On more than a few occasions during the last week, prior to the November elections, readers, friends and otherwise have expressed to me their concern that things would ever get better—that our current American society seems destined to slide into a communist rot driven by the old hippies of the “Flower Child” generation.  I can understand the concern as even forty and fifty-year-olds that didn’t come of age during the 60s but was still infected by communism, such as the current Obama administration, think like they do.  But not everyone does.  The trouble makers are easy to spot, they are usually academics raised on Marxism, socialism and progressive causes for the benefits of global communism.  The closer to modern education they are, the worse they are, and more statist their beliefs.  But along those same demographic age groups a ray of hope is emerging that will not tolerate the communist utopia that the modern political left dreams of—and the resistance won’t be pretty.

Many believe that the modern Tea Party was inspired by the Republican Party through the likes of Karl Rove to unify the senior citizens in their party.  Because of that and other reasons many Tea Party types are questioning whether the Tea Party should even keep such a name, because a whole new generation of rebel rousers, and freedom lovers is emerging that doesn’t feel driven by reverence for the American Revolution.  Instead, they were raised on Rambo movies, Asteroids video games, rock and roll, and large doses of capitalism provided by the Ronald Reagan presidency.  I have said often that many of the problems of the early 2000s are due to the failed statist policies of the “Flower Children.”  They are currently in charge right now in politics, business, entertainment, and education.  But behind them on the age bracket are the kind of people who listened with great reverence to the music of Metallica, Kiss, Judas Priest and many other heavy metal bands.  The “Flower Children” had Bob Dylan, the Beatles and other pacifists.  The 80s rebel rousers had songs like this one shown below by Metallica called “Don’t Tread On Me.”  Listen to the words carefully and watch the video.  It contains within it the future of America.

I’ve been a body-guard, a repo man, and a bouncer at times and before or after conflicts I would turn on this song by Metallica to charge myself up.  Even now, twenty years later, the song still has reverence for me, it was written well before there was a Tea Party or even a Barack Obama.  Back then, freedom was still an illusion and the national debt was manageable—yet Metallica saw the writing on the wall like the rest of the people from my generation do—and they are quite pissed off about it.  Metallica songs like this one are representative to how we feel, so any kind of communist utopia that Obama and the wealthy power-hungry billionaires like George Soros intend, will not make any real traction.  Instead, it will push my generation into open revolution as they will not yield to statism—once they finally admit to themselves that government is a problem.

I have a long time running joke in my family that my favorite people are those under the age of 12 and over the age of 65, everyone else in between is broken and not worth my time.  The reason is that the ages stated that I enjoy are human beings not functioning from a sexual nature.  Once the pituitary kicks in and young people become sexually interested, they go into a cloud of misdirected deceit for the next 50 years of their life, until their sexual nature kicks off again and they can resume logical thinking as senior citizens.  Most of the people who listen to Metallica along with me are from this broken age where their primary purpose is still power for the sake of sexual gratification—the ability to plant a seed or receive a seed which is the mating custom of human beings.  Most of our economy and our entire political structure is built around this ridiculous notion.  But once these people move into their senior citizen status, they will still have the music and philosophy of their youth, but not the sexual misconduct to motive their thoughts, much the way today’s communists and Marxists have risen to dominance no longer distracted by drugs and sexual orgies.  When the Metallica generation hits this period, there will not be unlimited compliance to statist policies.  There will be open rebellion, and the old hippies will have died off leaving this new rebellion to run everything—and their mode of philosophy will be capitalism—the kind they grew up with during the years of Ronald Reagan.

So fret not all who read this.  The statism of today will not last.  There isn’t money to support communism in America and there is not a will by the public to embrace it.  They’ve tasted freedom even if for a brief moment during a Metallica concert, or in a car driving down the highway at over 100 miles per hour with open containers of beer flowing freely between the occupants.  Freedom is something people are waiting for—because it is reflected in their art—the songs that are listed on their iPods—songs like Metallica’s “Don’t Tread On Me.”

I can speak for myself, that song reflects my thoughts.  I will not yield to communism, statism, socialism, or anything the Obama administration creates.  They do not represent me and I refuse their system of beliefs. I want nothing to do with Obama’s view of America, a socialist paradise born in the laboratory of college campuses in love with European hierarchy.  And the Tea Party is not so much about today’s senior citizens getting politically active.  It’s about them waking up and smelling the coffee and wanting to fix things because sexuality no longer clouds their minds as the logic of youth has returned to their creative minds.  At the roots of the Tea Party movement is a much harder core belief system that is angry and ready to direct their thoughts, and those intentions will not move toward communism, but away from it. An entire generation grew up on that song, and deep in their hearts they believe it.

There were not politicians like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz even a decade ago.  They are a new emergence and are of the same age as I am–products of the 1980s.  It would not surprise me if Senator Ted Cruz does not listen to Metallica on his iPod as he travels through the airport.  I would not be surprised if Rand Paul doesn’t still have the Metallica CD in his personal music library.  I would not be surprised to learn that they personally liked the song, “Don’t Tread On Me.”  The good news is that there are more of these types of people moving into political positions.  I can name three who are potentially going to be West Chester Trustees.  They could down 10 beers at Jags, put their fist through a window, and then balance a check book all within an hour of each other, and they are not that far off the kind of thinking that I have.  They are not statists, but good people who work hard, play hard, and don’t bow to anybody—and they are coming of age.

What’s at stake for the statists is the fantasy of compliance.  They will have their victories in this time and place because what we are seeing are the fantasies of the “Flower Children”—a world of forced peace holding hands under the power of government imposition by the leadership of the political left.  But tomorrow, they will see their influence erode away into silliness.  If and when the bullets start flying, people like me won’t be calling 911.  I’ll shoot back—with a much bigger gun, and I’ll crank up “Don’t Tread On Me” while doing it.  But compliance to statism is not an option.  It’s not going to happen under any conditions.

So the answer to the question of whether or not things get better—it eventually will.  It will get worse because the left is in charge, and they will fall flat on their face with intrusive social policies, bankruptcy, and a weakened society that is tired of a leftist flat line human existence.  Once the left fails completely—and they are currently–my generation will be there with Metallica blowing wind into our sails, and we are the calm generation.  The generation that comes after us is even less interested in communism, socialism, social sharing, and all the “Flower Child” passivity of the 60s.  They are playing Grand Theft Auto and first person shooters till the small hours of the morning and listening to music that is even angrier than Metallica.  So as you listen to the song “Don’t Tread On Me” by Metallica think of the world that is coming, not the one that’s currently here.  As a friend of mine asked me late last week, “is there hope.”  And, “what should be the new name of the Tea Party?”  The answer to both is, yes there is hope, defiance is alive in the hearts of millions and they are very close to going over the edge presently.  For me, I would call this new rebellion not after the patriots of yesteryear, but after the mythology of the present—I would say that what is happening is part of the Red Pill Rebellion.  Over two years ago I spoke about the red pill versus the blue pill as articulated by the film, The Matrix.  Our modern age is all about waking up to the truth that has always been there, yet was covered up by an entire society addicted to their blue pills of illusion.  More and more people are starting to take the red pill of truth, and they aren’t happy to see what has happened to the world while they slept.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.

