Meet A Thief Stealing No Lakota Levy Signs: Doing the work of police for them

I know the Butler County Sheriff’s department is hard at work trying to figure out who put the shooting spree threat in the girl’s bathroom at Lakota East Freshman School, so I like to do their job for them whenever possible—you know—just to help out.  I really want to see an arrest in that shooting threat at Lakota so I wouldn’t want to take the police away from their “important” investigation.  I’m sure an arrest will be made any moment……………………………………………………(crickets)?  As Michael Clark noticed in his recent Enquirer article he stated that For Lakota had put out more campaign signs than No Lakota Levy.  Well the reason fewer signs have been seen from the popular tax fighting group is because so many of them have been stolen.  Often however, the thefts occur without any documentation and the police are often too busy sitting on the side of the road giving people tickets, or eating doughnuts and flirting with a cashier.  So they don’t always see the thefts when they happen.

Well, never fear, No Lakota Levy has caught one of the thieves with pictures, and can be seen below.  The man is holding in his hand a No Lakota Levy sign ripped off its frame by him and he is on the phone obviously happy with himself for the action.  He even did a favor and looked squarely at the camera so his facial features can be clearly seen.  Wasn’t that nice of him?Screenshot_2013-11-03-16-23-16-1

Screenshot_2013-11-03-16-21-22-1 (1)For the police, the license plate number of the guy is clearly displayed, so just run his plates and go over and arrest him for damage to property and interference of a campaign.   It won’t take more than a few moments, and then you can go back to your doughnuts, your Playboy magazines, and texting everyone on your phones while you pretend to be busy pursuing justice.  It shouldn’t interrupt the Lakota investigation of the teacher………….I mean student who left behind the shooting spree warning.  Justice waits for nobody, so now the Sheriff’s department can resume its man hunt for the would-be terrorist.  Just call up a deputy, give them the plate number of the man shown above, and take care of business on behalf of No Lakota Levy who has had their property and message destroyed with the endorsement of the government school of Lakota.  If Lakota doesn’t condemn the behavior seen in the picture clearly, they obviously support it.  They guy walked by a For Lakota sign, so he obviously is from that political faction.Screenshot_2013-11-03-16-21-56-1

Because of those pictures the proof of theft is provided, and nobody can say that they don’t know whose doing it.  The information has been provided and now all that is required is action on behalf of the authorities.Screenshot_2013-11-03-16-22-22-1

I can’t wait to see justice served to that levy supporter who is driving one of those stupid little hippie cars which proves that if you vote for a school levy………………YOU’RE STUPID!

As a side note, if the police need help with the shooting threat, just let me know.  I can help you with that one too.  If you’re looking for a little freshman girl, you’re probably looking in the wrong place.

Why Voting For The Lakota Levy Is Stupid: Darryl Parks talks about the 2013 school levy on 700 WLW

It was good to hear Darryl Parks maintain his position on school levies, and specifically, the Lakota school levy.  I have purposely avoided doing talk radio during this latest campaign primarily because the levy fighting going into the future needs to grow and more people must to be involved—and for some talk radio can be an intimidating forum to utilize.  Aside from that, there is already a large collection of talk radio interviews that have been done in the past, which are still relevant online.  More broadcasts talking about the same topics tend to become counterproductive, so they were avoided strategically.  Also involved was the issue that No Lakota Levy wished to maintain their message of fiscal responsibility within the Lakota district where I have evolved into questioning the basic premise of public education and believe that it should be abandoned all together in its current form.    Darryl’s position is closer to the No Lakota Levy view, where mine isn’t something that many people are ready to hear, because the answer requires difficult choices—and admissions.  Yet Darryl is well aware what is driving the Lakota levy and he talked about it on his Saturday, November 2nd show which can be heard below.  The Lakota levy is about wealth redistribution, it is a socialist concept created by progressives, and it’s unconstitutional.  It is all about taking from the rich and giving to the poor which is the ugly underbelly of all school levies—but one that gets avoided because of the implications pointing to communist roots.  Nobody wants to admit that their school where their children are attending is a socialist concept.  Nobody wants to face that the educations they received when they were young was a communist creation, but if they think hard enough, the admission becomes easier once they understand the meanings.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.  Darryl smartly stays off that topic, but discusses the result—the cost of the Lakota levy for people with $300K to $400K homes will be an additional $600.00 to $800.00 a year and that will likely mean no summer vacations, no big purchases of new furniture, televisions, or even air travel to an overseas destination.  If the Lakota levy were to pass, the people with the most money would have to make sacrifices that those without so much money would otherwise have to make.

Most of the supporters of the Lakota levy are either people who have ridden the coat-tails of those who do have money yet don’t understand the real value—so they are quick to give it away, or they are simply new parents who want what’s best for their children and they believe that public education complete with busing services is the best way to give it to them.  These types make up the vast majority of the levy supporters, and they believe that a “rich man” or a well to do household can afford an extra $800 dollars in taxes a year because they have a $400,000 house.  They believe that if a business can afford to carry payroll, or the owners have a net worth of over a million dollars that they are required to pay more in taxes so that the child of a family not so fortunate can have an education.  Well—anybody who thinks that way is wrong.  That belief is a communist sentiment brought to America through the labor union movement, and it is at the heart of every single school levy.

Just before the Lakota levy vote, superintendent Mantia sent out the following letter to business owners all across West Chester and Liberty Twp.  She likely broke the law sending it because it is campaign literature for levy passage created during her contract hours of work which is technically against Ohio Revised Code 3315.07, which states in part “no board of education shall use public funds to support or oppose the passage of a school levy or bond issue or to compensate any school district employee for time spent on any activity intended to influence the outcome of a school levy or bond issue.”  But whose going to prosecute her………..Sheriff Jones?  He has a deal with Mantia if the levy passes, so he’ll gladly look the other way and so will all the state prosecutors.  The letter from Mantia is a thinly disguised reminder that the business community must pay their “fair share” as determined by the needs of the many.  Mantia means to strong-arm the business community into supporting higher taxes so to avoid the public disgrace of refusing.  I know quite a few business owners in and around Lakota and not a single one of them believe the arguments Mantia presented on the document.  They know that less than 5% of the proposed levy revenue is going to the kind of things she addressed.  The rest of the money is going to Lakota employee raises.  Yet they have felt compelled in the past to just go along to get along.  If the school raised taxes, they’d just raise their prices of service.  This worked for decades until the present time when consumers have proven that they have had enough, and won’t purchase items at a higher price.  So businesses are no longer willing to pass off those higher costs as they are between a rock and a hard place.  If they chose not to support a levy they get called names like selfish, mean-spirited, and have the PTA organizations threaten boycotts against their businesses, such as what happened after the last election.  CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW.  If they pass the tax increase off onto their customers, they will lose business.LAKOTA-LETTER[1]

The levy advocates have a bottomless pit of need and they believe that because a homeowner owns a Mercedes, spends $800 on a meal for business clients, and has a home valued over $500K that they have an obligation toward higher taxes—and they are dead wrong.  Because the taxes never stop, one of those wealthy tax payers today might pay taxes at $600 to $800 more a year every four years for the life of their businesses and will find that they will either have to move to a district with less taxes, or let the value of their assets decrease so that there will be nothing left once their children inherit their lifetime of hard work.   Lakota business owners and residents have been relatively smart in voting down continued school levies—not passing one since 2005.  West Chester and Liberty Township are thriving economic communities where other places like Fairfield, Finneytown, and Evendale are struggling because they are yesterday’s has-beens.  They said yes to similar letters from school superintendents in the past and it cost them their livelihoods.

