like me he is very open about himself and the world around him in his vast writings, which is something most people don’t know about him.  He has written a lot and he enjoys it—and it is impossible not to notice aspects of his character within his work.   A lot of Trump’s writing is autobiographical so it’s filled with a lot of unintentional self-analysis.  And that is certainly not a negative; it makes me feel greatly for the new president.  He is very open about himself and how he thinks because he always intended with his books to mentor other people into success.  He is not a selfish person by any means—even though he comes across that way to the uninformed eye.  For instance given the nature of the current show Saturday Night Live and how they’ve treated him it is stunning to go back into one of his decade old classics and read what he said about a 2004 experience he had with Jeff Zucker at NBC and the rest of the SNL cast when he was asked to guest host the show.

It was in Trump’s book Think Like a Billionaire that he broke down little trinkets of successful thinking usually with only a page or two long chapters throughout.  But when it came to the chapter on his experience at the 2004 filming of Saturday Night Live he goes on for seven pages meticulously detailing the entire week leading up to the filming. It was obviously quite an honor for Trump to be asked to host the show and it was fascinating to learn of all the people involved because many of them are his dire enemies now.  They loved him when he had the top show on NBC with The Apprentice.  They liked him so long as he stayed somewhere that they felt they had control of his big personality.  But when he decided to quit and run for president in 2015 they all literally turned against him.  It is all very Atlas Shrugged—right off the pages of Ayn Rand.  It’s bizarre to read these things in hind-sight.  I read quite a lot and I have read all Trump’s books before just because they were part of popular culture and I felt I needed to keep up with what was happening and he turned out to be a pretty interesting person.  But to read what happened and how everyone thought ten and twenty years ago about the person who is now president is truly fascinating.  I have enjoyed re-reading Trump’s books lately with the benefit of hindsight.  For instance it was truly enthralling to read Trump talk about the Access Hollywood stuff with Billy Bush 11 years before it became a scandal which you can do in that same book about his SNL experience.  It really puts things in perspective and if the media wanted to do anything but destroy him, they’d go back and study the subject like I am.  Anyway, it was obvious by his own writing that he really loved his Saturday Night Live experience and wanted to treasure it forever.  But after becoming president all his old friends literally sought to rip away from him anything good that had ever happened between them.  It’s like reading about a bad divorce.  Whenever I hear such things you know that two people said really marvelous things to each other at some point—otherwise they never would have been married.  But once one of them cheats on the other or something else happens you hear about all the bad breath, how fat the other person is, and how they don’t do this or that correctly.  NBC literally kissed the ass of Donald Trump because he was a big money-maker for them and they felt betrayed when he stepped into politics and took away their progressive platform to the White House. They could have kept it if they chose, but instead they went on the attack literally for all the reasons that John Galt was attacked in Atlas Shrugged.

Trump is battle hardened like no other president in history and I think he’s doing a marvelous job—and he will be remembered as the greatest that we’ve ever had.   Every day is literally a historic occasion in his White House. And if you know Trump you can just imagine what’s coming next with some accuracy.  Going back to the Saturday Night Live chapter of Think Like a Billionaire and applying the whirlwind energy and sheer number of people who Trump dealt with back then on a daily basis you can easily imagine what it must be like for the people working around Trump now in the White House.  I can see easily how people like Sean Spicer and Reince Preibus made mistakes just in trying to keep up with him.  Unlike me, Trump likes people and he spends a lot of time with them and enjoying conversations. That is where he and I part company to quite an extreme.  I don’t like people even though I feel compassion and empathy for them, I tend to feel like everyone wants something so I am very discriminate how I spend my time with them.  Donald Trump isn’t like that—he enjoys people yet he enjoys himself too—he has a great balance and it works for him—which is how he became so rich and successful to begin with—he did it the old-fashioned way with really hard work and lots of networking.