I will enjoy tearing apart the world that the “Flower Children” made for us, the idiots who supported school levies, the advocates of The Great Society, and the nut jobs who brought America socialism through Social Security.  The world of Barack Obama deserves to perish in its thinly disguised exploitation of the human race in the name of fairness for the ultimate aim of government expansion and control over every human being.  I will laugh as each of their statist policies perishes, and I will laugh with each tear they shed in the coming years.  I despise them, and will enjoy watching the framework of their social destruction dismantle under their own power, and when they turn to others to rob them of resources to maintain their illusion, I will proclaim with any force necessary, “DON’T TREAD ON ME.”  And I will enjoy it thoroughly.

Yes, there is hope, and I would call it The Red Pill Rebellion, and it is growing in force, and effectiveness, partly by default, and partly by momentum.  20 years ago I predicted this age that we are currently in, and it occurred right on time, just as I always said it would.  With the same boldness, I predict the age of The Red Pill Rebellion, and the result of that time is a nightmare to the statists.  Trust me…………….

Lakota Employees Seeking A $117.50 Per Month Pay Raise: The hidden intention of the 2013 Levy

Even some of my most bizarre claims written about here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom will prove over time and lack of emotional investment to be correct.  Truth is often stranger than any fiction, and the blackness of the hearts behind politics are more sinister than a conscious mind can often allow itself to comprehend.  And this has never been more true than the Lakota levy of 2013 where the claim of necessity has been the safety of students from unforeseen dangers, assistance to the parents by returning some busing privileges, and a maintenance of real estate values to the Lakota community.  The reality is much, much grimmer than that, and once it is understood and accepted reveals the true intention of the proposed tax increase, which can be seen in the following chart.  Lakota employees stand to make after the acceptance of the tax increase at least $117.50 more per month with the proposed raises lined up for a 2014 teacher’s contract with the LEA.  As wages in the private sector have hovered around stagnation, and the economy through government tampering has flat lined, government workers here in the form of Lakota teachers and administrators seek to defy market value with forced tax increases to do nothing but pad their own pockets with looted money—stolen through coercion and deceits.Slide 4

The coercion and deceits are the emotional pleas and out-right lies about the status of the Lakota finances and the cause of educational failure.  Lakota uses children as emotional hostages to move voters into seeing their point of view.  As government workers they are using the same strategy that was so evident during the government shutdown where even the Great Smoky Mountains was shut down to inconvenience visitors into voting for politicians who will continue throwing money into a bottomless pit of inefficiency, and unregulated spending.  Even when Blount County police offered to keep the park open by doing the job of the park rangers, it was rejected for the same reason that Lakota would never allow a person like me to step in and run Lakota from the teaching side, or the finance side the way it should be properly.  The goal is never to solve the problem in government, but only to create more if the terms are not meant.  In Lakota’s situation, they propose less pain to the community if they get a tax increase, but the only thing that will change is that the employees will get a raise when their current wages are already too high and most of their positions are completely unneeded.  Most of the assistant positions at Lakota could be eliminated completely without having any impact on education.  Many jobs at the administrative level were created by government for the benefit of government.  Most of the employees at Lakota outside of direct supervision spend most of their day gossiping to one another and playing on the internet.  They don’t do much, yet they expect to get a raise in pay when they already average over 30% more in compensation than the average Lakota tax payer.

The Lakota levy is about nothing but money and they are more than willing to use the children of the community as strategic bargaining chips of pure extortion to protect themselves from more economic bad times ahead.  2014 will also bring additional costs to the average tax payer of Lakota through the Obamacare impact that will drive up insurance premiums from one of the largest socialist programs ever attempted against the American people with the most intrusive wealth redistribution scam ever conducted.  The exact cost of that intrusion will not be known until insurance companies figure out how much they are allowed to drive up their costs now that they are even more of an oligopoly than they were before, as the federal government has just guaranteed their existence and profitability.  Just for being born, every living, breathing citizen is now required to purchase the product of health insurance as choice has been removed.  (No wonder insurance companies supported Obama on this matter)  It is an arrangement by the federal government for the good of itself.  Similarly, Lakota is doing the same thing.  Every human being born is required by the federal government to get an education approved by the state.  For most children that means the public school that dominates the politics of their local community.  No matter how good the school is, or bad, there isn’t any choice in the matter.  If school is not attended, and taxes paid to it, coercion will be used to either jail the perpetrators, or seize the property for lack of payment.  The threat of coercion keeps everyone paying money through taxes even when they know it’s fundamentally wrong.  Lakota knows this, so they can get by with their exploitation of their students and the parents because government has given them a monopoly over the education process, so performance is never the issue.  Lakota is free to hire unneeded staff to “create jobs, or go on strike through their education union to drive up their wage rates.  But make no mistake about it, the Lakota levy is about nothing other than giving the employees at Lakota an average pay raise of $117.50 per month.

Most every tax payer in Lakota during 2014 will pay a lot more in either taxes or health insurance premiums—likely both.  Most families could easily be paying more than $150 per month in 2014 for the same level of insurance as they had in 2013 just because of the wealth redistribution plan enacted by the government against them and on top of that, Social Security is set to increase as well.  Then there is the Lakota levy where yet another inefficient government blob of incestuous public employees wish to raise taxes on the same tax base that is already hurting—and the only reason they are doing it is because the employees at Lakota want a pay raise, when most of the tax payers contributing to the school have no prospect of any kind of raise in the foreseeable future.  Some of them will likely lose their jobs once Obamacare kicks in.   Employers will not be able to afford carrying them any longer due to the cost increases.  But Lakota doesn’t care because whenever they get into trouble they can afford to carry all their employees even when declining enrollment states they should have a massive layoff.  Lakota can do this because the federal government has given them coercive power over property owners due to a monopoly status.  When Lakota needs more money they just propose a tax increase and promise that the children of the tax payers will not be harmed if the money is paid.

Meanwhile the umbrella of the federal government through now health care, through Social Security, and especially education hits the same tax payers year after year with cost increases where they nickel and dime every productive citizen until there isn’t anything left—and they don’t care whether or not the system is sustainable or not.  They are government, and they only want what they want and don’t care about the expense.  Lakota is a government entity—nothing more or less.  And they want their minimum pay raises of $117.50 per month and they could care less what it does to the rest of their community.  For that reason alone, every person of right mind should VOTE NO on the Lakota levy, and they should not feel ashamed in any way.  Saying NO is the only measure of fiscal restraint that there is against such a system that is parasitic in nature, and destructive in every way conceivable extending well beyond the wildest conspiracy theory.  Saying NO is a responsibility dedicated to good judgment in the face of an encroaching evil known as the federal government which looks to feed off the innocent for the benefit of its own growth and social imposition.

The Truth Behind Obamacare: Wisdom from a constitutional attorney

Obamacare is the most obvious encroachment of socialism into the lives of every American ever attempted.  It is an unequivocal intrusion of socialism against freedom.  It is an attack against the American Constitution by lawyer types looking to build their own legacy defiling the first attempt in human history at self-rule and individual freedom.  Most of the time I cover topics based on my own viewpoints.  However, occasionally I read something that drills home a subject in a way that I admire, and one such articulation of obscure analysis on the subject of Obamacare can be seen below—as interpreted by a constitutional lawyer.   He has read the entire bill, and provides a review based on those facts.  I have not read the entire bill, and I never will.  Before I follow that law….Obamacare…….I will break the law before I waste my life reading that crap.  But this guy has, and everyone should read his opinion.  So I present it to you as it was sent to me.  And I suggest that you send it dear reader to a friend or family member who needs to hear it.