Butler County in general was built on a foundation of lower taxes.  Why does anybody believe that Bass Pro Shops is leaving Forest Park and moving to West Chester—or here is a better question—why is the economy at Forest Park so bad that the mall there is a virtual ghost town?  One, it is taxes, two it is too much government housing and a demographic population that lives off government money.  The people of Forest Park have less value for money because the government sends them a check in the mail.  Therefore, they do not enjoy the kind of things that Forest Fair Mall tried to offer them over the years as far as retail shopping.  So companies moved out or went out of business.  They went to West Chester where the taxes are less, and people appreciate nice things.  West Chester is still driven by capitalism where Forest Park is drowning in socialism—a string of unfortunate and unintended consequences.  I know this first hand, about twenty years ago I was a personal driver for a Bengal player.  It was my job to drive him around and make sure he got home safely while he jumped from bar to bar.  If people got too close, it was my job to make sure he was covered.  I’d drive this guy all over the city to every hot night spot in town.  Since I didn’t drink or do drugs, I was a good candidate for this kind of thing and wasn’t tempted to play along.  At the end of the day, around 4 AM I’d take him home to his wife.  They lived in a nice part of town full of promise.  They lived in Forest Park, and thought of it as a land of luxury.  Today, that same home is surrounded by Section 8 housing and a welfare demographic that has very few people officially employed.  That is why Forest Fair Mall has failed, and the former Bengal player is no longer married to that woman.  Bad investments lead to bad lifestyles.  Bad lifestyles lead to failed businesses.  Failed businesses lead to empty malls like the one at Forest Fair Mall.

Every resident in the Lakota school district has an obligation to defend their homes and property from the clutches of big government spenders like superintendent Mantia.  Failure to say no to them will result in the same kind of declining community as seen in present day Forest Park, Fairfield and many other places where high taxes and demographic changes have destroyed their communities.  In Lakota, it is the targets of Mantia’s letter that make the community such a nice place, the restaurant owners, the developers, and the financiers.  If they get frustrated with the tax rates and pick up to move, they will leave behind in Lakota a community with crushing tax rates yet no businesses to pay them, because nobody takes the risk of owning something without expected to earn money from it.  The value of any money earned goes down with every tax increase.  Communists, or those trained in the ways of communism have no value for money—they find themselves seeking government employment because that is the only place they can earn a decent living thinking the way they do.  Superintendent Mantia does not understand business.  She thinks because she gets a hand shake and a bit of idle chatter at a charity event from many of the people she sent that letter to, she is on good terms with them.  But she’s not.  What she gets is appeasement the way a person who gets pulled over by a cop tries to appease the cop so that they don’t end up in jail.  Business owners want to keep the peace and the looters out of their pockets.  Taxes like the one proposed for this November levy permanently change wealth, and gives business owners less money to invest in the community, and that is not a good thing.

The communists who devised this ridiculous plan knew what they were doing.  They hated the rich, and sought to level the playing field in every endeavor.  Most levy supporters when asked enough question will reflect the communist roots of their belief when they state that everyone could afford to pay just a bit more for the good of the children.  Many of them will only pay $30 dollars more a month, and since they have kids in the school, it’s no big deal to them.  It’s cheaper than driving their children to school if they are lucky enough to get busing back.  They may cut one trip out to eat with their family a month, and pay their higher tax without further complaint.  But for business owners with millions of dollars in assessed property value, they will be taxed much higher, and the levy supporters with much less personal value will directly benefit.  It’s called confiscation of wealth by the needy majority, and it is a communist concept—and a sickening enterprise.

The school levy at Lakota and every other school district is simply a redistribution of wealth scam that uses children to fulfill a political agenda that as Darryl Parks stated, is unconstitutional.  For the same reasons that superintendents like Lakota’s Mantia ignore Ohio Revised Code 3315.07, authorities under state control ignore the unconstitutional nature of the school levy system because they have allowed the monopoly of public education to dominate the political arena with a communist sentiment that belongs in Kazakhstan, not West Chester, Ohio.  There is nothing good that comes out of tax increases, but everything bad—an element missing from Mantia’s letter.  She likely has no idea what the people who she sent that letter to really think of her, and probably thinks they believe what she is saying as much as she does.  But the difference between her and them is that they actually produce things, while she is just another government parasite, a worker living off the tax payers and again advocating more taxes so her ilk can sustain their unsustainable wages for a few more years.  If there is no other reason to vote against a school levy anywhere in Ohio, it is because the concept is a flawed one that goes against everything America is supposed to stand for—capitalism.  School levies are wealth redistribution attempts by progressive minds for aims that are not beneficial to thriving economies.  And every one of them should be voted down because they won’t end in 2013.  They will continue well into the future until there is no money left to loot and people finally say no because they have nothing left to give.  For the sake of Lakota, and the community that feeds it, the NO VOTES need to come now, while there is still money being produced in an economy that is the envy of Ohio.  Voting NO on the Lakota levy goes a long way to keeping that status.

The NO Lakota Levy Facts: Managing a district through responsible voting

Since 2010 I have given many reasons why a voter should turn away the Lakota levy of 2013 with a NO VOTE.  It should be as obvious as rain during a hurricane, higher taxes do not make a better school district, help with property values, or even make children smarter.  All those claims are manipulative statements designed to trick voters into imposing higher taxes on themselves with the same audacity that it is generally reported taxes will only be $16 dollars a month.  Most people who don’t pay close attention will believe that the cost is small, because they will miss that the media generally only reports the lazy $100,000 of property assessment, but the reality is in the Lakota district almost nobody has a home valued that low.  Generally, the cost of the Lakota tax increase will be about $30 dollars a month adding up to around $360.00 per year, which is a sizable amount of money considering the taxes are already high.

Most people who read here every day are already Voting NO.  But to make it easier to spread the message, here is the NO LAKOTA LEVY ad which appeared in the Cincinnati Enquirer with a full-page placement, which was obviously extremely expensive.  It contains most of the information of why voters should VOTE NO on the Lakota levy.  So send it around to your friends, family and social networks to ensure that they show up and vote against the levy to protect their homes from the villainy of Lakota’s terrible management.Enquirer ad

I can think of a lot of things my $30 dollars a month will go to besides another tax.  Likely for me, it will be consumed in the increases I will see resulting in Obamacare.  But my cable bill, various subscriptions, and even fuel costs could all use that $30.  I don’t want to throw away nearly $400 more a year on a stupid teacher’s union.  For $400 dollars a year I could buy my children Season Passes to Kings Island for Christmas, or a flat screen television to watch football games in my garage.  I could book air travel to Florida, or pay for my family to attend Disney World each year.  There are a lot of things that my money could be spent on other than a tax increase for the Lakota levy.

Even for people who also read here who aren’t in Lakota, pass this flyer around anyway.  There are a lot of school levies on the ballot and pretty much all of them are driven by the same insanity.  The cause of the tax increase is the collective bargaining agreements imposed upon tax payers by the teachers unions, and what they expect in wages and benefits is simply disgusting.  Even worse, they hide their mechanisms behind the next generation of youth, and they have to be stopped.  It’s currently ridiculous and getting worse.

As for the work done by No Lakota Levy, I am very proud of what they have accomplished this time around.  The organization has grown into a legitimate political force of some wonderful minds who are defending the way of life we love in West Chester and Liberty Township from truly corrosive parasites, and every homeowner and business investor should thank God that they see those familiar signs on the side of the road standing against the Lakota Levy.  Back in the winter of 2012 there were discussions about how much I hated the people who ran the Lakota administration and I wanted to do my own thing letting new faces step in and freshen up No Lakota Levy.  I am very happy to see the results.  More people have participated this time around, and there has been some fantastic work done.  The website is very good, the ads, the media comments, the amount of signs on the streets has been top-notch, and this campaign was the best one yet as far as logistics.  The tireless efforts of the usual cast of characters are evident, and it has been good to see.  Their work has been noticed, and the message has gotten out.