Yes it hurts Trump that people who used to like him at The New York Times and at SNL are now his mortal enemies.  And it hurts him when friends like Reince Preibus fails to step up to the scope of the job Trump has elevated the White House to—but this is the guy who created Trump Tower and many other remarkable properties all over the world well before NBC approached him to do The Apprentice.  Trump built himself and his brand and a lot of people tagged along for the ride.  But they do sometimes fall off.  The biggest difference between Trump and all other previous presidents is that he doesn’t stop to pick people up.  He feels sorry for people but he doesn’t allow that sorrow to change the course of excellence that he personally strives for every single day.  Trump is the American dream—he is a product of our country to every degree and he has a very intense desire to give back to it.  And he’s going to do so in spite of what anybody else has to say about it—and it is that element that Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck miss about President Trump.  Neither one of them gets it—and out of anybody they should know best.   But their static thinking just won’t allow them to see what’s really going on because their formulative thinking has been forged by previous administrations—which is a major mistake because Trump has no intention on being anything less than the best and most unusual administration in the history of the world.  Anything short of that he would consider a failure and as he is writing the books of this last chapter of his life—and he’s not going to end on anything less than a spectacular climax.  It’s just not the way he does things.

There Are a Lot of Dead Birds Today: The brilliance of Trump’s strategies

Who wants to be on the front lines of combat with some dude who wants to wear a dress? Or spends their time in R&R doing their nails?  This whole notion of putting sexual predilections into the military together to fight on the front lines has been pure insanity.  What foreign force will respect troops dressed like Bruce Jenner—prepared for a crazy night on Duval Street rather than ripping off the heads of the enemy and sticking it on a pike with a nice American flag sticking out of the forehead?  War is not a game and neither is the military and sexual preferences have no place in it.  You can’t mix men and women and not expect some monkey business and you certainly can’t include people who don’t know what sex they are and put them in a battlefield scenario—and expect success.  Trump was right to make things clear.  Trump is in charge of the military and he has the right and obligation to set things right, and he did.

Of course the progressives have always wanted to weaken the American military because their goal has always been to bring down our borders, to remove our sovereignty and diminish our global sales pitch for capitalism so that a central government led by the United Nations would then run all the countries of the world. One way they planned to execute this task was to get Americans involved in every war possible so that the world would push back and refuse the help of the United States—killing our people and using the negative public relations to further hamper our involvement in places rife with discontent—like Syria, the Middle East in general, all of South America, Mexico, Asia, Africa, all of Europe—virtually everywhere.  Progressives have sought global collapse created by chaos which they planted, then they wanted to be the ones to offer a solution of leadership.  It is essentially the exact same plan they had with our American healthcare system.  Load it with top-heavy costs, collapse it with impracticality, and then resurrect it with a single payer system.  It’s the progressive playbook and the whole nonsense of putting a bunch of he/she’s in the military was meant to destroy it as an institution.  It was never about equality, it was always about destroying the American military with even more bureaucracy and the essence of the fighting spirit it takes to maintain such a role.

When Trump said on the campaign trail that he would support the LGBTQRSTUV community he wasn’t talking about destroying things just to show fairness to specific groups. It’s one thing to protect people like Boy George from being beaten the hell out of on a public street for looking like a freak, it’s quite another to give him a machine gun and stick him on the front lines in North Korea to force them to the negotiating table of nuclear disarmament.  American forces need to be lean, mean, fighting machines meant to evoke fear and compliance—not to attend dance parties and smoke pot.  Sex should not be a part of military culture in any way.  When asking people to put their lives on the line we should not also ask them to be politically correct.  Those two things just are not compatible.

Then of course as there always is in good strategy multiple achievements to reap from such an action as Trump conducted.   The liberal people who have been hammering Trump for months with phony scandals and terrible press really care about this LBGTQ crap—and Trump took a punch at it likely on purpose.  Doing so not only builds the morale of the troops, but it really pissed off the liberals in the media and that’s what they get.  Trump tried to be a nice guy and be inclusive.  Since it didn’t work why not just do the right thing and piss everyone off?  The left pushed, and pushed and pushed and once all these investigations drug in Trump’s family into the mess he fired back starting with this LGBTQ issue.  Why try to work with the other side if they are just going to spit in your eye?  They did it to themselves and guess what, the media spent the next two days outraged over the issue and covered pretty much only that while the Senate worked on healthcare legislation and Jeff Sessions started the crackdown on leakers in our intelligence branches.  A good strategist knows how to kill many birds with one stone, and Donald Trump is a great strategist.  There are a lot of dead birds today.