The Truth About the Health Care Bills

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House
Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied
it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional
law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were
being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse
than what I had heard or expected.

To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its
implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media
are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care,
particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are
involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion
services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of
the medical profession.

The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of
business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions
about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal
bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals.
Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of
necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the
government.

However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In
fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of
providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient
cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of
government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this
law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of
the United States will effectively have been destroyed.

The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power
between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S.
Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama
Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives
of the American people, and the businesses they own.

The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate
in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text
of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members
of Congress to regulate health care.

This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the
Obama administration, of all of your personal healthcare direct
violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the
Constitution information, your personal financial information, and the
information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is
a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also
forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into
oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.

If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private
insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices
Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you.
It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid
application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment . However ,
that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law that allows
you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely
depriving someone of property without the due process of law.

So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so
much, out of the original ten in the Bill of Rights ,that are effectively
nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though.

The 9th Amendment that provides : The enumeration in the Constitution,
of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others
retained by the people;

The 10th Amendment states : The powers not delegated to the United
States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are
preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the
provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people
nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many
areas that once were theirs to control.

I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you
get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power
and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the
members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation
to support the Constitution.” If I was a member of Congress I would not
be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without
feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted
for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me
accountable.

For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they
consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights . There you
can see exactly what we are about to have taken from us.

Say NO To Perverts At Lakota: Sex, Sex, and More Sex–three times in four months during a levy campaign

Sex, and sex and more sex at Lakota schools with underage girls.  The reckless antics by Lakota employees continue even under the microscope of tax increase attempts going on the ballot.  For the third time in four months a full or part-time Lakota employee has been accused of having improper communications or contact with female students, as reported by the Cincinnati Enquirer.  The situation is so out of control that it is absolutely terrifying to consider how many of these employees have not yet been caught.

“In July, an Enquirer search of public records revealed that a full-time Lakota West math teacher – George Merk – had his teaching license suspended for 45 days during the summer break under an agreement with state education officials.

Merk admitted to state official’s improper behavior in communicating with some students but did not cross into physical contact.

And later in July, Robert E. Supinger, a long-term substitute teacher at Lakota West, was accused of kissing a student whom he also took to meet his parents.

Supinger was investigated by Lakota officials while he was teaching during the 2011-12 school year. Last July, state education officials revoked the 25-year-old Supinger’s teaching license; he is no longer allowed to teach in Ohio.”

Sheriff Jones Loses To Superintendent Mantia: Another Republican caves to political pressure

Of course Sheriff Jones fresh off his fundraiser duties for Cindy Carpenter is going to vote for the Lakota Levy.  He is part of the same generation that gave us all Medicare, huge national debts, and supports the kind of Republican that John Kasich is now, and the kind John Boehner has always been, soft compromising losers who allow themselves to be talked in to spending other people’s stolen tax money for the “greater good.”  Jones like those other Republicans has also recently caved on his position, where he stated he would not support a Lakota levy until there were police officers in the school hired to  protect students to avoid another Sandy Hook massacre—which Lakota has tried to exploit as a reason to support more tax increases.  Lakota blew off Jones and all his supposed power in politics to play their same hard-line yank to the left for all their opponents.  John Kasich lost to Obama going from a Tea Party governor, to a boot licking, money groveling advocate of Obamacare, in part because of Jones who worked the issue through his friend Bill Cunningham in the wake of the Senate Bill 5 debate, Boehner lost directly to Obama as a comfortable fat cat Washington insider caving on the government shutdown and presenting to the nation Obamacare, and Jones lost to Lakota, who blew him off with their open extortion tactic of not supporting Jones’ recommendation, and decided to not entertain the idea of hiring police for building security until they twisted more money out of the community with a tax increase.  So it comes as no surprise that Jones has come out in support of the Lakota levy.  In the past Sheriff Jones’ police officers watched openly the theft of many thousands of dollars of No Lakota Levy campaign signs, and did nothing about it.  After all, the police and teachers are basically all government union brothers and sisters, so they have each other’s back.

But there was a Letter to the Editor in this week’s Today’s Pulse which took the opposite position of Sheriff Jones regarding the Lakota levy and pointed out the game superintendent Mantia is really playing, which ultimately defeated Jones.  Jones drew a hard-line in the sand about security at Lakota, similar to Obama’s hard line with Syria, only to have Mantia ignore it in much the way that Obama’s was ignored.  In the end, it was Jones who ended up eating out of Mantia’s hand ignoring the obvious ploy of extortion which is revealed to anybody paying attention.  The letter writer below did notice.

Law enforcement people told the school district that seven additional security people are needed to protect Lakota from a tragedy like Newtown. Lakota has given no indication of taking action on this recommendation and is delaying hiring pending passage of the November levy. The cost for this added security is $350K per year.

At a special July 8th school board meeting that focused on putting the levy on the ballot, I spoke to the board and Dr. Mantia about the need to immediately take action on hiring the recommended seven people.  Stating that the student’s safety is a number one priority, Dr. Mantia said it was also essential to balance the budget.  When a school board member questioned her if there was a plan on how to proceed with the hiring, the superintendent did not answer his question.

There are two elements of increasing the security of Lakota’s facilities – changes to the building’s physical structure and a visible presence of security personnel. Common knowledge that someone may be present to stop a dangerous intruder is a very effective way to deter violence on Lakota’s campus. The potential of a counterforce presence can actually be more potent than other security measures like cameras or limited access entrances.

On May 29th, the board summarily approved $534K to blacktop parking lots and tennis courts.  At the September 30th meeting, the district had an excess of 90-days available operating cash (the district spends on average about $400K a day), and it projects that it will have almost $1.4 million in surplus for the 2013-2014 year.

The Lakota school board is pregnant with the knowledge that steps need to be and can be immediately taken to improve student’s safety. Delaying hiring security people so that it is dependent on the levy’s passage borders on extortion.

During the last school board meeting there was a presentation about Facilities and Security.  Some schools have their main office in the middle of the building instead of adjacent to the entry doors.  The plan is to convert classrooms by the doors to offices and force pass throughs to the office.  Lakota indicated that they already have cameras looking at the doors and buzzer access after students’ morning entry.  One school has a curved front, and they said that it would take extra work.  That is the scope of the $6.3M Mantia said would be spent on security.  What Lakota is really doing is taking extra class-rooms which are emptying because there are fewer students with the declining enrollment and hiding that fact from the public by using them for “pass throughs” for so-called security purposes—which is laughable.  When the subject of that declining enrollment was brought up, Mantia was sensitive to it.  She argued that the district cut 150 teachers and they are short-staffed.  (based on what?)  She said there isn’t a direct correlation between the number of students and the number of teachers needed.  This too is laughable.  Mantia as a former teacher obviously has been brain-washed to believe the old union talking points—when questioned about anything—blame it on being short-staffed.   This is how Lakota ended up with so many redundant administration positions.  CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO SEE SOME OF THEM.