But reading a message and acting on it are different things.  Voters still must show up in spite of what they might hear about a blow-out at the polls against Lakota.  As an organization, Lakota is a progressive institution that will do anything to win, so those considerations must be taken into account.  They have spent over $100,000 dollars promoting this levy and two years of preparation to reload after the last three defeats and they are desperate.  Padded ballot boxes are not out of the question just as the planted letter from last week was designed to bring fear to voters hoping to disguise the facts shown in the No Lakota Levy ad above.  They will stop at nothing to win, and if they lose this time, they will try again, and again, and again until they get their money, because like the mob, they are about coercion, not rationality, and the only thing there is to really stop them is No Lakota Levy.

So send this article to a family member or friend so that they will have the facts on Election Day, and be sure to encourage them to vote, because in an election, every vote matters, and nothing should be taken for granted.

Lakota’s Dirtiest Trick: The Monday of Shooter Doom–ahead of Election Day

OK, it’s been 24 hours since the article put up yesterday warned what would happen if an arrest was not made at Lakota due to the “gun scare” released to the media on Friday, November 1st about a supposed shooting spree coming on Monday, one day before Election Day.  So I’m going to paint the picture of what I think happened based on my experiences with the Lakota school system.  The short of it is that Lakota will stoop to no low to manipulate the public.  They require fear by their voters to override logic in order to win emotional votes.  What happened was a message was found written on a stall wall in the girls bathroom Wednesday October 30th at the Lakota East freshman building warning people to wear red to school this coming Monday if they did not want to be shot.   This prompted a letter home to parents warning them of the issue.  It just so happens that mass school shootings are the theme of this year’s levy attempt where even Sheriff Jones has whored away his conservative beliefs to support the public school in exchange for $350,000 applied to the hiring of armed officers to patrol the district’s hallways.   So don’t expect the Sheriff’s department to make any arrests in this case–because they would be arresting a radical levy supporting Lakota employee, not a student—and that would be embarrassing.

It should be easy to determine who wrote the note on a bathroom stall and if everyone did their jobs, an arrest would have been made by Friday instead of a press release going out to all the parents warning of impending doom on Monday.  But let’s pretend Lakota really wants to know who did it, here’s what they should have done.  A quick review of who was in the hall moving toward the girl’s bathroom during Wednesday would help narrow down the suspects.  Investigators should then use a handwriting expert to compare all known females who went into the bathroom that day with samples taken out of their personnel files.  Once this was done, the search would be narrowed down to roughly ten suspects who would then be interrogated to measure their responses and the perpetrator would be discovered. This should have happened already.  But it hasn’t.Lakota Letter

What most likely happened based on my experience with the institution was a crazy progressive leaning teacher went into the stall on her own accord after hearing about the terrible showing for the early voting numbers and wanted to push public sentiment toward the For Lakota message.  So she went into the bathroom probably between the 9 and 10 o’clock hour while the students were in class and wrote the message on the stall wall.  She hoped that a student would then see the message later and report the threat to authorities, which is what happened provoking mass hysteria, panic, and ultimately a spike in voter turn-out, better than what current numbers are showing for Lakota.  The reason the Lakota employee picked that particular time period is because they were nervous and wanted to get the act out-of-the-way early in the day, and also to provide time to let a student discover the message in time to alert authorities.

Of course Lakota officials wanted the message, and they don’t want to know who wrote it, because it gives them the fearful dialogue that fits their levy campaign—more security to capitalize off the Sandy Hook shootings.  In the back of their minds they actually worry about learning who wrote the letter because it would explode into another terrible school scandal right before the election.  That is why Lakota was quick to rationalize that it was a student looking for a free day off school, because that particular Monday, November 4th was originally scheduled as a day off for students.  It takes the edge off the impending doom just a bit.  But if the situation were legitimate, Superintendent Mantia and all the school board members, especially those running for re-election would be scrambling to get some face time on the various news outlets.  Instead they just turned the story over to Randy—who is running cover as usual, doing what he gets paid a lot of money to do—contain stories.

But nobody was fooled and even on the Lakota administration side, they fear the same thing I just proposed.  The very first comment when this story was reported in the West Chester Buzz:

More likely the note was posted by the school board to help get there levy attempt to pass on Nov 5th. Nothing like a good emotional scare to get people to vote the way you want them to.

I’m not the only one who suspects that the writing on the wall was intended maliciously by an inside Lakota employee who wanted their $117.50 per month raise after levy passage.  As for the Butler County Sheriff’s department they will conveniently drag their feet until after the election to reveal what they probably already know—that the author of the threat letter was a teacher who foolishly believed the scheme would incite enough panic to pass a school levy on the fourth attempt.  The Sheriff’s office will handle the case in the same way as they did the police beating in West Chester.  They will get behind their union brothers and sisters at Lakota and support them, even when the evidence says otherwise.  CLICK HERE FOR DIRECT PROOF.

For more about the raises going to Lakota employees after the election read the link below.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2013/10/27/lakota-employees-seeking-a-117-50-per-month-pay-raise-the-hidden-intention-of-the-2013-levy/

As it has been well documented, my experience with Lakota indicates that they will do anything to get their way.  I have seen them participate in open extortion, boycotting, and personal character assassination attempts.  I watched the network first-hand and learned how information flows through the political structure of Lakota when first they organized a direct attack against me with the famous Lakota Survey.  CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW.  When I lashed back, it was entertaining to see how school board vice president Julie Shafer working directly with superintendent Karen Mantia pulled the political strings of Trustee Cathy Stoker to launch an attack against me in the Cincinnati Enquirer, hoping that it would put an end to No Lakota Levy.  CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW.  On more than one occasion I have watched these same people go after the individual lives of the people who stand against them and they will stoop as low as they have to in order to perform the task.  I have watched them cover up sex scandals with the same slick tenacity, and watched them openly defy the law on several occasions because like the police, they represent the authority of the state—and feel they are above the law.  So it doesn’t take much imagination to conclude that it was a teacher who wrote the message on the bathroom wall because they needed a boost in the exit polling.  No doubt they know the same information that I do regarding exit numbers from early voting.  I haven’t talked about it much because for me the election isn’t over until after Tuesday, and the NO voters have to hold their ground and show up.  They have to VOTE NO and not take it for granted that the election won’t even be close.  But so far the numbers have not been good for Lakota, and without question this has them worried enough to attempt some crazy extremist plot to win 2% to 3% of a gullible public during an election.

If the Butler County Sheriff’s department led by Sheriff Jones does find out who wrote the letter it won’t be a student that they will take to jail, it will be a teacher—or possibly even an administrator, and Lakota will experience its deepest embarrassment yet.  It will be a national story—I’ll make damn sure of it—you can place the bets now.  I think the people who currently run Lakota are vile human beings, I have seen their ugly side, and I don’t want to pay them the tax money they already extract from me against my will, let alone more.  In my opinion, they are bad people up to no good and I don’t want them teaching the next generation.  That position may seem extreme now, because not everyone has experienced them quite the way I have, but over time, most people will arrive at the same conclusion by default.  But from then to now it is important to not let Lakota get away with this public relations stunt that is criminal in nature.  The authorities cannot be trusted to do the right thing because they are all on the same team.  The only defense there is against Lakota is to keep more money out of their pockets.  And you can do that dear reader by voting NO on the Lakota levy on November 5th, 2013.  Don’t forget, and don’t take it for granted.  Let Lakota know what you think of them with a vote that will send a message more powerful than any legal action could possibly achieve.  The best form of justice is when the bad guys do get punished, and the way to do that in Lakota is to keep money out of their pockets—and in yours with a VOTE NO!

I know Sheriff Jones reads here, so if I’m wrong………….prove it.  The burden of proof falls on the Butler County Sheriff’s department because the track record at Lakota says I’m right.