I’d go so far to say that when Trump speaks he deliberately tries to get people to underestimate him.  The guy is very intelligent; you can tell that by reading his many best-selling books.  He has deep introspection on a situation and is magnificently observant.  I would go as far to say that everything he does is strategy and he’s great at it and many people are being played who don’t even know it yet—in the Republican Party, on the Democratic side of the political spectrum and in the media.  I think if the media had been nicer to Trump—he might have let the LGBTQ issue go for a while even though the military obviously hated the idea.  But why not make the military people happy and piss off Trump’s enemies at the same time—and get everyone talking about one thing while the other important things scoot by unmolested by stupid millennial fresh out of college who make up most of the new media these days fixated on a progressive idea they were taught in school which was so important—when its really not.

I am personally insulted that these LGBTQ people seek so adamantly to impose themselves on my life. I mean its one thing to be weird and have a mental illness and have compassion for people like that.  It’s quite another to bring down our entire society just to make those people feel OK about themselves.   I think The Rocky Horror Picture Show is one of the dumbest and vile works of art that has been produced in the 20th century and it is essentially that culture that is seeking to destroy the things that I personally value about American culture.  If those freaks want to dress up like girls and have sex with each other—have at it in the privacy of your own homes.  But if you flaunt it in my face which is built on the basic Christian model of America’s founders—then there are big problems.  When two lesbians are in line in front of me at an amusement park with their hands down each others pants kissing—it’s an assault on my basic premise for existence—and I take it personal.  I don’t behave that way in public with my wife because little kids might be watching and it’s not good for them to be thinking about sex at a young age.  They should be thinking about other things.  And these gay rights parades with all their rainbows are simply assaults on traditional America—a traditional America which I love.  We always hear what’s fair for those people, but what about what’s fair for me and people who think like me?  I’m not OK with a Rocky Horror Picture Show America and I sure as hell don’t want those people in my military representing my country in a life and death situation.

Trump achieved a lot of things by denying LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ people from the military but probably better than anything he solidified his base. It made people like me love him even more.  It’s about time someone does the right thing decisively and without a whole bunch of meetings and testimony and just made a decision.  The people who are mad about it I’m glad because those idiots have been shoving this shit down our throats for entirely too long.  We’ve had to take it and pay for it with our tax money pulling us into an essential evil for way too long and it’s nice to get a little revenge.  I wouldn’t feel that way if progressives had not been so aggressive in attempting to destroy a country I love to begin with—and a traditional value system that’s I represent and believe in.

I’ve known a lot of weird people and have been friends with quite a few of them. I do not advocate beating people up or harming them just because they are different.  But they are not allowed to destroy the values of our society so that they can operate without guilt among their peers.  If you show up at a convenient store all tattooed up and looking like a pin cushion with a hot pink spiked Mohawk, people are going to look at you strangely—because the appearance is something foreign to the value system of our Christian based culture in America.  Legislation to prevent people from looking at such people as weirdoes won’t stop the thought because dressing in such a way is weird.  So are desires for anal sex with a man or woman.  There is nothing good about it.  It’s a perversion on values that might be fun in the moment but leads to regrets latter—like tattoos.  And that’s what we are talking about with LGBTQ people—it’s a phase of their lives, a sexual decision and it’s meant for the bedroom.  It’s not meant for public policy.  In the military where soldiers forfeit their individuality there is no private space—so the institution has to have guidelines to keep everyone in the right frame of fighting spirit.  It doesn’t matter what other militaries do elsewhere in the world, because nobody is as good as the United States.  We are the pace setters.  And Trump made the right decision for that institution to do what it’s supposed to do—win fights wherever they occur.  The LGBTQ people can live their lives elsewhere, but they don’t have a right to destroy our values just to do their thing.  That is why we have to be careful who is in the military and keep our mind on the objective of maintaining a status as a successful country—and not get sidetracked with progressive attacks on our traditional values.