During the last decade when enrollment was going up, Lakota argued they needed more money because of the imposition that more students placed upon their employment base.  Now that the opposite is true, Mantia wishes to convince the tax payers that there is little to no correlation between the numbers of employees and student enrollment numbers.  Really?  That is like McDonald’s declaring that if they only had two customers a day, they’d need a full staff of 25 workers to cover those two people who might come in to order coffee.  It is preposterous.  Mantia is obviously all wrong about her thinking.   Instead of all her proposals for the over $13 million she wants to raise with this new tax increase, she should be looking at massive lay-offs and consolidating some of the empty buildings instead of dumping more money into buildings that only have unneeded employees in them and no students.

Now it is clear why Sheriff Jones is supporting the Lakota levy even though they snubbed him publically.  As a fellow government worker, he is in the same boat as Mantia.  If he were to ever lose support for his budget from the Butler County tax base, he’s facing many of the problems that Lakota is now.  So he really doesn’t have a choice but to support the same system which he also benefits from.  Mantia knew it at the start of his campaign, just like Obama knew that Boehner would cave once the debt ceiling hit.  Republicans do not have the will to cut up the government credit card and Obama played his hand with that knowledge on the government shut down debate.  Mantia knew that Jones did not have the political capital to stand apart from Lakota, so she played her hand against him, and still earned his endorsement.  Her token concession of turning some empty classrooms into “security” zones was enough to let Jones come away from his position of hiring live police officers for increased security, and earn his support.

The people who support the Lakota levy are the people who directly receive benefit from the service directly or indirectly.  Sheriff Jones receives benefit indirectly because so long as people support government schools, they are likely to continue supporting government police officers.  The other Lakota levy supporters like Mantia are voting in favor of their pay checks.  There isn’t anywhere else a person like her would make a quarter million dollars.  If she wasn’t in government she’d be lucky to make $9 dollars an hour in the private sector as her skills would be worthless as a token administrator.  Mantia also protects the teaching profession which gave her that looting opportunity so that future generations of teachers can do as she has and build high paying careers by playing the kind of games she did with Sheriff Jones, raking in a bounty that would make Caribbean pirates shy with bragging rights.  The other supporters are parents who want the services of a private education without having to actually pay for it, so they support the tax increase to feel like good parents when they are really just too busy to do the job themselves and expect the community to fund it for them.  They all have in common a love of social looting to serve their purposes.  They all support each other’s efforts even when they put on a show of discontent.  In the end, they are one and the same, part of the massive blob called collective government statists intent on the eradication of capitalism, and the new dawn of a socialist day where they will be exempt from the massive middle class and function as one of the social elite of public service.

Rebel Republicans Versus The Old School GOP: How Cindy Carpenter’s War Chest Gets Filled, and Why

Of course John Boehner and the rest of the Republicans caved as the debt limit neared.  Business and politics are so sinfully entangled that they can no longer be viewed separately, which is a tremendous problem.   Shortly after the deal was done and the Democrats and Republicans agreed on a bill that did nothing to Obamacare, the Republicans yielded once again to the radicals in Washington prompting Boehner to call his golf buddy 700 WLW talk show host Bill Cunningham to brag about it.  It is also noted that Cunningham’s other good local friend is Sheriff Jones who is about to be a special guest at Cindy Carpenter’s fundraising reception.  The network of the old statist bound GOP was clear in those defining moments of American history where the temperament of the nation moved to the left yet again because of the corrosive politics about to be unveiled.  

To understand what is going on with the Republican Party at the level of Washington D.C. it is best to look at examples within our local communities where the characters are better known, then understand that the same type of intermingling of ideals driven by crony capitalism is taking place.  When it is said that John Boehner is a dirty dealer willing to sacrifice conservative values in favor of a deal the context of Boehner’s construction must be understood.  The people who put him into power in the first place must be examined—then their reasons require understanding as to motive.  Understanding that, all one need to do is look at the Butler County Commissioner Cindy Carpenter fundraiser and study who was involved and why—because it is the same political machine that supports John Boehner.1FUND RAISER INVITATION

Many of the people in the following story are people I know, and the nature of the described activity is something that disgusts me.  Some of them I grew up with, and I think a lot of.  I disagree with their actions, but I like them as people because while I represent the New Rebellion of Conservative Republicanism, and they represent the Old School Machine Politics of the GOP, we have in common a love of capitalism.  The biggest differences between us are their love of crony capitalism and my love of laissez-faire capitalism.  Both views are far superior to the socialist leaning Democrats who are philosophically based on wealth redistribution.  At least the characters below are creating jobs, expanding the economy, and making the world better.  However, the alignment of business and politics should be forbidden, but as it will be shown below, is the dominate concern of the parties involved.  Politics should not be about using government to advance business ideals, but unfortunately, that is the current way of doing business, and it shouldn’t be.

They say that money is the mother’s milk of politics and it is absolutely true that you cannot run a campaign without money.  A few well-off politicians fund their own campaigns and do not have to take money from donors.  Those who are well-off were successful and are proven leaders who should be in the greatest position financially, socially, and philosophically to represent a republic.  Others, whose personal finances are less substantial, find themselves obliged to use a variety of methods to accumulate the money necessary to run for office.    This is the kind of person that John Boehner is, and County Commissioner Cindy Carpenter.  It is among the career politicians, however, that the fine art of raising money so that they can continue holding office has become a way of life that varies between the moral and the immoral role of government infringement into individual lives.

There are always individuals who have businesses that can either be helped or hurt by political office holders.  They tend to be generous donors to the campaigns of incumbents who will make the decisions that will positively or negatively impact those business owners businesses, thus the concept of crony capitalism was born.  Power-hungry nut jobs who would be successful in no other endeavor find they have power over businessmen and women because they hold the regulatory purses of a community.  Smart business people find that to appease these parasites, they must contribute money to purchase the loyalty of the politicians and once they have them in their pocket, they keep them in place to preserve their business interests.

There is yet another source of “donations” to incumbents that is less well-known.  In the not too distant past in Butler County it was common for the holders of elective office to require as a condition of employment that their subordinates register in their political party and work the streets when election time came distributing literature and actively campaigning to get their boss re-elected.   This even went so far as to have office holders subtly require that their employees  make contributions to their boss’ election campaign.  There was a not too subtle suggestion that promotions or continued employment depended on the size of the contribution.

If you have the opportunity to ask anyone who was in the employment of Butler County 20 years ago and you will easily confirm this.

The system existed because the non-union county employees are “employees at will.”  That is to say, they can be let go without any explanation, union workers have used this practice to advance their cause for years, and is yet another by-product of crony capitalism.  This is the cause of most government employees nationally who are unionized.  Unfortunately instead of the situation in Butler Country where such the trend was to push for employees to become Republican, union employees are pushed into voting for Democrats.  Both use collectivism to advance a political cause, and are wrong in their approach.   There is no civil service system on the county level as there is in the Federal Government where government employees have a myriad of rules protecting them and preventing them from being discharged at the whim of the elected official.  This Federal system is the result of laws enacted after President Garfield was assassinated by a disgruntled office seeker.