And as to those who thought NO LAKOTA LEVY would be over after that little stunt on March 15th 2012.  How do you like the signs all over town, and the ads in the newspapers, and the quotes in the press?  Yea………….that’s what I thought.  :  )

What Lakota and President Obama Have In Common: Lies, manipulation, and higher taxes

When Obama lies openly to the public then gets caught, the lawyer in him knows that deniability of responsibility will keep him out of direct trouble.  If he can withstand the storm of scrutiny long enough, people will eventually forget what he did, and things will resume to normal.  That strategy is the way of all progressive politicians, and it is a method that has evolved out of Saul Alinsky.  So it is no coincidence that large government schools like Lakota use the same methods to hide their wasteful spending, their sex scandals, and overall inefficiencies–they like Obama are a progressive institution committed to change in America.  For the proof look at who Lakota has employed for third-party advice, such as Jeffery Stec who led the Community Conversations campaign, and most recently the Sun Associates plan which is essentially a progressive think tank from Massachusetts.   Lakota has traditionally attacked those who try to bring light to their wrongs, and desired to simply outlast scrutiny, which is the path they took to arrive at the 2013 school levy in November.  They ignored the facts, ignored their controversies, and tried to outspend their opposition with sheer force to arrive at a moment in time where they could try to paint a picture to the community why they should raise taxes in spite of declining enrollment in the face of a 2014 labor contract.

As before No Lakota Levy has risen to face the impending doom of tax increases with an aggressive campaign against the government school, and as before the For Lakota people have sought to destroy the message hoping that nobody hears it.  No Lakota Levy has put out hundreds of signs at great expense, and nearly as quickly as the signs went into the ground, they were either stolen or destroyed by levy radicals hoping that nobody sees the message.  CLICK HERE FOR A REVIEW OF THE LAST CAMPAIGN.

Stealing, vandalizing, or otherwise attempting to silence their opposition is the only strategy organizations like Lakota, Obama, or any other government entity has because the truth is not their alley.  They cannot answer criticisms, because they are functioning from deceit, and for their mechanisms of manipulation to work, they require an electorate that does not ask questions, seek answers, or have any standards to hold them against.  That is why during the fourth No Lakota Levy campaign the best that the opposition of For Lakota can do is steal and vandalize campaign literature hoping that enough voters won’t learn the truth.  For Lakota to be successful in their levy attempt the need to play the numbers game and hope that voter turnout against them is less—because they cannot answer the questions as to why they need more money.  They can only declare that they need it, and what the impact of not having the money is.  They never can answer the “why.”

I have posted hundreds and hundreds of stories about Lakota schools, I have debated them on the radio, in public, in newspapers, on television and never have they been able to answer my accusations.  CLICK HERE FOR REVIEW.  Instead, they have attempted to just ignore the questions and steer attention toward emotional topics, in the same exact way that Obama does.  The reason they do this is because they don’t have any answers—they can only hope to stop the questions from being asked—which is why they resort to character assassinations and theft to fulfill their strategic objectives, which are parasitic against the community they reside in.  CLICK FOR A REVIEW.  They cannot win a straight up election, and they accept this—which is why they do the kind of damage seen in the photo here:No Lakota Levy sign lost

Near that location was a large billboard No Lakota Levy Sign that was completely stolen and the one in the photo was damaged so badly that a quick repair was not possible.  The message against No Lakota Levy was simple, if a sign is displayed, it will not only be taken down, but it will be destroyed so it cannot be used again.  It is the same basic premise as what Obama pulled when he pushed through Obamacare without telling the public that his proposal was “legally” a tax.  Or in telling people they’d get to keep their doctor or insurance if they liked their current plan.  Of that he didn’t have any idea what was going on in Benghazi, but he was clearly engaged in the War Room during the killing of Bin Landen.  Obama is a progressive liar and he hides his deceit in his abilities as a lawyer to twist the truth.  In order to do that he must have a media not willing to look at the hard facts—and so far he’s had his wish—which is why the behavior has escalated into the massive health care costs that are about to slam into the American public.  Obama mislead America with Obamacare and Lakota schools has followed the same progressive playbook in their justification of their proposed tax increase which won’t be seen for what it truly is until later—once its too late.  Like Obama, Lakota has no way of defending themselves against facts.  They can only hope the media stays on their side, and people don’t look too deeply at the real situation—which they seek to hide perpetually.  To do that they must steal No Lakota Levy signs so that people won’t go to the website and learn the truth.  CHECK IT FOR YOURSELF AT THE LINK BELOW.

That is the reason for the vandalism against No Lakota Levy signs.  As an institution, Lakota schools do not stand for goodness, for children, or education.  The school stands for lies, more lies, manipulation, deceit and a progressive utopia.  They are a vile government institution hell-bent on the progressive education of today’s youth, and the wealth redistribution of the rich given to the poor.  Three years ago I approached these election issues with a more contemporary approach, but since then, I have gotten to know the participants and this is my conclusion of their behavior—based on their actions.  They are no different philosophically than Obama, and are a detriment to themselves and everyone they come into contact with.  They are a corrosive force that has only their own selfish agenda at heart and they are truly up to no good.  Like Obama, they chose to lie to even themselves about what they stand for, and wish to believe that higher taxes, more centrally controlled education and the theft of community wealth are good. To maintain the illusion to themselves and the voters, they steal the No Lakota Levy signs.  They do not care that thousands of dollars of theft have occurred under their encouragement, because they think they are on a moral crusade for the health of the children, which they have used for their own benefit of tax increases to fulfill the same progressive America that is behind Obamacare.

And the only way to stop them is with the bold vote of NO.  Be sure to vote on Tuesday, November 5th  because Lakota hopes that the “NO” voters will stay home this time, and that Lakota can rally just enough radicals to vote YES on their behalf.  By removing the No Lakota Levy signs, they can take away the fuel propelling the NO vote to the polls on Election Day. But more than that, they hope to remove the question from the public as to why they are in need of money to begin with, and for that, they don’t even want to know the answer—so they remove the reference hoping that nobody will ask.

So far, the media has played along just like they did with Obamacare.

To see the latest lie from Lakota, CLICK HERE.  Unless Lakota can produce a student they have caught planting this note, I believe that a radical Lakota employee planted the letter in order to gain support for the levy.  More on this tomorrow?  Handwriting analysis by the sheriff’s department should provide a quick lead.  If not, then the answer is not desired.  I will give Lakota 24 hours to come up with a name of the perpetrator, otherwise, I will paint the picture of the situation based on the observable conditions.  Knowing how low many of the characters supporting the school levy will stoop, this wouldn’t be the first lie they’ve attempted, only the latest!

Lakota Wastes More Money: The Sun Associates report that cost $19,000 to pass a levy

Over the weekend Lakota staff, school board members, and the coerced use of many dozens of children confiscated one of the buildings that tax payers own to hold a rally for the upcoming levy vote.  Of course the event received excellent media coverage as local press depends heavily on sports programs and charity stories coming out of public education for content. However, they always ignore the faults of such institutions, which was clear in the Channel 9 coverage shown below.  For the online edition, the coverage was pretty even, but for the video footage the slant was definitely in favor of the pro levy factions, ignoring many of the fallacies which have caused the desire for levy approval.

One such story that has been ignored during the entire levy campaign by virtually everyone is the notion that Lakota gave $20,000 to McKibben Demographics http://www.mckibbendemographics.com/aboutus.html to provide a detailed enrollment report as recently as February of 2013. It is a very detailed report full of the kind of information that led to the video I produced called A Whip Trick To Save Lakota.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.  The McKibben Report showed that Lakota was about to experience severe declines in enrollment leading to massive layoffs at the public school, which was information they did not want to hear—so they ignored it.

Last fall (Oct, 2012) Lakota spent $19,800 to Sun Associates http://www.sun-associates.com/staff.html to provide them the plan they are using as a basis for Lakota’s technology expansion behind the levy campaign. The Sun Associates plan has a lot of commentary based on surveys taken from parents, teachers, and students.  A lot of the report is academic nonsense that is meant to be viewed with progressive/Democratic eyes.  Sun Associates are a Massachusetts group in the heart of progressive territory—New England.  Other than Lakota (which they cite on their web page) all the rest of their studies have been in Massachusetts and New York—hardly bastions of conservativism—not in the way that Butler County is. Essentially, Lakota spent almost $40K to get outside advice, and one of those sources is a progressive “Think Tank” not reflective of the values in Butler County or the residents of Lakota.  The school chose to believe what they wanted to justify the levy attempt, and the media has given them a free pass choosing to do soft stories about the impact of the lack of money, and not asking the crucial question as to why.  The school recklessly spent money yet again to get two reports done, but only picked one that they could use to justify a tax increase.

This isn’t new information, and only gets reported on blog sites like this one.  It is one more example of all the reasons more funding should be denied to Lakota.  Tax increases produce money that does not go children, it gets wasted on reports like the one from Sun Associates to use as clubs against a community that doesn’t have the same values, or standards as the region the report was conducted.  The cost of those two reports is roughly the entry salary of a typical teacher at Lakota (under 5 years) and if Lakota was so worried about their employees……….or the children, they would have saved the money for the report to contribute to their payroll needs.  But they didn’t.  Instead, they held a rally at tax payer expense—because it was our building, and sent out press releases of a feel good story to the local press, which returned the favor and covered it as all parties ignored the root of the problem, reckless spending on stupid things like the Sun Associations report.

The crowd in the Channel 9 report was less than in years past, but it still indicates that there will be a number of really stupid people who will vote for the Lakota levy.  They are stupid because the school is wasting money on progressive causes that work against conservative educations and those voters are willing to trade away the values, beliefs, and futures of their children just so the parents aren’t inconvenienced with having to drive their children to school.  By voting YES they are giving Lakota a free pass to continued wasteful spending, to openly deceive the public, and perpetuate a broken management system driven by unionized collective bargaining agreements—and that is just stupid.

This story is too complicated for most 3 minute news stories or 250 word newspaper articles—so they don’t cover all those hard aspects which are at the heart of the levy vote in November.  Instead it is easier to just do a story on how parents want their busing back, and that by voting in favor of more wasteful spending, somehow the children will benefit.  The hard story is that the children will benefit because they will no longer be used as extortion mechanisms of coercion against a cash-strapped public.  For those stories, I will continue to cover them here at Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, because apparently nobody else will.

The responsible thing to do at Lakota is to vote NO on the Lakota levy, because anything else is simply stupid, irresponsible, and equivalent to throwing good money into a black hole from which it will never return.  CLICK HERE FOR MORE.

“Don’t Tread On Me”: The Red Pill Rebellion

Don't tread on me

On more than a few occasions during the last week, prior to the November elections, readers, friends and otherwise have expressed to me their concern that things would ever get better—that our current American society seems destined to slide into a communist rot driven by the old hippies of the “Flower Child” generation.  I can understand the concern as even forty and fifty-year-olds that didn’t come of age during the 60s but was still infected by communism, such as the current Obama administration, think like they do.  But not everyone does.  The trouble makers are easy to spot, they are usually academics raised on Marxism, socialism and progressive causes for the benefits of global communism.  The closer to modern education they are, the worse they are, and more statist their beliefs.  But along those same demographic age groups a ray of hope is emerging that will not tolerate the communist utopia that the modern political left dreams of—and the resistance won’t be pretty.

Many believe that the modern Tea Party was inspired by the Republican Party through the likes of Karl Rove to unify the senior citizens in their party.  Because of that and other reasons many Tea Party types are questioning whether the Tea Party should even keep such a name, because a whole new generation of rebel rousers, and freedom lovers is emerging that doesn’t feel driven by reverence for the American Revolution.  Instead, they were raised on Rambo movies, Asteroids video games, rock and roll, and large doses of capitalism provided by the Ronald Reagan presidency.  I have said often that many of the problems of the early 2000s are due to the failed statist policies of the “Flower Children.”  They are currently in charge right now in politics, business, entertainment, and education.  But behind them on the age bracket are the kind of people who listened with great reverence to the music of Metallica, Kiss, Judas Priest and many other heavy metal bands.  The “Flower Children” had Bob Dylan, the Beatles and other pacifists.  The 80s rebel rousers had songs like this one shown below by Metallica called “Don’t Tread On Me.”  Listen to the words carefully and watch the video.  It contains within it the future of America.

I’ve been a body-guard, a repo man, and a bouncer at times and before or after conflicts I would turn on this song by Metallica to charge myself up.  Even now, twenty years later, the song still has reverence for me, it was written well before there was a Tea Party or even a Barack Obama.  Back then, freedom was still an illusion and the national debt was manageable—yet Metallica saw the writing on the wall like the rest of the people from my generation do—and they are quite pissed off about it.  Metallica songs like this one are representative to how we feel, so any kind of communist utopia that Obama and the wealthy power-hungry billionaires like George Soros intend, will not make any real traction.  Instead, it will push my generation into open revolution as they will not yield to statism—once they finally admit to themselves that government is a problem.

I have a long time running joke in my family that my favorite people are those under the age of 12 and over the age of 65, everyone else in between is broken and not worth my time.  The reason is that the ages stated that I enjoy are human beings not functioning from a sexual nature.  Once the pituitary kicks in and young people become sexually interested, they go into a cloud of misdirected deceit for the next 50 years of their life, until their sexual nature kicks off again and they can resume logical thinking as senior citizens.  Most of the people who listen to Metallica along with me are from this broken age where their primary purpose is still power for the sake of sexual gratification—the ability to plant a seed or receive a seed which is the mating custom of human beings.  Most of our economy and our entire political structure is built around this ridiculous notion.  But once these people move into their senior citizen status, they will still have the music and philosophy of their youth, but not the sexual misconduct to motive their thoughts, much the way today’s communists and Marxists have risen to dominance no longer distracted by drugs and sexual orgies.  When the Metallica generation hits this period, there will not be unlimited compliance to statist policies.  There will be open rebellion, and the old hippies will have died off leaving this new rebellion to run everything—and their mode of philosophy will be capitalism—the kind they grew up with during the years of Ronald Reagan.

So fret not all who read this.  The statism of today will not last.  There isn’t money to support communism in America and there is not a will by the public to embrace it.  They’ve tasted freedom even if for a brief moment during a Metallica concert, or in a car driving down the highway at over 100 miles per hour with open containers of beer flowing freely between the occupants.  Freedom is something people are waiting for—because it is reflected in their art—the songs that are listed on their iPods—songs like Metallica’s “Don’t Tread On Me.”

I can speak for myself, that song reflects my thoughts.  I will not yield to communism, statism, socialism, or anything the Obama administration creates.  They do not represent me and I refuse their system of beliefs. I want nothing to do with Obama’s view of America, a socialist paradise born in the laboratory of college campuses in love with European hierarchy.  And the Tea Party is not so much about today’s senior citizens getting politically active.  It’s about them waking up and smelling the coffee and wanting to fix things because sexuality no longer clouds their minds as the logic of youth has returned to their creative minds.  At the roots of the Tea Party movement is a much harder core belief system that is angry and ready to direct their thoughts, and those intentions will not move toward communism, but away from it. An entire generation grew up on that song, and deep in their hearts they believe it.

There were not politicians like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz even a decade ago.  They are a new emergence and are of the same age as I am–products of the 1980s.  It would not surprise me if Senator Ted Cruz does not listen to Metallica on his iPod as he travels through the airport.  I would not be surprised if Rand Paul doesn’t still have the Metallica CD in his personal music library.  I would not be surprised to learn that they personally liked the song, “Don’t Tread On Me.”  The good news is that there are more of these types of people moving into political positions.  I can name three who are potentially going to be West Chester Trustees.  They could down 10 beers at Jags, put their fist through a window, and then balance a check book all within an hour of each other, and they are not that far off the kind of thinking that I have.  They are not statists, but good people who work hard, play hard, and don’t bow to anybody—and they are coming of age.