The question comes as to whether or not this practice still exists.  Imagine if you would the case of a county commissioner.  The commissioners have no direct employees, but they do control the budgets of every department in the county.  The good will of a commissioner can ensure that your budget is not “trimmed” as much as might be otherwise appropriate when it comes time to tighten the belt.   County commissioners also approve a wide variety of land use rezoning.  They wield, as a result, a great deal of influence that can be turned to the purpose raising those pesky donations that are so necessary to run for office.

This said, might one not wonder why, during October 2013, when the Butler County Commissioners are approving the budgets for the various departments of county government by Commissioner. Cindy Carpenter held a political fund-raiser on October 17th and from the guest list shown on the enclosed picture, the objective is easy to determine.  Each Monday from October 7th, through the 21st, the commissioners held public hearings to review and approve the budgets of the various county departments.  See how it works; donate money to Carpenter’s campaign and hope that the doors of government are opened to the financial donors.  Businessmen after all don’t provide contributions out of the goodness of their heart, but as an investment.  Under a political system of crony capitalism, they really have no choice, if they want to be in business, or stay in business; they have to pay to play ball.

Commissioner Carpenter was Clerk of Courts prior to becoming a Butler County commissioner.  Between 2006 and 2008 she raised a total of $5,215 from various county employees.  The Clerk of Court’s office employed 67 individuals and received contributions from 81 county employees, elected county officials, and the family members of county employees.  These contributions ran from $5 to $1,000 and were even given by Sheriff Jones.

In 2010, the year that Commissioner Carpenter ran for the office of county commissioner, she raised $12,535 from 79 county employees, elected county officials, and the family members of county employees.  But the size of the donations ranged from $10 to $5,785, the latter again being from the Sheriff.    County Prosecutors donated $550.  The County Engineer donated $250. The Treasurer donated $200.  The Auditor donated $120, but strangely, the Recorder donated nothing.

Now, let us look at the list of people on the 2013 fund-raiser.  We again have Sheriff Jones.  Suddenly, we have the Recorder, Danny Crank, appearing on the list of the “host committee,” which translates as big donors.

The Sheriff’s interests are obvious.  His budget consumes over half of the general fund so it’s easy to see why Jones would be interested in assuring the goodwill of a commissioner; someone who will always vote to support his budget?  In 2011 during the Issue 2 campaign Sheriff Jones worked with Bill Cunningham of 700 WLW to defeat the collective bargaining reform bill enacted by John Kasich.  Jones bragged at the time about what a good job he had done securing his funding and managing his budget under the current collective bargaining restrictions.  What didn’t get talked about was that he had managed to stack the commissioner deck in his favor to help secure his funding and avoid the kind of budget shortfalls that most elected officials suffer through, who don’t have politics so firmly rooted in his corner.  Would Jones have the ability to manage his collective bargaining agreements if he didn’t have commissioners like Cindy Carpenter working so closely as an alley——–we’ll never know, because the relationship is common in Butler County politics and is as stable as sunshine in the desert.

As for Mr. Crank, one might suspect that he’s making up for lost time and has figured out that maybe he’d better catch up with the other elected officials in the donation category in order to protect his office from political pressure from the inside pushing him out.  Again, we’ll never know if the influence is corrosive or not because it is ever-present.  Only a complete acceptance of laissez-faire capitalism would end the practice described and the massive amount of money generated through taxes and distributed for the benefit of political contributors in the current crony capitalism system shown in Butler County and its politicians.

Then there is of course from the invite list Ms. Bea Lyons.  Her husband is a judge, whose budget is approved by the commissioners.  Tara D’Epfanio is also a county employee.  Joe Mulligan is a member of the Middletown City Council.  Any possibility that the county might make decisions that would be helpful or harmful to the city of Middletown?  And look at all the other township trustees on the list, why are they there?    Then there are the business men who either own or work for people who own large tracts of land and have major interests that are constantly before the county commissioners: Schwartz, Terry, Todd, and Wunnenberg, three of those four I know personally, and like.  I know why they are there, and so do they.  They aren’t looking for pictures of Cindy Carpenter to put on their desks.  They need to protect their investments from the looting tendencies of government, or advance their businesses using government to eliminate their competition.

The only people on this list who do not have financial interests, whose budgets are not controlled by the commissioners, or who are not family members are the other two commissioners: Dixon and Rogers.

There is no question what’s going on, everyone knows it.  And as I said at the start of this article, I’d rather deal with crony capitalism than socialism, so I like most of the people mentioned.  They are not bastions of rebellious conservatives the way I’d like to see the Republican Party.  They are not bad people, but are all caught in a bad system that began with the introduction of government into the affairs of business, and the destructive tendency of collectivism to introduce itself in both political parties.  I support candidates who refuse collectivism, who are independently wealthy, wise, or otherwise proven, and have no desire to live in a public office.  Those who make politics their business for more than a term or two, or an office or two, climbing their way up the ranks kissing anyone’s ass they can kiss to get them someplace powerful are people I want nothing to do with, and I don’t want my tax money feeding them anything.

John Boehner was built by the same system that supports Cindy Carpenter, and it is also why there is next to no chance of removing him from power.   In Washington Boehner has become very wealthy through the kinds of crony capitalism that is obvious at the Carpenter fundraiser.  Boehner is not the nastiest culprit in Washington, Mitch McConnell is quite a bit worse, but he has had to make enough deals that it compromises his moral authority.  After Boehner has compromised himself with dealings in order to generate money for his “war chest,” he has lost the ability to have firm political convictions which represent the people who elected him, and the republic of America is weaker because of it.  He is in the same position as Cindy Carpenter is in. What if Cindy told Sheriff Jones that she was supporting cuts in his budget that he disagreed with?  Where would the money for her “war chest” go?  The answer is that she would lose her office, and she would lose her influence, and ability to sit down with the real power of Butler County, the capitalists.

The best choice for future candidates is to vote for people who don’t need the money, and don’t want to do a public service job for their entire lives.  If voters continue to vote in favor of career politicians, they will get the same results and attract the kind of people who are terrified of actually performing in a capitalist system and fall in love with a name plate of power which sits on their desk given to them by donors who expect favors for their investment.  Those types of politicians then become the types who believe that society serves them, and that it is the duty of an electorate to provide babysitting services while they scream like tyrants at their subjects with the audacity of a Roman Emperor.  They believe such things because crony capitalism gives them false power by making the strong, the creative, and the intellectually superior beg like dogs at the feet of weaklings who get themselves elected to office by promises they can sell to the highest bidder.

Rich Hoffman Supports A School Levy: No……………………guess again

Obviously William Schmidt is baiting me to comment on the school levy situation in Springboro where I have praised the efforts of Kelly Khols, even though her board is putting up a renewal levy.  Schmidt and I have frequent banters back and forth and occasionally I use his arguments upon these pages as platforms for discussion.  He represents the normal pro education viewpoint and brings things to my attention that keep me plugged in to how “those people” see the world.  I am against Springboro’s renewal levy.  In fact, I support a complete disassembly of the public education system as we know it to be rebuilt as a competitive undertaking.  Public education is like the Harlem Globetrotters, they look good as long as they play the Washington Generals, but let them play in the NBA against the Heat, or the Lakers—who does anybody think would win?  The NBA is a competitive driven business where teams are forced to get better through competition.  The Harlem Globetrotters is a circus act of trick shots and nonsense.  That is why public education resembles the Harlem Globetrotters and not the Miami Heat.  I want to see education methods that make schools like the Heat and less like the Globetrotters so I do not support throwing money at schools through taxation.  However, my friends at No Lakota Levy who have much milder thoughts about public education than I do like the trend in Springboro of leaving a decreasing taxation footprint on the community over the coming years.  I used an add prepared by No Lakota Levy reflecting that sentiment on a recent posting which drove Schmidt to make the conclusions cited below.  CLICK TO REVIEW THAT ADD.

Once again in a Rich Hoffman blog I see a reference praising the Springboro schools.

I salute (and envy!) Springboro, which is reducing the tax burden on its citizens. The renewal levy on Springboro’s November ballot will be set at a lower mileage rate to reduce taxes from that levy by nearly 15 percent. This is $1,353,800 per year, and $6,769,000 over 5 years. Congratulations on a job well done!

Although Rich didn’t seem to write the above himself, his praise of the actions of the Springboro Board in the past would certainly make it seem that he is in support of their actions and the reference above.  Isn’t this the real news of the day– that Rich Hoffman is supporting a school levy.

It is also news that no one — not Rich Hoffman, not NoLakotaLevy, not Daryl Parks, not the so-called transparent Springboro School Board is telling the public what the tax reduction would be if they vote down this renewal levy in Springboro.

This tells me that politics is the motive.  We all know that Kelly Kohls, Jim Rigano, David Petroni will look like failures if their levy fails because the school could not “live within their means” if the public says no to the renewal levy.  They won’t tell the public what their tax reduction will be if they vote down the renewal levy.

What Hoffman, Parks, NoLakota, Springboro Board all ignore is that the success of their schools all hinges on the extra efforts the teachers give beyond the letters of their contracts.  We are talking about hours and hours each week.  No casino money, state auditor money, shopping center money provides for that.  The people above want to flat out reduce the cost of labor.  That is their only goal.  They hope that the teachers will continue to work just as hard as their salaries are being held down — in fact they demand that.

But it is ironic that Hoffman, Parks, NoLakota, and Springboro base their hopes on the passage of a school levy.  They should, instead praise the selfless efforts of their teachers who continue to work extremely hard as their communities continue to vote down levies and take the staff’s efforts for granted.

Still, let’s not bury the lead story here.  It is quite newsworthy when Rich Hoffman supports a school levy.

William Schmidt

Well, I’ll make it clear since William has drawn a false conclusion, that I am not with Kelly on the renewl levy in Springboro.  Many people in West Chester and Liberty Township wanted me to run for school board at Lakota and I promptly instructed them that I had no desire to see that system remain intact.  I could not be elected to a school board position to do to it what Obama is attempting to do to America, and that is disassemble it from the inside.  I just don’t operate that way, and that would be my only intention for getting involved, dismantlement.  Relatively speaking, Kelly has done a good job in Springboro, but it’s not what I’d like to see.  Kelly’s renewal levy does not introduce competition to public education allowing those measures to come about.  The system Kelly is currently advocating is still a system that steals from tax payers to basically pay for the Harlem Globetrotters to perform circus acts with our children—raising them to become clowns.

When I share personal moments of my life with readers here, I do it to show how I think things should be done. I am of the thinking that children are wonderful before they get to age ten, but after that, most children learn to “mature” and lose their ability to quickly learn, adapt, and overcome obstacles.  I have been enjoying recently the Fox Television show Master Chef Junior and have been amazed at the level of food preparation that those children have displayed at such a very tender age.  Some of the work they are doing is truly remarkable, and a lesson to everything that is wrong with public education.  Kids are taught to be stupid in public education; they are taught social restriction, pecking order politics, and how to confine their imaginations to the limits of a socialist teacher instead of their limitless intellectual capacities.

My daughter was watching me read an Incredible Hulk comic book to her son the other day and I could see the pain on her face.  I raised her and her sister the same way as I am doing with my grandson, which I share with my reader here in the clip below.  I know my grandson cannot understand the words I’m reading to him, so I teach him intuitively in a visual way the foundation concepts he will need to be able to apply to reading later.  I use comic books to read to him because it is a visual form of learning, plus the characters are engaged in story lines that define right and wrong—which I can use to help the young fellow set his own internal parameters.  That I am doing such a thing should be extremely obvious to the casual viewer.

And that is how I raised my daughters, mentored many other young people over the years, and will continue to do so.  It is how students learn.  My wife thought the moment was cute, so she recorded part of it.  Modern public education does not do the things I was doing in the video, they do not make value assessments between right and wrong—bad behavior or good.  They do not seek to open the mind, but to close it—so not to question the nature of their teachings.  My grandson is only just a bit above one year old in that video and he knows intuitively what’s going on.  He has no point of reference to judge against, but make no mistake, when he’s twenty to thirty years old he will find himself reflecting back onto my intonations of emphasis when referring to the topless woman on the comic pages, the heroics of Hulk, the shadiness of the villain and how it could be determined by his eyes, and the resilience of heroics.   My daughter was sad because she is literally alone among her age group where her peers do not share her hopes, and illuminating outlook on life.  I couldn’t be there for all her friends, and the people who have come into her life when they were the age of her son, and it makes her sad to see the context.  Her sadness is in realizing that very few people do these kinds of things with young people any more—which used to be common.  Our society trains commercially our entire civilization to be 18 to 25 years old, then everything is downhill from there.  We ignore the magic of youth, and the wisdom of age in favor of the sexual throttling of hormone driven sentient beings.  And public education has sought to perpetuate this destructive trend by putting shackles on the mind of the youth instead of wings.  Instead of showing a commitment to creating young people like those shown in the Master Chef Junior television show, public education produces the half-dead sloths seen in Farris Bueller’s Day Off and it makes me absolutely sick.

So while I do like to see Springboro schools running their tax burden on their community backwards, it is not enough for me.  It’s enough for No Lakota Levy who has evolved into a fiscally conscious organization instead of a politically active one—which is my interest, but until Springboro, Lakota, Fairfield, Mason, Lebanon and all other schools are off the federal payroll, and curriculum is driven by actual market forces, I am not interested in a single thing the public schools are doing.  I don’t want to see children growing up to be the Washington Generals, but Labron James and Michael Jordon.  I want every kid to aspire to be Chuck Yeager, Walt Disney, Stan Lee, Steven Spielberg, Bruce Lee, Gordon Ramnsey, Ayn Rand, Bill Gates, and any other great person.  And people don’t become great learning to stand in line and take orders.  They become great because their minds were allowed to be.  In almost every case, great people have supportive parents and a family structure that allows minds to bloom.  Almost never is it a school that inspires a child to greatness—it is nearly exclusive to a strong parent, grandparent, or both who intervened in the mind of a young person from being destroyed by public education.