What’s at stake for the statists is the fantasy of compliance.  They will have their victories in this time and place because what we are seeing are the fantasies of the “Flower Children”—a world of forced peace holding hands under the power of government imposition by the leadership of the political left.  But tomorrow, they will see their influence erode away into silliness.  If and when the bullets start flying, people like me won’t be calling 911.  I’ll shoot back—with a much bigger gun, and I’ll crank up “Don’t Tread On Me” while doing it.  But compliance to statism is not an option.  It’s not going to happen under any conditions.

So the answer to the question of whether or not things get better—it eventually will.  It will get worse because the left is in charge, and they will fall flat on their face with intrusive social policies, bankruptcy, and a weakened society that is tired of a leftist flat line human existence.  Once the left fails completely—and they are currently–my generation will be there with Metallica blowing wind into our sails, and we are the calm generation.  The generation that comes after us is even less interested in communism, socialism, social sharing, and all the “Flower Child” passivity of the 60s.  They are playing Grand Theft Auto and first person shooters till the small hours of the morning and listening to music that is even angrier than Metallica.  So as you listen to the song “Don’t Tread On Me” by Metallica think of the world that is coming, not the one that’s currently here.  As a friend of mine asked me late last week, “is there hope.”  And, “what should be the new name of the Tea Party?”  The answer to both is, yes there is hope, defiance is alive in the hearts of millions and they are very close to going over the edge presently.  For me, I would call this new rebellion not after the patriots of yesteryear, but after the mythology of the present—I would say that what is happening is part of the Red Pill Rebellion.  Over two years ago I spoke about the red pill versus the blue pill as articulated by the film, The Matrix.  Our modern age is all about waking up to the truth that has always been there, yet was covered up by an entire society addicted to their blue pills of illusion.  More and more people are starting to take the red pill of truth, and they aren’t happy to see what has happened to the world while they slept.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.

I will enjoy tearing apart the world that the “Flower Children” made for us, the idiots who supported school levies, the advocates of The Great Society, and the nut jobs who brought America socialism through Social Security.  The world of Barack Obama deserves to perish in its thinly disguised exploitation of the human race in the name of fairness for the ultimate aim of government expansion and control over every human being.  I will laugh as each of their statist policies perishes, and I will laugh with each tear they shed in the coming years.  I despise them, and will enjoy watching the framework of their social destruction dismantle under their own power, and when they turn to others to rob them of resources to maintain their illusion, I will proclaim with any force necessary, “DON’T TREAD ON ME.”  And I will enjoy it thoroughly.

Yes, there is hope, and I would call it The Red Pill Rebellion, and it is growing in force, and effectiveness, partly by default, and partly by momentum.  20 years ago I predicted this age that we are currently in, and it occurred right on time, just as I always said it would.  With the same boldness, I predict the age of The Red Pill Rebellion, and the result of that time is a nightmare to the statists.  Trust me…………….

‘The Naked Communist’ With Matt Clark: The root of the Green Bay Packers

IMAGE_713Over the weekend Matt Clark asked me to do a radio segment based my blog series dedicated to The Naked Communist.  CLICK HERE TO READ THE LATEST.  Of course I agreed even though I was traveling, specifically in the heart of labor union country–Wisconsin.  It was the perfect platform personally for me to do a radio interview as I had been thinking voraciously what the cost of communism brought to America through the labor union movement had been.  The evidence was very easy to see in the blue-collar towns of Wisconsin.  While traveling, a woman sat next to me and told me her life story even though it was quite clear to her that I was trying to read.  She complained about air travel and how cramped the seats were, even as her girth was spilling over into my side.  She complained that the airline companies just wanted to make “profits” by cramming as many people into the plane as they could—that it would make more sense to have more flights per day so people didn’t have to be so cramped.    She then proceeded to declare that automotive travel wasn’t any better.  Modern cars broke down too often and the car companies were greedy and only wanted “profits” and they were evil.  I asked her what companies were supposed to stand for if not for profit, and she said that they should stand behind the people who work for them.  I asked her where she was from, and she stated proudly with a bold Wisconsin accent…………..Madison—the birthplace of the labor movement and progressive party in America.  I said, ah-ha, I understand now.  She smiled a bit wondering what my reference indicated.  I then asked her how she felt about communism—and she went on a half hour tirade about how her father fought against it in Vietnam, and she hung an American flag from her porch every day and was happy to see the communists fail in Russia.  I listened with sadness as she had no idea that the roots of her thinking were fashioned from communism, and that she was a functioning collectivist shaped by progressive Wisconsin politics over the last century.  It was in this context that I gave a very animated interview from my hotel room to Matt Clark during his Saturday radio show on WAAM in Ann Arbor.  Watch and listen:

Wisconsin politics during the 20th Century was shaped by Robert Marion “Fighting Bob”[1] La Follette, Sr. (June 14, 1855 – June 18, 1925) He was an American Republican (and later a Progressive) politician. He served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, was the Governor of Wisconsin, and was also a U.S. Senator from Wisconsin (1906 to 1925). He ran for President of the United States as the nominee of his own Progressive Party in1924, carrying Wisconsin and 17% of the national popular vote.

His wife Belle Case La Follette and sons Robert M. La Follette, Jr. and Philip La Follette led his political faction in Wisconsin into the 1940s. La Follette has been called “arguably the most important and recognized leader of the opposition to the growing dominance of corporations over the Government”[2] and is one of the key figures pointed to in Wisconsin‘s long history of political liberalism.

He is best remembered as a proponent of progressivism and a vocal opponent of railroad trusts, bossism, World War I, and the League of Nations. In 1957, a Senate Committee selected La Follette as one of the five greatest U.S. Senators, along with Henry Clay, Daniel Webster, John C. Calhoun, and Robert Taft. A 1982 survey asking historians to rank the “ten greatest Senators in the nation’s history” based on “accomplishments in office” and “long-range impact on American history,” placed La Follette first, tied with Henry Clay.[3]Robert La Follette is one of five outstanding senators memorialized by portraits in the Senate reception room in US Capitol. One of America’s top schools for public affairs, located at the University of Wisconsin-Madison bears his name.

From 1901 until 1906, La Follette served as Governor of Wisconsin. During his first term, he proposed to set up a railroad commission, imposed an ad valorem tax on the railroad companies, and established a direct primary system. The Stalwarts blocked his agenda, and he refused to compromise with them.

During the 1904 elections, the Stalwarts organized to oppose La Follette’s nomination and moved to block any reform legislation. La Follette began working to unite insurgent Democrats to form a broad coalition. He did manage to secure the passage of the primary bill and some revision to the railroad tax structure.[2]

When the legislative session concluded, La Follette traveled throughout Wisconsin reading the “roll call”; that is, he read the votes of Stalwart Republicans to the people in an effort to elect Progressives. During this campaign, La Follette gained national attention when muckraking journalist Lincoln Steffens began to cover his campaign.

With the press coverage and his successful re-election, La Follette rose to become a national figure. His message against “vast corporate combinations”[2] attracted more journalists and more progressives.

As governor, La Follette championed numerous progressive reforms, including the first workers’ compensation system, railroad rate reform, direct legislation, municipal home rule, open government, the minimum wage, non-partisan elections, the open primary system, direct election of U.S. Senators, women’s suffrage, and progressive taxation. He created an atmosphere of close cooperation between the state government and the University of Wisconsin in the development of progressive policy, which became known as the Wisconsin Idea. The goals of his policy included the recall, referendum, direct primary, and initiative. All of these were aimed at giving citizens a more direct role in government. The Wisconsin Idea promoted the idea of grounding legislation on thorough research and expert involvement. To implement this program, La Follette began working with University of Wisconsin–Madison faculty. This made Wisconsin a “laboratory for democracy” and “the most important state for the development of progressive legislation”.[2] As governor, La Follette signed legislation that created the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Library (now Bureau) to ensure that a research agency would be available for the development of legislation.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_M._La_Follette,_Sr.