When Schmidt says that the success of schools all hinge on the extra efforts the teachers give beyond the letters of their contracts he is lost to the ways of instruction and how young minds process data.  Public schools teach kids to become stupid as they start out quite brilliantly.  Public education is all about putting out the lights of a child’s mind and I think it is preposterously outrageous to fund that destruction with taxation.  So to be clear, I do not agree with Kelly Kohls and the Springboro school board’s renewal levy.  I think the parents should pay for their own kids to attend their educations.  I should not have to help pay with state tax money, or local tax money off my property the further destruction of children just so parents can have a baby sitter to watch their children during the work day.  As a parent, and now as a grandparent, I do take the extra time to mentor children and I know why it’s important, and how much energy it takes, and it’s not something that can be purchased from the government.

All public education is capable of producing is the Washington Generals.  Anything of real greatness comes from some other element outside of a school.  It does not come alone from a teacher, or their efforts toward students as suggested by Schmidt.  Without a solid foundation even the best teachers will fail, because the mind of a child is often ruined during the first years of a child’s life.  The final act of destruction begins the first day of kindergarten and only gets worse from there.  Things are this way because the human race has incorrectly allowed it, by placing the focus of prime age and value on the wrong age bracket.

The Government Shut Down: Why federal land should be privatized

The government shut down has revealed an aspect of American culture that is beyond dispute.  The number of government parks and monuments that have been cut off from tourism is astonishing, and underlines why all federal land should be privatized under the free market system.  No government should have the ability to extort national landmarks or historic places as a way to increase their budgetary needs through monopolistic extortion.  No property should be federal land, and operated under the monopoly of government control and authority.  All land in America should be under private ownership.

Under private ownership there would be no ability for the government to shut down.  Parks would operate on a profit basis and would be open “for profit.”  By shutting down parks and tourist attractions operated by the federal government a giant underline has been proposed as to why this arrangement has been allowed to take place at all.  Government should not have the ability to stop access to land that is so-called collectively owned by all Americans.  Since government has stopped access, the best alternative is that all that land should be privately owned.  The cost of service would increase, but at least the pretense of politeness would be eradicated, and efficiency would be implemented where it is currently nonexistent.

Of course the reason the government owns so much property in America is the pinnacle problem of growing statism, where the state believes it has more authority than individual lives—which is an anti-American concept to begin with.  I considered this problem the other night while visiting Kings Island during one of my favorite times of year, the weekend Haunts that are dedicated to Halloween type activities in one of the largest amusement parks in the world.  I love going to Kings Island in the cool fall evenings where the park is open till 1 AM.

I was thinking about the government shut down as I stood under the Eiffel Tower listening to a very intense rock band group called Blood Drums.   The time was 11:30 PM, there were fog machines everywhere pumping large volumes of cloudy mist all over the entire park.  People all around me were enjoying the music and eating snacks from the various venders and the park was operating all its major rides till well after midnight as the moon peeked over the ominous nighttime clouds.   Government was totally incapable of providing anything close to the kind of experience found at Kings Island that I was enjoying.  If government operated Kings Island, the park would have closed at 6 PM, because government does not care about profit since it exists off the looted efforts of the wealth they confiscate.  They do not strive to be profitable, efficient, or even relevant.  They simply take what they want with the mass mobs of the very stupid at their back.  Government could not operate Kings Island, only private ownership.

The greatest park in the world is Disney World in Florida.  No federally operated facility is more efficient, or does more for science, technology, or the preservation of environmental resources than does Epcot Center or Animal Kingdom.  The Disney Parks are almost always open and occasionally they even stay open all night.  They can do this because they operate under the free enterprise system.  With that said, I have mentioned a time or two the McDonald’s that I love in Orlando located just to the south of Universal Studios.  I am most proud to be an American when leaving one of the Disney Parks late at night—around 11 PM after being there since 9 AM where I can stop by this particular McDonald’s which is open 24 hours a day and eat a Big Mac in their dining room till 2 or 3 AM.  I can do this because the free enterprise system has shown McDonald’s and the Disney Parks that there is a need for such things, so they operate their business options in such a way to facilitate the needs of “individuals.”

What is going on with the government shutdown is extortion.  The statists of government are declaring that either tax payers further fund the ridiculous demands of a monopolistic enterprise called the federal government and all their land grabbing tendencies, or Americans will be cut off from their national treasures.  The inefficiencies of government workers is never questioned, or their operating hours.  The only thing discussed is the fact that the federal government has the power to deny access to things that are……………….American and they are dead wrong.

On a visit to the Smithsonian, and the Achieves on the Mall in Washington D.C., I had an altercation with the security at both places because of the video I was taking.  The pin headed, cock-suckers who had the worthless task of standing around looking stupid all day drove me absolutely insane with their level of regulation, which was senseless.  Government museums and parks have way, way too many rules.  Whenever I have camped in a State or National Park I have always made a point to break their rules intentionally just to cleanse myself of their brain-dead mediocrity.  At the Smithsonian and the Archives the employees were over-staffed and had little to do.  They were just there to be there—hired by a faceless, statist government so that the employees could be counted as a “job created.”   Their usefulness was marginal at best, and I let them know it.

I have personally no tolerance for extortion, and closing down national landmarks because of fiscal issues in the federal government.  Government should not maintain property, or have the authority to shut down anything.  Private enterprise should have that option, and their hours and content should be regulated by their customer base—and nothing else.  The best that America has to offer is not in anything that has the word “federal” in front of it, so it should not be the template for future activity.  Private enterprise is the way to go 100% of the time.  Disney World is clean and well maintained not because of a federal law mandating it, but because they want to take care of their customer base.  And Kings Island at 12:00 AM was clean and tidy even with a ruckus crowd of teen age kids running around in the dark away from their parents.  The Kings Island staff could have waited till the park closed to clean everything up, but they still had people going around the park keeping everything tidy even when they really could have skimmed the task.  It’s the little things that make average things exceptional, and that is seldom if ever seen in a federally controlled property.

So why does the government control so much land if they are so inept?  The answer is in the merits of the government shut down.  And it is simply pathetic!

The 45 Planks Of Communism: Understanding 8 – 14, supporting the United Nations

To understand the forces that have shaped our modern world, and taken America to the precipice of indecision with the recent “government shutdown” I am doing a series here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom that outlines the 45 Planks of Communism that were strategically established in the 1958 book, The Naked Communist.  CLICK HERE TO SEE ALL 45 PLANKS. CLICK HERE TO PICK UP AT THE END OF THE LAST ARTICLE.  Before getting into the heart of the communist strategy that was then, as it is today, to take over the world by enticing the mobs of mankind to move collectively into watered down common goals instead of the relative chaos of individual liberty, we will study Planks 8 – 14 because they all deal with the same thing—Soviet Russia’s deep concern of being able to advance their communist cause globally.

For many readers here, they vaguely remember how things were during the Cold War.  Young people born at the start of the 1990’s have no memory of the Cold War and have since had the event washed away from the collective conscience of America through the public education system, which will be covered extensively during a later article.   But the U.S.S.R was fully intent to take over the world replacing all political ideologies with communism.  It was, and still is their undisputed goal.  Global communists in Planks 8 – 14 sought to infiltrate the American created United Nations as a way to put the world at their feet with counter intelligence activity that would enable them to accomplish their global goals.  Read those intentions for yourself below.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.