In 1911, La Follette set up a campaign to mobilize the progressive elements in the Republican Party behind his presidential bid. He made a disastrous speech in February 1912 before a gathering of leading magazine editors that caused many to doubt his stability.[12] Most of his supporters deserted him for Theodore Roosevelt[citation needed].

Embittered, La Follette opposed both Roosevelt and William Howard Taft in the 1912 election. When his former ally, Governor Francis E. McGovern, supported Roosevelt, La Follette broke with him, allowing the conservative Republicans under Emanuel Philipp to take control of Wisconsin in the decisive 1914 election. La Follette’s forces were out of power in the state from 1912 to 1920.[13]

In 1924, the Federated Farmer-Labor Party (FF-LP) sought to nominate La Follette as its candidate. The FF-LP sought to unite all progressive parties into a single national Labor Party.

However, after a bitter convention in 1923, the Communist-controlled Workers Party gained control of the national organization’s structure. Just prior to its 1924 convention in St. Paul, La Follette denounced the Communists and refused to be considered for the FF-LP endorsement. With La Follette’s snub, the FF-LP disintegrated, leaving only the Minnesota Farmer-Labor Party.

Instead, La Follette formed an independent Progressive Party and accepted its nomination in Cleveland with Democratic Senator Burton K. Wheeler of Montana as his running mate. The American Federation of Labor, the Socialist Party of America, the Conference for Progressive Political Action and most of the former supporters of the FF-LP along with various former “Bull Moose” Progressives and Midwestern Progressive movement activists then joined La Follette and supported the Progressive Party.  Many who today call themselves “progressives” sincerely trace their political roots to the Progressive Parties of Teddy Roosevelt, Henry Wallace or Robert La Follette, Sr.  But many others on the left nowadays call themselves “progressives” as a deceptive euphemism for more precise, less popular words that describe their real political objectives and ideology – words such as “socialist,” “Marxist,” or “Communist.”  Even through La Follette denounced the communists during the 1924 convention it was only politically that he separated from them, not ideologically.  He did however attract the softer version of communism to his party affiliation in the American socialists.

Wisconsin as I traveled around it emitted the classic hope of the early 20th Century progressives—vast spans of middle-class residences, labor unions, and a generally anti-corporation mentality.  Socialism was everywhere, even in the Green Bay Packer paraphernalia at the airport the only NFL team that is owned by “the people,” not a corporate owner. All money earned goes back into the club.

The Packers are deeply rooted in the Wisconsin city where they were founded in 1919. They were named after a local meat processing plant, the Indian Packing Company, which paid for the first uniforms. Starting in the 1920s, the Green Bay Football Corp. made a series of public stock offerings. In 1950, 1,900 local residents each put up $25 a share to buy the team.

From the Packers’ web site:

“Green Bay Packers, Inc., has been a publicly owned, non-profit corporation since Aug. 18, 1923, when original articles of incorporation were filed with Wisconsin’s secretary of state.

A total of 4,750,937 shares are owned by 112,120 stockholders — none of whom receives any dividend on the initial investment.

The corporation is governed by a board of directors and a seven-member executive committee.

One of the more remarkable business stories in American history, the team is kept viable by its shareholders — its unselfish fans. Even more incredible, the Packers have survived during the current era, permeated by free agency and the NFL salary cap. And, thanks in large part to Brown County’s passage of the 2000 Lambeau Field referendum, the club will remain solvent and highly competitive well into the future due to its redeveloped stadium.

Fans have come to the team’s financial rescue on several occasions, including four previous stock sales: 1923, 1935, 1950 and 1997.

To protect against someone taking control of the team, the articles of incorporation prohibit any person from owning more than 200,000 shares.”

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Who_owns_the_Green_Bay_Packer_team

Silently, many who profess to see communism work in America look at teams like the Green Bay Packers and the progressivism of Wisconsin as hope that socialism and communism will still work.  Not long after my radio interview with Matt, which became quite animated at times, I had the profound desire to return to Florida and bask in the capitalism of the Disney World complex.  Wisconsin and the people there were too bleak and small-minded for me.  They were friendly, but dramatically philosophically limited which was evident in gross abundance by the small town cafes and general business climate.  If not for their dependence on the federal government, their social experiments into communism through the mask of progressivism would have failed long ago.   Suddenly I am a massive Scott Walker fan as it gives me hope that Wisconsin residents are just now pushing away their history of communist acceptance through Robert La Follette, Sr’s progressive party.  As for the woman on the plane with me, she was the kind of person that Matt and I spoke about……..her foundation beliefs were rooted in communism, only she didn’t know it.  She believed falsely, just like the union brothers of Wisconsin, home of the Harley Davidson motorcycle and the dream quest of traveling to Sturgis every August on a freedom driven pilgrimage.  The labor unions and collective ownership the unions, and Harley riders generally subscribe to are experiments in communism advocated by 20th Century politics implemented before the Cold War with the Soviet Union.

There was almost nothing I liked about Wisconsin.  I was never so happy to board an airplane as I was upon leaving.  When the wheels left the runway, and the plane moved into the sky, I could feel the oppressive pull of socialism drifting away beneath my feet.  As I looked through  the window down at the rows and rows of middle-class homes stacked in rows of uniformity I could have been looking down upon a small European town also infected with socialism—soft core communism.  The persistence of that socialism doesn’t dissipate until just south of Chicago where Indiana is now a right-to-work state and Ohio at least outside of Cleveland still embraces capitalism.  I didn’t argue with the woman, I just listened to her while trying to read my book.   She was a mixed up concoction of many political ideologies given to her by years of public education, left-winged controlled media empires, and unionized neighbors who falsely believe they are American patriots just because they stick a flag on the back of their Harley Davidson motorcycle—built in Wisconsin by union workers supporting their publicly owned football team, the Green Bay Packers.  Wisconsin is the result of what The Naked Communist warned about, the continued experiment into socialism at the expense of capitalism and a state I am eager to see turn away  eventually from the communism of the labor movement and an embrace into the kind of capitalism that drives the rest of America.  It is time to close the book on the dark days of communism in America so to save the mind of the poor people of Wisconsin from a doomed philosophy that has left them ignorantly blissful from their lowered expectations and contorted patriotism.

The Lakota Technology Plan: Government creating worthless jobs for political reasons

As stated in a previous article written about the proposed Lakota levy of 2013 due to declining enrollment they are already facing a layoff of many employees—but they plan to ignore it, in favor of finding new, creative ways of employing themselves at taxpayer expense.  When a politician states that government needs to “create jobs” Lakota is the example they are referring to.  In the case of Lakota, they are inventing new ways to have more worthless staff on the payroll of property owners for the sole intention of “creating jobs.”  For the proof, let me direct your attention to the below graphic, which shows what Lakota plans to do with the levy money extracted from the public during the upcoming election.Slide 5

As seen above Lakota plans to create a whole division of new bureaucratic job positions for government workers who wouldn’t exist in the private sector.  Only in government would such a bloated proposal even be considered.  The jobs shown are unnecessary as most of the software these days has intuitive instructions already present and do not require all these employees to serve as middle meddlers of information delivery.  Only a gigantic government driven entity like Lakota would propose such a plan purely for the creation of jobs without being driven by any kind of need, but the whim of a superintendent to use the terminology to garner a levy passage.

If Mantia were to get her levy acceptance and impose on the community of Lakota taxes that would instantly turn off business investment, she would have no problem throwing nearly $1 million dollars in payroll at buying a levy, because her end game is the distribution of the remaining $12 million to the teachers and administration at Lakota who are seeking a minimum raise of $117.50 per month.  As a reminder Mantia also plans to toss $350,000 toward Sheriff Jones to buy his support of the Lakota levy by hiring a few token cops to patrol the hallways of Lakota looking for crazed gunmen intent on shooting rampages—a situation that would be solved with the simple acceptance of the Second Amendment.  Government with its rules makes society more dangerous forcing tax payers to hire police to protect them from harms which could easily be eliminated with a .500 magnum carried by a parent dropping their child off at school.  But that is a story for another time.  Presently, the Lakota Technology Plan is simply the birth of a new bureaucracy which is typical in unionized establishments where jobs and processes are created solely for the benefit of the needless jobs.

Most of the proposed technology intended under the Lakota Technology Plan could be taught to the teachers by the average 8th grader who could figure out and utilize most software applications within five minutes of exposure due to the intuitive nature of modern technology whose intended end users are those same youthful students.  The teachers of technology as unionized employees are by their very nature inefficient in their overly specialized fields of endeavor, and often find their minds limited to learning because of it.  It is these types of people who are supposedly going to teach the teachers who will then teach the students, who could easily teach the “instructional specialists” at the start of the process.  The entire scam is designed not to teach the children—but to give the adult teachers some kind of something to do—just to keep them employed at Lakota—to “create a job.”

What fails at Lakota in this case is the needed question of whether or not the jobs should even exist.  Superintendent Mantia simply proposed the creation of the “Lakota Technology Plan” to toss $1 million dollars of payroll toward the sacrificial cause of passing a school levy to obtain the other $12 million she needs to throw at the LEA union.  Likely, the staff employed under the plan will spend most of their day trying to figure out whether or not they want to go to Chipotle, Wendy’s, or Penera Bread for lunch.  That process will start right around 9:30 in the morning once they’ve updated their Facebook accounts and looked at what all their friends are posting.  Once they figure out where they are going for lunch, then they have to figure out who is going to get it.  That will take an additional hour and a half because in so doing, the gossip about their friends, family and neighbors will ensue.  During lunch they will eat their food and browse the internet shopping on eBay and Amazon.com.  After lunch they will have their eye on the clock for the end of the day and will look online at the television shows they plan to watch when they get home.  While doing that, they will read the latest Hollywood gossip from the various entertainment sites talking about who is sleeping with whom, and what the Kardashions are doing lately.  Rumor has it that Bruce Jenner—the Kardashions father—wants to be a woman.  That will evoke talk that will carry these employees through to the end of the day.  Out of a 40 hour work week, these employees might do 2.5 hours of actual productive work, and they will be paid around $65K per year to do it by Lakota—if the levy passes.

Nobody will manage these people because nobody will care.  Mantia certainly won’t be busting into their department unannounced to catch them on the internet playing around all day because she won’t care—she will have already gotten what she needed out of them—money to cover the cost of the LEA contract.  For all she cares, those Lakota Technology Plan employees can take the rest of the year off with pay, because they served her purpose.  Now, of course I can’t know exactly what is going on in Mantia’s mind and without question when pressed she will deny these things.  But I see through it, and she knows I do.  I know her.  I also know management, I know labor behavior practices, and I understand politics all too well, and my scenario whether it is the intended result or not, will be the reality.  It will be the result of her $1 million dollars in proposed payroll.  The direct benefactors will Chipotle, Wendy’s, Penera Bread, eBay, and Amazon.com.  The suckers will be the Lakota tax payers if they do anything other than vote NO on the proposed levy.   But children will not be taught anything about technology by these new employees—if anything it will be the other way around.

West Chester Trustee Lee Wong’s East Avenue Adventures: Meet the prostitute Robin McDaniel

Now it all makes sense why Lee Wong, the West Chester trustee looking for votes in the upcoming November 2013 election, wants to build so many sidewalks and bike paths.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.  Apparently he frequents the solicitation areas around town where known prostitutes reside and he wants to extend their reach with a sidewalk network extending from the slums of Hamilton into the paradise of West Chester for his own convenience.  That is the only assumption that can be made after reading the report shown below from Wayne Gilkison to Gary Yates of the Butler County Common Pleas Court General Division.  Have a look for yourself. Lee Wong

The first question I had upon reading that statement was who Robin McDaniel was and why would Lee Wong even ask if she was “working.”  I imagined that after having a lifestyle in West Chester full of clean human beings who use deodorant, perfume, and vehicles with perpetual new car smells, a woman must really be something to evoke solicitation requests, at least according to the prostitute in her statements to Jeanna Jacobs.  Well…………………..as it turns out there was a major prostitution sting in Hamilton not long ago that was covered by the Hamilton Journal and several other news outlets and Robin was one of them.  Her mug shot can be seen as follows. Robin McDaniel

I thought this whole thing was a joke, but apparently it’s not.  This is the woman West Chester Trustee Lee Wong asked if she was “working,” and I doubt he meant washing cars, or cooking in a restaurant.  McDaniel sold herself as a sidewalk salesman for the world’s oldest profession, and she looks like she was there at the beginning.  After reading the statement by Gilkison it seems that Lee Wong wishes to save some gas money so the sidewalk sluts can provide solicitation closer to home, answering the question why Mr. Wong desires so many sidewalks built in West Chester.  It is the only assumption that makes sense.

Here were the circumstances of McDaniel’s recent arrest, along with several others reported by the Hamilton Journal:

HAMILTON — More than a dozen people were arrested during a prostitution sting operation Thursday by the Hamilton Police Department.

The HPD Vice Unit was assisted by patrol officers in arresting five men who solicited an undercover officer for sex in exchange for money and five women who offered undercover officers sex for money, Hamilton police announced today. In addition, one woman was arrested for “loitering to engage in solicitation” and two men were arrested on drug charges, police said.

Police said the following were charged with soliciting: Laurencio Juarez-Chavez, 33; Michael Doelter Jr., 19; Mark Napier, 39; Douglas Rieser, 46; Luis Gonzalez, 19; Heather Burnett, 29 (also charged with two outstanding warrants); Jamie Prater, 26; Debbie Agee, 46; Tanya Wilson, 53; Laurie Garrett, 37 (two counts). Police said Robin McDaniel, 41, was charged with loitering to engage in solicitation; Bryant Johnson Jr., 19, was charged with possession of crack cocaine; and Torriauno McCullough, 20, was charged with abusing crack cocaine.

What a stimulating crowd, and it’s nice to see that Lee was going into that neighborhood to check up on them.  He lives very close to me, and I can’t say that I’ve come close to driving down East Avenue in Hamilton except for a couple of times during the last decade where I attended funeral visitations close to that location, or to see Sheriff Jones.  I can count the times on three fingers.  It’s just not the kind of place a person goes to purchase a gallon of milk, or buy a newspaper off the newsstand.  Why would anyone go to such a place when they live in Beckett Ridge and have Jags as a restaurant nearly at their doorway?    Is it to solicit prostitutes like Robin McDaniel?  According to the McDaniel, that was why Lee was in that part of town and asking her the kind of questions he was.

After looking at Robin’s mug shot, I’m sure Lee wasn’t the only one to ask her if “she was working,” that night, which is even more disgusting.  A man would have to have a pretty wrecked sex life to even think about going out of their way to have any kind of interaction with a person who is obviously abusing themselves as much as that prostitute has.  A man who has must have their judgment seriously questioned.  It’s not against the law to be stupid, reckless, or even personally abusive.  It’s a free country and if people like Lee want to hang out on East Avenue scouting out the talent walking the sidewalks there—he can certainly do it.  It’s against the law, but what isn’t these days.  That doesn’t mean Wong should be a West Chester Trustee.  There are better candidates who exercise far better judgment, and they should get a chance.

Whether or not Lee Wong intended to engage in sex with the known prostitute on East Avenue by the name of Robin McDaniel, I can think of about 1 million things that are better to do at night than driving down East Avenue for any reason—especially living in West Chester.  Any man who does find themselves looking for some sexual relief in the bad parts of Hamilton have issues that are detrimental to themselves and are likely carrying over into their professions, and families—and that is simply reprehensible.  That being the case Lee needs help, but what he doesn’t need is another term as trustee of West Chester where critical decisions about the community’s future need to be made quickly—and correctly.  And that is pretty hard to do when desiring sex with East Avenue prostitutes is on the radar of desired recreational activities.