14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.

Obviously today, the intentions are more of a reality.  The United Nations is on the door step to the entire world and in America through Agenda 21 is infiltrating the culture of The United States with a communist philosophy that has virtually taken over every zoning board in every American city so quietly that many of the participants don’t even know why or how they came to think the way they do about things.  If you need a review of what Agenda 21 is, CLICK HERE.  Communists were aware that they were a threat to individual freedom throughout the world and they needed a way to stay relevant.  They had to find a way to keep from becoming outlawed in free countries, while still growing as a world-wide influence—so they penetrated the United Nations so to infect the world with their social, and economic philosophies.  The result has been the world we currently are living in; economies stagnant—living off the past that are slowly dying.  In Russia individual motivation had already died, which is why they needed access to the U.S. Patent office.     The people of Russia had given up on any kind of personal ambition and weren’t inventing anything.  The gross incompetence of any communist system is terribly evident comparing the time of 1917 where communism saturated Russia with a crippling political mentality while radio, film, manufacturing, television broadcasting, and sky scraper industries popped up in America within just a few years under capitalism.  Communism had to stop the power of capitalism and to do so they had to loot off the ideas created in America so their country could keep up economically in some fashion while they chipped away from within the United Nations the sovereignty of America.

The 45 Planks of Communism was a military maneuver not made so much by nations against each other as is typically the case during modern warfare, but philosophies.  In this case communism started by Karl Marx 60 years prior to the 1917 Russian Revolution slowly penetrated Russian culture over many years until enough people were ready to overthrow the bourgeoisie class.  The same period of time evolved from the Russian Revolution to the fall of the Berlin Wall where the economic system of communism failed, and that wall dividing West and East Berlin was finally torn down.  As the world celebrated the fall of communism, and the break-up of the Soviet Empire communism had penetrated The United Nations and spread violently under the changed name of “progressivism.”

The attack in America was underway.  Fiscal collapse has always been the goal of communists using The United Nations to force America to spread itself too thin all over the world while halting American business with excessive regulations.  The so-called Lean Manufacturing methods that were made so popular in the Asian theater were popularized by The United Nations as a way to incorporate the entire world into a shared system that broke down the resistance to communism.  Micro management disguised as Lean Manufacturing was the way that communism has halted the growth of American business using so-called efficiency studies to introduce bureaucratic red tape that would halt innovation in corporations focusing all work places into embracing communist views of shared input.  Even America’s largest companies have found and accepted that government regulation, and business compliance into lean manufacturing methods promoted by the United Nations has crippled their internal innovations and efficiency of their work forces.  Mostly today, America lives off its past innovations as new concepts are not introduced as individual motivation has been removed in service to the concept of a collective whole—the overall health of the organization.  This concept of shared sacrifice in American business is a spill-over from communist propaganda manipulated through The United Nations to stop capitalism.  CLICK HERE FOR A SAMPLE.

Lean Manufacturing for American companies was the only way they could counter the terrorist tendencies of communist labor unions with a legitimate proposal of focusing on efficiency instead of the individuals that made up the unions.  However, the tactic was employed on both ends by communists who infiltrated The United Nations and advanced both proposals—which forced collectivism onto entrepreneurial activities.  Without the United Nations, it is highly likely that unions would have fizzled out in America well before the 1980’s and that business innovation would still be the standard instead of the exception.

The strategies employed by communists aimed to bring mass societies into the understanding of collectivism by destroying individual effort and focusing on collective causes.  Everywhere this is done, the strategy began in these 45 planks of communism, and was embarked on a scale much larger than anyone realized at the time, and cannot simply be comprehended otherwise.  But when it is understood that communism is behind the push for a stronger United Nations, and behind even Lean Manufacturing introduced to America through United Nations “globalism” outreach then the strategies of communism are easy to see.  The devious depths of their efforts where nothing but the complete destruction of individual effort in favor of collective causes, and since that mentality could not compete directly with capitalism, communists needed the American funded United Nations to attack capitalism in an indirect way, instead of a full-fledged frontal assault.

50 Million American Tax Payers Carry The Entire World: Doc Thompson and Skip LeCombe light up the truth with The Blaze

It was good to see Doc Thompson again with his producer Skip LeCombe.  They invited me to a nice lunch today, and it was good to catch up on things as both of our lives have been terribly busy.  One of the reasons for me that I’ve been so busy, as is the case with Doc and Skip, is that we are part of the 50 million people who finance the entire world leaving the rest of planet earth to mooch or beg off the labor of our efforts.  Oh, I’m sorry dear reader; you probably don’t know what I’m talking about.  Well, then you should listen to this clip from Doc’s show on The Blaze Radio Network explaining how and why only about 50 million people in the entire world personally fund everything…………….and I mean everything.   Listen for yourself.

That is why I call Doc Thompson a friend.

To every arrogant barnacle that believes falsely that it is their military which protects the world, their economic engine that propels all free trade, and offers hopes of freedom to the unfortunate living under the thumb print of ruthless dictators and failed socialist experiments, it is not they who help the world, but the tax payer who does not have a government job, or takes money as a welfare recipient.  Only members of the free-market who directly pay taxes which then subsidize everything in the world are the true supports from which everything else would otherwise crumble economically.   For every government worker in any capacity they require a tax payer who works hard to cover the costs of their existence by looted money confiscated by the IRS.

If those 50 million tax payers stopped paying taxes and decided to take a government job, or worse yet, do nothing and sign up for one of the multiple government programs paying them to be unproductive like most of the other 50% of Americas currently are, and the rest of the billions in the world who depend on the economic engine of America to keep money flowing into their pockets—such as China, Europe and especially Russia, they would all tumble into chaos if the 50 million people Doc spoke about decided to stop showing up for work.

Schools would close, militaries would cease, every endeavor of mankind would stop if the very few 50 million taxpayers in America stopped carrying the billions of others on their backs to financial mediocrity.  The 50 million taxpayers of America who are now a dying breed are the engine of the world economy.  Without them, everything stops.  Everything.  There is no way for leftist pundits to spin this irony—as their hatred for the rich keeps them from seeing their own vulnerability.  It is the very few, people like Doc Thompson, whom I know personally works multiple jobs and is really plugged into his career 24 hours a day, which provides a vehicle for every welfare recipient on earth to live off of.  If Doc stopped going to work and joined ranks with the other government looters, where would the parasites be then?  Where would the entire world be economically?

There is no dispute.  The political left hopes that nobody notices this long-term scam which has been enacted upon America for the thieving benefit of the entire world.  They hope that eventually destiny will not catch up with them.  But it will.  America is very close now to losing forever a majority of its taxpaying adults to the ranks of government moochers.  Every year, there are declines in the 50 million member number.  So far, the revenue losses have been offset with new taxes for the rich and corporate rates that are incredibly high.  Slowly, high taxes are forcing members of the tax paying 50 million hiding from government theft by moving out of America and taking their companies with them to avoid the high corporate tax rates.   In the not too distant future there just won’t be enough of them to pay for the needs of the rest of the world.

I does not matter if you agree or not with me or Doc Thompson.  The proof is all around us.  Think about it.  How long does anybody think it can continue?
